Courtney Jordan, founder of the Courtney Jordan Foundation and a familiar face from WRAL Investigates reports over unpaid staff, is now facing serious legal trouble after allegedly fleeing a high-speed police chase through three counties. The chase began when deputies spotted his car near an elementary school — he sped off at 90 mph, hit a deer, went airborne, crashed into a fence, and slammed into a tree. Jordan and CFO Nicholas Gallardo fled the wreckage but were later caught in the woods, both injured and taken to Duke Hospital — where they vanished before deputies could secure felony…
