SPEAKER_00: Alright I get Kuf Kof Tess and we are gonna start because it's Sunday and we get to choose on Sunday where we start by the two dots on Kufchov Tess and Maralif towards the bottom.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: And hopefully we'll get ahead for the week.
• 0:14
  SPEAKER_00: So like this.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: We are dealing with the sugias in the end of our orva right of over here.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: About Sunday we get to choose.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: But we're dealing with the sugias of either way, there's not much time.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: We're uh dealing with sugias about the Averhamedoldo, like we learned in the Mishnah.
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_00: What's an Averhamedoldo?
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: It's an Ava that's hanging off the animal.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: So it's Mamish severed off and it's hanging on by a thread, literally.
• 0:35
  SPEAKER_00: That's the Aver Midoldo.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: It's a lot of questions as it relates to, sorry about my voice, but as it relates to what's the din in this Aver.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: So we saw that Aver Midodo is not a source of Tumma.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: Question is, is it gonna be Metamid Batumas Aichlin?
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: It needs Hecshir, it doesn't need Heksha.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: If it's Metamid, if it becomes Tama Lagabi Tamas Aichlin, it wouldn't need Haksha.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: You would need to be Maxhru at Lagabul Tuma.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: But it's not, again, it's not a source of Tumma onto its own, but we're gonna see later on when we discuss uh in the next Mishnah today about an Aver Midodo by a person.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: So that could be a source of Tumma for sure.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: But but either way, the Aver Midodo, it's not a source of Tumma, but it's hanging on again literally by a thread.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah, the part we're going on right now, Rav Shimin Mitaher, was going on in the part of the Mishnah, the last part of the Mishnah, where we saw that if the animal died, so it has this Aver Midodo, and then it died.
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_00: This animal died.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: So Ravmeir said that uh it's Metame Mishum Avermanachai, Vena Metam Isham Abrah.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be considered a vela, avar and a vela, because it was again it was considered severed before.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: It's metame mishum avanachai, which comes along with a certain level of tumma.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: That's Rivmeir and Riv Shimin Metar.
• 1:39
  SPEAKER_00: Rashiman says it's star.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara asks on that monoshach.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Gemara starts off on that then that we said, Manoshah.
• 1:45
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: If Misa is oyisenpo, which means that the Misa of the animal, again, you have this Aver that's middled, it's hanging off by a thread.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: So if Misa Misa Oisanipo means that the Misa of the animal makes it Averminachai and considers it completely, uh meaning it can it considers the Misa considers the completion of this job.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it like it was cut off back when the animal was alive.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: So when the animal dies, you have this animal that's hanging off.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Misa Oysen Neepal would say that we consider it as if it fell off completely while the animal was still alive.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: Now that it died, we consider it again completely removed.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Back when it was alive, which considers it what?
• 2:26
  SPEAKER_00: Avemanachai.
• 2:27
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: So if Misa Oysenpol so letamachai.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: So again, it would be oysen nipo, which means that I consider it as if it was completely removed while it was alive.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: So it should be considered.
• 2:39
  SPEAKER_00: Tameh.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I don't know what's going on with Uno momento.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: It gets worse when you talk about Tefus.
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_00: But like this.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: If Misa is Aisanipo, then it's a Manachai.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_00: It should be Tommy because of Avermanachai.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: If Misa is not Aisanipo, which means what?
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: That we don't consider it as if it was severed completely when the animal was still alive.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: But rather, now it was still connected and it died along with the rest of the animal that just died.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_00: So what's that?
• 3:12
  SPEAKER_00: That's regular Avraman Amace.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: Averman Amace is a navelo.
• 3:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's Tumas Navelo.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_00: Rashim and Matar.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: If Mesa is Aisanipo, so it's Avermanakai.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: It fell off completely before it died.
• 3:21
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Well, if Misa is a nipo, then it's considered attached to the animal.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: If it's attached to the animal, it's a naval now.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: It's a piece of an avelo that came off.
• 3:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's an Aver from a Navela.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: So of course it's gonna be Metama.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: So what's Ribshiman's Mithara across the board?
• 3:33
  SPEAKER_00: That's the Gemara.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: So and says the Gemara.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: You thought Ribbshiman was going on the sefa, the case that the animal died with this Avar Midodol attached to it.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: That's not what Rabshiman Musmitar about.
• 3:44
  SPEAKER_00: Ribbshiman Rishoka.
• 3:45
  SPEAKER_00: Ribshiman is going.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: The fact that we when we said Ribshiman Mitahir, even though it sounded like it was going on that last case, it's really not.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: It's going back on the Rasha.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_00: What was the Rasha?
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: Ha Averva Busra Amidudan Bebehema the Aver.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: Or a piece of flesh or a piece of buster that's Mammish hanging off.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Metamit Tomuzachun and Mkamkaman in their place, but to Kansasha, you need to be maker, meaning it's complete considered like a piece of uh busar.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be metamitomasaichlin and it's gonna need, meaning you need to be maker at first Lakabul Tama.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: It's like a regular piece that's already disconnected, and on that, Rib Shim and Matara, Rib Shimit Matir on that.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: And Umr Vasi Umr'hunan, my time of the Bashiman Rasi comes and explains in the name of Rib'achan what is Shimin's reason for this.
• 4:24
  SPEAKER_00: Why is Ibashimmin Mat'ir?
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: You have this Aver Medodo.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: Why is it uh why is Rib Shiman say it's gonna be taught across the board?
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: Why is it not Mittamitama's eichlin?
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Ravashi Amr'ichan, my time of the Bashiman, Ammar Krabbi because the Basak says, Mikol ho eichel asha yeah.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: We learn from here.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: Oichel Shati Ochalakhilakerim koray oichel.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Kola eichel asher, it's very wordy.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: So it's oichel asha yeah that you could feed.
• 4:45
  SPEAKER_00: Which teaches me what?
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: It teaches me oichal that you are able to feed to others.
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: Behetr, it means you're allowed to give this to others, even Gaim, right?
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: As long as you could give it to someone.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: If you could give it to a guy and a guy could eat it, then kor eichel.
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_00: It's called eichel.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: Whereas oichal shi'iata yochalachilakherim, eichel that you cannot feed to others, like this piece, because it's Abraham Achai, and even Gaim can eat Ibrahim Nachai, and therefore, in Kara eichel, it's not called Eichel, and therefore it's not gonna be Metama Tamsaichlin.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: That is Sheitah's Rashim, and that's the reason, that's what Rabychan says, is the reason for Shimon.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Why is Rashim and Matar?
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Again, why does he say that this Aver Middle is not Shay to Thomas Eichlin?
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: And it's completely Reb Shem and Metar across the board, because again, it's not Eichel Sha'ochal Achilal Lacherim, and therefore we learned from the Pascal Mikola Eichhil A Shah that it's excluded from this, and that, and because you can't feed it to others, it's not Kory Oicha, which means it's not gonna be Shayekh to Thomas Oichlin.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: But I'm gonna Ribzaira Narbasi.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: So Ribbasi quoted R Bi Eichlun saying, explaining Shita's Reb Shimon.
• 5:52
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_00: You bring a whole Khajbin and a Pasuk and a Drasha.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe Rib Shimin's reason over there is very simple.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: The reason it's not Shaykh to Thomas Eichlin is because Hail Mi'ura, since it's attached, and then the day it's attached by a strand, right?
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_00: It's medodo.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: So since it's attached, he considers it murah the whole daber.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: He considers it completely attached, like it's part of the regular animal.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: And it's part of the regular animal.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: You have an animal walking around, of course not Shaq to Thomas Eichlin, right?
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: Once it dies and everything, now it now is Thomas.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: But while animals walking around, it's Shaqta Thomasakun.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: So forget the whole drusha in this, you may mean kalaikal shayacha.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't say maybe Rub Shimon's reason over there is hilo me'ura mura.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: Since it's attached, it's considered part of the animal.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Right now, part of the animal.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's not shach to tomazechlin.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Nothing to do with your drasha.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, where do we find this concept of hilumurah?
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: Which is a branch of a taena tree.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: Shinishpa Shenif Shak.
• 6:47
  SPEAKER_00: He got almost detached.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: Ume Uruba Klepa, but it's still attached and it's hanging on by the Kleepah.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: So the actual branch is detached, but the bark of it, whatever, is still holding everything together.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: It's still holding it in its place.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: So this is kind of like your Avramidodo, right?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: Same case, just by a tree.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: So Riyuda, Mitar.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: Rebuhda says it's uh completely tar, it's not shaykh to Toma.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: It's like we know a tree when it's machobal the karka, it's not shaiktoma, as we know.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's completely rebuild as mitar, but if it can live based on this connection that it has to the tree, this little bit, then it's tar because it's considered a part of the tree.
• 7:20
  SPEAKER_00: That's not metame.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: We love, and if not, then tomate is considered already severed.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered separate, then it's gonna be tomato.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: And we explained that my time they're beautiful, what is what is, and he he's he's talking back and forth, right?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Rib Zayra saying to Rabasi, maybe Rab Shimon's reason is Halmu'ra Ma'ura.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Where it's not because we had this mission of Amrinul Kha, and we asked you, Rabasi, my time, what's the reason they're abudding?
• 7:43
  SPEAKER_00: What's Rabuda's reason?
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: You, Rabasi, explain to us that Hyulma Urama'urah you want to know what his reason is because since it's attached to we consider it attached to a Hol Dabr, and then the day Hayul Ma'urah, it's considered and has the din of mu'urah that it's attached as part of the tree, and that's why Rabihudah is mitar across the board.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, why maybe that's Rib Sir Maybe that's Rab Shimon's reason over here.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: You bring me old Rush, I mean called Shay.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: It's not called, and then the day it's attached a little bit.
• 8:12
  SPEAKER_00: So say much better.
• 8:13
  SPEAKER_00: Say very simple.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shimon is Mitar because it's part of the animal, it's still attached a little bit.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: And we see a precedent for this for this Indian of Homura Maura, like we just saw from this Mishnah.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: You yourself, Ravasi told us that.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay, Ravasi answered back to Ribzera, you completely misunderstood me.
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: Amitsiasa.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: Rabychanun, when he was coming to explain, when Rabyaichan came to explain, Rabasi quoted Rabbi Echanan, right?
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: Am Ravasiam Rabbiyah, in my time of the Rashman, what's Rashiman's reason?
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: And he brought the whole drash me called Shayachil.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: He was not going on that part of the Mishnah.
• 8:48
  SPEAKER_00: He was going Amitsiasa.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: So we're bouncing back and forth.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: The Seifan and the Rasha.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: Now he says, no, you misunderstood, really.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: He was going on the mitzyasa.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: He was going on the middle case.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: Then Nishita Behema, Huk Shra Beda Mahdi Rimer.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: What was the middle case of the Mishnah?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: So again, Rabbi Akhan wasn't coming to explain Ribshiman and the Reshah or even the Sefa, like we started off with.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: Rather, Ribshiman the Mitsiyasa, Rhib Shimin that said that the Shita is not Maqshir the Avram Midolda.
• 9:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: Because the Shitha is generally Mashir the rest of the animal.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: Ribshiman says, Ribshiman argues and says that the shitta of the animal, right, the dam is maqshir it.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: So the dam is just the shrikita, the dam of the shitha is going to be mah of the animal and the kabaltama.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: Ribshiman says, not the Aver Medoldo.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: That's where it was, that's what we're about to quote.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Remer says that the Aver and Middldo was now considered Mokshir the Kabultama from the Dam of the Shithah.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Ribshiman Imer, Layhur, Ribshiman said on that, Layukh, that was not Maqshir of the Kabaltama.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: And just because you did Shit on the animal, it's not Maqshur, this Aver that's hanging off the Kabaltama.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: And on that I was going on.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: That says Rmasi, that's what I was calling Rabbi Akhan about.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: That I'm Rabbichnar Mehchan says, My time to Rebashim.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: What's Rashim's reason over there that says that the shit of the animal will not be Maqshur, this Aver Ahmed of the Kabultoma?
• 9:59
  SPEAKER_00: What's Reb Shimon's reason?
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Oh Markha, because the Basak says, And therefore, since this is Eichhoshe Eina Ta Yachla Akilala Kerim ibn a Goikeni, this is Abraham Adodo, it's not considered Eichel, it's not considered Eichhot, it's not Shaq to Tamasikan.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: And that's why Ribshiman said that the Shita of the animal is not gonna be Maqshir, although it's Mahsha the animal is not gonna be Mahshir, this Abraham Adodo.
• 10:24
  SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara.
• 10:25
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: But Vidom time of Rib Shimon Bahi, maybe Ribshir, you're forgetting all the half the Gemara from the previous daffin.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: We give reasons to the middle case of Ribshiman, right?
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: Ribshim argued in Rebueda, or in Ray, or sorry, in the Mishnah.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: And Rem Shimon said that the Shit of the animal is not gonna be Maqshir.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: Not like you said, Remair.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be Maqshir the Averodo.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but we gave a bunch of reasons for that Shit of Ribbshiman.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, Viddom time of Rashim and Bahi, Ikid Raba, Ikita Rabychanan, you could say Vihulu over here, like all the other ones we had.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: But there was a bunch of them in Ram that tried explaining Sheetah Sub Shimon.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Echanan himself, by the way, was one of the explanations, totally different explanation than what he's giving right now.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: So what are you coming and telling me that Rabychanan of this whole Josh Mikallah Shah is going on the Mitsyasa about Sheetah Surb Shimon, that he's arguing on Rhmeir, that the Shita he says Rub Shimon says it's not gonna be Mahsha the Sever Medoto.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: We gave a bunch of reasons for that already.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: What are you coming with a new reason from Rabbi Echlan?
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's like all those other.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: I'll pick any of the above that we already said.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, it was Ruby Echnan himself that gave a different reason.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: So what do you tell me, Rabbi Echan with this potzik is going on that?
• 11:24
  SPEAKER_00: It can't be.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, you're right.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: Ella La'lama Sefa.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: Really, back to the drawing board.
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: And that's how you read the Mishnah.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: It's sounds very much so.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: Like uh like Rib Shimon was going on the sefa.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: The sefa the Mishnah was that a Aver that the Rib Shimin, sorry, the mayor said that uh may, right?
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: That's if the animal died.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_00: Mesa Bahemo.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: That part, that the Aver is now gonna be Metame Mishom Aver Menachai, and it's not gonna be Metamishom Averin Avela because it's considered separated already.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: That's sheetas or mayor, and Rib Shim is Mitar.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shiman's the tar across the board.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: What do we start off the Gemara with?
• 12:03
  SPEAKER_00: Mimanovshah, I don't understand.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: Either way, if it's considered Avim Nachai, it should be Metam Ishom Abra Manachai.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered still attached to the animal, it should be.
• 12:10
  SPEAKER_00: What does it mean?
• 12:11
  SPEAKER_00: Ribbshiman is mitahir.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, that's what the Gemar is gonna have to explain over here.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: That really Ribshiman is going on the sefa, like we started off with.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: And Vilava Aver Ella Basar.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: What was your whole question?
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't it be Metame?
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: It should be Metami Manoshach, right?
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Ibn Nachai, Mitameh, Evman Mais, Mitameh if it's considered uh attached.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: So Rib Shimin, I'll tell you why.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: He wasn't going back and arguing on Rabir about Aver.
• 12:34
  SPEAKER_00: There were two cases.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: He's arguing about, he's arguing about Basur, Basar Minachai.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: That's what he was saying.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: He was going on the following.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Where Rav Meir said, Mesa Behemah, that if the animal died, now that basar that was midodo.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: So you could have an Aver that's midoldo, you could have a baser that's hanging off.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: So if there's a piece of butser that's midodo, the busar is sarhekshar, and it's not gonna be Mahsha the Kabot along just with the Shita by itself.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: And on that, Rib Shimon Metar.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: Ribbshiman says, nope, it's not Shaqta Toma Biklal.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Rabbi's on that Rib Yoichanan is going and explaining my time at Ribshiman, Ummar Kra, because again the Pasik says, And therefore, this is what he was explaining.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: Really, Maskonah is that what?
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: That Rubychan Rabasi quoting Rabbi'achan that explains Psharin Ribshiman.
• 13:25
  SPEAKER_00: That brings a pasak.
• 13:26
  SPEAKER_00: What's Pshan Ribbshim?
• 13:29
  SPEAKER_00: Is this pasik?
• 13:31
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Josha.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: What was he going on?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: Really, he's going on Ribshiman in the Seifa.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shiman that says he's Mitar, and Rab Shimon Mittar in the Seifa is going on the Sefa.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: It's not that Rabshim and Mittar in the Sefa is going back on the raisha or something like that.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: No, Ribshim and Mitar in the Sefa is going back on the Seifa.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Where Rib Meir said that you would consider this uh Aver or this busar that's hanging off, it's gonna be Mukha along with the Shita.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: Remair says, or rather not that part, that he's that he said it's gonna be Mittham and Misham Everman Akai, not Ma'atam Misham Everman.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: On that, Rib Shimon wasn't going back on Ever.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shimon was going back on the busar part of it.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: The basar, I hold that that's gonna be tar across the board.
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_00: Because of this trash.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: Ribbshiman says the busar across the board is gonna be taur because again, eichel sha te yochlachilakhem kar, eichel sha'inata yachola khilachim, inun kar, eikal.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore this basar is not eichhal sha ta yochulak la khilakhem at all.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_00: You cannot feed it to a guy.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's going to be considered uh tahur across the board.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: Look to the next Mishnah.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: So we came off a Mishnah that was talking about uh Aver Amedodol, Basar Amedodal by a animal, by the hema.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking about the same the same concept by a person, but by a person, what are you gonna have?
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_00: Different?
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have Thomas May's, right?
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: If you have an Avar from a dead person, that ready could be Metamat.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: So Aver Ha Aver the Basar Medudon.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: So La Lena, there's uh there's a piece of there's a full Aver that's not much hanging off of a person, or basar that's hanging off of a person.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: So ta'irim, it's considered ta'irim while it's medodo, while it's uh in its state of uh hanging off.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: Meso dom, if the person dies, then a basar tar.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: The basar is gonna be tar, it's gonna be considered basar manachai, which is gonna be tar, and an ever mitame mishomeinachai.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: The ever is gonna be mitame because of Avermanachai.
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: Because Misa is Aisanipo, right?
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: Since Misa is Aisanipo, like we saw with concept earlier, so as soon as the person dies, it considers it as if this Aver that was hanging off was severed when it was hanging off or whatever, while it was still alive.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's gonna be Metama Misham Avermanachai, not Averman Ames.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be Metame that if the person dies, then this Aver that's Medodo is gonna be Metama Misham Avermanachai.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: We ain't Metam Isham Avernamase again, because Misa's oysen nipal.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: So it considers it as if it was separated while the person was alive, diver remir.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: That's sheetus remair, shim and metar, and shimon says it's gonna be tar across the board, and we're about to ask, and then Gemara, what does it mean Rebshiman's Mitar?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara again, very similar to what we said before.
• 15:54
  SPEAKER_00: Ribshimin, man of Shach.
• 15:55
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand Shet's Rashim here.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: He just said across the board it's gonna be tar.
• 15:58
  SPEAKER_00: Man of Shach.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: I don't understand that e Misa Oisanipal, Everyone's gonna tell me Misa's Oisanipo, only time Ivrim Nachai.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: Misa Isanipo.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: Again, so when the person dies, it's as if the Avar was separated while he was alive, so it should have Tuma as if it was Avraminachai, very simply.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: So it should be Metamah.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: So what does it mean Rapsiman's Mitar?
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: And E ain Misa Oisanipal.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that Misa is not oysanipo, so what does that mean?
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: It means the Aver is still attached to him.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: If the Aver is still attached to him, it's considered part of his basar.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's part of the person that died, and now you have Averman Amace.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's for sure.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: Then it should be considered Tameh because of Avramina Mace.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: It was attached to when he died.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: You took it off now, so it's a piece of person that you took off.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: You took off an Aver from a person.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: Of course it's gonna be Tomish Averman Amace.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean that Reb Shim is a mid tattered across the board?
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: Answer the Gemara Rib Shimin Ba'amukai Rib Shiman wasn't answering back exactly the sheet of Rameir going on this specific case.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: Remair is beamuko, he's going on the vault.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: He's going generally talking about Averman Amace.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: He's not going on this specific thing.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: He's talking about generally, I hold there's no such thing as Averman Amace.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara's about to explain what?
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: We never heard of such a thing, right?
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: But no, Rib Shimin doesn't hold of Averman Amace.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: Baalmukai is just saying holding, he's talking high-level the concept of Averman Amace.
• 17:05
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Alma Tanakama.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: That the Tanakama said, Oh, I'm Metam Ishama Avanachai, Ivan Amais.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: That that the Tanakhama said, which was her mare, right?
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: That they that this Aver is going to be Metam Isham Ever Nachai and not Misham Avram Namais.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see from there?
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, Alma Iverman Amais Baal Metame.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: So clearly, Averman Amace is such a thing.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: There is such a thing and is Metame Baalmah.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: This is just not Metam Ishama Averman Amace.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: But it sounds very much the dilk is that Averman Averman Amace in general is a thing, and it's Metameh, Vi'am al Aram Shimon, Aram Shimon's answering it back that Averman, Aver Amace, Baalma Le Metame.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: I argue with you, and I say that there is no such thing as Averman Amace.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Averman Amace, if you have an Aver from Amace, it's not gonna be Metame.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: And it's uh noise, it's hard to understand because we're used to, of course, Averman Amace being Metame.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: But no, Rub Shimon's saying that Averman Amace, Ba'ama is not Mitameh and obviously, by the way, if it doesn't have its own Kazai's busar on it, because if it did have a Kazai's busser on it, then it would.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Rib Shiman's not arguing on that Allah.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: But the concept of if it's an Aver by itself, that has its own Toma, as an Avermin Amace, and it has its own Tuma.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: So that Ribbshiman argues on.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: So again, if you have an Avermin Amace that doesn't have a Kazai's busar on it, then Rib Shiman's gonna hold that it's not going to be Metame.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: Titanya, and we actually have a precedent for this in a braise though.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Omar Ribalaza Ribalaza says, Shamathi, Sha Aver Min Achai Mitameh Rib Shiman Ribalazar commented, I heard that Averman Ahai is Mitame.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm not Rabashua.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_00: I heard that Averman Ahai is Mitameh.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like I'm a chai and not something else.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: Sir Bashua said back to him, Amace.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Only Aramina Hai is and not Avermin Amace.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: It shouldn't be that way.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: It should be a Kabhimir that for sure Averman Amace should be Mintame.
• 18:46
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:46
  SPEAKER_00: Uma chai shehu tahar.
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_00: Chai is tah.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: While the animals alive, it's for sure ta', right?
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_00: So Aver a parishment.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: An Ava that gets disconnected from it is Tameh, even though the animal is tar.
• 18:56
  SPEAKER_00: So mace.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: A dead animal a dead or dead person.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Shehu Tame.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: That it's for sure Tame.
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_00: So like Cal Shikain.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: So for sure, Ava that comes from a mace should be Tame.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: If an Ava that comes from a Chai is Tame, even though the Chai himself is tar, then an Ava that comes from a mace for sure should be Tame, because the mace himself is the biggest toma.
• 19:15
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the Kaabaimer.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: And furthermore, I'll tell you that custom the Miguelus Tines.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: That it's uh it's written in Miguel's Tynis, which we know is uh it's uh one of the earliest forms actually, but it's uh just uh basically a list of all of these yamim taive callin yomala misped behind the sanim bhari that the the following days Gamarin Tynis brings it that you can't uh you can't uh make his spadim, you're not supposed to fast on these days, they're considered yom taiwan.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: So part of the these yom taiim that were that are brought in Miguel's Tynis is Pischzeira is Pesach Shane, right?
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_00: The small pesaches.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: Pischzeira, the lay the mispad, that you're not allowed to make hispanim on that day.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: What is that what is so so if you're gonna make diukin, the the the type of witch that you're making, so what?
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: Ha rab alemispid, what is that to tell you that the the regular pesach you are allowed to make a spanim?
• 20:03
  SPEAKER_00: Of course not.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: And the koldagan, it's a it's a cabochimer, so akanami, koldogan, so two of year, of course it should be a kolchikane.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: That if there's Averminachai, for sure, Averminameh should be Mithame.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: So what are you talking about?
• 20:13
  SPEAKER_00: Only Aver Minachai.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: Somale, Reb Eliezer, and Sudaker, Bishua, Chakh Shamati.
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_00: I hear.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: I hear your diok and your koshikin and everything.
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_00: But that's how I heard that.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Daska Avermin Achai is Mitameh and not Avermin Amace, and Abshiman is going like that Shita of Rebelieazer, that Averminamais is not Mitameh.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: Again, if it doesn't have a Kazai spauser.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: Uma eka bin Avermin Avermin Achaia Averman Amais.
• 20:35
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I understand according to the Beshamin.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: There's this new concept that uh Averman Amaz is not Metame.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: But what about even if you're a Mayor?
• 20:43
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: Rameir said in the Mishnah that this uh if you have this Aver Middle Ba'am, Taharmin to Ta'ram, it's gonna be Tar.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: But if the person died, then it's gonna be Tar.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: The Aver is gonna be Metam Isham Averminachai, but it's not gonna be Metam Isham Averan Amace.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: So you could ask yourself, according to the mayor that holds they're both Tame, right?
• 20:59
  SPEAKER_00: R'suman argued right here.
• 21:00
  SPEAKER_00: Absuman's short difference.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: He old Averman Amace is not Metame.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: But Rameir holds that they're both Metame.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_00: There's Avraman a Hai, there's Averman Amace, they're both Metame.
• 21:07
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the difference?
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_00: What do I care?
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: It's Mish Tame, Mishom, Avermanachai, but it's not Metame Mishom Aver Namais.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: Who cares?
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: So what do I care which one?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's what the Gemara is asking.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: That even according to the Mayor, Ma'ika bein Ivan Akai, Averman Amace.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: What's the difference between Avermanachai and Avraman Amais?
• 21:23
SPEAKER_00: If according to the mayor, it's both gonna be Tameh.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: So answer the Gemara, I'll tell you what.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: There's differences in the types of Tamah.
• 21:29
  SPEAKER_00: There are differences.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: It relates to Avraminahai or Avon Amace.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Even according to Ramair, walls they're both Metame, there are differences.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: He he would hold that Kazai's Basar, the Etzim Kisa'ira, a pirish may Avraman Achai kiminayau.
• 21:40
  SPEAKER_00: The two differences are a Kazai's Basar or a Etsim Kisa'ira.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: We know these things by a mace.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh 100% uh carry their own tumma.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: Either uh etsim the size of a kis'ara or the first thing Kazai's Basar on its own, but that that's gonna be a difference between Avraminachai and Averman Amace.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: That Aparish may Averman Achai combinaiu.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Averman Achai, it's now we have the following Mishnah that Kazai's Basar Aparish me Avramanachai, Rebelezimitame, Remnachunya Manakana, Rabeshua Metarin.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: So we have two Sheetah over here that would hold that type of tumul, although it's Tame by a mace, a regular dead person.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: If they were Averman Akai, then we have these two Sheetas, Rim Nachuminakar and Arabishua, that they're actually Ta'ur.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: And Etzim Kisaira Aparish me Averman achai.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: And we'll also Etsim Kisari, so that was Kazai's Basar, right?
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: Etzim Kisari, we have the same thing.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: That Aparishman Avermanachai, so either either way we see what?
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: We see we have Machalikasim.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: And when it comes to Averminakai, it's not always the same.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: Even according to our mayor that holds it, it's also Tame just like Averman Amace, or rather the opposite, right?
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: Even according to the mayor that holds you have Avram Amace, Toma by Averman A Maze, just like you have Toma Avermin Akai.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_00: Even a mayor that holds you have Tuma across the board is not gonna say that they're equal.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: Because we clearly have Machlikas of Tanaim about which type of Tumma applies.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: And just because a type of Tumu applies by Averman Amace, like Atsim Kisa'ara and Kazai's Basar, those two things, Atsim Kisa'ira and Kazaiz Basar, don't necessarily some hold they do, but they don't necessarily apply to Averman Akai as well.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: As we saw these different Shetas, are Mikhunim and Aqana, Belazar, Yeshua, some of these shetas are saying that these two um these two uh nyanim of Kazai's Basar or Atsum Kisa'ra actually are not going to be problems, they're not gonna be taught me by Avraminachai.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: And the Gemara answers that, and the Gemar says that Hashta Dazlachi, once you said this last thing, then I can really tell you that we're in Tana Kamala Ib Shiminhami, Kazai's Baser Batam Kazari Kim and I.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_00: We start off with a big question.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: What does the mean of Shimon's Matar?
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: If Shimon's Matar across the border, you have an Aver Middle, Mimana Shah, right?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered Avermin Akai, then Litami Shame Averman Nachai.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's considered Averman Amais, Litama Sham Avermin Amais.
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_00: So what's what's Ibshiman being Matar?
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: And that says the Gemara Hashta dasilahi, he wants to explain to you there are different dargas and things, I can tell you that's the difference.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's where Ibashiman's being meteor.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: If Shimon's being Matir specifically by Bas, Kazai's Basar, or Etim Kisaira by Avermin Akai.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: So when Ib Shimon is Matir, you can't ask me Monaf Shak.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: It should be Mithame if it's Avermin Achai.
• 23:58
  SPEAKER_00: No, it's not true.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: Because he's talking about Etsim Kisaira and Kazai's Basar by Avermin Akai, which is gonna be tar.
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_00: That's Rashim and Matir.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: You could just explain it means.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: If a Shimon holds, it's Avermin Akai, and he's talking about Kazai's Basar and uh Etzim Kisaira, that he holds his tar by Avermin Akhai.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: But you're right, Aver Minakai regularly is gonna hold, uh has a level of Tamah as well, just like Iverman Ahmai's and Averman Amaz also has a Tama, you don't have to say that it doesn't, and that answers your man of Shaq before.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: And with that, Hajran Allah, the very intense ha'erva'artiv, picking up with a last stretch tomorrow.
