- 0:26Speaker 1: is joining us. Hey Corey, how are you? I am well?
- 0:29Speaker 1: Thank you? Happy Friday everyone. I feel good. Maybe it's
- 0:32Speaker 1: the coffee. I don't know. I feel good. You know
- 0:34Speaker 1: what it might be. I can see on the Zoom
- 0:37Speaker 1: record these podcasts every day on Zoom I can see
- 0:40Speaker 1: some photographs behind you, a new little look. It looks
- 0:43Speaker 1: like a memory wall or inspiration will what's coming on, Corey? Yes,
- 0:46Speaker 1: my new wall of inspiration has photos from my phone
- 0:49Speaker 1: that I never printed. A company called Mixed Tiles. They
- 0:52Speaker 1: take them from your phone. You just send them off
- 0:54Speaker 1: and they print these wonderful, resealable photos you can put
- 0:57Speaker 1: on your wall and remove them and put them again.
- 1:00Speaker 1: And awesome, awesome, you're on my cub I see my face.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I see Dorinda from the Housewives, other celebrities up there too,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and my mug as well. So thank you for including me.
- 1:12Speaker 1: What's the name of the company again, What are they
- 1:14Speaker 1: called mixed Tiles? That's m I X T I L
- 1:17Speaker 1: e s dot Com. Oh, I love it. So I've
- 1:20Speaker 1: got all these photographs on my phone and they just
- 1:21Speaker 1: sort of sit there. I can just email them to
- 1:24Speaker 1: mixed Tile and they print them out and amazing. Yes,
- 1:27Speaker 1: you do it from your phone. You upload them from
- 1:29Speaker 1: your phone and like literally hit send and honey, you
- 1:32Speaker 1: get a box amazing photos for your love. Well, you know,
- 1:36Speaker 1: I'm not good with technology, so that sounds perfect for me. Hey,
- 1:39Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. We've got a ton of
- 1:41Speaker 1: guse it. What time is it? My friends? It is
- 1:45Speaker 1: so notting Nick Cannon, who I just adore. He makes
- 1:48Speaker 1: me laugh. He's now a knitting that he has a
- 1:52Speaker 1: favorite baby mama. Don't tell Mariah carry So. Nick has
- 1:57Speaker 1: made headlines recently about his plast on life and the
- 2:01Speaker 1: seven children his hand in a very short span of time.
- 2:05Speaker 1: So he was playing plead the Fifth I love that
- 2:08Speaker 1: game with with Andy Cohen and Andy Cheeky. Andy asked,
- 2:12Speaker 1: who's your favorite baby mama. The audience began to chant
- 2:17Speaker 1: plead the fifth, Please don't say and if you're only
- 2:20Speaker 1: going to get in trouble. Nick looked into the camera
- 2:22Speaker 1: and said, I got this. I am scared of you. Andy.
- 2:26Speaker 1: My favorite baby mama is the next one that the
- 2:31Speaker 1: past mama's could still be my next one. That's all
- 2:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. Oh, can you imagine Mariah getting pregnant again
- 2:39Speaker 1: by Nick at two or whatever it is. I can't
- 2:42Speaker 1: imagine Maria ever getting pregnant. It's not a thought. I
- 2:46Speaker 1: don't you know. She's such a fabulous, deeper, deeper diva.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Do you think Mariah is laughing about this, she knows
- 2:54Speaker 1: him well, they're still friends. Or do you think she's like,
- 2:57Speaker 1: I'm your favorite baby mama. Yeah? I think that she
- 3:00Speaker 1: knows she's in a whole other category. I mean, come on,
- 3:02Speaker 1: she's a Mariah carry, so she's fine. She's totally fine.
- 3:06Speaker 1: She's carry Nick. I might have played the fifth on
- 3:11Speaker 1: this one. I'm not sure I would have said anything
- 3:13Speaker 1: because you're gonna get yourself in trouble. But you also
- 3:16Speaker 1: made lots and lots of headlines. I've been watching his
- 3:18Speaker 1: new show. It follows the Wendy Williams Show. He's fun.
- 3:21Speaker 1: He's really fun. I didn't know you might. You might
- 3:24Speaker 1: know this, Corey, because you're more of a musician than
- 3:26Speaker 1: I will ever be. He's a real musician. He can
- 3:29Speaker 1: sit down at a piano and he can play a song.
- 3:32Speaker 1: It's not just mixtapes. He doesn't just rap along like
- 3:35Speaker 1: he's a real musician. Last night on Entertainment Tonight, and
- 3:39Speaker 1: he underscored his interview sitting at a piano, and I
- 3:42Speaker 1: was like, I had no idea Nick was such a
- 3:45Speaker 1: talented gentleman, which brings us, though to a pole question
- 3:48Speaker 1: of the day. Nick Cannon admits to having a favorite
- 3:52Speaker 1: baby mama, and it's not Maria Carry Will she be livid? Livid?
- 3:59Speaker 1: Will she be? Hey? Your vote on Twitter page at
- 4:02Speaker 1: Naughty Nights, but on Facebook pages Naughty Gossip, you can
- 4:05Speaker 1: leave a comment there and be sure to check back
- 4:07Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results. Corey Love, what are
- 4:11Speaker 1: you working on? Yes? Well, Adele reveals which famous neighbors
- 4:15Speaker 1: she's friends with. I mean, I'm telling you I would
- 4:20Speaker 1: love it, though, I'm gonna to check her real estate
- 4:22Speaker 1: section by tomorrow. But Adele has quite a few famous
- 4:25Speaker 1: neighbors now. But the superstar has long been famous for
- 4:29Speaker 1: keeping to herself, So yeah, she totally doesn't do the
- 4:32Speaker 1: whole celebrity thing. But recently, while speaking to Rolling Stone
- 4:35Speaker 1: magazine for her upcoming cover story, Adele revealed to surprising
- 4:39Speaker 1: celebrities that she's befriended Nicole Ritchie and Jennifer Lawrence. They
- 4:46Speaker 1: sound fun too, yes, like. Speaking about her friendship with
- 4:50Speaker 1: the two celebrities, Adele says they humanized me because I
- 4:53Speaker 1: had avoided talking to anyone that was ever famous in
- 4:56Speaker 1: any capacity because I was like, well, I'm not famous.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So she also goes on to say, I'm very British
- 5:03Speaker 1: like that. We never spoke about work, which was amazing
- 5:05Speaker 1: because most of the time when I catch up with someone,
- 5:08Speaker 1: they want to know all about my work, and I'm like,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I don't want to talk about that. Can we talk
- 5:11Speaker 1: about something else. I'm knackered. I have to add my
- 5:15Speaker 1: British it means tired, exhausted. It's a rude way of
- 5:20Speaker 1: saying that. So if you're not you're absolutely exhausted. I
- 5:23Speaker 1: have to bring that. Okay, I'm going to add that
- 5:24Speaker 1: to my new British vocabulary. But but she was speaking
- 5:27Speaker 1: with Rolling Stone, and you know, she's also said that
- 5:30Speaker 1: she's got two secret social media accounts. One yes, this
- 5:35Speaker 1: is so funny because one she actually scrolls through like
- 5:39Speaker 1: multiple feeds of interior design accounts, and no one knows
- 5:42Speaker 1: it's her, but the other one. She has a secret
- 5:44Speaker 1: Twitter account where she keeps track of all the rumors
- 5:48Speaker 1: being spread about her all the internet. Go Adele, I
- 5:52Speaker 1: love the stealthiness of that. But but Rob, I want
- 5:54Speaker 1: to ask you though, going back to what she says
- 5:56Speaker 1: about being very British like that, is that a British
- 5:59Speaker 1: trait that you guys talk about is we don't We
- 6:02Speaker 1: never ask anybody. But I know when I'm in London
- 6:04Speaker 1: because nobody asks me what I do. In America, it's
- 6:07Speaker 1: the first question anybody asks me when we sit down
- 6:09Speaker 1: in a bar at dinner table, They're all always like,
- 6:11Speaker 1: what do you do for a living? In Britain, that's
- 6:14Speaker 1: like the last question we ask. We're not that interested
- 6:16Speaker 1: in what you do, more interested really in who you are.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And it is quite a difference. I do notice it. Also,
- 6:23Speaker 1: Brits are taught to not brag too much. To be
- 6:26Speaker 1: your own publicist is much more of an American phenomenon
- 6:30Speaker 1: than a bridge. Obviously, it's something that I have managed
- 6:32Speaker 1: to get past constantly. I do love this, and I
- 6:37Speaker 1: do love too that she's on social media. Do you
- 6:39Speaker 1: know how we're going to be able to find out
- 6:41Speaker 1: her secret account. We've got to find an account that
- 6:45Speaker 1: probably doesn't have a profile picture, that doesn't have a
- 6:48Speaker 1: big name, that follows or is followed by Nicole Richie
- 6:52Speaker 1: and Jennifer. Now we know that they're her friends. They know,
- 6:59Speaker 1: so it's everybody allows Jennifer Lawrence. Everybody follows Nicole Ritchie.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But look at who Nicole Richie follows, only like ten
- 7:06Speaker 1: or twenty people. Man match that up with who Jenny
- 7:08Speaker 1: for Lawrence follows. And if they both follow an unnamed
- 7:14Speaker 1: Twitter accounts, somebody would had a profile picture. It's all
- 7:17Speaker 1: just so you didn't they didn't. They pop up together
- 7:21Speaker 1: her and Jennifer Lawrence like at a gay bar in
- 7:23Speaker 1: New York, a drag queen, and I spoke to her
- 7:27Speaker 1: Britta Filter, triter. Britta Filter told me that Jennifer turned
- 7:32Speaker 1: up at her little bar where she was performing and
- 7:35Speaker 1: she was with Adele and they thought Adele was a
- 7:37Speaker 1: drag queen. Adele loved it. And then they went to
- 7:43Speaker 1: Club Cummings, which is Cummings Club, and the owner of
- 7:47Speaker 1: the club, Danielle, told me they needed to pee and
- 7:50Speaker 1: there's only one little stall bathroom, so they went into
- 7:53Speaker 1: the basement and he claims that he saw adele pee
- 7:57Speaker 1: into a bucket. I remember that story. God, can you
- 8:02Speaker 1: imagine maybe along Lance Bass from encinc claims that he
- 8:08Speaker 1: felt as if he was told to hide his sexuality
- 8:12Speaker 1: for years a Lance knew he was gay at five
- 8:15Speaker 1: years old, but as a teenager he was in one
- 8:17Speaker 1: of the biggest boy bands of all time. But he
- 8:19Speaker 1: kept it quiet. He understood that that's what people around
- 8:23Speaker 1: him actually wanted, so he said, being in the music business,
- 8:26Speaker 1: nobody actually flat out said listen, you're gay, and you
- 8:29Speaker 1: can't be gay. Nobody said that, but he said there
- 8:32Speaker 1: was a lot of hints. There was a lot of
- 8:35Speaker 1: red flags that people were constantly advising them to not
- 8:39Speaker 1: talk about their person or live and he knew what
- 8:43Speaker 1: that meant. He meant to keep being gay a secret.
- 8:46Speaker 1: He also said to that even before he was out,
- 8:49Speaker 1: he was often called the gay member of the band,
- 8:52Speaker 1: which at the time was meant as a slur, and
- 8:54Speaker 1: so he knew that he shouldn't ever mention this. But
- 8:58Speaker 1: he did come out in two thousand and six on
- 9:00Speaker 1: the cover of People magazine, Yes, which he said was
- 9:03Speaker 1: really really liberating. It's wild to think this is not
- 9:06Speaker 1: that long ago. I've been through it. You know, I've
- 9:09Speaker 1: been a recording artist for a long time. I've had
- 9:11Speaker 1: every record label meeting you could have, and that was
- 9:14Speaker 1: a part of me I was not willing to suppress.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And it never worked out well because you know, and
- 9:20Speaker 1: you know, Billy Porter and I had some of the
- 9:21Speaker 1: same circles and we're both told, you know, you can't
- 9:24Speaker 1: be a gay recording artist. And now the world has
- 9:27Speaker 1: caught onto us though, honey, yes, yes, thank goodness, things
- 9:30Speaker 1: have changed. This is a really inspiring, inspiring story. You know,
- 9:35Speaker 1: we've got to remember our history here, everybody, We've got
- 9:37Speaker 1: to remember our history and make sure we don't make
- 9:40Speaker 1: those mistakes. A gay and so talking about mistakes, Matthew
- 9:43Speaker 1: few mccamaughey is clarifying his stance on vaccinating children. What
- 9:48Speaker 1: does he have to say, Yes, well, Matthew mcconnoughey, he
- 9:51Speaker 1: says that the headlines that are currently circulating, let's say
- 9:54Speaker 1: he's against kids being vaccinated, are false, false. Yes. McConaughey,
- 9:58Speaker 1: who was weighing a run for governor of Texas, has
- 10:01Speaker 1: since clarified his position, and he says, when asked my
- 10:04Speaker 1: opinion on the subject, of children and vaccination mandates. I
- 10:07Speaker 1: stated I couldn't mandate it for kids just yet, he
- 10:10Speaker 1: wrote on Instagram. But what was not clear is that
- 10:13Speaker 1: I was referring specifically to the five to eleven year
- 10:16Speaker 1: old mandate. So he continued, what is not true and
- 10:19Speaker 1: insinuated with the clickbait headline since is that I am
- 10:23Speaker 1: against vaccinating kids at all, and that is false. In fact,
- 10:25Speaker 1: he goes on to share that his eldest, thirteen year
- 10:28Speaker 1: old son Levi, is fully vaccinated for COVID nineteen, and
- 10:32Speaker 1: he goes on to also say that he appreciates having
- 10:35Speaker 1: our ear and making the clarity in his statement. So
- 10:40Speaker 1: I'm glad that he actually made that clear. What you're saying,
- 10:43Speaker 1: it's It's very tricky then, because when you're famous, you're
- 10:45Speaker 1: going to be asked these controversial questions like now we
- 10:48Speaker 1: are in a click baits universe, and now people make
- 10:51Speaker 1: money on on the internet, Like that's how I make
- 10:54Speaker 1: my money on naughty gossip and really juicy headlines, get
- 10:56Speaker 1: people to click, and the whole people click the moment
- 10:58Speaker 1: you make So every but he now politician, celebrity TV hosts,
- 11:03Speaker 1: anybody that has any sort of fame, is going to
- 11:06Speaker 1: be asked controversial questions. Now you don't have to answer them.
- 11:09Speaker 1: You can just say no comment. You can say no comment,
- 11:11Speaker 1: or you can say my eleven year old kid is vaccinated.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Remember this in life, and I used to tell this
- 11:16Speaker 1: my clients when I was a publicist. Just because you
- 11:19Speaker 1: asked something doesn't mean you have to answer it. So
- 11:22Speaker 1: don't always answer questions you don't like. If somebody asked
- 11:25Speaker 1: me a question I don't like, I tell him something else,
- 11:28Speaker 1: like don't lie. You don't have to answer questions. It's
- 11:32Speaker 1: a big lesson in life. And quickly before we get
- 11:34Speaker 1: a break, Pete Davidson is saying they're being surrounded by
- 11:38Speaker 1: some of the funniest people on the planet to s
- 11:41Speaker 1: n L made him feel like garbe I know, so
- 11:45Speaker 1: so who's speaking with his friend Seth Meyers, and he
- 11:48Speaker 1: said that being Random's people was really, really difficult. He
- 11:52Speaker 1: said he definitely felt like he was less funny than
- 11:55Speaker 1: everybody else, and he went on to add that he
- 11:57Speaker 1: actually felt like like garbage. He said, quote when you
- 12:00Speaker 1: watch Kate McKinnon, Chloe Fireman or Keenan Thompson do a
- 12:04Speaker 1: hundred million things and you're like oh well, my line
- 12:07Speaker 1: is hi everybody. He said that makes you know your place.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Have you ever been around people got are just so talented,
- 12:14Speaker 1: just so talented, that it makes you feel bad about
- 12:17Speaker 1: your own gifts? You know, I have to be honest.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I thought about that a while back, and I have not. Actually,
- 12:22Speaker 1: I've realized early on that we all have our own
- 12:24Speaker 1: unique gifts. So my voice is not going to be
- 12:26Speaker 1: somebody else's voice, and we've got to bring our own
- 12:28Speaker 1: unique thing to the table. So no, I really have
- 12:31Speaker 1: not ever felt that way. Yeah, I feel inspired. I
- 12:34Speaker 1: love being around really talented people. I do. Success is
- 12:37Speaker 1: something that really turns me on. I love success. I
- 12:39Speaker 1: love really really talented people, and I don't feel like
- 12:43Speaker 1: garbage around people that I know a wittier, a smarter,
- 12:47Speaker 1: than funnier than me. I'm inspired by them. Even as
- 12:49Speaker 1: a young boy, though I always hung out with the
- 12:51Speaker 1: smarty pants, my sister Christine did not. Christine had to
- 12:54Speaker 1: be the smartest person in the room, so she surrounded
- 12:56Speaker 1: herself by people that were not really very smart. I
- 12:59Speaker 1: mean it wasn't that she was that smart, but she
- 13:01Speaker 1: found people that were less smart. Now I was the opposite.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I always surrounded myself by people that were much smarter
- 13:08Speaker 1: than me, and I never got jealous of them, and
- 13:10Speaker 1: they didn't make me feel bad about myself. They made
- 13:12Speaker 1: me feel inspired. Yea, you do you like to be
- 13:15Speaker 1: around people that are funnier, smarter, wittier than you? Or
- 13:19Speaker 1: are you the sort of person which is just fine
- 13:22Speaker 1: to that likes to be the top dog of your crime.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Think about that while we take a quick break and
- 13:28Speaker 1: we will be right back. Hey, welcome back to the
- 13:33Speaker 1: Lord even I sha m rob shooting without dear friend
- 13:35Speaker 1: Corey Andrew from Instinct magazine dot com. Hey, Corey, let's
- 13:39Speaker 1: get to the polls dot Thank you very much, darling.
- 13:42Speaker 1: So yesterday we talked about Britney Spears revealed who is
- 13:46Speaker 1: going to be designing her wedding dress. It's actually Donna
- 13:49Speaker 1: Tellivis Archie. You know it is going to be fab
- 13:52Speaker 1: you are you excited to see the dress? Let's have
- 13:55Speaker 1: a look. Said, yes, I'm excited. I love a wedding dress.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I do. I love a wedding. You don't have to
- 14:01Speaker 1: be famous either, any girl, any guy, anybody on your
- 14:05Speaker 1: wedding day. I want to see what you are wearing.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I think the fashion for me is a big part
- 14:11Speaker 1: of the wedding story. I love it. I love that
- 14:15Speaker 1: moment when it's revealed and they walk down the aisle.
- 14:18Speaker 1: You're like, oh, I love talking about marriage. Last night,
- 14:23Speaker 1: Paris Hilton got married and she posted a new picture
- 14:26Speaker 1: in white. Her mother wore white to the wedding. I
- 14:29Speaker 1: thought that was a faux part. I know, yeah, yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I was. I supposed to be like virginal first of all,
- 14:34Speaker 1: like the whole wait, let's start right anyway. Congratulations to you,
- 14:41Speaker 1: Paris Hilton, and don't forget to vote on to Day's
- 14:44Speaker 1: pol going awad Naughty nice Robber on Facebook page, which
- 14:48Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment there and
- 14:50Speaker 1: be sure to check back on Monday to hear your
- 14:54Speaker 1: results are. Now it's time for and oh day. Yes, well,
- 15:02Speaker 1: Ryan Reynolds overshares about his sex life with Blake Lively.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So how's Blake? How the kids? Jimmy Fallon, asked Ryan,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and this led a seemingly flustered Ryan to respond with,
- 15:12Speaker 1: you know, there are good Blake's Hey, no personal questions.
- 15:15Speaker 1: By the way, Blake is great. The sex is totally normal.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And Fallon then chuckled at the apparent overshare and replied,
- 15:21Speaker 1: I wasn't going to ask that. Hey, hey, hey, pump
- 15:24Speaker 1: the brakes, Jimmy, I said, no personal questions. And you're
- 15:26Speaker 1: going right in on it, all right, Barbara Walters, take
- 15:29Speaker 1: it easy. So Ryan was having a fun time there,
- 15:33Speaker 1: But you know his wife, Blake is very desirable too.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Many Ryan's pretty desirable too. Then, beautiful couple. I love,
- 15:39Speaker 1: I love, I love. I love that they make fun
- 15:41Speaker 1: of one another. And I'm sure the sex is greatest love.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Before I get myself in trouble. Now, I'm naughtiest of
- 15:49Speaker 1: the day, Jamie Lynski is. He's detailing how angry her
- 15:54Speaker 1: dad got when it was announced that she was pregnant.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So it's sixteen years old. Jay Me Lynn Spears became pregnant.
- 16:02Speaker 1: She said her father was really really angry with her,
- 16:06Speaker 1: writing in her new memoir quote, my daddy and I
- 16:09Speaker 1: stopped speaking and the tension was terrible. Jamie Lynn Spears
- 16:14Speaker 1: says that many people would come up to her and
- 16:16Speaker 1: encourage her to abort the pregnancy, but she refused and
- 16:19Speaker 1: was also given the option of quote going to a
- 16:24Speaker 1: home for unwed mothers. It does, doesn't it, She wrote
- 16:30Speaker 1: her memoir quote, Daddy and I thought slinging words and
- 16:35Speaker 1: tossing insults. He grabbed me by the shoulders and held
- 16:38Speaker 1: on tightly in the hope of bending me to his will.
- 16:43Speaker 1: These excerpts from the new book are in People Magazine Now. Ultimately,
- 16:47Speaker 1: the pregnancy was announced on the cover of Okay magazine.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I was the executive editor when that issue came out,
- 16:53Speaker 1: so I was very much involved in breaking this story.
- 16:57Speaker 1: We knew Jamie Lynn was pregnant, and we went to
- 16:59Speaker 1: her team and wanted to do an interview and a
- 17:01Speaker 1: photo shoot, and we gave her a ton of money
- 17:04Speaker 1: for doing so. And I've got to admit her dad
- 17:07Speaker 1: wasn't so angry when the check cane. Let's just put
- 17:09Speaker 1: it like that. And I'm not saying that he was
- 17:11Speaker 1: he was thrilled about this, or this was on purpose.
- 17:13Speaker 1: That's not the case at all. But they certainly knew
- 17:16Speaker 1: how to make something that they felt was a bad
- 17:18Speaker 1: moment into something that was very, very very profitable. Also,
- 17:23Speaker 1: to do you know, their only demand, or their biggest demand,
- 17:27Speaker 1: is that we couldn't say Britney Spears on the cover
- 17:31Speaker 1: and we come put a picture of Brittany. Our initial
- 17:34Speaker 1: cover that we mocked up and sent to them. They
- 17:36Speaker 1: had cover approval. It said Brittney Spears his sister pregnant
- 17:40Speaker 1: and had a huge picture of Brittany, a big bubble
- 17:43Speaker 1: of Brittany at the top, and they were like, get
- 17:47Speaker 1: their name off, and it really became dramatic. We nearly
- 17:49Speaker 1: pulled out of the cover. The owner of the magazine
- 17:52Speaker 1: was like, nobody knows who Jamie Lynn Spears is, and
- 17:54Speaker 1: back then they really didn't. She was sixteen years old,
- 17:57Speaker 1: so she hadn't done that much. Everybody was talking about Brittany,
- 18:01Speaker 1: and so the owner in the magazine was like, I'm
- 18:02Speaker 1: not going to write the check if we can't put
- 18:03Speaker 1: Brittany on the cover. So what happened. Ultimately Brittany came
- 18:08Speaker 1: off the cover, but we did a turn of pr
- 18:11Speaker 1: around it, and on the website it was very much
- 18:14Speaker 1: packaged as Brittany's little sister, and every interview we talked
- 18:17Speaker 1: about it was Brittaney's little sistem. I mean, we got
- 18:21Speaker 1: around it and the check cleared. That's all I'm saying
- 18:24Speaker 1: to much, Hey, let's quickly have a moment of rob
- 18:27Speaker 1: You're gonna stop beating yourself up and embrace where you
- 18:32Speaker 1: are and where you are not in your life. Right now,
- 18:35Speaker 1: we're all rushing. We're all rushing. Where are you rushing to?
- 18:38Speaker 1: It doesn't matter if you're ritual, poor, famous, or not.
- 18:41Speaker 1: We're rushing to the same finish line, which is death.
- 18:43Speaker 1: We're all going to end up at the same finish line.
- 18:46Speaker 1: That's not something you want to rush towards. Slow down
- 18:50Speaker 1: and slow down, don't speed up. Slow down. I was
- 18:56Speaker 1: thinking about it, and I was like, why am I
- 18:58Speaker 1: rushing around? Why am I rushing around? It's true, you know,
- 19:02Speaker 1: the richest guy in the world, the richest person in
- 19:04Speaker 1: the world, and we are both going to end up
- 19:05Speaker 1: at the same finish line. Watching the marathon, and I
- 19:08Speaker 1: was like, I wouldn't run, I'd walk and I'd enjoy
- 19:10Speaker 1: it rushing to that. I don't want to rush to
- 19:13Speaker 1: the finish line. I want to stop in the cafes
- 19:15Speaker 1: and all the neighborhoods. I'll have a crossland, I'll have
- 19:17Speaker 1: a cup of coffee. I know that's not the point
- 19:19Speaker 1: of the marathon, but I was thinking about the marathon.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Is life? Start rushing through life? I find myself and
- 19:25Speaker 1: I don't know if this is a new York thing.
- 19:27Speaker 1: I find myself running around town. I've got nowhere to go,
- 19:30Speaker 1: I've got nothing to do today, but I'll run. Why
- 19:33Speaker 1: am I running slow? Isn't that funny? Yeah? That's a
- 19:37Speaker 1: great point, right, because yeah, we're all kind of like
- 19:39Speaker 1: getting through it. We're not enjoying the journey along the way.
- 19:42Speaker 1: We're missing the windows of opportunity because we're running towards
- 19:45Speaker 1: the door. Slow down and stop thinking of the next thing.
- 19:48Speaker 1: When I have drinks with friends tonight, stop thinking about
- 19:51Speaker 1: who I'm going to meet next, and enjoy the people
- 19:53Speaker 1: you're with. Yes, it's such it's such a lesson I've learned.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And it's in the forward answer that my new book.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Speed up, slow down, slowly. Okay, that's it for today.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to the Naughty but
- 20:06Speaker 1: Nice with Rob and Corey show. Doesn't that sound lovely?

- 20:21Speaker 1: the book and left a review. We've got thirty thirty
- 20:24Speaker 1: five reviews or so and they're really really nice. Thank
- 20:26Speaker 1: you for doing that. It does make a difference. And

- 20:31Speaker 1: out loud. If you're going to be naughty, you've got everybody.
