- 0:08Speaker 1: Scald Vi for sure. It's time. Hello, loll and lo
- 0:14Speaker 1: and lo. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice. I'm
- 0:17Speaker 1: your host from Shooter. It's Friday. Core is off today.
- 0:19Speaker 1: But don't worry, nought ease. We've got so much to
- 0:22Speaker 1: get into. Gossip about, take giggle about. What time is it?
- 0:26Speaker 1: My friends? It is tea time. Massive story at the
- 0:29Speaker 1: top of the show. So we have all the details
- 0:31Speaker 1: about Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's custody war. It's all
- 0:37Speaker 1: been revealed. So Nicole fought hard to secure almost full
- 0:42Speaker 1: time custody of her daughter's Sunday who is seventeen, and Faith,
- 0:47Speaker 1: who is now fifteen, after splitting from Keith Urban. Sources
- 0:52Speaker 1: tell me that Urban initially pushed for equal time. He
- 0:57Speaker 1: wanted fifty to fifty. However, that did not happen. I've
- 1:02Speaker 1: got the final agreement here and it grants Nicole get
- 1:05Speaker 1: this three hundred and six days a year, three hundred
- 1:09Speaker 1: and six days a year with her girls, leaving Keith
- 1:14Speaker 1: just fifty nine days. Very curious insiders claimed that Nicole
- 1:19Speaker 1: took this very, very tough stance because it stems from
- 1:23Speaker 1: her divorce with Tom Cruise, where joint custody of the
- 1:27Speaker 1: kids actually meant not joined at all. They mostly lived
- 1:31Speaker 1: with him, something Nicole regrets to this day. So, despite
- 1:35Speaker 1: claims of a mutual agreement, Keith struggled. He really struggled
- 1:40Speaker 1: with signing off on this. The money was the easy part.
- 1:43Speaker 1: They both have so much money, they are both multimillionaires,
- 1:47Speaker 1: and there was a really ironclad prenup. So before they
- 1:51Speaker 1: got married, they signed a prenup basically saying what they
- 1:54Speaker 1: brought into the marriage, they took out of the marriage,
- 1:57Speaker 1: and anything they earned during the mate marriage was there.
- 2:01Speaker 1: So they have many, many homes and they own a
- 2:04Speaker 1: lot of them actually surprisingly separately. He owns places in
- 2:07Speaker 1: Nashville in Australia. She owns a place in Australia. She
- 2:10Speaker 1: owns a place too in New York and LA And
- 2:13Speaker 1: so they took their own homes. Fine, they took their
- 2:16Speaker 1: own cash, get it. However, the one thing they could
- 2:20Speaker 1: not agree about at first was the kids. He wants them. However,
- 2:25Speaker 1: let's be clear here, Sunday is now seventeen FA p. Fifteen.
- 2:29Speaker 1: These two young ladies know what is going on. We
- 2:33Speaker 1: recently saw them really throw their public support behind their
- 2:38Speaker 1: mom when they were spotted out together at fashion shows.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Nicole and the girls were out together. Insiders tell me
- 2:45Speaker 1: they are clearly team Nicole. They're very, very angry with
- 2:49Speaker 1: their dad. Nad Does this play into all the rumors
- 2:52Speaker 1: of affairs of cheating, Of course it does. My insiders
- 2:56Speaker 1: tell me that Nicole knows everything. She no fool, She
- 3:00Speaker 1: knows everything, and Keith knows that she knows everything too,
- 3:04Speaker 1: So maybe to keep her mouth shut, maybe that's why
- 3:07Speaker 1: Keith agreed to just fifty nine days a year. Once again,
- 3:12Speaker 1: he wanted fifty to fifty. The money that was easy,
- 3:15Speaker 1: the property of the assets that was easy, the kids
- 3:18Speaker 1: that was really hard, and the deal that he signed
- 3:22Speaker 1: leads me to believe. Insiders are telling me that there's
- 3:26Speaker 1: much more secrets, there's much more drama, There's much more
- 3:30Speaker 1: intrigue to this story that we won't maybe find out
- 3:34Speaker 1: about for a while, but we will eventually. So a
- 3:37Speaker 1: couple of things. Does Nicole regret that her children from
- 3:41Speaker 1: her first marriage with Tom Cruise spent most of the
- 3:44Speaker 1: time with their dad? Yes, absolutely, she does regret that
- 3:48Speaker 1: she wanted these girls and she had the information, the backup,
- 3:53Speaker 1: she knew, the secrets that gave her a really strong
- 3:56Speaker 1: hand in negotiating. Now, a lot of people would say
- 3:59Speaker 1: teenage girls need to be with their mom, absolutely, one
- 4:02Speaker 1: hundred percent. Also, too, a lot of people have said, well,
- 4:05Speaker 1: Keith tours a lot, he's very only busy is on
- 4:08Speaker 1: the road. But let's be clear here, mom works a
- 4:11Speaker 1: lot too. She's making five six seven different movies. A yeah.
- 4:15Speaker 1: She's on the road a lot too. Arguably, she works
- 4:19Speaker 1: more days a week than he does, more days a
- 4:22Speaker 1: yeah than he does. So I'm not buying that he's busy.
- 4:25Speaker 1: She's Nicole Kidman, one of the most famous, hard working
- 4:28Speaker 1: actresses in the world. She gets more jobs than I
- 4:32Speaker 1: can think of almost any other actress out there. So
- 4:34Speaker 1: it's not about their workload. It's about something else, which
- 4:37Speaker 1: brings us to our pole question of the day. Nicole
- 4:40Speaker 1: gets custody of her two daughters for a whopping three
- 4:44Speaker 1: hundred and six days a yeah, while Keith gets them
- 4:47Speaker 1: for just fifty nine days. Do you think there's more
- 4:53Speaker 1: to this story? Why did he agree to this? What
- 4:57Speaker 1: was it? What does she know? Hey? Go vote on
- 5:01Speaker 1: our Twitter page add Naughty Nice Rob. Her Facebook page
- 5:04Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip and sure to check back our Monday
- 5:08Speaker 1: to hear your results. Okay, A big story out of
- 5:11Speaker 1: the New York Post. Gail King. Her future at CBS
- 5:15Speaker 1: looks as if it is going to be secure, although
- 5:17Speaker 1: it is going to change. So Gail King has faced
- 5:20Speaker 1: a lot of rumors. We have a new owner of CBS,
- 5:23Speaker 1: a new boss there. Barry Weiss is the editor in
- 5:26Speaker 1: chief of CBS News Will Barry had lunch, a low
- 5:29Speaker 1: key lunch in New York with Gail to talk about
- 5:32Speaker 1: the future. And now it's being reported that Gail will stay,
- 5:36Speaker 1: but in a different role. She'll have more of a
- 5:38Speaker 1: Diane Sawyer, more of a Hodercopy type role, or she
- 5:41Speaker 1: won't be on the morning show five days a week
- 5:43Speaker 1: for much longer. She'll do big interviews, she'll do specials,
- 5:47Speaker 1: She'll do program in that is new and breaking, and
- 5:51Speaker 1: so that's what her role is going to be now.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Diane Sawyer basically has this role at ABC after years
- 5:57Speaker 1: of hosting Good Morning America. Diane now is like an
- 5:59Speaker 1: edit her at large and hold a copy year our
- 6:01Speaker 1: friend holder. She just left NBC the Today Show, but
- 6:04Speaker 1: she's still at NBC News. She does specials and so
- 6:08Speaker 1: she does pop up doing stuff. I think She recently
- 6:10Speaker 1: did the Macy's preade, so we will see Gail. However,
- 6:13Speaker 1: what I have heard exclusively, and I'm going to be
- 6:15Speaker 1: breaking this story today on my substat is that this
- 6:19Speaker 1: new role, less hours, less work, comes with less money.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It is reported that Gail earns about ten million dollars
- 6:28Speaker 1: a year to do the CBS Morning Show. She's not
- 6:31Speaker 1: going to get that anymore. So this is actually a
- 6:33Speaker 1: solution for both of them. Gail's going to get paid less,
- 6:37Speaker 1: but she's going to do a lot less work, So
- 6:39Speaker 1: she is going to get a multimillion dollar pay salary
- 6:43Speaker 1: from CBS News. She wants the money. However, she's not
- 6:46Speaker 1: going to get that whopping ten million, but neither either
- 6:49Speaker 1: does she have to get up night at four am,
- 6:51Speaker 1: five days a week. So I think a good move
- 6:53Speaker 1: all around. Now they keep really the face of CBS,
- 6:57Speaker 1: Gail Kings, probably the most famous person on the network,
- 7:00Speaker 1: so they keep Gail. However, she doesn't do the morning
- 7:03Speaker 1: show for much longer, but she will be around for specials.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I think this is probably a good solution. Okay, Moving along,
- 7:10Speaker 1: Hillary Duff has drops a wild sex song amid toxic
- 7:16Speaker 1: reports about a mom group that she is in. Hillary
- 7:20Speaker 1: Duff is turning up the heat on Instagram with a
- 7:23Speaker 1: very steamy new unreleased song as drama A swells around
- 7:28Speaker 1: her former mom group with Ashley Tisdale, Mandy Moore, and
- 7:32Speaker 1: Meghan Trainer. So Ashley, Mandy, Meghan and Hillary were part
- 7:36Speaker 1: of a mom group. It was a text group. They'd
- 7:39Speaker 1: meet up, they'd go out that hang out, the kids
- 7:41Speaker 1: would have playdates. That group has turned really, really toxic.
- 7:44Speaker 1: And it was Ashley who really blew the whistle on this,
- 7:47Speaker 1: saying that it was a very very tough environment that
- 7:49Speaker 1: she wants no part of anymore. Will Hillary has not
- 7:52Speaker 1: responded to any of those claims. Instead, she's put out
- 7:55Speaker 1: not suitable for work lyric Oh my goodness, it's about
- 8:00Speaker 1: back of the bar hookups, sneaky mornings, and touching herself
- 8:05Speaker 1: by the front door, leaving no doubt she's unbothered by
- 8:09Speaker 1: the feud. Or maybe she's just trying to change the subject.
- 8:13Speaker 1: So this this internet group, this texting group has it's
- 8:16Speaker 1: blown up. Everybody's talking about it, and it's because Ashley
- 8:20Speaker 1: was the first one to say this is toxic group.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I don't want to be part of it anymore. Now
- 8:24Speaker 1: inside is it telling me it might have been Ashley
- 8:26Speaker 1: that was the problem. If you put four celebrities in
- 8:29Speaker 1: a room, in a group, in a text, you're probably
- 8:32Speaker 1: gonna have some ego clashes. There four very strong personalities.
- 8:36Speaker 1: You know it with your friends. If you go out
- 8:37Speaker 1: for a bunch of friends and there's four or five
- 8:39Speaker 1: of you sitting around, certain friends are going to rub
- 8:41Speaker 1: other friends the wrong way. It's going to be difficult
- 8:44Speaker 1: if they're all big personalities. This group was destined to
- 8:48Speaker 1: fall apart. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. However, now, Hillara,
- 8:53Speaker 1: you are a savvy, savvy devil. Goodness, gracious, God bless you.
- 8:57Speaker 1: She's using all this publicity, all this attention to sell
- 9:02Speaker 1: her new song, which is very, very racy. She's released
- 9:06Speaker 1: in new music thirty eight years old. It's been decades
- 9:10Speaker 1: since Hillary released any music. And I don't think we
- 9:13Speaker 1: really thought of her as a major pop star. She
- 9:15Speaker 1: was known Britney Spears, she was known Christina Aguilera. She
- 9:18Speaker 1: was like a TV a person that we knew who
- 9:21Speaker 1: also sang songs like a Lindsay Lohan, I guess. And
- 9:24Speaker 1: so she was never a massive, massive pop star. So
- 9:26Speaker 1: I don't know if there was demand for a new
- 9:29Speaker 1: album by Hillary Dove, in fact that the sales prove
- 9:32Speaker 1: probably not. But she is not giving up on this.
- 9:35Speaker 1: She loves performing, she loves singing. Good for you. However,
- 9:39Speaker 1: she's going to use everything, every scandal, every drama to
- 9:44Speaker 1: sell this album. It feels a little desperate to me.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Think if Hillary had just put out a beautiful album
- 9:50Speaker 1: of ballads, of beautiful love songs, really cool music you
- 9:53Speaker 1: can dance to. That's what we want from Hillary Dove.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I don't want sex from Hillary. I don't want sleeves
- 9:59Speaker 1: from he Hillary. Oh now it all feels just too
- 10:02Speaker 1: desperate and very very off brand. Okay, moving along my crush.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Matt Damon is revealing how he got so ripped for
- 10:13Speaker 1: Odyssey his body at fifty five years old. So it's
- 10:16Speaker 1: in a new movie, The Odyssey, and he revealed he
- 10:19Speaker 1: dropped to just one hundred and sixty seven pounds, the
- 10:22Speaker 1: lightest since high score for Christopher Nolan's upcoming epic. On
- 10:27Speaker 1: a podcast, he explained that he went gluten free and
- 10:30Speaker 1: followed a really strict regiment of lean meats, but also
- 10:36Speaker 1: too he worked out like a machine. They filmed this
- 10:39Speaker 1: in Italy. We've seen pictures of Damon with ada shirt
- 10:42Speaker 1: showing off a chiseled for sike. Oh my goodness, does
- 10:45Speaker 1: he look good in these pictures. He compared the intensive
- 10:49Speaker 1: prep to NFL training, saying it is part of your day,
- 10:54Speaker 1: it's part of your job. This is so interesting. The
- 10:57Speaker 1: movie comes out on July seventeenth, the day after my birthday.
- 11:01Speaker 1: My birthday is on July sixteenth. Maybe that'd be a
- 11:03Speaker 1: good birthday present. Go and see shirtless Matt Damond. He
- 11:06Speaker 1: looks incredible. But the takeaway from this story for me
- 11:09Speaker 1: is even rich and famous movie stars have to do
- 11:13Speaker 1: the work. There's no shortcuts. You have to do the work.
- 11:16Speaker 1: We say all the time on this show. Friends of
- 11:19Speaker 1: mine who want to be in this business ask me
- 11:22Speaker 1: all the time what's the best advice? And I say,
- 11:24Speaker 1: do the work. They don't like that answer. They want
- 11:26Speaker 1: a magic Wand you just want to wake up and
- 11:29Speaker 1: be fabulous and be skinny and be fit and have
- 11:31Speaker 1: six pack abs and be famous and be rich. Yes,
- 11:34Speaker 1: all of that could be in your future if you
- 11:37Speaker 1: do the work. You've got to got to do the work.
- 11:39Speaker 1: And even somebody as famous as Matt Damon is telling
- 11:42Speaker 1: that he's revealing it. It takes immense preparation NFL type training,
- 11:48Speaker 1: physical training to look like that, also to mental training.
- 11:52Speaker 1: You have to do it for me to be mildly
- 11:55Speaker 1: hopefully entertaining. Every day for twenty minutes on a podcast,
- 11:59Speaker 1: I do hours and hours and hours of work. I
- 12:02Speaker 1: do this all day long, and I can be entertaining
- 12:05Speaker 1: for twenty minutes because I've done six hours today. Behind
- 12:09Speaker 1: the scenes, that's where the results are made in the
- 12:14Speaker 1: grunt work, the workoff camera, the work behind the scenes,
- 12:18Speaker 1: the work you do wheen nobody is watching. And I'm
- 12:21Speaker 1: so happy that Matt has admitted this because often celebrities
- 12:25Speaker 1: don't want to admit that. When I went to the
- 12:26Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez, she's the hardest celebrity, hardest work in celebrity
- 12:30Speaker 1: I've ever met. She works out every single day. She's
- 12:33Speaker 1: got beautiful, beautiful genes. Her DNA is certainly very impressive.
- 12:38Speaker 1: She's very lucky. However, it's not enough when you're Jennifer's
- 12:42Speaker 1: age and you want to look like that, you have
- 12:44Speaker 1: to work at it. So part of Jennifer's job is
- 12:48Speaker 1: working out. Part of her job is not drinking. Part
- 12:51Speaker 1: of her job is saying no to that dessert. And
- 12:55Speaker 1: so they all have to do this, and it's something
- 12:57Speaker 1: we must all remember. They aren't just born lucky, many
- 13:02Speaker 1: of them are, but to push them over the edge,
- 13:05Speaker 1: to make them into who they want to be, they
- 13:07Speaker 1: gotta do the work, just like you and me. Okay,
- 13:10Speaker 1: quickly before we get a break. Julia Roberts is revealing
- 13:13Speaker 1: that at first she rejected notting Hill, calling it effing stupid.
- 13:19Speaker 1: So before notting Hill, one of my favorite rom coms,
- 13:22Speaker 1: became a classic, Julia Roberts almost passed on the role
- 13:25Speaker 1: of Anna Scott. She told Deadline that she initially thought
- 13:30Speaker 1: the film sounded quote so effing stupid and planned to
- 13:34Speaker 1: say no, but she did have a lunch with the
- 13:37Speaker 1: writer and the producer and the director, and they changed
- 13:40Speaker 1: her mind. They were just so charming, she said, and
- 13:43Speaker 1: sweet and funny that it did change her mind. The
- 13:46Speaker 1: filming onto perfection and Julia's role. It's just so great
- 13:51Speaker 1: in this movie. Not in Kilm did celebrate its twenty
- 13:54Speaker 1: fifth anniversary in twenty twenty four, cementing Julia's plays would
- 14:00Speaker 1: romantic comedy history, think about what you say yes and no,
- 14:06Speaker 1: to think about it all the time. It is so
- 14:09Speaker 1: easy to say no. It is so easy to be
- 14:11Speaker 1: scared and just not do anything. If you put yourself
- 14:15Speaker 1: out there, you put yourself out for a lot of criticism.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I'm bracing for this with my book. My book comes
- 14:20Speaker 1: out in April. It's available now for pre orders. It
- 14:23Speaker 1: started with us. It's my very first novel. I know
- 14:25Speaker 1: there's going to be critics. I know there's going to
- 14:27Speaker 1: be people that love it. I can't wait. And I
- 14:29Speaker 1: know there's going to be people who do not like it,
- 14:31Speaker 1: and they're going to come at me. That's part of
- 14:34Speaker 1: the job, that's part of the success. It would be
- 14:37Speaker 1: so much easier for me to just say no, don't
- 14:39Speaker 1: want to write a novel, don't want to do a book,
- 14:41Speaker 1: and be safe. To pick comfort over courage. Don't do it,
- 14:46Speaker 1: pick courage, say yes, Say yes to the things that
- 14:50Speaker 1: scare you, say yes to the things that you don't
- 14:52Speaker 1: quite understand. That's where growth is. Julia, thank you for
- 14:57Speaker 1: telling us this amazing, amazing story. OK, we're going to
- 15:01Speaker 1: take a quick break, but we'll be right back. Welcome
- 15:07Speaker 1: back to the Naughty but Nice Shammy host from Shooter
- 15:10Speaker 1: Hey let's get to the polls. Do last show, which
- 15:14Speaker 1: got a staggering amount of listeners. Something's happened in the
- 15:17Speaker 1: last couple of weeks to the podcast. Helloo lower Lo
- 15:19Speaker 1: to all our new listeners, and Halloa lower Loo to
- 15:22Speaker 1: all our original naughties. Thank you so much. I'm so
- 15:25Speaker 1: happy to be doing this every day, and I'm even
- 15:27Speaker 1: more thrilled that now so many people are listening. So
- 15:30Speaker 1: on our last show, we talked about Nick Ryan, a
- 15:32Speaker 1: celebrity lawyer. Mister Jackson dropped him as the family stopped paying.
- 15:38Speaker 1: So the family no longer wants to pay these massive
- 15:40Speaker 1: legal bills to defend the person who allegedly killed their
- 15:45Speaker 1: mom and dad. So yes, it's their brother, but it's
- 15:48Speaker 1: also to their mom and dad who are no longer
- 15:50Speaker 1: with us. And let's be honest here, it would be
- 15:52Speaker 1: the mom and dad's money that was paying. Nick has
- 15:55Speaker 1: no money. Nick Rhyana the son, he never really had
- 15:57Speaker 1: a job. He slept in their pool house. They paid
- 16:00Speaker 1: for everything, his other daughter and son. I think he
- 16:03Speaker 1: has two daughters and a son, one daughter from a
- 16:06Speaker 1: previous marriage to Penny Marshall. They're not ponying up either.
- 16:10Speaker 1: This lawyer mister Jackson, one of the best lawyers in
- 16:12Speaker 1: the world, is expensive. They want to be paid. He's
- 16:16Speaker 1: not doing this for a hobby, not for fun. This
- 16:18Speaker 1: is his job. This is what he charges and it
- 16:21Speaker 1: can't afford it. So the family was going to have
- 16:23Speaker 1: to pay, and they were like, we're not paying, We're
- 16:25Speaker 1: not paying for this. Initially I think they would pay.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Initially there was conversations. Now they've decided no. I totally
- 16:32Speaker 1: understand that. But my question was, would you pay to
- 16:35Speaker 1: defend your brother if he allegedly had committed such a
- 16:38Speaker 1: heinous crime? Ninety two percent that's a massive said no,
- 16:43Speaker 1: you wouldn't pay to defend him. Hey, don't forget to
- 16:46Speaker 1: vote on today's Paul will go to a Twitter page
- 16:49Speaker 1: add Naughty nine. Rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I'm sure to check back on Mandata. Here your results.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And now it's my favorite part of the show. It's
- 17:00Speaker 1: time for her Nicest of the Day. Oh, and nicest
- 17:04Speaker 1: of the Day. Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, looked
- 17:07Speaker 1: ravishing in her signature Burgundry ruland Moray suit doing a
- 17:13Speaker 1: surprise with this at Channing Crosses Hospital on Thursday just
- 17:17Speaker 1: a day before her forty fourth birthday. Happy forty fourth birthday, Kate,
- 17:22Speaker 1: the Princess paired the powasuit with a deep ruby silk top.
- 17:27Speaker 1: It looked gorgeous, palms, ear rings, everything about it was fantastic.
- 17:31Speaker 1: But the reason she's the nicest of the day is
- 17:33Speaker 1: a volunteer. It's just two words that Kate said that
- 17:36Speaker 1: touched the nation. A volunteer at the hospital explain to Kate,
- 17:40Speaker 1: to the Princess of Wales, the families of chematherapy patients
- 17:46Speaker 1: often sit by their bedside for hours while you're having chemotherapy.
- 17:52Speaker 1: It takes a long time, nothing to do, you'd just
- 17:55Speaker 1: have to sit there. Well, the family is there too, Kate.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Catherine quietly and simply responded, quote, I know, oh Kate,
- 18:05Speaker 1: happy birthday, and now I naughticed the day. Ughty, naughty, naughty.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Bradley Cooper is sort of setting the record straight about
- 18:11Speaker 1: his plastic surgery rumor so. Bradley is finally addressing all
- 18:15Speaker 1: the gossip that he's had plastic surgery. During a podcast
- 18:18Speaker 1: with his friends, he confirmed no, he hasn't had surgery. Bradley,
- 18:23Speaker 1: despite fans and friends saying, you do look different, so
- 18:27Speaker 1: everybody's saying you do look a little bit different. Cooper
- 18:31Speaker 1: added that he is bad about the rumors but found
