- 2:12Speaker 3: gonna be analyzing a lot of different Oswald signatures because
- 2:20Speaker 3: sometimes depending on what these signatures are on and help
- 2:26Speaker 3: us to determine whether or not there was someone impersonating Oswald.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And impersonating his signature.
- 2:37Speaker 3: And maybe we can figure out who and for what reason,

- 4:06Speaker 1: Herbert Martin, and she found some inconsistencies in some of
- 4:10Speaker 1: those documents since that me an email in terms of
- 4:14Speaker 1: why it was a federal case and for not really
- 4:17Speaker 1: a federal crime. I'm so thank you, t D. I
- 4:22Speaker 1: haven't really had a chance to dig into that yet,
- 4:24Speaker 1: but I appreciate it. TD is on James Herber Martin.

- 6:39Speaker 3: Okay, all right treacles In English that means all right, testicles.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I don't think that's what it means, dude.

- 8:28Speaker 1: In my Lee and Jack podcast, mister Scott t Shirt okay,
- 8:33Speaker 1: nice nice Claude Williams. And of course aunt you Deane,
- 8:40Speaker 1: says Howdie. And she always signs for our room. All
- 8:44Speaker 1: I have to do is bring the hot dog and
- 8:46Speaker 1: the lone stars.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Yep, she's got the chilli to smother that hot Doggin.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Up, Bobby, Bobby Thundernuts in the house.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Up what I'm laying down? Hello, mister Thundernuts. Welcome in, sir, Yes,
- 8:59Speaker 3: I agree, lucky bastards you.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Mister Ashley. Morning from down mboys.
- 9:07Speaker 3: What's up?
- 9:10Speaker 2: Uh?
- 9:11Speaker 1: Joline?
- 9:12Speaker 3: Good evening man, Joelene?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Hello, dog Star City? What are big dogs?
- 9:20Speaker 2: What up?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Sir?
- 9:21Speaker 3: I believe also an Aussie.
- 9:24Speaker 1: We love the Aussies here.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Yes, they are all listening upside down on the flat
- 9:28Speaker 3: earth on there here we go. We're huge in Australia, Joe,
- 9:34Speaker 3: I don't know why, but we are not so.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Much in Canada. Allegedly.
- 9:39Speaker 3: No, we are frowned upon in Canada. One Canadian in
- 9:44Speaker 3: the chat.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Not yet. Andrew might be listening, but yeah, not not
- 9:53Speaker 1: as much. But oh so all right, So you know,
- 10:09Speaker 1: as we get into some of the pictures of the
- 10:13Speaker 1: handwriting evidence, of Oswalt and signature evidence. The HSCA did
- 10:19Speaker 1: do a good amount of analysis on this topic, Rob, Yeah,
- 10:25Speaker 1: and they brought a couple experts in, and I figured
- 10:28Speaker 1: i'd read the short summary first to kind of set
- 10:32Speaker 1: the table.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Yeah, because they were trying to address the whole two
- 10:35Speaker 3: Oswald theory, which was very popular in the seventies. They
- 10:41Speaker 3: dug the sum bitch up in nineteen eighty just to
- 10:44Speaker 3: make sure.
- 10:45Speaker 1: So I'd argue it's still popular today. Yes, So this
- 10:53Speaker 1: is the examination of handwriting and foot evidence. Admitted by Joe.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Well, sorry, I was reading Matt David's comment later when
- 11:04Speaker 3: I'm off work. It's okay, buddy, you can you can
- 11:07Speaker 3: catch him. You can catch him later.
- 11:10Speaker 1: It's all good, yeah, hope all as well. Matt. Good guy,
- 11:19Speaker 1: not in the David Fairy sense.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Legit good guy, legit good guy.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So summary submitted by Joseph P McNally, David Purtell, Charles E. Scott,
- 11:31Speaker 1: and Vincent Scalise. Summary. The experts studied fifty four documents,
- 11:37Speaker 1: which included writing samples that were verifiable as Lee Harvey
- 11:41Speaker 1: Oswald's writing, Marina Oswalt's writing, and Jack Ruby's writing. They
- 11:46Speaker 1: also studied examples of handwriting which may or may not
- 11:49Speaker 1: have been written by one of these three people. Generally,
- 11:53Speaker 1: the task was to determine that the Lee Oswalt who
- 11:56Speaker 1: applied to the Marine Corps in nineteen fifty six Exhibit
- 12:02Speaker 1: four seventy nine was the same Lee Oswalt who wrote
- 12:05Speaker 1: the Historical Diary in Moscow in fifty nine and signed
- 12:08Speaker 1: a hotel registrar in Mexico City in September sixty three.
- 12:15Speaker 1: You know what, I'm gonna bring that up because I
- 12:16Speaker 1: don't have that. That's thanks for reminding me. Summary. In
- 12:20Speaker 1: other words, they set out to determine whether there was
- 12:23Speaker 1: an Oswalt impersonator signing documents as Lee Harvey Oswalt over
- 12:27Speaker 1: the seven year period fifty six to sixty three. They
- 12:30Speaker 1: also compared examples of Marina Oswald's handwriting to evidence that
- 12:34Speaker 1: was alleged to have written by Marina Oswalt. In quotations
- 12:39Speaker 1: the FPCC card signed by Ajhidel, the experts compared his
- 12:45Speaker 1: signature on an undated Cuban identification card signed Jack Ruby.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Two examples of Jack Ruby's signature, and Vincent Scalise verified
- 12:55Speaker 1: that the finger and palm prince, which appeared on the
- 12:59Speaker 1: three different lee of Oswald fingerprint cards belong to the
- 13:02Speaker 1: same person.
- 13:05Speaker 3: And just the quick aside, right there, Joe, real quick.
- 13:12Speaker 3: You know, these fingerprint analysis were done sixty some years
- 13:18Speaker 3: ago without the benefit of computer technology. I would like
- 13:26Speaker 3: to see an updated computerized fingerprint analysis of the fingerprint
- 13:35Speaker 3: evidence against Oswald because I think we might be surprised
- 13:41Speaker 3: that some of them might be a little different. I mean,
- 13:46Speaker 3: I'm just saying I think it would be interesting because
- 13:49Speaker 3: I don't think it's such an open and shut kind
- 13:51Speaker 3: of thing, because again, experts can be wrong. Hello Mac Wallace, Okay,
- 14:00Speaker 3: so called experts can be so called wrong. And unless
- 14:05Speaker 3: it is being done by a non human.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Entity like.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Computer or an artificial intelligence, I think it would be
- 14:20Speaker 3: very interesting to uh, you know, upload some samples of
- 14:25Speaker 3: Oswall's known fingerprints to the fingerprints in evidence that were
- 14:32Speaker 3: you know, collected against him. I think it will be
- 14:36Speaker 3: a very interesting analysis to do updated.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You know, I have one hundred percent agree. I just
- 14:43Speaker 1: wonder if there's the appetite and the big swinging d's
- 14:51Speaker 1: that are kind of leading this charge, have any appetite
- 14:55Speaker 1: for that.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Well, the big swing in d doesn't have to be
- 14:58Speaker 3: a big swing and could be you or me. We
- 15:00Speaker 3: just have to take the time to you know, get
- 15:04Speaker 3: legit Oswald fingerprints, you know, like from his arrest, you know,
- 15:08Speaker 3: where we know it's him on the fingerprint card, and
- 15:14Speaker 3: get copies of the you know, fingerprints from the sniper's
- 15:18Speaker 3: nest if you will, whatever, or off the rifle and
- 15:22Speaker 3: just upload them to AI and say, hey, you know,
- 15:27Speaker 3: do these match? How many points match? Do you see
- 15:29Speaker 3: in these?
- 15:31Speaker 1: What are they compatible? Yeah?
- 15:33Speaker 3: I mean you don't have to be an expert, just
- 15:35Speaker 3: just just you know, and it doesn't have to be
- 15:37Speaker 3: sett in stone. You can just see what AI has
- 15:39Speaker 3: to say about it. I mean, it's basically analyzing photographs
- 15:43Speaker 3: and giving you unbiased information.
- 15:46Speaker 1: M I just think it would be interesting. I agree,
- 15:51Speaker 1: maybe that could be one of our future.
- 15:55Speaker 3: And even it could have even applied to the handwriting
- 15:58Speaker 3: analysis as well. You know, you could take known writing
- 16:03Speaker 3: of oz Wald and compare it to sus writings of Ozwald,
- 16:10Speaker 3: you know, and see see what AI or you know,
- 16:12Speaker 3: a computer has to say about it. You know, because
- 16:15Speaker 3: handwriting analysis is very subjective, as we'll see here this evening.
- 16:22Speaker 1: It's almost like.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Photography analysis, you know, everybody sees something different in a photo,
- 16:29Speaker 3: you know, and it's very hard to convince everybody of
- 16:33Speaker 3: anything when you're doing photographic analysis or even hand handwriting analysis,
- 16:38Speaker 3: like we're going to talk about here to see me,
- 16:39Speaker 3: because hell, we were looking it up before the show.
- 16:43Speaker 3: We were thinking, okay, was Oswald because like, left handed
- 16:47Speaker 3: people write with a noticeable slant because they have to
- 16:51Speaker 3: curve they kind of curve their their their hand around
- 16:54Speaker 3: to grip the pen to write on the paper from
- 16:56Speaker 3: left to right, so that you know, left handed people
- 16:59Speaker 3: normally have a a very pronounced right right way slant
- 17:05Speaker 3: to their writing, whereas right handed people, you know, it
- 17:10Speaker 3: could be different because you're going from right, you're right handed,
- 17:13Speaker 3: you're writing from left to right. H You know, we
- 17:18Speaker 3: were seeing what you know, it was Oswald left handed
- 17:21Speaker 3: or right handed? And Joe found something that said he
- 17:24Speaker 3: was left handed, and then found something that he was
- 17:27Speaker 3: right handed. Margit said he was left handed and made
- 17:31Speaker 3: him start writing right handed. Who the hell knows?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Yeah? And Rob, like I was telling you before the show,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I am.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Oh, double B comes through?
- 17:45Speaker 1: What's up?
- 17:45Speaker 3: Brandon sliding up in? Let's see Frosty. Frosty got a membership.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Felicity got a membership, The Lovely Rachel and got a
- 18:00Speaker 3: membership Paul Lagne and Mike Russell. So congratulations folks on
- 18:09Speaker 3: your memberships.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Yeah, and you can go back and uh watch almost
- 18:16Speaker 1: a year's worth or maybe a year's worth by now
- 18:18Speaker 1: I've lost count. It's a blur. A lot of members
- 18:22Speaker 1: only shows, a lot of shows.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Yeah you got you got membership access for a month
- 18:27Speaker 3: with these free memberships, so make sure you take advantage
- 18:29Speaker 3: of them for this month. And uh and tune in
- 18:33Speaker 3: on the last Wednesday of the month where you can
- 18:35Speaker 3: catch a live members only show as well.
- 18:37Speaker 1: So thank you Brandon for doing that. Appreciate it. Yeah
- 18:42Speaker 1: and Rob what I was going to say, thank you Brandon.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I talked to him earlier today. And you know, when
- 18:48Speaker 1: you're left handed and you're writing left to right and
- 18:53Speaker 1: I am left handed, if you're not careful, you're gonna
- 18:57Speaker 1: smudge some of the ink as you write along.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why I'm saying, you gotta kind of curl
- 19:03Speaker 3: your freaking hand around and right like this so you're
- 19:05Speaker 3: not smudgeing everything.
- 19:07Speaker 1: As you go along. It's very annoying.
- 19:11Speaker 3: And Muslim you could write from right to left, and
- 19:16Speaker 3: it wouldn't be a huge issue right.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Right, And I believe Jewish too right that I would
- 19:22Speaker 1: not know, I believe, so I ask character. But as
- 19:30Speaker 1: we'll see in a lot of Lee Harvey Oswald's writing,
- 19:33Speaker 1: a lot of it kind of tilts to the right.
- 19:37Speaker 1: And there are many examples of this.
- 19:40Speaker 3: And way do you guys right from right to left?
- 19:48Speaker 1: Yes? And it is Uh, it's gonna be Doublebee's birthday
- 19:56Speaker 1: on Monday.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Oh Joe has Happy Birthday to you before the end
- 20:01Speaker 3: of the show.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Then maybe I'm members only bro.
- 20:05Speaker 3: That's gonna be after his birthday. You have to do
- 20:07Speaker 3: it before his birthday.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I hate, I hate. It's cringe to sing happy birthday
- 20:14Speaker 1: for me to me or anyone.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Oh, he would love it, he would love it. We
- 20:20Speaker 3: haven't heard Joe's pipes on here in a very long time.
- 20:24Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Man, just loosened them up. Yeah, melt it out.
- 20:32Speaker 1: We'll see. You got all showed a convincing yes, good luck.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Back to our handwriting analysis.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Here.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Were you done with the summary?
- 20:49Speaker 2: No?
- 20:50Speaker 1: No, I'm on page two or four. Okay, go ahead,
- 20:52Speaker 1: So background, Joseph McNally, this is an HC analysis again,
- 20:58Speaker 1: was formerly a document identification and handwriting expert with the NYPD.
- 21:04Speaker 1: He was a fellow at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.
- 21:09Speaker 1: David J. Purtell was chief document examiner for the Chicago
- 21:14Speaker 1: Police Department. He was a fellow also of the AAFS,
- 21:20Speaker 1: the past and past president of the American Society of
- 21:23Speaker 1: Question Document Examiners BSDs.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Here, Rob, well, look, man, you can have as many
- 21:30Speaker 3: of these initials after your name as you want, as
- 21:32Speaker 3: many years, spend as college as you want. Again, this
- 21:37Speaker 3: was a very long time ago, folks, pre.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Pre computer right almost fifty years right now.
- 21:46Speaker 3: And while analyzing handwriting is very much different from fingerprints,
- 21:54Speaker 3: you know, as we'll see when we get to the
- 21:58Speaker 3: their analysis of their examinations and you look at ours
- 22:03Speaker 3: that we're going to do here tonight, we're not going
- 22:05Speaker 3: to agree.
- 22:08Speaker 1: On certain things. But Prey continued to his book. This
- 22:13Speaker 1: is Charles C. Scott Photographic Evidence was the standard textbook
- 22:18Speaker 1: on document examination. Vincent Scalise was president of the Forensic
- 22:23Speaker 1: Control Systems, Incorporated and formerly a detective and crime scene
- 22:28Speaker 1: figureprint examiner for the NYPD as well. So now I
- 22:32Speaker 1: think we're in volume eight, a list of sixty three
- 22:35Speaker 1: items originals and copies examined by the handwriting panel. Included
- 22:40Speaker 1: in this list are following Lee Harvey Oswalt's Marine Corps.
- 22:43Speaker 3: We're not going to read all sixty of these, buddy.
- 22:46Speaker 1: No, no, it's not included our Lee Harvey Hoswalt's Marine
- 22:52Speaker 1: Corps paperwork, Lee Harvey Oswalt's passport application forms from fifty
- 22:57Speaker 1: nine to sixty three, personal writings of Oswalt, correspondence to
- 23:01Speaker 1: the US Embassy in Moscow from Lee Harvey Oswalt, Immigration
- 23:05Speaker 1: papers of Marina Oswalt, a copy of the backyard photographed
- 23:08Speaker 1: inscribed on the back to my friend George firm Lee
- 23:13Speaker 1: and hunter of Fascists ha ha ha. And a page
- 23:18Speaker 1: from the hotel Registrar dated nine twenty seven sixty three
- 23:22Speaker 1: and signed online eighteen Lee Harvey Oswalt, three InCD fingerprint
- 23:26Speaker 1: cards of Lee Harvey Oswalt, and exemplar writings of Marina
- 23:32Speaker 1: and Jack Ruby. The panel concluded the following. The signatures
- 23:37Speaker 1: and handwriting purported to be written by Lee Oswalt were
- 23:40Speaker 1: generally consistent and were written by one person. This is
- 23:45Speaker 1: an interesting sentence, Marina wrote. The signature AJ Hihdell on
- 23:50Speaker 1: the nineteen sixty three fair Play for Cuba Committee membership card.
- 23:55Speaker 1: All three inked finger and palm prints were identical and
- 23:59Speaker 1: were also.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Once Now again, I don't know about you, Joe, just
- 24:07Speaker 3: from personal experience, and do you sign your name in
- 24:13Speaker 3: cursive a lot?
- 24:16Speaker 1: I do not, unless it's a signature.
- 24:22Speaker 3: That would be the very definition of signing your name
- 24:24Speaker 3: in cursive.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Yes, So Rob, I actually want to bring this up.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Thank you for reminding me. I did a little experiment
- 24:32Speaker 1: today and I signed my name Jay BURRELLI three different
- 24:39Speaker 1: times throughout the day, in the morning, the afternoon, before
- 24:44Speaker 1: the pod, and I was going to take a picture
- 24:46Speaker 1: of but it was so bad because none of them
- 24:49Speaker 1: looked alike. I mean, like the Jays, you know you
- 24:52Speaker 1: can kind of see some.
- 24:54Speaker 3: That was my point. So I signed my name a
- 24:58Speaker 3: lot in the course of my job, multiple times a day, right,
- 25:04Speaker 3: And I generally when I'm signing, I will sign in
- 25:11Speaker 3: cursive my first full god given legal name, Robert.
- 25:20Speaker 1: So not R. Roberts.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I will. I will write out Robert Clark or
- 25:27Speaker 3: I will write out Robert W. Clark, Right Like when
- 25:30Speaker 3: I'm signing like official ship, I will throw the w
- 25:32Speaker 3: in there. But if I'm just signing my name for something,
- 25:35Speaker 3: whether it be you know, on a document or if
- 25:38Speaker 3: I'm receiving something in something like that, I'll just I'll
- 25:41Speaker 3: sign Robert Clark. But what I've noticed is when I
- 25:46Speaker 3: signed my name, it, I mean, I don't have the
- 25:50Speaker 3: neatest handwriting in the world, but I don't have the
- 25:53Speaker 3: worst handwriting in the world, you know what I'm saying.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Like my son somehow has like the the most beautiful
- 26:01Speaker 3: writing that I've ever seen a man do.
- 26:05Speaker 1: WHOA.
- 26:06Speaker 3: I just don't know where he got it from. He
- 26:08Speaker 3: sure has hell didn't get it from me, that's right.
- 26:13Speaker 3: His mother wasn't around, so uh, I guess he paid
- 26:18Speaker 3: attention to school. And I don't know. He can't draw
- 26:21Speaker 3: with a shit, but he can certainly write like masterfully.
- 26:24Speaker 3: It looks beautiful and it's very uniform. But but like
- 26:29Speaker 3: when I signed my name, generally, like you said, I
- 26:36Speaker 3: could sign it three times in a row and it's
- 26:39Speaker 3: going to look similar but slightly different, just based on
- 26:46Speaker 3: the speed that you are signing your name, the amount
- 26:51Speaker 3: of concentration, Like if you really don't give a fuck
- 26:54Speaker 3: about you know, you're just signing, you know, but if
- 26:58Speaker 3: it's something like important, you might pay tension, like you
- 27:00Speaker 3: want it to look good. So you're like, okay, you know,
- 27:04Speaker 3: but if you know, if you're just kind of like signing,
- 27:06Speaker 3: like you know, okay, I'm signing for a delivery. Okay,
- 27:08Speaker 3: there's my name, fun funk Off. Yeah it is a
- 27:13Speaker 3: lost art, you know. But uh and and we still
- 27:18Speaker 3: have trouble reading cursive very badly here.
- 27:22Speaker 1: But you know.
- 27:25Speaker 3: That's why I say, you know, the handwriting analysis is
- 27:27Speaker 3: not a perfect science, perfect science, because you know, somebody
- 27:34Speaker 3: could sign like I said, five different things, and there
- 27:37Speaker 3: could be many factors that go into the reason why
- 27:40Speaker 3: they don't look necessarily the same. What I look at
- 27:46Speaker 3: when I'm analyzing these signatures is specific letter structure that
- 27:53Speaker 3: stand out. So when I'm signing my name, I'll do
- 27:59Speaker 3: a very dialized specific R, right, that was my guess, Yeah,
- 28:06Speaker 3: And then I'll do the Obert right, And then I'll
- 28:10Speaker 3: do my C a specific way. And I don't leave
- 28:16Speaker 3: my C standalone, like I'll go right into the L
- 28:18Speaker 3: because it's just a fluid motion. So'm I'm making a
- 28:21Speaker 3: C right into the cursive L A R and my
- 28:26Speaker 3: k's are always fucked up. Cursive k's I have, Yeah,
- 28:34Speaker 3: they're they're they're always they always look different. I mean
- 28:37Speaker 3: they could be scrunked, or I forget a branch off
- 28:42Speaker 3: of the K or something, or it doesn't look right
- 28:45Speaker 3: and I gotta add a branch. There's a ton of
- 28:49Speaker 3: things that go into actually signing something. And when we're
- 28:52Speaker 3: looking at Lee Harvey Oswald stuff. To me, what stands
- 28:56Speaker 3: out that really really helps try to figure this out
- 29:00Speaker 3: is the structure of the L, because that is the
- 29:04Speaker 3: first letter. Okay, now, if your name was Lee, Okay,
- 29:11Speaker 3: like if my name was Lee, if I'm if I'm
- 29:12Speaker 3: signing Lee cursive, I know what I'm doing. I'm I'm
- 29:17Speaker 3: making a stylized L going right into the ee.
- 29:24Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, M.
- 29:28Speaker 3: And then we can look at cause lowercase e's really
- 29:31Speaker 3: are you know, nothing special, but the way you style
- 29:36Speaker 3: a L can be done in a lot of different ways.
- 29:41Speaker 3: And then the next thing I'm gonna we're gonna look
- 29:43Speaker 3: at is the h's. Like when he includes an H
- 29:48Speaker 3: in his signature, we've we've noticed there's been a specific
- 29:54Speaker 3: Well let me pull this up here just to show everybody.
- 29:58Speaker 1: M hm, all right, this is.
- 30:01Speaker 3: Something that Jack White put together a long time ago,
- 30:04Speaker 3: all right. And I don't know where these signatures come from.
- 30:10Speaker 3: I mean I know where some of them come from,
- 30:12Speaker 3: but not.
- 30:12Speaker 1: All of them.
- 30:15Speaker 3: So if you're looking on the left at the very
- 30:17Speaker 3: first one at the top, you know you can see
- 30:21Speaker 3: he signs it Lee h Oswald and all the ones
- 30:27Speaker 3: in the column on the left. Folks, look at the
- 30:31Speaker 3: way that the L is stylized and flows right into
- 30:36Speaker 3: the ease like I was saying that I would do
- 30:38Speaker 3: it right. His l's have a very specific starting point
- 30:43Speaker 3: and a loop and then a down and then almost
- 30:47Speaker 3: back into itself before he starts into the ease. Right now,
- 30:52Speaker 3: if you go to the one two, three, fourth one down,
- 30:58Speaker 3: his l okay starts way over to the left, comes
- 31:04Speaker 3: in for a very tight loop, goes down and then
- 31:08Speaker 3: loops up and back over before going into the EE,
- 31:14Speaker 3: which doesn't match the ones above it, which is odd.
- 31:20Speaker 3: And then if you look at the H in Oswald
- 31:23Speaker 3: starting at the very top one, you can notice that
- 31:26Speaker 3: his H has a hook. It almost looks like a
- 31:29Speaker 3: candy cane, like he makes a candy cane, you know,
- 31:34Speaker 3: a straight over dash and then another line, and you
- 31:37Speaker 3: see how the writing naturally leans to the right. It
- 31:41Speaker 3: has a conspiracy lean to it, So you see the
- 31:48Speaker 3: hook on the H. It's a very specific deal on
- 31:52Speaker 3: the top one, on the second one. The third one's
- 31:55Speaker 3: kind of hard to see the bottom one. I said,
- 32:00Speaker 3: it's a very noticeable, but again it's lacking that second.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Line for the H.
- 32:11Speaker 3: And then the third thing I look at when we're
- 32:13Speaker 3: looking at Oswald's thing is the oh. The way you
- 32:17Speaker 3: stylize an O is very specific, the way you where
- 32:24Speaker 3: you start when you're cursiv ing and oh. Like when
- 32:29Speaker 3: I'm writing, I start almost if the O clock face,
- 32:34Speaker 3: I start at the twelve o'clock noon spot right, and
- 32:39Speaker 3: I will make an oh, and I will leave it open,
- 32:45Speaker 3: and then I will start cursive lowercase S.
- 32:50Speaker 1: W A L D.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Now the way Oswald did it, he starts to like
- 32:56Speaker 3: the nine o'clock spot and comes in and then continues
- 33:02Speaker 3: his cursive and one solid line flowing into the.
- 33:05Speaker 1: S right right w right right.
- 33:10Speaker 3: The O connects to the S in a sense, correct, yeah, yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 3: And these the D at the end can also be
- 33:18Speaker 3: stylized and analyzed as well. The way it loops up
- 33:21Speaker 3: and kind of goes off. So that's the kind of
- 33:25Speaker 3: things that we're looking for here when it comes to
- 33:28Speaker 3: try to matching these signatures up now on the left side.
- 33:32Speaker 3: These you know, if you go all the way to
- 33:35Speaker 3: the bottom and look at this Lee Oswald signature, like,
- 33:39Speaker 3: what the fuck is that?
- 33:41Speaker 2: Right?
- 33:42Speaker 3: That does not look like a Lee h Oswald signature
- 33:46Speaker 3: to me. I mean it does say Lee h Oswald,
- 33:49Speaker 3: but it's way too wonky looking, like he must have
- 33:55Speaker 3: done that left handed, in the dark or drunk or
- 33:59Speaker 3: I don't no. So then we go over here to
- 34:03Speaker 3: the right side, and you'll see a couple of different
- 34:07Speaker 3: variations of exactly what I was saying. So over here
- 34:11Speaker 3: on the right side, you'll see all the h's don't
- 34:14Speaker 3: have that hook on it, like starting with a hook
- 34:17Speaker 3: and like it makes that cane shape. There is no
- 34:21Speaker 3: hooks on the hs right and instead of a dash,
- 34:26Speaker 3: he's doing the line first and coming up meeting the
- 34:30Speaker 3: other line and then crossing back over into the a
- 34:33Speaker 3: of Harvey or there is no Harvey, but you can
- 34:38Speaker 3: see it on the second line from the from the
- 34:41Speaker 3: top on the right, how he does an H so
- 34:43Speaker 3: he makes a diagonal line and then he starts on
- 34:47Speaker 3: this other diagonal line comes down up and over all
- 34:51Speaker 3: one fluid motion on that second line. And then but
- 34:55Speaker 3: something bothers me about the O and Oswald here.
- 34:58Speaker 1: It's not connected to the S.
- 34:59Speaker 3: There's no oh stylized looping right mm hmm. And like
- 35:06Speaker 3: the one on the top, the O is weird, looking
- 35:09Speaker 3: like it starts in the completely wrong spot, right m hm,
- 35:17Speaker 3: as opposed to all the other ones on the left. Now,
- 35:21Speaker 3: this one down here, the fourth one down, well, let's
- 35:24Speaker 3: go to the third one. The third one looks like
- 35:27Speaker 3: a mess to me as well. It doesn't look legit.
- 35:31Speaker 3: The fourth one down again, The H in Harvey is
- 35:35Speaker 3: missing the hook. The lee looks a little better. The
- 35:40Speaker 3: O looks more legit, right.
- 35:44Speaker 1: M hm. And then.
- 35:51Speaker 3: You can kind of see how he does his wys
- 35:54Speaker 3: and Harvey.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Right with a kind of trailing off to the left
- 35:59Speaker 1: if you.
- 36:01Speaker 3: Yeah, but look at the very bottom one on the right.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Look how he spelled Harvey Lee Harvey. There's no V.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Or there's no R.
- 36:16Speaker 3: One of the two is missing a letter in there somewhere,
- 36:19Speaker 3: you see what I'm saying.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Yeah, And then it looks like.
- 36:26Speaker 3: Instead of an L in Oswald, it looks like an
- 36:28Speaker 3: eye like a dotted I.
- 36:31Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 36:33Speaker 3: These are all very suspect. And you got to remember, folks,
- 36:38Speaker 3: when we're talking about Lee Harvey Oswald and his edge
- 36:42Speaker 3: imacation and all the various schools that he went to,
- 36:46Speaker 3: he didn't have much more than probably really shitty, like
- 36:50Speaker 3: eighth grade education, you know. And I don't know exactly
- 36:55Speaker 3: how much practice or he got with his writing. You know,
- 37:02Speaker 3: we can see examples of his writing, and as we're
- 37:05Speaker 3: going to look at here tonight, though, we do.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Have examples of it.
- 37:09Speaker 3: So all right, back to you, Joe. Sorry, I just
- 37:13Speaker 3: wanted to point that out real quick. You know how
- 37:17Speaker 3: it is to like pick apart a signature, you.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Know, right, And to Sally's point, it is easy to
- 37:24Speaker 1: pick apart signature as we alluded to before. Like my
- 37:28Speaker 1: three signatures I wrote today were very different. You can
- 37:32Speaker 1: pick them apart in ten seconds. Uh. You have to
- 37:36Speaker 1: account Oswalt's age, the importance of the doc when looking
- 37:40Speaker 1: at doc's mood changes your signature, type of pen, paper,
- 37:44Speaker 1: two too many variables. I don't disagree, Yeah, I don't disagree.
- 37:50Speaker 3: You could have a shitty pen, you know, yeah, or
- 37:54Speaker 3: you could be writing on shitty paper. Have you ever
- 37:56Speaker 3: had one of those, like receipts you have to sign, Yeah,
- 38:00Speaker 3: fucking pin just won't write on it for whatever reason
- 38:02Speaker 3: until you like put it on on top of a
- 38:04Speaker 3: sticker or something.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like yeah. Or when you're maybe receiving a
- 38:12Speaker 1: package and you're writing, you're holding something on your right
- 38:15Speaker 1: hand and you're I mean, I'm left you, but you know,
- 38:18Speaker 1: my left hand's writing and my right hand's holding up
- 38:21Speaker 1: the surface if you will, like that's a mess.
- 38:26Speaker 3: Yeah, you might be signing in the air, not on
- 38:28Speaker 3: a desk like a flat surface, you know, right, So
- 38:31Speaker 3: I do a J and a B and I just go.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:35Speaker 3: There's a lot of variables that go into handwriting analysis.
- 38:40Speaker 3: That's why I think will be interesting to see, you know,
- 38:48Speaker 3: what a computer analysis would be or an AI analysis
- 38:51Speaker 3: would be of this some of this handwriting stuff because
- 38:54Speaker 3: they can see little nuanced things that maybe we can't see.
- 38:58Speaker 3: And look, I'm no expert on handwriting, but I do
- 39:00Speaker 3: play one on TV well on YouTube occasionally. Yeah, been
- 39:08Speaker 3: known to also doctor shot.
- 39:14Speaker 1: We thought it would be an interesting topic. So so yeah,
- 39:18Speaker 1: let me see when we finish this. Uh did I
- 39:29Speaker 1: read this already okay. In McNally's conclusions, he explains two
- 39:34Speaker 1: documents where the handwriting does not seem to correspond to
- 39:37Speaker 1: the others. The signatures of Lee h. Oswald in receipt
- 39:42Speaker 1: for his salary at the TSBD do not correspond to
- 39:46Speaker 1: the other Oswalt's signatures, and the writing and signature on
- 39:50Speaker 1: the Dear Mister Hunt note does not correspond to the
- 39:54Speaker 1: other examples of Lee Harvey Oswalt's writing. He notes, however,
- 39:59Speaker 1: that they were working with a poor photo reproduction of
- 40:04Speaker 1: the Hunt note, which makes analysis difficult and the note itself.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Yeah, that makes a difference too. That's a good point, Joe.
- 40:12Speaker 3: If you're looking at the original document, are you looking
- 40:16Speaker 3: at a shitty photo copy.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Yeah, We're gonna see a lot of shitty photo copies
- 40:20Speaker 1: in my PowerPoint. Don't worry. McNally concludes that the person
- 40:27Speaker 1: who wrote Ajhidell on the fair Play for Cuba Committee
- 40:31Speaker 1: Membership card was consistent with the exemplar writing of Marina Oswalt, which,
- 40:38Speaker 1: if true, would be interesting.
- 40:42Speaker 3: We've got a lot of big swinging ds in here tonight, Joe.
- 40:44Speaker 3: We got tim from the Ceifer Pass, Jess Common, it's
- 40:48Speaker 3: a star studded all star cast HEJS.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Hey, Tim, how are you hey? I already said how'd
- 40:56Speaker 1: it met? But we love you. Last note on this summary,
- 41:03Speaker 1: in addition to the three fingerprint cards from Oswalt's induction
- 41:08Speaker 1: into the Marine Corps, his arrested in New Orleans's arrest
- 41:10Speaker 1: in Dallas following the assassination scalise, This is the fingerprint
- 41:14Speaker 1: examiner and pomp prints taken from the assassination's rightful and
- 41:18Speaker 1: the six flour of the TSBD. He identifies the controversial
- 41:22Speaker 1: pomp print lifted from the underside of the man Looker
- 41:25Speaker 1: Carkano to be identical as Lee Harvey Oswalt's right palm.
- 41:32Speaker 1: So we're not gonna get the fingerprint stuff much. But
- 41:36Speaker 1: wasn't there allegations by the was it the mortetician that
- 41:43Speaker 1: FBI agents came in later? His fingerprint wasn't found on
- 41:50Speaker 1: the car Kano right away but later a partial fingerprint?
- 41:54Speaker 1: Was Am I wrong about that?
- 41:57Speaker 3: There's something fishy going on with the fingerprints found in
- 41:59Speaker 3: the car?
- 42:00Speaker 1: Conno because.
- 42:03Speaker 3: In the book First Day Evidence, they kind of lay
- 42:06Speaker 3: out the fact that they did lift a print off
- 42:09Speaker 3: of the rifle, but they did not turn that print
- 42:11Speaker 3: over to the FBI, and it's been kind of claimed
- 42:16Speaker 3: throughout the years that you know, the DPD didn't find
- 42:20Speaker 3: any fingerprints on the rifle or I'm sorry, they sent
- 42:24Speaker 3: the rifle the FBI didn't find any fingerprints on the rifle,
- 42:27Speaker 3: and then they sent it back and something like that.
- 42:30Speaker 3: I don't know, it's very convoluted. Somebody found the print,
- 42:35Speaker 3: a partial palm print under the barrel later, not initially
- 42:41Speaker 3: right away. And but allegedly this guy what was his name,
- 42:45Speaker 3: Rusty hit Matt Dallas, probably.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Screaming in his living room right now, Russell.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Livingstone, damn it, I heard you all away from Dallas,
- 42:59Speaker 3: Rusty Livingston and book.
- 43:02Speaker 1: You know.
- 43:02Speaker 3: He claimed that they pulled a partial fingerprint off the
- 43:05Speaker 3: trigger guard and then when he lifted it, it went
- 43:09Speaker 3: and took it off the rifle. And look, the DPD
- 43:12Speaker 3: was not very happy about having to share evidence with
- 43:16Speaker 3: the FBI. Once all that shit got shipped over, you know,
- 43:20Speaker 3: and taken the DC by Vincent Draine. The DPD weren't
- 43:26Speaker 3: sharing right at that point because they were pissed that
- 43:30Speaker 3: the FBI was taking all their evidence, right, I mean,
- 43:35Speaker 3: it was a Dallas crime, not a federal crime, but
- 43:41Speaker 3: all of a sudden, the FBI is like, hey, give
- 43:44Speaker 3: us everything you got. We're taking it all to Washington.
- 43:47Speaker 3: We'll handle the analysis.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Uh.
- 43:52Speaker 3: You know, elementary school DPD folks, they didn't put very
- 43:56Speaker 3: much faith in their crime scene forensics. If you will
- 44:03Speaker 3: mm hm.
- 44:06Speaker 1: No, for sure, Rob, I am having trouble on this
- 44:15Speaker 1: late date live finding Lee Harvey Oswalt's signature on the
- 44:21Speaker 1: hotel ledger in Mexico City. So as I pull this
- 44:27Speaker 1: up my PowerPoint, do you want to maybe work on
- 44:31Speaker 1: that in.
- 44:31Speaker 3: The background, I will see what I can find live.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Potting ladies and gents. So there's also another HCA handwriting
- 44:45Speaker 1: analysis that is more detailed than the one I read before,
- 44:54Speaker 1: and it deals with the same experts. Maybe I'm just
- 44:57Speaker 1: gonna read a little bit of this. Uh it's a
- 45:05Speaker 1: little long. So the finding and conclusions of McNally. What
- 45:13Speaker 1: the hell is the hotel called down there? Oh?
- 45:17Speaker 3: Man, I thought it was a hotel Luna, but it
- 45:20Speaker 3: ain't the Luna.
- 45:21Speaker 1: I just have Luna on the brain. Sorry, I can't
- 45:24Speaker 1: blame me for that one. Ah. By the way, do
- 45:29Speaker 1: you hear that there's some drums on the Luna that
- 45:33Speaker 1: maybe she had an affair with no that that would
- 45:39Speaker 1: be too juicy with some other MAGA influencer.
- 45:43Speaker 3: That was solidify my hate for Jefferson Morley.
- 45:47Speaker 1: Let me find out. I don't think he's that slick,
- 45:50Speaker 1: but uh, but I saw that. It was like the
- 45:56Speaker 1: baby mama of Elon musk uh one of them. Yeah,
- 46:02Speaker 1: her name is Ashley Saint Clair and apparently the first
- 46:06Speaker 1: time they got together, after they were done, he pulled
- 46:10Speaker 1: over and goes pick a name, and she had his
- 46:14Speaker 1: baby and she's like going scorched earth. And she mentioned
- 46:19Speaker 1: Luna in some of these things.
- 46:22Speaker 3: The Hotel de.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Commercio. Does that sound right? I believe so it wasn't
- 46:32Speaker 1: the one that he recommended to the Aussie chicks.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Cala Bernardino Dosa Hagoon number nineteen allegedly.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Whatever that means. What the hell am I looking for?
- 46:50Speaker 1: Or am I looking at? I don't.
- 46:56Speaker 2: So.
- 46:56Speaker 1: A lot of the coclusions of this are very drawn
- 47:03Speaker 1: out and would be boring to read. Documents one, four, nine, eleven, twelve, seventeen,
- 47:08Speaker 1: and twenty two and blah blah blah. We're all signed
- 47:10Speaker 1: by the orphe Oswald. So essentially the summary I read
- 47:14Speaker 1: is that they pretty much concluded that.
- 47:17Speaker 3: All of them will did correct, which we know is
- 47:20Speaker 3: not true. It can't be true, so let not be true.
- 47:28Speaker 1: Let me.
- 47:32Speaker 3: I know I've seen that hotel commercial ledger and the signature,
- 47:36Speaker 3: because it's not it's not it's is it? Is it
- 47:41Speaker 3: Harvey Lee? Oh no, it's it's Lee Harvey l h
- 47:52Speaker 3: O Lee. Yeah, Harvey Oswald Lee.
- 47:55Speaker 1: Yeah. Come on, and I guess we'll I mean, I
- 48:05Speaker 1: get started as you look.
- 48:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it might take a hot minute here, It's okay,
- 48:11Speaker 3: maybe more than a half minute.
- 48:13Speaker 1: I dropped it on you quickly.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Maybe never.
- 48:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I tried looking for it really quickly and I couldn't.
- 48:19Speaker 1: But I did want to compare to that. And maybe
- 48:22Speaker 1: we'll do it at the end of the PowerPoint. So
- 48:24Speaker 1: that's a good one. It's a good one. It's a
- 48:27Speaker 1: good one. Uh could you uh add the pp PowerPoint
- 48:33Speaker 1: to the screen? Will be there you go. All right,
- 48:43Speaker 1: So let's get into this here. These are two of
- 48:53Speaker 1: I believe some of the ones that these are JFK
- 48:56Speaker 1: Exhibits four seventy nine and for eighty one. And you
- 49:00Speaker 1: could tell with the L here that little loop through
- 49:03Speaker 1: the L. Harvey and the Oswalt with the O kind
- 49:09Speaker 1: of connecting a little bit to the S. Not really,
- 49:13Speaker 1: but what is from? Again, I don't have the exact documents,
- 49:20Speaker 1: but these are JFK I believe Warren Commission Exhibits four
- 49:24Speaker 1: seventy nine forty one. The rest of them I have
- 49:28Speaker 1: the names for. Okay, you could see the little L here,
- 49:34Speaker 1: although it's not it doesn't really cross. The initial.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Kind of looks like it's got the vague loops.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Yeah, vague. You do have a little bit of the
- 49:45Speaker 1: hook on the H. And of course the O doesn't
- 49:49Speaker 1: have that continuous thing here, right, But these are bad copies.
- 49:56Speaker 1: These are the BIRCHAM Texas Employment commit Exhibits. This is
- 50:01Speaker 1: number one. And this is interesting because by the way,
- 50:06Speaker 1: opto four sixteen sixty three. Yeah, oh no, that's that's
- 50:14Speaker 1: it's the twelfth. I'm sorry, No through April sixth, not seventh.
- 50:20Speaker 3: Right, No, he's said fifth, but.
- 50:23Speaker 1: Okay, okay, the next one is fifth. But you could
- 50:26Speaker 1: see he's really like like writing carefully.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Here, right, Well, this is printing and we don't even
- 50:34Speaker 3: know if he printed this. It could have been whoever
- 50:37Speaker 3: worked at the Texas Employment.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Commission that wrote this. First name, the first one.
- 50:42Speaker 3: His address as well, right, I mean his local manly
- 50:47Speaker 3: address is seven five seventh Frint Street. I believe that
- 50:52Speaker 3: was the Moretz address. That does not look like Oswald's
- 50:58Speaker 3: writing to me.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I would agree. It doesn't really go to the
- 51:03Speaker 1: right very much, as we're going to see in the
- 51:06Speaker 1: next slide, which to your point, Rob, you could see
- 51:11Speaker 1: how this part and the Jaggers part are probably not
- 51:16Speaker 1: written by him, But the bottom part is, in my opinion,
- 51:24Speaker 1: last day I worked four five sixty three claim date Friday,
- 51:27Speaker 1: November April twelve. You see the kind of l's and uh,
- 51:35Speaker 1: what's an eye?
- 51:37Speaker 3: The eye?
- 51:37Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but even the l's are are kind of similar.
- 51:44Speaker 1: It was laid off by Jaggers Child's head of photography
- 51:53Speaker 1: and art department due to lack of work.
- 51:59Speaker 3: On sixth right.
- 52:03Speaker 1: Yes, he was claiming a lot of overtime. So very
- 52:08Speaker 1: interesting thing there is we don't even know for sure.
- 52:15Speaker 1: This is the fair Play for Cuba Committee New Orleans
- 52:19Speaker 1: chapter card L. H. Oswalt, signed by Lee Harvey Oswold,
- 52:24Speaker 1: and I'm sorry for the bad quality here. I'm not
- 52:27Speaker 1: sure if this is the one that the handwriting experts
- 52:32Speaker 1: said might have been written by Marina. But if so,
- 52:36Speaker 1: she had Oswalt's signature down because you have the L
- 52:40Speaker 1: with the kind of loop through the first L, the
- 52:44Speaker 1: H with that little candy cane thing you described, and
- 52:47Speaker 1: the O connecting to the S through the O and
- 52:51Speaker 1: the D. So I'm not sure if they were referring
- 52:55Speaker 1: to another fair Play for Cuba Committee card Well.
- 52:58Speaker 3: I think he might have signed his name and she
- 53:01Speaker 3: might have signed aj Idell is what they're saying.
- 53:04Speaker 1: Oh, okay, okay, allegedly that's interesting why she would Well,
- 53:13Speaker 1: we'll look.
- 53:14Speaker 3: At some more of Marina's writing here in a little bit.
- 53:16Speaker 1: But to me, it's just not I don't know or anything. Yeah,
- 53:24Speaker 1: I mean, I'm saying like this, Lee Harvey Oswell's signature
- 53:28Speaker 1: is almost certainly him based on what at least leg
- 53:31Speaker 1: to me. Yeah. Now we're going to look at lho's
- 53:36Speaker 1: Texas School Book Depository application in October nineteen sixty three.
- 53:41Speaker 1: And on the left, it's kind of a big screenshot
- 53:44Speaker 1: of the whole document and you can kind of see
- 53:47Speaker 1: the the font is and the writing is kind of
- 53:50Speaker 1: still tilted to the right. Let me see if h
- 53:58Speaker 1: look at any Yeah, you can see the H and
- 54:00Speaker 1: leaving for a last job. H has the candy cane
- 54:03Speaker 1: still on the first part of the H. Yeah, the
- 54:10Speaker 1: signature looks legit.
- 54:12Speaker 3: The printing, however, at the top, something doesn't feel right
- 54:17Speaker 3: about it.
- 54:18Speaker 1: The printing at the top. What do you mean by that?
- 54:21Speaker 1: You mean the first the first three lines type of thing?
- 54:27Speaker 3: Yeah, well the stuff is not incursive. Okay, So he
- 54:31Speaker 3: prints his name right, mm hmmm. He doesn't sign he
- 54:36Speaker 3: doesn't write it incursive. It just looks too neat to
- 54:42Speaker 3: me to be Oswald's handwriting in print, too neat for
- 54:49Speaker 3: me to be by lead like that screams ruth fucking
- 54:54Speaker 3: pain to me.
- 54:55Speaker 1: But could be, could be?
- 54:58Speaker 3: That was my thing every I got the first part
- 55:00Speaker 3: for you. I get to do his flat res right.
- 55:06Speaker 3: I don't know. It just doesn't seem right to start
- 55:09Speaker 3: off a document printing and then suddenly halfway through chains
- 55:13Speaker 3: the cursive.
- 55:14Speaker 1: It's just what is the school name that he parts
- 55:19Speaker 1: Arlington Heights? Arlington Heights? Okay. Two dependents, which at that
- 55:28Speaker 1: time would have been I don't think June was born. Yeah, yeah,
- 55:34Speaker 1: not Rachel was important yet USMC because it was close.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Where is your father employed dead? Is your mother employed? Yes?
- 55:46Speaker 3: He's employed at the cemetery. He's watching some dirt.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Interesting that he puts a line through veteran. I mean
- 55:59Speaker 1: he was very kind of not religious in a sense,
- 56:04Speaker 1: so I could see why he puts the line through church.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Any physical defects, No, did you do you room and board?
- 56:12Speaker 2: No?
- 56:13Speaker 1: Interesting? And we know Oswald lies on some applications. Larry
- 56:17Speaker 1: Hancock has gone over to this and at Osseum.
- 56:20Speaker 3: Well, he's using Ruth Payne's address. He's not using his
- 56:24Speaker 3: need whatever temporary address, you know what I mean.
- 56:29Speaker 1: And then let's see if we could read some curse
- 56:31Speaker 1: of should you like to mention some of your special
- 56:35Speaker 1: abilities you would like the company to know and considering
- 56:39Speaker 1: in your application? Uh, clerical, I think accounting work on
- 56:48Speaker 1: military service service.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Experience with ditto adding, adding, and some typing machine and
- 57:02Speaker 3: filing systems.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Right. We know he did take that typing class, right.
- 57:05Speaker 3: And again, if you're filling out a job application, you
- 57:09Speaker 3: are consciously writing more legibly than you normally would correct.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Right, if you're compared to signing a package you receipt
- 57:21Speaker 1: for a package, Yes.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Because you want whoever is getting this application to be
- 57:25Speaker 3: able to read it.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Right, put your good foot forward in a sense. So
- 57:32Speaker 1: now we have the LHL letter to the American Embassy
- 57:35Speaker 1: January nineteen sixty two. Of course he is in the
- 57:41Speaker 1: Soviet Union at this point. Interesting thing about this is
- 57:46Speaker 1: it does it really tilt to the right very much?
- 57:49Speaker 1: It's very kind of straight. Makes me wonder. I mean,
- 57:53Speaker 1: I don't think Marina could have written it, but.
- 57:55Speaker 3: It still kind of tilts to the right.
- 57:57Speaker 1: I mean as little, not as much as some of
- 57:59Speaker 1: the others. L. H. Oswalt, you have another, you have
- 58:04Speaker 1: two L. H. Oswalt's here. I blew up the signature
- 58:07Speaker 1: on the right. I'm not going to read all this cursives,
- 58:10Speaker 1: but he talks about Marina, and I believe he's trying
- 58:14Speaker 1: to get back to the United States in this letter.
- 58:19Speaker 1: So let's look at the signature on the right. You
- 58:22Speaker 1: got the the L which kind of loops through, which
- 58:27Speaker 1: is kind of consistent, the H, which doesn't have that
- 58:30Speaker 1: candy cane type of thing in this right thing. But
- 58:35Speaker 1: you do have the O that kind of loops in
- 58:38Speaker 1: but doesn't seem like it's connected to the S. But again,
- 58:42Speaker 1: there are going to be inconsistencies in signatures. So I
- 58:47Speaker 1: thought that was interesting. Now we're gonna go January thirty
- 58:56Speaker 1: sixty one from former US Marine Lee Harvey Oswald to
- 58:59Speaker 1: Second Terry US of Navy Secretary John Connolly and the
- 59:08Speaker 1: Lee H. R. Oswalt's signature. And this one is kind
- 59:12Speaker 1: of consistent as well. You have the L looped through,
- 59:17Speaker 1: you have the H not really a candy game, but
- 59:21Speaker 1: it's close enough kind of. And you have the O
- 59:24Speaker 1: which does connect to the S. And let's see if
- 59:27Speaker 1: we can see any other letters here quickly.
- 59:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it looks legit to me.
- 59:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I would agree, And this is too Yeah about
- 59:41Speaker 4: his he's discharged right right.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Now. Let's go to a LHL letter to Robert Oswalt
- 59:54Speaker 1: in August nineteen sixty. I believe it's one.
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: Hey, yeah, well how are you doing today?
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Gosh? And what you say you hadn't gone back?
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: Well you you hurt your back?
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Oh you hurt your back?
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: You are all right now?
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: Yeah, here's so much better. Doesn't mean although I did
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: not say anything about this.
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: The pictures of Robert Jr. We did receive them.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Didn't you get a.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Thank you note from Maria for the necklace and also
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: for those pictures of Junia?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: You know, you see the signature on the right at
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: the bottom. Of course, he's not gonna sign his full name.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Right to your brother. So if I were a letter
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: to my brother, I just said, Joe's hit Lee right
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: right and is kind of again tilting to the right. Yeah.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: In this example, this is another one LHL letter June
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: nineteen sixty two. I believe this might have been too marguerite,
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: although I can't be sure.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: Signs your brother Lee so like or to Robert, Yeah,
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: good call.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Marina sends her love to.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: All something as I do hope to see you all soon.
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: I really don't know where it will settle ow sort
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: of like New Orleans. How's the hunting out at the farm?
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: How's the weather and all? If you find out any
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: information about me, please let me know. I'd like to
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: be ready on the draw as to speak. Well, keep
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: writing until I get ready to leave, So don't quit writing.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: Mm hm brother Lee and Marina.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: Yeah, and this would this would be right before he
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: left Russia in Juno sixty two.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: I like, how's the weather? And it takes, like you know,
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: two weeks for the fucking letter to get to The
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: weather ain't the same, bro, Like it changes every day?
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: Like you know what the fuck? Okay, again, you could
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: see you could see a lot of the the eyes
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: and some of the elves like this els. These two
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: back to back elves are very consistent in his writing.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: I've noticed and again tilts to the right.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and the lead at the bottom looks like a
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: legitly it's very stylized how it normally is flowing right
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: into the ease.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: Mm hm, all right. This is Commission Exhibits seven eighty one.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: What is this? What is that?
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: What the address is that? Three? Five one nine?
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Fair?
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: Fair?
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: More?
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: Is that even an address os Wald ever stayed at?
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: I don't know, h October?
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: No, what is that?
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Something? Sixty two?
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: It's an application for a post office box, is what
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: it says.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: Oh oh yes, yes, yes, that's what it is.
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: But okay, that that must be right when he got
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: back from Russia or shortly after. I don't know where
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: he was staying.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: Is time?
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Address is not familiar to me?
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. Maybe I don't know fort Worth.
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: I don't know, it says Dallas.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Oh until Yeah, I'm not sure. I just kind of
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: compiled a lot of these. But you can see the
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: l you know, I I kind of blew up the
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: first one here because there's two signatures on the spaege
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: and you can see how kind of different they are. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: on the same document for him, So even the D
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: is very different. The O, I mean, I don't even
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: see you O on the top one.
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: Well, I see it, but it's not good. The H
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: on the bottom one is not good. No, the LEE
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: looks good. So yeah, that just going to show you
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: how even the signature is on the same document, likely
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: done by Lee. He can look totally different, not totally different,
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: but somewhat different, depending on how hurried you are doing it,
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: or how much you give a shit about whether they
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: can read it or not, or you know whatever.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: M hm, Yeah, you might be more careful on the
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: signature to the bottom than he would be on the top. Yeah,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: I don't know. Who knows.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: He just got back from Russian. He used to write
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: it in Russian. Give him a break.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and Rob, this is the signature that you talked
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: about earlier in the Jack White photo that was all
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: over the place. And this is a letter misspelled Harvey
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: too at the top. See. Yeah, yeah, he's trying. He's
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: trying to all right, let's try to Oswald, do hereby.
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: Request that my recent set aship in the United States
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: of America be revoked. I have intended, I have intend
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: the Soviet Union for the express purpose of seeking for
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: citizenship in the Soviet Union through the means of naturalization
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: applying maybe, but you know, my request for citizenship is
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: now pending before the Russian Soviet of the USSR. I
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: take the steps for political reasons. My request for to
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: revoking of my American citizenship is made only after the
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: long longest, longest and most severe intentions or I don't
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: know what that word is there. I affirm that my
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: allegiance is to the Union of Soviet Socialists Republic.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's Commission Exhibit nine thirteen.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: Now see this, This screams to me, this is not
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: a real document. Okay, Look, and now I know Oswald
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: was not the smartest person in the world. Correct, But
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: there is a lot of grammatical errors here. Like screaming
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: to me, like, whoever's writing this English ain't their first language,
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Like.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Possibly Spanish ones.
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: Well, Russian, I'm guessing since it's a Russian document, you know.
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: When he's I don't know, I don't know, yeah, it's
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: a It just it just doesn't feel right to me,
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: Like it doesn't have that right feeling. The signature is
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: also very fucked.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Up, very very different from all the others.
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: And we know the Russians were faking documents Oswald documents
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: hints the Hunt letter, right, mm hmm, allegedly.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Yeah, the okay, go ahead.
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: It just seems something something's not right with this one.
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't like this one.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not liking this one. The only thing that
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: is kind of consistent is that little candy cane on
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: the H. But the H is so narrow, it's so
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: out of whack man.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's going like uphill, like it ain't just leaning,
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: it's like going uphill and leaning.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: Mm hmm. I don't know, I just don't like it.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: It's just this one, this one is the most sus
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: to me. And thats all. It was all over the place, bro. Yeah,
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: like the eight, I mean at the top, like I
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: don't know, man.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: Well, he doesn't go from he doesn't cross over the
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: O in the middle like the other ones, right, it
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: kind of tails off the top.
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: Well that's the l that's just oh right, it's a
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: huge loop at the bottom, like it's overlapping the top
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: loop where like with the starting point.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: I don't know. The signature seems.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: Way off, and the body of the letter, the language
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: is just too wonky for me, I mean, you know.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: What I mean. And it doesn't kind of tilt to
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: the right like a lot of other ones do. It's
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: very straight. Yep, yeah, I don't like this one. You
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: don't like this one. I agree.
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: We'll be deems this one a fake, a Russian cake,
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: all right, said he's on the fence about that one.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: No, I didn't say that, legit. Now let's look at
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Commission Exhibits seven seventy three. The rightful order form.
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: Oh yes, let's.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: And I don't know because it's the little square order
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: form on the bottom is tilted up to the right,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: which kind of makes it hard to well.
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: Again, the order form is not incursive. It is printed, okay,
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: which is a problem.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: That's a problem.
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: And there's also two other things wrong here. So you
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: have lowercase letters in highdel right, the i's lowercase, the
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: d's lowercase, the e's lowercase, and the l's are whatever.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: But then the po the box the Dallas and Texas
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: are all uppercase, right, who rights like to? I don't know,
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: But now go up to the return address in the
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: top corner of the envelope, right, mm hmmm. We don't
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: really have an A and Lee Harvey Oswall to compare, right,
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: but we do have an H for Harvey and Hadel
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: and how he writes his hes.
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: Mm hmmm.
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: Ah, I don't like it. It's not It looks more
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: to me like a printed H than a cursive ah.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: Yeah. And let's let's look at the lee here on
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: the bottom right. Where do you see that the bottom
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: right here, that's not a lee. That's Illinois. Oh, looks
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: like he's feeling this to Chicago Illinois. It's okay, Well,
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: I will say this the l's the l's are kind
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: of it does look.
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: Like you can't I understand that flow. Yes, yes, it
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: is abbreviated Illinois.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: The two ls do look consistent to some of the
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: other l's that we've seen back to back l's. Yeah,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I will say that again. When you look at the
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: the client's department, uh, Washington, Illinois, right, Chicago six.
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: Or whatever, here's the here's what's the problem for me, Joe.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: So on the order slip. Texas is capitalized. You know
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: it well, you know T, E X A S.
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: It's capitals, right. Yeah, Look at the return address for Texas.
- 1:13:00Speaker 3: It's a lowercase T incursive. What the hell?
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying.
- 1:13:09Speaker 3: Yeah, up in the you know, the upper left corner
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: of the return of dress. He capitalized the D in Dallas,
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: but not the T in Texas. Mm hmm, I mean
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: that T should be way bigger than the rest of xes.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: You know what I mean. You know what I mean.
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: But it's a lowercase T, which is weird. There's just
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: so much weirdness going on here. Something doesn't feel right
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: about this.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, again, he could have been trying
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: to write carefully for the order slip, but there is
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: some weirdness going on.
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: And uh uh, but if you're writing carefully for the
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: order slip, you would want to write carefully for your
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: return of dress as well. It's the same information A
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: had l the PO box and Dallas Texans same shit.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know either.
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: It's weird. I'm not saying it's not him, but it's
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: just it's weird.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: Very weird.
- 1:14:22Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: This is the my diary and at first I thought
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: this was in Russian, but it is not. But there
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: it's very not tilted to the right. I guess the
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: bottom of the left page is a little bit.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Well, what's weird about this one, Joe, is if you
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: look at it, it flip flops back and forth between
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: printing and cursive at times. Very strange. You see what
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: I'm saying.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just like taking closer look at it. Yeah,
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: it does that. That is extremely weird.
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: And now if you're writing a diary entry, right, you
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: think it all be cursive?
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Right?
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: Yeah? Why would you take the time to print a
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: lot of it? I mean, I could see some people
- 1:15:27Speaker 3: can make the argument, well, it might have been written
- 1:15:29Speaker 3: at different times. You know, he could have written something
- 1:15:32Speaker 3: down and did it in print, and then you know,
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: six hours later he comes back and starts writing in cursive.
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: But like on the right hand side, right about a
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: second paragraph from the bottom, he says, my called passport
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: office something something document, not the Soviet citizenship right, m
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: h that word citizenship he prints out. Now, look two
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: lines down he wrote citizenship again, and he did in cursive,
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: Like what is It just doesn't make sense And I'm
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: not saying he didn't write it. It's just weird, right,
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: Like people don't just jump back and forth between print
- 1:16:22Speaker 3: and cursive like this, you know what I mean?
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: Like, I don't know. Yeah, I mean, I'm writing a letter.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: I'm probably not writing in cursive, but I'm definitely not
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: writing some in.
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: Regular Why and Oswald isn't normal?
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Now, I get it, I get it.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: But it's it's a style. It's it's a habit, it's
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: what people do.
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:16:52Speaker 3: It just seems odd to me.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, just like every part of this case
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: is odd and some some uh.
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: Allegedly he wrote this on the trip back from Russia
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: his historic diary on the SS mads down as he's
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: being surveilled by the Martins's.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: And lastly, what the UH analysiss the experts declared was
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: not Lee Harvey Oswalt and the dear mister Hunt letter.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: Dear mister Hunt, I would like information, uh, concerning my
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: position concerned.
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: I am asking only for information. I am requesting that
- 1:17:53Speaker 3: we discuss the matter fully before any steps are taken
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: by me or anyone else. Thank you, Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: mm hm.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: And look at the signature here, and you don't have
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: the connecting O. For one, the H is very different,
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: the Y doesn't trail off to the bottom left like
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: we've seen otherwise, the L doesn't really look like the
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: other l's.
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: Again, whoever, this mister hunt is allegedly are you gonna
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: sign your entire full legal name to somebody like that?
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: With this seemingly innocuous message like, are you gonna, right,
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: Joseph Philip Brelli?
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: No, you're not gonna.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: You're not gonna throw your middle name in there, at
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: least I wouldn't think so.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: I think it's like not out of the realm of possibility.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: But I think maybe he's put H if he's gonna
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: put anything right. I mean, it's kind of like nitpicking
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: a little bit. I'm just kind of looking at the letters.
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: Maybe the problem with this is that the HENCA concluded
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: that this was likely his writing, or is that what
- 1:19:15Speaker 3: you're saying.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: No, they concluded that this was not authentic.
- 1:19:19Speaker 3: Okay, well I agree with them. And you know, you
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: could see where parts of parts of this letter were
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: taken from a totally different document and button down into
- 1:19:31Speaker 3: this thing. And again we can pick apart the signature
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: as not being authentic. It's close. It's a good forgery,
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: but it ain't. Something stinks about it as well to me.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, let me just double chuck. But I'm
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: almost positive I just read before that they concluded this
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: was the part that was not authentic out of all
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: of the letters that they analyzed.
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: Yeah, because they desperately did not want this letter to
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: be going to E. Howard Hunt, Yeah, or Ahl Hunt.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: That would be by d. The writing and signature on
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: the Hunt note does not correspond to other examples of
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Lee Harvey Lee Oswald's writing. He notes, however, that they
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: were working on a poor photo reproduction of the Hunt note,
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: which makes analysis difficult and the note itself suspicious.
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: I deem in a Russian forgery.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: Yeah, who knows? So I believe that is the last
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: thing in my Yeah, that's fifteen to fifteen of my
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: examples here, all right, of mister Lee's handwriting. So maybe
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: I'll hand it off to you if you want to
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: get into some arena stuff.
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: And yeah, I've got more. I've got some more goodies here, Joe. Okay,
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: let me share my screen. Okay, let me share my screen.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: Please do let me look at a couple of comments
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: because I I haven't looked at them in forty minutes.
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: All right, star a couple.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna go ahead and dive in here.
- 1:21:41Speaker 3: Okay, I got a letter here from Oswald while he's
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: in Minsk to Senator John Tower in DC.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: Okay, but I'm sorry, this is from Lee. Yeah, okay.
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: And we have two segment satures on this one. We
- 1:22:00Speaker 3: have one of the upper right corner.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: And it looks.
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: Hmm, kind of oswaldy if you will be the pen
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: he's writing with it. This looks more like a marker
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: pin or something.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I don't know. That's very thick, That's what she said.
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: But again, like this document is unique because it has
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: his name and cursive three times. So we have it
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: in the top right corner, right, and then he starts
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: off the letter by saying, dear Senator Tower, my name
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: is Lee Harvey Oswald. Now granted this is not a signature,
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: but it is a cursively written version of his name, right,
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: and again the Lee the Lee looks okay, But I
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: got problems with the H and Harvey and the O
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: and Oswald.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: O seems to be disconnected from the s. You see
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: what I'm saying.
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: And then if we go to the bottom, this signature
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: is whack bro oh look at this thing.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I mean, other than the O, which you could make
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: an argument that it connects yeah through the all. Yeah,
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: he must have been under the influence that day. That's joking.
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: And again it's hard to trust anything coming from Oswald
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: inside Russia to like anything a part of the government.
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: Something's not like a letter to Robert or Marguerite or
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: something like that. But like he's writing Senator Tower here.
- 1:23:52Speaker 3: I don't even know what he's asking for. I don't
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: even know, but.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: It's wild. Yeah.
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: Oh, Oswald, let him made public. Released this letter in
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: DC and city received it from Elise Harvey Oswald in
- 1:24:14Speaker 3: sixty two, and then it was written from Russia.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: Huh. Again, it's just a weird one.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: Mhm, it's a weird one, all right. And then sorry, oh,
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: we're saving that one for last.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: Okay, here we go.
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: This is again.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: An interesting one.
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: This is another application for a post office box, this
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: time in New Orleans. And what's interesting about this one, Joe,
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: is we have the name aj Hidell and Marina as
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: to who is entitled to receive mail through the box.
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: Okay, this would be June sixty three. This would be
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: New Orleans Post office box correct.
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, box number three hundred and sixty one. Now
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: what's interesting about this? Again?
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: We have.
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: The I, D E, L L in highdel in lowercase Marina.
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: Everything is an upper case allegedly except for the L
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: and D. But then the signature of Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:25:48Speaker 3: He doesn't actually write out Lee, which is fucking weird.
- 1:25:53Speaker 3: This is the first time I've ever seen just L
- 1:25:56Speaker 3: H Oswald right, and the oh don't look right. The
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: H doesn't look good, and the l's a little wonky,
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: and the D is wonky too. Yeah, very very huge. Again,
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: I don't know what this means, but like the hidel
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: to me, matches right, the client's money order or the
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: client's order for him. You remember Joe, how that hidell
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: was was spelled out and.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: Written, Yeah, you're exactly right. Good catch.
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: It looks exactly like that to me and my professional
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: handwriting analysis eyeballs m h. Again, I do play a
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: professional handwriting analysis here on television. So you could make
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: the inference that whoever rented this PO box to have
- 1:27:04Speaker 3: the rifle ship too ordered the rifle interesting. Yes, yeah,
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: I just don't like that l. H. Oswald's signature. Why
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: he didn't go you know right out, Lee, I don't know,
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: never seen him, just the L before.
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: Very odd.
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: Next up, here's one you probably have never seen, Joe.
- 1:27:29Speaker 3: This is Lee Harvey Oswald's application to the Albert Schweitzer
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: College in Switzerland.
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: Okay, uh again this one.
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: It is weird.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: So all right, that's what would have been in what
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: fifty nine?
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: No, I think he did it in sixty or I'm sorry,
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: I don't know. Yeah, yeah, yeah, March fifty nine.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: So this is before. This is when he was still
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: in the Marine Corps, but he wanted to start his
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: studies April twelfth, nineteen sixty, right, he says, I herewith
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: apply to attend April twelfth, sixty to June twenty seven sixty. Now,
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: if you look at the Oswald on this form, Joe,
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: let's go back one and look at the Oswald on
- 1:28:28Speaker 3: this one. See oh w Ald from Marina Oswald, but
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: look at Oswald's specifically, forget Marina, but just look at
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: the Oswald how it's written out. Okay, and then we're
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: gonna go back to the age. Take a good screenshot
- 1:28:47Speaker 3: of that in your brain Oswald. Okay, boom, look at
- 1:28:52Speaker 3: it here on the Alverage Twiser thing. Exactly the fucking same.
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: Let's look at it again, Boom, look at it there, right,
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: screenshot in your brain. Boom, exactly the same.
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: Bro. I think this looks more like Oswalt than the
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: previous one.
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: That.
- 1:29:18Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll get there. The signature at the bottom looks legit, right,
- 1:29:24Speaker 3: It's got the stylized L going into the lead. It's
- 1:29:27Speaker 3: got the hooked H, it's got the right Oh, it's
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: got a gangster lean to it, right.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: Yea. All looks good, yeah, as well as the remarks
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: kind of tilting to the right, if you will looking
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: at it to.
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: That end, all right. If you're looking at this Oswalt
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: and comparing it to this one, damn, it looks pretty close.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: But again, this would be admitting that when he rented
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: the PO box in New Orleans, uh, that a J.
- 1:30:07Speaker 3: Hidel could receive mail there, which is a problem. Right,
- 1:30:16Speaker 3: But again, Oswald Oswald looks pretty looks pretty suss to me.
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: Very interesting.
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: What does it say uh after Russian uh uh eq and.
- 1:30:38Speaker 3: Fluency oh other languages you know? Russian equal influency to
- 1:30:45Speaker 3: one year of schooling. So basically he's he knows a
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: little Russian maybe at this point is not fluent. I
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: mean he's still in the Marine Corps.
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: M h.
- 1:30:57Speaker 3: He's still learning. But that's interesting, right, Yeah. So if
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: you think that this is a legit Oswald's signature on this,
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: and then he actually did fill this out and you
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: look at Oswald printed up here at the top, I
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: go back to this Oswald to who Marina Oswald? Who
- 1:31:16Speaker 3: could get mail there? Em looks pretty fucking legit. But
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: the signature still bothers me.
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: On this. On this one, I don't know unless he
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: completely screwed up the O and the D and everything.
- 1:31:35Speaker 3: Well, the problem is he didn't write out Lee and
- 1:31:38Speaker 3: every fucking signature we've seen since you know that we've
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: been looking at here, he's he's wrote Lee, not.
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: L mm hmm. Interesting thing. Yeah, all right, I blew
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: this one.
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: Now, this it's very hard to see, but I wanted
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: to include it because.
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: I don't know if I can look or what.
- 1:32:09Speaker 3: But the reason I put it up here is because
- 1:32:13Speaker 3: it has the Alec J. Hydell's signature on the side
- 1:32:15Speaker 3: of it. Here on the left side mm hmm.
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: This would have been the.
- 1:32:24Speaker 3: Fake selective service card with Oswald's dumb picture on it,
- 1:32:32Speaker 3: fake social security, fake secret service number or whatever that is.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: Selective service. Yeah.
- 1:32:42Speaker 3: I was just looking at the alec Ja Hydell and
- 1:32:47Speaker 3: look at that H and highdeal.
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: Bro.
- 1:32:49Speaker 3: It's got the fucking hook.
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: And the two l's are also consistent with the double
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: l's we've seen on previous.
- 1:33:00Speaker 3: That H looks just like the H that he makes.
- 1:33:02Speaker 3: It's got the hook and then the other line kind
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: of goes down and then it's all one fluid motion
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: going into the eye and high dell and it's got
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: the lean yeah. Interesting right, all right, now this one here,
- 1:33:26Speaker 3: this is I believe the order slip or I don't
- 1:33:31Speaker 3: know what this is. Yeah, the order slip for the
- 1:33:33Speaker 3: pistol to see ports. Okay. Now here we have the
- 1:33:41Speaker 3: aj hihdel signature. Okay, this is from March twentieth of
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: sixty three. All right, again, the H looks good. Right,
- 1:33:53Speaker 3: it's got the hook, but not the not the candy
- 1:33:56Speaker 3: cane hook, but it's got a hook. Yeah.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: And then it's got that.
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: Second bar in the H going down one fluid motion
- 1:34:05Speaker 3: crossing over back to the first bar. And then immediately
- 1:34:08Speaker 3: into the I and then flowing into the de E.
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: L L double which do look consistent. And again this
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: one is.
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: Capitalized in the right places, lowercase in the right places.
- 1:34:26Speaker 3: It's interesting. I don't know what to make of it,
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: but it's interesting.
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: Now the A.
- 1:34:36Speaker 3: Is a lowercase A and a J hidel, which is weird.
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: But if we go back to this and blow up
- 1:34:53Speaker 3: alec is a lowercase A.
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: As well, right, which is weird. He might not have
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: known how to do.
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: Well, we'll, we'll, We'll get there, I promise. But yeah,
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: that's that's odd.
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: Right, Okay, let's see what you got.
- 1:35:20Speaker 3: Yeah, mm.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: This is a letter he's writing to August Hall in
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: New York.
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:35:33Speaker 3: This is the guy from the Communist Party of America, right,
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: He says, I followed the activities of the Communist Party
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: for the last few years and have decided that it
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: is very time, timely and correct for me. It's this
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: time to apply for membership in the Communist Party of
- 1:35:50Speaker 3: the US.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: I wish to become a member so that I may
- 1:35:57Speaker 3: share as fully as is possible your traits and your
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: trails and tribulations, as well as your glories and victories
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: very sincerely, Lee h Oswald. Now I don't know about
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: this one. The Lee looks okay, right.
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: Does the H not so much?
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: And the O is not right for sure?
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: Well he missed the middle of the right.
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: But I mean it could be the PO box, all right.
- 1:36:44Speaker 3: So look at the bottom left corner where it's PO
- 1:36:46Speaker 3: box two nine one five, Dallas, Texas. See how he
- 1:36:50Speaker 3: has a giant slash going through the X in Texas, right,
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: and notice how the D is in Dallas. Okay, so
- 1:36:59Speaker 3: keep that in your brain.
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: Okay, screenshotted, Yeah, screenshot.
- 1:37:03Speaker 3: In your brain. We're gonna go back to this one,
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: all right. See how the big stylized D and this
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: is the Texas and it's got the big slash through
- 1:37:16Speaker 3: the X. Now not quite as pronounced, but you can
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: see what's going on there, you know.
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:37:30Speaker 3: I don't know. We're just trying to glean what we
- 1:37:33Speaker 3: can from these signatures and what it could possibly mean.
- 1:37:38Speaker 3: I mean, you have to analyze everything everything. And again
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: I don't excuse me, I don't know the date on this.
- 1:37:50Speaker 3: It's sometime. I don't know if it's pre it's Dallas,
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: you know, before going back to New Orleans in the summer.
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: He three over his after he comes back. I'm not sure,
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: mm hmm, but I don't know. Also interesting in how
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: it kind of goes down a little to the right
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: instead of goes tilting.
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: Oh, it's like one downhill the Lee, yeah, instead of
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: like a little slightly uphill. But who knows.
- 1:38:22Speaker 3: And again we have this Leninist Marxist wanting to join
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: the Communist Party of the United States. So the subject
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: matter of this letter is very damning to Oswald, if
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: you will, and if you're gonna fake something to paint
- 1:38:40Speaker 3: him as a communist, this would probably be a pretty
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: good letter to do that, you know what I mean.
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: I'm just saying, all right, Next up, we got this hyeh. Now,
- 1:38:58Speaker 3: this is Marina's hand writing. This is requesting. This is
- 1:39:04Speaker 3: after Oswald is dead, requesting his social Security benefits. Okay,
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: so we're gonna pay attention to some very specific things
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: here from Marina Oswald's and writing. Okay, now does she
- 1:39:25Speaker 3: have the name Lee down?
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: Do you think yes?
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: Then we moved to Harvey and she's got the hooked
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: h right, the candy cane hspect one, she's got coming
- 1:39:39Speaker 3: down back over to the first bar and straight into
- 1:39:44Speaker 3: the Harvey. Pretty good, right. The problem when we get
- 1:39:50Speaker 3: to the Oswald is the O is not connecting any
- 1:39:53Speaker 3: way to the S.
- 1:39:54Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: But there are other instances on this very paper. In fact,
- 1:40:00Speaker 3: if you go down and look at the Audrey Marina
- 1:40:03Speaker 3: Rachel Oswald, you can kind of see the curly Q
- 1:40:07Speaker 3: and the O, but it does not connect to the
- 1:40:09Speaker 3: to the Oswald and the name of the father. Right
- 1:40:14Speaker 3: right below versus Audrey Marina, we have another Lee h
- 1:40:20Speaker 3: Oswald where she doesn't connect the O into the S
- 1:40:24Speaker 3: and the rest of the name, but the H looks
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: good and Lee her second loop at the bottom is
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: a little off, you see what I'm saying on the top,
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: and this one it's like not doesn't have a big
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: enough loop, I don't think. But if we if we
- 1:40:45Speaker 3: go on to look at some of her other writing,
- 1:40:47Speaker 3: like her own name Marena Nikola Vana Prusakova, you can
- 1:40:55Speaker 3: see how a lot of her stylized things look.
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: And here we even have an example of her writing Dallas,
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: Texas at the bottom left. You can see her d
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: is not very stylized with loops or anything, right, and
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: her texts is not written out very well and hence
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: missing the giant slash through the X right right, It
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: looks to me like it says Dallas texts, you know,
- 1:41:34Speaker 3: not Texas.
- 1:41:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, that's abbreviated for sure.
- 1:41:38Speaker 3: All right, let's move on. Now, here is the postal
- 1:41:42Speaker 3: money order reclines right pay two clients sporting goods from
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: a highdel Now what do we have here, Joe in
- 1:41:55Speaker 3: the name a Hidel.
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: We have a realized A which we haven't which we
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: haven't really seen before. We do have a hook in
- 1:42:08Speaker 1: the h we do. Uh, it's got the leen it does.
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: And we do have the kind of double L though
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: it does look a little different maybe war up and joined,
- 1:42:23Speaker 1: maybe because of a lack of space or something.
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: But yeah, I mean we're blowing this up and this
- 1:42:27Speaker 3: is probably a very small thing. And then go down
- 1:42:31Speaker 3: look at Texas. You have the giant slash through the X.
- 1:42:35Speaker 1: That we stopped four right. M h, So that's interesting.
- 1:42:47Speaker 3: Stylized D. So this is not I don't I don't
- 1:42:49Speaker 3: think this is a Marina D or a Marina Texas.
- 1:42:54Speaker 3: So I don't think Marina wrote this.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: I don't think so either. Interesting.
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: Now let's move on. To something weird and interesting.
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: Do you know what this is? Joe American Museum of
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: Atonic Atomic Energy, Yes, visitors registrar, I do not know
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: what this.
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: Is now Allegedly on July twenty sixth, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:43:38Speaker 3: if you come down, okaye, was.
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: This when he was trying to get like the job
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: related to NASSA?
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: No?
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: Okay?
- 1:43:47Speaker 3: This where where the fuck is this place at? Is
- 1:43:52Speaker 3: it in Tennessee or Kentucky? It's it's hang on because
- 1:44:00Speaker 3: that's gonna bug me. Oak Ridge, summer bitch, oak Ridge.
- 1:44:07Speaker 1: You just dump your vape. I knocked it over.
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: I know that sounds Okay, it's in Tennessee, Okay, Okay,
- 1:44:18Speaker 3: what the hell? Oswald's not supposed to be in Tennessee
- 1:44:24Speaker 3: at the end of July in nineteen sixty three, right right, so.
- 1:44:30Speaker 1: He was already fired from Riley's at this point.
- 1:44:35Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, ok The closest thing you can peg this
- 1:44:39Speaker 3: with Joe is see when he made his speech at
- 1:44:45Speaker 3: the Jesuit College. Google that real quick for me.
- 1:44:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:44:52Speaker 3: Oak Ridge, Tennessee near Knoxville, which I believe is that
- 1:44:58Speaker 3: in the eastern part of the state. Folks, help a brother.
- 1:45:04Speaker 1: Out here, Saturday, July twenty seventh, nineteen sixty three. But
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: that was in Mobile, Alabama.
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: Okay, so are they Are they really going to drive
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: from New Orleans to oak Ridge, Tennessee and then to Mobile, Alabama? Like,
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: I'd love to know how much of a trip that is.
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: I'm looking at it now, Okay, to Mobile, Alabama?
- 1:45:45Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I'm sure it's doable, but I'm sure
- 1:45:50Speaker 3: it's a hell of a trip.
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: All right, Let's see leave now seven hours at least?
- 1:46:03Speaker 3: How far is it from New Orleans to knock or
- 1:46:06Speaker 3: to to oak Ridge?
- 1:46:17Speaker 1: New Orleans to oak Ridge? Yeah? Eight or nine hours
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: today right now?
- 1:46:30Speaker 3: Okay, so probably ten or twelve back then at least
- 1:46:35Speaker 3: I mean you travel with a car full.
- 1:46:36Speaker 1: Of people, let's say nine or ten. Yeah, at least.
- 1:46:39Speaker 3: He's traveling with his aunt, his uncle, his cousin's wife,
- 1:46:42Speaker 3: fucking kids.
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: But how'd he get How's he making that drive? I
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: think the Maret the Maret are driving.
- 1:46:50Speaker 3: But you know, you gotta to stop to pee, you
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: gotta stop to eat. So is it is it really feasible?
- 1:46:58Speaker 2: That?
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: I don't know?
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: Man?
- 1:47:03Speaker 3: And then how far is it from.
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: Oak Ridge to Mobile? It was eight? Eight hours?
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: So it's eight hours from New Orleans to oak Ridge
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: and then another eight hours from oak Ridge to Mobile, Alabama.
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: Is that what you're saying. Yeah, I'm saying it's closer
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: to ten up from New Orleans and at least seven
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: hours plus down from oak Ridge to Mobile, Alabama, which
- 1:47:34Speaker 1: is kind of just on the Gulf of America.
- 1:47:37Speaker 3: Yeah, you wouldn't grab that far to go to the
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: American Museum of Atomic Energy. I'm sorry, Well, it is.
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: If they did drive up north to Tennessee, Mobile would
- 1:47:50Speaker 1: be kind of on the way back to New Orleans.
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: Yeah, but allegedly he was in Tennis on the twenty
- 1:48:00Speaker 3: sixth and in Mobile on the twenty seventh, so they
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: went to Tennessee first and then down.
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: Not the other way around. Yeah. No, you're talking about
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: almost a day of driving, like twenty four hours.
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: Again, all a load of people that all have to
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: pee at different times and eat whiny kids.
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: Gas.
- 1:48:24Speaker 3: Yeah, gas, it probably hot, no ac in that motherfucker.
- 1:48:28Speaker 3: Everybody's sweating and stinking Marinas probably smells like the bottom
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: of a stale potato.
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: But anyway, back to back to the analysis of this
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: hand signature here, Okay, let's look at this, Joe, all right.
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: The lead looks good, the H with no hook, no cane.
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: The O looks good, though. Can you pull it up
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: a little more for me, for you, buddy, I can
- 1:48:59Speaker 3: do that, thank you, sir.
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: Yeah, that's perfect, that's perfect. It's on the bottom here, folks,
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: or in the middle now. The L does look good,
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: the H looks okay, the O looks great.
- 1:49:11Speaker 3: Yeah. But what's weird about it is so after his
- 1:49:17Speaker 3: name he writes USSR and underlines it like I'm a Russian,
- 1:49:24Speaker 3: you fuckers, you know you know what I mean? Like,
- 1:49:26Speaker 3: m h, why are you writing that? In the Oak
- 1:49:30Speaker 3: Ridge visitors log like what are you doing? And then
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: he says that he lives on Dallas Road. Okay, in Dallas, Texas,
- 1:49:42Speaker 3: which is weird, right that is again and in the
- 1:49:50Speaker 3: Texas over here, you don't have that giant X coming
- 1:49:53Speaker 3: down or that giant slash coming down to the X
- 1:49:56Speaker 3: right like we see the other times. It's a very
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: minuscule X, which may not mean much, I don't know,
- 1:50:08Speaker 3: but it just seems weird to me, Like this looks
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: like a legit signature for the most part, minus the
- 1:50:14Speaker 3: weird anomalies like USSR and Dallas Road and uh, and
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: just the sheer fact of what the hell is he
- 1:50:23Speaker 3: doing in Tennessee And why did nobody else sign their
- 1:50:27Speaker 3: visitors register except him? Right again, He's with his cousins,
- 1:50:34Speaker 3: his aunt, his uncle, his wife. Nobody else signed the
- 1:50:37Speaker 3: register except him.
- 1:50:41Speaker 1: Weird, very weird. Yeah, And to that end, here's.
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: An article about Oswald visiting the knock And this is
- 1:50:54Speaker 3: from the Knox News. To your point, James, about being
- 1:50:58Speaker 3: near Knoxville, Oswald visited r Museum. Register indicates he signed
- 1:51:05Speaker 3: in on July twenty six, sixty three. I mean, this
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: is not a forged document. This is a legit visitors register, folks.
- 1:51:15Speaker 3: And it's from eastern Tennessee. So it's very weird. Like
- 1:51:22Speaker 3: by this point, I think by nineteen forty nine they
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: had shut down nuclear proliferation laboratories that they were doing here.
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: It had become a museum only by this point. So again,
- 1:51:43Speaker 3: sorry Judith Baker, he didn't go there to smuggle out
- 1:51:46Speaker 3: uranium in a lunchbox thermous and to take the castro
- 1:51:51Speaker 3: okay like she claims. Again, by this point it was
- 1:51:55Speaker 3: a museum, It was not a functioning, you know, nuclear
- 1:52:01Speaker 3: facility at this point, right, And what are you going
- 1:52:07Speaker 3: to see there?
- 1:52:07Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:52:08Speaker 3: I mean, what is there to look at? I don't know,
- 1:52:15Speaker 3: at an atomic energy museum of atomic energy?
- 1:52:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I don't think he was going to
- 1:52:21Speaker 1: visit Doug. I don't think Doug was alive then in Tennessee.
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: No, No, it's it's just odd man like what it is?
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: What is this?
- 1:52:33Speaker 1: What is this?
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: I don't know? All right, but let's move on.
- 1:52:38Speaker 1: Blow this up.
- 1:52:39Speaker 3: Here is again, I think we looked at this before,
- 1:52:43Speaker 3: Joe when they said that, we think that or they
- 1:52:47Speaker 3: think the agency thought that Marina did the A. J.
- 1:52:49Speaker 3: Hadel thing. Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:52:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think you said that she might
- 1:52:59Speaker 1: have wrote the Ajhidel part, but I think.
- 1:53:03Speaker 3: Thought I don't know if she did, right, because again
- 1:53:07Speaker 3: she she got the she had the hook in the
- 1:53:10Speaker 3: H and Harvey and her Social Security benefits claim and
- 1:53:13Speaker 3: it's not here.
- 1:53:16Speaker 1: Well, there's a hook at the age there or not
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: in the Hodel part? Yeah, the top part.
- 1:53:22Speaker 3: Yeah, and again it's a lowercase A at the beginning,
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: which is.
- 1:53:27Speaker 1: Weird.
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: All right, Let's move on to a couple here. So
- 1:53:33Speaker 3: at the top we have Lee's signature from his time
- 1:53:37Speaker 3: card at two Jags in New Orleans in nineteen fifty five. Now,
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: this looks surprisingly like a very suspect signature to me. Well,
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: it's very stylized.
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: Yeah, he's also like much younger at.
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: This point, right, yeah, nor your signature gets better with age,
- 1:54:01Speaker 3: not worse. I mean this to me, look look at
- 1:54:05Speaker 3: that That LEE is beautiful. I mean, look at that L,
- 1:54:08Speaker 3: the stylized L that comes down and goes all the
- 1:54:11Speaker 3: way to the end of Lee, and then he comes
- 1:54:14Speaker 3: back with and puts a few e's in it. You
- 1:54:17Speaker 3: see how that tail, that the tail of that L
- 1:54:19Speaker 3: comes all the way down under his entire first name.
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: That's wild to me. Now the H looks suspect as
- 1:54:27Speaker 3: hell because there's no hook and the second bar does
- 1:54:31Speaker 3: not cursively come back and connect and then go into
- 1:54:35Speaker 3: the A that's red flag. And then the O looks
- 1:54:39Speaker 3: suspect as hell because it's not at the nine o'clock position.
- 1:54:42Speaker 3: It's more than the one o'clock position, you know, where
- 1:54:45Speaker 3: he starts. And then everything is just very low to
- 1:54:49Speaker 3: the ground. It looks to me like, you know, except
- 1:54:53Speaker 3: for the tails and the L and the D. I
- 1:54:57Speaker 3: don't like that signature. Something about that is not right
- 1:54:59Speaker 3: to me. I could be wrong, but I don't like it.
- 1:55:04Speaker 3: Me nolikey jo, Yeah, no, I hear you.
- 1:55:07Speaker 1: I'm just thinking like nineteen fifty five, like who the
- 1:55:10Speaker 1: hell knows?
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: Yeah, But dude, you gotta remember this is a beautiful signature.
- 1:55:16Speaker 3: Signatures do not get worse with age. I mean, he
- 1:55:19Speaker 3: would have been sixteen or seventeen years old.
- 1:55:21Speaker 1: Here, Okay, so let me ask you this, what will
- 1:55:24Speaker 1: be the point of possibly forging this at that point
- 1:55:30Speaker 1: of time.
- 1:55:30Speaker 3: Oh, according to John Armstrong, he couldn't have been in
- 1:55:34Speaker 3: the Marine Corps and working it too Jaggs at the
- 1:55:36Speaker 3: same time. So obviously one of these is faked for
- 1:55:41Speaker 3: whatever reason. I don't fucking know. M Okay, but again,
- 1:55:48Speaker 3: it doesn't appear right to me. This top signature does
- 1:55:53Speaker 3: not appear right to me. I deemed out a Russian forgery,
- 1:55:59Speaker 3: I don't know, a New Orleans forgery. And then at
- 1:56:03Speaker 3: the bottom we have Lee's. This is another weird thing
- 1:56:06Speaker 3: where they found his signature allegedly in some weird fucking place.
- 1:56:11Speaker 3: This one was in the Fox and Hound Hotel registry
- 1:56:15Speaker 3: in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September sixteenth, sixty three, which is
- 1:56:22Speaker 3: before the assassination, right.
- 1:56:26Speaker 1: Before he allegedly went to Mexico City.
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: Right, this was when he was still living in New Orleans.
- 1:56:33Speaker 3: But we have his signature on a hotel registry in Milwaukee. Now,
- 1:56:40Speaker 3: what do you think about that.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: Signature there? Uh? I mean, owl looks pretty okay. Oh,
- 1:56:50Speaker 1: kind of looks okay, except it's not really connectors to
- 1:56:53Speaker 1: the S. The l's and the D kind of looks
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: like double l's look kind of similar, but there's obviously
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: no H for Harvey, right. It just it's weird.
- 1:57:11Speaker 3: I don't know what to make it connected to me,
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: like the ees disconnected from the L and the and
- 1:57:17Speaker 3: the rest of Oswald is disconnected from the O.
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: I don't like it, right, But I don't see what
- 1:57:23Speaker 1: the point would be too to put him in Milwaukee,
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: Wisconsin and granted a lot of September sixty three for
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: Oswald is very murky. We don't know exactly what he
- 1:57:38Speaker 1: was up to. I just don't see.
- 1:57:41Speaker 3: Well, I think he's supposedly sometimes didn't he wasn't he
- 1:57:44Speaker 3: supposed to make a trip to Canada with David Ferry
- 1:57:47Speaker 3: in some point.
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: Oh, what's it Montreal or something?
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe they stopped in Wisconsin and spent the night
- 1:57:53Speaker 3: in the hotel room together.
- 1:57:55Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, but it didn't ferry fly allegedly there.
- 1:58:00Speaker 3: Well, maybe you had to peem. I don't know, right,
- 1:58:03Speaker 3: maybe they had to land and wanted to eat or
- 1:58:05Speaker 3: I don't know. It's probably a long flight from Louisiana
- 1:58:08Speaker 3: to freaking Oh. No, for sure, you're gonna have to
- 1:58:14Speaker 3: make so you got to stop somewhere. You're gonna have
- 1:58:16Speaker 3: to make like four ish stops at least with with
- 1:58:23Speaker 3: the guess yeah, so maybe, yeah, it's just it's weird.
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: I mean, it's weird. And then at the bottom again,
- 1:58:34Speaker 3: this is supposedly, uh are you United States Marine Corps
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: recruitment form signature from October twenty four, fifty six. Uh,
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: the lead looks good than me.
- 1:58:47Speaker 1: The h is a little weird.
- 1:58:50Speaker 3: It's a little weird, but okay, sure the oh, okay,
- 1:58:56Speaker 3: it's okay, I guess, yeah. And just compare that signature,
- 1:59:02Speaker 3: that bottom one to the top one. Now, the top
- 1:59:05Speaker 3: one is from a year earlier, right, not even a
- 1:59:08Speaker 3: year earlier, and how neat it is. And then you
- 1:59:11Speaker 3: look at this one down at the bottom. It's like
- 1:59:13Speaker 3: what the fuck man Like I said. Thingasre just normally
- 1:59:16Speaker 3: get better with time. The more you the more you
- 1:59:18Speaker 3: you write, not worse. That's why this top one seems
- 1:59:23Speaker 3: weird to me. And see Armstrong said that the top
- 1:59:28Speaker 3: one is from Lee legitly, the middle one is from legitly,
- 1:59:32Speaker 3: and the bottom is a Harvey signature. Right, but if
- 1:59:38Speaker 3: you're comparing the two legitly's allegedly, they don't look anything
- 1:59:42Speaker 3: alike to me. Yeah, the first and the second one.
- 1:59:49Speaker 3: So again I don't know, very weird. All right, Here
- 1:59:57Speaker 3: is another one.
- 1:59:59Speaker 1: This is os.
- 2:00:02Speaker 3: What is this is uh selective service card maybe mm.
- 2:00:06Speaker 1: Hmm, all right, not under highdel but Oswald this time?
- 2:00:11Speaker 2: Right?
- 2:00:11Speaker 3: This is yeah, this d O D card expires December seventh,
- 2:00:18Speaker 3: sixty two.
- 2:00:20Speaker 1: Signature looks okay, I mean no hook on the H
- 2:00:23Speaker 1: but other than that it seems yep no, But everything
- 2:00:27Speaker 1: else looks okay. Yeah.
- 2:00:30Speaker 3: Again, this is probably a very small card, not much
- 2:00:33Speaker 3: room to to maneuver and write. Right, And here.
- 2:00:40Speaker 1: We have.
- 2:00:42Speaker 3: His Armed Forces Certificate of Service for Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 2:00:48Speaker 1: This and this was funny to me.
- 2:00:51Speaker 3: So this is says he honorably served on active duty
- 2:00:54Speaker 3: in the United States Marine Corps. Okay, mm hmm. Now
- 2:00:59Speaker 3: this is the back of it. It's not dated right, Oh, no,
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: this is a separate one. I'm sorry, this is okay.
- 2:01:08Speaker 3: This is his public library card.
- 2:01:10Speaker 1: Okay. And we talked about jack Al Bowen, which isn't
- 2:01:14Speaker 1: really his real name.
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, he was on the top ten most wanted
- 2:01:18Speaker 3: list for the FBI from documents, folks, And.
- 2:01:21Speaker 1: This is who os all the time. Sign is a
- 2:01:26Speaker 1: vouch for his library card, if you will.
- 2:01:29Speaker 3: Right, So again we have a pencil signature here from
- 2:01:33Speaker 3: Lee Harvey Oswald on a typed Dallas Public Library card.
- 2:01:42Speaker 3: So let's look at this one. The Lee looks okay, yeah,
- 2:01:46Speaker 3: the H is hooked again. That looks fine.
- 2:01:50Speaker 1: Oh it's a little weird.
- 2:01:51Speaker 3: It was a little weird, but it does flow.
- 2:01:54Speaker 1: Yeah, so I'd say that's legit.
- 2:01:59Speaker 3: I'd say that's leg it's but you know, like I said,
- 2:02:01Speaker 3: it's small thing, it's in pencils. Mm hmm.
- 2:02:05Speaker 1: You know, it's weird, weird, But.
- 2:02:09Speaker 3: Again I think they were the point of this was
- 2:02:11Speaker 3: the top one is a forged document as well, because
- 2:02:14Speaker 3: he was he was not honorably he did not honorably serve.
- 2:02:18Speaker 3: H Well, could he discharged.
- 2:02:22Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, could he have maybe made
- 2:02:26Speaker 1: that That's.
- 2:02:27Speaker 3: What I'm thinking that he probably made it a Jaggers child,
- 2:02:29Speaker 3: and this is another example of.
- 2:02:31Speaker 1: Something he made right to say to I don't know.
- 2:02:35Speaker 3: Maybe the problem is he's linking himself to Jack Bowen,
- 2:02:38Speaker 3: who was an FBI top ten most wanted for on
- 2:02:42Speaker 3: the run with an alias and forging documents. Okay, that's
- 2:02:48Speaker 3: a problem.
- 2:02:49Speaker 1: That's what we call the problem.
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: And when we're talking about creating these high deel documents,
- 2:02:55Speaker 3: you know, that's where we run into the the problems.
- 2:02:58Speaker 1: Folks, which there are many.
- 2:03:01Speaker 3: Of which there are many. And that's what I got, Joe,
- 2:03:04Speaker 3: as far as all this horse's ass, he goes, except,
- 2:03:09Speaker 3: oh I forgot one thing.
- 2:03:10Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 2:03:13Speaker 3: Yet, hold on, let me open that back up. Okay,
- 2:03:25Speaker 3: I forgot. We're gonna do this one last. This is
- 2:03:28Speaker 3: the most serious package.
- 2:03:29Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 2:03:32Speaker 3: Since we've been looking at all these Oswald signatures, right
- 2:03:36Speaker 3: this whole entire show, we've seen a lot, right, We've
- 2:03:41Speaker 3: seen a lot, Joe, we have.
- 2:03:45Speaker 1: Now looks legit, right yeah, just looking at the elder
- 2:03:58Speaker 1: O the alder d. Yeah, so that of course begs
- 2:04:04Speaker 1: the question that we, of course kind of answer is
- 2:04:08Speaker 1: why would you send this back to yourself and look
- 2:04:11Speaker 1: at and look at look at the the X on
- 2:04:14Speaker 1: the Texas.
- 2:04:14Speaker 3: Too, well, I think, yeah, yeah, the Dallas Texas. I
- 2:04:22Speaker 3: think whoever wrote Irving Texas on it is not the
- 2:04:25Speaker 3: same person that wrote Dallas Texas and Lee Oswald in
- 2:04:29Speaker 3: six o one. For some reason, I think somebody at
- 2:04:34Speaker 3: the post office wrote Irving Texas on this because it
- 2:04:36Speaker 3: ended up in the Irving Texas nixy bin, not to
- 2:04:39Speaker 3: Dallas Texas nixyban.
- 2:04:41Speaker 1: Right would they find this like a week after or
- 2:04:44Speaker 1: something like that. Yeah, Again, I don't know what to
- 2:04:53Speaker 1: make of it, especially if someone wrote the Irving Texas part,
- 2:04:57Speaker 1: because they definitely got his X right. I don't know.
- 2:05:03Speaker 1: I don't know, man, I don't know.
- 2:05:06Speaker 3: I mean even in the Dallas Texas. I mean the
- 2:05:09Speaker 3: X has a pretty significant slash through it.
- 2:05:12Speaker 1: That's true. That's true. Not as pronounced, but definitely a
- 2:05:16Speaker 1: little bit.
- 2:05:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and stamp down here received in bad condition, which
- 2:05:22Speaker 3: means they allegedly found it open. All it contained was
- 2:05:26Speaker 3: a brown paper not a brown paper bag, but brown
- 2:05:31Speaker 3: paper that you could make a bag out of for
- 2:05:33Speaker 3: a rifle right mm hm. That supposedly matched the uh
- 2:05:40Speaker 3: or I don't think. I don't know if they could
- 2:05:41Speaker 3: conclusively match it to the school book Depository paper that
- 2:05:45Speaker 3: they wrapped books and shit in.
- 2:05:47Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:05:49Speaker 3: But weird, man, freaking weird.
- 2:05:55Speaker 2: It is.
- 2:05:56Speaker 1: Man, So what are we to make of all this?
- 2:05:58Speaker 1: I mean, who I don't really have a good summary
- 2:06:03Speaker 1: here because I'm kind of more confused and maybe gonna
- 2:06:10Speaker 1: throw out my hands as usual to Rob's dismay. But
- 2:06:15Speaker 1: I think there are some documents that we identify that
- 2:06:20Speaker 1: are very suss more than others. And of course they're
- 2:06:24Speaker 1: going to be inconsistencies. Like I said at the beginning,
- 2:06:27Speaker 1: I wrote my name down three times. They look completely
- 2:06:29Speaker 1: different today. But there are consistencies that you could look for,
- 2:06:38Speaker 1: and there are some documents that are a problem. Yeah.
- 2:06:44Speaker 3: I mean, you know, when we're really trying to figure
- 2:06:47Speaker 3: out here is if Oswald was writing the name Hadel
- 2:06:53Speaker 3: on things well, or was Marina or was somebody else.
- 2:06:58Speaker 3: I mean, that's that's the main thing, you know. I'm
- 2:07:01Speaker 3: not too worried about whether or not there was two
- 2:07:03Speaker 3: os Walds, or Harvey and Lee or whatever the hell, right,
- 2:07:08Speaker 3: but you wonder certain things like, what the hell is
- 2:07:10Speaker 3: supposedly doing in Wisconsin? What's he supposedly doing in Tennessee
- 2:07:13Speaker 3: when he's going to Mobile, Alabama? Why are you visiting
- 2:07:17Speaker 3: the Atomic Energy Museum? Who does that?
- 2:07:22Speaker 2: You know?
- 2:07:22Speaker 3: Who writes USSR after their name on a freaking visitor register?
- 2:07:28Speaker 1: Who does that?
- 2:07:31Speaker 3: Or were these things done to frame him?
- 2:07:34Speaker 1: But to what end?
- 2:07:34Speaker 3: I mean? I don't know.
- 2:07:42Speaker 1: Yeah, how to me?
- 2:07:47Speaker 3: And on a couple of these things, it does look
- 2:07:50Speaker 3: to me like it was Oswald's writing, and some of
- 2:07:54Speaker 3: them it doesn't.
- 2:07:56Speaker 1: And most of the high dolls were not in cursive.
- 2:07:59Speaker 1: There was life I believe one or.
- 2:08:01Speaker 3: Two, right, Yeah, the High Deel was always in cursive.
- 2:08:10Speaker 1: No, the High Dell wasn't always incursive, you might be right, Yeah,
- 2:08:17Speaker 1: I believe one or two times it was in cursive.
- 2:08:20Speaker 3: I was thinking of the stylized.
- 2:08:22Speaker 1: L's at the end, and yeah, so what's up with that?
- 2:08:29Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:08:32Speaker 3: It doesn't look good.
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: There are problems there.
- 2:08:38Speaker 3: Is it definitive? No, not by any means. But when
- 2:08:42Speaker 3: you're looking at very important things like the money order
- 2:08:45Speaker 3: for the rifle, the order form for the rifle, the
- 2:08:48Speaker 3: order form for the pistol, the post office box where
- 2:08:53Speaker 3: a j Hidel can pick up mail, the fake selective
- 2:08:57Speaker 3: service card. These important things you know you're gonna want
- 2:09:04Speaker 3: to try to figure out. And I did find something
- 2:09:08Speaker 3: about his Mexico City registry real quick, Joe, Okay, I
- 2:09:15Speaker 3: did not find the actual entry.
- 2:09:18Speaker 1: What maybe we will save that for part two on Wednesday.
- 2:09:22Speaker 3: Sir, Yeah, if we could find it. I couldn't find it,
- 2:09:26Speaker 3: but I did find something else, So I found this.
- 2:09:34Speaker 1: Blowed this up a little bit more.
- 2:09:37Speaker 3: This is an examination of handwriting on the hotel register
- 2:09:40Speaker 3: by the FBI Lab. On Dember eleventh, sixty three, a
- 2:09:44Speaker 3: photocopy of the above described page of the Hotel Dell
- 2:09:49Speaker 3: Commercial Registration Book was submitted to the FBI Lab for
- 2:09:53Speaker 3: examination of the Lee Comma Harvey Oswald's signature appearing there on,
- 2:09:58Speaker 3: and a LAB report dated December eighteen, sixty three the
- 2:10:01Speaker 3: lab stated, the examination of whatever whatever with signatures of
- 2:10:05Speaker 3: guests registering blah blah blah we made With the following result.
- 2:10:08Speaker 3: It was concluded that the Lee Harvey Oswald's signature online
- 2:10:12Speaker 3: ten of whatever was written by Lee Harvey Oswald, whose
- 2:10:16Speaker 3: known writing appears on K four and K five. In
- 2:10:19Speaker 3: this case, the information recorded here and under was furnished
- 2:10:23Speaker 3: by a confidential source abroad. There's Luna. That was the
- 2:10:29Speaker 3: guy who is the owner of the Hochel the commercial.
- 2:10:33Speaker 3: I knew Luna was in there somewhere, Guillermo Garcia Luna. Yeah,
- 2:10:40Speaker 3: he assisted in terifying these names. So again you have
- 2:10:46Speaker 3: we have the registry, but just not the actual registry.
- 2:10:50Speaker 1: This is a.
- 2:10:52Speaker 3: Typed out verse, typed out version. Yeah, of everybody staying there,
- 2:10:58Speaker 3: and most people are Latino shocker, and then you see
- 2:11:05Speaker 3: Oswald there. It is Lee Harvey Oswald stayed in room
- 2:11:11Speaker 3: eighteen September twenty seventh, allegedly through the first but as
- 2:11:17Speaker 3: far as actual registry picture, I couldn't find it.
- 2:11:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I've seen it. I've seen it. I
- 2:11:26Speaker 1: know I've seen it. Yeah, well, we'll have to look
- 2:11:28Speaker 1: a little harder in the next few days. And yeah,
- 2:11:31Speaker 1: maybe part two, Yes we will, allegedly, but that would
- 2:11:38Speaker 1: be very interesting because we know the h HCA experts
- 2:11:43Speaker 1: did the analysis on it, so and I know I've
- 2:11:47Speaker 1: seen that at some point. So I don't know if
- 2:11:50Speaker 1: it's in documentary or something, but it's it's out there.
- 2:11:52Speaker 3: We just I think it's called when we did some
- 2:11:55Speaker 3: of the Mexico City stuff. I'm pretty sure I saw
- 2:11:59Speaker 3: it then, but I remember where.
- 2:12:02Speaker 1: Yeah, it's hard to search when you're doing a live pod. Yeah,
- 2:12:07Speaker 1: and keep your train of thought.
- 2:12:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean we found many, many examples right of
- 2:12:15Speaker 3: his signatures throughout all across everything, you know. I mean,
- 2:12:20Speaker 3: I think we have a very good compilation of his
- 2:12:23Speaker 3: signatures from different things, at different times of his life,
- 2:12:27Speaker 3: in different countries, to different people under different circumstances, you know.
- 2:12:33Speaker 1: And Rob was the Walker letter? Was that typed out
- 2:12:41Speaker 1: or was that handwritten?
- 2:12:44Speaker 3: The one he's supposedly left in Russian from Arena?
- 2:12:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it was. I have it if you want to
- 2:12:49Speaker 1: see it real quick. Okay. I was gonna say we
- 2:12:52Speaker 1: could say that from part too, but.
- 2:12:54Speaker 3: Okay, well yeah, I mean it doesn't really matter.
- 2:12:56Speaker 1: Let me show real quick. Okay.
- 2:12:59Speaker 3: It's nothing special, and.
- 2:13:01Speaker 1: It's really hard to go from different languages to Russian
- 2:13:04Speaker 1: to English and compare them, you know, with the different
- 2:13:09Speaker 1: letters and ship.
- 2:13:11Speaker 2: So this.
- 2:13:16Speaker 3: It was written in Russian and we don't I don't
- 2:13:21Speaker 3: have a signature. This is just one page of it.
- 2:13:24Speaker 3: But I don't even know if he signed it to
- 2:13:26Speaker 3: be honest with you. But it's definitely written in Russian
- 2:13:32Speaker 3: and it was concluded that it was not written by Marina.
- 2:13:37Speaker 3: They analyze this compared her handwriting, but I don't know
- 2:13:42Speaker 3: if they compared it to Roof's handwriting.
- 2:13:48Speaker 1: Yeah so, And I don't know.
- 2:13:54Speaker 3: If there's any good examples of you know, letters that
- 2:13:57Speaker 3: are somewhat comparatible to his sgature in here.
- 2:14:01Speaker 1: Not really didn't look like there are some in Russian
- 2:14:05Speaker 1: to I believe the Soviet embassy and stuff like that
- 2:14:07Speaker 1: that we could maybe do. But maybe that's for a part. Shoot,
- 2:14:11Speaker 1: that's example, you know. Yeah, that's a that's a tall order. Yeah,
- 2:14:19Speaker 1: comparing Russian.
- 2:14:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, come on, that's hard enough doing good lord,
- 2:14:27Speaker 3: what are you trying to do to his people?
- 2:14:28Speaker 1: And I know, before we go check a couple of comments,
- 2:14:33Speaker 1: Jess Kanal said an hour ago. Actually, did the Russian
- 2:14:37Speaker 1: diary seem to have all been written more or less
- 2:14:40Speaker 1: at once? Not actually over time? Is it reliable handwriting document? Sorry?
- 2:14:46Speaker 1: If I addressed this, I came on late. It definitely
- 2:14:51Speaker 1: wasn't written at once.
- 2:14:53Speaker 3: See I thought it was. I thought he wrote it
- 2:14:55Speaker 3: on the way back from Russia.
- 2:14:58Speaker 1: Well that's what I'm saying, but that that trip is long. Right,
- 2:15:01Speaker 1: you're either doing a train and then a boat.
- 2:15:05Speaker 3: What I'm saying he didn't keep like a daily diary
- 2:15:07Speaker 3: in Russia and then compile it. Right, it was written
- 2:15:11Speaker 3: on the trip back, however long it took two weeks
- 2:15:13Speaker 3: or whatever, right.
- 2:15:15Speaker 1: So it couldn't. It was probably written over the course
- 2:15:17Speaker 1: of two weeks. So if you say written more or
- 2:15:20Speaker 1: less at once, I guess yes, kind of kind not one,
- 2:15:27Speaker 1: not one sitting, not not over the course of like
- 2:15:30Speaker 1: two days, apply at the same time. Let's see as
- 2:15:35Speaker 1: I scroll through these really quickly. Uh hey, Paul, ps
- 2:15:49Speaker 1: odyssey coming in a little late, but that's okay. I
- 2:15:52Speaker 1: appreciate you being your hud. Double B thanks everyone for
- 2:15:57Speaker 1: his birthday wishes. You're welcome. You don't look a day
- 2:16:02Speaker 1: over twenty eight.
- 2:16:04Speaker 3: You're lucky he left Joe, or I'd make you sing
- 2:16:06Speaker 3: to him right now before we get out there.
- 2:16:07Speaker 1: Thank god, Double B. I texted him, I said, leave.
- 2:16:12Speaker 1: The Hunt letter is very neat. He obviously believes the
- 2:16:16Speaker 1: receipt is a bitch a bit posh, as we say
- 2:16:19Speaker 1: in the UK. Yeah, the Hunt letter to me is
- 2:16:24Speaker 1: out of everything, probably the most saus.
- 2:16:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and we can see there was piece together from
- 2:16:31Speaker 3: other parts of his writing, from different letters, almost as
- 2:16:35Speaker 3: verbatim word for word. Parts of it were can dance
- 2:16:39Speaker 3: into this dear mister Hunt letter. Very weird, very weird.
- 2:16:45Speaker 1: Yeah, Rob definitely just said, Rob is definitely coming through
- 2:16:49Speaker 1: as the cursive translator. Yeah, he's much better at it
- 2:16:52Speaker 1: than I am, that's for sure. And cursive whisper. I
- 2:16:57Speaker 1: did get a couple of words there and helps you
- 2:16:59Speaker 1: out a little bit, so that old school Jess. I
- 2:17:03Speaker 1: did contribute a little bit.
- 2:17:05Speaker 3: But these young kids are these days in cursive and
- 2:17:08Speaker 3: well reading. Not your son, all those books behind you,
- 2:17:13Speaker 3: I guarantee ain't cracked at one of them.
- 2:17:18Speaker 1: Uh, let's see James Smith up?
- 2:17:21Speaker 2: What up?
- 2:17:26Speaker 1: I think Russian alphabet influences on the W and the N.
- 2:17:33Speaker 1: We'll keep that in mind if we analyze that on Wednesday.
- 2:17:38Speaker 1: But I don't think we're going to that's like I said,
- 2:17:40Speaker 1: a tall order.
- 2:17:42Speaker 3: Sally says, I'm sorry, Oh you're good, really says. So
- 2:17:51Speaker 3: we have his marriage certificate cignature, No, but we can
- 2:17:54Speaker 3: probably find it for Wednesday. We'll find some more saving
- 2:17:59Speaker 3: a track down this hotel registry that they deemed that
- 2:18:04Speaker 3: he did, you know, but I just think to wrap
- 2:18:07Speaker 3: this up, Joe, you know, you gotta say, some of
- 2:18:10Speaker 3: these certainly looks suss yeah to our highly trained analytical eyeballs.
- 2:18:18Speaker 1: You know.
- 2:18:19Speaker 3: Uh, some of them looked legit. That probably.
- 2:18:26Speaker 1: All right.
- 2:18:27Speaker 3: Don't don't paint Oswald and the best of light if
- 2:18:30Speaker 3: you see what I'm starting to say, m hm, because
- 2:18:33Speaker 3: a lot of people try to say, well, you know,
- 2:18:36Speaker 3: in a conspiracy, Oswald was set up. This this fake
- 2:18:42Speaker 3: ID you know, was was created for him by somebody else,
- 2:18:45Speaker 3: and somebody else ordered the rifle. And you know, again,
- 2:18:50Speaker 3: unless they were really good at forging signatures, which is possible.
- 2:18:57Speaker 3: I'm not saying anything out of the around possibility, but
- 2:19:00Speaker 3: just on the surface, some of the stuff don't look good.
- 2:19:04Speaker 3: But some of some of this stuff looks weird. Some
- 2:19:08Speaker 3: of this stuff looks sus yeah.
- 2:19:11Speaker 1: And maybe we're over analyzing a little bit. Who knows
- 2:19:14Speaker 1: to side for yourselves, but some of it definitely does.
- 2:19:17Speaker 1: And Rob Common of the night from our buddy John
- 2:19:23Speaker 1: Lindback oh Man.
- 2:19:24Speaker 3: This this episode was packed full of swinging.
- 2:19:26Speaker 1: D's one thing for sure. If you stop him by
- 2:19:30Speaker 1: to eat with David ferry in Wisconsin on your way
- 2:19:33Speaker 1: to Canada. Canada cheese will be flying. Oh and John,
- 2:19:41Speaker 1: we have a new suspect for for dB Cooper, Richard Kane.
- 2:19:50Speaker 3: Yep. Look it up.
- 2:19:51Speaker 1: Don't take our one for it. Look it up. Yep.
- 2:19:54Speaker 1: He hijacked the plate in nineteen seventy two elect in
- 2:19:57Speaker 1: seventy three, allegedly. So maybe we'll put together a presentation
- 2:20:02Speaker 1: on that, because they're definitely not going to be presenting
- 2:20:04Speaker 1: at Lancer this year most likely so.
- 2:20:09Speaker 3: Likely likely likely not, that is what I'm saying.
- 2:20:16Speaker 1: So maybe we'll make a Richer Kane presentation at Cooper Kahn.
- 2:20:20Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on that? Oh, I mean we
- 2:20:24Speaker 1: only have one document, but and.
- 2:20:27Speaker 3: A lot of speculation. Uh, circumstantial evidence, suspicious circumstantial evidence. Yes, uh,
- 2:20:40Speaker 3: he didn't have ties to Boeing though, Joe.
- 2:20:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he is not like the worst suspect.
- 2:20:47Speaker 3: I feel like suspect.
- 2:20:48Speaker 1: I feel like there are worser suspects. Yeah.
- 2:20:51Speaker 3: The only thing is he didn't really look like him.
- 2:20:53Speaker 3: That's that's a problem.
- 2:20:54Speaker 1: But right, you know, you know, photographic evidence could go
- 2:21:00Speaker 1: either way.
- 2:21:02Speaker 3: William J.
- 2:21:02Speaker 1: Peterson, So that's all I got. Let me pretend like
- 2:21:08Speaker 1: I'm signing out so I could get the damn dog.
- 2:21:12Speaker 3: All right, folks, hopefully you enjoyed the show. It was
- 2:21:16Speaker 3: a weird one. It was a wild one. It was
- 2:21:18Speaker 3: a very analytical one, analytical one, a very speculative one. Again,
- 2:21:27Speaker 3: we're no experts by any means. You shouldn't listen to
- 2:21:29Speaker 3: anything we have to say on this subject. But we've
- 2:21:34Speaker 3: been doing this for a long time and we got
- 2:21:36Speaker 3: eyeballs just like everybody else does. And again, I think
- 2:21:42Speaker 3: for part two, Joe, I'm gonna upload some of this
- 2:21:45Speaker 3: stuff in.
- 2:21:45Speaker 1: AI and see what we can find out.
- 2:21:48Speaker 3: Okay, so tune in on the next members only show
- 2:21:51Speaker 3: because we're gonna have part two to this. It's gonna
- 2:21:53Speaker 3: be even weirder than the night was.
- 2:21:55Speaker 1: And and by the way, let's say that if you
- 2:21:57Speaker 1: have some interesting examples of magnatures of Lee Harvey Oswald
- 2:22:02Speaker 1: that we didn't cover, please us the Lone Guming Podcast
- 2:22:06Speaker 1: at gmail dot com and we will cover it on Wednesday.
- 2:22:10Speaker 1: So if we missed a couple, and we definitely did
- 2:22:13Speaker 1: because there was what sixty three references.
- 2:22:16Speaker 3: You got some weird ones you'd like us to analyze,
- 2:22:18Speaker 3: send them over. Yeah, for sure, good idea, Joe.
- 2:22:23Speaker 1: All right, Ruby, it was Ruby's idea.
- 2:22:25Speaker 3: Well, of course she has all the good ideas. Ruby. Hey, Ruby,
- 2:22:33Speaker 3: do you know get his fat ass in here?
- 2:22:37Speaker 1: Put your said come to Bourbon Street. I'll show you
- 2:22:40Speaker 1: what I.

- 2:23:02Speaker 3: the last book review I did was this killing a
- 2:23:04Speaker 3: joke for some reason.
- 2:23:05Speaker 1: As long as can.
- 2:23:10Speaker 3: Weird Wow, yeah, I'll thing a weird beast. Good night,
- 2:23:17Speaker 3: ye stay here for some more random reasons around with
