Billion-Dollar Bullseye! This is The Lottery Rundown for Thursday August 13th Powerball drew Wednesday night with 4, 26, 66, 67 and 69, plus Powerball 9 and a 2X multiplier. One thrilled Illinois ticket holder captured the 1 billion dollar jackpot, ending the long summer climb with a truly massive payday. How would you keep a billion-dollar secret in Illinois? Five more tickets delivered major scores: a Massachusetts player won 2 million dollars, while ticket holders in Arizona, California, Florida and North Carolina collected 1 million dollars each. White ball 26 remains one of the five least-drawn over six years, while 66 and 67 returned together after 14 drawings away. They came back as matching luggage. Powerball resets Saturday to 20 million dollars, with a cash value of 8.7 million dollars. Moving to Mega Millions, the last draw was Tuesday, August 11, with 1, 20, 30, 46 and 68, plus Mega Ball 17. Nobody claimed the jackpot, though one lucky South Carolina ticket holder scored 2 million dollars. White ball 20 repeated from the previous draw, while 1 resurfaced after 21 drawings away. Friday’s jackpot rises to 90 million dollars, with a cash value of 38.7 million dollars. That could buy a hilltop castle and fill its moat with rubber ducks.
