- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on relatables.
- 0:01Speaker 2: I get to do your makeup and you get to
- 0:03Speaker 2: do mine. No mirrors, no mirrors, we're not allowed to
- 0:06Speaker 2: look like And then so we have a monitor in
- 0:08Speaker 2: our studio obviously that shows what the feed is. We'll
- 0:10Speaker 2: turn that ship away and then we do a whole
- 0:13Speaker 2: entire episode where I'm just looking at you and you're
- 0:15Speaker 2: just looking at me, and like, we don't get to
- 0:18Speaker 2: see it till we edit or some shit. That actually a.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Funny idea bad clip.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Relatable related to podcast sais by myself, Jake Craig aka
- 0:37Speaker 3: Daddy and my partner in crimes like aka Momo, and
- 0:43Speaker 3: you guys are the baddies.
- 0:45Speaker 1: The baddies because you are bad to the bone. And
- 0:50Speaker 1: you know what, I'm excited for Jake, just to sit
- 0:53Speaker 1: down and talk to my best friend. Ah, that's a
- 0:59Speaker 1: nice comment.
- 0:59Speaker 2: We've got an that's viewed for this way.
- 1:01Speaker 1: We actually do have a nice view.
- 1:02Speaker 2: We haven't been in a studio with a window for
- 1:04Speaker 2: a while, No, we haven't.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Ay, honestly, it's kind of nice. Might get distracted though
- 1:09Speaker 1: with our ADHD a little bit, you especially.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Nah, not all all this stuff in the roommate. This
- 1:13Speaker 2: will keep me.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Do you actually reckon you do or don't have ADHD?
- 1:19Speaker 2: I think that I have it? Oh you do?
- 1:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought you in denial. Look, I think that
- 1:26Speaker 1: it's pretty clear that I have it.
- 1:32Speaker 2: I'm definitely not in denial like I would say I
- 1:35Speaker 2: have it, But I don't think I have any sort
- 1:36Speaker 2: of debilitating thing. The only thing I do really want
- 1:40Speaker 2: to try is vibe ance, purely because of how many
- 1:45Speaker 2: people have told me that. Like, the way it locks
- 1:49Speaker 2: you in is like nothing else.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Would you be open to getting diagnosed?
- 1:54Speaker 2: You would? I'd do it for the pod. Oh, it's
- 1:56Speaker 2: just that I know how much it costs, Like only
- 1:58Speaker 2: because you're telling me.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Yeah, well I maybe got a second opinion, not saying
- 2:02Speaker 1: that I think there's anything wrong.
- 2:03Speaker 2: But the thing is is, like, do doctors if I
- 2:08Speaker 2: was to go to a doctor be like, I just
- 2:09Speaker 2: want to find out if I have ADHD? Like, would
- 2:11Speaker 2: they would they be take me? Seriously?
- 2:13Speaker 1: Yeah you said that before? Yeah, I reckon they would.
- 2:15Speaker 1: If they don't, I'd be like, you're a shit doctor.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm going to a different one. True, I have you know,
- 2:20Speaker 1: what's it called?
- 2:21Speaker 2: What's it called?
- 2:22Speaker 1: When it's free? Medicare now bulk bill. I obviously know
- 2:28Speaker 1: it's a great thing. I feel like the doctors who
- 2:30Speaker 1: are getting paid really care. The doctors who are getting
- 2:33Speaker 1: bulk billed don't give a fuck.
- 2:34Speaker 2: You know. It's funny. I've had the opposite experience really,
- 2:38Speaker 2: So when I was going through the tummy stuff to
- 2:40Speaker 2: get the testing, beths recommended going to her doctor. Yeah,
- 2:44Speaker 2: and so she's been going to this one doctor, doctor Jeremy,
- 2:48Speaker 2: for a long time, and he is the one that
- 2:51Speaker 2: got her testing done for PCOS because a lot of
- 2:55Speaker 2: doctors would never test someone that is of Beth's pretty
- 3:00Speaker 2: much weight class. Like apparently pos like a major thing.
- 3:05Speaker 2: That's what they do wrong.
- 3:06Speaker 1: They have this category and if they don't ticket, I
- 3:08Speaker 1: don't care.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Like that's the that's like the one super annoying thing
- 3:11Speaker 2: with I think, I want to say, it's kind of
- 3:15Speaker 2: at least all the stories I've heard is like specifically
- 3:17Speaker 2: with women's health, is how they will just be like, no,
- 3:21Speaker 2: that's not an option because of one thing. And it's
- 3:24Speaker 2: like you're a doctor and you know that like PCOS
- 3:28Speaker 2: and endometriosis and other things like that are like very understudied,
- 3:33Speaker 2: so like how can you possibly rule that out just
- 3:35Speaker 2: because it's not common for someone who is skinny to
- 3:40Speaker 2: have those things. Any who. Apparently PCOS is quite common
- 3:45Speaker 2: in people that are overweight. Yeah, and so, but Beth
- 3:49Speaker 2: has it. She has PCOS and she's been diagnosed with
- 3:52Speaker 2: it and stuff like that. She has like cysts and stuff.
- 3:55Speaker 2: But so she goes, well, let's let's go to this
- 3:57Speaker 2: doctor because like he'll just like do whatever test you
- 3:58Speaker 2: ask for. It's a legend, like he'll just even he
- 4:00Speaker 2: gives a ship, yeah and bulk build me.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Well, that's that's what what you know to. You know,
- 4:07Speaker 1: maybe it's down to experience, and I can admit that,
- 4:09Speaker 1: but it's also like it's hard in life to find
- 4:12Speaker 1: someone who gives us ship but it's not about themselves.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And when you do find a person like that, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: I'm sure a lot of people listening are like that,
- 4:19Speaker 1: but it's hard to find. And it's kind of like
- 4:22Speaker 1: confronting too, because I've been to fucking where we live.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Sorry for I feel like that wasn't a good time
- 4:26Speaker 1: to swear, but I feel passionate about this. I've been
- 4:29Speaker 1: to so many doctors. No, none of you liked.
- 4:31Speaker 2: He loves going to the doctor by the way.
- 4:33Speaker 1: None of them, No, I actually don't, yes, you do.
- 4:37Speaker 1: No of them care about me, Jake, all right, none
- 4:39Speaker 1: of them cared about me. So Cassie, she was in
- 4:43Speaker 1: the army and she went to this one I don't
- 4:46Speaker 1: know what it's called.
- 4:46Speaker 2: The army get the equivalent of bulk bill too with
- 4:48Speaker 2: their own thing like oh yeah, I know, okay, cool?
- 4:51Speaker 2: Like how teachers have a bank, Yeah, yeah, that's crazy.
- 4:53Speaker 2: If I feel excluded, let me in, please have bank. Yeah,
- 4:58Speaker 2: if you realiz.
- 5:01Speaker 1: If you were a police person and it's called a
- 5:04Speaker 1: veterans stocktorne anywhere, is Cassie a veteran? Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Don't fact check me on that, but I'm pretty sure
- 5:12Speaker 1: because she did. She did her four years. Dang, I
- 5:14Speaker 1: need to go. I don't want to be taking the
- 5:17Speaker 1: piss here. But like, next time I see her, I
- 5:19Speaker 1: should be saying like, thank of your service? Should I
- 5:21Speaker 1: not be? I? But I don't think she served.
- 5:23Speaker 2: She didn't serve.
- 5:24Speaker 1: No, I think that's for people who went to war.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Can I say something funny after you talk? Yeah? Just
- 5:29Speaker 2: go on, you guys.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Well, I was going with this is she went to
- 5:32Speaker 1: a doctor that was veteran and also bulk build if
- 5:36Speaker 1: veterans the right.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Term, but you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I
- 5:39Speaker 2: went there and I.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Had the worst experience of my life. I was like,
- 5:41Speaker 1: this doctor sucks. Anyway, Cassie ended up going again for
- 5:44Speaker 1: a different reason to the doctor I got, not the
- 5:46Speaker 1: one she got initially. And then Cassie got came back
- 5:49Speaker 1: and was liked that doctor was just fucking rude, and
- 5:52Speaker 1: she ended up going to a different one she had
- 5:53Speaker 1: to pay for that was around the corner. And then
- 5:55Speaker 1: she goes, oh, yeah, I went to this one over there.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I had a bad experience. And then this wasn't her name,
- 5:58Speaker 1: but it was a doctor which I and then cause
- 6:01Speaker 1: he's like, yeah, I get a lot of.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, right, doctors are just rude. Sometimes they always take
- 6:09Speaker 2: the holidays. Yeah, good quod, good point.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Doctors and accountants they should put in the universe.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And let's just say one scription. Let's just say one thing.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Our experience with accountants is that they take a lot
- 6:21Speaker 2: of holidays. But that's because we only know one and
- 6:22Speaker 2: that's our Yeah.
- 6:23Speaker 1: I used to be afraid to have an opinion, but
- 6:25Speaker 1: like it's my experience, I'm allowed to feel that way.
- 6:29Speaker 2: You know what, I haven't got an argument for that.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Like if in your experience doctors suck, then to you
- 6:34Speaker 2: doctors suck. You live that way exactly.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And that's what I was saying is university degrees that
- 6:39Speaker 1: you look at atar and then if you're like me,
- 6:41Speaker 1: how much money they make they should have at the
- 6:43Speaker 1: bottom of it. How long your holidays are once a
- 6:46Speaker 1: week every month.
- 6:47Speaker 2: That's what I see. Yeah, we we we googled like
- 6:52Speaker 2: accountant near us in the first one when we needed one,
- 6:56Speaker 2: and the first one that came up actually really good.
- 6:59Speaker 2: He's a weatnon she's just not there. And the first
- 7:04Speaker 2: one we look up, we were cool. Will book in
- 7:06Speaker 2: and he takes the meeting and we're like cool, we're cool.
- 7:08Speaker 2: First meeting he doesn't take it seriously, but we were
- 7:10Speaker 2: kind of like we like a challenge AnyWho. First meeting,
- 7:13Speaker 2: he doesn't take it seriously, and then second meeting is
- 7:15Speaker 2: kind of more and then finds out we can make
- 7:17Speaker 2: some money, so he's like cool, now he takes it seriously.
- 7:19Speaker 2: But also it's like he works like Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 7:23Speaker 2: from ten till two and then takes like a three
- 7:26Speaker 2: week holiday every month. It's the most insane fucking schedule
- 7:29Speaker 2: this guys, and we're like, how come we caught someone
- 7:32Speaker 2: at the back end of their career, nearly about to retire,
- 7:35Speaker 2: who's just getting those last pennies.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And then we have to deal with the rest of
- 7:39Speaker 1: his start?
- 7:40Speaker 2: Oh no, we were you going to say that was funny?
- 7:42Speaker 2: Oh I don't. Beth's younger sister, she was seeing someone
- 7:48Speaker 2: who is in the Navy and she was singing for
- 7:53Speaker 2: a while. I was kind of classic situationship type thing
- 7:56Speaker 2: where neither one of them would put a label on it.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I think they were like exclude. Then they said they
- 8:00Speaker 2: wouldn't see other people. But it's like kind of all
- 8:02Speaker 2: gone to shit and I won't get into it, but anyhow,
- 8:04Speaker 2: he is in the Navy and he's like doing his time.
- 8:07Speaker 2: But it was quite funny. One time Beth comes home
- 8:11Speaker 2: and goes like, oh, how's such and such is on deployment.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I was like, dang, like and yeah, and Kate was like, yeah,
- 8:18Speaker 2: he's full. He's on deployment for like three weeks or
- 8:20Speaker 2: some shit. And I remember and Beth comes up because
- 8:23Speaker 2: so best asking her youngest sister this, and so she's like, yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 2: he's on the and then Beth goes, oh, where where's
- 8:28Speaker 2: the undeployment and she goes Cans. They get deployed to
- 8:33Speaker 2: Cans and I was like what because no one wants
- 8:36Speaker 2: to work there. It's like, like, how is that considered deployment.
- 8:39Speaker 2: I thought deployment was like gun in hand?
- 8:41Speaker 1: Is that like the forefront of like where someone would
- 8:43Speaker 1: take over Australia Cans.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I don't know. I think they just have to go
- 8:46Speaker 2: do their time there. Yeah, I don't know.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Definitely not, No, that's a completely different world. Like we
- 8:50Speaker 1: should get someone who like has been in the army,
- 8:52Speaker 1: like done like a long time. We would be blown
- 8:54Speaker 1: away with the things that happened. Hey really I've heard stories.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, I probably shouldn't come from someone who hasn't
- 8:59Speaker 1: been to the army.
- 9:00Speaker 2: They don't understand them.
- 9:01Speaker 1: It's a good point, but but like also like I
- 9:03Speaker 1: feel like they'd be such an entertaining episode of just
- 9:05Speaker 1: getting the knitting because they have their own laws, they.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Have army law.
- 9:08Speaker 4: What.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Yeah, they're there in jail.
- 9:10Speaker 1: They can put someone in jail for I think it's
- 9:14Speaker 1: it's a maximum period of time. But then they take
- 9:16Speaker 1: you out just for doing like shit that isn't actually illegal, Like,
- 9:18Speaker 1: if you don't turn up to work three days in
- 9:19Speaker 1: a row and you don't have a reason or something,
- 9:21Speaker 1: they can put you in jail and then and then
- 9:23Speaker 1: this isn't the exact way of doing it. That's why
- 9:25Speaker 1: I think someone else would come on and explain it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: But then, look, I get you say you're allowed to
- 9:29Speaker 1: be in there for three days at a time. So
- 9:30Speaker 1: what they'll do is they'll put you in there for
- 9:32Speaker 1: three days, take you out for a day, then put
- 9:33Speaker 1: you in for another three and then do that for
- 9:34Speaker 1: like months and months and the end. If you're a
- 9:37Speaker 1: bad person in the defense force.
- 9:40Speaker 2: What would get them to do that to you?
- 9:42Speaker 1: No, this heaps random ship like the world is crazy
- 9:47Speaker 1: and like to me like I'm a softy, I would.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Never go nah, I don't think I could do.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I commend those people take a certain type of people
- 9:54Speaker 1: to do that, but also like not me. Command, Yeah
- 9:57Speaker 1: that's right, command.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Yes, condamn it, the bad one. Don't do this to me.
- 10:01Speaker 2: You is bad. We commend you as good. Yes, once again,
- 10:04Speaker 2: don't have the language so fucking similar.
- 10:07Speaker 1: You are the problem with my friend.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I am a problem.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I'm perfect articulate, I'm everything I should be.
- 10:15Speaker 2: You're You're the opposite of everything you just said.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'm perfect and articulate, and then you bring me down
- 10:21Speaker 1: and then wig my brain out.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Today we had a our second photo shoot of our
- 10:32Speaker 2: entire life.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and look, honestly, it's started. It was a great experience.
- 10:36Speaker 1: It started off great. But we were in the sixth
- 10:39Speaker 1: best book club book club bookstore, bookstore in the.
- 10:42Speaker 2: World, yeah, called Ampersan.
- 10:44Speaker 1: So picture that in your head and then make it ship.
- 10:50Speaker 1: That's what it was like.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Picture okay, picture someone saying to you, oh my god,
- 10:54Speaker 2: I just went to the sixth best bookshop in the
- 10:57Speaker 2: entire world, like it was voted this right, and then
- 11:00Speaker 2: picture that person being blind.
- 11:04Speaker 1: But we were in there and I was like, these
- 11:06Speaker 1: books have mold over them, and then like underneath all
- 11:09Speaker 1: the bookshelves, it's just dust. Yeah, and then it looked
- 11:11Speaker 1: like we were sitting on these chairs and I thought
- 11:13Speaker 1: I was going to get like fleas from it.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Man, I guarantee you there was bed bugs in those chairs. Also,
- 11:20Speaker 2: like if all it takes to have one of the
- 11:22Speaker 2: best books, like one of the top ten bookshops in
- 11:24Speaker 2: the world is renting a space like an old dingy
- 11:28Speaker 2: space in the city and then just lining the walls
- 11:30Speaker 2: with books. Anyone would do it. I agree, it sounds
- 11:34Speaker 2: actually clearly anyone, just anyone did.
- 11:36Speaker 1: It was in a fancy neighborhood, though, I feel like
- 11:38Speaker 1: that as the top six.
- 11:42Speaker 2: When we got the brief and we had the meeting beforehand,
- 11:45Speaker 2: done days ago, and they said, you know, like this
- 11:47Speaker 2: is that six aaron a Fair.
- 11:49Speaker 1: No one knows where that is unless you're from the
- 11:50Speaker 1: Central Coast. That bookshop in there was better which bookshop?
- 11:54Speaker 1: Just that normal bookshop.
- 11:55Speaker 2: It's nicer.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it was when I was thinking that it would
- 11:58Speaker 1: be lined with brand new prestige condition with like limited
- 12:02Speaker 1: edition ones, and I'll be like, oh my god, I'm
- 12:04Speaker 1: Aorgasmine exactly know what I was. I didn't want to
- 12:06Speaker 1: put my pants down in there.
- 12:09Speaker 2: We did have to do that. I was picturing like
- 12:15Speaker 2: when they said this, and like they showed us some
- 12:17Speaker 2: photos and stuff, and I was like, okay, cool that
- 12:18Speaker 2: that that's look nice. First of when we get there
- 12:21Speaker 2: we find out the photos the centers were edited. But
- 12:25Speaker 2: secondly I was thinking Volaris live. Yeah, so was I
- 12:30Speaker 2: like I want to go to a library.
- 12:32Speaker 1: This is another time where you like, shouldn't meet your heroes.
- 12:35Speaker 2: It's a good point, hands down, best library I've ever
- 12:37Speaker 2: been to Korea. Remember that? No, remember that shopping mall
- 12:41Speaker 2: near our hotel that had like the aquarium and everything.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Like the central hub of that mall was
- 12:46Speaker 2: just a big library. It's a massive bookstore. I don't remember.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Oh my god, it was fucking wicked, dude. It was
- 12:51Speaker 2: that one of those everywhere remember the aquarium. It was
- 12:54Speaker 2: in the middle of a shopping center. I was like,
- 12:55Speaker 2: this is cool, yeah, and were I felt it was
- 12:57Speaker 2: cool to go, But after it, I was like, they
- 12:59Speaker 2: should lie. You feel like that after the zoo and
- 13:03Speaker 2: everything down yet, But it was cool initially. I feel
- 13:06Speaker 2: I felt we'd been really mean to this Ampersans bookstore.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Like we didn't name it until then. No, I did before. Yeah,
- 13:12Speaker 2: I named it twice. You want to believe it? Go
- 13:14Speaker 2: ahead anyway, I feel bad, Like, look, there was a
- 13:16Speaker 2: lot of people in there. Yeah, no, I'd never heard
- 13:18Speaker 2: of it.
- 13:19Speaker 1: The worst thing is to like so in real life,
- 13:23Speaker 1: I like to be very aware of my surroundings and
- 13:27Speaker 1: for some reason, so we had to do a photoshoop
- 13:28Speaker 1: as part. Sorry, we had to do a photo shoot
- 13:31Speaker 1: as part of signing with Nova where we're at today
- 13:34Speaker 1: to get a bit of promo for our podcast, which
- 13:36Speaker 1: we're very grateful for.
- 13:37Speaker 2: And they hired the bookshop and they didn't Yeah, I
- 13:42Speaker 2: clearly didn't.
- 13:42Speaker 1: They surely paid something so we could use.
- 13:44Speaker 2: It didn't look like it to me. It didn't look
- 13:47Speaker 2: like anyway.
- 13:48Speaker 1: So we get there and there's people like who were
- 13:50Speaker 1: at university, like studying in this bookshop. I can't say today, bookshop,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I've said, do you mean today?
- 13:55Speaker 2: You can't talk any day.
- 13:58Speaker 1: I'm just going to look at the window, look at
- 13:59Speaker 1: a nice disguised Actually, you know what, you should leave it.
- 14:01Speaker 2: To me the talk. There you go. So we rock
- 14:05Speaker 2: up to this bookshop thinking like, okay, this is going
- 14:07Speaker 2: to be hectic, like they did tell us prior that
- 14:08Speaker 2: it is open and there is a cafe, and I
- 14:11Speaker 2: was thinking, like who goes to a bookshop, Like there's
- 14:14Speaker 2: going to be three four people there, there's three stories.
- 14:17Speaker 2: It was a tourist attraction on every Yeah, literally it's
- 14:20Speaker 2: a literally like there was like twenty five people in there,
- 14:23Speaker 2: spread across like this small three story building, and like
- 14:26Speaker 2: every room you go in, everyone's like just chilling on
- 14:29Speaker 2: their computers and they look at you like, yeah, you
- 14:31Speaker 2: look out of place, and we're thinking like, yeah, we
- 14:33Speaker 2: are out of.
- 14:34Speaker 1: We got looked at like we were disgusting.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Because yeah, and we were, to be fair, we were discussed.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Yeah, they're going back to myself awareness, like we couldn't
- 14:44Speaker 1: do anything about it because we have to be there.
- 14:46Speaker 1: It's a great experience, but also I felt bad for
- 14:48Speaker 1: all these people trying to study and they're where they're
- 14:50Speaker 1: getting taken photos of.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah, we're sitting down in a corner right with lights. Right,
- 14:56Speaker 2: there's three there's one photographer, two d geographers and then
- 15:01Speaker 2: the PR manager right of of like the company where
- 15:05Speaker 2: is hilarious, like all very nice people. By the way,
- 15:07Speaker 2: I'm not like I'm not knocking them. But and we're
- 15:09Speaker 2: in this room where there's three medical university students studying.
- 15:15Speaker 2: They're sitting at their computers studying ned desin and then
- 15:19Speaker 2: someone goes, all right, pick up that book and pretend
- 15:21Speaker 2: to read it so I can get this shot picture.
- 15:23Speaker 2: That's so funny. It's like I was like, we're out
- 15:27Speaker 2: of touch.
- 15:28Speaker 1: We're done, Yeah we are touch A.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Shout out the makeup artist though, Brook, Yeah we got
- 15:33Speaker 2: we got.
- 15:33Speaker 1: The first time we got makeup was today. I liked
- 15:37Speaker 1: how I looked, but not close up now. I look
- 15:39Speaker 1: when I looked in the mirror, I could tell I
- 15:41Speaker 1: was wearing makeup and it was quite confronting. I can
- 15:44Speaker 1: see that they hid your monobrail a bit like your eyebrows.
- 15:48Speaker 2: And she's like talking about my scar on my forehead.
- 15:50Speaker 2: She's like, hides that. Yeah, but so I can still
- 15:52Speaker 2: feel powder on my face.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Yeah, so can I I feel like it's you know,
- 15:55Speaker 1: when you had like a long day work and because
- 15:57Speaker 1: we used to be men, and like dirt gets on
- 15:59Speaker 1: your face. Yeah, it feels like that is what girls
- 16:01Speaker 1: feel like? Or do they used to it? It's like
- 16:04Speaker 1: nails When you get nails done for the first time,
- 16:05Speaker 1: you feel it.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Or is it like, So, have you ever been at
- 16:11Speaker 2: work on a hot day sweating and when the sweat dries,
- 16:15Speaker 2: it does feel that. This is what it feels like.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I feel heavy, heavy, Yeah, yeah, I'm actually tired. To
- 16:22Speaker 1: be fair, the grind, don't stop making the grind?
- 16:24Speaker 2: Yeah the grind an episode about to the bad. So, yeah,
- 16:29Speaker 2: we got makeup done for the first time, and I
- 16:31Speaker 2: want to say that getting makeup done and having a
- 16:36Speaker 2: glam session like relaxing.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I felt beautiful.
- 16:40Speaker 2: It was like being the center of attention, Like there
- 16:43Speaker 2: is something about being the center of attention that is
- 16:45Speaker 2: just amazing.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And they have to compliment you too, because it kind
- 16:49Speaker 1: of bridges the awkwardness. Even if you're not beautiful exactly,
- 16:52Speaker 1: they've got to tell you, even if.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You're but ugly, like you got some good features going
- 16:56Speaker 2: for you, great skins, Like I'm up in your business.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I got to tell you. It's good exactly, like you're
- 17:00Speaker 2: getting paid to be and so like we're not paying
- 17:04Speaker 2: them at least, which is good. But yeah, she looks
- 17:05Speaker 2: at you goes, oh those eyelashes, like I'd kill for him,
- 17:07Speaker 2: and I think how often you use that one?
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, She's like, working with men is so good, you
- 17:14Speaker 1: don't care. And we're like, we'll take the compliment. We'll
- 17:16Speaker 1: take the compliment.
- 17:17Speaker 2: I could. I could see why I'm being a makeup
- 17:19Speaker 2: artist and working with men is good because like we
- 17:21Speaker 2: don't know anything. I actually reckon I could do good
- 17:23Speaker 2: makeup to that is I actually reckon I could hands
- 17:26Speaker 2: give me the challenge, the most male thing you've ever said.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Just let the women have something.
- 17:31Speaker 1: No no, no, no, I don't want to do it consistently.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Give me one shot of doing makeup and I won't
- 17:35Speaker 1: miss on you. How can I could do a really
- 17:37Speaker 1: good job?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Okay, let's get like.
- 17:39Speaker 1: I just I need all the equipment.
- 17:40Speaker 2: So get all the equipment in front of you. But
- 17:42Speaker 2: no one's telling you how. Yeah, I can I reckon
- 17:44Speaker 2: you could work out what goes first and last? No no, no,
- 17:46Speaker 2: no no no.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I didn't say I could do it, right, I said
- 17:49Speaker 1: I could make you look good.
- 17:51Speaker 2: No, I don't trust you.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Yeah, So I don't want someone saying like, no, this
- 17:54Speaker 1: goes there, because that will fuck me If you're my
- 17:56Speaker 1: blank canvas shirt off, pants off and I'll go to town.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Okay, here's what we damn pause in case I shut off.
- 18:04Speaker 2: But my shirt off and my pants off and you're
- 18:06Speaker 2: going town?
- 18:06Speaker 1: Yeah, pick long enough to process that. Well, what if
- 18:10Speaker 1: I spill somethe Yeah, I don't want to stand any
- 18:11Speaker 1: of us.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Hey, you didn't say your pants are off? Yeah, yeah,
- 18:17Speaker 2: I didn't. We'll see what happens. We should do for
- 18:21Speaker 2: a raw Dog episode, because why not we do it
- 18:23Speaker 2: for a main episode. We'll make a video in the
- 18:26Speaker 2: beginning that's not in the episode, or we could have
- 18:28Speaker 2: it at the start of maybe the video episode. But
- 18:31Speaker 2: let's do an episode where we spend that we get
- 18:35Speaker 2: we both get thirty minutes prior I get to do
- 18:38Speaker 2: your makeup and you get to do mine. No mirrors,
- 18:40Speaker 2: no mirrors, We're what we look like. And then so
- 18:43Speaker 2: we have a monitor in our studio obviously that shows
- 18:45Speaker 2: what the feed is. We'll turn that shit away and
- 18:48Speaker 2: then we we do a whole entire episode where I'm
- 18:51Speaker 2: just looking at you and you're just looking at me,
- 18:52Speaker 2: and like we don't get to see it till we
- 18:55Speaker 2: edit or some shit.
- 18:56Speaker 1: That's a funny idead clip.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Oh fuck, that's actually a good idea. We probably need
- 19:02Speaker 2: a film that day. Yeah, yeah, I d a percent.
- 19:04Speaker 2: We would.
- 19:05Speaker 1: I tell you what I wanted to talk about. So,
- 19:07Speaker 1: Jake has been staying at my parents' house. Actually way,
- 19:10Speaker 1: he's on the central Yeah, we got the whole downstairs.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You have my old Setup's quite of good. It's quite good.
- 19:15Speaker 1: But he came over to mine and my girlfriend's place
- 19:18Speaker 1: last night to have dinner. And the conversation that you
- 19:21Speaker 1: must have started it with my girlfriend I wanted to continue,
- 19:26Speaker 1: actually because it was obviously organic. But I was, like,
- 19:28Speaker 1: I was thinking to myself, I didn't say it to
- 19:30Speaker 1: you at the time. I was, this is just a
- 19:31Speaker 1: good podcast, fucking topic. A he just starts talking to
- 19:35Speaker 1: my girlfriend, my lovely, beautiful girlfriend about like shitting how
- 19:38Speaker 1: many times she ships in.
- 19:40Speaker 2: I was talking to Cassie about her Bound movie. You
- 19:42Speaker 2: want to get to know a person, you may as
- 19:44Speaker 2: well get the nitty gritty, sue me.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, And I wanted the baddies to know the
- 19:49Speaker 1: real Jake.
- 19:50Speaker 2: They know me, Yeah, they want to talk about that
- 19:53Speaker 2: ship yeaheah.
- 19:53Speaker 1: But I thought it was so funny and bringing up
- 19:55Speaker 1: some funny stories like that.
- 19:57Speaker 2: But how did it come up?
- 19:58Speaker 1: I think you asked about her tummy.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Maybe, and then I asked how her tummy was because
- 20:02Speaker 2: I know that she's been having like she found out
- 20:05Speaker 2: that she has had like this parasite or some shit for.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Agents, not a parasite, something else, but like the.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Lining of her stomach has been infected. Yeah, and then
- 20:12Speaker 2: it's obviously she's getting getting it better now. Yeah, But no,
- 20:17Speaker 2: I don't. I think you started it by saying you
- 20:19Speaker 2: haven't you've only poved once.
- 20:20Speaker 1: No, no, no, I joined the conversation. I was cooking and
- 20:23Speaker 1: then I said, yeah, I've been living with my girlfriend
- 20:26Speaker 1: for like a week and a half and I've only
- 20:29Speaker 1: chat once at our new place. And I said, these
- 20:33Speaker 1: two were giving me shit because my bodily functions take
- 20:38Speaker 1: a bit of time to get comfortable and settle. Yeah,
- 20:40Speaker 1: so I've been having pre work out. Then I go
- 20:42Speaker 1: to the gym at like ten or eleven.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Basically a diva. It's just your body is literally a diva. Yeah,
- 20:49Speaker 2: it's saying no to the toilet at your new place.
- 20:52Speaker 1: But I did one this morning. You'll be proud to know.
- 20:54Speaker 1: That's what I wanted to tell you about.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Oh it was.
- 20:57Speaker 1: It was actually quite small, but it was good.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Was you know what I color? Yeah, I never think
- 21:03Speaker 2: about the color. I thought.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I definitely do really a nice bread.
- 21:07Speaker 2: It's a good shade like my shirt.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it was actually cool.
- 21:13Speaker 2: You know what I feel like a speckley Turds are healthy?
- 21:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that's My dad's been pretty good.
- 21:19Speaker 2: That's good.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Yeah, my dad's been quite colder than chocolate eggs that
- 21:22Speaker 1: have been on special. But I've been fitting him in
- 21:23Speaker 1: my calorie deficit. There you go, whatever makes you sleep
- 21:29Speaker 1: at night, exactly, my.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Big I hate it when you're like I gotta go.
- 21:35Speaker 2: What was that jolt?
- 21:35Speaker 1: Like you like you ever like like fucking Jack just
- 21:38Speaker 1: thrusted bad when he said, oh.
- 21:40Speaker 2: You never like the feeling and things like I gotta go.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Well, you're like your Wheeli's gone with your thrust. What's
- 21:44Speaker 1: going on here? That's not I'm just clenching that feeling
- 21:48Speaker 1: when you gotta go, you gotta go.
- 21:49Speaker 2: No, So the feeling of like, oh, I need to
- 21:51Speaker 2: take a ship. Yeah, and when you're like, yeah, like
- 21:55Speaker 2: I need to go, like you know, it's not like
- 21:56Speaker 2: urgently like yeah if I go now, like I'll do
- 21:58Speaker 2: a nice big turn. But then you just like little
- 22:00Speaker 2: baby tiny tail, I don't feel good and you're like
- 22:03Speaker 2: I know it's not done, but I'm not sitting here. Yeah.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I have a problem actually of just like rushing in
- 22:07Speaker 1: a day but like unconsciously, yeah, you take forever I
- 22:11Speaker 1: got on my phone.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Yeah, true, but so do I.
- 22:13Speaker 1: But then also like I feel like I don't know,
- 22:14Speaker 1: I feel like someone scarred me that Kidney Stone debate.
- 22:18Speaker 2: No, it might have been Beth that told you something. Yeah,
- 22:20Speaker 2: because Beth tells me if I sit on a toilet
- 22:22Speaker 2: for too long, then I am going to get a
- 22:27Speaker 2: what's it called when a van pops out of your butthole? Hernia?
- 22:31Speaker 2: Is that right?
- 22:32Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 22:32Speaker 2: She said that. I'll get a hurt, like my butt
- 22:34Speaker 2: hole's gonna herniate if I sit there for too long
- 22:36Speaker 2: because of the gravity and the way you're sitting. It's
- 22:38Speaker 2: like loosening the muscles. Interesting, funnily enough, actually didn't help.
- 22:45Speaker 1: You know how we are transitioning from male to female?
- 22:51Speaker 2: No?
- 22:51Speaker 1: No, no, young men to more luck our father's question.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I would say, we're young men, Yeah, yeah, we are.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Do you go from young men to men to middle
- 23:03Speaker 2: aged men or do you just go from young men
- 23:05Speaker 2: to middle aged men? Middle aged probably.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Like so we're just gonna go from young men to
- 23:11Speaker 1: middle aged men to middle aged man. Yeah, I think so, Yeah,
- 23:13Speaker 1: I think so.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I reckon.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I don't think there's just.
- 23:15Speaker 2: A right now.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Would you say, like we're men, we're probably classified as men, yeah,
- 23:20Speaker 1: but like, do you know how like it's also like
- 23:21Speaker 1: the debate of a sense of like obviously.
- 23:23Speaker 2: We're men, but also I don't feel like I'm a
- 23:25Speaker 2: man now.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Like it's the same as like when you go through
- 23:28Speaker 1: school you think everyone who's older than you has their
- 23:30Speaker 1: life sort it.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but now that.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I'm in that position, I don't have my life sort it,
- 23:33Speaker 1: and I don't feel that way.
- 23:34Speaker 2: It's the same thing.
- 23:35Speaker 1: But where I was going with it was I'm experiencing
- 23:39Speaker 1: in real time a little bit of change because in
- 23:44Speaker 1: a sense, I've been looking at caravans just in my
- 23:47Speaker 1: free time. I think that's what started. I spoke on
- 23:49Speaker 1: the main episode about my addiction.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Yeah, already has a strange addiction. Hey, and strange. I
- 23:58Speaker 2: don't want to just I said, you could go on
- 23:59Speaker 2: that show called My Strange Addiction. You know that show.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Shame me.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Though. Some people's strange adiction is eating toilet paper. Some
- 24:06Speaker 2: people's strang adiction is like eating their fingernails or some shit.
- 24:09Speaker 2: It's not weird that your strange addiction is sniffing underwear.
- 24:14Speaker 1: My fucking addiction is Facebook marketplace.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 24:18Speaker 1: I've gotten a tangent of caravans anyway, That's not what
- 24:20Speaker 1: I've been enjoying looking.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Up the underwear. Sell them a marketplace.
- 24:27Speaker 1: No, I feel like that marketplace would take it down.
- 24:29Speaker 1: They've got some good bots up there. Yeah, but I've
- 24:33Speaker 1: been enjoying looking up different type of caravan toilets.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Let's be real, I am not far off.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Like my strange addiction Isn't that My strange addiction is
- 24:46Speaker 1: marketplace like. I'm not putting that much work in to it.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But before I came to pick you up this morning
- 24:50Speaker 1: at seven am, I was like five minutes late because
- 24:52Speaker 1: I was watching.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I thought you want it. I was like, why are
- 24:55Speaker 2: you late?
- 24:55Speaker 1: I was watching it was it was I didn't watch
- 24:58Speaker 1: the whole thing, but I actually we got distracted. It
- 25:00Speaker 1: was an hour fifteen long YouTube video on all the
- 25:05Speaker 1: different type of caravans. And it goes from I wish
- 25:12Speaker 1: we have we have a little spike badis at like
- 25:14Speaker 1: fifty and now know what I'm talking about.
- 25:15Speaker 2: No one else will, but you mean an age bright, Yeah,
- 25:18Speaker 2: because that's.
- 25:19Speaker 1: When people star getting the caravans. I'm just standing there early.
- 25:21Speaker 1: So there's cassette toilets, right, is that?
- 25:25Speaker 2: Which is.
- 25:28Speaker 1: That's just like generic run of the mill type toilets.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Most caravans have them.
- 25:31Speaker 2: They have a cassette toy. Yeah.
- 25:32Speaker 1: But there's this new thing coming out and it's called
- 25:34Speaker 1: a composting toilet. Cool which has been around composting, but
- 25:37Speaker 1: that's just the hole on the ground. But they've been
- 25:38Speaker 1: able to bring the technology where it can posts in
- 25:40Speaker 1: itself and then you can just put it in the ground,
- 25:43Speaker 1: in the soil and just decompose it. You don't have
- 25:45Speaker 1: to dump your shit at a dumb side or and
- 25:47Speaker 1: put it back into the toilet. I've been researching them
- 25:49Speaker 1: and it's quite interesting the technology.
- 25:55Speaker 2: So what do you think are you what are you
- 25:56Speaker 2: gonna do?
- 25:58Speaker 1: So the problem is composting toil. Its still a new technology.
- 26:01Speaker 1: So it's actually quite expensive. How much the cheapest one,
- 26:05Speaker 1: there's one cheap one, but I don't know. This is
- 26:07Speaker 1: what I've been watching and researching, is four hundred dollars.
- 26:09Speaker 1: That's cheap, no, no, no, But every other model was two
- 26:13Speaker 1: thousand dollars, which I'm not touching. But cassettes range from
- 26:16Speaker 1: eighty to like two hundred for a good one, so
- 26:17Speaker 1: cassette is a lot cheaper. But the new technology set
- 26:19Speaker 1: toilet though, it locks all the odor and then you
- 26:22Speaker 1: have to dump all the ship. Also, like you know
- 26:24Speaker 1: when you go to a caravan park and there's a
- 26:26Speaker 1: dumb side, Yeah, that's what it's for. That's where you
- 26:27Speaker 1: got a cassette toilet. Your shit doesn't like decomposing anything.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Everything just stays there forever and then you have to
- 26:32Speaker 1: dispose of it, whereas this one you can get in
- 26:33Speaker 1: a decomposing bag and it's put it in the band.
- 26:35Speaker 1: It can become like dog shit like it's a way
- 26:37Speaker 1: better system and there's less what does it mix your
- 26:40Speaker 1: turd with nothing? It's the test in the technology. You
- 26:44Speaker 1: can put a little bit of like sawdust or there's
- 26:46Speaker 1: some other thing to like help it go, but like nothing,
- 26:49Speaker 1: and there's no odors. It's really cool, so you couldn't
- 26:50Speaker 1: it's interesting make one. You couldn't make one on your own, No, no, no,
- 26:55Speaker 1: because there's also like you can go the cheap route,
- 26:57Speaker 1: which is just the bucket and you can put sawdust
- 26:58Speaker 1: in it and then like the composit of yourself. But
- 27:02Speaker 1: I remember actually when my dad used to own a
- 27:04Speaker 1: farm up and buying Bay, and we had a composting toilet,
- 27:10Speaker 1: a big hole in the ground, right yeah, and it
- 27:12Speaker 1: was outdoors.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Obviously it was just a.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Shed, and I remember as a kid, I used to
- 27:16Speaker 1: be shit scared of it because you'd go take a
- 27:18Speaker 1: ship and it's just a black hole that smells.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Like pooh and you can't see the bottom.
- 27:23Speaker 1: No, you can't see the bottom, and then like you
- 27:24Speaker 1: piss and then it like this goes.
- 27:27Speaker 2: It's scared.
- 27:28Speaker 1: I remember being like seven or eight going out there,
- 27:30Speaker 1: like I don't want to fucking ship.
- 27:31Speaker 2: And I have to. Yeah, yeah, that's so valid. Like
- 27:34Speaker 2: a lot of camp sites have that.
- 27:35Speaker 1: But learning about this, really we were talking about like
- 27:38Speaker 1: the bad things of the world, really makes me appreciate
- 27:41Speaker 1: the technology of a toilet honestly crazy.
- 27:44Speaker 2: I know, like the technology of a toy. It's crazy
- 27:46Speaker 2: because like at the back of it, it's either an
- 27:49Speaker 2: s trap or a pea trap. And like what the
- 27:51Speaker 2: water does in the toilet, this stops the smell coming out.
- 27:55Speaker 2: That's why it doesn't stink, because you know there's water
- 27:58Speaker 2: just sitting there. Yeah. Do you remember when Beth and
- 28:04Speaker 2: I went camping and I told you about that story
- 28:06Speaker 2: of her getting constipated. What she had to ship in
- 28:09Speaker 2: when she took the laxatives was one of those like
- 28:11Speaker 2: big deep hole toilets.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, that's like at most camp sites that are secluded,
- 28:18Speaker 1: it will be just the drop toilet.
- 28:19Speaker 2: My biggest fear snakes buying your booty oy. My biggest
- 28:24Speaker 2: fear with the toilet in general is imagine if something
- 28:27Speaker 2: just came up and touched you.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I've always thought like on the out side ones, imagine
- 28:30Speaker 1: a snake's chilling in there, but maybe the smell like gets.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Rid of all the rest. Snake doesn't want to chill
- 28:35Speaker 2: in a ship hole. But is it in a hole? Yeah,
- 28:39Speaker 2: but I was gonna say my biggest fear is like
- 28:41Speaker 2: because sometimes during the day when it's light outside in
- 28:46Speaker 2: those compost toilets or like they're just the big deep
- 28:48Speaker 2: hole toilets, you can tell it's been a busy summer
- 28:51Speaker 2: because the ship's getting close to the rim. Imagine just like, well.
- 28:56Speaker 1: People are think feeling that hole because they don't empty that.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I think they can. Oh, I don't know. Actually it's
- 29:02Speaker 1: a good question. Bad he is out there, any of you.
- 29:04Speaker 1: But if you know and if you do that for all, yeah,
- 29:09Speaker 1: that is disgusting. I'll tell you what my biggest fear
- 29:11Speaker 1: is at the moment.
- 29:12Speaker 2: What having a bad night sleep for real? Yeah, I've
- 29:17Speaker 2: been sleeping good, Jake. So you're living through your West fears. Yeah, Now,
- 29:21Speaker 2: I tell you, I've been trying to tell you what
- 29:23Speaker 2: my little I got a new little routine for my sleep.
- 29:25Speaker 2: I try it.
- 29:25Speaker 1: So I tried it. Jake told me two nights ago,
- 29:28Speaker 1: tell us what it is, Okay.
- 29:29Speaker 2: So basically I had a couple of nights where it
- 29:34Speaker 2: would be like once or twice a week for about
- 29:36Speaker 2: three weeks, I would wake up to do a WII
- 29:38Speaker 2: and then I went back to bed and I couldn't
- 29:41Speaker 2: fall asleep, and I just kind of had this weird
- 29:43Speaker 2: pit in my stomach, and I thought I must just
- 29:45Speaker 2: be a bit anxious, like, which is fine, And I
- 29:47Speaker 2: just would sometimes fall asleep at like maybe I would
- 29:50Speaker 2: wake up at two and four back sleep at four
- 29:51Speaker 2: or five or something, and then I just have liked
- 29:53Speaker 2: be really shitty the next day. And I did some
- 29:55Speaker 2: research just with my best friend Claude, and so what
- 30:01Speaker 2: I came what me and Claude came to the conclusion
- 30:04Speaker 2: of was before bed having magnesium and some actual gander. Yeah.
- 30:12Speaker 2: So both of the magnesium is good for like muscle
- 30:14Speaker 2: relaxing and stuff, and then the actual gund is good
- 30:16Speaker 2: for some stress relief. Stress relief which is good because
- 30:20Speaker 2: are currently like the quarters of spikes in the middle
- 30:22Speaker 2: of the night can get you up and stuff like that.
- 30:23Speaker 2: So I thought I could be a little bit anxious,
- 30:25Speaker 2: a little bit stressed, but also Claude was like, let
- 30:29Speaker 2: me be real with you, like you also could just
- 30:30Speaker 2: be pissing for the sake of pissing because you think
- 30:32Speaker 2: you need to piss, Like if you wake up and
- 30:35Speaker 2: you're like, ah, I'm awake, just like for a couple
- 30:39Speaker 2: of nights, just test laying there for five minutes, because
- 30:41Speaker 2: you might just fall back asleep, like you might have
- 30:43Speaker 2: just woken up.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Oh you left that bit out. No, I didn't laying
- 30:47Speaker 1: there for five minutes.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Yes, I told you that.
- 30:51Speaker 4: You don't listen because I said that, I said, just
- 30:53Speaker 4: try and fall back asleep.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Standing up, I said, trying back asleep. I don't need it.
- 30:58Speaker 2: That insinuates that you are still in bed.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Stay, insinuates again, insinuates.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right. No, you said.
- 31:05Speaker 1: You didn't say lay there for five minutes. You said
- 31:07Speaker 1: try to fall back to sleep. So first night, so
- 31:11Speaker 1: you went for like twenty the first night, I fell
- 31:16Speaker 1: back asleep.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Good.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Second night, I was in my own hey, and I
- 31:19Speaker 1: was like, let me try to think again, and I
- 31:20Speaker 1: don't think I left it for five minutes.
- 31:22Speaker 2: I was like, oh I pissed. No, But if you
- 31:25Speaker 2: need to piss.
- 31:25Speaker 1: But I don't know if I need to piss all.
- 31:27Speaker 1: That's what's wrong with me.
- 31:28Speaker 2: That's the thing as well with me. How do you
- 31:29Speaker 2: know I.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Should like the human body should have like a level
- 31:32Speaker 1: and then I could lift my shirt up and then
- 31:34Speaker 1: it says you are full, Go take a pit.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Here is one thing that your body will not do
- 31:41Speaker 2: is piss itself, so that that it will not do it.
- 31:45Speaker 1: What's it called when hypnosis? I feel like I need that, Yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 1: because people go a lot of baddies and men out
- 31:53Speaker 1: there and or so men.
- 31:53Speaker 2: I don't know why I said it like that.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Addicted to vapes and they go people.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Try and get it on addicted to vepes to be
- 32:00Speaker 2: a hypnosis yeah, real, The.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Hypnosis stocks have been going up since vapes came out.
- 32:07Speaker 2: It's open up for fucking hypnosis.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I think you actually need a proper qualification today.
- 32:12Speaker 1: It sounds like a joke, but you actually don't.
- 32:15Speaker 2: You actually do so are you going to get hypnotized?
- 32:18Speaker 4: No?
- 32:18Speaker 1: No, no, Well my dad went before we had cancer
- 32:22Speaker 1: and yeah, prostate cancer. En after the chemo, he had
- 32:26Speaker 1: real trouble sleeping. So I think it's in my blood
- 32:27Speaker 1: as well, what do you mean he had cancer? No, no, no, no,
- 32:31Speaker 1: no no no wait, let me land obviously a very
- 32:35Speaker 1: very valid reason to have really bad sleeps. But now
- 32:37Speaker 1: every single sign of his health is good, and all
- 32:40Speaker 1: the doctors are saying you should be sleeping good now.
- 32:43Speaker 1: But now it's sort of a mental psyche thing in
- 32:45Speaker 1: a sense of he thinks he doesn't feel that good,
- 32:47Speaker 1: and then he's having body twitches and he's got to
- 32:49Speaker 1: go to a hypnosis to try and get rid of
- 32:51Speaker 1: that because on paper everything's.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Fine, right. Annoying?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's why it's in my blood. Because maybe
- 32:55Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm in my head too much. Yeah, you're
- 32:57Speaker 1: never thinker, So how do.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Sometimes I do? Admit? Okay, here's what the things I
- 33:04Speaker 2: was given He's I'll give you all the tips Claude
- 33:06Speaker 2: gave me.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Because I'd just fucking talk to my friend chat.
- 33:11Speaker 2: I think I might have actually used to Chat for this.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Use my best friend.
- 33:15Speaker 1: You stay with Claude. I'm with chat GPT. That's our personalities.
- 33:18Speaker 1: You know what I think is better about Claude is
- 33:19Speaker 1: it has a name. Yours is called chat GP. Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 1: but we called it. I'm on personal terms with him.
- 33:24Speaker 4: Chat.
- 33:24Speaker 2: That's what everyone calls it chat TiO two. I have
- 33:28Speaker 2: the amount of people I've heard I'll ask chat.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Yeah, but also claudeous copy chat chat was the pioneer
- 33:33Speaker 1: of it started that he started that ship. I haven't
- 33:36Speaker 1: even used claud yet because I don't feel the need
- 33:37Speaker 1: because my best friend chat's good.
- 33:39Speaker 2: You that. That's like saying, like, just because Hamish Nandy
- 33:43Speaker 2: started podcasting first, everyone should listen to them, but not us.
- 33:45Speaker 1: I think that is actually a really valid reason they're great.
- 33:50Speaker 1: It's supposed to be advocating for us. If you're here,
- 33:52Speaker 1: you're already here, like I don't need to advocate anymore.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Okay, first things first, Yeah, try and drink all your water,
- 34:05Speaker 2: like before five six pm. I like to have a
- 34:08Speaker 2: hydration beverage at eight o'clock pm. Yeah, like just like
- 34:12Speaker 2: not a lot of water, So like a third of
- 34:15Speaker 2: a glass of water with two hydra lighted in it.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Just push that to six with my dinner. It's good.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Shout Well, just directly after it said, I've tried, I tried.
- 34:22Speaker 2: What time do you go to sleep? About nine?
- 34:24Speaker 1: Okay, try and be done drinking by seven seven. I've
- 34:28Speaker 1: this before and then I didn't do anything. So I
- 34:29Speaker 1: was like, I'm as drink some water. Like I tried
- 34:31Speaker 1: pushing it back an hour, an hour, and I think
- 34:32Speaker 1: I went to six before. I don't think Pepsi maxis no.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Because he's You're not hilarious you say that because the
- 34:39Speaker 2: next thing I was about to say was do your
- 34:41Speaker 2: best not to have any caffeine after like twelve to
- 34:44Speaker 2: one pm. It's caffeine. We just had some.
- 34:47Speaker 4: I wouldn't be here right now recording, like today is
- 34:50Speaker 4: a day where you can have a bit of caffeine,
- 34:51Speaker 4: Like it's fine day's work day, So no more Pepsi
- 34:55Speaker 4: max at dinner time, just like there's caffe it's like
- 34:57Speaker 4: a coffee shot nearly.
- 34:58Speaker 1: That's like telling an addict can't have any more drugs.
- 35:01Speaker 2: But I'm telling you you can have your drugs just
- 35:03Speaker 2: before my midday good point.
- 35:07Speaker 1: So I've got to change my b It's kind of
- 35:09Speaker 1: like to me, I understand, like it's bad, like when
- 35:13Speaker 1: someone really wants a beer after a long day's work
- 35:15Speaker 1: and see, peppy max is way better. But I look
- 35:17Speaker 1: forward to my person cigarette.
- 35:19Speaker 2: Yeah it is. Yeah, I said, like your life's easy,
- 35:21Speaker 2: so don't just get over it.
- 35:22Speaker 1: So I should, So I should change my I feel
- 35:26Speaker 1: like I feel like I feel like a bit of
- 35:28Speaker 1: an unhealthy guy if I have a peppy max.
- 35:30Speaker 2: Let me just tell you what you need to do,
- 35:31Speaker 2: all right, doctor Jake in the middle, Now, I'm not
- 35:33Speaker 2: like doctor Claude.
- 35:34Speaker 1: That's your whole personality.
- 35:35Speaker 2: It is what it is. He doesn't even know his
- 35:39Speaker 2: name is doctor Craige. Let's do this. Try try for
- 35:44Speaker 2: the no caffeine after like twelve to one pm. You
- 35:47Speaker 2: could do two pm. It's fine. Just like give your
- 35:49Speaker 2: body like a good six to like eight hours sleep.
- 35:52Speaker 1: So I should gym in the morning, have my caffeine.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Then you quite often do that, right, Yeah, sometimes I
- 35:56Speaker 1: feel it after lunch, I go off feeling so.
- 35:58Speaker 2: But if you're going to gym after just try no
- 36:00Speaker 2: pre workout, which is a good way for you to
- 36:02Speaker 2: get off the pre work because you want to have
- 36:03Speaker 2: a detox healthy doc. So just try. If you're going
- 36:07Speaker 2: to do caffeine, just keep it before one pm. Let's
- 36:09Speaker 2: go one pm for you, okay. Have all your water
- 36:12Speaker 2: before six pm, yeah or maybe six thirty whatever. Right
- 36:16Speaker 2: after dinner, have yourhydr lights. Put a little bit of
- 36:19Speaker 2: magnesium in that bitch and have your actual gandha. All right,
- 36:22Speaker 2: the acshual gun is going to take two weeks to
- 36:23Speaker 2: kick him by the way, Oh it does now, but
- 36:26Speaker 2: keep doing it and then no more drinking after that.
- 36:29Speaker 2: And then let's go like one hour to thirty minutes
- 36:32Speaker 2: before bed. I know you do go off your phone
- 36:34Speaker 2: at eight pm, but apparently like properly winding down, so
- 36:37Speaker 2: no marketplace, so no more.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Market Yeah, isn't there a rule to like have one
- 36:42Speaker 1: at a time, get rid of what don't go about
- 36:46Speaker 1: guns blazing. That's what I've heard on the street.
- 36:48Speaker 2: Stock that's what you want to do, That's what you
- 36:51Speaker 2: can do. But I'm just telling you what needs to
- 36:52Speaker 2: be done by the finish line, all right. And so
- 36:55Speaker 2: let's go like one hour before bed, having like a
- 36:57Speaker 2: proper wind down time, all right, because apparently even like
- 37:02Speaker 2: no TV, like it's just kind of like the screens thing.
- 37:04Speaker 2: So like properly wind down, read a book like you
- 37:08Speaker 2: could maybe listen to a podcast. You can listen to
- 37:12Speaker 2: a book. You could just do a new hobby like
- 37:15Speaker 2: that doesn't require a screen play a board game used
- 37:18Speaker 2: to it, Yeah, bring it back or bring back in it.
- 37:21Speaker 2: You know, you could like quite therapeutic. You could like
- 37:23Speaker 2: try and master a new skill with that hour before
- 37:25Speaker 2: better or something. But apparently it's just like really good.
- 37:26Speaker 1: To and something doesn't piss me off because I've tried
- 37:28Speaker 1: doing lego before, but I get real annoyed when I
- 37:30Speaker 1: can't do it.
- 37:31Speaker 2: You can't do lego. There's instructions.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I guess feel like because you can't find
- 37:35Speaker 1: the piece. I tried doing a McLaren kit once. I
- 37:37Speaker 1: fucking just throw it out. They fuck that shit, and
- 37:40Speaker 1: it really annoyed me. Legos four plus, No, this one
- 37:43Speaker 1: was like twelve plus. Bro it goes off to like
- 37:44Speaker 1: twenty plus. Yes it does, Yes, it does.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Yes, telling you right now, there's no way there's any
- 37:50Speaker 2: Legos at twenty plus because at eighteen you can drink alcohol.
- 37:52Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure you can do any legos.
- 37:53Speaker 1: And now it goes off mind capacity not fucking.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Drinking right now that they're awful A plus. There's occasional
- 38:02Speaker 2: twelve class, but the fact that you couldn't do this
- 38:04Speaker 2: thing is embarrassing. It's far. It was hard.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Well, it's not that I gave up because I'm like
- 38:09Speaker 1: in fruction, no, but I was thinking I was like
- 38:11Speaker 1: because I was like, I had that exact mindset. I'll
- 38:14Speaker 1: sit down, I'll put the show on and I'll do
- 38:16Speaker 1: my lego and relax. And I was getting annoyed. I
- 38:19Speaker 1: was like, this is this is really hard, but I
- 38:22Speaker 1: think that's my therapeutic time. It's been a medtime.
- 38:24Speaker 2: So what's another hobby you could do before bed? Wank it? Yeah,
- 38:28Speaker 2: I mean, if you want no.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Other hobbies? Though, now I'm pretty actually I actually I
- 38:34Speaker 1: want to go back into surfing. I can't do that
- 38:35Speaker 1: before bed, though. I went for one the other day
- 38:37Speaker 1: and I really enjoyed it.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:39Speaker 1: So just like the hour of No Screens is probably,
- 38:41Speaker 1: I'm going to start reading Throwing a Glass. It's going
- 38:43Speaker 1: to take up most of my time for about forty
- 38:45Speaker 1: five minutes every night.
- 38:46Speaker 2: So there we go. We done. You go five chapters
- 38:47Speaker 2: of throwing a glass, come.
- 38:48Speaker 5: A weapon, So to reiterate it, you haven't done it,
- 38:51Speaker 5: and so we don't know that I've got I'm waiting for.
- 38:55Speaker 5: We have a we have a system in place that
- 38:57Speaker 5: I want to I'm a systematic bloke, agreed, and once
- 39:01Speaker 5: that system is ready to go.
- 39:02Speaker 2: I'll start reading.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Okay, that's what I'm waiting for so to reiterate, no
- 39:08Speaker 1: more pepsi max.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Ye what else?
- 39:11Speaker 1: Basically, just take away everything you love and do the opposite.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Oh all right, well that's the case. Takeaway things I love.
- 39:19Speaker 2: Podcast over, Thanks for listening.
- 39:21Speaker 1: I can't talk to my best friend anymore.
- 39:22Speaker 2: It's because I love it.
- 39:23Speaker 1: I love him, I love him. That's it. That's that's it,
- 39:27Speaker 1: not for real.
- 39:28Speaker 2: We have to go, but stay bad
