- 0:11It's the tip of despair in the epic battle to defend the United States of America.
- 0:19The National Security Hour exposes the wolves in chief's clothing and the nefarious plots to undermine and destroy U.S.
- 0:27national security.
- 0:32Hello, America.
- 0:33This is your host, Fred Galvin of the Thursday, 18 December, National Security Hour.
- 0:40Today, our episode, we want to focus on why enforcement matters in national security.
- 0:48National security could be a very broad topic in what we are going to talk about, just like last week.
- 0:53We spoke about the specifics of the new national security strategy, which Secretary of War Heggseth has uh uh recently published.
- 1:03But we are going to talk about the enforcement of this national security, and then we're going to talk about a comparison of what was going on during the the Biden administration and the enforcement of the national security policies and what is currently going on and the reaction that we're seeing with so many members of Congress and members of the media.
- 1:30They're acting like the enforcement of the national security strategy and the laws of the United States in international law.
- 1:39This is but they want to uh make it seem like something egregious is going on.
- 1:47So we want to do a deep dive into this today.
- 1:50We've got a lot of ground to cover, and what we're really seeing is the first uh especially three years of the Biden administration, we saw a collapse in the deterrence versus now, where when President Trump came into office immediately, especially we've seen here in this last quarter of the calendar year, there has been very strict consequences as far as well, as some people put it, FAFO, and that is you mess around with the United States or our allies, whether you're Iran, whether you're Yemen, whether you're Venezuela or narco terrorists, we're going to provide precision pain points that are going to affect you very strategically without getting America entrenched in these long bloody boots on the ground programs.
- 2:54But there is a cost for us doing that.
- 2:56But we have to be able to deter aggression, and we have to make sure there are consequences, and that is the shift that we have seen from the prior four years to the current what we've had in just less than 11 months.
- 3:23To uh much of the chagrin, sad to say, of a lot of our elected officials, which seem to be that uh we we cannot enforce these uh these laws and regulations, which sadly most of them are lawyers, and they they understand this, especially uh and we'll get into this later on in the show.
- 3:44How uh then Senator Biden, the author of the 1994 crime bill, you know, was very strict on drug penalties, minimums, mandatory minimums for anyone using drugs, and then uh obviously there is a big dichotomy from what he said was as they say the rules for thee, but not for me, and uh what he enforced on everybody else that wasn't in power, and then uh what was good for him and his family.
- 4:17So, but let's get straight into this.
- 4:20National security is it's not something that we define it by our speeches or strategy papers.
- 4:29Uh, those those are important to communicate.
- 4:32Uh, as we talked about last week and uh the national security strategy, which was just released, it's uh it is very important to get that out in very plain language so that everybody can understand.
- 4:43But it's what is the most important is that we don't send mixed signals.
- 4:49We don't say this is what it is, but then we don't enforce it.
- 4:55And uh unfortunately I saw that firsthand when I was in uniform and working for uh an interagency task force when there's laws on the books and you're not allowed to uh enforce those, it it demoralizes and it really confuses people that are idealists and they're hired, they they want to they they join the federal government and they want to work and give the best, but uh they're told not to.
- 5:24And we've seen a lot of that, like what was going on uh with uh 40 million dollar cash payments a week to the Taliban.
- 5:33I mean, this is just uh sickening, uh, but uh you know, that was going on again and again uh during the Biden administration.
- 5:43But we just cannot have that international security policy.
- 5:48But getting right into it, uh under the Biden administration, we saw this lack of enforcement and that signaled to our adversaries a permissiveness.
- 5:58And in my opinion, the past administration, they were not incompetent.
- 6:03And I've said this before on many shows, that we do not promote people in the Pentagon where they're wearing three and four stars on their collars and they're in charge of operations or they're in charge of a branch of the service or the joint staff strategy.
- 6:21We do not put people in those kinds of positions who are incompetent.
- 6:26I believe those people are competent, but they are opportunists.
- 6:32They have an intention that if this is what somebody wants and they don't want to enforce these federal laws, well then we just we we have the power to do it as we're seeing right now, obviously.
- 6:46We're we're seizing ships in uh Venezuelan flagships, we're hitting drug boats.
- 6:53We have the power to do that.
- 6:54We have the technology uh they can pound for pound, we can out compete anyone.
- 7:01And sadly, it was I won't say sadly, pathetically.
- 7:07We squandered all of that talent in human lives in material resources for nearly 20 years by fighting adversaries in the Middle East that were not in our weight class, and we let that draw us to a stalemate.
- 7:26And now uh we're paying the consequences as we've been seeing Russia and China, and now as well, we're gonna get into today uh quite a bit about Iran and Venezuela, is I've been doing some research on how much integrated training and exercises they've been doing as partnered forces, but that's all because we were become hyper, you know, fixated on the Middle East and our adversaries, the real, the real adversaries.
- 8:01They have been working, as in China's case with 160 other countries getting them to sign on to this one belt, one road initiative.
- 8:11That's that's nearly every country on the map.
- 8:14Uh, but anyway, it's important to say this because we are paying the consequences, and when we do not have enforcement of these policies, and we're not going forward with what we say in our national security strategy in enforcing that.
- 8:36Well, it's the same thing we see and have seen at the state and city levels, which we've been seeing with the fraud and corruption across Minnesota, and you know, the violence that was going on in 2020 to 2022 in Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, uh, and what happened along our border wall, where the former president Joe Biden was saying, you know, he doesn't know how we can, he doesn't have the authority, he said, to do anything on the border wall.
- 9:07And then as borders are, which we'll talk about that a little bit more here in a minute.
- 9:13She said the border is secure.
- 9:15Kamal Harris.
- 9:16So this uh mixed signals and lack of candor, uh, you know, maybe the border is secure in one certain area, and that's how you're using this Machiavellian Prince type of ideology to justify something along those lines, but it's very corrupt line of thinking.
- 9:35But anyway, um, I want to also talk about these two different examples that uh, as many know, I had a small business in the Midwest right after I retired from the Marine Corps, and it was in the uh urban core, uh, these areas that uh a lot of it is just very violent area, and uh
- 10:00Most of these municipalities, well, I should say most, they the law enforcement would not go to these areas until after a crime had not just been committed, but it had been dissolved, and every the perpetrators had gone.
- 10:15Um that's what I experienced for five years.
- 10:18Uh so that type of lacks law enforcement in those response times.
- 10:23They don't want to get involved.
- 10:24And that's what was going on at the federal level with our national security is we didn't have people who were willing to stand up and see that, okay, this is what the national security strategy says.
- 10:39I have the resources, now I can go do it.
- 10:41They didn't want to expose themselves to risk.
- 10:44And I ran into this just like I wrote in the book, uh, a few bad men.
- 10:48There was a army unit uh there, the third brigade of the 10th mountain, and they had their commander and one of their subordinate commanders, then Colonel Nicholson and Lieutenant Colonel uh Cavoli, ironically, both retired as four-star generals in the army.
- 11:03Um, that's a whole different story.
- 11:05But their strategy was of not projecting any power.
- 11:08They actually criticized Marines who were there as soon as they arrived in country, and they said that these Marines were they'd go into these towns and they'd do these raids, and they had a totally different style.
- 11:22They said, you know, we we want to show that we come in peace.
- 11:24We don't have machine guns in our currents of our commanders.
- 11:28We have Humvee spare tire in the turret.
- 11:32So this type of enlightened ideology of being virtuous to your base and making everybody look at like, you know, well, I'll take this kind of risk.
- 11:42And um, even though it well, we also saw that unit, they publicly declared that they had more casualties than any other unit in the army in Afghanistan at that time, uh, throughout that time in uh U.S.
- 12:00Army involvement in the war in Afghanistan.
- 12:03So it's it doesn't serve our citizens to protect them uh with this lax law enforcement, lacks uh strategy of this like passively, hey, I'm not gonna do this, or I'm gonna try to have this feng shui, you know, I see the light, and I'm gonna be a good person that that does not work.
- 12:25And what the consequences have happened over the last 40 years, and many of you who are listening understand this, because when uh I was a young boy growing up in Mid America, we had a different lifestyle, which Americans today have been robbed of that life that we had growing up in America where it was safe, and we did not worry about people being kidnapped because they were out not just after dark.
- 12:52I'm just talking out during the day.
- 12:55How many neighborhoods do you drive down in the United States and see people, you know, little kids without their parents?
- 13:03That doesn't go on in too many places in America, definitely not in American cities, but we can have it.
- 13:09When I go on uh military bases and you see young kids playing by themselves, well, they have security.
- 13:15They enforce the regulations that are on that base uh very strictly.
- 13:21Uh, so we can have it, but certain leaders are choosing not to have this.
- 13:26They're just like I said, in Minnesota, they're they're being blind to existing laws and allowing rampant crime and fraud to to go on uh because that's what their base is putting them in there to do, and they're going along with it, they're opportunists.
- 13:45So this is uh something that we need to focus on, is that enforcement.
- 13:51It needs to be swift, or our adversaries will exploit it.
- 13:56So if they don't uh feel these perpetrators, the consequences they just get emboldened, and they will always increase their illicit activities, hurting more and more American citizens.
- 14:11So, okay, wanted to move on and uh talk about how the enforcement of our national security strategy is based upon not rhetoric.
- 14:26If uh, you know, if we constantly go out and say this is what we're gonna do, and we've done that for years.
- 14:33Several uh administrations have passed have written uh their national security strategy, it sounds great, but they're not taking action.
- 14:42What we're having right now is bold action.
- 14:44So if if you're messing with the United States, we're going to make sure that you you feel it.
- 14:50And we are going to do this to coerce you into uh good behavior or pushing you into another direction.
- 14:57And that eventually will be felt by other countries, and they will hopefully get on board and do more of the same.
- 15:03But our adversaries, they don't read these press releases.
- 15:07They will always test boundaries, and they want to know if we are ready or if we're not.
- 15:13Um is when, like we saw during the Biden administration, if borders don't get enforced, well, they'll get exploited.
- 15:23And these embargoes, if they'll get ignored, terror groups will get bolder and bolder.
- 15:30Same thing with these transnational criminal networks.
- 15:34Um, we should probably do a show on that in the future because that is something that's very, very serious uh when we talk about these transnational criminal networks and what they do and how serious that is to deteriorating the American family.
- 15:51Uh and I'm talking about drugs and sex trafficking and the illegal jobs and what it's actually doing to a lot of these illegal immigrants that come across the borders, especially the women and young children.
- 16:06It's it's awful.
- 16:08And that's why we need to do an episode on that in the future as I speak with a lot of my friends who work in federal law enforcement who especially uh homeland security, when they talk to me about what is actually going on, it's heartbreaking.
- 16:22And it's actually disgusting.
- 16:24Uh so we really need to uh make sure we continue to tighten our borders and our national security.
- 16:32Um let's talk about the Joe Biden administration and how that border enforcement was literally non-existent.
- 16:43And so when we have this low consequence and high tolerance, even though the border czar at that time, Kamala Harris claimed on 11 September 2022 that the border, quote unquote, is secure.
- 16:58Well, we saw what happened is the cartels, they adapted very quickly and they flooded America with tens of millions of illegal immigrants faster than our agencies.
- 17:12And those agencies sadly had their hands tied.
- 17:15But uh, you know, we just uh and it's sad that people join the federal government and can't do their job uh the way they're supposed to do it, and that really demoralizes people.
- 17:25But our immigration enforcement became politicized instead of operational.
- 17:29But uh, we're gonna go to a break.
- 17:31I will pick it right back up here as soon as we get back, so don't go away.

- 19:26America out loud dot news is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outlountry.
- 19:43Welcome back, America.
- 19:45We wanted to talk about so when we mention all this flooding of illegal immigration, there is a financial cost to that to our health care dollars, to our education in the lack of resources that are spent on our American.
- 20:00American citizens, and then the law enforcement strain on those that are coming across the border and having to constantly spend money on the policing of people that shouldn't even be here, the uh holding them in jail until they can be deported.
- 20:17That's when they were being deported.
- 20:20Now they are.
- 20:22Um but there is a national security impact.
- 20:25We also have this unknown amount of entrance.
- 20:30We do know that there were Al Qaeda as well as ISIS coming across our borders during the four years of open borders with Joe Biden.
- 20:40Uh Chinese military age men, who knows who else came across that border.
- 20:46Um, but there are people, just as we've seen, you know, recently um down in Bondi Beach in Australia, uh, as we've seen, you know, in the United States with attacks against uh Jewish and Christian people across America.
- 21:04We we have our own internal problems, but we do not need people coming in from other countries who are militant who are coming in without following our laws.
- 21:16We just need to, if we need more people of a dedicated uh industry, and we need to increase our legal immigration, we can do that.
- 21:26Uh we can pass those laws, and we can definitely do that, but uh that's a difference in allowing illegal immigration.
- 21:34Then there's also the problems with drugs and human trafficking, weapon trafficking.
- 21:38I wanted everybody, I uh read this book and I just picked it back up uh again by Peter Schweitzer, uh Blood Money, be very interesting for those who like to read books to read his book, Blood Money, and to understand the problems when we're talking about drugs, human trafficking, weapon trafficking.
- 22:00Uh he covers that in depth.
- 22:03And for those 200 pages of text, he has about 100 pages of footnotes, detailed footnotes.
- 22:09The most thoroughly documented book that I have ever read, um just a treasure trove of resources.
- 22:17So I really encourage people, if you want to know the facts, Peter Schweitzer's book, Blood Money.
- 22:23I'm not uh uh drinking buddies or friends with Peter.
- 22:27I just wanted to uh let the listeners know uh if you want to educate yourself, that is a great resource right there.
- 22:37But also we have a severe loss of low-skilled jobs in America, and people try to say that well, we have people that won't work in the fields, and that is true.
- 22:47We also have um, but that's not the real problem.
- 22:51The real problem is the millions have come over, and now they're doing plumbing painting landscaping, and they're taking those jobs away, which a lot of Americans used to have these trade crafts that they're being undersold uh because you know they have a standard of living, maybe they're single and living by themselves and they can't compete price-wise with somebody that has 10 people living in the same house, and they can under uh underbid every single person out there.
- 23:22That's what's going on, and those people aren't paying taxes, and those people are having their kids in schools and going to the emergency room and uh they're getting free rides, and they're repatriating a lot of that money that's going back out of the country.
- 23:34So these are blatant crimes that we were not enforcing, and now we we are.
- 23:42So this has led to a big shock by many in the media, and I believe, again, like we mentioned at the top of the show, we don't put incompetent people in these positions in national security.
- 23:57Like our national security advisor, the last several ones in the Biden administration, even during um Obama administration, they're very intellectual.
- 24:07I believe they are they know what they're doing, but they will do whatever they're told to do, and it that mindset is just uh it leads them in very dangerous directions because we do have laws, and instead of abiding by those laws, they allowed you know this crime to run rampant across America.
- 24:31We saw that no more widespread than during the last four years, which uh now we have the Trump administration and enforcement is being restored, and border enforcement is treated like national security because it is.
- 24:48It's not some humanitarian abstraction.
- 24:51There are clear consequences for you know this crime, deportations, detentions, border controls.
- 24:59The message that we're sending out across the world is that there are consequences, deportations and uh the cartels and the traffickers, they realize okay, now we have a problem, we can't just and they were making a fortune.
- 25:14So this is something around the world that a lot of these countries in these big organizations that were making just a fortune off of uh sending countless amounts of people across our border, but now that access is denied.
- 25:30There's violations will be punished, and there are consequences for violating America's national security.
- 25:38So wanted to transition into what was going on in the national security strategy in a specific aspect during the Biden administration, and that was the Afghanistan withdrawal and what that signaled globally when America left Afghanistan without order, our adversaries take very clear note of that.
- 26:02And that is a perception of weakness, that chaotic withdrawal projected several key military weaknesses to our adversaries.
- 26:10One that there was very poor planning, two, that our leaders, our military leaders would not take accountability, and in the press, they would continue to blame the Trump administration versus accept responsibility, and even though they had eight months in office to plan a non-combatant evacuation operations, they said, well, you know, Trump put this timeline in order.
- 26:35Um, during a new administration, they could have accepted responsibility, could have made certain changes, but the way that it was done, planning and execution were something that our adversaries noted.
- 26:51And how they also are adversaries saw the abandonment of our partners and the prioritization of Afghan citizens over United States citizens for categories of withdrawal, that uh both the State Department during that time and the Defense Department, huge black eye, they just didn't want to take the responsibility.
- 27:17And so that put this whole signal globally that US commitments are temporary, the deadlines are more important than outcomes, and then how we do it uh it was it was such a visual international embarrassment that there it put as we're gonna talk about here, several things into play that whether you could say that these were going to happen or not, who who only knows.
- 27:50Uh, I don't I'm not in the Putin administration, obviously, but uh I do believe Russia was recalculating that risk right after the 2021 uh withdrawal from Afghanistan and six months later, 24 February 2022, Russia invades Ukraine.
- 28:11Ironically, they previously invaded Ukraine in 2014 when they went in and annexed Crimea during the Obama administration.
- 28:20So any time that we are perceived as weak and that we're not showing leadership that will take decisive action that's going to be exploited by our enemies.
- 28:35And we saw also at that same time how China accelerated their alliance building across the globe, but especially during the Biden administration, they had been working, and I have all this research over here of so many events.
- 28:58We could spend a whole program on it.
- 29:00But their efforts as far as advancing into the Western hemisphere with Venezuela.
- 29:07This is not accidental.
- 29:08This is something that China has bought Venezuela and they're a client state for a purpose.
- 29:17They want access into our hemisphere.
- 29:21They want to be in our backyard, and that is a serious threat to the United States of America, being 700 miles off of the Florida coast.
- 29:33And uh we have to make sure that uh countries in our hemisphere are not being dominated and exploited, and they have free and fair elections, and uh that we do not allow another 1962 Cuban missile crisis to go the wrong way.
- 29:53Uh we'll talk about that here in a second.
- 29:56But uh we also had technology.
- 30:00Terror groups realize that if they can't even manage Afghanistan right, and they're withdrawing from Afghanistan.
- 30:11Well now we can't kill Americans overseas anymore.
- 30:17Well, and we've seen and federal authorities have arrested many of these terrorist groups who have infiltrated.
- 30:25We saw that two people were uh arrested for a plot.
- 30:29They wanted to uh uh have some mass killing in Los Angeles over the holidays.
- 30:37But this is exactly what I'm talking about, ladies and gentlemen, is we have terrorist groups that have came across our borders that are wanting to destroy American safety, and that safety which you and I enjoyed growing up, which has been robbed of our children.
- 30:55It can be restored, but we have to enforce our laws.
- 31:00And the shift that President Trump is doing should not be a shocker, it should be something that we're like, finally.
- 31:06We we have these laws, we have this strategy, we just need to go forward and move on with it.
- 31:14So the main thing is when we don't have to fire a single shot in order to lose deterrence.
- 31:25We just need like we saw in the failed 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal, we just need to look disorganized.
- 31:33And our enemies ran all over us, and now we're paying the consequences for that.
- 31:39So let's talk about this, and that is the next topic is this axis of all these organ countries.
- 31:49I'm sorry, Russia, China, Iran, and Venezuela, these bad actors are coordinating when they smell this weakness, and we're starting to see more and more of China deepening its ties with Russia, Iran, and Venezuela.
- 32:05We see it in 2024 with in South China Sea with these Russia and China drills.
- 32:11We see it with Russia and Iran in the Gulf of Oman in 2024.
- 32:16Uh, we see it in Venezuela, where Russia, China, and Iran in 2022 have these joint exercises.
- 32:23This is happening again and again and again.
- 32:26And I'm just covering some of the highlights.
- 32:29There are many, many more.
- 32:31But when we act like there's no consequences, these countries which don't have America's best interests, that they want to harm America, they want to have America brought down in our way of life.
- 32:46Uh, they they look at us as uh a detestable country.
- 32:51Uh, then these are communist countries, talking uh Russia and China.
- 32:57The uh national security cannot continue to have these risks of allowing China to have a foreign naval port in Venezuela, to have intelligence collection platforms close to the U.S.
- 33:14homeland.
- 33:14We saw what happened during the Trump's 45th administration, where they were the Chinese consulate in Houston, Texas, it was compromised, and they they realized that uh and Trump kicked them out, said get out of there.
- 33:30Uh, they had a bunch of psychological operatives inciting riots all across the United States in a lot of these Democrat cities.
- 33:38That that should let you know something is uh when Chinese psychological operative agents are assisting in democratic cities with what Democrats baseline is supporting and all this um anarchy and violence, uh we we've got problems.
- 34:00Another topic for another time, but we cannot allow China to be moving into our home turf here in the Western Hemisphere.
- 34:10Uh, make that same comparison.
- 34:13But I wanted to add this, because I know a lot of you just like myself have friends you're up with that they they believe in uh different things, but they're still our friends.
- 34:25And we saw in 1962, uh, where Nikita Khrushchev, you know, he decided to move some nuclear missiles down into Cuba.
- 34:37And on the 22nd, uh President Kennedy, he announced what was going on, and he declared a naval blockade of Cuba, a complete naval blockade.
- 34:50It only took six days later for Nikita Khrushchev to agree to remove the missiles ending the immediate crisis.
- 34:59But I wonder what Democrats today, if you know, you know, we had Trump uh do a blockade of a country.
- 35:08What the Democrats and mainstream media would say about something like that, because it is a threat to America, and it has a potential, it had those nuclear weapons, had the potential of killing hundreds of thousands, if not millions, but that's what we faced over the last decade with the scourge of drugs.
- 35:31Uh so we have laws on the books, we have lawyers, uh, and those lawyers are doing their job.
- 35:38There are um a lot of people that are trying to make it seem like having law enforcement or having uh enforcement of our laws for the counter-narcotics efforts, as well as having National Guardsmen in some of these cities that there's some kind of illegalness, you know, those are illegal orders.
- 36:00Uh, but we haven't found that to be the case.
- 36:03Uh, I'm sure that would but it's just another lawfare try to attack for every single lawful thing that is going on, try to make it uh this headline to undermine the credibility of our national leaders.
- 36:19But um now let's talk about Trump's national security strategy, where he is talking about America first and the Western hemisphere first.
- 36:30He is placed clear priorities to secure the Western hemisphere, stop mass illegal migration, to crush the cartels power, to deny adversaries regional access into the Western hemisphere, and our national security is framed very clearly with two with our sovereignty and our economic strength.
- 36:51Those are tied in that national security strategy, which we talked about in the last week's show.
- 36:56Very important that we are sovereign and that we are strong.
- 37:00We can't have the one without the other.
- 37:03The strategic difference is Biden had diffused priorities.
- 37:09Trump's our focused enforcement zones.
- 37:13So this is why the Secretary of War is realigning as he just came out here this week, these global combatant commands, like European command, Africa, man, he's streamlining all these global combatant command headquarters into putting an emphasis on the Western hemisphere and less priorities on Europe, Africa, and Central Command.
- 37:41So we're gonna take a break.
- 37:42I don't want you to go away.
- 37:43We'll be right back more with some of our focus on consequences.
- 37:49So don't go away.

- 39:21Grow food, not fear.
- 39:29America wanted to get into some of these consequences when we talk about what the Trump administration has done so far in the first 11 months in office.
- 39:38We have a little over three more years for this to continue to build and accelerate of precision enforcement and deterrence.
- 39:46So when we have rules and those rules are enforced, behavior changes.
- 39:52And we're seeing that with these enforcement tools, such as the precision strikes that Trump has been doing against terrorist leaders and
- 40:00Iran and Yemen, I shouldn't say leaders, but against some of their vital assets and these narco-terror networks through the drug boat uh targeting and maritime enforcement with interdiction and seizures of uh this embargo to oil.
- 40:17Uh this is something that it's sending clear signals that we're not going to continue to allow this.
- 40:24And this has been going on for a long, long time, but we need to send the signals that there are more consequences.
- 40:30And just like you, I've seen all these there was some uh pompous guy uh saying he's some uh you know, how can we afford to have the Ford uh carrier battle group go down into uh South America?
- 40:48Well, he says, you know, won't we need something in the Eastern Mediterranean or in the Indo-Pacific?
- 40:57And and it's just that uh half truth, and you know, this is such hypocritical because if he read the national security strategy, like you all were able to listen to the episode last week and do the deep dive, that Secretary Egg Seth said he's not focusing on right now, Europe or Africa is the priority.
- 41:16Those are our economy of force.
- 41:18So if the Ford battle group and if the focus of effort now is the Western Hemisphere, he's very clear.
- 41:25He's shifting priorities to align with what he clearly put in his strategy.
- 41:30It's very clear.
- 41:31Uh so some of these people in the media who are saying things uh are just way off base.
- 41:39But back to Trump is bringing peace and preserving it because of consequences, uh making America safer, making our adversaries have to recalculate the risk.
- 41:56And hopefully they'll decide it's it's not worth it because that punishment is predictable.
- 42:01That's the signal that hopefully they're you know, re-gauging their gauges right now and realizing this it's just not worth it.
- 42:11You know, we're gonna need to go somewhere else.
- 42:15Uh and that's what we want.
- 42:16And not just to make somebody else's yard nastier or more toxic, but hopefully other countries will be emboldened by the United States and saying, hey, they just didn't put up with this.
- 42:26I want uh, you know, we'll do a program.
- 42:30Uh no, we won't, but uh one of inject uh there's a prime minister in uh Singapore, which used to be a totally different than it is today.
- 42:41And I want to make this aside very quickly that Prime Minister Yu, he when he wanted to make Singapore great, and he saw all this corruption.
- 42:54He had to slowly fight this corruption and turn the country around little by little.
- 42:59And thank God he did, uh, but he did it with a lot of risk, and now it is one of the cleanest, greenest, safest places in the world, most prosperous, because the leadership of one man in it obviously he had uh an administration, but we can enforce our own laws and live by a strategy that will make America great again.
- 43:29So let's talk about again two standards under the Biden administration, his rhetoric versus reality.
- 43:36He in 1989, then Senator Biden talked about this international strike force.
- 43:42So be going after drug lords at the source, but that's uh, you know, what he said then is definitely not what he did when he was the president, and that's what he wasn't alone as a senator in 1989 when he said that, but now he's uh the you look at the left, and they are really opposed to going after these these drug lords.
- 44:08Uh these drug lords are doing no good for the United States.
- 44:12If anybody says, hey, they're doing some good, send me an email, get in touch with me on Facebook messengers somehow, send me a DM and just let me know like, hey, these drug lords, this is what good they're doing to America.
- 44:26They're doing no good at all.
- 44:28And some people are siding with the drug lords.
- 44:32And just like they're they're trying to act like these illegal immigrants have rights to uh due process.
- 44:42They don't have any right.
- 44:44Um, I mean, if you're a guest in somebody's house, you don't have a right to be there, especially if that person says, get out of my house, or you should have never been in my house to begin with, you don't have a right of due process.
- 44:56That person says, go, you need to go.
- 44:59Uh, but it's again a lot of these half-truths, this uh, you know, twisting and distorting the facts.
- 45:09But I wanted to also talk about in the Biden administration, you know, where he's having this when you talk about some of the drugs and the rules that are good for thee but not for me, how the leniency and how that sends mixed signals of he said he would never pardon his son Hunter.
- 45:28But then right at the end, there on one December, you know, just a year ago, 2024, he pardoned Hunter for all federal crimes committed between a decade, January 1st, 2014, the one December 2024.
- 45:42Wow.
- 45:43I mean, President Biden, um, how do you really stand and enforce if you know you have this zero tolerance for other people?
- 45:55And I mean this guy was the author, literal author is Senator Joe Biden of the 1994 crime bill, also known as the violent crime and controlled law enforcement act of 1994, which assigned mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenses.
- 46:11And, you know, here you had Hunter Biden joined the Navy and then was administrative administratively separated because he had drugs in his system.
- 46:21Um, it's really unfortunate that not just what was going on with his family, but he applied that on a federal sense as well.
- 46:35I mean, there's him saying whether it's he himself that hey, I can't enforce the border or his border czar, Kamala, Kamala Harris, saying, you know, the border is secure.
- 46:48I mean, it's sending these distorted mixed signals that are not true.
- 46:54Again, maybe the border is secure in one single location, but to say make that statement is a blanket statement when what is going on is unprecedented invasion of millions and millions of people who are coming across our border, and then the mainstream media is trying to reinforce it.
- 47:12We need that.
- 47:13These are people that you know, we have to have because who's gonna do your gardening and your your housekeeping chores, like I mean, I don't know people that live like that, but uh usually look in the mirror.
- 47:27Um but anyway.
- 47:30It's ironic and rich, how many of the Democrats continually talk about no one's above the law, and they said during Trump's 45th administration at the end of it, how unethical it would be if if Trump issued pardons to the Trump family, but he didn't.
- 47:45And then but few of those Democrats objected when Biden issued an unprecedented number of pardons.
- 47:51I mean, literally the largest number of pardons ever.
- 47:55Um you didn't hear their objections at that time.
- 47:58So we're uh getting uh close on time, but the uh I want to go back to Venezuela.
- 48:08We are seeing this turn into not just another country that's done doing the bid the bidding of uh China, but now we see their China, there's a win-win relationship for both of them.
- 48:24They're getting oil, uh China's receiving the oil, and in exchange, they have this uh nice deep water port and access to the Western Hemisphere.
- 48:36They've been doing these combined multinational exercises like we've seen in 2022 in Venezuela with I mean, anytime you get together with Russia, Iran, and China in Venezuela, probably not a good thing.
- 48:53Um, and it didn't take them long.
- 48:55Um President Biden was in office just over a year, and when these games occurred in August, again, literally these uh joint multinational exercises a year after the Afghan withdrawal.
- 49:11Again, there's consequences for that failure that and that you know, we don't take accountability.
- 49:19They do a mission analysis, and they have Intel and operations teams that do these games where they have turns and they you know see you know what is likely to be the outcome, and and they realize that hey, we will set up a base in Venezuela and we will push from there cartels and terror financing and foreign military access into this port and have all this illegal activity to impact our adversary, America, without even firing a shot.
- 49:53Uh so this is very premeditated.
- 49:55It's not like Donald Trump's doing this because he hates Venezuela or he.
- 50:00Has no reasoning behind it.
- 50:02I do think that the administration can and likely will amplify the information about what Venezuela is doing a lot more.
- 50:14But the mainstream media isn't covering that.
- 50:16And you have to ask yourself, I wonder why.
- 50:19So these oil embargo violations, that's funding this regime's survival.
- 50:26And hopefully, you know, that's a mission as a former Marine Force Reconnaissance Platoon Commander where we would take down these ships.
- 50:38That just like we've seen the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Units uh reconnaissance elements went in and seized uh this Venezuela flagged uh oil tanker.
- 50:50Hopefully, there will be much more of those and provide not just a deterrent but a shutdown of embargoed oil out of Venezuela.
- 51:02We need to, you know, in my opinion, I mean, what what did Kennedy do?
- 51:07He did a blockade.
- 51:08Uh, what if Trump did a blockade of uh of Venezuela?
- 51:13You think the media would know they would never tolerate that.
- 51:17They think the members of Congress, but uh President Kennedy did.
- 51:21But this is a clear and present danger to the United States when we have this kind of drugs and the terror financing of those drugs and uh networks, cartels to they've been running all over America, unfortunately.
- 51:40So the Trump administration's response is having this pressure campaign where we enforce these sanctions, seize these assets, and hold people accountable.
- 51:51So the um enforcement is a tool which this administration is using to restore peace.
- 52:04And without in just saying you have this national security strategy, which we've had for so long, and not enforcing it, that was the key ingredient uh of America's national security compromise over the in the reason why it slowly drip drip dripped into America not being a safe country because we are losing our sovereignty, we're losing millions of jobs that Americans could have due to illegal immigration and uh unfairly competing in the workforce due to uh criminal networks, transcriminal networks coming over and deteriorating families with uh having these drugs and these uh sex trafficking going on in American neighborhoods all across America.
- 53:02One of the Marines I served with, who's in the FBI, uh been over there for long, long time.
- 53:10Uh, I asked him about this years ago, and I said, hey, how come uh you don't ever see evidence of uh you know this human trafficking?
- 53:20They always talk about human trafficking, but you never see it.
- 53:23He says, well, it does exist and it's rampant all across America.
- 53:29He goes, they keep these people in cages.
- 53:32Uh he's like, that's why you don't see it.
- 53:34And I was shocked to hear him say that.
- 53:36But this is going across this is going on all across America.
- 53:41And during the Biden administration, it just got out of control because there was a policy without enforcement, and that signals of permissiveness, like, hey, we can we can go do this.
- 53:53So we had massive job loss.
- 53:55We had massive inflation, so people are now at the threshold, the loss of their purchasing power.
- 54:01Now they're trying to blame that on Trump saying, well, uh, we can't afford as much for our Christmas gifts this year, which shows that you know inflation is drastically being reduced comparatively to year after year, especially during the Biden administration.
- 54:20But uh economics, a little bit different issue than this enforcement of national security strategy.
- 54:28But Trump is enforcing without any kind of apologies.
- 54:32And I do want to bring up this uh personal family uh matter that that relates to this because I do remember my mother uh talking about a situation that occurred to her when she was a young girl, and she said that this uh boy at their school had physically uh had some altercation with her, and um and put some hands on my mom.
- 55:05And so my mom had let her mom know this, and so my grandma told uh my uncle Jude, my mom's brother, she said, you go and punch that bully, this guy Tommy, you go and punch him in the face.
- 55:25And my mom said that her brother went and just smashed this guy Tommy right in the face, and uh, but the point is there was a clear consequence, and without that, this kid would probably think that he could either do that again to my mom or to other girls, but when somebody's sitting there, you know, with a black eye and a busted nose, they they get it real quick.
- 55:52That pain enforces the policy, and you can't just have the policy, you have to have the pain.
- 55:58So what these bad actors are now learning is that American borders matter, that when we have embargoes, that matters, that trafficking of whatever you're trying to bring in illegally into the United States that has consequences again, and hopefully, not just only in America, but you know, we have our own senses about us first, but the world and America are safer when America enforces its laws and it's more dangerous, as we saw in the last administration when we don't.
- 56:37And that's why we must have national security and we must have enforcement of that.
- 56:44National security isn't just one of the six specified comments in the Declaration of Independence to provide for a common defense, but it's because if we want to celebrate these freedoms which we have in America, and we enjoy one of which is our freedom to worship, and I wanted to wish each and every one of you a happy Hanukkah and a Merry Christmas, because by the time you tune in next week, we'll be celebrating or have celebrated Hanukkah and Christmas, but we need these to be retained through our national security.
- 57:18We need to be able to fight and defend our freedoms through our national security.
- 57:22So thank you for tuning in again, America, and look forward to bringing you another incredible episode next week.
- 57:30So you have a wonderful Hanukkah and happy or Merry Christmas, and we'll be saying happy new year very soon.
