Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_11]: Welcome to Drinking!
- 0:09[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, well gonna drink in bro's kids, Friday afternoon.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_11]: Woo, ball stewed, what a week.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_11]: Capted out with the blaze last night.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_11]: Shout out to Sarah Gonzalez for having me on the show.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_11]: And we got into some deep topics.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it was a good show.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_11]: It was a good show.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_11]: But,
- 0:34[SPEAKER_11]: we're kind of in the same alignment here of what's going to happen for 2028s and you know you see the title of the show with his rebrand for AOC that she's currently going through.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_11]: I this was pre-breakup to the the gingerbread man, Dantheny.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_11]: um, they've been kind of pushing her along with what seems towards the 2028 presidency here, and then for the first time, uh, on Kalshi, she actually went ahead of Rubio for 2028, if you can bring up those numbers.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_11]: Now keep in mind, calcium is a prediction market where these are just normal people.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_11]: Not vagus or anything else, there are just normal people putting in cash on who they think is going to win.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_11]: It's vibes instead of...
- 1:27[SPEAKER_11]: It's vibes.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_11]: It's vibes.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_11]: It's not.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_11]: There's no science there, but it is interesting that Rubio was definitely the guy.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_11]: It seems like on calcium.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_11]: And then AOC seems like they're person.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think that's accurate.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_11]: I think it is.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_11]: And I'll tell you why, and here's where we're talking about, we're probably already said the JD's the guy.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_11]: The jadies the guy.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_13]: That's right.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, do you but do you think so?
- 1:53[SPEAKER_13]: I think if Trump says so then yes.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_13]: I don't think the I don't think JD will Step over Trump You don't think Ruby a little step over JD.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_13]: I don't think you'll step over Trump and if Trump says it's JD it's JD
- 2:07[SPEAKER_13]: uh... you think so i know so high one of you is not stupid it's in no one situation for him i think to appear was talking about the other day um... if he runs against uh... jd and wins then he loses part of whatever that coalition is uh... in turn out and maybe uh... trump is irritated by it as well if he
- 2:32[SPEAKER_13]: Rondon loses to JD's careers over.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_13]: So, no, I don't think he'd run to, I think he's probably the VP.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_13]: You think Ruby is gonna sit out?
- 2:39[SPEAKER_11]: I think he'll probably be the VP.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, the VP gotcha, gotcha, and then just kind of move up that succession.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_11]: That's interesting.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_11]: Cause you were high on Ruby, oh, and I had kind of switched as well.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_13]: I would hate it.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_13]: If in a primary, I would not vote for JD Vans, I don't think he's even conservative.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_13]: I, I, I, I, I, I very obvious he's not conservative.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_13]: Who would run against him though?
- 3:00[SPEAKER_13]: there will be a slew of people, but it depends.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_13]: We'll see how much political power Trump has by then.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's what I'm curious about too, because of his age.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_11]: That's not because of his age.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_13]: I think it'll be 82 or 83 because of his age, because he's fucking up.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_13]: Um, he's spending all of his political capital, uh, stupidly right now.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_13]: It's plenty of time to turn it around, but he's not doing a good job right now.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_11]: And we were talking about that yesterday because right now the debate is essentially for the midterms.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_11]: what's the alternative right we don't have any real real positive shit to run off of for a public and so what's the alternative do you want to go back to where it was in 2020 and i think the democrats understand that message which is why uh... with a.c. in particular i don't know if you guys heard the woke one speech she gave this week
- 3:54[SPEAKER_11]: Um, so she went out on the news stations and said, uh, was talking about woke one and woke one is her version of what was happening from 24 to 24 and she said, maybe we took it a little too far.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: that's possible to win the Senate.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I've been focused on those legislatures.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_08]: What do you make of this controversial statement?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure you've seen.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, she's, you know, the Thanksgiving dust-up.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_08]: She says she doesn't, you know, still believe that.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_08]: But, you know, the abolish prisons abolish police, which is also positions that have been taken by a lot of the progressive candidate to have won.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_08]: How do you get around that?
- 4:32[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_08]: To not positions that are supported by
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I think that a lot of these races, even right now, they'll have a tendency to be nationalized.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: But
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: These races ultimately are local, and all politics are local.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: My understanding is that Francesca Hong has made clear her present stances to her lunch.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_08]: Yes, she's moved away from lunch.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: Right, she's moved away from it.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: And I have a local city councilman that has this saying, woke one was crazy.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that what's important is that we have to assess what is it?
- 5:15[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, to then it's going too far with some of those positions.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, you briefly supported the idea of defunding the police.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you know, I think I think that
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: During this time, and during, especially during COVID, there was a huge opening of the overtone window.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: We were shut down.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: There was some of the highs on employment rates that we have seen because of those shutdowns.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that the doors were really open and trying to entertain any and every policy that was going to get us to a better place.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I actually think that the discussions that had that were had in that time were quite fruitful.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: I think that when we talk about crime today, it's fundamentally different than the way that we talked about crime in bringing crime down, right?
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that we all share in the goals of having as low a crime rate as possible.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: I think that during lockdown, of course rhetoric in that time is not rhetoric that we would use today.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm grateful that these candidates have the opportunity to present who they are to their electorate and what they're campaigning on in this moment.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_11]: There you go.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_11]: So it was woke one.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_11]: I don't really understand why it's one or why it sounds like it's named after a start works.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_13]: Boy, but woke one is, um, is the bald faced attempt when everybody's guard was down.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_13]: That's what you just said.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_13]: People were pissed off, motivated, demotivated, whatever it was and it was an opening to his, as again, she said to stretch the overtime window.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_13]: Um, but the position is deconstructionism, this is what there's a, uh, uh, Jacques Verita, uh, Dorito, brought about this.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_13]: It's, it's, the, the purpose is to constantly tear down everything all the time.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_13]: that social hierarchies, linguistic hierarchies that is to say the patriarchy are constructed rather than assets or functions of natural law.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_13]: On the left, it's used primarily to indict every system as an oppressive power structure.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_13]: whatever the dominant ideology is, in this case, white Christian, male, et cetera.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_13]: That's the whole point.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_13]: And people are starting to rebuke that stuff to a large degree, so now they have to pivot.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_13]: That's all it is.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_13]: It's the same game plan.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_13]: It's just like calling, uh,
- 8:03[SPEAKER_13]: The Green New Deal, the whatever fucking act, what was it called?
- 8:08[SPEAKER_13]: What did they call it?
- 8:10[SPEAKER_13]: The inflation production act.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's it.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_11]: But this is all, in my opinion, this all seems on purpose.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_11]: And they're trying to rebrands, not only her, but their entire party here, because the candidates that are saying the crazy shit in the world.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_11]: home and Abdul Saeed and all these other guys they're looking at these numbers and they're like oh shit this isn't popular with people we've got to move back towards the middle the crazy part is that their middle was still so far left that even the the crazy shit that's going on on that side right now this makes her seem fucking cool compared to the rest of these guys.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, to them, it's a rebrand, I guess, um, people do it in politics all the time.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_13]: I think the, this is, this is a form of, um, argument to moderation, which is where she's trying to make herself look like the moderate in the room after having been the tip of the spear with regard to progressivism for all this time.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_13]: And that and itself is an attempt.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_13]: to broaden the overtime window.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_13]: She says, maybe we went a little bit too far, but never gets specific about that, never apologizes for it, certainly.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_13]: And says, maybe we went too far, while still doing nothing to control the literal communist and socialist out of the party.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_13]: He said, instead saying, oh, but she's changed her mind on that.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_13]: It's called entryism, right?
- 9:47[SPEAKER_13]: People in the right Tucker is the worst at this, where it's helping to bring fringe positions into the mainstream.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_13]: That's what entryism is.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_13]: And that's what she's trying to do.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_13]: Two things.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_13]: First, she's trying to argue her brand into moderation.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_13]: and to pretend like she's grown up, she's the moderate now, blah, blah, blah, while still holding every single progressive left disposition she always has.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_13]: And then she will, while talking to these people, these progressive people say the crazy thing and then when talking to CNN say this, the more sober thing that's the argument to moderation.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_13]: And then entryism is running cover for all of these fucking Muslim Communists basically.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_11]: Exactly.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_13]: Exactly.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_13]: It's very, it's very, uh,
- 10:33[SPEAKER_13]: It's so obvious what's happening.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_13]: It's crazy that people don't see this.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_11]: I think the same thing, man.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_11]: And it's exhausting to watch.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_11]: And that guy in that clip that we just played was happier than a fucking kitten dick for some reason about it.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_11]: And it appears is if the jokking of AOC, because by the way, you're breakup theory the other day.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_11]: uh... that's you think the gingerbread man broke up with her there was rumors going around yesterday that said uh... she wanted him to put out some statements about being white and their relationship and i guess he refused um... whether or not you believe that are not i'm not sure uh... but uh... it's still really fucking wild and i know it's early i know it's twenty twenty six
- 11:27[SPEAKER_11]: look at who would be the person for that beyond these midterms, and it appears is if that's what she's trying to do.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_11]: All these people online, including, you know, the the hanger fans and all that other shit, started blaming her and Bernie for not supporting this candidates, and that's why she lost and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and that she needed her endorsements and
- 11:52[SPEAKER_11]: It almost feels to me like Bernie and AOC are the weird little kingmakers of the party right now.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_13]: No, they're the people who established a beach head.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_13]: That's a they established a beach head.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_13]: They've been around long enough that they're
- 12:10[SPEAKER_13]: ideology has become somewhat normalized even if there's friction and now you can during a time when people are struggling working class affordability stuff, you can argue to moderation and then sneak communism and socialism and pretending like you're the moderate.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_13]: That's the whole fucking point of this.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_13]: It's a fucking disease and so we're both of them.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_11]: I agree, but how do you stop it because you solve affordability?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_13]: I think it's the only way the hell to ever work.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I think, too, but right now, we haven't seen any steps towards that.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_11]: And nobody's really sure what's going on behind the scenes with Iran.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_11]: And
- 12:52[SPEAKER_11]: interest rates are still through the fucking roof, so I don't know, but if you're looking at it, the scariest part, and this was what I was chatting with Sarah about last night, was the scariest part is this is the perfect time to do it right now.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_11]: While things aren't
- 13:07[SPEAKER_11]: going well and you can kind of try to sneak this in, and she's drawn crowds with Bernie and everything else, everybody's asking for her endorsement.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_11]: Oddly, they're flying the two of them all over the goddamn country for midterms.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, they've got a whole full schedule here of rallies coming up for the next two months for midterms in different states.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_11]: They already know that they're going to win, so it doesn't really matter for them.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_11]: But then what's interesting about
- 13:36[SPEAKER_11]: clamoring to be fucking presidents and he went out and made a podcast yesterday.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_11]: I thought you were kidding by the way that he had his own podcast.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_11]: Turns out you were not and that was serious.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_11]: So he did a podcast with Gretchen Whitmer and then they did some TikTok dance play this Luke.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_11]: It's right there.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_11]: uh... which is super cringy and that's odd to me because this you take the two of them specifically this would feel like the the the people that would be running against a.c.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, Gavin Newsom's an empty suit isn't represent any particular ideology.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_13]: He's a shitty populist, really.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_13]: He doesn't have a worldview that anybody could articulate.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_13]: If you ask anybody, I'm sure there are people out there who are Gavin Newsom supporters because of whatever fucking reason, not one of those people could articulate his worldview when it comes to American politics, not one.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_13]: Nope, like literally he has no position, so it doesn't make any sense, but
- 15:00[SPEAKER_13]: against the entrenched bureaucracy in DC.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_13]: So this is what the whole thing is so fake because there is this contingent, what we call the uniparty, who just want things to run smoothly and they don't really care about any particular issue all that much.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_13]: They just want things to run smoothly.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_13]: Think of them as the soma crowd.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_13]: If everything is running smoothly, then they keep getting elected.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_13]: That's essentially what it is.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_13]: And everything stays more or less the same.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_13]: They don't have to fuck with anything.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_13]: And then there's the out party.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_13]: There's like maybe 30% of the other side of the aisle who's actually fighting for some position or another.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_13]: And then there's the fringe elements that are fighting primarily against their own party.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_13]: That's that's kind of what we have in American politics right now.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_13]: And it's all fucking gay.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, if you're if you're if you think that Voting for federal politicians is what's going to like different this group or that group is what's going to change things in your out of your fucking mind voting for federal politicians to create changes like spray painting dead grass Green
- 16:18[SPEAKER_13]: The grass has already dead these people are incompetent and useless and unless you improve yourself in your local area, not I'm talking about even in politics and talking about your family and your community and start doing stuff to make yourself better and resistant to government, none of this should will ever matter.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_13]: And the ironic part is that doing all this stuff to make yourself better,
- 16:39[SPEAKER_13]: is what produces a better, more standard-based culture, which then produces better politicians, and you don't have to worry about that shit as much anymore.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_13]: But we are in the position now, we're in the state now, where everything is somebody's fucking fault, and it's definitely not mine.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_13]: And that's just how people want to fucking live now.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_13]: And until you get your head out of your ass, you're going to keep getting these stupid cunt.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, and as far as the messaging is concerned, Democrats have always been on points about that.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_11]: Play this clip here, because they're essentially reiterating what AOC said.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_11]: And this is within the last five days of each other.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_11]: Again, press play.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_03]: Everyone was so pissed off that I pulled kids out of school.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_03]: I canceled prom.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_03]: I canceled graduation.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_03]: Guess what?
- 17:27[SPEAKER_03]: I canceled my own kids.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_03]: Prom's in graduation.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_03]: So I was here to inside my house as well as out on the front lawn.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_07]: I know.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, we were doing what we thought was the right thing to do at the time.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_03]: Everyone.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_11]: And then go to this next clip here because then they actually get into Fauci after that as well.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_07]: I this answer I expected press play people it's amazing to me how people don't want to talk about Covid right they literally just just no one even the critics like the loudest critics like yeah move on yeah yeah do you feel I mean do you get that as well what it's I have this fucking it's like uh it weren't like anybody's talking and do you know what I mean if you
- 18:14[SPEAKER_03]: You know, in a way, and it feels like guests are at the same time.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_03]: That's like, that's basically where Hillary Clinton's saying what different people get killed in the Gaza.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_07]: Would you make a Fauci government to bring back some of those memories?
- 18:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but, and I feel bad for him, you know, I mean, God, yeah, people were trying to do the right thing with the information that we had.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_11]: And that's all strange to me, isn't it?
- 18:38[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, isn't that bizarre to you?
- 18:41[SPEAKER_11]: Like the guy that he's talking about is himself there.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_11]: He's like, oh yeah, people don't want to talk about it.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_11]: And the loudest critics, you were the loudest critic.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_11]: Gavin Newsom was the loudest critic here.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_11]: Gretchen Whitmer was one of the loudest critics.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't understand that at all.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_11]: And yeah, Fauci's in the middle of it right now.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_11]: There's a lot of people that are talking about COVID again.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_11]: And how fucked up it is.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_11]: So what are you doing here?
- 19:08[SPEAKER_11]: And I like how they try to make themselves like hey we're sitting in a bar, this is a fun little meeting and all that other shits, but no, it's just a messaging campaign that they're trying to get out there.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_12]: It's so funny that they're all talking about this as if they weren't the driving force behind all of this bullshit.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_12]: That's what I
- 19:26[SPEAKER_11]: I can't figure out, dude, like you feel like you're going crazy watching this shit.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_11]: We were like, wait a minute, but it was you, like, I remember you at French laundry.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_11]: Um, while everybody else was locked down, I remember everybody locked California was like three years, like that was one of the longest ones.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know how long Michigan was, um, but California for sure was one of the longest ones.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, shit, I remember flying there for a meeting, and it was like, I mean, almost three years later, and it still wasn't lifted.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_11]: I had to wear a mask on, uh, getting off the plane there, and everything else.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_11]: And I was like, what the fuck is happening, but he was the governor during this point.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_11]: So it's like, what do you, what do you do from there?
- 20:07[SPEAKER_11]: Alright kids, we got some sponsors to put the shit wagon on the air first and foremost gosped.com forward slash drinking bros. Sleep so good it's scary you.

- 21:16[SPEAKER_11]: it's called six to seven years now and I can't live without it.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_11]: I love it.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_12]: Especially when you're watching TV at nights, you got the kids sleeping over in the bed, watching movies, vibrating massage, and my favorite feature of the adjustable base is that it actually had on the remote, it's got a button that you can press to turn on a light underneath the bed in case you need to find anything under there, which I think is just a
- 21:37[SPEAKER_11]: amazing addition correct like that remote itself dude is not another planet so yeah you can make the whole bed vibrates and it would go by like ten 20 minutes 30 minutes and then you can go to sleep you can focus it on your head you can focus it on your feet You do anything you want and then the lights it kind of lights up like a spaceship underneath
- 21:56[SPEAKER_11]: and it'll help you get to the bathroom or find shit or whatever you're looking for there.

- 26:03[SPEAKER_11]: There are no upfront fees and no obligation to talk to a salary-based mortgage consultant
- 26:10[SPEAKER_11]: here's the kicker start today and you could even delay up to two mortgage payments up front when you called him if you don't like the number that they're giving you for uh the price in your house or whatever just saying all right cool man we're done and that's it you know it's a fill out in paperwork nothing you just call um
- 26:27[SPEAKER_11]: Call them at 866-887-2275-866-887-2275 or visit them at American Financing.net slash drinking bros. Their better business bureau disclaimer is that NMLS-182334 at NMLS-consumeraccess.org APR rates start in the Fives for well-qualified borrowers.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_11]: uh... and then on the other side um... you've got people coming out against trump now saying hey dude i i you know this is what i voted for and all that other shit you see shangeless on uh... on georeganism i know i don't take political advice from anybody that does what did that any of those people let's be real i mean georegan was defending can't a so-and-sposition on Charlie Kirk this week so
- 27:20[SPEAKER_11]: No, I didn't hear that.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_11]: But what did he say?
- 27:22[SPEAKER_13]: I have, like, that's the one that makes the most sense, like, okay, cool man, which one makes the most sense?
- 27:28[SPEAKER_13]: Her, her fucking, whatever the fuck she said, I don't know.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_13]: But no, I did not hear nor what I care, what Shane Gillis has to say about politics.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, cuz I mean, let's see, I'm gonna send this to you here.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_11]: I think this is important for a couple reasons.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_11]: There's a bunch of podcasters who had Trump on and we're at the White House, taking pictures and all that other shits, and then, yeah, because they knew we was gonna win and they wanted to fucking co-tail rights.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_11]: But now that things aren't going well, they're like, nah, I didn't even vote for it.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_11]: Play this, it's pretty wild.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_11]: He was at the White House.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, so was that.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_14]: So was Shane.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_14]: You know what I'm saying?
- 28:05[SPEAKER_14]: Like, that's the problem.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_14]: Let's stop bringing up that stuff.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_14]: We took up earlier.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_14]: We took up earlier.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_14]: We passed me to go on the VIP room.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_14]: I said, no way.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_14]: You didn't?
- 28:13[SPEAKER_14]: I went in there.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_14]: Fuck no.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_14]: I just thought those were going to be taken.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_14]: What was in the shopping room?
- 28:17[SPEAKER_14]: Me and Nate Bargazzi were in there.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_14]: I know.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_14]: No.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_14]: Look at that turned out.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_14]: I stood outside in the rain.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_14]: I was like, I'm not getting my picture taken.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_14]: I took zero heat for that event.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_14]: But you took a couple years back.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_14]: It was a funny photo.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_14]: That was great.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, it was.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_14]: It was where in the pot, though, Escobarcher.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_14]: Three, a lot of things.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_14]: That's true.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_14]: That's pretty, the pre-world record.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_14]: No, no, no, not me, person.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_14]: Also, I read him.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_14]: I was back then when I was taking that picture, I was like, this guy's going to release the Epstein files.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_14]: No more wars.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_14]: I think it was a kill on American.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_14]: Also, still didn't verbal.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_14]: Not a big deal.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_14]: The absy files, and then the rest of you go after the vice president, it was pretty good.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I had a question of him, you know, I want to know, like what are you saying?
- 29:01[SPEAKER_11]: I liked it, because you were...
- 29:03[SPEAKER_11]: So, yeah, Shane Gill is saying, hey, I'm not invited and vote for me either.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_11]: You know?
- 29:08[SPEAKER_11]: And I was like, bro, you were there.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_11]: You were at the White House with him, you know?
- 29:12[SPEAKER_13]: That just reads to me like a bunch of pussy bullshit, like some people that don't want to make known or defend a position.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_13]: Um, like not wanting to do something is not a position saying no more wars, okay, cool what what wars are okay, then I mean, I anybody that has this, we should mind our own business complex and that's what it is.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_13]: It's very stupid, um, explain to me then how we protect American shipping and transportation, just just at a curiosity, how do we, how do we do that?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_13]: Because, um,
- 29:45[SPEAKER_13]: The first time we've ever deployed our military in the history of this country was for specifically that and many, many times since.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_13]: It isn't to say that the government doesn't do stupid shit and it isn't to say that we haven't engaged in some dumb wars, but the idea of no war as a position is fucking stupid, that's a child's position, that's how I fucking little baby thinks.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_13]: Can't we all just get along?
- 30:06[SPEAKER_13]: No, we can't.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_13]: You can't get along.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_13]: Because there's a billion Muslims out there that want us fucking dead all the time.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_13]: And it is a China and Russia on top of that.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_13]: So no, we can't just all get along.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_13]: Shane, I'm sorry, buddy, to fuck up your little world view there.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_13]: It's a goddamn thing.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_13]: She didn't get that picture.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_13]: Because you may have had to answer a tough question.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_13]: No, they want to get close to situations like this because there's a heat around it.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_13]: There's temperature around it.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_13]: So they can, you know, siphon off some of that temperature and then go back and do what they want.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_13]: Like, dude, you're a comedian.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_13]: Just say funny shit.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_13]: No one cares about any of this.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_13]: No one thinks.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_13]: And if anybody does who fucking cares, you got canceled from SNL because you were making jokes about Chinese people.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_13]: and then you got way richer than you ever would have on fucking SNL because no one actually gives a shit about that at the end of the day because you're a funny comedian.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_13]: That's it.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_13]: So why the fuck are you being such a goddamn pussy about it now?
- 31:00[SPEAKER_13]: Look, oh, I don't want to get my picture taken with him.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_13]: What if somebody thought something?
- 31:03[SPEAKER_13]: Jesus fucking Christ, man.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_13]: And I don't know what the fuck are issue fears talking about.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_13]: Killing Americans, you mean people that are trying to drive what we're police?
- 31:11[SPEAKER_13]: with their cars because he was referring to because I was I'm not sure what I did.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know what I did.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_10]: I think he was talking about like the soldiers.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, maybe the soldiers die in war.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_13]: Which is unfortunate.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_13]: But yeah, I mean, it just no war is not a position.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_13]: And especially, I mean, this
- 31:33[SPEAKER_13]: Um, the the Epstein files thing.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_13]: I just I really want somebody to tell me what it is they want out of that just articulate very clearly what what files exactly do you want?
- 31:46[SPEAKER_13]: And what should those files say?
- 31:49[SPEAKER_13]: Right?
- 31:49[SPEAKER_13]: Because you know, you don't know any more than anybody else does I just I'm very curious when there's going to be some kind of fucking resolution to this at all.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_13]: What would be enough for anybody?
- 32:00[SPEAKER_13]: exactly.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_13]: And they'll say, so at least somebody gets convicted, no, wouldn't.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_13]: You would still be talking shit because that's all you do.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_13]: It's like, but give a real answer about what it means to release the Epstein files, aside from the 40 million documents that have been released so far, whatever it is.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_13]: Convictions for what crime?
- 32:20[SPEAKER_13]: What evidence of what crime do you have?
- 32:21[SPEAKER_13]: I'm perfectly fine, convicting people of crimes they committed.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_13]: But you've got to prove it, man, we can't, we don't govern on vives.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_13]: The Department of Justice doesn't work on vives.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_13]: And if you give it that power to just go hunting for crimes against people that may or may not even exist, then what's going to happen when the other side gets in charge?
- 32:40[SPEAKER_13]: They're going to do the same goddamn thing to you, which they just try to do to trump by the way.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_13]: Their conservative position is to kill that power, to stop the ability to do that, not to do it yourself because the other side did.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_13]: Grow the fuck up.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it's interesting you say that because I don't think at the end of the day there'll ever be enough to satisfy people over the Epstein thing.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_11]: I really don't.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_11]: And you see all these pictures in all these celebrities, politicians on both sides of the aisle, in pictures with Epstein, and then you see people fighting online back and forth saying, no Bill Clinton's the Pito, no Trump is the Pito, this is the petal file party, that's the petal file party.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_11]: It seemed like the Epstein thing was to divide everyone all the way around.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_11]: And yeah, look, I understand him saying Trump ran on it.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_11]: He released what?
- 33:33[SPEAKER_11]: 40 million a sudden?
- 33:34[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_11]: Some more in that neighborhood.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_11]: But we've seen it's honest shit on the internet.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what's real and what's not real.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_11]: I really don't.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_11]: A lot of those were Photoshop's, they were AI'd, and it's, you know, you get back into it, and it's like you see a picture is something, and then it gets tossed around, and then a community note may or may not pop up later, and you're like, alright, well, was that person there?
- 33:58[SPEAKER_11]: Was that person really not there?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, we've joked around about Stephen Hawking, for example.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_11]: Now, it appeared as if he was on the island there.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_11]: don't know that his dick actually works, and the whole thing with the wheelchair and the bed was really fucking funny, doubt that that is true, but it's a really funny fucking story, and to your point, what is going to show enough crimes, unless there's video tapes?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_11]: Now, this is something that Caroline Lee that said, I believe, or was it's a Pamboni?
- 34:29[SPEAKER_11]: Excuse me, it was Pamboni.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_11]: Sorry, I didn't want to throw Kelly, leave it under the bus.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_11]: Pam Bonnie had said that she'd reviewed what 10,000 hours of footage.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_11]: at the beginning of the White House?
- 34:40[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I mean, that's a reasonable complaint.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_13]: I guess to some degree gets Trump because the presentation was botched, running on releasing stuff that you don't even know exists is a political mind field.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_13]: And you've ran right into it with your fucking eyes closed, but that's what he does, he's a fucking idiot.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_13]: You know, when he does dump shit like that all the time,
- 35:05[SPEAKER_13]: saying that you're going to do X when you have no idea how to do X. I mean, that's what politicians do.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_13]: They make promises, which are very frequently, don't even fall under their purview constitutionally.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_13]: And they pull this bullshit.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, remember buying again?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_13]: This dumb bullshit with all of these fucking absolute clowns.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_13]: And this is like, by the way, this is what
- 35:33[SPEAKER_13]: All media does.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_13]: and it's what all politicians do as well.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_13]: They try to let certain groups have access and for that access, they play ball, which is why I get third party calls all the time.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_13]: Like, why are you talking shit about this or why are you saying this?
- 35:50[SPEAKER_13]: It's like, because it's fucking true, man, I don't give a fuck about having access to the White House.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_13]: I've couldn't care less about having a conversation with any of you motherfuckers, because the people that I know at the White House work in real jobs.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_13]: They're not fucking political figureheads or dipshits trying to massage your messaging and shit like that.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_13]: And they're going to tell me what I fucking want to hear no matter what you think, bitch.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_13]: So this...
- 36:14[SPEAKER_13]: It's how it's happened now, you have this dissident group of people who, by the way, have no journalistic standards and are completely unqualified for it.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_13]: That isn't to say that the old media was any good, but at least they had an editorial board who could at some point go say, hey, who the fuck approved this shit, right?
- 36:31[SPEAKER_13]: There was some kind of stop gap with these idiots fucking somebody from the Trump administration just says, hey, this is what's happening and they're like, oh, yeah, it is and they go repeated.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_13]: uh... maga influencer people who it's just caught breaking new trump golden age like what the fuck are you talking about and you're pretending like you're some kind of media person though you're just a uh... you're just getting money on twitter basically
- 36:58[SPEAKER_13]: right so this is all retarded nonsense all of this is bullshit and the fact that Trump is playing the same game with a different set of people now media wise and acting as if that's respectable that should I I should pay more attention to that and that's the fake news but these guys over here are the come on man
- 37:18[SPEAKER_13]: Come on, so you open yourself up to criticism like this from people like Gillis and others.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, he's not entirely wrong about this.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_13]: I just think he's being a pussy about taking a picture.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_11]: I want to go back to what you said earlier.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_11]: Has there been somebody from the White House trying to call you?
- 37:36[SPEAKER_13]: Not, I'm not answering that, but people third party.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_13]: Like, hey, so-and-so told me to tell you blah, blah, blah, why are you doing this, or what the fuck about this, or whatever, whatever, whatever.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_13]: That happens every other week.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_11]: Get the fuck outta here, I didn't know that.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_11]: Interesting.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_11]: And is it in regards to like talking shit, or not agreeing with everything that Trump says?
- 38:00[SPEAKER_13]: more or less yeah i thought he was a team player is something i hear from time of time like i am team america bitch now give a fuck about your administration do do what you said you were gonna do uh and help working class folks and now and i'll fucking and look even if you're doing fucked up shit when you do something right well talk about that too for example
- 38:21[SPEAKER_13]: prescription drug costs are lower today than they have been at 60 though they we've experienced the biggest drop in 2026 that we've experienced since 1963 right that's a huge win and it's because not of Trump are explicitly but because of his overarching policy what he's done with Mark Cuban and a number of other things.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_13]: Most favorite nation status for certain drug imports he's done a lot of work in that regard that's a big thing right to limit healthcare costs we still have to deal with
- 38:50[SPEAKER_13]: these oligarchical, fucking hospital systems that are just starting to monopolize locally kind of the same way that the cable companies have over the years, but it's a big piece of progress and keeping healthcare costs down is something that's going to bring a lot of other costs down.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_13]: People are spending a full ton of money on health insurance right now, but if you can bring
- 39:17[SPEAKER_13]: If you can bring aggregate health care costs down, do you know that basic health care procedures have gone up by something like 300% in the last 10 years, while elective procedures, like no job right now, plastic, boob jobs, et cetera, have basically gone down, this is relative to inflation, they've gone down by a third.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_13]: They've gone down by 30% 33% and that same period of time because one is a cash business.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_13]: Which means I'm paying for this whole thing out of my pocket.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_13]: It's not some premium that gets spread over the course of the year and you're going to be good at it and you're going to give me the best price at it.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_13]: Otherwise, no one is going to use you and your reputation matters.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_13]: You're not a doctor, the only hospital system in this entire city that I have to use because there's no other fucking option.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_13]: It doesn't work that way.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_13]: deregulate and provide people with choices and the the the process of normal people looking for the best deal and the best service produces the best outcome that has been the case all through human history.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_13]: So do this instead of talking about how we're in the fucking golden age.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_13]: Man, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 40:35[SPEAKER_13]: Inflation is still up and 4% right now.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_13]: It's better than Biden for sure, but it's still not great.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, and in regards to healthcare, shit, we were going over this with some the hard AF employees, like, dude, it's shot up, I think, 110% and just one year, one year.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_11]: And I don't know how to fix this.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_11]: Look at how many people are on Obamacare.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_11]: As I heard that number was like a 22, 23 million.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_11]: I'd be curious to see what that is.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_11]: That is 350 million.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_11]: Because if that's the case, 19.2 million.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_11]: Whew, that's lower than I thought.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_11]: God damn, dude.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_11]: So who's on that then?
- 41:16[SPEAKER_11]: Who's on a bomb a care?
- 41:18[SPEAKER_11]: It's poor Medicaid.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_11]: Is it?
- 41:21[SPEAKER_11]: And did you pay for that at that price?
- 41:23[SPEAKER_11]: Or is it just given to you?
- 41:26[SPEAKER_11]: Um, I don't think they're paying for it now.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think so either if you're making under like 18,000 a year.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, I don't think so either and that's not enough people.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_11]: I remember when this was pitched, you know, They needed X amount of people to be in the program or it was going to collapse.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_11]: This is way under that fucking number and it is obviously collapsing right now.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_11]: and I don't know how to stop it because to your point earlier, a lot of these hospitals are getting bought up by other companies and they're consolidating allegedly and they're putting bids in one of the hospitals here was bought up.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_11]: Where my kid was born.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_11]: Um, was was bought up here in Wilmington by was it no font maybe or yeah, that was that it was no Vaughan it was like a billion dollars.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, so when it happens in that I'm we're trying to get a health care Expert on the show to kind of break this down, but like what happens when a when a no vots or somebody comes in and buys a hospital for a billion dollars You Stop being a patient start being a fucking number
- 42:35[SPEAKER_13]: It's like, how much, what's the average lifetime value, ALV, or average cart value, ACB cart value, in this case would be one hospital stay or one visit.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_13]: Like how much money can I make on you over the course of your lifetime?
- 42:50[SPEAKER_13]: That's what they think.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_13]: And so, for example, if I have a cure that costs $50,000, but I have a treatment that costs 20,000 a year, which one do you think you're gonna get?
- 43:04[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, dude, that's depressing.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I have people who I know who work there, and they said that like a non-reusable stuff, like needles and that sort of thing, went like in the shitter for quality,
- 43:23[SPEAKER_10]: have like a shitty version of that.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_10]: That's kind of like, I think where people don't realize, you know what I mean?
- 43:29[SPEAKER_10]: It's like the small things that affect like everybody who works there much more than anything else.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_11]: Like, yeah, yeah, and I agree.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_11]: But the weird thing is, like, the demand for nurses is up all over the nation.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_11]: Um, yeah, it's because boomers are getting old.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, and a friend of mine's daughter, he was talking about her getting a nursing degree and where she would go and I was like, you can write your own ticket now.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_11]: You're able to pick your own city, uh, you're even to ask for more money before you even get started if you want to.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_11]: Um, so it's crazy.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_11]: So you're saying that's what it is.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_11]: It's nursing homes and shit.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, from what I hear, yeah.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_11]: Interesting.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_10]: And like in home hospice, that's sort of thing too.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha, yeah, I mean, look, people are living longer, so it makes sense and everybody's extending their lives, so yeah, you're gonna need more and more of these people as time goes on here.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, Japan's running into that problem big time because their older generations just won't fucking die.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_11]: Really?
- 44:31[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I think solution for that.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_10]: Ha ha ha ha ha.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_10]: Japan is very familiar with these methods.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they are, they do seem to live forever.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_11]: Asians do live forever, dude.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's crazy.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_11]: I feel like every one of those fuckers hits 90, you know?
- 44:52[SPEAKER_11]: Whereas us whites will go down pretty, pretty easily here.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_11]: But then there's, there's people that you look at like a Jacob Fry, where you're like, maybe you just should be, you know, off for the dancing thing.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_11]: You see the fucking dancing video today?
- 45:09[SPEAKER_11]: for Jacob Fry, he's done a crazy fucking homosexuality.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_11]: He will not stop doing it, by the way.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, literally not stop doing it.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_11]: Play, I'm gonna play the top one first, if you can, let me find, let me find that one, and then we'll go to this collection.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_11]: The collection's crazy because I don't mean seen it once.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_11]: I was unfamiliar that he was doing this.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_11]: all the fucking time everywhere he goes and all these god damn events saw something you that would write now book uh you could pop this what up on screen right that's the first one here the other weird thing is there's nobody there
- 45:58[SPEAKER_02]: Oh boy, I had to see you have to see it, all right?
- 46:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's not sure what it is, I don't even know what event this is.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_02]: There's like four guys in a fucking parking lot, and that's it.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_11]: So what's the story there, and then I got to prefer Trump's, you know, yeah, just standing in place.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_11]: And that's that's about all you should do.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_11]: There is just kind of standing in place and kind of pump your fist back.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_11]: Man, the feeds should not move when he dances.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_11]: Man, a man's feet should not move when he dances.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_11]: That's a rule.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_11]: Is it really?
- 46:48[SPEAKER_11]: Is it a white man's law?
- 46:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_11]: We should write a book called White Man's Law then.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, but look at these other fucking clips.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_11]: I didn't know he was doing this everywhere for Christ 6.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe he just loves the fuck.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_11]: And it's always with black semallions.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_13]: Well, that's all that's in his diary anywhere.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_13]: Is it really?
- 47:14[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's weird.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they kicked all the Jews out.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, they're all gone, huh?
- 47:19[SPEAKER_11]: So you're down to just one white guy, Jacob Fry, and then a bunch of semallions is what you're saying?
- 47:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they're halfway there.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they are.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, dude, how much longer can he stay mayor?
- 47:30[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe that's why he's fucking dancing like this.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_11]: He's just dancing for votes at this point.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_11]: uh... because if there's that many summallions
- 47:40[SPEAKER_11]: is a population in that city.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, they're just going to vote one of their own in soon, you know?
- 47:47[SPEAKER_11]: Speaking of which, fucking James O'Keefe went out and found out the fucking voting thing yesterday.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not a big fan of James O'Keefe, but he went out and actually went to a voting booth, whatever the last primary was, yeah, there it is right there.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_11]: You can play this clip.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_11]: and it's a love it and a half minutes long.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_11]: Start from the top here, and it's right when he goes in, he actually gets poll workers to explain how Muslims get to vote and then he wrapped up a bunch of people from his production.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_11]: So you can bring in eight people at a time, and as long as you vouch for them, they can vote.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_11]: Um, so yeah, and he even, I mean, he goes in brown face and it does a fucking fake accent and all kinds of shit here, uh, but at the end of it, if you scroll through once he's inside the polling station there, he does get the answers from these people, which is wild to me, um, press play here and then we'll scroll through to where he actually goes in.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_09]: I'm James O'Keepe and this is vouching for seven other Muslims at a mini app was pulling both.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_09]: We're going in to this location and I'm going to say that I'm vouching for them.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_09]: The name is William Lawrence.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_09]: The question about the developing program, yeah?
- 49:04[SPEAKER_09]: About vouching?
- 49:05[SPEAKER_09]: I hope that can vouch for them, but they are not.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_09]: That's okay, that's fine.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_09]: Is it true or not?
- 49:10[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, that's a good thing.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_09]: We go back and we get traditional and Ernesto and Muhammad.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_09]: In Minnesota, you can show up on Election Day and vouch for up to eight on registered voters.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_09]: Members of the Justice League, dress up in traditional Muslim attire, including a transgender wearing a burka.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_09]: and put this vouching law to an extreme test on primary day August 11th.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_09]: Don't be a bother, shot call of 23, don't be a bother.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_09]: The vouching, I vouch for them.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, great, it is at, okay, how does that work?
- 49:53[SPEAKER_04]: Well, if you're all in the same person, yes, and you are already registered, which looks like you are, then you can vouch for them as ideas.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, good.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_09]: She says to me, I say, they do not need ideas.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_01]: She says, you are the ID.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_01]: Is the ID?
- 50:08[SPEAKER_01]: I am the ID.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_09]: And no ID needed.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_09]: I just vouch for them.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_09]: But you're the ID.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_09]: I am the ID.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_09]: There's good.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_09]: How many people may I vouch for?
- 50:18[SPEAKER_09]: I can vouch for eight people, eight people.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_09]: No, I do.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_09]: We come back back.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_09]: Most poll workers we visited were willing to let us vouch with no questions asked.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_09]: Even when presented with the most absurd situation imaginable.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_09]: While other poll workers did take issue with our investigation revealing their awareness that something about this vouching system is deeply flawed or wrong.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_09]: Yet for some reason, they don't want us to expose it.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_11]: So you're good here.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_11]: You can cut it there as perfect.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_11]: I did not know that was a law there.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_11]: So you can just vouch for up to H8 people.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_11]: But here's the thing, if they're all wrapped up like this and Burke is from head to toe.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_11]: How the fuck do you know who's even underneath there?
- 51:00[SPEAKER_13]: Well, I think the, I don't know, maybe you look this up, but don't have to register then and then vote and then the registration gets checked out later before the vote is processed.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_13]: I believe that's the case.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, because I'd be real curious to see what this is, because just looking at the footage there, it just seems like you brought them in, and then everybody got to vote, and that was it.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_13]: I still think there's some scrutiny over the vote itself, at some point.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_11]: Well, when I was in last time, before we left for North Carolina, I told you I voted, and they didn't want to see my idea at all.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_11]: So, I mean, I just walked in and said where I lived and who I was and that was it.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_11]: I got to vote.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, fuck, it was bizarre.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_11]: And I told you, they'd put their hands up and they were like, hey, we don't, we're good, dude.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_11]: We don't want to.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_11]: We don't want to see any idea here.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, find out.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_11]: Blueg if you can.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_11]: What the actual thing is for voting in Minnesota and with the registration processes.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_12]: All I'm seeing here is just an entry that says if you did not bring identification to your polling location to register to vote, you may satisfy the identification requirement by having someone who is registered to vote in your precinct vouch for your identity.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_13]: So this has to be the other people that they've got quote unquote vows for, have to be registered already.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_13]: And you're serving as a form of ID.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_13]: That's what you're saying.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_12]: Jesus fucking Christ.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, that's what you're talking about, dude.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_12]: So it doesn't, I haven't found anything that says anything about following up and checking their ID later, just they act that the person acts as a form of ID for and then they just let it go.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, what I'm seeing is it's vouching is a procedure in Minnesota that allows a person to register on election day, if another voter of the same, swear of the same, I imagine precinct, whatever, squares and oath that the individual resides in that precinct.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_13]: Can you do this at a bank?
- 52:57[SPEAKER_13]: No.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_13]: Um, what about at the Minnesota airport now if I if I leave my ID and home now and one Muslim vouch for all the rest now now You get your feet washed on the Dallas forward their poor, which is nice.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_11]: So it's just but you need to show an ID to get to that point.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, you do and they're fucking strict about it, dude Shit when we took uh Janie out to Texas, is you what happened to him?
- 53:26[SPEAKER_12]: On the way there on the way there.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_12]: He didn't have the real ID.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, yeah, yeah, he told me about that and you know, I
- 53:34[SPEAKER_11]: What I didn't know is you go to get you new ID and that is your real ID.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_11]: And now it's swipes and scans and all the other fun stuff on the back, I guess.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I didn't know about it because my tech this ID was already considered real ID when I got it.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, so for Jamie, he didn't have it.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_11]: I guess he had to go back and get some paperwork, like a birth certificate or something like that.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_11]: That's weird.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_12]: Well, I think for him, he said that he just had to pay an extra fee and get a temporary real ID at the airport.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, we'll get that, dude.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_11]: I have a rules for us.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_11]: I know, I know.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_11]: But, you still have to show ideas, get on a fucking plane.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_11]: And if you don't have a real ID, I'll let you go through and at least buy that, but not to vote in Minnesota.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_11]: And once again, dude, if you're wrapped up from head to toe, how the fuck do you know who any of these people are?
- 54:24[SPEAKER_13]: Man, it's fucking bonkers to me.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, how would you know who they are anyway?
- 54:30[SPEAKER_11]: How many people on your voting district do you know?
- 54:33[SPEAKER_11]: Not that, I mean, but by your picture.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_11]: Like, if you hold up an ID to somebody in a fucking burka, or one of those adgeeps that's head wrapped, to my knowledge, I think it's against the law to ask them to take them off, right?
- 54:47[SPEAKER_11]: Oh no, they have to take them out of the airport.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_10]: I will say it looks like that if you vouch for somebody, you are doing so under oath under penalty of perjury.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_13]: So, there's so to that.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_13]: This idiot just committed a bunch of perjury to make a fucking YouTube video.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_12]: Don't know.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_12]: It looks like that they didn't actually go in and vote and if they did actually go through with a voting then yes, but if they didn't go through the voting then I'm sure he's fine.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_12]: I think he was probably about the process.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_12]: I mean, he's got a big enough legal team.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_12]: They would have looked into that for him.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, and he he found somebody in the district, by the way, who was registered to vote because he was using their name.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_13]: Because she said it looks like here.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_13]: You're registered to vote right.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_12]: So he wasn't using his own.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, it has to be registered.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_12]: That's true.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_13]: It doesn't look up there.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, yeah.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_13]: Interesting, yeah.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_13]: That's not a, as long as he doesn't vote, it's not a crime, I think.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_13]: But he definitely had somebody helping him in the district, somebody gave him their name or whatever the case is.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_11]: Interesting, then.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_11]: There was a follow-up post later that I saw where he said, hey, we did chat with lawyers about this and kind of figure out the ends and outs of it.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_11]: But still exposing it, I don't know why nobody else will talk about it.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_11]: Um, another thing that nobody else is talking about is a Spain thing.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_11]: Um, this Spain thing's been really fucking weird to me.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_11]: Remember how they hadn't invaded and then magically, like 72 hours later, they were like, no, they all went back voluntarily.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_11]: Um, Bluecutty, your next clip here on Twitter, they definitely did not go back voluntarily and they're all still there and now they don't know what to do.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_11]: So they're just hanging out setting up tents on the beach.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_06]: Afraid I can't stop here, I'm no more here, I'm not here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here,
- 56:58[SPEAKER_13]: There's never been a period where you can just take in a bunch of some foreign sources of men.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_11]: No.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_11]: What the fuck are these people doing?
- 57:06[SPEAKER_11]: It's crazy.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_11]: But why isn't the media reporting on this?
- 57:10[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I don't understand.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_11]: This story is vanished from everywhere.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_11]: And now you got these people on the ground who are getting videos.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_11]: Go to the next one.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_11]: I just sent you a book.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, look at the amount of fucking people.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_11]: This was posted about four hours ago.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, they are fucking everywhere, dude.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_11]: That's gotta be what?
- 57:40[SPEAKER_11]: Like, 10,000 people?
- 57:41[SPEAKER_11]: At least, looking at this footage.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_11]: And no one will cover this.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_11]: No one.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_11]: We should pass out blankets.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_11]: You and I go over there, just pass out blankets, everybody.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_11]: with SARS on you have it if you're looking at the shit I mean it's unbelievable to see because where do these people go to the beach yeah but that's where they're living I mean there is you know inland to take over apartments and shit like or houses this area so small there's so
- 58:19[SPEAKER_10]: They just have to swim like a mile away, right?
- 58:20[SPEAKER_10]: Did you get back to Morocco?
- 58:22[SPEAKER_10]: I thought I think I read that it was three.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_11]: So there's swim like three miles away, but still, man.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_11]: If you look at this footage here,
- 58:31[SPEAKER_11]: It doesn't appear that anybody's swimming home.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_12]: I think any of these people really have any homes to go to.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_12]: I mean, if you if you uproot yourself and go to a completely different country illegally without any belongings, I don't think yet anything to bring with you or anywhere to go back to.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_12]: So I mean, they're probably just going to stay on the beach and tell they get kicked out.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_11]: But is that what was going on in their own country is what I'm curious about?
- 58:53[SPEAKER_11]: What do you mean?
- 58:55[SPEAKER_11]: Like with Morocco, they're supposedly trying to get a better life and it sucks there and everything else.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_11]: Were they living in fucking shacks on the beach before?
- 59:06[SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah, most likely.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_11]: I think they were shacks a little farther in London.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's fucking wild though.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_11]: Like, I just don't know what to do here because you're facing a massive humanitarian crisis
- 59:22[SPEAKER_11]: No food, you're gonna have no water.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, yeah, you can sleep on the beach, sure.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_11]: And I'm sure the weather's nice and Spain, but then what?
- 59:32[SPEAKER_11]: What do you do?
- 59:33[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, my, you gotta think of it, if you always said, hey, if something broke out, I would take all your shits, right?
- 59:40[SPEAKER_11]: You get to somebody's house and take all your shit.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_11]: I think that's the only thing left for these people.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, they already started doing it.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_13]: Any place where they've gone that somebody didn't show up and start feeding them, they would start breaking into people's houses and stealing shit.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, they're not just gonna sit there and fucking starve to death.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_13]: This isn't Buddha.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_13]: It's not the dolly llama.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_13]: I know there are a bunch of fucking retards.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, there's just going to break into people's houses and take them over.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_11]: And that's the next step there.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, if they don't mobilize like some form of the military and just get all of them pushed the fuck out, just like Dan said, as soon as they get hungry and after just going to take over the area.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_12]: But I mean,
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_11]: Even for CBS or ABC, none of you want to cover this fucking story like nobody wants to say what this is.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_11]: All of this feels like this massive cover up of like, because they look, you could show these clips and run off of these and November and just say, All right, look, I know shit's not going great right now, but what's the alternative?
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_11]: You know, we open up the borders for another four more fucking years and have another Spain on our hands.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_11]: Like,
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_10]: It's strange how this just disappeared out of the news.
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_10]: The nature of the 24 hour news cycle, I think.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_11]: But if people are still reporting this, and I've heard various numbers, at least online, and I can't verify any of these fucking accounts.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_11]: Obviously, there's another 10 to 20,000 that are potentially ready to come in, that are getting ready to do so.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_11]: uh... i don't know what you do uh... and they will update you here from yesterday with uh... man gionny um... he did end up pleading guilty to federal stocking charges uh... in the killing of uh... the health care united health care CEO Brian Thompson uh... man gionny twenty eights entered the plea at a hastily scheduled hearing and man hadn't federal court resolving one of two cases against him in connection with Thompson's death
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_11]: with his guilty plea, his lawyers could seek to have the state case throw out a be thrown out on double jeopardy grounds.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_11]: So what does that mean in the grand scheme of things?
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_11]: He just goes to jail for life or
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know, I mean, it still could be elevated to federal, I think, if they really wanted to, but still double jeopardy applies across all branches of government.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_13]: You can't just start, you can't escalator or go down and keep charging somebody with the same shit.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_13]: I think he's trying to avoid the death penalty.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_13]: Is there one in New York though, is the question that our government has when although it's rare now?
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_13]: And it's this wouldn't I don't think he would get it for this.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_10]: I think they have the death penalty for capital punishment but capital or for like a capital murder, which is like killing a cop
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_12]: New York does not have a state death penalty capital punishment under state laws was declared unconstitutional by the New York court of appeals in 2004.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, there you go.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_11]: Um, so I, again, what does it matter then if you're if you're looking at life?
- 1:02:44[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, I don't really understand where the double jeopardy would come in unless maybe he's planning to appeal in the future.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_11]: Who knows?
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_11]: Um, super fucking bizarre man.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe, um, the next Democratic president will pardon him too.
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_11]: We'll see.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_11]: Um, but there was some interesting shit that they got uncovered in this.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_11]: Um, even though they didn't get to a full trial, turns out Manjoni never was a United Healthcare customer at all, which I remember, you know, he had a broken dick and all that other stuff.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_11]: And to me, I would have thought, all right.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_11]: If all this happens under that health care system or whatever, and that was his vendetta, but it appeared to see he was just going in it fucking random.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I don't really know.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, his the whole process of this has been stupid so far.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_13]: His defense has not been as incompetent as,
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_13]: the as Tyler Robinson that that defense has been pretty rough to be honest now the case is overwhelming against him same thing with Brian whatever that Idaho campus killer guy oh call burger the the evidence is so overwhelming that what are you going to do I guess and he ended up pleading out I guess towards the end too that maybe that's what this is maybe he's just tired of fucking dealing with it um
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_13]: He pled to two charges against him and is essentially throwing himself at the mercy of the judge hoping for less than life.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_13]: That's what this says.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_13]: Good luck.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_11]: There's no fucking way.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, there's plenty.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_11]: Wow.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_11]: Forgive me.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's New York.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_11]: He's a New York judge.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_11]: We have no fucking idea what's going to go on there.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_11]: What I was, uh, telling Jesse that I don't want to find his revelers was, if I'm in there, and I've got a wife, I would just want to get out of jail for a little bit and keep going with these court proceedings as much as I could.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, I don't understand why you would want to get, let's say, what does he like 23 or something?
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, he's young dude.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_13]: What do you think, what does he think he's going to get?
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_13]: If he throws himself at the mercy 40 years, maybe.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_13]: And then,
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_12]: uh... with good bhavery's out in twenty may so he's forty eight and it's not a terrible strategy i guess i mean it's better than nothing uh... the stuff that i'm seeing online here is that they're they're pleading for the federal charges specifically to avoid the state charges uh... that would fall under double jeopardy in that case and i get i'm having a hard time finding the specific details of what is defense teams going for but uh...
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_12]: New York State murder charges carry life without possibility for parole and federal charges are a little bit more flexible Okay, so he might just be fighting for parole.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 1:05:29[SPEAKER_11]: I don't see how he gets it and something like this.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_11]: I mean the the video evidence was So fucking gruesome then it's like there's just no way and the way he was stalking this guy out Wait in the coffee shops in the morning and all that other shit
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_11]: find out what hotel he was staying at.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it was a well-thought-out plan that he executed and got away with.
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_11]: And I just don't see how a judge looks at that and says, why would you let him off of pre-meditated murder after you?
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_13]: This is like, like,
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_13]: After you've gone this deep in the trial, why let him off a fucking murder one?
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_13]: Or is that what is he, what's he actually charged with?
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_13]: He's charged with murder one and he's trying to get murder two.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_13]: He's pleading to murder two, is that what's going on?
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_13]: Or was he even charged with murder one?
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_12]: Uh, it's federal stock stalking resulting in death.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_12]: Federal stalking resulting in death.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_12]: That's a federal crime.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_12]: Okay.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_12]: But no murder?
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_13]: Well, he's got state court as well.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_10]: And to, yeah, interstate stocking resulting in death and stocking through the use of interstate facilities resulting in death.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, but yeah, he admit it's a killing the guy.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_11]: I don't I don't know how it sucks.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_13]: The state's case is second degree murder and weapon's charges So maybe they're thinking is that if he pleads guilty to federal stalking resulting in death Then he can't be charged with murder for the same death.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, that's what's going on there and also I'm looking more into it.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_12]: It looks like the
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_12]: The other like going with pleading to the federal charges is just going to be easier for him overall because federal prisons are safer.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_12]: It's easier time to do lower legal costs.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_12]: If he pleads to the federal charges, he won't have to fight any convictions for the state charges.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_12]: So on appeals, he only has one charge to fight instead of, you know, the federal land state.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_13]: I think it would be pretty unpopular for the federal government to accept his plea.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I did too.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, the the here's the thing people were trying to blame Trump for it somehow because they always do it, but he's not supposed to guide with the DOJ doesn't this instance, but Todd Blanche does have authority to say no.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_13]: to this.
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_13]: And he fucking should.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_13]: There's no fucking way they should allow this.
- 1:07:56[SPEAKER_12]: Who do you think would be unpopular with?
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_12]: Because doesn't he have a, a Luigi Manjee only doesn't he have a shitload of public support?
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_12]: Ah, from leftist.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, just from leftist.
- 1:08:04[SPEAKER_12]: Okay.
- 1:08:04[SPEAKER_12]: Gotcha.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_11]: You really see this, this next clip up for me.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_11]: I appreciate it.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_11]: Luke pop up the next one on Twitter.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, there.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_11]: Because there, there was these girls outside the
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_11]: We're gearing up for the trial and they were already in on this other shits and this check was one of them The women expect to be taken seriously and they do shit like I can't fucking believe this is going on But yeah press play on this one I'm here because Luigi has a surprise hearing and federal court We're not really sure what's going on but there have been rumors of the possible plea deal and how do you feel about that possible plea deal?
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_05]: I was said I support Luigi whether or not he did it, so for me I always knew this could be on the table, so I wouldn't really be phase by one.
- 1:08:48[SPEAKER_01]: Some people are saying it's a legal tactic to maybe set up a potential double jeopardy situation for New York State court to protect him from that.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_01]: How do you feel about those claims?
- 1:09:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I think it's smart, but it's also risky because there's no guarantee that that will happen.
- 1:09:07[SPEAKER_13]: What do we do with the vice from this debt share?
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_13]: The fuck we talking crazy?
- 1:09:11[SPEAKER_05]: She's talking about that easily.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_05]: They saw my impression on him.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_05]: So I'd be interested to see if that actually worked out.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_01]: How do you feel about Judge Carroll in general and how he's handling the press at this point?
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm happy with the final response that they gave with the press issue, but when he was saying, you know, we've always been trying to accommodate more people.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_05]: I find that to be untrue, in February there were 300 people up in that hallway and there were murmurs of an overflow room, but actually last minute they ended up shrinking the room.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't think that they'd been
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_11]: Right, and this fucking not station right I blame you, coupe.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_11]: I blame you.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_11]: All right crime corner true crime shits every fucking white woman.
- 1:09:57[SPEAKER_11]: Now is a lawyer They know the ins and outs of every single case the laws the judges and then that was the New York Post by the way And if you're viewing this woman that wasn't just like a man on the street bit or anything like that that was the actual New York Post She's gonna be the next democratic nominee for pros and
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_11]: Jesus Christ, man.
- 1:10:20[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't want to get him there with his past.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_13]: The only thing that was missing was her smacking gum the whole time she was talking.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, she's got gum in there.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_11]: She's got gum in her mouth.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_11]: Don't shoot.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_11]: She's got gum.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's a great question.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_11]: I was looking at this clip.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_11]: What is the press pass there?
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_12]: Yep.
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_12]: There's the gum right there.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_11]: There's the gum.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_11]: What press is she though at this point some dependent independence okay and how do you get it an independent media press pass like that's twenty five dollars that's it I don't know It's a city in New York press pass look it up.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_11]: I mean it can't be hard.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_11]: She got a whole one That's fucking insane man and then yes, she's just out on the street reporting for the New York posts Having some laughs having some giggles there and uh talking like she's a real real lawyer
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, what do we got for that?
- 1:11:10[SPEAKER_11]: Can I get one of these gone to him?
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_11]: There's an application.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_11]: Let's see what we can do.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_11]: Great.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_11]: I'd love to have one.
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_11]: Why not?
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_11]: Why not?
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_11]: If she can be there, why can't I go to shit?
- 1:11:20[SPEAKER_11]: It's just one page.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_11]: Not too bad.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_11]: Is it what are they asking you here?
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_11]: What are the questions for becoming a member of the press?
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_10]: Proceeding specific case, all dates, basic stuff, just like contacts information, other credentials.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_10]: Great.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I could get, so look, it's universe.
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_11]: I can get down to like fucking Yankees stadium field to show the city of New York city in New York.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_11]: Steven here.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_11]: OK, Brooklyn, this is, yeah, for Brooklyn.
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_11]: Brooklyn, I could get down to court side, then, for Nat's games.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_11]: start interviewing players and shit eastern district.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, let's do it.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_11]: Let's fucking do it save that for me.
- 1:12:00[SPEAKER_11]: I'll take it.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_11]: I'll take it.

- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_12]: Tank tops are pretty popular around.

- 1:13:13[SPEAKER_11]: Listener since 2019, episode 412.
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_11]: That's very specific.
- 1:13:21[SPEAKER_11]: I like that a lot.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_11]: I like that a lot.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_11]: Dancing with a snake, Travis O'Connor living.
- 1:13:28[SPEAKER_11]: He says, Hey guys, listen for a bit.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_11]: And I had the chance to visit the studio and the spring of 24.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_11]: I'd like to nominate Travis O'Connor.
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, hello, there.
- 1:13:41[SPEAKER_11]: And he says, Ross, you possibly can't fuck that name up.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_11]: No, I can't.
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_11]: Travis O'Connor, I'm good on.
- 1:13:47[SPEAKER_11]: Drinking bro of the week.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_11]: Travis is a great dude and a mentor and the fire departments and is one salty mother fucker Travis retired from SFD in June after 27 years.
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_11]: He spent 19 of those years at station 18 on ladder eight
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_11]: Ballard where he finished as the driver on the A shift.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_11]: Travis is also a retired Navy Vets where he served for 22 years as CB with deployments to Iraq in Afghanistan.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_11]: He's going to spend his retirement with his patient wife Katie and probably a few whiskeys.
- 1:14:29[SPEAKER_11]: His stated goal was to live like poo shirt only from now on.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_11]: I like that.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_11]: But one of the poo style is, uh, you got a shirt and then you got nothing on the bottom there with your stick and balls out, big fan of that except he calls it a blouse, uh, because he's in to semen.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_11]: His retirement party is this weekend's eight, 15th that's tomorrow.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_11]: I was going to show him Friday, obviously.
- 1:14:53[SPEAKER_11]: And please raise a glass for him and his service.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_11]: Thanks, guys.
- 1:14:58[SPEAKER_11]: Keep up the good work and remember Travis saying, give her the angry inch that's right, too.
- 1:15:05[UNKNOWN]: Thank you.
