- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning The Root The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high Chaine pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Roots, America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:28Speaker 2: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's time war War.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Here's your host.
- 0:37Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:42Speaker 2: the warrior Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Wayne the route.
- 0:57Speaker 1: From Vegas before it gets mailed. But in commentary, I
- 1:00Speaker 1: want to talk about Vegas. I mentioned this yesterday. It
- 1:03Speaker 1: was a pretty big national news story. The Vegas police
- 1:06Speaker 1: refused to release a violent repeat offender, defying a judge's order.
- 1:11Speaker 1: The career criminal, thirty six year old Joshua Sanchez Lopez,
- 1:16Speaker 1: has been arrested thirty five times. I wonder if he's
- 1:18Speaker 1: an illegal alien. They're not saying those words, but that
- 1:21Speaker 1: sure sounds like an illegal alien. Name to me, Joshua
- 1:23Speaker 1: Sanchez Dash Lopez sounds like illegal alien. I have no
- 1:27Speaker 1: idea if he is, but whether he's an American or
- 1:30Speaker 1: an illegal, He's been arrested thirty five times. With a
- 1:32Speaker 1: rap sheet that includes involuntary manslaughter, of drugs and car theft,
- 1:36Speaker 1: and police arrested him in January and a warrant for
- 1:40Speaker 1: grand larceny of a motor vehicle in other words, stealing
- 1:43Speaker 1: a motor vehicle. And the judge, Eric Goodman, you understand
- 1:47Speaker 1: that's the son of Oscar Goodman and Carolyn Goodman, the
- 1:50Speaker 1: former mayors of Las Vegas. Each one served three terms.
- 1:53Speaker 1: You're talking about twenty four years of mayors of Las
- 1:57Speaker 1: Vegas with the Goodman's and even though they were both Democrats,
- 2:00Speaker 1: got news to you. They both acted like pro business Republicans.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And I like them both, and they were both good mayors.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I have nothing bad to say about Oscar Goodman or
- 2:07Speaker 1: Carolyn Goodman, but it's their son. The judge and he
- 2:11Speaker 1: set the bail at twenty five thousand and ordered him
- 2:13Speaker 1: released with an ankle monitor once he posted bond, and
- 2:18Speaker 1: Sanchez Lopez reportedly posted bail on January twenty fourth, Las
- 2:22Speaker 1: Vegas police refused to let him out, refuse to put
- 2:25Speaker 1: an ankle monitor on and put him out in the
- 2:27Speaker 1: real world given his history of failing to comply with
- 2:29Speaker 1: the rules. Attorneys for Metro Police filed a petition last
- 2:33Speaker 1: week challenging the judges' authority to release him, arguing that
- 2:37Speaker 1: the department has the authority to declare it defend it
- 2:40Speaker 1: too dangerous to release. This is a big story. In
- 2:43Speaker 1: a letter to the court, the department gave three reasons
- 2:46Speaker 1: for refusing the judges order, Sanchez Lopez's history of failing
- 2:50Speaker 1: to appear in court, his previous bench warrants, his past
- 2:53Speaker 1: violations of electronic monitoring rules. This is going to be
- 2:56Speaker 1: a This is in the running for my number one
- 2:58Speaker 1: story in the country. On Saturday, the police sided a
- 3:02Speaker 1: case in twenty twenty where Sanchez Lopez arm with a gun,
- 3:06Speaker 1: ran from the cops and later joked about his ankle
- 3:08Speaker 1: monitor on Snapchat and gloated about being chased. Again. We
- 3:12Speaker 1: have to look at this and say, is this somebody
- 3:14Speaker 1: who are electronic supervision program can monitors safely in the community.
- 3:19Speaker 1: This is an issue of public safety. And the judge
- 3:22Speaker 1: literally lost his mind. You know, the judge is like,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you have no right to do this. I order him released.
- 3:29Speaker 1: There's something wrong with these judges. Someone's got to be
- 3:33Speaker 1: paying them off, or they're all just mentally twisted. It's
- 3:38Speaker 1: just insane. You know the police department. Kevin mcmahill is
- 3:44Speaker 1: our sheriff, republican good sheriff, really good, and he's been
- 3:49Speaker 1: threatened by the judge with being a contempt of the
- 3:52Speaker 1: contempt of court for defying the order. So can you
- 3:55Speaker 1: imagine the judge wants to let a guy out has
- 3:57Speaker 1: been arrested thirty five times with cludie manslaughter, and who
- 4:00Speaker 1: runs all the time, and who gets some police chases
- 4:02Speaker 1: all the time, and who doesn't care about his ankle
- 4:04Speaker 1: monitors and and you know, gets loose all the time.
- 4:08Speaker 1: He wants to release him so badly he would put
- 4:11Speaker 1: the sheriff in prison. This is what's wrong with Democrat
- 4:15Speaker 1: liberal judges. They're mentally ill. Who fights for people like
- 4:20Speaker 1: this and who literally threatens to put police in prison? Credible,
- 4:26Speaker 1: just incredible. So you know, I guarantee you what's gonna
- 4:31Speaker 1: happen right that the courts are gonna rule in favor
- 4:33Speaker 1: of the judge, because the courts always love judges. All
- 4:37Speaker 1: the judges stick together and they're gonna say no cop
- 4:41Speaker 1: has a right to overrule a judge. But why does
- 4:44Speaker 1: a judge have a right to overrule a president? It's
- 4:48Speaker 1: just gotten so out of control. It's unbelievable, so out
- 4:51Speaker 1: of control. Attorney p David Westbrook, who's he? Hey, pe David,
- 4:56Speaker 1: Once you come on my show, you'll get in a
- 4:58Speaker 1: little debate with me. You'll learn, you'll learn a little lesson.
- 5:00Speaker 1: My friend, I'll slap you around. He says, it's the
- 5:03Speaker 1: job of the elected judge to decide whether someone charge
- 5:06Speaker 1: you with a crime should be released. The idea that
- 5:08Speaker 1: a Metro employee ooh, a cop isn't worthy of a
- 5:12Speaker 1: judge I see, can overrule a judge's release order and
- 5:15Speaker 1: keep someone locked up, should worry anyone who believes in
- 5:17Speaker 1: the constitution and the rule of law. You know what
- 5:20Speaker 1: I'm just about sick of you creeps, you lawyers and judges.
- 5:24Speaker 1: You're all losers, every one of you. You don't know
- 5:27Speaker 1: what you're doing. You're destroying this country. Gonna get somebody killed.
- 5:31Speaker 1: It's gonna be someone's sister, someone's mother, someone's daughter, someone's aunt.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And I'm sick of it. Communists come, you don't understand, man,
- 5:41Speaker 1: a revolution's coming. You want a civil war, You're gonna
- 5:44Speaker 1: get one. I promise you it's coming. You want brother
- 5:46Speaker 1: against brother, cousin against cousin. You want this to happen.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We don't want it to happen, but you clearly want
- 5:51Speaker 1: it to happen, and there's clearly gonna be no choice soon.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Anybody can see that if you followed me on my show,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I keep telling you I don't want it to happen.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I don't want civil war. I don't want to kill people.
- 6:02Speaker 1: But man, you're leaving no choice but a revolution in
- 6:05Speaker 1: this country because you're all radical, whacked out losers, communist
- 6:09Speaker 1: leftist nut jobs. All right, my commentary's gonna be time,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I hope. So does Mago want to win the midterms
- 6:16Speaker 1: and save America? Does Mago want to pass the Save Acts?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Here's how to do it. Think two for the price
- 6:21Speaker 1: of one. So, despite the lies, rhetoric, and propaganda we
- 6:24Speaker 1: all hear in the biased mainstream media, President Trump is
- 6:27Speaker 1: not only popular, he's in perfect position to win the
- 6:30Speaker 1: midterms only if we can pass the infamous Save Act.
- 6:34Speaker 1: The Save Act is the whole kitchen, sink, the whole inch,
- 6:37Speaker 1: a lot of the whole kidding kaboodle, the whole ballgame,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and polls prove we have the support and the momentum
- 6:42Speaker 1: on our side. You might not hear these favorable polls
- 6:45Speaker 1: in the media, but here they are. President Trump's favorability
- 6:48Speaker 1: with his bass, the bag of base highest and modern
- 6:52Speaker 1: history meeting his base loves and trusts him. Who says
- 6:55Speaker 1: that CNN's that expert Harry Enton, who reports Republicans love
- 6:58Speaker 1: Trump more than any pressent, csident it's own party supporters
- 7:01Speaker 1: have ever loved him at this particular point. How about
- 7:04Speaker 1: the war in Iran? Over ninety percent of MAGA voters
- 7:07Speaker 1: back the war in Iran. Even more remarkable, ninety three
- 7:11Speaker 1: percent of MAGA voters approve our USA alliance with Israel.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Sorry Tucker, Sorry Candice, you failed, But nothing is more
- 7:19Speaker 1: important to the American people. In Voter ID. Virtually everyone
- 7:23Speaker 1: supports Voter ID, including most Democrats. And I go through
- 7:26Speaker 1: because I'm trying to rush here. Didn't leave myself much
- 7:28Speaker 1: time with my last tirade. But lots of polls. They
- 7:31Speaker 1: all show eighty percent plus support close to ninety percent
- 7:35Speaker 1: for Voter ID. So the stars are aligned, and the
- 7:38Speaker 1: Save Act is clearly the most popular election reform in history.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Now we get to the fly in the ointment. The
- 7:44Speaker 1: GOP Senator is filled with rat Fink bribes, bought off
- 7:48Speaker 1: Rhino snakes, cowards, and traders. Many, if not most, of
- 7:52Speaker 1: the GOP Senators don't really want to pass the Save Act.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Senators are now claiming you might have the votes to
- 7:59Speaker 1: suspend the filibuster and pass the Save Act. Might Do
- 8:02Speaker 1: you believe them? Would you bet your life on it?
- 8:04Speaker 1: I got a bridge to sell you in Vegas. These
- 8:07Speaker 1: spineless and corrupt Rhino clowns and sad sacks always find
- 8:10Speaker 1: a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
- 8:14Speaker 1: What my gut tells me is the GOP Senate will
- 8:16Speaker 1: either fail or they will stall, stallstall until the clock
- 8:19Speaker 1: runs out and brag they gave it their best shot.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Anyone want to bet so if it happens to pass, great,
- 8:25Speaker 1: But we can't count on the Save Act passing the
- 8:27Speaker 1: GOP Senate. We need two simultaneous options to be in
- 8:31Speaker 1: motion at the same time. That's what I call a
- 8:33Speaker 1: fail safe option. President Trump should defeat the Rhinos their
- 8:37Speaker 1: own game by signing his own Executive Order for Election
- 8:40Speaker 1: Integrity right now his version of the Save Act. Make
- 8:43Speaker 1: it simultaneous. Because our real enemy here is time. We're
- 8:48Speaker 1: running out of time before the midterms. We know they'll
- 8:51Speaker 1: be legal challenges by Democrats. If President Trump waits for
- 8:54Speaker 1: the Senate and it never happens, it will be too late.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Too much time will go by, and with the court choutchallenges,
- 9:00Speaker 1: the Save Act will never be in place before the midterms.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Every minute counts. If the court challenges stop the Save
- 9:08Speaker 1: Act from being in place before the midterms, Democrats will
- 9:11Speaker 1: cheat to the max and they will steal the midterms,
- 9:13Speaker 1: mark my words. Then the Trump presidency is over. The
- 9:16Speaker 1: smart moves for President Trump to sign his EO version
- 9:19Speaker 1: Executive Order version of the Save Act right now, no
- 9:23Speaker 1: matter if the Senate passed it or not. There's still
- 9:25Speaker 1: enough time for court challenges and ultimately a final Supreme
- 9:29Speaker 1: Court ruling. Now, I've spoken to one of America's foremost
- 9:32Speaker 1: experts on the issue, John Goodman. He believes a Trump
- 9:35Speaker 1: EO would actually be better than the Senate passing the
- 9:38Speaker 1: Save Act. Why because Trump's EO will be much stricter
- 9:41Speaker 1: with mail in ballots. He'll fully eliminate the fraudulent use
- 9:45Speaker 1: of mail in ballots, replacing him with already constitutionally approved
- 9:50Speaker 1: absenceee ballots, which can only be used by elderly, disabled
- 9:54Speaker 1: or oversees military voters. This is precisely how Democrats are
- 9:58Speaker 1: using illegal alience to steal elections. Voter id and prof
- 10:01Speaker 1: to citizenship alone do not stop illegals from voting, because
- 10:05Speaker 1: millions of illegals are voting by mail in ballot without
- 10:09Speaker 1: ever leaving their homes. Trump's EO will solve this issue
- 10:12Speaker 1: once and for all, and finally. Goodman also believes the
- 10:15Speaker 1: Save Act we'll have an iron clad one hundred percent
- 10:19Speaker 1: chance of being affirmed by the Supreme Court based on
- 10:21Speaker 1: three provisions of our US Constitution and a nineteen ninety
- 10:25Speaker 1: five Supreme Court ruling US Term Limits versus Thornton. Goodman
- 10:29Speaker 1: says the Supremes will find it impossible to overturn the
- 10:33Speaker 1: Save Act. So if we get the Save Act across
- 10:37Speaker 1: the finish line in any form, whether the Senate does
- 10:39Speaker 1: it or Trump does it, we will win at the
- 10:41Speaker 1: Supreme Court. Therefore, the real issue is do we leave
- 10:45Speaker 1: enough time for court challenges and a final Supreme Court ruling.
- 10:50Speaker 1: So President Trump, please act now pass your EO version
- 10:54Speaker 1: simultaneously while the Senate tries to pass their version. Let's
- 10:58Speaker 1: get on two paths to victory and get them both
- 11:00Speaker 1: on record, while there's still time for multiple court rulings,
- 11:04Speaker 1: plus an expediated ruling by the Supreme Court. That's my
- 11:08Speaker 1: path to ensure victory in the midterms. Two for the
- 11:11Speaker 1: price of one. All right, if you weren't with us
- 11:14Speaker 1: an hour one, I just got good news. Right during
- 11:17Speaker 1: the break in hour one my show America's Top Ten Countdown,

- 15:02Speaker 1: All right, swat the root is on fire. Welcome back
- 15:06Speaker 1: to the show. You know, what's that famous Trump saying?
- 15:10Speaker 1: Fool around and find out, Except, you know, the f
- 15:12Speaker 1: might be a little different the way he says it.
- 15:13Speaker 1: But fool around and find out. FAFO, the loudmouthed Iranian
- 15:18Speaker 1: leader who bad mouthed Trump in the streets of Tehran,
- 15:22Speaker 1: was eliminated in an overnight strike after twenty President Trump,
- 15:26Speaker 1: top Iranian official is now in permanent silence. He's with
- 15:31Speaker 1: the seventy two Virginians. As the New York Post reporter
- 15:35Speaker 1: Israel announced Todays, sixty seven year old Ali Larry Johnny,
- 15:39Speaker 1: head of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, was
- 15:42Speaker 1: eliminated in an overnight strike. So you know, this is
- 15:45Speaker 1: like a bowling alley, right, and there's all these pins
- 15:47Speaker 1: Iranian one, Iranian two, Iranian three, and Trump is bowling
- 15:51Speaker 1: strikes and all the pins are flying, and every single
- 15:54Speaker 1: one of them pictured bowling pins with big mouths speaking.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I hate Trump. I hate Trump. Trump's weak, can't beat us.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And one by one they get blown out and they're
- 16:03Speaker 1: all dead. You know, you're learning a lesson. Fool around
- 16:06Speaker 1: and find out. Fool around with Trump and find out
- 16:09Speaker 1: what happens. You wind up dead. And there's just too
- 16:13Speaker 1: many weird people in the world now, too many softies
- 16:16Speaker 1: and snowflakes and weirdos and anti war people. Oh, you
- 16:20Speaker 1: make me nauseous. Nobody wants war. I don't want war.
- 16:23Speaker 1: You think I'm happy about war. War sucks. It makes
- 16:27Speaker 1: prices go up, it makes inflation go up, it makes
- 16:30Speaker 1: the debt go up. It causes problems with the economy.
- 16:34Speaker 1: It could cause the stock market to crash. I don't
- 16:36Speaker 1: want a war. I'm a money guy. All I care
- 16:39Speaker 1: about is the economy. I don't want wars, but some
- 16:43Speaker 1: of them are necessary. If you say no wars, we'd
- 16:46Speaker 1: never go into war. That would make people move on us.
- 16:49Speaker 1: That would make people take over the world, take over
- 16:51Speaker 1: our possessions. And you know, if you announce to the
- 16:53Speaker 1: world I will never use a gun and I will
- 16:56Speaker 1: leave my doors unlocked, you will be dead by the morning.
- 16:59Speaker 1: You understand, Go tell a bunch of homeless people that
- 17:02Speaker 1: you leave your door unlocked and you don't use guns,
- 17:04Speaker 1: you're a pacifist. Your family will be raped and murdered.
- 17:08Speaker 1: They'll find you all dead in the morning. So the
- 17:10Speaker 1: key is to lock your door and have guns. And
- 17:13Speaker 1: that's what the point of war is. Once in a while,
- 17:16Speaker 1: you have to show people that you mean business. So
- 17:19Speaker 1: we're showing people we mean business against the worst terrorist
- 17:22Speaker 1: state in the world that we fooled around with and
- 17:25Speaker 1: played footsy with forty years now plus forty seven years
- 17:29Speaker 1: to be exact. They have been at war with the
- 17:31Speaker 1: United States, what we have refused to be at war
- 17:33Speaker 1: with them, and Trump is finally finishing the job. And
- 17:38Speaker 1: all the big mouths, they've got such big mouths. You
- 17:42Speaker 1: know what they remind me of. They remind me of
- 17:44Speaker 1: Saddam Hussein spokesman. Do you remember him? At the moment
- 17:48Speaker 1: we were killing every Iraqi soldier and Saddam was hiding
- 17:52Speaker 1: in a hole. He was like a joke. Remember crazy Eddie,
- 17:55Speaker 1: the spokesman in New York City for an electronics firm. Hi,
- 18:00Speaker 1: I'm crazy Eddy, I got great things for you. The
- 18:02Speaker 1: spokesman was like that. He's like, we're winning, We're winning,
- 18:04Speaker 1: We're winning. The Americans are dying. Well, kill you all
- 18:07Speaker 1: like dogs. At that moment, everyone behind him was dead, right,
- 18:10Speaker 1: and so their heads were blown off, And he's saying
- 18:13Speaker 1: we're winning and we're gonna kill you all. If you
- 18:14Speaker 1: Americans dare step in this town, you will be dead.
- 18:17Speaker 1: And behind him is all Americans flying by. He was
- 18:20Speaker 1: a joke. The man was a moron. This is the
- 18:23Speaker 1: kind of lies that they all tell, right, It seems
- 18:26Speaker 1: to be part of their heritage. Just lie Lieli Lila Liai.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Muslim thing is lie lie Lila Lilahlai. So they all
- 18:33Speaker 1: talk big, I will kill you dirty dog Americans and
- 18:36Speaker 1: then we blow your head off. You're not killing us,
- 18:39Speaker 1: are you? You know you're not talking anymore, are you?
- 18:41Speaker 1: So you're not bragging anymore? Are you?
- 18:43Speaker 7: So?
- 18:44Speaker 1: Israel and America have worked as this wonderful team. America
- 18:47Speaker 1: is the greatest military and world history, and Israel is
- 18:50Speaker 1: pound for pound the greatest military and world history. Think
- 18:54Speaker 1: of it like boxing, right, the greatest boxer of all time.
- 18:57Speaker 1: I don't know. Let's assume it was h Muhammad Al
- 19:00Speaker 1: but pound for pound it was probably a little guy,
- 19:04Speaker 1: a little flyweight or a little middleweight. Maybe Sugar Ray Leonard, Right, maybe, Uh,
- 19:10Speaker 1: what's that guy's name? Gaddy? Gaddy was one of the
- 19:13Speaker 1: greatest middleweights ever. And those guys pound for pound, even
- 19:17Speaker 1: though they weighed one fifty compared to like two ten.
- 19:20Speaker 1: You know, Muhammad Ali, they're pound for pound the best
- 19:23Speaker 1: fighter ever. Sugar Ray Leonard was incredible. Right, there's a
- 19:27Speaker 1: lot of Mayweather. Maybe pound for pound the best fighter ever, Right,
- 19:30Speaker 1: but you think of Mike Tyson, you think of Muhammad Ali,
- 19:34Speaker 1: the heavyweights, Joe Lewis, people like that. So there's two
- 19:38Speaker 1: kinds of ways to define who's the best ever. The
- 19:40Speaker 1: best fighting force ever is America. The best pound for
- 19:44Speaker 1: pound for the size of their country is Israel. Put
- 19:47Speaker 1: the two of them together. We're just destroying Iran. Destroying Iran,
- 19:53Speaker 1: all right, uh, And don't let the media tell you
- 19:56Speaker 1: anything otherwise. We're winning. Lost souldroil and gas. It took

- 21:56Speaker 1: swain out of route. Coming here from Las Vegas, Las Vegas,
- 21:59Speaker 1: my adopted hometown for twenty three years now, I think
- 22:02Speaker 1: I'm right, yeah, right, at twenty four years, just about
- 22:05Speaker 1: twenty four years in beautiful Las Vegas, and people say
- 22:09Speaker 1: why do you live in Vegas? Wayne? Well, the income
- 22:11Speaker 1: tax rate is zero, capital gains tax rate is zero,
- 22:14Speaker 1: the inheritance tax is zero, the business taxes zero. And
- 22:18Speaker 1: I've always told people my gut says that our property
- 22:22Speaker 1: taxes are among the ten lowest in America, but I
- 22:24Speaker 1: never saw a proof of that. Then I saw an
- 22:26Speaker 1: article the other day it's the second lowest property tax
- 22:29Speaker 1: rate in the United States of America. So all those
- 22:32Speaker 1: taxes are zero and the property taxes are dirt cheap
- 22:35Speaker 1: compared to anywhere else. So sun is always out and
- 22:40Speaker 1: it's a beautiful place. And I live in Summerland, which
- 22:43Speaker 1: is the nicest area of Las Vegas. It's the Scottsdale
- 22:46Speaker 1: of Las Vegas. It's as nice a place to live
- 22:48Speaker 1: as you will find anywhere. And that's why all the
- 22:51Speaker 1: new homes in Summerlin are going for four million, five million,
- 22:54Speaker 1: ten million, twenty million, thirty million. Place called the Summit
- 22:57Speaker 1: Beautiful gated community, and they just sold a piece of
- 23:01Speaker 1: land for twenty million dollars to build a house. That's
- 23:04Speaker 1: how hot Vegas is as we speak right now. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: I'm not talking about the heat. And then nine months
- 23:09Speaker 1: a year the weather's perfect. Three months a year it's
- 23:12Speaker 1: way too hot for me. I hate summers. But other
- 23:14Speaker 1: than June, July and August, the rest of the year
- 23:15Speaker 1: is beautiful. So no taxes, great weather, and the best
- 23:19Speaker 1: restaurants in the world. Come on, it's a great place
- 23:21Speaker 1: to live. Cheap property taxes, great place to live, all right.

- 23:57Speaker 1: Not just beating the market, but often beating the market
- 23:59Speaker 1: by a mile. His top recommendations were up thirty five
- 24:03Speaker 1: point seven percent last year, and over the last three
- 24:05Speaker 1: years they averaged up thirty eight percent. Find anyone who

- 24:53Speaker 1: Author of the new book endowed by our creator, Doctor
- 24:56Speaker 1: John West. Welcome, how are you.
- 24:58Speaker 8: I'm doing great, although it's not actually sunny up here
- 25:02Speaker 8: in Seattle. It's kind of grim and was raining so.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Well, it always is in the winter, isn't it like
- 25:07Speaker 1: nine months a year, you guys are cloudy and you're
- 25:09Speaker 1: the opposite of us. We're sunny all those months, and
- 25:11Speaker 1: then I hate my summers, but you have the most
- 25:14Speaker 1: beautiful summers ever up and side.
- 25:17Speaker 8: Starting mid June into mid September.
- 25:19Speaker 1: It's just lovely. Yes, it's absolutely beautiful. And by the way,
- 25:23Speaker 1: it may be rainy and cloudy for nine months a year,
- 25:26Speaker 1: but that's why it's so green, right. I mean, we're
- 25:28Speaker 1: not green, we're desert. You're green. I get the positives
- 25:32Speaker 1: of the negatives, believe me. But I like dry and sunshine.
- 25:35Speaker 1: So for me, this is heaven. But anyway, look, John,
- 25:39Speaker 1: your book endowed by Creator the subtitles The Bible, Science,
- 25:43Speaker 1: and the Battle for America's Soul. Tell us about it.
- 25:46Speaker 1: What is the Battle for America's Soul? I think I
- 25:48Speaker 1: can guess at that one looking around right. Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 8: Well, actually, in the news right now this week, there
- 25:55Speaker 8: was something really relevant to my book, although people might
- 25:57Speaker 8: not think it. A Biden appointed judge just struck down
- 26:01Speaker 8: the Trump administration's efforts to sort of modify, say, the
- 26:06Speaker 8: mandatory vaccines. And there was this unelected committee that advises
- 26:11Speaker 8: the government on this of unelected experts. And you would
- 26:14Speaker 8: think that our elected officials, the Trump administration and his
- 26:17Speaker 8: appointees would actually be able to modify things according to
- 26:21Speaker 8: what the voters elected them to do. But this judge
- 26:24Speaker 8: says no, It says, actually, these unelected experts if the
- 26:29Speaker 8: president chose new committee members that he that the judge
- 26:32Speaker 8: didn't like, and so the president really has no right
- 26:35Speaker 8: to have his policy, and that is a direct repudiation.
- 26:39Speaker 8: As I write about my book of the Declaration of Independence,
- 26:43Speaker 8: which the whole idea of us being fundamentally equal doesn't
- 26:46Speaker 8: mean we're equal in height or wealth or every talent.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Or political power, but we are.
- 26:55Speaker 8: The ideas that just governments because all human beings are
- 26:58Speaker 8: creating the image of God, and we're also all sinful,
- 27:01Speaker 8: so you can't trust anyone. The founders thought with absolute power,
- 27:05Speaker 8: and that meant that just governments are based on consent
- 27:08Speaker 8: of the governed, and so your government should actually be
- 27:11Speaker 8: based on people's consent, not unelected experts. But basically, starting
- 27:16Speaker 8: in the nineteenth century early twentieth century, some people, claiming
- 27:20Speaker 8: the name of science, they basically said, well, humans aren't
- 27:23Speaker 8: equal in any sense, and they're so stupid they can
- 27:26Speaker 8: only be ruled by experts, scientific experts for their good.
- 27:30Speaker 8: And this led to the eyes of the progressive era
- 27:33Speaker 8: cradle to grave state.
- 27:35Speaker 1: That is that.
- 27:35Speaker 8: Woodrow Wilson, among others, helped push that was a government
- 27:39Speaker 8: by unelected experts and so it was because the reason
- 27:42Speaker 8: we have this effort for a government of unelected experts
- 27:45Speaker 8: is because of the repudiation in the name of science
- 27:48Speaker 8: of our Declaration of Independence. So my book basically tells
- 27:52Speaker 8: the story of what the declaration really meant, why we
- 27:55Speaker 8: really do have unalienable rights, why that's so important, sort
- 27:58Speaker 8: of explain the founders, and then well, how did we
- 28:01Speaker 8: lose that? And then I hope how we're going to
- 28:04Speaker 8: get it back.
- 28:05Speaker 1: You know, it's funny because I'm one of those people
- 28:07Speaker 1: that you know, helped elect President Trump. Everybody says that.
- 28:10Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I was on Bill Cunningham,
- 28:12Speaker 1: who's got the biggest conservative weekend show in the country.
- 28:14Speaker 1: He said, Wayne Rood is the founder of MAGA. You
- 28:16Speaker 1: are the founder of MAGAN. I really was, And to me,
- 28:19Speaker 1: MAGA means the people have power. And Donald Trump likes
- 28:22Speaker 1: middle class people and working class people. So I believe
- 28:25Speaker 1: in the power of the people. But what I don't
- 28:28Speaker 1: believe in is that unelected judges have more power than
- 28:31Speaker 1: the elected president of the United States. That's what's so amazing.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And I love what you just said a minute ago,
- 28:36Speaker 1: because I've raved my whole lifetime about experts. Experts are idiots.
- 28:40Speaker 1: They don't know anything. You should do the opposite of
- 28:43Speaker 1: what most experts tell you to do. They're always wrong
- 28:46Speaker 1: about everything. So that judge not only thinks he's more
- 28:49Speaker 1: powerful and the President John, he also thinks that he's
- 28:54Speaker 1: a doctor who knows more about medical than Robert F.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Kennedy and his entire board of advisors, who made that
- 29:00Speaker 1: judge the biggest doctor in America, who made them more
- 29:02Speaker 1: important than the president.
- 29:04Speaker 8: It's ridiculous, it is, you know, I think everyone would agree.
- 29:08Speaker 8: You know, experts that are legitimate, experts can be helpful.
- 29:11Speaker 8: I mean, if I want brain surgery, I don't want
- 29:13Speaker 8: it done. That's yes, post office box from a medical
- 29:17Speaker 8: school in the Caribbean. However, as you point out, and
- 29:20Speaker 8: the founders believe no one is so good that they're godlike,
- 29:24Speaker 8: that they have right for absolute power over other people
- 29:26Speaker 8: without their consent. And so that's the danger, and that's
- 29:30Speaker 8: why they thought that our government had to have checks
- 29:32Speaker 8: and balances, and it had to be accountable to the
- 29:34Speaker 8: people through their elected officials. But this idea that grew
- 29:38Speaker 8: up in the early twentieth century because of people like
- 29:41Speaker 8: Democrat Woodrow Wilson among others. Know, there's a higher class
- 29:45Speaker 8: of people who are neutral experts. It's hard to find
- 29:49Speaker 8: a neutral expert, and so they should be given carte
- 29:52Speaker 8: blanche against the evil politicians and a lot of Americans,
- 29:56Speaker 8: even some people who supported Trump when they when they
- 29:59Speaker 8: wanted you know, there's certain people who want government to
- 30:01Speaker 8: be more efficient, which I think is so true. But
- 30:03Speaker 8: I don't just want government to be more efficient. I
- 30:06Speaker 8: don't want government to have absolute power, whether they're efficient
- 30:10Speaker 8: or not, because no human being is perfect. They're all
- 30:15Speaker 8: I'm a Christians live, we're all sinful, but you don't
- 30:17Speaker 8: even need to be a Christian. Just look how people
- 30:19Speaker 8: treat each other. That was the founder's incentive why consent
- 30:23Speaker 8: of the government was so important, and you couldn't just
- 30:25Speaker 8: hand things over to experts without any checks or balances.
- 30:28Speaker 8: And with that, unelected judge is saying is basically, well,
- 30:33Speaker 8: you know, I have my view of who's the best expert,
- 30:36Speaker 8: and it Trump's view or Bobby Kennedy's. You have to
- 30:42Speaker 8: pick the elected officials have to do my bidding and
- 30:45Speaker 8: pick the experts.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I like, ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. Let me run that time here.
- 30:51Speaker 1: I want to get a really key point in I
- 30:54Speaker 1: think the most perfect human beings you know, forget about
- 30:56Speaker 1: God obviously Jesus Christ, but the most perfect human beings
- 31:00Speaker 1: ever on our earth at one time in one place
- 31:02Speaker 1: were probably the Founding Fathers. They were pretty close to
- 31:06Speaker 1: perfect and brilliant. But they also made one horrible mistake, right, slavery.
- 31:10Speaker 1: So nobody is perfect.
- 31:13Speaker 8: No, that's true, and to the credit, most of them
- 31:17Speaker 8: felt embarrassed about it. And if you look, but many
- 31:19Speaker 8: people don't know the story. I tell it in my
- 31:21Speaker 8: boot that within ten to twenty years, eight or nine
- 31:24Speaker 8: states actually a ballish slavery, some on July fourth, because
- 31:28Speaker 8: they knew the principles was right. And then even James
- 31:33Speaker 8: Madison and Thomas Jefferson, who were slave owners, did put
- 31:36Speaker 8: forward a proposal unfortunately didn't pass, but in Virginia to
- 31:40Speaker 8: emancipate slaves. And so, you know, the Founders weren't perfect,
- 31:44Speaker 8: but they they tried. Yeah, they did try.
- 31:48Speaker 1: They were close. They were pretty smart. You don't get
- 31:50Speaker 1: any smarter than Benjamin Franklin, you know, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson.
- 31:54Speaker 1: My favorite president probably of all time, is Thomas Jefferson.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Brilliant brilliant guy, but he had slaves, so you could
- 32:00Speaker 1: argue that he was still an imperfect human being. Everybody is. Look,
- 32:04Speaker 1: I love Trump. I think Trump's the greatest president ever,
- 32:07Speaker 1: but I think he makes lots of mistakes. I can
- 32:09Speaker 1: name you five or six things I disagree with, So
- 32:11Speaker 1: nobody's perfect. But you know, on odds, Trump is pretty
- 32:15Speaker 1: darn good. How did the founders draw in science of
- 32:19Speaker 1: their day to make one of the declaration's biggest claims?
- 32:22Speaker 1: Give me a quick answer. Good, about a minute left.
- 32:24Speaker 8: So one of the biggest claims is that our rights
- 32:27Speaker 8: come from God, not government. That's why government doesn't have
- 32:29Speaker 8: the right just to take it away from us, because
- 32:31Speaker 8: they're not rights given to us by other people. And
- 32:33Speaker 8: the founders thought that science actually pointed to a creator.
- 32:37Speaker 8: And I would argue that science today is actually pointing
- 32:39Speaker 8: to a creator, so not away from a creator, but
- 32:41Speaker 8: the complexity and intelligence that we see throughout nature point
- 32:45Speaker 8: objectively to a creator. And all the founders believe that.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Well, and here's what I find as a kind of
- 32:51Speaker 1: just the layman. Everyone I know who's religious is relatively happy,
- 32:56Speaker 1: maybe then at all astatic twenty four hours a day,
- 32:58Speaker 1: but relatively, And all the people I know who are
- 33:02Speaker 1: liberal and atheist and they don't believe in God are
- 33:05Speaker 1: the most unhappy human beings I've ever seen in my
- 33:08Speaker 1: entire life. So I think there's something there that argues
- 33:12Speaker 1: for God. That's all I could say. We're on the run.

- 36:45Speaker 1: All right, wait down the route, the root, the root,
- 36:47Speaker 1: the roots on fire. One more mention that America's Top
- 36:50Speaker 1: Ten Countdown, my favorite show, my biggest show, my biggest platform,
- 36:55Speaker 1: Real America's Voice TV. That show is my monster. And
- 36:58Speaker 1: they made the decision to move it to one pm
- 37:01Speaker 1: on Saturdays, and I kind of lobbied against that decision.
- 37:04Speaker 1: It's been on the air of the New Time for
- 37:05Speaker 1: about three weeks now, and so many of my fans
- 37:09Speaker 1: just didn't understand and moved, couldn't find it. We're confused.
- 37:13Speaker 1: It's been in the same place neon Eastern for four
- 37:16Speaker 1: years almost, and I lobbied hard with the ownership of
- 37:19Speaker 1: Real America's Voice, and they came through today and they've
- 37:22Speaker 1: moved me back starting this Saturday, back to noon eastern
- 37:25Speaker 1: nine am Pacific, following Steve Bannon's War Room, so it's
- 37:29Speaker 1: Bannon and Root back to back, and then James O'Keefe's
- 37:32Speaker 1: new show on Real America's Voice will be after mine
- 37:35Speaker 1: at one pm Eastern ten am Pacific. So I'm back
- 37:38Speaker 1: to my usual spot right where I was born and
- 37:42Speaker 1: raised on Real America's Voice New Eastern, nine AM Pacific,
- 37:46Speaker 1: Real America's Voice Network, and you can find it there
- 37:49Speaker 1: the usual time, the usual place once again. All right,
- 37:53Speaker 1: America's Top ten Countdown neon Eastern. This show is a
- 37:57Speaker 1: war Zone Live and it is the official podcast the
- 38:02Speaker 1: Gateway Punnet, which is one of the biggest websites of
- 38:04Speaker 1: the country, fifth biggest conservative news site in the country,
- 38:07Speaker 1: over two point five million unique daily readers, and you
- 38:10Speaker 1: can find it every day between six and a pm
- 38:13Speaker 1: Eastern at the gateway, punnet dot com or at what
- 38:18Speaker 1: is it redtalk dot com. Red talk dot com is
- 38:21Speaker 1: the newer one. Oh talkred dot com. That's the newer one.
- 38:23Speaker 1: We're on talkred dot com. And of course rumble dot com.
- 38:26Speaker 1: That's an easy one. Go to rumble dot com and
- 38:28Speaker 1: look up Wayne Root, Waynelllerroot or war Zone and you
- 38:32Speaker 1: can email me anytime. Wayn Root at gmail dot com. Okay,
- 38:35Speaker 1: house keeping out of the way. Boom boom boom. Place
- 38:37Speaker 1: the dust is gone, place is clean. This is the
- 38:40Speaker 1: Wayne stream media onto the waynstream media. So not only
- 38:44Speaker 1: is Trump eliminating all the loudmouthed leaders in overnight strikes,
- 38:48Speaker 1: the killers that kill American soldiers and kill Christians. And
- 38:52Speaker 1: it's not just Jews, they kill Christians. Radical Muslims hate
- 38:56Speaker 1: Christians just as much as Jews. Here's the headline. More
- 39:01Speaker 1: top Iranian leaders are wiped out as the US Israeli
- 39:04Speaker 1: strategy against Iran is working. The most unlikely sourced reports
- 39:09Speaker 1: US israel strategy against Iran is working well. Overnight, we
- 39:12Speaker 1: learn more Iranian leaders are no longer a threat. The
- 39:15Speaker 1: Middle East media outlet Al Jazeera not a fan of
- 39:18Speaker 1: the US or Israel obviously shared that US Israeli strategy
- 39:23Speaker 1: against Iran was working. Of course they are. Of course
- 39:26Speaker 1: it is. We have the greatest firepower in the history
- 39:29Speaker 1: of the world, and combined with Israel, which has the
- 39:31Speaker 1: most incredible intelligence in the history of the world. Right there,
- 39:35Speaker 1: Mussad blows our Cia away. Anything Mussad finds that. They'll
- 39:41Speaker 1: tell you, like the leader is by the street sign
- 39:44Speaker 1: on the corner of Jones and Tropicana. Shoot a missile
- 39:48Speaker 1: right there now and you'll wipe out the leader. And
- 39:50Speaker 1: you do, and you do. You shoot one and you
- 39:52Speaker 1: do wipe them out. They know the street address of
- 39:55Speaker 1: where every person is. They know the cave address of
- 39:59Speaker 1: where these losers are hiding, and they give it to
- 40:01Speaker 1: American and America bombs them. Sometimes Israel bombs them. And
- 40:04Speaker 1: they are effective. Man, they are effective. I'm telling you,
- 40:08Speaker 1: just listen to Wayne Root because I've been right about
- 40:11Speaker 1: everything for ten years on radio and TV. And President
- 40:14Speaker 1: Trump has been right about everything in the last ten years.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Three of them where he was really elected president. Only
- 40:20Speaker 1: two of them you know about. But he was elected
- 40:21Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two. Believe me, the guy is a
- 40:24Speaker 1: three time president the United States and has gotten more
- 40:26Speaker 1: votes in his three runs than anyone in the history
- 40:28Speaker 1: of America by a mile. And he's what was right,
- 40:31Speaker 1: And I'm telling you we're both right. Trump will come
- 40:33Speaker 1: out a hero from this smelling like a rose. The
- 40:36Speaker 1: bad news that you hear, I understand why it's scaring you,
- 40:39Speaker 1: and the gas pump prices are scaring you. But the
- 40:42Speaker 1: reality is we're winning and winning big. Iran is done
- 40:46Speaker 1: and they're finished. The army's gone, the navy's gone, the
- 40:48Speaker 1: air force's gone. Trump is and Israel have destroyed them all.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Our military is a machine man, it is a war machine,
- 40:55Speaker 1: and we have destroyed them all. Anything else you hear
- 40:58Speaker 1: is propaganda. So we're and we've eliminated if all goes well,
- 41:06Speaker 1: we've eliminated the number one terrorist threat in the world.
- 41:09Speaker 1: This is the biggest state sponsor of terrorism. And as
- 41:12Speaker 1: a bonus, which probably all of that's the bonus, the
- 41:15Speaker 1: real award is that we've we've stopped China from getting
- 41:19Speaker 1: cheap oil from both Venezuela and from Iran. Think about it.
- 41:24Speaker 1: You know, the leader of Venezuela, and Nicholas Maduro said
- 41:27Speaker 1: coming get me. And remember he was. He was like
- 41:29Speaker 1: dancing on his stage and boxing, coming get me Trump,
- 41:32Speaker 1: And we came and got him in the middle of
- 41:34Speaker 1: the night. And he's rotting in a prison cell now.
- 41:36Speaker 1: And I think you know what he's doing. He's ratting
- 41:39Speaker 1: on the Democrats who stole the election because Venezuela was
- 41:41Speaker 1: part of the twenty twenty steel and Trump will soon
- 41:44Speaker 1: be indicting every Democrat involved in that. And then you know,
- 41:48Speaker 1: all these leaders in Iran keeps saying, coming get us.
- 41:51Speaker 1: You can't get us, you evil American israelis come And
- 41:55Speaker 1: whoever says that is dead by morning. So I think
- 41:58Speaker 1: we're making a good point here, a good point. Elin
- 42:00Speaker 1: Omar trashes Trump supporters and spreads a nasty lie about
- 42:06Speaker 1: Trump after he blasts her and what he calls her
- 42:09Speaker 1: country fourth world Somalia. Right, it's not even a third
- 42:12Speaker 1: world crap hole. It's such a crap hole. It's a
- 42:16Speaker 1: fourth World crapole. Very good, President Trump. She should not
- 42:20Speaker 1: be in this country. She should be deported. What she
- 42:24Speaker 1: doing in Congress. She's an enemy of the United States,
- 42:28Speaker 1: all right, zietscha. Genesis Medicine, their CEO, Dan Montano has
- 42:32Speaker 1: been a guest on my show many times to discuss
- 42:34Speaker 1: as companies medicines to reverse type two diabetes, reverse Parkinson's,
- 42:38Speaker 1: and reverse heart disease. Over three in her patients have
- 42:41Speaker 1: been dosed with their medicines during research studies. All patients
- 42:44Speaker 1: have shown great improvement with no adverse events reported. If
- 42:48Speaker 1: you know anyone who has type two diabetes or Parkinson's
- 42:50Speaker 1: or heart disease, listen up. You could participate in one
- 42:53Speaker 1: of their upcoming free medical research studies using their Breakthrough medicines.
