- 6:55[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's a hotline with Jeff Graham.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_05]: Here I am.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_05]: You're as truly on a Monday morning in the month of May.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, May, what is fourth?
- 7:02[SPEAKER_05]: There's something like that, eh?
- 7:04[SPEAKER_05]: That's it.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_05]: not too long tomorrow's synchodemio or those of interested in such things some corona tequila with it without worms whatever you want to do tomorrow that's it we're glorifying but yeah something to look forward to one of those mini holidays they haven't yet made it anything where government workers get it off yet but they're working on it
- 7:37[SPEAKER_05]: I think they should get Syncoid to my roof.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_05]: Well, we have that New York City.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_05]: They've got that Chinese New Year off.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_05]: I'm off for the Chinese New Year.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, listen, I was over at Staples this morning.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_05]: Get some stuff.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't realize Party City is moved.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_05]: Remember Party City?
- 7:55[SPEAKER_05]: And I guess it didn't work out.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_05]: But now they're over as part of Staples.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_05]: I thought that was interesting.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_05]: whenever you're looking for things like balloons or decorations, it's hard to find them in water town, but unless you want to go out to Walmart, I don't know what to do.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_05]: So nothing against Walmart, which you know.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I see that, get out of an arsenal street on our way.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_05]: You'll see a bunch of people at the brew seven, but also that new direct service opened.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_05]: They closed one on one side of the street, demolished it.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_05]: Then they moved over to the old Marine Midland building,
- 8:32[SPEAKER_05]: And I'm glad somebody's talking, they got a big beautiful sign up on a big beautiful sign.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I remember back in the 80s when the fung hang restaurant, Chinese restaurant and steak street.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_05]: This is back when the city had some kind of tribunal to rule on signs.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_05]: These people, they didn't even speak much English, but they were trying to put a sign up of a red and yellow sign that said, Fung-Hing, and it's tribunals that we don't like red and yellow.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_05]: We don't like those colors.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_05]: It's upsetting to the community.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_05]: Meanwhile, half a block up the street, there's Burger King with a giant red and yellow sign, and I hear from John Taffer last night that red and yellow were often used in signage because it stimulates sales.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_05]: It's a psychological thing.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't know that, but I do now.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_05]: I just had a whole story about the fun hanging.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_05]: I can always remember that poor woman, obviously, trying to work through the language issue, trying to explain to these people, they just wanted to do business, and these people had a little bit of power given to them, like, I'm glad we don't enforce those laws anymore, because see it all over the place, it's not enforced, and that's a good thing, that's a good thing.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, Ronnier.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_09]: I think it's pretty cool that you have a future member of Congress who follows your block.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_09]: Do you see the captain of this post or do we can?
- 9:55[SPEAKER_05]: Well, anybody who's wise would be following my blog because there's very little political discourse and I am the Fred Dicker of the North Country, so yes, it's a good move on his part.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I think it's great because that shows how old they are.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I was looking at Constantino's new commercial, the one that the Trump endorsement, and I got him in it.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_05]: I think, you know, one thing about Roger Stone, he is a very fashion-conscious savvy,
- 10:28[SPEAKER_05]: You know, hope, couture, whatever you want to call it, type a guy.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_05]: And he must have taken him out and got him some suits or something, because, uh, Gonsentino looked much better in those commercials, and the whole, uh, projection of image looked better.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_05]: They've got a pull-out sensor ahead, Mr. Smullen has a pull-out sensor.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_05]: He's ahead.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know who to believe.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, they're gonna believe Gonsentino, I'll begin with, because he said the momentum comes up again.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I think he's gaining momentum, but you got to remember, the whole Koonocracy in that crowd, the oldest establishment Republicans, the, you know, you know who they are, they're all- This is a rebuff to that.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_09]: Now, I listen, I get it.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_09]: We want to happy with at least not being picked for governor.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, we get it.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_09]: But you know what?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_09]: If you backflake, okay, just the way it is, and the same thing with this situation,
- 11:21[SPEAKER_09]: Small and public order and way more respect, especially for me, if you would have just knocked down after you'd be in the ocean that came down.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_05]: Well, Blakeman, I think Blakeman would have earned my respect.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_05]: If he had said in the beginning, I'll take the Lieutenant Governor's slot because I'm a county executive in it.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_05]: Instead, the Republicans have some obscure sheriff from a county I never heard of.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_05]: Running for, adding nothing to the ticket probably doesn't hurt it, but adds nothing.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_05]: And Blakeman,
- 11:51[SPEAKER_05]: We haven't even seen him up here.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_05]: We don't even know who he is.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody knows who he is up here.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_09]: You're right.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_09]: He hasn't really made the rounds, but I'll be honest with you.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what to think about Blake and because I'm kind of like wondering because I've watched his videos.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_05]: He's liberal.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_09]: He's listening to him.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_09]: The videos that he puts out.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_09]: He speaks with such a confidence that he's going to be taking over.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I want to know something he's going to do.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_05]: how about overturn the front you know while all these people are complaining about gas prices overturn the fracking ban repeal the 11% sales tax on business utility bills do things that really help small business and
- 12:38[SPEAKER_05]: you know, quit the nonsense in the state.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_05]: Now they want to have this pita chair tax.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_05]: They're talking about extending it to upstate on an on a opt-in basis, which means you could have, like our county legislature could opt-in to the peer, peer to terror, whatever it is, tax, and we could have it here.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody's got a $5 million home, I don't think, but still, that's the idea.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_09]: Well, that's the proposal being circulated in an Albany.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_05]: the rhino is most of them.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_05]: Nice people, I like them, but.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, look at that bed.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_05]: Look at that bed tax, hey.
- 13:17[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_09]: It's not in line with our customers.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_05]: Well, they stuck it to small business on the bed tax.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_05]: Why wouldn't they put the P2 tax in up here, too?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_09]: $5 million for a house.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you have it there, might be some, I don't know.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_05]: If you've got a $5 million house and you live somewhere else,
- 13:38[SPEAKER_05]: Like, if you had a $5 million house on Cherry Islanders, I don't know if you can get that high up there.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_05]: But you'd have to pay the Peter Cherry if they opt into it here, which they probably will.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_05]: They'll say, well, we're making the rich out of stateers pay our debt.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: You know, that's what they'll do.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_05]: Just like they did with the betchax.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know the real estate market enough to really say it before I let you go.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_09]: I just wanted to mention there's a caller his name is Johnny calls the show and he calls the client show.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_09]: I just wanted to let him know that he's reached out to me and give me his mailing address because I want to send him one of the shirts.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_09]: I'll last week and request it.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_09]: I need your mailing address and I'll gladly get that to you.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_05]: But that's all I have to say.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_05]: Alright, thank you.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_05]: So the time home and shirts, yeah, there's a nice.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_05]: Those are nice.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_05]: Well, well, wishes go out from the hotline to Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who's in a Florida hospital.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_05]: Now we're told he may have pneumonia.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_05]: He sounded a little raspy on his pod show on Friday, they said, but I didn't remember, the mayor was in this studio sitting in the same chair I'm sitting in right now.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know when it was.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_05]: Two years back he was up here for some reason had to do his show on.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_05]: WABC and did it from this studio.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_05]: So this is Sacred Ground, the mayor sat here.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_05]: But anyway, we wish him the best.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_05]: Now I know, and listen, I'm not one of these people.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_05]: And we have them out there.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_05]: And Trump did this with a, who's the guy in a special prosecutor or a died recently?
- 15:29[SPEAKER_05]: And then he said, good, I'm glad you did it.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_05]: No, that's, that's good.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_05]: No class in sensitive everything else, but all of these people that are on the Internet say, well, who really does, you know, you people are real landcalls, you know that?
- 15:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't know, but anyway, we wish Mayor Julie, I need the best, get him back out there, and all of that.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_05]: Now, I just heard from Diane on Channel 7 News, the North Country's finest, and indeed they are.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_05]: I said that it was a bomb threat on public square Saturday morning.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_05]: Well, first of all, people who do that kind of stuff are stupid beyond belief, it ties up the cops, inconveniences people, effects traffic, and scares people unnecessarily.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_05]: People who do that,
- 16:22[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I have just that they're just subhuman in my mind, but if you're going to, if you have a bomb, and it's real, why would you issue a bomb threat?
- 16:39[SPEAKER_05]: So when you think about it, the bomb threat is just 90% of the time nonsense.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what you do.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where you look for the bomb around the square, maybe it's somewhere I guess.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_05]: And there's so many cameras on the square, probably you're caught doing it.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_05]: Probably get caught.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: Well, oh, the other story.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_05]: I thought it was right.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_05]: The United Air Flight coming in from Italy to Liberty Airport Newark.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_05]: And it's so low, it clips a light pole, but also it's the top of a delivery fan, like a UPS truck or something.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_05]: And there was actual video from another car cam of it happening.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_05]: And then there was video in the delivery truck, there was a lot of the, there was a keep an eye on the driver.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_05]: And you could see it happen.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, holy, thank God, nobody got seriously hurt, but you just don't know what's going to happen.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_05]: Um, somebody said the biggest story of the day is the death of John Sterling, see, and my, I hate to, it's not like I'm going to make her in, but I thought it was Britney Spears pleading out on her DWI and avoiding Jail time, first of all, she shouldn't be in Jail, picking on her the way that picking on Tiger Woods, leave her alone.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, leave her alone.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_05]: Um, but, uh,
- 18:26[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, the Yankee radio host, okay, that John Sterling already gotcha now.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's unfortunate.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_05]: Good guy.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_05]: The voice of things for years over there.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I was a heck of a Kentucky Gerby the other day, wasn't it?
- 18:44[SPEAKER_05]: Wow!
- 18:47[SPEAKER_05]: I always thought, you know, I've known a lot of good announcers in my day, like Jobar Askin.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_05]: Spazano and Jay and all these people, but
- 18:56[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know how I just can't imagine.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_05]: And me too, I think I'm wonderful too.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_05]: But I can't imagine having to call that a race like that.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_05]: You can imagine having to know 15 horses and be able to tell where they are and all of that.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_05]: It's just, especially when you have something like that with the one way in the back, all of a sudden goes to the front.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_05]: So to be up, I always thought being a track announcer is one of the most challenging jobs in our business, the business of talking.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_05]: Right, because you can go and talk with a modic movement intelligence and all of that, but to be able to call a race like that, that's something that is something.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_05]: Well, if we hit a lot of topics, I guess we're trying to get some ships through the state of Corbaz today.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_05]: We're helping him out.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_05]: That's good.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_05]: That is good.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_05]: That's a subliminal thing, because I think he's going to run for mayor, Cody Horbaz, the former council
- 19:57[SPEAKER_05]: I think he might, Dr. Kimball might.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_05]: And of course, I know the mayor was urging Milley to run.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_05]: Milley said she's going to call in today.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_05]: So the city planning commission meeting for today is canceled.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_05]: That's good for small business right there.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_07]: We're going to take a break right now and we'll be back with more on the hotline in just a moment.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's all you need to know.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_02]: We all have cans and bottles.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: So it makes sense to bring them to the Make Sense Redemption Center on Lorraine Street in Watertown.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_02]: The only fully automated redemption center in the area.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_02]: Your account is done fast, right?
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: Before your eyes, so you're on your way quicker, depend on the team of dedicated employees who do this as efficiently as possible because this is what they do.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_02]: So you can get in and on your way without the hassle.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: Make sense to redemption centers open one day through Saturday on Lorraine Street Watertown with speed, service, and savings just makes sense.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_02]: bring your cans and bottles today.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_02]: They do the rest.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: With your vital sales is ready for you for the best seasons of the year.

- 23:45[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if we're on the air of a moral day here.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_05]: That's the officer's clothes that day.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_05]: And I'll be up.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_05]: I'll work over at the bar that day.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_05]: You got to hold down expenses, you know?
- 23:58[SPEAKER_05]: I'll be up.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_05]: I'll be up.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_05]: I'll work during the day there.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_05]: Part of what you do when you're in business.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_05]: You know, the public needs to be served and all that.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_05]: just kind of waiting I got some friends from Jefferson concrete coming over to the bar of the left or two today so drop off a couple items so we're looking forward to seeing them good people over there you know it's one of those things you can buy certain things in any place but if you need concrete you gotta go to certain places that's a good place to go uh... millie's supposed to be calling and she said she was going to
- 24:36[SPEAKER_05]: You know, there was that picture I put on my blog.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_05]: Actually, someone sent it to me, but it was a plate of food, and I thought it was very indicative of a mili-no-choke meal.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_05]: There was ham caught up into very small pieces, so you can still enjoy the joy of chewing a piece of meat.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_05]: You don't want to puree it, so it's just sloped.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_05]: And then there were also cropped carrots, which were very soft, and then some macaroni and cheese, which was very soft.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_05]: So this was a non-choke meal.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_05]: And I think she's recommending that to everybody.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_05]: Tomorrow's thing goes to Mayo.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_05]: And it was this reading a story about the statewide Peter Chair text.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_05]: Again, one of these stories you're not going to see in the local paper on the TV, they don't
- 25:24[SPEAKER_05]: With all due respect to our local law on air personalities, they don't know what Peter Chair means.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_05]: So they can call me and I'll explain it to him.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_05]: But anyway, this is the tax that Governor Hockel, along with their friend, Zothan Mamedami, have proposed that started out as a New York City thing.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_05]: So people living in Florida who changed the residency to Florida, like Sean Hannity or people like that.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_05]: But they still got a big expense of home in New York State $5 million more.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_05]: It's not hard to get to that number downstate.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_05]: They would pay a special petian property tax.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_05]: They already pay property taxes.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_05]: They're not getting out of that.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_05]: But beyond that, of course, you're not for profits.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_05]: It should be exempt.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_05]: You're blessed, not for profits.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_05]: But so this Peter Terri, they want to put that in.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_05]: And then immediately, some Democrats in the state legislatures, let's extend the Peter Terri to upstate.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_05]: And the way they got it set up.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_05]: This is according to Senator Patricia Feihi, I don't know who she is.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_05]: But she says, homes more than $5 million would be levied.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_05]: If they're not used as a primary resident, it's now grim.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_05]: If you have a $5 million home and you're using it as your primary resident, you're already paying the property tax on that substantial as it is.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_05]: But this would, if you're living out of state, no net home.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_05]: Like maybe you got someplace on the Hampton's, in addition to your home and RAM.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, you'd have to pay an extra tax call the Peta Chair.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_05]: And they want to extend it upstate, and what they're doing is, and this is how they structure these things to get them.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_05]: They want to, they're saying it will be on an opt-in basis upstate.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, that means it's not a mandate we can opt-in are.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_05]: But then they say half the revenue raised would go to local coffers, pitching, pitching, pitching, pitching.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, the other half would be redistributed to other local governments
- 27:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't that that's a very enticing thing you get.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know I don't know if villages and cities can enact it or whether it has to be county-wide or what But Democrats say for too long these properties have contributed to the hollowing out of communities Upstate in Long Island the Iran danks the finger lakes and elsewhere probably not much up here
- 28:02[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they know $5 million homes in Limerick, and check it out right now.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah, so that's what they want.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_05]: They want this P to tip.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_05]: So your lesson for today is to learn what that means because it's going to be eventually, it will make the news up here.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_05]: Eventually, make John Morkin' right about it, because he's a sophisticated, he's the David Niven of local TV, but not sure the other story.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_05]: Um, next time I see Diana in the street, I'll say, Diana, what's a Peter chair?
- 28:39[SPEAKER_05]: So, uh, I think it's a pastry or something.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_05]: But after you're doing it on the air.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon, Mayor.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_08]: Happy Monday.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_08]: Hope you had a wonderful weekend.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I hope you did too.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_08]: That's nice.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_08]: It's something to shine in a little bit here in the air.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_08]: You've got to be in almost torn two hours ago and now it's, but that wind is crazy.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_08]: But anyways, it's not bad for the show and I think it was a tax thing.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_08]: It's like double jeopardy.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_08]: It's already paying wicked more.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_08]: It's especially on waterfront paying wicked more.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_08]: You know, why do you have to act with double tax?
- 29:20[SPEAKER_05]: Well, name me a $5 million home here in Jefferson County, right?
- 29:26[SPEAKER_05]: Certainly not in the city.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_05]: I there's a couple up on the river that may be some of them doesn't jake have a five million dollar home on the river Somebody was at the cap that Anything about five million is that what they're trying to what if you have a four point nine you're not to pay it so It's crazy This seems like you're already paying it.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_08]: I don't even know where they're coming from this madami He's already telling everybody everything's free.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_08]: Everything's gonna be free.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_08]: Now he's like
- 29:55[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, well, I don't know how we're gonna be for it, but I voted on it.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_08]: I win on it.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_08]: You guys voted me in, and I didn't know how I'm gonna do it.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, on real.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_05]: Well, this county, I don't know.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I remember years ago this county refused to put OTP in, even though there was a promise of money, and all of that.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_05]: But they did.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_05]: Some of the communities went for the weed to get some extra money.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_05]: Whether or not.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, places like that plate on the right now, I'll tell you.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, that's supposed to go back to the local community.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_08]: They'd say they knew the double jeopardy tax on it.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_08]: We got a house over five million.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_08]: There's all that cash money from the boundaries, quick job, or whatever.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_08]: All that was supposed to go to roads and everything in the mouth.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_05]: Whenever they lay that nonsense I know we're having a new tax but we're going to dedicate it to roads We're going to dedicate it to the children.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's just nonsense or all of these up Oh, you're holding a lot of some free-scores towards concept.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_05]: No It's just money to the state.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah Same thing for that.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_08]: I don't like Democrats, but that's a perfect example Another thing that's trying to pass it doesn't make any sense because
- 31:13[SPEAKER_08]: Even if they pass all the extra charges on people that worked hard And good money.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure there's not very many five million dollars off the roundbook Well, I'm I'm kind of hoping Millie.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_05]: You know kind of hoping Millie calls in Doesn't Millie have at Millie's got a five million dollar home somewhere, so maybe she'll call in I don't know.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_05]: It's probably a couple of things Is she not a thing, so
- 31:39[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, it's coming up pretty soon and there's something, but yeah, I'm sure she's gonna give me a year call.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_08]: I like Millie.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I do too and, you know, I'll judge this.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_08]: You know, if I're joking with that, I want Millie to help me.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_05]: Me too.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, what's that?
- 31:56[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what's wrong with some people.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_05]: All right, thank you.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, if I see you in a restaurant, I'm going to start joking just so she'll squeeze me, right?

- 35:40[SPEAKER_05]: Lots of different things, but there's lots more.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_05]: So look at that too, you know.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, John Sterling, long time radio voice of the Yankees, got it 87, that's unfortunate.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_05]: Man accused of stealing another person's cell phone on public square.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_05]: Man, bit woman's face, punched her in the stomach and choked her during robbery, the chokers are continuing.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_05]: Man accused of shoplifting at Ailes,
- 36:15[SPEAKER_05]: Just some of the crimes, we've got to look at these close more closely, talk about it.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_05]: Because these are the little crimes you've got to read on the blotter that don't get reported in the media because it's not important enough for all of that.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but here's a guy, 45 years old.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_05]: Jesus.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_05]: He got robbery, felony, second degree criminal trespass criminal obstruction.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_05]: petty larceny harassment he's accused of entering and remaining inside a thirty nine year old woman's apartment forcibly held a woman down with his arms and a knee and applied pressure to her throat with his right hand while stealing twenty one dollars from a jacket and he pushed to punch the woman in the stomach's uh... slap their
- 37:06[SPEAKER_05]: Squeeze their head, temples, and eyes, and bitter on the right side of her face and chin during the same incident.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_05]: Holy cow this guy was something, all for $21.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_05]: Then he took a North Face jacket and a JBL Flip 4 speaker, photo value of $2.199.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_05]: I recorded a court documents.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_05]: Now is this the boy for Ender?
- 37:27[SPEAKER_05]: What is he?
- 37:30[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, what's going on?
- 37:32[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, Ron here.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_10]: they didn't know that it was uh... clump a little bit if you're a special regarding the paid deterrence yes uh... where a lot of that comes from uh... i don't know people to realize that i paid deterrence means peace of land i know what it means yeah the third what would be i think with the end game is is people are especially wealthy people only spend uh... hundred and eighty days in the state and if you're out of the state for certain on the time you're not considered
- 38:05[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_05]: So that they do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
- 38:35[SPEAKER_10]: They just can't get over the fact that so many people, even all they do have for whatever reason, properties of your state, but they want to hold on to what they do it for the absolute minimum amount of time, but then there are instances in another state, Utah, Florida, Tennessee.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_05]: You see, they give it a fancy French name like that.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_05]: to confuse people and knowing that people like up here in the north country ain't going to know what they don't know know pita chair what it means or anything like that or metaphorically or literally so uh... yeah it actually means put on the ground and it refers to this type of tax if you have a foot on the ground in a in a different state that's the derivation of it oh yeah
- 39:22[SPEAKER_05]: five million just the starting point it'll be down to $100,000 homes by the sector all the oh I imagine and what about if they allow local opt-in do you think I think counties and towns up here would all absolutely anything and everything to just take more money with the people they just say wow we're not in the rich out of state payers support our whatever we're supporting up here
- 39:49[SPEAKER_10]: it's just the same as it's never enough, it's just take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take everything and I guess we'll find out what happens then.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'd like to have Margaret Thatcher said socialism is great, so you'll run out of other people's money and that's what we're saying absolutely.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you, by now.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_05]: Another witnesses, you know, but I attributed it so it's okay.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, this guy is joking this woman, slapping her around.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_05]: And there's another guy, who this guy is.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_05]: This is the guy who takes pictures all the time.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_05]: This guy took a phone from another guy through the phone, causing a screen to crack.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, stop it.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_05]: And here's a woman, she's homeless, she did some graffiti, drew on the wall's doors, door jams, at 660, that's the blue building.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_05]: How can you defame that place, now I don't, I don't, graffiti on that building, that's not a crime.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_05]: Well, here's somebody who got himself a DWI, and there's a 41-year-old woman, Common Law, DWI, and there's another person, Eddie Larson, he stole $187.96 worth of heaters from
- 41:40[SPEAKER_05]: maybe he was cold, yeah, let's see, here's another guy, harassment, you sent a 33-year-old man a text message stating he was going to make him disappear off the face of the earth like a blemish, let's know different than that former FBI director there say in 8647 in C-shelves, that's not a cry, isn't it?
- 42:10[SPEAKER_05]: But after doing your on the air, you're all right, let's up.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, not much.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_11]: There's something I wanted to go over with you.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_11]: I had to call some of my across now and ask you, uh, so I called the show often and I get involved in, uh, you know, the stuff that goes on around here and uh, the situation with clips and Lisa and, uh, milly and, you know,
- 42:36[SPEAKER_11]: The whole stuff that went on, you know, when it was going on, I kind of remember you saying something to Lisa in the interview and you interview her, you had said something like, do you believe this was an intervention on the behalf of God?
- 42:51[SPEAKER_11]: Do you remember asking that question?
- 42:54[SPEAKER_05]: I don't recall that.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_05]: But if I shout it, I'll shout it out.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_11]: Well, anyways, I do believe.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_11]: I do believe there was an intervention for her, um, to have some God and the community.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_11]: I did want to say that.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_11]: I wanted to ask you a question also.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_11]: Would you be, would you get involved in all the gossip and the stuff around town like you have for as many years as you have on the hotline?
- 43:16[SPEAKER_21]: Uh-huh.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_11]: Have you had anybody ever tried to get into your medical records or do anything devious of the sort to you?
- 43:23[SPEAKER_05]: Most people who speculate on the internet about.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_11]: me medical conditions and so on as far as get into them no i've had people get into personal stuff before but not medical records but my uh... i've got to speak to go and i'm gonna be you know honest i got to talk to myself but uh... there was a breach of my my medical records and medical center and i'm obviously putting it over the air i haven't told anybody else about it but it is a side of the one side
- 43:52[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, and it's been looked into by the state and federal government right now this happened to be just I don't know, I was just made aware of it by my suspicion that Mm-hmm.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody was in my sharks, and that's a very big breach of Europe Which is a federal thought, so they made me aware of it and now it's a big investigation, but I just don't understand people why they believe they'll have to do it
- 44:16[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I don't either.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's uh, sometimes it's for personal gains, sometimes it's no Zeniths.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_05]: Um, you know, I had, uh, when I was in the hospital, I had some of my, uh, electronic, uh, devices, the swipe and perused and everything by lawyers and stuff and, you know, what can you do?
- 44:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's what I mean.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_11]: So you're really, you do know what I'm talking about that basically.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, all in a way, yeah.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, yeah, so yeah, that's what I'm going through right now and I mean, I'm going through other things in the past with you know, people coming after me in certain ways and me sending it off of stuff like that.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_11]: I don't really know how I'm going to handle this situation yet, but it is pretty, uh, well, just them would do something like that.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_05]: I'm playing to whoever you're complaining to.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_05]: I remember one time I was walking the jog and broke my leg and uh, somebody in the emergency room called all the media just tell him the mayor was in the emergency room.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_05]: So, I mean, that stuff happens.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_11]: You have a violation right there.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_11]: You should see the phones that are out there when you go into the hospital nowadays, even the staff, the staff, like, and that's exactly what I'm talking about.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_11]: They're allowed to have their cell phones on the floor and they're allowed to be on them when I don't believe they should be able to.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_05]: Well, listen, I mean, most people in that field understand the law and are respectful.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_05]: I, again, have dealt with a lot of medical people in the last five years.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_05]: uh... you know the uh... privacy issues very much on their mind so i don't really have a and frankly i don't know is my medical records of that interesting i mean what's so interesting about when you're bowel movement was was up like that i mean no it doesn't necessarily just talk about you know there's so there's press when they go into your doctor's charge there's personal tolerances in their sir
- 46:07[SPEAKER_21]: Right.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_11]: He really is everything is out in the, and now, and they actually even have this new program that they use with primary cares, you will end in any eye.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_11]: A.I.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_11]: Recording you.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_11]: Did you know that?
- 46:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_05]: last time i was at the doctor i think we were talking about billy or something like that uh... that kind of stuff you know you see curtain of answer trump or whatever but yeah i get you i mean it you know it should be kept private and in most cases it is yeah well if you think you think you might find this one that you've ever experienced anything like that okay thank you so much yep by now already sorry that happened but it does happen people and people it's gonna happen okay
- 46:55[SPEAKER_05]: Now let's see, um, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, hmmm,
- 47:27[SPEAKER_05]: There's a woman that was arrested with a combination of drugs and alcohol.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_05]: How do they measure that?
- 47:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody, now that weeds legal and everybody smoking at their cars, is that illegal to drive with that?
- 47:42[SPEAKER_21]: I don't know.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_05]: Is there like a breathalizer for it?
- 47:47[SPEAKER_05]: If you stink, they arrest you.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know how that works.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_05]: Well, 755-1240, the phone number, if you'd like to be on the air today and talk about things and whatever you want to talk about is fair game.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_05]: We got through the blotter.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_05]: Not too much else, really.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_05]: I guess, braces.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_05]: You mad over that?
- 48:19[SPEAKER_05]: You know, it's just, what are you going to do?
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: What are you going to do?
- 48:25[SPEAKER_05]: You just got to adjust your life, you know?
- 48:30[SPEAKER_05]: Of course, if you're like a big wig and you get a car provided and a gas provided, it's easy, but the matter with the price of gas is right.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_05]: That's why people were upset over all those cars provided to public employees because they
- 48:46[SPEAKER_05]: gas mall up at DPW, life is easy when you can do that, let's see, this is something it was out in mechanic film, which is near Albany.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_05]: You can say kids will be kids, but they had them on a plate.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_05]: You know, there was a carousel of things.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't think they had those anymore.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_05]: Some little kid was on it, and these other kids came up to use their electric bike, and I guess put the tire up against the edge of them to get it to spin real fast, and they severely injured the kid.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_05]: First of all, at stupid, I didn't think those kind of playground apparatus I were.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_05]: They got rid of jungle gyms and slides and tutorials.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_05]: So I figured those were going to, but maybe not.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_13]: But after dinner on the air yeah i'd like to introduce topic uh... i think it's a major concern to everybody it used to should be uh... or are you on the air you had to turn your radio down i don't have it on but i'll go ahead and talk that okay is your back over something no not here i can hear you find go ahead and talk oh okay yes yes the voting rights amendment nineteen sixty five
- 50:00[SPEAKER_13]: This thing on the reading issue can right now drawing a congressional line.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, if I got an override on the radio to it, I don't know.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_13]: Anyway, this is very concerning to me because I track this a lot.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_13]: And the reading issue can right now in the states, mostly in the southern states right now are read drawing the lines to make it better.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_13]: It can be effective in terms of lectures.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_13]: What do you think about that?
- 50:28[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'm not in favor of this tit-for-tat redistricting, but on the other hand, the voting rights thing.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_05]: The idea that we're going to create a serpentine looking piece of real estate so that we can increase the probability of a certain race being elected.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_05]: Another was saying, we think Dan Francis should have a black member of Congress, so we're going to loop him in with some urban district or something.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_05]: It doesn't affect things up here because everything's homogeneous.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_05]: But if you look at that one down that goes from Baton Rouge to Schreefport, that doesn't make any sense, there's no community of interest in that district.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_05]: Well, but you know, just like, and we've got that here.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, look at the district that you and I live in.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_05]: It goes all the way from here to Niagara County.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_13]: There's no community of interest.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_13]: But actually, Louisiana consists of one third of the population of Louisiana.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_05]: But this is what happens.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_05]: You get into, you say, OK, a third of the population's black, so a third of the Congress members should be black.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_05]: Or you can say, it's like the Republicans in Fox News saying, well, there's 45% of Virginia's voted Republican, but only 11% of the Congressmen will be Republican.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_05]: Or Kamala Harris got 30% of the vote in Wyoming, but the Democrats have 0% of the members of Congress.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_05]: You can't equate all of that.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_05]: people have got to get cost this whole mess we've got right now with these are never 12 states right now doing this Russian out there you know Alabama Mississippi Tennessee I agree I don't like what's going on now but I do think it's I don't think this idea of redistricting is you know listen they should put you and I down with a map of New York and we draw some squares of equals population call it a day but they don't want that they don't want that
- 52:24[SPEAKER_13]: It's not in the constitution to manipulate the boundaries in a way to facilitate the rules for the boundaries to do this every 10 years.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_13]: Go ahead and do it.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_13]: Now, then, tell us, forget, put it on the ballot.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_13]: Virginia, put it on the ballot, and people approved it.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_05]: I think it was for the war.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_05]: I think it was for the war.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_13]: If you change it.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_05]: 40 years ago that Republicans picked up some seats in New York because Kathy Hockel didn't have sufficient co-tails and the Democrats didn't like that so they'd be drew some things to try to get a couple of just not it doesn't affect any frances because you're gonna be in a Republican district but it affects people in the Hudson Valley it affects people on Long Island and so it goes on on both sides I don't I don't praise it I can damn it
- 53:31[SPEAKER_05]: You don't want to accept my condom, Nathan.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_13]: I just thought it was important to raise this point because it's going to affect building, avoiding rights of people, protecting minorities, and minorities are just as important as any other person, and these structures are still out of control.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_05]: But of course they are, but of course they are, but they're not more important.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_05]: They're equally important.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't say they were more important, they're just as important.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_05]: That's like the old days.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_05]: Remember the old Missouri Compromise of it?
- 53:58[SPEAKER_05]: Except we want to count some people as a three-fifths of a person.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_05]: You know, if the Democrats had their way they'd want to count some voters as like getting 1.5 votes or something like that, just to try to equal out the world.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_05]: You can't do that.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_13]: We are the whole, we don't need to go back to the Civil War area on the week before we construction and come back into this.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_05]: Sure we do, that's where it all started.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_13]: All taxed, all of a sudden.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, well listen, Danny, I got to run, I got to break the dude.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_05]: All right, well thank you for bringing that up though.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_07]: I think I wanted to address that issue and I did
- 54:41[SPEAKER_22]: Breaking news in New York's 21st congressional district, President Trump is throwing his support behind Anthony Constantino, calling him an America first patriot.
