- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, It's Amy with Intuitive Coaching with Amy Radio, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: this is your sacred space for spirituality, intuition, manifestation, and
- 0:11Speaker 1: metaphysical wisdom. Let's talk about the power of imagining the
- 0:16Speaker 1: end result. This is something I've been playing with for
- 0:20Speaker 1: about a year, and what shifted for me was getting
- 0:24Speaker 1: very specific about what I would actually see after I
- 0:29Speaker 1: received what I wanted. There was something I'd been calling
- 0:34Speaker 1: in for some time. It was a part of a
- 0:36Speaker 1: larger goal, and I was pretty relaxed about it because
- 0:41Speaker 1: it was again wrapped into that larger vision, and so
- 0:45Speaker 1: I was fine with letting it unfold as an outpouring
- 0:49Speaker 1: of that goal, though I was beyond ready for it
- 0:53Speaker 1: to manifest. So in November I decided to break that
- 0:58Speaker 1: larger result into visible visible in scenes in my mind.
- 1:04Speaker 1: So these are specific scenes I would be seeing if
- 1:08Speaker 1: I had manifested my greater desire. So in one scene,
- 1:14Speaker 1: I imagine holding the receipt from the store where I
- 1:18Speaker 1: would buy a particular item I have been wanting and
- 1:22Speaker 1: quite frankly needing. I did not imagine the item. I
- 1:29Speaker 1: had been doing that and it wasn't working for me
- 1:33Speaker 1: as a manifestation tool. I'll explain you where it was working,
- 1:38Speaker 1: and now I can tell you why it wasn't working.
- 1:40Speaker 1: As a bringing it into form tool, my mind couldn't
- 1:45Speaker 1: get behind the images that I was putting on my
- 1:48Speaker 1: vision board because when it comes to fashion, my mind
- 1:56Speaker 1: is very realistic, and because dials are always changing, if
- 2:02Speaker 1: I put a very specific version of this item on
- 2:06Speaker 1: my vision board, my mind would immediately say it's probably
- 2:09Speaker 1: not going to be that, instead of just focusing on
- 2:13Speaker 1: the symbolism. So, and I'm sharing all of this with
- 2:17Speaker 1: you because I think these can be some of the
- 2:19Speaker 1: pitfalls of vision boarding, not as a whole, but to
- 2:23Speaker 1: you individually. Remember, we have to take these tools and
- 2:27Speaker 1: use them based on who we are, and when it
- 2:29Speaker 1: comes to something like fashion, I am very clear about
- 2:36Speaker 1: how it all works for me. And so just putting
- 2:40Speaker 1: an image of this thing on the vision board wasn't
- 2:45Speaker 1: moving the dial in terms of manifestation. It was moving
- 2:49Speaker 1: the dial in another area that supported the manifestation. So again,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I think it all works. It just may not work
- 2:57Speaker 1: in the way that you think. So if I put
- 3:01Speaker 1: a particular image on my vision board, my very fashion
- 3:05Speaker 1: conscious brain would look at it and say, no, the
- 3:08Speaker 1: likelihood of that one being in store is probably slim.
- 3:13Speaker 1: And since for this desire I had very clear preferences
- 3:17Speaker 1: about the item I wanted, but it wasn't attached to
- 3:20Speaker 1: a specific item, I was finding it hard to form
- 3:24Speaker 1: any connection with what I was seeing on the vision board.
- 3:29Speaker 1: And believe me, over the last i'd say three years,
- 3:33Speaker 1: I have tons of vision boards with this particular item.
- 3:37Speaker 1: And sure I could have seen it symbolically. I'll say
- 3:41Speaker 1: it again, you always have the choice to see it
- 3:43Speaker 1: as just oh, this item represents the energy of what
- 3:49Speaker 1: I'll ultimately manifest, and usually that's the way I approach it.
- 3:54Speaker 1: But for some reason, again my fashion conscious brain could
- 4:00Speaker 1: I didn't see it that way, and sure can somebody
- 4:06Speaker 1: else see it symbolically? Absolutely so, in no way am
- 4:09Speaker 1: I saying don't put a specific image on your vision board. No, yes,
- 4:14Speaker 1: do that, but also know how you're wired. So again,
- 4:18Speaker 1: it wasn't working for me in terms of welcoming it
- 4:20Speaker 1: into form. I think partially because of you know, again,
- 4:24Speaker 1: my fashion conscious brain just won't accept an image of
- 4:30Speaker 1: something from three seasons of go and believe it's going
- 4:33Speaker 1: to manifest into form. Now, if I was really into
- 4:36Speaker 1: that particular version. Yeah, that's a different storyline, right, you know,
- 4:40Speaker 1: that wouldn't be in the store. It would be probably
- 4:44Speaker 1: something I would buy secondhand, right, but something in store,
- 4:50Speaker 1: which is what I saw myself doing, and that's the
- 4:53Speaker 1: way I make my purchases. I don't do a lot
- 4:56Speaker 1: of secondhand things when it comes to fashion. It was
- 5:02Speaker 1: again very difficult for me to believe it. But what
- 5:05Speaker 1: was working was it was keeping that desire in the
- 5:09Speaker 1: forefront of my mind. This is where it gets fun.
- 5:12Speaker 1: And because of that, I knew the exact store I
- 5:16Speaker 1: would purchase from, and even the exact mall I would
- 5:20Speaker 1: go to here in LA to make that purchase. So
- 5:24Speaker 1: as I was breaking up this larger goal into pieces,
- 5:29Speaker 1: I decided to imagine the end result being holding a
- 5:33Speaker 1: receipt from the exact store in the exact mall where
- 5:39Speaker 1: I would make the purchase. And I even went online
- 5:43Speaker 1: and googled receipts the store and that mall. And of course,
- 5:49Speaker 1: because this is this we live in this time space reality,
- 5:54Speaker 1: there are people who put their receipts, you know, usually
- 5:58Speaker 1: in connection to a review, put their receipts online, and
- 6:02Speaker 1: so I could crop out what they purchased. I didn't
- 6:05Speaker 1: even look at what people purchased. I looked at just
- 6:08Speaker 1: the top part where it named the store, and it
- 6:11Speaker 1: had the store's logo and the address of the mall.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And I focused on holding that in my right hand.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And now I'm thinking about right hand. I'm left handed,
- 6:27Speaker 1: so my right hand is receptivity. So now even that
- 6:30Speaker 1: symbolism adds. So I'm into symbolism obviously, so it works.
- 6:35Speaker 1: And so that's what I did, was I visualize and
- 6:41Speaker 1: imagine looking down at that receipt in my right hand.
- 6:46Speaker 1: And then I took the image of their receipt and
- 6:48Speaker 1: I put that on a vision board. Again. Since this
- 6:53Speaker 1: purchase was a part of a larger manifestation, I feel
- 6:56Speaker 1: I need to say this. It didn't have a lot
- 6:58Speaker 1: of emotional charge for me, right, I just didn't. I
- 7:02Speaker 1: just because all the energy within me is both positive
- 7:08Speaker 1: and negatively, is associated with the larger goal. So I
- 7:13Speaker 1: just imagine holding that receipt in my right hand after
- 7:16Speaker 1: making the purchase, and found an image of that receipt
- 7:19Speaker 1: online one more time, and I put that on my
- 7:22Speaker 1: vision board and pretty much that was it. I definitely
- 7:26Speaker 1: did a few sessions of imagining the end result meaning
- 7:29Speaker 1: holding that receipt. I even made flash cards. Again, this
- 7:34Speaker 1: is all associated with a larger goal. That's why I
- 7:36Speaker 1: put so much energy into it. I made flash cards
- 7:40Speaker 1: of where I wrote simply an end result scene like
- 7:45Speaker 1: this one would have been, I'm holding the receipt for
- 7:49Speaker 1: blank store from this mall in my hand, right, That's
- 7:55Speaker 1: all I did there. And so I made flash cards
- 7:58Speaker 1: for all these end results, and I would just flip
- 8:00Speaker 1: through it. And you know, I'm always playing with manifestation tools.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I did that for I did the flash cards. I
- 8:08Speaker 1: played with the flash cards. It made them, which I
- 8:10Speaker 1: think even making them is an act unto itself and
- 8:14Speaker 1: a manifestation practice. But in terms of flipping through the
- 8:17Speaker 1: flash cards, I did that maybe two three times. I
- 8:21Speaker 1: even had forgotten about them, and I remember I must
- 8:26Speaker 1: have put them in my backpack. I spent New Year's
- 8:28Speaker 1: Eve with my brother's family, and so I had packed
- 8:31Speaker 1: a bag and I put my flash cards in there,
- 8:34Speaker 1: assuming I would get a minute to go through my
- 8:37Speaker 1: flash cards. But I didn't, and I'd forgotten about them.
- 8:41Speaker 1: And I was clean out my backpack this month February,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and I found them, and so I did it a
- 8:47Speaker 1: couple of more times, but that was pretty much it
- 8:49Speaker 1: just imagining those end results using that flip the flash cards,
- 8:54Speaker 1: and one of them was for this item and holding
- 8:57Speaker 1: the receipt. Do you love me, I'm such a manifestation nerd.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I love it. It's so fun. It is really fun,
- 9:06Speaker 1: so let's keep going. So recently I needed sneakers. I
- 9:10Speaker 1: really really needed sneakers. I mean, my sneakers were so
- 9:15Speaker 1: beat up, I mean just so beat up, more beat
- 9:20Speaker 1: up than normal. But again I had wrapped even the
- 9:23Speaker 1: sneakers into this larger goal, and so that was keeping
- 9:26Speaker 1: me from where I would have normally replaced the months earlier.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It was keeping me from making that purchase. So I
- 9:35Speaker 1: was like, you know, I got to get here and
- 9:36Speaker 1: then I'll get there. And more on that later. But anyway,
- 9:40Speaker 1: I needed sneakers. I buy a very particular type of
- 9:44Speaker 1: sneaker at a specialty store, and even making that purchase
- 9:49Speaker 1: wasn't as straightforward as normal, because again, like I said,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I wrapped it into this larger goal, and that larger
- 9:57Speaker 1: goal I'm figuring out now one of the reasons it
- 10:01Speaker 1: probably hasn't come into fruition is because I've wrapped my
- 10:05Speaker 1: identity into it all. So there is a story in
- 10:10Speaker 1: my subconscious mind that I've associated with me personally, and
- 10:15Speaker 1: I have more on that later as well. So I
- 10:18Speaker 1: went out, but I was just frustrated, like I have
- 10:21Speaker 1: I love this year of the fire Horse because I'm
- 10:23Speaker 1: noticing when I get frustrated because I'm in aries and
- 10:28Speaker 1: I'm also naturally a pretty peaceful person. So if I
- 10:33Speaker 1: get frustrated, I'm like, oh, this feeling can't stick around.
- 10:36Speaker 1: What needs to happen. Let's get it done now. So
- 10:40Speaker 1: all of that that cocktail of energy within me is like,
- 10:43Speaker 1: let's go now. And I remember waking up and I
- 10:49Speaker 1: was like, I have to get sneakers, and so I
- 10:53Speaker 1: always shop at this same store. But so I'm gonna
- 10:56Speaker 1: give me some gift cards to Arii, And so I
- 10:59Speaker 1: was kind of researching, are there some other brands. I'm
- 11:04Speaker 1: such a brand loyalist when I like, I'm not, Yeah,
- 11:09Speaker 1: Like I have things that I'm just devoted to that
- 11:12Speaker 1: brand because it works for me. And so but I
- 11:15Speaker 1: was like, Okay, what if I need to expand my possibilities.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I have this these Arii gift cards, and so I
- 11:23Speaker 1: was going through the Arii website looking at a bunch
- 11:25Speaker 1: of their their shoes and researching like all the different
- 11:29Speaker 1: possibilities and and so I mean, I will, I won't
- 11:36Speaker 1: lie to you. I wasted a good chunk of time
- 11:39Speaker 1: doing that, because I did wind up going to the
- 11:41Speaker 1: same store that I always go to. And no, I
- 11:46Speaker 1: didn't use my gift cards. I just paid for it, right,
- 11:49Speaker 1: But again, it's all a part of this larger story.
- 11:52Speaker 1: So anyway, I bought my shoes, and as I was
- 11:56Speaker 1: leaving that store, I needed to use the restroom. So
- 11:59Speaker 1: I asked the people in the store, and I have
- 12:01Speaker 1: a story about them. They were wonderful, you know, where
- 12:04Speaker 1: to go, and they told me wearing the mall and
- 12:06Speaker 1: lo and behold, right next to that store was the
- 12:10Speaker 1: store from my receipt visioning. And I hadn't planned to
- 12:14Speaker 1: go in there because I'm like, that's it's not the
- 12:17Speaker 1: time for that. But here's the thing. I come out
- 12:19Speaker 1: of that from beautiful mall, beautiful restrooms, like really well
- 12:24Speaker 1: kept and so I you know, all of that matters
- 12:30Speaker 1: to me. So I'm feeling good. I have new shoes on,
- 12:33Speaker 1: because I mean, my shoes were so trash. Like the
- 12:36Speaker 1: man literally that was helping me was like, do you
- 12:39Speaker 1: want me to recycle these for you? And I was like, yes,
- 12:43Speaker 1: just take them. And so so I'm feeling good, feeling good,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and so I walk out and there's some kids, like
- 12:53Speaker 1: teenage kids, like genuinely teenagers, talking about like, oh, you
- 12:58Speaker 1: manifested with that girl, and I was like, oh, that's cool.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I love that the younger generation is so much more
- 13:07Speaker 1: comfortable with manifestation and saying it. I think that there'll
- 13:12Speaker 1: be so much more less shame around all of this,
- 13:16Speaker 1: and it's just it's going to make us a better planet.
- 13:19Speaker 1: But anyway, so I heard them say that, I was like,
- 13:21Speaker 1: all right, cool. You know when we go on the
- 13:23Speaker 1: store and just see I would I really I hadn't
- 13:27Speaker 1: planned to go in there, but when I came out
- 13:29Speaker 1: of the bathroom, I was like, okay, let me just
- 13:31Speaker 1: walk in, and these kids are talking about manifestation, no pressure,
- 13:34Speaker 1: just let me see what's available. It's all a part
- 13:36Speaker 1: of my manifestation process. Had not planned to buy anything,
- 13:40Speaker 1: and I went in and they have a guy at
- 13:42Speaker 1: the front. He's probably more security than store clerk. But anyway,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you know, the minute I walk in, because you know,
- 13:50Speaker 1: it's all identity stuff, I had had my identity stuff
- 13:54Speaker 1: then the shoe store, and so I mean, like, just
- 13:56Speaker 1: tell him my story. I'm like, I buy from this
- 14:00Speaker 1: brand every seven years, and I like a certain type
- 14:05Speaker 1: of item in terms of size and functionality, and this
- 14:14Speaker 1: is what I always buy. I always buy this brand
- 14:16Speaker 1: my whole adult life. He so, he probably way more
- 14:20Speaker 1: information than he needed, but he was sweet, and he's like,
- 14:23Speaker 1: go upstairs and see this girl. She in this section.
- 14:26Speaker 1: She might know of a bag that would work for you.
- 14:29Speaker 1: It's a bag. I'll tell you it's a bag. I
- 14:32Speaker 1: was hesitant to say bag because my manifestations are my
- 14:36Speaker 1: manifestations and your manifestations are your manifestations. But anyways, it's
- 14:42Speaker 1: a bag. I'm back, and I buy the same brand
- 14:46Speaker 1: all the time here after, you know, every seven years,
- 14:50Speaker 1: like clockwork. So so I go upstairs and you know,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I'm not really expecting a whole lot, and I find
- 14:59Speaker 1: the girl that you know, he had told me to find,
- 15:02Speaker 1: and again I'm I'm loyal to this brand. I have
- 15:06Speaker 1: a particular type in mind, but nothing specific, because this
- 15:10Speaker 1: particular brand changes styles every year. I just wanted to
- 15:15Speaker 1: see what was available and feel into it again in
- 15:20Speaker 1: my mind at this point, it's still all a part
- 15:22Speaker 1: of this larger manifestation. So so I go, I find
- 15:30Speaker 1: this girl and she she wasn't all that helpful initially,
- 15:36Speaker 1: like right, she wasn't. She's like, no, I don't really know,
- 15:39Speaker 1: we don't really have anything like that, because I'm showing
- 15:41Speaker 1: them my present bag, and and so I was like okay,
- 15:47Speaker 1: And then you know, I was turning to leave, and
- 15:49Speaker 1: out of the corner of my eye I see a
- 15:52Speaker 1: bag that would work, and it was right for my personality,
- 15:57Speaker 1: but not my preferred color. So funny, the colors that
- 16:01Speaker 1: they had out would have been is the exact color
- 16:04Speaker 1: I currently had. You know, at that time, I thought,
- 16:07Speaker 1: you know, seven years earlier, and so at one time
- 16:10Speaker 1: that that color that was out matched my personality I was.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I was into it. It was it was red, but
- 16:19Speaker 1: you know, now in la forties, I wanted I want
- 16:23Speaker 1: it black. I want it black, and I like, I
- 16:26Speaker 1: like the trend that of the black bag. And so
- 16:29Speaker 1: I told her that, and she was like, wow, I
- 16:35Speaker 1: haven't seen one again. She's bless her herd. She's amazing.
- 16:40Speaker 1: She wasn't like helpful in the sense that like she
- 16:44Speaker 1: was trying to help me figure it out. But I
- 16:47Speaker 1: actually really appreciated that because I had to be in
- 16:52Speaker 1: that moment. I had to make the choices and decisions
- 16:55Speaker 1: for myself. And so I said to her, well, go check.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Like I I'm like, what am I doing. I'm not
- 17:01Speaker 1: trying to buy a bag today, Like I was like,
- 17:03Speaker 1: just go check right and see if they do have it,
- 17:08Speaker 1: and so so she does. Sweet she goes and doesn't,
- 17:14Speaker 1: and I notice as I'm standing there, I'm looking at it.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, this price is so much lower than
- 17:19Speaker 1: I envisioned. And so in that moment, I made the
- 17:23Speaker 1: decision that if they have the my color, if they
- 17:26Speaker 1: have it in black, that's my sign. I'm going to
- 17:29Speaker 1: take the bag home tonight. It feels right to me.
- 17:32Speaker 1: And she came out and sure enough she had it.
- 17:35Speaker 1: She's like, oh, I didn't even know we had these bags.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I was like, cool, if this was met for me,
- 17:40Speaker 1: And so I go downstairs to check out, and I,
- 17:44Speaker 1: you know, again, I'm feeling pretty light, kind of weird,
- 17:47Speaker 1: but light about it all because, you know, I was like, wow,
- 17:52Speaker 1: I'm really going to do this. It's not I mean,
- 17:55Speaker 1: it's not a huge cost, but still it wasn't. It
- 17:58Speaker 1: wasn't in alignment with the scheme I had created for
- 18:02Speaker 1: myself around the purchase. But it felt easy and felt calm,
- 18:07Speaker 1: and I already made the decision that it was meant
- 18:09Speaker 1: for me and so, and in truth, when I buy
- 18:15Speaker 1: bags from this particular brand, that's the way it always unfolds.
- 18:19Speaker 1: It's always like, yeah, I'm time for bag. Let's go
- 18:22Speaker 1: and see what they have. And then I see something
- 18:24Speaker 1: and I'm like, yes, that's exactly what I want it,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and then I buy it. Done right, So it was
- 18:29Speaker 1: feeling like that. So I was like, yeah, this is
- 18:31Speaker 1: checking all the boxes. The only difference was this time
- 18:35Speaker 1: around because I wrapped it into this larger story. But
- 18:39Speaker 1: it felt right, and it felt the line, just focusing
- 18:43Speaker 1: on the bag purchase right, not thinking about the larger manifestation,
- 18:47Speaker 1: just this thing. So when I checked out and the
- 18:52Speaker 1: gal at the counterhands me the receipt, I'm I have
- 18:57Speaker 1: my hand, my left hand, that's my dominant hand in
- 19:00Speaker 1: my current person and I was putting, you know, my
- 19:03Speaker 1: card away and stuff, and so I was reached. I
- 19:06Speaker 1: reach out with my right hand and I look down
- 19:12Speaker 1: and I'm holding I'm holding their recteat almost exactly the
- 19:17Speaker 1: way I imagined it. And there's the store name and
- 19:21Speaker 1: the address, and that's you know, the specific shopping center
- 19:25Speaker 1: was named. And I had pictured, I pictured all of this.
- 19:30Speaker 1: It was printed right there, and I'd been picturing this
- 19:33Speaker 1: in this moment and holding it in my right hand.
- 19:37Speaker 1: And because I had seen this scene so many times
- 19:39Speaker 1: in my mind's eye, standing in the store holding the
- 19:42Speaker 1: receipt in my hand, I realized, like, holy shit, Like
- 19:46Speaker 1: I say, what the kids outside, I manifested this. I never,
- 19:49Speaker 1: you know, sometimes I say that, but usually I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 19:54Speaker 1: this happened, And you know, I usually don't use that terminology.
- 19:58Speaker 1: But I said to the checkers, like, manifested this, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: she's like, oh okay. And so what change. What change
- 20:09Speaker 1: was not how much I wanted to be item. What
- 20:11Speaker 1: change was where I put my focus and the whole
- 20:14Speaker 1: reason for this show. I stopped imagining the thing itself
- 20:18Speaker 1: because I told you it wasn't working. But it was
- 20:21Speaker 1: working in the sense of keeping it in the forefront
- 20:23Speaker 1: of my mind, right to the point where I'm like,
- 20:27Speaker 1: I know where I will buy it. I know the
- 20:30Speaker 1: general price range it will be in. And it was
- 20:32Speaker 1: much lower than every price range I had predicted. Yeah,
- 20:38Speaker 1: I was in the forefront of my mind, and so
- 20:40Speaker 1: it made it easy when I was making this shift
- 20:44Speaker 1: into focusing on just a very specific end result. To
- 20:49Speaker 1: cultivate that, and I want to be clear about this,
- 20:53Speaker 1: I had to stop focusing on the larger coal itself
- 20:57Speaker 1: and just imagine that end result, Holy, that receipt from
- 21:01Speaker 1: that store, from that mall in my right hand, and
- 21:06Speaker 1: I even had visual representation on a vision board and
- 21:10Speaker 1: I just focused on it as if it had already happened. Now,
- 21:18Speaker 1: manifestate that was fucking rat and cool. And I did
- 21:20Speaker 1: go home and I was happy, right, I was happy.
- 21:26Speaker 1: But I still use the bag still setting it sits
- 21:30Speaker 1: on this table. I look at it literally every day.
- 21:35Speaker 1: It still has the dag on it. And it's because
- 21:40Speaker 1: I did notice a lot of mental noise and emotional upheaval.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I think it's all associated with this larger manifestation. I
- 21:48Speaker 1: even caught a cold, you know, I shared that on
- 21:51Speaker 1: a previous podcast right after. I think that's all associate
- 21:56Speaker 1: with it. I was doing another practice for another manifestation
- 22:01Speaker 1: I'm working. That was a lot of clearing work, so
- 22:05Speaker 1: a lot of feelings and noise and came out for me.
- 22:09Speaker 1: After this purchase, interestingly has nothing to do with the purchase,
- 22:14Speaker 1: I still feel really good about it. I still find
- 22:16Speaker 1: to keep the bag. I still feel that the manifestation
- 22:20Speaker 1: of that thing was clean and undeniable. So here's what
- 22:25Speaker 1: I want you to play with in your manifestation process.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Instead of vision boarding the object or the desire, ask
- 22:33Speaker 1: yourself what would you physically see after the desire has
- 22:39Speaker 1: been fulfilled? Would you see a business card with your
- 22:42Speaker 1: name on it? Would you see a text message with
- 22:46Speaker 1: a confirmation. Would you see a payment notification? Would you
- 22:50Speaker 1: see a set of keys in your purse? Would you
- 22:54Speaker 1: see I have a client manifesting love and she sees
- 23:01Speaker 1: herself walking down the aisle, not as a movie but
- 23:05Speaker 1: as her eyeline, and she's looking at her soon to
- 23:09Speaker 1: be husband and he's smiling. Whatever it is, imagine the
- 23:15Speaker 1: end result. Place yourself there and imagine what you would
- 23:18Speaker 1: see and keep it simple and then watch it unfold naturally.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Now Here here are all my pieces to this story,
- 23:28Speaker 1: because manifestation is simple, but you know we humans make
- 23:33Speaker 1: things very complicated. So here's my strong recommendation. Be specific
- 23:40Speaker 1: about the desire and at the same time at the
- 23:44Speaker 1: same time, I put it in caps in my in
- 23:47Speaker 1: my notes here, believe that what you want is possible. Okay,
- 23:51Speaker 1: So let's go back to my flash cards I made
- 23:55Speaker 1: because I'm a fucking nerd and I love it. I'm
- 23:56Speaker 1: a manifestation nerd and or spiritual nerd. It's all one
- 24:02Speaker 1: and the same to me. So those slash cards I
- 24:06Speaker 1: had made. One of them is keys. I imagined having
- 24:13Speaker 1: a key on my car fob. I have my car fob.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It's just been because my current place, I have a keypad,
- 24:22Speaker 1: and so my keypad was always doing funky things. And
- 24:26Speaker 1: so recently I asked my landlord for key and now
- 24:34Speaker 1: there's a key, but it's for my same place. You know,
- 24:37Speaker 1: I've been a part part of my manifestations. This larger
- 24:41Speaker 1: manifestation is an upgrade in place. And so I looked
- 24:45Speaker 1: at that, and I said, huh, I manifested. So I
- 24:49Speaker 1: thought one of my flash cards was there's a key
- 24:52Speaker 1: on my keyfab for my new place, on the key
- 24:57Speaker 1: ring with my keyfob for my car for many place,
- 25:01Speaker 1: and but I just put for my apartment, right, I
- 25:05Speaker 1: just put key on my keyring for my apartment and
- 25:13Speaker 1: now I have a key on my keyring with my
- 25:16Speaker 1: flog for my current place because I was being specific,
- 25:22Speaker 1: but I was at the same time not holding believe
- 25:26Speaker 1: that the apartment is possible. So I'll say it to
- 25:30Speaker 1: you again, be specific about that in result and at
- 25:34Speaker 1: the same time believe that what you want is possible
- 25:36Speaker 1: for you. And when I say this, you know, with
- 25:39Speaker 1: imagining the end result, the one that came through was
- 25:43Speaker 1: the back right, but I've had lots of end results
- 25:47Speaker 1: come through that I was. You know that we're on
- 25:49Speaker 1: the flashcards that I was envisioning that were the same
- 25:53Speaker 1: thing I already have. So like the key, like I
- 25:57Speaker 1: have a key for my current place now I'm a kiva.
- 26:03Speaker 1: So that's what I was envisioning, focusing on that and result.
- 26:08Speaker 1: What was getting in the way of it being for
- 26:11Speaker 1: a new place is my belief in it. So and
- 26:14Speaker 1: again I've had since I've been doing this, I've had
- 26:18Speaker 1: multiple things show up like that where nothing changed other
- 26:21Speaker 1: than now I see this this end result in my
- 26:25Speaker 1: physical reality. This is how powerful you are and your
- 26:31Speaker 1: negative shit, the part of you that doesn't believe, is
- 26:35Speaker 1: just as powerful. So my next very strong recommendation and
- 26:42Speaker 1: this is a part of a larger story, and I
- 26:45Speaker 1: do believe over the course of twenty twenty six, I'll
- 26:48Speaker 1: be revisiting this on the show. Is let go of
- 26:52Speaker 1: this scheming. I now can see that this desire had
- 26:56Speaker 1: not come into form because I was willing to consider
- 27:01Speaker 1: anything outside of that larger manifestation. I had a scheme
- 27:06Speaker 1: in mind for how and when it would cut this
- 27:10Speaker 1: bag would come into my possession, and it was always
- 27:13Speaker 1: associate with this larger manifestation. I promise you this is
- 27:16Speaker 1: the only time I've ever done that with bags. If
- 27:19Speaker 1: I need a bag or I want a bag, and
- 27:21Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm gonna go get back, and let's just
- 27:23Speaker 1: see how it goes, right, Let's see if I find
- 27:25Speaker 1: what I'm looking for. And I always do and it's cool.
- 27:28Speaker 1: But because of the emotional charge surrounding this larger manifestation,
- 27:33Speaker 1: it was keeping the bag from me. And I was
- 27:35Speaker 1: due for a bag. And when I say do for
- 27:37Speaker 1: a bag, it's it's in my current one, which I'm
- 27:46Speaker 1: still caring. It's just old. It's you know, it's it's old.
- 27:51Speaker 1: It's time for it to be replaced. And I knew that.
- 27:55Speaker 1: I knew that, and so I would say to separate
- 28:02Speaker 1: out your desires and see them just as they are.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Let go of this scheme and even let go of
- 28:12Speaker 1: the larger you know, for me, the larger manifestation. I'm
- 28:15Speaker 1: still playing with this one, and the concrete wisdom isn't
- 28:20Speaker 1: fully cemented within me. So again, I think I will
- 28:25Speaker 1: continue to teach on this, but I do think there
- 28:28Speaker 1: is something to be said about just focus on the
- 28:32Speaker 1: individual desires. And honestly, I the only reason I separated
- 28:39Speaker 1: it out though, was because I was still trying to
- 28:41Speaker 1: work on that larger desire and I thought, oh, this
- 28:43Speaker 1: is another process that can put me in the vibration
- 28:49Speaker 1: of this thing that I want. I was just still
- 28:54Speaker 1: looking for an energetic way into that larger manifestation. And
- 29:00Speaker 1: I'm still pondering if I need to just let go
- 29:02Speaker 1: of the larger manifestations. And when I say let go,
- 29:06Speaker 1: not give it up. Fuck no, don't ever give up
- 29:08Speaker 1: your desire, I mean surrender it to heaven and then
- 29:13Speaker 1: just focus my human power on the aspects of that manifestation,
- 29:20Speaker 1: like each each part of it. Right, But again, I'm
- 29:26Speaker 1: at a crossroads on this perspective. I haven't committed one
- 29:29Speaker 1: way or another. I do think there is some surrender
- 29:34Speaker 1: that's involved. However, what I'm most recognizing is I'm going
- 29:40Speaker 1: to have to break up the story that I've been
- 29:44Speaker 1: telling myself about the larger manifestation and all the parts
- 29:48Speaker 1: to it. And so the real work is going to
- 29:51Speaker 1: be dismantling the story because I think that emotional upheaval
- 29:56Speaker 1: I was feeling after I got home and then even
- 30:00Speaker 1: and the resulting illness, I think it's all a part
- 30:04Speaker 1: of the emotional charge around this larger manifestation. So I
- 30:08Speaker 1: do know the story has I need to dismantle this story.
- 30:11Speaker 1: I'm just not sure how, and I'm working through it
- 30:14Speaker 1: every day, but I know the story's not working, and
- 30:21Speaker 1: it's not even been all that comfortable. So so much
- 30:26Speaker 1: so that I have the item, I want it, and
- 30:29Speaker 1: as I've said, I haven't started using it. It's just
- 30:32Speaker 1: sitting on the table with a tag on it. Again,
- 30:36Speaker 1: I don't feel anything about the item. It's more associated
- 30:39Speaker 1: with this larger manifestation and what it all means. And
- 30:44Speaker 1: while one part of me knows I'm worthy of it
- 30:47Speaker 1: and I will keep it, I fully intend to keep it,
- 30:50Speaker 1: and I do see myself using the bag there's still
- 30:54Speaker 1: a part of me that feels resistance because it didn't
- 30:56Speaker 1: come as a part of this larger manifestation. And that
- 31:01Speaker 1: is my cue that I've wrapped my identity up in
- 31:05Speaker 1: this situation. And i want to share with you about identity,
- 31:12Speaker 1: but I'm not going to talk about my larger manifestation.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Go to talk about the shoes. It's so funny. I
- 31:19Speaker 1: just saw that this is a thirty one minute show.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I never do shows this log, but I pray if
- 31:24Speaker 1: you're a manifesto you find this interesting. I mean, if
- 31:28Speaker 1: I was looking for shows on people who manifest I
- 31:32Speaker 1: would love this story. So let's keep going. So let's
- 31:34Speaker 1: talk about identity and wrapping your identity up in a manifestation.
- 31:38Speaker 1: So the shoes, the shoes were a trickle from this
- 31:44Speaker 1: larger manifestation. But I didn't again, I was like, no,
- 31:47Speaker 1: I need shoes, Like no, I'm not holding off on that.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Shoes are very important to me. Good quality shoes are
- 31:55Speaker 1: of value. You know, I don't. I don't fuck her
- 31:58Speaker 1: out with my feet because my feet are connected to
- 32:01Speaker 1: my knees and you know, like I wanted, I want
- 32:04Speaker 1: to live and move and be be active. So shoes
- 32:09Speaker 1: are important and I always wear a certain type of shoe,
- 32:14Speaker 1: and uh, but I was having some hesitation around going
- 32:23Speaker 1: and buying a pair of shoes, which again, like the
- 32:25Speaker 1: bad situation, I never used to have hesitation around, So
- 32:28Speaker 1: it is definitely connected to this larger manifestation. But okay,
- 32:34Speaker 1: so I told you I was researching options because of
- 32:37Speaker 1: the ARII gift cards I had, and in that process this,
- 32:42Speaker 1: I was up early. Like I I remember the night
- 32:45Speaker 1: before I had gone in my car and my feet
- 32:48Speaker 1: were just kind of moving around in my shoes, which
- 32:51Speaker 1: I hate, and I was like, no, this needs to
- 32:54Speaker 1: get resolved. So the next morning, of course, I get
- 32:56Speaker 1: up and I start researching my options. And you know,
- 33:01Speaker 1: I don't think any of this is accidental. And I
- 33:03Speaker 1: do think when you have a fed up moment, the
- 33:06Speaker 1: whole universe is applauding and saying, yes, we're gonna help
- 33:10Speaker 1: you get that up, because this is you opening the
- 33:13Speaker 1: door to what you want. And so in the process
- 33:16Speaker 1: of researching, you know, various options for shoes. Even though
- 33:20Speaker 1: I always buy the same shoe, same brand, same type
- 33:24Speaker 1: of shoe in that brand, I discovered that after ten
- 33:30Speaker 1: years or probably when did I buy my first pair
- 33:33Speaker 1: of these, probably right after my divorce. I discovered this
- 33:37Speaker 1: type of shoe, and I had had so many beautiful
- 33:42Speaker 1: experiences of buying the shoe. Like I remember, I moved
- 33:45Speaker 1: back to San Francisco and I needed shoes, and I
- 33:49Speaker 1: remember like saying, like, I really need shoes spirit And
- 33:53Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, I closed the sale. And
- 33:57Speaker 1: it was a day where like the on it come
- 34:00Speaker 1: out because it you know, and I was like, I'm
- 34:02Speaker 1: going right now, and I hopped on the bar train,
- 34:05Speaker 1: went to footlocker, bought this beautiful pair that was they
- 34:09Speaker 1: really were more design focused back then. And I remember
- 34:14Speaker 1: buying these shoes and I got so many compliments, and
- 34:17Speaker 1: I was walking all over the place and I love
- 34:19Speaker 1: these shoes. So I had so many stories associate with
- 34:23Speaker 1: this type of shoe in this brand, okay, And to
- 34:26Speaker 1: the point that, let me be honest, my identity was
- 34:30Speaker 1: wrapped up and a shoe and so and researching my
- 34:42Speaker 1: options because I was thinking of deviating from that shoe,
- 34:45Speaker 1: but I was still going to get the same type
- 34:47Speaker 1: of shoe for you know, my type of foot. I
- 34:52Speaker 1: realized that, you know, I wound up on this page.
- 34:58Speaker 1: They were a six. I wound up on the ACEX
- 35:00Speaker 1: website and they were like, look at the bottom of
- 35:02Speaker 1: your shoe and they'll tell you what type of shoe
- 35:04Speaker 1: you need. And so I look at the bottom of
- 35:06Speaker 1: my shoe, and this thing I thought I was doing,
- 35:09Speaker 1: I thought I overpronated, turns out I don't. I don't.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Actually here it is ten years so attached to this story.
- 35:17Speaker 1: I've told so many people about these shoes and about
- 35:20Speaker 1: me discovering that overpronate, and you know, I'm not sure.
- 35:23Speaker 1: I'd seen a bunch of doctors and we figured out
- 35:26Speaker 1: what the right shoe was and it was such an experience.
- 35:28Speaker 1: I remember this and I actually think this all started
- 35:31Speaker 1: like the last couple of years of my marriage, trying
- 35:34Speaker 1: to figure out the right shoe for me. I'd gone
- 35:36Speaker 1: a doctors and everything. But so I turned them over
- 35:40Speaker 1: and you'll know by the wear pattern on the shoes
- 35:43Speaker 1: and the way mine were wearing, it was suggesting that
- 35:48Speaker 1: I actually didn't overpronate. I think I actually do. But
- 35:54Speaker 1: now let's go to the store this year when I
- 35:56Speaker 1: go in there to buy them, and I'm you know,
- 35:59Speaker 1: I'm trying on the keanus, which is what I normally wear,
- 36:03Speaker 1: and I'm trying them on and nothing's feeling right. And
- 36:06Speaker 1: I promise you, every time I've bought a pair of these,
- 36:08Speaker 1: it's just like, yes, this is the right chew, but
- 36:10Speaker 1: it's boom boom boom. It flows right. Nothing's flowing other
- 36:15Speaker 1: than I have like the best sales clerk ever, and
- 36:19Speaker 1: he is just so kind and so gentle, and he's
- 36:22Speaker 1: making so many suggestions to me, but not from a
- 36:25Speaker 1: place of trying to get me to decide or rush me,
- 36:29Speaker 1: just giving me good quality information and then giving me space.
- 36:33Speaker 1: He's like, Okay, I'm gonna go over here for a
- 36:35Speaker 1: little bit. I'll be right back, and he would certainly
- 36:37Speaker 1: come back and stand there and talk to me about it.
- 36:40Speaker 1: And you know, I'm still gonna get the Keanos, even
- 36:43Speaker 1: though I'm like, oh, maybe I don't need the Kanas.
- 36:46Speaker 1: And so I just happen to say, I'm like, you know,
- 36:50Speaker 1: these aren't feeling totally right, but maybe it's this. And
- 36:53Speaker 1: he was making suggestions. He's like, maybe go a size
- 36:55Speaker 1: up and maybe do this, and I was like, no,
- 36:57Speaker 1: I don't do that. I'm the same size shoe forever.
- 37:01Speaker 1: This is the way it's supposed to go. Again, My
- 37:03Speaker 1: identity very attached to the storyline and truly, truly because
- 37:10Speaker 1: he was so compassionate, and you know, obviously I'm an
- 37:15Speaker 1: excellent psychic. That's when I came to this plan to
- 37:17Speaker 1: be so I'm tuning into this energy. I'm like, why
- 37:20Speaker 1: is he being so compassionate? And then I paused and
- 37:24Speaker 1: I started playing through what I've been saying, and I'm like,
- 37:27Speaker 1: oh my god, this is like like I'm in a
- 37:30Speaker 1: therapy session in terms of like all the feelings coming
- 37:33Speaker 1: up around this damn shoe for me. And so finally
- 37:36Speaker 1: I said that, I said, you know, I was looking
- 37:38Speaker 1: online and I think I might not overpronate as much
- 37:44Speaker 1: as I think because this is the way the shoes
- 37:46Speaker 1: are wearing. Now. All of a sudden, another clerk shows
- 37:49Speaker 1: up and she's like, yeah, you know, they changed the design,
- 37:53Speaker 1: and you know, around the pandemic and the way their
- 37:59Speaker 1: design it may be causing you to overcorrect and so
- 38:05Speaker 1: you might actually need this type of shoe because it's
- 38:08Speaker 1: made a little more. I don't know. She explained it
- 38:11Speaker 1: all to me. It was beautiful. She was wonderful, fucking amazing.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Then the manager comes over. Everybody's trying to support me
- 38:18Speaker 1: because my whole fucking identities wrapped up in these damn shoes.
- 38:22Speaker 1: And so interestingly, there are no coincidences. I get all
- 38:27Speaker 1: of their emails, and they've been advertising the shoe I
- 38:30Speaker 1: ultimately wound up with, and I kept seeing I was like, oh,
- 38:32Speaker 1: I thought, that's even somebody else that said me, like, oh,
- 38:35Speaker 1: you probably wear the Nimphasis. I'm like, no, I wear
- 38:38Speaker 1: the Kano. Like, so all the signs were showing up
- 38:42Speaker 1: to say that I probably need to change shoes. And
- 38:44Speaker 1: one of the reasons why my previous shoes were so
- 38:48Speaker 1: trash was because of this issue. They're not the right
- 38:50Speaker 1: shoe anymore. And so I wound up with a different
- 38:55Speaker 1: type of AACEX the Nemphasis, and I mean, they're fucking amazing.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Like I literally feel like I am floating. I could
- 39:05Speaker 1: do anything in these frickin' shoes. And you know, again,
- 39:11Speaker 1: like the guy comes and he's like, do you do
- 39:13Speaker 1: you want me to recycle? You're almost like like, I
- 39:17Speaker 1: did not realize how much emotion I had associated with
- 39:23Speaker 1: all of this, And I think a little bit was
- 39:26Speaker 1: because of all those experiences, and they happened right after
- 39:30Speaker 1: my divorce, and you know, I felt like this was
- 39:33Speaker 1: a part of my identity. And I'm this single now
- 39:37Speaker 1: newly divorced, single woman, you know, live in her life.
- 39:43Speaker 1: You know what, My spirit gutch just flashed, you know,
- 39:47Speaker 1: Mary Tyler Moore living in a city like you know, yeah,
- 39:51Speaker 1: that was so all my identity turns out wrong shoes.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Got the right shoes feel amazing, like truly truly feel
- 40:02Speaker 1: amazing physically, like no back pain. It wasn't just that
- 40:06Speaker 1: my shoes were old, they were the wrong shoe. And
- 40:09Speaker 1: so this is when I'm talking about identity being wrapped
- 40:13Speaker 1: up in a story. It can make it really difficult
- 40:17Speaker 1: to manifest whatever it is that you want right because
- 40:21Speaker 1: and you have to kind of unravel that specifically look
- 40:25Speaker 1: dismantling the limiting beliefs, the limiting perspectives. This is who
- 40:33Speaker 1: I am. But what if you claiming this is who
- 40:36Speaker 1: I am is working against you. Now, the tricky thing
- 40:41Speaker 1: is that, yes, there are some things that are who
- 40:43Speaker 1: we are. Like I'm still going to be a person
- 40:46Speaker 1: who wears sneakers more often than not, and I'm still
- 40:50Speaker 1: going to always buy high quality sneakers, but me being
- 40:53Speaker 1: wrapped up in one specific type of sneaker because I
- 40:56Speaker 1: had these previous experiences which were right. It wasn't that
- 41:01Speaker 1: the sneaker was wrong. Remember the girls showed up to
- 41:03Speaker 1: say to me they changed the design and so but
- 41:08Speaker 1: I was so locked into that. And here's here at
- 41:11Speaker 1: one another layer to this. In terms of these nimbusis,
- 41:15Speaker 1: what AREI actually sells them as the most stuff in
- 41:19Speaker 1: terms of basics are these nembhusis. So I could have
- 41:22Speaker 1: gone that route, but I'm so grateful I didn't. And
- 41:28Speaker 1: I'm sharing all of this with you because we associating
- 41:35Speaker 1: identity with our desires or a specific experience is often
- 41:40Speaker 1: getting in the way of we manifesting exactly what we want.
- 41:44Speaker 1: And I'm using physical items, but this applies to romantic relationships,
- 41:50Speaker 1: a job where we live. Right. So, if you're finding
- 41:54Speaker 1: that you've been working a manifestation for a long period
- 41:57Speaker 1: of time and it hasn't been coming through, this is
- 42:00Speaker 1: what I'm acknowledging about this larger modifestation. You've probably wrapped
- 42:06Speaker 1: your identity up in it to where all of this
- 42:09Speaker 1: stuff now means something about you, and that that perspective
- 42:14Speaker 1: goes against universal law. It goes against universal law. There
- 42:21Speaker 1: are things that you can love and you can appreciate
- 42:24Speaker 1: and be passionate about and make you feel fantastic. But
- 42:30Speaker 1: it doesn't mean anything about you personally. You are still
- 42:35Speaker 1: a magical child of God no matter what. But if
- 42:39Speaker 1: you are, if your magic and your perspective of being
- 42:43Speaker 1: a perfect child of God wanes based on something, it
- 42:48Speaker 1: probably means you've wrapped up your identity into that thing,
- 42:52Speaker 1: and that needs to be unraveled so that your desire
- 42:56Speaker 1: can manifest because that's in accordance with universe soul law.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Feel me, So, you're desiring has to be clean. You're
- 43:10Speaker 1: desiring has to be clean. This is why forgiveness work helps.
- 43:15Speaker 1: This is why releasing helps. This is why having conversations
- 43:19Speaker 1: about what you want helps. Because I can read it psychically.
- 43:23Speaker 1: It's you know, it's much harder to read for myself clearly,
- 43:26Speaker 1: but I did.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I could read that they were being so nice to
- 43:30Speaker 2: me and giving me so much attention because I realized,
- 43:34Speaker 2: oh my god, they're being compassionate because some way, somehow,
- 43:37Speaker 2: I'm like a wounded.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Little bird about this about a fucking shoe purchase, right,
- 43:44Speaker 1: and I'm so grateful to them. But it was also
- 43:47Speaker 1: compassionate to myself, but also aware, like I started paying
- 43:50Speaker 1: attention to what I was saying, and I was like,
- 43:52Speaker 1: oh my god, Amy, it's just a fucking pair of shoes.
- 43:56Speaker 1: This brand, Yes, you love it, it works for you, it's right,
- 44:00Speaker 1: But this type, you could take it or leave it
- 44:05Speaker 1: if there's a better type in the store that would
- 44:06Speaker 1: work for you. Right. So it took me a minute,
- 44:10Speaker 1: and they still were like they bathed me all the
- 44:13Speaker 1: way up to the check. I mean I was and
- 44:15Speaker 1: it had nothing to do I'll say, this had nothing
- 44:17Speaker 1: to do with money, nothing to do with money. Everything
- 44:22Speaker 1: that I was going through, all the blocks around this identity,
- 44:28Speaker 1: and so that's what was making desiring not unclean, right.
- 44:35Speaker 1: I was creating this world around this desire which was
- 44:40Speaker 1: really in need. And I think this is how we
- 44:43Speaker 1: get in the way of our needs being met. And
- 44:46Speaker 1: I think that's why it's sometimes difficult to believe that
- 44:48Speaker 1: God will meet our all of our needs, because we
- 44:50Speaker 1: have stories attached to it, meaning one more time, we've
- 44:55Speaker 1: made this thing mean something about us. I did this
- 44:59Speaker 1: with friend ends. So why I you know, for years
- 45:04Speaker 1: I lived in a patch of narcissists because it wasn't
- 45:10Speaker 1: that my needs were necessarily being met in those friendships.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Most of the time they weren't. But I had attached
- 45:17Speaker 1: my identity to what it meant to have a best friend. Oh,
- 45:22Speaker 1: I need to have a best friend. Matter of fact,
- 45:24Speaker 1: little kid me. That's how she learned to manifest is
- 45:27Speaker 1: that she would pray every night for a best friend.
- 45:31Speaker 1: And then she manifested these friends who were her friends
- 45:34Speaker 1: for twenty five years, and they had narcissistic tendencies lovely people,
- 45:42Speaker 1: lovely lovely, lovely people. But as a result of that dynamic,
- 45:48Speaker 1: you know, that made that you know, all my codependency
- 45:51Speaker 1: came up and I started to wrap my identity up
- 45:55Speaker 1: in relationships that weren't necessarily serving me. Well, I can
- 46:00Speaker 1: say that to you very cleanly. But as I was
- 46:02Speaker 1: making this break a way, it was painful acknowledging, Oh, wow,
- 46:09Speaker 1: my needs aren't being met. Not that it has anything
- 46:12Speaker 1: to do with them. No, they are who they are,
- 46:15Speaker 1: and I've had some wonderful times with all of them.
- 46:19Speaker 1: But I had wrapped my identity up, not in these people,
- 46:23Speaker 1: but in what it meant to be associated with this
- 46:26Speaker 1: type of dynamic. I have a best friend, these are
- 46:30Speaker 1: my best friends. I have friends. Okay, so what does
- 46:34Speaker 1: it mean if I didn't have a damn friend, does
- 46:36Speaker 1: it make me any less of a magical child of God. No,
- 46:40Speaker 1: that's when I'm talking about identity. And so I wanted
- 46:44Speaker 1: to share this as a sidebar to this show. If
- 46:47Speaker 1: you did get this far into it, Yes, the show
- 46:50Speaker 1: is about focusing on end result, but it can be
- 46:53Speaker 1: difficult to allow what we want in even as we're
- 46:56Speaker 1: doing these practices. If our identity is wrap up in it.
- 47:00Speaker 1: And I keep saying identity because that is the message.
- 47:08Speaker 1: So if there's something that you want, stop making it
- 47:12Speaker 1: mean something about you if you have it or don't
- 47:14Speaker 1: have it, and then it will come into your life
- 47:19Speaker 1: very easily. You'll be going to the bathroom and next
- 47:22Speaker 1: thing you know, ten minutes later, Yeah, what you want? Right. So,
- 47:28Speaker 1: And this is also fun, and I think, in my opinion,
- 47:31Speaker 1: this is what makes manifestation one of the hardest spiritual pasts.
- 47:36Speaker 1: But I also think it's what makes it so incredibly fun.
- 47:40Speaker 1: I love the journey of expanding my awareness. I love
- 47:43Speaker 1: that I can say to you that there was a me,
- 47:46Speaker 1: an old version of me that was more attached to
- 47:50Speaker 1: having a best friend, being able to say she had
- 47:53Speaker 1: a best friend, and what that meant about her than
- 47:56Speaker 1: the actual quality of those relationships, because in truth, they
- 48:02Speaker 1: weren't meeting my needs. I could feel it all the time.
- 48:06Speaker 1: You know, one of the women I was friends with,
- 48:10Speaker 1: I literally lived nine miles away from her for a decade,
- 48:14Speaker 1: just across the bridge, just across the bridge, and I
- 48:19Speaker 1: saw her like a handful of times. But if you
- 48:22Speaker 1: had asked that old version of me, she is my
- 48:25Speaker 1: best best friend in the whole wide world, who I
- 48:29Speaker 1: saw a handful of times in nine years. Right, that's crazy,
- 48:34Speaker 1: And it wasn't that. Oh, that's just the way it went.
- 48:37Speaker 1: There was always a desire to spend time with her,
- 48:39Speaker 1: there was always a need for connection. Right, So my
- 48:44Speaker 1: needs weren't being met. But I wasn't focused on that,
- 48:47Speaker 1: even though I could feel it, I could feel that
- 48:49Speaker 1: sting of the need not being met. I was more
- 48:51Speaker 1: focused on what it meant to be able to say, I, Amy,
- 48:56Speaker 1: Yancy have a best friend. You feel me? So look
- 49:01Speaker 1: at those things. I think that's fun. I mean, yes,
- 49:05Speaker 1: it's painful and heal and you grieve and you move
- 49:09Speaker 1: through it absolutely, But I love that there're now that
- 49:15Speaker 1: I know that about myself, and that charge is not
- 49:17Speaker 1: there and now I could let go of those relationships
- 49:21Speaker 1: and open myself up to a whole other way of living.
- 49:26Speaker 1: So if you find it fun overcoming your resistance dismantling
- 49:32Speaker 1: an identity that doesn't serve you, then I would love
- 49:36Speaker 1: to support you in your journey of manifesting the life
