The Wisconsin State Fair’s iconic Dairy Building, dating back to 1892, has been given a stunning $12.5 million makeover after 11 months of work—restoring its original name, brightening its interior with skylights and fresh paint, and unveiling a new west-side addition for updated restrooms and an interactive cream puff bakery.
