A 75-year-old Missouri woman, Rita Carol Seifridsberger, vanished July 21 while driving her silver 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee — last seen on camera in Otterville and her phone pinged near Columbia the next evening. Authorities are urgently seeking her, describing her as 5’5”, 180 lbs, with gray hair and hazel eyes, wearing a black shirt, gray shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes.
