- 0:17Speaker 1: an example of power.
- 0:19Speaker 2: They had to crush him.

- 0:49Speaker 2: I'm care. Here's to says do y. All right, we
- 0:52Speaker 2: are back this week and we're going to Texas. Good
- 0:55Speaker 2: old Tay host and forewarning you guys, this one is
- 0:59Speaker 2: a solved. Yes I did it to you again, I know.
- 1:04Speaker 2: You know what though, it's nice. It's good to have
- 1:06Speaker 2: a little mystery in your life.
- 1:07Speaker 3: All right, Yeah, that's all. Inviting me over to a
- 1:10Speaker 3: barbecue for a rabbi and you're like, yeah, I got
- 1:13Speaker 3: this some possible burgers.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Someone actually ordered thin slice steaks and stuff.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you got those thin slice steaks.
- 1:19Speaker 2: I accidentally, I accidentally ordered I ordered steaks because it
- 1:25Speaker 2: was you know, Labor day weekend or whatever, and I
- 1:27Speaker 2: was like, Okay, we're going to grow out some and everything. Well,
- 1:30Speaker 2: I accidentally ordered thin thin cut steaks. We haven't had
- 1:33Speaker 2: them yet because Walmart done screwed us over and I
- 1:37Speaker 2: ordered chicken thighs too, and they give us chicken thighs
- 1:40Speaker 2: that like had one day left, so we had to
- 1:42Speaker 2: move that up.
- 1:43Speaker 3: In the ar. What they're doing wherever they send that shit.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Out to delib Yeah, well they gave me my money
- 1:48Speaker 2: back for it because I was like, this is bullshit.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Let's get rid of all this expired ship.
- 1:52Speaker 2: They were going to ride it off anyway. So I
- 1:53Speaker 2: guess they're like, maybe they'll just accept it, but I
- 1:56Speaker 2: do not accept that. I refuse to accept that kind
- 1:59Speaker 2: of treatment anyway. So yeah, so it's uh, here we
- 2:05Speaker 2: are here, We are here.
- 2:08Speaker 3: We are in the closet about to eat that impossible
- 2:11Speaker 3: burger steak at the barbecue gun.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I have questions about the impossible meat. I don't. I'm
- 2:17Speaker 2: not sure if I'm on board that this is coming
- 2:19Speaker 2: from someone who was a former vegetarian for ten years,
- 2:23Speaker 2: dabbled in veganism, and I used to eat like morning
- 2:29Speaker 2: Star farms, but those were like black bean burgers, soy
- 2:33Speaker 2: birds it was made from. It wasn't lab grown meat,
- 2:38Speaker 2: which is very It's not right.
- 2:41Speaker 3: It's plant based meat. It's not lab grown.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I thought the impossible was lab grown meat.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I think it's plant based.
- 2:47Speaker 2: No, I think it's No.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I think you are wrong as usual.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure it's lab grown meat. Stewart.
- 2:54Speaker 3: No, they haven't progressed lab grown that far.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Okay, I'm not eating lab grown meat either. Okay, I'll
- 3:01Speaker 2: go back to not eating meat at all before I'm
- 3:02Speaker 2: eating lab browne meat.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Oh, beyond beyond is plant based? I think impossible is
- 3:08Speaker 3: plant based?
- 3:09Speaker 2: No, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure impossible is uh.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I was just looking my Phoneesa. So on our last
- 3:20Speaker 2: shoot the poop, we talked about if you guys haven't
- 3:22Speaker 2: watched that unknown number the high School Catfish. If you
- 3:27Speaker 2: haven't watched it, just skip through like the next minute
- 3:30Speaker 2: or two. Anyways, we were talking about it, but Seanda
- 3:32Speaker 2: sent me the thing because we were They have this
- 3:35Speaker 2: thing where she looks like a quasi moto.
- 3:39Speaker 3: And I don't think, goddamn rat, but.
- 3:42Speaker 2: We're making fun of her because she's ugly on the
- 3:44Speaker 2: outside and she's ugly on the inside and that's what
- 3:46Speaker 2: we'll say. Okay, So where it's okay to make fun
- 3:50Speaker 2: of her, of her looks impossible. Burger ingredients, oh, water, soy,
- 3:58Speaker 2: protein concentrate, cocone, at oil, some flower oil, natural flavors,
- 4:06Speaker 2: culture dextroster create its unique texture and meadia flavor. Okay, anyways, okay, fine,
- 4:15Speaker 2: then maybe it's not as bad as I thought. I
- 4:17Speaker 2: thought it was the lab grown meat. No, I'm okay.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I used to eat it.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I used to eat a tofurkey at Thanksgiving from Whole Food.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It's like, I'm they would make it stuffed and everything.
- 4:29Speaker 3: It was the tofurkey, and I'll let you do whatever
- 4:33Speaker 3: you wanted to do because.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Well, no, I wasn't one of those vegetans that make
- 4:37Speaker 2: everybody else be a vegetarian too.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Yeah, because I would just eat my steak and you're like, oh,
- 4:41Speaker 3: that looks good.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Now here I am. Anyway, So, speaking of shoot the
- 4:47Speaker 2: poo the what was I going to say? Oh, Patreon
- 4:53Speaker 2: dot com, thank you everybody. We do shoot the pooh
- 4:56Speaker 2: once a week. We're doing it on Fridays now kind
- 4:59Speaker 2: of we're trying on Fridays out maybe works out a
- 5:01Speaker 2: little bit better for us and then and then, uh,
- 5:08Speaker 2: I got distracted because there's we're in our closet, and
- 5:11Speaker 2: like our closet is like this place where everything got
- 5:15Speaker 2: shoved when we moved and then we never did anything
- 5:17Speaker 2: with it. And I found an old I found an
- 5:19Speaker 2: old weight Watchers congratulations milestone, and I've gotten distracted. I
- 5:27Speaker 2: don't know when last time I did weight Watchers it
- 5:30Speaker 2: was a five pound milestone.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Has it been since we've been together? Yes?
- 5:34Speaker 2: Oh, it's even got a little pin in it, like
- 5:36Speaker 2: a little key chain thing, like a token, like I'm
- 5:38Speaker 2: an alcoholic but for food. Anyways, I just got distracted
- 5:43Speaker 2: by that. So anyways, Patreon Dot shoot the Poo twenty
- 5:48Speaker 2: four you get the episodes twenty four hours early at free,
- 5:51Speaker 2: and then rate review, subscribe, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok I am
- 5:55Speaker 2: taking off on TikTok Stewart. The people love me, oh
- 5:58Speaker 2: are you?
- 5:59Speaker 3: Yeah? The love you content.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Yes. I even got invited to like that TikTok uh
- 6:05Speaker 2: creator program or whatever, Like I'm just making it over
- 6:08Speaker 2: there so.
- 6:09Speaker 3: We'll look at you go.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyways, I do a lot of recommendations. I post
- 6:13Speaker 2: them on Instagram, Facebook too, but everybody hates me over
- 6:15Speaker 2: theres well, because TikTok is like tikkook, so Instagram and
- 6:21Speaker 2: Facebook they push it out to mainly the people who
- 6:24Speaker 2: originally like actually follow you. TikTok gives you a chance
- 6:27Speaker 2: with everybody, so if their algorithm hits, they'll send it
- 6:30Speaker 2: out to them and they're like here, here, you like this,
- 6:33Speaker 2: and then you get ex you get new followers from that.
- 6:35Speaker 2: So I'm trying to build up the If everybody's wondering
- 6:37Speaker 2: why I'm doing the recommendations, well, one because I do
- 6:39Speaker 2: watch a lot of true crime, so I know I
- 6:42Speaker 2: watch a lot.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Of true crime and garbage.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yes, well I haven't been watching a lot of I
- 6:46Speaker 2: gotta catch up on the Real House with Orange County,
- 6:48Speaker 2: but I'm not gonna start up with it, Okay. Anyways,
- 6:51Speaker 2: I watch a lot of true crimes. I'm like, okay,
- 6:52Speaker 2: well I might as well recommend these things. And then two,
- 6:55Speaker 2: I'm trying to build up the ti the TikTok because
- 6:58Speaker 2: as I build up the TikTok, I can start trying
- 7:01Speaker 2: to get people to come listen to the podcast.
- 7:03Speaker 3: That way, we're not one of the people that buys
- 7:05Speaker 3: a bunch of reviews and listens.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yes, Stewart.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Well, they still bother me.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Yes, I know, it's bothers to do because when we first started,
- 7:13Speaker 2: there was some we started with the whole bunch of
- 7:16Speaker 2: other podcasts We're not gonna name any name, but there
- 7:19Speaker 2: was some that would buy reviews and follow listens and
- 7:22Speaker 2: stuff with that and boost their numbers and then they
- 7:25Speaker 2: would get written about in things.
- 7:27Speaker 3: That we get themselves in the top ten.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Yes, well no, not even top ten. It would just
- 7:32Speaker 2: in the top even if you I mean, we made
- 7:34Speaker 2: it to the top two hundred, which was really good
- 7:37Speaker 2: for us for being just this independent podcast we did.
- 7:39Speaker 2: We're in the top two hundred for a while, just
- 7:41Speaker 2: on us true crime of true crime. No, not all,
- 7:44Speaker 2: but anyway, but they get themselves, Yeah, you could boost
- 7:48Speaker 2: your numbers because I don't think they were aware that
- 7:50Speaker 2: that was happening back then, like Apple. I'm sure now
- 7:52Speaker 2: they've cracked on it. But now it doesn't matter because
- 7:55Speaker 2: every major network has ten true crime podcasts and they
- 7:59Speaker 2: have all the money and everything behind there. Anyways, that's us,
- 8:04Speaker 2: just that's behind the scenes.
- 8:10Speaker 3: And a half years off. We did.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Partially our fault. Partially we're just being bitchy cat. Yeah,
- 8:17Speaker 2: caddy bitches anyway. So all right, so that's it, and
- 8:22Speaker 2: let's go ahead and get into this is enough of
- 8:26Speaker 2: us talking. This is what you get with shoot the
- 8:30Speaker 2: poohs all this few minutes. So if you hated that,
- 8:33Speaker 2: don't join the Patreon and expect to get We do talk.
- 8:37Speaker 2: We do cover, Like we talked about the catfish one
- 8:41Speaker 2: last week, and we talked about the stalking Samantha. So
- 8:45Speaker 2: we usually watch a show and we talk about it
- 8:47Speaker 2: and then we gotta just do jibber jabber.
- 8:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 8:50Speaker 2: So with that said, let's go ahead and get into
- 8:54Speaker 2: this week's episode. Out of mid Lothian, Texas to the
- 8:58Speaker 2: Cement capital of Texas. It was just Texas. Yeah, okay,
- 9:05Speaker 2: the world would be hard. That would be a difficult thing,
- 9:09Speaker 2: all right. So Terry Leanne Missy Beavers, so she went
- 9:12Speaker 2: by Missy. We're trying to get to this without stewmaking
- 9:16Speaker 2: some comment because it's the last name Beavers and he's
- 9:19Speaker 2: a freaking immature, lible ass hat. So Terry Leanne, Missy
- 9:26Speaker 2: Beaver's nay Strickland was born on August ninth, nineteen seventy
- 9:29Speaker 2: in Graham, Texas. She married Brandon Beaver's in nineteen ninety eight.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Now she was a dedicated mother to her three daughters
- 9:37Speaker 2: and was actively involved in her local church community. Now
- 9:41Speaker 2: Missy she led fitness classes at Creekside Church in mid Lothian, Texas,
- 9:46Speaker 2: where she was well liked and respected. Her vibrant personality
- 9:50Speaker 2: and commitment to helping others made her a significant figure
- 9:53Speaker 2: in the lives of many people in mid Lothian and.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Lothian.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Midd that's a hard one. Mid Lothian, Okay, stupid town. Anyways,
- 10:06Speaker 2: Missy was jack dude, Missy had been she worked.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Out, Yeah, like she I don't know if she was
- 10:11Speaker 3: taking some powder, is there anything else or just well
- 10:14Speaker 3: why do you say that? What?
- 10:16Speaker 2: Why would you even say that?
- 10:17Speaker 3: Have she taken protein powders?
- 10:19Speaker 2: No, you were talking about powders like steroids.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Oh, she could have been taken some juice.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Well, I'm sure she was taking protein powders. To what
- 10:26Speaker 2: everybody takes protein powder? You drink protein powder? Yes, But
- 10:29Speaker 2: let me give you a PSA for everybody. We have
- 10:32Speaker 2: come down so hard on this freaking protein powder. Everybody's
- 10:36Speaker 2: worried about protein, protein, protein protein. You know she should
- 10:39Speaker 2: be worried about is fiber fiber fiber fiber. So for
- 10:42Speaker 2: all the there's been an increase in what is it
- 10:44Speaker 2: COO rectal cancers because all of these young people focus
- 10:49Speaker 2: so much on protein. And I mean I've been I'll
- 10:52Speaker 2: admit the last because speaking of weight watchers, used to
- 10:55Speaker 2: get your points reduced because you used to log protein, fat,
- 11:01Speaker 2: and fiber, and the more fiber it had it would
- 11:04Speaker 2: help lower the points down because they knew how important
- 11:06Speaker 2: fiber was. Well, we've lost sight of how important fiber is, Stewart.
- 11:10Speaker 2: So I've been taking my fiber again, trying to get
- 11:12Speaker 2: that in making sure the kids get lots of which
- 11:14Speaker 2: I do. We always focused on the kids getting fiber,
- 11:17Speaker 2: but I mean it's always like it's just like protein
- 11:19Speaker 2: these days, they just all they care about is protein.
- 11:21Speaker 2: But we need to have a balanced diet. We can't
- 11:25Speaker 2: just be eating protein all the time. So that's your
- 11:28Speaker 2: The more you know, the more you grow moment.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Thank you all right. On April seventeenth, twenty sixteen, Missy
- 11:37Speaker 3: posted a mess brothers is it now now he's going
- 11:42Speaker 3: to be getting all kinds of cards?
- 11:43Speaker 2: Yes, I'm sure he will.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Messy posted a message on the workout group of the
- 11:50Speaker 3: Facebook if you've heard of that Carol saying that there
- 11:52Speaker 3: would be no excuses for not showing up in the
- 11:55Speaker 3: morning for a workout. But the problem was that it
- 11:59Speaker 3: was but they were going to move the the workout
- 12:03Speaker 3: to the indoors in the inside the church.
- 12:05Speaker 2: I already was a little upset with Missy about this,
- 12:07Speaker 2: because if I was in a work it was with like,
- 12:09Speaker 2: oh thank god, it's raining classes canceled in the morning.
- 12:12Speaker 3: But she's like, no excuses, no excuses, must have been
- 12:15Speaker 3: one of them. She like pre CrossFit cult thing.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Oh well, this would be right in the midst of CrossFit.
- 12:23Speaker 2: This is the height of CrossFit was twenty sixteen. I
- 12:26Speaker 2: believe this is like this is you were in it,
- 12:29Speaker 2: like you didn't do anything else. You went to CrossFit,
- 12:31Speaker 2: You married someone that went to CrossFit, you had CrossFit babies.
- 12:35Speaker 2: You talked about it only eight protein. They're the people
- 12:38Speaker 2: to blame for the Colorector.
- 12:40Speaker 3: People cross came over to barbecues from your CrossFit group.
- 12:44Speaker 2: You were only allowed to hang out with people that CrossFit.
- 12:46Speaker 2: You could not hang out with outsiders. It was a
- 12:49Speaker 2: cult for sure.
- 12:50Speaker 3: On April eighteenth, Missy got up at her normal time,
- 12:53Speaker 3: which was around three am, Kara to start preparing to
- 12:57Speaker 3: head to her workout class. Typically her class what have
- 13:00Speaker 3: around twelve to fifteen people. She would head up to
- 13:03Speaker 3: Creekside Church and arrive at around four fifteen am.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Well that's a decent sized class from in Lothian, Texas
- 13:09Speaker 2: for you to get them out there at that yes daytime,
- 13:12Speaker 2: like five am I think was the class.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that's insane that that many people would get
- 13:17Speaker 3: up and do that, because to be there at five
- 13:20Speaker 3: you still got to get up probably at the same
- 13:22Speaker 3: time Missy's getting up at about three. What now, you
- 13:25Speaker 3: don't some people might. Some people just roll out of
- 13:27Speaker 3: bed and throw one. Well that's me.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I literally can roll it a bed at like like
- 13:32Speaker 2: fifteen minutes four and like be at work. It's uh
- 13:37Speaker 2: And that's like getting right. I don't look great, but
- 13:39Speaker 2: you know, doesn't matter. They pay me the same either way,
- 13:42Speaker 2: whichever way I.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Look exactly now, MESSI would normally be setting up out
- 13:47Speaker 3: in the parking lot for the class, but due to
- 13:49Speaker 3: the weather, it would now be held indoors. So Missy
- 13:52Speaker 3: enters through one of the main interests interests. What would
- 13:56Speaker 3: I say, what was that word.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I just used main entrances, the main entrance, That's not
- 14:01Speaker 2: what I said, under a car port because she was
- 14:04Speaker 2: carrying the fitness equipment. Now, the class was set to
- 14:07Speaker 2: begin at five am, so whenever the first people started arriving,
- 14:11Speaker 2: they walk into the room. And this is when they
- 14:14Speaker 2: are shocked. Because keep in mind, guys, they've just woken up.
- 14:17Speaker 2: They're going to picture this, okay, like Mickey Mouse picture this. Anyways,
- 14:24Speaker 2: they walk into this church, I mean the church is
- 14:26Speaker 2: supposed to be a safe space and everything.
- 14:30Speaker 3: And for well, a sanctuary, I mean we.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Could go into as a church's safe space steward. I
- 14:38Speaker 2: have many a stories for my youth. Yes, but these
- 14:43Speaker 2: people were trusting. So they walk in here and they
- 14:46Speaker 2: go into the room and they find Missy lying in
- 14:48Speaker 2: a pool of blood like that's absolutely insane. So they
- 14:52Speaker 2: immediately run out and call nine one one. As officers
- 14:54Speaker 2: and paramedics arrived, they find Missy unresponsive and now she
- 15:00Speaker 2: was pronounced dead at the scene. At the crime scene,
- 15:02Speaker 2: there was a lot of broken glass on the floor,
- 15:04Speaker 2: and an autopsy would later reveal that Missy had been
- 15:07Speaker 2: beaten severely with an item that caused puncture wounds to
- 15:10Speaker 2: her head and chest, and this was supposedly the cause
- 15:14Speaker 2: of death. Now, I'm gonna give you a little controversies
- 15:16Speaker 2: to about this.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Give it to any So you know.
- 15:18Speaker 2: How they keep a lot of things under wraps with
- 15:21Speaker 2: a case because they don't want to tell the public.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Yes, because only the true perpetrator would be able to
- 15:27Speaker 3: tell them such things.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Well, apparently in mid Lothian, Texas that year, only one
- 15:31Speaker 2: person died and it was it was noted on the
- 15:35Speaker 2: corner's report that they died by gunshot. So Missy was
- 15:41Speaker 2: the only person that died. You know, the records it
- 15:44Speaker 2: says by a gun, but the police released that it
- 15:47Speaker 2: was puncture puncture wounds.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Well, bullets do puncture, yes, so there.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I think they're trying to get around that. But a
- 15:54Speaker 2: lot of people have been comparing They say, Okay, only
- 15:56Speaker 2: one person died and she was the only person that died,
- 15:58Speaker 2: so it's got to be these puncture wounds. Is actually
- 16:02Speaker 2: a gun, so they you know. Anyways, so I just
- 16:05Speaker 2: wanted to throw that.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Into the case.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Yeah, so please quickly search the building, but are unable
- 16:12Speaker 2: to find anybody else inside. They do find that whoever
- 16:16Speaker 2: else entered the building did so from the back door
- 16:18Speaker 2: of the church. There was like a prep kitchen entry
- 16:22Speaker 2: like out out the backside of the church. Now, unfortunately,
- 16:27Speaker 2: the outside surveillance surveillance cameras on the back side of
- 16:30Speaker 2: the church were not working that day for unknown reasons,
- 16:33Speaker 2: but it was apparently common for some of the cameras
- 16:36Speaker 2: not to be working. I mean this is a church.
- 16:37Speaker 2: I mean they're not going to have It's not Walmart.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Yeah. I would be on top of things whatever the
- 16:42Speaker 3: cameras go down.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, they're not expecting anything bad to happen.
- 16:46Speaker 2: It's amazing they had any cameras at all. I guess
- 16:48Speaker 2: just to keep in case someone did something, Probably more
- 16:51Speaker 2: to keep vandalism or something.
- 16:54Speaker 1: You know.
- 16:54Speaker 3: You think the the perp knew that those back cameras
- 16:57Speaker 3: were out.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I don't know, because based on what we're going to
- 17:01Speaker 2: talk about, they didn't care about getting caught on camera.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Well, so I don't know how they showed up.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Yeah, well we'll get into that, we will, Okay. So
- 17:11Speaker 2: there were additional cameras working around the church, including the
- 17:14Speaker 2: inside which shows the person who killed Missy. The person
- 17:17Speaker 2: walks in wearing full tactical gear that has the has
- 17:21Speaker 2: police printed on the back of the vest. They were
- 17:24Speaker 2: we say, full tactical gear, like head to toe like
- 17:28Speaker 2: swat gear, almost full black.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Everything's covered. Yeah, everything's covered. You can't see race, gender, anything, like,
- 17:39Speaker 2: you can't tell anything about this person anyway, so you
- 17:44Speaker 2: can see. So one thing that was noticeable about the
- 17:47Speaker 2: person is that they have kind of a weird gait,
- 17:49Speaker 2: almost like an injury to one of their legs, to
- 17:51Speaker 2: the right leg, like the person turned their foot kind of.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Yeah. It turns out when they're walking and you.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Can see the person walking down the hall and looking
- 18:00Speaker 2: into the rooms like they were kind of methodically going
- 18:03Speaker 2: around because the person arrived like earlier than way earlier
- 18:09Speaker 2: than Missy. So the person was also carrying a hammer
- 18:12Speaker 2: or crowbar, which that's where some people say, oh, that's
- 18:15Speaker 2: where the puncture wounds were from. But then we have
- 18:17Speaker 2: that report about someone dying via gun. Immediately investigators notice
- 18:23Speaker 2: how comfortable the person is walking around the church. It's
- 18:27Speaker 2: as if they know no one is going to show
- 18:28Speaker 2: up and catch them. They're just nonchalant, methodically looking through
- 18:32Speaker 2: all these rooms. No, there's no rush, there's no looking around.
- 18:37Speaker 2: They feel pretty comfortable. That they're going to be there
- 18:39Speaker 2: by themselves. So it also seems that they maybe are
- 18:42Speaker 2: familiar with the schedule of the church, who's in and
- 18:45Speaker 2: out of there, and if you know anybody's coming or
- 18:47Speaker 2: anything like that.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Well, they must not know about CrossFit showing up.
- 18:50Speaker 2: They well, there's questions is was this a hit or
- 18:54Speaker 2: was this it? Because they don't know what they're looking for.
- 18:56Speaker 2: There's nothing to take. They're going through in all these rooms.
- 18:59Speaker 2: They're open up all these rooms, but they're not there's
- 19:01Speaker 2: nothing to take.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Well, the church doesn't have a lot of things to
- 19:05Speaker 3: take this person, so what is this person? No, it
- 19:08Speaker 3: seemed okay, Well, there are electronics they might find or
- 19:11Speaker 3: some kind of sound equipment.
- 19:13Speaker 2: They think that this was an intentional that they were
- 19:18Speaker 2: like trying to get Missy, is what. Okay? So they
- 19:23Speaker 2: do find out that the person was con on camera
- 19:25Speaker 2: arriving at the church at three fifty am, not the
- 19:27Speaker 2: outside ones, but just coming in through the door. And
- 19:30Speaker 2: this was about twenty five minutes before Missy arrived. So
- 19:33Speaker 2: it seems like they did know that someone that she
- 19:37Speaker 2: was coming, but maybe at that time they weren't worried
- 19:40Speaker 2: about it. I don't know. It's very odd. They don't
- 19:42Speaker 2: know this why it's unsolved, stew It's it's we already
- 19:47Speaker 2: talked about that, stew Yeah, you already mentioned it. You
- 19:51Speaker 2: talked about the impossible meat, and then we talked about
- 19:53Speaker 2: me being a vegetarian, and then we got into the
- 19:54Speaker 2: wait watchers.
- 19:56Speaker 3: I'm sitting around here with you. Okay, Hi Stuart, nice
- 19:58Speaker 3: to meet you. Sarcasm.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Oh sure, it is late, all right, it.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Is not late. When looking at the crime scene, investigators
- 20:07Speaker 3: initially thought this was a potential burglary gone wrong and
- 20:11Speaker 3: that Missy just happened upon it and then was murdered
- 20:15Speaker 3: because the suspect was not expecting someone to be there. However,
- 20:19Speaker 3: there's nothing taken from the church and nothing taken from Missy.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Her wedding ring, her jewelry, everything is still there. They
- 20:26Speaker 3: did not take any of her personal belongings or her vehicle, nothing.
- 20:32Speaker 3: So now police are looking at it as if this
- 20:35Speaker 3: was a targeted attack on Missy rather than.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Just a burglary gone wrong, because obviously there's nothing to take.
- 20:43Speaker 2: That's the thing. There was nothing to take and they
- 20:45Speaker 2: didn't take anything from her, So I don't know. If
- 20:49Speaker 2: you watch the video, the person's like checking all the
- 20:52Speaker 2: rooms and I don't know if they're looking for her
- 20:57Speaker 2: or something. They didn't. Apparently there is additional footage of
- 21:04Speaker 2: how Missy and the person come together or whatever, but
- 21:09Speaker 2: they have not released that. I'm at this point, I'm like, fuck,
- 21:11Speaker 2: you guys, need to just release everything, because at this
- 21:13Speaker 2: point you're never going to fucking solve it.
- 21:15Speaker 3: It's god dang freaking ten years later. Now. The reason
- 21:18Speaker 3: that they're wondering if this was somebody was waiting on
- 21:21Speaker 3: her is because she did post to her class online,
- 21:24Speaker 3: which is a public forum, stating in a comment that
- 21:27Speaker 3: she needs to get to bed because she has to
- 21:29Speaker 3: be up at three thirty am to get ready for
- 21:32Speaker 3: the class. So somebody that was stalking Missy or going
- 21:37Speaker 3: to kill her, she just gave them her itinerary.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Yeah, her time that she's going to get up. So
- 21:43Speaker 2: then you could assume that they're like, Okay, well she's
- 21:45Speaker 2: getting up at three thirty. Class starts at five, and
- 21:48Speaker 2: maybe they've watched her before and seen what time she arrives,
- 21:51Speaker 2: Like they could have been watching and new she got
- 21:52Speaker 2: there around four fifteen. Even like if this is a
- 21:54Speaker 2: weekly class, then they're going.
- 21:56Speaker 3: To know that, so they're going to show up and
- 21:58Speaker 3: they know it's going to be indoors, so they know
- 22:00Speaker 3: that to be indoors.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Yeah, because normally they would she wouldn't even go in
- 22:03Speaker 2: the church. Normally they go and there's a little side
- 22:05Speaker 2: parking lot and she would just set up right there.
- 22:07Speaker 2: But this time, you know she's going.
- 22:08Speaker 3: In when police are looking at the crime, saying, there's
- 22:11Speaker 3: a lot of glass all around. So the person that
- 22:14Speaker 3: committed the crime was actually going around and just sporadically
- 22:17Speaker 3: breaking some windows. But it did not look like they
- 22:20Speaker 3: were doing damage to destroy the building. It looked more
- 22:23Speaker 3: possibly like they were staging a crime, saying to throw
- 22:26Speaker 3: the police off, is why they were smashing all those
- 22:29Speaker 3: class Yeah.
- 22:30Speaker 2: It wasn't coming in and just doing as much damage
- 22:32Speaker 2: as possible. It was just kind of like, Okay, I'm
- 22:33Speaker 2: going to break this window here. Okay, I'll just break
- 22:35Speaker 2: this window here. There was no no like I'm going
- 22:38Speaker 2: to just destroy this because I hate this church and
- 22:40Speaker 2: I want them to have to deal with the budget damage. Now,
- 22:44Speaker 2: as they continued to look at the video footage of
- 22:46Speaker 2: the person who attacked Missy, they were starting to wonder
- 22:48Speaker 2: if possibly it could be a woman's dude.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Now, there was something about the way that this person
- 22:54Speaker 2: stopped at one point that almost looked like a relaxed
- 22:57Speaker 2: position that a female would take. It was like when stopped,
- 23:00Speaker 2: like men, I feel like like when.
- 23:02Speaker 3: STU stops, the man spread yes, and.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Like whenever I stopped, I kind of like lean on
- 23:08Speaker 2: one hip, you know, and so and I kind of
- 23:10Speaker 2: bring my other foot in and I whenever they paused
- 23:13Speaker 2: it there, I was like, you know what, it does
- 23:15Speaker 2: kind of look like how a female would kind of
- 23:17Speaker 2: stop and shift.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Her Wait till the big guy with a bad hip, Well.
- 23:22Speaker 2: It was the right leg he was. I believe it
- 23:24Speaker 2: was the right leg that I believe the person leaned
- 23:27Speaker 2: on the left side, so they would have been taken
- 23:29Speaker 2: a weight off of the right side. So maybe that's it. Anyways,
- 23:35Speaker 2: so they're wondering if possibly the tactical gear was to
- 23:38Speaker 2: cover up the ginger and make it look more masculine,
- 23:41Speaker 2: but they're not sure because the height of the person
- 23:43Speaker 2: was somewhere between five six and five nine from what
- 23:46Speaker 2: they could tell from the video footage, and apparently it
- 23:48Speaker 2: took forever for them to get them even the height
- 23:51Speaker 2: even though the person was standing next to a fucking
- 23:53Speaker 2: doors in the in the church.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Like evidently he met up with his victim, who they
- 23:58Speaker 3: knew how tall she was.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Well, yeah, but he also was standing next to the
- 24:02Speaker 2: doors in the church. They know how tall they are.
- 24:04Speaker 2: They know that they can do all the measurements for
- 24:06Speaker 2: the angle of the pot, the video and everything, and
- 24:09Speaker 2: it took forever for them to come up with five
- 24:10Speaker 2: six and five nine between those two heights. Anyways, when
- 24:14Speaker 2: looking at the persons, so five six to five nine
- 24:16Speaker 2: is on the would be on the shorter side for
- 24:20Speaker 2: a mail or would be on the Wow. Well, you
- 24:27Speaker 2: know I was. I went up to the other office
- 24:31Speaker 2: the other day on Friday or whatever, and there's this lady.
- 24:33Speaker 2: You know, I'm like pretty, I'm not tall. I'm five three,
- 24:37Speaker 2: five four somewhere in there. So I'm used to either
- 24:40Speaker 2: being the same height as people or people being taller
- 24:44Speaker 2: than me, and you know, if someone is shorter than me,
- 24:47Speaker 2: it's usually like very little. Well there this one lady. Yes,
- 24:51Speaker 2: but it was just so funny. I spent a lot
- 24:53Speaker 2: of time on my way driving back from the office
- 24:55Speaker 2: because there's this lady there that I went to go
- 24:57Speaker 2: get the the what I needed from. And she's like
- 25:01Speaker 2: pretty short, She's probably like five feet tall or whatever.
- 25:05Speaker 2: And I just felt like a giant, you know. And
- 25:08Speaker 2: I never had really contemplated, but the whole time driving home,
- 25:13Speaker 2: I was like, man, there's this one guy that works
- 25:15Speaker 2: in our group. Now he's real tall, the one from
- 25:17Speaker 2: the Springs. Uh, he's real tall or whatever. And I
- 25:20Speaker 2: just was sitting in my car the whole way back thinking, Wow,
- 25:23Speaker 2: I just felt like really giant. I'm like, is that
- 25:25Speaker 2: how everybody else.
- 25:26Speaker 3: In the world fills with when they're around you?
- 25:30Speaker 2: And I'm not even that short. I'm just but I'm
- 25:32Speaker 2: just saying like it just threw me off. I'm like, wow,
- 25:35Speaker 2: I just feel what is that world perspective? Just to
- 25:38Speaker 2: be towering over everybody?
- 25:40Speaker 3: You know?
- 25:41Speaker 2: Anyways, these are the thoughts I had, all right. So
- 25:46Speaker 2: when looking at the person's clothing, there was no signs
- 25:49Speaker 2: of rain or like a sheene on the helmet that
- 25:51Speaker 2: they were wearing, and there was no mud on their shoes.
- 25:53Speaker 2: So they're wondering where this person could apart to avoid
- 25:57Speaker 2: being in the rain and be able to get away
- 25:59Speaker 2: quickly without being detected, because again, it was raining outside
- 26:03Speaker 2: but again some of the outside cameras were broken, so
- 26:05Speaker 2: they could not catch the person's vehicle on camera. But
- 26:08Speaker 2: they would have had to part close enough to be
- 26:10Speaker 2: able to leave the church without being detected in full
- 26:12Speaker 2: swat gear. Because that's kind of fucking weird, and you
- 26:14Speaker 2: have to be kind of brazen because you do know
- 26:17Speaker 2: other people are going to show up to this class
- 26:18Speaker 2: and you don't know what time. Maybe someone comes in
- 26:20Speaker 2: early and helps Missy, you know, set up, so they
- 26:24Speaker 2: would have to get in like kill her, and then
- 26:26Speaker 2: get out real fast. Now, speaking of the swat gear,
- 26:30Speaker 2: while initially you would think it might be someone with
- 26:32Speaker 2: law enforcement connections, this type of clothing can be purchased
- 26:35Speaker 2: online by just about anyone these days. So this is
- 26:38Speaker 2: not this is not something you only get if you're
- 26:42Speaker 2: in law enforcement.
- 26:43Speaker 3: No, you can, Yeah, you can buy a body arm,
- 26:46Speaker 3: or you can do all kinds of stuff online these days.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Investigators start looking at camera footage from around the area,
- 26:52Speaker 3: and the closest business they find is a gun store.
- 26:56Speaker 3: It's about a half mile away. They did have a
- 26:58Speaker 3: video footage of a person making circles in their pocket
- 27:02Speaker 3: parking lot, and the hours leading up to Missy's murder.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Police found this strange and noted down the make and
- 27:10Speaker 3: model of that vehicle. It was a twenty ten to
- 27:14Speaker 3: twenty twelve white Nissan Ultima, and police released an image
- 27:19Speaker 3: of the vehicle to the public in hopes that they
- 27:21Speaker 3: would come forward with a suspect.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Yeah, they couldn't get the license plate, numb or anything
- 27:26Speaker 2: like that. But that is odd behavior, you know.
- 27:30Speaker 3: Yeah, but they didn't even release the footage. They just
- 27:33Speaker 3: released a still photo. There was like a big bumper
- 27:36Speaker 3: sticker on there that would have been unique to the car.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Well, I don't even know what these mid Lothian police
- 27:43Speaker 2: think they're trying to do these days. Just let it
- 27:46Speaker 2: all go. It's like that one we covered where the
- 27:49Speaker 2: woman disappeared from the hair salon. Yeah, oh no, not
- 27:54Speaker 2: that one. Shoot, that's not They found her, remember the Yes,
- 28:00Speaker 2: but there was additional They found her body, so she
- 28:03Speaker 2: wasn't a missing person. But they have additional information but
- 28:07Speaker 2: they haven't released yet. And it's like, okay, we're it's
- 28:09Speaker 2: been a long time.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Just let it.
- 28:11Speaker 2: The guy who probably did it, which is the husband,
- 28:13Speaker 2: is now dead, so let's just release all the information
- 28:15Speaker 2: and see if we can figure this out and the police,
- 28:18Speaker 2: anybody in law. Fircement was like, you're a dumbass. Care
- 28:20Speaker 2: that's not how this worked.
- 28:21Speaker 3: That's not how any of this works.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Okay, So police begin looking into who the likely suspect
- 28:28Speaker 2: would be, and of course they're going to look at
- 28:30Speaker 2: Missy's husband, Brandon. However, it was clear that he did
- 28:33Speaker 2: not do this because he was eight hours away on
- 28:35Speaker 2: a fishing trip and was offshore with twelve other men
- 28:38Speaker 2: at the time of the murder.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Doing god knows what sounds a little pishi.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Brandon was very open with the investigators from the beginning
- 28:45Speaker 2: and tried to assist as much as possible. Now, of course,
- 28:48Speaker 2: there were some people that had issues with how he
- 28:51Speaker 2: behaved after the murder, but professionals and stuff with that
- 28:55Speaker 2: were said they didn't believe anything stood out as weird
- 28:57Speaker 2: or unusual behavior.
- 28:59Speaker 3: So who were these people? The people on the chatboards commenting, yes,
- 29:04Speaker 3: of course.
- 29:04Speaker 2: It's small town. Everybody's going to talk me like he didn't.
- 29:07Speaker 3: Look right, he had somebody do it.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I mean he could have had somebody do it.
- 29:11Speaker 3: They could well.
- 29:12Speaker 2: When police ask Brandon why someone might want to hurt Missy,
- 29:14Speaker 2: he told them all he could only think of was
- 29:17Speaker 2: all he could think of was jealousy. He said, she
- 29:19Speaker 2: went from a typical mom body to a fitness enthusiast
- 29:23Speaker 2: who looked like someone that would be on a magazine
- 29:25Speaker 2: for fitness.
- 29:27Speaker 3: She was buff.
- 29:28Speaker 2: She was buff. Yes, so she had embraced this new
- 29:33Speaker 2: like lifestyle of she probably got into crossfits.
- 29:37Speaker 3: It's quite possible they are healthy and fit.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Well, yes, I'm not. I mean they're they're much better
- 29:44Speaker 2: off than I. I'm just saying it was a cult
- 29:47Speaker 2: there for a while. And if anybody I think we're
- 29:49Speaker 2: on the other side of it now, you can probably admit. Yeah,
- 29:51Speaker 2: I was in a cult. Okay, I was in that
- 29:54Speaker 2: weight watcher's cult.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 2: They sent me a token to identify each other. Keep
- 30:01Speaker 2: trying to.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Keep you in there, yes, little uh what do they
- 30:05Speaker 3: call that? Chips? To keep you in there?
- 30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, STU, help me lose weight. No jokes on you bitches.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Didn't work that.
- 30:15Speaker 3: He gave you all my money. Now. Look, when looking
- 30:20Speaker 3: into Missy's communications leading up to her murder, they found
- 30:23Speaker 3: that she had.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Some flirtatious STU. Can you not read well?
- 30:30Speaker 3: The sentence is fragmented. You're fragmented into my English when
- 30:36Speaker 3: I remember from an English class. Yeah, she had some
- 30:38Speaker 3: communications that some people would call flirtatious and familiar text
- 30:43Speaker 3: with another man, but they never were released who that
- 30:46Speaker 3: man was or named him as a suspect. Also prior
- 30:50Speaker 3: to her murder, about three days before, a friend said
- 30:53Speaker 3: to police that Missy began receiving strange messages on LinkedIn.
- 30:58Speaker 3: Police try to find that message on LinkedIn, but they
- 31:02Speaker 3: were unable to locate it. So it was another dead end.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Which is weird to be messaging someone on LinkedIn? I mean,
- 31:10Speaker 2: anyways just LinkedIn to do come on.
- 31:15Speaker 3: LinkedIn, people get all these apps to do all kinds
- 31:17Speaker 3: of weird communications.
- 31:19Speaker 2: I know, I just feel like that's she had Facebook.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Well, that'd be the first place somebody would look if
- 31:24Speaker 3: they were going to.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Say, They're like, we're going to do a weird thing
- 31:27Speaker 2: on LinkedIn or whatever app Well. So there are questions
- 31:31Speaker 2: as to whether Brandt, the husband, and Missy were having problems.
- 31:36Speaker 2: There were rumors about financial problems, possibly apparently stepping out
- 31:41Speaker 2: the marriage could have been a possibility, but he still
- 31:44Speaker 2: wasn't anywhere around to do this. Now, while investigators looking
- 31:47Speaker 2: into Missy's murder, they receive a tip from a dry
- 31:50Speaker 2: cleaner in town. Now, the dry cleaner says that Missy's
- 31:54Speaker 2: father in Lawstu, brought in some items that had blood
- 31:57Speaker 2: on it to be cleaned just a few days after
- 31:59Speaker 2: the murder.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Guilty you stop it.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Police bring in the father in law and he tells
- 32:04Speaker 2: them that there was a fight with their thirteen year
- 32:06Speaker 2: old chihuahua and the dog was bleeding, so he carries
- 32:10Speaker 2: him to the vet and gets blood all over him.
- 32:12Speaker 2: So this brings a whole new suspicion on the father
- 32:15Speaker 2: in law. So he has to come out and do
- 32:17Speaker 2: a press conference with his son and be like, I didn't.
- 32:20Speaker 3: The drag lanners call the cops. The cops sees the shirt.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Yes, it's a whole you know, clue who done it?
- 32:26Speaker 2: You know? Hm. Anyway, so investigators do obtain that shirt
- 32:30Speaker 2: and we're able to test it and found that the
- 32:31Speaker 2: blood did belong to a dog. So this was again
- 32:34Speaker 2: a tip that went nowhere. It really was tensions were
- 32:38Speaker 2: high and the chihuahua could feel it, didn't they got it.
- 32:40Speaker 3: I think he was attacked by the other daughter's dog,
- 32:42Speaker 3: is what it was.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Oh, that's who it was.
- 32:45Speaker 3: I think, Yeah, I think they got into a fight,
- 32:47Speaker 3: and the other daughter's dog was somewhat larger than Old
- 32:51Speaker 3: Pippy the chihuah war or whatever it is.
- 32:54Speaker 2: I'm telling you what, of all the dogs, I'm not
- 32:58Speaker 2: sure I wanted chiha.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Wa a roll over and just wet themselves.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Yes, it's like them and weenie dogs. I'm just not sure.
- 33:04Speaker 3: They just piss all the time. They just get all excited,
- 33:07Speaker 3: you know.
- 33:08Speaker 2: And maybe I've had a bad experience, but it seems
- 33:09Speaker 2: like our neighbors when I was growing up, all they
- 33:11Speaker 2: had was weenie dogs and every single one was exactly
- 33:14Speaker 2: the same. And then my brother's girlfriend whenever he was
- 33:17Speaker 2: in high school, they had Chihuahuahs and every single one
- 33:20Speaker 2: of them was the same.
- 33:21Speaker 3: So well, Roscoe seemed to get all excited and just
- 33:24Speaker 3: piss himself too.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Yeah, he wasn't all the time, though, but it did happen.
- 33:31Speaker 3: It did.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Yes, Yes, we're going to talking about dogs. We've already
- 33:35Speaker 2: made the weenie dog faction. In the Chihuahuah faction. Mad
- 33:39Speaker 2: today added to the list.
- 33:42Speaker 3: There you go. With little to nothing to go on
- 33:45Speaker 3: in terms of forensic evidence, police focus back on the
- 33:48Speaker 3: video evidence and how the person walks. They brought in
- 33:52Speaker 3: a forensic pediatrist.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Yes, that's a job, do you get for them? He's
- 33:57Speaker 2: the one that spilled the tea, though that there was
- 33:59Speaker 2: additional that the public has not seen. So we have
- 34:02Speaker 2: to thank him for that little tidbit.
- 34:05Speaker 3: For being a ratfink, no, for being.
- 34:10Speaker 2: A upstanding citizen that wants to help out with the
- 34:14Speaker 2: true crime community out here watching the episodes now.
- 34:18Speaker 3: He said that the person seemed to have some sort
- 34:20Speaker 3: of injury to the right leg or foot causing them
- 34:23Speaker 3: to walk oddly. However, this could have been a temporary
- 34:27Speaker 3: condition and that person may not walk like that anymore,
- 34:31Speaker 3: or they.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Could have just been faking that walk to throw people off.
- 34:33Speaker 3: Maybe so. But police wanted the public to focus on
- 34:37Speaker 3: the walk because it was a very distinct type of
- 34:40Speaker 3: walk and to see if they noticed anything familiar and
- 34:43Speaker 3: someone need that they know in actual life. And plus,
- 34:47Speaker 3: because they ain't got nothing else, they're like, let's throw
- 34:50Speaker 3: this on the wall. See if it's stakes.
- 34:51Speaker 2: We're not going to give you guys anything else, but here,
- 34:53Speaker 2: look at this walk.
- 34:54Speaker 3: However, they wanted to keep them in mind. They wanted
- 34:57Speaker 3: them to keep in mind that the amount of tactical
- 35:00Speaker 3: the person was wearing could have affected their ability to
- 35:03Speaker 3: walk slightly, throwing them off on how they would normally walk, or.
- 35:07Speaker 2: If they had a slight injury, it could have exaggerated
- 35:10Speaker 2: how they had to walk. Yes, due to this tactical gear,
- 35:16Speaker 2: because they did have a Someone put the gear on.
- 35:18Speaker 2: I think it was the forensic podiatress and he said
- 35:21Speaker 2: he walked in and it was heavy tactical gear. But
- 35:25Speaker 2: was it real tactical gear or was it costume tactical gear?
- 35:29Speaker 3: We just you just never now.
- 35:31Speaker 2: The person though when you look at them, I couldn't tell.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Was that them just being fat or like a belly?
- 35:36Speaker 2: You think, okay, it looked like a belly because I
- 35:39Speaker 2: don't know how much tactical gear in the front could.
- 35:41Speaker 2: It looked like they had a stomach, and then tactical
- 35:43Speaker 2: gear on top made it stick out even more.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Yes, that's what it appeared to me.
- 35:48Speaker 2: It looked like a very menacing Santa Claus shape. Actually,
- 35:52Speaker 2: if I was going to give it a shape, it'd
- 35:54Speaker 2: been like Santa Claus. But you know what's that Santa Claus.
- 35:59Speaker 2: That's the bad one, not bad Santa.
- 36:02Speaker 3: Billy, Bob Thornton, Oh Crampis Oh Okay, that's not Santa,
- 36:07Speaker 3: that's Crampus.
- 36:07Speaker 2: Oh. Investigators began receiving So investigators began receiving quite a
- 36:12Speaker 2: few tips about a man named Bobby Wayne Henry.
- 36:14Speaker 3: Well, there's a sero killer right there.
- 36:15Speaker 2: Three names and Wayne definitely, I feel like that's a
- 36:20Speaker 2: common denominator. Now, Bobby used to be a police officer,
- 36:24Speaker 2: and he also had a similar walk to the person
- 36:26Speaker 2: the video footage. Bobby also attended the same church as
- 36:30Speaker 2: Missy attend.
- 36:31Speaker 3: The previous church.
- 36:32Speaker 2: The previous church. Yes, oh, but he was a security
- 36:35Speaker 2: guard at the current church.
- 36:38Speaker 3: I thought it was the previous as well.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Okay, well maybe at the previous but he worked security.
- 36:43Speaker 2: There was a situation where he was security at the
- 36:47Speaker 2: He claimed he didn't know Missy, but that's right, they
- 36:51Speaker 2: don't believe that was true. And then he worked security
- 36:55Speaker 2: at her memorial service and the person who was filming
- 36:59Speaker 2: Zoo doomed in on him as he was walking, and
- 37:02Speaker 2: he has the exact same walk as the person, like
- 37:05Speaker 2: dragging like his right foot to the side. Yes, it's
- 37:09Speaker 2: very suspicious.
- 37:10Speaker 3: But if that's the only thing police got, Yeah.
- 37:14Speaker 2: So they bring in Bobby to discuss the case, and
- 37:16Speaker 2: he said that he was at home feeding his baby
- 37:18Speaker 2: around three am that morning, and so they were able
- 37:21Speaker 2: to obtain a search warrant and recovered items from his home,
- 37:24Speaker 2: including tactical gear. So, however, when looking into Bobby, police
- 37:29Speaker 2: determined that he was not involved. However, part of his
- 37:35Speaker 2: we have questions about his alibi. We need more information.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I don't know if they're not released.
- 37:39Speaker 3: He was supposedly feeding his adopted newborn child at three
- 37:43Speaker 3: am while his wife was getting ready for work.
- 37:48Speaker 2: But you said, I thought they said he thought You
- 37:51Speaker 2: said that. They said he was she was at work.
- 37:54Speaker 3: She was getting ready for work at three am, so
- 37:57Speaker 3: which means she would have gone to work, so police
- 37:59Speaker 3: could have proved that she was at work. Somebody would
- 38:02Speaker 3: have seen.
- 38:02Speaker 2: So they're claiming because he had a newborn at home,
- 38:06Speaker 2: there's no way he could have done this because he
- 38:07Speaker 2: would with the newborn's he'd been the only adult. Bullshit,
- 38:11Speaker 2: you can either. So I said, well, what if he
- 38:14Speaker 2: just left the baby. The baby went to sleep and
- 38:16Speaker 2: he was only gone for like two.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Hours, And I said, this was a responsible killer. He
- 38:20Speaker 3: took the baby with him and the car sat and
- 38:21Speaker 3: let it sleep in the car.
- 38:23Speaker 2: So the baby could have been in the car the baby.
- 38:26Speaker 2: A new car is not like.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Accompliced.
- 38:29Speaker 2: A newborn is like, okay, let's not Stuart a lookout,
- 38:34Speaker 2: you get us in trouble. A newborn is just a
- 38:37Speaker 2: sack of potatoes.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 38:38Speaker 2: They don't really do anything. They don't know where they're at,
- 38:40Speaker 2: they don't know what's going on. You just haul them
- 38:42Speaker 2: wherever and they're happy as long as they've been fed
- 38:45Speaker 2: and they're warm. So he could have either left the
- 38:47Speaker 2: baby sleeping or just I mean, we needed we need
- 38:51Speaker 2: to know more about this child because it was an
- 38:52Speaker 2: adopted child. How connected was he with the baby? Did
- 38:57Speaker 2: he even care? If he left the baby at home
- 38:58Speaker 2: and it cried the whole time, nobody was there to
- 39:01Speaker 2: hear its cry. So if a baby cries in a
- 39:02Speaker 2: house and nobody's there to hear it, did it really cry?
- 39:06Speaker 3: I don't know. Only the baby monarch or would know.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Yes, So I don't if that's the only thing they have.
- 39:13Speaker 2: I think they don't have enough information on him, so
- 39:15Speaker 2: they just had to move on from him, and they're like,
- 39:17Speaker 2: we just don't have enough stuff, so we're just letting
- 39:19Speaker 2: him off the hook.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Are they letting him off the hook or they're hoping
- 39:22Speaker 3: something I'll come in that connect him.
- 39:23Speaker 2: I believe he's dead now. Anyways. However, he was held
- 39:27Speaker 2: on unrelated charges for about seventy days due to items
- 39:30Speaker 2: found in his home. However, those charges were dropped and
- 39:32Speaker 2: we don't really know nothing more about how they cleared
- 39:34Speaker 2: him or what they found in his home. It's all
- 39:36Speaker 2: very much under wraps, so we don't know.
- 39:41Speaker 3: But Bobby Wayne, we don't know what we don't know.
- 39:44Speaker 2: Yes, I believe he's dead now.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Though somebody should have researched that.
- 39:49Speaker 2: I believe he's all right. Will you finish it up
- 39:52Speaker 2: at all? Let people know.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Currently, the case of Missy Beaver's is still unsolved spoiler alert,
- 39:59Speaker 3: and authorities are still receiving tips to this day, and
- 40:02Speaker 3: if anybody knows anything, they would like you to call them.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Missy's husband, however, has said that he is basically over
- 40:09Speaker 3: trying to find out who did this and move on
- 40:12Speaker 3: with his life.
- 40:13Speaker 2: He said that STU, now I'm wondering about his ass.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Bobby is dead. He died this past year in twenty
- 40:22Speaker 2: twenty four. Anyways, Yes, the husband actually said that to
- 40:26Speaker 2: like a news where he's like, I'm just ready to
- 40:28Speaker 2: move on. I don't even care if they find out
- 40:29Speaker 2: who did it.
- 40:30Speaker 3: Who says that it's only been ten years because.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Been who's I mean, look at those dumb asses still
- 40:35Speaker 2: looking for Amy Bradley for oh Jesus, they won't fucking let.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Go, And this guy's just like, move on, don't care,
- 40:43Speaker 4: don't care, don't care if there's a psychopath out there
- 40:45Speaker 4: on the loose in mid Lothian, Texas. Everything's sketchy about this.
- 40:49Speaker 4: This is I feel like they know more. I don't
- 40:51Speaker 4: know everything, so.
- 40:52Speaker 3: I know where we're not moving to next.
- 40:54Speaker 2: It's mid Lothians, cement capital of Texas. No listen. I
- 40:59Speaker 2: think that they know that Bobby guy did it, and
- 41:01Speaker 2: that's why they're not worried about this anymore.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Who's not the popost I.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Think that's why the husband's like, I'm ready to move on,
- 41:07Speaker 2: because I think that they're like, hey, we're pretty sure
- 41:09Speaker 2: he did this, but we can't preveive it.
- 41:10Speaker 3: You think they showed the husband all the evidence and
- 41:12Speaker 3: he was like, yeah, that some bitch probably.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Did yeah, or the husband did it, and that's why
- 41:16Speaker 2: he doesn't really care about that.
- 41:17Speaker 3: Maybe maybe he hired Bobby to do it.
- 41:20Speaker 2: Maybe he did. All right, this has gone off the rails.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Letter allegedly everything that we just said is allegedly.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Yes, anyways, let's go back to what the point of
- 41:32Speaker 2: this is. The real victim is. Missy sounds like she
- 41:37Speaker 2: was living her best life and hopefully gonna. I don't
- 41:41Speaker 2: know if I don't know if I feel like her
- 41:42Speaker 2: and her husband are.
- 41:43Speaker 3: Having problems, but you feel it in your bones.
- 41:46Speaker 2: Yes, I feel it. Yeah. So anyways, if you do
- 41:50Speaker 2: know anything about who did this, if you do know
- 41:53Speaker 2: it was Bobby, please please let the mid Lothian police.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Yeah, just tell him to come clean with the evidence. Yes,
- 41:59Speaker 3: inquiring want to know.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Actually, if you could come on our podcast and let
- 42:03Speaker 2: tell everybody what you know, and that way.
- 42:05Speaker 3: We could get all record something, send it to us,
- 42:09Speaker 3: we'll put it out on our podcast. There's not enough
- 42:12Speaker 3: room in this clouset and we.
- 42:13Speaker 2: Literally don't know how to add an extra microphone. So
- 42:16Speaker 2: it was hard enough trying to figure out this situation.
- 42:18Speaker 3: Or do a remote podcast with somebody. We don't know
- 42:21Speaker 3: how to do that either, So no, we.
- 42:22Speaker 2: Don't know how to do that. So all right, Well that's.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Why we can never get divorced. And continue this all right?
- 42:28Speaker 2: So, oh yeah, we can't we that's fear.
- 42:33Speaker 3: How to do it together?
- 42:35Speaker 2: It would be could you imagine me and you be
- 42:37Speaker 2: divorced in doing this? And how how much tension there
- 42:41Speaker 2: would be?
- 42:42Speaker 3: There's already tension, we're married.
- 42:44Speaker 2: I know there'd be a lot of shut up stews.
- 42:47Speaker 2: And you're such a dumb ass.
- 42:49Speaker 3: For reals this time?
- 42:50Speaker 2: Can't you read? You? Idiot?
- 42:52Speaker 3: All right? Well that anyway?
- 42:54Speaker 2: Do you have a y'all need Jesus?
- 42:56Speaker 3: Of course I do? Do I have it pulled up? Now?
- 43:00Speaker 2: No? All right? Well would you like meet it? Should
- 43:04Speaker 2: I talk about something? Okay?
- 43:06Speaker 3: Just here?
- 43:07Speaker 2: No, I'm going to talk about something. Why you find it?
- 43:09Speaker 2: Do you really have one and you just need to
- 43:11Speaker 2: find it? Or do you really not have one and
- 43:13Speaker 2: you need to look for one? I need to know what.
- 43:15Speaker 3: The I have one or had one? You know?
- 43:20Speaker 2: I write entire cases, and all he has to do
- 43:22Speaker 2: is come up with some. And there's probably a whole
- 43:24Speaker 2: website dedicated to dumb criminals there is.
- 43:26Speaker 3: I got to see if they got anything, now, okay,
- 43:29Speaker 3: that's problems. Sometimes they don't have new stuff.
- 43:32Speaker 2: So I'm gonna so I was on the TikTok stew
- 43:35Speaker 2: and no, I need you to focus. I'm going to
- 43:38Speaker 2: talk to them. Okay, okay, Well, because you're right in
- 43:41Speaker 2: front of me, STU is just a.
- 43:44Speaker 3: Stand in for everybody.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Everybody's listening. So yes, So I was on the tiktoks
- 43:52Speaker 2: and I came across this thing called a personal curriculum.
- 43:57Speaker 2: So this girl, her name is a Zabeth. She does
- 44:03Speaker 2: she likes to go, she likes school and stuff like that.
- 44:05Speaker 2: But she, you know, she's adult, an adult, she's already
- 44:08Speaker 2: made it through you know, college and everything like that.
- 44:12Speaker 2: So she was trying to find a way to like
- 44:14Speaker 2: almost have a personal curriculum. So each month she puts together,
- 44:19Speaker 2: she finds things she's interested in. She goes to the library,
- 44:23Speaker 2: gets books and stuff like that or whatever it is,
- 44:26Speaker 2: and it can be anything. It doesn't have to be
- 44:28Speaker 2: serious topics or anything like that. It could just be
- 44:32Speaker 2: fun things like, oh, I want to learn how to
- 44:34Speaker 2: draw flowers this month, so I'm gonna get a book
- 44:36Speaker 2: on and that's like your your class for the month
- 44:39Speaker 2: or whatever. So she'll pick like four or five topics
- 44:42Speaker 2: that she wants to learn about, and then she'll spend
- 44:44Speaker 2: like two to three hours a week spread out on
- 44:47Speaker 2: those topics like total time. This isn't supposed to be
- 44:50Speaker 2: like a stressful thing. There's no grades, there's no time
- 44:53Speaker 2: deadlines or anything like that. Although I did see people,
- 44:56Speaker 2: it was like her thing I could see was like
- 44:58Speaker 2: a casual thing where she just kind of puts together.
- 45:00Speaker 2: And then of course there's like people going next level,
- 45:03Speaker 2: like I put it all out. I've I've put my
- 45:07Speaker 2: weekly curriculum together, I've made a schedule. This is where
- 45:10Speaker 2: I'll be, this is what I'll do. And then some
- 45:12Speaker 2: people are doing like crazy ass shit like the philosophy
- 45:15Speaker 2: of time and things like or the you know something really,
- 45:18Speaker 2: So I just what fun stuff?
- 45:20Speaker 3: Okay, I'm I'm fun right here.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Okay, are you done? Are you ready?
- 45:25Speaker 3: I'm waiting on you. I got to hear the end
- 45:26Speaker 3: of the story that you're telling.
- 45:28Speaker 2: So my person, my personal curriculum for September. So I
- 45:32Speaker 2: put myself one together today. Is I really I'm really
- 45:36Speaker 2: interested in Marie Antoinette. So I've got me a book
- 45:40Speaker 2: about Marie Antoinette I'm gonna read. I got a I
- 45:44Speaker 2: kind of made it French theme. So I got a
- 45:47Speaker 2: cookbook that I'm gonna pick up from the library. But
- 45:49Speaker 2: it's also like for kids, so then I can involve
- 45:52Speaker 2: the children with it and we can make some French recipes.
- 45:57Speaker 2: And then I got I got some thing and it
- 46:00Speaker 2: was just only because it was in a bunch of
- 46:02Speaker 2: people's thing is called The Artist Way and it's like
- 46:05Speaker 2: thirty it's a twelve week program. I don't even know
- 46:08Speaker 2: what it is, but I ordered it.
- 46:09Speaker 3: It's something you need, a twelve step program.
- 46:11Speaker 2: I ordered it. It's coming tomorrow. And then I picked
- 46:14Speaker 2: two Alfred Hitchcock because I was like, oh, you know,
- 46:16Speaker 2: I've always wanted to, like, you know, watch something like
- 46:19Speaker 2: some of those classics. So I picked two and I
- 46:22Speaker 2: got them as DVDs from library. So I'm gonna need
- 46:24Speaker 2: you to figure out how we can watch DVDs at
- 46:26Speaker 2: our house.
- 46:28Speaker 3: So why does the shit always require me doing something?
- 46:32Speaker 2: Anyways? And then I did get a I was like, oh,
- 46:35Speaker 2: I need to add in just a little bit of
- 46:36Speaker 2: like a true crime aspect, So I got the book
- 46:39Speaker 2: American Predator, about a serial killer. So I'm going to
- 46:43Speaker 2: read that. So that's my personal curriculum for September. And
- 46:49Speaker 2: I'll let you guys know not on this podcast because
- 46:53Speaker 2: Normally this is something I would talk about on the
- 46:55Speaker 2: shoot the poop, but I had to kill time first two.
- 46:59Speaker 2: So are you ready with your need Jesus?
- 47:01Speaker 3: Yes?
- 47:01Speaker 2: Or I should have just probably paused this.
- 47:03Speaker 3: You probably should because it was born and shit. I
- 47:05Speaker 3: tuned out, Stuart, what it's.
- 47:09Speaker 2: The one because you heard it earlier?
- 47:10Speaker 3: If it was new, I tuned out that time too.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Until you heard. Like I said, how do we watch DVDs?
- 47:17Speaker 3: Yeah, because you're like, I need you too, just like
- 47:20Speaker 3: whenever you're like I'm going to decorate for Halloween, I
- 47:23Speaker 3: need you too. I'm like, gosh, shit, here we go. Yes,
- 47:27Speaker 3: dim witted crook back in jail for allegedly swiping government
- 47:30Speaker 3: car two hours after lock up, two hours after release
- 47:34Speaker 3: from lock up.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Wait, what was the headline again?
- 47:38Speaker 3: Oh? Jesus, And you think I didn't get bored during
- 47:41Speaker 3: that dietripe.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I was thinking about my personal What did you say?
- 47:46Speaker 3: I said, A dim witted crook back in jail for
- 47:50Speaker 3: allegedly swiping government car two hours after release from lock up.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Oh, well, he had to get home Florida.
- 47:58Speaker 3: Not Florida, Florida, Louisiana.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Oh, Florida's cousin Florida's.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Florida's inbred cousins from the New York Post Anna Young.
- 48:10Speaker 3: August fourteenth, twenty twenty five, a dim witted crook landed
- 48:13Speaker 3: back in behind bars for allegedly sweping a government vehicle
- 48:17Speaker 3: for a ride home two hours to see he needed
- 48:20Speaker 3: ride home. Two hours after walking out of the Louisiana lockup,
- 48:26Speaker 3: Lisa Cleaver, forty two, was hit with theft charges and
- 48:29Speaker 3: hauled back to Livington Parish Detention Center in Livingston Monday
- 48:34Speaker 3: after stealing a Department of Public Works truck and leaving
- 48:38Speaker 3: her discharge papers inside. Deputy said the adult first tried
- 48:43Speaker 3: to hijack an unmarked squad car from the jail parking
- 48:46Speaker 3: lot immediately after her seven am release on criminal trespassing charges.
- 48:53Speaker 3: During our investigations, Deputy's larrying Cleaver, as soon as she
- 48:57Speaker 3: stepped foot out of LPDC upon her release, attempted to
- 49:01Speaker 3: gain entry into an LPSO that'd be your Livingston Parish
- 49:05Speaker 3: Sheriff's office, their care unmarked unit, and the front parking lot.
- 49:09Speaker 3: According to Sheriff Jason Ard, she was unsuccessful. Cleaver then
- 49:15Speaker 3: made off with the public Works truck before ditching it
- 49:18Speaker 3: and hitching a ride with someone heading south along State
- 49:21Speaker 3: Highway sixty three. Authorities rushed to the area after receiving
- 49:25Speaker 3: ports of a suspicious woman wandering in the middle of
- 49:28Speaker 3: the highway and found the blendering outlaw inside a grocery store,
- 49:32Speaker 3: where she was detained. She was charged with theft of
- 49:35Speaker 3: a vehicle and attempted theft of a vehicle. The investigation
- 49:40Speaker 3: into the botched heyst is ongoing now. Livingston Parish is
- 49:46Speaker 3: about thirty five miles east of Baton Rouge on I twelve.
- 49:49Speaker 3: It's out there and the sticks their cara. Okay, you
- 49:54Speaker 3: weren't listening. You were looking at your your recording.
- 49:58Speaker 2: No, I got I got an email about to steal
- 50:03Speaker 2: my identity on Facebook and then so then I opened
- 50:08Speaker 2: it and then I saw a thing and it said
- 50:10Speaker 2: Delta Airlines will permanently stop all flights to major US
- 50:13Speaker 2: airport in just two months time. I'm like, oh my god,
- 50:16Speaker 2: what are they like? That's so scrut So you.
- 50:17Speaker 3: Get you a fishing email that you open.
- 50:20Speaker 2: No, I didn't open Facebook from there. I went into
- 50:22Speaker 2: the app anyway. So then I read this and come
- 50:24Speaker 2: to find out the major US airport that they're stopping
- 50:28Speaker 2: is guess where Louisiana.
- 50:30Speaker 3: No, Midland, Texas.
- 50:32Speaker 2: Yes, people are like in the comments, like, calm the
- 50:36Speaker 2: fuck down, I'm from Midland, Texas. It is not a
- 50:38Speaker 2: major U.
- 50:39Speaker 3: It is a airport and spaceport.
- 50:42Speaker 2: It is I do well. Most of the traffic in here.
- 50:45Speaker 2: It is a spaceport and they're talking about starting to
- 50:47Speaker 2: launch space ships from here. They built it as a spaceport,
- 50:52Speaker 2: like back in the sixties or seventies something crazy. It
- 50:55Speaker 2: was lay long time ago.
- 50:57Speaker 3: I hope not because they'll probably drop on on my
- 50:59Speaker 3: damn house.
- 50:59Speaker 2: Yeah, we're we're pretty close to the airport, so anyways,
- 51:03Speaker 2: but we could be rich. If we're not in the house,
- 51:05Speaker 2: that would.
- 51:05Speaker 3: Be okay, all right, we're not going to be rich.
- 51:09Speaker 2: No. Anyways, most of the traffic comes from this is
- 51:12Speaker 2: an oil filled town, so most of the traffic comes
- 51:14Speaker 2: from Houston or Dallas. But so the only people that
- 51:18Speaker 2: would be coming in here would be from Atlanta.
- 51:21Speaker 3: Do they even go to Atlanta or do they fly
- 51:23Speaker 3: somewhere else and then go to Atlanta.
- 51:24Speaker 2: I would think they would go to Atlanta.
- 51:26Speaker 3: I didn't know.
- 51:26Speaker 2: I don't know. I never flied there. That's probably why
- 51:29Speaker 2: they're canceling it because there's nobody flying on Delta that
- 51:32Speaker 2: I know of.
- 51:32Speaker 3: No, you don't want to go from here to Atlanta.
- 51:34Speaker 3: That's their hub from here to there, all right, Well
- 51:37Speaker 3: go back to somewhere else.
- 51:39Speaker 2: So anyway, so don't worry people. If you have a
- 51:40Speaker 2: flight on Delta to Midland, Texas, they're still going to
- 51:43Speaker 2: run in for the next two months. But then that's it.
- 51:45Speaker 2: So sorry to break the news to you.
