Mega Edition: King Charles And His Gigantic Problem Named Andrew (6/24/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Tonight.
0:05
We have two articles that we're going to dive into,
0:07
one from Newsweek and one from the Sun. The first
0:12
article we're going to discuss is one dealing with the
0:15
situation surrounding jur Number fifty and the request to keep
0:20
the documents sealed. Now, we've talked about this a bunch
0:24
and there really has not been too much movement one
0:27
way or the other that we need to add on here.
0:29
But as you all know, context is very important and
0:33
I like to make sure we add all of the
0:36
little things even to the catalog as we move forward.
0:41
So the team for Glen Maxwell they want to keep
0:44
this stuff under seal, and they assert that if it's
0:47
not under seal, then there's a chance that jur Number fifty,
0:51
Scottie David, might get some evidence that he shouldn't have
0:55
access to and they want to do everything in their
0:58
power to avoid that happening. Now, we know that the
1:01
prosecution has already come out and said, look, this doesn't
1:04
need to be file a filed under seal. This is
1:07
you know, is not a documentation that should be sealed.
1:11
But the defense is very adamant that they want this
1:15
stuff sealed up. Now, me personally, unless it has to
1:18
do with national security issues or the privacy of a
1:22
victim of a crime, then I'm all for transparency when
1:25
it comes to court proceedings. I think that it's important,
1:31
and especially when we're dealing with something like this that
1:34
has been shrouded in secrecy for so long. It's hard
1:39
enough to get people to believe the institutions at this point,
1:43
and when you know, you continue to conduct yourself in
1:46
a manner that looks like you're being shady, how are
1:50
you ever going to convince anybody. So I truly believe
1:54
that in most cases, transparency is the proper course and
1:59
the proper path. Now, obviously there's always situations where you
2:04
can't have full transparency ongoing investigations, a current investigation. I'm
2:09
talking about once you get to the point where you're
2:12
in court, and if it doesn't affect the outcome of
2:15
the case or national security or something like that, I
2:18
don't see the purpose of it staying under seal. So again,
2:22
whenever there's a movement to unseal stuff in the Epstein case,
2:26
as long as it's not outing anybody who was a victim,
2:30
then I'm certainly all for it. And when you have
2:34
lawyers like Maxwell's team asking to file things under seal,
2:38
it causes a firestorm. Right people who are following the case.
2:41
You know, people's minds wander right away to some kind
2:44
of you know, conspiracy theory in some cases. But this
2:48
is just procedure. This is how it works. It's going
2:51
to be a back and forth battle.
2:53
Speaker 2: Royale.
2:53
Speaker 1: You folks know the deal by now, especially if you've
2:55
been listening to this podcast. So it's more of the same.
2:59
And and you can expect Glenn Maxwell's team to continue
3:03
to try and disrupt things however they can. So with
3:06
that said, considering we have two articles to get to.
3:10
Let's jump into this article from Newsweek and let's see
3:14
what author Jack Royston has to say. Glenn Maxwell's lawyers
3:20
say key Jur may destroy critical evidence. Well, you know,
3:24
I may hit megabucks, I may win all of my
3:27
prop bets on Sunday for the Super Bowl. I might
3:30
hit a bunch of bets on Saturday for UFC. It
3:34
doesn't mean that it's going to happen, and it doesn't
3:37
mean that the jur Dur number fifty is going to
3:40
destroy any evidence or anything like that either.
3:43
Speaker 2: So that's a big.
3:44
Speaker 1: Assertion, right, They're they're really going out on a limb here.
3:48
In my opinion, you can't just say this dude's going
3:50
to destroy anything. Glenn Maxwell's attorney has suggested a jur
3:56
could destroy evidence unless her motion for a retrial sealed.
4:01
The British socialite you mean, convicted human trafficker, is attempting
4:05
to overturn her conviction on five out of six sex
4:08
trafficking charges. In December after Scotti, David told journalists he
4:12
discussed his past history of abuse in the jury room.
4:16
And again, the attempt doesn't mean that you're going to
4:20
profit from it. I can't tell you how many times
4:23
I play this stupid slot machine called Buffalo, me and
4:26
my girlfriend and we'll get bonus games, and you'll get
4:29
all pumped up thinking that during this bonus game that.
4:32
Speaker 2: Your ship has arrived.
4:34
Speaker 1: Right, this is the day I'm about to make this
4:36
gigantic hit here and it's about to be on. But
4:40
nothing comes of it, right, And it's kind of the
4:43
same deal. Jurors were asked whether they had experienced sexual assault,
4:48
but David told The Daily Mail, I would have definitely
4:51
marked yes, But I don't remember that question, and again
4:56
I wasn't there. I don't know. I'm not gonna sit
4:58
here and call anyone a liar one way or the other.
5:01
But it doesn't look good for all Scottie David, folks,
5:04
certainly looks like he might have been fudging the truth
5:07
a bit. And while I'm not ready to, you know,
5:13
dog pile, we got to make sure we get all
5:15
of the evidence and stuff. It really does make things
5:18
more difficult for these survivors, right who wants to deal
5:20
with this shit again? And I know you folks have
5:23
better things to do than, you know, having to follow
5:26
this case on a regular basis, because you're hooked and
5:28
you want to see justice. So the dude really threw
5:31
a bit of a roadblock in the middle of the
5:33
procession here. But like I said earlier, i'd have really,
5:38
when it's all said and done and the dust all settles,
5:41
I highly doubt she's going to get this mistrial, even
5:44
though Scotty David looks like again looks like he really
5:48
shited the bed here. Following his media interviews, Maxwell's team
5:53
submitted a motion for a retrial and said his answers
5:56
to the questionnaire corrupted the process, violating her right to
6:00
a fair trial, and I could see that. I mean, look,
6:03
if it was me who was convicted and this blubbering
6:06
fool was untruthful during the time of Jerry's selection, I'd
6:11
be pissed off as well. But how many people have
6:14
had even worse done to them and had their convictions
6:18
stand up.
6:19
Speaker 2: So we'll have to see right where it goes.
6:22
Speaker 1: But I really don't see how Maxwell is going to
6:25
be able to leverage this into anything more than at
6:29
the most a new trial. If it's a new trial
6:32
that she does end up getting, then I feel like
6:35
she'll find herself right back in the same place when
6:38
all is said and done. However, they have asked for
6:42
their motion and the government's reply to be kept secret.
6:45
Bobby Sternam, Maxwell's attorney wrote in a letter to the
6:48
court seen by Newsweek, given Jurorf fifty Scottie David a
6:52
preview of information he does not have and should not
6:55
have at this juncture, would permit him to craft testimony,
6:58
destroy critical evidence, and explain away facts to protect himself
7:02
while further jeopardizing the integrity of this case. Sounds pretty damning. Right,
7:08
but consider the source Bobby Sternham, you know, Maxwell's lawyer.
7:12
Of course she's going to make it a bit of
7:15
a hit piece. The absence of this temporary safeguard will
7:19
contribute to further obstruction of the truth seeking process, compromising
7:23
any factual inquiry ordered by the court and jeopardizing Miss
7:27
Maxwell's legitimate opportunity to establish why a mistrial should be granted,
7:32
to vindicate her constitutional right.
7:35
Speaker 2: To a fair trial. She should be heard.
7:37
Speaker 1: Look, this is definitely warrants a discussion by the judge
7:40
and everybody involved. I've said that from the beginning, bad
7:44
news a bad look. You don't want any kind of taint.
7:47
You don't want to give these people anything to sink
7:49
their teeth into. The New York Federal Court heard Maxwell's
7:54
victims describe how she groomed them to be abused by Epstein,
7:57
normalizing his predatory behavior. Annie Farmer said she was sixteen
8:02
when Maxwell massaged her breasts. Quoted by the Guardian, she
8:06
told the court she Maxwell said to get undressed and
8:09
to get under the sheet on the massage table. She
8:12
pulled the sheet down and exposed my breasts and started
8:15
rubbing on my chest and on my upper breast. So
8:18
I highly doubt Scotti David's testimony really was the kicker
8:22
for the jury. When we have the testimony of Annie
8:25
Farmer and the other survivors who got up there and
8:29
told their stories. I don't need Scotty David to let
8:32
me know when I'm hearing the story from these girls themselves.
8:37
I'm saying, if I'm a juror right now, he might
8:39
be able to help give some perspective.
8:41
Speaker 2: But I highly doubt that his.
8:45
Speaker 1: Description of what he went through was what sealed the
8:47
deal for those other jurors, and I think that plays
8:50
a huge part. Farmer added, when she pulled down the sheet,
8:55
I felt frozen because it didn't make sense to me.
8:57
I was surprised, and I want it so bad adly
9:00
to get off the table and have that massage be
9:02
done with. I mean, how many of you have wanted
9:06
things to be over with that you were doing that
9:08
were unpleasant A test or whatever it is. Now amplify
9:12
that to the maximum, and that must be what it's
9:15
like to be, you know, abused by somebody like this
9:18
and have nowhere to go and think that your all
9:20
hope is lost. And again, I have never suffered anything
9:25
like that, So I can't even begin to attempt to
9:27
walk in anyone's shoes who has. If Maxwell's motion is successful,
9:34
the December conviction will be quashed and a new trial ordered.
9:37
A previous letter from Sternham seen by Newsweek read the
9:40
motion urges the court to write a grievous wrong that
9:44
deprived Miss Maxwell of a fundamental constitutional right, her right
9:49
to be tried by a fair and impartial Jerry Jerry's
9:52
fifty's responses to the questionnaire in questions posed to him
9:56
during in person questioning corrupted the process and violated Miss
10:01
Maxwell's right to a fair trial. It is a compelling argument,
10:04
there is no doubt, But I don't think it's an
10:07
argument that's going to work. As set forth in the motion,
10:12
the defense believes that the existing record is clear and
10:15
more than sufficient for the court to grant Miss Maxwell
10:17
a new trial without the need for further factual development.
10:22
So as Sternham saying here that she doesn't even want
10:25
any kind of investigation, let's just grant the trial. Ah,
10:29
you know what, let's just forget about the investigation. We'll
10:31
just go forward with a new trial on the taxpayer's
10:35
dying by the way, yeah, no, thank you. Better thing
10:38
long and hard about this one, Judge Nathan. Nobody wants
10:41
to go do a trial again. And we all sat
10:43
here and we all listened to the testimony and.
10:46
Speaker 2: We all heard what was what.
10:48
Speaker 1: Furthermore, honestly, even before that, as you can tell by
10:52
the podcast and the content, I was convinced that Maxwell
10:55
was guilty for years now, and that's because I've just
11:00
followed the evidence. You know again, I'm just some moron, right,
11:03
I'm not any kind of investigator or internet researcher or
11:08
anything like that, just a regular guy like you who
11:12
has been captured by how heinous this story is. And
11:19
it's just amazing to me that Maxwell and her team
11:23
would really would think that something like this is going
11:27
to work. I mean again, it might, right. Look, I'm
11:32
certainly not a future reader either, right, I can't see
11:37
the future. I don't know what's going to happen. But
11:39
my gut tells me that Glenn Maxwell and her bid
11:43
here is going to fizzle out and fail, and she's
11:46
going to have to do the time that she gets
11:50
smacked with. And we'll see that at the sentencing. But
11:53
it's going to be significant. All right, So onto our
11:57
second article, and this one's a bit more good folks.
12:00
Speaker 2: There's a new.
12:03
Speaker 1: Unearthed TV interview and it's Andrew explaining how he got
12:07
the nickname Randy Andy. So we're gonna dive into this
12:12
article from the Sun and the author is Tarik to
12:16
hear and the headline Prince Andrew admits he was nickname
12:21
Randy Andy after getting caught in girls dorm at school
12:25
in unearthed TV interview. For those of you old enough
12:29
out there to have seen the movie Police Academy, it
12:32
reminds me of the scene where the dudes like sneaking
12:36
into the real like tough police woman's room and then
12:40
he's wearing like, you know, the top hat, the shower hat,
12:42
dress like a woman and stuff to try and sneak
12:44
in over there. That's the vision I get here when
12:47
I hear about old Randy Andy skulking around and trying
12:51
to sneak into the girl's dorm. Prince Andrew once claimed
12:56
he was given his infamous nickname Randy Andy after he
12:59
was called going into the girl's dormitory at his posh
13:03
school the New York. The Duke of York claimed that
13:07
the nickname stuck after the seemingly innocent incident on his
13:10
second day at the posh Gordonston School in Scotland. So
13:17
this guy is saying that he got the nickname because
13:19
he was, you know, sneaking around on campus when the
13:22
lights went out, mister Creeper himself getting busy when he
13:26
was young, huh, practicing. Now look, I'm just kidding. Obviously,
13:30
you know dudes in high school.
13:31
Speaker 2: I get it.
13:32
Speaker 1: But it goes to show you this guy has had
13:34
this kind of nickname and this sort of reputation since
13:37
he's been in these schools.
13:39
Speaker 2: These private, posh schools.
13:41
Speaker 1: He didn't wake up one morning and say to himself, oh, well,
13:44
you know what, I have some proclivities. He's had them forever.
13:49
He claimed boys were not allowed to go into the
13:51
girl's dorm at the thirty thousand pounds per years school,
13:55
which was also attended by his dad, Prince Philip, and
13:58
brother Prince Charles, but the young Duke claimed he was
14:02
caught out going to say hello to someone and he
14:06
was subsequently dubbed Randy.
14:07
Speaker 2: Andy.
14:08
Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure that was all of it. So if
14:10
that's the story he's telling us, you can guarantee it
14:13
was something way worse or something a lot less innocent.
14:17
Probably got caught in bed with somebody or something like that,
14:20
and that's why he got the name Randy Andy. Whatever
14:23
it might be. But you can guarantee that he's giving
14:25
you the water down version when he's giving you his version.
14:31
Andrew revealed the origins of his nickname during an unearthed
14:36
TV interview with Selena Scott in the nineteen eighties. Scott
14:40
asked him about the origins of his nickname, to which
14:43
he sheepishly replies, which nickname? After much laughter, she replies,
14:49
Randy Andy. Can you imagine this guy's sitting around having
14:53
this interview and this is the excuse he comes up with. Oh,
14:56
because you know, I got caught sneaking around that night,
14:58
so they called me Randy. And now I think you
15:01
were doing a little bit more, buddy, Okay, if you
15:04
they'd be calling you wandering Andy if that was the case,
15:07
or strolling Andy or Andy on the road, whatever it is.
15:12
But I highly doubt it's Randy Andy. What does that
15:14
have to do with you sneaking around and skulking about
15:17
like you're Richard Ramirez. I'll tell you exactly where it
15:23
originated from. It was my second day at public school.
15:26
He said, it was unfortunate enough during my early years
15:29
at Gordonston not to realize the rules of the house,
15:32
which is, you weren't allowed in the girl's house. Oh
15:35
you didn't really, he didn't realize those rules either, He
15:37
had no idea, a long history of not knowing the
15:40
rules right, or more likely knowing the rules. And then
15:44
when getting caught pleading ignorance, Oh well, how am I
15:47
supposed to know? Nobody told me that. Oh I don't know.
15:50
I'm not supposed to go in the girl's dorm. What
15:52
are you crazy? When did that rule pop up? And
15:58
I was unfortunately caught going through the door to the
16:01
girl's house saying a low to somebody, and it stuck.
16:04
Not many people use it nowadays, and I don't think
16:08
that it actually fits today anyway. Oh yeah, fits today
16:11
better than ever. I mean, talk about hindsight, huh, because
16:17
you were sneaking into the girl's dorm.
16:19
Speaker 2: Okay, sure, right.
16:24
Speaker 1: As a young man, the Duke of York was considered
16:27
one of the world's most eligible bachelors and was linked
16:30
to a string of women. But he was just sneaking
16:32
in through the door to go say a lo to somebody.
16:35
He was going to help her with her homework. Maybe
16:37
they were going to watch, uh, you know, the King's
16:39
speech together. He became known as the playboy Prince and
16:46
of course Randy Andy. As the papers feasted on the
16:49
Royal Navy helicopter pilot's relationships, those included actress cou Stark,
16:54
who it was revealed, had appeared topless in an art
16:57
house film in the late nineteen seventies. Oh the scandal.
17:02
She appeared topless, folks, that's it, calling all of the guards.
17:07
She can never come to the palace again, and she
17:09
was topless.
17:11
Speaker 2: And again.
17:12
Speaker 1: In later years, after his divorce from Sarah Ferguson, the
17:15
Prince was regularly pictured at parties, clearly enjoying the company
17:20
of young women, no.
17:21
Speaker 2: Doubt about that.
17:22
Speaker 1: Topless girls in Thailand, the whole thing. And if this
17:27
guy didn't try and put out this wholesome image of
17:30
himself and would just own up to who he is,
17:33
then it would take away a lot of the ammunition
17:35
people use against them. But he's one of these dudes
17:38
that just won't admit what he is, even though we
17:40
all see it. It's like having that drunken fool of
17:43
a relative who just won't see that they're a drunken fool.
17:49
He was a regular at nightclubs, including Tramp, where rape
17:52
accuser Virginia Roberts says she danced with them. But despite that,
17:56
in his infamous twenty nineteen interview on BBC's Newsnight, the
18:00
Andrew claimed he rarely partied and wasn't a fan of
18:04
public displays of affection. Yet we've seen him all over
18:08
girls all over the place. Every time pictures are released
18:11
of him and some females, there's public displays of affection.
18:14
So I don't even know what he's talking about. Again,
18:16
just like with Maxwell lies and in fact there's more
18:20
of a history of lying here because Andrew's been on
18:24
the record more than Maxwell. He also denied ever meeting
18:31
miss Roberts, despite there being a picture of his arm
18:34
around her. Andrew has issued a defiant response to his
18:38
sex abuse claims, including denying that he was a close
18:41
friend with Glenn Maxwell and claiming he wasn't a frequent
18:44
visitor of Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't frequently update the podcast,
18:48
you know. We don't frequently have context episodes, we don't
18:51
frequently have morning.
18:53
Speaker 2: Updates absolutely absurd.
18:59
Speaker 1: Pictures of the famously teetotal prints out partying with women have, however,
19:04
resurfaced as he faces a jerry trial in a bid
19:07
to clear his name. The Duke of York was snapped
19:09
dancing with glamorous blonde Chris van Aspen while at a
19:13
poolside party thrown by a Libyan businessman and sanchrope. Oh yeah, dude,
19:18
perfect On a wild night in the millionaire's playground of
19:22
southern France in July two thousand and seven, the forty
19:25
seven year old Prince cavorted with twenty seven year old
19:28
Chris after the US socialite reportedly caught his eye. So
19:32
look again, what it's doing is establishing who this man
19:35
is and under normal circumstances. I wouldn't care if dude
19:39
who was hanging out with girls by the dozen, if
19:42
they're all consenting women and they want to hang out
19:44
with him, Hey, I don't care what anybody does.
19:47
Speaker 2: Not my business.
19:48
Speaker 1: I have my own problems, my own life to live.
19:51
But when you start dealing with it not being consensual
19:54
and a seventeen year old girl being trafficked to the
19:58
Prince of England, it's a bit more serious. Snow. Photographs
20:06
from the night show with teetotal Andrew with his hands
20:09
around Chris at the villa party. Jeffrey said at the time,
20:12
Andrew came over to me and asked, what's her name?
20:15
She is beautiful. I love the way she carries herself.
20:18
She is very classy. And Meanwhile, other snaps show the
20:22
prince enjoying a wild night out with Canadian model and
20:25
singer Pascal Borba, while teenage daughter Beatrice was just meters
20:30
away at the same party in Santrope. Well, that's a
20:33
bit dishonest. Beatrice was of age, and I get it right,
20:36
you don't want to be doing that around your daughter.
20:39
Speaker 2: Ever.
20:40
Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not a parent, but I would think
20:41
that you wouldn't want to do that around your daughter,
20:43
you know, shacking up with some lady, kissing on her,
20:46
being all romantic stuff like that. Probably not the right
20:49
place or time. But again, it's not like she they
20:52
say teen, like she was fourteen.
20:54
Speaker 2: She was an adult.
20:55
Speaker 1: Heer. So. One picture from the night shows Pascal with
20:59
her arms around Andrew's neck while he appeared to place
21:03
a hand on her rear. Another image shows a slightly
21:06
sweaty looking Andrew standing awkwardly next to the model with
21:10
his hand side by side. And again the sweating right
21:13
very important. There's always little gold nuggets here, and inside
21:16
of these articles you'll always find them. A third image
21:22
shows the two almost nose to nose as they get
21:24
close at a swanky gathering. Andrew faces a two day
21:27
grilling starting on March tenth at a neutral location where
21:30
Virginia Roberts lawyers fly in from the US. He will
21:35
be questioned by Ace Lawyers, David Boys and Sigared McAuley.
21:39
And we all know that we've discussed it. David Boyse
21:42
is very well equipped to wring some answers out of
21:46
Andrew here, and I would expect that this is going
21:48
to be a very uncomfortable deposition for Andrew, and I
21:53
would guess that he might even start to sweat during it.
21:57
And after that they interview a woman who alleges Shew
22:00
the Prince with Miss Roberts at London's Tramp nightclub in
22:03
two thousand and one. Boys eighty has a fearsome reputation
22:07
as the greatest deposition taker in modern US justice. Boys
22:11
has said he looks forward to the look forward to
22:14
looking the Duke in the eye and has previously been
22:16
dubbed the Great Inquisitor. That's not very much reassuring for
22:21
the Prince, huh. For his part, Andrew is reportedly being
22:26
carefully prepared by his UK based legal team over fears
22:29
of a repeat of his car crash. Twenty nineteen interview
22:32
with BBC News Nights Emily Maitliss. Yeah, he better practice
22:36
with Brettler. I'm telling you right now, you better get
22:38
your money's worth with Bretler, because if you're going to
22:42
use anyone to prep you, it should be that dude.
22:45
All Right, there we are, folks. That's the update for
22:47
this evening. That's where we are completely caught up on
22:50
the news of the day. Quick blurb on Galne Maxwell
22:55
closed it out there with Prince Andrew, and on we
22:57
go to whatever tomorrow brings.
23:01
Speaker 2: If you'd like to.
23:02
Speaker 1: Contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kopuchi at
23:04
ProtonMail dot com. That's b O b b y c
23:08
ap U c c I at ProtonMail dot com. You
23:12
can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c
23:17
ap U c c I. The links that we discussed
23:20
can be found in the description box. You know, folks,
23:23
today we're gonna do something we haven't done in quite
23:25
some time. That's right, We're gonna hop across the pond
23:30
and check in on the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
23:34
aka Prince Andrew.
23:38
Speaker 2: Well, when we've been.
23:39
Speaker 1: Talking about this disgusting individual for the past couple of years,
23:45
I've said from the beginning that I thought that eventually,
23:50
when his brother ascends to the throne, that Andrew was
23:55
going to be buried somewhere right and out of sight forever. Now,
24:00
if this was the old days, he would have been
24:02
sent to whatever the most far flung province in the
24:06
Empire was and he'd be left herat there if he
24:09
was lucky, or he would have been put into the
24:13
Tower of London or insert some other sort of depraved fate.
24:22
But that is what you had to look forward to
24:24
if you embarrass the royal family, especially if you were
24:28
a claimant to the throne and your brother ascends to
24:31
the throne and you're looked at as a liability. In
24:34
the old days, you were done for bro. There was
24:38
no all right, well, just don't talk to the media.
24:40
No no, no, no, no, that wasn't.
24:44
Speaker 2: How it worked.
24:45
Speaker 1: And especially if you were somebody that had sights on
24:49
taking the throne maybe someday. So Prince Andrew should be
24:54
lucky it's modern day and not the old days, because
24:57
it would be going real poorly for him. Now, again,
25:03
I'm not an expert on the monarchy or the royal
25:08
family or anything like that, but it just seemed to
25:11
me that the likeliest scenario would end up being Charles
25:16
as the king trying to get away from Andrew as
25:21
fast as possible. Considering this Epstein situation and considering the
25:25
way it has mushroomed and dumped a toxic cloud of
25:31
fallout over the whole entire royal family. So my working
25:37
theory was, when he ascends the throne, Charles He's not
25:41
gonna want to have all of that baggage, all of
25:43
that nonsense, dragging down his new reign. So he's gonna
25:47
step up and try and fix it. Not because he's
25:50
a good guy, right, That's not what I'm saying, but
25:52
because the family's honor is at stake that kind of thing.
25:58
And of course he wants to have a smooth transition,
26:01
no bumps in the road, and he wants everybody to
26:03
be out there clapping and cheering for the monarchy. Well,
26:07
nobody's gonna do that. If you have Uncle Touchy running around, right,
26:12
you got the Joe exotic of the wingsor family hanging
26:16
around trying to get some airtime. Not gonna go so
26:18
well for you. As the new king who's trying to
26:22
settle into his new role, especially following a monarch that
26:25
was so beloved as the queen, big shoes to fill,
26:30
so he's gonna want to be proactive and from a
26:33
political standpoint, right, from a shrewd political standpoint, And that's
26:38
where these people operate from. Remember, there was no other
26:41
option for Charles besides banishing or getting rid of Andrew.
26:48
That is the only logical outcome, and that is why
26:52
that was my working theory throughout this whole entire thing. Now,
26:55
the queen soft spot for Andrew, as we well know,
26:58
she was never going to back or anything like that.
27:01
She went as far as she was willing to go.
27:05
But Charles, on the other hand, according to reports and
27:09
everything you hear from monarchists and people who follow the monarchy,
27:14
him and Andrew don't have a good relationship at all.
27:17
And Charles is definitely going to swing the hammer. So
27:23
let's jump into this article from The Express and let's
27:27
see what author Holly Evans has to say headline, Prince
27:35
Charles's plans in the works to deal with Prince Andrew
27:38
when he becomes king. It's an obvious move, right, I mean,
27:45
for those of us who have been following this case,
27:48
there's no other option for Charles. Prince Charles will act
27:54
more quickly to take on a new approach in dealing
27:57
with the fallout of Prince Andrew's relationship with disgraced financier
28:01
and sex offender. Jeffrey Epstein, a royal commentator, claimed royal
28:06
experts have criticized the Royal family's current approach of do
28:09
nothing as a tactic that has not served them. Well. Yeah,
28:13
that's an understatement, to say the least, the tactic that
28:16
has not served them. Well, look at all of the
28:18
pressure on the Royal family. Look at all of the
28:21
people talking about the Royal family, look at all of
28:23
the people pointing the finger at the Royal family. That's
28:27
not what they want. They want everybody to love them, right,
28:32
The last thing they want is to have this scoundrel
28:34
running around in their midst. But again, the Queen didn't
28:39
have the uh the hard I guess to do what
28:43
is necessary with Andrew. Oh but Bobby, he hasn't been
28:46
convicted of anything. Well, that's not the point. When you're
28:49
in a position like this as a prince, you need
28:52
to be above reproach. You can't be hanging out at
28:55
the Woking pizza joint then going over to the Belgravia
29:00
townhouse with Galine and Jeffrey. That's not what princes do. Okay,
29:07
do the right thing and you won't have to worry
29:09
about the scrutiny, break bread with the right people, and
29:12
you won't have to worry about the blowback. But since
29:18
when did Andrew ever do that? Be it an arms dealer,
29:21
a human trafficker, or anything in between. All bets were
29:26
off when it had to do with Andrew and him
29:29
breaking a little bit of money off for himself. Right,
29:32
he didn't care who was involved with, who he was
29:35
hanging out with, and there's been no repercussions for it.
29:42
This guy's been able to just you know, like I said,
29:45
arms dealers, human traffickers, pea guys like Peter and Nigert,
29:51
you name it. Just take a look at all of
29:53
the people that Andrew has kept company with, and then
29:56
ask yourself if the old saying, the old adage rings true,
30:01
you are who you choose to surround yourself with. I know,
30:06
I don't hang out with any shisty ass people, people
30:10
moving funny, especially people that are out here hurting kids
30:15
or women or anybody else for that matter. At this
30:17
point in my life, Look, I have a life full
30:20
of regrets, folks, all right, I wasn't a great person
30:24
my whole life. I lived my life callously. I lived
30:29
my life where I was always worried about me, numerel uno,
30:33
and no matter what sort of destruction I left in
30:37
my wake, I was going to get to my goals.
30:44
That's not the kind of person I want to be.
30:46
I was very negative, you know, and I've worked really
30:50
hard to change and try and not be that person.
30:54
And that's what's required as you move through life, Right,
30:57
each level of life is going to require a different view.
31:00
And if you're not leveling up, and if it's not
31:02
requiring a different version of you, you're not doing the
31:06
right thing. My man, Royalty, excuse me royally, US host
31:17
Molly Mullshine claimed, are we just gonna let it go away?
31:21
Are we just going to pretend it never happened. How
31:24
is it possible that it's in that we can't hold
31:27
this person accountable when we kind of know what the
31:30
deal is And I agree with her there, right, how
31:33
is it possible that you can't hold this guy accountable?
31:36
And now, look, I'm not talking about criminally, right, he
31:39
hasn't had a trial yet. Nobody should be held accountable
31:42
criminally until they go through the trial process. I'm talking
31:45
about socially. This man needs to be held accountable and
31:50
then when the criminal process starts that way as well,
31:52
that's the preferred method, right. But at the very least,
31:55
let's start here. Any ideas or designs on coming back
32:00
into the royal fold, that's out the window. You should
32:03
be lucky that you're walking around as a free man
32:05
right now, Joe Exotic of the windsor Family, never mind
32:12
running around as a prince. It's very confusing. I think
32:19
whenever Charles takes the throne, we will see some closure
32:22
around this, even if it's just never really seeing Andrew again.
32:25
Speaker 2: Bingo, what did I tell you?
32:27
Speaker 1: Folks? They'd put his ass in timbucktoo if they could,
32:29
If they could launch this guy to the farthest part
32:33
of the English Empire. In the old days, that's what
32:35
would have happened. He would have found himself on some
32:38
island in the Indonesian Island chains or some shit. Royalty
32:43
doesn't play games like this, especially if you're a claimant
32:45
to the throne and you can pose a risk as
32:48
a usurper. Forget about it. In the old days, no chance,
32:52
no chance. And you gotta think that Charles coming in
32:58
is going to try and solidify his reign and try
33:01
and build some goodwill right off the bat, and if
33:04
his brother is the ounce of flesh that gets served
33:07
up so bit Her co host Joe dra claimed, I
33:14
think you're onto something because I do think when the
33:17
queen passes then they may act more quickly, swiftly to
33:21
figure out how to do something. And that's always been
33:24
the rub right the queen and her relationship with the
33:26
Joe exotic of the Windsor family. According to monarchists and
33:32
people who are historians of the royal family, Andrew is
33:36
her favorite. So of course she's not going to really
33:39
come down on him. Of course she's going to do
33:41
the bare minimum to punish him. I think plans are
33:49
already in the works as to how to deal with
33:51
it in the future. Both royal experts agree that the
33:54
current tactic used by the monarchy, which included the removal
33:58
of Prince Andrew from public office, has not been effective.
34:01
Speaker 2: Yeah not really.
34:03
Speaker 1: I mean the guy is still running around laughing it up,
34:06
yucking it up, looking like he's having a grand old time.
34:09
Have you spoken to the FBI yet, you epic asshole.
34:14
I think they call people like you over the pond
34:17
some kind of like nons, maybe a wanker, something like that.
34:21
Right here in America we just call you an asshole,
34:25
and where I'm from in America, we call you a stunad.
34:31
This guy is an absolute piece of trash. Okay, sorry,
34:35
that's how I feel about him. That's my opinion. Another
34:40
grown ass man, Prince no Less using his children as
34:45
an alibi. Oh, I was at the pizza place with
34:47
my daughter. Great position to put your daughter in, you scumbag,
34:56
Miss Molshine claimed. We'll see them navigate it. I think
35:00
so far that do nothing approach has not been great
35:03
and it has not served them well. And it's interesting
35:05
to see that they're still going for the do nothing approach,
35:08
and that leads me to believe that they think that
35:10
Andrew's guilty. That's what I think the Royal family is
35:15
convinced of. They're convinced that this happened. They know that
35:18
that picture is there, that picture wasn't Where did that
35:20
picture come from? Who's just created out of thin air?
35:24
Give me a break already, And until people can start
35:27
explaining that kind of shit, it's not even worth listening
35:31
to their arguments, right, how can you explain that picture?
35:37
And then you have this jerk off. Oh I never
35:39
even met her, but we're supposed to believe what he
35:42
has to say. Huh, zero evidence provided, everything pointing the
35:47
other way. But because he's the Prince of England, we
35:50
should listen to him. Yeah. Right. The Queen's second son
36:00
met the American financial manager Pedophile in nineteen ninety nine,
36:03
after they were introduced by British socialite co conspirator general
36:08
all around scumbag and you know, fellow child abuser, as
36:11
well as a bipedal serpent and mutual friend, Gallaine Maxwell.
36:16
Prince Andrew, the Joe exotic of the Windsor family, first
36:19
came under scrutiny for his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein in
36:22
twenty eleven after he was photographed in Central Park with
36:26
the convicted sex offender. Following his release from custody, mister
36:30
Epstein was charged in two thousand and eight with procuring
36:34
a person under eighteen for prostitution and felony solicitation of prostitution,
36:39
and was sentenced to eighteen months in prison. First of all,
36:44
no such thing as soliciting a miner for sex. Okay,
36:47
that's just first, first and foremost. How can a miner
36:50
be a prostitute? The fact that there was a law
36:52
on the books in Florida that actually stated that is
36:56
mind boggling to me. Now that law is no longer there,
36:59
you know you can't be. They got rid of the
37:02
whole under eighteen sex worker type thing in Florida, thank god.
37:05
But what a ridiculous law to have on the books
37:08
in the first place. Amid calls for him to step
37:14
down his trade envoy to the US, the Duke of
37:17
York cut ties with the disgraced financial manager pedophile. No
37:21
he didn't, all right, This dude, Andrew is such a
37:25
scumbag that grown ass man Prince of England thinks he
37:29
has to fly across the pond to come and break
37:32
up with his BFF Jeffrey Epstein in person. You don't
37:36
have a.
37:36
Speaker 2: Guy for that.
37:37
Speaker 1: What hold does he have over you that makes you
37:40
have to pop on a plane, fly to America and
37:44
break up with him? Eric quotes in person. None of
37:49
this story makes sense now. It didn't make sense then.
37:53
And anybody trying to pitch this shit, the narrative that
37:56
Prince Andrew.
37:57
Speaker 2: Had nothing to do with this.
37:58
Speaker 1: He is just a regular old is lying to you, okay,
38:01
straight up bsing you, trying to gaslight you. And I
38:06
would be very very very very very cautious of anybody
38:11
who's trying to pitch the fact that Andrew is squeaky green.
38:16
I know not very many people trying it, but there
38:18
are a few publications that are, you know, trying to
38:21
refurbish some images, shall we say, some knucklehead from England,
38:26
you know, a couple of moronic, wasteful type people. But
38:32
none of that matters, Right, My opinion doesn't matter. Nobody's
38:36
opinion really matters when all is said and done. You
38:38
know what matters where the evidence leads in this case,
38:42
and so far, the evidence sure does seem to point
38:45
to Prince Andrew being involved. Sure does seem to point
38:49
to Virginia and her story being very very true, whereas
38:57
Andrew has provided nothing in his defense or to the
39:01
contrary of the evidence provided, So why would anyone believe
39:08
the Joe exotic of the Windsor family. However, in twenty nineteen,
39:16
Jeffrey Epstein was arrested again for sex trafficking after grooming
39:20
a number of women excuse me, after a number of
39:22
women came forward to reveal their grooming experiences. Glenn Maxwell
39:28
has also been arrested and is currently awaiting trial for
39:31
enticement of miners and sex trafficking. Epstein was found dead
39:36
in his prison cell on August tenth, twenty nineteen, in
39:39
an apparent suicide. Allegedly, Prince Andrew was named in court
39:44
documents that stated that he attended parties hosted by Epstein
39:48
in which miners were present and one survivor had sexual
39:52
contact with the prince on three occasions. Buckingham Pallas issued
39:56
a statement to say that the allegations were categorically untrue
40:00
and held a number of inconsistencies.
40:03
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, a whole.
40:04
Speaker 1: Bunch of inconsistencies. Huh. The only thing that's inconsistent is
40:09
the fact that the Prince of England over here, Joe
40:13
Exotic of the Windsor family. The only thing that's going
40:18
on here is that this guy is lying. Okay, the
40:23
only thing it's categorically untrue is everything that this guy's saying.
40:27
The only inconsistencies that we have here are the ones
40:30
that he's throwing at us. So they can just bury
40:33
all of that nonsense. That's such a canned statement, such
40:36
a garbage statement from the crown. It's like, ah, yeah,
40:39
we don't believe any of this. Hands off, not our problem.
40:43
Speaker 2: Guess what it is?
40:44
Speaker 1: Your problem? The statement read. The Duke of York unequivocally
40:49
regrets this ill judged association with Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's suicide
40:54
allegedly left many unanswered questions, particularly for his victims. The
40:59
Duke deeply. He sympathizes with those affected who want some
41:02
form of closure. Oh yeah, he sympathizes so much that
41:06
he's running to the local FBI office to talk to
41:09
the FBI. He sympathizes so much that he's reached out
41:12
to all of these survivors and offered aid. He's so
41:15
sympathetic of their cause that he's out in the forefront
41:20
leading the battle to get justice for them. Man, shut
41:23
up sitting around laughing it up, yucking it up, hoping
41:27
people forget. Well, guess what, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
41:31
Nobody's going to forget. It is his hope that in
41:39
time they will be able to rebuild their lives. The
41:42
Duke is willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency
41:45
with their investigations if required.
41:47
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, so what's up?
41:49
Speaker 1: The FBI already asked them again. This guy's proven to
41:52
be a liar time and time again, So why would
41:56
anybody attempt to even listen to anything he has to say?
42:00
At this point, the Duke has already stated that he
42:09
did not see, witness or suspect any behavior of the
42:11
sort that subsequently led to Jeffrey Epstein's arrest and conviction.
42:15
He deplores the exploitation of any human being and would
42:19
not condone, participate in, or encourage any such behavior. Oh no,
42:23
not at all. I mean, he hangs out with such
42:25
classy individuals, dictators, arms dealers, human traffickers, rapists. Hell of
42:31
a guy, hell of a group of friends, but he
42:35
would never condone any of that behavior, not at all.
42:38
He never saw anything untowards over at Jeffrey Epstein's. In
42:44
November twenty nineteen, Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the
42:48
Windsor Family, participated in a disastrous no holds barred interview
42:52
with BBC Newsnights Emily Maitlis in order to tell his
42:56
side of the story. During the interview, he claimed he
42:59
had no recollection of meeting the claimant and he could
43:02
not have participated in a sexual activity on that said
43:05
day as he was in Pizza Express with his daughter,
43:08
Princess Beatrice at the time. Oh yeah, hell of a guy. Huh,
43:12
drag your daughter into it? What is wrong with these people?
43:18
He also said he had no regrets over his friendship
43:21
with Epstein, but acknowledged that he should not have visited
43:24
him in New York following his initial release from prison.
43:28
Oh yeah, that's to say the least. Huh. But again,
43:31
he had to go over there and break up with
43:33
his bff, Jeffrey Epstein, had to hop across the pond
43:36
and go and tell Jeffrey Epstein they couldn't be friends anymore.
43:41
Speaker 2: What are they twelve?
43:42
Speaker 1: Here's an idea. Just stop talking to him. What were
43:47
you really flying to New York? For Prince Andrew. What
43:50
were you so worried about that you had to fly
43:53
all those miles from England to New York to crash
43:57
on Jeffrey Epstein's couch. Pretty sure that the FBI would
44:04
love to hear that story. If you'd like to contact me,
44:08
you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
44:11
