- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news. Now you'll find out what
- 0:03Speaker 1: it all means.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hey smarts amone on seven tenor.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Hey, well, we'll get to a lot of stuff here.
- 0:14Speaker 3: We'll get to Savannah Guthrie's mother. There's new details coming out.
- 0:18Speaker 3: This is a pretty awful case. We'll get to Minnesota.
- 0:23Speaker 3: There's some big changes being made right now. We'll get
- 0:25Speaker 3: to the Epstein files. You can go online and search
- 0:29Speaker 3: to I actually found my name in the Epstein files.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Nothing bad. We'll get to that coming up. We'll get
- 0:35Speaker 3: to mom, Donnie and the publicity stunts that he's been
- 0:40Speaker 3: concentrating on the Kennedy Center and more coming up. Minnesota.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Tom Homan moments ago holding a big press conference announcing
- 0:50Speaker 3: they are reducing by seven hundred the number of ICE
- 0:55Speaker 3: agents in Minnesota. They're going to withdraw seven hundred agents.
- 0:58Speaker 3: There's three thousand there, so this is almost one third
- 1:03Speaker 3: will be removed. Now. I imagine they've done a lot of
- 1:05Speaker 3: their work there. They've already arrested about four thousand illegals
- 1:09Speaker 3: they're looking for criminal illegal aliens. Four thousand is a lot.
- 1:13Speaker 3: The mayor of Minneapolis has admitted that they pretty much
- 1:19Speaker 3: destroyed the economy of Minneapolis in the last couple of
- 1:21Speaker 3: weeks with all the protesting and all this crap going
- 1:24Speaker 3: on in the streets because Minnesota officials refused to cooperate
- 1:30Speaker 3: with ICE or to have police out there to maintain
- 1:33Speaker 3: order with the protesters. You're supposed to have your local
- 1:36Speaker 3: police out there. They keep the protesters on that side
- 1:40Speaker 3: of the sidewalk. They can yell and scream and wave
- 1:43Speaker 3: their signs or blow their whistles, but you don't let
- 1:45Speaker 3: them physically go after the ICE agents or physically confront them.
- 1:49Speaker 3: You have police there to maintain order. Minnesota, Minneapolis Mayor
- 1:54Speaker 3: Tim Walls, they all decided not to do that, to
- 1:57Speaker 3: just remove all law enforcement. Let it be total chaos,
- 2:01Speaker 3: let the protesters go at the ICE agents. And you've
- 2:04Speaker 3: seen the chaos and tragedy in the streets. Well, it
- 2:07Speaker 3: caused most people to stay home and they didn't want
- 2:11Speaker 3: to go anywhere near any of this, so people stayed home.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Business in Minnesota was down dramatically. They had estimate they're
- 2:18Speaker 3: losing about twenty million a week. Stores, supermarkets, all the
- 2:22Speaker 3: people just don't want to go out. So even the
- 2:25Speaker 3: mayor admitting they've destroyed the economy of Minneapolis with their
- 2:28Speaker 3: stupid decisions. Shutdown averted. I don't know you even need
- 2:34Speaker 3: to talk about this anymore. There's a shutdown every two seconds.
- 2:37Speaker 3: This was a partial shutdown. It's not a shutdown. They've
- 2:40Speaker 3: made an agreement now for it's only for about ten days,
- 2:44Speaker 3: but it'll give the president time to negotiate with everybody,
- 2:48Speaker 3: and you know, and fix it once and for all.
- 2:53Speaker 3: But none that fascinating. The Savannah Guthrie mother story is
- 2:58Speaker 3: just getting worse and worse and worse and worse. She
- 3:02Speaker 3: has a pacemaker and she sinks it to her Apple watch,
- 3:08Speaker 3: your iPhone, and you know, when you're asleep, your apple
- 3:12Speaker 3: watch is measuring all kinds of things, your heart rate,
- 3:15Speaker 3: you're this, you'r that. So they've seen in the phone
- 3:18Speaker 3: that it was at two am that all of that stopped.
- 3:21Speaker 3: So whatever happened happened at two am. Savannah Guthrie's mother
- 3:26Speaker 3: is about eighty five years old. She was, obviously they
- 3:30Speaker 3: now believe kidnapped. They believe it was multiple people that
- 3:34Speaker 3: she was kidnapped out of her home at two am.
- 3:37Speaker 3: There are reports, not confirmed, but reports that a ransom
- 3:41Speaker 3: note has come the demanding ransom in crypto. You know,
- 3:47Speaker 3: in the good old days and all those TV shows
- 3:49Speaker 3: when there was ransom to be paid, you'd get this
- 3:52Speaker 3: weird instructions, go to make a leftier, go up here
- 3:55Speaker 3: and drop off the money in a suitcase. So that
- 3:59Speaker 3: made things a little easier because there was an actual
- 4:01Speaker 3: physical location where police could look for clues, fingerprints, DNA something.
- 4:06Speaker 3: But now with crypto, there's no way to even have
- 4:09Speaker 3: a physical location to examine. So it looks pretty bad.
- 4:14Speaker 3: There is blood splatter in the house, there's blood, a
- 4:19Speaker 3: blood trail coming out of the house, so it looks
- 4:23Speaker 3: like she was kidnapped. The blood indicates she was injured
- 4:26Speaker 3: badly in the kidnapping. She has a pacemaker, She has
- 4:32Speaker 3: certain medicines she has to take to keep alive for
- 4:34Speaker 3: cardiac stuff, blood pressure stuff, very crucial medicine. They left
- 4:39Speaker 3: the medicine. They didn't take it. So she's without this
- 4:41Speaker 3: now Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, when it's like four days without
- 4:46Speaker 3: the medicine and getting very very dangerous. So there is
- 4:50Speaker 3: according to most reports, not confirmed, but most reports the thing,
- 4:56Speaker 3: there is a ransom demand in crypto. President Trump has
- 5:00Speaker 3: gotten involved. He has said the whole federal government, all resources,
- 5:05Speaker 3: whatever they can do. They're on it, trying to help here.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Last time something happened like this, it was a much
- 5:12Speaker 3: bigger story back then. It was Frank Sinatra nineteen sixty three.
- 5:16Speaker 3: He's the biggest star in the world, the biggest star
- 5:19Speaker 3: on Earth, and his son, Frank Junior, is kidnapped by
- 5:24Speaker 3: two or was it three, I think it was two
- 5:26Speaker 3: or three want to be criminals, and they wanted to
- 5:29Speaker 3: kidnap a son of a famous celebrity and get ransom.
- 5:34Speaker 3: They first looked at Bob Hope's kids, somehow, for some reason,
- 5:38Speaker 3: rejected that Frank Sinatra Junior was trying to be a
- 5:41Speaker 3: singer and was on tour staying at the He was
- 5:45Speaker 3: staying at a little hotel motel in Nevada. Looked pretty
- 5:49Speaker 3: easy to kidnap him there, and they kidnapped him. Frank
- 5:51Speaker 3: Sinatra Junior was kidnapped. It was the front page lead
- 5:54Speaker 3: story everywhere in America. The whole country was focused on it.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I don't think they calculated this very well, these kidnappers,
- 6:02Speaker 3: because it was Frank Sinatra, and it started to become
- 6:06Speaker 3: clear publicly that the entire American mafia was looking for
- 6:10Speaker 3: these guys, and Sinatra had had a big feud with
- 6:15Speaker 3: Bobby Kennedy, the Attorney General. But despite that, Kennedy called
- 6:19Speaker 3: them immediately and said, the entire federal government, the entire
- 6:22Speaker 3: FBI is going to look for these guys. So these
- 6:25Speaker 3: two kidnappers now realized the entire American mafia is hunting them,
- 6:29Speaker 3: the FBI is hunting them, everybody, the Attorney General is
- 6:32Speaker 3: on the case. So they got pretty scared and they
- 6:35Speaker 3: released Sinatra Junior. They just let them go, and he
- 6:39Speaker 3: somehow wandered out. They were in some remote house, but
- 6:44Speaker 3: he wandered out to a main street, flagged down a
- 6:46Speaker 3: cop who took him home, and it ended well. I mean,
- 6:50Speaker 3: it was traumatized for the rest of his life, but
- 6:52Speaker 3: it ended well. This is a different case, but we'll
- 6:56Speaker 3: see what happens. Savannah Guthrie in Arizona helping the police
- 7:00Speaker 3: do whatever she can. Very very sad story. Hey, the
- 7:03Speaker 3: Epstein files are now out. They're online. Just just google
- 7:08Speaker 3: Epstein files. It'll take you to the official government site
- 7:11Speaker 3: where they've posted about four million pages of Epstein files.
- 7:17Speaker 3: But there's a search bar, so you can type in search.
- 7:22Speaker 3: You can type in whatever you want type in anybody's
- 7:24Speaker 3: name or anything you want to look for. There's a
- 7:26Speaker 3: guy I know who I can't stand, who I know
- 7:30Speaker 3: is pretty close to Epstein. And I put this guy's
- 7:34Speaker 3: name in and five thousand entries come up. And I'm
- 7:39Speaker 3: reading through all these entries and a tim and Epstein.
- 7:42Speaker 3: I don't know why they're putting all this in writing,
- 7:44Speaker 3: but they're emailing and texting back and forth like crazy
- 7:48Speaker 3: about women. This woman, that woman, this girl, that girl,
- 7:51Speaker 3: most of them over age, not underage. And this guy's
- 7:57Speaker 3: married and in some of these uses, my wife is
- 7:59Speaker 3: out of time. Let's get this girl, that girl, Let's
- 8:01Speaker 3: do this, let's do this. This is going on and no, no, no, no.
- 8:05Speaker 3: And then there's other guys I know who are pretty
- 8:08Speaker 3: close to Epstein. I'm googling, searching their names in the
- 8:12Speaker 3: files and it's coming up, and they're all back and
- 8:14Speaker 3: forth about this woman, that woman I met, this woman.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Can you get me the phone number of this woman
- 8:19Speaker 3: or that woman? Can you bring this woman to this place?
- 8:22Speaker 3: Ohing on. I'm searching all different people I know, and
- 8:26Speaker 3: then I don't know why, I just thought, let me
- 8:27Speaker 3: type my name in into the Epstein files. In the search,
- 8:31Speaker 3: and it came up like in six places, but all harmless,
- 8:36Speaker 3: all totally harmless. One was a luncheon I was seeing
- 8:39Speaker 3: that Epstein wanted to come to, so my name was
- 8:42Speaker 3: just on the list of who's going to be there.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Oh you know. The other one was Jackie Martlin emailing
- 8:50Speaker 3: back and forth with Epstein. Apparently Epstein liked jokes. A
- 8:55Speaker 3: lot of those guys like big comedians to give them
- 8:58Speaker 3: jokes they can tell because they have no personality, so
- 9:01Speaker 3: when they're with people, they just tell them some jokes.
- 9:03Speaker 3: But Jackie would descend them pages and pages of jokes,
- 9:08Speaker 3: and then in one of the emails told them that
- 9:09Speaker 3: he would be on my show and that he should listen.
- 9:12Speaker 3: So that ended up coming up the search on the
- 9:15Speaker 3: Epstein files. It's pretty interesting. Just go to just google
- 9:18Speaker 3: Epstein files. It'll come up on the government website. They
- 9:21Speaker 3: call it the Epstein Library, and you can search whoever
- 9:24Speaker 3: you want, so whatever famous figure you hate. I didn't
- 9:29Speaker 3: do Bill Clinton yet because five one hundred thousand pages
- 9:34Speaker 3: have come up. Who's going to read it?
- 9:35Speaker 2: Now?
- 9:35Speaker 3: The Epstein hearings are going to take place in Congress.
- 9:38Speaker 3: The Clintons have caved. They will testify. They've got the
- 9:43Speaker 3: dates are later this month, like in two three weeks.
- 9:46Speaker 3: The Clintons will testify before Congress. They'll be asked all
- 9:50Speaker 3: kinds of tough questions and Hillary will testify, then Bill
- 9:55Speaker 3: will testify.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Clinton's have agreed to appear for deppas misitions and have
- 10:00Speaker 1: agreed to the terms that you laid out in your
- 10:03Speaker 1: most recently.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Aware of them.
- 10:05Speaker 2: No, well, if that's the kenny, somehow the media and
- 10:09Speaker 2: the Democrats get the correspondent's way before we do.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Yeah, so they're going to try to go after them.
- 10:15Speaker 3: And now a lot of stuff will come out. Obviously
- 10:17Speaker 3: the women all that stuff, but the business dealings and
- 10:21Speaker 3: the Clinton Foundation, the famed Clinton Global Initiative. It was
- 10:26Speaker 3: Epstein behind that. Epstein helped put that together. It was
- 10:29Speaker 3: one of the founders of that kind of stuff. Doesn't
- 10:31Speaker 3: look good, and they'll have to testify. I don't think
- 10:35Speaker 3: it'll be a televised hearing, but it will be videotaped
- 10:38Speaker 3: and then clips will leak out of the whole thing. Now, Also, remember,
- 10:43Speaker 3: as we said yesterday, Republicans aren't created hearings. Democrats, Boy,
- 10:46Speaker 3: when they hold hearings, they can tear people apart. They can,
- 10:50Speaker 3: really they're rough in those hearings. Republicans aren't so good
- 10:55Speaker 3: at hearings. They never quite pull it off the same.
- 10:58Speaker 3: And we love James Calmer, but he tends to overpromise
- 11:03Speaker 3: and underdeliver. So that sort of in favor of the
- 11:06Speaker 3: Clinton's here. So this Mom Donnie character mayor Mom Donnie.
- 11:13Speaker 3: So I turned the corner here on fifty sixth Street.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Right outside and on the corner is a mountain of
- 11:22Speaker 3: garbage that must have been twelve feet high and went
- 11:27Speaker 3: for about one hundred feet, just a long, long, long
- 11:32Speaker 3: mountain of garbage, Mamdanni mountain, we'll call it. Looked awful,
- 11:37Speaker 3: and it's been there. You could tell it's been there
- 11:39Speaker 3: for days. You could tell this part was from Sunday.
- 11:42Speaker 3: This part was from Monday. This part is from It's
- 11:44Speaker 3: just been there for days. However, then I look way
- 11:48Speaker 3: up the block over there, and I see sanitation trucks
- 11:54Speaker 3: blocking the entire street because they've stopped and are picking
- 11:57Speaker 3: up the garbage. So they began to pick it up
- 12:00Speaker 3: very very very slowly. All the snow that's out there,
- 12:05Speaker 3: I mean, the sidewalks are pretty clear here, and there's
- 12:08Speaker 3: a path cut through at the corner that you can
- 12:10Speaker 3: go through. But they got to get rid of you
- 12:11Speaker 3: can you can haul away all that snow. Mom, Donnie
- 12:14Speaker 3: has not figured out. The greatest mayor of New York,
- 12:17Speaker 3: Giuliani on this.
- 12:19Speaker 2: He promised us this, he would show us how socialism
- 12:22Speaker 2: can work. Well, the guy fell on his face immediately.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I mean he right now has committed one of the
- 12:28Speaker 2: biggest sins in New York City. Mayor can commit not
- 12:31Speaker 2: picking up the snow. It almost caused John Lindsay his job.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it was very similar when a young John Lindsay
- 12:37Speaker 3: took office, big snowstorm. He couldn't get it cleaned up.
- 12:40Speaker 3: It looks bad. Now. You gotta admit, mom, Donnie is
- 12:45Speaker 3: out there. He's out there with the mayor, you know,
- 12:47Speaker 3: the emergency jacket on and he was out there shoveling
- 12:51Speaker 3: snow himself. He's out there posing and taking pictures and
- 12:54Speaker 3: doing videos. But there's a little controversy over this. They
- 12:57Speaker 3: have those emergency response jack it's you know, it's like
- 13:01Speaker 3: a baseball jacket with the city logo on it and
- 13:03Speaker 3: on the up on a pocket it says mayor. And
- 13:06Speaker 3: you've always seen mayors well apparently this is how mom
- 13:11Speaker 3: Donnie is so pr conscious, Instagram conscious. You know, he's
- 13:18Speaker 3: supposed to be a manager and managed. He's just worried
- 13:20Speaker 3: about photo ops and that sort of stuff. So he
- 13:23Speaker 3: didn't want to put on the regular emergency jacket that
- 13:27Speaker 3: every mayor wears. It's kind of like a shiny satin
- 13:29Speaker 3: baseball jacket kind of thing. He decided he wanted a
- 13:33Speaker 3: kind of a working man blue collar jacket that he
- 13:37Speaker 3: didn't want to wear that official city jacket. This was
- 13:40Speaker 3: very important him to have this certain look. Now, who
- 13:43Speaker 3: makes a working man blue collar clothes? Car Heart. It's
- 13:48Speaker 3: a great company, Carhart, and that you know, construction workers
- 13:53Speaker 3: get their clothes from Carhart, those pants, those jacks. So
- 13:56Speaker 3: he went to Carhart and got a real, like a
- 13:59Speaker 3: working man's kind of a jacket, a real blue collar
- 14:03Speaker 3: kind of jacket, and then they rushed it to a
- 14:05Speaker 3: special embroidery shop to have all the stuff put on it.
- 14:09Speaker 3: He wanted a certain font for the City of New
- 14:12Speaker 3: York logo. He wanted his name and a certain font.
- 14:16Speaker 3: So this was instead of managing the snow for three days,
- 14:20Speaker 3: he managed the putting together this jacket. Fashion experts comment
- 14:25Speaker 3: commenting on it.
- 14:25Speaker 1: This jacket honors Juran Mamdani, New York's one hundred and
- 14:29Speaker 1: twelfth mayor, representing a mass engagement movement.
- 14:33Speaker 2: It blends working.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Class esthetics with modern streetwear, featuring the City of New York,
- 14:37Speaker 1: script and mail all the fashion people loved it, and
- 14:41Speaker 1: the black on black carpenter jacket very sheet. The font's
- 14:44Speaker 1: a really interesting juxtaposition against the utility of the jacket.
- 14:47Speaker 1: The city could sell this as merch. I would wear
- 14:48Speaker 1: any New York City cool again.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Yeah, so, you know, maybe can't get the snow picked up,
- 14:54Speaker 3: but making jackets. This guy was on the case, this guy,
- 14:58Speaker 3: and it looked just the look he wanted. Go check
- 15:01Speaker 3: the pictures. Yeah, it's a nice look, but it's very
- 15:03Speaker 3: very very working class, kind of blue collar socialist kind
- 15:07Speaker 3: of a kind of a jacket. But uh, don't worry.
- 15:11Speaker 3: He's gonna he'll get this garbage picked up. Maybe not
- 15:14Speaker 3: this week, but eventually, eventually he'll get to it. And
- 15:17Speaker 3: as far as the snow, he's got a plan. It's
- 15:20Speaker 3: called spring. It'll all melt then. Actually, it's going to
- 15:22Speaker 3: be thirty five today, so that'll help melt a lot
- 15:25Speaker 3: of the snow. Hey, I we'll take some calls. Next
- 15:28Speaker 3: eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten is
- 15:31Speaker 3: the number. Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
