A 21-year-old man, Malachi Samuel Kercher, has been sentenced to 17.5 years in prison after pleading guilty to three horrific cases of child sexual exploitation in Clackamas County. He abused two young boys for years in a wooded area behind his home, admitted to sodomy and sexual abuse, and while incarcerated, used video visits to force a developmentally delayed girl to expose herself on camera.
