Biochemistry student tackles beer waste problem
A team from Canterbury University is rewriting the traditional relationship between students and beer with a project that could prevent 13,700 tonnes of waste going into landfill each year. Jade Wilson, a third year bio-chemistry student spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
