Transcript
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Beyond Limits podcast.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: I am so excited to have a guest with me here today, Kathleen Cameron.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: She is not only a badass, but she went from being a registered nurse to making$52 million in six years.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: She also has her latest book out, My Manifested Life, which you're gonna have to go and pick yourself up a copy.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: Kathleen, welcome to the show.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for having me.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: So for people who haven't heard of you and they hear registered nurse to$52 million, tell me, I want to go back to being a nurse, 12-hour shifts.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: I have full body chills as I say this.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: How did you know it was time to leave?
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: And like, what was that point where you're like, there is more out there for me?
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Well, it was so interesting because I just went through the motions and like graduated high school, got a university degree, got a job, started working at RBC Insurance.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I don't want to work in business or sales.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: Like I'm such a heart-centered person.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: So I went back to U of T and got my second degree entry nursing and decided to become a nurse.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna like care for people.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: I'm so caring.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Let's do this.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: So I just did that.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: And then I got another, I got a master's degree and then more certifications.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: And then I just started going up kind of this healthcare administration corporate ladder where I was out of the bedside after a while and in meetings all day.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: So it was more of like a corporate side of healthcare.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: And the more that I worked, the more stressed I got.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: And I met this woman who had started an online business.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: She was branding herself online and she was selling products.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: And I met her, and she was the first kind of like hint to me that like maybe what I'm doing isn't as big and grand and joyful and expansive as I could be.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: And she really showed me this side of life.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: She was like working from home, posting on social media, making the same amount of money as me, going to the gym in the middle of the day.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: And I was slammed, stressed, working 24-7.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: So I started actually doing exactly what she was doing, branded myself on social media and kind of tried my hat at this like entrepreneurial journey.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: And that was when I really started to realize something isn't right here.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: But I just added that onto what I was already doing.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: So that's when the hustle came even more real because I went from literally working 12-hour shifts to now 16-hour days to seven days a week.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: And if I wasn't um doing healthcare, I was doing this entrepreneur journey.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: And when I finally made the decision, honestly, I was forced to because I started fainting three to five times a week.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: Uh and they diagnosed me with a vague vasovagal syncope.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: It's so hard to say.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Um, and I had to go on short-term leave because I kept, my blood pressure just kept dropping and I kept fainting.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: And uh, and then when they wanted to move me to full-time leave to I to long-term disability, I was like, you know what?
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: No, I'm not doing this.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: So I quit the healthcare and I said, I'm going all in on this entrepreneurial journey.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: So that was like the breaking moment where like something had to give.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Uh, and it just so happened to be the healthcare part.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: It's so funny.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: I have a history of fainting too, like a vasovacosyncopy.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: And I think it's like a sign when my when I'm not in the right place, my body will just override and be like, get out, yeah, and kind of create this like physical systemic, like, no, get out.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: So, how far along into so six years ago, that's what, 2020.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: How far into those doing both did you leave the healthcare?
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: A couple years.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, wow.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Quite a while.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I would say two years, probably 20 all of 2018 and 2019, I did both the healthcare and the um the selling products online.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: And then in 2020 was when I let go of the selling products and I went full into teaching the work.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Because in 2019, when I really started to look at mindset and spirituality and manifestation, I would call it now.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Once I started really getting into that, my life started to take off.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: And life started to get a lot easier, a lot happier, a lot smoother.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: My nervous system was calm.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: So I was able to do a lot more and hold a lot more.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: And so by 2020, February of 2020, when I when I was like, you know what, I'm done with this social media thing selling products.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna teach this now because I believe in it so much.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Uh, and that's where things really took off because I was living in my purpose.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: In 2020, when you kind of made that shift into what you're teaching now, how fast would you say that you, you know, you say you took it fast, but like the time period it took?
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Because I feel like sometimes people think that it's going to be hard or they think it has to be this long thing when they step into their purpose, but you're like, no, you step into your purpose and you take off.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: And I had a similar story.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: 2020, I step into my purpose and I took off right away.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: What do you think it is about that that most people aren't willing to fully step in?
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: It's like they they put their toe in, but they don't fully jump in.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: And so then they don't fully reap the rewards because they're kind of half in, half out.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like a fragmented energy.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: So you can't be in between two different identities.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: It's about going all in fully to the one identity and then putting all of your focused attention towards it.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: So, like in January of 2020, when I decided that's it, I'm launching a coaching business.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: This is the course I'm gonna sell.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna do a I it was called it was called Success 2020, was this first masterclass I decided to do.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I am doing this full on.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna have like one foot out the door, I'm not gonna be having a plan B, like no way.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: So it was full identity.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: And I also went into it too, Olivia, of like really being like, okay, a year from now, I've made a million dollars in my coaching business.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: I have hundreds of students, all of my students are winning and thriving.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: Who am I then?
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: Like, what is the version of me?
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: What would I say?
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: How would I think?
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: How would I feel?
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: And then I chose January 2020 when I did the mindset 2020 masterclass to show up as that version of myself that day.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So I never believed I was a novice.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: I never believed I was starting a business new.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: I didn't have any belief that I didn't know what I was doing, or I'm giving it a try, or let's see how this goes.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Like the energy was like, here we go.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: I'm launching the million dollar business, and all the clients are gonna come to me just because I simply believe.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: And that's what I believed.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Uh, and I did a million dollars in seven months um and 350 clients in my first year.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Uh that first year, 2020, I ended up doing 3.3 million in revenue, like fast.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Like my first month, I did$65,000 in my first month, January of 2020.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm I'm gonna, I'm gonna come back, I'm gonna say what you said about the no plan B, but then I want to come back to that statistic and number and however that ever happened.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: But I like what you said about no plan B because sometimes I think, especially when I talk about nervous system, people are like, no, it's bad for your nervous system.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: So you need to have a plan B because then that's safety.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, but if you I like this quote by Tony Robbins, if you don't burn your boats, like you're not gonna succeed.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Like I'm a firm believer in like burning the boats, like eliminating the other one, because if not, you end up in this agonizing middle where you're not quite the other one, but you're not quite there, and then you don't get the results.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And that's actually more painful than if you were just to go all in and put both feet into that thing.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So it's so funny, and I love that you said that.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, so first month, did you have an audience?
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Like you did the product base, but did most of you looking from the product, or was this just like people found you like this is like miracle energy?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Like it was just yeah, paint us a picture.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Well, so I had been branding myself on social media and selling products online.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: So my social media following was probably 1,200 people at that point.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: I had originally started with probably 600 who were like family and friends.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: And so over the course of running that business, I probably um attracted another 600 people.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: But what was really special about that is is like people were used to seeing me at that point, but they weren't used to seeing me in this capacity.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: So I was very much like, this is the first time I'm ever gonna be teaching this, like you're gonna want to get involved with this.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: And so um, it was to what you would call my warm market.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: So people that knew me already um wanted to be involved.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: And so it was people from all areas of my life, but still 65k from 1200 followers, that is still like incredible.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: People can't I know people with 200,000 followers who can't even do that.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: No, I did 3.3 million in revenue that that year in 2020.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: I did not run a single ad, and I had maybe 1,800 followers on all platforms.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: No YouTube channel, no podcasts.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Okay, so yeah, you we're just gonna you would say, would you say the biggest thing is what you said about you decided you weren't a novice?
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Like you went in, like, yes, that is it.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: That is me.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Oh, I full body chills as I say this versus most people go in and they're like, Well, uh, let me try this.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: I'm a beginner, we'll see what happens.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: And so they don't fully dive in.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: And so they don't well, and I I also had no idea what I was doing.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Like I had never run a business before in my life.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Uh sometimes I think that's good.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: Like it well, yes, because you don't have all of the beliefs that other people have instilled in you.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: So I went into it being like, running a business is easy and like everybody's gonna want to buy what I'm selling.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: And if I can sell something for$100, I can sell something for$10,000.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: Like, what's the difference?
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: And I really went into it thinking this is going to be easy and I will figure it out.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: Like, I I had my first client want to pay me and I didn't even have a method to receive payment.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: I didn't have Stripe or PayPal or anything set up.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: So I had to go research how do I accept payment from someone?
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: You know, I had no contracts set up.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: And so, like, you don't need to prepare everything and get it all perfect and ready before you go.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: You prepare the identity, and then the 3D physical world will catch up to it.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: You'll figure it all out.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: So now I have obviously a whole corporation, um, multiple staff members.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: I have a company now that I run.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: Uh, but back then, like I was a nurse and I have all the knowledge and the skills now because it was experience that taught it to me.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: Uh, but yeah, no, I never thought I was a novice or any of that.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: I think that's one of the most powerful things is to understand that your assumptions become your fact, what you believe you will observe.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: So if you think you don't know enough, if you think you're behind, if you think somebody else knows better, or if you think you need to take a course first before you could do it, or if you think you need the following first, I didn't think I needed the following first, right?
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: So if you think you need 10,000 followers before you can make a million dollars, the million's not gonna come till the 10,000 come.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So I don't put any conditions on my receivership.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: Like I want it to be completely unconditional.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: So I I can sit here today and be open to receive thousands of dollars with ease.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: I don't have to do anything first in order to get it.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: I'm just sitting here open and I can tell you a million magical stories of how I receive in that way, but um, it's just non-conditional.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: What do you think you do in terms of not setting conditions where other people set conditions?
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Because it can be easy to say just don't set conditions, but what do you see is like the biggest?
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: I don't love the word block, but like block as to why people set conditions and they can't seem to like really let go of them.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: It's a belief that's in contradiction to the receivership state.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: So when I have this thing that I desire, what is the belief that I hold and then have that belief first, right?
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: So the belief that you need to have a certain number of followers in order to be successful, it keeps you from the success because you have to have the followers first, which you don't need.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: Like one example for me that's personal to me that a lot of women really, really resonate with is for so long, I thought my success was conditional upon the size of my body.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: So I would be like, I'll lose weight, then I'll get the promotion.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: I'll lose weight and then I'll sign the client.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: I'll lose weight and then my podcast will grow or get better.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: Or follow people will follow me, you know, after I change the size of my body, you know, go to the gym and get fit.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: And I remember like journaling out, okay, the most successful version of me, she's healthy, she's skinny.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: And I went, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: I'm now saying that I need to do this first before I can achieve.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, okay, so what if I just decide I can achieve now without changing anything?
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: You want to say something?
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: I guess I just as you're doing that, I'm getting visuals of people in their journals writing or trying to use like manifestation techniques by journaling or visualizing, but through their journaling or visualizing, which looks good on the outside, they create conditions within the journaling and visualizing that then need to be fulfilled before they can receive.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: And it's just like in distorted.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: Like, and I think what happens too is so many people script out like, okay, I want to receive this level of success or this level of fame or this level of money in my life.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: And so I think I need to have all of these things in order to get it.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: So go to the gym and get skinny, be on the cover of this magazine, have 10,000 followers, launch a podcast.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: So now what you've done is you've created a whole list of things that have to come first before that comes.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: So I'm very careful when I'm looking at my belief systems, I'm like, okay, what do I believe today about what I'm able to receive today?
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: And so when I actually went to self-love in 2020, because when all of this happened in 2020, I was 320 pounds, the heaviest that I've ever been.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: And I decided I was gonna lose a whole bunch of weight and get skinny and then be successful.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: And then I'm like, hold up.
- 13:44SPEAKER_01: So I just made the decision, no, actually, I'm gonna love all 320 pounds of myself.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: And I turned to self-love instead.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: So what I journaled instead, I scratched off, I wanna be skinny, and I wrote, love myself fully today, in this moment, in the body that I'm in now.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna love her.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: So I turned over to self-love and I stopped trying to diet, I stopped trying to work out like a crazy person and be something that didn't resonate with my identity at that time.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: And what happened was magic and miracles because I now said out to the universe, to source to the world, I'm here now.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: I've arrived now.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: I'm ready now to receive.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: There's no more conditions.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, and it was really beautiful.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: And then I had a lot of women coming up to me afterwards being like, wow, you really proved me wrong because I thought I couldn't be successful till I was thin and you just did it at 300 pounds.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: So I made, I made$18 million um at 320 pounds until 2022 when I decided to expand further and move into this health idea.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Uh, and so now I'm a completely different healthy version of myself.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Um, but I don't think you need to do anything to achieve, you can achieve where you're at now.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: I love that because I, as you were speaking, the thing that came up in my mind is something I've talked about with people, which is if you are so resistant to right now or you're rejecting right now, like you don't look this way, maybe your hair is not like this, your face doesn't look like this, you don't have the camera set up or the podcast or the followers or the book or the that.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: You are rejecting the now.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: And how can you create from the now because you're saying this is not enough, and then you create a distorted field.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: But I sometimes I feel like people use visualization or scripting or some of those manifestation techniques in an attempt to reject or make what they have right now wrong or bad or not enough.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: So I'd love like your take on that because I feel like you probably agree in that.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely agree.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: Because you can't manifest a state of wholeness from a version of yourself that you believe is lacking or has a hole or a gap.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: So, what I really help people to get to is this place where you realize within yourself today that you've already arrived, you're already whole, you already have everything that you desire or need for your life.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: You're okay right now, like you're doing good right now.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: Move into the gratitude for everything that you have and be in this place of like, I love this and I love me, and this experience is amazing and wonderful and great.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: And I would love more.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: That's a very different vibration than being in the, oh man, I need change.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: I hate my life, can't stand my body.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: I've always failed.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: I want to fix this.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: I don't want to be a disappointment anymore.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Like, all of that is actually not a vibrational match because the place that you desire to go is wholeness, is freedom, is gratitude, is love, right?
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Because it's not really about the money or the business.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: It's the feeling that you get.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: But so I try to get people to feel those feelings now today as much as they possibly can.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: And then you're more likely to match the desired outcome.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: So I say say grateful but never satisfied is kind of where you want to be.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: But you don't want to be disappointed, you don't want to be frustrated, um, you don't want to have shame or guilt for where you're at.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: None of that's a match to the desired state.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Do you ever get frustrated or feel like you're not where you want to be?
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: And if so, like, okay.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: No, I would never.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: I would never do that.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: No.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: So if someone's feeling frustrated or like they're behind or they're not where they want to be, how would you say they should get out of that?
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: Well, what I do is there are perhaps moments or months or times where things don't work out as I would like them to.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: So it could be like a personal relationship doesn't go how I want it to.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: Or maybe I don't hit the number of income I wanted to hit this month in my business.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: What I really do is be, what's the word I'm looking for?
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: Um, non-reactive.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: So I don't want to, I try to just witness it.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, so this occurred, and what kind of meaning do I want to give to this thing?
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: So if I give the meaning to it of like, oh, it didn't happen, and then it means this, this, this, and the other thing, then now I've lowered myself to the frequency of the reaction to it, and now I'm manifesting the same thing, right?
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: It's like getting so mad that your relationship failed and then holding resentment and anger over a failed relationship.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: That does not create Mr.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: Wright coming in, right?
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: It's actually in the forgiveness, the love, and the letting go of what was that allows you to call in the next thing.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: So I'm very non-reactive.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: Um, I actually use my attention, my focus, uh, my words, my celebration, my emotions to actually pour into the things that I love in my life, the things that are going really, really well.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: And I almost starve the things that don't quite match what I would love.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: I just don't give them my attention.
- 18:41SPEAKER_01: I don't give them my emotions.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: I don't give them my focus.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: I love that you said you starve it because I feel like a lot of people feed it.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: So not only do they make a meaning, but then they feed that meaning emotionally or they feed that meaning through the actions because then they take actions from lack from like, all right, the launch isn't doing this, the business is not doing this.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: I'm now gonna reinforce that by taking action from that place.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: So I love that you use the word starve.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna Yeah, I sometimes don't even notice.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: Like to just not notice, right?
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: And it it some people, but you have to look at it.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: You like you you can learn from it, you can grow from it.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, if there's feedback that I meant to pay attention to, I'll pay attention to the feedback as like what can I shift in my consciousness going forward?
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: But to sit in it and feel disappointed in it and feel shame and guilt and create meaning about my identity and who I am and say that I screwed up, I messed up, I failed.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: That is not feedback to help your consciousness.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: We're now sitting in an emotional loop and playing that loop probably because it's comfortable and we've just been, we've learned how to loop that way.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Uh, but when you get out of that loop, you don't want to be in it anymore.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: So my my friend Angie used to call it like sitting in your soggy diaper.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: So true.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Such a good analogy.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: I don't do that anymore.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: So if you need to get something out, have a conscious conversation with someone, okay, I've observed that this occurred.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: I think what this means is perhaps I can shift my consciousness in this way and then make the shift and move forward.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: You don't have to go back to it again.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: I love you already, and I love this.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: So I I know also one of your big beliefs is you don't have to hustle, you don't have to burn out, you don't have to work hard in the way that you know sometimes social media teaches you like head down, grind so many hours, like you're the perfect example.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: And I know you have you've been talking a lot about the energy of effortless recently on social media.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Can you go into that for us?
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: Because I don't think you mean effortless means you don't take any action, but it's rather the frequency you take it from.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: So, how do you view the work that you do and this effortless energy in terms of all the abundance you've created by not doing it the bro way?
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: And and we have to remember that, like, we live in a society where there is like ways of doing things that we just do it because it's always been that way.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: You know, like I gave the example on my live event yesterday that like we used to smoke in airplanes.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, so we used to think that smoking was safe.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: And then we would smoke in an airplane.
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: But if somebody lit a cigarette next to me on the airplane now, I would be like, What are you doing?
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: Like we would freak out.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: But that used to be normal.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: So for anybody that's like kind of in this hustle, grind, work hard um belief system, and you're kind of triggered or activated by what I'm saying right now, just notice you're just used to smoking on the airplane.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: And I'm giving you an idea a sense of what's to come and what will be normal and natural soon.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: So uh effortlessness doesn't mean zero effort, it means less effort than we perhaps think we need to do or that most other people are using, right?
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: And so when we move heavily into our masculine energy, and so we have had a very masculine world, like even the workforce, um, you know, the economy was very much driven by men.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: Women not long ago couldn't even work.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: And so what became a Dominant paradigm was the masculine energy, the work hard.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: The more you work, the more you make.
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: The more hours you work, the more money you will make.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: The more stressed you are, the better you will do.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: And you have to earn it in order to feel and reap the rewards of what you did.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: And if you didn't earn it, if it wasn't hard, well, you didn't do enough.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: You need to do more, right?
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: It's like it has to be this stressful thing.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: And so we expect and we anticipate that now and we keep moving forward.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: So that was me as a registered nurse.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: And then starting that side business that I did, I was in that masculine hustle energy.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: Now we want to have the masculine energy for sure because we want to be doing something.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: I can't have a multimillion dollar business unless I start the multimillion dollar business.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: But what has been so beautiful and magical is incorporating the feminine energetics with the masculine energetics.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: And so the feminine energetics are spirituality.
- 22:58SPEAKER_01: They're reprogramming of the subconscious mind.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: The subconscious mind is the womb of creation.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: It's the beginning of all new ideas and new inventions in our world.
- 23:08SPEAKER_01: And everyone has a subconscious mind, right?
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: So it was when I moved into that softness, into the rest, into the recovery, into the play, that the feminine energetic started to be incorporated into my life.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: And that's where real success started to happen very fast.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: So that's how I went from making$37 an hour to, I don't even know what my hourly uh rate would be right now if you were to consider probably$20,000,$25,000 an hour, something like that.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: How do you do that?
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: Because you understand that it's not about time, it's not about effort, and it's not about that masculine energy.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: So that's the first thing I'll say.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: The second thing I'll say is, I used to believe when I was younger that I was lazy.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: So I would be like, oh, but is there a different way we can do this that doesn't take as long to get there?
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: Or like I'd want to cut across the park to get to the store instead of walk all the way around.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: And I used to think that was lazy.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: But now what I realize is that what's natural and innate for us, just like nature, is the law of least action.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: So nature follows the easiest path to get to what it needs to do or intends to do.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: It doesn't try to work harder, it doesn't try to go all the way around.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: Water goes where it's its easiest pathway down.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: It goes upstream, it goes, we go upstream, we're not trying to go um downstream, or we go downstream, we're down upstream.
- 24:33SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, so what I realized then is that I've had this in me.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: This has been a part of me to always want to do it in the fastest way with the least amount of effort.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: And in physics, that's actually like how we actually want to do it, and that's how you expand yourself.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: So I started to just play around with this and be like, okay, so if I rest more and then I make more, and I have a belief that if I the more I rest, the more I make, what if that comes true?
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: Like, what if that becomes the truth instead of working harder?
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: And what if I don't work 24-7?
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: What if I actually take some days off?
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: What if I balance my life?
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: What if I start going to the spa?
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: What if I start using meditation to calm my nervous system down?
- 25:13SPEAKER_01: What if I start visualizing?
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: And so I started incorporating all of these things that started to change the way in which I was showing up in the world.
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: They started to change my identity, they started to change my nervous system, they started to change the vibration, the signal that I was sending out.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Like we're we're an energetic vibration, an energetic expression that goes out into the universe.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: And so the the energetic expression of hustle and grind is like very much, it's very tense, it's very resistive, and it's very stressful.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: The um, the energetic expression of the effortless way is like, well, I'm gonna go relax and go to the spa, then I'll do a couple of hours of work, and you know, and then I'm gonna help somebody with this today, and I'm gonna get everything I want.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: And I trust and I have certainty and I have faith and knowing, and then your business grows.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: And so this is what I teach people to do, but the hardest part is in the surrender.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, what do you say the person's like, okay, I'm resting, I'm I'm doing it, but it's not here yet.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: Or even the idea of like they actually even can't even bring themselves to even do it because there's such a like a lack of safety in their assistance that they need to do, and if they're not doing that, it actually feels like they're dying inside and they they panic.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: Well, and that's just the habit, right?
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: So the habit is if I'm not working, then I'm wasting my time and you get anxiousness.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: Somebody said on my live event yesterday, Lynn, she used to do like 80 consults a week, and I've got her down to 40 and like her success has gone up.
- 26:36SPEAKER_01: So she's made more money doing the 40 than the 80.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: And she told me that every time she would see a gap in her calendar, she would get anxiety.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: Like, there's time that's not being utilized, there's time that's not being filled.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: So, what I started to tell myself is some of the feminine practices and the spiritual practices are more productive than the action-based practices.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: So, meditation, visualization, going out for, I call it an awareness walk, um, going outside for a walk in nature without anything playing.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: So, no music, no podcast, no book.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: Like go out and just be aware of yourself in nature.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: So, all of those things, I started to tell them that they actually are two times more important than recording a podcast, than having an hour meeting with my team.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: And so when I started to instill those beliefs, I would be like, I'd have a gap in my calendar.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, I'm gonna go meditate.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm gonna go for a walk.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm gonna go rest and relax.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: And then even um taking a nap, I honestly now I'm like, oh, you know what I'd love to do?
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: I'd love to go have a nap in the middle of the day.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: And I'm telling myself that that nap is allowing me to receive more instead of the hustle.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: So it is a new set of belief systems, but once that becomes real for you, like your whole life will be changed.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: And then you attract things to you instead of forcing them and going and finding them.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: That's a huge difference.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because you can feel the difference when you're like forcing and you're trying to push a boulder uphill versus like you're in receiving.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm sure you'll find this is that when you're in that mode, it's like it compounds very quickly.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: When you're in receiving, it's like it gets its life of its own and then more keeps flooding in.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: And obviously, you know, but like so much synchronicities too will start to happen.
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: The things that you write down on a piece of paper will start to happen for you.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: You'll think of someone and they'll call you.
- 28:26SPEAKER_01: So, like oftentimes, like I can just use my mind for things now.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: So I can just think something literally into existence.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: Um, and it'll just simply occur because I thought about it.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: You know, like uh, for example, I uh I have an inner circle um of individuals that we spend two times a year.
- 28:44SPEAKER_01: And so September 11th, we're gonna be in Malibu, and we have two spots available because the chef has a minimum number of people that you have to pay for.
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: So I went, Oh well, we could either just pay for the two empty spots, or I can just think two new people into existence into my inner circle.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: So I was like, okay, you know what, Source?
- 29:06SPEAKER_01: I would love to fill those spots with people.
- 29:07SPEAKER_01: So let's have two new members of my inner circle join.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: I would love that.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: Show me who they are, bring them to me.
- 29:13SPEAKER_01: I'm open to receive.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: And I let it go.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: So I told the chef, okay, we have that number.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: I didn't say we have the lower number, I said we have the filled number.
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: I said, yes, we will have that number.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: So I prepared for the manifestation, I put it into place, I let it go.
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: I've had three people join in like four days for my inner circle from here.
- 29:31unknown: Yeah.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Talk about the detachment because I feel like the detachment is part of it.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: Because people can say that, but they're actually secretly, unconsciously, like very attached and are looking for it.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: How do you actually like truly let it go?
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: Anything that I've ever manifested, which is pretty much everything I've ever wanted in my life in the past six years, has always been in a state of detachment.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: But anything that I have not received, I've been attached to.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: So how attachment feels for you is what's going to be most important.
- 30:01unknown: Okay.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: I always ask the question is this thing that you desire a preference or a requirement in your life?
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: If it is a preference, you're detached.
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: If it's a requirement, you're attached.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: So in like the dating world language, you can say, I want you, but I don't need you, right?
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: So for me, it was okay, I would love to fill these two spots.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: Tell the chef it's done.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: Let's move forward, let it go.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: I would prefer to fill it with these individuals.
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: But if I didn't fill it with individuals and we just had to pay for the two empty spots, would I be okay?
- 30:35SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: Like, no problem.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: And then people were like, well, of course you're okay, Kathleen.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: You have money right now and all the things, and you can just pay for it.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: But at the beginning in 2020, when I first launched my coaching business and I went into debt$50,000 to do it.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: So I had$50,000 in debt.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: I had no money in the bank account, had never run my own business before ever in my life.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: I decided that it was a preference, not a requirement.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: So I made that decision that, you know what, I am certain that this is gonna work.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna launch this business, people are gonna sign up.
- 31:07SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna be um celebrated for it one day.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: People are gonna be like, wow, look what she did.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: And and I celebrated it prior as well.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: So we're like, how are we gonna celebrate?
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: Let's go do that now.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: And then I made sure in myself, Kathleen, if this does not happen this month, if nobody signs up, are you gonna be okay?
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: And and not like, am I gonna be okay physically, but emotionally.
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: Like, am I gonna judge myself?
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna be disappointed in myself?
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: Am I gonna be frustrated?
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: And am I gonna tell a story about it?
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: No, if it doesn't happen this month, I'm gonna go again next month.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: So it's like we hear stories of these like pop stars who are like filling out like these huge stadiums, like Roger's stadium, but they once performed at a venue that nobody showed up as.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Like nobody showed up at.
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: And I think about that, I think you have to be willing to get in front of an audience and nobody show up and be okay with it in order to get to the stadium.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: And not a lot of people can do that.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: A lot of people would show up, nobody would come, and they would just give up.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: They'd be disappointed in themselves and just give up.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: But that's not how you get to the stadium.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: I I have so many like sound bites I'm gonna have from this thing because that I think is what you said in terms of preference and requirement.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: I think people do this in all areas of their life.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: They'll do it with a launch, they'll do it with what they incomes at this month, this week, this year, they'll do it with relationships if they're trying to manifest love.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: They they do it everywhere.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm sure you'll agree.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: You can then take what you're talking about, and whether that's filling three spots in the inner circle, whether that's a million dollars, whether that's a partner of some kind, a parking spot, like the same law applies.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: You're just doing it on a larger scale, correct?
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: And it's understanding that nothing is big or small.
- 32:49SPEAKER_01: So it's as easy to manifest a million dollars as it is a parking spot to manifest a coffee.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: You're just like attached to the parking spots.
- 32:56SPEAKER_01: That's probably why it happens faster.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly why.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: And so that's why I always say, like, just remain in a detached state and it will come to you.
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: But if you get into attachment, then this is where you're actually in resistance to it because you need it.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: Then you're gonna start to force it and then you're looking for it.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: Like everybody's looking for their manifestations.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: I'm never looking.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: Like I actually tell myself a story.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: I make up all these stories of how it is working and it is happening and it is coming together.
- 33:23SPEAKER_01: Even if like there's no real evidence, yeah.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: I will find the evidence in my head.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: I'll be like, oh my gosh, I drove into the lot today and I got into parking spot one-one one, and that means I'm making a million dollars today.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: You know, like I just You're wiring yourself constantly.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Of course, of course, of course.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: But it sounds like it's also constant, and that's something that you know I've mentioned before.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I feel like people can do it for like 10 minutes in the morning during a morning meditation or a walk, but they're not continuing that behavior throughout the day.
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: And so what I'm hearing for you is like this is actually your existence and how you be and interact with the world.
- 33:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, full body chills.
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: It's not just in the morning when journaling or on a walk, it's you then carry it through the whole day, even when it looks at like it's not working, even when maybe you're getting feedback in your reality, like you're not wavering.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: And I think that is also like a large part of it is not dropping the energy.
- 34:14SPEAKER_00: It's not just having it when it's easy in the morning or if you do it at night, sometimes people meditate at night, but it's like that whole day.
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm diluted all day long.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: But people will think that that's hard though.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: Like when you say it like that, they're like, but that seems like hard, like to constantly focus your attention and to constantly think this way and to constantly do this.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: And I just want to remind everyone that it's like riding a bike, right?
- 34:35SPEAKER_01: Like when you first learn to ride the bike, you have to like focus your attention.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be a little bit harder.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: But every time you get on there and every time you practice, it becomes easier.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: Now you'll ride a bike for the rest of your life.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: You could not ride one for 10 years, get back on, it comes right back to you.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: So it becomes very easy.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: You just have to really give it a try and practice it as much as you can.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: And it eventually just becomes who you are.
- 34:59SPEAKER_01: Like I am manifestation.
- 35:01SPEAKER_01: That's what I like to tell myself all the time is like I'm not trying to do something.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: I'm just being me and tapping in with my natural creative abilities that source gave me, and I'm just allowing those to be used for good instead of for bad.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: Because here's the juxtaposition of all of this is the opposite way that you find so easy and so natural, you're doing the exact same thing.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: You're just in the pattern of riding the wrong bike.
- 35:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: You're you're you're riding the bike of negativity, of disappointment, of frustration, of anger, of stress.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: And so you're recreating the wheel.
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: So I'm just asking you to just move over to the light side.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: Come on over here and let's start the loop of positivity.
- 35:42SPEAKER_01: Let's start the loop of empowerment in your mind.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: Let's practice what it's like to love ourselves.
- 35:48SPEAKER_01: You know, what let's practice what it's like to give love and gratitude to others more often, to move with peace more often.
- 35:54SPEAKER_01: Um, and then that becomes your natural state.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: You know, it's funny when you say like getting paid or, you know, just being all of you, because I feel like that's deep down what women want.
- 36:03SPEAKER_00: Like you want to just be you, be creative, like exist.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: Sometimes people say, you know, paid to exist.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: And they want that, yet they're keeping themselves from that in a way.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Like through their patterns, through their behaviors.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: It's like they they deeply want it, but yet they're not letting themselves actually have it, or let themselves create the beliefs and create or remove the conditions that allow that to really happen.
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: Well, and that's exactly what the art of manifestation really is.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: It's to recognize where in my life do I desire something, but my current habits are in contradiction to it.
- 36:37SPEAKER_01: And it's habitual actions, but it's habitual thinking, it's habitual identity.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: And so it's like, you know, I had this man message me once and he said, Okay, I really want a wife.
- 36:47SPEAKER_01: Is it okay for me to be like hanging around with multiple women and casually just messing around?
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: Like keep being a playboy until my wife comes.
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: And I said, No.
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: Because what's gonna happen is you're not a vibrational match.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: Your habits and your actions, so you have to treat women like they're your wife now, not treat them like they're casual coming in and out.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: So really honor if you're gonna take a woman out for a date, go out on a date with that woman like she's your wife.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: How would you treat her?
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: What kind of respect would you give her?
- 37:21SPEAKER_01: How would you talk to her?
- 37:22SPEAKER_01: What would your mind be open like, you know?
- 37:24SPEAKER_01: And be what you desire today in this moment.
- 37:28SPEAKER_01: And it's the same thing with health, right?
- 37:30SPEAKER_01: Like I'm over here trying to lose weight and I'm punishing myself for eating a donut.
- 37:35SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to lose weight and I'm forcing myself to go to the gym because I hate it so much.
- 37:39SPEAKER_01: Well, what's gonna happen is I'm gonna eat 10 donuts because I'm forcing myself not to eat it.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna go to the gym because I hate it.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: And so the health idea, I'm in contradiction by even deciding to go on a diet, I'm in contradiction to the health idea.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: So what I did is I asked myself, okay, the version of myself who's healthy that loves herself, that takes care of her body, so it lasts a long time, not so it looks good, so it lasts a long time, really honor her and really, really love her.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: What do I believe?
- 38:08SPEAKER_01: And so I believed that I love healthier foods.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: I started to believe that I love going to the gym and I love exercising and I love walking and I love drinking a lot of water and I love getting a good night's sleep.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: So I actually reprogrammed my subconscious mind to have healthy ideas first, and then the healthy body came from the healthy ideas.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: And the behaviors came from the ideas that you wired in because those behaviors are just incongruent with the identity that you wired in.
- 38:34SPEAKER_01: Your body will never do what your mind does not tell you to do, right?
- 38:38SPEAKER_01: You you have to actually be instructed to physically do something or not do something.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: So, like me finding it so hard to go to the gym wasn't because the gym is hard for everyone to go to.
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: No, there's people that love it.
- 38:52SPEAKER_01: It was because in my mind I believed I hated it.
- 38:55SPEAKER_01: So I was forcing myself to do something I hated.
- 38:57SPEAKER_01: So then I'm like, you know what?
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna love this place.
- 38:59SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: Effective immediately, I love the gym.
- 39:02SPEAKER_01: And so I'd be like, okay, I can't wait to go to the gym today.
- 39:04SPEAKER_01: And at first it feels weird.
- 39:05SPEAKER_01: It feels off.
- 39:06SPEAKER_01: It's like, ugh, it doesn't sound right, but you know what?
- 39:08SPEAKER_01: We're gonna give it a try.
- 39:09SPEAKER_01: And so then when I get to the gym, I'm like, oh, I really like it here.
- 39:13SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna try this machine today and I'm gonna try that one over there today.
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: And eventually I love it.
- 39:17SPEAKER_01: And so like now I can't wait to go to the gym.
- 39:20SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 39:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like one of my favorite things to do in the day now.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: And I think can do this with everything because I think people, you know, if you hate social media and content, you can like, well, I love social media, I love showing up for people.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: If you like hate this aspect of your business, you can wire it that way.
- 39:34SPEAKER_00: If you're like some people hate selling, when people say, like, I selling feels icky, and I'm like, selling is of service.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: What do you mean now?
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: You can wire yourself, like wire yourself to love selling.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: So I feel like what you just said, people can literally apply to everything.
- 39:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, wire yourself to love your husband again.
- 39:48SPEAKER_01: Because I don't know what it is with women.
- 39:50SPEAKER_01: We like bitch about our husbands all the time.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: And then we're feeding this energy of like our husband isn't doing what we want him to do.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: No, I will never, he never does everything I want him to do all the time.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: He's so he does it without even asking.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: I I say this all the time.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: Like, he does it without even asking, he does it without even asking.
- 40:06SPEAKER_00: He does.
- 40:06SPEAKER_00: He does behavior actually changes.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: He'll do things without me even saying it.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'll think it and he'll do it.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: I was like, I it's like when you were saying before, like in the state, I'm like, oh, I know I'm in the state when I think it and he does it.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the last man that I was seeing actually last year, it was so funny.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: I uh he wasn't doing something that I really wanted him to do.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: And then I would like say to him, like, oh, well, you know, I'd love to if you do this.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: And I went, wait a minute.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I forgot my own practice.
- 40:30SPEAKER_01: So then I just went and wrote down what I would love him to do.
- 40:32SPEAKER_01: I would love for him to do this and do that and the other thing.
- 40:33SPEAKER_01: And then he did everything.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: Everything I wrote down, he just started doing it.
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: And not because I had asked him, because it's what I assume to be true.
- 40:40SPEAKER_01: And then you always find what you're looking for.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 40:42SPEAKER_01: So if your mind is focused upon how somebody isn't doing what you want them to do, you're gonna keep noticing what they're not doing instead of what they are doing.
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: And then we miss it.
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so um, and the other thing too is like I even wrote reprogrammed my subconscious mind to like different food.
- 40:56SPEAKER_01: Like I hated salad my entire life, couldn't even sit next to a bowl of salad.
- 41:01SPEAKER_01: Like the smell of salad dressing, oh, I hated it.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: And then when I started like really wanting to be healthy and sit in that experience of health for myself, I thought I got to do something about this belief.
- 41:12SPEAKER_01: And so I started to tell myself I love vegetables, I love healthy food, I love salad.
- 41:16SPEAKER_01: And then I started just trying it here and there and telling myself as I was eating it I liked it.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: Salad's like my favorite food.
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: Like I'm gonna go home tonight on a Friday night and I'm gonna make the best salad and sit and probably read a book and eat a salad.
- 41:28SPEAKER_01: Like I just can't wait.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: I have one final question for you.
- 41:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: Apart from everything we've already discussed, you've obviously made so much money, but there's so many people out there who've been in business just as long, even in the manifestation space.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: And what do you think that you did differently or are doing differently that has made you so successful that we haven't already touched on?
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: I think probably something that we haven't touched on is really understanding the law of prosperity and really understanding that you will be compensated for the more people that you serve and you will you will always get what you ask for base like the law of supply and demand says that as long as there is a demand, there is always going to be a supply.
- 42:17SPEAKER_01: The demand is in consciousness.
- 42:19SPEAKER_01: So if you're operating from a poverty consciousness, from a mindset of lack and limitation, you're not creating any demand.
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: So what I did is I created demand in my mind.
- 42:28SPEAKER_01: I started to think of how much money I would love to have.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: I started to dream about it.
- 42:33SPEAKER_01: I started to ask for it.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: Women don't ask for more money.
- 42:36SPEAKER_01: I don't know what that is about.
- 42:37SPEAKER_01: Um, but I started to ask for it.
- 42:39SPEAKER_01: I was like, you know what?
- 42:40SPEAKER_01: I would love it.
- 42:41SPEAKER_01: I would love to be a multimillionaire.
- 42:42SPEAKER_01: I'd love to be a billionaire.
- 42:43SPEAKER_01: Like, I would love to stay at the four seasons.
- 42:46SPEAKER_01: I would love to be able to donate to a charity$10,000 just like that.
- 42:50SPEAKER_01: I would love to take my kids on a trip to Hawaii.
- 42:52SPEAKER_01: I would love my bank account to become so overflowing that I don't even know what to do with it.
- 42:57SPEAKER_01: And when I started to ask for it and think about it, I'm creating demand in the mind.
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: Because if you're thinking about all you don't have versus all of the abundance that you do have and everything that's around you, that inner sense of plenty.
- 43:09SPEAKER_01: So it's really understanding that and then understanding that I'll be compensated based on my impact.
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: So the more I serve people, the more people that I help, the more impactful that I am, um, the more importance I find in the work that I do and the meaning and the purpose in my life, the more I'll be compensated.
- 43:28SPEAKER_01: Um, and then really just making sure that that exchange is in place, right?
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: So understanding the standard that like what I do for someone is a paid service and that they have to do that exchange and then I give them what I said.
- 43:43SPEAKER_01: So I think a lot of women overgive and they'll actually like coach people for free and they'll give massages for free and they'll offer somebody a hip hypnosis session for free.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't do that.
- 43:55SPEAKER_01: I understand that the exchange part is one of the most pivotal important parts.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: Like when I signed up for a coach and I hired a coach and I paid for a coach, what I was saying is I'm in the identity of a woman who pays for her growth.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: I have a standard.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: Like this is what I'm setting for myself.
- 44:14SPEAKER_01: And if we give something away to someone, we take that opportunity away from them because now they're getting something for free.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: And when people pay, they pay attention.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: I totally agree with that.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: I find that like things you get for free.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: I mean, how many things have you even maybe signed up for a free this or a free class or free?
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: I don't do it.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: I don't watch it.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: Like, I got if I'm not paying, it's like even I don't know if you've ever done this, but like a workout class that you might book for$25 because it's$25, you'll skip it because it's only$25.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: But like if you invest, you'll actually, you're more likely to show up.
- 44:43SPEAKER_00: But I've also never heard someone explain the demand aspect like you did in terms of the demand in the mind.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: I love the way you explain that.
- 44:50SPEAKER_00: That's fascinating.
- 44:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I have a course called Wealth from Within that is like an eight-week program on understanding how to reprogram the subconscious mind from a poverty to wealth consciousness.
- 45:00SPEAKER_01: And the most important part of that is understanding the law of prosperity and the supply and demand and to understand it's also infinite demand, infinite supply as long as it's infinite demand.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: So there is no cap.
- 45:13SPEAKER_01: Like we can have as much money as we are willing to believe in in this mind of ours.
- 45:18SPEAKER_01: And so that's what I do now and what I practice is just increasing that and allowing myself to reach higher levels of that so that I can teach other people how to reach higher levels of it.
- 45:29SPEAKER_01: That's without attachment.
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: So demand without attachment.
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, and and the demand, what's so beautiful is like you can dream about anything.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: You can get into this dream state and just have fun, be in your imagination and enjoy your new Lamborghini, enjoy your new dream house, like enjoy your trip with your fiance on the yacht.
- 45:50SPEAKER_01: Like you can dream about all these things and experience all of these things in your mind without then coming back to the 3D physical world and having a judgment about it.
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: You know, like that's it, is like live in the dream and enjoy it and know that it's your future.
- 46:04SPEAKER_01: So I feel like I kind of just go to my future and my imagination.
- 46:07SPEAKER_01: I live it, have fun with it for a little while, come back here and just notice what I'm noticing, and then know that I'll get back there again.
- 46:14SPEAKER_01: Because I think I think we live twice.
- 46:17SPEAKER_01: We live our reality and the imagination first, and then we live it in the physical 3D world.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 46:23unknown: Yeah.
- 46:25SPEAKER_01: You know, you only live once.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: I think we only live twice.
- 46:27unknown: I love that.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for coming on.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: My pleasure.
- 46:31SPEAKER_00: I feel I love the way your brain explains these concepts.
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: Like you've had, you've even gotten unlocks for me just in the way that you perceive these things.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: Like thank you so much.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: And I know everyone listening will get so much value.
- 46:41SPEAKER_01: That's so good.
- 46:42SPEAKER_01: And I think that's what I try my best to do is to iterate and articulate these concepts in a way that we can accept easily.
- 46:52SPEAKER_01: Because if it's hard, then we make it hard.
- 46:54SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 46:55SPEAKER_01: And it actually is really simple.
- 46:57SPEAKER_01: It's not hard.
- 46:58unknown: Yeah.
- 46:58SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: I'm glad I it was a pleasure.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: You guys will have to get the latest copy of My Manifested Life.
