Donut Monster is gearing up to expand into Brown Deer with a bold new concept: a 24-hour donut and coffee hub paired with Brute Pizza, all under one roof at the former Public House 55 spot. Open from 6 AM to 3 PM daily for breakfast and lunch, plus beer and wine, the bakery will grind from 5 PM to 3 AM to prep dough and keep things running smooth. Brute Pizza will pop in noon to 1 PM for pizza, pasta, and sandwiches — also with drinks. Upgrades include a new kitchen and coolers, with plans to hire 15–30 staff.
