E.coli cases continue to rise in relation to the popular 4S Ranch restaurant, Miguel's Cocina. In Chula Vista, a shooting at a popular brewery sent 3 people to the hospital and triggered a temporary lockdown at Otay Ranch Town Center. SDSU lifted its fraternity moratorium right before Halloween weekend.
