- 1:40We're going to need that.
- 1:41As you know last month, I was kicked off YouTube for being a naughty boy, violating community
- 1:44standards.
- 1:45You know that biblical world view and speaking the truth can get you into trouble.
- 1:49Speaking of trouble, let's bring in one of those troublemakers for the Kingdom of God.
- 1:53Pastor Dean Dwyer, and he's the pastor of Eiser Street Baptist Church to Wumba, Australia.
- 1:59Brother, so good to see you.
- 2:01Good day from Australia, David.
- 2:03We have a glorious land down under and as we look from the Olympics, the land of strange
- 2:08break dancing.
- 2:09That's funny.
- 2:10Oh my goodness.
- 2:11I'm so glad.
- 2:12Yeah, I did.
- 2:18If you've seen the clip, look, the irony is that pretty much that's how Australians dance.
- 2:22But I think there was a lot more break and not enough dancing.
- 2:26Oh boy, what the Olympic, what a joke.
- 2:30Shame on the International Olympic Committee and the demonic opening the ceremonies.
- 2:35Just bizarre stuff, but it's, you know, they're not, you know, believers and I understand
- 2:40they're trying to please the world and whatever.
- 2:43Before we dive into the same, the topic today, by the way, friends, embracing the irrational
- 2:50and normalizing rebellion.
- 2:53That's what we're talking about.
- 2:54You can check out some of the articles we'll be referring to Pastor Dean Dwyer on Harbingers
- 2:58Daily.com.
- 3:00He's got a page there.
- 3:01You can check out some of these articles scroll down a little bit to catch them on Harbingers
- 3:06daily.
- 3:08And congrats on being full time senior pastor at your church since July 1st.
- 3:15I don't think we've talked to you since then.
- 3:17No, the last time we talked was back in May, so that's all happened as a result in the
- 3:23interim.
- 3:24Well, great.
- 3:25Go for that.
- 3:26Thank you.
- 3:27Yeah, I appreciate that very much.
- 3:28As you know, and as many of you view and viewers know for those who don't, the impetus
- 3:33for that really was a pretty bad motorcycle accident and that gave me the time that I needed
- 3:38to reflect and God really spoke through that.
- 3:42And as I say to people, the great paradox of faith sometimes, and this was reflected in
- 3:48my life as well, that in order for me to take a step of faith, God had to break my back.
- 3:54So even though they were difficult times, then God has brought something just wonderful
- 3:59out of it.
- 4:00And we can't just a great blessing and a privilege to be able to serve you in full
- 4:04time here at Osis Creek Baptist.
- 4:06Yeah, I told you before we got on the podcast, I told you, man, you're flocked, your churches
- 4:12and good hands and they're blessed to have you.
- 4:14I love you brother and appreciate your voice and your teachings and your writings.
- 4:19And just thankful that we can connect across continents here.
- 4:24So you know, I want to jump into this, we're trying to equip and encourage the body of
- 4:30Christ, but also make some points and help us to understand that from the biblical perspective,
- 4:35there is spiritual warfare going on all the time.
- 4:39One thing I always say, the way Ephesians 6 clearly states, our struggle is not against
- 4:45flesh and blood.
- 4:47We know the enemy Satan uses flesh and blood.
- 4:52He uses people.
- 4:53He uses institutions.
- 4:55He uses governments.
- 4:56He uses evil men to do their, his bidding.
- 5:01So what we're talking about today, characteristics of Satan's kingdom, you called it spiritual
- 5:06anarchy, Dean, and that's the overall theme for today.
- 5:11And we will get to, I think a lot of people can understand embracing the irrational because
- 5:16that's where a lot of our societies are at today.
- 5:19So walk us through this wherever you want to start and I think you're going to get to
- 5:23unity.
- 5:24But if you want to set this up first and why you decided to touch on these things now,
- 5:27go ahead.
- 5:28Absolutely.
- 5:29I think as you touched on before, really, the impetus for this came from the Olympics.
- 5:34Now, if I was an athlete in the Olympics, I'd be pretty annoyed that I put in all this
- 5:40hard work for four years, I've trained and worked really hard, got to the pinnacle of
- 5:44my sporting career.
- 5:46And then that was overshadowed, really, by what I call Satan's revival meeting, which
- 5:51is the opening and the closing ceremony, because that's really what it is.
- 5:54It draws the nations together.
- 5:56It draws the people together.
- 5:58The eyeballs of the world are upon this stage.
- 6:02And what he puts forward is this spirit of darkness.
- 6:06And as we often say to people, you've got to be able to discern through your worldview.
- 6:12Now, we know, and as you'll show, is in titles, worldview matters, that matters in everybody's
- 6:18life.
- 6:19And if you've got a worldview that's based on a spirit of darkness, will you go and embrace
- 6:23some of those things that were portrayed at the Olympic Games?
- 6:26And I guess this is why people can't understand the Christian worldview and why Christians
- 6:31were so upset, because if you're looking at the opening and closing ceremonies through
- 6:37the paradigm of darkness, then you might necessarily see anything that was wrong with
- 6:41what happened there.
- 6:42But when you're looking through it through the paradigm of light, when you're looking
- 6:46through it in a biblical worldview through the lens of the Bible, then in your spirit,
- 6:51you can easily discern that what happened on that stage and in and around those Olympics
- 6:55was incredibly dark.
- 6:59I mean, yeah, to the discerning eye to those who adhere to the biblical worldview, understand
- 7:05scripture, it's clear.
- 7:08I mean, I was so saddened for some of those athletes, as you said, worked so hard.
- 7:13And then they put out this, you know, demonic introduction in the opening ceremony, and
- 7:18a lot of people boycotted, rightly so.
- 7:20A lot of people, a lot of good, you know, people, it's just really sad, but that's the way
- 7:25it is, the way of the world, which may transition into one of your articles that we want to
- 7:30touch on today, worshipping madness, because it is the darkness, but darkness is irrational.
- 7:36It is madness.
- 7:38And you talk about how the New World order demands a new God.
- 7:41But before we dive in to that more, Dean, I want you to talk about unity some more, because
- 7:48I find that fascinating that in the Olympics, countries want to unite, right?
- 7:53And, you know, put out this front of a global peace and prosper, whatever else.
- 7:58But in the United States, unity, you would think it wouldn't be a bad thing.
- 8:03But there are people with the dawn of a biblical worldview that we should not be uniting
- 8:07with.
- 8:08And that means in the church too, maybe good causes, but I mean, an atheist can do good
- 8:13works, right?
- 8:14Oh, absolutely.
- 8:15Yeah.
- 8:16That's exactly right.
- 8:17And we're talking off air about the book of Jude.
- 8:20And for any Christian who hasn't read it, I encourage you to do so.
- 8:23It's, I mean, very, very short book, but it gives us the context behind why Jude was
- 8:28so forceful and contending for the faith because our faith is something very precious to us.
- 8:34And of course, he was speaking about the concept of false teachers and apostates and those
- 8:39that the enemy sends into the church.
- 8:42And I think this is one of his tactics because in any type of warfare, what you want to try
- 8:48to do is blunt the effectiveness of the opposing offensive army.
- 8:53And I think this is what he's been very good at is that in terms of blunting the effectiveness
- 8:57of the church, he wants to keep the church busy.
- 9:00Now, he keeps the church busy in terms of some of the social justice causes.
- 9:04And he keeps the church busy by having to contend all of the time with false teachers
- 9:09and apostates that he sends in because if we're busy doing that and if our energy is being
- 9:15drained with having to deal with all of the internal drama all of the time, well, guess
- 9:19what?
- 9:20The church doesn't have the energy, doesn't have the time and the focus to be able to
- 9:24deal with some of those outward issues that are really important in the world today.
- 9:29So this is what you were saying in terms of there's some things that just don't coalesce
- 9:33in the Christian life.
- 9:34We can't have light and darkness coalesce therefore we can't have faith and apostasy coalescing
- 9:40as well.
- 9:41So this is going to become an increasing problem in the church today where you've got
- 9:45apostates and false teachers really making inroads in there.
- 9:49And of course, you give us some very solid advice that is to contend for the faith.
- 9:55This is going to have to be a very deliberate action.
- 9:57This is going to have to be a continuing action, which is going to take intense prayer.
- 10:02It's going to take intense work and being able, once again, it comes back to discernment,
- 10:07being able to discern exactly what's going on and using the discernment of the whole
- 10:12spirit in order to contend.
- 10:14And in some instances, we have to remove these people from the midst because otherwise
- 10:20they can be incredibly destructive to the work of the church.
- 10:26Let's contend for the faith that was once for all handed down from the apostles to the
- 10:31saints.
- 10:32I just paraphrased that in Jude.
- 10:35I'm thinking of there's world events and meetings that different religions go to.
- 10:41Maybe there's, I don't know, there's so many different kinds.
- 10:43But I can see pictures of a Muslim Imam with the Pope, with an apostate LGBTQ, you know,
- 10:51gay affirming church, which you've got a church in air quotes.
- 10:55And then they've got someone a Hindu, you know, so they've got all these different religions
- 10:59that they're uniting.
- 11:00But for what cause?
- 11:02Usually oftentimes Dean and I wasn't planning on getting into this, oftentimes it's for
- 11:06the environment.
- 11:07Well, you're putting the environment over people, population control.
- 11:12But these religious leaders are uniting for this cause.
- 11:17And Christians, we've got to look at that and discern and say, that's, yeah, we need
- 11:22to take care of the planet while we're here.
- 11:25But we don't unite with everyone that believes anything, cults and other, you know, world
- 11:31religions to put the planet as a top priority.
- 11:34And then you know where that goes.
- 11:35The result of that abortion, population control, youth and Asia and go on.
- 11:40Just briefly comment on that before we continue.
- 11:42Absolutely.
- 11:43This is the paradox in Satan's kingdom is that unity requires rebellion.
- 11:48So his determination of unity means that we have to turn against God and join his kingdom
- 11:55of darkness.
- 11:56And we know that unbelievers have done that by default.
- 11:59And so what I often say to people is that in rebellion, people don't often gather
- 12:04around monuments anymore.
- 12:07So we're talking about false idols and the like.
- 12:10But people gather around moments and Satan uses moments.
- 12:13He uses things like, as you said, abortion rights.
- 12:16He uses things like the environmental cause.
- 12:20He uses things like kicking prayer out of parliamentary meetings and so forth.
- 12:26This whips up rebellion so that people unite.
- 12:30When they've got, when they get behind a cause, people unite when they're fearful.
- 12:36And so we can see the manifestation of these things.
- 12:38We saw that through the last four years and we can see that as you said around the concept
- 12:42of climate change as well, because if he can get people to unite around this moment, this
- 12:50issue that's supposedly affecting the whole planet, then he can start to cover less people
- 12:55that wouldn't ordinarily come together so that convictions are dropped, the Leafs are
- 13:01dropped so that we can all come together and head in the one direction.
- 13:05So that's the paradox with Satan's kingdom is that there's a certain element of rebellion
- 13:10which really foments that unity.
- 13:13But Dean, we've got to unite so we can face this existential threat of climate change.
- 13:18Anyway, I'm joking, but that's what the language they use.
- 13:24The most important thing we've got to come against as human beings, no, don't buy the
- 13:28hype friends.
- 13:29But you talk about the examples you mentioned unity to protect abortion rights, unity
- 13:34protect the LGBTQ agenda.
- 13:37What about Israel?
- 13:38We've seen unity on college campuses, but it's not the kind of unity that Bible-believing
- 13:42Christians should be a part of our support, a comment and then we'll take a break.
- 13:47Oh, absolutely.
- 13:49Again, it comes back to how you discern your worldview.
- 13:52We are lent to believe that there's this paradigm in the world, that there's the oppressor
- 13:57and the victim.
- 13:58And for those who like to position themselves as victim, then it seems that automatically
- 14:03they get the sympathy and they get the weight of social consensus and political consensus
- 14:08behind them.
- 14:09So this is exactly what's been happening and we know this happens through Marxism as
- 14:13well, that if you can introduce some of these ideas and conceptualize them and they manifest
- 14:18in the physical world and then all of a sudden you can harness social power behind that.
- 14:22And that's, unfortunately, exactly what's happened with the anti-Israel protests because
- 14:27it is based on a lie, it is based on the paradigm of darkness and untruth.
- 14:33And so people have fallen victim to it.
- 14:36So friends, it's going to pass through Dean Dwyer and you can get more of his writings
- 14:39and some of his teachings at harbingersdaily.com and on the left hand column, there's a bunch
- 14:45of authors and contributors there and Dean is one of them.
- 14:50And I want to talk about when we come back, he sent me some bullet points on these characteristics
- 14:55of Satan's kingdom, including globalism, commission, rulers, false teachers, redefined
- 15:01language, worship, and we'll see what we can get to with Pastor Dean Dwyer on World
- 15:06View Matters Next.
- 15:09If you're interested in sponsoring World View Matters or you know someone who might be,
- 15:29send us an email, WorldView Matters at FPEUSA.org, the website, WorldView Matters.tv.
- 15:36So Dean Dwyer, it's going by way too fast today.
- 15:39We can talk about globalism or we can talk about commission, whatever you'd like to jump
- 15:43to next.
- 15:44And friends, the article, there's a couple of his articles at harbingersdaily if you
- 15:49miss any of this.
- 15:50We can't get to all the points, but go ahead, Dean.
- 15:53Yeah, thank you, David.
- 15:54We always run out of time.
- 15:55I said you're far too much material, but let's just get through them quickly because I
- 15:59think there's some important points there.
- 16:01We've got a commission in our Christian life.
- 16:03We know that we've got to go into all nations, make disciples, share the gospel.
- 16:07Well, Satan has a commission in his kingdom as well.
- 16:10And it comes back to that our phrase, do what our wills.
- 16:13And so, well, Satan, we see a lot of his acolytes out there spreading his message.
- 16:18Now, it comes back to the basis of our interview today, which is embracing the irrational.
- 16:23And I think what we can start to see in the world today, particularly through movies,
- 16:27through music, through television shows, is that really his acolytes are busy spreading
- 16:32his message throughout his kingdom because some of the things that we're seeing, particularly
- 16:37in music videos and performances like the Grammys and so forth, there's some very, very
- 16:42dark things there.
- 16:43And unfortunately, this is corrupting young minds as well.
- 16:47So that's his commission.
- 16:49And unfortunately, he's got no shortage of people who are ready to fulfill that role within
- 16:55his kingdom.
- 16:56It's interesting that leads on to the next point when we talk about rulers, and I've
- 17:00talked about this recently in our congregation because when we get to Psalm 2, which is the
- 17:05enthronement Psalm, we see though their conspiracy.
- 17:09And for anyone who says there's no conspiracy in the world, well, there's conspiracy in
- 17:13the Bible because, as JB Hicks and often says, conspiracy is just two or more people conspiring
- 17:18together to devise a wicked scheme.
- 17:20So we absolutely see the people, the kings and the rulers gathering together, taking
- 17:26counsel together, and I pointed out to some of our people recently that when we talk
- 17:31about rulers and we go back to the original language, it talks about rulers in a judicial
- 17:36sense through a court system, and we certainly see Satan working through that in terms of
- 17:41liberal judges, but rulers really refers to those whose word carries weight.
- 17:48So in a judicial sense, absolutely, but in another sense, whose word carries the most
- 17:53weight in our world today?
- 17:55It's a liberal justice.
- 17:56It's music stars.
- 17:57I get that from your article.
- 18:00That's exactly right.
- 18:01So this is what we're not understanding as a society as well is now.
- 18:05See Satan, he can work through kings, but for most democratic countries, there's an
- 18:11election every three or four years.
- 18:12So here's a gender can only be pushed through, let's say at the best every three or four
- 18:17years, but if he sets up rulers, celebrities, those whose word carries weight throughout
- 18:24the world, then he can spread his message and what we're seeing is that some of these
- 18:28kids from a very early age appeared to be very innocent when they first came on the scene,
- 18:34but now all of a sudden they go into adulthood and something changes.
- 18:38It goes from innocence to something very dark.
- 18:41And for those of them that have taken on this journey with them, those who follow these
- 18:44celebrities for a long period of time, all of a sudden, they're being led into this
- 18:49correctability and this darkness, in some cases, this witchcraft as well.
- 18:53So this is where we see Satan really active in the world today.
- 18:57So it's an encouragement to parents and for anyone really of any age, just to be really
- 19:02careful what you are allowing into your mind because he is really starting to push that
- 19:08message through those screens at the moment.
- 19:11Yes.
- 19:12And I think, Dean, this would be a nice transition, another characteristic of Satan's
- 19:16kingdom is the redefinition of words and language.
- 19:20And let's talk about that briefly.
- 19:21Go ahead.
- 19:22Yeah.
- 19:23Absolutely.
- 19:24I mean, the prime example of that is Isaiah 520.
- 19:27I mean, for those who have a biblical world, you how can you call good evil and evil
- 19:31good?
- 19:32How can you put light for darkness, darkness for light, bit of a sweet, sweet for bitter?
- 19:36But this is exactly what happens.
- 19:37I mean, in Satan's kingdom, we know that for Satan, what God ordains Satan opposites.
- 19:43So in order to build a framework of his kingdom, which is built once again on spiritual rebellion,
- 19:50to get people to embrace the irrational, what he has to do is redefine the language.
- 19:55So all of a sudden, if evil becomes good, well, guess what?
- 19:59That's the foundation of your kingdom.
- 20:01That's the foundation of your worldview.
- 20:03And for those who embrace these types of ideas, then not only are they embraced, but unfortunately
- 20:10they're defended and they're celebrated.
- 20:12And this is really the manifestation of what we're seeing today.
- 20:16People have accepted the inversion or the redefinition of these concepts.
- 20:22And they believe them, they accept them, they defend them and they celebrate them.
- 20:27And we can see that happening very, very clearly throughout the world today because this
- 20:32is all being very much normalized.
- 20:34And again, it comes back to, well, this is how Satan wants his kingdom to operate.
- 20:40If he wants to build a certain type of language for his subjects, so to speak,
- 20:44to speak in his language, in his kingdom, well, then this is the language that he promotes
- 20:50throughout the world.
- 20:52Normalizing rebellion, spiritual anarchy, but let's before we run out of time,
- 20:58we've got to talk about embracing the irrational.
- 21:01And that is Dionysus, is that I say that right?
- 21:05Go ahead and walk this talk.
- 21:07Go ahead.
- 21:08Very in ways, Dionysus is typically the accepted way of saying it.
- 21:12But I think, and I used in the article, the example of the dress from 2015.
- 21:19And if people remember it, there's this dress that sent the internet into meltdown
- 21:24because some people saw the dress as black and blue.
- 21:28Other people saw the dress as white and gold.
- 21:31And so this was a viral phenomena at the time because there's 11,000 tweets per minute.
- 21:37About this particular topic.
- 21:40And see, there was a lot of studies done on this.
- 21:43And so what it came down to is that if your brain is wired in a particular way to see
- 21:48the dress in certain colors, well, you could see it as black and blue,
- 21:52or you could see it as white and gold.
- 21:55And the amazing thing was that if you saw it in a particular set of colors,
- 22:00you couldn't see it in the other set.
- 22:02And I think I mentioned this because when we looked at the Olympic opening ceremony,
- 22:07we had people who looked at the opening ceremony and said,
- 22:10well, you know what, that's great.
- 22:12You know, this is a great celebration of our world today.
- 22:15Those of us who have a biblical worldview looked at the Olympics and said,
- 22:19you know what, this is dark, this is evil.
- 22:22And I mentioned this in the article because this is exactly what's happened.
- 22:25If your brain is wired in a particular way to see darkness as light,
- 22:30well, you can enjoy what the Olympics had to offer.
- 22:33But if you have a biblical worldview where you can see darkness for what it is,
- 22:38then what we saw at the Olympics was a parody of the Last Supper.
- 22:42But we also saw overlaid in front of that this weird blue character by the name of Dionysus.
- 22:49And so in that article, we'd walk through exactly who Dionysus was.
- 22:54He was the God of wine and revelry, but he was a God that people liked to worship
- 23:00because they descended into ritual madness, not madness as we would consider it,
- 23:06in terms of psychiatric illness, but just this absolute release of
- 23:11innovation so that they could do what they wanted to do.
- 23:15And we see this concept right throughout history that the dark side of human nature
- 23:20is that they want to revel in the debauchery and the wickedness and the corruptibility.
- 23:26And so what we saw at the Olympics to me was very plain,
- 23:31that you've got a parody of the Last Supper, but then in front of that,
- 23:35the New World Order has put their God in front of that.
- 23:37And that's Dionysus. This is the one they want to worship in debauchery.
- 23:42And if you're familiar with some of the infestibles, that Dionysus led.
- 23:48As the night went on, they said, and as the wine flowed,
- 23:52they said, old and young were together.
- 23:57Now that is something we unfortunately are seeing in the world today.
- 24:00We're seeing a gradual normalization of sexual immorality in relation to adults and children.
- 24:09And I've read some material around some of these feasts of Dionysus and these rumours that
- 24:15these still happen today. And it's certainly not appropriate for me to recount those
- 24:21on this show because you can only imagine just the wickedness and the evil and the sexual
- 24:26immorality that goes on. But this is unfortunately what they've put out to the world.
- 24:31This is what they've celebrated at the Olympics opening ceremony.
- 24:36So when you look at it through this framework, then you can't help but say this was absolutely evil.
- 24:45And the message we received from Paris, as you mentioned, loud and clear.
- 24:48Christianity is not welcome in the New World Order.
- 24:52But I want to mention one of the rituals involved trans-inducing substances.
- 24:57You read about that. Pharmakia.
- 25:01You mentioned that, Dean, a couple of podcasts ago and we had you on as a guest,
- 25:05talking about what happened in Israel, October 7th with some of the radicals from Hamas using
- 25:10these drugs, Pharmakia. So they wouldn't have any inhibitions.
- 25:16And they couldn't even sense the evil that they were doing. Guys, if you don't remember
- 25:21that podcast, worldviewmatters.tv, just put in the search bar, Dean Dwyer.
- 25:26And that was probably earlier this year or the end of last year or earlier this year when we
- 25:31talked about that. But just, I mean, that plays in here. Pharmakia, it helps you get into this
- 25:36trans and just do whatever you want. Do what thou wilt, right?
- 25:41Absolutely, yes. So the drugs that Hamas operatives used was a drug called Capagon.
- 25:46And so that is a real problem in the Middle East because that funds a lot of this terrorism
- 25:50as well. It's a very popular drug used by Middle Eastern men. And that really, I mean, they don't
- 25:55sleep for days. All of their conscience is destroyed and they can do things that ordinary people
- 26:01wouldn't do. And so this plays into what we see in the Tribulation period because we know that
- 26:05there's Pharmakia mentioned in there. And for the feasts of Dionysus, absolutely. They used
- 26:11wine. They used these trans-inducing substances because they wanted to descend into this ritual
- 26:17madness or ritual ecstasy. And so what we see at the Olympics was that, as I said in the article,
- 26:24the New World Order demands a new God. And for those unfamiliar with Dionysus, he was in the myth
- 26:31a God man because he had a mortal mother, Samil, and an immortal father in Zeus. So how ironic
- 26:39that the New World Order is looking to a God man to lead them into sin, all of what are rejecting
- 26:46the God man who died for their sin. Interesting. A mankind needs to worship something, right?
- 26:54Absolutely. And that's a point you make indirectly in your articles. Pastor Dean,
- 26:59run out of time. It's just always a blessing to have you on. By the way, friends,
