- 5:00Meredith Oke: Hi, Eileen McKusick. Welcome to the QVC podcast.
- 5:04Super excited to have you here. We appreciate
- 5:07your work so much and also the work that you've
- 5:10been doing to create, lay the foundation for this
- 5:15to be a true science, the science of waves and
- 5:18sound and all of it. Your contribution is really
- 5:22important. So thank you for that and thank you
- 5:23for being here.
- 5:24Eileen McKusick: Yeah, you bet. Thanks for having me, Meredith.
- 5:27Meredith Oke: So I wanted to start back at the beginning. A lot
- 5:31of almost everyone that I interview and everyone
- 5:35who listens to this, it's mostly people who ended
- 5:39up in a place that they didn't expect. They took
- 5:42a turn that they didn't plan to take due to
- 5:46following a fascination or having a health issue
- 5:49that wasn't resolved via the normal channels. You
- 5:54are so currently well known for biofuel tuning,
- 5:58but I was interested to hear your story,
- 6:01listening to you share that. You didn't start out
- 6:04there. You were in a completely different
- 6:07industry and this was a side hobby that grew. So
- 6:11tell us how that happened.
- 6:14Eileen McKusick: Yeah, definitely ended up where I didn't think I
- 6:16would by following a fascination to help my own
- 6:20health conditions. So I think I've got that in
- 6:23common with everybody else on this kind of path.
- 6:26I picked up tuning forks in 1996. I found a set
- 6:30in a catalog, and at the time I had owned a very
- 6:34busy restaurant that I started when I was 20. And
- 6:37100 hour weeks really ruined my back and my
- 6:39health. I ended up running away screaming after
- 6:42four years and went to massage therapy school and
- 6:46started to work to heal my back, heal my physical
- 6:48issues, you know, emotional mental issues that I
- 6:51didn't even realize that I had. And ended up
- 6:54having to go back to the restaurant, but kept
- 6:57doing massages part time on the side because I
- 7:00discovered that I really had an interest in
- 7:03natural health and healing, science and
- 7:05spirituality, human potential. And so I always
- 7:08had books going on the side, and one book always
- 7:11leads to another, as probably most of your
- 7:13watchers have that experience. And it led me to
- 7:17vibrational medicine all the way back in 1996.
- 7:20And this was really just starting to come out.
- 7:22And I read everything I could find on the use of
- 7:25color and sound and music and healing. And then
- 7:27these forks appeared in a catalog. So I just
- 7:31started playing with them. And they were very
- 7:33intriguing to me from the very beginning. They
- 7:36produced situations and outcomes that I
- 7:39absolutely didn't expect. But this was in
- 7:41Connecticut in the 90s, where people were
- 7:44extremely skeptical of this sort of thing. If I
- 7:47told anyone I was doing sound healing with tuning
- 7:49forks, I Was like, got backhanded. You know, it's
- 7:52skepticism. Like what nonsense. I mean, now I
- 7:58think there is something about when you hear the
- 8:00term tuning forks in energy fields, I think
- 8:03people have been really programmed to immediately
- 8:06perceive that and dismiss it as pseudoscientific
- 8:10nonsense. And anybody who engages in that is
- 8:13clearly delusional. And, and has, you know. No,
- 8:16they're just deluding themselves. And. But you
- 8:20know, the thing is, is that once you get past
- 8:22that first thought and you dig a little deeper,
- 8:26what you find is that the how and why of why
- 8:29tuning forks work actually makes sense. And
- 8:31that's what a lot of people say once they read my
- 8:33book and they, they start to grasp it. They're
- 8:35like, oh, this makes sense, right? It's a physics
- 8:38based approach to health, working with the body's
- 8:41electrical system instead of a chemical,
- 8:44mechanical based approach to health that we've
- 8:46all been so conditioned into. So I did it for 10
- 8:50years, just as a hobby, just on the side. And
- 8:53then in 2006, I made a discovery that I started
- 8:58to find things in the atmosphere around the body.
- 9:01And over the next four years, from 2006 to 2010,
- 9:06I explored what I now know as the biofield. And
- 9:10now see, that is a Taurus. But at the time, I had
- 9:12no idea. It was sort of this blind exploration
- 9:16that sort of fumble in the dark with momentary
- 9:18flashes of illumination. And what ended up coming
- 9:22together is what I call the biofield anatomy map,
- 9:24which is the basis of my work. And it's
- 9:27essentially the observation that we have an
- 9:30electrical system. Anything that has electric
- 9:33current running through it has a magnetic field
- 9:36around it. And the human body is no exception.
- 9:40And that this magnetic field is what I would call
- 9:44our mind, our conscious mind, our subconscious
- 9:47mind. It's where our memories are. It's really
- 9:49our sense of self, right? Because when you're
- 9:51alive and your light is on, that's you, you're
- 9:54here. And when you die, your light goes out and
- 9:56then you are no longer here. So I would say that
- 10:00this electrical system, this light body, is both
- 10:03biological and spiritual. So there's really,
- 10:06there's no, there's no separation there. Even
- 10:09though we've been taught to use language and
- 10:11beliefs to create a separation. And so I would
- 10:16say that the biofield is a torus. It is a sphere
- 10:20with a central channel. We draw up negative
- 10:23charge from the surface of the earth, we draw
- 10:25down positive charge from the sun and the
- 10:27atmosphere, and these circulate around and the
- 10:31field extends about 6ft off to our sides, front
- 10:34and backs about 12 foot diameter. But it grows
- 10:37and shrinks depending on where we are, how we
- 10:39feel, that sort of thing. This is just sort of an
- 10:41average. And what I discovered is that it holds
- 10:44our memories. So even though we're told our
- 10:46memories in our brain and our consciousness is
- 10:49inside our brain, what I found was that actually
- 10:52I could find very specific memories in the field.
- 10:55And that's what the map is all about. It shows
- 10:57where specific memories are stored in the field.
- 11:01And so when I started working in the field, my
- 11:05therapeutic outcomes became really dramatic. And
- 11:08at the time, I was actually making kettle corn.
- 11:11So I'd sold my share in the restaurant. I moved
- 11:13to Vermont, and I wanted to get back into a food
- 11:16business. And so I go to grocery stores on Sunday
- 11:18nights and see what people were buying and what
- 11:21they weren't buying. And then I came up with the
- 11:23idea for kettle corn. Because back in 2004, you
- 11:26could only get kettle corn in fairs and
- 11:28festivals. You couldn't get it in stores. And so
- 11:31I actually was one of the first people to bring
- 11:33kettle corn in stores. And I had. I had it in 50
- 11:38stores. It was flying off the shelves. It was a
- 11:40proven product. It had great profit margin. Like,
- 11:42I was going to grow it, sell it to Frito Lay and
- 11:44retire. Like, that was the track that I was on.
- 11:49And I got, whoop, diverted kind of unexpectedly
- 11:55and kind of reluctantly, quite honestly. Because
- 11:58when I started working out in the field, my
- 12:01therapeutic outcomes with my clients became
- 12:04really dramatic. You know, when we don't feel
- 12:06good and we go see a provider, we want to
- 12:08experience a state change, right? We want to feel
- 12:11different. After we spent money and come out, we
- 12:13want to feel different. And that is so much what
- 12:15was happening. I was getting people over anxiety,
- 12:18depression, pain, all kinds of stuckness in
- 12:21pretty short order. And I was like, this is the
- 12:23kind of healing people are looking for. And I
- 12:26really felt sort of a moral obligation to bring
- 12:28it out in the world. But there was this image
- 12:31problem. And so I ended up going to college as an
- 12:39adult and went full time for 4 years. Got my
- 12:43undergraduate degree, got my master's degree, and
- 12:45I wrote a master's thesis called Exploring the
- 12:49Effects of Audible Sound on the Human Body and
- 12:52its Biofield.
- 12:53Meredith Oke: Wow. Good for you. So what were the majors to get
- 12:56you to that?
- 12:57Eileen McKusick: Well, my undergrad was in business and wellness.
- 13:00And then my. Actually, my graduate program, I
- 13:03went to Northern Vermont University, which is
- 13:05like five minutes down the road from me in
- 13:07Northern Vermont. They only had two master's
- 13:10programs, one in education and one in counseling.
- 13:12So I got a master's in education. But I was very
- 13:14fortunate to have a thesis committee and a group
- 13:18of people that were super supportive of what I
- 13:21was doing doing. And so I got a degree in
- 13:25integrative education. I kind of created my own
- 13:28track and was fully supported in doing this
- 13:31research and writing this thesis. But my thesis
- 13:33advisor, she said to me, Eileen, if you're going
- 13:37to write an academic treatise on an esoteric
- 13:40topic, it has to be above excellent. And So I had
- 13:46five different editors for that, including this
- 13:49fellow named Dr. Carl Merritt, who's who wrote
- 13:51the Ford Tuning the Human Biofield and was also
- 13:54the first person I ever tried to do it at a
- 13:56distance with. And, and then that won an academic
- 14:00excellence award and it, and then it became the
- 14:03basis for Tuning the Human Biofield which has now
- 14:06sold over 100,000 copies. So it's, that book has
- 14:09sort of become a classic. It's maintained
- 14:11bestseller status ever since it came out 10 years
- 14:14ago. So. And then I wrote Electric Body, electric
- 14:17health in 2021. So along the way I formed a
- 14:21school and I now have 10 teachers who help me
- 14:24teach biofield tuning. We've trained over 3,500
- 14:27people worldwide in, in the method or if
- 14:30something in different stages of it. So that's
- 14:32very exciting. I formed a non profit institute,
- 14:35Biofilm Tuning Institute and we've had a number
- 14:37of papers published in peer review. Just did a
- 14:40big study last year with 100 participants and
- 14:43that is currently the data for that is being
- 14:45collated. That was for anxiety and we found that
- 14:49biofuel tuning works amazingly for anxiety,
- 14:52fears, phobias, that sort of thing. So we're, you
- 14:56know, we're doing, we're educating people in how
- 14:58to do the method and we're getting the peer
- 15:00review research done as well. And I really see
- 15:04that it's my job to take what has previously been
- 15:08considered to be pseudoscientific or you know,
- 15:10woo woo, as I like to say and just ground it. In
- 15:14science we already understand, just make it very
- 15:15matter of fact, because it is very matter of
- 15:18fact. And so that's what I've been working on.
- 15:22Meredith Oke: Amazing. There's so much in there. I love that
- 15:25you are able to take what was available in our
- 15:29current reality and use those materials to build
- 15:33a new reality. Basically what you did. Yeah,
- 15:40because I think sometimes we look around and see
- 15:45the brick wall, hear the negativity. It's like,
- 15:47oh well, they're not. No, no one's ready for this
- 15:50yet. But there's always the, you know, getting
- 15:54down, breaking things down. There's always the
- 15:55ingredients to build whatever it is we need to
- 15:59build, and then that gives a framework for people
- 16:02to come into and expand it and keep moving it
- 16:06forward. So you are a great role model in that
- 16:11way. I love it. Thank you. So you mentioned
- 16:15having a shift in terms of how you understood the
- 16:17biofield, which is really when you were like,
- 16:19okay, I have to give up my entrepreneurial life
- 16:23and take this more seriously. What could you say
- 16:27more about what that was?
- 16:30Eileen McKusick: Yeah, it was a message from God, quite honestly.
- 16:33It was a download that came in kind of like
- 16:36certified mail, clear as a bell. And it said, you
- 16:40need. It started off with, the world needs
- 16:43harmony more than it needs another snack food.
- 16:49Meredith Oke: Well, that's not ambiguous. That is clear.
- 16:55Eileen McKusick: That's very clear. It says, you need to go to
- 16:57college, get degrees, learn and teach about
- 17:00sound. Become part of the conversation moving the
- 17:03science of this forward. Get yourself in
- 17:05textbooks and peer review. Cover the globe with
- 17:09biofield tuning and awaken an army. All of these
- 17:14things. And at first I was like, absolutely not.
- 17:16Like, I'm not doing that. I'm not gonna. I'm not
- 17:19gonna go out on the world stage with tuning forks
- 17:22because I'm just gonna be such a target for
- 17:24people's rotten tomatoes, and I don't want to do
- 17:27that. Thank you very much. But after, you know,
- 17:30just a little while, I realized that. That I was
- 17:34well suited to the job because I am so practical
- 17:37and log. And the only reason why I advocate for
- 17:42any of this is because it's practical, it's
- 17:44logical, it's effective, it's efficient. These
- 17:47are all things that I really value. And. And so I
- 17:51said, okay, challenge accepted. I sold the
- 17:54popcorn business, and I went to college, and, you
- 17:58know, and I've done all the things that I was
- 18:00asked to do. So that's. Yeah, that's where it
- 18:03came from. You couldn't really say no.
- 18:05Meredith Oke: Yeah. No, you can't. Yes. And I understand. It's
- 18:10like this vision comes and it's like, sorry, I'm
- 18:14gonna do what? That's not. No, that's not who I
- 18:19am. That's not the plan. Everyone's gonna think
- 18:21I'm weird, but, oh, well, here we are. And here,
- 18:25you know, and you have truly changed the
- 18:28landscape. You know, you really have, in a very,
- 18:32very short amount of time, the combination of the
- 18:36qualities that you bring to the table.
- 18:38Eileen McKusick: Well, I think that part of the reason is. Is
- 18:40because everything that I put together, it really
- 18:43needs to ring true to me. It needs to resonate.
- 18:46Right. And if it doesn't resonate, if it doesn't
- 18:48make sense to me, I'm not going to share it with
- 18:51anyone. And so that's what. When people hear it
- 18:54and they start to understand it, they feel the
- 18:57resonance. They say, oh, this feels true. This
- 19:00rings true to me. These are things that I already
- 19:03knew, but I didn't even know that I knew them
- 19:06until I saw it there. And then I'm like, of
- 19:09course that's true.
- 19:10Meredith Oke: Right, Right. Yes. And that's that. That feeling
- 19:15of truth in the body, where it's. Because we talk
- 19:19a lot about sunlight and being outside. You know,
- 19:22I've had a lot of people on this podcast talking
- 19:24about how important that is, and people like, oh,
- 19:26no, no, you can't go in the sun. It's bad. And
- 19:27you're like, why do you think that? How do you
- 19:29feel when you're outside? It's like, oh, yeah,
- 19:35no, that makes sense.
- 19:36Eileen McKusick: Right.
- 19:36Meredith Oke: And there's not even a scientific explanation
- 19:39necessary. People just feel the truth of it. So
- 19:43tell me a little bit more about the anatomy of
- 19:45the biofield.
- 19:48Eileen McKusick: Sure. So what I observed, and this was, as I
- 19:52said, over the course of four years of combing my
- 19:54forks through the atmosphere around the body and
- 19:58making observations because the tuning forks
- 20:02interact with the body's electromagnetic field.
- 20:07Meredith Oke: And.
- 20:08Eileen McKusick: And I would. I would be going along, and I would
- 20:14hit an area where I would feel resistance in the
- 20:17fork, almost feeling like you're encountering
- 20:18mass. And then I would have a note drop into my
- 20:24head. Then I talk about having a male slot, mail
- 20:27slot on the back of my head, like, kind of right
- 20:29there. My friend Tiffany Barsodi, I met her at a
- 20:32conference, and she did all this work,
- 20:34understanding that we actually have a minor
- 20:36chakra there called the Alta major, or the mouth
- 20:39of God, which I. When I first learned about that,
- 20:42I'm like, that's my mail slot.
- 20:44Meredith Oke: You're like, oh, the mail slot you made.
- 20:48Eileen McKusick: And. And so the mail slot would open and a little
- 20:51note would drop in, and it would say, sadness,
- 20:53age 10. And so I'd be like. And I'd ask the
- 20:56person, what happened when you were 10? That was
- 20:59sad. And they were like, oh, that was when my
- 21:00grandmother died. And, you know, we were so
- 21:02close, and I was so sad, and we never talked
- 21:03about it. There's, like, to always be a sad story
- 21:05there. And so after a while of getting all of
- 21:09these drops that were then correlated by my
- 21:14clients, this pattern started to emerge. And the
- 21:19way I've come to understand the pattern now is
- 21:21that information encoded in the outer boundary.
- 21:25The double layer plasma membrane of our biofield
- 21:28contains information that was generated when we
- 21:31were in utero. Just inside that is birth. And so
- 21:34if I'm moving a tuning fork through someone's
- 21:36field, it's like dropping a needle on an album
- 21:38and reading the vibrational record of their
- 21:41lives. All the memories are encoded in the field.
- 21:44So if I'm working on somebody who's 60, I'm going
- 21:47to find memories that were generated when they
- 21:49were 30, around three feet away from them. And
- 21:52then as we get closer to the body, we get closer
- 21:54to now. So it's timelined in that as our body is
- 21:59feeling and sensing and speaking and hearing all
- 22:02the things. Right. That are all electrical
- 22:04impulses. So it makes sense that our memory is
- 22:07stored in our electrical system so that it has
- 22:12this timeline quality. But I also discovered that
- 22:15it was sort of striated, that it almost had like
- 22:18file drawers. And every time we felt the emotion
- 22:21of sadness, that would get recorded off of our
- 22:24left shoulder. So I found that people who came in
- 22:26who had left shoulder issues very often were
- 22:28carrying a lot of heavy sadness with them. They
- 22:32had undigested, unexpressed, sad emotions.
- 22:35Meredith Oke: Because that particular emotion gets stored up in
- 22:38a similar space in the biofield.
- 22:41Eileen McKusick: Yes.
- 22:41Meredith Oke: Which then reverberates into the physical body.
- 22:44Eileen McKusick: Yes. It's kind of one of the in.
- 22:48Meredith Oke: And out, all the waves.
- 22:49Eileen McKusick: Yeah, yeah. I noticed that every time people came
- 22:53in with right hip issues, that they had a busy
- 22:56mind and a busy body and were almost always over
- 23:00engaged in some kind of guilt driven overdoing or
- 23:02overthinking and so on through the whole body.
- 23:05That every body part, the people came and said
- 23:08this hurts. That there was a common underlying
- 23:12mental or emotional imbalance there. And like
- 23:16almost without exception. Right. And I can, I can
- 23:21very easily, you know, if somebody tells me where
- 23:22they have pain, I can very easily diagnose to
- 23:25them, like what is going on in their mind and
- 23:27their emotions in their life. That's out of
- 23:28balance because magnetic fields guide and inform
- 23:32electric currents. So wherever you're generating
- 23:36a lot of magnetic emotional energy, it's going to
- 23:39affect the way that electricity is flowing
- 23:42through the body and you end up with excesses in
- 23:46some places and deficiencies in other. So what
- 23:49we're really doing, we're kind of like
- 23:50bioelectricians and we're working through the
- 23:53magnetic field in order to get the electricity to
- 23:57flow through the body in a Balanced open way. So
- 24:01that that's really the essence of it is finding
- 24:04traumatic inputs from different parts of your
- 24:07life where you developed a pattern of tension
- 24:11related to that. And that pattern of tension is
- 24:14inhibiting flow and it's stopping your body from
- 24:17self repairing. Because the body is designed to
- 24:20self repair, we all know that. And what gets in
- 24:23the way are these patterns of tension. In fact,
- 24:27I've come to the conclusion that anything that
- 24:30you can think of, for the most part, that goes
- 24:33wrong with you is tension based. And I've been
- 24:38waiting for somebody to come up with things that
- 24:41aren't right. Even, even something like heavy
- 24:44metal poisoning. We're all exposed to heavy
- 24:47metal. Why do some people end up with heavy metal
- 24:49toxicity and other people don't? And I found that
- 24:52there was a particular personality type that was
- 24:56more prone to this. And these were the people who
- 24:59suppressed their anger. And if you just think and
- 25:02feel for a moment like what has to happen in your
- 25:04body in order for you to suppress anger, right,
- 25:07you're creating tension across every membrane in
- 25:10your body. That tension is inhibiting your body
- 25:13from moving these heavy metals, from processing
- 25:15them, from getting them out. So when we release
- 25:20these subconscious patterns of tension, and it
- 25:22could be from in utero, a lot of stuff gets
- 25:24formed under the age of three. Even particular
- 25:27beliefs that we form create particular patterns
- 25:30of tension. If you were a baby that was left to
- 25:33cry it out and you were bottle fed on a schedule
- 25:36and you were neglected, you develop a belief that
- 25:40it doesn't matter what you say, nobody's
- 25:42listening to what I'm saying. And you go through
- 25:44your life and that pattern of tension informs
- 25:47your voice, your vagus nerve, so that when you
- 25:50speak, people hear that belief and they don't
- 25:53listen to you. And it's just a pattern of
- 25:56tension. So it's a sort of systematic approach to
- 26:00going through the memory bank, finding the places
- 26:04where you still have charge around unhealed,
- 26:06unexpressed emotions or experiences, unwitnessed,
- 26:10shameful things that you know you might have been
- 26:12victim of when you were little that put you in
- 26:15that state of tension and just gently teasing the
- 26:18body to release the energy that it's holding in
- 26:21that and that pattern of tension so that, so that
- 26:24you can relax and that your breathing opens up.
- 26:27Because in the electric health model, most of our
- 26:30life force and energy comes from our breath. And
- 26:33so if you're not breathing, and most people hold
- 26:36their breath regularly, they breathe shallowly,
- 26:40they overthink, and then they wonder why they're
- 26:43exhausted at 3:00 in the afternoon. And it's
- 26:46primarily because you are not getting enough
- 26:49breath. So this boosts our vitality by liberating
- 26:54our breath to its potential. Right, yeah.
- 26:59Meredith Oke: So fascinating. So liberating our breath and all
- 27:02of that energy that we're using to stay tense,
- 27:06that also becomes available to us to live our
- 27:09lives, to flow, to receive, to give.
- 27:13Eileen McKusick: Yes, all that and to really reach our potential.
- 27:17Right. Because we all know that we have more
- 27:19potential than what we're accessing. And your
- 27:23electric potential is literally frozen in your
- 27:26field and it's not in circulation because. And if
- 27:29you've had a lot of trauma, you have a lot of
- 27:32stuff frozen in your field. But I've found that
- 27:35people who've had a lot of trauma who
- 27:37successfully heal, become like superhuman because
- 27:40they had to figure out how to make do with less
- 27:43of themselves online. And when they start to get
- 27:46themselves back online, they've really developed
- 27:49a lot of skills.
- 27:50Meredith Oke: And I have noticed that. And you also become.
- 27:56You've also developed the skill of healing stuff
- 27:59as it happens and noticing and knowing what it
- 28:02is. Because I think, yeah, I noticed that there's
- 28:05people. I'm like, oh, if only you were just
- 28:07slightly more traumatized, you'd be forced to
- 28:10deal with it. Which sounds terrible, but it's an
- 28:14interesting topic. And I saw something online
- 28:16this week that I wanted to respond to, but I
- 28:19don't have time. And the person, you know, there
- 28:22was someone who made a post about how trauma is
- 28:24the cause of so many different things, and then
- 28:26someone else reposted it, saying, like, why are
- 28:29we blaming everything in the world on trauma? And
- 28:32I. I'm curious what you feel like. My thought was
- 28:35trauma is the source of all of those things, but
- 28:38are the problem isn't blaming trauma. The problem
- 28:42is that we somehow feel like that trauma is
- 28:46permanent or something, when really it's what I
- 28:49think the next phase is like, okay, people who
- 28:53have a lot of trauma are very, very limited, and
- 28:55it's a source of many different issues. But what
- 28:58if the. What if we had a mindset where it's like,
- 29:00oh, okay, so go and go and heal it. It's
- 29:03possible. And it's not actually as hard as you
- 29:05may have been led to believe.
- 29:06Eileen McKusick: It is absolutely possible, and it is absolutely
- 29:08not as hard as you've been led believe. I had a
- 29:11lot of trauma as a kid and had a really hard life
- 29:15for a long time. Many, many difficult things. And
- 29:20I backed all of that out of my system. Now I've
- 29:23had a lot of tune ups. I've received a lot of
- 29:25tune ups. You know, that's a beautiful thing, but
- 29:29we are absolutely capable of healing these
- 29:32things. And you know what happens, and I think
- 29:35kind of where we're at is as we go through this
- 29:38process of discovering that the trauma has
- 29:42created the. Our stuck emotions are a lot of
- 29:46stuckness, really. You know, I think it kind of,
- 29:48a lot of it boils down to stuckness in knowing
- 29:51that you want to change your life or you want to
- 29:53go somewhere, you want to do something different,
- 29:54but you're stuck in the wiring of all of your old
- 29:57habits and inputs. But you can be rewired and we
- 30:01can access that potential. And it's happening,
- 30:04it's happening now. I've treated many, many, many
- 30:07people and I've trained many people who are
- 30:10helping people to overcome this. But you have to
- 30:13get out of victim consciousness. You have to stop
- 30:17attaching to your pain body and self, identifying
- 30:20with your pain body. And you have to stop looking
- 30:23for like, the one thing that's gonna flip the
- 30:25switch. Because there, there's a kind of like
- 30:29desire for people to go from level 0 to level 10
- 30:34kind of instantly. And so they're always trying
- 30:37to make that big jump into like, you know, the
- 30:39quantum leap into their, their perfect state. And
- 30:43it doesn't. Maybe that can work very once in a
- 30:46great while for very few people. But the fact of
- 30:49the matter, what I've observed is we have to, in
- 30:52layers, remove the wiring from the pain body and
- 30:56wire it back into the light body. And, and, and
- 30:59it happens in layers. You can't hold the energy
- 31:04of your fully expanded self without the
- 31:07scaffolding to hold it right. So we can have like
- 31:10an expansive experience, a heart open experience,
- 31:14and, and think, wow, I'm really great. I'm gonna
- 31:16be this way. And then we go home and we contract.
- 31:19And then people will often like, beat themselves
- 31:22up for that contraction. But that's really how we
- 31:25grow and how we start to wire ourselves to be
- 31:28able to hold that expanded flow state by degrees.
- 31:32So we'll expand and then we'll contract a little,
- 31:34and then we'll expand again and we'll contract a
- 31:36little. So it's really important that you don't
- 31:39resist the contractions on this journey. There's
- 31:43switchbacks, there's.
- 31:45Meredith Oke: Yes, loop around like this again.
- 31:49Eileen McKusick: Yeah. And you gotta be patient with that and not
- 31:52beat yourself up. Just understand that that's how
- 31:55it rolls and just keep going and keep holding
- 31:59that vision of yourself. And if you find
- 32:02something that Works like biofield tuning, and we
- 32:04definitely know that that does. But there's so
- 32:06many other great modalities out there these days
- 32:08too. You know, there's a lot of options for
- 32:11healing. And recognize that your parents, their
- 32:15parents, their parents, nobody in the generations
- 32:18before you tried to do this right? You're not
- 32:22just healing your own trauma, you're healing
- 32:25cultural trauma, multi generational trauma.
- 32:28There's a lot to do here, right? There is a great
- 32:32big piles of mess. I call us the karmic cleanup
- 32:35crew. Like, there are so many people who are
- 32:38coming into under the healing path that know that
- 32:42they are called to clean up their ancestral
- 32:44lineage, that the abuse stops with them, that the
- 32:48bad behavior stops with them, and they're going
- 32:51to heal and create a new life in a new way for
- 32:54those kids. So that is what is going on right
- 32:57now. And for those of us who've taken on the task
- 33:00of doing this healing, yes, it is a lot. And it's
- 33:04okay that it's a lot. And if you keep going, you
- 33:07get to experience yourself as more expanded and
- 33:11more regulated for longer and longer periods of
- 33:14time until you finally get to the place where
- 33:16you're regulated and, you know, kind of happy, I
- 33:19guess, most of the time because you've. Your
- 33:23electrical system isn't, you know, got all these
- 33:26things that are firing in it. They're triggering
- 33:28you or sending you into dysregulation. Your
- 33:31window of tolerance of stressors gets bigger and
- 33:34bigger and you're able to, you know, you become
- 33:36like a big boat on the ocean and the waves aren't
- 33:39such a big deal anymore. And we all have that
- 33:42capacity. It just takes time to get there right
- 33:44now, in this moment in time. Right. Because going
- 33:48forward, it might be a lot easier. But right now,
- 33:51what we're all doing, what you're doing, what I'm
- 33:53doing, what everybody listening to this podcast
- 33:55is doing, is not easy. So just so you know that.
- 33:58But it's doable.
- 34:00Meredith Oke: Yes, yes. And I find for me, when it gets really
- 34:06hard, it's almost always because I didn't put
- 34:09enough support in place. I didn't have a bio, you
- 34:13know, a biofield tuning. Like, I did it and then
- 34:16I stopped or I, or I didn't, you know, I'm like
- 34:20out on my own too much. And I feel like even
- 34:24these conversations, like our fields are
- 34:26entangling and we. There's that support is
- 34:30growing. Even just when I listen to someone
- 34:33else's podcast and they talk about something, I'm
- 34:35like, I can feel that Support emanating out into
- 34:39my field, even though I don't even know those
- 34:41people.
- 34:42Eileen McKusick: Yeah, yeah. And we're all here in the same boat,
- 34:45helping each other. You know, it's an amazing
- 34:48thing. I'm very grateful to be part of a number
- 34:52of different communities of people who are really
- 34:55full on committed towards their health, vitality,
- 34:59sanity, and living the right way for themselves
- 35:03and others.
- 35:04Meredith Oke: Yeah, it's amazing. And it's so to be surrounded
- 35:08by people who carry that message and then also
- 35:13have the modalities to support it. But especially
- 35:15carrying that message, if it still feels
- 35:19terrible, then there's, then there's just room to
- 35:21grow. And I'm thinking, my daughter does
- 35:24gymnastics, right? And it's like she's learning
- 35:26to do a handstand and it's like at first she
- 35:29could barely stay up and then she could stay up a
- 35:31few seconds and then a few seconds longer and of
- 35:33course she comes down the other side. But it's
- 35:36like that's just the process of learning. And
- 35:40that's really what I'm taking away from what
- 35:41you're saying. And in terms of growing past
- 35:44trauma.
- 35:46Eileen McKusick: Exactly. It is, it's a, it's a muscle like any
- 35:48other muscle, you know, and you, you have to work
- 35:51it and you can't just do it a poke at it and
- 35:53think you're going to get somewhere. In a way, I
- 35:56think if you're really serious about healing, it
- 35:58has to become a lifestyle. It has to be what your
- 36:02life is about. You know, my life is about health.
- 36:05My life is set up to keep me healthy. And it
- 36:08didn't used to be that way. I used to be very
- 36:10much stuck in victim mentality, poverty
- 36:13consciousness, addicted to drama, low level pain,
- 36:19inflammation. You know, I had all the things I
- 36:22don't anymore. And what changed? It was really
- 36:26uncovering the electric health model. Discovering
- 36:29that our body had an electrical system, realizing
- 36:31that it was primary, realizing that if you try to
- 36:34come at things at the level of chemical and
- 36:36mechanical, it's downstream of what's going on
- 36:39electrically. So when I started receiving tuning
- 36:42from my first students and then started to
- 36:44understand, oh, we have an electrical system and
- 36:47that's, you know, that's what gets fed when you
- 36:50go out in the sun. Your light body needs light.
- 36:52That's pretty simple. Yeah.
- 36:56Meredith Oke: I know. I just saw this research coming out
- 36:58recently. Yeah, it was, you know, like our
- 37:01capacity to navigate change, life changes, work
- 37:07changes, is directly correlated to the strength
- 37:10of our mitochondria, which is like obvious to us.
- 37:14But, you know, there's a paper on that now. It's
- 37:16like, okay, all right. So when you are cleaning
- 37:21out, cleaning up the biofield, so you have your.
- 37:27The tuning fork, and when you. When you sense a
- 37:30space that needs to be cleared, is it a. Is it a
- 37:34sound?
- 37:35Eileen McKusick: What's really interesting, it's both a sound and
- 37:39a feeling. It's a feeling of resistance that you
- 37:42feel like you're hitting something that has mass.
- 37:44And this was always really puzzling to me because
- 37:46they claim that electromagnetism doesn't have
- 37:49mass. But I'm like, there is mass here. Like,
- 37:52that's what it would say.
- 37:53Meredith Oke: So it's like flowing through and then it's like
- 37:55hitting something or getting. Or like molasses or.
- 37:58Eileen McKusick: Yeah, and it's always fun to teach people this
- 38:01because you think, oh, that's not possible. Or
- 38:03that's. No, I don't it. And then you do it and
- 38:06you hit a spot and you're like, what? Like, you
- 38:08can totally feel it. And I love seeing people's
- 38:11reactions when they. When they figure that out.
- 38:14So there'll be like a chaos pattern of the
- 38:17memory. You know, if it was something like a car
- 38:19accident, the. The alarm, the chaos afterwards,
- 38:25and. And the resistance that your body went into.
- 38:28So I'll hear it. I'll hear the story in it.
- 38:30Because the language of vibration is very
- 38:32precise. So every motion makes a particular
- 38:34sound, every pathology makes a particular sound.
- 38:39And over the 29 years that I've been listening to
- 38:41forks, I've really become extremely fluent in
- 38:44this very pure language that actually animals and
- 38:46plants speak the same vibrational language, which
- 38:49was very fascinating to figure out. But for a
- 38:52long time it was really puzzling to me. I'm like,
- 38:54well, what is this sense of mass? Once the chaos
- 38:57would resolve, the mass would release, and then
- 39:00the tuning fork becomes like a magnet, and we're
- 39:02able to actually, like, guide that feeling of
- 39:06mass back into the central channel of the body
- 39:08where it feels like it goes back into flow. But I
- 39:11recently came across an article about how
- 39:15scientists had discovered a new quasi particle
- 39:18called the semi Dirac fermion that only exhibits
- 39:22mass when it's traveling perpendicular to the way
- 39:26it's supposed to travel. So as long as it's going
- 39:29this way, it's massless, but if it diverges and
- 39:32goes to the side, it exhibits mass. And I was
- 39:36like, oh, so now.
- 39:40Meredith Oke: Okay, now I'm seeing why that particle is so
- 39:42important to you, because that's explaining why
- 39:45we think there's no mass. But you were finding
- 39:47Mass. But it's because physics is weird. Things
- 39:53do different things depending. Okay.
- 39:56Eileen McKusick: So because forever people will say, when you ask
- 40:01them how they feel after a session, they always
- 40:03say, I feel lighter. Everybody says the same
- 40:05thing. My husband said to me one day, he's like,
- 40:08can't you find more of a scientific thing to say,
- 40:12feel lighter? But now I can say, actually we've
- 40:15corrected the flow of their semi direct fermions
- 40:17and actually release mass from their field.
- 40:23Meredith Oke: I love it.
- 40:24Eileen McKusick: Yeah, So I did. So I did an experiment because I
- 40:28wanted to understand this. Now we've already
- 40:29heard from people prior to this that they had
- 40:32lost weight during a session. One woman messaged
- 40:34me one day and said she lost ten pounds in an
- 40:36hour session. And I was like, how is that even
- 40:39possible? But other people had reported the same
- 40:41thing. Not everyone. So I decided to create a 30
- 40:46minute recorded biofuel tuning session where I
- 40:49just. Over an empty table where I'm going in and
- 40:53intentionally looking for. Now, I don't believe
- 40:58in particles as a person, but certainly waves all
- 41:02the way down, traveling waves, standing waves
- 41:05that are not going the way they're supposed to,
- 41:08and very intentionally combing them back into
- 41:12movement. It's called the mass reduction session.
- 41:16And I weighed myself before and after, and I lost
- 41:18like a pound and a half in 30 minutes. And so I
- 41:22was like, this is really interesting. So I shared
- 41:25it in my Facebook group and I shared it on my
- 41:27YouTube channel. And I started collecting data
- 41:29points and what was in the data was really
- 41:32interesting. So out of say 50 data points, maybe
- 41:3715 didn't change. The rest all lost weight. And
- 41:41the. And that was anywhere between 2 ounces and
- 41:43then the highest one was 5.2 pounds in 30 minutes.
- 41:48Meredith Oke: From one session.
- 41:50Eileen McKusick: Yeah.
- 41:50Meredith Oke: And these were sessions people did.
- 41:52Eileen McKusick: Listening to the recording, Listening to the
- 41:54recording. Just listen.
- 41:55Meredith Oke: So you don't need anything, Just the recording?
- 41:57Eileen McKusick: Just the recording.
- 41:58Meredith Oke: Incredible.
- 41:59Eileen McKusick: Incredible. But there is like, there's a caveat
- 42:01here.
- 42:01Meredith Oke: Okay.
- 42:02Eileen McKusick: 5 people or 10 of my data set gained weight. Oh,
- 42:08right. And I was, okay, I'm not gonna have to
- 42:10adjust my grow up here gainers in there. And so I
- 42:15was trying to figure out why that happened. And I
- 42:18was querying some of the people. So one of the
- 42:20women who gained weight had had a huge amount of
- 42:23pain in her left shoulder and she gained like a
- 42:28pound and a half. And she said the rest of her
- 42:30body felt better, but her shoulders still hurt.
- 42:32And then another woman who gained a pound during
- 42:35it said to me that she had had a big emotional
- 42:38release the day after in a therapy session. And
- 42:42then when she listened to it again, she lost a
- 42:45half a pound. So I started to think that if
- 42:49there's some big block that is really stubborn
- 42:52and it doesn't let go, the stuff that we've
- 42:56released kind of bumps up against it and goes
- 42:59even more haywire. And so you end up with a
- 43:01bigger traffic jam of more mass because this one
- 43:05bit isn't moving through. And so, yeah, I'm
- 43:09really curious, you know, with repeated listens,
- 43:12what happens? So I listened about seven or eight
- 43:16times in two weeks and I ended up losing a total
- 43:19of seven pounds. And then I listened a few more
- 43:21times and I kind of plateaued. So I lost seven
- 43:23pounds in two weeks just listening to this
- 43:27recording. Now I tend to be an outlier in most
- 43:29things, so there's no guess I would agree with
- 43:31that going to happen for anyone else, but that
- 43:35was my experience and, but to me it's, it's
- 43:39really intriguing and it's really worth
- 43:41understanding better. I'm like, who can I talk to
- 43:43about this? I actually, I did send an email to
- 43:46the lead author on the paper about this and I
- 43:49said, hey, I discovered in the energy field with
- 43:52my team. I tried to, I mean, I tried to be a
- 43:55little more scientific than that, but needless to
- 43:58say, he did not reply. But I think I'm onto
- 44:00something here.
- 44:01Meredith Oke: Yes, yes, no. And yeah, it's all coming together
- 44:07because I was saying that I listened to you
- 44:09talking about the semi direct fermion on your
- 44:12YouTube. I was like, okay, but now that I hear
- 44:16you explaining the biofield, we conceive of it as
- 44:21not having a mass, but you are absolutely finding
- 44:24vibrationally there to be parts of it that have
- 44:28the mass. But it's because the wave. How would
- 44:32you explain that Is like, like the wave gets
- 44:35knocked off track by a trauma or.
- 44:38Eileen McKusick: Yeah, I would say I would.
- 44:39Meredith Oke: Locked up.
- 44:40Eileen McKusick: Yeah, I would say we're designed. Frozen, right?
- 44:42Meredith Oke: Yeah.
- 44:43Eileen McKusick: And it just ends up getting frozen because of, of
- 44:46the tension that's there. The tension in the
- 44:48body, the tension from the memory, the chaos
- 44:51pattern of the, the information field that is
- 44:55holding that energy. Right. Because we're a
- 44:57combination of energy and information and the
- 45:00information is patterned and the energies flow
- 45:02through that pattern. And so if you've got a
- 45:06pattern of tension, that car accident that you
- 45:08had that time you found out your partner was
- 45:10cheating, that time you moved when you were 14,
- 45:13you lost your whole posse and the kids at the new
- 45:14school hated you. Do you mean these are all like
- 45:17and so that is stopping that energy from moving
- 45:21and it ends up going sideways. And what I
- 45:23actually observed was that if it sort of went
- 45:26sideways up, it had this feeling of hysteria or
- 45:30of losing focus or, you know, get all like, ah.
- 45:33So there was one way made you that way and then
- 45:36the other way was more depressive. It was sort of
- 45:39like shooting yourself in the foot, you know,
- 45:41being down. So those were the sort of the two
- 45:44directions of dysfunctionality that I found in
- 45:48this. You know, you think about, they've gone the
- 45:50wrong direction.
- 45:51Meredith Oke: Yeah.
- 45:51Eileen McKusick: And. And they had qualities that I can associate
- 45:54that I've seen with people in. In different moods
- 45:57of dysfunction.
- 45:59Meredith Oke: Right. So fascinating.
- 46:01Eileen McKusick: So fascinating.
- 46:03Meredith Oke: And it's so funny like that that example you
- 46:05chose to use. So I have, I have my daughter's
- 46:08permission to discuss this. I've. I've shared it
- 46:10before, but she had, she had some birth trauma.
- 46:13She was getting ready to go off to college. So I
- 46:15had her do some sessions of like, primitive
- 46:19reflex integration. And she had also had a lot
- 46:25of. Always carried extra weight that seemed
- 46:27totally unrelated to diet, physical activity,
- 46:31anything. It just would. That was just how she
- 46:34was. And she did this, the primitive reflex
- 46:40integration, which as I'm hearing you talk, I'm
- 46:42like, oh, I bet it's working on a similar way.
- 46:45And we did it for anxiety and she lost all this
- 46:49weight after.
- 46:50Eileen McKusick: Wow.
- 46:52Meredith Oke: And we, like, that was not the intention. And
- 46:55it's funny because one of one of her traumas was
- 46:58we moved in eighth grade and she lost all her
- 47:00friends and no one at the new school liked her.
- 47:03Eileen McKusick: It's so exciting. It was the worst age to move.
- 47:07Meredith Oke: It was the worst. We felt so bad. We, you know,
- 47:11it was for my husband's job, so that was that.
- 47:14But it, yeah, but again to what you're saying, we
- 47:20can, we can rebound, we can unfreeze these
- 47:23things. We don't have to stay stuck in this. In
- 47:26whatever cycle got activated by these experiences.
- 47:29Eileen McKusick: Yep. We can absolutely free them. As simple as
- 47:31running a pinion fork.
- 47:32Meredith Oke: Through your field, through your field.
- 47:34Eileen McKusick: It's not that hard. And anybody can learn how to
- 47:36do it. And in my first book, Tuning the Human
- 47:38Biofield, there's a chapter on how, you know,
- 47:41this is the basic steps of moving the fork
- 47:44through the field. And if you want to do it, you
- 47:46can't really do it with a cheap fork from Amazon.
- 47:49You know, I was just going to.
- 47:51Meredith Oke: Say, do you have a special one on your website or
- 47:54something?
- 47:54Eileen McKusick: Yeah, the 174. So if anybody is intrigued by this
- 47:57and wants to learn the language of vibration. My
- 47:59174Hz fork is absolutely designed for this. And
- 48:03my forks are different. They're made out of a
- 48:05custom alloy that you can't get anywhere else
- 48:08that has really strong mid tones, it has a long
- 48:11duration ring time, it's got a lot of overtones
- 48:14and undertones and in this particular frequency.
- 48:16And remember, I've been doing this for a long
- 48:18time. I've had a lot of prototypes made. I've
- 48:21worked with a lot of different frequencies, many
- 48:23tens of thousands of hours. So this is. Of all
- 48:27the ones I've tried, this one is really the best
- 48:30for this field. Combing, learning to hear, feel,
- 48:34understand. I, when I first started doing it, I
- 48:38really heard the differences. But when I started
- 48:40teaching, I discovered that most people come to
- 48:44this practice more kinesthetically oriented and
- 48:46they don't always hear the changes first, but you
- 48:50can feel it in your fingertips. You can feel when
- 48:53you, if you just go slow, you have to go slow.
- 48:55You go slow, you feel the change, you feel the
- 48:58vibration change. When my kids were little, they
- 49:01were like maybe 6 and 9. And this was before I
- 49:04started teaching my first students. I used to
- 49:06have really bad chronic mid back pain. And so I
- 49:09tried and my husband is a carpenter, he wanted
- 49:11nothing to do with my tuning forks. I'm like,
- 49:13okay, it's on.
- 49:15Meredith Oke: You have a good time, honey. I started going to
- 49:19build something.
- 49:20Eileen McKusick: Exactly. I started teaching them how to do it and
- 49:23they were like, mom, it's so subtle. And I was
- 49:25like, learn to understand subtleties and women
- 49:27will love you. So I got them trained early in
- 49:32that their girlfriend thanked me. But I asked my
- 49:37son and he, when he was six and he came up with
- 49:39two really brilliant things. I was like, how can
- 49:41you tell when you found something in the field?
- 49:43He said, because the fork gets more vibrating.
- 49:46Okay, that's it. Fork gets more vibrating. Six
- 49:49year old can do it.
- 49:51Meredith Oke: Okay, perfect.
- 49:52Eileen McKusick: And then I asked him, okay, and what exactly are
- 49:54we doing when we're doing this work? And he said,
- 49:57it's taking energy from where it doesn't belong
- 50:00and putting it where it does belong so it can get
- 50:03to work doing what it's supposed to do. What
- 50:08isn't that brilliant? As best explanation. Best
- 50:11explanation, perfect. Yeah.
- 50:14Meredith Oke: So he, yeah, and he was just describing his
- 50:18experience of it, what he was seeing, what he.
- 50:21And that's it?
- 50:22Eileen McKusick: Yeah. So anybody can learn, right?
- 50:26Meredith Oke: So we order the fork, we order the book and we
- 50:30can just do it.
- 50:31Eileen McKusick: You can start and then if you find it really
- 50:33intriguing. Then I would definitely recommend
- 50:35coming and taking a training with us.
- 50:37Meredith Oke: Do you do those in person?
- 50:38Eileen McKusick: Yeah, we do them in person in Vermont, San Diego
- 50:41and Oregon and we do them online as well. So you
- 50:45can do it virtually, you can do it in person. Uh,
- 50:47it's a couple levels of training with some
- 50:49homework in between. But people are always, you
- 50:52know, who become tuners. It, it's life changing.
- 50:55You know, it's that lifestyle of healing that you
- 50:58want because you're always bathed in coherent
- 51:01sound. Your job is to listen. So it trains your
- 51:04brain to go from the beta state that most people
- 51:06is always in into a quiet alpha state of
- 51:09listening. So it trains your mind and your own
- 51:12system to be quiet, to be regulated. And you
- 51:16learn so much in every session about what it
- 51:20means to be human. Plus in most cases, not,
- 51:25certainly not all. It is absolutely not a fix
- 51:28everything kind of thing, but it helpful for so
- 51:30many. You get the satisfaction of knowing that
- 51:34you helped get someone out of pain, improve
- 51:37someone's quality of life, get them self
- 51:39empowered enough to choose to leave a bad
- 51:42situation. You know, you get to really, truly
- 51:46help people and really see the very tangible
- 51:49results of that. Which I think is, you know,
- 51:51we're wired as humans I think for that to make us
- 51:54feel good. So it's really gratifying and really
- 51:57satisfying. And it's endlessly fascinating
- 51:59because you're always learning the language of
- 52:02vibration. Like one day you'll, you'll be working
- 52:05on someone and you're all of a sudden the fork
- 52:07will go into that what we call alarm. And then
- 52:10you can consult your map and you can be like
- 52:12okay, according to the biofield anatomy map, this
- 52:15happened when you're around 23 and maybe relate
- 52:18your father and then the person be like that's
- 52:20when my father and I got into a car accident,
- 52:23right? And you're like oh, that sound, that's
- 52:27alarm, right? And like and now I know that that
- 52:31sound means that or you'll hear that a fear in
- 52:36something and you'll correlate it and you're like
- 52:39wow, now I know what that sound means, right. And
- 52:41so it's this very pure language that can't lie
- 52:46and that you just can't help but learn because
- 52:50you already intuitively instinctively know it
- 52:53because your own body operates in that language.
- 52:56So it's just endlessly fascinating as well. And
- 52:59you know, for those of us to get bored easily and
- 53:01I'm sure you're one of those people too. Meredith.
- 53:04Meredith Oke: Guilty.
- 53:06Eileen McKusick: You won't get bored infinite it's infinite. Yeah.
- 53:12Meredith Oke: I love it. Well, I really. Yeah, I might. I might
- 53:16come to Vermont. We have a place in New
- 53:18Hampshire, so I'm there a lot. I'm gonna look up
- 53:22the dates. This sounds really fun. So I wanted to
- 53:28ask you because you. I heard you tell this
- 53:30incredible story, so you. You reading the
- 53:32biofields in, you know, in person, people would
- 53:36come to you, you would go to them, you would be
- 53:38in the same room with. With the person. And then,
- 53:42thanks to the lockdown lords, we were in person.
- 53:46Appointments were not possible for a while, so
- 53:49you started to do sessions remotely. And then
- 53:53that was a whole other.
- 53:55Eileen McKusick: Yeah, no, it was actually in 2012.
- 53:58Meredith Oke: Okay.
- 53:58Eileen McKusick: It was way before COVID It was 2012. So I. My. My
- 54:05friend Dr. Carl Merritt, who's an MD in
- 54:07California, had helped me with my master's
- 54:09thesis. He went through it page by page with me
- 54:11to make sure that everything was correct. So it
- 54:13was above excellent. And. And then he said,
- 54:15eileen, how'd you like to try doing this at a
- 54:18distance? And people had asked me for years if I
- 54:20could do it at a distance. And my. My response
- 54:23was arrogant and skeptical. I was like, of course
- 54:25not. Like, how dumb? Like, don't even ask me to
- 54:27do that. You know, it just didn't seem possible
- 54:29or plausible. It sounded ridiculous.
- 54:32Meredith Oke: Well, and I understand because you're. You're.
- 54:34You're in someone's biofield. So if the person's
- 54:37not there, how can you be in their biofield? Oh,
- 54:42well, then I guess physics.
- 54:44Eileen McKusick: Yeah. So then. But I am a scientist, right? And I
- 54:48love experiments. I mean, I've spent my life
- 54:50following my curiosity and experimenting, you
- 54:53know, find out the natural world. I think I fall
- 54:55in the category of what's called the national
- 54:56natural scientist. Natural philosopher. So Carl
- 55:02lay down on his treatment table in his office in
- 55:06California. We were not on the phone or on Zoom
- 55:09or anything. I pretended that he was on my
- 55:13treatment table in Vermont. And I approached the
- 55:16table.
- 55:17Meredith Oke: You weren't connected in any way?
- 55:18Eileen McKusick: Did in any way? Nope. And I approached the table
- 55:22like as if he was there. And much to my
- 55:25amazement, the same pattern of information that
- 55:28shows up around a person showed up around the
- 55:30table. It totally blew my mind. And so I went
- 55:33through. And at this point, I had really
- 55:35understood the field, understood what was going
- 55:37on. They went through this whole field, and I
- 55:39took notes about all the things that I
- 55:41encountered and things like, this is your mom's
- 55:45personality, and you had a head injury when you
- 55:48were five and you have inflammation in this Joint
- 55:50and this organ isn't firing quite right. And, you
- 55:53know, the age of this was really difficult. And,
- 55:56like, all kinds of just the things that I
- 55:58observed that the field tells me. And then we got
- 56:00on the phone and I read my notes and he said,
- 56:03eileen, all of those things are exactly correct.
- 56:06And I felt a state change. I feel lighter. And I
- 56:08tested my resting blood sugar before or after,
- 56:10and there was a beneficial shift. And I was like,
- 56:13oh, my God, like, get out of town. Like, now I
- 56:15gotta eat pro. Because I've been, like, so
- 56:18arrogant about how it's not possible. And now it
- 56:20is possible, but, like, how is it possible?
- 56:22Right? So then the next person that I did it on
- 56:25was my friend Brendan Murphy, who was living in
- 56:27Australia at the time. I'm like, okay, it works
- 56:29from Vermont to California. We'll work all the
- 56:31way to Australia. Same thing. No open line of
- 56:34communication. Nailed him. Just completely nailed
- 56:37him. And he also felt it. So then I started doing
- 56:41distance sessions with no open line of
- 56:44communication. And what that forced me to do was
- 56:47to drill down even deeper in my understanding of
- 56:50the language of vibration. Because I didn't have
- 56:52somebody to be like, okay, I'm around 13 and it
- 56:55feels kind of like this. You know what happened
- 56:57then? I had to be like, okay, that. That is a
- 57:00breakup. That is a first love breakup. I know.
- 57:03That is the sound. There is a sound. Okay, this
- 57:06is blown people away in the handful of times that
- 57:08I found it. Very specific spot in the field,
- 57:11right side of the sacral center. Relates to
- 57:13shame. Out towards the edge of the Biofield. Age
- 57:156 or 7. Did you ask to go to the bathroom in
- 57:18first grade and the teacher wouldn't let you go
- 57:20and you peed at your desk. And they're me, like,
- 57:23how do you know that there's a sound for that?
- 57:26Like, that shame of just that kind of feeling of
- 57:30like being at your desk because the teacher
- 57:32wouldn't let you go. Like, and it blows people
- 57:34away. They're like, you know, you're a witch,
- 57:36you're psychic. I'm like, no, this is pattern
- 57:38recognition. This is a specific sound in a
- 57:40specific area of your field. This is science.
- 57:43This is not me making this up. This is a pattern
- 57:48that is the same in everybody who's had this
- 57:50experience. Yeah. So then I started to work on
- 57:55zoom after that, and then now that's the way that
- 57:58I do it. But our two big studies on anxiety are
- 58:02all over zoom. And so people are like, well, how
- 58:05does this work? And so there's lots of different
- 58:07ways you can expect. Explain it. But lately I've
- 58:09been like, have you ever caught in the vibe of a
- 58:12loved one? And then all like, a moment later you
- 58:14get their text, like, how do you explain that?
- 58:19Are you demanding the science be behind catching
- 58:22someone's vibe or you just know that it happens?
- 58:26Right, yeah. So we, we are connected non locally
- 58:30through the ether. We are antennas. We are
- 58:33broadcasting on specific frequency bands, and we
- 58:37pick up the frequency transmissions through the
- 58:41ether of each other. You know, we. We are all
- 58:45like Google Docs on the World Wide Web, and I can
- 58:49go in and pluck out your document. You know, we
- 58:51can edit your document together in real time
- 58:54through the ether. And, and it is real. It
- 58:57happens. And I've trained, like I said, thousands
- 58:59of people have done this. This, this hypothesis
- 59:02has been tested countless times, always with the
- 59:06same outcome. I can tune into your energy, I can
- 59:08read your energy, I can shift your energy and you
- 59:10can feel it. Therefore, there is a law of nature
- 59:14that supports it. You cannot dismiss something
- 59:17like this out of hand as pseudoscience. When it
- 59:20is science, it is happening. It is repeatable.
- 59:23There has to be a net.
- 59:24Meredith Oke: It's all of the things required.
- 59:27Eileen McKusick: All the things required are there.
- 59:30Meredith Oke: Yeah. And as we were saying earlier, it's like
- 59:34you can't dismiss things that are happening. I
- 59:36was delighted to see, like, the Telepathy tapes
- 59:39were the number one podcast in all of the United
- 59:42States, which is like tens of millions of
- 59:45downloads.
- 59:45Eileen McKusick: Yeah, right. It is, absolutely. That podcast
- 59:50series has taken the paradigm wall and made it
- 59:53much thinner. You know, for those of us who've
- 59:56been working to like, break down this paradigm of
- 59:58materialism and get over the mind, the father
- 1:00:01culture mind, that says these things are nonsense
- 1:00:04and don't exist and you're all delusional and
- 1:00:06people are like, they, you know, now all of a
- 1:00:09sudden it's like, people are like, oh, like even
- 1:00:11I have. I love my sister, but. But she's, you
- 1:00:14know, kind of what some people in my group would
- 1:00:16call a normie. And. And you, you know,
- 1:00:20appreciates me, but, you know, has never been
- 1:00:23very interested in anything. And she recently
- 1:00:26read an article about a study in the University
- 1:00:30of Virginia where they had basically proven
- 1:00:34reincarnation through these kids accounts of
- 1:00:37their past lives. And because in her mind, the
- 1:00:42University of Virginia is a legit thing, and
- 1:00:44whatever reported on it was legit, all of a
- 1:00:46sudden her mind is open, and she actually asked
- 1:00:50me to explain ether and distance healing to her.
- 1:00:53Like, after all these years of me doing this, her
- 1:00:56Mind was cracked open enough. She's like, no, I
- 1:00:58really want to understand. I was like, wow, I
- 1:01:01wasn't expecting this.
- 1:01:03Meredith Oke: Really? You do? Yeah. Those are the shifts.
- 1:01:08Eileen McKusick: Yeah, it's happening.
- 1:01:09Meredith Oke: Those are the little shifts. Oh, that's amazing.
- 1:01:13Yeah. Because. Yeah. Listening. I haven't
- 1:01:15listened all of it, but even just the first
- 1:01:17episode of that. Of that telepathy. And my big
- 1:01:21takeaway was that it was like the union of the
- 1:01:24doctor and the scientist with the creative
- 1:01:27podcast producer who was like, let's tell this
- 1:01:30story. And it took the two of them coming
- 1:01:35together to break that wall. And I think, you
- 1:01:39know, we've always, like, deferred. Maybe I'll
- 1:01:42speak for myself. I always want to defer to the
- 1:01:44science. Defer to the science and I'll. I'll
- 1:01:47interview you or. But, you know, the rest of us
- 1:01:49are just like, oh, on the sidelines of the
- 1:01:51science. But you merged those two things
- 1:01:54together. And what I really felt was the message
- 1:01:57for me listening to that was that those of us who
- 1:02:01can tell the story have a place, because the
- 1:02:04science is all there. Like, it really is. It's
- 1:02:06all there.
- 1:02:07Eileen McKusick: There's. There's.
- 1:02:09Meredith Oke: We can like. It's there. It's just like in a
- 1:02:14warehouse under lock and key, and no one's going
- 1:02:17in to look at it.
- 1:02:18Eileen McKusick: Well, but plenty are, you know, and that's the
- 1:02:20thing. I'm giving a keynote at the 66th Annual
- 1:02:24Dowsers Convention coming up in May. And I'm
- 1:02:28going to be talking about how people who have
- 1:02:32been interested in these more esoteric things are
- 1:02:36very often objects of ridicule by family members,
- 1:02:39even by spouses, and how the time has come for
- 1:02:44you to stand in your authority and speak
- 1:02:47confidently about these things and not apologize
- 1:02:50and not shrink and not feel bad about yourself,
- 1:02:54because you are actually in the know. What you
- 1:02:57know is backed up by science. And these people
- 1:03:00who are arrogantly expressing skepticism were
- 1:03:05like me with the distance sessions. Right. I was
- 1:03:07like that. And. And very often you need some kind
- 1:03:11of experience to change your mind. But I really
- 1:03:15want to encourage those of us who have been kind
- 1:03:19of shrinking around this topic to become more
- 1:03:22confident, to find the studies, to share them, to
- 1:03:25speak with confidence. Because you're not wrong.
- 1:03:28They are actually wrong. Yes, they are ignorant
- 1:03:32and you're not. And so that's something that I've
- 1:03:35really had to learn to do over the years, is a
- 1:03:38kind of verbal jujitsu with people who are
- 1:03:41skeptics. And I've gotten so good at it that I
- 1:03:43can Take any skeptic and within five minutes or
- 1:03:45less change their mind simply by speaking with
- 1:03:47confidence, citing scientific things, things that
- 1:03:50make sense. If I can learn to do this, anyone can
- 1:03:53learn to do this. And I really want to encourage
- 1:03:55people to engage their inner warrior as we are
- 1:03:59working to break down this last bit of this
- 1:04:02paradigm because we need all of you, you know, on
- 1:04:09this mechanistic worldview that really keeps us
- 1:04:13all small, separate, diminishes us. We're heading
- 1:04:16to a very different world in this age of
- 1:04:18Aquarius, and it's going to take all of us to get
- 1:04:20there.
- 1:04:22Meredith Oke: Yes, all of that. Yes, I'm absolutely. And there
- 1:04:27are so many brilliant people who feel. Who are a
- 1:04:29little bit hiding and it's like, own it, own it,
- 1:04:33own it. It's not. We're not the crazy ones. It's
- 1:04:35like, I'm sorry, have you not updated your
- 1:04:38paradigm lately? Like, what do you. Oh, you're
- 1:04:40still, you still think that? Like, yeah, we are.
- 1:04:45We're, you know, it's the beginning of the
- 1:04:47beginning. But we are on the path and those
- 1:04:51trying to block it, they just have, you know,
- 1:04:55there's nothing left to stand on.
- 1:04:57Eileen McKusick: There's nothing left to stand on. Truly, there is
- 1:04:59nothing left to stand on. And that's what we
- 1:05:00really have to own, you know, for those of us the
- 1:05:03bringers of the new paradigm, is to own that.
- 1:05:07Meredith Oke: Love it. So I wanted to make sure people know how
- 1:05:13to find you. So your website and then also I will
- 1:05:17put in the link to the healing session that you
- 1:05:22have generously made public at the moment. And if
- 1:05:25people wanted to do the track their weight before
- 1:05:28and after and send you, are you interested in
- 1:05:31getting.
- 1:05:32Eileen McKusick: More results or collecting data points? What I'm
- 1:05:35really interested in now because at first I was
- 1:05:38like, okay, we'll do it once and see what
- 1:05:39happens. But then when I did it repeatedly and
- 1:05:41explain, experienced sort of steady and now I
- 1:05:44sort of plateaued. And I didn't really wasn't
- 1:05:46trying to lose weight. Like, this is just an
- 1:05:48experiment that led to that. So I plateaued. But
- 1:05:52I'm curious for people to do it, listen every day
- 1:05:55for like a week and track that. Because I'm
- 1:05:58curious if it in if there are other people who
- 1:06:00are going to have the same experience that I did
- 1:06:02and keep on going. So I'm also curious about the
- 1:06:07people who, if anybody gains weight, what their
- 1:06:10perspective is on their own emotional blockages
- 1:06:14and how that might be getting in the way. But
- 1:06:16either way, it's a great session. It's very
- 1:06:18expanding. It just makes you feel lighter. It
- 1:06:20gives you more energy. And, you know, the there
- 1:06:24is a maybe share the YouTube video that kind of
- 1:06:27gives it context, because.
- 1:06:30Meredith Oke: Under the video.
- 1:06:31Eileen McKusick: Yeah. And so that's a place you could go to.
- 1:06:34Report data is just in the comments on the
- 1:06:37YouTube channel.
- 1:06:39Meredith Oke: Oh, perfect. Okay, so we'll I'll put the exact
- 1:06:42link in the show notes, but if you're driving and
- 1:06:45just making a mental note, just look up Eileen
- 1:06:48McKusick on YouTube. And it's one of the more
- 1:06:52recent videos where she explains the semi direct
- 1:06:56fermion mass changing non particle wave. Eileen,
- 1:07:08thank you so very much for coming on. It's
- 1:07:12absolutely delightful to speak with you. And my
- 1:07:16world has been expanded. I appreciate it.
- 1:07:18Eileen McKusick: Yay. My pleasure, Meredith. Thanks for having me.
