Speaker 1: What if the biggest thing that's holding you back from abundance isn't something outside of you, but it's what's inside of you?
• 0:11
Speaker 1: In today's episode of the Super Soul Model series, we're going to dive deep into the subconscious mind and the limiting beliefs and patterns that you may be holding that could be resisting wonderful wealth flowing to you, money flowing to you and opportunity flowing to you.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: Whether you may have self-doubt, or you may have fear regarding money, or perhaps it's just old programming.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: It's time for you to transform.
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: Now.
• 0:39
Speaker 1: I ask you not to believe anything that I share with you in this episode, and the reason why I ask you not to believe anything is because words are empty.
• 0:46
Speaker 1: It's your life experience that is the teacher, and I'm merely a messenger to share with you what works, because this is my own experience, but it's really your own life experience that will show you evidence of what works.
• 1:02
Speaker 1: So I'm going to share with you a plethora of tools and some incredible ideas that helped me change my life and lifestyle.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: That will also help you if you apply them.
• 1:12
Speaker 1: Knowledge and wisdom are two very different things, so the difference between wisdom and knowledge is that wisdom is knowledge applied, meaning it's time for you to get your own experience, and until you change what's going on inside, in your internal world, your external world will never change.
• 1:29
Speaker 1: So, with that being said, I want to share with you a really easy, simple, universal principle the universe only responds to your vibe, the universe only responds to your energy.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: The universe only responds to your energy.
• 1:42
Speaker 1: The universe only responds to your frequency, and it's only when your vibration shifts meaning it goes up and it goes higher, meaning there's less resistance that you start to get new results.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: Now I'm gonna share with you some powerful tools that will actually help you transform.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: But, like I said, do not believe me, but remember this you have to mean it, because the universe doesn't hear what you say.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: It hears what you mean.
• 2:13
Speaker 1: It's your intention behind things.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: And until things have gotten to such a state where you're like, do you know what I really am going to change?
• 2:20
Speaker 1: I really am going to show up differently, that things actually begin to shift for you.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: This was my experience and I wish I'd been told earlier.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: So I'm actually trying to tell a version of myself that it's only when you really do mean it, that you wish to change, that things will change for you, because otherwise you just keep settling.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: So until you shift your energy, you'll keep attracting the same, because the universe keeps bringing you more of what you are, not necessarily more of what you want.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: So the universe responds to the energy of vibration.
• 2:53
Speaker 1: Meaning the law of vibration states that like attracts like.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Now, if you want new results, that means you've got to up your game.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: That means you've got to up your game.
• 3:03
Speaker 1: That means you've got to up your energy.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean you have to do more.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: It means you need to align more.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: It means you need to have a higher state of energy in order to attract what's on that level.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: So wealth is at a higher level than poverty, success is at a higher level than failure and well-being is at a higher level than a lack of health and wellness.
• 3:27
Speaker 1: All of these things are based on frequencies, and if you want to dial in to the frequency of financial well-being, wealth and abundance, then you're going to have to shift your internal energy in order to attract it so that you can reach it on the same level.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: It's never going to change and it will always be there for you.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: It's only waiting for you to dial into it.
• 3:51
Speaker 1: I love practical tools and they make me feel like I have some type of control, and so what I'm going to do in this episode is I'm going to share with you the ones that caused my energy to shift and go to a higher frequency so I could start attracting what was on my wealth levels, what was on my abundance levels, and you can too.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: Wealth and abundance isn't outside of you.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: It's inside of you, just waiting for you to dial in to the frequency or dial into that radio radio station.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: It's exactly the same, and if you can see it like that, you've already passed the first test in understanding that wealth isn't outside of you.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: It's always inside of you.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: So let's look at things that could prevent you from attracting wealth and abundance into your life, things that you may have heard, especially growing up, which could have prevented wealth and abundance flowing into experience and money are things like there's never enough.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: That was one that I heard.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: Or money is bad and it ruins people, or rich people are bad, or money creates trouble, or money comes hard.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: If you've been hearing any type of that statement over and over again throughout your childhood, and maybe you find yourself thinking or repeating it, not even recognizing that you're thinking and repeating it, then you've got a limiting belief and money cannot flow to you because that is not the radio station in which it's dialed into.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: It's dialed into money comes easily.
• 5:20
Speaker 1: It's dialed into I'm good enough.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: It's dialed into there's more than enough.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: It's dialed into it's good to be wealthy.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: It's dialed into thoughts like it's okay to be wealthy, it's safe to be wealthy.
• 5:35
Speaker 1: If you haven't heard any of that before, then, alas, you are putting the brakes on the money and abundance that could be flowing to you, and so I'm going to share with you how to begin to attract that.
• 5:49
Speaker 1: And you cannot stop one thing and get what you want.
• 5:54
Speaker 1: You have to start something else, so that that thing that you did do is now dissolving and going into the background.
• 6:01
Speaker 1: It's a bit like a new habit has to be started before the old habits that weren't great can dissipate and dissolve and fall away.
• 6:10
Speaker 1: Now, where did all these ideas, these negative assumptions, these negative patterns of thinking, where did they come from?
• 6:18
Speaker 1: They really came from your childhood.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: You may have heard it from a parent, you may have heard it from a grandparent.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: You may have heard it in school.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: You may have watched it from a parent, you may have heard it from a grandparent.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: You may have heard it in school.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: You may have watched loads of TV shows and films showing that rich people are bad, and so why would you ever want to be one of those?
• 6:34
Speaker 1: Or showing that there's not enough money to go around.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: So, whatever the blocks that are being put in front of you, it is time for you to really look at them and start replacing them.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: So, however, you picked up any negative beliefs around the subject of money or abundance.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: What matters now is what you're going to replace it with, because you can't undo it.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: You have to start something new.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: I'll give you an example.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: When I wanted to become more healthy, I recognized that, although I was drinking and although that my lifestyle wasn't healthy, I started to ask the question what would the healthy version of myself do?
• 7:12
Speaker 1: Which meant that he would go to the gym, he would start changing his diet and he would start learning how to meditate, which was a well-being for the mind.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: And that is when things began to change.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: I started to behave like a healthy person and, little by little, that behavior started to take over the habits that I still had.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: In momentum that began to dissipate.
• 7:37
Speaker 1: So we're gonna do exactly the same here.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: So let's look at some of the ways in which you could heal any abundance blocks that you may have.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: And I'm going to list a load here and I'm going to give you some case studies, because we're going to look at some ideas for you to think differently, because when you think differently, you can start to act differently.
• 7:57
Speaker 1: And in the word attraction is the word action.
• 8:00
Speaker 1: So that means we've got to think and we've got to act and behave differently.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: Action, so that means we've got to think and we've got to act and behave differently.
• 8:08
Speaker 1: So the first thing you need to do in order to heal any abundance blocks is to monitor your self-talk.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Now, that doesn't mean every single sentence that you need to monitor, but you need to be in charge or be aware of what you're thinking and, more importantly, of what you're saying and speaking to the world.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: And so I guess the first thing that I came across were affirmations, statements that are positive, that talk about something as if it's true.
• 8:37
Speaker 1: But I found this very, very difficult.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: My mind found it very difficult to accept statements that weren't true yet because I didn't believe them.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: So if I was thinking the words I am rich or I am wealthy, my experience didn't show me that that was the case.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: So I found that very difficult to accept and I went on a bit of a whirlwind, thinking like that for 10 or 15 years, like that for 10 or 15 years, and in that amount of time I was like banging my head against the wall, trying to make a statement that I didn't believe, until one day I came across a book that made me begin to question everything in my life.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: And when I questioned things, that's when my mind showed me evidence of the question I was asking, and the book I picked up was called the book of affirmations by Noah St John.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: I interviewed him a few years ago earlier on the podcast, but that particular book actually changed my life because it made me understand that affirmations will work for some people.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: Like I'm so happy and grateful that I've now attracted X amount of money into my experience, that can work for some people, but it didn't work for me.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: But when I started to apply putting an affirmation or an affirmation into a question such as why am I so richly blessed?
• 10:01
Speaker 1: It made me think about where my life was already blessed.
• 10:06
Speaker 1: It made me feel grateful for all the rich blessings I already had in my life, like I had a great family, I had work I enjoyed, I had great health, I looked good, I had wonderful friends and family.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: It made me look with eyes of gratitude about all the good things.
• 10:25
Speaker 1: Now I asked that question why am I so richly blessed?
• 10:29
Speaker 1: As my first major turning point in undoing any abundance blocks that first question of asking why am I so richly blessed?
• 10:40
Speaker 1: I asked that question just all day long, sometimes out loud, sometimes to myself, whilst I was working.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: I remember asking that question and within about two days I was on a job and a lady came up to me who was a tarot card reader and she said can I read your cards?
• 10:59
Speaker 1: And I thought, well, you can read my cards, I'm fairly open-minded.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: And she said I'm going to tell you what's happening in the month ahead as a forecast.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: Would you be open to that?
• 11:11
Speaker 1: And I'm pretty open-minded and I said, yeah, sure, read my cards.
• 11:14
Speaker 1: And she said do you have a question?
• 11:18
Speaker 1: And I said yes and my question was why am I so richly blessed?
• 11:21
Speaker 1: But she says don't tell me.
• 11:23
Speaker 1: I said it's okay and I was seeing this as a fun experiment.
• 11:26
Speaker 1: I just thought, well, you know, I might as well ask the question why am I so richly blessed?
• 11:30
Speaker 1: And she proceeded to pull out three cards and she goes I'm going to tell you about your month of August.
• 11:37
Speaker 1: She goes it's going to be a very, very successful, busy month for you.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: And I was like, well, that's almost impossible because historically, uh, modeling, which is what I was doing at the time, is not that busy during the August months because everybody's on holiday.
• 11:57
Speaker 1: And she said to me she goes no, no, no, you're going to be very, very busy.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: And I thought to myself, well, we'll see about that.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: And no, she goes, you're going to be very busy.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: And I said well, actually, at the end of August, I'm actually planning to go away with my partner, we're going away on holiday.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: And she goes well, I'm not really sure about that, because you're going to be very busy work-wise.
• 12:23
Speaker 1: And I thought to myself now I'm definitely going on a day, because I really felt like I wanted a holiday at that point in my life.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: And actually what happened was a day or two after that, I was pulled in for a casting.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: And the reason why I'm telling you this long winded story is because I'd been still keeping up, just in the back of my mind whilst going about my day just having this question in the background of my mind why am I so richly blessed?
• 12:55
Speaker 1: A question, not trying to answer it, just the question why am I so richly blessed?
• 13:01
Speaker 1: And I got pulled into a casting and they said we're looking for a guy to play a multimillionaire property owner and we're looking for someone who we could actually believe that could play that part.
• 13:16
Speaker 1: And I said, well, you've just found your guy.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: And they looked at my portfolio, they looked at my energy and they said we believe you.
• 13:25
Speaker 1: And they closed my book and they called my agent and said we've just found our man.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: And to have the confidence to be able to say that in an audition or a casting and the way I presented myself, but, more importantly, the energy that I held was all because I kept on going around in the back of my mind going, why am I so richly blessed?
• 13:47
Speaker 1: Now the story does continue because that job actually took quite a few days to film and it ended up being a video that went out and I got paid a significant sum of money to be able to do that and it took me up until the 31st of August and I went away and came back to shoot another day or two after my holiday, so that tarot card reader wasn't wrong.
• 14:15
Speaker 1: But what really surprised me was just for all the years I've been doing affirmations, this one particular question why am I so richly blessed?
• 14:26
Speaker 1: That I just kept going on in the back of my mind, just brought me a seed of possibility, a seed of hope, and it actually even brought me, I believe you know, a decent large amount of income as well, particularly when, historically, august is a very quiet month in my line of work at the time.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: So your self-talk is essential and if you feel like you have abundance blocks right now, I guarantee you don't have a great deal of gratitude going on in your life right now.
• 15:00
Speaker 1: You may be grateful, but you need to go to different levels, you need to shift gears and that self-talk of asking why am I so richly blessed is the first place you need to start if you want to see physical, external changes in your world, because nothing will change until you change the internal dialogue.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: And I can tell from my own experience and I can look back now thinking it was really funny, but at the time it felt deadly serious.
• 15:26
Speaker 1: Um, that you know.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: Just asking that question, why am I so richly blessed literally changed my fate and the course of the next few months.
• 15:37
Speaker 1: And then it made me go on and ask him other questions, which was why does abundance come to me easily?
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Why am I so abundant?
• 15:43
Speaker 1: Why does abundance come to me easily?
• 15:47
Speaker 1: Why am I so abundant?
• 15:48
Speaker 1: All of these are asked in questions as if they're already done, not affirmations like I am abundant.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: I was like, why am I abundant?
• 15:53
Speaker 1: And that felt really good to me, just to ask myself why am I abundant?
• 15:57
Speaker 1: Ask yourself that now.
• 15:58
Speaker 1: Why am I abundant?
• 16:01
Speaker 1: And if you ask yourself, why am I so richly blessed and why can money flow easily to me?
• 16:07
Speaker 1: And if you ask that question, why can money flow easily to me?
• 16:11
Speaker 1: You recognize that there are infinite ways it could flow to you, but maybe it's not flowing as much as you'd like right now.
• 16:18
Speaker 1: But what if it could?
• 16:20
Speaker 1: And it won't flow to you until these channels and these thoughts open up your energy.
• 16:27
Speaker 1: They open up your energy magnetism, because you are a magnet.
• 16:32
Speaker 1: You're either attracting or repelling.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: And I'm telling you, if you're telling stories of what you don't have, or how hard it is, or that things aren't working or life is tough, even though that might be your experience and you are valid.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: In order to say all of those things, you have to change this internal dialogue and make it greater than the external world.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: You have to overcome the external world and make your inner world far more fertilized with these beautiful questions, these questions as if they're already done.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: This empowers you and fills you up, because your mind is like Google and whatever question you're putting in which is, oh, why do things not work?
• 17:13
Speaker 1: Or why isn't my love life great?
• 17:15
Speaker 1: Or why can't I meet the right person?
• 17:17
Speaker 1: Or why can't I achieve this, or why can't I do that?
• 17:20
Speaker 1: All you're doing is planting the seed of what you don't want.
• 17:23
Speaker 1: So how can your mind give you what you want if you're planting the seeds of the opposite?
• 17:28
Speaker 1: You've got to come from this empowered state.
• 17:31
Speaker 1: Why do I have it?
• 17:32
Speaker 1: Why is it possible?
• 17:33
Speaker 1: What if it was possible?
• 17:35
Speaker 1: Wouldn't it be nice if that came to me in a short amount of time?
• 17:38
Speaker 1: Won't it be fun when I go there?
• 17:40
Speaker 1: Putting these positive questions really shifts your self-talk.
• 17:46
Speaker 1: And whenever you start to go on a negative decline, you've got to shift to a what if?
• 17:51
  Speaker 1: Question.
• 17:52
Speaker 1: What if this works out?
• 17:53
Speaker 1: What if this comes together?
• 17:55
Speaker 1: Why am I so blessed?
• 17:56
Speaker 1: Why am I so abundant?
• 17:58
Speaker 1: Why do things work out for me?
• 18:00
Speaker 1: Why can money come to me abundantly?
• 18:02
Speaker 1: Why does money flow to me abundantly?
• 18:03
Speaker 1: Why does money flow to me abundantly even if that's not the case?
• 18:06
  Speaker 1: Why?
• 18:07
Speaker 1: Why is it possible?
• 18:08
Speaker 1: That makes you feel great, you as if you feel just a little better now you've shifted your frequency.
• 18:15
Speaker 1: So let's look at the next thing.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: I remember being on a train with one of my best friends several years ago and he was just starting out to work with billionaire families and we were going to the summer house down on the south coast.
• 18:30
Speaker 1: I remember, on the train, my friend, whilst he was doing all his work, was also writing out a script of his life and he asked me to read it.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: And he was reading a script of his dream life as if it was already done with a partner, as if he was already with her with his life and his work, helping other people, as if he was already doing it, and even though he'd had some great success already and he had, he was really scripting this and asked me to read it and simultaneously he had this little action he had this calculator that always had about 100 million on the long calculator across and he kept on saying to me guys, it's all about the big numbers, it's all about the big numbers.
• 19:16
Speaker 1: Be comfortable looking at big numbers, and I'm asking you to do that as well.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Have big numbers around you.
• 19:24
Speaker 1: Get used to seeing bigger numbers than the ones you deal with.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: Maybe, if you're only dealing with four figures in your bank account, look as though you're dealing with six or seven figures with your bank account.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: Be used to and condition your mind to, see larger figures.
• 19:41
Speaker 1: Even put them around your home, if need be, so you get used to looking at large figures so that they don't seem that large to you anymore.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: Because when you start having scripts and you read these scripts or as if you've already lived them, and you're reading to them a couple of times a day, first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and you can change it every so often.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: But you need to just condition that mind of yours about what your life is and how it's unfolding, as if it were, plus getting to see these large figures everywhere.
• 20:13
Speaker 1: You're conditioning your mind to get used to bigger numbers and if you want more abundance to flow to you and more money to flow to you in larger numbers, be comfortable with larger numbers.
• 20:26
Speaker 1: And if you're uncomfortable with large numbers right now, it means you've got a bit of work to do, you've got to condition your mind.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: So I love this story about my friend on the train doing this, because it made me begin to expand my mind, to look at numbers in different ways by looking at 10 million, by looking at 100 million, by looking at a billion, by looking at 100 million, by looking at a billion, by looking at different numbers, not like that they were going to be part of my reality, but making sure that they didn't feel like a big deal, because you could one day create a company and 10, 15 years later sell it, and you could sell it for one of those figures that you have on your calculator, that you just on your calculator, that you just condition, condition your mind to be able to go oh, I could be comfortable with a million, I could be comfortable with 5 million, or I could be comfortable with 100,000 or 500,000, whatever it may be.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: Just remember, whatever you conditioned your mind to see regularly, it will accept.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: And if you're accepting less than, or if you're accepting not enough, you're never going to be able to allow the abundance you really want to flow in.
• 21:33
Speaker 1: So if one of your abundance blocks was there's never enough, you've always got to ask the question why do I always have more than enough?
• 21:41
Speaker 1: Why do I always have more than enough money?
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Why do I always have more than enough?
• 21:44
Speaker 1: Why do I always have more than enough money?
• 21:44
Speaker 1: Why do I always have more than enough abundance?
• 21:46
Speaker 1: Have these large figures around you and also just be used to spending less than you earn.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: Now this is the next one Spend less than you earn.
• 21:58
Speaker 1: Abundance isn't just money.
• 22:00
  Speaker 1: It's good timing.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: Abundance isn't just money.
• 22:02
  Speaker 1: It's good timing.
• 22:02
Speaker 1: Abundance isn't just money and prosperity.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: It's good friendships and it's good health and it's beautiful holidays and it's wonderful relationships and it's vitality and it's radiance and it's creativity.
• 22:14
Speaker 1: Abundance is more than just money.
• 22:17
Speaker 1: Money is a byproduct of the value you create and give to the world, and sometimes that might be just your good high energy, and you receive money as a result, because money comes to you about what you're giving and bringing to the table energetically.
• 22:34
Speaker 1: Now that might be value in some kind of goods or service or in some other capacity, but either way, you're attracting it through your higher frequency and one of the best ways to always have money is to spend less than what you're given.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: You've got to get to a place where you're trying to invest at least 10% of that and if you're finding that difficult, make it 5%.
• 22:59
Speaker 1: Or if you're finding that very difficult, make it two or three percent.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: But either way, whatever you've got, try and spend less than you have and try and invest what you have left over, because until you put that money to work, you will never have more abundance flowing in.
• 23:16
Speaker 1: Because there's this beautiful passage in the bible that says to he who has, more shall be given, and to he who has not meaning, to he who thinks he doesn't have enough, or to he or she who says they don't have enough or there isn't enough, more will be taken away.
• 23:32
Speaker 1: So when you say I've always got more than enough, you'll always have more than enough, and when you always say I don't have enough, then you won't.
• 23:39
Speaker 1: I remember this being my experience for so long and then, when I changed it, I've always got plenty.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: That became my experience.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: It took a little while, but it shifted.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: And it shifted especially when I started investing, because I always recognized no matter what happens, no matter if I get paid or not, I've still got money and in doing so, that frequency of money gives you more money, because money comes when you know you have it, because to he who has more shall be given.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: And when you feel abundant, when you feel radiant, when you feel healthy, when you've got good friends, when you've got a beautiful home, when you love and enjoy and appreciate what you've got, don't worry, you'll get more, because that's how the law of vibration and the law of attraction really works.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: Now the next thing in order to release any abundance blocks and heal that is to ask this question where can I give today?
• 24:27
Speaker 1: Who can I give today and how can I help?
• 24:30
Speaker 1: When you're asking that question, how can I help?
• 24:32
Speaker 1: Where can I give today?
• 24:34
Speaker 1: You're actually coming from a place of abundance, because you've got something to give, and it might be a kind word, it might be opening a door.
• 24:41
Speaker 1: It might be a kind word, it might be opening a door, it might be a gift or service that you have, it might be some creativity that you share on social media.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: Whatever it may be, when you're giving, you're activating abundance and prosperity in your life, because giving precedes receiving, because that what you give will be returned tenfold, and the more love and you put into it, the greater the receiving aspect that you'll get at another point, because when you're finding a way to give to somebody in some capacity that benefits their life, it will also benefit your life in some other way, perhaps from some other channel.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: One of the things I noticed years ago was when I started looking after my mum.
• 25:26
Speaker 1: When my father died, I gave up all my work and I decided my family need me now more than ever, so I'm just going to cancel all my work because I'm in a position to do so, and I found that all my needs were met so abundantly, even though I didn't really have a stream of income coming in.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: And I was absolutely perplexed because out of that, which was during COVID, I started coaching, and out of that, out of podcasting, which was me giving, sharing knowledge, sharing wisdom, sharing stories, uplifting, wanting to inspire people I found I started to attract clients into my life and it became easy and I was like, oh my golly, I'm not even feeling as though I'm working, which meant that I was starting to become in harmony with the universal principle of abundance give and you shall receive.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: And when you're giving to uplift and create a sense of wellbeing for another, your needs will also be met.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: So asking that question who can I help today?
• 26:31
Speaker 1: Where can I help today and how can I help today, will help you tune and tap into your own abundance.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: All of the things that you want are available and they will only come through you because you're either allowing or repelling.
• 26:50
Speaker 1: Another way you can heal your abundance is to recognize that your second chakra, which is called your sacral chakra, represents emotions, represents finances, represents your relationships, it's all the major points of your life and it's your number two chakra and it's just under your abdomen.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: This second energy center needs to be in balance for great financial wealth and abundance to flow to you, and if it's out of balance for any reason whatsoever, you may find yourself having difficulties in relationships.
• 27:17
Speaker 1: You might find yourself having difficult difficulties in creating anything.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: You might find yourself having blocks in sexuality and blocks in money.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: This is such an important chakra, not only for you but for the entire planet, and once you get this into balance, your life begins to really take off, because this is the material, earthly aspect that you've come to master, the material, earthly aspect that you've come to master.
• 27:46
Speaker 1: There are some simple ways that I began to do that began to allow this second chakra to spin more comfortably.
• 27:51
Speaker 1: Number one put my hand over my stomach.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: Particularly when I was sleeping.
• 27:54
Speaker 1: It was acting like a soothing healing balm.
• 27:58
Speaker 1: I started to eat a lot more flesh, natural peachy colored types of fruit and foods such as carrots, oranges, mandarins, satsumas, peaches, papaya.
• 28:11
Speaker 1: Having like an orange day for me, particularly in terms of fruits and veggies, I found to be very soothing for this particular area, because that color is represented with that chakra.
• 28:25
Speaker 1: Now some people may think what's that got to do with it.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: As far as I was concerned, what I was doing was cleansing my gut, using these colors from Mother Nature to be able to bring that chakra back into balance again, to balance again.
• 28:43
Speaker 1: And I figured that there must be some type of relationship between mother nature and this color and the types of things that I was wanting to draw into my life main, namely more abundance.
• 28:51
Speaker 1: And when I started doing it, I had my own experiences and I started to make a lot more money, not just because of that but because of my intention behind that.
• 29:00
Speaker 1: And when I started to look at some other people, particularly in the spiritual world and one of the people I really like, who wrote a book called money a love story, is Kate Northrup.
• 29:10
Speaker 1: She wrote a book called money a love story and she talks about this particular aspect the flesh, the peachy colored type.
• 29:19
Speaker 1: Second chakra, and I looked at it because I studied feng shui myself and I was looking at both the indian and the chinese, uh and asian influence around how we see the world in terms of color, and I was absolutely mesmerized.
• 29:37
Speaker 1: So when I put this into practice, I got my own experience.
• 29:41
Speaker 1: But again, this is something you can play with.
• 29:43
Speaker 1: Remember, everything is intention.
• 29:45
Speaker 1: So the next thing on the list you've got to ask yourself this question what does a wealthy person do?
• 29:52
Speaker 1: When I was telling you at the beginning of the episode, when I was asking myself, what does a healthy version of myself do and why he wouldn't drink and he wouldn't smoke and he wouldn't go to that party again, and he wouldn't do that this weekend, when I shifted the identity of an unhealthy person with addictions to becoming a healthy person.
• 30:14
Speaker 1: Now that is also something you need to do to heal any abundance blocks you might have.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: You've been so associated with the identity of perhaps not being abundant that it's time for you to shift to the identity of the version of yourself who is abundant.
• 30:30
Speaker 1: So you ask yourself what does the wealthy version of myself do here?
• 30:36
Speaker 1: How does that version of myself dress?
• 30:39
Speaker 1: What does she wear?
• 30:40
Speaker 1: How does he or she show up today?
• 30:43
Speaker 1: How does he or she eat?
• 30:45
Speaker 1: How does he or she speak?
• 30:48
Speaker 1: What types of words does he or she use?
• 30:51
Speaker 1: I mean, we're going to real details here, but if you want change, then be prepared that the details make such a big difference.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: Ask yourself, what does the wealthy version of myself read?
• 31:02
Speaker 1: I started reading the finance sections and starting reading things that previously I'd find uncomfortable until they became really familiar, such as the financial news.
• 31:11
Speaker 1: Now, I wasn't really interested at the beginning, but when I started investing which is what the wealthy version of myself would do I wanted to know what was happening with my money, because I put skin in the game, and it's only when you put skin in the game and you educate yourself that you recognize that.
• 31:28
Speaker 1: What does the wealthy version of myself do?
• 31:29
Speaker 1: They pay attention to what's going on in the markets.
• 31:32
Speaker 1: They pay attention to what's going on in their bank accounts.
• 31:36
Speaker 1: If you're not paying attention to what's going on in your financial world, you're not giving it any love, and whenever you give your attention to anything, it grows and expands.
• 31:47
Speaker 1: I wanna share with you a really fun story about an abundant thing that happened to me by accident, about paying attention.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: When I was modeling in Tokyo, every time that I used to get a new job, the fax machine would start printing out the new modeling job that I had and you know, then it sort of turned into a printer.
• 32:11
Speaker 1: There was a printer in the house and when the new job was come on, they would print off the new job.
• 32:16
Speaker 1: It told me how much I was being paid for that job and it would give me a map about where I needed to go.
• 32:21
Speaker 1: And this is behind the scenes of what happening in the modeling industry.
• 32:25
Speaker 1: And what I did was I got all those fact sheets, all those printouts, and I just kept them in one place.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: And I found that every time I put that in one place there's sort of compound up.
• 32:38
Speaker 1: And I found that after a period of six weeks I was working five times a week over a period of six weeks and I'd absolutely busted my contract that they'd prepared for me.
• 32:51
Speaker 1: I'd over, I'd exceeded it so significantly.
• 32:55
Speaker 1: And they asked me what would you like to do, james?
• 32:57
Speaker 1: You want to go back to London Cause you've already beaten your contract, or would you like to stay here in Tokyo?
• 33:01
Speaker 1: And I thought, oh, I'm having so much fun, I'd like to stay because you've already beaten your contract.
• 33:03
Speaker 1: Or would you like to stay here in Tokyo?
• 33:04
Speaker 1: And I thought, oh, I'm having so much fun, I'd like to stay because I really enjoyed the culture, I really enjoyed the work I was doing, I really enjoyed getting to see the beautiful place and I was feeling really abundant, because in England it didn't feel like that it did.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: It wasn't the same.
• 33:18
Speaker 1: And then when I looked at it, I looked that I'd accidentally been compounding all these new job sheets with all the income that I was making.
• 33:29
Speaker 1: I was paying attention, being excited and counting up what I had and I was being grateful for all these new opportunities coming in in this new location.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: So I felt really abundant and so that kept on growing and that six weeks turned it up into being five months and I did extremely well there and I put it down to paying attention to what good things were coming into my experience and putting them in one place.
• 33:55
Speaker 1: So when you're asking yourself, what does the wealthy version of myself do.
• 33:59
Speaker 1: Well, the wealthy version of yourself would look at the income that you're making right now.
• 34:04
Speaker 1: It would pay attention and try and chart out and plot out what income is coming in, and being excited to put it into your Excel spreadsheet, for instance, and when you have something new coming in, use it as that compounding excitement and eagerness, as a way to be able to chart your success and growth.
• 34:25
Speaker 1: This is what I found was a real, simple principle to be able to create a greater feeling of abundance.
• 34:33
Speaker 1: When you ask yourself, what does a wealthy person do?
• 34:35
Speaker 1: You could go into greater details.
• 34:37
Speaker 1: Well, what would he or she read?
• 34:39
Speaker 1: How would she dress?
• 34:40
Speaker 1: What would she wear?
• 34:41
Speaker 1: How would she speak?
• 34:43
Speaker 1: Do would she wear?
• 34:43
Speaker 1: How would she speak?
• 34:43
Speaker 1: Do you remember I was telling you about my friend on the train who was looking after billionaires?
• 34:47
Speaker 1: Well, he too changed the sound of his voice, and I've been very, very conscious to make sure to speak very, very clearly, because it promotes a sense of stature, it presents a state of authority and it also presents a states of success, because all these little details are just revealing to you the character, the wealthy character that you're bringing to life.
• 35:13
Speaker 1: Harrison Ford said in Indiana Jones.
• 35:16
Speaker 1: I never felt like Indiana Jones until I put the cap and the jacket and had the whip before I just felt like Harrison he goes.
• 35:24
Speaker 1: But as soon as I put that on, my character came alive.
• 35:26
Speaker 1: So ask yourself what does that wealthy version of myself do?
• 35:30
Speaker 1: And begin to dress like it so you too can play that character and bring it to life.
• 35:37
Speaker 1: The next thing on the list to heal any blocks about abundance is to praise wealthy people when you see them.
• 35:44
Speaker 1: If you're blaming them or looking at them going, I can't believe that guy is driving the car or I can't believe that person owns that home.
• 35:51
Speaker 1: Every time you're criticizing somebody with something that you'd like to have, you're cutting that off in your own experience.
• 35:59
Speaker 1: So it's imperative that you find a way to be able to bless them.
• 36:04
Speaker 1: You find a way to be able to appreciate them, because when you bless and appreciate, you are now on the similar frequency and although it might not be your experience, it one day will be your experience.
• 36:17
Speaker 1: So one of the things I love to to do when I see somebody with a beautiful car that I really like or a beautiful home that I really love, when flipping through pages, I always go congratulations, well done.
• 36:30
Speaker 1: I'm so proud of you because I see that person as an extension of me.
• 36:35
Speaker 1: I see that person as having achieved the consciousness that attracts that property or attracts those cars or attracts those material goods.
• 36:45
Speaker 1: I might not want those material goods, but it's sure nice to appreciate beauty in terms of material goods when you see them, because all material is an extension of the spiritual, which is the non-physical, because anything that is now material perhaps like a Ferrari or a BMW or a Rolls Royce or a beautiful mansion, whatever it may be it was first thought before it became that material good.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: And that is what we are as human beings.
• 37:17
  Speaker 1: We are creators.
• 37:18
Speaker 1: We are not regurgitating the past, but we are creating ourselves and our world and you all the time.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: And if we are not doing it consciously, we're doing it by default.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: So the next time you see a wealthy person, compliment them silently to yourself or bless them and saying well done for being on that level of consciousness, because if you't, that fear and doubt is only gonna repel you from the very thing that you want.
• 37:46
Speaker 1: So you are trying to match the frequency, guys.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: That's what you've got to understand.
• 37:50
Speaker 1: The next thing you can do to heal your abundance and of any blocks is to declutter.
• 37:55
Speaker 1: It means tidy that space.
• 37:57
Speaker 1: It means get everything in good order, file things, file things on your computer.
• 38:03
Speaker 1: Make sure you've got an income chart on your sheet that you can add so you can see your income begin to grow, because when you pay attention to your income growing, you're going to get more income that grows.
• 38:14
Speaker 1: This is just the way that the law of attraction works.
• 38:18
Speaker 1: Whatever you pay attention to begins to grow, and if you're doing some of these other things, you're gonna really watch it grow because you're being clever, you're seeding your mind of good feeling thoughts and raising your frequency to an abundant frequency.
• 38:33
Speaker 1: So, in short, keep your home, keep your study, keep it all organized, keep it clean, because when you think of that wealthy version of yourself, do they live in a dirty, cluttered environment?
• 38:43
Speaker 1: The answer is no.
• 38:44
  Speaker 1: Wealth needs organization.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: Prosperity and money need somewhere to flow, and it likes to flow to some place that's organized.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: Now the next thing on the list is get an accountant and understand what your net worth is.
• 38:58
Speaker 1: Your net worth is what's left over after you've paid up all your expenses.
• 39:04
Speaker 1: Your net worth is the money that you have left that you could liquidate from any assets that you hold, which might be a house, or it might be some gold, it might be silver, it might be crypto, it might be art, it could be a plethora of types of things, but your net worth is what's left over, and when you understand that your financial life is about building your net worth, then you'll understand that you're going to feel more abundant.
• 39:31
Speaker 1: So whenever you come into more money, you're looking for more ways to be able to invest your money so your assets can grow, so your net worth can grow.
• 39:39
Speaker 1: Your net worth is so important that you cultivate, and if you have any debts, it's great to try and get them paid off first.
• 39:46
Speaker 1: Now, what does abundance have to do with debt?
• 39:48
Speaker 1: If debt bothers you, then you have to do something about it, but if debt doesn't bother you, then that's not a problem.
• 39:59
Speaker 1: But I found in my experience when I had debt, it was great to pay it off, so I found ways in which to make the smallest payment and try and double it, and then I moved to the next payment and once that was finished, I'd try and double that.
• 40:10
Speaker 1: So I moved to first a £10 debt that I had, which was maybe a SIM card, and I tried to pay twice the amount or an electricity bill and try and pay twice the amount.
• 40:21
Speaker 1: Every time I was trying to pay twice the amount, I was feeling good.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: It's all about having a sense of achievement and, whilst you may have large debts, trying to pay off the smallest ones first and feeling a sense of accomplishment will help you elevate your energy and once they're all paid off, you feel absolutely free and it feels fantastic, so you can really then focus on building your net worth and your prosperity.
• 40:46
Speaker 1: This is so important.
• 40:48
  Speaker 1: Debt isn't a problem.
• 40:49
Speaker 1: It's only if it's holding you down energetically.
• 40:54
Speaker 1: If you want to increase any abundance, try and always do this.
• 40:57
Speaker 1: Try and put yourself in a place where wealth is.
• 41:01
Speaker 1: Eagles tend to hang around where eagles go and wealthy people tend to hang around wealthy places.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: And if you're hanging around a Costa Coffee or a Pret a Manger, do you think a wealthy person goes there?
• 41:14
Speaker 1: My answer to that is probably not.
• 41:16
Speaker 1: They're probably hanging around in some five-star hotel.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: So instead of you trying to invest in getting a coffee there, try and put yourself in different places, because what you're also trying to pick up, without you recognizing it right now, is that wealthy people have thoughts and those thoughts are different to the thoughts of the majority of people.
• 41:40
Speaker 1: And when you start to hang around wealthy spaces, you start to think differently.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: And that is why wealthy people really like to hang around in tight groups, because they like to be around other people who can challenge their ideas, which are very big.
• 41:57
Speaker 1: So if you want to step out of a poverty consciousness and move into a wealth consciousness, start placing yourself in areas where wealthy people would go and whilst you don't need to get a meal, if you can't afford it at the time, you can go and get a drink.
• 42:11
Speaker 1: But be in that space and get used to being in that space and present yourself in such a way that you feel like you deserve and should be there by the way you dress, because when you dress you're entering that character, that wealthy version of yourself, and then you become so comfortable and familiar being in these environments, the more you show up in these environments.
• 42:35
Speaker 1: Now a lot of people may say, oh, that's not necessary.
• 42:37
Speaker 1: But I guarantee you, as you start to become more wealthy, you don't want to hang around.
• 42:43
Speaker 1: You know average places.
• 42:45
Speaker 1: You only want to go to nice restaurants, you only want to be in nice areas.
• 42:49
Speaker 1: You only want to go on those nice vacations.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: Like when I go on vacation now, I only want to stay in a beautiful hotel, and I have so much fun trying to decide which hotel I'm going to go to and where I'm going to go.
• 43:04
Speaker 1: I find that such a joy for me because years ago I couldn't do that, and so now it's such a joy for me to be able to give myself that and the people that I love.
• 43:14
Speaker 1: So, yeah, you'll notice that if you start on this trajectory now, it's going to serve you way better later.
• 43:23
Speaker 1: So look to find out which places you could go and notice what could happen, because you never know who you could strike a conversation with.
• 43:30
Speaker 1: Maybe you have a great business idea and you're at a bar with somebody and they may be looking to invest in some, something that you may have to offer, in something that you may have to offer.
• 43:39
Speaker 1: You just never know.
• 43:41
Speaker 1: But until you put yourself in an environment that is where wealthy people go, don't expect wealth to find you.
• 43:48
Speaker 1: You have to put yourself physically in that place.
• 43:52
Speaker 1: You might get lucky.
• 43:53
Speaker 1: They might find you, but it's far more likely you're gonna meet them on their own turf.
• 43:58
Speaker 1: So if you wanna upgrade your consciousness, start hanging around in better areas, because this is osmosis and birds of a feather flock together.
• 44:09
Speaker 1: Next thing on your list huge.
• 44:10
Speaker 1: I've talked about it already Learn to invest your money.
• 44:14
Speaker 1: And if you don't know where to invest, start reading up, start figuring out about where you could put that extra 10% of your income that you're getting monthly.
• 44:23
Speaker 1: And if you can't put 10% in, try and find a certain percentage that you can be comfortable with.
• 44:29
Speaker 1: Maybe it's 3% at the beginning, until you can expand.
• 44:32
Speaker 1: You've got to think of money like a pair of lungs, like air.
• 44:36
Speaker 1: At the beginning you might feel a bit constricted, but the more that you do it, the more used to it.
• 44:41
Speaker 1: Then you can start expanding.
• 44:44
Speaker 1: You know, I start to do between about 10 and 20 percent and as that increase to 20 percent goes up, I go to 30 percent and then so I'm able to live on way less and spend less and invest more, because my income's growing as well as my investments are growing.
• 45:01
Speaker 1: So I feel safer, I feel more relaxed, and the more relaxed you feel, the more wealthy you become Because, remember, you're a magnet.
• 45:08
Speaker 1: Wealth comes to you when you're relaxed and you're open and you're not thinking any thoughts that are preventing wealth and money flowing to you.
• 45:16
Speaker 1: It's really that simple, but you don't realize how many little blocks might be happening throughout your day because you're always thinking about money, so you must be thinking thoughts that I've always got more than enough or where could I invest that?
• 45:29
Speaker 1: And learning to invest your money is so important because you want to think of it like this every dollar or every pound or every euro, whatever your currency is, think of it.
• 45:40
Speaker 1: Every dollar is an opportunity for you to go and cultivate another dollar.
• 45:44
Speaker 1: See it that way.
• 45:45
Speaker 1: And if you're spending less than you receive, then you're using that money to cultivate more.
• 45:52
Speaker 1: That means you're reinvesting back into the system of your own economy.
• 45:57
Speaker 1: This is how you become even more financially abundant, and it's a joy to watch your own money grow, because you've taken the time to learn and to invest.
• 46:08
Speaker 1: And at the beginning it might be scary if you don't invest.
• 46:10
Speaker 1: But when you educate yourself, when you learn to invest in something that you're interested in, that you know will beat the rate of inflation, which is about two to three percent, and maybe you can find a rate of return of about ten percent if you do your homework.
• 46:26
Speaker 1: These days, you can find that, or maybe you can get even greater returns in crypto.
• 46:31
Speaker 1: But do your research.
• 46:32
Speaker 1: This is not financial advice.
• 46:34
Speaker 1: This is just find an investment vehicle that you feel comfortable within that you can begin to go and invest and grow your money.
• 46:42
Speaker 1: This is important because if you don't do this, you'll never become truly wealthy and abundant, because every wealthy person invests and has assets.
• 46:50
Speaker 1: It's as simple as that, and it's not so much the money that you make, it's the money that you keep.
• 46:56
Speaker 1: You need to be reminded of this is how you feel even more abundant.
• 46:58
Speaker 1: It's just like the thoughts that you keep.
• 46:59
Speaker 1: You need to be reminded of.
• 47:00
Speaker 1: This is how you feel even more abundant.
• 47:00
Speaker 1: It's just like the thoughts that you keep in your atmosphere of your day-to-day life are I love my life.
• 47:06
Speaker 1: I've got wonderful friends.
• 47:07
Speaker 1: I've got wonderful family.
• 47:08
Speaker 1: I've got radiant health.
• 47:09
  Speaker 1: I've got a fabulous home.
• 47:11
Speaker 1: Uh, I've got work that I thoroughly enjoy.
• 47:14
Speaker 1: That's so satisfying and meaningful.
• 47:16
Speaker 1: I'm contributing to my community in some kind of meaningful way.
• 47:20
Speaker 1: You know, if you're coming from this area of thinking, this is what you're sending out into the world.
• 47:27
Speaker 1: Abundance isn't just money, remember.
• 47:29
Speaker 1: It's the thought forms that you have around you.
• 47:32
  Speaker 1: It's your day-to-day thinking.
• 47:33
Speaker 1: You've got to be creative.
• 47:35
Speaker 1: Creative thinking draws in more abundance because you because you're always coming from a position of I have something valuable to offer.
• 47:42
Speaker 1: This is one of the first stages of abundance that I completely overlooked when I was younger.
• 47:48
Speaker 1: And you know, now I'm older, I'm able to look at it with such eyes of like oh my golly, that's so simple.
• 47:55
  Speaker 1: Why didn't I do that?
• 47:56
Speaker 1: And so I'm just here to remind you of things that you already know.
• 48:00
Speaker 1: You have something so valuable to offer, but you've got to keep asking that question well, where could I help and how could I help and where could I make a difference today in some kind of way?
• 48:09
Speaker 1: And just notice, just those random acts of kindness will start abundance flowing in your experience in one way or another.
• 48:17
Speaker 1: Maybe you receive a cup of coffee, maybe you get taken out for a meal, maybe you receive some new clothes from somewhere, or maybe you receive some money as a result of the deeds that you've done.
• 48:27
Speaker 1: It doesn't matter how abundance flows.
• 48:29
Speaker 1: Abundance can come to you from so many different areas.
• 48:32
Speaker 1: It just comes from the person who thinks that they've got something valuable to offer first.
• 48:38
Speaker 1: So the next thing is upping your energy.
• 48:40
Speaker 1: You've got to up your energy because greater wealth, greater abundance, greater prosperity, greater money takes greater energy, and that means you've got to increase your energy, raise your frequency.
• 48:51
Speaker 1: One of the best things you can do is exercise.
• 48:53
Speaker 1: As you know, when you exercise you relieve stress, but you also increase your energy.
• 48:58
Speaker 1: Meditation will also help.
• 49:00
Speaker 1: Now you don't have to meditate, but it has surely helped me be able to focus and become more creative and find more solutions to challenges.
• 49:09
Speaker 1: Because when you find solutions to challenges, that's what businesses do.
• 49:13
Speaker 1: They offer solutions to the challenges that other people have.
• 49:16
Speaker 1: And if you're able to do it on a greater, grander scale, then you're able to receive greater income.
• 49:22
Speaker 1: And money doesn't just flow through income or through acts of service.
• 49:28
Speaker 1: It can flow through many different ways, but it's great to fill yourself up through having higher levels of energy.
• 49:35
Speaker 1: So meditation for me has been fantastic.
• 49:37
Speaker 1: Also, spending time in nature is amazing, because Mother Nature has got this beautiful calm frequency, and great wealth has a calm frequency.
• 49:45
Speaker 1: It's not erratic, it's not chaotic, it's calm, it's steady, it knows where it's going, and a focused, disciplined, self-controlled person with great wealth knows what they're doing and that's also the version of yourself that you want to present to the world and present to yourself on a moment to moment basis.
• 50:06
Speaker 1: Also, you want to be mindful of what you watch and what you listen to.
• 50:09
Speaker 1: Things on TV movies all promote you know rich people are bad, or you know that billionaires are baddie, you know, and it makes for dramatic viewing.
• 50:21
Speaker 1: But if you believe that, why would you ever want to become really wealthy?
• 50:25
Speaker 1: You can help far more people from coming from a wealthy perspective than you can from a poor perspective.
• 50:32
Speaker 1: I'm not saying that one is right and one is wrong.
• 50:36
Speaker 1: You get to choose what you want to have in your experience.
• 50:38
Speaker 1: But you have far greater leverage to help more people when you've taken care of yourself and now you're in a position to help other people.
• 50:46
Speaker 1: So be super mindful of what you're listening to and what you're watching, because if it's promoting that wealth is a bad thing in some kind of way, or being rich is bad or it's unsafe, then you'll never want to have the very thing that you want.
• 51:02
Speaker 1: And there's nothing wrong with being rich.
• 51:04
Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with being wealthy.
• 51:07
Speaker 1: It's the only thing that would prevent that is if you're using it incorrectly.
• 51:12
Speaker 1: And if you're watching this, you wouldn't use it incorrectly, because you have already got to a certain level of consciousness, which means that you will only show more of who you are.
• 51:23
Speaker 1: So if you're kind, don't worry.
• 51:24
Speaker 1: With more wealth and prosperity and money, you'll be kinder.
• 51:27
Speaker 1: And you know, if you're not a great person, with more wealth and prosperity, don't worry, you'll be even more unkind and more unpleasant.
• 51:36
Speaker 1: And so the world always has to have this yin and yang and just recognize the fact that wealth is a beautiful thing if you've already got your values and principles in place, because it will just show you more of who you are.
• 51:49
Speaker 1: And just remember this, because this is really important.
• 51:54
Speaker 1: If you received $1 million today, right now, in the next couple of minutes, what would you do with it?
• 52:00
Speaker 1: And if you know exactly what to do, then that's great.
• 52:04
Speaker 1: But most people don't know what to do with it and they don't have an account to receive it.
• 52:09
Speaker 1: Put it in straight away that's going to earn interest today, for the next one day, because, whilst you may not be able to spend that money immediately, as soon as it arrives in your account, because you might need to think about a plan about what you're going to do with that million, you sure want to be able to turn that million into making a little bit more like the soldiers.
• 52:30
Speaker 1: I was telling you so.
• 52:31
Speaker 1: Once you are prepared, and prepare your external world for an account that can already start to receive great wealth and earn interest immediately, that's decent, and I don't mean 1.25%, I mean something a bit more decent than that.
• 52:48
Speaker 1: Now you're in a position to be able to handle great wealth, because most people do not know what to do with money when they get it, which is why lottery winners may win a great deal of money and then lose it after two years.
• 53:01
Speaker 1: The reason being is because they don't have the prosperity consciousness.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: So if you start to build your prosperity consciousness now by doing some of the things that I'm sharing with you right now, which is, find an account that you could be able to receive money and it will earn interest immediately and it's decent that's a great thing, because you want to turn your money that you make and live off interest.
• 53:22
Speaker 1: That's a great thing to do and as long as it's beating the rate of inflation, you're doing pretty well.
• 53:26
Speaker 1: And most people don't recognize that the value that the money that they're having right now is becoming less as you pass through time, over the next few years, it will become less so.
• 53:36
Speaker 1: Being able to find assets that beat the rate of inflation significantly will help you generate that abundance and prosperity mindset, because that's what wealthy people do.
• 53:48
Speaker 1: And last but not least, it's about the gratitude.
• 53:51
Speaker 1: How grateful are you for everything in your life, and I don't mean just money, I mean how grateful are you for the money that comes into your life right now?
• 53:59
Speaker 1: How great for you for money when you spend it?
• 54:02
Speaker 1: If you spend it on a cup of coffee, silently bless it and give thanks when you spend it.
• 54:07
  Speaker 1: You know.
• 54:08
Speaker 1: When you receive money, silently bless it and say thank you.
• 54:12
Speaker 1: You know, I always say on my little notes when I pay anything, I always say paid with thanks, and I do that as a reminder to myself to let this money go back into the economic system with thanks and gratitude, and I always notice that I feel good about that.
• 54:31
Speaker 1: And when you feel good about money that comes in and feel good about money that goes out, you'll create this beautiful cyclical effect of well-being and financial well-being.
• 54:40
Speaker 1: This is a prosperity consciousness and it will also keep you incredibly abundant, because most abundance blocks stems from a lack of gratitude.
• 54:50
Speaker 1: Where there's more doubt, there's more fear, there's more anxiety.
• 54:54
Speaker 1: But when we come from gratitude, all of those things seem to fall away.
• 54:58
Speaker 1: So when we're using money, be grateful.
• 55:02
Speaker 1: Be grateful for everything in your life and just watch how your abundance becomes bigger.
• 55:07
Speaker 1: Your money starts to flow in more easily, all your needs are met easily.
• 55:13
Speaker 1: It all stems from a gratitude which is a heart signature.
• 55:17
Speaker 1: It's a heart coherence, and when the brain and the heart become coherent, we start to change what happens in the field around us.
• 55:26
Speaker 1: Quantum physics shows this, and when I've noticed my own experience going from a lack of abundance, it's because I was always in the mind, not in the heart.
• 55:35
Speaker 1: And whilst you need the mind to create, it was the heart that begins to feel.
• 55:40
Speaker 1: And when you begin to feel abundant, when you begin to feel happy of that, your needs are being met at some level, however small.
• 55:49
Speaker 1: Be grateful for the money that does flow.
• 55:51
Speaker 1: Be grateful for the phone you do have.
• 55:54
Speaker 1: That gets you into the heart and out of the mind.
• 55:56
Speaker 1: And when that happens now, your abundance blocks begin to dissipate and you start to turn the valve and impose a new level of abundance and you start to what I call climb the ladder, you start to transition into this financial well-being radio station that's always present and has always been present to you.
• 56:17
Speaker 1: That maybe just required your extra attention, extra care but, more important, extra love, because it's always in the heart that we begin to change everything.
• 56:26
Speaker 1: And then when you start living this experience and start trying to do a lot of these things that I've shared with you, if they resonate with you, then you're going to really tune and tap into a new level of financial abundance and prosperity and more good will come your way.
• 56:43
Speaker 1: I love this book called the Magic by Rhonda Byrne.
• 56:46
Speaker 1: It's one of the books from the Secret, but she always has this little thank you, thank you.
• 56:53
Speaker 1: Thank you for dot, dot, dot, as if it's already happened, and I've been playing with this for about a year, properly and, my golly, just as a little experiment.
• 57:02
Speaker 1: It's been so fun to watch beautiful things fall into my experience Material things, material goods, money, clients, opportunities you name it wonderful things and be grateful for things as if they're already done.
• 57:20
Speaker 1: And I interviewed on a podcast a little while ago Neil Donald Walsh.
• 57:24
Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending me this and this and this and I'm telling you this really works.
• 57:31
Speaker 1: But do not believe me.
• 57:33
Speaker 1: Everything that I've shared with you today, do not believe me.
• 57:36
Speaker 1: I'm not soliciting any financial advice.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: I'm just asking you to ask the right question, because when you begin to ask the right questions, you will get amazing answers from yourself, from your higher self, from the part of you that's able to tune in to your own well-being station.
• 57:57
Speaker 1: Nothing is outside of you, it's all inside of you.
• 58:00
Speaker 1: But I've tried to just give you the keys today to think differently so that you can access a different level of energy, because until you change your energy, nothing will change.
• 58:11
Speaker 1: And as a conclusion, today I just want you to remember nothing can come to you unless you shift your energy and don't let outer circumstances dictate how you feel.
• 58:24
Speaker 1: Still keep working on that inner game.
• 58:27
Speaker 1: Still keep working, cultivating that beautiful, uplifting self-talk.
• 58:31
Speaker 1: Wouldn't it be nice if, or what if, I was able to do that?
• 58:35
Speaker 1: And why am I so richly blessed and why am I so abundant?
• 58:38
Speaker 1: And why am I so lucky?
• 58:40
Speaker 1: You know these types of questions.
• 58:41
Speaker 1: Change your self-talk, make this normal, day-to-day internal dialogue for yourself and remember all good things will come to you in divine time and they may not come immediately, but they will come if you keep it up and, last but not least, if you want to upgrade your identity and shift it from a poverty consciousness to an abundant consciousness.
• 59:07
Speaker 1: Just remember, it just starts with asking the question what would the wealthy version of myself do here?
• 59:12
Speaker 1: And then ask that again and again throughout your day and show up and watch what happens within perhaps the next six to nine months.
• 59:20
Speaker 1: And show up and watch what happens within perhaps the next six to nine months.
• 59:22
Speaker 1: You'll see marvelous change as a result of asking the right question, not the wrong question.
• 59:26
Speaker 1: If you've enjoyed today's episode, please consider liking, subscribing and sharing, because when you do, you're really affecting the algorithm which allows more people to tune and tap into their own well-being, which creates a little bit more heaven on earth for everybody.
