- 2:47None. Suicidal and I had a noose on my
- 3:59neck. I was that waiting too long to
- 4:04repent from and that was too strong, buddy.
- 4:08Save me, gave me a new song. Worship.
- 4:18Worship. Wake, Wake, wake, wake.
- 4:32They wanted to try suicide. They wanted to die.
- 5:03No longer suicidal Jesus pulling from the pit, he got mercy on my
- 5:07life now by his grace. For your Lord.
- 5:55A hard speed to the city streets, we began to feel the
- 6:01fire. We rise like tall buildings as
- 6:10the chemicals that take us higher.
- 6:16The night's young and it's just begun as she puts her hand in
- 6:22mind. We want to chase the day.
- 6:28We want to dance to the light. The horse goes from the sky.
- 6:32Just two hearts running wild. Never sleep, never stop.
- 6:39Every show from the top we're going to we're going to be two
- 6:45hearts running wild as he always has.
- 7:11We're going to do it all again. We want to chase the day, all it
- 7:21gets to the night with us from the sky.
- 7:25Just two hearts running wild. Never sleep, never stop as we
- 7:31shot from the top. We're going to, we're going to
- 7:35be. We're going to.
- 7:40We're the. I will give you a new heart and
- 8:12put a new spirit within you. I will take a heart of stone out
- 8:16of your flesh and give you a heart of.
- 8:18Flesh. Way too many times I had to do
- 8:20it alone, gnashing my teeth like I was chewing the bone.
- 8:23Battle Suicide ideation. But who would have known she
- 8:26would give me a heart? Flesh instead of a stone?
- 8:28I had nothing to show besides a bucket of junk.
- 8:31I'm totally sick and being stuck in the phone.
- 8:33Yeah, every time I'm thinking I'm taking the right path, it
- 8:36takes me a couple minutes to making the right.
- 9:08Hello there everyone. Welcome to GOD TV Radio.
- 9:12I'm TTOR and to my left is none other than Brett Keene and down
- 9:20below we got Daniel, also known as Darwin to Jesus.
- 9:24Say hello everyone. Hey folks, what's going on?
- 9:28Make sure you check us out on the GOD TV Radio international
- 9:31radio station. Yeah.
- 9:34I was a little worried about the rumble stream for a second
- 9:37because like for the 1st 2 minutes of the stream it didn't
- 9:40show up as going live and I'm like no, I wanted to stream to
- 9:44rumble. Why aren't you showing up?
- 9:47But then after refreshing the page 20 times in 2 minutes it
- 9:50showed up. Miracle.
- 9:53Yeah, everything's working, Dan. Know what you got for us,
- 9:55brother? Oh, not too much.
- 9:57It's great to be here with you guys again.
- 10:00Hope you're doing well. Why do I have to be on the
- 10:03bottom though? That's what I don't understand.
- 10:05Well, if we get a fourth person, we'll have an even even square.
- 10:10I'm just kidding. I don't care.
- 10:12Yeah. So anyway, today is going to
- 10:16generally be an open mic, open discussion day, but we're going
- 10:21to start things off with a particular subject.
- 10:25As a matter of fact, we're going to be talking about a particular
- 10:28atheist. YouTube Paula Gia, who recently
- 10:32has been going on a little bit of AI, don't know what to call
- 10:36it, like a crusade on X, declaring his moral superiority
- 10:40to the God of the Bible and the Bible itself in terms of
- 10:44morality. And So what we're going to do is
- 10:46we're going to look at some of his recent postings on X, and
- 10:50we're going to compare it to something he said on X last year
- 10:53That makes everything he's doing lately seem kind of pointless
- 10:56and stupid. But the thing we'll start with
- 11:00is the thing he posted today, which is about the 10
- 11:03Commandments. But first I have to screen share
- 11:07this whole thing. So we're going to go ahead and
- 11:10put you here and can we see His 10 commandments post?
- 11:14Yep. All right, so we see here a
- 11:17picture of the 10 commandments, which the first four have to do
- 11:21with your relationship with God in the last six have to do with
- 11:24your relationship with other people.
- 11:27And so Paula Gia, in response to the picture, says let's talk for
- 11:31a minute about how pitiful the Bible's 10 commandments are as a
- 11:35basis for morality. And before we get any further
- 11:40into it, I just have to point out how weird it is that he has
- 11:44a problem with commandments like honor your father and mother,
- 11:48don't kill, AKA murder, don't commit adultery, don't steal
- 11:53things, don't bear false witness against others, don't covet
- 11:56other people's stuff. Oh, ah, so horrible.
- 12:01I mean, if you follow those six things, you might actually be a
- 12:04person people want to be around. Oh, it's awful.
- 12:08But that aside, it it's kind of weird because this is not the
- 12:12first time he's declared his moral superiority to the
- 12:16biblical worldview and its morality.
- 12:20We see here from a couple days ago.
- 12:22Almost a week ago, Paula Gia made this post on X where he
- 12:26said I have forgiven people who do not love me and who have not
- 12:31asked for forgiveness. In this way, I am better than
- 12:34Christian God. Now, there's multiple problems
- 12:39with this, and the main problem is that the world view he holds
- 12:42to doesn't have any objective moral values or standards
- 12:46outside the human mind by which to judge things is right or
- 12:49wrong. So when he says he's forgiving
- 12:52people, what's he forgiving them of?
- 12:55They haven't done anything wrong according to his world view.
- 12:58They've just done what they do or did, and there's nothing to
- 13:03forgive. Who's that guy responding to him
- 13:06right under that? Yeah, no, I mean, he's this
- 13:10Strapping Young Lad that has a picture of a Bible character as
- 13:13his avatar, and he's always posting stuff like that.
- 13:18I mean, I yeah, I couldn't tell you who he is.
- 13:21I couldn't tell you who he is, Daniel.
- 13:23Seems like somebody might I might want to follow.
- 13:26I know. You should follow that guy.
- 13:29Oh, wait a minute. You can't double follow.
- 13:31That's right. And by the way, the jingle's a
- 13:34fine movie. Oh, yes.
- 13:37Yeah, I noticed that too. But this is the same Paula Gia
- 13:42who last year said on October 14th, 2022 and an ex post
- 13:48reminder that if God doesn't exist, then neither does sin.
- 13:52Don't fall for guilt tactics. Of course.
- 13:55This is a completely logical post if atheism is true.
- 13:58Because if there is no God, then that means there's no objective
- 14:02moral standard outside the human race by which to judge things as
- 14:05right or wrong. And that also means you can't do
- 14:08anything wrong against God, which mean which is what a sin
- 14:11is. So therefore if God doesn't
- 14:13exist, then sin logically doesn't exist either.
- 14:18But part of that is that wrong? In any objective sense, doesn't
- 14:22exist. Right?
- 14:24In any objective sense, doesn't exist.
- 14:28You are. Can I ask you as well as Daniel
- 14:30sent me here real quick, do you guys find it odd that the
- 14:33atheist will admit on their Twitter feeds and on video that
- 14:37there is no sin, there's no right or wrongs?
- 14:40But if you then turned around and repeat exactly what they
- 14:44said back to them and say, well, you don't have any moral
- 14:47framework, but say, wait a minute, I'm a good person, I
- 14:49don't need the Bible. But wait a minute.
- 14:51You just said that you don't need no sin or right or wrong or
- 14:55any of these kind of things, but now you're saying that there's a
- 14:58right and a wrong and you're good.
- 15:00I mean, they, they can't seem to stay consistent.
- 15:02What do you think? They basically assume a moral
- 15:06standard that allegedly exists outside of their minds in order
- 15:10to condemn the Bible. But then, as soon as you're not
- 15:12talking about the Bible, that standard just disappears.
- 15:16Poof. Well, it's really strange to me
- 15:19because they will admit most of them, the ones that are moral
- 15:25anti realist, meaning that they're moral subjectivist.
- 15:28Which means that morality basically, there's no point even
- 15:31talking about it because it's all just opinion.
- 15:34These kinds of atheists will rail against the God of the
- 15:38Bible and talk about what a bad person he is.
- 15:41And then you say, well aren't you a moral subjectivist?
- 15:45So isn't all this just your opinion?
- 15:47And they will kind of admit that, yeah, it is ultimately my
- 15:54opinion. But at the same time, they seem
- 15:58to think that morality is still somehow more than their opinion.
- 16:02And it's like, well, you don't have any objective standard.
- 16:05You don't believe in an objective standard, right?
- 16:08And they'll say, that's right. And it's like, OK, so then
- 16:12morality is just based on your preferences, right?
- 16:16And they don't seem to understand that like what it
- 16:19that ultimately morality just boils down to their preferences.
- 16:24If what they're saying is true and, you know, they they have
- 16:28this idea that if they can believe in something, like if
- 16:34they decide what is good and bad, then they're a moral
- 16:36person. You know, you hear it all the
- 16:38time. And to me, it just cracks me up.
- 16:39But they'll say, well, you need a God to tell you what's good
- 16:43and bad. And I I decide for myself And
- 16:45it's like, oh, really? So what does that mean?
- 16:48Does that mean that, like if you decide that raping is good, then
- 16:51it's good? So anything that you decide is
- 16:54good is is good, is that? And you you call that moral
- 16:58because you decided for yourself that something was good.
- 17:02Like that's what makes it good. Are you kidding me?
- 17:05So they just, I would say 97% of atheists, maybe more, probably
- 17:12more, have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to
- 17:16moral issues. They don't understand what
- 17:19objective morality means. They don't understand what
- 17:21subjective morality means. They don't understand humans.
- 17:26Guillotine, which says you cannot derive not from an IS.
- 17:29They don't understand anything when it comes to this stuff.
- 17:33So. Yeah, my thoughts exactly.
- 17:37But what's even funnier about this tweet from last year the
- 17:40Paula Gia made is that he actually made a video response
- 17:44to my video about it and admitted that I was right in my
- 17:48analysis of his tweet. And I want to show you admitted
- 17:51him admitting that in my video from last year titled Paula Gia
- 17:55responds to my video with flawed argumentation and straw man
- 17:59fallacies. But it is at the one hour, 2
- 18:02minute and 29 second mark of this video where we see Paula
- 18:06Gia admit that I'm right. Unfortunately, Brother, I can't
- 18:17hear the audio on there. And let me try that again.
- 18:21All I got to do is screen. While you're getting that set up
- 18:25just real quick in case some folks out there don't know this,
- 18:28especially non believers. But if you were to look at
- 18:32Jesus's teachings, Jesus said love the Lord your God with all
- 18:36your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
- 18:39This is the first and greatest commandment and the 2nd is like
- 18:42this. Love your neighbor as yourself.
- 18:44If you do those two greatest commands that Jesus spoke about,
- 18:49then you actually fulfill all of the commandments from the Old
- 18:52Testament, in case some of the folks out there don't realize
- 18:56that. All right, I shared this tab
- 18:58specifically and it has the audio enabled, so you should be
- 19:02able to hear it. I'd be curious how.
- 19:06Tell me, Justin, how does this tweet prove that I just want to
- 19:09sin? How does this tweet, my apology
- 19:11approve that he doesn't want to be held accountable for his
- 19:14sins? That's what I That's what I want
- 19:17to know. That's what we're here for.
- 19:18Well, it's really quite simple. Sin is simply a crime that you
- 19:23commit against God. You can either commit the crime
- 19:26against God directly, or you can commit against him indirectly by
- 19:31committing a sin against another human being.
- 19:34Thank you Justin. That is amazing.
- 19:37You are the first Christian on this whole thing to properly
- 19:40define, at least in my old orthodox view, what sin is.
- 19:45Sin is a gap between how we behave and how we think and how
- 19:51God wants us to behave in things.
- 19:53You get it. That is what sin is.
- 19:55Perfect. Perfect.
- 19:56I couldn't have said it any better myself.
- 19:58Well done. But as Paula Gia points out, if
- 20:01God doesn't exist, then neither does.
- 20:04Because after all, if a sin is a crime, you commit against God.
- 20:07But if there's no God to commit a crime against, then obviously
- 20:12it's fictitious. It doesn't.
- 20:14Yeah, so he completely, completely agrees with the first
- 20:19part of my tweet. It's a simple if then statement.
- 20:22If there is no God then sin can't exist because the
- 20:25definition of sin is a grievance against God.
- 20:29That's just a a simple if then it could not be more true.
- 20:33It doesn't say that God doesn't exist.
- 20:34It said if God doesn't exist then this concept of sin is not
- 20:39real. It's much like saying this is
- 20:41probably a bad example, but will comics are on my mind still if
- 20:44there is no planet Krypton then there is no Superman.
- 20:48I think that's a fair statement right?
- 20:50And again, accepting the the DC Comics lore, I think it's fair
- 20:54to say that without the planet to come from, there can be no
- 20:58Superman. That's a that's a fair true
- 21:01statement to make the same as my tweet in lore.
- 21:04All good. So as we could see in that clip,
- 21:08go ahead and stop that. As much as I like watching
- 21:11myself talk, but but yes, as you can see, Paula Gia says My
- 21:17analysis of the connection between sin and God as I
- 21:20presented it earlier in this stream and in that video,
- 21:23perfectly accurate. But sin falls under the category
- 21:28of objective wrong if it exists. So for him to deny the existence
- 21:34of objective wrong or any kind of moral failure in any
- 21:38objective sense, but then to turn around and say, oh, but I'm
- 21:42more forgiving than the God of the Bible is, and oh, the
- 21:46biblical 10 commandments of the Old Testament are a pitiful
- 21:49basis for morality. I don't see how he can get off
- 21:53making any of those claims if he truly believes that God and sin,
- 21:59and therefore objective, wrong and right, don't exist.
- 22:03See, this is one of the reasons Daniel and TTR why I find
- 22:07atheists to be intellectually dishonest and corrupt in every
- 22:10kind of way and immoral. Let me explain why.
- 22:13Whenever I was a non believer and I was actually seeking the
- 22:16truth, if a Christian came along and corrected me on something
- 22:20and I knew that they were right and I was wrong, I didn't go try
- 22:24to find the weakest babes in Christ and then repeat the same
- 22:27question, seeing if I can cause them to fall so I could
- 22:31embarrass them publicly or do something like that.
- 22:34If I was corrected on something, I accepted what I was told I I
- 22:39admit I'm wrong and that questions never even brought up
- 22:42again. No and no kind of twist or no
- 22:44kind of fashion. That's game's over, but they
- 22:48keep doing it. How many times have you seen
- 22:50where you correct them and then they come back and just try to
- 22:53resell the package? Well, it happens to me all the
- 22:58time. You know, I I have multiple
- 23:02conversations with the same person.
- 23:04You know. And and it's not just one person
- 23:07but I'll explain something to them and I'll explain it to them
- 23:12very thoroughly and the very next day I'm having the same
- 23:17conversation with them explaining the same thing and
- 23:21it's like I just walked you through this yesterday.
- 23:24You know like do you why do you even want to talk about this if
- 23:28you're just not going to listen and it's I'm not even saying
- 23:32anything that's that difficult to understand.
- 23:34You know, like, you know, people don't understand that if
- 23:39morality is subjective, then it's nothing more than arbitrary
- 23:42opinion. And these guys will call
- 23:45themselves subjective moralist. And I tell them that that this
- 23:50is what it means and they want to argue with me.
- 23:53And it's like you have no idea what you're talking about.
- 23:56You just don't understand what you're talking about because
- 24:00either morality is real or it's not real.
- 24:03So if it's not real, then it's just opinion.
- 24:06That's what opinions are. They're not like real things,
- 24:09you know? It's not a real thing that like,
- 24:14you know, I like my coffee hot, you know, it's or I like my
- 24:18coffee without sugar, right. It's true that I like my coffee
- 24:22without sugar, but that doesn't mean that it's objectively good
- 24:25that coffee without sugar, you know, somehow like good or
- 24:28something, because I like it that way.
- 24:30It's just my preference, you know.
- 24:32So that's all subjective morality boils down to is just
- 24:36preference. And that's all that morality is.
- 24:38If it's not real, it's just boils down to preference.
- 24:42So there's a lot of conversations like this that I
- 24:44have with atheists and I am constantly repeating myself.
- 24:48But you know, it doesn't really bother me that much because I
- 24:52used to be the same way when I was an atheist.
- 24:55And I completely agree with you, Daniel.
- 24:57That has been my experience with atheists, evolutionists,
- 25:00religion skeptics on the Internet is that I will debunk
- 25:05something that they say so thoroughly that there's no way
- 25:07they can logically hold their position.
- 25:10And yet, when I returned the next day, the next week, the
- 25:12next month, the next year, they're still repeating that
- 25:16same old, tired, completely debunked argument.
- 25:19No matter how wrong it is, no matter how skillfully I or
- 25:23others refuted it, they just keep holding to that position.
- 25:26And the funniest part about the whole experience is that
- 25:30atheists and evolutionists will then turn around and claim that
- 25:33it's us Christians and Bible believers and creationists who
- 25:36do that. Oh well, they just continue to
- 25:39believe what they want to believe, no matter how much
- 25:41evidence is against it. No matter how skillfully we
- 25:44refute their arguments, they just continue to believe what
- 25:47they want to believe, which is the world view they currently
- 25:50hold. Well, touché.
- 25:52That's what you guys do. You know it's word.
- 25:55For that, it's called projection.
- 25:57You know, it's funny is I wanted to be an atheist, right?
- 26:01Like, being a Christian is not convenient to my lifestyle.
- 26:05I didn't want to give up my smoking or my drinking or my
- 26:09pornography. You know, I didn't want to do
- 26:12any of that. I wanted to keep living for
- 26:14myself. So it's funny that people think
- 26:17that, you know, like that normal people want to be Christians
- 26:23because nobody really wants to be a Christian.
- 26:26We want to be our own masters. We want to decide what is good.
- 26:30You know, being a Christian is totally counterintuitive to
- 26:35normal human psychology. And that's why everybody hates
- 26:38Christianity. That's not a Christian.
- 26:40Because Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life, you
- 26:43know? And he said there's no way to go
- 26:47into heaven except through me, you know, so.
- 26:51And and he said, like, you have to carry your cross daily.
- 26:54You got to live from me and nobody wants to do that.
- 26:57You know, I didn't want to do it, so that's.
- 27:00One of the yeah, and that's one of the things I find fascinating
- 27:02too, is that over time atheist evolutionists and religion
- 27:06skeptics will claim that the Bible and the biblical worldview
- 27:09is essentially just a mind control device that's used to
- 27:13control the minds of human beings, control the minds of the
- 27:16masses, the weak and the feeble minded, etcetera.
- 27:20Well, if that's the case, then it is failed miserably as a mind
- 27:23control device. I mean, if that's what it was,
- 27:27then how come the most of the world rejects it?
- 27:29How come it goes against human nature when it comes to
- 27:33morality? How come the things that human
- 27:35nature finds satisfying or desirable, the Bible condemns
- 27:40like it's almost a perfect opposite of human nature.
- 27:44And yet, you'd think that's something that's the opposite of
- 27:47human nature would be horrible to use as a mind control device,
- 27:51but apparently it's the best one that's ever been done, according
- 27:55to atheists. Well, and not only that, but I
- 27:58mean, you look at the Catholic Church, and I'm not trying to
- 28:01get into it with a bunch of Catholics right now, but the
- 28:04Catholic Church was obviously pretty corrupt at certain
- 28:08points, and they had the opportunity to make the Bible
- 28:13available to everybody. And you know, it's apparently
- 28:16this great mind control device. And the Catholic Church
- 28:19definitely was interested in power.
- 28:22So why didn't they mass produce the Bible?
- 28:26But they didn't mass produce the Bible.
- 28:28They kept it hidden, and they basically persecuted anybody
- 28:32that tried to make the Bible available to the masses.
- 28:36And the persecution against people that were trying to do
- 28:40that was insanely aggressive. So if anything appears that the
- 28:45Bible is not about power, not about control, I think the Bible
- 28:50is actually about freedom, freedom from our sin, and
- 28:54freedom to serve God. And there's a whole documentary
- 28:57Kirk Cameron did back in, I think, 2012.
- 29:00I forget what it's called, but basically it's a documentary
- 29:03about the English people over in England that tried to produce
- 29:07the Bible in English and how the church and the state were trying
- 29:11to stop them from doing so. So basically they fled to
- 29:14America, to the colonies to basically live how they wanted
- 29:18to and create their own versions of the Bible that they could
- 29:20understand. And like Daniel said, the church
- 29:24and the state back then tried really hard to keep people from
- 29:28having a Bible written in a language they could understand.
- 29:32Because at the time I think it was written in Latin.
- 29:34And that way only the priests and people who understood Latin
- 29:38could read the Bible and know what it was saying, whereas
- 29:41everyone else would have to just trust what the priests and the
- 29:44leaders were saying about the Bible.
- 29:47But once it was mass produced in English, suddenly every common
- 29:50peasant can read and understand the Bible.
- 29:52And yeah, for some reason they try to stop that from happening.
- 30:00Kind of reminds me of this image that I looked at recently.
- 30:03There was a picture of what appeared to be a parrot sitting
- 30:07on a stool in front of a microphone, basically
- 30:11representing an atheist comedian.
- 30:14And you can see in the image that he's got a list of things
- 30:16that he wants to dog. Christians aren't basically tell
- 30:20Christians they're bad all the way down the line.
- 30:22Well, while he starts to get into it, somebody heckles him in
- 30:26the audience and says, yeah, we're sinners, that's the reason
- 30:29why we need a Messiah. And then the parrot starts
- 30:33looking around, starts sweating, and realizes, well, goodness
- 30:36gracious, what else can I name off this list?
- 30:39This guy's already pretty much trampled me.
- 30:44Yeah. You have to send that to me.
- 30:45That sounds pretty funny. So before we end the topic of
- 30:51apology and move on to other things, he actually has like a
- 30:54whole series of sub tweets to that tweet about the 10
- 30:57commandments. Well, he tries to explain why
- 30:59each one is wrong, and I just felt it would be the honest
- 31:04thing for us to do to actually respond to those as well.
- 31:08So I'm putting it right back here on the screen and let's see
- 31:11what he has such a big problem about with the 10 Commandments.
- 31:15Can I say something real quick? Sure.
- 31:17So I've actually done two like 15 to 20 minute video responses.
- 31:23Topology is moral argument or his rebuttal quote UN quote to
- 31:27William Lane Craig's moral argument.
- 31:30And if anybody wants to, you know, see that or whatever, it's
- 31:35on my YouTube channel. But if you want to, like, have a
- 31:39response to the kind of stuff that Paul G is saying on the
- 31:43morality, I would definitely recommend you go and watch those
- 31:45videos. Well, be sure to let us know.
- 31:49Let the audience know what your YouTube channel is, the way they
- 31:52can find you. It's Darwin to Jesus.
- 31:55There you go folks, probably at Darwin to Jesus.
- 31:59Check it out. He's got quite a few different
- 32:01videos up there, and as you can see, he's got a good voice.
- 32:04And he points out the What needs to be done?
- 32:07Go ahead, TTR, what do we got? We got that tweet where the guy
- 32:11actually claims that he's God. And before we get into that, let
- 32:15me ask you something. Even if we all the religious
- 32:18folks in the world were to concede that there is no God,
- 32:21that we simply came together through magical rock formations
- 32:25that crashed into each other in space, creating snot that
- 32:28somehow became sentient. Let me ask you something even
- 32:32without a God, what's wrong with those commandments?
- 32:36Is it really pitiful, the idea that we shouldn't kill or lie or
- 32:39cheat or do these things? I mean, what is it inherently,
- 32:43Mr. Paul, if you're listening out there, you ever get around
- 32:46to paying attention when you're not feeding your narcissism?
- 32:49What is it about those commandments?
- 32:51Even if you didn't associate it with God, that is wrong or
- 32:55pitiful? I think I know what he'd say.
- 32:59So you said earlier, Brett, that Paula Gia made a tweet, some
- 33:04point in the recent past, claiming to be God.
- 33:08Wasn't recent. It was probably about a month
- 33:10and a half ago. But he said something about
- 33:12being more moral than God and most to be fair to Paul, a
- 33:18majority of atheists. Although one minute out of the
- 33:21one side of their mouth, they'll claim that there is no moral,
- 33:25that they're all nihilist and you know, there's no real
- 33:27purpose or meaning to the universe.
- 33:29They'll then turn around and actually say they're better than
- 33:32God. And it really doesn't seem like
- 33:35they understand why it is that there's objective morality due
- 33:39to the existence of a God. Because I've seen questions, and
- 33:42I know Daniel probably has, where they say, well, even if
- 33:45there is a God, then what does? Why does that mean that there's
- 33:49objective morality? My simple response would be if
- 33:52you've got a developer that has constructed a game or a
- 33:55simulation, you would expect that the rules themselves would
- 33:58be objective because he developed them within the game.
- 34:02Now if you guys have a more smacks your way of expressing
- 34:05that, go for it. I'm trying to keep it simple for
- 34:08our gamer Atheist out there. Right.
- 34:11Well, it's a complicated issue because to me, to my mind, you
- 34:17need six things that need to be accounted for in order for
- 34:21objective morality to even be possible.
- 34:24And I don't really think that atheism can account for any of
- 34:27those six things. Those six things I might forget
- 34:31one, but it would be objective values.
- 34:34So you need to have objective, some something grounding, actual
- 34:38goodness and vadnais. You know, like what makes
- 34:41something good or what makes something bad?
- 34:43Is love good? You know, it's hate bad.
- 34:46So you need objective values. The next thing you need is
- 34:50objective duties, which are like obligations, like you ought not
- 34:54steal, you ought to take care of your family somehow.
- 34:59You have to account for where these type of obligations would
- 35:04be coming from, and they have to be authoritative and they have
- 35:07to transcend all of human beings.
- 35:09So where's this obligator coming from?
- 35:12Where are these obligations coming from?
- 35:14Very much seems like it's coming from a person.
- 35:17Because if obligations are just a brute fact, well, brute facts
- 35:21don't have any authority and they can't really give
- 35:26obligations, right? Like they're just there's just
- 35:29this brute fact just floating in the ether somewhere.
- 35:33Like, give me a break. It's very silly that I heard a a
- 35:37serious atheist philosopher make trying to make this argument
- 35:41today. And I'm just like, OK, dude,
- 35:43like that's really you think my view is dumb?
- 35:46Anyway, the next thing is an objective moral standard.
- 35:50So you need something that can actually tell us if an action is
- 35:54right or wrong. You know, in the same way that
- 35:57we have a N reference. So what's the reference for?
- 36:02Right and wrongness, right and wrong actions?
- 36:05And then you also need free will, because if we don't have
- 36:08free will, or if their free will doesn't exist, well, then we
- 36:11can't be moral, because how can we be moral if we don't have any
- 36:16choice about what we do? The whole idea of morality is
- 36:19that we do have a choice. We can choose to do the right
- 36:23thing or the wrong thing. If we're like rocks rolling down
- 36:26a hill, well, we're not moral, we're just being, you know,
- 36:31we're just being acted upon by outside forces, and there's no
- 36:36moral dimension to anything that we're doing.
- 36:38So you have to have free will and some capacity, and I think
- 36:42atheism has a really difficult time accounting for that.
- 36:47Also, you need a purpose, like actual, real, objective purpose.
- 36:53And I can't remember the justification for that one, but
- 36:57it's in my argument that I have on my Twitter.
- 36:59And then the last one, I've said five.
- 37:03Oh yeah, the last one is human dignity.
- 37:05So what is it about human beings that separates us from other
- 37:09animals? Why is it wrong to kick a baby
- 37:12on the sidewalk, but it's fine if you kick a rock or an Ant?
- 37:17You know what gives us this somehow intrinsic value?
- 37:21It's very difficult to see why humans would actually have more
- 37:25value than trees or ants or rocks under atheism.
- 37:31But under Christianity and other kinds of theism, it actually
- 37:36makes perfect sense because we were made for something
- 37:39different. We were made, you know, in the
- 37:42image of God, right? So six things.
- 37:46And I think it's just incredibly difficult for atheists to try to
- 37:49account for those without God. Well said.
- 37:55So apology is first post sub tweet about the 10 commandments.
- 37:59Is this The first four are entirely about God's feelings of
- 38:04insecurity and jealousy a person can fulfill Love your neighbor
- 38:09as yourself. Without any of these.
- 38:11No human can actually harm God. So these are a moral at best
- 38:15even if he exists. What do you say in response to
- 38:19his complaint about the 1st 4 Commandments, fellas?
- 38:23Well, I, to keep it simple, We see in reality all the time,
- 38:29ladies and gentlemen, where there's parents that go through
- 38:31divorces, right? We see that there's other people
- 38:35who are not associated or related to a child that a child
- 38:38ends up calling father. Would it be wrong for a
- 38:41biological father, a biological mother to say, please don't call
- 38:45that person your mother or father, please do not look at
- 38:49them the same way that you look at me.
- 38:51Would that be wrong or amoral for a parent to say that because
- 38:56they want their child to actually see the value and their
- 38:59parenting and who they are as a person?
- 39:02Do you get what I'm saying? Yeah, I understand it.
- 39:05I mean, the way I think about it is pretty similar.
- 39:09The way I think about it is that I don't want my wife to look at
- 39:13other men the way that she looks at me.
- 39:15You know why? Because I love her, right?
- 39:19And I know that other men don't care about her the same way that
- 39:23I do. So it's best for her if she
- 39:26doesn't look at other men the same way that she looks at me
- 39:29because I'm the one that actually cares about her.
- 39:31So God is giving these commandments for the good of us,
- 39:37you know, It's good for us to love God because he's the true
- 39:41God. And it's not good for us to love
- 39:44other gods that don't actually care about us and want us to end
- 39:47up in hell, you know? So these commandments are for
- 39:51our good. Well, let's take a look at some
- 39:55of these other commandments that are right alongside it that he
- 39:58says associates with God's feelings.
- 40:00Now something that worship and he engraved an image.
- 40:03Well, if you look on the net real quick, ladies and
- 40:06gentlemen, Google up the definition.
- 40:07This is pretty much it gets into idol worship.
- 40:10He doesn't want you to idolize. How many times have we have you
- 40:14heard that cliche remark? The worst thing I ever did was I
- 40:17met my hero. Right.
- 40:20You. When you idolize someone, you
- 40:22give yourself false expectations.
- 40:24You start saying, I don't want to be me anymore.
- 40:26I want to be like this person. Maybe God's got other goals for
- 40:30you and plans in your life. Then you got the don't say God's
- 40:34name in vain. Well, if you run around calling
- 40:37your mom names and your actual dad and all that, you're not
- 40:40honoring them and you're basically, you're dishonoring
- 40:44yourself in the process, are you not?
- 40:47So I I don't see how any of this, even though it's
- 40:50associated with God, is considered wrong or pitiful in
- 40:55any kind of way. Right.
- 40:58And then he says in regards to the I think it's the 5th
- 41:04commandments, many parents are not worthy of honor.
- 41:08Why isn't this commandment to treat honorable people with
- 41:11honor? Or a step further to just treat
- 41:14everyone with honor or a command to be an honorable parent.
- 41:19The Bible does say that 100 million times.
- 41:22It tells you to love everyone. Treat everyone as you want to be
- 41:25treated. And if you love everyone and you
- 41:28treat everybody the way you want to be treated, then you're not
- 41:30going to rape them. You're not going to murder them.
- 41:32You're not going to enslave them.
- 41:33You're not going to do all these horrible things that atheists
- 41:36like to associate with the only God they enjoy talking about,
- 41:40which is the Christian Jewish deity.
- 41:43Right. And that's what I thought too
- 41:44when I saw this earlier today. I thought, you know, college.
- 41:47He acclaims that he used to be not just a Christian, but the
- 41:50kind of orthodox, Bible believing Christian that I am.
- 41:54So for him to ask these kind of questions in relation to the 5th
- 41:59commandment makes me think that he's never read the Bible.
- 42:03Because if you've read the Bible in its entirety, then like Brett
- 42:06said, the Bible commands you and all these other places to do all
- 42:10of those things that he's talking about.
- 42:12So why would it need to be specifically mentioned in the
- 42:155th commandment? And ladies and gentlemen, it
- 42:18doesn't just like do a drive by or just a a quick little remark
- 42:23about it. It's mentioned over hundreds of
- 42:27thousands of times. The problem is that PPOR and Mr.
- 42:31Daniel is that our atheist friends like to go to
- 42:34evilbible.com and they like to grab a couple verses.
- 42:38They all pretend because they can read or have the literacy to
- 42:41read a couple verses that somehow they're a Bible scholar
- 42:44and know what everything's going to say in it.
- 42:46Yep. And then Paula Jesus says don't
- 42:52kill, kill, steal or lie. These are really the three
- 42:56morally relevant ones, but need heavy caveats to be universal.
- 43:00Act with empathy covers more. I like my life, I like my stuff.
- 43:05I need to be told the truth to navigate best, so do that for
- 43:09others. I do want to answer this kind of
- 43:12Sunday School question that he did put forth, because in a way
- 43:17it's kind of valid because some young people are there are young
- 43:20people out there who are abused, who they are hurt by their own
- 43:24family members, are people of authority.
- 43:27Are you supposed to still honor them?
- 43:29Well, the Bible says that if you make one of these little ones
- 43:32stumble, what happens? TTOR What does God say to those
- 43:37who cause the little people to stumble?
- 43:40Jesus said it would be better for you if a millstone were tied
- 43:44around your neck and you were tossed into the sea.
- 43:47So obviously the parents and authority figures who dishonor
- 43:50their children, they're going to pay dearly for that.
- 43:55So there's your answer. Yeah, God, that little.
- 44:00What's that magic word? Muslims call it all the say it
- 44:03all the time context. Yeah, Daniel, you got anything
- 44:10you want to say on it? I always try to make sure
- 44:12everybody gets their opinion then.
- 44:16Let's see. No, I think I pretty much agree
- 44:20with the with what you're saying.
- 44:24I mean, why he he's making the point.
- 44:26Why should? Oh yeah.
- 44:30I mean, because he's saying like, empathy is better, right?
- 44:33I don't understand this idea that empathy is somehow good.
- 44:39Why? Why is empathy good, given
- 44:42atheism? You know, like, why not?
- 44:45Why not selfishness, You know, they just like, it's like
- 44:48they're arbitrarily picking out some emotion, quote UN quote,
- 44:52that they have and they're like, well, this is good, but why
- 44:55empathy? Why not anger?
- 44:57You know, Why not wrath? You could have picked like, why
- 45:00not lust? Why is empathy good?
- 45:02Who said right? Are you just telling me?
- 45:05And that's what I thought too when I was thinking about it as
- 45:08well. I was like why the heck should I
- 45:10be empathetic? Your world views doesn't give me
- 45:13any incentive to be empathetic. I.
- 45:15Mean. If I want to be empathetic, yay.
- 45:18If I want to be the opposite of that and just dunk on people all
- 45:21day. If negativity and curse words
- 45:24and whatnot. And and empathy doesn't even
- 45:28mean that you're going to do the right thing, right?
- 45:30Like, empathy is just an emotion, right?
- 45:33So if I find out that you just lost somebody in your family,
- 45:40let's say, so now I feel bad for you.
- 45:42Well, that doesn't mean that I'm necessarily going to do anything
- 45:46for you or do the right thing or anything like that.
- 45:50It just means that I am able to relate to you.
- 45:55It doesn't mean I'm going to do the right thing though, you
- 45:58know, and somebody can have no empathy for someone else and act
- 46:02and still, based on principle, do the right thing for them and
- 46:07towards them. So empathy does not just mean
- 46:11that you're going to be a good person.
- 46:14All it means is you are able to put yourself in someone else's
- 46:17shoes. And to me, when you talk about
- 46:20empathy, all you're doing really is just virtue signalling and
- 46:23it's incredibly empty and shallow.
- 46:26It's like, OK, so you can feel you.
- 46:29You you think that you know how other people feel when they feel
- 46:33bad, and you think that that makes you like a good person
- 46:37somehow. Like last time I checked, being
- 46:40a good person, if such a thing exists, which it doesn't give an
- 46:44atheism. But if it exists, it's not about
- 46:46feelings. It's about doings.
- 46:48It's about what you do. And obviously the Bible says
- 46:52none of us are good. But, you know, if any of us
- 46:55were, it would be about our actions.
- 46:57You know, it's not like, oh, well, I meant to help my family,
- 47:01but, you know, I I ended up not. But I really wanted to.
- 47:05You know, I could tell that my wife was really struggling,
- 47:08right? Like what?
- 47:10Really silly. You know, I've, I've heard
- 47:14atheists try to describe, especially in the moral
- 47:17landscape, how I believe the morality developed through
- 47:21tribalism and what benefited the group and all that, that if you
- 47:25work with a team, then things somehow will be better in that
- 47:29kind of route. But what if you are the leader
- 47:31of a tribe and your tribe comes to you and says all the old
- 47:35people, mentally ill people, they're a drag.
- 47:38They're a drag on our on our resources, on our economy, our
- 47:42currency, everything. So can we just take them out of
- 47:45the woods and end them? You know, just kill them and
- 47:48everything? That way we can benefit from
- 47:51having extra resources and be able to continue on.
- 47:54And everyone who's weak and who can't do a job, we kill them as
- 47:58well. What's the problem there in the
- 48:00atheist moral system? I ask you guys, what's your
- 48:03thoughts? Well, I completely agree.
- 48:06And I would take it one step further because a lot of
- 48:09atheists do make this obvious philosophical mistake by talking
- 48:14about the way that something happened to come to be.
- 48:18So they're like, well, empathy is good because we evolved to
- 48:22have empathy. And so it's a useful survival
- 48:25straight trait. Sorry.
- 48:27And it's like, OK, let's just grant that.
- 48:30So if something is good because it enabled us to survive, if
- 48:34that's what makes something good, well, first of all, why is
- 48:38survival good? Like, you're just assuming that,
- 48:41but let's just grant it. If we grant that survival is
- 48:44good, right? Let's grant it.
- 48:47Well then we could have evolved any number of ways, right?
- 48:52We could have evolved like praying mantises where we mate
- 48:55with our spouse and then we chop their head off and eat it,
- 48:58right? Like, and that would be good.
- 49:00If as long as that enabled us to survive, then that's a good
- 49:04thing. And why?
- 49:07Why wouldn't it be a good thing? You know, like all you're doing
- 49:10really is you're just saying, well, it happened to be this
- 49:12way, therefore it's good. And that's totally arbitrary.
- 49:15It could have been any number of other ways, you know, where
- 49:18empathy would be bad and selfishness would be good.
- 49:21And not only that, but we are selfish.
- 49:24Why is it that empathy is thought to be what got us here?
- 49:27Why not our brutality? Because we've killed a lot of
- 49:31other, you know, based on their way of thinking, we have been
- 49:34responsible for a lot of other species going extinct, you know,
- 49:38like the woolly mammoths and all these other animals.
- 49:41Because we've been just completely brutal and savage.
- 49:45So why isn't it our savagery? That's good.
- 49:47Why is it our empathy? You know, And and even if you
- 49:51just study human history, we've been a completely savage to each
- 49:55other. Look at all the genocide, Look
- 49:57at all the rape, the brutality. I mean, history is written with
- 50:00blood. That's all you see, basically.
- 50:04It's just, you know, murder and death and horrible atrocity
- 50:08after horrible atrocity. So why can't we say that
- 50:12savagery is what enabled us to survive and to get here?
- 50:16And why isn't that good? Why is it empathy?
- 50:18You know, like it's all just so silly to me.
- 50:21You know, Daniel, what you just said is very biblical as well.
- 50:25There's a perfect example of that.
- 50:27Whenever Christ has been captured and the people, the
- 50:31humans that are around, they get to make a vote.
- 50:34Is it going to be the Messiah or is it going to be the murderer?
- 50:37What did they choose? The murderer.
- 50:41They give us Barabbas. There you go, very biblical.
- 50:45Everything you just said, Mr. Daniel.
- 50:47Very good. Go ahead there.
- 50:49TTR, what you got for us? What kind of filth do you have
- 50:52for us, Sir? Apologia, says next, don't
- 50:56commit adultery as a blanket for have sex only with your opposite
- 51:01gender. Spouse has nothing to do with
- 51:03harm. Sexual morals are about consent
- 51:06and relationship. Morals are about honoring
- 51:09commitments which may or may not include monogamy.
- 51:13And just like that, Paula Gia has opened the door for polygamy
- 51:17and pedophilia. Golf Clap PU.
- 51:19Paula Gia. Yeah, we've been seeing that in
- 51:22society, haven't we, PPOR? They've been trying to normalize
- 51:25pedophilia and they say that it doesn't harm anybody to love
- 51:29someone of the other gender or have sex with them and all this.
- 51:33But what do we keep seeing on these videos?
- 51:35All these people with pink and green hair and polka dots all
- 51:38over them, earrings and tattoos all over their face?
- 51:41They don't look like they're very healthy folks.
- 51:44Just. Just ignore the psychosis and
- 51:47the disease and you know, the shortened life spans and yeah,
- 51:51it's all great. Let me hit you with one last
- 51:53thing. Even if you weren't even to
- 51:55bring God or the Bible into the picture, it medically shows.
- 51:59If you look at the medical bills on this, you will see that
- 52:02people who do these kind of things, you know, bottom top
- 52:05type of stuff. I don't want to go into
- 52:07pornography and detail on this. It causes damage to your system,
- 52:11ladies and gentlemen, and that has been proven.
- 52:14So to sit there and say, well, there's no harm being done,
- 52:17there is, there is harm. Yeah.
- 52:20And they don't care. I mean, just look at the AIDS
- 52:23epidemic, you know, And and even if I, I don't.
- 52:28And A and a monkey pox outbreak from last summer.
- 52:31Yeah. I mean, no matter how much
- 52:33disease is going around in that community, no matter how bad it
- 52:37is for them to live that lifestyle, these people will
- 52:42support it. And they're going to support it
- 52:45not because they care about these homosexuals, but because
- 52:50the homosexuals are rebelling against God and they're
- 52:53supporting it. That's what it boils down to,
- 52:55you know, I realize, yeah, I mean, that's what it boils down
- 53:00to. Like, seriously, if anybody here
- 53:02is listening to this and you are not a Christian, I ask you how
- 53:07bad could homosexuality be for homosexuals?
- 53:11Like, how bad could it be for them to live that lifestyle
- 53:15where you would be? Like, OK, we need to encourage
- 53:18these people to stop living this lifestyle.
- 53:20This is not healthy for them. How bad the answer is, There's
- 53:24no amount of vadnais that it could be.
- 53:26You're always going to support it.
- 53:28And you're going to support it because God says it's an
- 53:31abomination. And we all know that it is and
- 53:34that's what it is. It's rebellion.
- 53:36And that's why there's six colors on the gay pride flag and
- 53:40not 7, because six is the number of man and it's all about man's
- 53:46rebellion against God. And God is the number represents
- 53:50the number 7, and that's how many colors are actually in a
- 53:52rainbow is 7, not 6. So they changed the number to
- 53:56six. Go count it.
- 53:58They took one of the colors off and it's totally symbolic and
- 54:02their movement. And they've also corrupted what
- 54:04the rainbow actually means. Yeah, yeah, of course.
- 54:08And and and they call their movement pride, Right?
- 54:11Which is a sin. Pride is a sin.
- 54:14What? Why should we be proud?
- 54:16What do we have to be proud about?
- 54:18You know everything that we have.
- 54:20Honestly, whether you're a Christian or an atheist, nothing
- 54:24you have is merited by what you've done ultimately.
- 54:29Like, think about the things that you've done well.
- 54:32Why were you able to do them? Because you happen to be
- 54:35intelligent, or you happen to have two arms and two legs.
- 54:38You didn't earn any of that stuff.
- 54:40Whether you're an atheist or a theist, none of that stuff was
- 54:45earned by you. So everything that we've done or
- 54:48or everything that we have, it is not something that we should
- 54:52be proud to have. It's something we should be
- 54:54grateful to have either way. Either way, so Pride is just
- 55:00completing as far as. Daniel, are you are you there
- 55:05with us? Yeah, I'm here.
- 55:07Can you hear me? Yeah, I mean.
- 55:08Your avatar disappeared and then you move further down on the
- 55:11screen. He must be tapping on the phone.
- 55:14He's getting so into what he's saying, which is awesome and
- 55:17stuff that he just his ears are going teen hitting the phone or
- 55:20something. Let Let me let me ask you
- 55:22something. Let me ask you something Daniel
- 55:24and TTOR and Dark Wolf. I'd I'd be more than happy to
- 55:27hear from you. But you were speaking about free
- 55:30will and morality and its association.
- 55:33And we know that atheists like to claim that religion is about
- 55:36control. But isn't atheism, the
- 55:39naturalism more control than religion?
- 55:41Let me give you an example. With God, we can actually make
- 55:45an argument for free will. But if you're an atheist, then
- 55:48you have to naturally be determined.
- 55:51You're basically chemical stimuli that is responding and
- 55:54reacting to your environment. There is no getting going where
- 55:59you want to on this. It's whatever your monkey
- 56:02chemicals or your evolved juices tell you to do.
- 56:05So in saying that, you don't have morality, you don't have
- 56:09free will because you have nothing to be accountable to.
- 56:12You're nothing but a bucket of Windex, basically an animated
- 56:15hamburger. Do you see what I mean?
- 56:17There is no free will. Therefore, that equals that you
- 56:21are under complete control over the laws of the universe.
- 56:26I think we, I think Brett just made a cartoon with those words.
- 56:30But I want to add, I I do want to say, in case any serious
- 56:33thinkers happen to be watching this, that I am under the
- 56:37impression that there are different forms of naturalism,
- 56:42and it is possible theoretically that there might be a type of
- 56:49naturalism that could account for free will.
- 56:51I'm not going to say it's impossible.
- 56:53Personally, I I find that incredibly implausible.
- 56:58But when we talk about naturalism in the normal sense,
- 57:02where it's like everything is physical and there's no soul,
- 57:06everything is just subject to the laws of physics and that's
- 57:11it, then yeah, I completely agree with you, Brett.
- 57:14There's no such thing as free will.
- 57:18Everything that we do where we think we're making a choice is
- 57:22ultimately a complete and total illusion, and morality is de
- 57:28facto also completely illusory. We're not making moral
- 57:32decisions. We're not making any decisions.
- 57:35All of our decisions are predetermined by mindless
- 57:40physical forces that are completely outside of our
- 57:44control. There you go.
- 57:46So who's being controlled? Ladies and gentlemen, that was
- 57:50Daniel's chemicals reacting to my chemicals forming an
- 57:54explosion. You know, it.
- 57:56It just, I I do want to say it just goes to show how absolutely
- 58:00counterintuitive atheism is. This is why I left atheism,
- 58:04because it is so counterintuitive to our actual
- 58:08experience. Because who lives their life and
- 58:10thinks that they're not the ones at the wheel who feels like
- 58:14they're just a passenger and they're not actually responsible
- 58:18for anything that they do? You know, does anybody really,
- 58:21truly believe that none of us are making decisions that we
- 58:25can't go to the store and decide if we grab the Snickers bar or
- 58:29the Milky Way? You know, like we are making
- 58:32decisions, we are actually able to decide if we're going to do
- 58:36the right thing or the wrong thing.
- 58:38We experienced this. But atheism is so
- 58:40counterintuitive that it leads to the absurdity of having to
- 58:45deny what is obvious to our fundamental experience.
- 58:49And if you have a worldview that ends up denying or undermining
- 58:54your fundamental experience, well, then maybe you should deny
- 58:59that world view. And that's what I did.
- 59:02But yeah, it's funny that you bring up the counter
- 59:04intuitiveness of atheism, because there are atheist people
- 59:08in the past who have actually admitted that the world view
- 59:12that they hold and that the apparatuses of investigation,
- 59:16they create an academia to lead you to the conclusion of
- 59:20atheistic evolution. They admit that all those
- 59:23systems themselves are counterintuitive, they go
- 59:26against common sense. But you have to hold to those
- 59:30counterintuitive things, because otherwise you'll allow God to
- 59:33get a foot in the door. And once he gets a foot in the
- 59:36door, it's over. Yes, science is always going to
- 59:41be good at being able to explain what something is and its
- 59:44purpose and its process. But it'll never be able to
- 59:47really do a good job of explaining why or why that thing
- 59:51even exists, if that makes sense, ladies and gentlemen.
- 59:55Yeah, and not only that, but a lot of people don't understand
- 59:59that science is based on philosophical presuppositions
- 1:00:03that really don't make sense within the atheist worldview.
- 1:00:06For example, every time we sit down to quote, UN quote do
- 1:00:10science, we are making huge assumptions about the way that
- 1:00:15the world works. One of the most obvious is the
- 1:00:18assumption that. Our reasoning is sound, right?
- 1:00:21When we set up an experiment, we come up with a hypothesis and we
- 1:00:25say if this happens, then it will mean that, right?
- 1:00:30Well, all of that requires us to be reasoning correctly.
- 1:00:34You can't set up a proper experiment if you're crazy,
- 1:00:37right? And if you you know what I mean,
- 1:00:40like you can't do it. So if if you have no sanity, you
- 1:00:44can't set up a valid experiment. So we need to be reasoning
- 1:00:49soundly in order to do science. But why would we think that we
- 1:00:53had sound reasoning? Given the atheist worldview?
- 1:00:57If atheism is true, then all of our reasoning is really just the
- 1:01:02result of a mindless chemical reaction.
- 1:01:05It's just atoms spinning around in our head, right?
- 1:01:08Our brains were not made to reason correctly evolution.
- 1:01:13You know if that's even true, right?
- 1:01:16Because like, do you believe that it's true?
- 1:01:18Well, is that belief just based on Adam spinning around your
- 1:01:21head? But let's say evolution is true.
- 1:01:23OK, well, evolution doesn't select for truth, it selects for
- 1:01:28survival. And truth and survival are not
- 1:01:30the same thing, right? You can believe false things,
- 1:01:35and that might have some kind of evolutionary advantage.
- 1:01:39People have come up with scenarios where that could be
- 1:01:41the case. So evolution doesn't select for
- 1:01:45believing in truth. It selects for just passing on
- 1:01:49your genetics or for survival, you know?
- 1:01:52So that's just one of the philosophical presuppositions
- 1:01:56that undergirds all of science. And that philosophical
- 1:02:01presupposition doesn't make sense in atheism.
- 1:02:04But it does make perfect sense in theism, where we are made by
- 1:02:09a God, and we're made in order to interact with the world and
- 1:02:12to reason soundly and to know God's will and to be caretakers
- 1:02:18of his creation, right? We're supposed to be stewards of
- 1:02:22the world that He gave us. So if God made a world for us
- 1:02:27where we're supposed to govern, of course we would need to have
- 1:02:30sound reasoning. So it makes perfect sense that
- 1:02:32we would have sound reasoning given a given theism, but makes
- 1:02:37no sense that we would have it given atheism.
- 1:02:39And and that's just one of them. There's like five or six that at
- 1:02:43least five or six that are presuppositions and they don't
- 1:02:49make sense given atheism. So when atheists talk about
- 1:02:52science, they know nothing about philosophy of science, which is
- 1:02:55what I'm talking about. They know nothing really about
- 1:03:00the what undergirds science and and it's just crazy to me how
- 1:03:03ignorant they are about stuff like this.
- 1:03:05Right. And Speaking of undergirding
- 1:03:07science, the other thing that atheism does, that is on the
- 1:03:11level of what you were just talking about, is that atheism
- 1:03:14denies the law of cause and effect, which is the fundamental
- 1:03:18truth of the scientific method and science itself.
- 1:03:23Basically, the effect, it cannot be greater than its cause.
- 1:03:27The cause must be equal to or greater than the effect in order
- 1:03:31for the effect to come about. And in the biblical world view,
- 1:03:35this is perfect because you have an all powerful God who knows
- 1:03:38everything and he's present everywhere.
- 1:03:41He makes reality and everything in it.
- 1:03:43This entire reality and you and me being in it, it's all in
- 1:03:47effect with an adequate cause. But an atheism, you have an
- 1:03:52effect without a cause at all, and because there's no 'cause at
- 1:03:56all, that means the effect is way greater than the cause.
- 1:04:00Atheism literally has everything coming from nothing, with no
- 1:04:04intelligent intervention whatsoever, which completely
- 1:04:07violates the law of cause and effect, which undermines all of
- 1:04:11science. Well, what would you?
- 1:04:13I mean, if we see a lot of atheists who make this claim
- 1:04:17that Christians and people who believe in God, they don't make
- 1:04:20good scientists because they already have like this set idea
- 1:04:23of what they think is going on out there.
- 1:04:26But think about this for a minute.
- 1:04:27Would you rather get your information or try to work with
- 1:04:31someone who's open minded enough to believe that there's more to
- 1:04:34be found in the universe or someone who says, well, I don't
- 1:04:38see it, so therefore it's not there, it doesn't exist.
- 1:04:42I mean, why would a person who believes that they're fionite go
- 1:04:45out into a void where they can't breathe and they can't do
- 1:04:49anything to go looking for things that are simply not
- 1:04:52there? It seems like you need somebody
- 1:04:54with ambition and desire who already believes that there's a
- 1:04:57goal to be met if they're going to do it in the 1st place.
- 1:05:01Especially if it requires putting your life on the line.
- 1:05:05Right. OK, so without any further ado,
- 1:05:12we're almost done with his thread.
- 1:05:14The next one, the next to last one, says this apology or rights
- 1:05:19do not covet is a thought crime, only even worse.
- 1:05:22We know that most self and societal improvement is driven
- 1:05:26by wanting to better for ourselves, wanting better for
- 1:05:29ourselves, which very much includes coveting.
- 1:05:33These are terrible. Now, I want to say right off the
- 1:05:36bat that never in my entire life has coveting ever been defined
- 1:05:42as simply wanting better for yourself, either as an
- 1:05:45individual or as a society. We have always understood
- 1:05:50coveting those of us who grew up in church and Sunday school and
- 1:05:53reading the Bible, we've always understood coveting as you
- 1:05:58wanting what belongs to someone else.
- 1:06:01It's nothing to do with wanting better for yourself.
- 1:06:04It's literally wanting to take from others.
- 1:06:06You know, like all the woke socialists running around in the
- 1:06:09world today, they want to take everyone's stuff and not do any
- 1:06:12work to better themselves. And usually a lot of people get
- 1:06:17this idea, especially young folks.
- 1:06:19We've heard it time and time again.
- 1:06:21You think that the more money you have, the more material
- 1:06:24things you have, the more happier you're going to be.
- 1:06:27And that's the reason why a lot of people find themselves at
- 1:06:2940-50 years old where they're miserable and alone because they
- 1:06:33realize that money doesn't buy you love material.
- 1:06:36Things don't get you what you're looking for.
- 1:06:38And well, I think we get the bottom line on that.
- 1:06:42You got anything to say about that, Daniel?
- 1:06:45Well, yeah, It's just a very strange way of thinking about
- 1:06:52what God is saying when he says don't covet.
- 1:06:55It's just completely uncharitable as far as I can
- 1:06:58tell. And like you shouldn't be
- 1:07:03jealous about the people for what they have.
- 1:07:06It's not a healthy way to be. It just leads to resentment, you
- 1:07:10know, and and once again, you're not being grateful for what you
- 1:07:14have. Anytime you're looking at
- 1:07:16somebody else and being upset at what they have, you're not being
- 1:07:21grateful for what you have. And when you're not grateful,
- 1:07:25it's bad for you and it might be bad for that other person, you
- 1:07:28know. That's kind of what happened to
- 1:07:31Abel, isn't it? You know Cain killed him because
- 1:07:34he was jealous, right? Yeah, he literally coveted what
- 1:07:37he had, and so he killed him. That's not better.
- 1:07:39That's not bettering yourself. Paula Gia.
- 1:07:42Right. McFly.
- 1:07:44You know, and I just find it terribly interesting how an
- 1:07:50atheist who doesn't believe in God, quote UN quote, is going
- 1:07:53through the 10 Commandments and saying how he's better than God.
- 1:07:57You know, I mean, it kind of reminds me of something that a
- 1:08:00snake said to a woman in the garden.
- 1:08:02You know, she said ye shall be as gods knowing good and evil.
- 1:08:05Well, Paula, Jesus sure seems to think that he knows even better
- 1:08:08than God what good and evil is. You know, and.
- 1:08:11Even though he has to completely misrepresent what things like
- 1:08:14coveting actually mean in relation in the into the Bible
- 1:08:18in order to do it. There is.
- 1:08:21There is also the thing that coveting something can also lead
- 1:08:25you to try to steal it, so it would break another commandment
- 1:08:29that way. Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:08:32I mean, it really is something that is very fundamental to
- 1:08:37human beings. We want of it.
- 1:08:40We want to have what other people have.
- 1:08:42And it's so unhealthy, you know, sometimes, well, maybe I'll just
- 1:08:48say I know somebody that you know, can easily fall into that.
- 1:08:52And I I try to talk to them, you know, and and get them to stop
- 1:09:00because and and luckily they listened to me.
- 1:09:02But yeah, it's luckily I don't covet hardly at all.
- 1:09:07I have my own sins and my own struggles and that's not one of
- 1:09:11them. But it's just an incredibly
- 1:09:12unhealthy thing for us to do and it's very, very easy to look at
- 1:09:16somebody else and want what they have, but it's just not good.
- 1:09:20So I I think it's wonderful that it's on the 10 commandments.
- 1:09:24It speaks to the wisdom of God to me.
- 1:09:27It's not just coveting some things and all that.
- 1:09:30Covet could actually be from a person to a person.
- 1:09:33I'll give you an example of something Daniel, earlier today
- 1:09:36you tweeted out. You said something to the effect
- 1:09:39that when you watch movies you see that there's a certain
- 1:09:42representation that homosexuals get on in there.
- 1:09:45And you asked the question basically from what I got from
- 1:09:48it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but how
- 1:09:50come they don't ever represent them as villains or evil or or?
- 1:09:53This trend of people is a certain way and one of the
- 1:09:56images I put up was a Buffalo Bill.
- 1:09:59Are you familiar with Buffalo Bill TTR?
- 1:10:03No, I'm. Not I am.
- 1:10:04It's from Silence of the Lambs. Pretty good movie, that'd be
- 1:10:06why. So Buffalo.
- 1:10:09Buffalo Bill, just a quick summary.
- 1:10:11He was a a serial killer who basically wanted to be a woman.
- 1:10:16He was a guy who wanted to be a woman, and it wasn't enough for
- 1:10:19him to go get surgery and do all this transition stuff that these
- 1:10:22other folks do. He literally went out and he
- 1:10:25grabbed women and then peeled their skin off and wanted to use
- 1:10:28it as a coat, his skin to become a woman.
- 1:10:31So they're in that kind of form. That's kind of a sadistic, sick
- 1:10:34way of coveting right there. Yeah, that's pretty sick.
- 1:10:39I don't know if you saw my response to Daniel's tweet that
- 1:10:42you're referring to, but I actually thought of another
- 1:10:44movie right off the bat, the 2015 Liam Neeson mystery
- 1:10:49thriller Walk Among the Tombstones, where basically he's
- 1:10:53a Private Eye who's hired by drug dealers to go after these
- 1:10:57two sadistic killers that used to be part of the DEA.
- 1:11:01And one of the killers is hinted very strongly at not just being
- 1:11:06homosexual, but also being in a relationship with his criminal
- 1:11:10partner. And of course, you look at the
- 1:11:12two guys throughout the movie, they're brutally torturing and
- 1:11:15murdering and killing people and like the most brutal, grotesque
- 1:11:19ways possible. So that movie, even though it
- 1:11:22didn't set out to do it intentionally, did portray
- 1:11:25homosexuals in a very negative light.
- 1:11:29A lot of people don't like to talk about this, and I don't
- 1:11:32want to get too far away from the topics that we originally
- 1:11:35aren't, but Daniel as well. TTR Have you guys ever heard of
- 1:11:40autogenophilia before? I have not, no.
- 1:11:46It's a It's a strange mental illness that was diagnosed in
- 1:11:50the last century and for some reason it hasn't found itself in
- 1:11:54the discussion or debate on transgenders.
- 1:11:56But what the mental illness instills is that men who get
- 1:12:01sexually off by the idea of themselves being a woman, they
- 1:12:05will get a sexually attracted. And a lot of them have been
- 1:12:08known to have a pattern of being interested in children and will
- 1:12:11try to do whatever they can to put themselves in a position
- 1:12:14where they can basically take advantage of women and children.
- 1:12:18Example like recently somebody assaulted a three-year old baby
- 1:12:22inside of a bathroom while pretending to be a woman.
- 1:12:28Great. Unbelievable.
- 1:12:30It's probably just going to be happening in all the more.
- 1:12:33But yeah, that doesn't make sense though, Brett, because
- 1:12:35that kind of fits some of the profiles of people we've been
- 1:12:38hearing about in the news that are part of the trans community.
- 1:12:42Autogenitilia, you can look it up.
- 1:12:45It's about 100 year old diagnosis and stuff that's been
- 1:12:48known for a long time and people like this.
- 1:12:50Usually the proper way to deal with them was medication therapy
- 1:12:55as well as asylums. But we don't do that anymore.
- 1:12:58Now we just let people run around on the street naked with
- 1:13:01feathers hanging out of their bottom.
- 1:13:02And we clap the whole time for it.
- 1:13:04Bravo. Way to be true to yourself, Sir.
- 1:13:08Ma'am, Whatever you are. Do you guys mind if I elaborate
- 1:13:11a little bit on that tweet I sent out?
- 1:13:13Of course, that's what you're in here, Daniel.
- 1:13:15We love hearing you well. You know, I I didn't say
- 1:13:19everything that I wanted to in the tweet, 'cause I wanted to
- 1:13:22hear what other people thought first.
- 1:13:24But since I'm in here, I did kind of want to share my my
- 1:13:29thoughts in general about it, so.
- 1:13:32So I don't, although there are some cases where homosexuals are
- 1:13:39represented as the villain, I think it's incredibly rare.
- 1:13:42I mean, if you actually look at how often it happens versus how
- 1:13:46often they're represented in a positive light, I think it's
- 1:13:49overwhelming. Like probably 98 to 99.5% of the
- 1:13:55time. They're represented in a very,
- 1:13:57very positive light where they're funny or charming or
- 1:14:01charismatic or sympathetic, you know, with pretty much no flaws
- 1:14:06whatsoever. You know, it's just like, over.
- 1:14:10So wonderful. Yes.
- 1:14:12And what I'm trying to get people to see is why that's
- 1:14:17happening. And the reason why it's
- 1:14:19happening is because this stuff works.
- 1:14:21When you, when you do this, when you constantly portray a certain
- 1:14:26group of people in a certain way, it changes public
- 1:14:30perception And and it's incredibly successful at it.
- 1:14:34And to give you an illustration of why this works, just think
- 1:14:38about why you might not like bees.
- 1:14:41OK, Why do people not like bees? Well, because bees sting, right?
- 1:14:46If bees didn't sting you and didn't cause pain or have the
- 1:14:50potential to, then people wouldn't mind bees.
- 1:14:53They'd probably think they were irritating, like flies, maybe.
- 1:14:56But you know, it wouldn't be the same type of feeling that we
- 1:15:00have. So bees, The reason we don't
- 1:15:03like bees is because of what they're associated with.
- 1:15:06And have you guys heard of Pavlov's dog?
- 1:15:10I have, but go ahead. So there was a scientist named
- 1:15:14Pavlov. I don't know his full name,
- 1:15:16maybe I should look that up. But anyway, he did this
- 1:15:19experiment with his dogs where he would set their food out and
- 1:15:23have them come eat it, and every time they would come to eat
- 1:15:27their food he would ring a bell, OK?
- 1:15:30And eventually after doing this for, I don't know, a few weeks
- 1:15:34or a month or something, he would just ring the bell and
- 1:15:37wouldn't give them food and they would start salivating.
- 1:15:40Tell why did they start salivating?
- 1:15:43Because the bell was ringing, because the dogs were
- 1:15:46associating the bell with the food.
- 1:15:49Do you see the association? So that caused the dogs to
- 1:15:53salivate because he had built up that association.
- 1:15:56So when you constantly are associating homosexuals with
- 1:16:03being good people who are funny or sympathetic or you know have
- 1:16:08like no flaws, If you're constantly doing that well then
- 1:16:11how do normal Americans who are constantly seeing that start
- 1:16:16associating homosexuals? Well, they start associating
- 1:16:19homosexuals with being good people, right, and victims and
- 1:16:23etcetera, etcetera. And that's what changed the
- 1:16:26public perception was propaganda.
- 1:16:29Because that's what we're ultimately talking about is
- 1:16:31propaganda. You know, it's the same reason
- 1:16:33why, if you want to sell a Whopper, put a very beautiful
- 1:16:37woman in a bikini eating the Whopper, you know, you never
- 1:16:40see, like an old grandma that's ugly with warts and hairs eating
- 1:16:45a burger. Why?
- 1:16:46Because they don't want their burger to be associated with,
- 1:16:49like, death, right? They want their burger to be
- 1:16:52associated with sex and vitality, right.
- 1:16:58And. And it makes the burger seem
- 1:16:59more appealing even though it's a burger either way.
- 1:17:02Right. So they've basically changed the
- 1:17:06way that he Americans in the West think about homosexuals by
- 1:17:11doing this. And it's incredibly successful.
- 1:17:13And I also, I also want to point out really quickly, how are
- 1:17:16Christians typically portrayed in the media?
- 1:17:19Are we portrayed as sympathetic? Are we portrayed as the good
- 1:17:22guys? You know, like very often if
- 1:17:26there's a Christian, we're either going to be portrayed as
- 1:17:29an idiot or a fool or the bad guy.
- 1:17:33Usually a villain. A villain.
- 1:17:35Tap. Yeah, you know and why because
- 1:17:38that's also part of the agenda and you know the agenda is anti
- 1:17:42Christian always has been. So just I just wanted to say
- 1:17:49that while I have, you know, some some time or whatnot, just
- 1:17:54be aware that everything that you watch, whatever you watch is
- 1:17:58edited and scripted by people who have agendas and the agenda
- 1:18:04is not pro Christian, it's anti Christian.
- 1:18:09The TTOR and I, we've talked about many of those kind of race
- 1:18:13swapping and all these different issues that we've seen in movies
- 1:18:16and all that. Just recently, Netflix got in
- 1:18:19serious trouble because there were some investigators and
- 1:18:23governors who had been involved in basically doing a raid and
- 1:18:27they found tons of fentanyl. You know, that drug that's
- 1:18:30coming over into our country? Well, they end up making a
- 1:18:33Netflix movie about it, Daniel. And what they did was they race
- 1:18:37swapped the lawyers. This is a true, this is supposed
- 1:18:40to be based on a true story. And they swapped everybody out
- 1:18:44with diversity. You got your Latinos obviously,
- 1:18:47and the big time lawyer involved in it now became an old white
- 1:18:51man to a lush black woman. Now I I don't have any problem
- 1:18:55with races and movies and all that.
- 1:18:57Some of my favorite people, Wesley Snipes, Denzel Washington
- 1:19:01all this. But I do not like it when they
- 1:19:03take a real story or a very epic, legendary, well grafted
- 1:19:09hero or character, even in fiction, and replace them with
- 1:19:14some nonsense. But I under we understand fully
- 1:19:17what you're talking about Daniel.
- 1:19:18They obviously are selling people like their products.
- 1:19:22Yeah, I have some thoughts on that too, but I'll be quick.
- 1:19:26I you know, I think it should go without saying it should be
- 1:19:30pretty obvious at this point. It might be really obvious when
- 1:19:34I say it, but diversity just means less white.
- 1:19:39And I'm not like a Nazi or anything, but that's literally
- 1:19:44what that actually means. You know, nobody says that
- 1:19:47Africa needs to be more diverse and we need to add some more
- 1:19:50white people there. Nobody says that the NBA needs
- 1:19:53to be more diverse and we need more white people.
- 1:19:56You know, diversity only goes One Direction.
- 1:19:58It just means less white. It's inherently racist is what
- 1:20:03it is. You know, nobody.
- 1:20:06Nobody condemns the NBA for being vastly over representing
- 1:20:11black people. Nobody and and and if anybody
- 1:20:14started bringing that up, they would, it would be totally
- 1:20:18politically incorrect. But it's fine to say that like
- 1:20:21the NHL, you know, hockey, that they need more diversity because
- 1:20:25diversity means less white. That's what it means, you know.
- 1:20:29So it's just ridiculous. I don't like to talk about this
- 1:20:35kind of stuff normally, but it should be called out because it
- 1:20:39is racist, you know, and and I think all human beings have
- 1:20:44intrinsic value and we shouldn't be all hung up on race in any
- 1:20:50direction whatsoever. All human beings are created in
- 1:20:53the image of God. You know what the problem with
- 1:20:56that is, though? What's the problem with that
- 1:20:59dark moon? It sounds like it was about
- 1:21:00right to me, but go ahead, let's hear it.
- 1:21:03Well, no, it's not a problem with what he said.
- 1:21:06I mean, I'm just clarifying here that the problem with what he
- 1:21:08said is that if a white person comes out and calls them out for
- 1:21:12the stuff, they're perceived as being racist.
- 1:21:16Yep, part of the. Social programming.
- 1:21:19Yeah, exactly. That's for sure.
- 1:21:20And and I think that if they could get away with it, they
- 1:21:24wouldn't have white people in anything if they could just get
- 1:21:26away with it. Well, that's what they're
- 1:21:28basically moving towards right now.
- 1:21:32You know, The thing is, is that I don't know if this makes
- 1:21:35sense. I don't mind if someone decides
- 1:21:37that they they want to make a movie about diversity.
- 1:21:40If it's good, I'll watch it. If it's if it's just because
- 1:21:43you're trying to push a political agenda or sell me a
- 1:21:46product or you're trying to sell me on a certain group of people
- 1:21:50that I ought to like or something like that.
- 1:21:52And it's not really about a storyline or it's not going to
- 1:21:54take me anywhere at the end of it.
- 1:21:56Because folks, I get into movies and books for escapism or to
- 1:21:59learn things and all that. Not to be like sermonized to or
- 1:22:04are politically called you bad orange man, yadda yadda yadda
- 1:22:07kind of nonsense. That's exactly my time.
- 1:22:10And they and I and I still to this day can't stand Kathleen
- 1:22:14Kennedy for what she did to my Star Wars.
- 1:22:16I'll never forgive her for that. May she got me.
- 1:22:18Needed. Me.
- 1:22:18Needed. I'm with you there, Brett.
- 1:22:20I'm with you. There.
- 1:22:24But. Anyway, while we were all
- 1:22:26having, while we were all having this lovely conversation, I was
- 1:22:30dinking around on the admin side of quarter and we got a new
- 1:22:34user. Would you guys like to see you
- 1:22:37just joined quarter? I would.
- 1:22:40Bill Clinton. No mush mouth Joe, this guy who
- 1:22:45has over 3300 Subs to his YouTube channel.
- 1:22:51Well, good deal. Welcome to the his house.
- 1:22:53There much mouth. Yeah, he was in my comments
- 1:22:58section yesterday day before asking about quarter, and I told
- 1:23:02him that yeah, he could probably back up all his videos within a
- 1:23:06few hours if he really got at it.
- 1:23:09You know, I I got to be honest with you, I don't understand why
- 1:23:13people are so hard on Joe Biden. To me, he reminds me of the
- 1:23:17movie Weekend at Bernie's. Have you ever heard of that
- 1:23:19movie before? For those out there who haven't,
- 1:23:23Weekend at Bernie's is about an old man who died in his chair
- 1:23:27and a bunch of people, younger people come along and they
- 1:23:29basically stuff him and they carry him around like he's still
- 1:23:33alive so they can make choices for him and decisions and get
- 1:23:36things done. That's how I see Joe Biden.
- 1:23:39He's a he's a mumbling corpse that they carry around and then
- 1:23:43they basically pass laws and claim he did it.
- 1:23:45It's it's beautiful. Well, I think that there's some
- 1:23:50truth to that, but I also think Joe Biden is a very, very bad
- 1:23:53man. Oh yeah, before his senility and
- 1:23:56his, you know. But pretty much everybody
- 1:24:00before. His cognitive skills degraded.
- 1:24:02He was a very bad man as. Oh yeah, I seen the clips.
- 1:24:06He's horrific. He's terrible.
- 1:24:08Do you see that clip on Twitter where he's talking about how old
- 1:24:12crackheads need to be imprisoned and all that?
- 1:24:14And they got on the other side, his son smoking crack, watching
- 1:24:17the screen. Oh my goodness.
- 1:24:20Oh yeah, his son. Just His son just crashed a
- 1:24:23congressional hearing recently. I heard I could be wrong, but I
- 1:24:29was reading some of the tweets and we all know the Internet is
- 1:24:32the gospel, right? But they said that somebody,
- 1:24:35they started showing images of his wee wee and then suddenly
- 1:24:38that got him excited and he took off.
- 1:24:40Is that true? Because I I didn't see any kind
- 1:24:43of resources to back that up. I didn't either.
- 1:24:47I just heard that he crashed the hearing over his contempt of
- 1:24:50court charges, which he initially didn't show up for.
- 1:24:53Then he showed up and then after a little bit, he stormed out.
- 1:24:56You know what would have happened to Donald Trump?
- 1:24:59Junior did that, right? They would have had a football
- 1:25:01team waiting for him outside. He would have got tackled and
- 1:25:04dragged a mile across the 19. 84 Denver Broncos would have got
- 1:25:08him just like they got Cartman's mom in South Park.
- 1:25:14Oh no, off the rails. Off the rails, Yeah, I was about
- 1:25:20to say something that's going to take us even further off the
- 1:25:22rails. I'll keep it to my side.
- 1:25:23You've seen that. Have you seen that episode of
- 1:25:25South Park, Daniel The 1:00 where they're trying to figure
- 1:25:27out who Eric Cartman's dad is? I think I have.
- 1:25:32Yeah, and one of the options is the entire 1984 Denver Broncos
- 1:25:36team. Oh yeah, 'cause his mom was like
- 1:25:39a total. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:25:44Is it Mr. Garrison Is it the counselor?
- 1:25:47Is it the entire 1984 Denver Broncos team?
- 1:25:51So besides, Daniel is supposed to eat you are Besides all this,
- 1:25:55to take it back a little bit, Besides all this pompous tweets
- 1:25:59and and stupid videos that I've glanced at of Paul, what is his
- 1:26:05story? Because every atheist has some
- 1:26:07kind of testimony. Mom was mean to me.
- 1:26:10Daddy had, you know, God written on his belt with me with it.
- 1:26:13What is the story on this? What happened?
- 1:26:16Well, the story that Paula Gia presents on his channel is that
- 1:26:20he's a former Christian who used to be a die hard Young Earth
- 1:26:24Creationist, until eventually he figured out through deep study
- 1:26:28that Young Earth Creationism and the biblical worldview itself
- 1:26:32were both lies. And then that started down the
- 1:26:34path of becoming an atheist. And then eventually he broke up
- 1:26:40or divorced his Christian wife and left her for the atheist
- 1:26:45YouTube Shannon Qi don't know the exact timing of when they
- 1:26:49all met and when all that stuff happened, you know, when he
- 1:26:52ended the relationship with his first was wife and then hooked
- 1:26:56up with Shannon. But yeah, it kind.
- 1:26:59Of wondered if he had any. I wonder if he had any
- 1:27:02scientific sources for his deep research.
- 1:27:09Well, basically at some point he decided that the Bible was no
- 1:27:13longer authoritative on origins, and that what human beings say
- 1:27:18is. And so he went with the majority
- 1:27:22opinion of the academic world on origins.
- 1:27:25And then that led into him accepting what they say about
- 1:27:28basically everything else in the Bible.
- 1:27:31Let me let me ask you TTOR as well as Mr. Daniel, a question,
- 1:27:36especially since Daniel's into morality stuff.
- 1:27:39Are you still with us, Daniel? I want to make sure you're not
- 1:27:42here. Now let's let's pretend for a
- 1:27:45moment we put God on the outside of this whole conversation and
- 1:27:49just go with what atheists are claiming.
- 1:27:52Let's say that we started out as snot on a rock and we began to
- 1:27:55evolve through this process. The question that I would have
- 1:27:59is why didn't it that the parents didn't immediately kill
- 1:28:03their offspring upon giving birth to them?
- 1:28:06And what gave them what was instilled with them to even make
- 1:28:09them interested in reproduction or having sex in the 1st place
- 1:28:14to create the offspring? It seems to me that if all that
- 1:28:18isn't already within the Organism, it's not going to have
- 1:28:22any desire to produce. We put off pheromones and all
- 1:28:26this, this chemicals allegedly in order to attract a mate.
- 1:28:31To be able to do this. Where did that come from?
- 1:28:35It's not like nature's around making love.
- 1:28:37So where is this coming from? What variables in the
- 1:28:40environment said, Oh my goodness, look at that little
- 1:28:43Buffalo over there. You get what I'm saying?
- 1:28:46But try not to be nasty here. Yeah, well, I don't know that
- 1:28:50you're asking a moral question right now, but I do understand
- 1:28:55that, you know, you're you're asking about the implications of
- 1:29:00what would come from evolution if it were true.
- 1:29:04And yeah, it's it's pretty silly.
- 1:29:07I mean I I would just go all the way back to the beginning and
- 1:29:12look at the chances of a single cell arriving or you know,
- 1:29:18somehow coming together purely by chance.
- 1:29:21I mean you got the DNA, you got the the little thing that zips
- 1:29:26up and down the DNA and reads it and then tells the amino acids
- 1:29:32how to form correctly. And both of those are like
- 1:29:35irreducibly complex. You need both of those at the
- 1:29:38same time, you know and you need the amino acids to just be there
- 1:29:42ready. Plus, you need a cell membrane
- 1:29:46and all this stuff just has to come together at the exact right
- 1:29:49time and you know, somehow it's insane.
- 1:29:54And and when you actually study like cell membranes, they're
- 1:29:57incredibly complex because they have to, they have to eject
- 1:30:02certain things out of the cell, like waste.
- 1:30:04They've got to get rid of that, otherwise the cells going to
- 1:30:07die. But they also have to allow
- 1:30:09certain things in, but only in the correct amounts.
- 1:30:13So they have to be able to send things out and allow things in
- 1:30:17and also protect the stuff that's happening inside the
- 1:30:20cell. So you have to have a a very
- 1:30:23complex and well working cell membrane and then there's a
- 1:30:26whole bunch of other stuff that you need.
- 1:30:28So you need a bunch of things all to come together at the
- 1:30:31exact same time in the exact right place.
- 1:30:35And the chances of this happening are just it's it, it's
- 1:30:42a really, really, really, really, really big big number.
- 1:30:46Insane. So Daniel, the reason why I
- 1:30:49bring and and it sounds very mechanical.
- 1:30:52I don't see how anybody thinks evolution is a friend to the
- 1:30:55atheist. It sounds goal oriented.
- 1:30:58It sounds like it has purpose and certain mechanics to work a
- 1:31:01function in order to achieve a goal.
- 1:31:03To me that sounds like a damn machine.
- 1:31:05It sounds like something that was designed and set up to go.
- 1:31:09Even if you were to accept the idea of evolution, it's not
- 1:31:12something that seems to help the atheist in any kind of way.
- 1:31:15The reason why I bring morality into this, Daniel, is when an
- 1:31:18animal is looking at another animal, what is the mechanism in
- 1:31:22its head that should have been instilled from the get go or
- 1:31:26there would have been genocide? What stops the Buffalo from
- 1:31:29killing the other Buffalo? Why does it associate that this
- 1:31:32is something it can either Make Love with or it can just run
- 1:31:35right over and trample? What's stopping it?
- 1:31:38That mechanism. See.
- 1:31:40There's a moral issue there. Well, I mean, the atheist is
- 1:31:44just going to say that the animal wants to survive because
- 1:31:48if the animal didn't want to survive, then it would have just
- 1:31:51wandered off into a lake or something and drowned and it
- 1:31:54wouldn't have reproduced. So only the animals that want to
- 1:31:57survive, survive. And there is no moral dimension
- 1:32:00to it. It's just do you have a will to
- 1:32:03survive or don't you? And that's what I'm trying to
- 1:32:05say is, you know, animals wanting to survive has nothing
- 1:32:09to do with morality. That doesn't say what's good,
- 1:32:12you know, why is survival good? Why is an extinction good?
- 1:32:16You know, it's all just arbitrary.
- 1:32:18You know, you're just picking what you like instead of, you
- 1:32:21know, anything that actually makes sense, you know?
- 1:32:26That's the point, Daniel. What what you're saying is
- 1:32:29exactly that you're you're absolutely right.
- 1:32:31That is how the atheist usually responds.
- 1:32:34But that's talking about the horse.
- 1:32:36That's not talking about the carriage.
- 1:32:38If you don't mind me using a weird remark there, what I mean
- 1:32:41is, why does it even have the ambition to like something or
- 1:32:46want to go a certain route in the first place?
- 1:32:49I mean TTOR, you know why you want to go get that Twinkie or
- 1:32:52that bag of Doritos downstairs? You know why.
- 1:32:55But why do you have the ability to even think about the damn
- 1:32:59Doritos in the 1st place? You see what I mean?
- 1:33:02Yeah. So you're asking, why do we have
- 1:33:06this ability to think about wanting like to have the desire?
- 1:33:12Yeah, it's obvious the way you describe the whole cell and the
- 1:33:15Organism and all that. It kind of, if you think about
- 1:33:19it, there's some kind of process that's going on there.
- 1:33:21We immediately have the spark where, if you don't mind me
- 1:33:24using you as an example, where T2R says I would like to get bag
- 1:33:29of Doritos. So why does he want to do this?
- 1:33:32He's hungry. He's got all these different
- 1:33:33reasons. But why does he have it?
- 1:33:36What is inside of his brain and his mind that would even give
- 1:33:40him the visual and this future the the goal to go do in the 1st
- 1:33:45place. Does that make sense to you?
- 1:33:47Yeah, like it's it is really it. It's an abstract thought,
- 1:33:51really, the idea of doing something that we're not
- 1:33:55actively doing. You know, like right now I'm
- 1:33:57sitting on my couch, But the idea of me being somewhere else
- 1:34:02and going and doing something, having a goal, is kind of a an
- 1:34:07abstract thought. And it's not really an instinct
- 1:34:10either. So it is, you know, it's kind of
- 1:34:14like part of consciousness, which is to me very much
- 1:34:19indicative of the idea that God must exist because it's very
- 1:34:24difficult to see why we would have consciousness, why we would
- 1:34:29be able to think about other things, you know, like this
- 1:34:31about Ness. You know, like I can think about
- 1:34:34my wife would normally matter is just about itself, you know,
- 1:34:38Like my pillow is my pillow, right?
- 1:34:41My pillow can't be about my bed. You know, it can be on my bed
- 1:34:46but can't be about my bed. But yet, in my mind, I can think
- 1:34:50about all kinds of things. I can think about my pillow.
- 1:34:54So it's very difficult to rationalize or to figure out why
- 1:35:00we would have consciousness if fundamentally everything is
- 1:35:06material and not mind, right? But if everything comes from a
- 1:35:11mind, which is what we're really talking about when we're when
- 1:35:14we're saying that we're theists, is that fundamentally everything
- 1:35:18is mind. A God is a mind and he made
- 1:35:21everything right. So at the bedrock of all reality
- 1:35:24is a mind. You would expect for there to be
- 1:35:28consciousness because that's what created everything and
- 1:35:32consciousness could create other consciousness.
- 1:35:35It's not a problem. So that's kind of long winded.
- 1:35:38Sorry about that. No, I appreciate hearing you and
- 1:35:41TTOR and what you guys views on that is I never am.
- 1:35:45When when talking to non believers, I'm never able to
- 1:35:49progress to the second level of philosophical thinking.
- 1:35:52They get stuck at the horse. It's because the animal wanted
- 1:35:55to. If the animal didn't have sex
- 1:35:58and they couldn't, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:35:59But why does it wanted it? Because it wants to.
- 1:36:02It's it's like a circular reasoning.
- 1:36:05It just goes back and forth, folks.
- 1:36:07I'll be right back. I got to have an experience.
- 1:36:10Be right back. Oh, an out of body experience.
- 1:36:16Oh, he changed scenes. He vanished.
- 1:36:19Maybe Brett Keene wasn't even really there at all.
- 1:36:24I knew it. He's a ghost.
- 1:36:26We've been talking to a ghost all these years.
- 1:36:28You know, you know, while we're waiting, I did want to talk a
- 1:36:32little bit more about Paula Gia, because I don't know if he's
- 1:36:36going to watch this or not, probably not, but maybe because
- 1:36:40because he has responded to you so and we are talking about him.
- 1:36:45So if he does watch this or his fans, I just want to say that I
- 1:36:49do appreciate Paula Gia in a few respects #1 I appreciate that he
- 1:36:54actually makes arguments. He's not like the Amazing
- 1:36:59Atheist who is just constant degeneracy and straw man.
- 1:37:05Now, apology is not above straw man, but he does try to actually
- 1:37:09make arguments that you can respond to.
- 1:37:12And they're not like just obviously terrible arguments.
- 1:37:17I think that they're not great, but at least I do believe he is
- 1:37:20making an effort. And as far as Ace atheist go
- 1:37:24that are popular, he's definitely one of the better
- 1:37:26ones. I can respond to his video and I
- 1:37:28don't have to believe everything and I can just respond to the
- 1:37:32points that he's making and he is making points.
- 1:37:35So I do appreciate that it's not just rhetoric.
- 1:37:38It's not just sophistry. He's making points.
- 1:37:40He's making arguments. So I would say we need more of
- 1:37:43that coming from the atheist community and you know I I also
- 1:37:49just want to say that the fact that he he's not constantly
- 1:37:52swearing and he I don't think I've ever heard him swear
- 1:37:56actually, but it's definitely rare if he does.
- 1:38:00I also really appreciate that as well because I don't like to
- 1:38:04respond to somebody that or or listen to somebody that is just
- 1:38:08swearing and incredibly foul mouthed or lewd you know.
- 1:38:14So he has some decency, which I think is very nice.
- 1:38:18And yeah, it would be nice if more atheist, more like that as
- 1:38:23well. I appreciate that.
- 1:38:25So I just wanted to give him some props for those things that
- 1:38:28because it's nice to see that. Yeah, I I think I said in my
- 1:38:34extra long video about Paula Gia that I did and showed a clip
- 1:38:39from earlier, the one that's like an hour and 43 minutes
- 1:38:41long. It's a response to his video
- 1:38:43response to me. I said in that video that Paula
- 1:38:47Gia is probably the best of the best in the atheist YouTube
- 1:38:51community because like you said, he actually tries to make
- 1:38:55arguments and he doesn't swear a whole bunch, you know, if at
- 1:38:59all. I don't think I've ever heard
- 1:39:00him swear either. And he also, you know, doesn't
- 1:39:04like smoke and drink and do drugs and all the other stuff
- 1:39:09like the drunken peasants, for example, like to do or the Utah
- 1:39:12outcasts like to do. Basically, he's still heavily
- 1:39:17influenced by the Christian culture he grew up in and that
- 1:39:20makes him a lot more pleasant to talk to.
- 1:39:24But but like you said, even though he's got those things
- 1:39:28going for him, the fact that he holds the world view he does
- 1:39:32leads him to make silly arguments that we can easily
- 1:39:36refute like we did in the stream.
- 1:39:38But as far as the other guys who like to swear and curse and you
- 1:39:43know do all the other nasty stuff in their videos, when they
- 1:39:46respond to people like us, sometimes you just have to grit
- 1:39:50your teeth and make a video response to them.
- 1:39:52Because if you do and you just expertly refute them on maybe
- 1:39:56one or two things that they said, you will stay in their
- 1:39:59head for life and. They will.
- 1:40:02Never be able. Yes, they will never forget you.
- 1:40:05One perfect example is Jeffrey Doherty who is called the
- 1:40:11Christian Whistleblower. He's like a religion skeptic who
- 1:40:15used to be a priest or whatever for like 20 years and now he's
- 1:40:19like part of the whole Jesus never existed Jews or bad crowd.
- 1:40:23And couple years ago he was on a live stream with Adam Green of
- 1:40:27No More News, making this whole case about how Jesus didn't
- 1:40:31exist. And basically the New Testament
- 1:40:33is just a 1st century Twitter war between the Apostle Paul and
- 1:40:37the other disciples of Jesus. And so I made an hour and a half
- 1:40:41long video responding to a lot of the things that Jeffrey put
- 1:40:47out in like a 10 minute span. And then he tried challenging me
- 1:40:51to a debate Right after that I said no.
- 1:40:54Never heard from him again until Easter last year.
- 1:40:57And then on Easter last year, he actually messaged me out of the
- 1:41:01blue once again challenging me to a debate.
- 1:41:05And I had to laugh the second time he did it because I
- 1:41:08literally had not given that guy a single thought for almost 2
- 1:41:13years. But he couldn't Get Me Out of
- 1:41:16his head and he reached out to me on Easter just so you know,
- 1:41:20at home and throw meaningless debate challenges at me.
- 1:41:24And that's what you can do to someone like that when you
- 1:41:27refute them is you can get inside their heads so deep, but
- 1:41:31they will never ever forget you and they'll actively seek you
- 1:41:35out years later. Yeah, in.
- 1:41:37A negative way. Honestly, I would feel bad about
- 1:41:41subjecting my Christian audience to somebody that was swearing
- 1:41:47all the time. You know, 'cause I know I don't
- 1:41:49want to listen to it, and I wouldn't want to subject a
- 1:41:53Christian audience to that kind of filth.
- 1:41:55That's that's the that's the really big issue that I have.
- 1:41:59Because I'll listen to it, but I don't like to listen to it, but
- 1:42:01I definitely don't want to subject others to it, you know,
- 1:42:04and. Like Sir sick.
- 1:42:06Yeah, exactly. You know, I would like to make a
- 1:42:09response to his video. You know, he made a video about
- 1:42:12me. He did one about me too.
- 1:42:14Actually he did 2 about me. He made one.
- 1:42:17He made one video response to me regarding the video I did about
- 1:42:20Professor Stick and so then I made 1/2 hour long video
- 1:42:24response to his response where I pointed out that he claims that
- 1:42:31poor design was proof of no designer at all.
- 1:42:35And when I made that video about him, he responded by making a 2
- 1:42:391/2 hour video about my video. Wow.
- 1:42:43I never watched. I never watched his 2 1/2 hour
- 1:42:46video for obvious reasons. Time.
- 1:42:49But yeah, he spent 2 1/2 hours on me after I made a response to
- 1:42:55his response to. Me.
- 1:42:57Yeah. The That's the problem with
- 1:42:59YouTube, Daniel. Once you start getting up there
- 1:43:02and people start noticing your name, I've had people create
- 1:43:05entire series based on me, whether it's about my nose or my
- 1:43:10Gray hair or if I walk backwards like a dog.
- 1:43:13I mean, it's it's always something for sure.
- 1:43:15Remember that guy we had a while back, We unfortunately, although
- 1:43:19we've had non believers who've obviously been after us and all
- 1:43:22that, but we had a religious guy who actually got mad at us
- 1:43:26because we unpackaged his arguments and he said he was
- 1:43:29wanting to whoop up our new TTR and myself.
- 1:43:32And he comes in, he comes in and and I let him up on the screen.
- 1:43:37And I said, Sir, calm down. We'll have a calm discussion and
- 1:43:41we'll talk about it and go ahead and unpackage you again.
- 1:43:45And he's like, I'm going to, you know, whoop you and all that.
- 1:43:47And I said, well, sounds like you've got quite the
- 1:43:49imagination, Sir, because that ain't going to happen in Saint
- 1:43:52Louis, I can assure you that. Yeah.
- 1:43:54Because he said he was going to, he said he was going to learn
- 1:43:56you. And you were like, oh, so you're
- 1:43:58talking about a Bible study. And then he started talking
- 1:44:01about, you know, beating you up. Yeah, and the champion,
- 1:44:06Elizabeth, me and TTR, we were perfectly respectful and nice,
- 1:44:09but it did get to the point where it was like, all right
- 1:44:12there, guy. You're going to have to go
- 1:44:14settle down, take a cold shower there guy.
- 1:44:16Yeah, And then he challenged you to a music fight before he
- 1:44:20backed out. And then after the music fight,
- 1:44:22he challenged you to a boxing match.
- 1:44:26And then he backed out again. Yeah, see, that's what I mean
- 1:44:29when I say dumpster fire. And I don't want to have a
- 1:44:34dumpster fire conversation, you know, 'cause that's all that is.
- 1:44:38Well, you're absolutely right then, knowing that that's not
- 1:44:41something that me and TTR were ambitious about either.
- 1:44:44When I made my video. To him, it was perfectly calm
- 1:44:48and relaxed, just as I'm talking to you right now.
- 1:44:51I just didn't agree with some of his views and for some reason
- 1:44:54that lit a fire under it. And to be honest with you, what
- 1:44:57I unpackaged him. Warren wasn't that big of a deal
- 1:45:00anyway, but for some reason I crawled up under him.
- 1:45:03He did not like that. I think it was not more about
- 1:45:06being wrong, but what it made him look like in public.
- 1:45:10And he just needed to show me and TTR what Dum Dums we were
- 1:45:14and it just wasn't open. Because he, at the time, he was
- 1:45:17a visiting scholar for reasons to believe, and he was basically
- 1:45:21very arrogant about it and used that status as something to beat
- 1:45:25us down with, Well, you're just stupid and I'm right, because
- 1:45:29I'm this and you're not, Of course.
- 1:45:31Then he started threatening physical violence against
- 1:45:34physically disabled Christian Youtubers.
- 1:45:36And then he came out in defence of his pedophile friends Smokey
- 1:45:40St. and actually. Oh, you mean Doctor Kylo, Ken?
- 1:45:44There you go. Hello Ken, That guy?
- 1:45:46Yeah, I watched a few of his videos.
- 1:45:48They weren't very, very good. No, yeah.
- 1:45:53Oh, he went down the dark, dark side after we basically just got
- 1:45:58in his head. And Daniel, I I know that you
- 1:46:02really, really you desire not to get a nunny dumpster fires.
- 1:46:06But the problem is, Daniel, is that you're very articulate,
- 1:46:09you're extremely intelligent, and you call things whenever
- 1:46:13they're not, right. I mean, you call it for what it
- 1:46:15is. So Daniel, as you,
- 1:46:18unfortunately, YouTube is not like when you get bigger, things
- 1:46:21get better. It actually starts raining more
- 1:46:24garbage from the sky, aren't you?
- 1:46:26The bigger you get. And it's sad.
- 1:46:28No matter how good you are, Daniel, no matter how loving,
- 1:46:31there's always someone that's going to hate you.
- 1:46:33Yeah. And that is also the universal
- 1:46:36truth at this point on the Internet is no matter who you
- 1:46:39are, no matter how nice you are, no matter how pure and innocent
- 1:46:43and good your content is on the Internet, there is always
- 1:46:47someone out there who hates your guts because you exist.
- 1:46:51You know, I actually, I don't know if you guys noticed, but I
- 1:46:53actually gave an award to my best hater so far on Twitter.
- 1:46:57Did you guys see that? I did, and that was a lovely
- 1:47:00reward. I wish somebody would give me a
- 1:47:02trophy. Well, there was a guy who
- 1:47:05followed me for years on YouTube and bit shoot who was just, you
- 1:47:09know, stalking me basically and leaving comments on like every
- 1:47:12video I put out. And yeah, he's actually the
- 1:47:15person who inspired me to create the diagnosis of Creationist
- 1:47:20Derangement Syndrome. I never understood this, Daniel.
- 1:47:24At all. TTR is one of the nicest,
- 1:47:27sweetest, most awesome people you could talk to.
- 1:47:29I don't understand for life me why atheists would strike out at
- 1:47:33him. For me, I know that.
- 1:47:35I know that I was a former atheist, and sometimes I like to
- 1:47:38play in the mud with the pigs, sometimes I throw my pearls
- 1:47:41right out there. So I kind of say, OK, I got what
- 1:47:44was coming to me right. But TTR don't make no sense to
- 1:47:48me. He's a he's a gentleman.
- 1:47:51Well. You know that atheists, Well,
- 1:47:55it's not all atheists, but some atheists will, you know, go
- 1:47:58after like grandmas who are just online, like posting verses, you
- 1:48:03know, and they'll be like sky daddy, sky daddy, you know.
- 1:48:07So they don't have any shame whatsoever.
- 1:48:10Some of them, you know, not all atheists will go that low.
- 1:48:13I don't want to say that they will, but some some will go that
- 1:48:17low, you know, so I and I know that how they how the Internet
- 1:48:21is. I have really, really thick
- 1:48:23skin. I'm like almost a psychopath or
- 1:48:28a sociopath, whatever, whichever it is.
- 1:48:31You know, you should have seen me before I got saved.
- 1:48:34I didn't have any empathy, you know, all the atheists would
- 1:48:37have thought I was just such a terrible person, 'cause I had no
- 1:48:41empathy whatsoever. But yeah, it doesn't bother me.
- 1:48:46I I think God made me to be on the Internet, 'cause when when
- 1:48:49people insult me or whatever, it it doesn't bother me at all.
- 1:48:53It actually I I feel like the Hulk.
- 1:48:55It just makes me stronger, you know?
- 1:48:59It's like when they shoot him and he grows bigger, you know?
- 1:49:01That's how I feel. He's like the Incredible Hopper.
- 1:49:05You don't want to see me angry, but at the end, no one TTR.
- 1:49:09We're very creative people and that is one of their favorite
- 1:49:13things to use, isn't it? Sky Daddy.
- 1:49:15So why don't we come up with a mean you tell me if this is
- 1:49:18going too far. When they say Sky daddy, we say,
- 1:49:21oh Monkey daddy, Monkey daddy because they believe they come
- 1:49:23from the womb of a baboon. So we'll say Monkey Daddy,
- 1:49:26Monkey Daddy. What about what about bacteria
- 1:49:31baby? That sounds like a disease.
- 1:49:38Oh, you know, they they believe they ultimately come from some
- 1:49:40bacteria that formed on some rocks in your hydrothermal vents
- 1:49:43in the ocean. Bacteria, baby.
- 1:49:48I made, I made a pretty funny meme a while back.
- 1:49:51I don't know if you saw Brett or or TTR, but it basically was
- 1:49:57saying that atheists are like Sky Daddy and they hate it, You
- 1:50:02know, is that, oh is it like yes, no meme or whatever,
- 1:50:06drawing a blank on this name. But anyway, it basically was
- 1:50:10rock Daddy, you know, because they believe that a rock made
- 1:50:15all of us. So we we we've got a rock Daddy
- 1:50:18and. You know, we come from rocks,
- 1:50:21yeah. Yeah, that we come from a Rock,
- 1:50:23You know, And it's like, well, at least my daddy can fly, you
- 1:50:26know, your daddy's stupid rock. That's hateful.
- 1:50:32I love it. Yeah, it's it's pretty funny
- 1:50:34actually, 'cause it's like, it's like I'm trying to remember what
- 1:50:38it what it was. I actually made a few that were
- 1:50:40in that vein. They did pretty well too.
- 1:50:43That's what's so funny, though, about that whole particular
- 1:50:46topic is that when we point out that their worldview teaches
- 1:50:50that they ultimately come from some bacteria that formed on
- 1:50:54some rocks near some hydrothermal vents under the
- 1:50:56ocean 3.8 to 4.2 billion years ago, they claim that we're lying
- 1:51:00and we're just making it up. But we're literally reading it
- 1:51:03off of Wikipedia pages. I've been.
- 1:51:07I've been meaning to ask you TTR 'cause I I know you're still,
- 1:51:10you're still fighting for the Young Earth Creationism, and
- 1:51:13there's a great deal of Christians out there doing this,
- 1:51:16but what are you going to, what is going to be the process for
- 1:51:20you? You've had to have thought of
- 1:51:21this. They've already stated that the
- 1:51:23moon is 40 billion years old now, so you have to.
- 1:51:27And then the universe just went quadruple, because scientists
- 1:51:30know how to take pictures now. So you do realize that sooner or
- 1:51:36later they're going to quadruple the age of the Earth.
- 1:51:40It's going to go from 4.5 billion because they need more
- 1:51:43time for their slugs to turn into magical talking frogs at
- 1:51:46roller skate. So what will, what will?
- 1:51:49What do you think Young Earth Creationists are going to be
- 1:51:51able to do with this? Basically the same thing we're
- 1:51:54doing now, because by only increasing the age of the earth,
- 1:51:58every time the age is revised, it just becomes more and more
- 1:52:01obvious what they're doing. Right, right.
- 1:52:05It wouldn't. Change it wouldn't change
- 1:52:07anything for us fundamentally as far as how we.
- 1:52:09Are right. So even if they threw a trillion
- 1:52:11years on the planet and all that and said that it was growing
- 1:52:14feed itself, you'd we'd you still hit it from the youngest
- 1:52:19creationist argument A. Lot of and a lot of younger
- 1:52:22creationists are really good with pattern recognition.
- 1:52:25I mean, there's a lot of people that are good with pattern
- 1:52:27recognition, but but it's also true in the young Earth
- 1:52:29creationism movement. And when you observe over time
- 1:52:32the pattern that every single time the age of the Earth is
- 1:52:35revised, it is always made older and never younger, no matter
- 1:52:39what. You recognize that pattern.
- 1:52:42And you know, yeah, they're just doing that to make time deeper
- 1:52:46so they can hide their theory in it.
- 1:52:48You know what I was thinking about today?
- 1:52:50You guys might find this interesting, but I was thinking
- 1:52:53how if the Earth is really, really old, it's really kind of
- 1:52:57crazy to think that, you know, like, well, because it's so old,
- 1:53:02well, therefore, you know, it makes more sense that we're
- 1:53:06evolved, OK? Because I was thinking, well,
- 1:53:09that would also mean that there was a lot more time for epic
- 1:53:13catastrophes that wiped out a bunch of life.
- 1:53:16You know, that wasn't, you know, like taking things way back down
- 1:53:20to a primordial level, right? So why couldn't, you know if
- 1:53:26you've got lots and lots of time, you know you're talking
- 1:53:28about like solar flares and meteorites and all kinds of
- 1:53:32things could happen in that huge span of time.
- 1:53:35You know, what you really need is you need like 400 billion
- 1:53:39years or whatever million years or whatever it is of like
- 1:53:43basically a pretty good environment where huge
- 1:53:48catastrophes like that aren't happening.
- 1:53:50Because if the catastrophe takes out like all the higher level
- 1:53:55developed things, you're starting back kind of from like
- 1:53:57scratch or almost from scratch. Oh, you mean like the flood of
- 1:54:01NOAA? Oh yeah, Daniel's absolutely
- 1:54:05correct, though the more time they put on it, the more
- 1:54:08catastrophes and consequences that are inevitable to be a part
- 1:54:12of it and that becomes a problem.
- 1:54:14I've always this might make Daniel laugh over here and I've
- 1:54:17pointed this out to you TTR, but their big thing is have you ever
- 1:54:21heard of super evolution before where they believe at certain
- 1:54:24times things quickened? Punctuated equilibrium is what
- 1:54:28that's called. Yes, yes, something to this
- 1:54:31effect. So they're stating, as you know,
- 1:54:33especially on Twitter, the big thing is, is that dinosaurs
- 1:54:36turned into birds. Well, exactly how did this
- 1:54:39happen if even if we didn't have a full ARN extinction like we've
- 1:54:43been taught in school, how did these things actually survive
- 1:54:47the extinction process? And all the chemicals supposedly
- 1:54:51this affected the earth for over 1000 years.
- 1:54:54So how did these things manage to do that?
- 1:54:56Especially if it takes the dinosaurs billions of years to
- 1:54:59turn into our feathered friends. Anybody thought of?
- 1:55:03That, and that's why they keep trying to make the universe and
- 1:55:05Earth older than it is. Because there's not enough time,
- 1:55:09according to their narrative, for that evolution to happen.
- 1:55:12But even if you do say that, even if they were to throw on
- 1:55:16you know that the Earth itself is eternal somehow, you still
- 1:55:20don't get past that event, and you don't get past the Ice Age
- 1:55:24that came along in the Cambrian period, where diverse life
- 1:55:27exploded all over the place. Basically the Earth did a full
- 1:55:30reset, but then they're going to turn around and say, oh the
- 1:55:33flood couldn't happen. But wait a minute, the Earth is
- 1:55:36a 75% water planet. We have 4 oceans worth of water
- 1:55:41beneath us and you believe that it might be tough to throw a
- 1:55:44couple extra ice cubes in the tea to make a flood over?
- 1:55:48And they discovered a long time ago, like within the last 20-30
- 1:55:52years or so, they discovered that there is water underneath
- 1:55:57the surface of the Earth, underneath the oceans that is in
- 1:56:00like some kind of hardened crystallized form that's keeping
- 1:56:04it from coming up to the surface.
- 1:56:05But if that water did come up to the surface and combined with
- 1:56:08all the ocean water, that water would flood the earth just like
- 1:56:12it did in the flood of NOAA. Only the tippy tops of
- 1:56:15mountains, they theorize, would stick out of the water.
- 1:56:18You know what's embarrassing? TTOR?
- 1:56:20I don't know if you had a chance.
- 1:56:22And I and it was embarrassing to watch the Ken Ham versus Bill
- 1:56:25Nye debate. Bill Nye said repeatedly, Oh,
- 1:56:29this is not possible. There's not this much water,
- 1:56:32yadda yadda yadda, all kinds of nonsense.
- 1:56:35But two weeks later, he's on Fox News.
- 1:56:37This is before he started hating them and thinking they're at the
- 1:56:40devil. But he gets up there and he says
- 1:56:43we need to take climate change seriously because if the ice
- 1:56:47caps melt, the world will flood and we'll all be, you know,
- 1:56:50drowning in water. But he told Ken Ham on a public
- 1:56:54debate that that's impossible to happen.
- 1:56:58That's really funny. It's like I forgot about that.
- 1:57:01He's trying to have his cake and eat it too.
- 1:57:04Yeah, I pay attention to what atheists say.
- 1:57:07You know, I pay attention to what these non believers say.
- 1:57:10And then what's what's good about atheists is they don't
- 1:57:14take like years down the road to contradict themselves.
- 1:57:17They usually do it almost immediately in the next 5
- 1:57:20minutes. So they make it simple for me.
- 1:57:23I just archived the nonsense. That's.
- 1:57:25True. Yeah, if the ice caps melted,
- 1:57:28that would be a lot. A lot more water.
- 1:57:30Yeah, I've never thought about that.
- 1:57:33It's really interesting. I wonder how much more that
- 1:57:35would be. Bill Nye is what I call the Pee
- 1:57:38Wee Herman of atheism. You know what I mean?
- 1:57:43Yeah, yeah, I used to dresses. He dresses like it.
- 1:57:46Or at least he used to. I don't.
- 1:57:49I don't think he's actually even a real scientist, though, No.
- 1:57:52He's a, isn't he an engineer? I don't know.
- 1:57:55I mean, I'm. I probably shouldn't talk about
- 1:57:57if I don't know, but. I'm pretty sure he's like an
- 1:58:00engineer, like the kind that deals with aerodynamics and all
- 1:58:03that. But he's not an actual
- 1:58:05scientist. That part is true.
- 1:58:07Yeah, I remember I watched his debate with Ken Ham and I wasn't
- 1:58:10saved at the time. I was still an atheist and I was
- 1:58:13like, woohoo. Bill Nye did so good.
- 1:58:16You know I. Was funny though, about Bill Nye
- 1:58:18in that debate. He actually printed an article
- 1:58:22for, I forget which publication, where he talked about his debate
- 1:58:25strategy, and he literally admitted to using the Gish
- 1:58:29Gallup technique to beat Ken Hammond, his debate.
- 1:58:33You know, that technique that atheists always accused
- 1:58:36creationists of doing, and that it's a logical fallacy.
- 1:58:40And, you know, anyone who uses it is not really winning the
- 1:58:42debate. They're just using a logical
- 1:58:44fallacy to make it seem like they're winning.
- 1:58:47He. Admitted to actually using that
- 1:58:49technique against Ken Ham in the debate.
- 1:58:51Basically, he just threw so many objections at Ken Ham that Ken
- 1:58:55Ham couldn't possibly answer them all in the time he was
- 1:58:58allotted. And because he couldn't, that
- 1:59:00makes Bill Nye look like the winner.
- 1:59:02That reasoning is why they say it's a logical fallacy for
- 1:59:05creationist to use that technique, and yet they turn
- 1:59:08around and use the technique against creationists and debates
- 1:59:11and then declare themselves the. Winner Well, TTOR, I've said
- 1:59:14this before, Atheists prefer to be on the aggressive where the
- 1:59:18Christians put on trial for everything.
- 1:59:21That's the reason why. And some Christians even think
- 1:59:23I'm a little rough on this, but they don't understand.
- 1:59:26I I know how the game is played because I used to be a former
- 1:59:30atheist. The deal is, is when you are
- 1:59:32confronting an atheist, you say, I will answer your question.
- 1:59:35We'll do one question at a time and then I will try to respond
- 1:59:39to what you're saying and then I will ask you a question and
- 1:59:41we'll have what is referred to as a conversation here.
- 1:59:45That's nicer than I am, I, I said.
- 1:59:50That's nicer than I am. Usually.
- 1:59:52It depends who I'm talking to. But if I'm talking to somebody
- 1:59:54that I think just wants to control the conversation, I'm
- 1:59:57just going to be like, well, you can either answer my questions
- 2:00:00or I'll just move on because I'm not going to play their game at
- 2:00:03all, but. You know what's funny about
- 2:00:05that, too, Brett? Is that Dwayne Gish, the
- 2:00:07creationist, that they named this logical fallacy after he
- 2:00:11wrote books and did videos teaching creationists how to win
- 2:00:15debates against evolutionists. And in his teaching materials,
- 2:00:18one of which I actually have in my bedroom across the house, he
- 2:00:22actually told creationists you need to keep evolutionists and
- 2:00:25atheists on one subject at a time because they will try to
- 2:00:29hop to other subjects when you start to pin them down on one
- 2:00:32thing. So you got to keep the debate on
- 2:00:34one subject until that subject has reached its completion.
- 2:00:39Yeah, it's it's like dealing with attention deaths, the
- 2:00:42disorder. You have to help them focus and
- 2:00:45and keep on track. The idea for them is not to.
- 2:00:49The goal is not to ever learn anything in the conversation.
- 2:00:53It is to try to do what I referred to, and it's probably
- 2:00:56the same as what you mentioned. I called the shotgun effect.
- 2:00:59Bam, bam bam bam. Over and over until you can't
- 2:01:02say nothing. So basically what happened is
- 2:01:05Dwayne Gish found a way to beat their technique.
- 2:01:08And so, because they didn't like it, what they decided to do was
- 2:01:12project Dwayne Gish onto their Gish Galloping technique and
- 2:01:16claim that he was the one doing it, when in reality he was
- 2:01:20advocating for the opposite. And they were the ones doing it
- 2:01:23in debates. Makes sense.
- 2:01:26Makes sense? That's yeah, that's the
- 2:01:28fascinating story behind Dwayne Gish and the Gish Gallop story
- 2:01:32that they like to tell on Rational Wiki and.
- 2:01:34Stuff. Is that where the term comes
- 2:01:36from? Gish Gallop.
- 2:01:38Yeah, they named it after Dwayne Gish because they claimed he
- 2:01:41would throw so many arguments at creationists in a debate that he
- 2:01:45they wouldn't have time to respond to all of them and it
- 2:01:47would make him look like the winner.
- 2:01:48And yet, in his books where he taught creationists how to
- 2:01:51debate, he taught the opposite. He said, hey, stick to one
- 2:01:54subject at a time and don't let the atheists go off topic.
- 2:01:58That sounds like the instructions you would give if
- 2:02:01the other side was the one. Oh, you can clearly see this
- 2:02:06kind of behavior with Christopher Hitchens versus
- 2:02:09Frank Turek. I I'm sure you guys all know who
- 2:02:11Frank Turek is. He debated Hitchens a while
- 2:02:14back, and every time Frank was getting ready to make a point to
- 2:02:17respond to something, Hitchens would interrupt him and cut him
- 2:02:21off. And it's one of the reasons why
- 2:02:23Hitchens ended up getting that reputation for being a bully.
- 2:02:27He would just cut somebody off when he didn't want to deal with
- 2:02:29their topic and then mumble about how mean God is.
- 2:02:33Or, you know, how Muslims, you know, cut off genitals and all
- 2:02:37that. And that's how he played the
- 2:02:39game. He wasn't looking for truth.
- 2:02:41He just wanted to harm the reputation of religious people
- 2:02:44as much as he could. And that's how a lot of atheists
- 2:02:47are. They like to rant and rave for
- 2:02:48five to 10 minutes, and then you barely get 2 words out and
- 2:02:52they're cutting you off to rant again for another 5 to 10
- 2:02:55minutes, even after they ask you a question.
- 2:02:57That's why you have to take control right away and let
- 2:03:00people know it. Basically, this is how it's
- 2:03:03going to be. This is the rules of the room
- 2:03:05and atheists hate that. They get mad at me whenever I
- 2:03:07say, look, I'm the one host in this room and we're going to do
- 2:03:11things in a conversation like way.
- 2:03:14They do not like being told. No, they hate being controlled.
- 2:03:18They just want to control everything essentially.
- 2:03:23It's almost like they're control freaks.
- 2:03:25Well, they're like children, you know?
- 2:03:27I mean, when you, when you get saved, when you submit to God,
- 2:03:31it makes you understand that you were being rebellious, You know,
- 2:03:37like like a teenager. You know, if it's kind of part
- 2:03:42of growing up, in my view, like a lot of these atheists that are
- 2:03:45still old and should be grown up are still very immature because
- 2:03:49it takes maturity to submit yourself to God and to put
- 2:03:53yourself under authority because immature people don't want to do
- 2:03:58that. They want to do what they want
- 2:04:00to do. But when you get maturity,
- 2:04:02you're like, oh, maybe what I want isn't actually what's best.
- 2:04:07You know, maybe this guy over here, the one that made me,
- 2:04:11maybe I should be doing what he's telling me to do it even if
- 2:04:13I don't want to do it. You know, That takes a long
- 2:04:17maturity, though. It's not what we want.
- 2:04:19Daniel and TTR, We're going on 2 hours now and I know that you've
- 2:04:24been tired, Daniel, and I know that TTR usually wraps things up
- 2:04:28around here. But I wanted to say to Daniel
- 2:04:30and Dark Moon if you guys have any suggestions or advice on how
- 2:04:34to make the show better or some topics that we can discuss in
- 2:04:38the future. As you know, Keith, you are and
- 2:04:41myself are on Twitter. Anybody out there If there's
- 2:04:44certain things you'd like to hear us talk about or discuss,
- 2:04:47give us some advice, give us some suggestions, we'd
- 2:04:50appreciate it. And you can also leave comments
- 2:04:53on my rumble videos, my quarter videos, my YouTube videos
- 2:04:57wherever you're watching me. Also you can make suggestions
- 2:05:00and topics suggestions through that as well.
- 2:05:03Have you guys ever done a debate review?
- 2:05:07No, I have not. Well, no, that's not true.
- 2:05:11I actually did do a debate review once with a friend of
- 2:05:13mine years ago. I think that might be fun also.
- 2:05:18You know any? Tweets that you see that and we
- 2:05:20kind of did that tonight. Any tweets that you see that?
- 2:05:24You think are interesting about a certain topic, you know, put
- 2:05:27those in your bookmarks and talk about those.
- 2:05:30I think is. I think that can be fun.
- 2:05:34Probably could think of some other things too, but you know,
- 2:05:37videos that might be relevant. Yeah, I know.
- 2:05:41I've seen Calvinism come up a lot on Christian Twitter over
- 2:05:45the last. Several months.
- 2:05:47I don't want to talk about Calvinism.
- 2:05:49At at some point I probably will tackle that either in a stream
- 2:05:53or an individual. Video God.
- 2:05:54Bless you haven't. Haven't decided that one yet.
- 2:05:58With DPORI was also talking to Daniel and I said to him that if
- 2:06:01he if he finds like a non believer or somebody whatever
- 2:06:06their viewpoint is what a religious, spiritual or non
- 2:06:09believer. If he ever wants to do like a
- 2:06:11show where he talks to the person, does his wife, I'm more
- 2:06:15than willing to open something up.
- 2:06:16I know that your your time's a bit more strenuous with work,
- 2:06:20editing of the church and doing a website, but yeah, so if he
- 2:06:26decides to do that, people are welcome to come in.
- 2:06:29But if he's actually in the middle of like a intellectual
- 2:06:32discussion with someone, I would ask that anybody that does come
- 2:06:36in because I put my public link out there, they have to be chill
- 2:06:40and let points be said and don't be like a like a Vince McMahon
- 2:06:45referee. I think you all know what I mean
- 2:06:46by that. So I don't want any dogpiling
- 2:06:51going on either way. Right, so before we get out of
- 2:06:56here, since Dark Moon has said relatively few things in this
- 2:06:59stream, I'd like to give him the chance to talk about what's
- 2:07:03going on with him and anything of interest to him before we
- 2:07:06head out. I think we can spare him about
- 2:07:0810 to 15 minutes. No, I won't need that much.
- 2:07:13I do want to say it's nice meeting Daniel.
- 2:07:16I've been watching some of the stuff on YouTube and it's pretty
- 2:07:18good content. Well, thanks man.
- 2:07:21I appreciate that. What?
- 2:07:22What have you watched? Yeah, mostly your recent videos.
- 2:07:29It's been a few days, so you have to give me a moment, but
- 2:07:36have any of you ever heard of a YouTube channel called Good
- 2:07:40Fight Ministries? Oh, yeah, I know about them.
- 2:07:43I I know exactly what they they're all about.
- 2:07:47I've went down those rabbit holes.
- 2:07:50It's not something I talk about hardly at all.
- 2:07:52Mostly talk about philosophy, but I've went down those rabbit
- 2:07:56holes. I know all about that.
- 2:08:00I kind of like what they're doing with exposing the stuff
- 2:08:03going on in the celebrity world and music and whatnot.
- 2:08:07I've been watching a lot of their stuff too, Kind of like
- 2:08:10see you guys tackle some of those subjects.
- 2:08:13Yeah, honestly, that's some really good stuff right there.
- 2:08:18So what they're basically talking about is occultism and
- 2:08:23how we see occult themes in Hollywood and in mainstream
- 2:08:29media. They talk about occult symbology
- 2:08:35and things of that nature. It's very, very interesting,
- 2:08:38extremely interesting. I just don't talk about it on my
- 2:08:41account because I only want to fight so many battles on so many
- 2:08:47fronts, right? And the Christian Trooper
- 2:08:49movement's been fighting that particular battle for many, many
- 2:08:52years now. Yeah, I get that.
- 2:08:55Yep. And also I just if you start
- 2:09:00bringing stuff up like that, then you lose legitimacy to
- 2:09:03people who don't believe in it, you know?
- 2:09:07But it is incredibly fascinating to me.
- 2:09:10I I don't. I don't think that there's a
- 2:09:12shadow of a doubt in my mind as far as far as all that, that
- 2:09:16there's a lot of truth to it. You know, if you just, I mean
- 2:09:19the Freemasons are like in every town, I've got them here, you
- 2:09:22know. And you can literally read books
- 2:09:25written by Freemasons where they say that it's about Lucifer.
- 2:09:30You know I. Think there's a Masonic Lodge
- 2:09:33right across Watson Stadium in the city I live in.
- 2:09:37Yeah. That's where the Oregon Ducks,
- 2:09:39my favorite football team, play all their home games.
- 2:09:41So yeah, they're they're like everywhere and nobody talks
- 2:09:43about them. They're very prevalent in
- 2:09:45Hollywood. You even see their symbols in
- 2:09:48movies like quite a bit. You know, like if you watch the
- 2:09:51movie Tombstone, one of the guys, he's not the main
- 2:09:54character, but he rides with the main character.
- 2:09:57He's wearing a necklace that has the the square and compass, you
- 2:10:01know, and they do that kind of thing all the time.
- 2:10:05You just don't. But most people don't know how
- 2:10:08to recognize it, and they're not paying attention.
- 2:10:10But once you see it, you can't Unsee it.
- 2:10:17Yep, absolutely. I used to.
- 2:10:19I used to be really heavy into looking at the conspiracy
- 2:10:23theories and all the symbolism and all that stuff.
- 2:10:25So I I know a fair deal about some of the stuff.
- 2:10:29But, and a lot of the stuff they say on that Channel, I kind of
- 2:10:33have been over before, years ago, but they are exposing some
- 2:10:39other stuff going on not just in not just in the secular music
- 2:10:43and the and the acting and what not.
- 2:10:46They're also doing in the the Christian music industry or
- 2:10:53they're exposing some of the stuff going on in their lives
- 2:10:56because a lot of them are welcoming like the LGBTQ
- 2:11:00movement and all that into their churches and drag Queens and
- 2:11:03everything. And I just thought that was an
- 2:11:06interesting subject you guys might want to tackle at some
- 2:11:09point are. You familiar with Spencer Smith?
- 2:11:13Spencer Smith Yeah, I watched one of his videos earlier
- 2:11:16tonight called The Third Adam, The Rise of the Divine Feminine,
- 2:11:20Feminine. Yeah, that's so cool.
- 2:11:22He's the reason why my wife and I ended up becoming Baptists
- 2:11:25because of Spencer Smith. Yeah, I subbed him earlier
- 2:11:30tonight. That's awesome.
- 2:11:32Yeah, he's he's awesome. I actually got to talk with him
- 2:11:35in a space. What was it, about a month ago?
- 2:11:39And my wife and I are huge fans of his.
- 2:11:41He's great and he. Really goes into detail with the
- 2:11:46symbol. He goes into detail with all the
- 2:11:48symbolism and stuff too. Yeah, yeah, he's great.
- 2:11:53Yeah, well, that's about all I've got.
- 2:11:56Oh, I noticed on your channel, Daniel, you did the video to
- 2:12:01what appears to be Stephen Fry. Yeah, that's right.
- 2:12:06Yeah, if it's the same Stephen Fry the that like comedy type of
- 2:12:11atheist that we see on Twitter all the time.
- 2:12:17He he's been in a lot of movies and stuff.
- 2:12:20I don't know. I think he also does comedy.
- 2:12:23He's like 60 years old. I think, if my memory serves me
- 2:12:27right, he just recently got in the news for doing like talking
- 2:12:32about Gaza and Israel and all that.
- 2:12:34Is this the same guy? I'm not terribly familiar with
- 2:12:39that, but I haven't been paying a lot of attention to Israel and
- 2:12:42Gaza situation because it's a really toxic subject.
- 2:12:49But. The reason why I bring it up, if
- 2:12:52it is the same guy, it was trending for a little while
- 2:12:56whenever all this stuff started out, and I was watching a video
- 2:12:59with this older man and he's going on about how we should be
- 2:13:03obligated to do this and obligated to that.
- 2:13:06And I seen on the Twitter thing that he was an atheist.
- 2:13:08And I'm like, Why would an atheist think that I'm morally
- 2:13:12obligated to I I even give a damn about either side.
- 2:13:15For I I just kept on thinking to myself, why does where does he
- 2:13:19come off saying that we're morally obligated to be
- 2:13:22interested? I do care, and I think that
- 2:13:24something should be done. The point is, is why am I being
- 2:13:27told by a nihilistic atheist that it's my moral provocation
- 2:13:32to do something about it? Yeah, well, it's almost
- 2:13:35definitely the guy that I made the video about.
- 2:13:38And if you watch the video and he's making a case for morals
- 2:13:45and saying that we don't need God in in order to be good, and
- 2:13:48I basically just completely destroyed him.
- 2:13:50I mean, even though they're atheists that have somewhat of a
- 2:13:55grasp on the subject of morality, agree with everything
- 2:14:00that I said and said that it was totally fair and that he doesn't
- 2:14:03know what he's talking about. So I would say just go watch
- 2:14:06that and see what his argument is and see why it doesn't work
- 2:14:11at all. All right, I'll definitely check
- 2:14:14it out. It does sound like the same guy.
- 2:14:16Yeah, his his proclamation on Twitter was I'm Jewish.
- 2:14:21I have Jewish heritage. And you know what's happening
- 2:14:24here? We need to do something.
- 2:14:26We need to, you know, making all these moral obligation demands.
- 2:14:30And I'm like, but you don't even Why should I?
- 2:14:33Why should it even matter? I mean, we all believe
- 2:14:36religiously and spiritually that we're all cosmic brothers and
- 2:14:39sisters designed by God. So you know, unless you got a
- 2:14:43objective God who's actually stating the moral obligation,
- 2:14:47why should we care what a subjective man thinks,
- 2:14:49Especially a 60 year old washed up comedian?
- 2:14:54Yeah, it sounds like that's definitely the same guy.
- 2:14:58Yeah, and when people get washed up who used to be celebs, they
- 2:15:01like to. They put in their two cents on
- 2:15:04current events, usually taking up the globalist side to try and
- 2:15:09get some popularity back. So TTORI noticed that you got
- 2:15:13tickled by one of the memes that I put up.
- 2:15:15Not the circular reasoning thing, but the fact that
- 2:15:19atheists one of their big go TOS and Daniel, you probably heard
- 2:15:22this 100 times. Well, you believe in this
- 2:15:24garbage from thousands of years ago, but the same people are
- 2:15:28telling us that they believe in the garbage of billions of years
- 2:15:32ago. So if we're putting a time frame
- 2:15:35on how things remain relevant, the atheist has destroyed
- 2:15:39themselves by at least 4.5 billion years, according to that
- 2:15:42argument. Yeah, it's like, oh, guys who
- 2:15:46lived 2000 years ago talking about what happened 2000 years
- 2:15:50ago. Oh wow, you can't believe a word
- 2:15:52they say. What?
- 2:15:53People living today talking about what happened billions of
- 2:15:56years ago. Yeah, those are the trustworthy
- 2:15:59ones. Listen to everything they say
- 2:16:01and don't you dare dissent. It's such a terrible argument.
- 2:16:05It's like something is either true or it's not.
- 2:16:07Why does it matter? It just sounds so stupid.
- 2:16:09Because it is. And yet, that's the reality.
- 2:16:13It's just crazy to me it it's basically a current year
- 2:16:16argument and everybody knows that current year arguments are
- 2:16:19no longer current. You know, it's so last year,
- 2:16:23honestly. Yeah, we should start saying
- 2:16:26that to the atheist and evolutionist every time they
- 2:16:28make an argument. Oh, that's so 2023.
- 2:16:32That's so last. Year are are you really still
- 2:16:34making the current year argument?
- 2:16:35That's that's so last year. Are you still making that
- 2:16:40argument? I wonder how they'd react if we
- 2:16:45just end mass. Starting.
- 2:16:46They probably wouldn't even get the joke.
- 2:16:47Honestly, some of them, anyway. They're.
- 2:16:50Here, yeah, woke lefties tend not to grasp humor very well.
- 2:16:54So I still can't believe TTR that after all these years
- 2:16:58they're still non believers where they get absolutely
- 2:17:01shocked whenever I show them things in science like that
- 2:17:04their ancestors were rats and worms and slugs.
- 2:17:07They're like I ain't no damn a rat.
- 2:17:10I I come from a monkey. They think that the monkey just
- 2:17:13appeared and that's where they came from.
- 2:17:15They don't realize there's a whole bunch of really neat
- 2:17:18cheetah pets that they came from before that thing.
- 2:17:21It shocked them. Right, right.
- 2:17:24But it was Charles Darwin taught that all organic life, they came
- 2:17:28from a single universal common ancestor, so they shouldn't be
- 2:17:32surprised that everything's related to each other according
- 2:17:35to their worldview. And yet they often are.
- 2:17:37It's like they're ignorant about what their own worldview teaches
- 2:17:40sometimes. Have you seen that meme that I
- 2:17:42made? This is how atheists decide what
- 2:17:45argument they make, and it's a wheel with like 6 different.
- 2:17:50Posts. And one of them says, me Monkey
- 2:17:53Fishman Oh. Wheel of Fortune.
- 2:18:01Oh God. I can see where that's going
- 2:18:02already. Cracked me up making that thing.
- 2:18:08All right, well, it has been a fantastic show, and it's been a
- 2:18:12pleasure having Brett and Daniel and Dark Moon on the show today
- 2:18:17to talk about Paula, Gia, atheism, 10 commandments, and
- 2:18:21morality in general. It's been a very deep show for
- 2:18:25sure, so if you made it this far as a live viewer, either on
