- 0:23Speaker 4: You began, you mean up? Can you bling me down again?
- 0:27Speaker 5: You frank me down?
- 0:29Speaker 6: Do come to come to pay?
- 0:32Speaker 1: It comes to mark?
- 0:33Speaker 7: Is it just.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it Bain. I'm gonna go on the
- 0:40Speaker 1: way you began. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome.
- 0:46Speaker 3: You're listening to the Sports Shock Show. I am the
- 0:49Speaker 3: Sports Shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to you. If we
- 0:52Speaker 3: have sprung into a new time zone. It's dark outside,
- 0:58Speaker 3: just in a little light. Had to use the lights
- 1:01Speaker 3: this morning to move around. And you people out there
- 1:05Speaker 3: that just are walking, your dogs are jogging, You're gonna
- 1:09Speaker 3: need something reflective down. I've been telling you all that
- 1:14Speaker 3: for years. Look, you versus pickup truck, it's a loss.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Go ahead on and put that in there. Might not
- 1:27Speaker 3: lose the whole thing, but you're gonna lose something when
- 1:31Speaker 3: that pickup truck and you come into contact. Also, pull
- 1:36Speaker 3: that dog in a little bit, stop with the nine
- 1:40Speaker 3: foot leash.
- 1:41Speaker 8: Dog.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Dog ain't even walking with you. It's on the other side.
- 1:44Speaker 3: If you're gonna let it that far away, you might
- 1:46Speaker 3: as well take it off the leash. You can't take
- 1:49Speaker 3: up the whole word road. Just just some things this morning,
- 1:53Speaker 3: just seeing the darkness, and I'm like, I missed two
- 1:55Speaker 3: people today.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Thank God for good vision.
- 2:00Speaker 3: And this is all after the bad producer texts me
- 2:03Speaker 3: at four forty seven am. Now, my mom had a
- 2:08Speaker 3: little medical emergency yesterday. She passed out vomit. She had
- 2:12Speaker 3: to rush her to the hospital. This was yesterday evening.
- 2:17Speaker 3: So my aunts are down there with her at the hospital,
- 2:23Speaker 3: and I told him to keep me abreast of the situation.
- 2:27Speaker 3: So I'm gonna hire alert for text messages in the am,
- 2:33Speaker 3: just to get an update. You know how you kind
- 2:38Speaker 3: of sleep, but you got that one ear. Anybody out
- 2:41Speaker 3: there that's a parent or uncle, aunt, grandmother that's kept
- 2:47Speaker 3: a little baby, that's how you go to sleep. You
- 2:50Speaker 3: kind of sleep, but one of your ears is kind.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Of alert if you got an aging parent. So that's
- 2:58Speaker 1: how I was kind of sleep.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I was sleep, but I wasn't sleep because I was
- 3:02Speaker 3: expecting an update.
- 3:06Speaker 9: Mean me, that's got to be the one got to be.
- 3:10Speaker 1: That's got to be to see we see how Mom'm
- 3:12Speaker 1: doing this.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Man sends me something about the Big Arch, the new
- 3:19Speaker 3: Hamburger at four forty seven.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Am.
- 3:24Speaker 3: That's his story. That's what he wants to talk about today,
- 3:28Speaker 3: The Big Art.
- 3:29Speaker 9: I just want to to clarify. Are we talking about
- 3:32Speaker 9: a little over three hours ago?
- 3:35Speaker 3: Yes, four forty seven am. This is a little shit, Okay,
- 3:39Speaker 3: a couple of hours ago. He was stuck in the
- 3:41Speaker 3: time zone now four. First of all, I didn't know
- 3:44Speaker 3: they sold the Big Arch at four forty seven. They
- 3:47Speaker 3: got twenty four hour places. Do they cook burgers and
- 3:50Speaker 3: stuff the whole Yeah, I thought they switched they're open
- 3:55Speaker 3: twenty four hours, but we switched the menu throughout the day.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I thought that our forty seven am. You're right, that
- 4:01Speaker 1: is forty seven That would be near breakfast time, right
- 4:06Speaker 1: like right before we actually start to talk about the
- 4:11Speaker 1: stories that we're gonna do on the show.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So bad, producer, before I go any further, go ahead
- 4:20Speaker 3: on and tell me about the Big Arts, because it
- 4:22Speaker 3: was obviously the most important thing, not the Iranian War
- 4:27Speaker 3: or any of that kind of stuff. Let's talk about
- 4:29Speaker 3: the Big Art and tell me about the Arch and
- 4:32Speaker 3: sports jock. I was negligent.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Last week someone said, bombs are dropping all over the world,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and the sports jock is still giving us a shell salute.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I forgot to tell you that.
- 4:44Speaker 10: Well, the Big Arch is the new limited one time
- 4:48Speaker 10: burger featuring two quarter pounds beef patties, three slices of
- 4:53Speaker 10: white cheddar cheese, and the unique Big Arch tangy sauce.
- 4:58Speaker 10: And you get all your burger his favorite burgers from
- 5:01Speaker 10: McDonald's in one burger.
- 5:06Speaker 3: And that will need it to be known. That couldn't
- 5:09Speaker 3: be told to me this morning right now?
- 5:12Speaker 9: Did you not see the video? You see how good
- 5:17Speaker 9: you thought I was on social media? He has not
- 5:20Speaker 9: seen the video.
- 5:21Speaker 3: I said, there's a video that goes along with the text. Okay,
- 5:26Speaker 3: that a commercial.
- 5:27Speaker 1: This is I was in the text video real quick.
- 5:31Speaker 9: The video in question, the CEO of McDonald's UH is
- 5:36Speaker 9: talking about the burger and he takes it by and
- 5:38Speaker 9: it seems like he doesn't like it, as if he's
- 5:41Speaker 9: never eaten McDonald's in his life. Yeah, and he's the CEO.
- 5:45Speaker 9: And so now other fast food places are making videos
- 5:48Speaker 9: with their executives eating their food and enjoying it more so,
- 5:55Speaker 9: that's been the trend that that's been going on for
- 5:57Speaker 9: the press day McDonald's.
- 6:00Speaker 3: So well, well, what what if the what if the
- 6:03Speaker 3: CEO didn't like the burger?
- 6:04Speaker 9: Maybe that was his first he was saying like, oh,
- 6:07Speaker 9: this is it's really good, and like I'm so excited
- 6:09Speaker 9: about Like he portrayed as if like this is great
- 6:13Speaker 9: and I'm excited about it. But when he took a bite,
- 6:18Speaker 9: it seemed like, well, does he actually like it or
- 6:20Speaker 9: does he even eat this food? So that that's the
- 6:24Speaker 9: the speculation that's been going on. So then with the
- 6:27Speaker 9: trend with the other places eating their.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Own food, so you don't think someone who eats steak
- 6:32Speaker 3: own a vegan restaurant.
- 6:36Speaker 1: It's possible.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I'm not saying, see the CEO of Lifetime Fitness, you
- 6:40Speaker 3: would be surprised if they're five hundred pounds.
- 6:43Speaker 1: He made everything doesn't have the correlate and and and
- 6:47Speaker 1: that that's just the that that's just how it looked
- 6:49Speaker 1: to people like that, does he actually like the food? Now?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Now make sure that as we're talking about this big
- 6:56Speaker 3: kinny commands you, Greg, did I need to notice at
- 6:58Speaker 3: four forty get.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Back to the original point, because I don't care if
- 7:03Speaker 1: the c eat oh home depot is eating planks of wood?
- 7:09Speaker 1: Do I need to know that information? At fourth? First? First, sir, press, press?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Are you okay? How you feel it? Okay? All right?
- 7:22Speaker 6: Now?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Four forty seven in the morning. If you ain't got
- 7:27Speaker 1: a bone hanging out your neck? News, it's not it's
- 7:30Speaker 1: not pressing. And now no, no, no, Now, four forty
- 7:32Speaker 1: seven don't seem significant unless you're taking to it's your segment.
- 7:36Speaker 10: Why you typing? Well, unless you take it to. Because
- 7:40Speaker 10: I think you can still get that burger. You can
- 7:42Speaker 10: get Burger Foods in the morning. It doesn't breakfast, doesn't
- 7:45Speaker 10: start like the six or something. So I was looking
- 7:48Speaker 10: to see what the because I think.
- 7:50Speaker 1: That wouldn't get back. Would you want to get a burger?
- 7:53Speaker 1: You can get? That helped me? How would that help?
- 7:55Speaker 1: How would that help me? Here at four forty seven
- 7:57Speaker 1: in the morning, which is technically five o'clock, which is
- 7:59Speaker 1: technic two and a half hours before we get here,
- 8:02Speaker 1: like we arrived, like and we gonna be here in
- 8:05Speaker 1: a minute. You could have just said, hey, bruh, you
- 8:07Speaker 1: see that video? Man?
- 8:11Speaker 3: It was I actually rode over the thing. And when
- 8:13Speaker 3: I did see your name. Oh, he's texting to let
- 8:16Speaker 3: me know he's not coming.
- 8:17Speaker 1: To the show, because that's typically something.
- 8:20Speaker 3: He's being professional, like I've asked, and let me know
- 8:23Speaker 3: early that he's not coming instead of eight nineteen.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Took the first segment of the show and go, oh bruh,
- 8:30Speaker 1: I thought we wasn't gonna be there today. But the
- 8:33Speaker 1: big Arch, the big Ark.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Which is just some extra stuff that somebody was playing
- 8:39Speaker 3: around with in the kitchen at McDonald's. No, it's all
- 8:42Speaker 3: the burgers, all of what burgers. All the burgers are
- 8:45Speaker 3: the same. It's not like a to dirkin where it's
- 8:52Speaker 3: three different meats. Does it matter that they took the
- 8:55Speaker 3: cheeseburger patty and put it on the big Mac patty,
- 8:59Speaker 3: which is the same actual patty as the quarter pounder petty?
- 9:05Speaker 1: Wait?
- 9:05Speaker 3: Wait now you say they make every beef patty be different.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It's it's on a poppy seed bun. Yeah, and.
- 9:16Speaker 9: A poppy seed a poppy seed. But and you're getting
- 9:20Speaker 9: and you're getting white chear cheese. Oh, well that's worth
- 9:23Speaker 9: waking up to hear.
- 9:26Speaker 1: You See, you should have led with that, because I'd
- 9:28Speaker 1: have been I've been critical of a sports jock. What
- 9:31Speaker 1: do you mean why would he send you that he's
- 9:33Speaker 1: got white cheese and a poppy seed. I mean, start
- 9:36Speaker 1: with starting with the prevalent, pertinent information, sir.
- 9:39Speaker 3: It sounds like a big mess that they're trying to
- 9:43Speaker 3: I do see that it's uh their most expensive burger,
- 9:49Speaker 3: but it's not impressive at all. It's just McDonald's. It's McDonald's, yeah,
- 9:56Speaker 3: and I guaranteed of them. Listen, McDonald it's just McDonald's.
- 10:02Speaker 3: It's been the same thing since I was a kid.
- 10:05Speaker 3: It's just McDonald's. It's a low quality meal that is
- 10:15Speaker 3: meant to really just be something of nostalgia for you
- 10:19Speaker 3: old people, just to really go down memory lane. It's
- 10:25Speaker 3: built to hit all the little senses in your mouth.
- 10:29Speaker 3: It's supposed to be cheaply made some stuff. It's supposed
- 10:34Speaker 3: to taste cheap. That's what makes it good. When you
- 10:40Speaker 3: start making it expensive, it no longer tastes the same way,
- 10:47Speaker 3: don't It just really isn't it's supposed to be that
- 10:55Speaker 3: was the flavor you were getting.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I always tell.
- 10:58Speaker 3: People, man, I got my grandma recipe, but you're making
- 11:01Speaker 3: it with whole foods products. Grandmama was at when Dixie.
- 11:07Speaker 3: And she wasn't just at when Dixie. She was at
- 11:10Speaker 3: the bottom shelf at when Dixie getting the stuff that
- 11:13Speaker 3: didn't say stuff, just say it stuff. It just said
- 11:18Speaker 3: stuff on the label. That's why you can't recreate it.
- 11:22Speaker 3: You keep wondering, I just can't get it like care
- 11:25Speaker 3: you using organic, gluten free, high fiber Omego three all that,
- 11:35Speaker 3: and that I ain't Grandma, don't even know how to special.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Just said it just says rice on it. Thank you
- 11:45Speaker 3: for letting me know that the big Arch is now
- 11:50Speaker 3: out there. It's gonna I can't get the number one
- 11:53Speaker 3: this week. I have to get that. And you sweat
- 11:58Speaker 3: that that sweatshirt says a number zero. Don't even need
- 12:04Speaker 3: to stop at the Golden Arch, as I say.
- 12:07Speaker 1: And if and if you ever contact me at four
- 12:09Speaker 1: forty seven am and you not on some sort of
- 12:11Speaker 1: drug beings, we gonna have problems, sir. I mean I
- 12:15Speaker 1: need you to be needing me to come get you
- 12:17Speaker 1: at that hour. Look, man, I'm on the side of
- 12:19Speaker 1: the road in the bush with more than sports jock
- 12:22Speaker 1: show right after this.

- 15:20Speaker 24: I'm ready, ready, come on.
- 15:24Speaker 14: You know the Krona goods is that if Mama Lu
- 15:26Speaker 14: distrust the drama dude to text the nominee at the

- 15:32Speaker 25: Liars me who's the honorblea the clothes du say.
- 15:35Speaker 14: The close cut was strength and some says was strained
- 15:38Speaker 14: from both nuts.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Welcome back to this wor Shock show. I'm the sport
- 15:42Speaker 3: Shock Wing Game. A good morning unt you out there
- 15:47Speaker 3: in listening land. Glad to be here with you. Big
- 15:49Speaker 3: Kenny the funny Man himself coman you, greg In the building.
- 15:54Speaker 3: The bad producer is advising you to go out and
- 15:57Speaker 3: get the big Arch to It comes with the special
- 16:02Speaker 3: Art sauce, which most likely is just the same thing
- 16:06Speaker 3: they put on the Big Mac, with some hot sauce
- 16:09Speaker 3: that they've added some of their world. It's a unique
- 16:13Speaker 3: tasty sauce too, and nothing at McDonald's is unique, and
- 16:19Speaker 3: it's it's not unique because it's processed to be shipped
- 16:23Speaker 3: all over the world.
- 16:25Speaker 1: And taste the exact same. Now you're talking to somebody
- 16:28Speaker 1: who my first life was in the restaurant business. And
- 16:32Speaker 1: that's one of the things that makes McDonald's so dominant
- 16:36Speaker 1: is their market domination is predicated on the fact that
- 16:39Speaker 1: their food taste, looks and packages the same everywhere you
- 16:44Speaker 1: go to get it. Waffle House tries to replicate that style.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Michael Jordan his airingess himself interview for us out there,
- 16:55Speaker 3: and it's funny that Mike put this out. If you
- 16:59Speaker 3: know Mike, it's supposed to be a contributor for NBC.
- 17:02Speaker 3: A lot of people have issues. They thought it was
- 17:03Speaker 3: going to be more of a live thing, more like
- 17:07Speaker 3: the Shaq and Charles Barkley and that kind of thing,
- 17:12Speaker 3: and what Mike seems to have done. He did a
- 17:14Speaker 3: long interview with Mike Turrico and NBC when they do
- 17:17Speaker 3: their games, they put out a certain segment of that interview. Yes, well,
- 17:23Speaker 3: in this interview, Mike is talking about the whole goat
- 17:27Speaker 3: term and this is Mike. The whole goat term is
- 17:32Speaker 3: never going to be something that I ever will get
- 17:34Speaker 3: high or low about. You know, it just doesn't exist
- 17:40Speaker 3: with me. I never played against Oscar Robinson or Jerry West.
- 17:45Speaker 3: I would love to absolutely do that just as competitors.
- 17:50Speaker 3: When asked about Lebron and Kobe, he talked about how
- 17:56Speaker 3: he would have loved to had a chance. He is
- 18:01Speaker 3: happy how Lebron and guys like Kobe and Kad have
- 18:06Speaker 3: built upon the game. That is the thing that he
- 18:11Speaker 3: actually loves that guys keep passing the baton.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Mike.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Guys, And what I was going to talk about, even
- 18:25Speaker 3: before I read this was my thought was why don't
- 18:28Speaker 3: we ever debate other people? Why is it never Joe
- 18:36Speaker 3: Montana versus Tom Brady, or Barry Bonds versus Willie Mays.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Why is it never Ray.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Lewis versus Lawrence Taylor, or you know some current Roy
- 18:52Speaker 3: McElroy versus Jack Nicholson. Why are these things never and
- 18:57Speaker 3: if they happened to just cross earths, why does it
- 19:00Speaker 3: go away in like six hours?
- 19:02Speaker 1: Because because they don't Mike and.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Lebron and even Mike is saying, I'm not even into that.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Well, I think one of the reasons is because they
- 19:15Speaker 1: don't have a jingle like Rory McElroy. If I could
- 19:19Speaker 1: be like it, don't roll off the tongue like that.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Michael Jordan came in and on top of his dominance
- 19:26Speaker 1: in the sport of NBA basketball, they built an entire
- 19:32Speaker 1: marketing campaign around him and his shoes, and everybody stuck
- 19:37Speaker 1: in that era loves everything that they felt every time
- 19:43Speaker 1: they think about that. So when we start. One of
- 19:46Speaker 1: the things I love that he said last night in
- 19:48Speaker 1: that interview was every generation has their goats. He mentioned
- 19:53Speaker 1: Wilt Chamberlain, He mentioned, aren't Oscar Robinson. Wil Chamberlain's got
- 19:57Speaker 1: eleven championships. I'll never touch that. Bill Russell, Yeah, I'll
- 20:04Speaker 1: never touch that. Bill Russell got eleven. I'll never But
- 20:07Speaker 1: I don't worry about those things. And he also said
- 20:10Speaker 1: that it doesn't affect him, but he thinks it sort
- 20:13Speaker 1: of diminishes the new players impact on the game because
- 20:19Speaker 1: they always comparing him to somebody else. Lebron can't just
- 20:23Speaker 1: be Lebron. You understand what I'm saying. He got to be. Well,
- 20:26Speaker 1: when Mike played in the playoffs, he only hit that
- 20:30Speaker 1: kind of thing. Yeah, I see the way he hit
- 20:33Speaker 1: on the whole stress of that bad producer.
- 20:37Speaker 10: Well, you know, both of them being giants in the
- 20:41Speaker 10: era of this each time that they're in there white like,
- 20:47Speaker 10: like he said, Lebron has the luxury of playing against
- 20:50Speaker 10: Katie and Kobe, and then you have the luxury of
- 20:54Speaker 10: he didn't have the luxury of playing against them. And
- 20:55Speaker 10: then he said he wished he could have played against
- 20:57Speaker 10: Oscar Robinson and all those guys. And the thing about it,
- 21:01Speaker 10: like you said, the competitiveness and to try to figure
- 21:04Speaker 10: out why people continue to want to argue only about
- 21:08Speaker 10: Kobe and Michael, that.
- 21:10Speaker 9: Is something really Lebron. Excuse me, Lebron, And I know
- 21:13Speaker 9: I know it's hard for you to talk about the subject,
- 21:15Speaker 9: but Lebron, but he was talking about Lebron, Lebron and Michael.
- 21:19Speaker 1: It's just that it's it's.
- 21:23Speaker 10: Something that we got to look at now since he
- 21:26Speaker 10: bought it up because it is something that you never
- 21:29Speaker 10: hear an argument about Barry versus Willie May's or Eddie
- 21:35Speaker 10: Murray or or or or any.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Derek Jeter.
- 21:39Speaker 10: And you never hear the Brady Montana or or any
- 21:44Speaker 10: of those guys. So it's always constantly about those two
- 21:47Speaker 10: are the goat and and and and I've always said
- 21:51Speaker 10: the first time I ever heard the goat terminology was
- 21:53Speaker 10: from Muhammad Ali, So I don't even know where the
- 21:56Speaker 10: goat came in, even with all these other sports in
- 22:01Speaker 10: since Michael, you know, it's never I've never heard them
- 22:04Speaker 10: until Lebron and Michael started this.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Hold on, hold a.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Think about what you said. Lebron and Michael didn't start nothing.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Michael is actually telling you I don't even participate.
- 22:22Speaker 1: The media and all thes. I just want to make
- 22:25Speaker 1: sure before we go to break Greg. When we come back,
- 22:27Speaker 1: I want you to weigh in, but I just want
- 22:29Speaker 1: to make sure Lebron and Michael didn't start nothing.
- 22:33Speaker 3: This ain't one of those where uh Santae Samuel was
- 22:38Speaker 3: calling out Dion, right, We've we've seen different guys call
- 22:42Speaker 3: out you know that, Paul, Pierce said he's better than guys. Right,
- 22:47Speaker 3: I got John, He's actually say he says my four fibu.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Sac as I say, he don't even get into.
- 22:59Speaker 10: And like I said, like I said, the first time
- 23:01Speaker 10: I ever heard the go thing was We're from badmin Ali.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Never more than Sports Jock Show. Right after this, you.
- 23:12Speaker 6: Try play it all, don't go away, or of.

- 25:36Speaker 2: Gandy in the red zone the.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Yea yeah, yeah, I ain't no money.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Welcome back to this what Shock Show. I'm the sport
- 26:11Speaker 3: shock wing Candy. We left talking about the man who
- 26:16Speaker 3: don't like to talk about the goat, Michael Jordan, his airness,
- 26:20Speaker 3: the man who really in our consciousness, he is on
- 26:24Speaker 3: the Mount Rushmore. I mean he's right there. His legend
- 26:30Speaker 3: when we're gone will be like the legend of Babe Ruth.
- 26:35Speaker 3: It's one of those kind of because as much as
- 26:38Speaker 3: you might think of certain people their legend, there are
- 26:43Speaker 3: legends of sport that trends ind even the sport that
- 26:48Speaker 3: lasted so long that you think the person like and
- 26:52Speaker 3: I use Babe Ruth as a reference. Babe Ruth, fifty
- 26:58Speaker 3: seventy eighty years after his passing was still spoken of
- 27:02Speaker 3: like he had died eight days ago. It was that
- 27:08Speaker 3: kind of legend, a man who passed away in whatever
- 27:11Speaker 3: the forties fifties was still talked about in the nineties, like,
- 27:16Speaker 3: you know, man, you know how when Babe did it.
- 27:18Speaker 1: He he like he just knocked it out the party
- 27:21Speaker 1: in the game prior to the one you're watching.
- 27:23Speaker 3: Yeah, that kind of thing. It's the same thing with
- 27:26Speaker 3: Michael Jordan, still the most spoke about basketball player, even
- 27:32Speaker 3: beyond guys that are currently doing it, and hasn't played
- 27:38Speaker 3: in nearly twenty five years.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Wow, Mike is actually old enough.
- 27:44Speaker 3: He's collecting Social Security now, that kind of old winning
- 27:49Speaker 3: championships at a whole nother type event. Basketball body gone.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Don't look nothing like the killer be out of bat
- 28:00Speaker 3: a long time, you know, and doesn't even one of
- 28:03Speaker 3: the few people kind of like we see with when
- 28:06Speaker 3: I mentioned Joe Montana, people who really were so cuge,
- 28:11Speaker 3: but really once it was over, just whenever went away
- 28:17Speaker 3: did other stuff. They're toe into that kind of stuff
- 28:20Speaker 3: like that. You are sometimes surprised when you catch a
- 28:23Speaker 3: glimpse of Michael Jordan's at a basketball of it. He's
- 28:27Speaker 3: more likely to go to a Carolina game than you
- 28:31Speaker 3: fould see him at an NBA game. I don't think
- 28:34Speaker 3: I've ever seen him at the bulls. But maybe once
- 28:37Speaker 3: Harley was that kind of thing, like as the owner
- 28:41Speaker 3: of it, he was hardly there, you know. And the
- 28:43Speaker 3: same thing when I said, like someone like a and
- 28:44Speaker 3: I'm quite sure there's other, but like a Joe Montana,
- 28:47Speaker 3: it was like Joe did all that, and then Joe disappeared.
- 28:51Speaker 3: And every once in a while you see him in
- 28:53Speaker 3: a commercial, right and that Joe. Oh, and then you
- 28:58Speaker 3: see him Super Bowl sketcher slip on. I just put
- 29:01Speaker 3: my feet in. I never been over hey.
- 29:03Speaker 1: That was Joe. No, no serious, that.
- 29:07Speaker 9: Was that kind of thing. Just never used the power
- 29:12Speaker 9: Joe of his marketing. Even Mike was as big as
- 29:16Speaker 9: a shoe. Rarely does he even.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Do appear in any of your actual as.
- 29:23Speaker 3: It has to be some kind of twenty fifth edition
- 29:26Speaker 3: of a shoe or something like that. It can't just
- 29:29Speaker 3: be a regular Tuesday shoe shoe. He just gotta be
- 29:34Speaker 3: something special. With Michael Jordan's saying that he would have
- 29:36Speaker 3: loved to play against the King and the Mamba in
- 29:40Speaker 3: his prime, I like how he makes sure he points
- 29:43Speaker 3: that out. Now, I don't just put me out there
- 29:45Speaker 3: as the Washington Wizard. Yeah, Now I'm gonna need to
- 29:50Speaker 3: be ninety three gold choke chain, Mike, who I take
- 29:55Speaker 3: on these assassin gold choke chain?
- 29:57Speaker 1: And I was seeing something about one.
- 29:59Speaker 3: On Who knows when some of these some guys that
- 30:03Speaker 3: might come off the bench might beat these guys in
- 30:07Speaker 3: one on one. You don't know all these guys are
- 30:09Speaker 3: in the league. Everybody doesn't have one on one guy.
- 30:13Speaker 3: I just see things like that. You would know who
- 30:16Speaker 3: would win one on one when you think about how
- 30:20Speaker 3: we're gonna play. I might take a Keem Elijah one
- 30:24Speaker 3: against any of them, because I know when a.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Keeam get the ball, you ain't getting it back.
- 30:28Speaker 3: He more likely to block one of Mike's shots and
- 30:32Speaker 3: get the ball back. And then what Mike supposed to do?
- 30:37Speaker 3: What are you supposed to do? Get his best? That's
- 30:42Speaker 3: about it. Because he had enough handle to be able
- 30:45Speaker 3: to keep the ball away from Mike. You know, you
- 30:49Speaker 3: think about that, but you never knowing. Mike just said
- 30:51Speaker 3: he would love to have played before him or after him,
- 30:55Speaker 3: and is more about in his mind and did a
- 30:58Speaker 3: player take the baton and run with it. He gives
- 31:00Speaker 3: those guys credit, even as Kde and other guys in there.
- 31:05Speaker 3: But the biggest thing before we move on COMANCHI is
- 31:08Speaker 3: that we're talking about something since the beginning, since Lebron
- 31:12Speaker 3: was fifteen one, So twenty six years of a debate
- 31:18Speaker 3: that one of the participants has gone on record to
- 31:21Speaker 3: tell you, I don't even get down with who to Go?
- 31:26Speaker 1: Why were we so fascinated? I was out of the
- 31:28Speaker 1: game before he came along? Did you hear? Also in
- 31:32Speaker 1: last night's coverage, Carmelo say that Wemby is a generational talent,
- 31:39Speaker 1: saying that he is moving the game of basketball forward
- 31:43Speaker 1: unlike anyone has in his time. Carmelo says he's never
- 31:49Speaker 1: seen this.
- 31:50Speaker 3: Because we were around when the Wilts came through. Right,
- 31:55Speaker 3: Wemby is the next Shaquille O'Neill to me.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Meaning that you marvel.
- 32:04Speaker 3: It's not that what he's doing is so spectacular, right,
- 32:07Speaker 3: and you've never seen it. You've just never seen a
- 32:11Speaker 3: seven four guy do it. Yeah, kind of like Kevin Durant,
- 32:16Speaker 3: Dirk Levinski. We hadn't really saw seven footers do that.
- 32:22Speaker 3: Pull up on the brick. Hey, take this with you
- 32:25Speaker 3: command You thought I was going to dunk, No, take
- 32:27Speaker 3: this three and come on back, I'm going.
- 32:31Speaker 1: And then block a shot and then fired up again.
- 32:34Speaker 1: From three. Ain't nobody even down under the bucket.
- 32:37Speaker 10: I'm just stop here and they never would never seen
- 32:40Speaker 10: a six y nine point guard to magic.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 32:42Speaker 3: So Wenmy to me is on that tip of just
- 32:45Speaker 3: when you start seeing somebody doing something, Wemby moves more
- 32:50Speaker 3: like a three guard would move. But he's seven to four.
- 32:54Speaker 3: But Greg, real quick before we move on. Michael George
- 32:57Speaker 3: is not even interested in the Goat. He's always been
- 33:01Speaker 3: like that. Even in like previous interviews when he was
- 33:04Speaker 3: still playing, people were trying to bring that up, like
- 33:07Speaker 3: he's the greatest of all time and he's he kind of.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Just now the way, do you think that's a flex
- 33:13Speaker 1: and it's just me playing Devil's advocate. It's easy to
- 33:16Speaker 1: say I'm not concerned about the goat talk when everybody
- 33:20Speaker 1: talking about me being the goats can talk about that.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Y'all talk about that if you want to. I ain't
- 33:29Speaker 1: got to talk about being the goat. Why I got
- 33:31Speaker 1: to talk about it? I be about it. I'm just Mike,
- 33:34Speaker 1: and everybody talk about me regarding but doesn't it line
- 33:36Speaker 1: up with how he's handled it.
- 33:38Speaker 3: No, I'm saying that's that I don't know as a
- 33:40Speaker 3: flex as much as that. How do I how do
- 33:43Speaker 3: I debate that? How do I debate that somebody is
- 33:48Speaker 3: I'm better or not as good as Lebron when I don't.
- 33:54Speaker 3: We didn't we didn't play against each other, we didn't
- 33:56Speaker 3: guard the same people, we didn't play under the same rules.
- 34:00Speaker 3: So how how would I debate that? How would I
- 34:04Speaker 3: debate People always talking about Steph Curry shoots better than
- 34:06Speaker 3: Larry Bird, right, and they forget But in Larry Bird era,
- 34:10Speaker 3: they were taught to get as close to the line
- 34:13Speaker 3: as you could to shoot the three. Shooting the jumper
- 34:18Speaker 3: was okay, right, that was okay to shoot that or right,
- 34:21Speaker 3: or to take a dribble in and shoot give him
- 34:25Speaker 3: a head fake if he's jumped back. These guys give
- 34:28Speaker 3: a head fake if the guy goes forward. They actually
- 34:30Speaker 3: stepped back. You see guys run back to shoot three. Yeah,
- 34:35Speaker 3: when you watch the game like the movie is, I'm
- 34:38Speaker 3: gonna fake you out, but then I'm gonna actually go
- 34:40Speaker 3: back to the three point line to shoot it. Different
- 34:43Speaker 3: times of different styles of how you even supposed to
- 34:47Speaker 3: that used to get you taken out the game.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Yes, those kind of things used to get taken out games,
- 34:51Speaker 1: so on the bench you could, yeah, I think, so
- 34:57Speaker 1: how do you you know?
- 34:58Speaker 8: So?
- 34:58Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean I think, Steph, it looks
- 35:00Speaker 1: like it, but I think when I say, it's kind
- 35:03Speaker 1: of like a flex is you know the phrase never
- 35:07Speaker 1: let him see you sweat. There are prominent, dominant professional
- 35:13Speaker 1: athletes who are Hall of famers who are still human
- 35:17Speaker 1: enough to get drawn into that debate with passion. You crazy.
- 35:20Speaker 1: He ain't never been better than and I didn't play
- 35:23Speaker 1: against him might and they still with all man y'all,
- 35:26Speaker 1: just it's just keep hyping him. Mike ain't never even
- 35:30Speaker 1: let that get into his circle, even if he feels it.
- 35:33Speaker 1: He'll never let you hear him have that debate, is
- 35:36Speaker 1: the point I'm making. He'll he just he has, he does,
- 35:42Speaker 1: and I feel like he always will let his action
- 35:47Speaker 1: speak for him until somebody surpasses what he did. There
- 35:52Speaker 1: is no conversation as far as I'm concerned. It was interesting.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Eddie Murphy is dominant as he is. He released a
- 35:59Speaker 1: Netflix special and in that Netflix special he chronicled all
- 36:04Speaker 1: of his major accomplishments, and I thought that was interesting
- 36:08Speaker 1: because up until now, Eddie Murphy was just the goat,
- 36:11Speaker 1: because he was just the goat, and now he's willing
- 36:15Speaker 1: to say, look, this is why I'm the goat. Remember
- 36:18Speaker 1: this and remember that, and Mike don't even go that far.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Google me is where Mike is with it? Well, I
- 36:25Speaker 1: I think Mike is showing to me. He's showing me
- 36:28Speaker 1: the professionalism and what made him such a great player,
- 36:33Speaker 1: because I've always wondered what he's saying. And it might
- 36:36Speaker 1: just be that we both aquariuses. I don't know that's
- 36:40Speaker 1: what it is. Of course, yah, y'all water sign that's
- 36:43Speaker 1: what we want.
- 36:45Speaker 3: So that's how our brains work. Of I can debate
- 36:49Speaker 3: something that I at the time. But I've never understood
- 36:55Speaker 3: how you, Jim Brown and Barry Sanders, how do you
- 37:01Speaker 3: get compelled me? Yeah, I don't do hypotheticals either. That's
- 37:05Speaker 3: that's a hypothetical situation. If then and but if that
- 37:09Speaker 3: had happened, but we were if then's and but that, No.
- 37:13Speaker 1: That that's not comparable. You have to actually have something
- 37:17Speaker 1: side by side. So uh, maybe they'll stop now, No,
- 37:22Speaker 1: they lost now my brainwash, that's.
- 37:25Speaker 3: All nyone wants to be trying to give it a
- 37:29Speaker 3: democratic to stop calling themselves, the Democrat Republic.
- 37:33Speaker 1: We're just America. Why can't you be just a senator
- 37:36Speaker 1: from Illinois. I need to be right. I need to
- 37:41Speaker 1: be on the right side. And when i'm right, I
- 37:43Speaker 1: need you to know I'm right because I'm a Democrat
- 37:46Speaker 1: or Republic. And what about when you're wrong? You don't
- 37:50Speaker 1: worry about that. It's them that made me wrong. The
- 37:55Speaker 1: sports Jock after this, I'm the one.
- 37:59Speaker 14: Which I kill you.

- 41:03Speaker 13: Hew log on so you can see a sports jaint.
- 41:17Speaker 13: I'll sing even very shy. Welcome back to the sport
- 41:22Speaker 13: Shock Show.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I'm the Sport Shock Wayne Againdee the Great Miles Garrett
- 41:26Speaker 3: of the Cleveland Brown's ninth speeding citation, AH.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Ninth. He still got his license. Yeah, he can afford it.
- 41:37Speaker 1: He can afford That's probably that's the only reason you're
- 41:39Speaker 1: still doing it. The man only like thirty though, that's
- 41:41Speaker 1: the only.
- 41:42Speaker 9: Reason you still keep him in Cleveland, Like, if we
- 41:47Speaker 9: if we just take points off the license, he don't
- 41:49Speaker 9: want to drive around here anymore.
- 41:50Speaker 1: He was going ninety four in a sixty five though,
- 41:53Speaker 1: Oh my goodness.
- 41:54Speaker 9: But we want him to feel comfortable now about going
- 41:58Speaker 9: This is five within the ticket. He don't mind the ticket.
- 42:02Speaker 9: We don't want to take points of off the lights.
- 42:04Speaker 1: No, no, that I don't know what the Ohio laws are,
- 42:09Speaker 1: but as someone who just got out of the super
- 42:13Speaker 1: Speeder Woods, the points are inevitable. They have no control
- 42:20Speaker 1: over that. Once you get convicted of a certain infraction,
- 42:25Speaker 1: when it comes to speeding, you gonna get the points.
- 42:28Speaker 1: It drove my insurance up two hundred dollars a month
- 42:34Speaker 1: for the super speeding. You pay the fine then you
- 42:37Speaker 1: So it's one of them things you can only do
- 42:40Speaker 1: a couple of times before they start trying to snatch
- 42:42Speaker 1: your license and suspend you. And this literally, this dude's
- 42:46Speaker 1: on nine nine students on nine. Somebody. Somebody knows somebody.
- 42:51Speaker 10: Somebody knows somebody, And you would think the insurance company
- 42:54Speaker 10: would even the underwriters would say, hey, you a liability
- 42:58Speaker 10: nine speed tickets.
- 43:00Speaker 9: He knows somebody there He writing that chick about that
- 43:03Speaker 9: I'll keep doing what else.
- 43:05Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. Every time he just think nine
- 43:07Speaker 1: times if it went up two hundred dollars a month,
- 43:10Speaker 1: each time he's got extra eighteen hundred dollars a month,
- 43:16Speaker 1: and he don't care. It's what I'm saying. Listen, listen, listen.
- 43:19Speaker 1: I'm telling eight sure for one car, for one car,
- 43:23Speaker 1: every car extra eighteen, not just extra eighteen hundred dollars.
- 43:29Speaker 1: And I'm saying he can't care because those kinds of
- 43:31Speaker 1: things make you think. I'm saying now people who ride
- 43:34Speaker 1: with me complain, Bro, you ain't gonna go no fast.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Hey man, I have to tell him the story. Bro,
- 43:38Speaker 1: I got a super speeding ticket and I know I'm
- 43:41Speaker 1: not gonna go any faster than the speed limit.
- 43:43Speaker 28: Now.
- 43:43Speaker 3: And if I were you Cleveland, as I've said with
- 43:46Speaker 3: some teams, no different than Michael Parson with the Cowboys,
- 43:50Speaker 3: I would try to use Miles Garrett. Don't be afraid
- 43:54Speaker 3: in the next month maybe have to trade him away.
- 43:56Speaker 3: This is not a trade of you conceding that he's
- 43:59Speaker 3: not who he is. He's headed to the Hall of Fame.
- 44:02Speaker 3: I think whether he's two times three time MVP defensive
- 44:05Speaker 3: MVP show. That's not the question. But is he right now?
- 44:09Speaker 3: I always refer he is he your herschel Walker Domino?
- 44:16Speaker 3: Is he your big joker?
- 44:17Speaker 1: Let him go get some of them speeding tickets in
- 44:20Speaker 1: LA where you can.
- 44:21Speaker 3: He can get you some draft picks, similar to how
- 44:24Speaker 3: the Raiders are collecting a bunch of draft picks they
- 44:27Speaker 3: just traded away their top defensive rusher.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Is this one of those.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Things where you have to really look at some times
- 44:36Speaker 3: because no need to first of all, spend the money
- 44:39Speaker 3: on Miles knowing that you don't have the rest of
- 44:43Speaker 3: the pieces. That's that's the key. How many pieces? How
- 44:48Speaker 3: many pieces will I be able to assemble before Miles
- 44:52Speaker 3: is no longer Miles? Or can I use Miles and
- 44:59Speaker 3: do the Ruscha Walker that they that he brought to Dallas?
- 45:03Speaker 1: Keep it in mind, keeping in mind that to keep Miles,
- 45:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to pay Miles, which limits my ability
- 45:08Speaker 1: to go get other pieces to put with him. So
- 45:12Speaker 1: that may just be It's it's not even an emotional
- 45:16Speaker 1: decision as much as it's a mathematic decision.
- 45:19Speaker 3: So is he that that herschel Walker piece that could
- 45:22Speaker 3: do some things to allow you? Just like trading away
- 45:25Speaker 3: your door or Dylan Gabriel, any of those guys. You
- 45:30Speaker 3: don't think, but that got a lot of value. Right now,
- 45:34Speaker 3: you you the general manager, what are you doing? I
- 45:37Speaker 3: would assess my team. I haven't really looked at the
- 45:40Speaker 3: whole roster of the Browns, but even watching them play,
- 45:45Speaker 3: you have like three or four big holes that you
- 45:49Speaker 3: need field and you're looking for two positions right to
- 45:54Speaker 3: make up the difference. And that's not how football works,
- 45:57Speaker 3: as much as people want to make it seem like
- 46:01Speaker 3: you're looking, oh, we ain't got no quarterback. Oh and
- 46:03Speaker 3: we got this, but right right, I need some pieces.
- 46:07Speaker 3: And that's why I said this quarterback situation around the
- 46:14Speaker 3: league right now you got three. Now Dashawn is until
- 46:20Speaker 3: he redeems himself, he's tainted, but it's going to be
- 46:24Speaker 3: hard to push him, especially on such a guaranteed contract.
- 46:27Speaker 3: But you do have there's no need of keeping Dylan
- 46:29Speaker 3: Gabriel and should it helps you, and it helps them
- 46:34Speaker 3: to go somewhere where they can maybe be a place
- 46:38Speaker 3: where they can really launch plat their career without all
- 46:43Speaker 3: this other You know, right now you're still going back,
- 46:45Speaker 3: will it be Dylan Gabriel schadurs and DeShawn is back
- 46:51Speaker 3: has all this break got his head right because it
- 46:54Speaker 3: was more of what was going on off the field.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Ran dishockted him on the field, right, you're not especially
- 47:02Speaker 3: if that's not his personality. If your personality is what
- 47:08Speaker 3: it is, sometimes you're doing something that's not really your
- 47:10Speaker 3: personality and you can't handle the bad part of it.
- 47:17Speaker 3: Some people personality goes with what they're doing, so the
- 47:21Speaker 3: bad parts doesn't affect them, right, And that's just who
- 47:26Speaker 3: I am. The negatives speak, They didn't care nothing about that.
- 47:29Speaker 3: But there are some people to go to do the
- 47:31Speaker 3: same thing. But that's not really their mentality. Your spirit unbalanced?
- 47:37Speaker 3: You you trying to be somebody You're not correct. So
- 47:40Speaker 3: Miles Garrett nine tickets, I was just wondering, I know
- 47:43Speaker 3: the insurance is how I know he has all the
- 47:45Speaker 3: money to pay for it. I thought, how do you
- 47:47Speaker 3: keep your license to even get nine tickets?
- 47:50Speaker 22: Now?
- 47:50Speaker 1: It's a small window. Now in America, this is a
- 47:55Speaker 1: litigious society. You a passenger driver of another car and
- 48:05Speaker 1: you get hit by Miles Scare and you know that
- 48:08Speaker 1: he didn't been sighted nine times for speed. You're trying
- 48:11Speaker 1: to sue him and who else, because this seems to
- 48:14Speaker 1: be some sort of Again, I don't know what the
- 48:16Speaker 1: laws are set up like, but this seems shorts to
- 48:18Speaker 1: be some sort of negligence, some sort of uh, just
- 48:25Speaker 1: slide out looking the other way if I go by.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Maybe he's taking the point reduction classes. I don't know
- 48:30Speaker 1: what he's doing shooting.
- 48:33Speaker 3: I don't know his full story of what he could
- 48:35Speaker 3: be doing, because you could take classes to take these
- 48:37Speaker 3: points of him. So miles nine tickets this time just
- 48:43Speaker 3: super speeder. Some people do have a heavy foot. Now
- 48:46Speaker 3: nine ticket, heavy foot and a fast car.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I have a heavy foot. All it took was the
- 48:54Speaker 1: one super driving and it lightened it up about eight pounds.
- 48:58Speaker 1: But did you have the lamb old speeds?
- 49:02Speaker 7: No?
- 49:02Speaker 1: God, God knew not to give me that because I'd
- 49:06Speaker 1: be on like my knife ticket and possession charge by now,
- 49:09Speaker 1: you know, me evading the rest. All of that would
- 49:12Speaker 1: have came with my lambo. What a sports duck show it?
- 49:16Speaker 1: After this, She's around nothing else.
- 49:21Speaker 13: Untouched of Bush's got a own force.
- 49:24Speaker 12: He soon over someone will get at him if I
- 49:30Speaker 12: on someone else.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Don't go away?
- 49:37Speaker 15: Or of the Sports Jos Show with Wayne dandys coming
- 49:40Speaker 15: up next.
- 49:41Speaker 31: Hey, wouldn't it be great if life came with remote control?
- 49:44Speaker 31: You know, you could hit pause when you needed to
- 49:47Speaker 31: or hit for want, like that time you knock down
- 49:50Speaker 31: that wasp's nest or that time you forgot to roll
- 49:55Speaker 31: up your windows in the car wash.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Fantastic.
- 49:59Speaker 17: Yeah, remote control would have come in handy.

- 50:44Speaker 1: And now back to the sports job, Wayne Gandy.
- 50:49Speaker 14: Center Court on sports news gossip. Blah blah blah blah blah.
- 50:57Speaker 1: It's been a long time.
- 51:00Speaker 2: That you went out of don't mean step.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Went out of means Welcome back to the swat shock Shell.
- 51:20Speaker 3: I'm the sport shock Wayne can a good morning to
- 51:22Speaker 3: you out there and listening.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Land.
- 51:24Speaker 3: I did get a chance to check out the U
- 51:26Speaker 3: n C Duke game I talked about the last time
- 51:29Speaker 3: they played. Uh, this time, I kept my eye because
- 51:32Speaker 3: to me, that is the biggest rivalry in college basketball.
- 51:36Speaker 3: And it was so huge in the years in high
- 51:39Speaker 3: school that I played basketball. It was one of those
- 51:42Speaker 3: rivalries that just symbolized and something that made you want
- 51:46Speaker 3: to play basketball. You wanted to be part of the names. Uh,
- 51:50Speaker 3: the tradition. How it just still and I like how
- 51:54Speaker 3: it just still seems to have that grass root kind
- 51:57Speaker 3: of environment where you know, the venues are still they're
- 52:02Speaker 3: smothering the players and right there and everybody's involved.
- 52:07Speaker 1: And I came for basketball now and now this is
- 52:09Speaker 1: about to change. I got no drip, no, no, no, no.
- 52:12Speaker 1: I didn't come to be seen. I came to look
- 52:15Speaker 1: in these games. This rivalry is so storied that I
- 52:18Speaker 1: remember being in Charlotte for convention and in that area
- 52:24Speaker 1: and we actually drove over to North Carolina just to
- 52:28Speaker 1: look at the Dean down like, look, man, that's where
- 52:30Speaker 1: they sleep outside right here on this sidewalk. And we
- 52:33Speaker 1: talked about it for like ten minutes and then left.
- 52:36Speaker 3: And and the biggest thing you were talking about earlier
- 52:38Speaker 3: with Carmelo being on the broadcast team for NBC Big Kenny,
- 52:42Speaker 3: and how he just comes more like he just is.
- 52:47Speaker 3: He's not on the panel as much as he just
- 52:50Speaker 3: was invited to say in right, right, like they called
- 52:52Speaker 3: him in the audience. In the audience, right, was Hubert Davis,
- 52:56Speaker 3: the head coach of Carolina. In all this falls off
- 53:00Speaker 3: of what Pat Roddy was saying last week about suits.
- 53:03Speaker 3: It did show a difference just instantly. When I saw
- 53:08Speaker 3: Hubert Davis in the suit and the camera panning by,
- 53:12Speaker 3: it looked authoritative out there. It looked like he was
- 53:17Speaker 3: the guy in charge. You didn't have to ask who
- 53:19Speaker 3: was in charge? Right even if he wasn't, You're gonna
- 53:22Speaker 3: talk the other coach for Duke, and Duke didn't win
- 53:25Speaker 3: the game. I mean, they put it on Carolina in
- 53:28Speaker 3: this in this game the other day, but the Duke
- 53:32Speaker 3: coach had on They didn't the game I watched, they
- 53:37Speaker 3: put it on Duke Carolina right.
- 53:39Speaker 10: Yeah, Miss Caleb Wilson, I star player who averaged the
- 53:43Speaker 10: thirties game.
- 53:43Speaker 1: So I don't.
- 53:44Speaker 3: I don't do that when I watched stuff win to
- 53:47Speaker 3: lose win, that's that's the losers defeat where you keep
- 53:52Speaker 3: finding reasons.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Now, I was just you know, making us something. Who
- 53:55Speaker 1: won the game?
- 53:58Speaker 10: No, Andrews are part of the game. We got an injury.
- 54:00Speaker 7: You know.
- 54:02Speaker 3: What what I'm my importing you have to I ask
- 54:06Speaker 3: who done the game? The duke head coach had on
- 54:09Speaker 3: the new look, the teen gear with the teen gear,
- 54:13Speaker 3: and it does look like more of AAU event versus
- 54:21Speaker 3: big time event. Pubert Davis in the suit, and it's
- 54:26Speaker 3: just coming off what pat Riley was saying. It does
- 54:29Speaker 3: set a little different tone about how you It looks
- 54:33Speaker 3: like the other, like that's something coach wears the practice,
- 54:37Speaker 3: and it was nice and everybody it was all. It
- 54:39Speaker 3: had nothing to do with it. It wasn't you know.
- 54:41Speaker 3: All the coaches had on the same thing. And that's
- 54:44Speaker 3: just the new look, the new era. But it was
- 54:47Speaker 3: versus to have somebody else there looking dressed different. I
- 54:50Speaker 3: see what pat Riley, as a guy of his esteem,
- 54:53Speaker 3: sees when he watches the game.
- 54:54Speaker 9: What do you think now that because I think in
- 54:57Speaker 9: college now, like like comparing to Shire and Huart Davis,
- 55:01Speaker 9: that it's a choice now for the coach can do whatever.
- 55:06Speaker 1: Now.
- 55:06Speaker 9: I don't know if it was a rule, but now
- 55:09Speaker 9: we can go back to wherever whatever we want. I
- 55:13Speaker 9: saw a game with like Rod Strickland is coaching at
- 55:16Speaker 9: Long Island University. They just made the tournament. He wears
- 55:21Speaker 9: a suit, and the whole coaching staff they all wear suits.
- 55:24Speaker 9: They all have on like sneakers, but they all wear suits.
- 55:29Speaker 9: So it's the It is the choice of the coach
- 55:33Speaker 9: and probably something that stick with teen gear. It's more
- 55:37Speaker 9: of a convenience that okay, we get team gear all
- 55:41Speaker 9: the time. We don't have to deal with dry cleaning
- 55:43Speaker 9: and well you know that we're comfortable.
- 55:47Speaker 10: Well, coach strictently coached on the coach colon party, so
- 55:50Speaker 10: you know, and his whole staff, you know, they wore suits,
- 55:53Speaker 10: you know, all the way through. So, like I said,
- 55:55Speaker 10: determines the the coach. And even coach Samson out of Houston.
- 56:02Speaker 10: You see, his thing is the vest, sweater vest with
- 56:05Speaker 10: the ox or shirt on in the time and hebout
- 56:07Speaker 10: and take the tie. Even you know it, does it
- 56:10Speaker 10: is give you a different look because you see Shire,
- 56:13Speaker 10: he looked like he had it like it looked like
- 56:16Speaker 10: he had his jersey up on it there. Like, man, these
- 56:18Speaker 10: boys ain't ready to play tonight. I'm gonna just take
- 56:20Speaker 10: this thing off and go play. But they was ready
- 56:23Speaker 10: to play, so he didn't have to. Yeah, he didn't
- 56:25Speaker 10: have to do that.
- 56:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't do that. He was ready to play.
- 56:28Speaker 1: I still don't know what the score was, bad producer.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I don't know what the score was. Either Duke won
- 56:33Speaker 1: like about fifteen or something. Carolina was ever in it.
- 56:37Speaker 1: But wait, wait a minute now, No, they went on
- 56:39Speaker 1: eleven on. You said, I don't know what the score is,
- 56:42Speaker 1: and he said, Duke woman by about fifteen, and you said, yeah.
- 56:47Speaker 3: Olympic medalist Fred Curly band for two years. Uh, this
- 56:53Speaker 3: is based on he missed a couple of drug tests.
- 56:57Speaker 3: When you miss the actual going to the test, that is,
- 57:01Speaker 3: they give it that you failed the drug test. That's
- 57:05Speaker 3: always been the rule that I knew.
- 57:09Speaker 1: So yeah, but if you don't take it, if you if.
- 57:12Speaker 3: You don't show up, they put it down as you
- 57:15Speaker 3: failed the test because they figure you didn't show up
- 57:18Speaker 3: because you didn't want to get tested.
- 57:20Speaker 1: No excuse, no past you have you had something? But Fred?
- 57:24Speaker 3: Yeah, And I did read further into the story and
- 57:27Speaker 3: they were saying that Fred has joined the Enhanced League.
- 57:33Speaker 9: I guess there is we we we talked about this
- 57:36Speaker 9: this probably I thought we had talked about it, right,
- 57:38Speaker 9: they haven't. That where basically doping is encouraged.
- 57:45Speaker 3: You're talking about something that sounds like a lawsuit somebody
- 57:49Speaker 3: that's around to have a cardiac arrest.
- 57:52Speaker 1: I mean, first of all, you signed a waiver. I
- 57:54Speaker 1: don't know if because I would. You know, we don't
- 58:00Speaker 1: all probably skipped the drug tests, am I right? No?
- 58:04Speaker 1: We didn't all. Just I ain't going today. I ain't
- 58:06Speaker 1: study you know what I'm saying. I ain't looked over
- 58:08Speaker 1: this material none. So I'm gonna just go ahead and
- 58:12Speaker 1: take this incomplete. No, that's not how it worked. I'm
- 58:16Speaker 1: gonna just my drop grade. I'm not gonna show up
- 58:18Speaker 1: for this one. This is gonna be my drop This
- 58:20Speaker 1: incomplete was a two year band. I see. But you can't.
- 58:23Speaker 1: You can't not go two times in a row like
- 58:26Speaker 1: you could miss one in January then maybe miss again.

- 58:32Speaker 1: Excuse the boxes. That's what I'm saying. You got to
- 58:37Speaker 1: you got to have your plan. And I had this
- 58:39Speaker 1: hamburger over over dred. It was delicious. It was called
- 58:44Speaker 1: a big arch and it had poppy seeds on it,
- 58:47Speaker 1: and it had a poppy seed registered. Right, they registered
- 58:52Speaker 1: this cocaine and they both registered this cocaine and performance
- 58:56Speaker 1: Nancy big Art.
- 58:57Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's what it was. We'll be back more

- 59:32Speaker 32: the unicycle. Sounds ridiculous, right, but guess what, that's exactly
- 59:37Speaker 32: what texting while driving is like. Your human brain only
- 59:40Speaker 32: has the capacity to focus on one thing at a time,
- 59:43Speaker 32: So when you're behind the wheel, give driving your undivided attention.

- 1:00:29Speaker 1: If anything, I'm more careful.
- 1:00:31Speaker 34: That's probably what the driver who killed a four year
- 1:00:33Speaker 34: old told himself, and now he's in prison. If you

- 1:01:07Speaker 1: You me up?
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: Can you put me down again?
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: Come to come to pet, come to cook it.
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: Just I'm gonna do it.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way.
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: Welcome back to this boy shop show. I'm this sport
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: Shock Wayne Candy. Good morning, to you out there in
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: listening land. Glad to be here with you. Happy Monday
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: to you.
- 1:01:36Speaker 16: Uh.
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: It should start, uh springing forward, and the pollen ships
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: start here in a minute, right.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: I think it's already a little kicking it. I'm talking
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: about where you go or a loaf of bread and
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: when you come out come, I can't find you. It's
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: just you come out to the mounds of yellow dust
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: and it's a parking lot, and you know cards are
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: there somewhere.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: You can't you outside because it's just falling all into
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: the food.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and and everything is everything, your clothes, uh, no
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: matter what you wear, it's got some yellow accessory.
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: One of the few times in the year I'm actually like,
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: you need to take shoes off. I'm not a big
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: shoes off. I'm more like if it's sneakers or something,
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: I'm more like, come on in. If it's something hard,
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: then I'm like take that up. But pollen season, you
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: don't need to take the shoes leaving. I'm talking about
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: not inside either. You're gonna need to.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Yeah, we got outside the door. Uh. And yesterday was decent.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Web like this part of the year. I like the
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: windows up and I have to do it really fast
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: because it's only gonna last for a couple of days,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: and because you know you come in tomorrow and everything
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: else yellow you have to Yeah, you have to vacuum
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: the whole house.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: NFL Free Agency will start this week to a tack
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: of the Oha guys like Kyler, Murray Kirk Cousins Uh
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: with Tua, and both of those guys have been alerted
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: by their teams that they won't be bringing them back there.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: Those two of the guys, I felt like definitely was
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: going to be on that list. Where do you go
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: with those guys? They're going to have a lot of
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: value because you always have the JTS, Jets, Jets Jets
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: that are going to be looking for a veteran saying
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: both of those guys I think are because people was
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: asking me about Collamer with the Stillers, and I was
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: telling them, I don't know about his style playing on
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: real grass, especially in the Stiller Stadium where it gets
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: tore up real bad. You know, he used to being
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: indoors on grass. Because Arizona does have grass. They just
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: roll it out and bring it in for the game,
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: but it's well manicured, it's not slippery. You know he
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: has those short steps which are great on grass, but
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: slipping and then I don't know about these guys arm strength.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: When it starts getting cold, that kind of resonates too.
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: But they're going to be too hot commodities. Kirk Cousin
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: is going to be a hot commodity for some team
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: looking for a good backup, and probably the Falcons probably
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: will try to resign him on a smaller contract. That
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: could be a possibility. But free agency and trades and
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: all that stuff. That's going to be your whole week
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: when you hit on your sports app. Somebody signing getting traded,
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: big contracts, big money. Young man that got traded from
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: the Chiefs to the Rams. McDuffie's got a big deal
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: with them. They think he might be the piece in
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: the secondary that could get them. It looks like Russ,
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: I mean not Russ less sneed and Sean McVay and
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: do all they can to get to that LA super Bowl.
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: Everybody wants to experience that playing in the Super Bowl
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: in their hometown.
- 1:04:48Speaker 9: But only one team has done that too too, the
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: Rams and the Bucks. Okay, so trying to do it
- 1:04:54Speaker 9: again is the Ram.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: I can imagine that must be an awesome Super Bowl, like,
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: there's no need to really check into the hotel. Practice. Yeah,
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: I go home after practice and Super Bowl Day, I
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: wake up at the house like, hey, baby, y'all got
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: y'all passes, let's go. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:05:14Speaker 10: Speaking of Kler Murray in the Falcons atmosphere, a lot
- 1:05:20Speaker 10: of people talking about we may we may be looking
- 1:05:22Speaker 10: at signing a Calamurray. You think that's a possibility, With
- 1:05:26Speaker 10: you saying the indoor and needing to speed, I know, uh.
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: Well, the only thing with Kyler is the same thing
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: with a lot of these quarterbacks that are small. I
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: wouldn't have a problem with the Falcons because the Falcons
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: have a big decision on what to do, at least
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: for this year. Because you're you're in the same situation
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: you were with two years ago when you brought Kirk Cousins.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: A guy, the guy you want to do it is
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: coming off a major injury. So even if you get
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: your starter back, it's going to be late in the season.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: He's already had several knee injuries. How timid. Part of
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: why we feel like, or at least why I felt
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: like he is not making big strides is because he
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: seems to have PTSD towards injuries, so he always kind
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: of plays within itself. It's never like out there.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: Yeah, he never. He never leaves it on the field.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: He keeps a little bit chucked under his help.
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: But Kyler Murray would be a nice pick. Now, it's
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: about how much money do you have just to put
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: in that position? And then are you picking him up
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: in a sense of just trying to get through a year?
- 1:06:40Speaker 10: Because I don't think we're going to be signed, Kurt,
- 1:06:42Speaker 10: I think cousin, I think they're gonna let him go.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: So that's why I was why wouldn't you try to
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: get him back as your backup?
- 1:06:51Speaker 10: Like I said, we need chea on a cheaper deal,
- 1:06:55Speaker 10: Like I said, we need to starter and Kyler Murray.
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: Okay, but this is what I know. This is what
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: I when I talked to Atlanta fans, right, Atlanta fans
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: at like they only have one plan. What if Kyler
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: Murray doesn't want to come? What if he gets here
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: and gets injured? What about the obligate? What about Atlanta?
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: Do you think Kyler Murray is so ravenous to get to?
- 1:07:23Speaker 10: Well, you hit the key right there playing outdoors and
- 1:07:28Speaker 10: I said in the ain't got to be in the coal,
- 1:07:31Speaker 10: he ain't got to be outdoors.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: He had some great parts there. Well, it just just
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: made we could go to Minnesota and not have to play.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: He can go to Miami and take to us spot.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: He can go to Minnesota and not have to play outdoors.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: He can go to Dallas and stay inside. He can
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: go from whereexas yeah, he's from you know, That's what
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: I'm saying. I don't. I don't really think. And then
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: we we keep talking about getting a quarterback like that
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: quarterback is going to come to Atlanta and be the answer.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: We thought Michael Pennix Junior was going to be service
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: until he started getting I wasn't wasn't big on the game.
- 1:08:06Speaker 10: I wasn't big on until I just heard sports Jock
- 1:08:09Speaker 10: at what.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: I'm saying, everybody trying to get rid of Kirk Cousins,
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: Like we might not need a good backup. Who were
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: gonna have to.
- 1:08:17Speaker 10: Get another backup? Even chea kirk Cousins.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: What I'm saying cheaper, I'm saying better, even kirk Cousin.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Amy is only a backup because of Amy. Another guy
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: that you can get to come be a backup.
- 1:08:29Speaker 10: Might get Gino and then you got who else?
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: Uh, And Kirk Cousins is going to you think cheap?
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: You think Gino is going to be cheaper than Kirk Cousins.
- 1:08:42Speaker 10: Flack, Well, back up, Yeah, he's you know, he's coming
- 1:08:49Speaker 10: in the back up.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: So you just bringing in any guy.
- 1:08:55Speaker 9: Basically we need, we need not Kirk, but Kurt already
- 1:09:00Speaker 9: here and he already knows the system.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: I just know, gentlemen, I just got an alert from
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Elder Casey. Heweld on, hold on, hold along.
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: Just before you said and we're gonna let you go next,
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: you do know the head coach and Kirk Cousins was
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: at Minnesota together, right, mm hmm. So before you make
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: that statement outside of this room, because I'm gonna protect you.
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: It's just us four. I'm gonna protect you of saying that.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: Just us for listening right right right when you just
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: said he didn't know the system when Kirk was burning wood,
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: I'm talking about out there burning it with gas. Oh yeah,
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: Kevin Stefancy was the OC. But move on, because obviously
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: if people just be saying stuff without a lot of.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: That's why they keep arking about Michael Jordan and Lebron
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: people like to say stuff. Elder Casey Lamar Hue Senior
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: said that Kurt is out of here. Head office already
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: said it on another sports show this morning that he's gone.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: So we can quit asking about that. Now we got
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: to start some Michael.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Pitnick saying, who, Well, we don't know when Michael Pennix
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: will be back. Yeah, what is his report injury report? Well,
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: you touring his ACL again and that was in late November, right, yeah, yeah, November.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: So we're just hoping maybe he will be able to
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: beat the backup by right September.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: We don't know. We don't know, so we need two guys. No, okay,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: he said, not that far.
- 1:10:39Speaker 9: I think the Falcons will be looking for one to
- 1:10:41Speaker 9: sign and then draft one.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Now, now that's what the one to draft. How many
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: outside of is a Fernando Mendoza are No, they're not.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: It's not gonna be a first round first So so
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: So there's saying draft of guy that they feel like
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: have the potential tackle in the future.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: Why not just get one of these out there and
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: the WII guys, Yeah, let's get a second.
- 1:11:11Speaker 9: Well, does it like get a free agent if we
- 1:11:13Speaker 9: can then draft another one because they only got one
- 1:11:16Speaker 9: on the roster and that's Penis.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: So so they can't get two free agents.
- 1:11:23Speaker 9: I mean, if that's what they want to do, but
- 1:11:26Speaker 9: do you want to it's how much money do they
- 1:11:28Speaker 9: want to spend on the quarterback, on a on a backup,
- 1:11:32Speaker 9: or on someone who has to fill in.
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: Well, as I say, free agency big this week stop
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: always as Falcon fans find the connections of who can
- 1:11:42Speaker 3: be and what can be and how can be, who's
- 1:11:46Speaker 3: the quarterback coach and who he used to coach, and
- 1:11:48Speaker 3: all that goals into. That's why people think that Aaron
- 1:11:51Speaker 3: Rodgers may come back to the Stillers because he played
- 1:11:54Speaker 3: for Mike McCarthy's of which.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: One of our lower listeners online wanted to know why
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: you didn't mention Aaron Rodgers when you started talking about
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: free agent quarterback.
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: Because I don't think Aaron Rodgers will go anywhere but
- 1:12:10Speaker 3: back to the Stillers or retire and start his Hall
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: of fame, because at forty two, he's gonna want to
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: find something that is already connected to right right, typically
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: that's what you're looking for. I feel like if Lebron
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: James left the Lakers. It's most likely he would go
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: back to Cleveland and go on his retirement tour. Right so,
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: I don't know if Kevin's the fancy was ever Aaron Rodgers,
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: and Aaron Rodgers is not what the Falcons need.
- 1:12:42Speaker 10: No, we don't need that.
- 1:12:46Speaker 3: You don't know what they need because you don't even
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: know thise the fancy And right after.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: It's somebody to work for the Falcon think like him,
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Dre sit down on top.

- 1:20:13Speaker 3: The bad producer wants you guys to tune into a
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: show on HBO called Neighbors. He's trying to sell me
- 1:20:21Speaker 3: on watching Neighbors on HBO. I told him I don't
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: really watch shows that are supposed to be real, but
- 1:20:31Speaker 3: people know the camera are there.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: That doesn't really work for me. Wait wait, wait, now
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: you're not talking about the movie Neighbors with It's.
- 1:20:40Speaker 10: An HBO reality show, well.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: Not the road movie. It's a reality shows. It's actual
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: and the actual they really going down. Wait stop stop
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: stop stop, let me let me let me get this straight.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: Just for clarity. There's a reality show that features people
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: living in proximity to each other next door, like next
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: door to each other, like neighbors, and they just follow
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: them throughout their regular day.
- 1:21:08Speaker 10: Well it's it's it's only a couple series of different shows.
- 1:21:13Speaker 10: What happens is these people have lived next door, they
- 1:21:17Speaker 10: were friends, originally great neighbors, and then something comes like
- 1:21:20Speaker 10: where somebody finds out they own a little bit more land,
- 1:21:23Speaker 10: or somebody got cats and they won't put the cats
- 1:21:25Speaker 10: away and they got to go to court, and then
- 1:21:28Speaker 10: they run it back forth to one guy, a veteran.
- 1:21:31Speaker 10: He tells us one guy he apparently he thinks he
- 1:21:35Speaker 10: killed his grass and he hasn't had the good grass
- 1:21:38Speaker 10: since he came out at night, and he's got video
- 1:21:41Speaker 10: of him out in his yard at night.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: And then so another scripted drama show chest with instead
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: of catty women it's just catty neighbors, ain't I don't
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: think it's too scripted. Just check it out and see.
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: I mean, it's what I offered him.
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: You add the component of camera, camera that changes all
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: the reality of this.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: Sounds like ho a conflict. I'm how engaging do you
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: think that he is in real life? I mean, like
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: I felt bad.
- 1:22:14Speaker 10: You know it's real because the one neighbors, the son,
- 1:22:17Speaker 10: and the two ladies and the one boy. He was
- 1:22:21Speaker 10: so upset because he's been friends with the lady since
- 1:22:24Speaker 10: he was a kid, and he felt bad, and they
- 1:22:26Speaker 10: called the police on each other, and he told the police, Hey,
- 1:22:29Speaker 10: I love both of them.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: I don't want to have any.
- 1:22:32Speaker 9: Here's an episode description real quick. In Florida, former friends
- 1:22:36Speaker 9: Melissa and Victoria dispute the rightful ownership of a small
- 1:22:39Speaker 9: patch of grit.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: That's the one I'm talking about.
- 1:22:41Speaker 9: The son and Westone Beach homes and Poem Bay, Johnny
- 1:22:44Speaker 9: and Andy's own grass related feud. Yeah, that's the one
- 1:22:47Speaker 9: of the accusations of stalking. Yeah, stalking. Yeah, it's just man,
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: I'm telling you, it's great, sir, with more right after this.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: I commend you because other people just do drugs.

- 1:23:38Speaker 21: Some things come with me, she says, and some don't.

- 1:23:56Speaker 5: took lightly, but with everything going on, I really wanted
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: to feel like I protect myself. I hadn't thought about
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: the danger of an unlocked gun in my own home.
- 1:24:04Speaker 26: Him me aware your napkins, not that drawer unless anyone
- 1:24:10Speaker 26: needs a gun.

- 1:25:07Speaker 14: the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:25:12Speaker 3: Everybody to get up, welcome back to this one, Shock Shan.
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: I'm in this wat shock Wayne Candy. Good morning to
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: you the bad producer Big Kenny COMANCHI Greg up in
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: the studio with me this morning. I have this. You
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: guys see this? Oh yes, can you see? Can I
- 1:25:48Speaker 3: see this on camera out there? And don't have it
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: high enough?
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: Do I need to? Yeah? Yeah, I'm looking at the camera.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: And can you guys tell me what this is? From
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: looking at it on the camera? Currenty, it looks like
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: how much of a currency? It seems worthy ten dollars
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: bill from what I can see. Andrew Hamilton and and
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: when you you can see it yes on camera, you
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: can see.
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: Now this cannot get you a big arch. Stop, it
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: cannot get you a big arch. Wait now, the bad
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: producer wants you to go out and get a big arch.
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: You're going to need more than that to get.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: Wait now, wait now for the one sandwich, the big arch,
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: the sandwich by itself, not the see and and and
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: In my opinion, it shouldn't even be coming from McDonald's.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: Everything in McDonald's got a combo for under about ten dollars.
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: No combos now.
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: But what this can get you is a young lady
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: to come over and take her clothes off, but naked
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: for for to five minutes, based based on whatever song
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: the DJ is playing.
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: It is playing and and and and not just take
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: a clothes off, take a clothes off and dance and
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: gyrating in front of you.
- 1:27:17Speaker 9: This is what this one one ten dollar beer can't
- 1:27:23Speaker 9: get you a big arch.
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: Can't get you a one sandwich. But I can see
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: your sister, cousin, god daughter, aunt, tie, Mama, grandmama, naked
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: buck naked gyrating for this amount. Joe can Joe can
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: can't remember, can't get a can barely get a six
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: pack of beer.
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: Remember, this here in Atlanta. You can't even get a
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: ten piece wing. Cannot from from the cheapest place from
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: from you go to. You can go to Zaxby's and
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: you can't get ten piece wing. You might can get
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: a six now, and you're gonna be pushing it.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it comes in. One of my children works
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: at Zaxby's. There there's no six piece wings from no
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: tenn But you can get a young lady to be
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: the next booty own duty from eighteen, own up and up,
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: to take all her clothes off, don't know, for four
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: to five minutes and take instruction. So just remember that
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: this Atlanta Hall Magic City game a week away. The
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: story won't die, and the story won't die because the
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: conflict that's within all all of us has been put
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: on display. Should you.
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: Validate recommend honor an establishment that young ladies that graduate
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: high school on June first, turn eighteen on June second,
- 1:29:39Speaker 3: and see naked but this one on June third. It's
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: in you the conflict. You got people out here. Oh
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: it's okay, kill of Mike Lou Williams, Jeanny Gertz. I
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: know somebody who is not going along with it.
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: Chick fil a.
- 1:30:12Speaker 3: Say for the game. We won't be dropping the little
- 1:30:21Speaker 3: Chick fil a bears, we won't be doing the cast
- 1:30:27Speaker 3: missed two free throws, get a sandwich in the fourth period,
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: because we can't associate our brand with that, with the celebration.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: Where I can take.
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: Your eighteen year old daughter, get her to this robe
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: but less than a big arch for four minutes, for
- 1:30:57Speaker 3: four to five minutes. And if it's so innocent, you
- 1:31:04Speaker 3: want to know when something is most innocent. You want
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: to make a documentation into your brain. You want to
- 1:31:13Speaker 3: make a stamp when something is innocent to his fullest.
- 1:31:22Speaker 3: Because even the heathen typically or I have never ran
- 1:31:28Speaker 3: into the heathen that takes their mom to the strip club.
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: You want to find out if something is innocent. That
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: really kind of goes along with how life really goes.
- 1:31:46Speaker 3: When the last time you took your mama, not your daddy,
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: not your brother, not your wife, not your wife, your
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: daddy will go.
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: Probably took you.
- 1:32:01Speaker 3: We've seen that with y'all. Morant and team moret got
- 1:32:05Speaker 3: evidence of that. We've seen guys we caught film that
- 1:32:10Speaker 3: they took through wives because some of them get pressured
- 1:32:13Speaker 3: by their wives for evidence. She really just going in
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: there to see how friendly the girls act.
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: When you go in, everybody know your first.
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: Name because you keep acting like you're only dropping two
- 1:32:26Speaker 3: hundred dollars, and then she doing the maths and it's
- 1:32:30Speaker 3: two thousand.
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: Everybody your nickname, folkstacks.
- 1:32:34Speaker 9: But when you take Mama, though, ma ain't that sounds
- 1:32:38Speaker 9: like when y'all pull up in the.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: Front, When you took Mama, when y'all pull up in
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: the front of the place and got the extra blue cheese.
- 1:32:45Speaker 3: When you take Mama, bad produce, y'all walk so innocent,
- 1:32:51Speaker 3: you walked through it. It's innocent though, right, it's andoson
- 1:32:54Speaker 3: we should we should let everybody in.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: So ship mom to the strip clubs.
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: So yes, So if the ten dollars can't wake you up,
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: and imagine she's gonna graduate on June first, she's gonna
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: turn eighteen on June second, and on June third, the
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: bad producer gonna roll in there with ten dollars and
- 1:33:25Speaker 3: see her future.
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: And this is let me say this, Sports John. A
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: lot of people talk about not only the demeaning situation
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: that working in one of those establishments is, but when
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: we talk about the progression and the uplifting of women.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: We're talking about a product that has been ten dollars
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: since the nineties.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: I even inquired. It ain't nine I do. I don't
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: just bring you anything. Yes, I hit two people up.
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: I know have been there since I've been there, because
- 1:33:58Speaker 3: this the last time I was there, That's what I'm saying.
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: Same price, this same I thought maybe it went to
- 1:34:06Speaker 3: twenty No same price that as my bother.
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: My barber went up five dollars on the haircut. That's
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: the point.
- 1:34:14Speaker 3: You ain't hanging nor progression in him waving no extra
- 1:34:17Speaker 3: Talcolm powder.
- 1:34:18Speaker 9: Not that they don't even give you a hot rag,
- 1:34:20Speaker 9: but Skippy had to actually actually ask him for a
- 1:34:23Speaker 9: little more alcohol.
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: And you hit me one more time on the back
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: of my neck because you missed the whole right side.
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: You hit me with the two two to two, and
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: then just patted it. Well, hit on going on.
- 1:34:34Speaker 7: On.
- 1:34:34Speaker 3: You want the five? You asked me for the extra five.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: Ain't get no better.
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: Service, not at Magic, not at Magic, this road in
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: eighteen steal ten dollars cents when.
- 1:34:44Speaker 3: I started with him twenty five years ago. Been going
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: the same barber in town here haircuts with twenty dollars.
- 1:34:56Speaker 3: They forty five dollars now then when up a dollar
- 1:35:00Speaker 3: a year, but twenty five years ago, sure enough I
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: can see her future and her dreams, and today I
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: can see her paths and all her regrets for the
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: same ten dollars tend now. If you want to talk
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: about a bargain, if you want to talk about an
- 1:35:22Speaker 3: economy that has stabilized, talk about that culture. So for
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: you out there that's still on the debate wall, on
- 1:35:33Speaker 3: the fence body, the people that are telling you about
- 1:35:35Speaker 3: this are not telling you to close the strip club.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: No. I was just about to say, let me be clear,
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: I'm not against strip clubs.
- 1:35:43Speaker 3: I'm against strip halftime, but stop trying to act like
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: what's going on in them it's innocent. And if it's
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: so innocent, if you can never you know, we've got
- 1:35:55Speaker 3: tools to gauge things. If you can't use the golden rule,
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: use the Mama thing. If it's so innocent, you know
- 1:36:04Speaker 3: when you're probably doing wrong. You can't do it with
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: mama sportshot. But if you and Mama they're shaying a
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: crack pipe, it ain't it ain't a wholesome advitor.
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: I know people who said the crack pipe, but they Mama,
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: it wasn't an environment you want your children or your

- 1:40:05Speaker 13: Beswing log on so you can see a sports jaint.
- 1:40:19Speaker 1: I'll sing even the very ny welcome back to this boy. Shock, chup,
- 1:40:25Speaker 1: this boy shock.
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: Wayne Gandee, the bad Producer wants you to know if
- 1:40:31Speaker 3: you want to save some money, uh, he will be
- 1:40:34Speaker 3: taking tour buses over by Don Lee Howe the part
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: way the Flame. He like, he wants to see your
- 1:40:43Speaker 3: sister for five dollars. He told me and Kenny paying
- 1:40:48Speaker 3: too much. He likes to go see people's uh daughters
- 1:40:51Speaker 3: for five dollars. I can't go back because that that
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: makes I guess it for him seeing somebody's child cheaper
- 1:41:00Speaker 3: as bad as But I can't go back to the flame.
- 1:41:02Speaker 7: I was.
- 1:41:03Speaker 3: I was kicked out Super Bowl Weekly. Bad Producer. Let
- 1:41:07Speaker 3: us know next time you go to the flame. The
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: sense of text, we can gather about fourteen and go
- 1:41:15Speaker 3: hang out. Hey, they got some wings. The wings are good.
- 1:41:18Speaker 3: You know you got you got enough for wings? And
- 1:41:21Speaker 3: damn and why do y'all keep talking about wings like that?
- 1:41:25Speaker 1: Like what what's with the wing things? Sports jock. You
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: have to understand anything that has a what they would
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: call viral reach, meaning that you can talk about it
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: and then I can join the conversation and sound like
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: I actually know what I'm talking about becomes popular. Wings
- 1:41:47Speaker 1: are one of those conversation topics. But I can say
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: stuff like all flat, lemon pepper wet, and people go
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: like they do that you know what I'm saying? Like
- 1:41:57Speaker 1: somebody somebody doesn't know. I mean, they've been around that long,
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: but there's still somebody that doesn't know that. You can
- 1:42:05Speaker 1: get a ten piece all flats and they charge you
- 1:42:09Speaker 1: extra lemon pepper wet, half garb.
- 1:42:12Speaker 10: For all flats. It seems like they would charge you
- 1:42:15Speaker 10: more for the drum than the flat and which is
- 1:42:18Speaker 10: still half away.
- 1:42:19Speaker 3: Well, first of all, they're charging you, what is it?
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: I can get a whole box of chicken for a
- 1:42:26Speaker 3: six piece wing? Hello, Hello, I thought you was an economist.
- 1:42:31Speaker 3: You want to see somebody's daughter future for five dollars,
- 1:42:34Speaker 3: But I played twenty dollars for a six piece wing.
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: Make it makes sense? Just just me and Kenny. We
- 1:42:42Speaker 1: got any tracks online today? It is just me today.
- 1:42:46Speaker 1: Our loyal online listeners have been blowing up our chat
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: room and the chat page. I have got to start
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: just pulling random comments out from the top of our
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: I don't even think I can get back to the
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: top of the hour of the show, sports Jock. We
- 1:43:04Speaker 1: had questions where we started off. Somebody said, Kobe's better
- 1:43:09Speaker 1: than Lebron, MJ is better than Lebron, k D is
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: better than Lebron. Uh, that's all from Brandon Gray past
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: the l D casey Lamar Hugh we sing you say
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: he was too soft. Then they went in for about
- 1:43:24Speaker 1: seven comments about how they could believe that the bad
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: producers up here trying to act nice about Lebron when
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: he hate Twitty. Hate King James was one of the comments, Like,
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: we didn't know, but they said he hate King James
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: and he was here playing nice about it. We had
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: someone to ask you also said later you said loves
- 1:43:45Speaker 1: Larry Bird. Yeah, loves Larry Bird. Of course he would.
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: They want to know what we think about the Mayweather
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: Tyson fight. Uh, And then we got into the talk
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: about the quarterbacks. They oh, they also wanted us to know.
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: Brandon wanted us to know that Brooks from the Phoenix
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: Suns was arrested from marijuana charges. When it comes to
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: Miles Garrett, they say it's a gamble, the Kyler Murray thing.
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: That's why they call it a gamble, because you don't
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: know if they're going to pay off. You just go
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: get them hoping that they will. Well, let me let me.
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: Ask this because I always wonder if I went and
- 1:44:26Speaker 3: I removed the image of who Lebron is or any
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: player is, and from your mind, and I just gave
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: you the paperwork of what has happened, how would you
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: tell me that one guy is better than the other.
- 1:44:55Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. I think I think
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: that generational.
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: If one player, if I just gave you the stats
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: of something, gave you the stats you came in you
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: see new CEO of the cookie sales. I give you
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: the stats it says person one, person two. Person one
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: has so one hundred million cookies, Person two has so
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: sixty million cookies. Who would you say it's the best.
- 1:45:36Speaker 3: So I never get the Lebron other than it being
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: a personal thing to where make people make statements because
- 1:45:44Speaker 3: in the totality, like stan Van Gundhi said the other day,
- 1:45:47Speaker 3: when I was just eavesdropping in the game, he said,
- 1:45:52Speaker 3: I'm not going to argue who's the best player similar
- 1:45:54Speaker 3: to Michael Jordan, but no one has had in the
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: history of the NBA a better career than Lebron James.
- 1:46:09Speaker 3: And you don't have any evidence to dispute that he
- 1:46:15Speaker 3: didn't just shatter the scoring record. He didn't just shatter longevity.
- 1:46:19Speaker 3: He's played so long that you can't even use the
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: excuse he went from high school to pros.
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: He ate up them four years. Them four years.
- 1:46:28Speaker 3: You were going to try to use him and say, well,
- 1:46:31Speaker 3: well he didn't go to college. Well, he's played twenty
- 1:46:34Speaker 3: four years, so he ate up them years and still
- 1:46:41Speaker 3: gave you twenty because that's what people were us. Oh,
- 1:46:44Speaker 3: you know, Karl Malone went to college for four years
- 1:46:46Speaker 3: and then he played, Well, I played just as long as.
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: The same way in the league.
- 1:46:52Speaker 3: So when people make that statement, like the person right,
- 1:46:55Speaker 3: and it's personal. Nobody can tell you who's your favorite.
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: But I always wonder when people make blanket statements like that,
- 1:47:04Speaker 3: what evidence do you have that KD is better than
- 1:47:10Speaker 3: Lebron Jane your personal opinion? We were asked about the
- 1:47:17Speaker 3: Miles Garrett thing. Is that hypocrisy if it were a
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: different player in Cleveland getting nine tickets, but they still
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: have their license. Someone said that he you wouldn't like
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: he from the University of Joe.
- 1:47:30Speaker 1: Well, we wouldn't probably know it.
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, we probably is based on how the hierarchy,
- 1:47:37Speaker 3: the more popular, the more news you get on someone.
- 1:47:42Speaker 9: If it's his backup, we don't hear about that. Yeah,
- 1:47:44Speaker 9: we don't hear about his speeding ticket.
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: And then we had Uncle Charlie say, wow, nine speeding
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: tickets and still have a driver's license. Man, I got
- 1:47:52Speaker 1: one speeding ticket with my station wagon and had to
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: fight like hell from being deported. So I guess it
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: was different back then. It was the seventies. They was
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: trying to put brothers. He still got it. Ah, yeah,
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: I think he does still running. I hope it is.
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: And they say that it officially will be releasing Kirk
- 1:48:15Speaker 1: Cousins March eleventh, twenty twenty six.
- 1:48:17Speaker 9: Yeah, free agency starts on Wednesday.
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: They always said they were going to release him. Yeah,
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: but now we know the date March eleven, and well
- 1:48:27Speaker 1: they can't release anybody. None of this stuff was official
- 1:48:29Speaker 1: until until Wednesday, Okay, and then Uncle Charlie stay would
- 1:48:33Speaker 1: all to talk about Magic City. Damn they just increased
- 1:48:36Speaker 1: Magic City fee. So now I guess it's gonna go
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: up to twelve dollars. Well, they charge you more to
- 1:48:41Speaker 1: get in than to see somebody nicked. They charging more
- 1:48:44Speaker 1: to park park. Didn't they charging for anything? They want
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: two hundred dollars just to park your car. From what
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: I heard down there, I would never go down there.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: Is Damn Marino better than Joe Montana.
- 1:48:58Speaker 9: Yeah, we're talking about just like the physical attributes. Way,
- 1:49:05Speaker 9: I'm taking Marino.
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: Because Marino had he had a different campaign, He had
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: sketches shoes, but he did it when sketches head.
- 1:49:13Speaker 9: Joe said, the Damn Marino was better than him. He
- 1:49:16Speaker 9: show did out his own mouth, out his own mouth.
- 1:49:19Speaker 9: If we're talking about the Yeah, literally, he didn't think
- 1:49:25Speaker 9: was the great The greatest quarterback he ever saw was
- 1:49:27Speaker 9: Damn Marino. Cherry pick what they want to use for
- 1:49:30Speaker 9: he could drop it. Know you just went for Joe,
- 1:49:35Speaker 9: he said, Marina, Oh did it? I saidno, I've always
- 1:49:38Speaker 9: been a Marino fan.
- 1:49:39Speaker 1: I mean he was. If if somebody asked me after
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: I get beat up by dude, who the best fighter
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: you know? And I say that dude, y'all should just

- 1:52:25Speaker 3: I'm this Woe Shock, Wayne Candy. Robert can Djay arrested
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: here in Georgia again. Robbery over at Kroger Security catching
- 1:52:41Speaker 3: Robert cam dj with groceries in his pants. Officer noticed
- 1:52:49Speaker 3: that his pants was bulging all around his body, though
- 1:52:54Speaker 3: not one of those sexual harassment to stick a bunch
- 1:52:59Speaker 3: of things down you swear pants following him out to
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: the car, stopped him, and the thirty one year old
- 1:53:09Speaker 3: was then arrested.
- 1:53:12Speaker 1: Hard times, right, hard times don't never get that hard? Yeah,
- 1:53:19Speaker 1: because it I mean hard No, no, no, no, no no.
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: Listen now listen now, let me clarify what I'm saying.
- 1:53:28Speaker 1: Times don't ever get that hard. Where I go from
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: being Robert kim DJ at thirty one, I ain't talking
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: about Robert kim DJA at sixty. I ain't talking about
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: Robert kim DJ at sixty five. I'm talking about thirty
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: one year old Robert kim DJ. Don't have to steal.
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: He had a great support, so he didn't. I mean
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: he had a great didn't. He come from old Miss
- 1:53:52Speaker 1: Great Grace in high school? Trust me, he could go
- 1:53:56Speaker 1: to any one of those alumni and they would by
- 1:54:00Speaker 1: him a refrigerator full of groceries. He didn't have to
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: do what he did. Did he have a what they
- 1:54:07Speaker 1: would call the motive?
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: Uh no, they haven't given the motive of it. This happened,
- 1:54:15Speaker 3: I want to say Thursday or Wednesday night when he
- 1:54:18Speaker 3: was caught over here locally at the Kroger, and the
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: thing to me was just hell. He was trying to
- 1:54:26Speaker 3: hide it. Most people just go over there and fake
- 1:54:29Speaker 3: like they wrung it up and sner scanner.
- 1:54:36Speaker 1: I get to twelve, I get the family pack of
- 1:54:38Speaker 1: chicken for the cost of a bag of rice. That's
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: usually how people try and do it. But you didn't win.
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: Just the stuffed it in your pain. You're gonna wadle.
- 1:54:50Speaker 1: That's that's smoking crack stick.
- 1:54:53Speaker 9: He may still have a pending case for last summer
- 1:54:55Speaker 9: he was arrested for shoplifting a bottle of wine from
- 1:55:00Speaker 9: a gas station in Buford.
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: That case is still ongoing. Oh yeah, he's a thrilled stiller.
- 1:55:05Speaker 9: And then he had a d y and driving with
- 1:55:09Speaker 9: suspended license in Kennesaw, Yea.
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: That case is still ongoing. Yeah, he's just he's one
- 1:55:16Speaker 1: of them people trying to figure itself out.
- 1:55:18Speaker 3: He's not dealing with the absence or his regret of
- 1:55:23Speaker 3: his career. He's out of the NFL now. Yeah, he
- 1:55:27Speaker 3: only played like three years. He last played in the NFL.
- 1:55:32Speaker 9: He was on the forty nine ers practice squad in
- 1:55:34Speaker 9: twenty twenty two, and he last played he was in
- 1:55:38Speaker 9: the CFL in twenty twenty four.
- 1:55:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's self inflicted. Come on, calm down, bruh, b
- 1:55:42Speaker 1: I right, I'm saying the hardest thing about regret is
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: living through it when you realize I was a butt.
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: I could have done way better than I did, and
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: I have nobody to blame but myself. And I'm just
- 1:55:56Speaker 1: but you don't go out and make it worse. The
- 1:56:00Speaker 1: Kroger didn't make you play only three years in the NFL.
- 1:56:04Speaker 1: Why you penalizing them.
- 1:56:06Speaker 10: With I'm just sitting here thinking, like we went watching
- 1:56:08Speaker 10: playing high school, played nor Across. I officiated high school
- 1:56:13Speaker 10: basketball game. You see the young man, So I said,
- 1:56:16Speaker 10: support system.
- 1:56:20Speaker 1: It's no excuse.
- 1:56:21Speaker 10: So you know it's something, as you said, a thrill
- 1:56:23Speaker 10: seeking or attention or something.
- 1:56:26Speaker 3: And even if either sometimes when you make it big,
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: you don't have that support system in your mind. And
- 1:56:32Speaker 3: that's more humiliating than stealing. Okay, So I gotta go
- 1:56:36Speaker 3: back after I was supposed to be the man, the
- 1:56:39Speaker 3: next thing to slice bread, and now I got to
- 1:56:43Speaker 3: ask you to stay in your back room or ask
- 1:56:45Speaker 3: you for something like groceries. It's not like I'm coming
- 1:56:49Speaker 3: in here and I'm asking you for something that I
- 1:56:54Speaker 3: shouldn't be able to do. I should I should be
- 1:56:56Speaker 3: by myself groceries at thirty one, even if I had
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: never made the NFL, Right, So just imagine I was there.
- 1:57:05Speaker 3: I see daily that guy's names pop up that I
- 1:57:09Speaker 3: got drafted with or getting huge contracts and all these
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: kind of things. That stuff is a horror show.
- 1:57:16Speaker 1: And people asking me questions like, yeah, man, I help
- 1:57:19Speaker 1: you get the groceries, But what happened to all that
- 1:57:22Speaker 1: NFL money? Yeah? Man, you could stay in my back room,
- 1:57:25Speaker 1: but didn't you have a big house out in And
- 1:57:29Speaker 1: you have to explain all of that constantly.
- 1:57:33Speaker 3: That's why we always kind of make it the joke
- 1:57:34Speaker 3: about how did he what happened when he called his mama?
- 1:57:39Speaker 1: How did that conversation go? Because it's like.
- 1:57:43Speaker 3: You can act all you want when eye contact, make
- 1:57:46Speaker 3: eye contact with those that you love. In that way,
- 1:57:51Speaker 3: there's a different love that your eyes show.
- 1:57:55Speaker 1: How do you.
- 1:57:55Speaker 3: Explain, like the guy we were talking about that was
- 1:57:57Speaker 3: in the washing machine, how did you or the dry
- 1:58:01Speaker 3: or whatever he was in?
- 1:58:03Speaker 1: How what was that call? How life get there? So
- 1:58:06Speaker 1: like you almost you know get were you hiding out
- 1:58:09Speaker 1: in the dry? I'm saying now he could have got
- 1:58:11Speaker 1: he could have got in the car and was like,
- 1:58:14Speaker 1: now I don't call her. I'd just rather go to
- 1:58:17Speaker 1: jail than to call her and tell her Mama, they
- 1:58:22Speaker 1: caught me. Not only am I in jail, but the
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: police caught me hiding in the drive.
- 1:58:28Speaker 3: And so with him, a lot of that is that
- 1:58:31Speaker 3: he you know, you're always retiring no matter how long
- 1:58:35Speaker 3: you play, because in sports, especially sports that you can't
- 1:58:41Speaker 3: go down to lifetime fitness and play. People to think
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: it's not the truth. But a basketball player retirement is easy.
- 1:58:48Speaker 3: Those guys can go play in the Big Three. They
- 1:58:51Speaker 3: can go over to Europe and get a year or
- 1:58:52Speaker 3: two win, or they could just be down at All
- 1:58:54Speaker 3: City and get him a running in every day every
- 1:58:57Speaker 3: day and.
- 1:58:57Speaker 1: Get that feel. But when you play football, there is no.
- 1:59:03Speaker 3: Hey man, that with people like Floyd somebody that's about
- 1:59:06Speaker 3: fail and Mike. Some of that is money and some
- 1:59:09Speaker 3: of it is just.
- 1:59:11Speaker 1: Floyd who you gonna get to let him, hey man,
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: let me punch you a few times. Today, I'm just
- 1:59:16Speaker 1: feeling like two or three years ago, his body heel up,
- 1:59:19Speaker 1: he thinking I can do it again. I can defy
- 1:59:22Speaker 1: age and all that kind of stuff. Some of it
- 1:59:24Speaker 1: is money for some of them, and some of it
- 1:59:26Speaker 1: is that the addiction is just there. Who Robert and
- 1:59:29Speaker 1: DJ gonna play around with when he feels like hitting
- 1:59:32Speaker 1: and pushing and living the old days. Don't nobody want
- 1:59:36Speaker 1: to get landed on by Robert kim Dja, even at
- 1:59:39Speaker 1: thirty one. So he just out there looking for something
- 1:59:43Speaker 1: to do and somewhere to do it, which leads to
- 1:59:48Speaker 1: a lot of blowing money. So that might lead you
- 1:59:50Speaker 1: to financial hardship.
- 1:59:52Speaker 3: But some of that is, like I'm saying, as much
- 1:59:54Speaker 3: you said, support system, which is great. Everybody's from not
- 1:59:57Speaker 3: from a terrible but some people can't turn People underneath
- 2:00:00Speaker 3: the bridge right now that have places to go, but
- 2:00:05Speaker 3: their pride won't let them. They don't even they're not
- 2:00:09Speaker 3: even from Atlanta, They're from Templeton, South Carolina, Dakota somewhere.
- 2:00:17Speaker 3: But before I go back to that time humility, I'll
- 2:00:20Speaker 3: sleep under this bridge. And you're thinking, oh, man, he
- 2:00:23Speaker 3: must have have nowhere. Everybody must be dead or he
- 2:00:26Speaker 3: don't have any He just he or she just won't.
- 2:00:30Speaker 1: My dad is CEO at the plant in North Dakota,
- 2:00:36Speaker 1: and we are in the ocean. The truth is he
- 2:00:41Speaker 1: will throw your in the ocean. It's time to wrap
- 2:00:45Speaker 1: things up.
- 2:00:46Speaker 14: On the Sports June Show with d Wayne Candy.
- 2:01:24Speaker 3: When you're des out of those you give to wash out,
- 2:01:26Speaker 3: guess a minute, the vin we'd like to thank you
- 2:01:27Speaker 3: for tuning in to today's showby Kenny comand you Greg
- 2:01:30Speaker 3: Bad producer, Thank you for your contributions. For you people
- 2:01:35Speaker 3: out there still trying to hate on the magnificent Lebron James.
- 2:01:39Speaker 3: Slap yourself because you just got hate in your heart.
- 2:01:44Speaker 3: It's twenty three years.
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: You're gonna miss him when he goes.
- 2:01:47Speaker 3: Y'all don't have nobody in that kind of controversy in
- 2:01:49Speaker 3: the league. No more, y'all only have nobody. Y'all run
- 2:01:52Speaker 3: to watch fail? Who you tune in to try to
- 2:01:56Speaker 3: watch fail? Name me a ball player right now in
- 2:01:59Speaker 3: the NBA other than Lebron James. You actually go home
- 2:02:03Speaker 3: and tune in see Because when you really hate somebody,
- 2:02:08Speaker 3: you don't even watch. So why do you keep watching him?
- 2:02:13Speaker 3: If you hate him so much? You gotta ask yourself
- 2:02:16Speaker 3: broader questions. Get out of your narrow mind. You run
- 2:02:20Speaker 3: home after work to watch a man that you hate.
- 2:02:23Speaker 3: If that ain't exactly, but that ain't even who I'm
- 2:02:26Speaker 3: doing in the ocean today. Almost got off on a tangent.
- 2:02:29Speaker 3: They're commanding, great, you gotta pull me back in sometimes
- 2:02:32Speaker 3: the state of Mississippi, and I ain't talking about Martin
- 2:02:36Speaker 3: Laws and Eddie Murphy. He's to tell him about the gunline. Boss,
- 2:02:39Speaker 3: I'm talking about no tax. Hold on, now, no tax
- 2:02:44Speaker 3: but nil deals. What about the police officers and the teachers,
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: and the civil service and the paramedics.
- 2:02:54Speaker 1: So these people gotta go to work and pay taxes.
- 2:02:57Speaker 3: But some people so you can be competitive, because that's
- 2:03:00Speaker 3: the only reason you're doing it. So your four hundred
- 2:03:03Speaker 3: thousand equals Texas is seven hundred thousand because we ain't
- 2:03:09Speaker 3: taking taxes. Come on, how did this get cross the board?
- 2:03:18Speaker 3: I'm sorry, but this beautiful lady who's been teaching for
- 2:03:23Speaker 3: forty five years, and I'm talking about a real teacher
- 2:03:26Speaker 3: that's really pouring her life, who could have went and
- 2:03:28Speaker 3: done other things.
- 2:03:30Speaker 1: She got to pay taxes. I can't even give.
- 2:03:34Speaker 3: Y'all the taxes wounded warriors and people that have been
- 2:03:38Speaker 3: in the war. Y'all won't give them people tax breaks
- 2:03:41Speaker 3: the way I want.
- 2:03:43Speaker 1: You give me ten years of service.
- 2:03:45Speaker 3: You should never pay taxes, but they come back and
- 2:03:50Speaker 3: still have them same little nil. Come on, y'all, don
- 2:03:53Speaker 3: y'all pushing it too far. Man, It's just football. I
- 2:03:56Speaker 3: promise you'all was out there. It's just football. It really
- 2:03:59Speaker 3: wasn't that. It's not like that. We're not really that.
- 2:04:03Speaker 3: It's just a sport, it really is. It's just hiked down, set, hike,
- 2:04:10Speaker 3: hit this dude, throw the ball and then go home.
- 2:04:15Speaker 1: We ain't really solving world problems.
- 2:04:17Speaker 3: We're giving you a chance to go out and gamble
- 2:04:19Speaker 3: and get drunk, smoke some Weeden.
- 2:04:25Speaker 1: But we ain't doing all that. Now.
- 2:04:28Speaker 3: Something that every American is looking for some kind of
- 2:04:31Speaker 3: tax break, you have decided to change it so that
- 2:04:34Speaker 3: you can offer nil deals with no taxes, so you
- 2:04:38Speaker 3: can compete with other states. Throw them people in ocean.
- 2:04:42Speaker 8: Parents, sports jock, why ain't that athlete's taxes being deducted?
- 2:04:58Speaker 3: He said, he tied as hot as we always say.
- 2:05:02Speaker 3: You're on the sports talk show, stand up for the flag.
- 2:05:05Speaker 3: I don't know why y'all be sitting when they play
- 2:05:07Speaker 3: the national anthem. You should be anticipating like double Dutch.
- 2:05:11Speaker 3: You should be sitting there like, man, they about to
- 2:05:12Speaker 3: do the national anthem, because only in.
- 2:05:15Speaker 1: America is some of this stuff really rocking and rolling.
- 2:05:19Speaker 1: Say he tied.
- 2:05:22Speaker 3: For Meg Kenny command you Greg, the bad producer from
- 2:05:24Speaker 3: the sports talk show. We hope you'll have a good
- 2:05:27Speaker 3: afternoon in peace.
