Dylan Malicheff on protecting Nottingham Forest's proud record
Matt Davies is joined by new Nottingham Forest B team manager Dylan Malicheff to tell us about his journey from being a successful youth coach in Belgium to his new role at the City Ground. We discuss what he demands from players and his desire to help them improve as footballers and people. We also discuss his aim to protect Forest's proud record of having an homegrown player in the first team squad going back to the 1940s.
