- 0:18Speaker 1: accomplishing all your New Year's resolutions and staying healthy. Welcome
- 0:28Speaker 1: back to the Richard Sherman Podcast. And you know what
- 0:30Speaker 1: time it is. It's Super Bowl time. The Seattle Seahawks
- 0:34Speaker 1: return to the Super Bowl for the first time since
- 0:36Speaker 1: twenty fourteen, and they play the same opponent that they
- 0:40Speaker 1: played in twenty fourteen, but Mitchell. This time the result
- 0:43Speaker 1: is gonna be different. But we'll get to that game
- 0:45Speaker 1: in a second. Right now, we got to talk about
- 0:47Speaker 1: Sam DONALDVP MVP. Sam Donald could not have played a
- 0:53Speaker 1: better game. You talk about beating the allegations. Sam Donald
- 0:56Speaker 1: can't play against the Rams. Sam Donald can't be playing
- 0:59Speaker 1: the playoffs, playing the clutch. Sam Donald on his way
- 1:02Speaker 1: to the Super Bowl. Sam Donald twenty five for thirty six,
- 1:06Speaker 1: three hundred and forty six yards, three touchdowns, guess how
- 1:08Speaker 1: many interceptions.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Mitchell zero.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Zero, zilch. They did not get the end. They did
- 1:14Speaker 1: not get a turnover turnover off of them. He did
- 1:17Speaker 1: have a fumble in the game where it was a
- 1:18Speaker 1: mishandled snap, but we're not gonna talk about that. He
- 1:22Speaker 1: may play after play, converted third down after third down,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and on the flip side, that defense, the dark side
- 1:28Speaker 1: wasn't the perfect game for him, but they made stops
- 1:30Speaker 1: when it mattered. They made the stops in critical third
- 1:33Speaker 1: down stops. They held the Rams to one for eight
- 1:36Speaker 1: on third down, which which really had a huge factor
- 1:39Speaker 1: in determining the outcome of this ball game. And then
- 1:42Speaker 1: our guy Jackson Smith and Jigba and everybody messes his
- 1:46Speaker 1: name up. So just say JSN if you're going to
- 1:48Speaker 1: the super Bowl, you don't know his name. JASN is
- 1:51Speaker 1: perfectly acceptable to say, you don't got to go. You know,
- 1:54Speaker 1: butcher in his last name. You don't got to do that.
- 1:56Speaker 1: JSN is perfectly fine, probably offensive player of the Year,
- 2:02Speaker 1: and they're playing against the likely MVP of the league
- 2:05Speaker 1: in Matthew Stafford and Mitchell. It was a master performance
- 2:10Speaker 1: by him. We're not gonna take anything away from Matthew Stafford.
- 2:12Speaker 1: He was twenty two of thirty five, three hundred and
- 2:14Speaker 1: seventy four yards, three touchdowns. He did his sing, but
- 2:18Speaker 1: it wasn't good enough. Was not good enough. It was
- 2:22Speaker 1: not good enough because the way Sam Darnold controlled this game,
- 2:26Speaker 1: he controlled it from start to finish. K nine didn't
- 2:29Speaker 1: have a huge game, but he made an impact in
- 2:31Speaker 1: the past game converting a huge third down I think
- 2:34Speaker 1: it was a third and ten, caught an out route, Mitchell.
- 2:36Speaker 1: That was the last thing I would was expecting them
- 2:38Speaker 1: to throw, and that situation was an out ten yard
- 2:41Speaker 1: out to our nine yard out to K nine, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: he converted. They threw a touchdown to my guy Bobo,
- 2:49Speaker 1: again unexpected play off of a big play off of
- 2:52Speaker 1: the big muffed punt turnover they convert. Obviously we got
- 2:57Speaker 1: to talk about Reek Wooland in that whole situation. But Mitchell,
- 3:00Speaker 1: I'm just so excited.
- 3:01Speaker 3: I know you're fired up, Richard, you deserve to be so.
- 3:03Speaker 3: I mean, what a win for the Seattle Seahawk team.
- 3:06Speaker 3: But we've been talking about their defense all week long
- 3:08Speaker 3: and how dominant they were. This game was ultimately won
- 3:11Speaker 3: by Sam Darnald. What an impressive showing by him. Again,
- 3:15Speaker 3: we go back to the talent evaluation in the offseason,
- 3:19Speaker 3: moving on from Geno Smith, insert Sam Donald. He delivers
- 3:23Speaker 3: in the clutch for the Seattle Seahawks team. Richard, I'll
- 3:26Speaker 3: be honest with you, I did not see this coming
- 3:28Speaker 3: going into the season. What a turnaround for this team
- 3:32Speaker 3: winning a very competitive division in the NFC West. My goodness, Richard,
- 3:37Speaker 3: I know you're fired up. We got to see some
- 3:39Speaker 3: parent Because Richard, the last time the Seattle Seahawks made
- 3:43Speaker 3: the Super Bowl, you were on the team. How does
- 3:46Speaker 3: this team compare to the twenty thirteen, twenty fourteen Seattle
- 3:51Speaker 3: Seahawk time.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Let's not do the comparing contrasting.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I know you don't want to go special I know
- 3:58Speaker 2: you don't, but.
- 3:59Speaker 1: We don't need to go because it's two different It's
- 4:01Speaker 1: two different animals and two different species of animal. But
- 4:04Speaker 1: they're going to the same place and they're going to
- 4:07Speaker 1: an NFC West's opponent stadium to try to win a
- 4:11Speaker 1: Super Bowl. That's the similarities, that's the contrast. And they're
- 4:14Speaker 1: playing against the New England Patriots. But a big change,
- 4:17Speaker 1: Mitchell is the quarterback position. They don't have touchdown. Tom
- 4:21Speaker 1: Brady at the Helm. They have a young Drake May
- 4:24Speaker 1: who is on his way an MVP candidate this year,
- 4:27Speaker 1: had a fantastic football year. But Drake May, these boys
- 4:31Speaker 1: are hungry. They are hungry, Drake May Starvey. You know,
- 4:37Speaker 1: like this defense is fine around it was not perfect.
- 4:40Speaker 1: They're playing against Matthew Stafford, Sean McVay. They had an
- 4:42Speaker 1: incredible plan. They did a good job. Pokin the Coup
- 4:45Speaker 1: had nine for one sixty five in a touchdown. Divisional
- 4:49Speaker 1: opponents know each other, they do well. The Patriots have
- 4:52Speaker 1: a really good offense, a really good defense, really good
- 4:56Speaker 1: special teams, well coached, great scheme, great disguise, all the things.
- 5:00Speaker 1: But they are running into a bus saw. They are
- 5:03Speaker 1: running into a bus saw. And if Sam Darnold is
- 5:05Speaker 1: playing the way he played in this game, it's gonna
- 5:10Speaker 1: be tough. That's gonna be a tough team to beat.
- 5:13Speaker 1: This isn't You're not You're not gonna have to worry
- 5:15Speaker 1: about the conditions. Uh. The Patriots have played in tough
- 5:18Speaker 1: conditions in the last couple of games. They got all
- 5:22Speaker 1: three games because the two games in New England and
- 5:25Speaker 1: then played in snowy conditions. In Denver. This is gonna
- 5:28Speaker 1: be a fifty five degree knight in San Francisco with
- 5:32Speaker 1: clear skies and blue eyes. You're gonna have to deal
- 5:37Speaker 1: with this defense and the looks that uh, that Mike
- 5:40Speaker 1: McDonald is gonna give you, the looks that Clinton Kobiak,
- 5:43Speaker 1: who was in his absolute bag in this game. The touchdown,
- 5:47Speaker 1: the Jackson Smith and Jigble, the way he manipulated the defense.
- 5:49Speaker 1: You put the put a receiver in the backfield, there's
- 5:53Speaker 1: very outside of man coverage. It's much more difficult for
- 5:57Speaker 1: the defense to account for them on deep vertical routes.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They held the backside corner there to the short side
- 6:04Speaker 1: of the field, to the weak side of the field,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and they ran a corner route. Nobody's responsible for him,
- 6:10Speaker 1: Like do you handle it with the linebackers, a safety
- 6:12Speaker 1: responsible for it. That's not where their eyes are going.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Their eyes are going to totally different places because that
- 6:18Speaker 1: play was schemed up for this specific defense. It was
- 6:21Speaker 1: wide open. Sam Darnold did not miss it. He hit
- 6:25Speaker 1: it right on the nails. Bang touchdown. Beautifully drawn up
- 6:28Speaker 1: play and you can still see Rashid Shaheed Rashi chid
- 6:33Speaker 1: at a fifty one yard catch where they just dropped
- 6:35Speaker 1: back early in the game and said, hey, you are
- 6:37Speaker 1: going to respect the speed of this man, or we're
- 6:40Speaker 1: gonna punish you. The Rams played with their safety so shallow.
- 6:44Speaker 1: They played it shallow the first two games. This game,
- 6:46Speaker 1: you played it shallow, you got punished the rest of
- 6:48Speaker 1: that game. For the most part, the safety's played a
- 6:51Speaker 1: little with a little bit more respect in depth around
- 6:53Speaker 1: with Shid Shaheed and he didn't get another opportunity to
- 6:57Speaker 1: take the top off the defense. But I think going
- 6:59Speaker 1: into this game against the New England Patriots, that's gonna
- 7:02Speaker 1: be something they're hyper aware of. They play a lot
- 7:04Speaker 1: of man man coverage. They have incredible corners that can
- 7:08Speaker 1: get the job done. But hm, that's the kind of
- 7:12Speaker 1: that's next man's speed. Mentell, that's next man speed. That's
- 7:16Speaker 1: that's the speed that will blow by you. And so
- 7:18Speaker 1: they're gonna have to be aware of that. And then
- 7:20Speaker 1: Jackson Smith and Jigba and his relationship and chemistry with
- 7:23Speaker 1: Sam Darnold is incredible. And then K nine just being
- 7:27Speaker 1: a workhorse. He was a workhorse tonight, carried the ball
- 7:29Speaker 1: nineteen times. That's a lot of a lot of carriers
- 7:32Speaker 1: for a young back there. There isn't. There wasn't the
- 7:35Speaker 1: sharing of the backfield, split backfield that they've had with Charbonnay.
- 7:38Speaker 1: He had to carry the load and he did a
- 7:40Speaker 1: fantastic job. I love this team. I love what they did.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Nick emm and Warrie. You talk about defense and MVP
- 7:48Speaker 1: Mitchell he was everywhere like Project Roaches. I mean everywhere
- 7:50Speaker 1: you look over here? Is he playing corner? Is he
- 7:52Speaker 1: playing safety? Is he playing nicol? Is it two of
- 7:54Speaker 1: them on the field? Mitchell he made every It felt
- 7:56Speaker 1: like he was in on every tackle, every critical play.
- 7:59Speaker 1: He had multius he guarded everybody from Davonte to Pooka
- 8:03Speaker 1: to Kobe Parkinson to kyn Williams. Like I seen him
- 8:08Speaker 1: playing Sam I thought I saw him at d M.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Did I see him at center for a few plays?
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm not sure, But the man was everyone and he's
- 8:14Speaker 1: only a rookie. He's only gonna get better.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Oh, I can't wait, Richard Mike McDonald bag on the
- 8:20Speaker 3: defensive play calls. We saw it late in the game.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Take me through the play, fourth down, five minutes left
- 8:26Speaker 3: in the game. The Matthew Stafford and the la Rams
- 8:30Speaker 3: are at the doorstep at the end zone on fourth
- 8:32Speaker 3: and four, and the rams show a lot of pressure
- 8:35Speaker 3: and ultimately drop it back into coverage. You know, what's
- 8:38Speaker 3: going through your mind is a defensive you know player,
- 8:41Speaker 3: someone with dispensive skill sets and analysis like you have.
- 8:46Speaker 3: What's going through your head in a play call like that?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Well, I mean everything, everything down in distance, spot on
- 8:55Speaker 1: the field, formation, the plays they like to run out
- 8:58Speaker 1: of these formations at this part of the field. Obviously
- 9:01Speaker 1: the down and distance they gotta get it worth poking
- 9:03Speaker 1: the cool Where where's the running back? Who's gonna be
- 9:06Speaker 1: responsible for him? Are we gonna drop deep? What's are
- 9:09Speaker 1: we bringing pressure? Is the ball coming out fast? All
- 9:12Speaker 1: those things are going through your head. But again, being
- 9:15Speaker 1: calm and chaos is what creates champions. And and again
- 9:19Speaker 1: I said this team was gonna be tested, Mitchell I
- 9:22Speaker 1: said they were gonna be tested in this game. And
- 9:25Speaker 1: unfortunately it was a self inflicted test, but it was
- 9:28Speaker 1: a test all the same. When when Riek Woolan made
- 9:32Speaker 1: an incredible play on the football. Had he's had an
- 9:34Speaker 1: incredible resurgence this season. Late in the season, he played
- 9:37Speaker 1: a really good game, multiple deflections, should have had an
- 9:40Speaker 1: interception on that play, and he got let his emotions
- 9:43Speaker 1: get the best of it. It happens, Mitchell talking about
- 9:45Speaker 1: somebody who get a little emotional out there. I let
- 9:48Speaker 1: it go, but win a little overboard, got the penalty.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I didn't think the refs should have called it. But
- 9:55Speaker 1: they're they're being tight usually in the playoffs NFC Championship,
- 9:57Speaker 1: they're letting, they're letting, letting it talk. But his emotions
- 10:02Speaker 1: got the best of them. They attacked them on the
- 10:04Speaker 1: next play touchdown. Now the game is much closer. It
- 10:07Speaker 1: goes from it's a full seven point swing. They would
- 10:09Speaker 1: go from punting the football to scoring a touchdown on
- 10:12Speaker 1: the following play. Fast forward to the sideline tempers, mental tempers,
- 10:20Speaker 1: player frustration because the defense was off the field, obvious
- 10:24Speaker 1: natural frustration. That's adversity. It's sometimes very difficult to rain
- 10:30Speaker 1: up in and the right way and to get that
- 10:33Speaker 1: energy back directed the right way. Sometimes coaches go knee
- 10:36Speaker 1: jerk reactions, snatch rekhouling out the game like sit him down,
- 10:41Speaker 1: bench him for the game, like this is the NFC Championship.
- 10:43Speaker 1: These things are happening in seconds and moments, like it's
- 10:46Speaker 1: happening in real time. That's not what what Mike McDonald did.
- 10:52Speaker 1: That's not what he did at all. He said, hey,
- 10:54Speaker 1: you're better than you know. I don't know what he
- 10:56Speaker 1: said to him, but I'm guessing it was something along
- 10:58Speaker 1: enough lines of you got to be better than that.
- 11:01Speaker 1: We can't, we can't have that, but hey, you go
- 11:04Speaker 1: out there and make up for it. He went out
- 11:06Speaker 1: there and finished the game, made you know, made some
- 11:09Speaker 1: good plays, tackled well, didn't let it, didn't let it
- 11:12Speaker 1: continue to be a hindrance. The rest of the defense
- 11:14Speaker 1: did not let it pull them down and allow it
- 11:17Speaker 1: to deter them or just track them away from getting
- 11:20Speaker 1: the win. In that game, multiple plays made by by Witherspoon.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Spoon made huge plays on that last drive in the
- 11:31Speaker 1: end zone, both plays and the end zone saving touchdowns. Incredible, incredible,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and the d line obviously did what they did again.
- 11:39Speaker 1: These guys, a lot of these guys. Most of these
- 11:43Speaker 1: guys are playing in their very first Super Bowl. Sam
- 11:45Speaker 1: Darnold the first, I want to say, he's the first
- 11:48Speaker 1: quarterback from that twenty eighteen class to even make it
- 11:50Speaker 1: to a super Bowl. You talk about career arc you
- 11:53Speaker 1: talk about a resurgence, you talk about a comeback, story.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Don't call it a comeback. He's been here for years.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Fourteen win season, last year, fourteen win season, this year,
- 12:04Speaker 1: number one seed, see team in the super Bowl right now.
- 12:07Speaker 1: If you were talking about other quarterbacks Menchell, you'd be
- 12:09Speaker 1: talking really greasy about him. You know, we've we've talked
- 12:13Speaker 1: a lot about other quarterbacks and how they've had great
- 12:17Speaker 1: regular seasons, but in the playoffs it hasn't happened. And
- 12:22Speaker 1: we've we've been waiting for Sam Donald to have the
- 12:26Speaker 1: kind of games that we could say, hey, he might
- 12:29Speaker 1: be a guy, because there's there's so much hesitation to
- 12:34Speaker 1: call him the guy, because of the way last season ended,
- 12:37Speaker 1: because of the way he was affected by pressure, because
- 12:39Speaker 1: of the four interception game against the Rams the first time.
- 12:42Speaker 1: But boy, is getting more and more difficult not to
- 12:45Speaker 1: say Sam Donald might be one of those guys. I mean,
- 12:48Speaker 1: layered passes, dime passes, great reads, poison the pocket, pocket movement,
- 12:55Speaker 1: you know, getting out of their when he has to,
- 12:56Speaker 1: throwing the ball away when he needs to, just making
- 12:59Speaker 1: good decision. Under durest, changing that narrative, you talk about
- 13:03Speaker 1: the guy that was the number three pick in the
- 13:05Speaker 1: draft looking like a number three pick to me Mitchell
- 13:09Speaker 1: taking his team to the Super Bowl. Obviously both sides
- 13:12Speaker 1: of the ball needed to play well, but there were
- 13:14Speaker 1: multiple drives where they were put in third and ten situations.
- 13:18Speaker 1: And Doug Baldton was sitting in our suite and we
- 13:20Speaker 1: were talking the game, the whole game, and he was like,
- 13:24Speaker 1: he's just staying away from negative plays. Now, did they
- 13:26Speaker 1: have a few? Did he get sacked a few times?
- 13:28Speaker 1: No question, But he didn't fumble the ball. He didn't
- 13:31Speaker 1: make a crazy decision and a crazy mistake when he
- 13:34Speaker 1: got early pressure. He ate the football, got us in
- 13:36Speaker 1: the next play, got there. Hey take the loss, run
- 13:40Speaker 1: the ball, whatever, punt the ball away. We'll live to
- 13:42Speaker 1: fight another day. I think that takes poison maturity. And
- 13:47Speaker 1: they looked like a Super Bowl champion. Of me, Mitchell,
- 13:49Speaker 1: I told I said it before I thought the winner
- 13:51Speaker 1: of this game wins the Super Bowl. I had not
- 13:53Speaker 1: changed my opinion.
- 13:54Speaker 3: You've been pretty spot on, and you were spot on
- 13:56Speaker 3: coming out of training camp, Richard, Sam Darnold won this
- 13:59Speaker 3: team this game today. And Richard, it all started last
- 14:04Speaker 3: drive of the first half. I mean, this team is
- 14:06Speaker 3: down three points to get the ball with under a
- 14:08Speaker 3: minute left, sam Donold marches down the field and under
- 14:10Speaker 3: a minute scores a touchdown to cap off what would
- 14:14Speaker 3: have been a three point deficit going into the half
- 14:16Speaker 3: to being up for and then obviously momentum swung. Seahawks
- 14:20Speaker 3: go three and out and ultimately put the ball. Xavier
- 14:23Speaker 3: Scott Muff's the putt, must the punt, and obviously that
- 14:27Speaker 3: played such a huge role. But when you factor in
- 14:29Speaker 3: the Xavier Scott blunder and the Tyree rule and blunder,
- 14:32Speaker 3: it kind of cancels each other out. This Seahawks team
- 14:36Speaker 3: deserves to be in this situation. They deserve to be
- 14:38Speaker 3: going to the super Bowl. It's gonna be in San Francisco.
- 14:41Speaker 3: I know you can't wait, Richard. You had the opportunity
- 14:44Speaker 3: to speak with Tom Brady a little bit pre game.
- 14:47Speaker 3: We saw it on social media. What's it like connecting
- 14:49Speaker 3: with him in words to say about these Seattle Seahawks.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, I mean Tom always has great worst today.
- 14:57Speaker 1: It's always great catching up, you know, going over, asking
- 15:00Speaker 1: about the family, all the good stuff. Been friends for
- 15:03Speaker 1: a really long time now. But he was just talking,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you know, glowingly about this defense and about how they've
- 15:09Speaker 1: looked this season. In this scheme and even offensively Jackson
- 15:12Speaker 1: Smith and Jigba and what they've done, and he said
- 15:14Speaker 1: a lot of it on the broadcast, But they're an
- 15:17Speaker 1: incredible team, like they deserve to be here, spent all
- 15:20Speaker 1: three phases of the game. They're well coached. And for
- 15:22Speaker 1: Mike McDonald to do this the way he has and
- 15:28Speaker 1: only his second season is incredible. Like to take a
- 15:31Speaker 1: team they won ten games last year and then they
- 15:36Speaker 1: go on and win and make it to a super
- 15:38Speaker 1: Bowl and potentially could win a Super Bowl this season.
- 15:41Speaker 1: You talk about a turnaround and just a guy coming
- 15:45Speaker 1: in with a plan and executing it and guys buying
- 15:48Speaker 1: into the culture. So many fantastic things. And if you
- 15:51Speaker 1: look now, I wouldn't be surprised if you start to
- 15:53Speaker 1: hear about a renegotiation of Sam Donald's contract, because right now,
- 16:00Speaker 1: bargain Mitchell, I'm talking to bargain now. I'm talking about
- 16:04Speaker 1: right now, you got a Ferrari for Honda price Mitchell.
- 16:07Speaker 1: And there are people paying fifty sixty million, fifty sixty
- 16:12Speaker 1: million to be home in the wildcard Mitchell. They paying
- 16:17Speaker 1: sixty million, wildcard fifty five at the house watching the playoffs,
- 16:23Speaker 1: like they The Seattle Seahawks are paying thirty seven million
- 16:26Speaker 1: dollars right now going to the Super Bowl. The New
- 16:30Speaker 1: England Patriots are on a young kid's rookie deal. That's
- 16:34Speaker 1: usually how it's built, Hey rookie deal, you know, built
- 16:37Speaker 1: the team around him, strong team around him, great receivers,
- 16:40Speaker 1: all this stuff. They don't necessarily have the deepest or
- 16:44Speaker 1: craziest receiving corps you've heard of in terms of the
- 16:48Speaker 1: New England Patriots. But I'm really impressed with Mike McDonald.
- 16:52Speaker 1: I'm really impressed with this team. But Sam Donald is
- 16:55Speaker 1: changing the narrative in a big way right now. Sam
- 16:57Speaker 1: Donald goes out there and wins this super Bowl. The
- 17:01Speaker 1: list of people that have won Super Bowls mentell. The
- 17:04Speaker 1: list of people that have won Super Bowls over the
- 17:06Speaker 1: last ten years very exclusive. I mean, you got Jalen
- 17:10Speaker 1: Hurts last year, but a lot of it is Tom
- 17:12Speaker 1: Brady and Patrick Mahomes Stafford. Like Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes Stafford, Hurts,
- 17:19Speaker 1: And then you gotta put our guy. What does that change?
- 17:25Speaker 3: Hit the way, here's Nicko there to Richard. Let's not
- 17:28Speaker 3: forget Nick Foles.
- 17:29Speaker 1: That's so deep, that's so deep, that's been ten years
- 17:32Speaker 1: almost it has been ten years.
- 17:33Speaker 2: That's pretty darn close.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's about I'm talking about a recent memory.
- 17:38Speaker 1: You know, with no question you got a Nick Foles
- 17:41Speaker 1: in there. But even then, nick Foles didn't start off
- 17:43Speaker 1: as the starter during the season. Great story. Nick Foles
- 17:46Speaker 1: went out there and did it, played at a high level,
- 17:49Speaker 1: Sam Donald from start to finish, fourteen win season, and
- 17:54Speaker 1: we can talk about the turnovers he had twenty turnovers.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Turnovers don't matter if you're not doing it in the playoffs.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Playoff football is what matters, and he has not turned
- 18:02Speaker 1: it over. I don't think he's turned over once in
- 18:04Speaker 1: these playoffs. So again, playing his best ball when his
- 18:08Speaker 1: best is required.
- 18:09Speaker 3: You know what team I would hate to be, right,
- 18:10Speaker 3: and team that's probably catching a ton of strays, especially
- 18:14Speaker 3: right now and for the next two weeks leading up
- 18:16Speaker 3: to Super Bowl is the Minnesota Vikings.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Richard. What's going through your head if.
- 18:22Speaker 3: You're part of that fan base, if you're happen to
- 18:25Speaker 3: be the GM of that team, what's going through your head?
- 18:31Speaker 2: Is this you exiting stage right.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Mitchell, Minnesota Vikings fans. I tried to tell you, Minnesota
- 18:44Speaker 1: Vikings fans I don't think you made the right decision.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I don't think. But all Minnesota Vikings fans, wait till
- 18:50Speaker 1: you get to the playoffs. Wait till you see him
- 18:52Speaker 1: in the playoffs. Wait, he'll show you why we got
- 18:54Speaker 1: rid of him. I'll tell you what you might have
- 19:00Speaker 1: You might have went out a little too soon. You know,
- 19:02Speaker 1: when you it's like the fans that leave a great
- 19:05Speaker 1: comeback story way too early. They're like, our team lost
- 19:08Speaker 1: this game, and they leave the stadium. Then you hear
- 19:10Speaker 1: the stadium war and see the team comes all the
- 19:12Speaker 1: way back, and you're sitting out there like, let us
- 19:14Speaker 1: back in. No, we not letting you back. In Minnesota Vikings,
- 19:18Speaker 1: this decision sent you into up what we call a rebuild.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Y'all got to figure it out. Now you go from
- 19:24Speaker 1: fourteen wins to trying to find the win, and now
- 19:28Speaker 1: y'all probably staying at the win Mitchell, be cause you're
- 19:32Speaker 1: you're not in these playoffs. You don't have a lot
- 19:34Speaker 1: of hope or certainty about the future. And Sam Donald's
- 19:38Speaker 1: in the super Bowl. Sam Donald's in the super Bowl,
- 19:41Speaker 1: and he's likely gonna be favorite team's gonna be favored
- 19:44Speaker 1: just through for three forty, didn't turn the ball over one.
- 19:47Speaker 1: They played the same RAMS team, not the same RAMS team.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Every team is different every year, different team. But played
- 19:52Speaker 1: the Rams team that sacked him nine times the year before.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So you talk about having to go back and face
- 20:01Speaker 1: your fear, Mitchell, face your demons. You gotta face them,
- 20:05Speaker 1: you gotta look them in the eye and then conquer them.
- 20:08Speaker 1: You got to conquer the Dragton. He conquered it. He
- 20:11Speaker 1: conquered the Chris Schuler's scheme. He got He was sacked
- 20:15Speaker 1: three times, a whole lot different than nine, and he
- 20:19Speaker 1: played effective and efficient football. The Minnesota Vikings clearly made
- 20:27Speaker 1: a mistake. I think everybody can acknowledge that. Now, sure
- 20:32Speaker 1: there was a narrative that stuck with Sam Darnold. If
- 20:37Speaker 1: they kept him, what they have won fourteen years games?
- 20:39Speaker 1: I'm not sure. But would they be in the playoffs?
- 20:42Speaker 1: I think they would would. Justin Jefferson and Addison have
- 20:46Speaker 1: had a better season, no question about him. Would their
- 20:48Speaker 1: offense have run a little bit more smoothly. I believe so.
- 20:52Speaker 1: But instead you're watching another team who got him for
- 20:54Speaker 1: a bargain have success. Now, if JJ McCarthy somehow ends
- 20:59Speaker 1: up having a research since year and being the guy great,
- 21:03Speaker 1: but you still wasted a year of a lot of
- 21:06Speaker 1: your team, Like, where's Flores next year? Does he stay
- 21:09Speaker 1: with the Minnesota Vikings. I know they signed him to
- 21:11Speaker 1: an extension, But if he gets a head coaching job,
- 21:13Speaker 1: what happens then? Does that defense look the same? Things
- 21:18Speaker 1: change year to year. The rest of the teams in
- 21:21Speaker 1: your division. The Chicago Bears are getting better, the Green
- 21:23Speaker 1: Bay Packers, your Detroit Lions, everybody in that division is
- 21:26Speaker 1: getting better. And are you better? Like, do you have
- 21:29Speaker 1: the fourth best quarterback in that division? Yes, you have
- 21:32Speaker 1: the worst. You have the worst quarterback in the North.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Would that be the truth if you had Sam Donald?
- 21:36Speaker 1: I don't know. But he in a super Bowl right now,
- 21:39Speaker 1: and that's all I can talk about. All I could
- 21:40Speaker 1: talk about is Sam Donald may be about to win
- 21:43Speaker 1: a super Bowl. And if you talk about going from
- 21:45Speaker 1: one team where you get put out in the wildcard
- 21:48Speaker 1: to another team where you win a super Bowl, he
- 21:49Speaker 1: wins a Super Bowl. Metchell, that's like your ex girlfriend
- 21:52Speaker 1: going out and marrying a movie star and she leaving
- 21:56Speaker 1: you and going to marry Jeff Bezos, and now you
- 22:00Speaker 1: got to live with that you gotta watch her live
- 22:04Speaker 1: this extravagant life. You thought you were gonna do better,
- 22:07Speaker 1: and the grass was greener, and now you're sitting there
- 22:10Speaker 1: eating top ramen and eating ice cream out out the tub.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Things change quickly in the national.
- 22:18Speaker 2: They sure do.
- 22:18Speaker 3: And you want to talk about somebody that is taking
- 22:21Speaker 3: you look at Sam Darnold's career arc right top five
- 22:23Speaker 3: pick ultimately burns out and the Jets goes to Carolina,
- 22:28Speaker 3: is competing for a backup job with Baker Mayfield there,
- 22:31Speaker 3: then goes over to San Francisco, ultimately winds up in Minnesota,
- 22:35Speaker 3: and then here we are in Seattle. I mean, I
- 22:37Speaker 3: don't know if many people saw this coming. He's on
- 22:39Speaker 3: the doorstep of another Super Bowl championship in Seattle. What
- 22:44Speaker 3: a time to be a Seattle Seahawks fan, Richard, I'm
- 22:47Speaker 3: so excited. One thing we did leave out in this
- 22:49Speaker 3: conversation is a little bit of a revenge game for Cooper.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Cup gets into the end zone, calls hauls in a
- 22:55Speaker 3: huge third and eight, you know, late in that game
- 22:58Speaker 3: to convert to ultimately this game. That's gotta feel pretty
- 23:02Speaker 3: darn good. And Richard, I know you've had to experience
- 23:04Speaker 3: with revenge games against your former opponent. That's a big
- 23:08Speaker 3: game for Cooper the Cup, no question about it.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Today's show is brought to you by our presenting sponsor,
- 23:15Speaker 1: hard Rock Bet, Florida's Sportsbook.
- 23:18Speaker 3: The big game match is set and I cannot wait

- 23:24Speaker 3: all the different ways you can get into next Sunday's action.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Here's what I'm liking right.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Now, Jackson Smith and Jigba anytime touchdown, Mitchell, perhaps maybe
- 23:35Speaker 1: a K nine touchdown run. Sam Darnold, anytime touchdown.
- 23:43Speaker 3: I like it all. I like anything with K nine Richard.
- 23:47Speaker 3: I'm calling it going to this game. I like CA
- 23:49Speaker 3: nine to take home the MVP. I think we saw
- 23:52Speaker 3: it in this game in the NFC Championship game. He's
- 23:55Speaker 3: capable of toting the Rock single handedly. I see him
- 23:59Speaker 3: getting the ball in New times, getting over the end
- 24:01Speaker 3: zone a couple of times.
- 24:02Speaker 2: He's my MVP.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I like that, Mitchell. I like that. If you haven't

- 24:52Speaker 3: This year, I'm focusing on a small shift that makes
- 24:55Speaker 3: a huge difference, effortless presence. It sounds kind of intuitive,
- 25:00Speaker 3: but for me that means planning ahead so I can
- 25:03Speaker 3: truly live in the moment, especially when enjoying a few drinks.
- 25:07Speaker 3: My simple trick for staying balanced is taking zbiotics pre
- 25:10Speaker 3: alcohol before I start. Z Biotics pre alcohol probiotic drink
- 25:15Speaker 3: is the world's first genetically engineered probiotic. It was invented
- 25:19Speaker 3: by PhD scientists to tackle rough mornings after drinking.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Here's how it works.
- 25:24Speaker 3: When you drink alcohol gets converted into toxic byproduct in
- 25:28Speaker 3: your gut.
- 25:29Speaker 2: It's a build up of this.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Byproduct, not dehydration that's to blame for rough days after drinking.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Pre alcohol.
- 25:36Speaker 3: Producing is an enzyme to break this byproduct down. Just
- 25:40Speaker 3: remember to make pre alcohol your first drink of the night.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Drink responsibly and you'll feel your best tomorrow. Every time
- 25:47Speaker 3: I have pre alcohol before drinks, I notice a difference
- 25:50Speaker 3: the next day. Even after a night out, I can
- 25:52Speaker 3: confidently plan on going to the gym to get a
- 25:55Speaker 3: morning workout in without even warring. Ready to try it,
- 25:59Speaker 3: go to z biotic com forward slash Richard Sherman. Now
- 26:03Speaker 3: you'll get fifteen percent off your first order when you

- 26:27Speaker 3: the rams.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Go home.
- 26:28Speaker 3: The Seattle Seahawks next opponent, we've already talked about him
- 26:32Speaker 3: a little bit. Here is the New England Patriots who
- 26:34Speaker 3: took care of business on the road in a snowy Denver, Richard,
- 26:39Speaker 3: the talk of this game ultimately is going to be
- 26:41Speaker 3: the play at Jared Stidham and the play calling of
- 26:45Speaker 3: Sean Payton. Let's talk about the very controversial fourth and
- 26:50Speaker 3: one call to go for it instead of taking the points.
- 26:54Speaker 3: The Broncos are up seven points in the second quarter
- 26:56Speaker 3: of this game, on the doorstep at the end zone,
- 26:59Speaker 3: could ultimately kick a field goal. They choose to go
- 27:01Speaker 3: for two and do not convert. Richard, these snowy conditions
- 27:05Speaker 3: playing with you having one of the top three defenses
- 27:08Speaker 3: in the league with a backup quarterback, do you take
- 27:10Speaker 3: the points in that situation?
- 27:13Speaker 1: Yes, yes, you take the point. You always take the points.
- 27:16Speaker 1: And it's just become a day and age of analytics.
- 27:19Speaker 1: And I'll say this about Sean Payton. Sean Payton is
- 27:21Speaker 1: the most analytics and information driven coach in the National
- 27:25Speaker 1: Football League, at least top five. He takes in the information,
- 27:30Speaker 1: he considers everything about scenario, the situation, and he tries
- 27:34Speaker 1: to put his team in the best situation and get
- 27:35Speaker 1: to win the football game. Clearly, he thought they could
- 27:38Speaker 1: execute that and get it done. But the repercussions of
- 27:43Speaker 1: that play will haunt him for a very very long time.
- 27:46Speaker 1: In mind you, Sean Payton is the king of crazy
- 27:49Speaker 1: controversial endings. Everybody remembers that Rams Saints game where that
- 27:55Speaker 1: non pass interference call where he crashed into the receiver
- 27:59Speaker 1: when the ball got fit. I mean this goes to that,
- 28:03Speaker 1: because to lose this game ten to seven, your defense
- 28:06Speaker 1: battled the entire game, kept you in it. The other
- 28:10Speaker 1: team misses multiple field goals. Obviously one of them was
- 28:12Speaker 1: sixty plus, but they missed multiple field goals. You're without
- 28:18Speaker 1: your start, especially when you're without your starting quarterback. You
- 28:21Speaker 1: don't have your starting quarterback, no points are going to
- 28:23Speaker 1: be at a premium. You do not play this game.
- 28:26Speaker 1: And I think he just played the hand too aggressively,
- 28:29Speaker 1: and I'm sure he regrets it. I mean, why wouldn't he.
- 28:31Speaker 1: That's just an honest conversation. They had chances in this game.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Though they had chances, but you know eventually he was
- 28:38Speaker 1: gonna fold. It was gonna be tough for you to
- 28:40Speaker 1: win this game against a battle tested New England Patriots
- 28:45Speaker 1: team coached by Mike Raviel. Those guys played with a
- 28:48Speaker 1: lot of passion, a lot of chemistry, a lot of energy,
- 28:50Speaker 1: and a lot of want to, a lot of willpower.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Guys are battling. And I got a lot of respect
- 28:57Speaker 1: for what Brabo's doing with the New England Patriots. I
- 29:00Speaker 1: mean again, in his first season, you talk about regret,
- 29:05Speaker 1: what were the Tennessee Titans doing? Like the Tennessee Titans
- 29:10Speaker 1: are right now and probably this decade's Hall of Fame
- 29:12Speaker 1: for worst decisions. I mean they're up there because trade
- 29:16Speaker 1: away Aj Brown super Bowl, Say Mike Rabel is not
- 29:21Speaker 1: going to be your coach, Hire Callahan, get rid of
- 29:25Speaker 1: him in the middle of his contract. Rabel goes on
- 29:27Speaker 1: in New England, takes him to the super Bowl in
- 29:29Speaker 1: his first year. Guess who was right? Not Tennessee. And
- 29:34Speaker 1: now I think they made a great decision because I'm
- 29:36Speaker 1: biased and I think Robert Salah is a great, fantastic
- 29:38Speaker 1: football coach. But I'm not sure anybody he's gonna be
- 29:41Speaker 1: able to get enough talent in Tennessee to get there.
- 29:43Speaker 1: But why would you ever get rid of rape? Like
- 29:47Speaker 1: what in that process where you take away his best player?
- 29:51Speaker 1: Makes sense, But he's done a fantastic job with this team.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Their defense did a great job in this game. They
- 29:58Speaker 1: had three sacks in interception. The Broncos sacked Drake May
- 30:02Speaker 1: five times. He's been sacked what in he's playoffs? He
- 30:06Speaker 1: I think it was ten times before, so fifteen times.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I think he's sacked at least five times in each
- 30:11Speaker 1: and every game. So expect the Seattle Seahawks to be
- 30:14Speaker 1: able to get home against this team. Wait, no, vice versa,
- 30:19Speaker 1: vice versa the Patriots. Yeah, yeah, the Broncos defense have
- 30:23Speaker 1: five sacks. The Patriots tried to run the ball and
- 30:28Speaker 1: control the clock. They did a great job of it.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Remindre Stevenson twenty five carries only seventy one yards, but
- 30:33Speaker 1: they stuck to it. Not a lot of teams stick
- 30:35Speaker 1: to the run game anymore, and that's what the New
- 30:37Speaker 1: England Patriots did. Drake May only completed ten passes in
- 30:40Speaker 1: this game for eighty six yards, ran the ball sixty
- 30:43Speaker 1: five times. I mean ran the ball for sixty five
- 30:45Speaker 1: yards and the go ahead first down had him a
- 30:48Speaker 1: rushing touchdown in the game. And that was the difference
- 30:50Speaker 1: in the game. His legs were the difference in this
- 30:53Speaker 1: ball game. I think that at the end of the day,
- 30:59Speaker 1: they're gonna have a time with the Seattle Seahawks defense.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I think on both sides of the football, the Seattle
- 31:04Speaker 1: Seahawks are better. But it's the Super Bowl and they're
- 31:07Speaker 1: gonna be well coached. They're gonna have two weeks to prepare,
- 31:09Speaker 1: They're gonna have all the information everything they need to
- 31:12Speaker 1: come up with a great game plan. But I think
- 31:14Speaker 1: if you're just looking at it on paper, if you
- 31:16Speaker 1: look at the initial spread, I would think that the
- 31:18Speaker 1: Seattle Seahawks are favored. But you gotta correct me if
- 31:22Speaker 1: from wrong.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Well, we'll have plenty of time to dive into that. Richard.
- 31:25Speaker 3: It's so impressive to see Drake May in the second
- 31:28Speaker 3: year of his career, you know, coming out fighting through
- 31:31Speaker 3: the adversity with the snow in that second half. It
- 31:34Speaker 3: was not a not a game that you wanted to
- 31:35Speaker 3: be a quarterback. And fortunately for him, he's got the
- 31:38Speaker 3: legs he can lean on to get this done. This
- 31:40Speaker 3: play ultimately comes down, This game ultimately comes down to
- 31:43Speaker 3: two different decisions, one being the fourth and one go
- 31:48Speaker 3: for it and the other being the call of Jared
- 31:51Speaker 3: Sidham's pass, ultimately calling it a fumble. Richard, your thoughts
- 31:55Speaker 3: on that, because as a play developed, It looked like
- 31:58Speaker 3: it was a forward pass. It looked like it should
- 32:00Speaker 3: have just been intentional grounding. Did you think that was
- 32:03Speaker 3: truly a fumble on that push pash from Jared Stidham.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. I don't want to.
- 32:11Speaker 1: That's a tough call. That's a tough call. That's that's
- 32:13Speaker 1: one that could have went either way. It wasn't intentional
- 32:18Speaker 1: grounding maybe, but again, you knew that a backup quarterback
- 32:25Speaker 1: was going to make mistake. Also at the interception to
- 32:29Speaker 1: Christian Goanzales late in that game, and and there were
- 32:33Speaker 1: a number of plays that that kind of got away
- 32:35Speaker 1: from him. You you, but he played about as good
- 32:39Speaker 1: as you could expect a backup quarterback to play. If
- 32:41Speaker 1: I'm being honest like you, you shouldn't be expecting all
- 32:43Speaker 1: world play from the backup quarterback who hasn't played, who
- 32:46Speaker 1: hasn't started a game, and thrown the pass I say,
- 32:48Speaker 1: think since twenty twenty three, I mean, what what could
- 32:51Speaker 1: we expect? He was seventeen to thirty one, one hundred
- 32:53Speaker 1: and thirty three yards to touchdown an interception, and that
- 32:55Speaker 1: that fumble that could have not been a fumble, but
- 33:00Speaker 1: huge game. But I don't know, I get tired of
- 33:05Speaker 1: talking about these controversial plays. I know, I know everybody's
- 33:07Speaker 1: going to be talking about it all week, no questions
- 33:09Speaker 1: about it. But I want to talk about the Super
- 33:10Speaker 1: Bowl matchup because the Patriots won ten to seven. The
- 33:12Speaker 1: Broncos defense, I felt like played well enough to get
- 33:15Speaker 1: a win. They didn't get enough from the quarterback spot.
- 33:17Speaker 1: They didn't get enough from their offense, obviously, Unfortunately that's
- 33:21Speaker 1: how it goes. You Usually defense wins championships, but again,
- 33:26Speaker 1: you got to get something from your quarterback. It's the
- 33:27Speaker 1: same thing with the Houston Texans, Like they battled their
- 33:30Speaker 1: butt off, but quarterback turns the ball over four or
- 33:33Speaker 1: five times, it's going to be difficult to win that game.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Has I have? I played on a great defense where
- 33:38Speaker 1: the quarterback turned the ball over four times and we
- 33:39Speaker 1: won a Super Bowl, I mean, won the NFC Championship. Yes,
- 33:42Speaker 1: no question about that. But you know, not every defense
- 33:44Speaker 1: built like that. But this is going to be a
- 33:47Speaker 1: great chess match in this game. I cannot wait to
- 33:52Speaker 1: see the things that Kubiak build draws up and builds
- 33:55Speaker 1: into this offense to get Jackson Smith and jigbut open
- 33:59Speaker 1: obviously they're gonna either put Christian Goods. I think they
- 34:01Speaker 1: put Christian Gonzalez on him. I think they put Carlton
- 34:04Speaker 1: Davis on Rashisha Heat as the matchup because they do
- 34:07Speaker 1: like to match up. I'm sure Marcus Jones will will
- 34:11Speaker 1: factor in there somewhere, but I don't think I think
- 34:15Speaker 1: Jackson Smith and Jigba is going to be on the
- 34:17Speaker 1: move the entire game. I don't think they're gonna ever
- 34:19Speaker 1: have him have him stagnant in this game. I don't
- 34:22Speaker 1: think he's ever going to just be in one place
- 34:25Speaker 1: when the play starts. I think that's gonna be the
- 34:28Speaker 1: key to this game, moving him around. And also Canine
- 34:30Speaker 1: canine how explosive he is. If he finds Alayne in
- 34:33Speaker 1: this game, you know it's a home run ball. So
- 34:35Speaker 1: I can't wait to dive into this tape really see
- 34:40Speaker 1: how these teams were able to manipulate one one another
- 34:45Speaker 1: to get these wins. But if you just look at
- 34:49Speaker 1: the year we won the Super Bowl, like Sam Donald
- 34:53Speaker 1: is playing at a high enough level to win a
- 34:55Speaker 1: Super Bowl. If your defense plays like it needs to,
- 34:58Speaker 1: there is the should be no expectation for them not
- 35:02Speaker 1: to go in this game and win going away, not
- 35:04Speaker 1: even win and have it be close, you know. I
- 35:07Speaker 1: mean it's gonna be close because this team got a
- 35:09Speaker 1: lot of pride, they got a lot of talent. They
- 35:10Speaker 1: it's a reason they're in the super Bowl as well.
- 35:12Speaker 1: But I just can't see a world and I don't
- 35:15Speaker 1: want to drink nah, it's gonna be a bath. Let's
- 35:17Speaker 1: let's just say it. I want to drink nothing. It's
- 35:19Speaker 1: gonna be a doll fight. It's gonna be a battle
- 35:20Speaker 1: all the right things.
- 35:23Speaker 3: I'm with you, Richard. I love the Seahawks in this
- 35:25Speaker 3: matchup as well. Uh, we're gonna have a lot of
- 35:28Speaker 3: time to talk about this game. I'm sure we have
- 35:30Speaker 3: guests leading up to the super Bowl.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Richard.
- 35:32Speaker 3: It's always a pleasure before we sign off, Seattle Seahawks
- 35:36Speaker 3: are going to the super Bowl. You got to be
- 35:39Speaker 3: absolutely fired up. We appreciate all you guys for joining
- 35:41Speaker 3: us all season long, and this is gonna be an
- 35:43Speaker 3: epic road to the super Bowl. We can't wait to
- 35:46Speaker 3: bring you guys in along the way these next couple
- 35:48Speaker 3: of weeks. Richard, I will let us let you sign
- 35:50Speaker 3: us off, my friend.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Thank you guys, for all as always, for joining us
- 35:53Speaker 1: all season long. The Seattle Seahawks are back in the
- 35:56Speaker 1: Super Bowl. I know you love to see it. If
- 35:59Speaker 1: you don't love to see it, I'm sorry for you.
- 36:02Speaker 1: We'll get them next year. But the Seattle Seahawks may
- 36:05Speaker 1: be on their way to their second Super Bowl, and
- 36:09Speaker 1: I will be there in the stands cheering them on,
- 36:12Speaker 1: hoping we get our revenge from that twenty fourteen Super Bowl.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Oh my god, Oh, we gotta exercise those demons. But
- 36:19Speaker 1: my goodness, if you look at the AFC side, outside
- 36:22Speaker 1: of the Cincinnati Bengals, there's nobody that goes to the
- 36:24Speaker 1: Super Bowl from the AFC unless you to Kansas City.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Chiefs are the New England Patriots in twenty sixteen, New
- 36:29Speaker 1: England in twenty seventeen, New England twenty eighteen, New England
- 36:33Speaker 1: in twenty twenty, Kansas City twenty twenty one, Cincinnati Nice
- 36:37Speaker 1: Cincinnati twenty twenty two, Kansas City twenty twenty three, Kansas
- 36:40Speaker 1: City twenty twenty four, Kansas City. Guess who twenty five
- 36:42Speaker 1: is Mitchell?
- 36:45Speaker 2: The New England Patriots.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Welcome back, Welcome back, Welcome back, that short stint in
- 36:50Speaker 3: purrogatory that did not last very long. Richard, it must
- 36:53Speaker 3: be nice to be a New England Patriots fan. I
- 36:56Speaker 3: would love to know how it feels being up here
- 36:58Speaker 3: in Detroit. Please bring up some of your luck next year. Please,
- 37:01Speaker 3: It's what I beg Oh.
- 37:03Speaker 1: You guys had a chance, Metchell, you know look, look,
- 37:06Speaker 1: you know we're not gonna talk.
- 37:07Speaker 3: About that, but we'll catch them on the podcast in
- 37:11Speaker 3: the loft season for that talk man the off season.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Yeah, we'll deal with that pain. But thank you as
- 37:15Speaker 1: always for joining us. This has been a beautiful, fantastic,
- 37:18Speaker 1: entertaining National Football League season. The Seattle Seahawks are returning
- 37:22Speaker 1: to the Super Bowl to play the New England Patriots
- 37:25Speaker 1: and hopefully beat the New England Patriots. We will see
- 37:28Speaker 1: you next time for the Super Bowl preview and all
- 37:32Speaker 1: of the interviews that we have between, because there's two
- 37:34Speaker 1: weeks of exciting content to give you and you gotta
- 37:38Speaker 1: be here or B Square. Make sure you hit that
- 37:40Speaker 1: up button if you're knew all
