- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I am your host, rochelle.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-regulate, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Now let the magic begin.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I can't believe we're already at another transit episode, but Sunday is September 1st and it kind of feels wild that it's already here and Sunday is huge astrologically.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I mean, the next couple months are really big and, as I'm recording this today, on the 28th of August, mercury went direct and I feel like, probably for the first time, maybe consciously, I really took the time in this Mercury retrograde to actually slow down.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Right, mercury is our mind, it is our communication, it rules Gemini and Virgo right.
- 1:26Speaker 1: So it is the trickster and it is the teacher, right, it rules our nervous system.
- 1:30Speaker 1: It rules, you know, it's just.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I've been reading on herbalism as well and so just understanding Mercury from that lens.
- 1:40Speaker 1: But you know, of course, with our mind, there are different types of anxieties and one of them definitely is our mind.
- 1:47Speaker 1: All anxiety comes from our mind.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But there are different types of, I guess, nervous system dysregulation, maybe that's more what I'm trying to say where we have feeling that comes from, maybe somewhere, we don't know, and I think it's all attached to our mind on some level.
- 2:01Speaker 1: But you know, when you look from a human design perspective, you have the head center, that mental pressure, versus, like solar plexus issues or sacral issues or stomach issues, and I think that's where I was trying to go with that.
- 2:12Speaker 1: But yeah, this last Mercury retrograde cycle, I feel like I really sort of slowed down and looked at things practically and logically.
- 2:22Speaker 1: And it could be because Mercury started in Virgo and Mercury retrogrades in Virgo and Earth signs are really about stability and practicality.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Right, mercury retrograde and fire signs are about creativity, fun, spontaneity, all of those types of themes.
- 2:37Speaker 1: And Mercury not only is the mind in communication.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Mythologically, mercury was the one god that could go between humans and the gods, and it was also the one that could go down into Hades.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Right, it could bring people to Hades.
- 2:50Speaker 1: It can come back from Hades, and so Hades is Pluto and Pluto is our deep subconscious.
- 2:57Speaker 1: And so during retrograde periods Mercury is sort of dancing in that subconscious realm where typically Mercury is our conscious mind, but during retrograde it's sort of diving into the subconscious and bringing those things forward.
- 3:09Speaker 1: And so if we're not slowing down, if we're not taking the time to work on those things reassess, reorganize, restructure, you know all those Rx, re words during retrogrades, that's sort of when we tend to find that we run into communication issues, technological issues, all those sort of things, and a lot of times during retrograde, xs come out of nowhere seemingly, and so you know, taking time to not rush into anything.
- 3:41Speaker 1: You know, and I have really felt during this retrograde period actually a lot of my creativity and inspiration coming back, and Leo is my moon and my rising, so could just be Leo season, but I think it's this fire energy that has been a little bit stifled for me over the summer, especially cancer season for me is in my 12th house and it's always a time of like all these things that I can't quite see.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Season for me is in my 12th house and it's always a time of, like, all these things that I can't quite see, and especially this summer, I've just felt very stifled, I guess stuck, which are things of, you know, retrogrades, mercury retrograde and fire sign can feel like stuck, like that too right, and so, anyway, a lot of these things have been coming up and I feel like I've really been taking things slow, especially in my relationships, and just taking this time to really see things a little bit more clearly and remembering to bring in the fun, because I think a lot of times when we're doing this work, it can be so serious and we forget to have fun, we forget to play, we forget to be creative.
- 4:37Speaker 1: And I've had so many good conversations.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yesterday I recorded two podcast episodes and it was the first ones I've recorded interviews, literally I think, since like June, may or June.
- 4:49Speaker 1: So I took a long time off, but it was so good to get back into it because I just remember why I love doing this, like so incredible, but it really kind of made me feel like my yeah, my drive and my passion and all those things were coming back.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So that was really really exciting.
- 5:09Speaker 1: But having a lot of these conversations about slowing down and I think I don't know, honestly, if it comes from a fear of death, which is extreme, but this inability to slow down, this, we feel like we can't take our time.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It's almost like we feel like we don't have enough time to do things Right, and I really think that the slowness is where the manifestation happens, the slowness is where the magic happens, and it's like if you don't slow down, you won't really appreciate that sunset or that sunrise Right, if we don't slow down.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Especially, I've been trying to get more into herbalism, specifically astroherbalism, and it's a really slow process.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It's like I want to know everything right now, right, and I think that, especially when I started human design, that's how I felt I was like I'm going to take in as much as I can, I'm going to learn as much as I can, and somewhere along this journey I've learned to appreciate the slowness and the stillness.
- 5:58Speaker 1: And so, especially when it comes to plants like yesterday I got a new one and I was just smelling it I was, you know, I steeped it in some hot water I had, I drank some, just sort of like simmering in the energy of the plant to really understand how it would impact me and what it would feel like.
- 6:18Speaker 1: And I feel like plants.
- 6:20Speaker 1: This is the topic we got on the podcast episode yesterday but plants are literally magic.
- 6:26Speaker 1: We've been using them forever and you know, pharmaceutical drugs are derived from plants and the substance is taken out of it or it's synthesized or whatever.
- 6:35Speaker 1: But the magic, I believe, is in the actual plant the flower, the root, the seeds, the leaves, right, and we're taking those things out.
- 6:43Speaker 1: It really makes a difference and I think that's where a lot of the magic is.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The ancient wisdom, all that stuff is held in the plant and it's really really so beautiful and I just like visualize it.
- 6:53Speaker 1: You know, we have these different layers of our energy right.
- 6:55Speaker 1: We have our physical body, we have our mental layer, mental energy field we have our emotional, we have our spiritual right, and then we have our etheric, and it's like plants.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I just see them transcending all these layers and so it's like when you ingest them, it's not just in your physical body, right, but they're also penetrating the emotional layer, they're penetrating your spiritual layer and all your auras and your fields and it's just really beautiful because they do have frequency and they do have energy and that's sort of, I guess, the world where I feel like I'm playing in lately.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It's just this idea, I guess, or this place of magic, maybe, is what I feel like.
- 7:34Speaker 1: It's really inspiring and lighting within me.
- 7:36Speaker 1: It's just this realm of magic and playing in that and remembering that we are truly creating our reality, we are co-creating it all the time, and so you can literally wake up tomorrow morning and just create a whole new reality than what you have today, and also trying to remember and remind myself that, whatever it is that I am doing now, you know our words are really powerful and I think a lot of us connect over dramas of some sort right, where we're expressing things that are happening in our life, and I mean, it's like what reality TV is.
- 8:07Speaker 1: We're watching drama unfold on TV, right, we're sort of sharing those parts of ourselves with other people, and it makes things bigger, and so I fall victim I don't even know if that's the right terminology, but I do it too, right, and I think, because it is a way to connect with people.
- 8:22Speaker 1: But I'm trying to be more mindful of the things and the words that I'm using, because if I'm complaining about something, it's just going to make it bigger?
- 8:30Speaker 1: I think there are times and places and ways that we can go about expressing it, especially, you know, getting it out is helpful, like in our journal and things like that.
- 8:38Speaker 1: But are we making it bigger?
- 8:39Speaker 1: Are we telling every single person we interact with that specific issue that we're dealing with, right?
- 8:45Speaker 1: Are we dramatizing the situation?
- 8:47Speaker 1: Are we talking badly about somebody, right?
- 8:49Speaker 1: Are we sharing our experiences to one trusted individual?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Are we just kind of telling everybody?
- 8:54Speaker 1: And so I've really been noticing where I like fall into these sometimes and trying to really intentionally notice how I'm speaking, what I'm saying and want to bring it forth, because I do believe that we are creating a reality through our words and we have the power to create our reality through our words.
- 9:10Speaker 1: So it's like what do you want to create?
- 9:12Speaker 1: How do you want to show up?
- 9:13Speaker 1: And I think there are ways that we can communicate and talk that's more supportive, that will bring more magic into our lives and just bring the things that we're really wanting in our life.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And yeah, I feel like that's what Mercury Retrograde has sort of been having me reflect on over the last.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I think it's been five weeks, three weeks, something like that.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I don't know, I'm pretty sure.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But yeah, so that's sort of what I've been reflecting on and yeah, I just tomorrow is Thursday.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, my days are all over the place.
- 9:44Speaker 1: But yeah, so that's sort of what I've been reflecting on and yeah, I just tomorrow is Thursday.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, my days are all over the place.
- 9:47Speaker 1: But yeah, I can't believe I was sitting here this morning.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I was like it's literally we're here again for September's transits and it's wild because I feel like I feel like August flew by and again, transits astrology is going to get a little bit wild and we don't know what is going to come of it.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And, as I've had a conversation on a couple podcasts, episodes again, yeah, just like I guess that idea of we are creating a reality.
- 10:14Speaker 1: So what we are putting our focus on, we're going to make bigger, and I think it's easy in a time like this to be absorbed by that fear and the anger surrounding things that might be happening in the world.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And how can we show up in a way that is not making that fear and anger bigger?
- 10:31Speaker 1: Right, how are we supporting ourselves and those around us Because we're wanting to create a better world?
- 10:40Speaker 1: Right, we're wanting to shift timelines.
- 10:42Speaker 1: We are in this time where there is so much energy, so much is happening, so much is shifting and changing, and so just asking yourself what part you want to play in that, how you want to show up in that and where you want to go within that space.
- 10:58Speaker 1: So, all that being said, you know I love journaling.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I love it's my favorite practice and it's one that I all the time.
- 11:06Speaker 1: So if you have a journaling practice, if you don't, I so recommend starting it.
- 11:12Speaker 1: But if you do have a journaling practice, just taking a moment to journal on what came up while Mercury wasn't retrograde, and you know how that impacted you, how it inspired you, how you navigated it, how you want to navigate moving forward, I think we can set intentions now, and especially with the new moon that's going to be on Monday.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Really, this little window here is a really potent, beautiful, magical time to really bring that forward, and we're beginning in the end of September.
- 11:41Speaker 1: We're kind of opening the door, we're having this eclipse portal again, and so the energy is going to continue to be big, and so grounding yourself, whatever that looks like, will be really helpful.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So, with all that being said, september 1, which is Sunday, we are having our Pluto is dipping back into Capricorn and we've been talking about this.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I talked about this within global circles.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I did an IG live with Manuela Welton and I talked about it in the newsletter all the things Instagram.
- 12:16Speaker 1: But on Sunday Pluto is moving back into Capricorn and Capricorn is politics, its systems's structures, and I believe Pluto's been in there since 2008, if I'm not mistaken.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I could be wrong on that and so you know we obviously moved into Aquarius and we dip back into Capricorn.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Then we went into Aquarius and so now we're dipping back into Capricorn.
- 12:37Speaker 1: For the last time in our lifetimes, pluto takes about I believe it's 280 years to circle the sun.
- 12:42Speaker 1: So we are not going to experience this again.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And while it's been through Capricorn, I think we've seen a lot of what is not working within our government systems and structures and our world government systems and structures, and this sort of last dip into it is really going to bring that out again and it goes back into Aquarius November 19th, where it will be until 2044.
- 13:05Speaker 1: So we're going to have that out again and it goes back into Aquarius November 19th, where it will be until 2044.
- 13:07Speaker 1: So we're going to have 20 years of Pluto in Aquarius, and Aquarius is the change maker.
- 13:12Speaker 1: It is the rebel.
- 13:14Speaker 1: It is innovation, technology, freedom, right.
- 13:18Speaker 1: It's the humanitarian, it is breaking the rules, but it's also taking those that are struggling, those that are probably most impacted in a negative I'm air quoting a negative way by what the systems and governments are doing right and it's bringing them into the fold.
- 13:39Speaker 1: And I think that Aquarius is.
- 13:41Speaker 1: It's really weird and it's quirky.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Right, because you have to be, because you've Aquarius, it's like, has been so deeply embedded in the system.
- 13:48Speaker 1: It sees what's not working right and so it has to.
- 13:51Speaker 1: You have to have an energy of being different and being okay with it and being a little bit weird to step outside of that box and make a change and make things shift.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And so that I feel like is, while Pluto now dips back into the Capricorn, all these things are going to come out for the last time.
- 14:07Speaker 1: So that is preparing us in Aquarius.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Now we really are going to be at the forefront of like, okay, this is not working right and we're whatever you want to call it Aquarian age, the new earth, all these things that have been talking about for so long.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Ancient texts have been talking about these things like it really is a beautiful, magical time to be alive.
- 14:24Speaker 1: And if you're listening to this and if you're here, like you're here for a very specific reason, I truly do believe that.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And you know, one thing I've been really reflecting on too, within this Mercury retrograde period is just my purpose, what I'm here to do, what I'm here to move through and I think that we can all see it from these little nuggets, these little instances, experiences in our lives.
- 14:44Speaker 1: The theme is typically the same within all of them, right, and for me, I think that's always been my body.
- 14:50Speaker 1: And relationships have been the two things that I'm really here.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And I say my body just in health, right, like embodying health and learning about health and how to feed myself and my family and share that knowledge with others.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And then, of course, relationships.
- 15:06Speaker 1: That has been the biggest using my voice in relationships, feeling safe in relationships, knowing myself, loving myself, so that when I show up in relationships, I can show up in an empowered way that's not projecting my shit on somebody else and knowing that I don't have to take on somebody else's shit.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Those are really big things, and so I know that my purpose within astrology and human design and everything that I'm learning, because I think that even health, right, when we are nurturing ourselves, it's so much easier to be in touch with ourselves, it's so much easier to accept ourselves, it helps our mental health, like there's so much to it, and so these two combine for me, right.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And I think that just looking back again, journaling on your life of, like, what hasn't been working or where have you encountered the same thing over and over and over again, what are you making it mean about you Identifying your subconscious beliefs, all of those things I think are so important right now, so that we can ground into our truth and who we are as we now navigate this new Aquarian age, right, as we now navigate this era where we're sort of systems are crumbling and we have to know where we stand within that and what we stand for.
- 16:15Speaker 1: And I think, just, yeah, self-exploration is such an important part of that and, of course, relating to others, because we're doing this together and so how can we show up and not projected on others, how can we show up and bring an energy of love instead of fear, right, or anger or whatever it is?
- 16:36Speaker 1: So, also on Sunday, uranus stations direct, and it has been in retrograde in Taurus and so it stations direct and I just feel this energy of it's, like it's like the screeching halt to like turn around, turn around and like go direct.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Right, the planets are not actually spinning in the other direction, but they are closer to the sun, they are closer to us when they're in a retrograde period and so it is then going back direct and again Uranus rules Aquarius, so it is freedom, technology, innovation, all those things, and in Taurus is the earth, is sensuality, sexuality, material things, finances.
- 17:12Speaker 1: So we might notice, you know, whether it is some actual earth things like earthquakes or natural disasters, things like that.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It could also just be like financial stuff, and it's not to say that something bad I'm air quoting.
- 17:23Speaker 1: It's not to say that something bad is going to happen, right, but just being aware, like I've even noticed over the last week, just things shifting in my financial arena, I guess, and it could be really frustrating, but also knowing that, a I create my own reality and B it's not all about money, right, and I think that the energy, like just being rooted in yourself and knowing that money is energy, it will come and it will go and it will always come, right and it was just like it will always go.
- 17:55Speaker 1: I was actually listening to Joe Rogan today and he was talking to Dave Chappelle and that's what Dave Chappelle was like.
- 17:57Speaker 1: He was like if you are so focused on money, if everything you do is for money, you're missing the picture, like you're going to miss the fine details, you're gonna miss like the big, impactful things if you're just hyper-focused on like that being your end goal.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And it was a beautiful reminder that it's like why we do what we do right, and of course, we need money, we need money to provide, we need money to pay for our rent and our food and our cars and all of these things that we have.
- 18:22Speaker 1: And also if we can just release the need for it, I guess, and just enjoy it.
- 18:28Speaker 1: And, of course, I think Saturn, in Pisces right now too, is bringing a little bit of structure into things too.
- 18:35Speaker 1: So it's like how can we then be responsible, how can we be organized, how can we structure our money systems, you know, within our accounts and at home and whatever.
- 18:44Speaker 1: So, but those things might be coming up with Uranus stationing direct just might shake things up a little bit because it is shock, it is truth, truth.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So it's going to reveal those things as it stations direct.
- 18:56Speaker 1: And then on the second we have our new moon in virgo.
- 19:00Speaker 1: It's at 11 degrees in virgo and it is happening at 8 55 pm.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And virgo energy it's a mutable earth sign.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It's ruled by mercury, so of course it is going to be of the mind.
- 19:11Speaker 1: It's analytical, it's judgmental, it's critical.
- 19:13Speaker 1: These are parts of Virgo that can be shadows and it's also this beautiful.
- 19:20Speaker 1: You know it's represented by the Virgin and it's this idea.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Virgo is these things critical, analytical, judgmental because its goal is to perfect the self.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Its goal is to perfect the self so that we can then enter relationships Libra relationships in a healed and in our highest expression of self right, so that we're entering healthy relationships.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Virgo is also deeply in service right.
- 19:45Speaker 1: It's in service to others, and so Virgo is like I can't remember where I was listening to this.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I really don't remember.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I wish I could credit the person, but you know, virgo is like I can't remember where I was listening to this.
- 19:54Speaker 1: I really don't remember.
- 19:55Speaker 1: I wish I could credit the person, but you know, virgo is the being in service and like the little things right, like bringing somebody a meal or picking something up or offering somebody a ride, it's these like little kindnesses that Virgo being in service, that aspect of Virgo is going to show up and I know, oh my gosh, virgo rising.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I'd hit it, a Virgo rising for a while and I did notice that there were all these little things that were done right and it's like Virgo is kind of that like acts of service.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You know, love language and it's so funny because, like I do notice that so much where it's like I'm going to drop this off or I'm going to do this or do you need this, and sometimes that's where all this, this knowledge, is so helpful, especially in our relationships, to see that like that is how you show it.
- 20:39Speaker 1: It's not how I show it, it's not how I receive it, but I can appreciate things for me.
- 20:43Speaker 1: So that's the energy.
- 20:55Speaker 1: New moons are, you know, times to set intentions, to manifest, and so, again, like reflecting on this whole Mercury retrograde period and things that came up, and then you know Virgo isn't earth sign, so it is grounded, it is practical, it's logical.
- 21:08Speaker 1: So what intentions are you setting around your home organization?
- 21:11Speaker 1: Funny, funny, finances, career, because it is work right.
- 21:15Speaker 1: It rules the sixth house, which is health and daily routines, where do you need to clean up your diet?
- 21:21Speaker 1: So, like sort of setting these intentions, maybe like choosing one so it's not overwhelming, right, because it's like when we're getting back into the gym or we're starting a diet, like we want to go in and, you know, do it all in a big way, but when we can start in these little micro moments and small things.
- 21:36Speaker 1: So maybe it's, maybe you want to eliminate sugar or maybe you want to get back into the gym, you know, a couple days a week, just starting small and building on those, but having that intention set during this.
- 21:46Speaker 1: So then, as we're navigating, then this eclipse period, which is a little bit chaotic right, eclipses are chaotic and especially everything that's happening, but we have this grounded, solid foundation.
- 21:59Speaker 1: So maybe you want to commit to five minutes of meditation a day, right, something that you can achieve, that is going to push you, but that you can achieve and then start building on from that.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Um, there's really not many.
- 22:08Speaker 1: There's like no aspects literally to the moon.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I don't think so during this specific.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Actually, let me pull it up real quick.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I have the other one pulled up, but let's pull up the September 2nd, yeah, so new moons when the sun and the moon Okay, so they are opposite Saturn.
- 22:25Speaker 1: So it is bringing in this element of structure, of routine restriction a little bit right, because Saturn is restriction, saturn in Pisces, so this should.
- 22:38Speaker 1: It is an opposition and oppositions tend to come to us from outside sources.
- 22:42Speaker 1: They can tend to be more challenging aspects.
- 22:44Speaker 1: And also, how can we lean into this energy of structure, of boundaries, right Of systems?
- 22:51Speaker 1: How can we lean into this and let it support us in our manifestations, in our intention settings, especially if we're sending any intentions around finances, or even if you're just sending intentions around being practical, logical, of like what you want to do, whether it's that meditation or cleaning up your diet or something right, because you know Virgo is health oriented, is the stomach, nervous system, things like that, because it's ruled by Mercury.
- 23:14Speaker 1: But how can we allow Saturn to support us in that right?
- 23:18Speaker 1: It is a challenging aspect and challenging aspects are things that we need to do something about.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I guess Squares are more energy that we need to take action on.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Squares are challenging aspects, but we're taking action Again.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Saturn or oppositions come from outside of us typically.
- 23:33Speaker 1: We're taking action Again.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Saturn or oppositions come from outside of us typically.
- 23:36Speaker 1: So maybe there are people showing up in your life that are requesting change or that are maybe showing you where you need to change or showing you habits.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Maybe you're seeing other people embody things that you would like to call in.
- 23:47Speaker 1: So instead of being triggered by that or upset by that, right, like, how can we then use this energy to support us within that?
- 23:53Speaker 1: So that is the second.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I don't think I wrote everything like fully organized in order here.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Okay, so the fourth we have Mars moving into Cancer.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Mars rules Aries and it rules Scorpio.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Mars is hot right, it is red, it is hot, it is blood, it is action assertion.
- 24:15Speaker 1: It is war.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Right, it is the warrior.
- 24:19Speaker 1: It is that kind of energy.
- 24:22Speaker 1: And so Mars and cancer is very different.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Right, mars doesn't necessarily feel comfortable in cancer, because cancer is water.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Right, water fills the cup that it's in Water, molds to what it's in Water.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And fire, right, too much water, obviously water will put out fire.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Too much fire will make water dissolve, and so it is this delicate balance between the two of them.
- 24:45Speaker 1: But fire can purify water, and so just that energy.
- 24:50Speaker 1: But Mars energy is a little bit muted when it comes to cancer.
- 24:56Speaker 1: So Mars and cancer is going to be a little bit more muted, might feel a little bit frustration, not really being able to be fully assertive or like loud and assertive in a way that maybe it would be in another sign.
- 25:06Speaker 1: So, noticing if we're feeling a little bit more frustration or maybe like an inability to really express ourself, maybe like passive aggressiveness coming up, that's sort of that like Mars in cancer energy, and you know, nothing is bad or good, it is what it is, but that's sort of the energy that we might be feeling while Mars is navigating through cancer.
- 25:26Speaker 1: And then on the ninth we have Mercury moving back into Virgo.
- 25:31Speaker 1: So Mercury started in Virgo and then dipped back into Leo, so we're still sort of treading this energy that we've already experienced before.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Mercury went retrograde and so again noticing if there's anything that comes up, mercury rules Virgo, so Mercury likes to be here.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Mercury is of the mind, so analytical, you know, organization, it's all those types of things, right, it's more of like the teacher energy when it comes to Earth and Virgo.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Right, that's the way I perceive it, because it can be a little bit.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Mercury in Gemini is a little bit more playful, it's sort of the trickster energy.
- 26:05Speaker 1: It sort of reminds me of like the fool card, right, and Mercury in Virgo is a little bit more, yeah, analytical, critical, that sort of like different type of energy that is coming through there and then we have, let's see.
- 26:19Speaker 1: So that was what I say.
- 26:21Speaker 1: That was the ninth, dipping back a couple days.
- 26:26Speaker 1: The seventh, mars is, or sorry, the Sun is directly opposite Saturn, which we sort of covered in the new moon, but it will be closer to that direct or it will be actually direct on the 7th.
- 26:39Speaker 1: The Mars, the Sun opposite Saturn, and of course, the Sun is the biggest thing in the sky.
- 26:46Speaker 1: It's bright, it's bold, it's our ego, right, and so having that Saturn, like trying to restrict it a little bit, can feel a little frustrating.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Maybe On the 12th we have the sun square, jupiter in Gemini, jupiter is expansion, the sun is in Virgo, and so both energies are ruled by Mercury, right, but this is going to expand upon anything that's coming up during this energy or during this time.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So just notice things that are coming up again.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Gemini is communication, it's like journaling, it's social media.
- 27:19Speaker 1: The third house is what it rules, is also like siblings.
- 27:23Speaker 1: So Gemini or Jupiter moving through Gemini is expanding on these themes.
- 27:29Speaker 1: So just like noticing what has been coming up around those areas.
- 27:44Speaker 1: On the 20th we have the sun opposite Neptune.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Neptune rules Pisces and it is in Pisces and Neptune is really soft, right, it's going to soften the edges a little bit, it's going to make it a little bit harder to see, so we might be feeling a little bit more confused.
- 27:50Speaker 1: It's going to like dampen the energy a little bit, makes it a little bit more dreamy, so we might be feeling a little bit more confused.
- 27:54Speaker 1: It's going to like dampen the energy a little bit, makes it a little bit more dreamy.
- 27:55Speaker 1: So we might be having some downloads, some insights, just that sort of energy and it, you know, again it can feel a little bit more challenging because the sun again is really big and bright and it wants to be seen.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And then we have Neptune coming in there, just making it a little bit confusing.
- 28:09Speaker 1: So just notice, you know, if anything is coming up around that time.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And then we have the 22nd oh, I completely missed the full moon, which is the 17th.
- 28:24Speaker 1: So September 17th is the full moon in Pisces.
- 28:25Speaker 1: So let me pull that back up again.
- 28:26Speaker 1: That's what I had before and then I changed it and it is at 9.34 pm, full moon in Pisces.
- 28:34Speaker 1: 9.34 pm, that's at 25 degrees of Pisces.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Pisces rules the 12th house.
- 28:41Speaker 1: It's the subconscious, it's things that are hidden from us, it's spirituality, it's psychic, but of course its shadow is rooted in addiction.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It gets lost in other people, so being able to distinguish yourself from other people.
- 28:54Speaker 1: We do have Saturn there.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Currently it's at 15 degrees, so it's not conjunct the moon at this time, but it is there.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So there is an energy of Saturn sort of restricting the energy of Pisces in general.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Right now, with Saturn being there, neptune is at 28 degrees, so the moon is conjunct Neptune during this full moon, and so it might be a little bit more confusing to see what's happening with the moon.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Right, it's just again.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Neptune is soft, it's dreamy, it's muting it a little bit.
- 29:22Speaker 1: It is at home in Pisces, but with the moon being there, I just can make it a little bit dreamier maybe.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Maybe we'll be a little bit more emotional, maybe we'll be able to tap into the psychic energy of our emotions, because I believe our emotions are always telling us something.
- 29:35Speaker 1: It is spirit speaking through us, and so we might feel a little bit more connected to that energy with Neptune being here and it's also sextile to Pluto.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Pluto is now in Capricorn and you know, pluto makes things more intense.
- 29:51Speaker 1: So whatever we're feeling is generally going to be feel is going to be more intensified with an aspect to Pluto and it's also sextile to Uranus.
- 29:58Speaker 1: So we're having Pluto intensity on one side, unpredictability, shock truth on the other side, right, and so this is kind of an intense moon and it's a partial lunar eclipse.
- 30:08Speaker 1: So typically in full moons we are releasing things, we're letting things go and you know, because it is a little bit chaotic with the eclipse and eclipse times tend to be a little bit more chaotic Just noticing the energy and more so than maybe doing any like practical rituals are great.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I love, love rituals.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I'm not the best at being consistent with them, but I do.
- 30:37Speaker 1: When I sit down and have some sort of a moon ritual, it feels really good.
- 30:40Speaker 1: If you charge your crystals, you know you know best.
- 30:45Speaker 1: So trust yourself, do what you feel is best.
- 30:47Speaker 1: But typically eclipses are not a great time to charge your crystals because if you put your crystals out on a full moon eclipse, you're just charging it with this chaotic energy and you know, especially with this, with the sextile to Pluto and Uranus.
- 31:01Speaker 1: It can be a little bit intense, so emotions might be really heightened during this time with those aspects involved in there.
- 31:09Speaker 1: But it is like a lot of truth is coming out.
- 31:11Speaker 1: We are seeing a lot of truth and Neptune is going to keep it a little bit hidden from us.
- 31:15Speaker 1: So it might take time, it might take a little while after for us to really gain clarity on like what came up or what happened or what we were feeling or what we were experiencing during this full moon.
- 31:25Speaker 1: But this is why journaling is great, because then you can journal and then reflect back on it.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Oh, I remember what I was gonna say.
- 31:40Speaker 1: So I have noticed that a lot of aspects and transits and things like that I experience a little bit afterwards Like I have like a delayed reaction to it, like the day comes and goes right, and I think that's part of like the whole story of astrology and there's so much to it.
- 31:50Speaker 1: But so I don't know if anyone resonates with that, but that's typically how I feel intense transits.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Like during the day I'm usually like, huh, this is like okay, I feel all right, and then, like three days later, I'm crying in my room.
- 32:02Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my gosh what happened.
- 32:04Speaker 1: And it's usually the way that I experience it.
- 32:06Speaker 1: But, yeah, those are the.
- 32:09Speaker 1: That's the big ones for this full moon.
- 32:11Speaker 1: We do have.
- 32:12Speaker 1: That's the big ones for this full moon.
- 32:14Speaker 1: We do have.
- 32:15Speaker 1: That's the big ones for this full moon.
- 32:17Speaker 1: So, just like noticing what's coming up for you, you know, during this time September 11th, backtracking a little bit September 11th, mercury finally went out of its retrograde, the shadow phase, so you might feel that energy moving.
- 32:29Speaker 1: And then, on the 22nd, the sun moves into Libra.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Libra is, you know, balance, harmony.
- 32:36Speaker 1: It's the judge, it is peace, it's people pleasing a little bit right, so it's like, and it's art.
- 32:44Speaker 1: It's ruled by Venus.
- 32:45Speaker 1: So I think a lot of times with Libra, where it's the judge, in the way that people create art or artists, right, they're starting, not a revolution, what's the word I'm looking for?
- 32:59Speaker 1: When somebody creates really powerful art, it might seem in the process that they're not saying much, right, they're not standing up for things.
- 33:09Speaker 1: But in the creation of the art and putting it forward, it's like you're judging the moment, you're judging the experience and you're creating something out of your emotions, whether it's anger, frustration, sadness, grief, whatever it is right.
- 33:20Speaker 1: We're putting that on paper and we're sharing it with the world.
- 33:22Speaker 1: So, yes, we're not out there standing and saying and screaming at the top of the mountains like what's not working or what we support or things like that, but we are creating and I think that's sort of the energy there, where it's like you're not necessarily ruffling feathers in the way of like being really loud and abrasive like Aries can be, but you are doing your role and yeah, but Libra is it's balance, it's harmony, it's peace, right, it is this energy and so it is opposition to Aries which we have the nodes in Aries and Libra currently.
- 33:56Speaker 1: You know it's that dynamic between you.
- 33:58Speaker 1: Know we have to be like leaders within ourselves and within our community of that Aries energy.
- 34:04Speaker 1: But it's not about ignoring the Libra, it's about OK, well, you know Libra the comfort there is in the people, pleasing, it is in playing the supporting role.
- 34:12Speaker 1: It's not necessarily in being the leader, but how can we take that energy with us, that peace, that harmony, that balance and lead from a place of compassion and empathy and all those things right, and incorporating that Libra energy in with it and coming to a place of self-leadership or whatever leadership, whatever type of leadership role that you're in, or whatever you're being called to do in Aries, from that energy.
- 34:35Speaker 1: So, while the sun is in Libra, right, it's shining a light on that energy.
- 34:39Speaker 1: So Venus is going to be highlighted, right, or Venus is going to be activated, because Venus does rule Libra and so Venus currently is in Libra, but it is literally the same day that the sun moves into Libra, venus moves into Scorpio.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Venus and Scorpio is intense because Scorpio is intense, right, so this is really going to be focused on sex, right, because Scorpio is the sex organs, it is sex, it is intense, it is depth, it is subconscious because Pluto rules Scorpio, so it is connecting in a really, really deep way, like within our relationships.
- 35:12Speaker 1: So that might be the focus here is like, how can we go deep in our relationships?
- 35:15Speaker 1: Right, and there might be a little bit of jealousy that comes out, because you know that Taurus Scorpio axis is like jealousy and possession, and so those might be things that we notice coming out in our relationships.
- 35:26Speaker 1: So, just like witnessing what's happening and what's coming out with that.
- 35:30Speaker 1: And then on the 20, let's see what I have here.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, so the 26th, mercury moves into Libra and again, like we just went over Libra.
- 35:40Speaker 1: So Mercury is communication, libra is an air sign, so this is hyper focusing on our mind, because Mercury rules the mind and Libra is an air sign, and so where are we maybe overthinking things or leaning more into sort of the mind than our body or emotions?
- 35:57Speaker 1: And then on the 29th, we have the sun is opposite the north node, mercury is opposite the north node, and then the 30th we have our Kazemi, which is sun, mercury conjunct.
- 36:08Speaker 1: But when the sun and Mercury are opposite the north node, it is really just highlighting this north node energy sort of like I just described.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Right, the North Node is currently in Aries, so this is where we're being asked to move towards.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Is this leadership space, right?
- 36:21Speaker 1: This I, this speaking up, this being assertive type of energy, and so that might just be coming up for us with the opposition.
- 36:32Speaker 1: And then then again on the 30th, the sun and mercury are conjunct, um in libra, and so this is giving us more clarity on themes of mercury.
- 36:46Speaker 1: So, like noticing what's coming up, what's coming up around, where are we thinking, feeling triggered maybe, with the nodes, right?
- 36:54Speaker 1: Where are we wanting to come to the nodes, right?
- 36:55Speaker 1: Where are we wanting to come to the comfort of Libra and just find balance and harmony and avoid conflict, when maybe Aries is calling us forward to step up and to speak and all these things.
- 37:04Speaker 1: So what's coming up around that?
- 37:06Speaker 1: And how can this Kazemi, how can this conjunction support us in communicating those themes or just whatever is coming up, of course, looking to see where Libra is in your chart, and that's really like the biggest thing, the biggest aspect.
- 37:21Speaker 1: I mean, there are other little aspects of this month, but those are the main things that are happening this month and this is a 40-minute episode, oh my gosh.
- 37:28Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm going to leave it at that.
- 37:31Speaker 1: I will say that the full moon, partial lunar eclipse that's happening on the 17th is happening at gate 36, which is the gate of crisis.
- 37:41Speaker 1: It's a collective gate, it's in the solar plexus, it's all about the collective right, so it is having experiences to share with the collective, and so that'll be a theme that comes up and I'm going to get more into that on social media, on Instagram, so, and I'll probably talk about it the week of that is happening in my little introduction.
- 37:59Speaker 1: So just notice that last week I did the understanding your moon in your emotions and I'm going to do sort of a follow-up episode to that, my next, next solo.
- 38:13Speaker 1: So next week will be an interview, in the week after that and I don't remember what it is I think it's like Mars or Jupiter, one of the two of them I have I'm going to be talking about, but I'm going to be diving into, like each planet and how we can use it on our journey of, just like, self-discovery, understanding ourselves.
- 38:28Speaker 1: And, with that being said, empower starts on Sunday.
- 38:31Speaker 1: So if you are thinking about joining, you can head over to Instagram.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Obviously, the link is going to be in the show notes, but this is a nine-week program of self-discovery, of remembering who you are, of finding your purpose and really just deeply, intimately, understanding your chart so that you can accept yourself, you can remember who you are, you can show up and understand others, right.
- 38:51Speaker 1: We're also going to be dipping into the transits, the lunar cycles that are happening during this program.
- 38:56Speaker 1: So it's gonna be like a full support.
- 38:58Speaker 1: There's the WhatsApp, whatsapp community, all the things.
- 39:02Speaker 1: So join us.
- 39:03Speaker 1: It's gonna be so good.
- 39:04Speaker 1: It's gonna be a small group container so that we will have time to really dive into each person's chart.
- 39:10Speaker 1: We're gonna look at the gates, right.
- 39:11Speaker 1: We're gonna be understanding the human design gates and what that means and how that layers into all of the aspects and things that are showing up in your charts.
- 39:19Speaker 1: That again, you can really deeply understand it and we'll have tools you know meditation, breathwork, things like that to support us as we're moving through it, because sometimes there are parts of our chart or parts of ourselves that come up through this exploration.
- 39:32Speaker 1: That can be a little bit challenging.
- 39:34Speaker 1: So just like knowing how to navigate that or having tools of like breath work and you know things like that tapping that can support you in that.
- 39:41Speaker 1: But that is in the show notes.
- 39:43Speaker 1: If you are interested, if this episode resonated, share it with a friend.
