- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Okay, six o'clock, Hello friends, Good morning, Welcome to Wednesday.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Plans for Firefest two have come out and it's gonna
- 0:10Speaker 3: be interesting, to say the least. If you remember, the
- 0:13Speaker 3: original Firefest in twenty seventeen was an absolute disaster. Tendees
- 0:19Speaker 3: all were stranded, They weren't given the proper food that
- 0:21Speaker 3: they were told they were gonna have, Their tents were
- 0:24Speaker 3: falling apart, and it got so bad that the organizer,
- 0:27Speaker 3: Billy McFarland, served prison time for fraud because the ticket
- 0:31Speaker 3: prices were absolutely insane. It was such a mess. It
- 0:34Speaker 3: was all over social media. There were shows made about it. Yeah,
- 0:38Speaker 3: it was wild, wild time to think that that was
- 0:41Speaker 3: twenty seventeen. I feel like it was yesterday. But he
- 0:43Speaker 3: is now out of prison, and he recently announced some
- 0:46Speaker 3: details for plans for a fire festival too. Don't know
- 0:49Speaker 3: why he's still stuck on this, but the festival is
- 0:51Speaker 3: set for twenty twenty five on a private island off
- 0:53Speaker 3: of Mexico's Caribbean coast. It's gonna happen in April twenty
- 0:56Speaker 3: fifth to the twenty eighth. There are no confirmed musical acts.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Cool, but hold on.
- 1:03Speaker 3: What he did say is gonna happen is karate combat
- 1:07Speaker 3: pits with live fights. So packages go on sale for
- 1:12Speaker 3: fourteen hundred dollars to one point one million. Uh, and
- 1:16Speaker 3: we will see what happens with this if this man
- 1:19Speaker 3: ends up in jail again. The restaurant Kisser is just
- 1:22Speaker 3: absolutely on fire with accolades right now.
- 1:25Speaker 4: The East National Restaurant.
- 1:26Speaker 3: They got a spot on Bonamptite's twenty Best New Restaurants
- 1:31Speaker 3: of twenty twenty four.
- 1:32Speaker 4: This is one of many lists that they have made.
- 1:35Speaker 3: They serve Japanese comfort food and they specifically noted in
- 1:38Speaker 3: the article the melon cream, soda and inari.
- 1:42Speaker 4: So if you go and you try it out, check
- 1:44Speaker 4: that out.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I've been dying to go. At some point I will,
- 1:47Speaker 3: and I will let you know what I think of
- 1:49Speaker 3: it as well. I love trying new spots and new
- 1:51Speaker 3: restaurants in Nashville. And there's a new recommendation for how
- 1:54Speaker 3: often you should clean your junk drawer. And I know
- 1:56Speaker 3: you're thinking, please don't even because we all all of
- 2:00Speaker 3: our stuff in there. It can't close. It's an absolute disaster.
- 2:04Speaker 3: But people are saying that you should be cleaning that
- 2:05Speaker 3: out once a month. And these are the top items
- 2:10Speaker 3: that you need to toss even if you don't want
- 2:12Speaker 3: to take out utensils, condiment packets, dried up pens, and
- 2:18Speaker 3: those loose batteries that don't even work.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, I have some of those.
- 2:22Speaker 4: All totally makes sense. Toss them once a month.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I know you clean that out when you move. That's it.
- 2:27Speaker 4: That's Sanchez And those are the three things you need
- 2:29Speaker 4: to know.
- 2:30Speaker 2: All right, thank you, Ricky. We uh will have more
- 2:32Speaker 2: tickets or Pentatonics their big holiday show. They're coming here.

- 3:01Speaker 2: seven nine one o seven. You are there and we're
- 3:03Speaker 2: talking to you next down the river.

- 3:14Speaker 4: Oh wow, Kevin, I set you up for that one.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I can't even be mad. We are looking for our
- 3:19Speaker 3: first color of the day. Good morning, Billy.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Where are you calling from?
- 3:24Speaker 5: Calling from Old Hickory Boulevard?
- 3:26Speaker 2: Driving into work?
- 3:27Speaker 4: Driving into work, Billy, What do you do for work?
- 3:30Speaker 2: I'm a director over kPa controls an audit. So that's
- 3:34Speaker 2: a lot of words that I have no idea what
- 3:36Speaker 2: they mean.
- 3:36Speaker 4: He was explaining he does audits.
- 3:38Speaker 6: For what I deal with auditors and business process owners.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Now you could say you don't know what he's says.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You don't know what that means. I don't know what
- 3:47Speaker 2: an audit is. Is it a fun job, Billy?
- 3:52Speaker 5: I enjoy it?
- 3:53Speaker 4: Okay, good, that's all that matters.
- 3:55Speaker 2: What's your day to day like? Are you in an
- 3:56Speaker 2: office with a bunch of people or is it kind
- 3:58Speaker 2: of lonely? Are you traveling doing I'll work from home
- 4:02Speaker 2: four nights a week and then I'm driving to Brentwood one.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Day awake, So I guess that's the one day a
- 4:05Speaker 3: week right now as you driving in.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. People see every day they try to win
- 4:10Speaker 2: these whatever we're giving away for the first caller.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Of the day.
- 4:12Speaker 2: And you, Billy, you're in your car one day a
- 4:14Speaker 2: week and you have so much luck.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Congratulations, you are the first caller of the day. On
- 4:19Speaker 3: one O seven five the River. You're gonna go see
- 4:21Speaker 3: Petatonics at Bridgeton Arena on December fifth, Super Christmas vibes awesome.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Don't unit us ever? Okay, okay, all right, we have
- 4:31Speaker 2: his word.
- 4:32Speaker 4: I don't think he can agree to that.
- 4:34Speaker 2: He did, Billy. Okay, okay, Sorry, he's all business that Billy.
- 4:39Speaker 2: We're gonna have more tomorrow, another chance to win tickets
- 4:42Speaker 2: to see Panaitonics at Bridgestone in December.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Hope, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 4:50Speaker 3: We all know that Zach is not quote unquote normal
- 4:54Speaker 3: when it comes down to the way that he lives
- 4:56Speaker 3: his life.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Thanks Vicky.
- 4:58Speaker 3: The most the most recent that he divulged about himself
- 5:02Speaker 3: really send both Kevin and I down a spiral.
- 5:04Speaker 6: Well, I just feel like it's something that everybody does
- 5:06Speaker 6: or should be doing.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I disagree when you told us yesterday. I was kind
- 5:11Speaker 2: of taken aback, But Ricky, I have some bad news.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I looked it up. He's right, we shouldn't be doing it.
- 5:16Speaker 2: No way we should be.
- 5:19Speaker 4: Okay, well, let's get into it in a little bit.
- 5:21Speaker 2: We'll tell you exactly what that is. What we should
- 5:23Speaker 2: all be doing. What Zach does next to other river
- 5:25Speaker 2: one seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and Mano
- 5:28Speaker 2: in the morning.
- 5:28Speaker 3: I feel like my entire world is being flipped upside
- 5:31Speaker 3: down right now. It's Ricky, Zack and Mano in the
- 5:34Speaker 3: morning on one oh seven five the River. Zach had
- 5:37Speaker 3: told Kevin and I something that he did the other
- 5:40Speaker 3: day on his free time, and we both were like,
- 5:42Speaker 3: that sounds absolutely insane. Why would you do that and
- 5:45Speaker 3: torture yourself that way? Only to now find out that
- 5:48Speaker 3: apparently it's normal. We thought it was weird.
- 5:51Speaker 6: I don't understand why you guys haven't done this before.
- 5:53Speaker 6: But I went around my entire house took down all
- 5:56Speaker 6: of my curtains. So I have like white linen curtains
- 5:58Speaker 6: on every single window in my head fancy, so I
- 6:01Speaker 6: took them down. You have my Amazon curtains, so fancy.
- 6:04Speaker 6: So I took them down and I washed them like
- 6:06Speaker 6: in the washing machine. Then you dry them and put
- 6:08Speaker 6: them back up because they get dirty. They carry so
- 6:11Speaker 6: much dust and germs, especially because I have dogs, Like,
- 6:13Speaker 6: there's clearly gonna be dog hair on them.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Yeah, you do have two big dogs, probably shed a lot. Yeah,
- 6:18Speaker 2: it's just like when you said that, I was like, what, No,
- 6:20Speaker 2: I'm not signing up to do another chore.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Kevin, So personally, I don't have to worry about it.
- 6:26Speaker 3: But I was like, that just sounds like a lot
- 6:27Speaker 3: of work. Like you said, Kevin, I'm like, that sounds
- 6:29Speaker 3: like you're wasting your time. And then you googled it, Kevin, and.
- 6:32Speaker 2: We're supposed to be doing it regularly. They recommend every
- 6:35Speaker 2: like twice every year to wash your curtains. I do
- 6:38Speaker 2: my one quarter. No, why so.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Kevin, You've never washed any of the curtains never, No,
- 6:45Speaker 3: how long have they been up?
- 6:46Speaker 2: Well, these have only like maybe three years because it's
- 6:49Speaker 2: a you know, we just moved in.
- 6:50Speaker 4: It's only three years.
- 6:52Speaker 2: We've been living for twenty years.
- 6:53Speaker 4: You said that you should be watching twice a year.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Yeah, Kevin, you messed up on back. You dropped them.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Take them. I'll give them a shake.
- 7:01Speaker 4: You're just shake them. That sounds terrifying.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Yeah, and then all of the dusts and germs that
- 7:06Speaker 6: are in there are just gonna be floating around your.
- 7:08Speaker 2: House, fall to the ground and then you vacuum problem.
- 7:11Speaker 2: So put them in the washing machine. I don't want
- 7:12Speaker 2: to do that. I don't want to do that at all.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I'm not going to do that.
- 7:16Speaker 3: It does just sound like so much added work. And
- 7:18Speaker 3: when you have so many things that you already have
- 7:20Speaker 3: to do, all the cleaning around the house, and then
- 7:22Speaker 3: you find this out.
- 7:23Speaker 4: It's like one more thing. Adulting is garbage.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It is garbage. But I saw a TikTok about it.
- 7:29Speaker 6: That's what made me start doing it, and I was like,
- 7:31Speaker 6: it actually does help with like the pollen and allergies
- 7:34Speaker 6: in my house because it's linen, so it collects everything.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I'm gonna vacuum them. I will. I'll use like the
- 7:39Speaker 2: hose the attachment on the vagroom. I mean it, that's
- 7:42Speaker 2: better than nothing. Let us know if you wash your
- 7:44Speaker 2: curtains or if I mean they recommend that we do it,
- 7:47Speaker 2: but I guarantee ninety percent of people are not doing it.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Make me feel less alone.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Text us it is six four eight ninety five put
- 7:53Speaker 6: river at the beginning of the text, tell us, do
- 7:56Speaker 6: you wash them?
- 7:56Speaker 2: Or am I absolutely insane for doing it? Don't both
- 7:59Speaker 2: be true, but can be true.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Don't be lying though, if you really don't watch them,
- 8:02Speaker 4: You're be like, oh he also ready, you're supposed to.
- 8:05Speaker 2: You didn't watch them three days? You need seven oh
- 8:08Speaker 2: two on this Wednesday morning, Hello friends, Redy Sanchez has
- 8:12Speaker 2: those three things.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I'm really sad about this. Uh dave girl.
- 8:15Speaker 3: He announced on social media yesterday that he had an
- 8:18Speaker 3: affair and we'll be having a baby with someone else
- 8:22Speaker 3: outside of his marriage. When I tell you that, I
- 8:24Speaker 3: was shocked when I saw this, I was literally jawn
- 8:28Speaker 3: the floor shocked. The social media post was shortened to
- 8:31Speaker 3: the point he had an affair and has a baby
- 8:33Speaker 3: on the way. He said that he plans to be
- 8:35Speaker 3: very active father two said baby, and when it comes
- 8:38Speaker 3: to his wife and kids that he has, he's trying
- 8:41Speaker 3: to earn back their trust and forgiveness right now.
- 8:44Speaker 4: Obviously, like I said, very shocked. But on a more
- 8:47Speaker 4: positive note.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Chaperone did an interview with Rolling Stone, and I have
- 8:51Speaker 3: a few key takeaways for you. She already has five
- 8:55Speaker 3: to six songs ready for her next album, one of
- 8:58Speaker 3: which is a country song and another that's acoustic.
- 9:01Speaker 4: So those sound really exciting.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Obviously, she has a bunch of other vibes to go
- 9:05Speaker 3: with it, but those are the two that really stuck
- 9:07Speaker 3: out for me.
- 9:08Speaker 4: I love the idea of like a chaperone country song.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I love it.
- 9:11Speaker 3: She said that a lot of female artists have reached
- 9:13Speaker 3: out to her to share their support, including Sabrina Carpenter,
- 9:16Speaker 3: who has to meet up and unpack their.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Explosive rises to fame.
- 9:19Speaker 3: They both kind of went through the same experience at
- 9:21Speaker 3: the same time of just being thrust into the spotlight,
- 9:25Speaker 3: so it's nice to see that there are a lot
- 9:26Speaker 3: of people reaching out to her and she's getting the
- 9:28Speaker 3: support that she needs.
- 9:29Speaker 4: She did recently.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Become I don't know, I guess you could say kind
- 9:33Speaker 3: of viral, obviously for her work, but also for a
- 9:36Speaker 3: social media post that she had posted about the idea
- 9:39Speaker 3: that she does not need to hug every single person
- 9:43Speaker 3: that she meets, She does not need to sign every
- 9:45Speaker 3: single person's autograph, and a lot of times it's very
- 9:47Speaker 3: overwhelming for her and a lot of times she's also
- 9:49Speaker 3: talked about the fact that the big sizes at these
- 9:53Speaker 3: festivals of the crowds are very overwhelming for her. So
- 9:56Speaker 3: the fact that she's getting this support is really awesome
- 9:58Speaker 3: to see. And if your pet needs any vaccines or
- 10:01Speaker 3: microchip this weekend there is going to be an amazing
- 10:04Speaker 3: event by National Humane Association. They're hosting their low cost
- 10:08Speaker 3: vaccine and microchip clinic across the street from their shelter.
- 10:11Speaker 4: So, oh, Sliav. I can never say it right, all right.
- 10:16Speaker 2: We've discussed it. I think we called him once to
- 10:18Speaker 2: figure out how to say.
- 10:19Speaker 4: It's so hard to say.
- 10:20Speaker 3: But it's right across the street from National Humane Association.
- 10:23Speaker 4: If you just look it up, you'll find it.
- 10:25Speaker 3: But it's going to happen Saturday, September fourteenth, So this
- 10:28Speaker 3: Saturday from nine to eleven am, and the first one
- 10:30Speaker 3: hundred attendees will receive free services for their dog or cat.
- 10:33Speaker 3: So a really good thing for the community. I'm Ricky
- 10:36Speaker 3: Sanchez and those are the three things you need to.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Know, Ricky, Zach and Mano.
- 10:40Speaker 2: In the morning on one seven the river Professor Zach
- 10:44Speaker 2: is here to teach us something at zach Spax. What
- 10:46Speaker 2: do you have? But I think this one is super cool.
- 10:48Speaker 6: So the weekend, the very first time he heard his
- 10:51Speaker 6: music in public, he was working at American Apparel. So
- 10:54Speaker 6: when his song what You Need came out, he had
- 10:56Speaker 6: a job at American Apparel and he was folding clothes
- 10:59Speaker 6: when he heard a song in public for the first time.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I love stories like that.
- 11:02Speaker 2: It's so cool. What happened to American Apparel? That's done right.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Oh, that's a good question.
- 11:07Speaker 2: That's not part of the fact, Kevin's now we're not
- 11:09Speaker 2: supposed to follow questions. I apologize.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river.
- 11:19Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the river. Ricky, Zach and
- 11:21Speaker 2: Mano in the morning. What is your bad habit? The
- 11:24Speaker 2: grossest thing you do? There is no reason for us
- 11:26Speaker 2: to dwell on the reason, absolutely reason we're asking this question.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Why we started talking about it in here.
- 11:32Speaker 3: But we will licks his contacts and then sticks them
- 11:36Speaker 3: back in his eyeball.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It's not a regular thing. You guys saw me do it.
- 11:39Speaker 2: I think one time.
- 11:40Speaker 3: It feels like more than once. Maybe once is more
- 11:43Speaker 3: than enough.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Sometimes you know you don't have contact solution or something,
- 11:46Speaker 2: and you get something in your eye. Oh you gotta
- 11:48Speaker 2: take your contact out and how else is he gonna
- 11:49Speaker 2: clean it?
- 11:50Speaker 4: And you gotta cut out with your saliva. That's absolutely disgusting.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Since we started talking about it in here, yes I have,
- 11:55Speaker 2: since Google didn't realize it's a bad habit. Yeah, it's foul.
- 11:59Speaker 2: It's it's not good for you. You can lead die
- 12:01Speaker 2: infections and have I stopped?
- 12:03Speaker 1: No?
- 12:03Speaker 2: But will I stop one day? Probably not? Six seven, three, seven,
- 12:07Speaker 2: nine one seven. What is your bad habit? We all
- 12:10Speaker 2: have them. I'm being open about mine. Uh huh, I'm
- 12:14Speaker 2: sure you guys have some too.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Don't look at us like that. We don't have any
- 12:16Speaker 4: bad habit?
- 12:18Speaker 2: Seven n What do you think you should stop doing?
- 12:21Speaker 1: Is Canlos No, Ricky, is Zach and Mano in the
- 12:25Speaker 1: morning on.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Kevin has this really bad, gross habit of licking his
- 12:31Speaker 3: contact and then sticking it back in his eyeball. You
- 12:34Speaker 3: gotta clean it sometimes absolutely horrifying. But we're asking you
- 12:37Speaker 3: what your bad habits are. It's one of seven five
- 12:40Speaker 3: the River Tammy. Tell us your bad habit first.
- 12:42Speaker 5: I'm gonna say Kevin, I've done it too. When you
- 12:45Speaker 5: get something in your contact and you're out somewhere, sometimes
- 12:48Speaker 5: you just gotta get the dirt off the contact land
- 12:51Speaker 5: and what else do you use?
- 12:52Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 12:53Speaker 6: Exactly do you think your mouth is cleaner than the
- 12:56Speaker 6: dirt on your contact It's Nature's no.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Textclusion got your eyes, It doesn't stratch your eyes. Come on.
- 13:04Speaker 2: I mean I did look it up, and we definitely
- 13:05Speaker 2: should not be doing that. That's going to cause some
- 13:08Speaker 2: eye infections. Do you have another bad habit to share, Tammy?
- 13:11Speaker 5: Unfortunately I do. I do the mom saying where when
- 13:15Speaker 5: your kid has something on your face, you sit on
- 13:17Speaker 5: your thumb and you wipe it off.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Okay, so most ears are related.
- 13:23Speaker 5: I mean I do have it. Just saliva, it's true.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Okay. Well, now that we've learned that, you can work
- 13:29Speaker 4: on it, Tammy.
- 13:30Speaker 5: I will. I'll take a step tomorrow. We'll start a group.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Perfect Kevin, what Tommy, you gonna come over. We'll start
- 13:38Speaker 5: the group on I love maybe noon, noon tomorrow, Okay,
- 13:42Speaker 5: I'll bring drinks it fun.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Okay, noon, Okay, I want to do all right, have
- 13:50Speaker 2: a great day, Tammy. By guy, we came up with
- 13:54Speaker 2: the list for Ricky right, Yeah, what the heck? Guys,
- 13:56Speaker 2: you're late to everything. That's number one chronically late okay.
- 14:00Speaker 6: Also she'll be like, oh, I'm too poor, I can't
- 14:02Speaker 6: go out and do this, And then we'll spend all
- 14:04Speaker 6: weekend online shopping and be like, I have so many
- 14:07Speaker 6: boxes at my apartment that I don't even know what
- 14:09Speaker 6: came today.
- 14:10Speaker 2: And then we'll complain about being poor. And then the
- 14:13Speaker 2: one you came up with you think your fiance has
- 14:15Speaker 2: a problem with, but it's all your tumblers around the apartment.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:18Speaker 3: I have this thing where I start drinking from one
- 14:21Speaker 3: tumbler and then I'll leave it in the bedroom. But
- 14:22Speaker 3: then I'm in the living room and I forget the
- 14:24Speaker 3: ones in the bedroom, so I grab a new one
- 14:25Speaker 3: from the kitchen and I'll drink from it, and then
- 14:27Speaker 3: as I'm leaving, I forget that there's one in the
- 14:29Speaker 3: living room, so I start a new one.
- 14:30Speaker 2: But I go down to the gyms dogs and hearing
- 14:32Speaker 2: about it.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Seven tumblers all over the apartment.
- 14:38Speaker 2: We have VIP passes for our newly announced rip for
- 14:41Speaker 2: on the Rooftop Show, with MGK coming up in the
- 14:43Speaker 2: game today.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Next on the River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in
- 14:47Speaker 1: the morning.
- 14:48Speaker 3: On another day, another round of musical anagrams on one
- 14:53Speaker 3: of seventy five the River.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah, we had a little meeting about it yesterday. We're
- 14:56Speaker 2: gonna maybe try to make them a little bit easier today, tomorrow, Friday.
- 15:00Speaker 2: But I love the game.
- 15:01Speaker 4: Listen, I'm not upset about the game.
- 15:03Speaker 3: It's just more of a game that you play when
- 15:05Speaker 3: you can write out everything, you could see it, visualize it.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Sure, it's easier to do that way. It's kind of
- 15:09Speaker 4: hard to do in the car.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Okay. So I'm gonna give you two words here. Unscramble
- 15:13Speaker 2: all the letters and they make an artist's name. Okay,
- 15:16Speaker 2: And I think today's might be a little bit easier.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Everyone can play, like I think you probably maybe do
- 15:20Speaker 2: this one in your brain. Six one five seven three
- 15:22Speaker 2: seven nine one oh seven. That's the phone number. And
- 15:24Speaker 2: again today passes for the VIP deck at a river
- 15:28Speaker 2: on the rooftop show that we just announced coming up
- 15:30Speaker 2: on the twenty fourth with MGK McKenna, Grace and Averrianna
- 15:33Speaker 2: the twenty fourth Skydeck on Broadway Free Show. Everybody can come,
- 15:37Speaker 2: but these passes it for the VIP deck. Okay, yeah,
- 15:40Speaker 2: let's do it.
- 15:40Speaker 4: What's the two words?
- 15:41Speaker 2: The two words? Your musical anagram today is once bye
- 15:47Speaker 2: and bias spelled b ye like goodbye once by. Unscramble
- 15:51Speaker 2: all those letters and you're gonna get an artist's name.
- 15:54Speaker 3: All right, call us right now if you know the
- 15:55Speaker 3: answer six one, five seven through seven.
- 15:58Speaker 4: Nine seven one by one spot. The more you say it,
- 16:03Speaker 4: the better against bye.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Let us know who it is.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 16:10Speaker 4: The River Musical Anagrams.
- 16:12Speaker 3: That's the name of the game, Kevin Manno's Game of
- 16:15Speaker 3: the Day to be specific, presented by Genesis Diamonds on
- 16:19Speaker 3: one oh seven five the River.
- 16:20Speaker 4: This one seems a little bit easier.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Thank you. Yeah, it's once by. That's the phrase here.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Today you have to unscramble the letters in once by
- 16:29Speaker 2: by his b ye and figure out what musical artist
- 16:32Speaker 2: that would be. It's an anagram for what artist again
- 16:35Speaker 2: Today you're playing for VIP passes into River on the rooftop.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Coming up on the twenty fourth, MGK is headlining. It's
- 16:42Speaker 2: gonna be a great show. We'll say good morning to
- 16:43Speaker 2: Christy in Columbia. How you doing good?
- 16:46Speaker 1: How are you?
- 16:47Speaker 2: We are good? What are you up to?
- 16:49Speaker 5: I'm getting breakfast before work?
- 16:51Speaker 4: What are you eating? Chick fil A. Oh okay, good choice,
- 16:54Speaker 4: good choice.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Have you heard these musical anagrams at all this week
- 16:58Speaker 2: before today?
- 16:59Speaker 1: I have? Yes?
- 17:00Speaker 2: And how do you feel about it? Do you think
- 17:02Speaker 2: it's easy?
- 17:02Speaker 4: Hard?
- 17:03Speaker 1: Do you?
- 17:03Speaker 2: What do you think to difficult? So some people's brains
- 17:07Speaker 2: are just wired that way. You're just good with words
- 17:10Speaker 2: and stuff.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Well, let's see before Christy gets you know, so high
- 17:13Speaker 3: and mighty if the answer is correct.
- 17:15Speaker 2: All right, so again the phrase once by, unscramble those letters.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Who are we talking about, Christy Beyonce? Uh, Jay Beyonce
- 17:25Speaker 2: is correct?
- 17:26Speaker 3: Nice job, awesome, congratulations Christy, you prove me wrong.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Yeah, the right answer. Well, thank you.
- 17:33Speaker 2: So when we said once by, did your brain just
- 17:35Speaker 2: automatically like rain Man, just put it all together real quick?
- 17:38Speaker 1: It did.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's impressive. It's a good skill to have. We're
- 17:41Speaker 2: gonna see on the twenty fourth for River on the rooftop.
- 17:43Speaker 2: You're gonna be up in the VIP deck at Skydeck
- 17:45Speaker 2: on Broadway. All right, thank you, all right, enjoy your
- 17:48Speaker 2: Chick fil a. Hang on the line for just a minute.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Okay, okay, all.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Right, we're gonna have more tomorrow vip passes with the
- 17:54Speaker 2: new musical anagram. I think you have won Ricky over.
- 17:58Speaker 2: She was not sold on one Monday.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Kind of sort of, we're getting there.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Just a bit past eight o'clock on this Wednesday morning,
- 18:06Speaker 2: Hello friends, thank you for starting your day with us.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Rick He's got those three things.
- 18:09Speaker 4: My headphones just side. It was a studio for some reason.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Beyonce just did an interview with GQ, though, and it
- 18:17Speaker 3: was released yesterday. She explained why there are no visuals
- 18:20Speaker 3: for Renaissance and Cowboy Carter, and I think it's really
- 18:22Speaker 3: gonna make more sense to you when I say this, so,
- 18:24Speaker 3: she said, quote the music is so rich in history
- 18:28Speaker 3: and instrumentation, it takes months to digest, research and understand.
- 18:32Speaker 4: The music needed space to breathe on its own.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Sometimes a visual can be a distraction from the quality
- 18:37Speaker 3: of the voice and the music beautifully put to Beyonce,
- 18:42Speaker 3: the years of hard work in detail that she put
- 18:44Speaker 3: into this album took over four years, she said, quote
- 18:47Speaker 3: the music is enough, I mean simple. She also threw
- 18:50Speaker 3: out a bunch of shout outs to other female artists
- 18:52Speaker 3: in this interview that I thought was really great. Miley Cyrus,
- 18:55Speaker 3: Sabrina Carpenter, Ray, Victoria Monnet, it goes on and on,
- 19:00Speaker 3: Renee Rap Clue In, Hail Haley Chaperone. There's so many
- 19:05Speaker 3: artists that she had made shout outs to, which I
- 19:07Speaker 3: think is so great.
- 19:08Speaker 4: One of the things that Beyonce has been doing, even.
- 19:10Speaker 3: More specifically with Cowboy Carter, is putting people on the
- 19:13Speaker 3: map and talking about them more because she knows her influence.
- 19:16Speaker 4: So I just love to see the amount.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Of different shout outs of the word, Like, there are
- 19:19Speaker 3: still seven other people on this list. I can't get
- 19:22Speaker 3: through all of them, so I love to see it.
- 19:23Speaker 3: I love that she does that. And this is huge news.
- 19:27Speaker 3: The company Campbell's is dropping the word soup from their name.
- 19:31Speaker 3: So just to give you an idea of how big
- 19:32Speaker 3: this move is, they started producing canned condensed soup in
- 19:36Speaker 3: eighteen ninety seven and they have held the Campbell Soup
- 19:39Speaker 3: Company name since nineteen twenty two, so this is a
- 19:43Speaker 3: massive step. But the decision to rename the group to
- 19:46Speaker 3: Campbell's Company was a part of a shift in their
- 19:48Speaker 3: focus because they have other things like snack foods and
- 19:51Speaker 3: jarred sauces that they also sell, which I did not
- 19:54Speaker 3: know until today, but they actually own Goldfish Crackers, which
- 19:58Speaker 3: makes them the most amount of mine.
- 20:00Speaker 4: They also own the V.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Eight beverages and Crego sauces, so they have a bunch
- 20:04Speaker 3: of other things. Kind of makes sense why they would
- 20:06Speaker 3: drop the soup name, but crazy to think that they've
- 20:09Speaker 3: been around that long as Campbell's Soup and now no more.
- 20:13Speaker 4: And if you need something.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Fun to do and you want to kind of let
- 20:16Speaker 3: loose and get maybe some anger out or some frustration,
- 20:20Speaker 3: there's a new paint throwing studio that's opening in Nashville.
- 20:23Speaker 4: So it's gonna be in the.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Music Row neighborhood. It's called Sarah Paint. It opens today,
- 20:28Speaker 3: I believe, or tomorrow. So it's a studio owned by
- 20:32Speaker 3: former NFL player Jake Long and his wife Jackie Long.
- 20:35Speaker 3: There by appointment only, but you'll go into it and.
- 20:38Speaker 4: It's a throw room. You'll be covered in protective gear
- 20:40Speaker 4: from head to toe and.
- 20:41Speaker 3: You just throw milk based paint all over the place
- 20:45Speaker 3: onto a compostable canvas and then you kind of get
- 20:48Speaker 3: some frustration out.
- 20:49Speaker 2: I've done it and I loved it. Invited us to
- 20:51Speaker 2: a little sneak peek up because the Longs are friends
- 20:53Speaker 2: of us. Remember we talked to Jake guys here when
- 20:55Speaker 2: Zach was saying the NFL was rigged. Yes, so we
- 20:57Speaker 2: talked to Jake on the air. So we've done it
- 20:59Speaker 2: and it was great.
- 21:00Speaker 4: Okay, I can't wait to go.
- 21:01Speaker 3: But they're gonna open or do an open house, and
- 21:04Speaker 3: they're gonna be open this week, so go check them out,
- 21:06Speaker 3: throw some paint around, get out some frustration. I plan
- 21:09Speaker 3: to make a reservation as well. It's appointment only, so
- 21:12Speaker 3: keep that in mind. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
- 21:14Speaker 3: the three things you need to know.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 21:20Speaker 2: The biggest lie TV ever told you. The reference she
- 21:22Speaker 2: made was breakfast. Basically, any breakfast in the morning on
- 21:25Speaker 2: TV is just utter nonsense, like a.
- 21:28Speaker 6: Whole spread, scrambled eggs, French toast, like it's like your
- 21:30Speaker 6: eye hoop or something.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Well, that wasn't even the one that I referenced.
- 21:34Speaker 3: It was the one that maybe spiral was the tweet
- 21:36Speaker 3: that this person said about adults having breakfast at a
- 21:39Speaker 3: friend's apartment before rushing off to work.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Nobody does that.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I love the idea of it, but no one doesn't see.
- 21:44Speaker 3: But that's not a thing that anybody does. It just
- 21:46Speaker 3: doesn't happen. So I have a few other ones here
- 21:49Speaker 3: of things that you know, TV just lied to us
- 21:51Speaker 3: about the fact that no one locks their doors.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Oh, great call, that's true.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Everyone on sitcoms just walks right through the front doors
- 22:00Speaker 3: if it's no big deal.
- 22:00Speaker 4: And it wasn't lots.
- 22:01Speaker 6: I was thinking about like friends, where they just go
- 22:04Speaker 6: to everybody's apartment and they just open the door.
- 22:06Speaker 2: This might be on the list too, but nobody ever
- 22:08Speaker 2: says buy on the phone. People just end a conversation
- 22:10Speaker 2: and hang up. They'd never say bye in time.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Oh, I never noticed that there's another one. In college.
- 22:17Speaker 3: They looks like you're gonna live in a palace. A
- 22:19Speaker 3: dorm room is not, and I had a dorm room
- 22:23Speaker 3: in New York City. It was a very small Also,
- 22:26Speaker 3: that you know that you're gonna have a different love
- 22:28Speaker 3: interest every week, like a different person that you suddenly
- 22:31Speaker 3: are dating every single week.
- 22:33Speaker 4: Not a thing.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Oh, that adolescents have inconspicuous ladders that lead to the
- 22:38Speaker 3: second floor bedrooms.
- 22:39Speaker 4: That their parents would never know about. Never happens.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Nobody climbs with those ladders like that in real life,
- 22:48Speaker 3: broken engagements.
- 22:49Speaker 4: That's not really a thing that you hear about all the.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Time, not nearly as common as they would make Yeah,
- 22:54Speaker 2: it make.
- 22:54Speaker 3: It seem like it happens constantly, and then kind of
- 22:57Speaker 3: along the lines of the dorm rooms as well, But
- 23:00Speaker 3: it says this one specifically about sex and the city.
- 23:03Speaker 3: It says that your weekly column salary will a lot
- 23:06Speaker 3: you the funds for a huge Manhattan apartment, complete with
- 23:08Speaker 3: a walking closet and many pairs of Malana blocks.
- 23:12Speaker 2: See. Yeah, that paper had to be paying her pretty
- 23:14Speaker 2: penny to get all that time. But you're right, I'm
- 23:16Speaker 2: glad you brought up. Just like the apartments in general,
- 23:19Speaker 2: friends Seinfeld, all of.
- 23:20Speaker 4: Them, that's always the one that threw me for a loop.
- 23:22Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, I'm going to live in this lavish, beautiful,
- 23:25Speaker 3: big apartment in New York City one day.
- 23:27Speaker 4: And then I lived there for college.
- 23:28Speaker 3: And I was like, I could barely afford this tiny door.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I hosted a show on MTV for a couple of years,
- 23:35Speaker 2: and I lived in the tiniest little studio apartment. I
- 23:37Speaker 2: could barely afford it. The shoe box, it's so small.
- 23:39Speaker 2: What a cream or even do to even have a job.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Do you have an apartment?
- 23:43Speaker 4: Some people on friends, I'm like, you aren't even working.
- 23:46Speaker 4: You're at the freaking coffee shop every day.
- 23:49Speaker 1: That was just mad Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 23:52Speaker 1: the morning on the river.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Today's daily double Tap is a Kevin special. Kevin had
- 23:59Speaker 3: sent this to me and I immediately went, oh my god,
- 24:02Speaker 3: this is exactly.
- 24:02Speaker 4: What it's like. I related to it so much.
- 24:05Speaker 2: It's like a comedy bit. This guy's name is Andrew,
- 24:07Speaker 2: sitting in his car, sort of making fun of influences,
- 24:09Speaker 2: like this is how you make money. It's so easy,
- 24:12Speaker 2: follow my steps and none of this makes sense, and
- 24:15Speaker 2: that's why it's so funny.
- 24:17Speaker 7: Say you make your first million dollars. Step one, you
- 24:19Speaker 7: buy two houses. Now you remember'm having zero houses to
- 24:22Speaker 7: two houses just like that. Now right away, turn out
- 24:25Speaker 7: and sell those two houses and use the profits to
- 24:27Speaker 7: buy four more houses. Now you have sixty houses. You
- 24:31Speaker 7: remember having zero houses to sixty houses.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Just like that. Now here's the key point.
- 24:35Speaker 7: Everyone says, hey, Andrew, what do we do now that
- 24:37Speaker 7: we have sixty houses? Turn around, sell those houses and
- 24:40Speaker 7: buy one hundred houses. Now you have five hundred houses
- 24:44Speaker 7: that you own. Turnround, sell them back to yourself for
- 24:47Speaker 7: a million dollars. Now you're basically paying yourself to get
- 24:51Speaker 7: a free house. You probably probably think yourself, Holy crap,
- 24:55Speaker 7: I just literally am getting paid to make a million dollars.
- 24:59Speaker 7: This is and I have five hundred houses. This is crazy.
- 25:03Speaker 7: But listen, just that simple. People like and subscribe, follow
- 25:06Speaker 7: me for more Rise and Grind Oh man, I.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Just love that there's no logic whatsoever to any of
- 25:11Speaker 2: his numbers or facts or figures. It's so good.
- 25:13Speaker 4: That's what it feels like.
- 25:14Speaker 3: When you're listening to these people, You're like, there's no
- 25:16Speaker 3: way that I can do any of these things.
- 25:18Speaker 4: I'm gonna post it at one oh seven five of
- 25:20Speaker 4: the River.
- 25:20Speaker 2: So you can see it in the stories Rise and Grind.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning
- 25:26Speaker 4: On one o seven five the River
