Shamus: he'll get to you, but it just might be you know a little long Herbie: Plus if you want the job done right, and he's a perfectionist too, so if you want the job done right, it just takes a little time, that's all. Shamus: Yeah, he's coming in to do my stuff. I think in a week or two. So and I'll post pictures of that. He posts all the time on his stuff. also want to give a big shout out to my man. Yeah at John I'm not gonna mention his name. at John Bob's Woodworking. he printed not only does woodworking, but he has this super high speed what do they call three D? Herbie: Yeah three D printer. Shamus: It's a three D printer and he's got this amazing shop in his basement. I went over and he lives in South Philly. I went over and hang out with him the other day. we used to work together, so it's good to see one of the fellows from the job. he made me a chuck I I forget how you pronounce it, charcuterie? Charcuterie? It's Herbie: Show charcuterie board, yeah. Shamus: some rich people's so he made it out of walnut. I mean trimmed dude, it looks like something you would you would get at a restaurant when you order Herbie: That is classy. Shamus: and then of course you've seen the prize like dude, he printed me up like a like a f eighteen inch Lego Batman. Herbie: Yeah, the best band. Shamus: it is the best Batman. I don't care. Michael Keaton's probably one B. but yeah, man, that thing is absolutely amazing. Herbie: It is cool. Shamus: When we go to video, you guys will say it. It'll be a part of the set. so I just want to give a big shout out to John Bob. And if anybody needs any kind of woodworking done or maybe three D printing, this guy's on it, man. He's on he's dude, he's printing up right now for Halloween. He showed me, you know, like your typical gray alien looking with the big head and the eyes and stuff. He's got one like crouching in the corner. It's like four foot tall. Really? So he's printing up the pieces right now and like 'cause you saw the Lego Batman have when he did it, he did it like a real Lego. So like the head pops off like a Lego and everything. Yeah. He's kind of doing it like that where it kind of you put it together, but it's like he's gonna put it in a corner of cause he lives in a row ham with South Philly. It's amazing. It reminds me of my old neighborhood. just not so many Italians. Yeah. he's gonna have it in a corner, crouched near like where the steps are and stuff. And dude, he showed me cool. He showed me the foot already and I was like, Holy snake. So when he gets when he gets done with it, it well we'll post pictures of it on our our site and he he said he was gonna come on the show when we go to video. So maybe I'll have him bring some of the stuff that he 3D prints and all that stuff. So big shout out to John Bob. Thank you very much, buddy. I appreciate it. And thank you for lunch. and thanks to Charlene. Yeah. I mean that that episode was pretty good, man. Yeah. We got a lot of response off of that. So thanks, Charlene. And maybe when we go to video, maybe we'll revisit that in a year to see where she's at and we'll have her come back in. Herbie: Especially for the listeners too. Like hit the you know, hit the mailbag and let us know what you think. Shamus: yeah, there's a couple already. There's a couple already. I kinda looked at it. Herbie: That's basically another reason why she did did the show. Not only to help herself and like vent about what's going on in her life, but maybe she can offer counseling or just like change ideas or, you know, share ideas with other people that are going through. Shamus: Another person to vent to who went through the same thing. Yeah. So yeah, it was awesome to have her come in and do that. And her being a friend of ours for at least twenty some years. yeah. So thanks again, Charlene. Herbie: Don't have voice too. Shamus: yeah. Yeah. I was I was shocked. because she was just like, I think my voice is horrible. I was like, dude, you sound amazing here. Sound way better than what we sound like. Yeah. So Herbie: Look way better than us too. Shamus: yeah. yeah, she definitely bought some clay after that picture I posted on all Herbie: yeah, dude that's what I was little apprehensive about. Like, you sure you guys wanna do this video thing I might have to wear one of my cosplay masks or outfits or something? I don't know, man. Shamus: So what you got going on the rest of the week, bud? the rest It is Wednesday tomorrow. Top day. Ooh. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: Yeah. Herbie: nothing really, just you know, gonna enjoy the weekend. For the weather, it's supposed to be kind of shitty. So thank you, Mother Nature, for making it shitty. But yeah, I got a friend of mine's surprise, 60th birthday party, so I guess it's okay to talk about it. And because he's he's he doesn't really listen to the show yet. Okay. God damn it. I told Shamus: That's your fault. Herbie: him about it. I'm like, come on, man. But yeah, just Well, hopefully I want to enjoy the weekend. And of course, you know, do some more podcasting and get the show together. Shamus: Yeah, yeah, this weekend we're gonna finally put the set together, dude, see what it looks like and start running some video, do some shorts, start working out the kinks before we we go live. yeah, but before that, like today I was getting ready because tomorrow's my first day back to work. we have orientation days at the school. Yeah. Herbie: Summer's over. Shamus: On Wednesday and Thursday I have orientation and then Friday we're off and then we go live. Yeah. Monday, school starts for the district I'm at. and I thought to myself today I was coming back from there and my truck broke down in the beginning of the spring. I'm sure everybody knows that by now because we talked about my neighbor when they were dropping it, like, hey, you have a car problem. Yeah, Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: didn't feel like driving home, so I figured I'd just have this guy tow it. so I've been kind of using my Subaru Baja, as a work truck and been doing all kinds of DIY project. We're doing the set. Yeah. You know, cutting grass. I was helping out some friends cutting their grass and stuff. and I got into it today and I was just kinda like, my God, it looks like the trash can do at Wild Washington hanging out or dirty Mike and the boys from the other guys. Yeah. I was like, I can't be rolling up the school first day, you know, looking like who done it. Man, I got home and I was just like, watch them wax real quick and done it. Dude, I didn't think it was that bad. It took me liter like three, three and a half hours to clean that car. 'Cause another thing, I'm you know, that whole military thing with me, everything's got to be cleaned. It's gotta be and that car was just so disgusting. Herbie: Well let me ask you with like a bunch of trash and stuff in there, like how many water bottles or half drinking water bottles are in there? Shamus: a ton of 'Cause when I go to the gym, whatever I don't finish, I just throw on the floor. Throw Herbie: Everybody does. Shamus: it in the back seat and my god, there was a that receipts. I don't know why people print receipts anymore. Everything's digital. Herbie: Yeah, well they don't last long either, as from received. Shamus: I just crumple up and throw in my center console or d dude or in the door panel thing. Dude, they were everywhere. my god. Herbie: Yeah, well like a safety type thing is like people don't realize that when you throw your bottles in the back and if the sun hits, it's like a mini magnifying glass. And if you got like these weird little like burn marks and stuff inside your car, it's because, you know, if the sun's hitting your water bottle. Really? huh. Shamus: Yeah. Herbie: Yeah, like refract, you know, 'cause like you can actually use it to like refract light, beams of light. And it's sitting in their car for like, you know, a while. It's gonna do the same shit and burn little holes and stuff in your upholstery, or can even s you know if it's Well no, there's a bunch of Shamus: shit. Yeah, I'm usually pretty clean kept man, but this summer I don't know what I it's like I said because of the truck. Yeah. I had there was stuff in there I totally forgot I had like I had roofing nails in there. I had a roofing like an air gun, like an air hammer. Like the doof doof. I had one of the I was like, what the hell was I doing with this earlier this year? Like I have Herbie: Well we've yours is like a work truck, you know mine. That's I'm like freaking ready for like zombie Shamus: Okay. Herbie: apocalypse, f tailgating football, camping, I don't know, other types of camping events. Shamus: Bro, your shit's just a mobile yard sale. Yeah. You can pull up a Columbus any day of the week and just be like, All right, here we go and just throw everything out and it looks like a yard sale. Yeah. Herbie: I can like survive out of that thing for like a month at least. Shamus: Yeah. Yeah. I I'll tell you what though, those cars do you the I'm not gonna name what you have but what you have, that thing will last forever if you take care of it. yeah. So Yeah. And my I I'll Herbie: I love that thing. Shamus: you what that Subaru I got's pretty good. It's good on gas miles, it's got a hundred and sixty three thousand, which is kinda low for it being an O four. Yeah. I don't really drive anywhere, but yeah, that thing was disgusting. Herbie: That's the thing with me, man. With my car, like people that know me, they're like, Yep, they can that's Herbie. He's coming down the road. Shamus: And just like being clean on the inside and stuff like that, w if I get a dent or if like a window cracks in my car or something, I immediately get it fixed. I don't want to be one of those guys because you see it all the time, man. The duct tape Yeah. Or like the fenders a different color I to me I can't just like stand. And they got the gorilla tape on there or I hate the trash bag in the window. Yeah, that's that's God I can't stand it. Herbie: Like the duct tape to like hold up a you know frickin' bumper or something. Shamus: Like Jesus. I'm like, bro. But then like 'cause those are the guys or the people that like when you see that you look down, they have like five thousand dollar rims on their car. You're like, really, dude? Yeah. I can't stand. Herbie: Nice phone. At least with my vehicle, I definitely looked apart with all my shit. You know what I mean? Shamus: We gotta put somehow we gotta put a camera on that car. yeah, dude. And just the next time you get pulled over, I gotta see the look on the cop's face when he walks up like when he hits that flashlight to look at the back window and you can't see shit. Herbie: It's like I am not searching this freaking vehicle man. I'm like, yeah, yeah, no problem. You gotta put help me put all that shit back though. Shamus: Yeah, we got a gypsy here, boys. Herbie: They give me a ticket, I was just curse and be like, thin. Shamus: Yeah. dude. I would love to see especially with like all the stickers on there. I'm just like, man, if it was me, I'd be like, Go ahead, bro. Herbie: Yeah, just go. Just get out of here. Let me run your license real quick. Shamus: I wouldn't even do that. If you were speeding, I'd just walk up 'cause I had a cop do this to me one time. I was in uniform going home. Yeah. And I guess he didn't realize until he walked up on the car. He just I would just walk up and like, if you were speeding, I'm like, Go, slow down. Beat it. I'm not even I'm not even messing with Herbie: go through all that. Shamus: this. I had a yeah, I had a cop walk up to me one time. I was in uniform. She's like, Go. I looked at him, he's like, Slow down, asshole. Have a good night. Yes, sir. Herbie: I remember one time I actually got pulled over in my driveway, dude. It like late at night. I was literally I didn't even know they were behind me. I just pulled in my car in my driveway and I'm getting ready to come out and all of like, you know, the lights just all pop on. I'm like, what they're like, stay inside the vehicle. I'm like, what the f Shamus: Okay. Herbie: So but everything was cool. Just like Shamus: Board? Herbie: is this is is this your will, God? Stay inside the vehicle and repent of your sins. Shamus: Were you drinking? Herbie: No, I was just it was like late at night and I was going into like pulling into the the road or the street of my house and there's no one in my town. I'm like my town like footloose, man. It's like it it it's quiet and done by like four o'clock in the afternoon, you know? So freaking I made a turn I didn't make a turn signal to go into like the street and I guess Yeah. Shamus: So he was just bored. Herbie: I always feel weird. There was one time man I actually went to work and I actually had a for Halloween I had a Spider Man costume. And it was like a cool one, but it had like the zippers in the back. There's two zippers. So there's one that goes up the back of your head, and then the one of course like from your shoulders down to like the mid mid of your back. So I kept it on purpose, like both zippers, like to be in the back of my neck so I can get to it myself in case I need to get out of it, especially to use the bathroom. So when I used the bathroom, I asked a friend of mine from the from the job, I said, yo, can you zip me back up? So she zipped me back up, but like she put the zipper like in the middle of my back. Shamus: So you can get to it? Herbie: Yeah, so like towards the end of the shift, I'm like, okay, well, I'm getting ready to go home. And I was like, I gotta pee. I like, I don't live far, so I'll just you know, I'll I'll do it. I'll take the mask off and everything when I get to the get to my Jeep. So as soon as I get in the in the Jeep and stuff like that, I'm looking for it, and I couldn't find I was like, Jesus Christ. Then I was like debating, like, do I have to go do I should I go back into work and try to use the bathroom or ever like or no, I'll just try to run home. So I basically drove I drove home with the Spider-Man costume on. You know And I was like, please. I don't you know, 'cause like you see like, you Spider-Man driving a frickin' a Jeep, they're like, You I gotta pull you over, you know what I mean? And I don't know how a cop would respond to like, look, I really gotta pee dude. Like, what do you do? Like how do you get out of the you know what? Shamus: You just tell I can't reach the zipper, bro. Herbie: But you sometimes you never know. But yeah, why can you unzip me? I gotta like while I while I pee in a Snapple bottle or something like that. But yeah, so but I made it home, but I was just nervous. I didn't want to get pulled over and go through the whole thing of getting a ticket and probably pissing myself while the cops either writes me a ticket for wearing a Spider Man suit while I'm driving. 'Cause I guess something like that technically like, you know, you like visually impaired or whatever the hell. I don't know. But it all worked out in the end. Shamus: You know what else I've I've been seeing lately too? Besides all the jalopies out there with the gorilla tape or the different color fenders or I don't know what it is. And it's kind of like this is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. You'll get like these and they're really nice pickup trucks. Because pickup trucks now, when I was a kid, you can get a pickup truck for like four or five thousand dollars brand new because they were work trucks. They were just a bench seat and that was it. Now they're all luxury out and da-da-da. Now they're like 60, 70, 80 grand, which is absolutely ridiculous. I I refuse to buy a new car. Yeah. But like you'll see these like sixty, seventy thousand dollar pickup trucks. And of course they're lifted and they have like the big chrome, like the deep dish chrome and stuff. But I don't know what the deal with the suspension is where they lower the back and they just drive down the road like they're like Herbie: Willie? Yeah. Shamus: the thing squat and it'd take a dump and you're just kinda like Herbie: It's just dragging its ass down the road. Shamus: Yeah. Back in our day, back in the nineties when, you know, West Coast hip hop was big like all the Impals did it, you know that kind of thing. But I've never seen pickup trucks do it and it just looks so Herbie: Dumb. It does like I don't how do you navigate? You know what I mean? It's like I I don't know. It was like it was when I went down last year to see my buddy Steve down in Tennessee, everybody did it down there. It was like all the young kids had these freaking tro I was like, why the fuck do they have it like that? I'm like it for me it doesn't look cool. Cause it literally like you're it gives you like this different angle you can't see in front of you. Shamus: Yeah. Herbie: You can see the f the tops of other people's cars and especially if you're in a in a truck, you you probably can't really see other small cars in front of you. Shamus: Well not only that, but guys who were like I love cars. I can take one apart and put it back together, you know, up until a certain year because of computers and all that shit. Yeah, that's Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: why that's why I bought Ethel out there 'cause there's no computers in that Herbie: No could yeah. Shamus: Hell yeah, that's it. There ain't nothing to that. But all that is is air shocks. Yeah. And air shocks are maybe for that the total system might be five hundred dollars and if you know what you're doing and can put it in your side like yeah. It doesn't impress like I don't know why it looks I pulled up at the gym this morning and and a dude had his car like that in the parking lot just parked and I was like, That is the dumbest shit I've ever But does it Herbie: Gets chicks, you know. I mean I I guess. No dude does all this shit just to make you know, not to to not pick up chicks or try to pick up chicks. Shamus: I gu I mean I 'cause the guy I Jim has gotta be in his mid thirties. So I'm assuming he's married or so like chicks in their mid thirties are looking for guys with trucks that look like they're taking a dump? Herbie: I don't th maybe not. Maybe he's maybe he's looking for the younger stuff or something. I don't know. He's maybe maybe he's a dork. It Shamus: That is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. Herbie: does it doesn't look good. I don't think it looks good. I mean like back in the day we used to like the you know like the the hydraulics on the on the cars and stuff. I mean that's cool, you know. And like you know, the ground effects or like the lights and everything, that was cool. You know, the big freaking JVL speakers in the back and just like pool, boom, boom. yeah. I mean it was a pain in the ass for some Shamus: I still have my system for my Mustang back in the night. Yeah. Yeah, it's in the garage. I'm probably gonna throw it in the Jeep. that's Herbie: that'd be cool. Old school. Shamus: another thing. What? What's with the fucking ducks in the Jeep? Herbie: it's it's it's it's a jeep thing. You know, if you get Did Shamus: The Jeep and I think that is the dumbest shit ever. Herbie: you have you gotten a d duck yet? Shamus: I don't I I kinda know who did it. Yeah. I was parked somewhere and I came out and it was this Because I do the Jeep Wave thing. Yeah. I do do that because I do have a Wrangler. Yeah. I only take it out in the summertime. It's a twenty fifteen and it's only got forty thousand miles on it. I think I put like maybe fifteen hundred miles a year on it. but yeah, like I do the Jeep Wave thing. And I I you see all that, it's a jeep thing kind of deal. Yeah. But I parked somewhere and after I think it was at a barbecue or something. And you know, after a while I came out to drive home and there was a duck on I'm like, what the fuck is that? And I just kinda threw it in the backseat. And then somebody's and then I started noticing. Some of these people have like forty, fifty ducks on their dashboard. Yeah. Yeah. I'm like, what the hell? And they're like, if you get swamped and they're like the ducks floating and w and I was just kinda like Listen, I I I get a lot of shit 'cause I don't take my Jeep off road and it's got the big tires on it and the small lift and and people are like, You don't take that off road? I'm like, Fuck no. Yeah, well there's I keep that shit clean, bro. Herbie: South Jersey man, so you know it's like every there's a lot of people off-road and they people go down the shore, there's like jeep meets and you know, jeep runs and black. I think like I don't I don't Shamus: I know. I get all the invites. Join our crew. Herbie: yeah? Well I don't get any ducks on mine because they're probably he's got enough crap on his car as it is, he probably wouldn't even notice it. Shamus: Which which cracks me up because here's another thing. Going back, kind of tying that in with the the pickup trucks that are squatting. Yeah. Like when I had my Jeep lifted, I had to put a leveling kit on it. Yeah. Because I don't have a big lift. Yeah. But if you put a lift on it, it kinda squats one way. It makes it look like it's sitting. So you have to put a leveling thing on it. And that was a huge deal when pickup trucks were starting to get lifted. Yeah. Like when they lifted on like the backwood kind of so they would put a leveling kit on it. But I guess now you don't even need that for Herbie: guess. But I probably pr you could still be potentially pulled over, I guess, for Shamus: I don't know what the deal is with that. I hate I hate the big chrome rims on, you know, F one fifties or F two fifty like just keep it keep the big tires and keep like the you know, the off road look to it. Don't I don't know. Herbie: I mean you got people that have diesels that like actually like to like crop dust people on the side of the roads and shit like that. Shamus: Yeah. I love that in front of the school like you see like the big thing in black smoke come up and we're just like, Yay I remember my first diesel truck there, butt face. Yeah. So yeah, I can't stand a duck thing. I can't stand the the squatting truck thing. Yeah. I do miss the systems though. Herbie: yeah, Systems was cool though. 'Cause that's something like you you could just be hanging out inside your house with your buddies and stuff and you know like your other buddies coming 'cause you're Shamus: Yeah. Herbie: Not Shamus: Mm. Herbie: Yeah, yeah. Shamus: Then my dad would get up as he's pulling up, walk to the door. Yeah, Herbie: Which morons? Shamus: he'd turn off the car and dad be like, Go, turn that shit down. Ain't nobody want to hear that shit. Herbie: Well you see I guess each generation has their thing but you know, yeah, 'cause you know there's even the thing with everyone like tin it out like crazy and stuff too, like dark tents all on off. Shamus: Well not only that, but na when Paul was here, we were talking about it. I've never seen so much tint on front windshields before in my life. Yeah. And I was like, how the hell especially back here in Medford. Yeah. I don't know how anybody drives with tint on their front windshield. Yeah. And it's dark like Paul had it. Yeah. I was like, bro, you don't get stopped for that? And he was like, No, they now I'm good. I'm like He's like I couldn't see shit leaving that night. But yeah, man. I I just don't I I can never drive with ten on my front windshield. Herbie: I mean, don't get wrong, I think it looks cool, but I just, you know, it does be able see out of it enough to be able to, you know. Cause when it's dark, dark, dark, I'm like, bro. It does, it looks cool. It's almost like with that movie The Wraith with Charlie Sheen and all that when it came back and it was just like a ghost car. I mean, they had a couple other horror movies and stuff like that, which is like a ghost car where you can't really see the it's all tinted out, you don't know what's in there. It's I guess it's a demon or whatever the hell. But you know I don't have like I don't have that type of V hackle to be able to pull off some cool shit like that. Shamus: No. I do. The Jeep well, his Jeep looked really nice with it. But I was like, I'll end up running right in the tree out here. There's no way. So Herbie: Yeah, I just got my Herbie Jalopy. You know, sometimes I used to carry a beer pong table in there for like a year. You never know when you need a beer pong table. Shamus: I got a I got a confession to make too about your truck. Another thing that chaps my ass is bumper stickers, dude. yeah. And like when you pull it behind somebody and they got like ninety thousand of like all the places they've been and the OBX, like the ones you don't understand. Yeah or like the thirteen point one because they ran a marathon and they said, you know, Jesus is my co-pilot. You got the fish with the Jesus and then they got like all the stick figures that are family And and I'm just like, my god, they just totally wrecked the paint on that I mean now usually it's like a station wagon or something ain't wear shit anyway, but I'm just like man you wouldn't catch me dead with any of that on my car. Like I don't and like I said, when you pull up sometimes I'm like, man, what the Herbie: At least my decals are cool though. Mine's all nerd shit though. So it's like Star Wars, Ninjas, Giants, Yankees. It's like I wonder what this guy likes. I'm surprised Shamus: Surprised you never did the sable what was that, the Mercury Sable with the bullet holes? Yeah. I'm surprised you never went back to that. Herbie: yeah, the listeners haven't never heard never don't know about that story. The merchants Shamus: You mentioned it on here before. Yeah. I swear to Christ when I first saw it, I was like, who was shooting at her? Yeah. So we're gonna have to ride on somebody that dude. Herbie: That thing looked legit because I used to go Shamus: I was like, yo, let's go put some work in. Herbie: Go to like a frickin' store to come out and just see people like up up against my car just rubbing the door to see if there's like actual bullet holes and stuff. I think did I tell you when I got pulled over, like my car actually the Mercury Sable like it was on a railroad track and it just frickin' I drove onto a railroad track. It was in Riverside. Yeah. Shamus: Like at an intersection where like there's road or you actually cut it too cut it too hard and it's people Herbie: cut it and I went on to the railroad. Shamus: I know exactly where it was because everybody does that. Herbie: Yeah. That that's what the cops said too. I like, Are you serious, dude? It was like with the what is the the light rail or whatever the hell that is? The Shamus: Yeah, there's an intersection of Riverside if you cut it. If you sh I always say they shorted it. If you short it, y you end up yeah. Yep. Herbie: I have like my my freaking the front end of my car just dropped onto the track and the ass end was literally up in the air. It did a front end endo. I was like, holy shit. And I had the I had the bolt hole stickers on there. So the of course the cops weren't really worried about the car doing a front end endo on the railroad tracks. It was hanging out talking to them and called the tour the the the tow guy to get it out. And then the one guy was looking at he was like, wait a minute. And they saw the freaking borderless and stuff. And then he like signaled the other officer that was talking to me. He was like, yo. And he was like, and they started like grabbing like, you know, like, you know, getting their Shamus: getting ready. Herbie: yeah. I was like, yo, whoa, wait a minute. They're just stickers, man. But they really do look real. And then of course I found some more and I completely overdid it. And that driver's side looks like it was in like Iraq. It's just like machine guns, shotgun holes, whole bunch of scrap. Shamus: Yeah, I I say I think I think I was in the middle. I came home the one time and I looked and I was like, who the f Herbie: That was actually our b our heyman, heyman Bobby that put that on there because Gark went to the dentist and got those as like a present from like the dentist. I was like holy sh. Shamus: In the treasure chest? Yeah. What did you drive? What was your first car? Herbie: my first car was Camaro. And then Shamus: Yeah. Herbie: 76. Yeah. Shamus: Okay. Herbie: But then it freaking just blew up. The engine blew. Rods through everywhere, smoke. Shamus: It was just like That's how they usually do. When they grenade they they blow up Was Herbie: Yeah, dude's just like Shamus: it a V eight three fifty or three five or Herbie: 305. Shamus: when they when they go they go. Yeah. Herbie: yeah, they it went. It went. And there was there was no coming back from that one. I was like, okay, time to get rid of that one. Yeah, that was the first card. And Shamus: Nice. Herbie: then the other one was like I called it Godzilla. That was a Impala. It was like an old big, big, huge green Chevy Impala. Had the like the frickin' you know, the front, the front seat was literally like a frickin' a couch from your living room. I mean that's how big it was. Yeah dude. I Shamus: That was the seventies era. Herbie: mean that thing was like my God, the front of it was just like it looked like a frickin' like a pool table, dude. It was just huge It broad smooth like crazy, dude. The freaking the bumper was like a battering ram, man. I was like, if I ever have a zombie apocalypse thing, and that that would definitely be a vehicle I would keep, man, because that thing you could plow through a horde of zombies like no problem, dude. So I used to go to like Yeah, dude. Shamus: It's like a blues brothers c Herbie: It was huge. The back seat was like, you know, of course it had all my trash in the back too, man. So that was like the trash compactor from Star Wars on the Death Star with all the bottles and all that crap in there, and that was another couch in the back. they even use like the the front bumper as like a goddamn battering ram to the shopping carts in the old Kmart in Burlington. Shamus: Plenty of room to stretch out with your date vaccine. Herbie: Well yeah dude, yeah, that was yeah, that was yeah, that was definitely and the front seat too, dude. Shamus: lie. Back in the day, I was working, I was I was on the job and we were, I don't know how it happened. There was this group of dirty old dudes, like sergeants and stuff. Yeah. And they were the funniest. If you if you took the two old guys and the Muppet Yeah in the Muppet show up in the balcony and added two more to it. Yeah. And let these guys dude and they were not that it matters but they were four black dudes. Yeah. Dude, we were listening to them talk one day and I was piss them. myself because somehow we got on cars. Yeah. And they were talking about, you know, take a girl to the backseat of your car. It's like, man, what you guys talking about? Because they were bitching. I'm like, what are you guys bitching about? I said, you guys have that big ass lanyats with the big back seat I said, man, we're working with Honda Civics and you know. I'm like, yeah, you guys had all kinds of room. And they're like, yeah, but you know how to get through a poodle skirt. I was like, what do you mean? They were like, man, it takes you three hours to get to that shit because there were so many kind of hooks. Herbie: Layers. Shamus: So it it was funny to see the two generations and like the pros and cons of car I we were hysterical. And I can't tell you half of the shit that we said because man, I don't want to lose any listeners. yeah. Some people might get offended. But man, that shit was hysterical. You ever have to deal with a poodle skirt? I'm like, what the hell is that? Like, geez, motherfucker. Herbie: Yeah, th you gotta Yeah, man. Well that's how you gotta learn how to navigate through women's clothing and stuff which you know. Shamus: But yeah, that's what that's what brought it back because when you mentioned that backseat Herbie: That backseat was yeah, that was my buddy. Shamus: And then the trunk you could fit like another four or five people in it. Herbie: Definitely, definitely. I could fit another I could fit a Yugo in that frickin' thing, man. That thing was huge. That whole car itself was just like ginormous. That's why I used to call it Godzilla. Shamus: Yeah, I think my buddy had a 1980 Capri Chevry Caprice. Yeah. It was kind of the same, I mean, because it was all the same build back then. It was just different models. And I remember there was a place in Delran called the Greens, where Lowe's is now. It was like a mini putt driving course with the golf carts and and then they actually added to it. There like golf carts, all kinds of stuff, arcade room. And I remember we were all up there and a buddy of mine, Jim. was just like yo there's this raging ass party going on you know and just back with payphones and shit he got a page he went over to the phone in the arcade and he was like all right man we're coming so he's like who wants to go and there was like 15 of us yeah and he was just like come on and I was like where are you all fitting in this car? And he was like you're right some of y'all motherfuckers are getting in the trunk. Yeah and I remember like six of us getting in the trunk and he had like another 10 in the front. Yeah that car Herbie: Yep. Holy. That was just like mine too, man. Shamus: And I when we like six of us in a trunk, we had room. We Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: were like all cramped in there. I was like, God damn. Herbie: Maybe there was a tire there, but even that, that was like something like a pillow for everybody, man, really. You know? Yeah, mine was freaking huge too, dude. I had that one and I had like a a duster. And that lasted for a while. Then I had a Mazda six two six. That was cool. That like really laid really low so that we get stuck in snow and everything, man. Mm. So I had to get like, you know, other I had to get a Jeep 'cause you know, driving to work in the snow, especially being an essential worker. You're welcome everybody. Frickin' coming in to work all the goddamn time during snow. But yeah, I got caught in a you know, just like a foot of snow and I s bottomed out, couldn't get couldn't get out. My friend's driveway. Had to get to it out. Shamus: Yeah, my dad, God love him, but he was a car guy. Yeah, like I said, he had a body shop, he had a speed shop and all that stuff. So I came home one day from after school after school, my dad's like, I bought you a car. I'm like, No shit. So we go outside. It's a nineteen eighty three Dodge Diplomat, which was the old New York City police cars back in like the early eighties. But this one was unmarked, but it still had the cage in it. Herbie: That's cool. Shamus: I'm like, where the hell'd you get this? He like at the township auction because he worked for the township, so they had first dibs on anything you were putting up to and I forget what he paid for. Had a 318 police package in it, the whole nine, and I was like, man, this is the shit. So I ended up getting my license. I started driving around, and I'm not gonna mention any names, but my high school sweetheart. I pulled up her house one, and of course, me and my buddy Mike we went to pick her up to go to back to Mike's house for a party. Yeah. because we threw me and Mike threw some. The parties. and she bitched because I was late. Yeah. But what she didn't realize is when I put her in the backseat of the car, it was still the police pack. So there was a case and she couldn't get out. So when we pulled up at Mike's house, she was like, by that time, she was like atomic. Yeah. So I was just like, listen, if you don't calm down, I'm gonna open this door. She Why do I need you to open the door? What's that? And she's She was like, open this fucking door. And I was Are you gonna calm down? She's like, No, I'm not gonna fuck it. I was All I'll be back in 15 minutes. So in the house, we're drinking, people were showing up, da-da-da. So I go out like 15 minutes later, and she's like, hands crossed, she's sitting there, and I was just like, Are you cool? She's like, Yeah, I'm cool. And I was like, All right, I'm gonna open this door. So I went to reach over the door and she was just like, You motherfucker better right. So I just let go to handle and I was like, I'll be back in 15 minutes. So I'm in the house doing the shot, and it was like that movie Jurassic Park, bro. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: Where the raptor comes up on the side and pokes his head through the weeds and he's like, Clever girl. Dude, I'm doing a shot with like all these dudes and all of a sudden it was just like and she was right there and I was like, Hey baby, I was just coming to let you out. What's going on? And she was like, You motherfucker smacked me in my head, walked away. I was like, who Let her out. She had a twin sister. Yeah. And they pulled up and as they were walking up the house, she was like, banging on the window. She was like, Let me out. And then you opened the door and I was just like, I should have felt that, like the force, like Herbie: I sense a disturbance in the force. Shamus: We laugh about it now. we're still friends. Your face spider monkey that f that car would fly. But of course my dad was a speed guy. So like he would just like I'd come home from school and that car would be gone and there was a nineteen eighty-three Dodge Ram charger sitting there. Yeah. I'm like, what the hell? Where's the diplomat? I used to call it the dippy. Where's the dippy? He's like, I sold it. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: Paid five hundred for it, man. The guy offered me a grand. So I sold that. I bought you this. So I'm like, you know what gas is gonna cost? I mean yeah. At the time it was probably like a buck twenty five. But I mean, when you're a kid only making five bucks an hour or minimum wage or whatever your minimum wage was back then, but I was just kinda like, dude. Fuck, am I gonna afford gas for this? And he's I bet you're gonna get another job. I'm like, this dude. So I loved that. That I ended up loving that truck, man. That was like a Bronco, like the full-size Broncos, but it was a Dodge. I came home one day, sold that to my cousin. Wow. And I had a 1987 Chevy Camaro, and I was like, now we're talking. He was like, but it's a V6, I don't want you killing yourself. I'm like, this motherfucker. Herbie: Man. Shamus: Then after that, with my own money, I bought a night and for the crew listening to this who hung out with me in high school, all I gotta do is say the bat stang. And everybody knows what it is. It was a 1983 Ford Mustang GT five speed, five liter, and it was still carbureted. So I knew how to replace jets. I knew how to do this and that because, you know, like I said, I hung out with my dad. Yeah. unfortunately, the The hint, you know, them old cars when they got them big doors. Yeah. Like when you open it, they drop down. So you have to pick them up and then shut the door. Yeah. I told my dad about it. He was like, all right, don't worry, I'll fix it. So I went to school one day and I came home and went to open the door and I couldn't know. I'm like, what is the deal? And he was like, I don't fuck with it. Give me the weekend. I'm like, all right. That dude tack welded, he welded the door shut. Yeah. He took the handles off. He because he was a hell of a body man. He grinded all that down, took the handles off. put a new plate there. So you you would never it was sh they called it shaving it. It never looked like it had handles or a door lock on it. It was just all smooth. Painted the whole thing. It was jet black, dude. Fucking amazing. But I was like, this is great, But how do I get in? Yeah. And he had this little remote and he hit it and the windows came down. I'm like, that's great. But do I look like Bo or Luke Duke? Like, how am I gonna? he was just like, I thought it'd be cool if you did that. I Yeah, but I if I pick a chick up, How am I gonna So I went to go pick up my high school sweetheart and she was like, Where's the handle? And I was just gonna like a put my arms out like this, and she was like, What? And I was like, I have to kind of pour you into this. She's like, What are you talking? So but I mean that car that car was a problem, bro. That car flew. Herbie: That's cool. Shamus: I got pulled over I got pulled over one time and the cop was just like, Hey, we know it's fast You don't have to show everybody and I was like, I'm sorry, dude. There was chicks on the corner, I was kinda showing my ass a little bit. So But then after that I joined the military and then I bought the ninety five Mustang. It was green, it was far as green. that's That was Herbie: Yeah, that's right, yeah. Shamus: the one I totaled three weeks before the Academy. Almost killed myself in that car. god. But it was fun. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: And then since then I've had numerous other cars that just don't mean anything. But yeah. I've had my share of cars, man. When we're clean now. Herbie: me too. Yeah, mine blew up all the time. It's just like you just like you know, I I just ran into the ground. So as soon as they were done and stuff, that was Shamus: As a project car, me and my dad picked up a nineteen seventy because he had he had a seventy-two Vega camback, which was kind of like the Ford Pinto. but he had like a 383 stroker in it with nitrous setup and all that. Like he would he was always down at echo. He was always racing. He was always setting up other people's cars. He did a small stint with John Force on his team. I mean, the guy loves speed. So I picked up was a nineteen seventy one Vega Cam back, which was like the Pinto station wagon. Yeah. But the guy's wife had passed away and she raced at ACO. and it was sitting in the garage for like thirteen years. the guy had a nineteen sixty nine three twenty-seven Stingray Corvette engine in it with all kinds of work done to it. Yeah. but it'd been sitting. So the guy agreed to sell it to me for 800 bucks as long as I didn't flip it. Yeah. I was like, no, I'm gonna work on this shit. I'm gonna go race with my dad. And I did. we got it up and running. I took it down to the track. It was running like low twelves, high elevenths, which is pretty quick for that car. Yeah. we were kind of working out the traction details of it. And when I left for the military, like I came home and w I walked into the garage and the front of it was sitting like almost like these dorks with their pickup trucks with the A set. The front of it was sitting st like real high. Yeah. And I was kinda and usually when that's going on, the engine's out of the car because now the springs are totally they're not compressed. So I'm like, what the fuck? I was like, you better not have blew my car up. So I come around the corner and there's the engine's just gone. And I'm like, hey, bro, anything I need to know about? Because yeah, yeah, yeah. I sold the engine to your car. I'm gonna put something bigger in it, though. I said, All right. I said, We told the guy we weren't gonna do this. Yeah, like I'd like to keep my that was over two years ago. Don't worry about it. I said, All right. So he comes up to me later and he's like, Are you pissed off? I was like, I'm not pissed off, I'm kind of disappointed, dude. I that was the first car I ever bought. Like I w kinda wanted to keep it. All right, I'll see what I can do. So I left and then we got deployed and we're over there doing, you know, got forgotten country type shit. And I come back and now the car's not there. So I'm like looking around the garage. He goes, I got good news and bad news. What do you want to hear? So what's that? He goes, Well you see that engine over in the stand? I was Yeah, he like, That's your engine, I got that back. So, okay. Yeah. He goes, But we got rid of the car. Herbie: Like how is that a win-win, man? Shamus: I said, Yeah. But I was just like, dude, whatever. I left my car, I left my Mustang there. I was actually home when we got alerted. huh. So I was like, shit, I gotta go. So I I couldn't take the time to drive back. I flew back, I told my dad, here's the keys, So while I was over there, I a friend of mine reached out to my mom and wanted to know if she could borrow the car. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: And I was just like, Yeah, it's cool. Because my mom never like we were best she was my Winnie Cooper in high school. although I had a high school sweetheart. She was my best friend, along with Michael. so I was like, Yeah, just let her use the car, it's fine. about two weeks before I come back, I call my mom's like, Hold on, your father wants to talk to you. So my dad's like, I got good news and I got bad news. And I was like, this motherfucker sold my car. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: And he goes, Well, the good news well, the bad news is your friend, your lady friend, ripped the exhaust off your car from the header's back. Wow. I'm like, how the hell does she do that? And the way he explained it was she was backing out of a driveway and hit like that Herbie: Hump. Shamus: Yeah. Where the curb kind of goes back up and she just kinda ripped the whole exhaust off. And I was like, You gotta be shitty. Herbie: Yeah. Shamus: He goes, But don't worry about it. I took care of it. I got you all new exhaust, but you know, why I was under there, I figured 'cause my dad hated Fords. Yeah. So he's like, I figured I'd make it a little bit better for you. So when you get home, don't be shocked about anything you say. I'm like, my God. Because my father's idea of Like a lo a car looking good. It's like the matchbox with like the engine sticking out of the hood, you know, that obvious god or like that movie Bachelor Party. Yeah. Where it was like, your car is beautiful. And you look I'm like, my God. So by the time I got home, I remember looking at it off to the side of the house and it looked normal. So I was like, All right, we're good. the exhaust looked a little bit bigger. Yeah. he did put a three inch exhaust, so it comes factory stock with two and a half. Yeah. So long story short. I get drunk that night because I'm home after my second deployment. I knew I was getting out in about six months. wake up the next morning, hung over. I'm like, damn, go get a boost. 'Cause everybody in Riverside knows what a boost does for a hangover. I got in it and that car sounded like that sixty seven Ford F three fifty. My I was just on I turned it off. I fired it back at the So all of a sudden he comes to the side window and he leans in and he was just like Yeah, I probably put about another hundred twenty five horsepower in this motherfucker. I was just kinda like, Why? I have to drive this thirteen hours home. Dude, I pulled out to like I came off of Sylvan Street. I made a right onto Bridgeborough, which is like a one lane. Yeah. It's almost like Main Street in where you're at. Dude, I gave that thing gay and the whole car just stood two feet in the air. And I was like, I sat down. I got home, I said, What the hell did you do to this? And he was just like, I kind of a supercharger in it and you know, put an E303 cam and you know, kinda homed out the the ejectors and I was just like, my God. And that's why I almost killed myself in that car. Because that car would run like mid elevens all day on pump gas. Damn. That thing was ridiculous. So yeah, I've had I've had my so Herbie: I would Shamus: happy when he kind of like retired. Yeah. And he sold everything in the garage. I was like, man, I can park. He tried to put a nitrous tank on my dirt bike. I had a DR three fifty, which is an Enduro bike. had the the turn signals on it so you you can go on and off road. I came home the one time and never sees two clips and a hose cut and go I'm like, what are you doing? I get this little shot of juice for you. Yeah, there's nitrous. And I'm like, you're not putting nitrous on my goddamn dirt bike, dude. This is an excite bike in Nintendo. It is now. You're gonna learn that. I said, man, that guy. Anything we he I don't know what he did to a lawn when I bought my house in Delaco. Yeah. There was this old craftsman riding lawnmower Yeah. I said, I'll take that to the junker. No, no, no, no. Bring it to the house. He had that thing doing we I don't know what he he put like He went to his buddy owned a junkyard over in Philly and I guess he got a wrecked Hayabusa motor like motor out of a Hayabusa and put it in his fucking lawnmower. I'm like, why? Herbie: What the fuck? Shamus: He's like, so like when you see these guys on lawnmowers are like, Yeah, we're fast. Yeah. My dad's lawnmower was clock doing sixty five miles an hour in third gear. Yeah, that Herbie: Jesus. Shamus: guy was ridiculous. Herbie: I seen like these guys put a a freaking Hayabusa engine in a K truck, dude. It's just like ridiculous. It's badass, but Jesus Christ, man. Shamus: Yeah, he put one of the He had to put wheelie bars on the back of it. Herbie: Yeah, dude, no shit. You're definitely cutting lawn now. Shamus: Fucker's crazy. Herbie: Be hey, I'm gonna go out real quick to cut the lawn. Five minutes later, I'm done. Shamus: What was the favorite car you ever owned? On a Jeep? Herbie: This this one. This one yeah, this one and the I did. I I like the the bullet car. The bullet car was fun 'cause I just had a lot of memories with all you guys with it and stuff. Well just like the reactions I would get from it. Shamus: I think I met you when you had the bull cars. So like both cars that you had, you instantly knew when you saw it. You're like, Yep, that's heavy. Herbie: yeah, definitely. definite. Definite. Shamus: I would have to say probably the Bat Stang. That was my favorite car, man. That thing was just Herbie: I feel bad for you 'cause it's almost like you don't get a chance to really get attached to any of these vehicles. As soon as you turn around, your dad's either ripping out an engine. Shamus: Well, i in his defense, like most of the time, like the the Vega no the I did buy the Mustang. I bought the Mustang too. the ninety five Mustang, I I kinda financed that so I did buy but like all the other ones were just ones that he bought. Yeah. So I really couldn't Yeah, yeah. Well he was just flipping cars. Herbie: Yeah, we flip cars left to right. Shamus: Yeah, I do he got me I for like a month I drove a nineteen fifty five Ford it was a fifty five Ford and I like pull up the school and they're just like where'd you get that car, Mr. Miyagi? And I just like the fuck away from me. Then he got me a he was like you have to drive this for a while. He got me a nineteen eighty three Chevy C ten front. With like the utility work body back and stuff. But that thing had a goddamn tow hitch on it. That like would tow like an eighteen wheel. So we was like four feet off the back of the truck. And like when you're walking around, you and you catch up with your shin. my God. Of course you pull up to school with that and you're just like, Hey tank What do you tow with that? I'm like, Your mother, that fat bitch. Yeah, Herbie: Jennifer Anne. Shamus: Jennifer Anderson's big ass. So But yeah, I the bat stang was probably and I know if like Paul, Jared, some of those guys that are listening, like yeah, that car was fun, man. Herbie: That is cool though. Well the the you know actually speaking of that the listeners if the listeners if you guys have like any like fond memory cars of your favorites or like if you had a jalopy, because some of those jalopes just give you like just a big it's either like do you you only knew you're the only one that knew how to start the goddamn thing or you were the only one who knew how to drive the goddamn thing. You know what I mean? There was always like some kind of quirk. You're never worried about it being robbed or nothing like that. Shamus: I also, and everybody knows, they they used to call it the shit box. I had the two thousand one Dodge Dakota, which is like the smaller version, but it was like it was Tommy McNult, the guy who did the Dungeons and Dragons. It was Tommy's and he sold to Bobby and Bobby didn't want it. It just sat for like a year. so I went to get it and I put like this shitty work truck box thing on the back of it with the ladder racks and stuff and Man, that car was so beat up and I didn't get it was like some San Francisco shit. that's true. And I used I used to drive to work and people like I was driving home one night and got pulled over. Really? And I was in my uniform. This cop walks up and he was like, Boy, I wasn't expecting that. I was like, what do mean? And he was like, what are you staying? Because us and the troopers kind of wore the same team. He's like, What are you? Trooper? I was like, nah, nah. So I work at you know, right up here in Portentown. Yeah. And he was just like, Do you realize you were going 75? And I was like, get the fuck out of here. And this piece of shit. He was like, Yeah. He was like, dude, when I was behind you, all I heard was just like rattling and rolling. He was like, I didn't know. It was like I didn't know if that thing was gonna fall. Now, the whole time he's talking, he doesn't realize that I got a screwdriver stuck into the ignit and like really? But like you could pull the screwdriver and the car would still run. So he like looked and I was like, I have the keys right here, dude. I said, It's just sometimes it's easier to start it. And he was just like, Man, get this piece of shit off my road. I said, You got it. Yeah, I did love the shit box too. That that had that's cool though. That had its own attitude. yeah. Herbie: Yeah, like you're never gonna have to worry about anyone trying to boost that or nothing like that. Or you ever have someone like w with a real shitty car, but back in the day put the what was it, the the club thing on the on the wheel, so like, you know, anti theft. Shamus: No. Herbie: Like, Jesus Christ. I'm like the freaking club was worth more than a goddamn car. Shamus: no doubt. But I love that car because I had a ton of tools in it. So like if you're driving, you see like somebody on the side of the road, like I would stop and be like, you need help or like or you'd be at a party or something like that, like hey, we need this and I like, I got it right here. So yeah, I did love that car, man. Herbie: That's dope. So I'll say it's good to be prepared with stuff like that, man. Shamus: yeah, just like you. You're a rolling goddamn party. Yeah. Herbie: It's like the Batman utility belt, man. Whole bunch of shit. Shamus: One day I would love to see that car empty because I guarantee it sits another four feet in the air. yeah. But you don't need a lift on it. Them sprints are gonna like, Jesus. Herbie: Thank God. I wish I had them replaced. You know what, like as a joke, maybe like for the show or something like that, next time what we'll do is like take out all the stuff, put it on the front lawn and just take a big picture of it. They're like, What the shit? Like, how does that fit? No, Shamus: We're gonna have to set a day aside for that. Herbie: I do dude, you're waiting in line, man. Shamus: I would love to see what I'd love to see the carpets in that car. Yeah. Herbie: I haven't seen the carpets in like I don't know how long. Shamus: All right, I guess we should wrap this up. Alright, cool. Well like Herbie said, if you guys any favorite cars, memory memories cars or stuff like that. real quick, two seconds style. Dream car. Herbie: Dream car? the old like the old Camaro. Like the Yeah the Chevelle. yeah. Yeah, those things Shamus: Sixty seven, sixty eight, sixty nine. the Chevelle? Herbie: are fucking nice too, man. I just like the way it's designed. You know, like just like that. Those old cars, the way the like the bodies and on them are just freaking badass. Or, you know, me and a you know, geek myself, like an amphibious car. That would be like my dream car. Shamus: Okay. Herbie: Hell yeah. Like military grained amphibious car. I've actually looked at stuff like that. I'm like, you know what? That'd be pretty cool. But just imagine trying to get that through like inspection. Shamus: Mine's the it's Eleanor. yeah. The nineteen sixty seven Shelby Mustang GT five hundred, the one from going in sixty seconds. Yeah. That car, that or the sixty-nine, that's what John Wick drove in the movie. The sixty nine which is the same model, it's just a different year. the tail lights are a little different and all that stuff like that. But any kind of sixty maybe sixty seven, sixty eight, sixty nine fast back model of the Mustang. Herbie: That's cool, man. You know what it is 'cause for you you're right though, Shade. The a lot of the older cars, like the bodies were just like now it's just like it's like Shamus: Yeah it just Herbie: cookie cutters, man. I'm just like Shamus: Yeah. And like I said, and then when you see something that kinda looks decent and it's rolling down the road like it's like a dog taking a dump, you're just like, That is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. Herbie: What's your newest like shitty looking car? What do you what you think? Shamus: There's a ton of dude. There there's not too much shit I look at now and I'm just kinda like, man. yeah, like even the new pickup trucks. I'm just like that is the ugliest. Herbie: Yeah. I you know what is I think a lot the one thing that drives me nuts about pickup trucks, I love pickup trucks, but it I know it sounds what do you call but like when the women get it and it's like you don't really need a pickup truck but it's more trendy and they can't drive it well, or they can't park the goddamn thing. Shamus: Yep. Herbie: That that's the only th it's like just have a vehicle that you can handle, you know? Something classy, something cool, something nice or whatever. But be able to handle it. Shamus: Mm. Herbie: Instead of needing like, you know, like a like a a lift to be able to get into the goddamn thing or not have to take up three parking spaces. Shamus: I love the eighties era of e whether it's Chevy Silverado, like the square they call him the square body. Yeah. Ford had the same thing, where they were just they just trucks with they were square. In the front they were even Dodge with their D one hundred and all that stuff like that, the power ramps, like they were all pretty much the same build. But they were all just trucks. I they weren't like fucking Herbie: like that car that was like in the later two thousands. It was just like a small car, it was like it almost looked like a a just like a box really. And a lot of people had I forget the name of the Yeah, look yeah that Shamus: The cube? Yeah, my the guy who just retired. my chief buddy, he had one and I was like, That is the dumbest shit ever. There's a lunchbox on wheels. Herbie: Totally. Shamus: Then there was Miss I think Mr. McWilliams had one, the Pontiac Aztec. Like the one that had to camper back to it, like it would make it it was like rated the worst car behind I think was it the Pinto was the one where you rear ended? You rear ended it and it'll blow up. Yeah. Herbie: My cousin had a gremlin. That thing was cool. It was like a lime green. Shamus: the Wains World Call. Herbie: That thing was cool though, man. Shamus: All right everybody. Let's like I said, let us know man if you got a dream car or a good car story or something like that. Herbie: Actually we'd like to we'd like to hear from the listeners. It's cool. Shamus: And if you're one of those guys that have a truck that's lowered like that, like we're talking, drop Yeah, Herbie: Exactly. Shamus: explain that. Somebody's gotta explain that and please I understand the duck thing, like, if you get in the water the ducks float. But really? Yeah. And at least give me a duck. Like the one I got, I was just like, Man, this is kinda good. So yeah, now there's different kinds of ducks and I I it's kind of don't touch my Jeep. So but yeah, explain that. And as always, make sure you like, rate, and subscribe. Even if you don't like what you're hearing, let us know, man. Yeah. So Right. We're gonna do it. Herbie: We're gonna do it anyway. Just gonna keep getting better and better, man. So all you listeners, thank you. Shamus: Yeah, and you know, just hang in there. Yeah. This weekend is, you know, we're putting the set up finally.
