- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: So what's what do you need? Like, what's the licensing
- 1:04Speaker 3: that you need to operate? The hype of business that
- 1:06Speaker 3: you know?
- 1:06Speaker 4: So for a clinic in our space, right, you need
- 1:09Speaker 4: a couple of things right, So the way we operate generally,
- 1:12Speaker 4: like I mentioned earlier, we would like to go in
- 1:13Speaker 4: the area.
- 1:14Speaker 5: We typically wild talk to the Department Feld.
- 1:16Speaker 4: So you need like a general stuff that you need
- 1:17Speaker 4: for a regular retail business, you need like a business license.
- 1:21Speaker 4: For us, you need what it's called a side I
- 1:23Speaker 4: D right, so you call the Department Felth. And depending
- 1:26Speaker 4: on where you are, if you plan on building like Medicaid,
- 1:28Speaker 4: you need like a CMS that much. You typically will
- 1:30Speaker 4: contact CMS, which is the sener for Medicaid and Medicare services,
- 1:33Speaker 4: so you need a license from that. You might need
- 1:35Speaker 4: a you know, clip was saying like NPI numbers, NCPP numbers.
- 1:40Speaker 4: So it really just depends on what vertical you're plan doing.
- 1:42Speaker 4: So if it's if it's you know, STD or if
- 1:44Speaker 4: it's primary care, will determine what type of license you need.
- 1:47Speaker 4: But obviously you actually need a physician who has you know,
- 1:50Speaker 4: a physician license.
- 1:51Speaker 5: But it really just depends. But for us, it's very simple.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Is the Department Felth give us what we call a
- 1:56Speaker 4: testing side I D number and that what kind of
- 1:59Speaker 4: gives you the ability to provide the testing and treating.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Then you need to clear us all that way you
- 2:04Speaker 4: can be able to you know, draw blood and stuff
- 2:05Speaker 4: like that. So there's certain licensing you need. It just
- 2:08Speaker 4: varies depending on what state you're in and what modality
- 2:11Speaker 4: or what vertical that.
- 2:12Speaker 6: You're How long does that take, right, because a lot
- 2:14Speaker 6: of times you apply for something, it's.
- 2:16Speaker 5: Like, oh, it definitely takes time.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Dealing with dealing with the bureaucracy of the government definitely
- 2:20Speaker 4: takes a long time and it costs too. Right, So
- 2:23Speaker 4: for us to get one of our clinics up and
- 2:26Speaker 4: running to get those license, it typically takes about ninety
- 2:28Speaker 4: days to get everything, just because there's so many codependencies
- 2:32Speaker 4: and stuff, because you gotta wait for this to come
- 2:33Speaker 4: in before you can apply for that, and you have
- 2:34Speaker 4: to wait for DA You have to wait so certain
- 2:36Speaker 4: things that you need. But yeah, but it generally takes
- 2:39Speaker 4: about ninety days.
- 2:40Speaker 3: And how much would it start? Like if I wanted
- 2:41Speaker 3: to open up a clinic, how much operating money you need?
- 2:46Speaker 4: So for us to open up a clinical costs about
- 2:48Speaker 4: three mis of the fifty k to get a full
- 2:49Speaker 4: brick and mortar clinic up and running. To get a
- 2:51Speaker 4: mobile clinic, it'll rain you anywhere from two fifty maybe
- 2:54Speaker 4: a million, depending on how lavish you want. The mobile
- 2:56Speaker 4: clinic hours are pretty small, so we try to keep
- 2:59Speaker 4: it between two to three hundred thousand, but that's generally
- 3:03Speaker 4: what the barrier entry would be to get into what
- 3:05Speaker 4: we do.
- 3:06Speaker 7: And the mobile clinics. When we talk about mobile clinics,
- 3:08Speaker 7: your mobile clinic could be a two exam room mobile
- 3:12Speaker 7: clinic with a waiting room on wheels, or it could
- 3:16Speaker 7: be one exam room like ours. Hours are sprinter trucks,
- 3:19Speaker 7: So we get sprinter trucks and we put them on
- 3:22Speaker 7: the road because it's a lot easier and quicker to
- 3:23Speaker 7: get them on the road. So we don't want to
- 3:25Speaker 7: have to wait for a build out of a big
- 3:29Speaker 7: mobile clinic that has two exam rooms, or have to
- 3:33Speaker 7: wait for have to worry about licensing for that for
- 3:37Speaker 7: that truck on the road, because that truck is that
- 3:40Speaker 7: big that means they need to have a CDL license
- 3:43Speaker 7: to drive that truck. So now we put ourselves in
- 3:46Speaker 7: a whole nother situation financially, which we try not to.
- 3:49Speaker 7: So we try to get the smaller mobile clinics so
- 3:52Speaker 7: we could get it out the door quicker and we
- 3:54Speaker 7: could get to work, and that get to work for
- 3:57Speaker 7: us is ten to twenty new patients per day per
- 4:03Speaker 7: mobile clinic, right, So that's.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Why I was looking at them, like obviously from operations standpoint,
- 4:09Speaker 6: I was from the business mind. It's like, before I
- 4:11Speaker 6: can create the clinic, I need to know how many
- 4:14Speaker 6: things I happen to see exactly on a daily basis,
- 4:17Speaker 6: on a monthly basis basis exactly, because that will determine
- 4:20Speaker 6: obviously how much profitability.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Profitability absolutely so.
- 4:24Speaker 6: When you when you're looking at that, that's something you
- 4:26Speaker 6: have to learn. But when do you realize, Okay, we've
- 4:29Speaker 6: hit our number here, let's scale to another area, Let's
- 4:32Speaker 6: get another truck.
- 4:33Speaker 4: To be honest, like I said, we said earlier, man,
- 4:35Speaker 4: the need is so vast that even with the twelve
- 4:38Speaker 4: or fifteen mobile clinks we have now in the eight locations,
- 4:41Speaker 4: I think we actually have tens that we signed two
- 4:43Speaker 4: new leases this week, we're still not covering the whole
- 4:46Speaker 4: state of Florida.
- 4:47Speaker 5: It's still so much, so much that we need.
- 4:48Speaker 4: And that's why we created Healthy MD because we feel
- 4:51Speaker 4: as if you know, just future thinking and trying to
- 4:54Speaker 4: future prove our business, we want to make sure we're
- 4:55Speaker 4: able to you know, kind of get you know, more
- 4:58Speaker 4: of a nationwide platfor for them, but you know, you
- 5:01Speaker 4: just kind of get the coldomnies of skill. So for us,
- 5:03Speaker 4: we know that once we get to a certain amount
- 5:05Speaker 4: of patients, we generally will put two or three mobile
- 5:08Speaker 4: clinics out and then we'll move on to another area.
- 5:11Speaker 4: So once we get enough affiliate partners or i say
- 5:13Speaker 4: affiliate partners in the community, I'm talking about the Halfway
- 5:15Speaker 4: House and substanti these clinics. Once you figure figure that
- 5:18Speaker 4: out and we know that this clinics is sustainable with
- 5:21Speaker 4: at least about two hundred active patients, then we'll move
- 5:23Speaker 4: on to the next because definitely don't want people say.
- 5:28Speaker 8: Earners, what's up. You ever walk into a small business

- 7:52Speaker 2: Have been arrested.
- 7:53Speaker 1: If you are here illegally, your next you will be
- 7:57Speaker 1: fined nearly one thousand dollars a day in prison and
- 8:00Speaker 1: deport it. You will never return. But if you register

- 8:16Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:19Speaker 4: You know, don't put all your egg and one basket
- 8:20Speaker 4: for us, we like, we're gonna put all our eggs
- 8:22Speaker 4: in that basket and going to protect the heck out
- 8:23Speaker 4: of the basket. So we put all our eggs in
- 8:25Speaker 4: that one basket, in that one clinic, grow it, and
- 8:27Speaker 4: then we'll move on to the next location.
- 8:30Speaker 7: And because we're so knowledgeable of the industry and what
- 8:35Speaker 7: we do today, we don't have to. Our team already
- 8:40Speaker 7: did the work on where we're going next. Right where
- 8:43Speaker 7: were Yeah, exactly exactly. We know what cities we're going to,
- 8:47Speaker 7: we know what states we're going to, we know what areas.
- 8:50Speaker 7: We know if we're doing a mobile clinic or a
- 8:52Speaker 7: brick and mortar. We know if we're doing brick and
- 8:53Speaker 7: mortar and five mobile clinics because some of our brick
- 8:56Speaker 7: and mortars just hubs for our mobile clinics, and our
- 8:58Speaker 7: mobile clinics go five different directions every morning and go
- 9:03Speaker 7: to different communities.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess the reason why we have more mobile
- 9:06Speaker 4: clinics than physical locations because our business model is different. Right,
- 9:10Speaker 4: We don't open up a clinic like clips set and
- 9:11Speaker 4: wait for people to come. We bring the services to
- 9:13Speaker 4: people who wouldn't otherwise come to a clinic, you know,
- 9:16Speaker 4: I mean otherwise even come to a doctor.
- 9:17Speaker 5: It's funny a lot of.
- 9:18Speaker 4: The people that we service, I mean, we're like they're
- 9:21Speaker 4: source for a physician. I mean because they're like, I'm
- 9:23Speaker 4: not going to the doctor. We don't go As a culture,
- 9:26Speaker 4: we don't normally go to the doctor unless it's broken,
- 9:27Speaker 4: the bleeding.
- 9:28Speaker 5: We're not going to the doctor unfortunately.
- 9:30Speaker 4: So we have to actually, you know, kind of bring
- 9:32Speaker 4: the services to them.
- 9:34Speaker 3: So as far as the business model, how you make
- 9:39Speaker 3: money from this from Medicaid, people like people coming and
- 9:42Speaker 3: you're charging them the Medicaid and the Medicaid is reimbursing it,
- 9:45Speaker 3: like right, right, So not.
- 9:48Speaker 7: Remember all the healthcare services are free. We don't charge
- 9:52Speaker 7: for it at all. We don't build insurance for it.
- 9:55Speaker 7: That's another reason why our license structure. We don't have
- 9:58Speaker 7: to get as many licenses as what our build another
- 10:00Speaker 7: clinic because we're not billing. But it also gives us
- 10:02Speaker 7: autonomy in some cases as well. And this is why
- 10:06Speaker 7: you need good attorneys, because good attorneys will break that
- 10:09Speaker 7: down for you and say, HEO, you're making twenty five
- 10:11Speaker 7: dollars to see this patient for a visit. That twenty
- 10:15Speaker 7: five dollars does nothing for you. Where's the money at
- 10:19Speaker 7: so you could continue to provide this service.
- 10:21Speaker 5: The money's in the medication.
- 10:23Speaker 7: The medication costs one thousand dollars, two thousand and five,
- 10:27Speaker 7: ten thousand, depending on the medication or the ailment that
- 10:31Speaker 7: you're providing for, right that you're solving for. So when
- 10:36Speaker 7: our attorneys broke it down to us and they said,
- 10:38Speaker 7: you could do this, but this is going to stop
- 10:40Speaker 7: you from giving away food vouchers, transportation, housing, all of
- 10:46Speaker 7: those stuff. You can't give that stuff away when you're
- 10:48Speaker 7: own a clinic. When you're on a clinic, that's illegal
- 10:51Speaker 7: for you to give out food vouchers. They call it
- 10:54Speaker 7: an inducement. So we had to figure out the best
- 10:56Speaker 7: way to provide for our community without billing on CMS
- 11:02Speaker 7: or Medicaid because CMS and Medicaid that's government charge. They're
- 11:06Speaker 7: government funded, so they're paying you. If they're paying you,
- 11:09Speaker 7: they got a whole different rules and regulations behind CMS
- 11:12Speaker 7: and Medicaid, right, so that's why we don't get involved
- 11:14Speaker 7: in them. We don't use them at all.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Right, So for us man, so all the testing and
- 11:18Speaker 4: all the medical services are free. So the numeration comes
- 11:21Speaker 4: from the feeling of the prescriptions, right, So similar to
- 11:24Speaker 4: like if you've ever been to like an urgent care,
- 11:26Speaker 4: we have like dispensaries in our clinics. So when you
- 11:28Speaker 4: come in, if you've ever been to like an urgent care,
- 11:30Speaker 4: you're going there. Whatever issue you have. Typically when you
- 11:32Speaker 4: walk out, they can give you an antibotic or they
- 11:33Speaker 4: will give you a prescription right then and there. So
- 11:35Speaker 4: our clinics are kind of built the same way. We
- 11:37Speaker 4: have a dispensaries in them where you come in and
- 11:40Speaker 4: the medical services, which is the testing, is absolutely free.
- 11:43Speaker 4: But the treatment, which is the medication components, where we
- 11:46Speaker 4: actually make the revenue. So people will come in and
- 11:48Speaker 4: they may not have insurance at all, right because for us,
- 11:50Speaker 4: we are open to any and everybody, but our patient
- 11:52Speaker 4: services and our case managers would help that person one
- 11:55Speaker 4: procure insurance in order to make them a profitable.
- 11:57Speaker 3: So okay, so anybody can go in, there's no charge.
- 12:01Speaker 4: No charge, but if you actually if you have you
- 12:05Speaker 4: have something, and let's say you have something, you have insurance,
- 12:08Speaker 4: then we'll obviously we'll build your insurance for the actual
- 12:10Speaker 4: medication treatment. But if you come in and you don't
- 12:12Speaker 4: have insurance. Obviously the medication is very expensive. Then you'll
- 12:15Speaker 4: go through our patient services will help procure your insurance
- 12:17Speaker 4: to help you get the actual treatment.
- 12:19Speaker 5: So we only make renumeration from the treatment, and that's
- 12:21Speaker 5: like Medicaid.
- 12:22Speaker 4: So it's not generally it's not Medicaid because for the
- 12:25Speaker 4: program that we're on program that we don't we can't
- 12:28Speaker 4: build any Medicaid or Medicare. We can't do any government
- 12:31Speaker 4: payers because of the fact that we give away the
- 12:33Speaker 4: medical services for free. So it's generally is either exchange
- 12:37Speaker 4: health plan that they're on or some type of commercial
- 12:39Speaker 4: health plan.
- 12:46Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:49Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 12:53Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 12:58Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 13:02Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President

- 13:39Speaker 1: Trump America's laws, border and families will be protected.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
