Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Whenever we talk about Jeffrey Epstein and higher education,
• 0:10
Speaker 1: the first university that comes to mind, at least for me,
• 0:13
Speaker 1: is Harvard. And that's because even after all this information dropped,
• 0:18
Speaker 1: even after we found out about Jeffrey Epstein's ties to Harvard,
• 0:22
Speaker 1: the university still has zero desire to cut all ties
• 0:26
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. And in my opinion, I'm sure that
• 0:31
Speaker 1: many of the people that are at Harvard, people that
• 0:34
Speaker 1: are on the board, etc. They don't think they did
• 0:37
Speaker 1: anything wrong, and they think the whole entire situation with
• 0:41
Speaker 1: Epstein is overblown. I mean, what else could explain their behavior.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: I mean, you would think that if you had an
• 0:47
Speaker 1: employee who was emailing with Epstein and talking about spies
• 0:52
Speaker 1: and torture and the rest of it, that you'd cut
• 0:54
Speaker 1: ties with that person and move on. And in most
• 0:58
Speaker 1: normal businesses that what would happen. Go ahead and pop
• 1:02
Speaker 1: off some crazy shit and then see how long you
• 1:05
Speaker 1: keep your job for. In this day and age, somebody's
• 1:08
Speaker 1: going to report you on the Internet, somebody's gonna call
• 1:10
Speaker 1: your job, somebody's going to tell people that you're being
• 1:13
Speaker 1: a fool and you're gonna get fired. But at Harvard, Ah,
• 1:17
Speaker 1: no big deal. We'll just keep on keeping on. Today's
• 1:22
Speaker 1: article is from the Western Journal, and the headline Harvard
• 1:26
Speaker 1: still employs professor whose emails with Epstein mentioned spies and torture.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Emily Kopp. Even as the
• 1:36
Speaker 1: class of twenty thirty prepares to arrive to the Harvard
• 1:39
Speaker 1: campus in two weeks, it's not yet clear how much
• 1:42
Speaker 1: longer Martin Owak, who cryptically discussed a captured spy and
• 1:47
Speaker 1: torture with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in an unearthed twenty fourteen email,
• 1:52
Speaker 1: will remain on the university's payroll. What's he still doing
• 1:56
Speaker 1: on the payroll? As is? Imagine spending all this money
• 2:01
Speaker 1: to send your kid to Harvard and they end up
• 2:03
Speaker 1: shacked up well one of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies. Yeah, that's
• 2:06
Speaker 1: going to be a no from me. Doug Epstein deeply
• 2:09
Speaker 1: embedded himself with NOAX program for Evolutionary Dynamics ped just
• 2:15
Speaker 1: off of Leafy, Harvard Yard. Epstein maintained an office there,
• 2:19
Speaker 1: describing it as my institute at Harvard in an email
• 2:23
Speaker 1: released last fall and look, there's no doubt that Jeffrey
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Epstein was one of the biggest players when it comes
• 2:30
Speaker 1: to people donating to Harvard. This man was well connected,
• 2:36
Speaker 1: well liked, and certainly well received. Now all those people
• 2:41
Speaker 1: that were clamoring around him, enjoying as large as eating
• 2:47
Speaker 1: crumbs off his table, well, now all those saying people
• 2:50
Speaker 1: want you to know that they had no idea who
• 2:52
Speaker 1: he was or what he was up to. But the
• 2:55
Speaker 1: emails blow all that shit out of the water. That
• 2:59
Speaker 1: whole entire narrative of we had no idea, and the
• 3:02
Speaker 1: rest of the song and dance that goes with it,
• 3:04
Speaker 1: it just doesn't hit because these people, they were aware
• 3:09
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein was a degenerate. And even if you
• 3:12
Speaker 1: didn't know the full scope of what he was doing,
• 3:14
Speaker 1: you knew he was up to no good, especially if
• 3:17
Speaker 1: you were getting emails from him talking about torture and
• 3:21
Speaker 1: talking about spies. It's back to school season, but many
• 3:26
Speaker 1: questions about Epstein's relationship to the Ivy League remain unanswered.
• 3:30
Speaker 1: Some of the individuals who lent Harvard prestige to the
• 3:33
Speaker 1: sex trafficker eager to wander his reputation and remain ensconced
• 3:38
Speaker 1: in elite circles maintain their positions. Well, that's because there's
• 3:42
Speaker 1: no accountability. People don't really care. The only people they
• 3:45
Speaker 1: want accountability for are their political enemies, not everybody else
• 3:51
Speaker 1: who has time to go after all of the people
• 3:53
Speaker 1: who are adjacent to Jeffrey Epstein. But the truth is,
• 3:58
Speaker 1: that's where the story is because those people that were
• 4:02
Speaker 1: helping them along the way. Without them, none of this happens.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: Do you really think that Jeffrey Epstein is as successful
• 4:09
Speaker 1: as he was doing the horrible shit he did, if
• 4:12
Speaker 1: all these people weren't helping him, if all these people
• 4:14
Speaker 1: weren't covering for him, And now those very same people
• 4:18
Speaker 1: think I give a fuck about their reputations, Well, I
• 4:21
Speaker 1: care about their reputations about as much as they care
• 4:24
Speaker 1: about the survivors or the truth. The Faculty of Arts
• 4:28
Speaker 1: and Sciences confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that
• 4:32
Speaker 1: Noak remains on administrative leave, but did not respond when
• 4:36
Speaker 1: asked about the status of a formal inquiry launched nearly
• 4:39
Speaker 1: six months ago. Harvard shuddered the ped in twenty twenty one,
• 4:44
Speaker 1: shifting its research to the Mathematics department, then reinstated Noak's
• 4:48
Speaker 1: advising and research privileges in twenty twenty three, per the
• 4:52
Speaker 1: Harvard Crimson. In February, Harvard placed Noak on administrative leave
• 4:58
Speaker 1: following the legally compelled release up three million records about
• 5:01
Speaker 1: the Epstein controversy by the Department of Justice, including the
• 5:05
Speaker 1: twenty fourteen exchange. So look, he has nobody to blame
• 5:09
Speaker 1: but himself. I mean, I don't know how many times
• 5:11
Speaker 1: I have to say it. I'm not somebody that gets
• 5:14
Speaker 1: on here and starts yapping and running his mouth about
• 5:16
Speaker 1: people unless we have evidence. But once that evidence is
• 5:20
Speaker 1: provided and they don't have a legitimate reason or excuse
• 5:24
Speaker 1: for what they were up to, you better believe. I
• 5:26
Speaker 1: have questions, But it's all predicated on evidence, right. We
• 5:32
Speaker 1: got to make sure that we have the goods at
• 5:34
Speaker 1: the very least enough inroad to get things started. And
• 5:38
Speaker 1: the good news for us is there's ample amounts of it.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: And you have to be straight up stupid at this
• 5:43
Speaker 1: point to not see that. In a statement posted to
• 5:47
Speaker 1: his website, Noa said the email referred to a video game.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: On social media, there is confusion over an email exchange
• 5:54
Speaker 1: that was released with the Epstein files. Some have missed
• 5:57
Speaker 1: that our spy was captured after completing her mission. Is
• 6:01
Speaker 1: a line from a computer game called Civilization two, a
• 6:04
Speaker 1: game I played many years ago. He said, when you
• 6:07
Speaker 1: get this response in the game, then what you wanted
• 6:10
Speaker 1: to do had worked out. It's a moment of success. Strangely,
• 6:14
Speaker 1: this silly line struck with me. I sometimes think about
• 6:17
Speaker 1: it after having solved a small mathematical problem. This led
• 6:21
Speaker 1: to the email Oh yeah, I'm sure Jeffrey Epstein's hit
• 6:24
Speaker 1: to Civilization two. I'm sure he's you know, part of
• 6:26
Speaker 1: that inside joke. Save the bullshit, mister Noak. Okay, I'm
• 6:31
Speaker 1: not buying it. I have no idea what triggered Epstein's response.
• 6:35
Speaker 1: The email exchange did not refer to an actual spy.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: Nobody got captured, nobody was on a mission, and nobody
• 6:41
Speaker 1: was tortured. He continued, Well, except for all the girls
• 6:44
Speaker 1: that were tortured, except for all the spies that were
• 6:47
Speaker 1: actually on a mission. You mean besides them, right? Noak
• 6:52
Speaker 1: has not been charged with a crime. The professor did
• 6:54
Speaker 1: not reply to request for comment about his relationship to
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Epstein and the status of the form inquiry. Some of
• 7:01
Speaker 1: Epstein's contacts describe the PED as his lab. Science writer
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Robert Kuhn referred to evolutionary dynamics your program at Harvard
• 7:10
Speaker 1: in a December twenty seventeen email to Epstein, apparently referring
• 7:14
Speaker 1: to the PED as the two brainstorm topics for a
• 7:17
Speaker 1: television show on scientific topics. Look, Epstein was so involved
• 7:23
Speaker 1: in all of this that no amount of revisionist history
• 7:26
Speaker 1: is going to change it for those of us who
• 7:28
Speaker 1: know the ship is seld. And instead of trying to
• 7:32
Speaker 1: deny this bullshit, instead of trying to push it back
• 7:36
Speaker 1: into the room, you sons of bitches, might as well
• 7:39
Speaker 1: just meet it head on. That's your best bet. Other
• 7:44
Speaker 1: documents shed light on Epstein's motives for boosting Noak's lab.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: Though beneficiaries of Epstein's scientific grants like Noak, have described
• 7:52
Speaker 1: them as a curious intellectual, the convicted pedophile clearly leveraged
• 7:56
Speaker 1: his association with Novak and other scientists to improve his
• 8:00
Speaker 1: SEO and who knows what else. Look, we have to
• 8:05
Speaker 1: understand that Jeffrey Epstein was the ultimate information broker. So
• 8:10
Speaker 1: all these scientists that he was collecting, it wasn't just
• 8:13
Speaker 1: because he liked science. What were they working on? How
• 8:16
Speaker 1: many of them were working on things that were classified.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: How many of them had information scientifically speaking that would
• 8:23
Speaker 1: be profitable to a guy like Epstein. And I think
• 8:26
Speaker 1: that's a big part of this investigation overall that's been neglected.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: And I think we're going to start diving into that
• 8:32
Speaker 1: a little bit more because I'm very interested to see
• 8:35
Speaker 1: what these scientists were working on. In twenty ten, Epstein
• 8:40
Speaker 1: was still working to bury headlines about his two thousand
• 8:42
Speaker 1: and eight Sweetheart non prosecution deal, since it shockingly lacks
• 8:46
Speaker 1: terms were first unsealed in September of two thousand and nine,
• 8:50
Speaker 1: and at least eighteen young women still had civil suits
• 8:52
Speaker 1: against them. Imagine having all that go on and being
• 8:56
Speaker 1: this snoak cat and being like, ah, you know what,
• 8:59
Speaker 1: Epstein's a good He told me he didn't do anything wrong.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: I can believe him. Not so much. The smartest man
• 9:06
Speaker 1: in the room, are you so? Epstein paid made to
• 9:10
Speaker 1: launch two websites highlighting his role as scientific benefactor for
• 9:14
Speaker 1: an exclusive circle of luminaries at Science's frontier. He sought
• 9:18
Speaker 1: to bury headlines about his pedophilia with the bespoke blogs Www.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: Jeffreyepstein science dot com and www Jeffreyepstein dot org, and
• 9:29
Speaker 1: that was all controlled by al Seckel, who was married
• 9:33
Speaker 1: to one of Glenn Maxwell's sisters, and who shockingly enough
• 9:37
Speaker 1: ended up taking a header off of a cliff over
• 9:41
Speaker 1: in France. But I'm sure that was just an accident too,
• 9:44
Speaker 1: right right. Epstein's website claimed he supported the PED to
• 9:51
Speaker 1: the tune of thirty million in funding by twenty ten,
• 9:55
Speaker 1: though the university disputes that figure, placing it at six
• 9:58
Speaker 1: and a half million. Summers, then the president of Harvard,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: helped Epstein establish the lab in two thousand and three,
• 10:05
Speaker 1: alongside Harvard mathematician Benedict Gross. According to the PD website
• 10:10
Speaker 1: at that time, the name tracksaw Benedict Gross hanging out
• 10:15
Speaker 1: with the grossest man on Earth. All right, makes sense.
• 10:18
Speaker 1: Summers announced his retirement in February after email's revealed years
• 10:23
Speaker 1: of frequent personal emails with Epstein. In two thousand and four,
• 10:28
Speaker 1: epstein publicist persuaded the lab to add a page dedicated
• 10:31
Speaker 1: to him on its web page, hosted on the search
• 10:34
Speaker 1: engine optimizing Harvard dot edu domain. According to a twenty
• 10:38
Speaker 1: twenty fact finding report that Harvard commissioned after Epstein's twenty
• 10:43
Speaker 1: nineteen death, It would be very helpful in terms of
• 10:47
Speaker 1: Google results if his name were attached to a Harvard
• 10:50
Speaker 1: dot edu url. Epstein's publicist told Noak's lab per the
• 10:55
Speaker 1: twenty twenty year report. Noak agreed, of course, he did.
• 11:00
Speaker 1: Got to make sure that the golden goose keeps producing
• 11:02
Speaker 1: those golden eggs. Indeed, Epstein leverage the Ivy League to
• 11:07
Speaker 1: launder his reputation up until his August twenty nineteen death
• 11:11
Speaker 1: press brutality. Wow, will need to cure cancer to move
• 11:15
Speaker 1: this down the page, Epstein wrote in a twenty eighteen
• 11:18
Speaker 1: text exchange about funding for another Cambridge scientist, mit researcher,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: John de la Para, now at the Rockefeller Foundation. It's
• 11:29
Speaker 1: clear from the new documents that the twenty twenty report
• 11:32
Speaker 1: Harvard commissioned is incomplete. For instance, Harvard's report estimates at
• 11:36
Speaker 1: Epstein's last visit to campus occurred in October twenty eighteen,
• 11:40
Speaker 1: while the new documents contain evidence of a November twenty
• 11:43
Speaker 1: eighteen visit. Listen, I'm shocked, shocked, I tell you that
• 11:48
Speaker 1: the Harvard internal report was a bunch of nonsense, bunch
• 11:53
Speaker 1: of fugesee nonsense, just like all these internal reports. Oh yeah,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: let's investigate ourselves. That's going to really put things to
• 12:01
Speaker 1: Harvard launched a new investigation on November nineteenth, twenty twenty five.
• 12:05
Speaker 1: Six days later, Harvard added JP Morgan Asset and Wealth
• 12:09
Speaker 1: Management CEO Marry Erdos to the governing board of its endowment.
• 12:13
Speaker 1: The Harvard Crimson reported, just another Epstein adjacent, No big deal.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: We don't love Jeffrey Epstein up here at Harvard. Erdos
• 12:23
Speaker 1: was in constant contact with Epstein while he was one
• 12:25
Speaker 1: of JP Morgan's wealthiest clients. According to a November nineteenth
• 12:29
Speaker 1: Senate memo, she played a key role and ensuring Epstein
• 12:33
Speaker 1: remained a client, pushing back on compliance officers who raised
• 12:36
Speaker 1: concerns about signs of money laundering. According to The New
• 12:40
Speaker 1: York Times, and not just the New York Times, this
• 12:44
Speaker 1: was found out also by the USVII when they had
• 12:48
Speaker 1: their lawsuit against JP Morgan. Mary Erdos's name was all
• 12:51
Speaker 1: over it. But yet she's getting this gig over at Harvard.
• 12:56
Speaker 1: Epstein's transactions should have raised concerns about sex trafficking two,
• 13:00
Speaker 1: namely three million in direct payments to women or girls,
• 13:04
Speaker 1: including accounts in Russia. Belarus, Turkmenistan, Latvia, and Lithuania, according
• 13:09
Speaker 1: to a Senate investigation released earlier this month. So what
• 13:13
Speaker 1: it really comes down to is that university is like Harvard.
• 13:16
Speaker 1: They don't really care. They don't care that Jeffrey Epstein
• 13:21
Speaker 1: was a gigantic part of their ecosystem. What they care
• 13:25
Speaker 1: about is that you know, and that's what they can't
• 13:27
Speaker 1: abide by. That's why they have to act like they
• 13:30
Speaker 1: are doing something right because people are hip to it now.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: But if Harvard really cared, do you think they'd be
• 13:35
Speaker 1: hiring somebody like Mary Erdos And do you think they'd
• 13:39
Speaker 1: keep somebody like mister Noak on staff even if he's
• 13:43
Speaker 1: on leave or whatever. Of course not, they'd cut ties
• 13:47
Speaker 1: and they'd move on. But I guess Harvard has other ideas.
• 13:52
