- 0:08Speaker 1: Allelujah, Praise the Lord.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Good morning everybody.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Thank you again Pastor and your dear wife, lovely family
- 0:33Speaker 3: for this opportunity. It is always an honor and a
- 0:39Speaker 3: privilege to serve Jesus. And I have been blessed already
- 0:44Speaker 3: when I came in, I sat at the office and
- 0:48Speaker 3: I was listening to the pastor who was ministring phenomenal,
- 0:52Speaker 3: phenomenal truths. I think we should bless God for that day,
- 0:56Speaker 3: Men of God.
- 1:00Speaker 2: The first the name of the Lord, and then.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I want to particularly appreciate your pastor. Many of you
- 1:09Speaker 3: may not realize that this section of the conference was
- 1:16Speaker 3: designed to do something to your mind and your understanding,
- 1:21Speaker 3: and it is a phenomenal vision because most times we
- 1:24Speaker 3: focus on the spiritual experience of believers, and then we do.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Not pay attention to.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Intentionally building their thoughts their understanding, and so we have
- 1:37Speaker 3: zelos people spiritually, but we have them failing all over
- 1:40Speaker 3: in life because they do not have the requisite.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Level of mental transformation.
- 1:46Speaker 3: The Bible says, let this mind be in you Philippians
- 1:50Speaker 3: chapter two and verse five, which was also in Christ.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Jesus away together. Now it is very important. There was
- 1:58Speaker 3: a kind of thinking a frame of understanding that Jesus had.
- 2:03Speaker 3: It was not just because the Holy Ghost was upon him.
- 2:07Speaker 3: You see, it takes the oil and the vessel for
- 2:10Speaker 3: a miracle to happen, not the oil alone. The oil
- 2:14Speaker 3: and the vessel, and the oil will always assume the
- 2:18Speaker 3: size of the vessel.
- 2:20Speaker 2: If the vessel is small, the oil will look small.
- 2:24Speaker 3: I think we should turn this discharge to a prayer point. Already, Father,
- 2:28Speaker 3: expand my understanding. Lift your voice and pray. Span my understanding.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Someone is praying. Expand my understanding. Charlie Backer pros scad
- 2:47Speaker 3: Leco Theater, Expand my understanding. In the name of Jesus Christ, Father,
- 3:12Speaker 3: we pray that you will help us this morning. Grant
- 3:16Speaker 3: us illumination in Jesus' name. Cay, please be seated. I
- 3:22Speaker 3: want you to get something to write, and then please
- 3:24Speaker 3: be prepared to listen.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Yesterday was the crusade. This is a leadership.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Summit, so I just want to speak a bit on leadership.
- 3:34Speaker 3: I think many believers, respectfully speaking, do not really understand
- 3:41Speaker 3: the concept of kingdom leadership.
- 3:42Speaker 2: And I hope that.
- 3:45Speaker 3: The brief moments that we share together, in addition to
- 3:48Speaker 3: all that you have learned, will construct or reconstruct your
- 3:52Speaker 3: understanding as far as influence is concerned. Alle Lujah, No
- 4:01Speaker 3: I have sinned.
- 4:03Speaker 4: No ear has heard what God has prepared for you.
- 4:10Speaker 4: So you submit to His work in you till Christ
- 4:17Speaker 4: is formed in you.
- 4:20Speaker 2: No I as sin.
- 4:23Speaker 4: No he has heard what God has prepared for me.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So I submit to His.
- 4:33Speaker 5: Work in me, till Christ be formed in me. Till
- 4:40Speaker 5: Christ be formed in me. Your wisdom reveiled through me.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Your glory rests on me. So I submit to His
- 4:58Speaker 5: work in me till Christ.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Is formed in me.
- 5:05Speaker 3: May this song be your testimony that something about your
- 5:10Speaker 3: understanding will cause the nations to stand in awe of
- 5:14Speaker 3: the grace and the glory of the Lord that is
- 5:17Speaker 3: upon your life.
- 5:19Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus, Amen and amen. Let's start
- 5:23Speaker 2: with Isaiah chapter sixty.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Isaiah chapter sixty says Arise, Shine. It says, for your
- 5:33Speaker 3: light is come, and the glory of the Lord is
- 5:36Speaker 3: risen upon you.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I always would.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Like to quote this scripture from amplified. Let me quote
- 5:41Speaker 6: it from amplified.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Then we read the remaining verses we're reading, hopefully to four.
- 5:46Speaker 3: He says, arise from the depression. In fact, this is
- 5:49Speaker 3: I don't know what version of amplified is this.
- 5:51Speaker 2: But then it.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Says, arise from the prostration and the depression that circumstances
- 5:57Speaker 3: have kept you.
- 5:58Speaker 2: It says, rise to a new light. I like that rendition.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Then he says, for your light is come, and the
- 6:05Speaker 3: glory the brilliance. This one says of the Lord is
- 6:08Speaker 3: risen upon you. Let's go to verse two. You can
- 6:11Speaker 3: go back to KJV. It says, for darkness shall cover
- 6:17Speaker 3: the earth.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And gross darkness the people.
- 6:22Speaker 3: But the Lord shall arise upon you, and his glory
- 6:27Speaker 3: shall be seen upon you.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Shout aloud. Amen.
- 6:31Speaker 3: As a result, it says, gentiles, verse straet shall come
- 6:37Speaker 3: to your light. You will not go and look for them.
- 6:39Speaker 3: It says, they shall come to your light, and the
- 6:43Speaker 3: kings to the brightness.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Of your rising. Let's look at verse four.
- 6:50Speaker 3: It says, lift top your eyes around about, and see
- 6:53Speaker 3: they gather themselves together. They come to d Thy sun
- 6:57Speaker 3: shall come from afar and die. Daughters shall be not
- 7:01Speaker 3: at thy sight or because of light.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Arise and shine. It says, for your light has come.
- 7:11Speaker 3: The most expensive commodity in the kingdom, second only to
- 7:17Speaker 3: the blood of Jesus, is light.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Let me take it again.
- 7:23Speaker 3: The most expensive commodity in the Kingdom, second only.
- 7:29Speaker 2: To the blood of Jesus, is light.
- 7:32Speaker 3: You are only as wealthy in the Kingdom.
- 7:36Speaker 2: To the degree to which.
- 7:38Speaker 3: You have this cass but powerful currency called light.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 7:48Speaker 3: If you're giving dollars or pounds or whatever currency, we
- 7:51Speaker 3: call them hard currencies on earth. And if someone says
- 7:56Speaker 3: I have a million dollars, you say, wow, this man
- 7:58Speaker 3: is a rich man because he has a million dollars.
- 8:02Speaker 3: But in the realm of the Spirit, your wealth is
- 8:05Speaker 3: not measured by physical things, because the money you have
- 8:11Speaker 3: is also a product. The capital that buys that product
- 8:15Speaker 3: you call money is what the Bible calls two riches.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Allelujah. Yes, and light.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Is one of the principal commodities in the spirit.
- 8:28Speaker 2: That means when a.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Man has access to light, that man is rich in
- 8:33Speaker 3: spirit and it to eventually express itself in every dimension
- 8:38Speaker 3: of his life. So, in order of priority in pursuit
- 8:42Speaker 3: of a glorious life, your first port of call is
- 8:46Speaker 3: the search for light.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Away together. Now here's how the Bible puts it.
- 8:51Speaker 3: It says that the Kingdom of God is like a
- 8:55Speaker 3: man who lost his coin.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Don't forget what he lost. He lost coin?
- 8:59Speaker 7: Is that?
- 9:00Speaker 3: So?
- 9:00Speaker 2: Then, the Bible says.
- 9:01Speaker 3: He lit a lamb and took a broom, began to
- 9:06Speaker 3: sweep the room in search for it. So when you
- 9:09Speaker 3: are looking for what is missing, the first thing.
- 9:11Speaker 2: You need is light.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Are we together going around complaining about the fact that
- 9:21Speaker 3: his coin is somewhere in the room, the same way
- 9:24Speaker 3: your treasures are somewhere on earth, the same way your
- 9:27Speaker 3: influence is all around.
- 9:29Speaker 2: But to be able to converge it to your place,
- 9:32Speaker 2: you will need light.
- 9:34Speaker 3: Away together, light is very powerful John one five, the
- 9:39Speaker 3: Bible says, and the light shined.
- 9:42Speaker 2: In darkness, and the darkness comprehended it.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Not provided you have light, you have sustained the capacity
- 9:51Speaker 3: for true dominion. The Bible says he made many lights
- 9:54Speaker 3: Genesis chapter one. But then he made two great lights,
- 9:58Speaker 3: he says, one to ruin the day and the other
- 10:01Speaker 3: to rule the night.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Then he says he made the.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Stars also, so you cannot rule the day and rule
- 10:08Speaker 3: the night except you have great light.
- 10:11Speaker 2: That the people that.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Sat in darkness have seen a great light, and you see.
- 10:20Speaker 3: The Bible also says, he said weeping.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Endures for a night. Is that in your Bible.
- 10:31Speaker 3: That means for as long as there is the absence
- 10:34Speaker 3: of light, because the nighttime is characterized by the absence
- 10:39Speaker 3: of light. In fact, here's how the Bible puts it.
- 10:41Speaker 3: In Genesis one is said he called the light day,
- 10:45Speaker 3: and the darkness he called night. That means day is
- 10:49Speaker 3: not just the chronological passage of time.
- 10:52Speaker 2: The day light comes to you, that is.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Your day, even if it is twelfth midnight. So you
- 10:59Speaker 3: can be twelve noon physically and yet.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Still be in your nighttime in the spirit. And for
- 11:04Speaker 2: as long.
- 11:05Speaker 3: As it is still night, weeping is associated with night.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Did you get what I said? The Bible says he
- 11:12Speaker 3: called the light day. The day light comes.
- 11:15Speaker 2: To you, that is your day.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Grant us understanding in the name of Jesus. My philosophy
- 11:27Speaker 3: on leadership was largely framed from a number of people,
- 11:35Speaker 3: fathers across the body of Christ and then great intelligent
- 11:41Speaker 3: philosophers that have lived. But I think one of the
- 11:45Speaker 3: greatest leadership influence in my life was the late doctor
- 11:51Speaker 3: Miles Monroe. He influenced me so powerfully in the area
- 11:56Speaker 3: of purpose, the kingdom and leadership. You frame my understanding
- 12:02Speaker 3: as to effective leadership to understand the principles of influence,
- 12:07Speaker 3: and I just want to share my heart with you
- 12:08Speaker 3: for a few minutes and then we pray allelujah. I'm
- 12:14Speaker 3: going to share with you a few things that will
- 12:15Speaker 3: surprise you. Don't be too quick to write, just listen
- 12:18Speaker 3: and understand, and then you will write. The first thing
- 12:22Speaker 3: I wrote down here is that true leadership.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Is not just about leading people.
- 12:31Speaker 3: This will surprise you because for the average leader or believer,
- 12:38Speaker 3: could we have someone just manage a little ones? Thank you,
- 12:42Speaker 3: Praise God? Now listen, please, true leadership. If I ask
- 12:48Speaker 3: you about leadership, most times our idea of leadership or
- 12:53Speaker 3: influence is a person leading other people. And you are right,
- 12:58Speaker 3: but that is not the found of true leadership. True
- 13:02Speaker 3: leadership is not just about leading people. True leadership, i
- 13:09Speaker 3: wrote here, listen carefully, is about releasing your God giving abilities.
- 13:16Speaker 3: True leadership is about releasing your God given abilities and
- 13:22Speaker 3: then using it to serve God and men to a
- 13:27Speaker 3: point where, through your character and your.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Results, men begin to follow you.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Let me take it again that true leadership is not
- 13:38Speaker 3: primarily about leading people. It is about deploying your God
- 13:45Speaker 3: given abilities. Are we together now to serve God and
- 13:51Speaker 3: to serve men, and to serve it so excellently to
- 13:55Speaker 3: a point where people begin to follow you through your
- 14:00Speaker 3: character and your results, and then they now allow you
- 14:06Speaker 3: to influence them. That is the true picture of leadership.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Let me repeat myself and you understand it now that
- 14:13Speaker 3: if you begin your leadership, Johnny, by looking for who
- 14:16Speaker 3: say yes, sir to you, you are already a defeated leader.
- 14:19Speaker 3: That leadership is not about finding people who you will
- 14:23Speaker 3: lord over. Leadership is principally not about looking for people.
- 14:29Speaker 3: In fact, the greatest leaders never started with people. They
- 14:34Speaker 3: started with visions. They started with dreams and goals.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 14:39Speaker 3: They deployed the creativity, the God given ability within them.
- 14:44Speaker 3: They serve God and men so excellently that people were
- 14:48Speaker 3: willing to follow them and now to become loyal to them.
- 14:53Speaker 3: That is the true character and the true spirit of leadership.
- 14:57Speaker 3: The reason why many leaders are frustrated is because they
- 15:01Speaker 3: feel until people are around you, you are not a leader.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Leadership is not about people. People are the latter part
- 15:10Speaker 3: of leadership, even though more importantly, but it started with
- 15:15Speaker 3: the deploying of your God giving abilities. To serve God
- 15:21Speaker 3: and to serve men are we together mark chapter one.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Let's do a little reading considering the influenced strategy of Jesus.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Let's begin our reading. Say from thirty two.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Mark one thirty two, will read down to thirty seven.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Please fallow very carefully, the Bible says, And at evening,
- 15:48Speaker 3: when the sun did set, they brought onto him all
- 15:51Speaker 3: that were diseased. Everybody, say results, and them that were
- 15:56Speaker 3: possessed with devils?
- 15:57Speaker 2: What did you do with them? And the Bible says,
- 16:00Speaker 2: all the city was gathered at the door. Take note.
- 16:04Speaker 3: The purpose for the gathering was that they discovered that
- 16:07Speaker 3: there was a man who had uncommon results. He could
- 16:11Speaker 3: provide solutions in to a degree that they had never seen,
- 16:15Speaker 3: and were together now the next verse, Please, and he
- 16:20Speaker 3: healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast
- 16:24Speaker 3: out many devils against shout results one more time, say results.
- 16:29Speaker 2: The Bible says.
- 16:29Speaker 3: And his suffered not the devils to speak, because they
- 16:32Speaker 3: knew him.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Thirty five.
- 16:35Speaker 3: You will think that after such a great cruisay, he
- 16:38Speaker 3: should gather the people and say, from.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Today, don't leave me. I am Jesus.
- 16:43Speaker 3: The Bible says, while it was morning, rising up a
- 16:46Speaker 3: great while he departed from the same people look at
- 16:50Speaker 3: the true spirit of leadership. He departed from them to
- 16:54Speaker 3: a solitary place and went to focus on doing what
- 16:58Speaker 3: made him anointed in the first Lise, to a solitary
- 17:03Speaker 3: place and pray thirty six.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Then the Bible says.
- 17:07Speaker 3: And Simon and they that were with him did what
- 17:12Speaker 3: followed AFTERI heam, who is the hymn, the hymn producing results?
- 17:17Speaker 2: Who is the hymn, the hym who is.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Serving with his abilities, with diligence and excellence. Read verse
- 17:24Speaker 3: thirty seven. And may that be a prophecy for you.
- 17:28Speaker 3: This is the ultimate measure of your leadership. And when
- 17:33Speaker 3: they had found him, they said, unto him, all men
- 17:37Speaker 3: seek for.
- 17:38Speaker 2: You, all men. You may have heard me say it
- 17:42Speaker 2: in my teachings.
- 17:43Speaker 3: There are some things when you have only your tribesmen
- 17:47Speaker 3: will look for you. There are things when you have
- 17:50Speaker 3: only women will look for you. There are things when
- 17:53Speaker 3: you have only men will look for you. There are
- 17:56Speaker 3: things when you have only poor.
- 17:57Speaker 2: People will look for you.
- 17:59Speaker 3: But there are abilities that when you have all men,
- 18:02Speaker 3: all men, includes all nations. Does that look like Deuteronomy
- 18:07Speaker 3: twenty eight from verse one and two, that it shall
- 18:09Speaker 3: come to passive. Now shall diligently happen to the voice
- 18:13Speaker 3: of the Lord to do and observe all that I
- 18:15Speaker 3: command you this day, that you shall.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Be exalted above all, not some, all.
- 18:21Speaker 3: The nations of the Head, and that this blessing shall
- 18:24Speaker 3: come upon you and overtake you.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 18:34Speaker 3: So that leadership is primarily not just about people. It's
- 18:43Speaker 3: about discovering your God given abilities, fwelled by a sincere
- 18:49Speaker 3: desire to.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Serve God and to save people.
- 18:53Speaker 3: And that you serve so exceptionally that someone observing you
- 18:58Speaker 3: from afar, through the dexterity of your character and your results,
- 19:03Speaker 3: they are compelled to give you the gift of loyalty.
- 19:09Speaker 3: The loyalty is as a result of their being comfortable
- 19:13Speaker 3: that the kind of result.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You produce is providing something that we call inspiration.
- 19:21Speaker 3: The word inspiration means to prime someone else's desire using
- 19:27Speaker 3: your results. Are we learning now, Hemmy leadership is about
- 19:37Speaker 3: obtaining permission to influence people by deploying.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Your gifts and abilities.
- 19:44Speaker 3: You obtain permission to influence people by deploying your gifts
- 19:50Speaker 3: and abilities. That means every time you deploy your giftings
- 19:56Speaker 3: and abilities to serve. It is like you are obtaining
- 20:00Speaker 3: from people, even a generation, to be allowed.
- 20:04Speaker 2: To influence them.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Let's talk about that word influence, because leadership in one word,
- 20:11Speaker 3: is influence. If your leadership does not translate to influence,
- 20:17Speaker 3: you are not in leadership. Let's define the word influence
- 20:22Speaker 3: is God helping us this morning. Now please look up.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Let me give you my definition of influence. I define
- 20:28Speaker 3: influence as the ability to compel men to buy into
- 20:36Speaker 3: your ideologies without using force or cruelty is called influence.
- 20:42Speaker 3: The ability to compel men to buy into your ideologies
- 20:49Speaker 3: without using force or cruelty. So if I can propose
- 20:57Speaker 3: my thinking to you, if I can propose my way
- 21:01Speaker 3: of life without manipulating you, without using force or cruelty.
- 21:07Speaker 2: We say I have influenced you. Someone hearing you cannot.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Manifest true kingdom leadership without influence. In fact, one of
- 21:30Speaker 3: the principal ways that the kingdom advances.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Please look up.
- 21:35Speaker 3: There are two pillars as far as kingdom advancement is concerned.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Number one is called evangelism. Number two is called influence.
- 21:45Speaker 3: If you have evangelism alone, Christ will be enthroned in
- 21:48Speaker 3: the hearts of men. But the territory will still be
- 21:51Speaker 3: a place of decadence like it was in Sodom and
- 21:54Speaker 3: go Morah Lot was not a compromise man, but Sodom
- 21:59Speaker 3: and Gora was influenced by a spirit that was not
- 22:03Speaker 3: of God, and he still suffered the consequence. So it
- 22:07Speaker 3: is not enough to be saved personally. Your territory must.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Become safe to safe.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And the two that frontiers. The kingdom territorially speaking, is influenced.
- 22:20Speaker 3: So you can make a territory to buy into the
- 22:24Speaker 3: ideologies of the kingdom, not by using force or cruelty.
- 22:30Speaker 3: You're dressing today was a product of someone's influence. You
- 22:35Speaker 3: saw someone this. This is the whole idea behind advertisement.
- 22:40Speaker 3: They will never carry a failure to advertise a product
- 22:43Speaker 3: because it is the intention is to get people to
- 22:46Speaker 3: patronize that product, and they are willing to spend millions
- 22:50Speaker 3: of naira and dollars for someone who has results to
- 22:55Speaker 3: now where the product or whatever it is, and that comes.
- 23:00Speaker 2: You will be.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Surprised the kind of sales that will come to that
- 23:04Speaker 3: organization simply because someone of influence wary product. Hallelujah, the
- 23:14Speaker 3: songs we sing, the way we build, the way we dress,
- 23:19Speaker 3: the way we live, the way we talk are largely
- 23:23Speaker 3: products of external influences, and some of them we've not
- 23:27Speaker 3: even met them. There I don't watch football. I used
- 23:32Speaker 3: to watch and play football years ago, but I had
- 23:34Speaker 3: to sacrifice it for many other things.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Praise God.
- 23:39Speaker 3: There are people call fans or fans of and sometimes
- 23:43Speaker 3: you pass a group of people who are arguing about
- 23:47Speaker 3: football clubs and the zeal that these guys have, you
- 23:52Speaker 3: will be shot and surprised. And it looks as though
- 23:55Speaker 3: they were in the same room with the football as.
- 23:58Speaker 2: I saw him. I know what.
- 23:59Speaker 3: I saw, that level of certainty. And they can dress
- 24:05Speaker 3: like the footballers. Have you seen people clamor over the
- 24:08Speaker 3: use sheds of footballers? They call it original. It doesn't
- 24:12Speaker 3: matter how sweaty. It is the fact that this man
- 24:15Speaker 3: wore it and threw it and I held it. They
- 24:18Speaker 3: can sell that shed for a million dollars. That is
- 24:24Speaker 3: the power of influence. There are many people who used
- 24:27Speaker 3: to behave well until they met an environment that began
- 24:32Speaker 3: to plant in a wrong seed. The first example of
- 24:35Speaker 3: influence in the Bible, I don't have the time, but
- 24:38Speaker 3: the first example of influence in the Bible was between
- 24:42Speaker 3: the serpent and Eve. The Bible says, when God created
- 24:49Speaker 3: man and woman, he gave them instructions that you can
- 24:52Speaker 3: eat of the tree everywhere, but that which is in
- 24:56Speaker 3: the middle of the garden.
- 24:57Speaker 2: You should not touch.
- 24:58Speaker 3: And then the Bible tells us that but the serpent
- 25:00Speaker 3: was most subtle.
- 25:01Speaker 2: That's how it starts.
- 25:03Speaker 3: That the serpent was more subtle than all the beasts
- 25:06Speaker 3: of the field that the Lord had created, and that
- 25:08Speaker 3: he came to Eve. We don't know how many times
- 25:11Speaker 3: he kept coming to propose, But he came with a
- 25:13Speaker 3: proposal and said, did God really say that in the
- 25:17Speaker 3: day you eat of that fruit you will die? He said, certainly,
- 25:20Speaker 3: God said, so, he said, let me tell you something
- 25:22Speaker 3: you don't know. God is insecure. He's hiding something from you.
- 25:26Speaker 3: He knows that the day you eat of that tree,
- 25:28Speaker 3: you will become like God, knowing good and evil.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Then the Bible says, when the.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Woman saw that the tree was good for food and
- 25:37Speaker 3: that it could make one while she ate and gave
- 25:40Speaker 3: a husband who was there with them with her, then
- 25:43Speaker 3: the Bible says their eyes were open influence. There is
- 25:47Speaker 3: no record of the serpent using his sword. There is
- 25:50Speaker 3: no record of the serpent tying down and say you
- 25:54Speaker 3: must eat off.
- 25:54Speaker 2: This influence is very powerful. You can make men.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Do things, say things, and be things even without physical
- 26:03Speaker 3: contact with them. It then means that if we are
- 26:08Speaker 3: to take over, we must understand the spiritual technology that
- 26:12Speaker 3: exalts us to a position where we can influence the
- 26:16Speaker 3: mindset the thinking of a generation to become pro Christ.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Evangelism is the first step, but it does not stop there.
- 26:26Speaker 6: In addition to evangelism, like we saw.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Yesterday, there are many people who will run to Jesus
- 26:33Speaker 3: because someone they love and admire run to Jesus.
- 26:37Speaker 2: There are many people who will run away.
- 26:39Speaker 3: From Jesus because someone they admire said Jesus was unnecessary.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Every time I teach an influence, I would always like
- 26:48Speaker 3: to state this.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Imagine if.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Just for discussion, Michael Jackson ever shouted Jesus Christ is Lord,
- 26:58Speaker 3: even if it was a mistake, he will win more
- 27:01Speaker 3: souls than many crusades combined, just four using his influence.
- 27:06Speaker 2: He's been dead many.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Years and still their records still sell today more than
- 27:11Speaker 3: many businesses that have been laboring even in prayer.
- 27:14Speaker 2: That is the power of influence. Are we together.
- 27:21Speaker 3: The late doctor Miles Munroe would say, the world is
- 27:25Speaker 3: still being ruled by dead men.
- 27:27Speaker 2: The ideas of dead men.
- 27:30Speaker 3: Is still what has kept leaving people trapped till today.
- 27:33Speaker 3: The philosophies that came, whether governmental philosophies, all kinds of ideas.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Nations today have been impoverished because of ideas that came
- 27:45Speaker 3: from people that are long gone.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Visited South Africa many times, and every time I'm there,
- 27:58Speaker 3: I'm amazed at the legacy that the late Nelson Mandela
- 28:03Speaker 3: left for the people. He so influenced that nation to
- 28:06Speaker 3: a point that, respectfully speaking, it was almost as though
- 28:11Speaker 3: if he were to be put in a class that
- 28:13Speaker 3: is not human, it would be better for you to
- 28:17Speaker 3: offend someone than to touch and tamper with the legacies
- 28:21Speaker 3: of Nelson Mandela. I remember one time I was told
- 28:26Speaker 3: that when South Africa we're trying to lobby I think
- 28:29Speaker 3: to host the World Cup or something like that. There
- 28:32Speaker 3: was all kinds of confusion, and Mandela was sent to
- 28:35Speaker 3: go to the place of the negotiation.
- 28:37Speaker 2: As soon as he stepped.
- 28:38Speaker 3: There, they all got up, greeted him, and that was
- 28:40Speaker 3: the end of discussion.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Can you imagine that influence?
- 28:47Speaker 3: It is God's desire that you get to a place
- 28:50Speaker 3: where your appearance is like the manifestation of God to
- 28:54Speaker 3: I'm not talking of human worship, but that your life
- 28:57Speaker 3: is so compelling you can make people to drop bad
- 29:01Speaker 3: habits in a moment. Something about the dexterity of your life,
- 29:05Speaker 3: the quality of your carriage, will compel people to begin
- 29:09Speaker 3: to make noble decisions that just by the man look
- 29:13Speaker 3: at you, many people begin to correct and read order
- 29:17Speaker 3: many things about your lives.
- 29:19Speaker 2: If you're with me, say amen, influence.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Now, Kingdom influence very quickly is built on four pillars.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Kingdom influence is built on four pillars, or kingdom leadership,
- 29:42Speaker 3: if you want to use that expression. Kingdom leadership is
- 29:47Speaker 3: built on four pillars. You cannot be said to be
- 29:51Speaker 3: a leader in the kingdom until your leadership is built
- 29:56Speaker 3: on this four pillars. Are you ready now? Number one?
- 30:00Speaker 3: The first pillar upon which kingdom leadership is built on
- 30:04Speaker 3: is called genuine law for God and men.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Genuine law for God and men.
- 30:12Speaker 3: Kingdom leadership is built upon this pillar, genuine law for
- 30:19Speaker 3: God and men. Let's look at a few scriptures very quickly.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Matthew twenty two from verse thirty six Matthew twenty two
- 30:27Speaker 3: from verse thirty six. We're reading to forty. Let's walk together, media,
- 30:31Speaker 3: so we can hurry up. Matthew twenty two from verse
- 30:36Speaker 3: thirty six to forty. They answer Jesus, and they said, Master,
- 30:44Speaker 3: which is the great commandment in the law. Jesus responded
- 30:49Speaker 3: by saying thirty seven, we're reading down to forty. Jesus said,
- 30:53Speaker 3: unto them, thou shall love the Lord thy God with
- 30:57Speaker 3: all your heart. Is that in your Bible, with all
- 31:00Speaker 3: your soul and with all your mind. Thirty eight it
- 31:04Speaker 3: says this is the first and great commandment. Next verse
- 31:09Speaker 3: the second is like onto it, thou shalt love thy
- 31:14Speaker 3: neighbor as thyself. And then it says on these two
- 31:19Speaker 3: had the entire law and prophets. You know what that
- 31:22Speaker 3: meant that the very purpose behind giving all those laws
- 31:26Speaker 3: was at an attempt to help you keep these two things.
- 31:29Speaker 3: So every single law that was given in the Old
- 31:33Speaker 3: Testament was a Leborio's attempt to bring you to a
- 31:36Speaker 3: point where you love.
- 31:38Speaker 2: God and you love men.
- 31:41Speaker 3: So in loving God and loving men, you have fulfilled
- 31:45Speaker 3: the law. Are we together that on these two hangs
- 31:49Speaker 3: the law and the prophets John chapter ten, Please from
- 31:56Speaker 3: verse eleven to thirteen. John Chapter ten, from eleven to thirteen.
- 32:04Speaker 3: Jesus was speaking about kingdom leadership, and here's what he
- 32:09Speaker 3: had to say. I am the good shepherd, he says,
- 32:12Speaker 3: the good shepherd give that.
- 32:14Speaker 2: His life for the sheep.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Is that in your Bible, it says, but he that
- 32:19Speaker 3: is a hireling, and it's not a shepherd who's owned
- 32:25Speaker 3: the sheep and not he seed.
- 32:27Speaker 2: The wolf coming and livered the sheep.
- 32:30Speaker 3: And flee it, and the wolf captured them and scattered
- 32:34Speaker 3: the sheep. Thirty he says. The hireling fleeed because he's
- 32:38Speaker 3: a highering and cared not for the sheep.
- 32:44Speaker 2: This is true for ministry, it's true for business, it's
- 32:47Speaker 2: true for government.
- 32:51Speaker 3: That kingdom leadership at any level, whether politically, in the
- 32:57Speaker 3: area of faith and ministry, like we know in operate life.
- 33:01Speaker 3: The moment you are talking about leadership from a kingdom standpoint,
- 33:06Speaker 3: it is predicated upon number one, your love for God
- 33:10Speaker 3: and your love for people. Please look up. If you
- 33:13Speaker 3: do not love people and you claim you love God,
- 33:16Speaker 3: the Bible says you're a hypocrite. It says, how can
- 33:20Speaker 3: you say you love God that you have not.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Seen when you hate your brother.
- 33:26Speaker 3: There are many preachers, respectfully speaking, that do not love
- 33:30Speaker 3: the people they lead. There are many, many, many leaders
- 33:35Speaker 3: heads of government across nations. You need to see how
- 33:39Speaker 3: politicians and business people discourse at the negotiation table. The
- 33:43Speaker 3: interests of the people. Their leader is not their whatsoever,
- 33:47Speaker 3: what is in need for me has become the language
- 33:50Speaker 3: of leadership in our world, and that must change. This
- 33:53Speaker 3: is why someits like this have been put in place.
- 33:59Speaker 3: The Bible talks about weak men who came to David
- 34:02Speaker 3: in the cave of Adullam, men who were in beat
- 34:05Speaker 3: men who were distressed. They were weak people, and David,
- 34:09Speaker 3: with compassion, town those people to become the mighty men
- 34:14Speaker 3: of David. You cannot be a true leader if you
- 34:20Speaker 3: do not love Jesus and you do not love people.
- 34:23Speaker 3: Let me tell you one of the greatest secrets behind
- 34:27Speaker 3: the grace of God upon my life is not just
- 34:29Speaker 3: fasting and prayer and study of the world alone. These
- 34:33Speaker 3: things are very important and foundational. But I can tell
- 34:36Speaker 3: you sincerely, I love God and I love people. Your
- 34:41Speaker 3: Bible says, for God so loved the world the world
- 34:45Speaker 3: of men. For God so loved the world Jesus stood
- 34:49Speaker 3: and looked at the people. There are two reasons.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Two times Jesus wept in the Bible.
- 34:55Speaker 3: The first time he wept was in John chapter eleven,
- 34:57Speaker 3: from verse thirty five. He was at the grave of Lazarus,
- 35:01Speaker 3: and the Bible says, Jesus wept, and seeing him weep,
- 35:04Speaker 3: they commented, and they said, Oh, how he loved him.
- 35:07Speaker 3: The second time Jesus would weep, he stood over Jerusalem,
- 35:11Speaker 3: and the Bible says he wept and said, Oh, Jerusalem,
- 35:15Speaker 3: if only you had known even in this your time,
- 35:18Speaker 3: the things that pertain onto your peace, he says, But
- 35:22Speaker 3: now they are hidden from you. Compassion. Many times the
- 35:28Speaker 3: Bible would tell you that Jesus had compassion upon them.
- 35:31Speaker 3: The anointing that flowed from his life flowed through the
- 35:34Speaker 3: gauge of compassion. You must pray this morning and ask
- 35:39Speaker 3: God for grace to be a compassionate person. Being a
- 35:43Speaker 3: discipline leader. Being a strict leader is not the same
- 35:47Speaker 3: as being a wicked leader. Discipline is not the same
- 35:50Speaker 3: thing as wickedness. Are we together? There are many people
- 35:53Speaker 3: in a bid to show that they are strict, principled,
- 35:57Speaker 3: and discipline, they swing to the other side of the pendulum,
- 36:01Speaker 3: and what you see happen is pure wickedness. There has
- 36:07Speaker 3: to be a level of thoughtfulness and empathy.
- 36:10Speaker 2: That was what made the Father to send Jesus to us,
- 36:14Speaker 2: for god soul loved the world that he gave allelujah.
- 36:22Speaker 3: You want to become a kingdom leader that God will
- 36:25Speaker 3: grant the grace to take over for his glory. You
- 36:29Speaker 3: must love God and you must love people. You must
- 36:33Speaker 3: love God. You must love the people in your place
- 36:36Speaker 3: of work, especially those that God has brought us subodinates.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Don't use people, love people genuinely, preach us. We need
- 36:49Speaker 3: to be careful this temptation of using people either for
- 36:54Speaker 3: personal gains, using people to manipulate them. It is something
- 36:58Speaker 3: that we must run away from. There is a narrative
- 37:01Speaker 3: that is being sold across the body of Christ where
- 37:04Speaker 3: you take advantage of the honor that people have for
- 37:07Speaker 3: you and manipulate them into all kinds of things that
- 37:10Speaker 3: must be avoided. Do not emulate those things in a bit,
- 37:14Speaker 3: Listen carefully, Listen carefully. If it is kingdom leadership you
- 37:18Speaker 3: are interested in expressing, Can I tell you people don't
- 37:23Speaker 3: care how much you know until they know how much
- 37:26Speaker 3: you care.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Let me repeat myself.
- 37:29Speaker 3: People do not care how much you know until they
- 37:33Speaker 3: know how much you care. And love is discernible. You
- 37:38Speaker 3: can discern genuine love. There is a way you can
- 37:41Speaker 3: rebuke a church member, rebuke a fellow staff.
- 37:44Speaker 2: Even though the rebuke is hash.
- 37:46Speaker 3: They can see the genuineness and the purity of the
- 37:49Speaker 3: love from whence the rebuke is coming from. That is
- 37:53Speaker 3: what makes them to receive it, even though painful. For instance,
- 37:59Speaker 3: the Bible says he that the father loves, he chastises,
- 38:03Speaker 3: so that chastisement is not coming from a standpoint of wickedness.
- 38:07Speaker 3: There are many parents today who are being hated by
- 38:11Speaker 3: their children because their disciplinary actions when the children were
- 38:15Speaker 3: small did not come from a standpoint of love. It
- 38:18Speaker 3: came from a standpoint of anger and hatred.
- 38:21Speaker 2: And there is the difference.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Kingdom leadership is predicated on love. Hear me, Let me
- 38:35Speaker 3: put a balance very quickly. Love is not the same
- 38:39Speaker 3: thing as carelessness to allow things go wrong. There are
- 38:43Speaker 3: many parents, for instance, who have refused to discipline and
- 38:47Speaker 3: train their children properly because they feel that anything that
- 38:51Speaker 3: puts a measure of strictness on the children is compromising.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Their perception of love.
- 38:59Speaker 3: No, no, no, You must love people enough to want
- 39:08Speaker 3: them to rise.
- 39:09Speaker 2: You must love people enough to look beyond your.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Reputation and see that what they need to learn they learn,
- 39:15Speaker 3: no matter how uncomfortabil it is. There are many uncomfortable messages.
- 39:21Speaker 3: For instance, the one you heard before, I just came.
- 39:24Speaker 3: While I was listening to the man said this. I said, Wow,
- 39:27Speaker 3: this man has a lot of grace to be able
- 39:29Speaker 3: to teach this, because most times when you are teaching
- 39:31Speaker 3: the truthfulness that is around giving, people just frown at
- 39:34Speaker 3: you and it looks like you are. And I saw
- 39:36Speaker 3: the confidence with which he was teaching, and I said, truly,
- 39:39Speaker 3: this man.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Loves these people. Many people who considered their reputation above
- 39:45Speaker 2: and beyond this is someone learning.
- 39:49Speaker 3: The question I have for you is who have you
- 39:52Speaker 3: loved enough to see him saved or have saved?
- 39:56Speaker 2: Who have you loved enough?
- 39:58Speaker 3: Parents? Have you loved your chouldren enough to look beyond
- 40:01Speaker 3: yourself and consider their wellbeing? There are many parents who
- 40:06Speaker 3: can go around wearing clothes that are five times the
- 40:09Speaker 3: school feast of a very good school for the child,
- 40:12Speaker 3: and send their children to schools.
- 40:14Speaker 2: That they don't. They are not even learning anything.
- 40:19Speaker 3: True leadership, please hear me, is predicated on genuineness of love.
- 40:27Speaker 3: I love my people, I love God's people. I love
- 40:31Speaker 3: the generation that God has sent me to. I'm not
- 40:34Speaker 3: just trying.
- 40:35Speaker 6: To be I'm not looking for In fact, I'm not
- 40:37Speaker 6: interested in celebrity lifestyle. You know, when people club for
- 40:41Speaker 6: me as I come, sometimes there's nothing you can do
- 40:44Speaker 6: about it. But believe me, my passion is not to
- 40:48Speaker 6: be celebrated.
- 40:49Speaker 2: At the end of my life.
- 40:50Speaker 3: My desire and that which I desire to be accredited
- 40:55Speaker 3: to me is the testimony of Enoch that I love
- 40:58Speaker 3: God with all my heart and I gave my best
- 41:01Speaker 3: to inspire a generation.
- 41:02Speaker 2: To love Jesus. That's it.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Show us the ancient pa. Will you lead us along
- 41:12Speaker 3: eternal highway.
- 41:14Speaker 2: We want to fall.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Aw the ways serve Jesus. We want to enter your rest.
- 41:23Speaker 3: Will you show us the ancianper and lead us along
- 41:30Speaker 3: eternal highway.
- 41:33Speaker 2: We want to fall the food steps of Jesus.
- 41:38Speaker 3: We want to enter your rest.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Hear me.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Everything that you do in the kingdom, if you must
- 41:47Speaker 3: be a visionary leader that God will trust with influence,
- 41:51Speaker 3: especially in this end time. You must love people genuinely
- 41:56Speaker 3: and love God genuinely. Those reduce the say little and
- 42:00Speaker 3: let me say something.
- 42:01Speaker 2: Please look up. You know most times when people.
- 42:04Speaker 3: See me, the first thing they want is prayer for
- 42:07Speaker 3: importation of annoyinging. And then other people say, what have
- 42:12Speaker 3: you done that makes a generation to love you so
- 42:15Speaker 3: much and to listen to you? And I tell them
- 42:19Speaker 3: you have to look beyond the teachings. You have to
- 42:22Speaker 3: look beyond the miracles. You have to look beyond.
- 42:26Speaker 6: You cannot, You cannot stage manage global influence. No, it
- 42:33Speaker 6: is a product of genuine love for God. Did it
- 42:38Speaker 6: not say in your Bible? And I, if I be
- 42:41Speaker 6: lifted or from the earth, I will draw all men
- 42:44Speaker 6: not watch this?
- 42:46Speaker 2: Watch this.
- 42:48Speaker 3: When you love Jesus, you will be more than willing
- 42:52Speaker 3: to decrease so that he will increase. He never said
- 42:56Speaker 3: to diminish, He only said to decrease.
- 43:01Speaker 2: I always give an example with this stage.
- 43:03Speaker 3: Look at this beautiful pulpit. Do you know the center
- 43:06Speaker 3: of focus is the top of the pulpit.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Is that true? That is where I'm resting my Bible.
- 43:11Speaker 6: But it's impossible to look at this and not look
- 43:15Speaker 6: at what is carrying it.
- 43:17Speaker 2: That is how influences your life is about projecting and
- 43:22Speaker 2: revealing Jesus.
- 43:23Speaker 6: The focus becomes Jesus, but there will always be a
- 43:27Speaker 6: space for a generation to see the one who lived him.
- 43:30Speaker 3: We saw both Jesus and the cross that carried him.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Two of them. Today we respect.
- 43:35Speaker 3: The one that died, and we also respect the cross
- 43:38Speaker 3: that carried the one that died.
- 43:44Speaker 2: The reason why the world cannot look at you is
- 43:46Speaker 2: because you.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Are about building your own empire using men. You are
- 43:51Speaker 3: about proving a point to everybody that I'm not a
- 43:54Speaker 3: failure using man. It may be a sincere desire, but
- 44:00Speaker 3: I'm teaching you superior kingdom leadership.
- 44:03Speaker 2: That foundation number one.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Is a sincere desire to see Jesus lifted and a
- 44:10Speaker 3: sincere desire to.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Love his people.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Number two, for sake of time, it's God giving somebody
- 44:17Speaker 3: a new orientation. The second pillar upon which kingdom leadership
- 44:25Speaker 3: is built is called character. Please write it down. Character.
- 44:29Speaker 3: There's no such thing as good or bad character. There's
- 44:32Speaker 3: character or not. Character is always positive, good habit or
- 44:37Speaker 3: bad habit. But you must become a person of character.
- 44:41Speaker 3: You may have heard people say the annointing will take
- 44:44Speaker 3: you up, but this character that retains you there yes,
- 44:49Speaker 3: character is very important. In Galatians chapter five, when you
- 44:54Speaker 3: read from verse sixteen to twenty two, we're not reading,
- 44:57Speaker 3: just write for reference. Galatians five sixteen to twenty two
- 45:02Speaker 3: talks about the works of the flesh, and then when
- 45:05Speaker 3: we get to verse twenty two, it talks about what
- 45:07Speaker 3: we know to be the fruit of the spirit, the
- 45:10Speaker 3: fruits that should be resident in the recreated human spirit,
- 45:15Speaker 3: and the Bible.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Lists nine of them.
- 45:17Speaker 3: And there are all kinds of theological explanations. Others see
- 45:21Speaker 3: them as expressions of love, or nine distinct fruits of
- 45:25Speaker 3: the spirit. The most important thing is that these are
- 45:29Speaker 3: the spiritual qualities verse twenty two that define a person
- 45:33Speaker 3: of character. You are a person of character to the degree.
- 45:37Speaker 2: To which the fruit of the Spirit is lavishly at
- 45:40Speaker 2: work in you.
- 45:41Speaker 3: Are we together give it to us please twenty two.
- 45:45Speaker 3: But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience,
- 45:50Speaker 3: or long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, self.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Control, or temperance.
- 45:58Speaker 3: Is say against such there is no law that means
- 46:01Speaker 3: There is no law on it that means well for
- 46:05Speaker 3: men that fights. Whoever has this attribute, whether it is
- 46:08Speaker 3: Christianity or any other religion, nobody will ever frown at
- 46:13Speaker 3: a man. Do you know everything we do in life
- 46:16Speaker 3: is an attempt to replicate this atmosphere in our lives.
- 46:20Speaker 3: You get dogs because you are looking for peace, Is
- 46:23Speaker 3: that true? You get a security man because you suspect.
- 46:27Speaker 3: As much as you came to church, you still lock
- 46:30Speaker 3: your car outside. Why because you suspect that not all
- 46:33Speaker 3: men have faith?
- 46:34Speaker 2: You are looking for it.
- 46:35Speaker 3: You are trying to simulate the atmosphere of the fruit
- 46:39Speaker 3: of the spirit. When you are vetting employers in your
- 46:44Speaker 3: place of work, beyond skill, why do you throw.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Some and pick some?
- 46:49Speaker 3: You are looking for the same blanks of the fruit
- 46:52Speaker 3: of the Spirit at work in them.
- 46:55Speaker 2: Someone say character In First s Timo Thing.
- 47:02Speaker 3: Chapter three, when you read from verse one to nine,
- 47:04Speaker 3: First Timote Chapter three, from verse one to nine, Apostle
- 47:09Speaker 3: Paul was mentoring his son in the Gospel Timothy, and
- 47:12Speaker 3: he was guiding him to understand the ethics of effective ministry,
- 47:17Speaker 3: as far as the ministry of an overseer or a
- 47:20Speaker 3: passower concern. And he began to list a group of
- 47:23Speaker 3: things that he.
- 47:24Speaker 2: Would need to watch for. Are we together now?
- 47:27Speaker 3: Yes, character is not necessarily perfection. But you see you
- 47:35Speaker 3: are a person of character to the degree to which
- 47:38Speaker 3: there is a level of bexterity in your life. When
- 47:43Speaker 3: you are a person who is easily given to compromise,
- 47:46Speaker 3: you are not a person of character. Compromise in words,
- 47:51Speaker 3: compromise in deeds. You must be a person of value
- 47:56Speaker 3: and values. Even if you are wrong, let it be
- 48:00Speaker 3: that you are definite about something.
- 48:02Speaker 2: It is easy to be corrected.
- 48:04Speaker 3: It's easy to correct somebody who is definitely wrong than
- 48:10Speaker 3: someone who vacillates between good and bad. That was why
- 48:13Speaker 3: it was difficult for Jesus to correct the scribes and
- 48:16Speaker 3: the Pharisees. When he met the woman at the well,
- 48:19Speaker 3: she was completely wrong and she switched immediately. When he
- 48:25Speaker 3: met a man who was possessed of devils, it was
- 48:28Speaker 3: pure darkness.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Light could come immediately.
- 48:30Speaker 3: But when he met people who were in his crusades,
- 48:34Speaker 3: they will come early and sit inside, but never be
- 48:36Speaker 3: open for conversion.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Allelujah. Character.
- 48:44Speaker 3: This, I believe is one of the attributes that we
- 48:47Speaker 3: need to pray seriously, especially for this generation to have
- 48:52Speaker 3: where generation that clamors for power, revelation, miracles, and that
- 48:56Speaker 3: is wonderful. And it seemed, especially in the area of Mini,
- 49:00Speaker 3: that the moment. You have access to revelation. You have
- 49:04Speaker 3: access to some level of results. It does not matter
- 49:07Speaker 3: what else happens. No, it does, it does?
- 49:12Speaker 2: It does? Someone say?
- 49:15Speaker 3: Character number three. The third pillar upon which kingdom leadership
- 49:27Speaker 3: is built on is called competence.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Please write it down.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Competence number one, your love for God and for men.
- 49:35Speaker 3: Number two character moral excellence, the quality of being a
- 49:41Speaker 3: person of moral high moral standards. And that number three
- 49:47Speaker 3: competence Prohaps eighteen sixteen. The gift of a man makes
- 49:55Speaker 3: room for him, the Bible says, and bring gets him
- 49:59Speaker 3: before great men.
- 50:01Speaker 2: The gift of a man.
- 50:03Speaker 3: You change that word, give to the value of a
- 50:05Speaker 3: man that it is able to make room. You know
- 50:08Speaker 3: what it means to make room. To make room does
- 50:11Speaker 3: not mean to show him where there is an empty room.
- 50:13Speaker 3: There is no empty room for you anywhere. It is
- 50:16Speaker 3: your gift that will push a space and give you
- 50:19Speaker 3: a place in life and destiny. There are no empty lands,
- 50:26Speaker 3: not even in the Bible.
- 50:27Speaker 6: There are giants in every land, even if it is
- 50:29Speaker 6: your own.
- 50:30Speaker 3: It will take something from you to dislodge this place
- 50:33Speaker 3: and create a place for yourself.
- 50:35Speaker 2: Please hear me, believe us if we do not press
- 50:39Speaker 2: for competence.
- 50:40Speaker 3: Remember my introductory explanation about.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Leadership, that is about.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Deploying the gift and the ability that you have. This
- 50:49Speaker 3: is where I need to charge the Body of Christ
- 50:52Speaker 3: respectfully with every sense of gravity and importance. Because we
- 50:59Speaker 3: have use spirituality as an excuse from mediocrity and incompetence.
- 51:07Speaker 3: It is only in the churche that incompetence is tolerated
- 51:10Speaker 3: indefinitely under the guys that the most important thing is
- 51:16Speaker 3: God or the grace of God.
- 51:18Speaker 2: So we ship every kind of incompetence. No, the gift
- 51:24Speaker 2: of a man, not the gift of a Christian. The
- 51:27Speaker 2: gift of.
- 51:28Speaker 3: A man, any man makes room for him, bringing him
- 51:32Speaker 3: before great Man. I made up my mind as a
- 51:36Speaker 3: man of God that the only advantage in my life
- 51:39Speaker 3: will not be the anointing. I should be able to
- 51:41Speaker 3: communicate with non Christians in an intelligent way, exporting Kingdom
- 51:46Speaker 3: values within a context that can lead to transformation, even
- 51:51Speaker 3: national transformation. If you're a man of God, here, let
- 51:56Speaker 3: me change you and encourage you. The poor pities your constituency,
- 52:01Speaker 3: but not your only point of influence. If you can
- 52:04Speaker 3: only be heard by Christians, you are not really valuable.
- 52:12Speaker 3: If your audience are only Christians, you are not valuable.
- 52:16Speaker 3: A Muslim should be able to listen to you, and
- 52:19Speaker 3: even though he may not accept your Jesus, he cannot
- 52:22Speaker 3: deny the dexterity of your thoughts. The applicability of the
- 52:25Speaker 3: principles that you are bringing.
- 52:28Speaker 2: This is what will give you an upper hand.
- 52:33Speaker 3: Are we learning the Bible says by the truth and
- 52:37Speaker 3: sell it? Not believe us in the name of Jesus.
- 52:39Speaker 3: Let the spirit of laziness live our lives forever. You're
- 52:44Speaker 3: a man of God. Here, obtain grace from God and
- 52:46Speaker 3: go and do your homework. Let's stop bringing shame and
- 52:49Speaker 3: reproach to God through incompetence. No be sound in doctrine,
- 52:56Speaker 3: work upon yourself, communicate the truth with intelligence. Let people
- 53:01Speaker 3: be able to listen to you, and let their staying
- 53:05Speaker 3: under your influence be worth your time. Let people not
- 53:08Speaker 3: frown while they're listening to you and said I wasted
- 53:10Speaker 3: my time. I would have been sleeping instead of.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Coming to you.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Are not giving life applicable truths. This is also true
- 53:22Speaker 3: for a CEO when.
- 53:25Speaker 6: You classically speaking.
- 53:27Speaker 2: There are different levels of leadership. You see the list.
- 53:30Speaker 3: Of them that we know professionally speaking, is positional leadership.
- 53:35Speaker 3: That means the loyalty of the people to you is
- 53:37Speaker 3: simply because they appointed you there. They really don't like you,
- 53:41Speaker 3: they don't love you, They are not loyal to you,
- 53:44Speaker 3: is just because they have to make do with that appointment.
- 53:48Speaker 2: You must transit through knowledge.
- 53:50Speaker 3: People should love you for who you are, beyond the
- 53:52Speaker 3: office you occupy. It's the reason why we are obsessed
- 53:57Speaker 3: about offices. I am apostle Joshua Selmer, because once you
- 54:01Speaker 3: remove that apostle, Joshua Selman has no value among people.
- 54:05Speaker 2: No, shouldn't be.
- 54:08Speaker 3: When you say Jesus, when you say Messiah, when you
- 54:12Speaker 3: say Christ, any of his names carry value. Is someone learning,
- 54:24Speaker 3: make up your mind to be competent as a businessman.
- 54:27Speaker 3: Make up your mind to be competent. Beyond being rich,
- 54:31Speaker 3: make up your mind to be competent. In Genesis, chapter
- 54:36Speaker 3: forty one, I wish we had time the full Texas
- 54:39Speaker 3: from thirty three to forty six. This was Joseph being
- 54:44Speaker 3: called out of the dungeon by Pharaoh. Remember, Pharaoh had
- 54:47Speaker 3: a dream and his sorcerers magicians could not interpret the dream,
- 54:51Speaker 3: and they call this young Hebrew boy called Joseph. Joseph
- 54:55Speaker 3: shaves and stands before Pharaoh. Pharaoh now narrates the dream,
- 54:59Speaker 3: and Joseph says, well, God will give Pharaoh an understanding
- 55:03Speaker 3: of peace. Then he begins his interpretation when he interprets it.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Now, I hope you know.
- 55:09Speaker 3: That Joseph was not lifted for interpreting the dream. He
- 55:13Speaker 3: was lifted for bringing solutions out of the dream.
- 55:16Speaker 2: He said, Now, let Pharaoh set.
- 55:19Speaker 3: This and that and twenty percent of the grains the
- 55:23Speaker 3: agricultural products in Egypt. Let it be stored and save
- 55:27Speaker 3: for the next seven years, and then put people over
- 55:30Speaker 3: that affairs. Let's look at verse thirty eight. For sake
- 55:36Speaker 3: of verse forty, verse forty, just for the sake of time,
- 55:40Speaker 3: verse forty, please give it to us. Okay, let me,
- 55:46Speaker 3: let me, let's let's let's say thirty eight. Wherever we stop,
- 55:50Speaker 3: I need you to see the context of this Genesis
- 55:53Speaker 3: forty one thirty eight, And Pharaoh said onto his servants,
- 55:57Speaker 3: can we find such a man as this?
- 56:01Speaker 2: This is a king testifying. This is what competence does.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Do you know that when you are really competent, it
- 56:08Speaker 3: will vito where you are coming from.
- 56:10Speaker 2: When people begin to say where are you from?
- 56:12Speaker 3: It's because there is there is There is a level
- 56:15Speaker 3: of incompetence that makes it necessary to find out where
- 56:18Speaker 3: you are coming from. There is a level of value
- 56:21Speaker 3: that can veto your background. You are too important to
- 56:24Speaker 3: be ignored. Watch this now, can we find such a
- 56:34Speaker 3: one in whom is the spirit of God? Next verse,
- 56:41Speaker 3: and Pharaoh said onto Joseph, for as much as God
- 56:44Speaker 3: has showed you all this, there is none so discrete
- 56:47Speaker 3: and wise as that. As a result, that shall be
- 56:51Speaker 3: over my house, no election, no interview, no discussion.
- 56:55Speaker 2: Kings were not stupid people.
- 56:57Speaker 3: Do you know the risk it takes to carry a
- 57:00Speaker 3: Jewish boy from the prison with not training? The question
- 57:03Speaker 3: is who would train him? When the king now said,
- 57:07Speaker 3: I gave all of you a level playing ground, whoever
- 57:10Speaker 3: has answers come forth, and nobody could bring it. Thou
- 57:15Speaker 3: shalt be over my house. Please give it to us,
- 57:22Speaker 3: and according to thy word shall my people be ruled?
- 57:26Speaker 2: What a risk?
- 57:28Speaker 3: Only in the throne will I be greater than you.
- 57:30Speaker 3: Next verse, look at the three things that began to
- 57:33Speaker 3: come to him, And Pharaoh said onto Joseph, c. I
- 57:37Speaker 3: have set thee over all the land of Egypt, favor
- 57:43Speaker 3: answering to competence, And Pharaoh took off his ring from
- 57:48Speaker 3: his hand and put it on Joseph's hand, and I
- 57:52Speaker 3: read him Inseph fine linen, and put a gold chain
- 57:56Speaker 3: about his neck. Can you imagine a man leaves the
- 57:58Speaker 3: prison in the morning and says, I'm I'm sure the
- 58:02Speaker 3: prison was said, make sure you return later, and the
- 58:04Speaker 3: boy smiled and said, you do not know who is
- 58:07Speaker 3: living that prison. I can imagine the man who was
- 58:13Speaker 3: shaving Joseph to go and meet Pharaoh. Oh dear, never
- 58:19Speaker 3: look down on a competent man, even if you find
- 58:22Speaker 3: him in prison. Prison is a deceptive place. It's a
- 58:26Speaker 3: place where both good and bad people meet. So be
- 58:29Speaker 3: careful who you treat in the prison because you don't.
- 58:33Speaker 2: Know who is living that place.
- 58:35Speaker 6: Some will live to their death, but some will live
- 58:38Speaker 6: to the horizon.
- 58:39Speaker 3: The prison is a mysterious place where you find both
- 58:43Speaker 3: good and bad people. The prison, like the cross, is
- 58:47Speaker 3: a mysterious place. You will find Jesus on the cross.
- 58:50Speaker 3: You will also find thieves on the cross. Don't generalize
- 58:55Speaker 3: when you see everybody in prison or the cross.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I'm speaking to.
- 58:59Speaker 3: You prophetically, because there are people right now it looks
- 59:02Speaker 3: like there are no results in their lives. Yet they're
- 59:04Speaker 3: in the prison. Could it be that some of them
- 59:07Speaker 3: are forty eight hours left to rise? Like Joseph, it's
- 59:16Speaker 3: God giving you wisdom. Let's finish that scription. Sheller saw
- 59:23Speaker 3: brandy k valiata media, please give it to us. Let's
- 59:27Speaker 3: work very quickly so we can finish. And the Bible says,
- 59:30Speaker 3: and he made him to write in the second chariot
- 59:32Speaker 3: which he had, and they cried before him, bow the knee,
- 59:36Speaker 3: and made him the ruler over all the land of Egypt.
- 59:40Speaker 2: Let's just finish it. And Pharaoh said on to Joseph,
- 59:43Speaker 2: I am Pharaoh.
- 59:44Speaker 3: And without this shall no man lift up his hand
- 59:47Speaker 3: or foot in the land of Egypt. Are you saying
- 59:52Speaker 3: that many things we pray for we're assigned to come
- 59:55Speaker 3: to us through competence? And he gave him a name
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: call Zafnathpania and his and he gave him to wife Asana,
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: the daughter of Portifera, the priest of Oun. And Joseph
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: went out over the land of Egypt the last verse,
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: and he was thirty years old. This is the part
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: that this stops me.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: He was, how old?
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: I hope you know that Egypt that then Egypt was
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: bigger than Africa. Don't think it's just a small thing
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: you see on the map today. Egypt was a world
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: superpower as at that time.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: How do you make it?
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: Thirty year old boy without interview, who had spent X
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: years plus two extra years as a result of the carelessness.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: Of a one presser.
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: I will hold on through the storm, and I will
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: hold on to your work.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: My life will soon reveal you're the lifter of men.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Lifter of men. I will hold on through the store. Yes,
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: I will hold on to your word. My story is
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: about to change by the lift rough men, the lifter
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: of men. Hear me.
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: If you ever doubt that God lifts men, think again.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: While they were driving me into this city, I was
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: almost in tears because I remember walking on some of
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: your roads.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: Many years ago, quietly.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: Thinking about my destiny and declaring that I will not
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: be small.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Maybe I pass some of you, who knows, but no more.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: If you're trying to do a tour portacord for me,
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: you may be wasting your time.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: This is not a place of ignorance. There was a
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: time it was once whole. What you may never know
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: That's exactly what happens.
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: When you do not rise, you will remain an activity
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: that passes with time.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: I want somebody to make a covenant with his destiny
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: today that incompetence must live my life. Must live my
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: life a person where I can cook. Can kings call
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: you to cook for them? Listen, You only stop in
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: your journey to competence when you get to the palace.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: If you are not yet in the palace, don't flatter yourself.
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Keep moving, Keep moving.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: Apost I'm a man of God until the day that
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: the nations call you and acknowledge Jesus reason in your life.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Don't stop. I'm a business man, I'm a CEO. With
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: how much I have one hundred million in that?
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: Can you give it to the work of God and sleep?
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: Sound if you cannot you are not yet there. Don't
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: say I'm a rich man. There's a lot of earlier
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: rival mentality that is killing so many people. And I
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: say this with a heart of love. Many times three
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: will look at me as say, what are you studying again?
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: What are you praying again?
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: I'm almost tempted to say, get de behind me, Satan.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Compared to where He's taking uswell, just a step out
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: of the cave until we bring nations to the cross
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: in one day.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: We are not yet there. I told you be careful
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: who claps for you.
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: Some of you, too many media cars have clapped for
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: you too early for doing nothing, and it has put
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: you in a position where you are comparing yourself with
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: people who have not even started anything. No, sir, it
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: is God speaking to someone. Will find somewhere to pray,
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: but listen to me. You want to be a leader. Indeed,
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: no body will follow an incompetent person pastor.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: Members will not come because you invited them.
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: They will come because they are comfortable sitting under the
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: leadership of an intelligent, spiritual, composed, discipline enlightened pastor that
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: adds value perpetually to them. A wealthy man will not
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: leave his house and make it full of himself and
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: come and sit down under your atmosphere for three or
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: four hours, wasting his time listening to disjointed, irrelevant information
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: that is an insult to his pedigree.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: No, there is a kind of light that brings kings.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: The Bible says, gentiles will come to your light, but
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: kings don't come to your light.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: They come to the brightness of your rising.
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: Listen music directors. Musicians don't say I can sing who
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: has vetted you? Thank God for the song you wrote.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: Thank God for all the mistakes you are learning. Provided
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: you keep pressing, become necessarily impressed with yourself. There are
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: times to pat yourself at the back. I once met
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: a group of people, business people, and you know, most
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: times business people think men of God have nothing to
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: tell them.
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: So I sat down. When I listened to the people,
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: they were talking.
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: Very arrogantly, and when they were I was almost saying, please,
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: I have the important things, so do this is why'
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: wasting my time here? These joint ten gaps in their understanding,
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: And I said, how do this?
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Will expect to make it. Just because somebody gave you
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: a large money to start.
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: Business doesn't mean you are there. The five talent was given,
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: so you are not marked for what you are giving.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: You are marked for what you made from what you
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: were giving. That you had a father that could give
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: you one hundred million. Thank God for the leverage. We
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: start marking from what is added to it.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: Not what is giving. Are we together? Please challenge yourself
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: in the name of Jesus.
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: I hope you are not offended. I'm stretching you to
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: go back. Some of you from this place right now,
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: go to a bookstore straight and say, I am tired
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: of failing.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Love everybody, but follow people with results.
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: Don't waste your time, shorten your journey by gathering information
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: you don't have to throw out again through incompetence. I
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: love everybody, but that I do not give my destiny
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: attention to everybody. The urgency in my destiny does not
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: allow me to keep editing garbages I put in my
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: mind and only to find out that what I call
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: light was darkness.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: So there are some them.
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: The Bible says to follow who to faith and patience
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: have obtained not obtaining Allelujah, is someone learning self time
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: From today, I obtain grace to be competent.
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: Say, in the name of Jesus, my world will see
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: the glory of God that rises from within me.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: A man.
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: God has called you to be a prophet over the nations.
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: Stay with God, do your homework.
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: Let something from Heaven come upon your life, and when
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: you stand up. Competition is only necessary to people who
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: are at a level an average level. You see, you
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: don't queue in the air. You only have traffic on
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: the ground. The difficulty of the plane is until it lifts,
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: because there can be traffic. But once it lifts, no
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: matter how big it is the plane is, there is
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: enough space in the air. So a competitive mentality is
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: already an indication that you are surrounding yourself around is
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: fair with too many medio cars.
- 1:08:52Speaker 7: I will sorry you above the clouds, Father, you are
- 1:08:59Speaker 7: over the flats.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: I will besty know.
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: God, my soul beasty. No, let me give it the
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: last key and we'll pray. Has God spoken to someone?
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: I challenged myself years ago, and I still do that.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: I will never settle. You see, champions never even know
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: where the finish line is.
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: Their focus is not to finish. Their focus is to remain.
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: A champion will pass the finish line and still be looking.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: This one thing I do, he says, forgetting the things
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: that are behind.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: I press. This was the greatest, one of.
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: The greatest apostles wrote to third of the New Testament,
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: and yet at the end of his life he still
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: continued to advocate his press.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Allelujah, Let's do a quick record Number one.
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: The first pillar upon which kingdom leadership rests on is
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: your love for God and for people. Did you get
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: that number two is character? Number three competence? Now number
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: four service the last piller upon which kingdom leadership rests
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: on his service. Look twenty two place from verse twenty
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: five we're reading down to twenty seven. Jesus was contrasting
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: the world's way of leadership as opposed to the kingdom's way.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: Let's see what he had to say. And he said,
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: unto them, the king of the gentle's exercise lordship over them,
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: and they that exercise authority over them are called benefactors.
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: He said, But ye shall not be so. But he
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: that is greatest among you must prove his greatness by
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: being as the younger, and he that is chief as he.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: That dot self.
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: For whether is greater he that seated at meat or
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: he that saveth is it not he that seated.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: At the meal? He said, But I am among you.
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: Jesus is speaking not as one that rules, even though
- 1:11:48Speaker 3: I am lord. But as far as leadership is concerned,
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: I am among you as he that saved.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: Can I tell you this? The purpose of author is service.
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: If you cannot serve with the influence and the authority
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: that God gives you, then you are not relevant as far.
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: As his program is concerned.
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: The temptation is there to use your influence to subjugate people.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: The temptation is there to use your influence to make
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: a name for yourself. But I have discovered from scripture,
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: from history, from fathers, and from my experience that the
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: greatest way to have a name, if you ever need one,
- 1:12:37Speaker 3: a name.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: That counts, is to serve. Service is powerful.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: I have profound regard and respect for people who serve me.
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: Elisha was never supposed to be a prophet. There was
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: no prophecy about Elisha taking over from Elijah. The next
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: prophet should come from among the sons of the prophet
- 1:13:00Speaker 3: who have been mentored in the school. But one person
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: served this way and rewrote prophecy until he carried a
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: double portion.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: Can I tell you this as I prepare to wrap up.
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: Some of you have served laboriously and diligently in this church,
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: and the devil is about to tempt you to make
- 1:13:20Speaker 6: you believe that your service is making.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: You too weak. Can I tell you the way up
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: is true service.
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: When you find people who serve, I'll show you people
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: who will never remain.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: At that same position.
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: The justice system of God will not allow you to
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: remain at that same position. In fact, run away from
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: a leader who does not have a track record of service. Authentically,
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: that ship comes as a reward for effective service. My
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: life is full of stories at strategic points in my life,
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: how that I served, and sometimes served to a fault.
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: You know, you may have heard me say that there
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: is nobody who comes out of nowhere. That narrative is
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: absolute nonsense. Just because you are not aware of where
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: David came out from does not mean it was not
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: in the wilderness behind every story I tell you, Every glory,
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: they say, is a story. You are writing your story,
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: and you are writing your story. Now write it with honor,
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: even if in tears, Write it with honor, because someday
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: what looks like a scar in your hand.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: Will become the symbol of honor. The hymn writer says,
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: So I cherish the old ragget cross, tell my burdens
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: at last high laid down, I will cling to the wrong.
- 1:15:00Speaker 7: Here's the part I love and it shame.
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: So what is making you cry today is currency. You
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: will soon exchange it for honor. Tomorrow a day will come,
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: a clarion call will be made at the table of greatness,
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: but a certain scar requirement will be the qualification to
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: be seated there. And if you do not have that
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: scar through service, you cannot be giving room among the
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: great Today, when you go to heaven, you don't just
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: use crowns to know Jesus, because the elders to have crowns.
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: All you need to do is to tell everybody in
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: heaven to lift up your hands. The one who has
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: what was one's a symbol of shame. The one who
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: bled the same hand that one's brought shame is the
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: hand today that holds the scepta of honor. I don't
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: know who I'm speaking to, but your service is giving
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: you permission to levels you are not even ready, young lady.
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: Many people are looking at you and saying, leave these
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: church people. You will serve, charge and die here for nothing.
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: You better resist the temptation of Satan to abort a
- 1:16:22Speaker 3: glorious destiny that is still information. Nothing is excellent, while
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: it is still for me as women who cook. When
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: you look at the pot, ask our wonderful women here,
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: mothers and wives.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: When you are in the kitchen. Sometimes it looks messy,
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: and yet that is what we are.
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: Waiting for to eat. When you see the food while
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: it's there, you are courting. You are doing this the
- 1:16:49Speaker 3: same meat you salivate over. If you see it in
- 1:16:52Speaker 3: a raw fall, you may not eat it again just
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: because God is making you. Don't allow naysay as and
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: ignorant people to abort something that is still in process.
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: Anybody who sees you and say you don't look like
- 1:17:08Speaker 3: it said, God is still working. La charla caparacusia is
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: still working. Where is a husband you said you will
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: get for serving in church? You better use common sense.
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: Tell them God is still working after working for many years.
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: It will be an insult for God to just give
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: you a man. God will give you a nation in
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: a man. Believe me, help them please, I know what
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: I'm saying. My life is a testimony. God does not
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: pay people every day, but the day your reward comes.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: Ah, He will carry a man's lifetime and give you
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: in a moment.
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: Haleluya halllujah, halllua halelujah for our light.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: Afflictions.
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: The Bible says, which work at you, not a far
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: more exceeding weight of glory.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: Listen to me, It says, while we look not at the.
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: Things that are seen, but the things that are unseen
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: exaid for. The things that are seen are temper our
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: that means subject to change, But the things that are
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: on sener eternal. The version of you now is not
- 1:18:45Speaker 3: the version of the world is waiting for.
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: Be patient with God.
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: Let him build you to be a man of God
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: with sire, a woman of God with power, an exceptional CEO.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: Please hear me, they will come.
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: Do you know many of the houses you have passed
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: in this city are your own? Not just listen, But
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: it's not this version of you they're looking for. There
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: is a version of you that will evolve. You will
- 1:19:15Speaker 3: buy those houses like you are buying Richard car and
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: it will not even be a testimony because you have
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: risen far beyond that crayer.
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: If you had seen my.
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: Life, say maybe twenty years ago, it may not look
- 1:19:40Speaker 3: like it now. The only thing that you may see
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: that represents hope is vision, not results. Vision for someone
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: who came here and they're all kids. I'm saying this
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: particularly to our dear young people. We have a generation
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: that is too impatient. Look at you and they jos feu.
- 1:20:01Speaker 3: Till now, your life has not moved. You are still tracking,
- 1:20:04Speaker 3: and you feel stupid for serving God. You feel stupid
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: for walking in pairs with God. Can I tell you
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: there is a name. God is called Hebrews eleven numbers six.
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: He is called the Rewarder, the rewarder, not of everybody
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: of them that diligently seek him, Allelujah. Many years ago
- 1:20:31Speaker 3: the Lord told me, he said, son, if you will
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: let men see me, there is.
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: Nothing I will not give you.
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: Honestly, I'm not sure I understood the gravity of that statement.
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: I don't even talk about myself and share testimonies. It
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: will become a destruction that is unnecessary. The most important
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: thing I can tell you is to God be the glory.
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: God has carried many people's lifetime lifetime and brought.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: At a platter.
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: The things we have seen, the things we have heard,
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: the things our hands have handled.
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: You are not learning conningly devised fables.
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: No.
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: I never imagined in my life that I'll.
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: Be talking with heads of government across nations and to
- 1:21:20Speaker 3: them it to be a privilege for them to talk
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: with Joshua Sellman.
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: And sometimes when I'm talking I'm saying, God, look what
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: you can do. Listen. I have seen levels of honor,
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: and I tell you with all humility that sometimes it's
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: not very safe.
- 1:21:41Speaker 3: To begin to share with people as they rise. But
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: I have seen many great things in this life.
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: I can tell you the benefits when you influence people.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: You've heard some of them.
- 1:21:55Speaker 3: Most times, I just repeat testimonies that I've said before
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: so that it does not become a distraction.
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: From one giant, one giant real.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: Estate company alone Ah who entered a covenant with God
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: that everywhere in the world they build an estate, they
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: must build the house for me. I don't even know
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: how many of them are here now. I've not even gone.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: I think just one of them. I don't know how
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: many of them.
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: I was in a particular nation years ago, and when
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: I was done, on my way to return back, the
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: Man of God called me, and a group of business
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: people were there and they said, listen, this is what
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: There is a partnership between that nation and the American government.
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: This and that there is an estate. We decided to
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: give you five properties. From that time till now, I've
- 1:22:46Speaker 3: not gone there to check what has happened. I don't
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: say these things to brag. I hope you'll get to
- 1:22:54Speaker 3: the point. Yes, allelujah, A day comes when you yourself.
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: You become. You don't just give value, You are the
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: value yourself.
- 1:23:18Speaker 3: One of the blessings that God promised Abraham was I
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: will make your name great.
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: You know what it means.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: By the time your name is great, many people can
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: leverage on the name and be great too. If you
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: are great, Alona, your name is not great.
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: It dies with you. That is the tragedy of Africa.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: Children cannot use the.
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: Name and the leverage of those before them to rise.
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: When you hear McDonald today, it's a great name. Anybody
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: can ride on that name and rise. But for us here.
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: Somebody will rise and be great and die, and everybody
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: behind him will have to pay the price for all
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: the battles he didn't fight. Then start from ground up again.
- 1:24:00Speaker 3: He said, I will make your name great. That is
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: influence today. The top three religions across the world all
- 1:24:09Speaker 3: came from one man, one man, all of them from
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: one man. The Jews, Islam, and Christianity all came one man.
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: In fact, God will the whole earth to one man.
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: What sort of thing is that? How can God will
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: the earth? Abraham become my Abraham, and I would be
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: your God.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: Your reward is that you raise sons that will honor me.
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: My reward is I give you the earth. So the
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: Bible says, look on to Abraham your father, and onto
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: Sarah your mother that bed he said, for I called
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: him alone and blessed him and increased him.
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: Isaiah to one from verse two. Ladiest and gentlemen, please
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: hear me.
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: Influence is not a mistake. A generation will not follow
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: you just because you want them to follow you.
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: And it is not about social media and likes and
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: follows that can be such deception. We're talking about people
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: who love you to a point that they can die
- 1:25:22Speaker 6: for you. That they love you, they have acknowledged the
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: hand of God upon your life, and they have received
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: you as the face and the.
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: Voice of God to their generation.
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: Let me show you one scripture and will wrap up
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: my apologies for have I always said your time? One
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: last scripture, and then will pray blessed be the name
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: of the Lord. Chapter thirteen and verse thirty six at
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: thirteen thirty six, and then will pray I like us
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: to readly together as loud as you can you see projected.
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: Never forget this scripture. In fact, let's read it from amplified.
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: My dear people, give us your amplified version, and then
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: will read and we close ready one to read for David,
- 1:26:15Speaker 3: after he had served the purpose of God in his
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: own generation? Stop, where did he serve in his own
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: That means purpose? An influence is generation. Now you are
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: not going to serve every generation. When God calls you,
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: he does not just give you an assignment. He gives
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: you an age range of influence from this to this.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: Listen the generation of our father and the Lord Babad
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: day boy. You know, matter how anointed I am, even
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: if I raised the dead in front of them, they
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: will love me and say, O, course, you are such
- 1:26:53Speaker 3: a nice person. Let me go and listen to our
- 1:26:55Speaker 3: father because he was sent to that generation together. Now
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: the same way, there are wonderful young people.
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: As much as they love the fathers, they will listen
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: to them and say thank you. But something in them
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: just says, I need.
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: Every generation is in a pursuit for the voice, all
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: the voices that.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: God has lifted. May you be one of them.
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: That when there is a prophetic ro call, where are
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: the voices a portion for this generation. Let it not
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: be that you're bishopric and not that will take because
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: of carelessness and insensitivity.
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: This is worse.
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: Is at the heart of the intercontinental pastor to see
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: how you can drive people to be relevant. Influence is
- 1:27:43Speaker 3: about communicating the purposes of God as.
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: A portion to your generation. I made up my mind.
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: I do not have the intention and the ambition of
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: doing everything for that would be foolish. But as far
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: as the context of my generation is concerned, that we
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: will shine the lights and it will be so bright.
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: It will be said that, by the privilege of God's
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: grace during our time, we were able to do the
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: much that we could.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: Do for His majesty. This is my drive. This is
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: why I wake up, This is why I sleep, This
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: is why I travel, This is why.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: I do everything that I desired to do. My call
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: for you as I depart your city is that there
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: is a voice of millions that are calling your name
- 1:28:35Speaker 3: and saying we would have been more than this, but
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: some have died because you refuse to rise.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: Hear me, Man of God.
- 1:28:43Speaker 3: Only God knows if you had worked with the Holy
- 1:28:46Speaker 3: Spirit and kept in peace with your training by now
- 1:28:49Speaker 3: you would have stepped into your season of manifestation.
- 1:28:52Speaker 2: Somebody who died was allocated to.
- 1:28:55Speaker 3: Your grace for your healing, but because you refuse to rise, they.
- 1:28:58Speaker 2: Had to go.
- 1:29:00Speaker 3: Many more people will die every day because of your carelessness.
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: This is the urgency that drives me.
- 1:29:12Speaker 3: For every time I refuse to pray, I know somebody
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: in a nation or somewhere in this nation will.
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: Pay the price for that carelessness. For every time I refuse.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: To study, my incompetence will have a direct effect on
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: somebody's spiritual life. There are nations that depend on the
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: truth we communicate for the continuity of their spiritual progress.
- 1:29:33Speaker 3: I cannot afford to be careless. It's too much of
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: a risk. Listen, ladies and gentlemen, we are going to pray.
- 1:29:39Speaker 3: Your prayer is going to be to cry for grace
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: and say Lord. In my lifetime, I must represent the
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: purposes of God to my generation.
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: Open your mouth and from the depth of your heart pray.
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: I don't know how you are going to cry to God,
- 1:29:54Speaker 3: but please don't look around.
- 1:29:56Speaker 2: Cry to the God of Heaven.
- 1:30:03Speaker 6: Alas satiata m brent Ephasata Lahasa. Let it be from
- 1:30:20Speaker 6: the depth of your heart. Shapraka lakata. You have taken
- 1:30:27Speaker 6: the time to come here this morning. You have labored
- 1:30:30Speaker 6: in the spirit right from early in the morning. Finish
- 1:30:35Speaker 6: up that investment by putting some energy to your prayer,
- 1:30:42Speaker 6: and David serve the purposes of God in his generation.
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: I obtained grace.
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: I obtained grace. Someone is praying.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: Hallelujah, Hallelujah in the name of Jesus.
- 1:31:04Speaker 3: Were still pray, The Bible says, seeing them that we
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses. It says,
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: let us lay aside every weight and the sin that
- 1:31:15Speaker 3: dot easily beset us.
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: And then it says, to.
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: Run with passiverance the race that is set before us.
- 1:31:21Speaker 3: Looking on too Jesus, he says, who is the author
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: and the finisher of our faith? Who for the joy
- 1:31:27Speaker 3: that was set before him? The Bible says, he endured
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: the cross and despise the shame. Someone is going to
- 1:31:34Speaker 3: pray Every weight. Weight are not necessarily wrong. There are
- 1:31:38Speaker 3: just luggages that are necessary relative to where God is
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: taking you.
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: To lift your voice and cry every weight.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: Every distraction could be friends, could be activities, could be mindset.
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: Shack tossiata, crasiata, cra.
- 1:32:09Speaker 9: Atar every weight, every weight. There is a great destiny.
- 1:32:15Speaker 9: There is a great destiny. Someone pray, were almost done,
- 1:32:18Speaker 9: Someone pray. Let it be from the depth of your heart.
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: It's all I come in the volume of the book,
- 1:32:46Speaker 3: as it is written of me to do your will.
- 1:32:48Speaker 3: You are going to pray, Father, the portion of relevance
- 1:32:53Speaker 3: and influence you have connected to my life. May I
- 1:32:56Speaker 3: step into it, lift your voice and pray the portion
- 1:33:00Speaker 3: of influence, the portion of kingdom relevance are located onto me.
- 1:33:06Speaker 3: He gave on to one five talents, He gave on
- 1:33:09Speaker 3: to one, two to another one, but he gave everybody something.
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: Pray regardless your background, My dear brother, my dear sister,
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: this God is.
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: Able to lift men.
- 1:33:24Speaker 6: Pray chaps gabella coshabaros, chaprana baratus, commanding kingdom influence.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: For the sake of his majesty. Hallelujah.
- 1:34:06Speaker 3: For in Jesus' name we pray. Let me speak over
- 1:34:10Speaker 3: your life now. You will be surprised to see what
- 1:34:13Speaker 3: happens in your life after today.
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: On my way to Paraday, that will be your song.
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: On my way to meadays, regardless your background.
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: Your run your way to menday, your run your way
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: tear me there is a gentleman, please listen.
- 1:34:51Speaker 3: The assignment of the prophetic, among many other things, is
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: to grant you.
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: Access to the grace that will help you you to
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: rise to that place of destiny. For you, see, it
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: is not given to you to honor yourself.
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: You can respect yourself, but honor is conferred upon you
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: by another.
- 1:35:16Speaker 2: I'm looking at people here this morning.
- 1:35:20Speaker 3: Some of you have come from backgrounds like Nathaniel said
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: about Jesus. Can anything good come out of Nazareth? Sincerely speaking,
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: there are some of you. If we are to be
- 1:35:32Speaker 3: honest to analyze demographically speaking, there is no advantage in
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: terms of.
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: Your ethnic connection.
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: You will need to outsource help from a dimension that
- 1:35:41Speaker 3: is higher than your background. Please help those under the
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: annoying because I want to pray something is about.
- 1:35:47Speaker 2: To come on you. This is my last assignment, and
- 1:35:49Speaker 2: then you leave. We do not just rise in this kingdom.
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: It says that none taests my head with oil, and
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: my cop run it over. He does not annoying the
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: But I know what is on your cop by looking.
- 1:36:04Speaker 3: I know what is on your head by looking at
- 1:36:06Speaker 3: the result on your cop. If your cop is empty,
- 1:36:10Speaker 3: don't blame the cop. It is because there is nothing
- 1:36:13Speaker 3: on your head. The cop is a reflection of what
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: is on your head. Hear me.
- 1:36:21Speaker 6: I am a product of many anointings, many anointings. I
- 1:36:26Speaker 6: have secured the blessing of many fathers by the privilege
- 1:36:30Speaker 6: of God's grace.
- 1:36:32Speaker 2: It is from the abundance of that which we receive
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: that we give.
- 1:36:36Speaker 3: He said, look on us, And the Bible says the
- 1:36:39Speaker 3: man not get beautiful looked at them, expecting to receive something,
- 1:36:43Speaker 3: and it says, such as I have give I on
- 1:36:46Speaker 3: to you.
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: There are some of you.
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: You may be.
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: You may look small and silent. It looks like nobody
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: has heard you.
- 1:36:53Speaker 3: But there is a prophetic destiny connected to you that
- 1:36:56Speaker 3: you will so shake portacle, rever state. Not just speaking
- 1:37:00Speaker 3: in terms of ministry, that are emerging businesses.
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: That arise from this conference.
- 1:37:05Speaker 3: There are individuals who will be connected at a global scale.
- 1:37:10Speaker 3: My assignment is to release that grace upon you. Your
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: assignment is to receive. In the name of Jesus, the
- 1:37:17Speaker 3: Son of the Living God. I stretched my hand upon you.
- 1:37:21Speaker 3: I'm releasing this grace, the grace that causes nations to
- 1:37:25Speaker 3: hear your voice.
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: Receive that anointing right now. Take that grace.
- 1:37:29Speaker 3: Right now, take a pasta.
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: Take that anointing right now.
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: Receive that grace. Receive that grace. Take that grace. Now,
- 1:37:39Speaker 3: receive that anointing. In business, in ministry. I release that
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: anointing upon you. Now, I release that grace upon you.
- 1:37:48Speaker 2: Now tell me.
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: The Bible says, and the King send for Joseph, and
- 1:38:02Speaker 3: they brought him out of his dungeon. I don't know
- 1:38:05Speaker 3: who is the help of your destiny, but I want
- 1:38:07Speaker 3: to call them by prophecy.
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: I speak to River State, I speak over the south South.
- 1:38:14Speaker 3: Every one man dated by God to hold your hand
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: in this season. Receive an anointing that attracts them to
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: your life. Receive an anointing that attracts them to your life.
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: Help them. Please, receive an anointing that attruct them to
- 1:38:32Speaker 3: your life. Esther Chapter two and verse fifteen, the Bible says,
- 1:38:42Speaker 3: and Esther obtained favor in the sight of all them
- 1:38:46Speaker 3: that looked upon her. Verse seventeen, the Bible says, she
- 1:38:51Speaker 3: the King.
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: Loved esther more than all the virgins.
- 1:38:56Speaker 3: Extradus, chapter three and verse twenty one. And I will
- 1:38:59Speaker 3: give the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians.
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: And it shall come to pass that as ye go,
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: ye shall not go empty. Emptiness has an explanation in
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: the name of Jesus. May disgrace for favor rest upon you,
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: sell it, rest upon you, upon your business, upon your family,
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: upon your ministry. Allelujah, hear me. There is a graceful visibility.
- 1:39:35Speaker 3: Neither do men light a lamp and put it under
- 1:39:38Speaker 3: a bushel. It told Abraham, he said, from where thou at,
- 1:39:43Speaker 3: lift up your eyes. You can look from where you are.
- 1:39:46Speaker 3: You don't need to go anywhere. From where you are.
- 1:39:50Speaker 2: Your hands may not.
- 1:39:51Speaker 3: Get there, your feet may not get there, but your
- 1:39:54Speaker 3: eyes can go there. From where thou art, he said,
- 1:39:57Speaker 3: lift up your eyes and look not word southward is
- 1:40:01Speaker 3: word that everywhere your eyes sees to you have given.
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: Us an inheritance. I want to pray for the.
- 1:40:09Speaker 3: Grace to be visionary, because you see, vision is more
- 1:40:13Speaker 3: than a psychological thing.
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: It takes the spirit of God opening your eyes to see.
- 1:40:20Speaker 3: Habad Cook said, I will stand upon my watch and
- 1:40:22Speaker 3: set myself upon the tower and I will see what
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: He will say onto me.
- 1:40:27Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus, May your eyes be open
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: to see.
- 1:40:37Speaker 3: Hear me. Hegard was in the desert, and yet there
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: was an oasis in the desert, and she could not see.
- 1:40:47Speaker 3: But when God opened her eyes, she saw an oasis.
- 1:40:52Speaker 3: There was a lamb that was near Abraham, and yet
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: he did not see. It was until God told him
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: there is a lamb, and he saw a lamp that
- 1:41:01Speaker 3: had been caught. Only God knows the opportunities around your
- 1:41:05Speaker 3: life and ministry. But until you have the eyes that
- 1:41:08Speaker 3: sees and in efficient chapter three and verse nine. There
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: is an anointing that God gave Paul, and He has
- 1:41:16Speaker 3: given it by extension to his only apostles and prophets.
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: It is the grace that makes all men see. I
- 1:41:25Speaker 3: decree and declare the miracle of open eyes. Receive it now,
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: receive it now capacity to see into what God is doing.
- 1:41:36Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus Christ. What you give me
- 1:41:42Speaker 3: a minute or two, something is happening to you. I
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: want to declare restoration and speed. Listen, listen, listen, listen,
- 1:41:55Speaker 3: Please look up.
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: You see. The unit of destiny is time. The unit
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: of destiny is time. Hear me.
- 1:42:05Speaker 3: Anything that takes your time has taken a portion of
- 1:42:11Speaker 3: your life.
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: Anything.
- 1:42:14Speaker 3: And one way that the devil aborts great destinies is
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: to make you waste time through a mystery called delay.
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: You know what delay is.
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: Delay happens to you when the only thing growing in
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: your life.
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: Is your age. And there are two mysteries that remedy. Delay.
- 1:42:40Speaker 3: Number one is called restoration. Number two is called speed.
- 1:42:46Speaker 3: When God wants to help you as first the matters
- 1:42:49Speaker 3: of destiny is concerned, he will allow these to fold
- 1:42:54Speaker 3: mysteries to be at work in your life. The mystery
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: of speed and the mystery of restoration. Time can be restored,
- 1:43:01Speaker 3: he said, And I will restore the years speed can
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: be given. Listen when when Jacob and Rebecca connived to
- 1:43:11Speaker 3: act like is Isaul, and they brought the venizine for Isaac.
- 1:43:15Speaker 3: Isaac said, owt come, you have come so fast. You
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: are not supposed to have arrived by this time. And
- 1:43:22Speaker 3: he said, the Lord had shown me messy. Let me
- 1:43:25Speaker 3: pray for someone. In the name of Jesus Christ. I
- 1:43:29Speaker 3: decree and declare, by the power of the Holy Spirit,
- 1:43:32Speaker 3: every thing that has left you that is not supposed
- 1:43:35Speaker 3: to have left.
- 1:43:36Speaker 2: I stand by the.
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: Mantle of the apostolic and the prophetic. Receive restoration. Now
- 1:43:43Speaker 3: receive a pack lacatas shut at the getata. Receive restoration.
- 1:43:52Speaker 3: I press it on your head. I place it on
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: your ministry. I place it on your business. I place
- 1:43:58Speaker 3: it on your children. In the name of Jesus Christ,
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: I declare speed. And the hand of the Lord came
- 1:44:13Speaker 3: upon Elijah, and he ran and overtook the chariots of
- 1:44:17Speaker 3: Ahah even down to Israel. I prayed for you.
- 1:44:21Speaker 2: May God take ten years and put it in one year.
- 1:44:25Speaker 2: Ten years, help them ten years in one year.
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: I prophesize speed received that place. I pressed that anointing
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: upon you ten years in one year.
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: Allelujah, Allelujah, allelujah. My last prayer for you. Please listen.
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: You see we are made.
- 1:45:21Speaker 3: By these prophetic words we receive. They are not empty words.
- 1:45:25Speaker 3: Believe me, there is a throne in heaven that backs
- 1:45:28Speaker 3: these speakings. Allelujah. I want to speak finally over your
- 1:45:41Speaker 3: life and release upon you the grace for honor.
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: Look at me, you know what honor is.
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: Honor means to be acknowledged and rewarded to match your
- 1:45:53Speaker 3: true worth. That means it is possible to be perceived
- 1:45:58Speaker 3: less than your true wolf.
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: When the grace for honor is upon you, it mandates
- 1:46:09Speaker 3: that men acknowledge and reward the hand of God in
- 1:46:13Speaker 3: your life to match the degree of your sacrifice.
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: This is what many people lack in their lives. They
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: do not lack value, they.
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: Lack honor except because thou hast loved righteousness and hated wickedness. Therefore,
- 1:46:30Speaker 3: God is that in your bible, even My God had
- 1:46:34Speaker 3: anointed you with an oil of gladness that makes you
- 1:46:38Speaker 3: above your fellows. Joshua was already full of the Holy Ghost,
- 1:46:43Speaker 3: and the Lord instructed him. In Deuteronomy, it says, thou
- 1:46:47Speaker 3: shalt take Joshua, the son of None, in whom is
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: the Spirit, and thou shalt lay your hands upon him.
- 1:46:52Speaker 3: And then it says, thou shalt take some of your
- 1:46:54Speaker 3: honor and given to him, so that the nation of
- 1:46:57Speaker 3: Israel will happen to him. Please look at me. This
- 1:47:00Speaker 3: generation is too busy, too selfish, and in many cases
- 1:47:07Speaker 3: too wicked to pay in definite dedicated attention to you,
- 1:47:12Speaker 3: except there is.
- 1:47:13Speaker 2: A grace that compels it.
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: So do not ever think except you are you want
- 1:47:19Speaker 3: balloon success. Where you are up today and anything that
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: happens you are down in shame tomorrow. There is a
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: grace that lifts men and keeps men. But I know
- 1:47:34Speaker 3: whom I believe, he says, and I am persuaded. I'm
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: seeing light come on that woman with black a black scarf.
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: That woman. Yes, I just saw light like light coming
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: on her in the name of Jesus.
- 1:47:49Speaker 3: Madam, I don't know what, but the Lord is saying,
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: your life is shifting to a new dimension beginning from today.
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: Help her.
- 1:48:05Speaker 3: Honor is a grace. That is the grace that will
- 1:48:09Speaker 3: compel kings. Jesus have that grace even as a baby.
- 1:48:14Speaker 3: That was why the mag I came. Why will the
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: magi come to greet a baby? What value had you
- 1:48:19Speaker 3: provided at the point where you came. There is a
- 1:48:23Speaker 3: place for value, but you cannot beat what honor does, even.
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: For a baby.
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: At the infancy, kings will start coming the marge. I
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: saw a star and that start. They followed that star,
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: and when they came they saw a baby. They were
- 1:48:39Speaker 3: not embarrassed.
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: They bowed before the baby and gave gifts of gold.
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: Franken Saise and this is what I want to pray
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: for you.
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: Finally, my brothers and my sisters, let me tell you
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: what honor will give you in one day.
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: A lifetime may not be able to give.
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: I know what I'm saying, Father, in the name of
- 1:49:01Speaker 3: your son Jesus, standing upon the grace of the intercontinental Pastor,
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: and praying over your precious people here and across the overflows.
- 1:49:12Speaker 3: Then by extension the many who are following by way
- 1:49:15Speaker 3: of Internet and television, in the name that is above
- 1:49:19Speaker 3: all names, as we have received even from the fathers
- 1:49:23Speaker 3: and those that have gone ahead of us. From today,
- 1:49:27Speaker 3: Over your life, your business, your family, your ministry. Oh no,
- 1:49:34Speaker 3: let it rest on you now, I say it again, Honor.
- 1:49:40Speaker 3: Let it rest on you now. Oh no, let it
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: rest on you. Now. Let this man to drive away, shame.
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: Let this man to drive away. Approach, Let this man
- 1:49:53Speaker 3: to drive away, shame. Let this man do drive away, reproach.
- 1:49:59Speaker 3: Hear me where you have been for second and forgotten,
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: so that no man passes through you. I call you
- 1:50:06Speaker 3: an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations, in the
- 1:50:11Speaker 3: name of Jesus Christ. May the Lord bless you. Keep loving, Jesus,
- 1:50:24Speaker 3: keep serving.
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: Him in truth.
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: Do not forget the four pulars I have taught you.
- 1:50:28Speaker 3: Do not forget all the teachings that came before mine.
- 1:50:31Speaker 3: And I pray that my God will lift you in
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: Jesus' name.
- 1:50:47Speaker 10: If you are club pain for Jesus, you can do
- 1:50:49Speaker 10: better than that. Amen, Glory be to Jesus. Can we
- 1:50:57Speaker 10: pray for a postule? Just pray speak a word Lord
- 1:51:00Speaker 10: of blessing over acts or Johnny Messy back to our
- 1:51:03Speaker 10: Bouja that when Nessi's returning is going to be more grace,
- 1:51:09Speaker 10: more fire. Thank you Lord in Jesus. Precious them were
- 1:51:14Speaker 10: pro
