SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start we left off yesterday.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Umar ibn Ahmad, about eight, nine lines from the bottom of Nundawan Baez.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: We started yesterday Perik, or rather the new Mishnah in Perik Elu Trefus of Europe.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: Elukshairis, the second Mishnah in Perak Elu Trefis.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_00: The first Mishnah listed all the trefas.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: The second Mishnah we learned yesterday listed all the things you would think maybe are gonna be trefas, but no, Kamash Malan, they're actually kosher.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: And they're very similar to the case we saw in the Mishnah of Edu Trefis.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: These things are just not as bad, and therefore Eluk Shahris but Behema, these things are gonna be kosher by the Hema.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: One of the things that we said is by the Kana.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: We know in order to be a trefa by the kana, you need it to be what you need it to have uh you need to have rave of it that's severed.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Now, what if you have some of it that's missing?
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: So that could also be a trefa on the kana.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: But we saw ad ke isra italki that it's only gonna be mi it's only gonna be considered a trefile if you have the size of a isri talki that's uh that's missing from the kana.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: We saw that size of Isri talki can also be known as a more uh familiar, at least to the Ahmadonian, a more familiar shear of uh dinar kurdina.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: But the point is it has to be missing that size, and with that Rabnachman starts off.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: And I'm Ramnachman, Kisela, Kyatrmiselah.
• 1:11
  SPEAKER_00: What's a sela?
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about?
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: So we're about to see why we're cording this in a second because we said ki isrki.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: So now we're saying kiselah, which basically what Ramnachman's saying is whenever you find the shear of a sela as it relates to trefes, it means kiyatramisela.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: Whenever we say ad kisela until a selah so the question is, is it adva ad bih adva' adbichlal or adwe addichlal?
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: So if you have kiselah, ad kisella, until it's a cell.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: What about a cell itself?
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_00: What if it's exactly a cell?
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: So if it's more than a cell, it's not the shear.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: If it's less than a cella, it is a shear.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: What about kisela itself, exactly the cell?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Is it ad v'adbichl, including the ad, that's uh gonna be the same shear or not?
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: So Nachmut says anytime you have the shear of a selah by trapas, kiselah is kiyatumisela.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: The ad is vilayad bikhal.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: It means kiselah if it's kiselah exactly a selah, that's already considered over the line.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: That's already considered more than a selah, which basically means ad vilayad bikhl.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: Ad Kisela, but ad, the ad itself, that shear of kiselah exactly itself is layad bakhlah that's not included in the shear because that would already be considered more.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: And Ramanachman continues, and this is the part that uh Waid the Kamar is saying it right now because we're coming off of Israel talki, ki'isr, whatever we say the Allah by Trefus is Ad Keisr, right?
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: So if you have part of the reyah that's missing, part of the con that's missing, ad qisr italki, okay, very nice.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: So less than isar talki is tar or kashar, less than more than an isar italki is gonna be a problem.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: What about isar italki itself?
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_00: So ad ki'isr is q'isr, kiyatr me'sr.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: So isr itself is gonna be considered like more.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: So what if you have exactly an isr missing?
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: That's already gonna be a terrify.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: If it's gonna be a problem, it's gonna be like more than an isar talki that's gonna be missing.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it says the gymara, what do we clearly see from here?
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: Allah, Kesab Run Nachman, Adla Bakhla.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: Clearly we see our nachman holds whenever we say add something, that the shear is until a selah.
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_00: So it means what?
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: What about a selah itself?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: Advil'a'dla or advil ad bakla?
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_00: Clearly, advil'a'i dichal.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_00: Add the thing itself if you have that exact shear is not included.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: That's already over the line.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, Rubnachman holds from these two Allahs he said, that advil'a blachal.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be firing away.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: It's a little tsarachian, you're gonna have to make what exactly the question of the Gemara is because we're gonna knock them off so easily.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: But we're gonna knock, we're gonna we're gonna go from Brais to Bryce.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: Says Marnachman could really tell me that Advilaya Bakla, really?
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: Hey, so ask you Khasha from a Braisa Rovla Rnachman Rahva asked Ramnachman.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Bryce says like this, a rope that's coming out of the bed.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: So back in the day they used to tie up their beds, they had like ropes holding them together.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: Now, what if you had some extra rope that's hanging off the side of the bed?
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: So, this in the context is in uh uh this is in Mesak's Kalim, as it relates to the Tum of a Taira.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: We know certain kalim, you have to uh know when it's uh macabutum, when it's not.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: So, what about if it's a clean, it's makabotuma.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: What about the rope that's hanging off the side of the bed that you don't really have a use for?
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: So if it doesn't really have a use, it's not gonna be Mikabotoma.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about this khabalayatim and amita, this extra rope that's like hanging off the bed, it's not used for wrapping the bed itself.
• 3:51
  SPEAKER_00: So ad-chhamisha twachim tar.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: If it's less than five twachim, it's gonna be tar, it's not macaboutuma.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar, and the Gemar is but and the mission over there continues, we're gonna quote in a second, from five until ten, it's gonna be Mikabutoma.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: If it's more than ten, it's actually not gonna be Makabotoma.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: So up till five, it's not Makabotoma, more than ten, it's not Makabotoma, and between five and ten it's it's uh mikaboutoma.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: Or until five Twachim is gonna be tar, my law khamisha twachim and kalamata.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't that mean that if it's exactly five itself, that's kilamata, that's like less than five, and therefore we see ad vi'ad biklal, because chemisha would be included in the less than five, that's not gonna be mekabaltum.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Say's a gmar lay in echisi Khamisha Kilimalah.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: Why would you assume that?
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: You're asking a kasha from Ibn Nachman from Braisah that you made an assumption in the Brahsah about what Khamisha itself means.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: It means Adva'abihl, who said maybe it just means more, maybe Khamisha Kilimala, maybe five itself is Adlaibikal, just like Ibn Nachman says, and five would be like six, and therefore it would be a problem, and therefore you don't have any question on Ibn Nachman from this right.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: Same question from the next part of the Mishnah.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Tashma Mahmehei V'ad Asaratameh from five until ten is gonna be Makabotoma.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Ma' Adlava Sar Kalamatha, what about ten itself?
• 4:58
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly ten.
• 4:58
  SPEAKER_00: Isn't that kilamato?
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: Isn't that like under five, which shows you ad vi'ad bikhlow?
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: That's not what it means.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: Asar kilamala, asar five, ten itself is actually like more, which is actually not gonna be macabo toma, and therefore not a kash number, because ad vilo, adhla.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna toss mal asking another kasha.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: So this is talking about as related to khlichharas.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: We know that that becomes tame.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: It's only tahara is to be broken.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: You have to smash it up and make it not nishkank kli anymore.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you have this klihares, even when you break it, part of the shards are still Roy to be used as kalim for certain things, then they're still gonna be uh they're gonna have tomash, they're still gonna be makabutumbah.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: So a dakin should be khlikharis.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: If you have these pieces, or rather a small, either a small uh tiny khlichharis, a very thin one, or shards of it that could be used for something.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: So a handkar, they're the karka at the bottom of it, the walls of it, Yoishin Shalam.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: If it could sit by itself, Rashi says, the vada beley smikha, if it could sit by itself without uh resting on something, it's a clea that it could stand up by itself, then shurun be kiddie sikas katan.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: The shear is going to be, meaning how do you know if it's gonna be Magabutullah?
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Shiran mikhades sichaskotan if it if this shard of the clea can hold enough oil to smear a baby, to smear a cotton.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: Kide sihaskotton.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: If it's a clean enough that it could hold enough oil, a small amount, enough to enough to uh smear a baby.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be true when it's that shear, that tiny shear, as Rash explains, the adlug means if the original klee that it was a part of, again, you had original klee and then it broke, became a smaller clea, because you could use the shard for something, it's still naqsha of something.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: So if that original clee could hold up until a lug of oil, then the shear of the tiny piece that broke off in order to be still nehshah the clee has to be enough to hold kadaysi chaskata and enough oil to smear a kid, vadluk.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: So it says what's the v'adluk again.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: If the original clee that it broke off from held up to a lug of oil, why does it matter?
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: Because we're gonna see in a minute, depending on how large the clee was.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a massive barrel, a klee uh harasl or whatever it is, breaks off the tiniest, tiniest shard, the shear is gonna be different.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: To be next of that a clee, to me, mah shuddha clee is gonna be different than uh smaller clee to begin with.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna need a bigger shear at least for that shard that broke off.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: So, either way, if the original clee can hold up the lug of shaman, so if a shard that breaks off, to be Mukabu Tome has to at least hold Kinei Si Haskatan, my lab lugilata.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: So we said the original clee was ad log until it held a log.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: So what about a lug itself?
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: If it holds exactly a lug, not more, but exactly.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: My lab look mata, doesn't that mean that the lug would be like the same thing?
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: The ad log, meaning the lug is included, adva' ad bikhal, that the lug is included, that even if you have an exact lug, that's also gonna be part of the same shear.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: Says no, not necessarily lug mala.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: Lug would be like lemala, like more than a lug, meaning that would already be a different shear.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: That would be too much, meaning not a cash number nah.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: You're asking a cash from an assumption you said of adva' ad blachal, who said maybe it's really lug kilamala, which means advil bakhl, ad lug means ad, but not including, and therefore advilai adhlao, and therefore not a kash number nachman.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: Tashma, I'll ask you another casha, mi loig the adseo.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_00: So same same Indian.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: This is uh as it released to the same sugiya.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: If the original clee held milaik vatseo, it held uh it was a clee that could hold from a lug of shaman until a larger amount.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: So now the broken shard, how much does it have to hold?
• 8:14
  SPEAKER_00: Miravius.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: It has to hold at least reveal.
• 8:16
  SPEAKER_00: So again, it's a bigger clean.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: Now the the shard that's broken off needs a bigger shear than before.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: This is bigger than Pikadeh Si Chas Khatan.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but you said Mi Lug the Adsea.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: So my lapsea kill mata.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: So isn't sea itself, you have exactly so, isn't that included in the shear, which means I'm adhwa?
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: Tashmas, you know, the pash me sub at sasim.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: What about a bigger cleave that could originally hold a subat saim and now it broke?
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: So if it broke, the shard, how much does that have to hold in order to be considered a cle to mehabu tumba?
• 8:41
  SPEAKER_00: Machati lug.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: So has to hold now a chatilog.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: We said until satam, until two sea.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: So what about two sea exactly?
• 8:48
  SPEAKER_00: Isn't that kalamato?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: Isn't that included in the shir?
• 8:49
  SPEAKER_00: So ad bhal.
• 8:50
  SPEAKER_00: Loy sai and kalamala.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: It's like it's considered more, too much, which means ad lay and bhal, not a cash number.
• 8:57
  SPEAKER_00: But don't I have a brais oh?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: And this is already a question.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Because don't I have a brish that explains about these cases?
• 9:02
  SPEAKER_00: That lug kilamato.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: When we say lug, we mean that that's included in the share if it's exactly a lug.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: Sea'll kilamato, susaim kilamato.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: All these things that we said, ad lug, ad seo ad susaim.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: If you had that exact amount of lug or seal sosaim, it's kilamato.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: It's included in the shear, it's like less than it.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what do we see the kashun ahmir?
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: Because ad-lug means lug is biklaw.
• 9:22
  SPEAKER_00: So ad-ve ad bihlaw.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: Sa'akun ibnachman tell me, advil yad bihlao says digim.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: Over there we're talking about tumma.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: And tumma, we're always gonna go la kumra.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Because in the name of Munachman, any sheerim that the chham gave, we're always gonna be machmir.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if you have a shear over here, we're going to be machmir chut, meaning what's the humra over here?
• 9:40
  SPEAKER_00: Because now it's makabutum.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: If it's less than it's makabal tumma, the gabi that in.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: If it's more, it's not gonna be machabal tumma.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have that requisite shear for that piece that broke off, it would have to be a bigger shear.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it says Ravna says R Byaichanan that any shear that chhachamim say it's always lachmir, you go lahachmir.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if it's a humrah to be to say it's bigger, then you're gonna you're gonna give it a little more space.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: If it's humra to say it's smaller, I rashi, then you're gonna give it less.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: But either way, we're always gonna be machmir bashurim, chut, miki grishoqsam, except for ksamim, the griss of uh kessem, we're always gonna be makil.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: That's always the haqil, khsumim are always the haqel, and they canami, and I'll bring you a rayah also that this is different, meaning that here specifically is going to be different.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: And by toma by shurim, we're going to be machmir.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: Always the tani, because we saw the tani al-dah, because it's said about that braiso, another braiso.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: That chamisha kilamada sara kilamato.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: That chamisho, what about five itself?
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: Five exactly, that's kilamala.
• 10:30
  SPEAKER_00: That's like more.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: So again, if you remember the what we said over here, less than five is not macabutum.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Five to ten is makabutumba.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: Five more than ten is not gonna be macabutum anymore.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: So if the rope is specifically between five and ten, then it's makabutoma.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: But less or more is not.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: But the brain says the hamish and kilamala.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: If you have exactly five, that's like more, which means we're being machr.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be macabul tumma.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: It's like more than five in between five and ten.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: Asara, if you have ten exactly, it's kilamatah.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: So it's not always going one way.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: It's nothing to do with ad-adbachal or ad-vid-lah bakh well.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: This is just the fact that we're always being machmir.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: And we're always being machr.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: If it's five, we're gonna consider it in between five and ten.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: If it's ten, we're gonna be considered less in between five and ten to make it be macabutum each time.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: Because more less than five is not macabal toma, more than ten is mikabutama, and therefore it is not macabre tumma either.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: So if we make both cases, one is lamana, one is lamata, but it's going to the khumir each time.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, we see this has nothing to do with the adva abukhal or adval, not a kash and ahmun.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: And says the gemorah Viter.
• 11:26
  SPEAKER_00: Nita Thu.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: We saw one of the Kshay Rus in our Mishnah.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: One of the things that are not a problem, not a trefa, is if the spleen was taken out from the animal completely.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: Some of the Virmish may there, Abba, Loy Shana Shinito.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if it was taken out of the animal completely.
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_00: Abul Nikave.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: But if the spleen got a naked, it was punctured, then trefa, it would actually be trefa.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: Aye, this wasn't one of the elu trefais, so how could you add on to the trefahs?
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: The answer is this is one of the chefs mites.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: This is one of the seven ones from nowhere.
• 11:50
  SPEAKER_00: If it's nikave trefa.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: If it if the spleen got a naked, then it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: This is in the context of a benpakua.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: So the alocha is that if someone puts his hand into the uber or whatever it is, and he cuts off an aver from the uber.
• 12:07
  SPEAKER_00: Shabime'a.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: He cuts off an aver from the uber that's inside the mother.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: So the question is, are you gonna be able to eat?
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: We know that the ben pakua is nitr al-yede the shit of the mother.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: As long as the shit and the mother was good, the mother wasn't a trayfish, it wasn't this.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be nitra.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: What if you already chopped up a part of it?
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be aver minachai?
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: It's already disconnected in the animal, maybe?
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: The answer is no, the entire uber is still good.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be able to eat it, just kill it, eat it, and you're gonna and it's uh gonna be nitra bachil, it's gonna be motorbachil, aljede shahita the mother.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: Sober shame meah, motorbachil, it's gonna be motr.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but he continues, the bison continues.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: This is not as related to Ben Fukua anymore.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: This is a regular animal.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: If you went and you cut from the spleen, you cut the spleen or the kidneys inside an animal, and then you uh shafta animal, the alloch is asarbakhila.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: That so now by the way, the understanding of this bice is that minathol minaklais asurbachila, what's as bakhilah?
• 13:01
  SPEAKER_00: Not the animal itself.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: The specific avarim that you cut in the animal before you shafted it, that's gonna be Asurbachila.
• 13:09
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: Because it sounds like it's an Abraham Achae issue.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_00: These Avarim specifically that you cut are gonna be Asurbachila.
• 13:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: Because it sounds like it's an Abraham Achae issue.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: You cut it off while it was inside the animal.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: Now, those things wouldn't necessarily render it a trepah, but it's gonna be Abraham Achay issue, and that's exactly the Gamar's question.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: Hobah Gufa Sharia, it sounds like you're not allowed to eat the thol or the kloyites if you cut it inside the animal before shita, but it sounds like it wouldn't make the animal trepah.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Those things you can't eat because now it's abraminacha.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: You cut it off before shita.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but the rest of the animal is good, even though I chopped up its thol and and uh even though I chopped up its spleen and its and its uh kidneys, it's still gonna be good.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: I'll eat the shita, I'm gonna be able to eat it, it's not gonna be considered a trepah.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: The question is, we just said a second ago, if you made a nekev, we said, although we said in the Mishnah, Nita la Thul is gonna be fine, that's only if the entire thing was taken out, but if you made even a puncture in uh in the spleen, it's gonna be considered a trefah.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: But over here we see what?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: You go in, you start being chaitek, chop it up, it's not a trefah.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: That's the dialk we made.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: Hakura baymah gufasharia, then hey itself is gonna be okay.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: So how could you tell me that making a nekav in the thul is gonna be a trefa?
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: We see over here you're chopping it up inside it didn't make it a trefa.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: It says, You mean you made the wrong dialog.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_00: You're right, it's a little mashmah that way.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: But the only way we use the wordshme ubershmea, or rather, meanabhum is asrbachila, which is mashmah buze varma asrbachilah but the rest of the animal is motivathila.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: The only reason we said that is because of the raisha.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: I would tell you that the behemoth is also gonna be asser.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: Why is it gonna be asir?
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's a trefa.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: Why is it a treef?
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: Because this is Allah, one of the chefs mites we saw that if you make him a naked in the in the taller, the clayas, it's gonna be a problem.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: So you chopped it up inside, you cut the kidneys inside, it's gonna make it a trefa.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so why did we say that those they varimar Asser?
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: It's mashma, the behim itself is mutter.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: I did tana raisha mutterbahilah since the raisha.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: When we were talking about the Ben Pakua, we said it's mutterbahila.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: So just for poetic symmetry, we do this sometimes, even if it's a little misleading, Tananami safasrbachila.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: We also said Asr Baha'ila, even though it's mashma that the animal itself is mutterbachila, but it's not true.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: The animal itself is Asr Bachilah because it would be a trefa.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Iba another answer is you're right, it's actually Mutrbachila over here.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: I you told me that if you puncture the spleen, then it's gonna be a trefa.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: So how when you chop up the spleen, it's not a trefa.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, a little counterintuitive, but a big hidersh.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_00: Nikilhud, vinachta khud.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: If you puncture the spleen, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: But if you are hite, like we saw, that actually wouldn't be a problem.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: If you chop it up, that would be more similar to maybe nita latch to taking it out completely, and therefore it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 15:32
  SPEAKER_00: What is a trefa?
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: If you have a puncture in it, that would be considered a trefa.
• 15:35
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 15:36
  SPEAKER_00: Nitlu Aklayus.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: One of the things we saw in the Elu trece, right?
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: One of the things that I culture are Nitlu Aklais.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: If the kidneys were removed from the animal, so the animal could survive without kidneys, so now the gamara, so that that's one of the Eluk cheris.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: We're saying yes, it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: So I'm a rachaspar, papa, rachaspa, papa, send me the rah subikulia's trefa.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: That that we said if the kidneys were removed, it's not gonna be a trefa, that's true.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: But if the kidneys weren't removed, but it became it got like uh it was luxa, it became sick.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: One of the kidneys has an issue, it has kidney problems, then it is gonna be a trefa.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: So even if you if you have if they're not there, biklow it's not a problem.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: But if it's there and it's sick, it's gonna be a problem.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: Raj says culture cane both.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: We said over here, licksa tre uh la liksa bichuli achas, right?
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: It says culchane if two.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: But even if one of the kidneys got or liksa, one of the one of the kidney are luxa, that they get uh sickness or whatever it is, then it's gonna be a trefa.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: Amri Bemar, let's send it.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if the sickness in this kidney got to the place of the churith.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: It's like a a hole in the place where it has a hole, so if it reached that area of the kidney, then it's gonna be a problem.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: Where's that place of the hole?
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_00: Lakivra de tute masni.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: It's the white part that's under the loins.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: So if we have a picture, you can figure it out.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: I asked all the experts on trefas, and I said, So I'm they told me aloha papa.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: That aloha is like Rachushbar Papa that we just saw that's in the name of Rav.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: That Laksa Bikulya Akhas is gonna be a trepah, but the less Hilchisra.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: But aloha's not like Rabavira Vira.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: Who is Rabavira?
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: So Rabavira was the one that said that if you have a nekiv in the tchol, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: If you have a nekiv, uh if you punctured the spleen, it's gonna be a trefah.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: So the lach is like rakushbar papa, um, and the aloch is not like our bavirah.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Again, that said if it's uh punctured, if the spleen is punctured, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: Skip two lines, so or rather three words.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: That's only true that we said that alloch is not like her bavira, that what?
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if the aloha's not like rabavira, then what are we basically saying?
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: If it gets a nekab in the spleen, it's gonna be kosher, it's not gonna be a trefa.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: That's only true be kulche.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if the nekab was on the thinner side of the uh.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: Avo be such a, but if it was on the thicker side of the spleen, then trefo.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: Then everyone's gonna agree that the aloha is like revavira, then it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: Vishdayr make o'vidinars of chaira.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: However, even on the thicker side, if you had the nekev, but you had left over on the spleen on the thicker side, the thickness of a diner's of that was not affected, cher, then it's gonna be kosher.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: So the Ami Maravah they said over in there, it's all kala paysibereya kosher, the chulia.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: Bakal, you have to know.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's puzzle, any type of thing that happened to the lung, then we would say it's posal on the lung.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: If that same thing happened to the the the kidney, it's gonna be kosher.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: Kala posabare, anything that's possible as relates to the lung is gonna be kosher for the kidney.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: Share nekiv posabereya, the kosher bhuchuya, because we find that a nekiv, even a tiny nekiv in the re is gonna be possible.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Whereas on the kuya, on the kidney, it's gonna be final, it's gonna be kosher.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: So says the gemara, if so, I should make a kabuchimer.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: If you're telling me that anything that's possible on the lung is kosher on the kidney, then the koshanecha the kosher bereya, kosher bachuya.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: So for sure, something that's kosher on the lung should be kosher on the kidney.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_00: So says the gemar.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: The gemara now is gonna try to ask on this kabukhimer we just made.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: So again, we said over just to understand the the khajman over here in the what the structure of what's going on.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: We've quoted my marava, I'm in the seminar to soil claw.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: Kola kosher or kola poselberea is gonna be kosher on the kidneys.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's pasel on the re is now kosher on the clayus.
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, very good.
• 19:15
  SPEAKER_00: We made a diuk.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: This is not what they said in my ravah.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: We now made a kavokhimer based on that.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: If you're telling me that, then for sure something that's kosher on the rey is gonna be kosher on the kidneys.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: And on that kavahheimer, now we're gonna answer.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: So is the game our mask of lunar raptan kum uh, is that true?
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me a kavaheimer.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: This klaal that anything that's kosher on the lungs is gonna be kosher on the kuya.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: I found you something, this mugla, which is pus that's kosher on the rea.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: It's actually puzzle on the kuya.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: What about uh if you have clear water?
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: The khair machum, that's kosher on both.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: What's that question saying the same the first question, right?
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: We just tried to say anything kosher on the on the re is gonna be kosher on the kuya.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: Well, I just found you something that's puzzle on the rea.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: And or rather, it's kosher on the rea, but it's puzzle on the kuya.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that question I understand, because that goes exactly against what you just said.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: But very maim zaken, the kser machmachar, it's kosher here and there, zakhtashi layadana my kosher.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: I don't even know what the question is over here.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: Ayn Tosis he tries to reconcile it, but we'll try and finish it off for now.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: So, either way, what do we see from here?
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: It's at least a question from the first part, right?
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: Because we've find mugla, which is pus, that's kosher and the rea and pasal on the kuya.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: So that goes exactly against what the kabukhmer we just said that if it's kosher and the rea for sure, it should be kosher on the kuya.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemara, and la omarabashi, that's where she says trefus comedamas a dododi.
• 20:26
  SPEAKER_00: You can't compare Trefas.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_00: Ain't Trevas Zu Damalazu, you can't compare two Trevas Share, Chit Khamikan Mesa, Chit Khomikan, Uhaya.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: We see him it see us that sometimes you cut the animal over here and it dies, you cut the animal in a different place and it lives, and therefore it's not based off your kabuchimer's logic.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: You can't give it dam and trefus to each other who created the animal different places differently, and therefore you cannot ask a question.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: So basically, what does that mean?
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: We're just saying what they said in answer to is true.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: We're not knocking that off.
• 20:51
  SPEAKER_00: In our surface, I'm a rubber, 100%.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: This is a claw call a kosher be called kosher bereya, or rather cala posel bereya is gonna be kosher on the on the kidneys, right?
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: That's true, but the kabuchimer don't make.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_00: Don't try to make a kabukheimer.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Whenever you have a claw from the khahamim, so you have to listen to the khaham, you have to listen to the taira.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: But you're gonna try to make a kabochimer, Zakrabah, we don't, or Zakirvashi, we don't make kabukheimers, you don't try to make your own kushbinas, trapas, kamadamas, lahada, you can't compare trafis, can't make a kabohimer even though it sounds good to you.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Still, it's not something we're gonna do because by trafis, you cannot compare one to the other, so we knock off that kabuhimer.
• 21:25
  SPEAKER_00: So that's gumara.
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_00: One thing we mentioned.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: Umaim zakin shayrim, lay amran, eladutzliu.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: That we said, that if you have mim zakin, if you have like clear water in these awaren, so it's gonna be kosher, that's only true.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's mamish clear water, alakir, but if it's black water, then trefo, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: Even clear water that's only gonna be true if it's not smelly.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: Aval Sariach Trefa, but if it's smelly water, then it's gonna be trefa.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: So now just uh as an anecdote over here, a kuya shaikhtina, uh uh kidney that shriveled, it got smaller.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: So badaka adkippol, as it relates to behemothaka, it's only gonna be a trefo.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: If it reached the size of a bean, really small.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: Bigasa bean.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: If it reached the size, if it got as small as a medium-sized grape, that's what's going to be a problem.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: Skip the next three lines.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: If the womb, the uterus, was taken out of the animal by a female animal, obviously, then it's going to be kosher.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: That's part of the Eluksharis we saw in the Mishnah.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, says the Gemara, Tana, Hihoim, he tarpakas, the he shall fukhis.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: These are all different synonyms of each other that you find by Travis as relates to the uterus, they all mean uterus.
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_00: The Harus Bideshamaim share.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: We saw another one of the Eluksharas was Harus Bideshamaim Sherro.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: If you have a shriveled rey, if you have a shriveled lung, then if it's harus bideshima, if it's shriveled bideshamaim, and it happened naturally, then it's going to be kosher.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: If it happened bideodam, it's going to be a problem.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: Any animal that its lung shriveled.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: Bide Shamam Ksher, Bid Adam Trepa.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: If it happened, it's going to be trepo.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: Rashimulazar says, even if it happened, I'll yide colabrias.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: Not even aide a person, but I'll yide any other type of animal.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: Let's say a line came and caused this to happen.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: So that would also be considered.
• 23:07
  SPEAKER_00: Would be considered what?
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's the question.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: He just goes, What do we just say?
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: We just said, if it happened to be deshamaim, it's chair.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: If it happened to be the oddam, it's uh gonna be puzzle.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_00: And Rashimulazar is myself, even if it happened to be de colabrias.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: If it happened, be de collabrius.
• 23:21
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: It's like be the oddam or it's like bideshamay.
• 23:23
  SPEAKER_00: It's the Mari Baylam.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: Rashman Lazar are Resha Kalakula is going on the Rasha that if it happened Ali De Kala Brias, then that's like it happened Bidehamayu and it's Lakula because it's gonna be Kasha?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: Or he's gonna always go on the safra that it's like he happened Ali De Adam and it's gonna be a humra because now it's gonna be considered a traf.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: And over here clearly he's going back on Bideh Adam shall show you that this is gonna be a traf on the humra that is going back on Bide Adam.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Was going in the in the midbar.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: Ashka Khanu dikri the tumak ready do, and he found these rams that their their lungs shriveled.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh shall be went to ask in the base madras.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: They told him that there's actually a way to see if it happened Bidehamayim or it happened Bide Adam, and it's gonna be a problem.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: So says what is the way?
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: So they told him in the base madras, what's the way to check?
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Bikaita, if it's the summertime, I see Mishihlihri.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: Bring a klicheris, like an earthenwork lead that's white.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: Bring a white khlicharas, umalinomayakri, fill it with cold water, but an khina base and leave it over for 24 hours.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: If the lung uh gets better, barion minosh and bari.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: So if it gets better and expands, it's not shriveled anymore, then you know it was bideshamaim, and it wasn't a problem.
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be treflaw.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: That's all as relates to the summer.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: Mesitva, if it's the winter time, what should he do?
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: I sumumi, you have to bring up black khlicharis.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: Um lenomaya pshure, you fill it up with warm water.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: And vanchin leis, you keep it over 24 hours.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: Another thing we saw in Elukshairas is haggluda, an animal that was completely skinned, doesn't have its skin anymore.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: So, it's gonna be contrary.
• 25:00
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: Tanu Rabbah, then we have a Braissa.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: So we actually saw in the Mishnah that our mayor, it was a machegis between the Ramey and the Khachamim, and with that, we bring a Braissa.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: Tara mana agludda, remair mashab poison, and says the Gemara of Kfarhei, the Lazar Safar Yoichim and Ben Gudguda, Alagluda Shebsula.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: They were made that it's actually possible, like the Khacham said.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: And I'm Rashim al Azar Khazar by Rameir.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: Rem al Lazar says that Rameir was Khazer and he owes like the Khachamin that it's actually gonna be a trafa.
• 25:23
  SPEAKER_00: If it's skinned completely, it's a trayfah.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: Even Ramair, who was the Khailak, even R Mayor was Khazar in the end of the day, and he was masking to the Khacham.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gmar, Mhhlad, Rab Shimon Lazar, Poly R May Begluda.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: That implies, from the fact that Rab Shiman bin Alazar came and told us Ramir was Khaizer, that implies that Ram Shim al Lazar held that Rameir once argued.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_00: Says Gamar, is that true?
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: Is that true that Ramehir once argued that Rashim al Lazar holds that Ramir once argued?
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: Remair and the Kham don't argue Bikhal and the Gluda that it's possible.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: They were all made that it's possible.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: By the way, we're gonna reference to this in a second.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: Not what we need by now right now, but if Mishta'i mena Khala, if enough skin was left over, a little piece of skin, the size of a cella was left over on the animal, then it's actually gonna be kosher.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see from here?
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: We see over here that Mishim al Lazar clearly said that there was no machikes between our mare and the Khahanim.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: So on one hand, it seems that our mayor, that Rashim al Lazar held that Rameir once argued because he said Khazar by Rameh Rameir was Khazar.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: And over here, we just saw that Rashmulazer says Rameir never argued.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: So which one is it?
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: What did he mean when he said they never argued?
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: He just meant that Rameyr didn't stay with his Sheetah, he rather was Khazer and agreed to the Khachamim.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: But even according to Rashim al Azar, he is maskim.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_00: That Rameyr once argued, it's just that he was Khazer, and now he was like the Khahamim that what?
• 26:41
  SPEAKER_00: Gluda is a Trefa.
• 26:44
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gibbara.
• 26:45
  SPEAKER_00: Omar Mar.
• 26:46
  SPEAKER_00: Ibn Nishaiba Kazalak Sher.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: We said as relates to a Gluda if the animal is completely skinned, then it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: However, Ibn Sharibakazala, if you have a cellas worth of skin, then it's gonna be married.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: Where does that skin have to be?
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: You have the tiny piece of skin left in the animal, now it's gonna be considered a tra uh it's gonna be kosher.
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_00: Where is that skin?
• 27:03
  SPEAKER_00: Anywhere specific?
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: So I'm reading my shmorra, reader shmul.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: Says A'pnea shader kulah, it has to still have skin on uh along the entire spine.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: Ibailo, so they ask, the arch vikotin.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: So what how much skin needs to be left on the spine?
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: Does he mean even the arach?
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: If it's very long on the whole spine, the katin, but it's very narrow.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: It's very narrow and it's going down the whole thing.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: And what do we mean by cellas worth?
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's not a cellh thick, but the khi mitzarif lahabik selah, you're a mitzaruf, all the skin, it's like a long piece.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_00: So if you take it all and mitzar it all together, it comes out like a cella, but it's not a cella thick.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_00: Is that what he meant?
• 27:35
  SPEAKER_00: Or maybe it means.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: Which is a much bigger shear.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: Says big emarotashma, bring your ray, the parish rab nehoi ray mishme the shmuel, otherwise known as a mayor.
• 27:49
  SPEAKER_00: I forgot where.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: Because mayor is not an hoyrai is not an or.
• 27:52
  SPEAKER_00: Nehai Rai.
• 27:53
SPEAKER_00: Mayor is also not an or.
• 27:55
  SPEAKER_00: It's a sheetah that says Rameyor.
• 27:57
  SPEAKER_00: There's a whole there's a whole good ray.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: The mayor says it was a there was a whole uh it's a mission in the end of Kadusha.
• 28:04
SPEAKER_00: That person always has to teach us on a Melach.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Remair says a person has to teach us on a malach, or of Nairai.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_00: I'm a Rem Nairai ain't any Milami Daniela Tyra.
• 28:14
SPEAKER_00: So it's a zero, because Remnai is her mayor.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: There's always a hidden that could do.
• 28:22
  SPEAKER_00: But I might not.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: It's a good tyra, but either way, Ramurai.
• 28:27
  SPEAKER_00: That's a good one.
• 28:28
  SPEAKER_00: So say the Gemara.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: Sur Narai says, very good.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: Surnaray says, Mishmeh the Shmuel in the name of Shmuel, which is very interesting because Ramara was a tana.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: Alright, so you have to know what to do over here.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: Maybe this was a different Ramnura.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, Remnaray says in the name of Shmuel, definitely Anamira, that Berayhav Kesella Apanashaderkula.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: He explained what does it mean?
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_00: Bereichav kesella apaneshadkulah.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_00: It means that has to be a cell thick upanashadr kulah which is the bigger shear.
• 28:58
  SPEAKER_00: Rab Marchana Rosh Prakim.
• 29:01
  SPEAKER_00: He says different.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: Again, what's the question right now?
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: The question is we said if you have enough skin left, the entire animal's skin, but you have a cell's worth of skin left over.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be good.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_00: Where does that cell of skin have to be?
• 29:10
SPEAKER_00: So we have the first shita that has to be Apanashadra.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: What does that mean, two shitas?
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: Now we sort of know Ray was not free, that it means it has to be Rayhav Sala Apanashadurkula.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: Now Rab Marchana says Rashiprakham.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_00: As long as you have skin on all like the top of the joints, then it's gonna be okay.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says not all the joints, but the whole Pyrki, who yes, that Rash says, first of all, on all the ends of the vertebrae, but some is a shaik and the thigh bones, the yerech, and also on the the shik the yerech.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_00: And all those being and shirk.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: And all those you need the sheer basella, that's current Rab Marchana.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: Where does the skin need to be left over?
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: That's on the belly button.
• 29:49
SPEAKER_00: So we just saw if the animal was completely skinned, but it just had skin only still on its shred, it's gonna be okay.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_00: So what about the opposite?
• 29:56
SPEAKER_00: What about nitel machuma shedra vikule kaim?
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: What if it has all its skin except for the skin on top of the shedro?
• 30:01
  SPEAKER_00: What about that?
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: Or what about nitomakam tibure?
• 30:04
SPEAKER_00: What about if it's missing the skin on its belly button, the kule kayim?
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: The rest of it is good.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: Nitho Roshi Prakum, all the Rashi Prakum are taken off the Kulikai, but the rest of the skin is there.
• 30:10
  SPEAKER_00: May Taku.
• 30:11
  SPEAKER_00: Omr Rav.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_00: Rav says, Kala or kule matzel big gludo, chuts me orbe saprosis.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_00: Rav says that even more makeup.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: Or any type of skin that's left over, the size of a cella that's left over, it doesn't matter where it is.
• 30:22
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be matzo.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be matzel this behema from being a traypa, because it has a cell's worth of skin anywhere, chutz mi base, chutz, matul, chutz me orbe supresses, except for the skin that's on the hooves.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_00: That already is not gonna be considered.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: But any other skin, it doesn't matter where it is, you can have it on the bottom of the elbow.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_00: If you have a cell's worth of skin, it's not gonna be considered a gludo.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: Even the skin on the hooves, that even is gonna be considered to be matzo.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_00: If you have the entire animal's skin, but you have the piece of a cella left by the hooves, that's gonna be matzo of the animal from being a gludo.
• 30:56
  SPEAKER_00: This question.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: He asked for meachanan, and we just saw she just remakes.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: So it says the So he asked him, Mao Shiyatsu bagluda, Amale Matsu.
• 31:04
SPEAKER_00: So you don't like clearly hold like we saw before.
• 31:05
  SPEAKER_00: It is matzo.
• 31:06
  SPEAKER_00: Amarle.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: But he asked him, Le Mantana Rabenu, didn't you teach us?
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: You're telling us that the skin on the bottom, that what do we say again?
• 31:13
SPEAKER_00: Just to make things clear.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_00: A gluda is a problem if it's completely skin.
• 31:16
SPEAKER_00: We saw even our mare's was Khaizer and holds like the Khacham that it's gonna be considered a trefel.
• 31:20
SPEAKER_00: But if you have a cell's worth of skin, then it's still going to be considered uh kashur.
• 31:25
  SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be a trefel.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_00: Where does that cella's worth of skin have to be?
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: So it could be uh there's a big mach like a sin, but a b'chan and holds anywhere, even on the hooves.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: It could even be on the hooves, meaning the skin on the hooves is considered skin, it has the din of skin.
• 31:37
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_00: But they asked Rabiachan and the Mantana, didn't you teach us Elu Sha'er san kimpsar?
• 31:42
SPEAKER_00: The following things, it's that the the following areas, it's where the oyer, the skin of the animal, has the din of basar.
• 31:50
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: That it's gonna be considered tomato.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_00: This is as relates to Tomas Navela.
• 31:53
SPEAKER_00: We know Navela is different than Treva, that Navela has Tomas Nevela, uh Trefa at least at a kosher shita.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: It was Nita Ali Deshita, it wasn't Nita, but it was uh it was uh it was it was taken out of toma from the from the shita, and therefore trevah is not gonna be considered uh it doesn't have toma, whereas nevela does.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_00: So as relates to Tomas Navela, the basar generally has Ton Thomas Navela.
• 32:12
SPEAKER_00: So Elu She'or say and Kipsan, the following thing is the or the skin of it is tame just like the basar of the naval.
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_00: Or bas, right?
• 32:19
SPEAKER_00: And arbitrar's press is one of them.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see from here?
• 32:21
SPEAKER_00: That the orbesapros has the din of what?
• 32:23
SPEAKER_00: Has the din of basar, which is flesh, not the din of or, like you're saying that it should be matil if it has uh a cellas worth of or left.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be considered not a glue.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_00: We see the orbis of press has the din of flesh.
• 32:32
SPEAKER_00: So I'm answering altakni teni shablesh and yochad anisha nasa.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_00: Don't bring me a kasha from there.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_00: Don't try to start with me from this that I said, because that was really a das yochid.
• 32:41
SPEAKER_00: I brought it from you from a das yochid, but that's not actually what I hold.
• 32:44
  SPEAKER_00: What's the real aloha?
• 32:45
SPEAKER_00: That it has the din of skin by the hooves, and therefore, even if you have the cellas worth of skin left over on the hooves, that's gonna be masl the animal from bringing a blue though.
• 32:52
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find that it's a dasyochid?
• 32:53
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna take us to the Mishnah.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: So and he has in mind to be mocked your kazayas from the skin that's under the tail.
• 33:06
SPEAKER_00: If he does it, chutzlim kahana, we know it's gonna be puzzle.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_00: Maybe cars is not gonna be cars because karas is only chuzzmana.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: And also, ish iblim omar mishom rebiakina shim and minihuda, ish ichhus aimer mishomin, echarabas of process, or haroish shell eagle, harah, uh uh soft eagle, or shall tachas ali, also that that we said before.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_00: Bihotum Gabi Toma, any of the types of things that the Khum counted by Toma, Inush Ara Sin Kibsaran that said that the or is considered the din of a bossar, la hobby base, laovi or base abitum to include the or of ice and makam on a female animal, chutzlim koim aposal.
• 33:41
SPEAKER_00: If you had a machab about those things, to be machinim chutzlim koim is gonna be possible, made by cares, chutzmana, pigl chai of an al of car.
• 33:48
SPEAKER_00: But if he does it, chutzlismanay, if he has the maqshovah chutzmani, it's gonna be possible.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_00: The chai of an al of Kharis, you're gonna be high of caris for pigle, as we know.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_00: One thing we see from here is first of all we know that pigle, it's only pigle if your maqshab was about something that's doubted shadarkilahaktir.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_00: If you have a maqshava about random skin, you're not maktir skin.
• 34:07
SPEAKER_00: Even on a carbon island that we know that's cool like hollow, the skin, the artist went to the kahane.
• 34:11
  SPEAKER_00: And it wasn't hollow.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_00: So it's only gonna be considered piggle if the maqshava that you had was about something that's normally maktir, that you would normally be maktir.
• 34:19
  SPEAKER_00: So dark al-haktir.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, skin is not something that you would normally be maftir.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see over here?
• 34:25
SPEAKER_00: We said the fact that the orbes prashes, these things, the hooves, you're gonna be high.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_00: What do we say over here?
• 34:31
SPEAKER_00: You're going to be high pigle for.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: So what do we clearly see?
• 34:34
SPEAKER_00: That the pigle, or that the orbesaprash of these things, the skin of the hooves has the din of what?
• 34:38
SPEAKER_00: Has the din of basar, something that you normally are maftir, and that's why you're gonna be high pigle, because your only high of pigle is something that you would normally be mocked here.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_00: So we see this sheeta, and this is the dasyochid we saw from uh Lazarin Yehuda ish evil, and this is specifically a dasyachid to show us that this das yachid holds that the or bash has the din of basar.
• 34:56
SPEAKER_00: But what do I hold, says Rabbi Echaran?
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: I hold that the R has very much the din of regular skin, and if it has the din of regular skin, then I don't care where the skin is on your body, as long as it's skin, even the hoof skin, is going to be matzo from a gluda, and with that, we'll hold over today, guys.
