- 1:39One thing I want to talk about before we get into the space is what is happening in Georgia over the 2020 election.
- 1:45There were so many irregularities, and of course, there were both sides in court for years.
- 1:50Donald Trump, he was one of 19 that was charged with felonies in a RICO case.
- 1:57That was with Fonnie Willis, who has been testifying in the Senate there in Georgia recently.
- 2:02But there is some new news that has come out in the last week.
- 2:16This is something that many of us talked about over four and a half years ago.
- 2:20I know I put a post out in June of 2021 about it.
- 2:24335,000 without a chain of custody, and it was a problem.
- 2:30Those were all early vote, and they were all done by mail.
- 2:34Well, now we're going to get to the bottom of it because the Department of Justice has sued.
- 2:39They have sued many states.
- 2:40Georgia is one that is pushing back on that.
- 2:43They're not going to have any luck.
- 2:44Secretary of State uh Raffensburger there.
- 2:47He has said we're not going to give you the information about our voter roles.
- 2:50Well, they can't.
- 2:51There is a 1960 law that is a federal law that says the federal government can ask for, and you have to produce that whenever we ask.
- 3:00So pay attention to that.
- 3:02It's going to be going through court, I'm sure, because Georgia is not complying, but they are going to be forced and compelled to do that.
- 3:11You know, over the weekend, Turning Point USA, they had their big am fest.
- 3:15I'm a big supporter of Turning Point USA, and of course, everybody knows what happened to Charlie Kirk.
- 3:20This was the first Amfest since his assassination.
- 3:24It was well attended, the biggest one ever, in fact, over 32,000.
- 3:28One thing they did over the weekend that caught my attention was they endorsed JD Vance for president.
- 3:35And I thought it was odd, and I don't know if you feel this way, that an organization built on open debate actually is closing the debate on who the demo the Republican presidential nominee may be by endorsing J.D.
- 3:49Vance so far out in advance.
- 3:52There really is no need for that.
- 3:54We're three years away from the election.
- 3:57Why do it now?
- 3:58It really doesn't make any sense to me.
- 4:00There's plenty of time.
- 4:01And it's more important right now to put attention, if you're turning point USA, in my opinion, on the 2026 midterm.
- 4:09Because it is much more important.
- 4:11JD Vance, when he spoke at Turning Point USA this weekend, he mentioned that.
- 4:15He talked about the 226 uh midterm.
- 4:18I thought it was interesting.
- 4:19I thought I would pass it along.
- 4:21Something else I continue to see are people on social media and other places talking about nuking the filibuster.
- 4:28I think it's a terrible idea.
- 4:30I have for a long time.
- 4:32I have talked about it.
- 4:33I don't think the Republicans get anything.
- 4:36They're guaranteed absolutely nothing.
- 4:38The only thing that we are guaranteed if they nuke the filibuster would be everything that we don't want.
- 4:45We would be guaranteed that when the Democrats come back in power.
- 4:49It will happen.
- 4:51And that's not a good idea, I don't think.
- 4:54And I'll give you some names and reasons why.
- 4:57You have people like John Cornyn, Tom Tillis, Susan Murkowski, Lisa Collins, Susan Collins.
- 5:07Who else?
- 5:07Mitch McConnell in Kentucky, just to name some.
- 5:11I can name six quickly, but there's a couple of more that would probably hold things up, like Rand Paul, for instance.
- 5:18All you can do is lose three of those Republican Senate votes on anything, and then that's it.
- 5:24And J.D.
- 5:25Vance would have to break the tie.
- 5:27You lose the fourth and you don't pass anything.
- 5:30And that's that's too big of a gamble.
- 5:32I believe to give up everything, and I mean everything.
- 5:36And I just don't like it.
- 5:38Let's get into a pulse of the people.
- 5:40Let's start things off right here.
- 5:42Well, you were just mentioning the fact that President Trump is doing to be honest with you, he's doing pretty much exactly everything that I've asked him to do for us.
- 5:54And on November 6th of 2024, after he was elected, I asked him to figure out the Middle East peace process there in Israel and Gaza, and I asked him to if he could remove the Supreme Ayatollah and BB out of the peace process, and they moved it to Mecca with uh Crown Prince, which was a brilliant, brilliant idea.
- 6:17And Egypt.
- 6:18And of course they Egypt was involved too.
- 6:20That's correct.
- 6:22And so he he he did exactly what I had asked him to do.
- 6:26And also with Ukraine and in Russia that since Volomir Zelensky is just not mentally fit to lead Ukraine for obvious reasons, not just the drugs with Hunter Biden and all that, but just for the fact that millions of people are dead, and he could have solved this war years ago with uh with the peace process that came from you you the EU with Boris uh Johnson and he refused to do it, and you see the outcome of that failure.
- 6:57And the border is closed, like my friend Greg said, and I asked I asked President Trump to stop the human traffic and then the fentanyl coming across the Panama Canal, and I asked him this to stop the the drug dealers and the cartel and the Chinese from destroying the Daring Gap and stop the slave trade coming out of South America all the way up to America, and he's tried his level best effort to stop that considering the circumstances, and to think that he would also stab off the bricks take over of the petrol dollar by institute and the tariffs and institute and uh the law right there in Argentina to stop the flow of everybody else's cash coming into this area of the Americas are our country booker.
- 7:46I consider the Canadians all the way down to South America, the Americas.
- 7:51And that's a Christian, God-fearing part of the world.
- 7:56And that's what our foundation, our constitution, our bill of rights, and and and the and the constitution came from.
- 8:07Excuse me, the declaration of independence.
- 8:14And we're not gonna let enemies from around the world take us over.
- 8:17So I've I President Trump has done his level best effort to do everything that I personally have asked him to do.
- 8:26And I give them when it comes to the border security, I give them a I agree with you guys on that booker.
- 8:32He's considering the circumstances, and I meant I passed this to the to the younger guys last night.
- 8:38I said, none of y'all cared about Jeffrey Epstein when Joe Biden was present.
- 8:43Why was it never brought up about Jeffrey Epstein while he was president, but now all of a sudden everything is Trump's fault.
- 8:50I find that most suspicious, Booker.
- 8:52Yeah.
- 8:54Well, I I'll put it to you this way when it comes to Epstein.
- 8:57Nothing is gonna be resolved with these files.
- 9:00And uh, you know, the Democrats know that Donald Trump was not in them, or they would have used them.
- 9:06Uh you know, they tried to kill him twice.
- 9:09Back in 2015, 100%, sir.
- 9:12They impeached him twice.
- 9:14They tried to ruin financially, they tried to put him in prison.
- 9:18If he was in the Epstein files in a negative way, they would have used them in 2015, as you just said, Jeff.
- 9:26They didn't.
- 9:27So why did they do that?
- 9:29Well, see, I personally believe the way I read it is when Pam Bondy went on Jesse Waters' show and said she's gonna release them.
- 9:37I think that started at everything for the Democrats.
- 9:40Because the Democrats, I pay a lot of attention to what they say and what they do on social media and on the news.
- 9:45And so what they think has happened now since she went on there and said that she was gonna release them.
- 9:51They think that Donald Trump has taken ten months.
- 9:54This is the narrative.
- 9:55They have taken ten months to scrub his name out of it.
- 9:58So even when it comes
- 10:00Out and his name's not in there, then uh it would seem to exonerate him, but yet it also feeds right into the narrative that they have been setting up now for months, demanding that the Epstein list be removed.
- 10:12Now, uh, they knew that the deadline coming was December 19th, and so last weekend on Friday, prior to, they released the picture uh that was publicly available, not redacted, of the Hawaiian Tropic Girls with their faces covered, and they did that for a reason.
- 10:29Most people that get their news, they don't get it from Twitter or Fox.
- 10:34They're getting it from mainstream media, and it was everywhere last weekend.
- 10:38So, as far as most people in America are concerned, the Epstein files have been released, and Donald Trump was in the pictures.
- 10:46That's all that matters to them.
- 10:48So the Democrats, they they could control that narrative, and the people on the left are gonna think Donald Trump scrubbed it.
- 10:54The people on the right are gonna think everything else is scrubbed, and it's not gonna solve anything, and I've said that for months and months.
- 11:01It's been a complete waste of time.
- 11:02It's derailed Donald Trump's presidency in a lot of ways, and it was an unforced error by an attorney general that's in a job that is way over her head, and she should have never been appointed.
- 11:12She's there, and we're not seeing anything, and even the things that we are seeing, they're not sticking because uh nothing sticks with Pam.
- 11:21She's made some errors.
- 11:22Let's go back to Don't Bend the Knee.
- 11:24Go ahead.
- 11:24Thank you, Becker.
- 11:25Uh yes, the other two things, one thing I had, and then you brought up another Pam Bondy, so I'd like to comment on that as well.
- 11:32But uh your book is on my Christmas wish list, hopefully.
- 11:36It's already been about, and I'll have it and I'm going to read it.
- 11:39And I hope so.
- 11:40Uh yes, sir.
- 11:42Uh, I'd like to get your take.
- 11:44I have been in several spaces in the past whole month where guys are so enthused with AI that they're touting AI, not just for policy war game and to say, okay, if we do this policy, what will be the result and let AI help our legislators?
- 12:03They are actually advocating that AI should run the bureaucracy, and that potentially and eventually we should be voting for an AI instead of a congressman or a sinister to run the country.
- 12:17Uh it's so dystopian to me, but it has become a thing that people are advocating for.
- 12:25Yeah.
- 12:25And then lastly on Pam Bondi, do you think that she is, like you said, over her head, or do you think she's just lazy?
- 12:34I th I really think this woman is just lazy.
- 12:37She just wants to be in Florida.
- 12:39Uh, she don't want to be in DC.
- 12:41She wants her underlings to run the DOJ, and she wants to get some plebiscity out of it.
- 12:47I I don't really think she's in that.
- 12:50Or I don't even think that she's correct like a lot of people because of who she represented in the past.
- 12:56I just think she's lazy.
- 12:58I think she's ready to retire, but still wants a paycheck.
- 13:01So what do you think?
- 13:02Well, I think she's over her head.
- 13:04I I as soon as I heard her name, I was, oh no, this is not gonna go well.
- 13:08And I told that to a couple of people.
- 13:09I wrote an article about it six months ago, seven months ago that she should be removed, that this isn't going anywhere.
- 13:15I also was kind of pretty hard on Marjorie Taylor Green years ago.
- 13:19Finally, people are catching up to me.
- 13:21It's good to see.
- 13:22She's over her head.
- 13:24Let's just be honest.
- 13:25Let's go back to 2020 in the election.
- 13:28You remember she was one of Donald Trump's attorneys.
- 13:31You remember what she did?
- 13:33Anybody?
- 13:34Well, she didn't do anything other than press conferences.
- 13:37That was all she did.
- 13:38That's all she's doing now.
- 13:40I think that's about all she's capable of doing.
- 13:43And I think she's way over her head.
- 13:44When it comes to artificial intelligence, let me go to Jeff first, and then I'll get under artificial intelligence uh and answer those questions for you.
- 13:51Uh go ahead, Jeff.
- 13:52Well, Greg understands the full operation of overhead and production, and there's been a whole lot of overhead in those departments, and we've seen basically uh who of any of substantial power has been arrested since she's been given her job.
- 14:09And I can't think of even one.
- 14:12And for that, for that reason alone, and yes, I think that there's a bit of laziness to it.
- 14:16Yes, of course, and probably some threats.
- 14:20Hey, keep your mouth quiet, and you can go out and sail into the sunset.
- 14:24But uh, she's definitely in over her head, and the results is quite obvious with zero zero production and just overhead, then you'd be out of business.
- 14:35So she should she should resign.
- 14:37Yeah, I agree with you.
- 14:38And Jeff, what you said earlier about uh the things that Donald Trump has done for you.
- 14:44That is the messaging I think that we need to be spending more time on.
- 14:49Less on nuking the filibuster, less on uh it's like all we can do is uh come from a posture of fighting because that's what we have been doing for so long.
- 14:59We need to learn to turn that around.
- 15:01The fact that we have won, and here's what we're doing, and check those boxes.
- 15:06Here's everything that has been done in just a year.
- 15:09And it's really when you look at it the way and go through it the way you did, it's really phenomenal that it has been done.
- 15:14Whether it's done with uh, you know, uh executive orders or not, it is a respite from where we were, and it gives us a chance.
- 15:23Let me go through the Pam Bondy stuff on the Comey and Letitia James cases, because I don't think a lot of people understand what really happened here.
- 15:34This was a a technical problem, and that's why it was thrown out.
- 15:38It was thrown out by a judge that was brought up from South Carolina to the Eastern District of Virginia.
- 15:44Uh this judge would be considered her name is Curry, by the way.
- 15:48She was appointed by Bill Clinton, but she was not objected by one senator from the Republican side when she was appointed.
- 15:56She was brought up to have a different set of eyes take a look at the appointment of Halligan.
- 16:01And the reason why is because when uh you appoint someone as a U.S.
- 16:06attorney as Donald Trump did Eric Siebert in May of this year, you have 120 days to get to that confirmation.
- 16:14If the confirmation is not done, the power to appoint is gone from the executive branch, and it's then given to the district court, a panel of judges.
- 16:24The panel of judges continued and allowed Siebert to continue in his position of the U.S.
- 16:30attorney.
- 16:31If you remember what happened in September, September 19th, I believe, maybe 18th, but 19th, the news came out.
- 16:37Eric Siebert resigned, according to him.
- 16:41Donald Trump put out a post saying he didn't resign, I fired him.
- 16:46So he was fired at that point.
- 16:48That was a legal technicality there.
- 16:50The jurisdiction of power of appointment at that point had been taken over by that district court.
- 16:57That is the decision that that judge curry from South Carolina was come up to ask about.
- 17:02They put Lindsay Halligan in to be the U.S.
- 17:05attorney when they fired Siebert.
- 17:08Now you have to understand why would it be laid out that way in law.
- 17:12Well, if you had uh Joe Biden that was wanting to prosecute you, just flip this around for a minute, and he had an attorney, U.S.
- 17:20attorney like Siebert, who they say would not bring charges against Comey or Letitia James, wouldn't take it to a grand jury, and that's why he was fired or resigned, whatever it was.
- 17:32If it was turned around, it was Joe Biden and he was wanting to do the same thing for people of J6, and he appointed someone to do it, and that person didn't do it, he fired him to get another one that would, you'd probably have a problem with it.
- 17:44So the the authority is taken away from the executive branch and given to a district judge, uh district court.
- 17:50So that's what that's what that technicality was.
- 17:53When it came to Lindsay Halligan, which I think was a mistake, she had never presented to a grand jury before, never prosecuted a case before, and her very first cases were that of Comey and Letitia James, and there were mistakes made.
- 18:04That to me is on Pam Bondy.
- 18:06From the very beginning, I wanted Andrew Bailey, who now will take over for Dan Bongino starting in January.
- 18:13He was brought in as a co-deputy director of the FBI, which had never been done before.
- 18:19Andrew Bailey was the attorney general in Missouri, did a great job before him.
- 18:23It was Eric Schmidt in Missouri who sued Joe Biden constantly and won and took him all the way to the Supreme Court.
- 18:30So did Andrew Bailey.
- 18:31I kind of thought at the time when they brought Bailey in, he was sitting there being uh waiting to be moved over to take the place of Pam Bondi if they needed to.
- 18:41But it turns out it was the other way around.
- 18:43If you remember, Bongino had that issue back months ago when Elon Musk was around and he got frustrated, left work for a few days, didn't come back to work.
- 18:52And so we don't know what was discussed at that point.
- 18:54Maybe Bon Gino at that time said I'll work to the end of the year.
- 18:58And at that point they bring in uh uh Andrew Bailey.
- 19:01I think Bailey was brought in in September also.
- 19:04Maybe August is when he announced his resignation uh effective September.

- 23:02And we're getting the pulse of the people.
- 23:04It's a town hall.
- 23:05Let's continue the conversation.
- 23:07Let's go to Susie.
- 23:08Susie, go ahead.
- 23:09You have the floor.
- 23:10How do you think corruption in these cities?
- 23:13Look at Minnesota.
- 23:14Now we're looking at $9 billion of taxpayer dollars.
- 23:18Now we're also looking at Maine and Ohio and God.
- 23:25You know, that's the that's the Midwest, East Coast, but what is gonna happen here on the West Coast?
- 23:33Because I'll tell you what, we got NGOs up the union.
- 23:37We have a homeless, and one of my kids works in that field.
- 23:40They've got a master's in public health, and they just got another job.
- 23:43Working with an NGO.
- 23:45And uh it's in a homeless, you know.
- 23:49Services and whatnot.
- 23:52There's so much corruption going on in these states.
- 23:54So much of and is that gonna energize people to get out and vote.
- 24:00I want to know is the local news in Minnesota talking about what's going on with the Somali community and all the corruption that's being identified.
- 24:09And uh wouldn't surprise me one bit if we looked into Tim Walls and discovered that oh, he's got some offshore accounts with a whole lot of money in it, and I'll bet every rep you know, every state has the same thing going on, depending on uh, you know, are we Democrat or Republican?
- 24:29And that's not to say that the Republicans can't be corrupt, they certainly can.
- 24:33We certainly have a lot of uh problems with especially our senators.
- 24:37How many of them are being paid by big pharma and corporations?
- 24:42Whatnot?
- 24:43It's a lot going on there.
- 24:45Speaking of big pharma, they were in the White House on Friday with President Trump.
- 24:50He was announcing lower prices from those partnerships and other countries around the world to lower prices, and that gets to the affordability thing.
- 24:58When it comes to Minnesota reporting on this, they actually have been for a while.
- 25:02And uh I did a show on this uh a few weeks ago when all of this started blowing up, and I asked the question why is this blowing up now?
- 25:10Because it has been in the news, and uh in Minnesota they were reporting on it last year.
- 25:15I remember reporting on it myself and how it may affect Tim Walls in the Harris um ticket because of all the fraud that had been going on with Medicaid.
- 25:26So it's been around, it's been in the news for a while.
- 25:29Suddenly it has blown up, and I think maybe there might be a story there as to why it has blown up.
- 25:36Maybe that has to do with energizing the base to get them to vote in 2026.
- 25:42I'm not sure.
- 25:43There's only 80,000 Somalians in Minnesota.
- 25:46The population of Minnesota is 5.8 million of the 80,000 that are there.
- 25:50Only 22% are not American citizens.
- 25:53Or 22,000, 58% are American citizens.
- 25:57So it's something to consider.
- 25:58The the corruption and fraud, I think Minnesota's the tip of the iceberg when it comes to it.
- 26:03Let's go to some other blue states and take a look and see what else is going on there.
- 26:07Not just with Somalians, but with many different ethnic cultures.
- 26:11Let's go to Mac 1776.
- 26:13Go ahead.
- 26:14Good to see you.
- 26:14Good morning.
- 26:16Hey, appreciate y'all having me.
- 26:18From uh Warner Raised, Kentucky, lifelong Republican recently changed hope too.
- 26:24Independent.
- 26:25I'm done with all of it.
- 26:26I'm done with the local side.
- 26:28I'm done with the federal side.
- 26:29And all due respect to somebody like Susie and Jimmy, who believe that we can vote our way out of this.
- 26:35Boone hangs on to the filibuster for dear life, so he has an excuse not to do nothing.
- 26:39Then you turn around and look at uh Grassley hanging on to the blue slit for dear life, so he's got an excuse not to get all these AGs appointed.
- 26:47Hey, Mike.
- 26:49Where's the charges?
- 26:50Where's your attorney general?
- 26:52Hey, Mac, let me ask you a question.
- 26:54Because you're gonna find that I am really against nuking the filibuster.
- 27:00And I want to ask you, what do you think you're going to get if you nuke the filibuster?
- 27:06I don't think you're gonna get anything out of any of these people in DC outside of Trump.
- 27:11Trump's still on all we can do.
- 27:15What are we gonna order butter test about?
- 27:17Oh, we five pieces of legislation of Trump being in office.
- 27:21Yeah, Lake and Riley.
- 27:23Take it to act as another one.
- 27:25What's your yeah?
- 27:27What's your send it?
- 27:29What's your send it working next year?
- 27:3073 days.
- 27:32What did your farmers work this year?
- 27:3496 days.
- 27:36Wow.
- 27:38Hey, Mac, Mac, you're really you're really Mac.
- 27:40You're really breaking.
- 27:42You're really breaking up.
- 27:43I hope it's doing it for everybody because I can barely hear what you're saying.
- 27:48I'm sorry, it was my Wi-Fi.
- 27:49Can you hear me better?
- 27:50Yeah, that's better.
- 27:51Go ahead.
- 27:53Yeah, it it we've passed five pieces of legislation in the first year of his presidency.
- 27:58Your Senate ain't working but like 70 something days next year.
- 28:01Your Congress only worked less than 100 days this year.
- 28:04So what is there to be energized about?
- 28:06These people are placeholders, they're only up there to enrich their sales, people holler.
- 28:12Well, you know, we need to check in to Pelosi.
- 28:14You need to check in to 535 members.
- 28:17Tim Burchett might be the only person in Washington, D.C.
- 28:20that has a soul.
- 28:21And that's the thanks.
- 28:23As a lifelong Kentucky guy, I've never met a person in Kentucky that like Mitch McCall, but yet he wins by a landslide.
- 28:31You talk about what we got to do to energize.
- 28:33Well, we're gonna have to reform how we vote.
- 28:35We're gonna have to get machines out of it.
- 28:37There's all kinds of stuff that's gonna have to be done, but I guarantee you will not be done as a 49-year-old male who has fought and fought my vote counted my entire life.
- 28:46I've been made a fool, and anybody that thinks we can vote our way out of this needs to seek mental health because it's not happening.
- 28:53It will start collapsing on the east and west coast four years in a day, whenever the Democrats win by a landslide, and they're gonna beach Trump in 20 and 26, 28, right out the gate.
- 29:04That's happening.
- 29:05We're not winning, nothing.
- 29:07This this is getting nasty.
- 29:08Trump's gonna pardon himself and everybody on the way out the door.
- 29:12He's protected, but at the end of the day, you voted for change, you get nothing.
- 29:17Where's your mass deportations?
- 29:19Let's get excited about that.
- 29:20Oh, two million.
- 29:21One and a half did your sales, boss.
- 29:24One and a half did your sales.
- 29:26Where are these mass deportations?
- 29:28As I mean, I've been a Trump fan.
- 29:30Me and my wife talked about him running for president as a businessman 15 years ago.
- 29:35I I I this is the days I look forward to.
- 29:38And in my opinion, he's face planted.
- 29:41The Congress has assisted him, the Senate's assisted him.
- 29:44Oh, is yeah, I I could go on for hours, but I'm not going to.
- 29:48I appreciate y'all letting me up.
- 29:49Well, people think we can.
- 29:52I actually talked about Andy Bashir earlier.
- 29:55And uh I think that you know I mentioned him as a darker horse for the
- 30:00The Democrats in 28 for a moderate candidate.
- 30:03And I have passed this on to uh Matt Palumbo, who does my show with me every Monday night, and we're going to start a new podcast called the PB and J podcast.
- 30:13It'll be on video and rumble and YouTube, and then also on Patriot TV.
- 30:17And I have already created the accounts on Rumble and YouTube if you want to follow that.
- 30:21But uh Matt took uh my advice, bet $250 on Bashir being the Democrat candidate, which will pay him $25,000 through polymarkets.
- 30:30So I I see him as a possibility.
- 30:33He went and campaigned in New Jersey and in Virginia.
- 30:37He also before that was in South Carolina.
- 30:39So he's doing all the things that the national DNC would want somebody to do, and he uh packages himself much more moderate than what the crazy left is.
- 30:50And I think the Democrats know that they're gonna need someone like him to be able to win a national election because uh a ma'am Donnie AOC Gavin Newsom probably will not have what it takes to win uh a national election.
- 31:05I think the Democrats know that.
- 31:06So someone like Andy Bashir may be an answer for them uh as uh the governor of Kentucky.
- 31:12Kentucky is a strange state politically.
- 31:15Uh when I moved there, they told me I had to go register as a Democrat, and I'm like, what are you talking about?
- 31:20Uh I'm not a Democrat.
- 31:22I just voted for Ronald Reagan at the time.
- 31:24They said, well, if you don't register as a Democrat, you don't get the vote.
- 31:28This is not America.
- 31:30What do you mean?
- 31:31I don't get to vote.
- 31:32Well, the state is so heavily Democrat that if you don't participate in the closed primary, that is that's where the elections are are determined because the Republicans will never win at the regular election.
- 31:45It turned out they were right.
- 31:47Uh I never registered as a Democrat, but they were correct that everything is done in the primaries in Kentucky, it's a foregone conclusion.
- 31:53The only difference is when it comes to national elections, they have a tendency to vote for Mitch McConnell's and Rand Paul's.
- 31:59Uh but I think there's been one Republican governor in the last 60 years, and that was just before Andy Bashir.
- 32:07Am I right or wrong?
- 32:09I used to be a huge fan of Rand Paul, but now I figured out that he's a fraud.
- 32:12Yeah.
- 32:13Thomas Massey, I was kind of up in the air with Massey.
- 32:15I'm not sure if he's a fraud or just an actor, but uh he's an obstructionist.
- 32:20He he uh Thomas Massey is clearly an obstructionist at this point.
- 32:24Um but let me get to like half of Trump's cabinet is.
- 32:27Well, let me get to let me get to uh and again, I I mentioned this a year ago uh when on my show, and I've I did it again in January and February.
- 32:36Expectations are I think out of whack when it comes to uh seeing prosecutions, arrests uh for things that were done in the past, what what we expect to happen um uh from affordability to everything.
- 32:53I mean, you're talking 11 months right now for a mess to be cleaned up.
- 32:57When it comes to elections, let's talk about that because I know a lot of people want the Save Act to be passed, and it hasn't been voted on.
- 33:05It takes 60 votes.
- 33:07Well, even then, and I I've talked about this before.
- 33:12Even if you pass the Save Act, it doesn't necessarily uh secure the elections like you think it will.
- 33:19Because in reality, there are only about two states that you have to worry about when it comes to the electoral college with the way things are now.
- 33:29And I'm not gonna go back through all of that, but um uh I can if somebody wants me to.
- 33:34There's a reason for me saying that.
- 33:36You have to layer laws uh in each state with what it takes for requirements to get a driver's license or an identification card, and when you do that and put it over uh an electoral college map, there are really only two states that you should worry about.
- 33:50There are over 20 municipalities in this country that allow illegals to vote.
- 33:56The majority of those are in a state like Maryland, by the way, that has 13 of them.
- 34:00Uh that's a different story.
- 34:02It's uh it's allowed there.
- 34:04Elections uh are determined at the state level.
- 34:07The Save Act could pass, but unless you uh uh do things at the state level, according to the Constitution, then there's not much you can do about it.
- 34:17So the Save Act is not a big deal.
- 34:20When it comes to the filibuster, let me tell you why I am against it.
- 34:23You meant you answered the question just as I would.
- 34:26What do you what are you guaranteed?
- 34:28If you nuke the filibuster right now, and I know it's very popular to say Donald Trump is advocating for it.
- 34:35A lot of social media influencers are as well.
- 34:38Let me go through this logically for you.
- 34:40I asked Jim uh Mac the question, what will you get if you nuke the filibuster?
- 34:45And he answered it, I think properly, nothing.
- 34:48And let me throw out some names as to why I believe that.
- 34:52Susan Collins, Lisa McCowski, John Corning, Tom Tillis, Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul, um, that's six right there.
- 35:01You can lose three and get JD Vance help.
- 35:05I don't think you're guaranteed anything from nuking the filibuster.
- 35:08But here's what I can guarantee you if you do this.
- 35:12Eventually the Democrats are going to have power again in all three, just like they did two years ago.
- 35:18And I would ask this question why didn't they do it themselves when they had the opportunity?
- 35:23And people will say, well, there was Joe Manson and Kristen Cinema, they left, they're no longer there anymore.
- 35:28I can throw out some Democrat names right now that would also not want to give up that power because they know eventually that they also would lose power and that everything that they didn't want would happen when the Republicans come back in power.
- 35:42The Democrats, they nuked the filibuster for appointments and confirmations back in 2013 under Harry Reid.
- 35:49And a lot of the problems that we have right now in our country in the judicial system have to do with nuking that filibuster.
- 35:58What it did was it allowed more right side judges, farther right, more further left activist judges in on the bench.
- 36:06If they had not nuked that filibuster 2013, then our judiciary would look a lot different today because more moderate judges would have to be used to get 60 votes.
- 36:18And by the way, that vote used to be 67 in the Senate.
- 36:21It is now down to 60, and moving it down to 51 will guarantee you this.
- 36:27The very first day in power, the Democrats will pass SB1 that has been sitting there for years ready to be voted on.
- 36:34And what that does is do away with everything that the Save Act does.
- 36:38It allows same-day registration.
- 36:41Let's talk about other things that nuking the filibuster will do when the Democrats get back in power.
- 36:45It will mandate that each one of you sitting in this room will have to have a shot.
- 36:49It will mandate that each one of you will have to have an electric vehicle.
- 36:52It will mandate that none of you can cook on a gas stove.
- 36:55It'll mandate that all of you will have solar power.
- 36:58You'll have windmills.
- 37:00Everything that you didn't want to have, which by the way, let's also throw in the information board that would be a part of our government.
- 37:06That would be it.
- 37:08We couldn't talk.
- 37:08We couldn't do this on a Saturday morning because you nuked the filibuster for nothing.
- 37:13Absolutely nothing.
- 37:15That's what would happen.
- 37:16You would get instant gratification on a couple of things, short-lived to give up all of your freedom.
- 37:24That's the way I see it.
- 37:25That's why I don't think it's a good idea.
- 37:27In fact, I think it's the dumbest singular political idea in American history.
- 37:32Let's go to Marlin.
- 37:33Marlin, go ahead.
- 37:34Hey, good morning, Booker.
- 37:35It sounds uh great.
- 37:36Definitely gonna support the new podcast, being barn jelly.
- 37:39Great, I like it.
- 37:41I too am against uh abolishing the filibuster.
- 37:44You know, I don't think most Americans even realize why it's there.
- 37:48You know, it was there to institute to uproot the um corruption inside of our legislatures.
- 37:54That's what it's there for.
- 37:56Um you're exactly right.
- 37:57Now, look, you're talking to a guy that has now watched the 2025 election go down the tubes for us.
- 38:04We're just as upset as 1776.
- 38:08Um, so I I don't see that the filibuster, you're exactly right.
- 38:12It's they're they're going to exploit it at 51%.
- 38:16That means anybody could sway eight or nine percent of those votes to get what you want done.
- 38:21I I don't see it, Booker.
- 38:23It's a detriment.
- 38:24That's it, it shouldn't happen.
- 38:25So uh I've been against it.
- 38:27Uh everybody's screaming for it, but there's a lot of uh there's a lot of controversy behind that and really what they're going to get.
- 38:34So hey, thanks for bringing me up, Buckler, just supporting it.
- 38:37Thank you, John.
- 38:38I appreciate that.
- 38:40Yeah, Merry Christmas to you also.
- 38:42And I I just don't think that it's a good move.
- 38:45You're you're giving up the only power that the minority party has.
- 38:50Either side, you're giving that up, which means you can't stop.
- 38:54And I think for national security, it's even worse.
- 38:58You know, every two, four, six years, whatever it ends up being, everybody in the world, every country in the world is gonna know that everything's gonna flip on its ear, regardless of what side it is in America.
- 39:09And I don't know how that's really good for national security.
- 39:12So be careful what you wish for.
- 39:14I didn't mention the other thing that you're guaranteed of if you nuke the filibuster, you're guaranteed of packing the Supreme Court.
- 39:22You're gonna have 15.
- 39:24Uh someone brought up uh executive orders.
- 39:26I think it was Mac being frustrated with the legislative uh body only uh passing five pieces of legislation under Trump, the big beautiful bill was one of those, the Lake and Riley Act, the Take It Down Act, which brings down any pictures on the internet.
- 39:42Uh uh you're frustrated with that.
- 39:45And so because of that, you want instant gratification of getting something you have no guarantees of getting.
- 39:51And and I just don't understand it to give up all the power in the future, and you saw that power, you saw that leverage in the government shutdown.
- 40:00Just a couple of months ago.
- 40:01You know, that that 60 vote threshold allowed the Democrats to bring the health care debate to the stage.
- 40:10Without that, this health care debate wouldn't even be happening right now.
- 40:14And I think it's an important conversation to have the health insurance premiums, regardless of what side of the politics that you happen to be on.
- 40:22I'm Doug Evans, author of the sprout book.
- 40:25And I'm also a father with a three-year-old daughter.

- 40:31Did you know that you could take seeds, add water, and get fresh organic vegetables in three to five days without soil, sunshine, or fertilizer for under a dollar a serving?
- 40:44That's the miracle of sprouting, and I want to share that with you.

- 42:48Let's go down to South Florida.
- 42:50Let's go to Miami and my Cuban friend, Joaquin Joaquin.
- 42:54Go ahead, you have the floor.
- 42:56I hope you don't get sick with all those uh nice books being blown out on the uh uh Gulf of America.
- 43:03I hope it's not uh you know, I hope it's no air pollution, you know what I mean?
- 43:09I just I just came out really quick because um, we gotta look into our history, into our history, our foundations.
- 43:20Um I think when America was created, none of the funders have a mind to have career politicians like we have today.
- 43:30Uh our constitution, the one that we believe on, is completely different than the constitution that the government runs by.
- 43:39And they create so many leaders to their own.
- 43:42Uh I think that the Philippus is one of them.
- 43:46But I'm aiming more towards to um.
- 43:52I don't think it would be a necessity of filibuster on all those um Congress rules or house rules if there were no uh career politicians or or satarium politicians, you know.
- 44:07Most parties will have the difference by working towards us, we the people.
- 44:13And I believe the parties don't work like us, we the people they're certain individuals do, but the minority of them, they don't.
- 44:23And I think that this is an opportunity.
- 44:26I don't know.
- 44:26I understand what you're saying, but I believe that a lot of the career politicians are stepping down.
- 44:34So I think this is a good mummy to rearrange all these rules or regulations or good regular all this rules.
- 44:41Some good thoughts, Joaquin, and Merry Christmas, too, by the way.
- 44:45Let's go to John.
- 44:46John, go ahead.
- 44:47What do you have to say about the filibuster?
- 44:49I'll give a little bit of pushback to you and a little bit of push back to another speaker.
- 44:54Well, I don't agree and end in the filibuster.
- 44:58Do you actually think that this radical laugh that we now have is not gonna do it the next time they're back in power?
- 45:06I can almost guarantee you they are gonna do it.
- 45:09So, you know, do we get in the first shot or do we wait for them to lay it on us?
- 45:15Okay, let me answer that question before you go on, then I'll come back to you.
- 45:18Okay, it goes back to uh why didn't they do it two years ago?
- 45:22I can name some names right now on the Democrat side that would not want to give up their power.
- 45:28Forget all of that for a minute.
- 45:29Let's uh let's uh take your assumption at face value.
- 45:32Let's assume that you're right.
- 45:34As soon as they come back in power, they're going to do it.
- 45:37It comes back to the original question that I asked Mac.
- 45:40Mac, what are you guaranteed of nuking the filibuster right now?
- 45:46Nothing.
- 45:47Absolutely nothing.
- 45:48But again, I'll go back to the names.
- 45:50Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, John Corning, Tom Tillis, Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul.
- 45:56Um there's uh one or two more.
- 45:59You can only lose three of those on any votes.
- 46:01I don't think you get anything passed by nuking the filibuster.
- 46:05I think you do nothing to give them exactly what they want you to give them.
- 46:12And I just happen to be someone that doesn't believe in giving your competition what it is they want.
- 46:17Make them do it, if that's what they're going to do.
- 46:21I just don't, I'm not convinced that they're going to, but go ahead, keep going, please.
- 46:26Uh yeah, you you said what I was gonna say.
- 46:30The butt that I was about to put in was exactly what you said.
- 46:35We don't have enough people, even if we nuke it to get everything that Trump, uh, the whole MAGA agenda through.
- 46:43Yeah.
- 46:44Uh even if we nuked it.
- 46:46We wouldn't, we wouldn't be able to do that.
- 46:48We got too many rhinos, too many turncoats, too many communists saying they're republicans.
- 46:54So we're in agreement, I believe, totally on that.
- 46:57So the next pushback I had was one of the speakers saying basically his talking about no mass deportations, you know, basically insinuating Trump really hadn't done nothing.
- 47:09Well, man, I can just name your list, but let me tell you the personal one.
- 47:13Uh, for business purposes, I have to cross the border about six to eight times a year.
- 47:19Man, that border is a pleasure to go to now.
- 47:22It's a pleasure to go into Mexico, conduct my business and come back across the border.
- 47:27I don't wait through 3,000 other people coming through customs.
- 47:31There's no uh fear dribbing and crossing, you know, that you're gonna get slapped up the side of the head or mugged or robbed or killed.
- 47:40It's uh yes, the cartels are still dangerous and all that.
- 47:44I get that.
- 47:45You keep your head on swivel whenever you cross, but it is nothing like it was to and for all intents and purposes, the border is closed, guys.
- 47:53I'm in South Texas, I cross it like I said, six, eight times a year.
- 47:57I've crossed it five times since Trump was inaugurated.
- 48:03It is night and day difference.
- 48:05There's no tent cities, these uh the the side of the river's not just lined up with people waiting for nightfall to rest the border.
- 48:13So if Trump done nothing else for me except close that border down and get it under control, he done what I elected him to do.
- 48:22So I'm I'm satisfied.
- 48:24That's more than any other president's ever done for me.
- 48:26I don't think since Ronald Reagan they've been a president do one thing for me, except hurt me.
- 48:32And Trump is not hurt me.
- 48:34But he's done that for me.
- 48:36So for that, I uh he's got my support.
- 48:40And don't mean I agree with everything else he says or does, you know.
- 48:43I'm uh we're we're we're republicans, not Democrats.
- 48:47We don't belong in a cult.
- 48:48We can disagree with some of Trump's uh stuff, but but he tries to do what he says he'll do.
- 48:54No other politician I know does that.
- 48:56So thank you for letting me have the mic back.
- 48:58No, thank you for your uh comments.
- 49:00I appreciate it.
- 49:01You make a really good point there.
- 49:03What was the number one thing in the election in November 2024?
- 49:08It was illegal immigration.
- 49:10Donald Trump gets an A plus.
- 49:12There have been zero uh illegals allowed into this country the last six months.
- 49:18You were told in February 2024 that it would take a bipartisan bill that would allow 8,000 people in here daily, 5,000 daily for up to a week before they could close the border, which they said they would if they could close the border at 5,000 a day or 8,000.
- 49:35Why didn't they just close it?
- 49:39And there was silence.
- 49:41They didn't need a bipartisan bill.
- 49:44Republicans said that too.
- 49:46They were legalizing illegal immigration with that bill.
- 49:50That's what they were doing.
- 49:52When it comes to deportations, I talked about this a long time ago, back before the election.
- 49:57Expectations like everything else have to be in check.
- 50:00I don't know what people expected that there was going to be 20 million people leaving the country suddenly.
- 50:05And the numbers that Mac threw out earlier were the last numbers that I saw on it.
- 50:10About a million and a half left, according to the DHS on their own accord, and another 400,000 they have deported.
- 50:17400,000 in a year.
- 50:19Do the math on that.
- 50:20You know, that's not probably getting where most people want, and I think that's Mac's frustration that you're looking at 1.6 million deported over four years, and you're probably not going to have a lot of people voluntarily leave at this point if they haven't already.
- 50:36They were being given some money.
- 50:37Uh Joaquin a few minutes ago mentioned uh what's going on in Venezuela.
- 50:42I've got some sound here with Tom Cotton.
- 50:44He was on CNN.
- 50:45Let's listen to him and what he had to say about it.
- 50:48They were not distressed.
- 50:49One guy took his t shirt off like he was sunbathing.
- 50:51They were trying to get the boat back up and to continue their mission of spreading these drugs all across America.
- 50:56Did they get the bigger thing?
- 50:57That's what they were doing, and that's why Admiral Bradley ordered the second strike.
- 51:01Well, no, they didn't because we killed them, and we are right to kill them.
- 51:04And Admiral Bradley was totally justified in a decision he made.
- 51:08A decision, by the way, that was broadcast on multiple secure screens at the Pentagon and Fort Bragg, and that hundreds of people watched in real time with probably dozens of Jag lawyers.
- 51:17So they were killed.
- 51:18That's why they couldn't get the boat back up.
- 51:20Stupid question by CNN as normal.
- 51:22Let's go to World News, World News, and then we'll go to Queen B.
- 51:26Go ahead, world news.
- 51:27You know, you should do more spaces.
- 51:29You got a uh radio voice.
- 51:32I had to come in here.
- 51:33If I could, real quick, I I used to do spaces all the time back in 2021 and 22, and it got away from it.
- 51:40I I do a show.
- 51:41I do a radio show every day, Monday through Friday on America Out Loud Talk Radio, uh, which you can listen to on iHeart.
- 51:47I'm on at 6 p.m.
- 51:48Eastern time.
- 51:49And uh so you can listen to it.
- 51:50I have great guests at Lieutenant Colonel Dan Darren Gaub this week.
- 51:54Uh Matt Palumbo joins me every Monday, so you can find the truth be told with Booker Scott.
- 51:59If you look at my bio and my picture there, you'll you'll see what it is.
- 52:03And uh please go and go and look for it.
- 52:05You can also follow the show page, which is Booker Scott Show.
- 52:09Uh started it in April.
- 52:10I've been doing shows now for America Out Loud for three years.
- 52:13That uh show page has only been open since the end of April, but it's an archive.
- 52:17It has every show and article that I've done.
- 52:19It's over 600 shows there.
- 52:21So but thank you for your compliment.
- 52:22I appreciate it.
- 52:23Go ahead with your comment.
- 52:24I I know what we know what you do, Booker.
- 52:27That's um hint.
- 52:28I'm trying to hint to you that we uh like to get you more involved in spaces.
- 52:34In fact, I'd like to have you come on as a guest.
- 52:36Uh we may start doing them again under the American X Live.
- 52:41But I'd like to have you come on as a guest and talk about AI.
- 52:46Talk about your book.
- 52:48Love to.
- 52:48I would love to do it.
- 52:50Yes.
- 52:50Um, you know, to add to the conversation.
- 52:54It's something that we talk about every week.
- 52:57Uh you can't talk about it enough.
- 52:59I know you you uh wanted to get your thoughts on it.
- 53:04There's a lot of things happening right now.
- 53:06Uh geopolitically is mainly what I cover.
- 53:10Uh, to what we see what's happening locally.
- 53:13Uh, just for example, you don't have to go very far to find evil.
- 53:18Uh, a young lady was just arrested in Beloxi, Mississippi, right here in my neck of the woods for basically uh inserting razor blades and fish hooks and loaves of bread as a worker at Walmart.
- 53:32Uh, you know, you could drive yourself crazy with the negative, folks.
- 53:36Uh, the best thing that you can do is get involved locally.
- 53:41Uh, get into your school boards, go meet your sheriff, go get involved with local uh elections.
- 53:49Uh find out who your mayor is, your police chief, your election board members are.
- 53:57And start there.
- 53:59If you can make local impact, it'll reflect to national impact, something that General Flynn talks about.
- 54:06That's all I had, Booker.
- 54:08Thank you for what you do.
- 54:09Thank you very much for your comments, and uh you're dead on it.
- 54:12Since you bring that up, I want to talk about uh a couple of things, uh, specific tactics that we can actually do that get people to go vote.
- 54:20And uh let's look at a couple of different uh segments of voters.
- 54:24Let's look at the National Rifle Association.
- 54:27Have you looked at the number of people that don't go vote for them?
- 54:31That number is about one in two.
- 54:32You have a huge organization there, and people don't go out and vote.
- 54:36Another place is in churches.
- 54:38This is a strategy that is being used and has been used now for several years.
- 54:43And what you can do is you take one mega church and find five mega churches in a congressional district, and you can flip a seat in the House of Representatives because the numbers are like this.
- 54:55If you take a congregation, I go to a church, 10,000 members, 80% of them would vote Republican.
- 55:02The problem is 50% of the people sitting in church pews on Sundays, they're not registered to vote.
- 55:08That that is uh an area that is really easy to get.
- 55:12In our church, we now register people to vote when it gets close to an election window.
- 55:17You can register them to vote, you can provide them with a voting guide that shows all candidates and shows what their beliefs are, whether it's abortion or guns, what whatever it is.
- 55:30You're not telling them, you're not getting political.
- 55:32You're saying here's a voter guide, and we're registering you to vote.
- 55:36And in states where this even gets better in states where you can harvest ballots, you use harvesting ballots to your advantage, and here's one way you do it.
- 55:46You have uh an election day at your church.
- 55:50You bring the ballots in, and then you make sure that those people that you registered, which was 50% of your congregation in a church of 10,000, that's 5,000.
- 56:00That's 4,000 Republican votes that aren't getting there.
- 56:03Now do that times 10 or 5 churches.
- 56:06That's 20,000 votes.
- 56:07There's 20 to 25 seats in Congress in the House of Representatives every election that are decided by two points or less.
- 56:15A lot of those are decided by a thousand.
- 56:18You just flip seats with that strategy.
- 56:21But I try to pass along some information that actually works, and that's gonna bring our hour together to an end tonight.
- 56:28It also brings our week together to an end.
- 56:31I want to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
- 56:35We'll talk again next week.
- 56:36Matt Palumbo will be here Monday.
- 56:38We'll do a 2025 recap.
- 56:41But please enjoy your holiday.
- 56:43Enjoy your family and your friends.
- 56:45God bless each one of you.
- 56:47And don't forget, you were told two thousand years ago that you are the salt of the earth.
- 56:52And salt without flavor has no value.
- 56:55So whatever you do, keep being salty.
- 56:58Merry Christmas.
- 56:59There is only one truth.
- 57:01You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud,
