- 0:03From the unexplained to the mundane, come join
- 0:06us on a Journey to the Fringe. Hello and welcome
- 0:14to Journey to the Fringe, your nonjudgmental
- 0:18podcast host. Taylor and Chelsea are here today
- 0:20doing a Taylor episode mostly about well it's
- 0:24gonna be about UFOs for the most part but I don't
- 0:27want to give too much away early on because there's
- 0:30a fun story here that we need to go about that
- 0:32goes through the lore that we have touched on
- 0:34for years. So I'm very scared of this actually
- 0:38now that you framed it this way to me that that's
- 0:42good You should always be afraid just a general
- 0:44rule for life be constantly confused and afraid
- 0:47I am both of those and also slightly buzz so
- 0:51that you can just comment on things It's so funny
- 0:54that you say that because I am all the time.
- 0:58What a weird coincidence. We are not a health
- 1:00podcast. We are not a psychological podcast.
- 1:03We are a fringe topic podcast. Always remember
- 1:07that about us. We are connected to you. It's
- 1:12what it turns out to be. What a strange turn
- 1:14of events. Anyhow, Chelsea, have you ever heard
- 1:16of a UFO that was found that was too big to move?
- 1:20No, I maybe no, I think maybe I might have. I
- 1:25don't know. Now I'm confused and afraid. and
- 1:28more confused. I can't remember. Well, let me
- 1:30at least ease your gentle, simple, slightly drunken
- 1:33mind with the story of the UFO that was too big
- 1:37to move. OK, let's hear about it. There's been
- 1:40a lot of talk of it in the last, I would say,
- 1:42three years. But the idea of a crash landed UFO
- 1:46that was too big to move goes back to the late
- 1:481980s. It's not recent, like you may have suggested.
- 1:52The part we're going to be talking about is recent.
- 1:54But guess what, Chelsea? back to John Lear oh
- 1:58the confusions baked in with John Lear okay oh
- 2:01it always is because he didn't know if he was
- 2:04coming or going okay I love to be confused first
- 2:07and then probably less maybe same confused at
- 2:11the end no John Lear is on record as early as
- 2:14March of 1988 is saying the following this comes
- 2:17from anthology of UFO documents from the time
- 2:20written by Valdemar Valerian in his book catalog
- 2:24called The Matrix but this is quote from John
- 2:26Lear. Thousands of sightings occurred during
- 2:44the Korean War and several more saucers were
- 2:46retrieved by the Air Force. Some were stored
- 2:48at Ray Patterson Air Force Base. Some were stored
- 2:51at Air Force bases near the location of the crash
- 2:53site. One saucer was was so enormous and the
- 2:56logistic problems in transportation so enormous
- 2:58that it was buried at the crash site and remains
- 3:01there today. I think I've heard of it. The stories
- 3:04are legendary on transporting crash saucers over
- 3:07long distances, moving only at night, purchasing
- 3:09complete farms, slashing through forests, blocking
- 3:12major highways, sometimes driving two and three
- 3:14low boys in tandem with an extraterrestrial load
- 3:16100 feet in diameter. That's the original quote
- 3:20on a UFO too big to move as far back as I can
- 3:23find it You know, I like read things of UFO sightings
- 3:28where the UFOs are like football fields big Yeah,
- 3:31I can't get behind what John of course so go
- 3:35save that thing crash It would be easier to bury
- 3:38it than to move it to a place that absolutely
- 3:40if it's like a football field wide Yeah, absolutely
- 3:44probably just bury that thing outside of Valdemar
- 3:47Valerian John Lear weirdly enough is the only
- 3:50person that talks about this and even then Valdemar
- 3:53is only talking about it because John Lear said
- 3:56anything Valdemar. I've never heard of this guy
- 3:59before, but he has a book series about it where
- 4:01he anthologizes UFO lore from the time. So that's
- 4:05where this is kind of documented. Interesting.
- 4:08OK. But from like 2006 to 2010, John Lear is
- 4:13really active on a UFO forum called Above Top
- 4:16Secret where he really keeps this thing going.
- 4:18And unfortunately, none of his posts on there
- 4:21exist anymore because he got kicked off. So they
- 4:24just deleted? They deleted everything and it's
- 4:27not yeah and it's not on the way back machine
- 4:30because it got deleted and blocked so I can't
- 4:33see what's on there but from what I understand
- 4:35from the lore of it he continued this idea of
- 4:38a UFO too big to move in there as well. He talked
- 4:42about a ton of other things, but it's important
- 4:44that that's one of the things he talked about.
- 4:46As an aside, we really needed John Lear. No,
- 4:49we haven't done it yet. I did a John Lear episode.
- 4:51I might have in fact done two. It's so funny
- 4:53that you say that because right before we started
- 4:55recording these episodes, you'll never know how
- 4:58many. It could be five. I was talking about how
- 5:01we've been recording for so long that I can't
- 5:04remember. Yeah, this is season six. I think we're
- 5:06at about 300 episodes at this point. I have a
- 5:09vague catalog in my mind. It's kind of vague
- 5:13because I remember some stuff very vividly because
- 5:16I've learned some very good things along the
- 5:18way, but I've also forgot some very good things
- 5:21along the way, such as John Lear, apparently,
- 5:24as well as John Keel. I'm forgetting all the
- 5:28John's. There's at least three more John's that
- 5:30we did, John. How many more John's did I forget?
- 5:32Teeter was a John, right? Yeah, I forgot about
- 5:35him, too. Okay, well, let's... Okay, John Lear
- 5:39eventually doesn't end up being the only one
- 5:41talking about this, and now we have to talk about
- 5:43a guy named Ross Coulthard. Have you heard of
- 5:46him before, Chelsea? No, this guy's gonna be
- 5:49an interesting one and I want to keep a tab on
- 5:52him as well as the group that he's Associated
- 5:55with which I think will have to have his own
- 5:57episode at some point like this is 2023 We're
- 5:59talking about he ends up talking about this before
- 6:01he got into this world He spent decades as an
- 6:04Australian journalist who actually won several
- 6:07awards He did some really interesting work for
- 6:11like 60 minutes, Australia He grew up between
- 6:16Australia and New Zealand, studied law at Victoria
- 6:18University of Wellington and jumped straight
- 6:20into journalism at the New Zealand Herald in
- 6:23the early 1980s. By the end of that decade, he'd
- 6:25already made waves on Australian TV. One of his
- 6:28first big stories exposed bribery involving Queensland
- 6:31power broker Sir Leslie Teese and Premier Joe
- 6:35Bielke -Peterson. That investigation earned him
- 6:38a Penguin Award and set the tone for the rest
- 6:40of his career. In the 1990s, Coulthart joined
- 6:43ABC, Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Four
- 6:46Corners, where he dug into corruption in Australia's
- 6:48professional football, work that helped trigger
- 6:50an actual royal commission. And he also broke
- 6:52a major story claiming the Australian Secret
- 6:55Intelligence Services were secretly holding tens
- 6:57of thousands of files on ordinary citizens. The
- 7:00government took it seriously enough to order
- 7:02a full review of the agency. Whether every detail
- 7:05of his reporting held up or not, the impact was
- 7:07real and Colthor was a journalist who could shake
- 7:11institutions. And then came Sunday, the program
- 7:14where he did some of his most decorated work.
- 7:16He investigated CARE, Australia's handling of
- 7:19aid money, which exposed corruption in Aboriginal
- 7:22legal services, and teamed up with filmmaker
- 7:24Max Dahl to identify East war crime perpetrators
- 7:28who had slipped through the cracks. That story
- 7:31won a gold medal at the New York Film Festival.
- 7:33He also tackled organized crime, outlaw motorcycle
- 7:36gangs, and medical malpractice. Basically any
- 7:39kind of story that requires a reporter willing
- 7:41to push into uncomfortable territory. He eventually
- 7:44moved to 60 Minutes, stayed there until 2018,
- 7:47and then stepped out of journalism for a bit.
- 7:50And he went to work for a PR firm, which included
- 7:53former soldier Ben Robert Smith, who was later
- 7:56found by a federal court to have committed war
- 7:58crimes. Weird aside there, but it didn't last
- 8:01long. And in 2020, He came back into journalism
- 8:05and he surprised everyone. He joins on with News
- 8:08Nation and he goes all in on UFOs. So in 2021
- 8:12he produced the UFO phenomenon for 7 News, a
- 8:16special built around military witnesses and government
- 8:19insiders. That same year he published in plain
- 8:21sight a book arguing that UFOs represent a real
- 8:25intelligence problem. Critics said he seemed
- 8:29a little too ready to believe, but the book made
- 8:32him a cult figure in American UFO circles. He
- 8:35leaned into it, launching the Need to Know podcast
- 8:38with Bryce Zabel, positioning himself as one
- 8:40of the loudest voices in the modern UAP conversation.
- 8:44Then, in 2023, he becomes the groundbreaking
- 8:48NewsNation interviewer David Grusk. During that
- 8:53time, Gruss claimed that the US government has
- 8:56secret crash retrieval programs, non -human crafts,
- 9:00and recovered bodies. Coulthart didn't just report
- 9:03the allegations, he amplified them and he said
- 9:05on air, that some recovered crafts are too big
- 9:08to move. That line became a lightning rod, and
- 9:11it revived a decades old claim from John Lear's
- 9:151988 statement about a saucer so enormous that
- 9:18it had to be buried at the crash site. And once
- 9:21Quilthart said it, the idea took off again. Tabloids
- 9:24ran with it. Social media ran with it. And it
- 9:27kind of took off. Now I'm just going to play
- 9:29this video for you, Chelsea. I'm going to...
- 9:31I just have to say how funny it is that we never
- 9:34say David Grush, Grush, Grush, Grush. Oh, we
- 9:38disagree on how to say it. Yes. Oh, we never
- 9:41say it the same, I think. I always say Grus,
- 9:44you say Grush. Grus, Grush, Grush. There's so
- 9:48many ways that you could say it. OK, I'm waiting
- 9:50for the... In part, the amendment that Mr. Gallagher
- 9:56has put up, which is essentially saying... No
- 9:59funds authorised to be appropriated by the National
- 10:03Defence Authorisation Act for fiscal year 24
- 10:06may be obligated or expended directly or indirectly
- 10:09in part or in whole to conduct or support any
- 10:12activity relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena
- 10:15that is controlled under a classified program
- 10:19that has not been formally, officially, explicitly
- 10:22and specifically described, explained. and justified
- 10:26to the appropriate congressional committees,
- 10:29congressional leadership. It's pretty amazing,
- 10:31this stuff. And I mean, I've forgotten where
- 10:33it is, but you know, Dean Douglas Dean Johnson's
- 10:38written it up the best where he writes about
- 10:39how the new Senate Intelligence Bill that Kirsten
- 10:43Gallagher is pushing. It gives holders of non
- 10:46-Earth origin or exotic UAP material. I'm sorry,
- 10:50I don't like this space. I just need to compare
- 10:53this at this moment. You know, the last one I
- 10:56commented on who was on a podcast and had their
- 10:58webcam showing their background was Stephen Greer.
- 11:03Look how well put together Ross's background
- 11:07is. A little more. It has all his degrees and
- 11:10awards and it looks like he's doing work back
- 11:12there. I could assume it might not be that just
- 11:17looking at what they might be, but you would
- 11:20assume their degrees and shit back there. I don't
- 11:23think they are based on what I'm looking at.
- 11:26He does not have headphones coming down his neck.
- 11:29No, it's not just like a fireplace thing. It's
- 11:33not like he got asked at the last minute and
- 11:35he couldn't find anything to put in his ears.
- 11:38I don't know, but I find his look creepy. Oh
- 11:40yeah, he's very snake -like. Sneakly. Yep. Anyhow
- 11:44Ross doesn't that just give them six months or
- 11:46more to hide their shit Okay People are gonna
- 11:50question what I'm about to say What if some of
- 11:53that shit is so big it can't be moved? Is that
- 11:58what you're saying Ross? Is that what you've
- 11:59been? That's exactly what I'm saying. How big
- 12:02is big? big So big they built a building over
- 12:06it in a country outside of the United States
- 12:09of America I know that sounds preposterous and
- 12:12I know, oh my god, you can just hear them now,
- 12:15the bleating debunkers. Let's see this investigated.
- 12:19Let's just see what happens. Let's test these
- 12:22allegations before the Congress. It's very, very
- 12:25easy for people to go, oh, there's no evidence.
- 12:28Oh my goodness me. Let's just go away and ignore
- 12:31it. Let's test it. We haven't even got there
- 12:34yet. So did David Grish see this? David Gruss
- 12:40did not say it. He is alluding to the fact that
- 12:43he is associated with David Gruss but David Gruss
- 12:47didn't say it and you'll also notice so far Chelsea
- 12:50we are what 15 minutes into this episode I have
- 12:53not mentioned anywhere that this could possibly
- 12:56have happened No, you didn't and he's still saying
- 13:00that okay. Okay, you close the stream No, because
- 13:04that's all you need to see from that Okay, I'm
- 13:08not sure what to make of that, to be honest with
- 13:12you. Fuck this community, man. Like, why are
- 13:15they like this? I find Ross a very interesting
- 13:18character just because he has an actual investigative
- 13:21journalist background and then he's come to this.
- 13:25and he gets critiqued to hell because he refuses
- 13:29to really give evidence or specific assertions
- 13:32at this point and is very clear like this is
- 13:35how this community works but like before like
- 13:38he was very clear in his assertions i hate to
- 13:41say what i'm about to say and that is about to
- 13:44come out of my mouth isn't linda moten hell the
- 13:47same She started out as a legitimate journalist.
- 13:50I wouldn't say legitimate She started out with
- 13:53the cattle mutilations documentary. Did she do
- 13:57anything for that? Before that as a legitimate
- 14:00journalist. Well, and I will say George Knapp
- 14:03I know used to be a like a mob journalist Like
- 14:07he cut his teeth with that Linda Moulton Howell
- 14:11before George Knapp we need to do I was afraid
- 14:15to do Linda Moulton Howell before for the same
- 14:17reason that you know I didn't want to look at
- 14:20Serpo because I love Serpo because it's a fun
- 14:22story Linda gives me some good fun stories that
- 14:26I didn't want to look at Linda the more that
- 14:30I've heard of her seems the more like we're gonna
- 14:32get some juicy like five part episodes from oh
- 14:36god yeah I know but I I do think Linda Moulton
- 14:41Howe started out as a legitimate journalist as
- 14:46well as George Knapp. I don't want any implications
- 14:49with George Knapp. Don't even say it. But Linda
- 14:53Moulton Howe? Same. I'm thinking is what is up
- 14:57with her. And apparently she was at one time
- 15:00looked at as a good journalist. And now she just
- 15:02takes anyone and it doesn't matter what the fuck
- 15:06she does. She just needs a good story. Yeah.
- 15:08Just needs someone to be saying something about
- 15:11aliens and it doesn't matter whether they're
- 15:14legitimate or not, but it seems to be potentially
- 15:17the same with this guy, except I know more about
- 15:21Linda Moulton Howe. And at this time, many theories
- 15:24start to arise, like the Internet goes wild with
- 15:27multiple ideas of what he's talking about. And
- 15:30they settle on several areas that they think
- 15:33that he's talking about, like Siberia, several
- 15:36areas around military bases in the US. But the
- 15:39biggest one that gets talked about is South Korea.
- 15:41I did hear that in the YouTube video, so hopefully
- 15:44you get it up here. I also need it noted here
- 15:47that if you don't hear the YouTube video, this
- 15:50guy looks like a fucking snake. No upper lip.
- 15:54His nose goes right into the no upper lip. If
- 15:58he goes to Hogwarts, he's going to be in Slytherin,
- 16:00like guaranteed. And you're going to hear it
- 16:02in the YouTube video if it's uploaded here. But
- 16:06another thing that I love, love, and hate about
- 16:12the UFO community, but also love when they reject
- 16:15it and we see a lot of it. I love doing what
- 16:18we do. I love it when they play off each other.
- 16:22And you're going to keep seeing it, Chelsea.
- 16:24I love that this guy is like - And that's why
- 16:28Cory Goode is such a bad actor. That is why Cory
- 16:31Goode is so hated within this group. And I fucking
- 16:34love it. He will not let you play off him. I
- 16:37fucking love that. He will ask for the idea but
- 16:39you cannot take from that. I fucking love it.
- 16:42I live for that. Journey to the fringe here.
- 16:46We love that. We love it when they don't play
- 16:49nice and when they don't want to share their
- 16:52ideas with other people. More than when they
- 16:55like to play off each other. I love it. Playing
- 16:58off each other is Stephen Greer and Alex Jones,
- 17:00unfortunately. Playing badly is Corey Good and
- 17:03David Wilcock. And Richard Doty, honestly. Okay,
- 17:09I gotta say. I think David Wilcock was brought
- 17:14into it by accident. I really think it was accident.
- 17:17Corey Goode, I think that it was totally on purpose.
- 17:21He doesn't want to play nice. He doesn't want
- 17:23to share his ideas with other people. And he
- 17:26wanted to copyright that shit so people couldn't
- 17:29say, yeah, Blue Avian's this. He was like, fuck
- 17:32you, bitch. You can't say Blue Avian. I love
- 17:35it. But I love it when they play nice and they
- 17:38like will actually play off each like that's
- 17:41the best like it just gives me a warm feeling
- 17:44in my like her stomach area or something. I don't
- 17:48know. I don't think David Wilcock liked it. Oh,
- 17:51no, he hated being on the bad side of people.
- 17:54And that's the hilarious thing about David Wilcock.
- 17:56He liked to play both sides, but not suffer the
- 18:00repercussions. Anyhow, rest in peace, David Wilcock.
- 18:04I'm sure you're with the blue aliens as we speak.
- 18:07As a quick aside, I did watch a David Wilcock
- 18:11video this weekend because I miss watching his
- 18:14live so much. As a sad aside, anyhow, good luck.
- 18:18It actually makes you really sad that he wasn't
- 18:20taken out by one of the bears that he kept trying
- 18:23to feed. I know. Like, I just - That's where
- 18:26he wanted to go. I know. I know. Ah. Fuck that
- 18:33stuff. Okay. Yeah, let's not talk about it. It's
- 18:36just such a sad thing for a life. Anyhow. Coulter
- 18:39has suffered some criticism since he's made this
- 18:43move to the UFO community because like he went
- 18:45from zero to a hundred fast Yeah, that is a zero
- 18:48to ABC who he used to work for the media watcher
- 18:52challenged the evidence behind his claims and
- 18:54Australian skeptics gave him the Bent Spoon Award
- 18:56for uncritical journalism But News Nation hired
- 19:00him anyway as a special project correspondent
- 19:03and he produced a JFK assassination special and
- 19:05kept chasing UAP stories in In 2005, he interviewed
- 19:09former intelligence operative Jake Barber who
- 19:11claimed first -hand involvement in non -human
- 19:13technology retrievals, another allegation that
- 19:15hasn't been verified but keeps Coulthart in the
- 19:17middle of the conversation. To date, Coulthart
- 19:19sits in a strange but fascinating place, veteran
- 19:23investigative journalist with a long track record
- 19:25of exposing hidden systems but applying that
- 19:28same energy to UFOs. Where you think he's onto
- 19:30something or chasing shadows, with his too big
- 19:32to move remark has become one of the defining
- 19:34lines of modern UFO lore for him and a bridge
- 19:37between old crash retrieval mythology and the
- 19:40new wave of whistleblowers, political interests
- 19:42and global speculation. That's so weird. And
- 19:45you said he interviewed David Grush. He was the
- 19:48first. The first. Yeah. I wonder why. Because
- 19:52he worked for News Nation at the time. And I've
- 19:54actually realized I think I need to do an episode
- 19:56on News Nation because I was getting them mixed
- 19:58up with Newsmax because they're weirdly, they
- 20:01don't consider themselves right wing. They are
- 20:03right wing. But they also do the paranormal stuff.
- 20:07like on a routine basis, so I need to look into
- 20:10that. Oh, that's interesting that they're right
- 20:11wing. They don't think they are though, so I
- 20:14need to look into this whole thing. Okay, I'm
- 20:17putting it on the list as we speak. Okay. This
- 20:19is very, so do you think it's just because he...
- 20:23at that time had an interest in UFOs? I don't
- 20:26know because he went from working for a PR group
- 20:28to News Nation so I don't know what happened
- 20:32there to spur him from like critical reporter
- 20:35to a PR firm to UFOs. Interesting. Don't know
- 20:40what happened there. That is a very weird, I
- 20:43don't even know what to say about it. Yeah. I
- 20:44don't know what to say about it. And like he
- 20:46went from governments would investigate what
- 20:48he was investigating prior to the PR jump to
- 20:51I have no evidence for this. You just have to
- 20:53believe me on it. So weird. Yeah. And we just
- 20:56and it's funny because we just had News Nation
- 20:59come up with the the Las Vegas alien. I know.
- 21:03Very interesting. Okay. I'm just gonna leave
- 21:06it at that for now let's leave it at very interesting
- 21:09for this part and I'm putting it onto the list
- 21:12right now so from there Chelsea is my next clip
- 21:15which is a senator from the US Eric Burleson
- 21:20Okay, this is Eric Burleson congressman reportedly
- 21:23an object that is not in this country that is
- 21:26so large It cannot be moved that they've built
- 21:28an entire building around it And I think that
- 21:30another individual has actually mentioned this
- 21:32site But i'm not going to mention it because
- 21:33it is a classified location But there's reported
- 21:36a really large object and and that's one of the
- 21:39locations that i'm requesting So eric burleson
- 21:41is the next one who starts talking about this
- 21:44He is like literally in the us government, which
- 21:47is wild Yeah, like it's not often generally this
- 21:52should not occur that the next person that talks
- 21:54about a UFO Situation is somebody in the US government.
- 21:59Yeah, and this is Representative Eric Burleson
- 22:02says that there's a facility that's guarded like
- 22:05it's some kind of commodity Adding that quote
- 22:07you have committees that protest their turf and
- 22:10quote the lawmaker acknowledged that he has no
- 22:12firsthand proof Which is the weird thing about
- 22:15it here? Saying the information comes from accounts
- 22:19he has heard from government and non -government
- 22:21sources, quote, I'm not going to mention the
- 22:23country because I heard of it inside of a closed
- 22:25setting and I want to protect my classification
- 22:28level, end quote Burleson said. He adds that
- 22:30the object is, quote, not in the facility that's
- 22:32been widely reported in the news, end quote,
- 22:35pushing back on speculation about its location.
- 22:37Burleson also said he has struggled to access
- 22:39UAP -related sites even near his office in Washington
- 22:42DC, calling attempts to visit foreign facilities,
- 22:45quote, somewhat instrumental. But it doesn't
- 22:48mean that I'm not going to continue to try,"
- 22:50he said. He blamed congressional bureaucracy
- 22:52for blocking oversight, saying committees, quote,
- 22:55love turning each other down, end quote, when
- 22:58jurisdiction overlaps. Burleson made the comments
- 23:00during an interview on Newsmax Finnerty, where
- 23:02he discussed his efforts to gain access to classified
- 23:06UAP programs and sites. He said navigating the
- 23:09congressional system is difficult, describing,
- 23:11quote, the very nature of the difficulty of the
- 23:13red tape system within the bureaucracy of Congress.
- 23:35I do love that he like literally said I will
- 23:42still protect national security if it's like
- 23:44a national security thing well of course i would
- 23:47expect him to say that on national tv really
- 23:51no i wouldn't but i expect him to say and that's
- 23:56that whole thing like it gives him an out to
- 23:59never say anything in that like oh yeah it's
- 24:01national security it's almost like when steven
- 24:03greer was saying like i will release all my files
- 24:06and sorry this is in the wake of we're past the
- 24:0960 days steven greer had I was just gonna say,
- 24:13oh, by the way, Steven Grahamsen said shit. But
- 24:17he does have a press conference that has since
- 24:20passed. It's September 7th, the day we're recording
- 24:23this. And importantly, Chelsea, remember, he
- 24:26gave himself an out. If it ends up being something
- 24:28that would challenge national security or something
- 24:31like that, he wouldn't release it. But as of
- 24:34September 7th, we've heard nothing. If you've
- 24:37heard something past September 7th, then that's
- 24:39not our problem. We're absolved. Social media
- 24:42users suggested the site could be Yangju, Gyeonggi
- 24:47province, which is home to a circular structure.
- 24:50That's in South Korea. This location has gained
- 24:52notoriety in the UFO UAP community as the alleged
- 24:55Colthort UFO UAP site based on claims popularized
- 24:59by investigative journalist Ross Colthort. That
- 25:02area is rumored to house a massive crashed or
- 25:05landed extraterrestrial craft that was reportedly
- 25:08too large to transport leading to a building
- 25:11or structure being constructed around it for
- 25:13concealment. However, South Korean UFO researchers
- 25:16who visited similar sites have disputed these
- 25:19claims stating that the facility dates back to
- 25:21the 1970s and has no connection to UFOs with
- 25:23multiple comparable aviation installations existing
- 25:27around the country. Burleson, who has become
- 25:30a household name in the UAP world, revealed earlier
- 25:32this month that he had requested and was granted
- 25:35access to secure locations such as Area 51 which
- 25:38have decades -old ties to UFOs. Speaking to ALM
- 25:41Podcast, Burleson said that the requests to President
- 25:44Donald Trump and his staff included visiting
- 25:46U .S. military bases and facilities where evidence
- 25:49suggested unidentified crafts, materials, bodies
- 25:52or archives allegedly existed. Although the U
- 25:55.S. government and the Pentagon have visually
- 25:57denied that they there have been any physical
- 25:59evidence of UFOs or alien life ever recovered,
- 26:02Congress has heard from multiple whistleblowers
- 26:04claiming that the secret programs have covered
- 26:07up the truth. In fact, Burleson has previously
- 26:09claimed President Trump has been fully briefed
- 26:11on the existence of aliens, UFOs recovered by
- 26:14the military since the 1940s and alien -human
- 26:18hybrids allegedly live on Earth. Which I think
- 26:20Chelsea and I are both in agreement. Trump wouldn't
- 26:23be able to shut the hell up about any of this
- 26:25if he had known about it. The guy cannot keep
- 26:31a secret like as soon as he knows something and
- 26:34he thinks he's smarter than everybody else what
- 26:37he released about the UFO files. Like it has
- 26:41come out during his administration. He did release
- 26:45it and there was a lot of AI generated shit in
- 26:49that release with just like, it was not good.
- 26:53Plus Stephen Greer waiting. It's like a week
- 26:56past what you said for your deadline or you were
- 26:59going to release something and still waiting
- 27:02for that Stephen Greer. And I had something to
- 27:05say about what this guy is. But I can't remember
- 27:08what it is at this point. I just need to add
- 27:10at this point I've talked about three people
- 27:12the two people in like modern era who are still
- 27:14alive who have talked about this Neither of them
- 27:17have mentioned South Korea. Do you want to make
- 27:19a guess how we get the South Korea connection?
- 27:21I'm not sure do you want to make a guess about
- 27:23whose face you're about to see? It is not Kim
- 27:27Jong -un is it oh you are not ready for this
- 27:30face Chelsea But it is very apt right now. No!
- 27:38This is not the base I wanted to see right now.
- 27:44Who's that guy? And he was also dealt with a
- 28:05facility outside Seoul, South Korea, where there
- 28:08was a huge extraterrestrial vehicle that they
- 28:10had downed with apparently some type of electronic
- 28:13warfare system. This is where it came from? Are
- 28:14you serious? This is the first person to actually
- 28:17say it was in Korea. just to contain this object.
- 28:21Right here. I knew I heard it somewhere. And
- 28:24this is definitely where I fucking heard this
- 28:26bullshit. Ugh, this is so infuriating. So this
- 28:31is the facility they're talking about right here.
- 28:34Just so, like, keep pausing on it. I have seen
- 28:37this from Stephen Greer. Yes. Just to be clear,
- 28:42this is a structure that is clearly a structure
- 28:46in Korea. It's not clearly a UFO. Yeah, we'll
- 28:52talk about it. And thankfully, that video was
- 28:56cut succinctly because you know Stephen Greer
- 28:59went on for 20 more minutes after he said, and
- 29:02that's all I'm going to say about that. Stephen
- 29:04Greer is the first one to pick up on what they're
- 29:07talking about on the internet and put down that
- 29:10yes, this too big to move UFO is in fact in South
- 29:13Korea. If this was way too much to comprehend,
- 29:16what he has to say about the facility outside
- 29:18South Korea will absolutely blow your mind. In
- 29:20a video, he talks to Stephen Greer. Sorry. I
- 29:24haven't actually said it yet. So Stephen Greer
- 29:27is the one who actually makes this connection.
- 29:38He talks about an alleged invisible technology
- 29:42and warfare satellite system and other underground
- 29:44facilities which aren't known to the public and
- 29:46are used in discretion to conduct supposed projects
- 29:49related to UFOs and UAPs. After naming two alleged
- 29:51underground centers located underneath office
- 29:54buildings in the United States, one in North
- 29:56Carolina and Orange County, California, he claims
- 29:59that facility allegedly located outside Seoul,
- 30:01South Korea, is currently housing a huge UFO
- 30:03that was too big to move. He described it as
- 30:06an quote extra -threshold Now, South Korea's
- 30:37authorities Chelsea you saw the facility and
- 30:40I'm gonna post up in our episode description
- 30:44this facility's location so people can see it.
- 30:47South Korea says it's a government complex but
- 30:49it's it it's a weird shape I guess for where
- 30:52it is. It's in the like a middle of a mountain
- 30:54like they did have to carve out part of a mountain
- 30:56to build it. Okay. I mean that's more insight
- 31:01than I thought I needed just looking at it. It's
- 31:04just simply a circle type building. Yeah and
- 31:07Chelsea I'll send this to you in the general
- 31:09chat just so you can see where it is. It's going
- 31:12to be the green triangle shaped thing there that
- 31:15you can go zoom in on. Oh yeah okay I get what
- 31:19you're saying. It looks like a uterus. Yeah yeah
- 31:22that kind of thing. The object itself is circle,
- 31:26but there's no the legend didn't know that they
- 31:29use for it. Yeah Just so we're clear to everyone
- 31:33listen Now this huge concrete circle has a diameter
- 31:36of 82 meters and is marked on the maps as an
- 31:39army facility next to the building of the government
- 31:41office I'm gonna start reading an article that's
- 31:44going to argue that this is a crash UFO location
- 31:49The question of a UAP crash retrieval has expanded
- 31:52beyond speculation as policymakers, journalists,
- 31:55and researchers scrutinize whether physical infrastructure
- 31:58may corroborate longstanding claims. Central
- 32:00thread in this debate is the allegation that
- 32:02a craft was so large that it could not be moved
- 32:04and was instead enclosed by a purpose -built
- 32:06structure. Attention has converged on a site
- 32:09near Anyang, South Korea. where geography, engineering
- 32:12features, and military adjacency appear to match
- 32:16a theoretical profile, yet none of these elements
- 32:19on their own constitute proof. At the center
- 32:21of current scrutiny is a circular disc -like
- 32:24radio receiving facility set into a mountainside
- 32:27near Anyang. Unlike elevated platforms typical
- 32:30of similar installations, the structure appears
- 32:32to be built into a flattened, reinforced terrace
- 32:35with a retaining wall suggesting atypical earthworks.
- 32:38Adjacent military indicators and arm Army labeled
- 32:41structure on one side and a base with a helicopter
- 32:44landing pad on the other underscore add that
- 32:46access and activity in the immediate vicinity
- 32:48are likely controlled. Observers estimate the
- 32:51disc -shaped footprint to be roughly 150 meters
- 32:54across, making it conspicuous landmark once identified
- 32:57on satellite imagery. Subterranean logistics
- 32:59for a second pillar of interest. The surrounding
- 33:02hills are threaded by roads and metro tunnels,
- 33:06creating plausible cover for sustained material
- 33:09movement if significant underground work had
- 33:11to have been undertaken. Historical references
- 33:14amplify the subterranean theme. Yuri Geller's
- 33:171970s era photograph and rock core labeled third
- 33:20tunnel reflect a period of intensive tunneling
- 33:23in the region while invocation of remote viewing
- 33:26and psychic programs belong to a more speculative
- 33:29chapter of Cold War research history and documented
- 33:33prevalence of tunnels is uncontested tactically
- 33:36relevant. And Chelsea I sent you a text when
- 33:38I I was listening to this guy on a podcast. He
- 33:41takes Yuri Geller seriously. No. He takes Steven
- 33:44Greer seriously. You know what the funniest thing
- 33:45is? What I'm looking at in our chat where I clicked
- 33:48on the thing for Steven Greer is a picture of
- 33:51him. Yeah, he's right up there with the spoons.
- 33:53Like half smiling at me. Yeah. But the thing
- 33:58that strikes me the most about this, and I'm
- 34:01looking at the satellite photo of this, is just
- 34:04that it's like a circular weird thing in the
- 34:07mountains. So if you were just looking at a map,
- 34:11looking at a circular thing that fits what you're
- 34:16looking at, which I wouldn't put past any of
- 34:20these people to do, this is it. And you could
- 34:23find it literally anywhere. with a lot of things
- 34:27like I'm thinking just off the top of my head
- 34:30if you were looking you can find a lot of stuff
- 34:33that's this shape in any city probably around
- 34:36the world with stadiums and stuff like that there
- 34:39are many football stadiums exactly this shape
- 34:42and size that would be covering this Well, and
- 34:46not only that, why would you make it the exact
- 34:49shape of the thing you're trying to hide? I honestly
- 34:51don't think it's extraordinary. It looks like
- 34:54someone who was just looking at Google map being
- 34:57like, that's weird. It's this shape outside of.
- 35:01But not only that, like it sticks out like it's
- 35:04plain as a sore thumb. And like if you climbed
- 35:07the mountain next to it, you would clearly see
- 35:09this thing. And it's not like this is a restricted
- 35:12area. You can see it clearly. That's something
- 35:14like this. there's a road like right next to
- 35:17it i'm sorry to say at this point like he put
- 35:20stephen gruer to it and i don't put him past
- 35:23just looking at google maps being like what is
- 35:26weird in this google map area oh no do not give
- 35:31stephen gruer too much credit he did not look
- 35:33at google maps people on the internet looked
- 35:36at google maps and he looked at the forums like
- 35:39to see what they were saying thought like i've
- 35:42been to like chian with the terracotta warriors
- 35:46like what does that look from above and like
- 35:48you can go from there like all these different
- 35:51stadiums and stuff like that well it's not only
- 35:54that if you look at like astronomy facilities
- 35:57yeah they're generally round and that's what
- 35:59this is purported to be it's something like this
- 36:02though and you could say anything about anything
- 36:05except this little uterus thing next to it. I'm
- 36:07not sure the other thing about this is Anyang,
- 36:11which I get from... Arrested development with
- 36:14the adopted child named Anyang who is hello in
- 36:18Korean, which is the only reason. Unfortunately,
- 36:21I'm very sorry to admit this on my podcast, but
- 36:25that is why I know what hello in Korean means.
- 36:30It is from arrested development, but at least
- 36:32I know it, you guys. And this place is called
- 36:35Anyang. Which is why I'm concerned about why
- 36:38it's called Anya. Like why is it called Hello?
- 36:42Is that right? So Hello in Korean is Anyang Haseyo,
- 36:48which I don't know what the first part of it
- 36:51like on its own means. So it might mean something
- 36:53different. And also it's it's the english -sized
- 36:57version of it too i don't know if it would be
- 37:00actually like the korean version is all i know
- 37:03from arrested development i'm so sorry to tell
- 37:06you that you guys i i do need to do better for
- 37:09that but this is my extent of my knowledge and
- 37:13i'll figure other stuff out i'll be fluent next
- 37:16time you talk to me okay To be fair, we know
- 37:19way more about Ghana than the average person,
- 37:23too. Like, we need to know too much about too
- 37:25many things. And I do know Anyang. So next time,
- 37:28I promise I'll be fluent, probably, by watching
- 37:32Arrested Development, probably. So let's just
- 37:35move on from here. But I'm sure we could find
- 37:38other... Things shaped this way that could be
- 37:42downed UFOs probably right? That's what we're
- 37:45talking about in this episode I'm just saying
- 37:48if I wanted to hide a downed UFO I would make
- 37:51the thing above it a different shape 100 % I'd
- 37:53probably make it a triangle At least if it was
- 37:56a circle or you know, maybe mountain shaped If
- 38:00it was a circle I'd probably make it above it
- 38:02Definitely make it a mountain so that it wouldn't
- 38:05show up on Google map You know? As a uterus.
- 38:11You know, I'd probably just make it blend into
- 38:14that mountain next to it. And then, oh, I don't
- 38:20know, just make a note of it and not sell the
- 38:22mineral -like rights to that area. That's exactly
- 38:25probably what I would do about it. Not make it
- 38:29discoverable so much on Google. But Chelsea.
- 38:32You got more. Don't worry, they have more evidence.
- 38:36A third feature is the nearby civil engineer
- 38:39capabilities. Publicly described facilities in
- 38:42the region conduct medium or hypervelocity impact
- 38:45testing using vacuum systems, sometimes translated
- 38:48as space guns, designed to stimulate debris strikes
- 38:52on satellites or spacecraft components. The proximity
- 38:56of such testing infrastructure to a secure, unusual
- 38:59looking installation naturally attracts correlation,
- 39:02but Somebody alone does not establish a casual
- 39:05link to UAP related activity. I need to pause
- 39:08there. You can bring like your materials to this
- 39:12facility near this, not related in any way. It's
- 39:15like a university and they'll shoot things in
- 39:17a vacuum at the material to see if it stands
- 39:19up to it in space. So they want to see what something
- 39:22looks like when it hits something at a thousand
- 39:24miles an hour. Okay. Can't do that everywhere.
- 39:26They can do it here. They think that that proves
- 39:29that there's a UFO beside it. I don't know that
- 39:32it does, but okay. It just does. I don't even
- 39:35understand why that would be correlation. Other
- 39:40than because they're talking about like outer
- 39:43space things like that's the most I can say I
- 39:46get it kind of but local and historical context
- 39:49add texture but not confirmation residents reportedly
- 39:52view the area as a hiking and arts destination
- 39:54with little awareness of uap lore an archived
- 39:571976 news account describes an anti -aircraft
- 40:01fire against a slow -moving ring of lights and
- 40:04a city commission sculpture depicts a disc embedded
- 40:07at an angle cultural artifacts that sustained
- 40:10intrigue while remaining anecdotal. Elsewhere,
- 40:12other facilities such as Fort Sill in Oklahoma
- 40:14and Pine Gap in Australia have been floated as
- 40:17candidates for where this downed UFO could be.
- 40:20Reflecting a recurring template. Promote environments
- 40:23with durable security, significant earthworks,
- 40:27and strong U .S. or allied ties. Assessing whether
- 40:30Anyang conceals a non -transportable craft requires
- 40:34methodical, testable steps grounded in open source
- 40:37and lawful inquiry. Key lines of effort include
- 40:40mapping construction chronology, against alleged
- 40:44discovery timelines, clarifying ownership, mission,
- 40:47history, and permitted land use, reviewing public
- 40:50procurement records for large -scale excavation,
- 40:53unusual shielding or atypical power and logistics,
- 40:56and evaluating the radio facility's stated functions
- 40:59against comparable sites. Corroborated testimony
- 41:02accompanied by documents, photographs, or chain
- 41:05-of -custody records would be essential in the
- 41:07absence of such indicators the site's alignment
- 41:10with the theoretical profile remains circumcised.
- 41:12The broader debate highlights a persistent attention
- 41:15in UAP research. Infrastructure can suggest possibility,
- 41:19but only verifiable evidence establishes fact.
- 41:23Specifically allow investigators to test claims
- 41:25rather than chase an ever -widening map of secure
- 41:29installations. Whether the Anyang facility complex
- 41:31ultimately resolves a long circulating story
- 41:34or refocuses attention on evidentiary standards,
- 41:38its examination underscores a constructive path
- 41:41forward. Pursue what can't be measured, documented,
- 41:45and independently confirmed. article. But Chelsea,
- 41:48does that sell you on this being 100 % the location?
- 41:51Yes, it does. I knew it. It does not. And I love
- 41:55that they procure this location as being a potential,
- 42:02as probably 100 % the location of it, and it
- 42:06is definitely not the location of it. No, and
- 42:09I find it hilarious. Chelsea, just zoom out on
- 42:11that. There are apartment buildings within half
- 42:14a kilometer of this. no there's a soccer field
- 42:18within a mile that is almost the same shape in
- 42:20fact that even though they're thinking that there
- 42:23might be other places that this could be i would
- 42:26put it forth that they're literally just looking
- 42:29at google maps seeing like what would fit where
- 42:31this would be and this is a circle in this area
- 42:35and It fits it. And Stephen Greer took hold of
- 42:38that. As soon as you have Stephen Greer, it's
- 42:40like, oh, fuck Stephen Greer. But then they're
- 42:42like, oh, there could be other locations of it.
- 42:44I don't buy it. But it's hilarious because I
- 42:46have heard so many people comment on this. I
- 42:48couldn't find specifics for it. But I remember
- 42:50David Wilcock vaguely mentioning it before he
- 42:53died within one of his last three episodes. It's
- 42:55so funny that you mention it because this weekend
- 42:59I was just like, I really miss my Sundays where
- 43:02I could be like, oh, I'm going to catch it. David
- 43:05Wilcock live. I legitimately miss that where
- 43:09I tune in and I'm like, what mess am I tuning
- 43:12into today? So I did put on just a random David
- 43:17Wilcock video and he was experiencing a snowstorm
- 43:23and the power was out and he was with his dog.
- 43:26And I don't know what happened to his dog, but
- 43:28something happened with his dog when I Googled
- 43:31it. Anyhow, he was with his dog. They're out
- 43:33on a walk and blah, blah, blah, he was cutting
- 43:36wood and then he had a bath and I texted Taylor
- 43:39his bath and it was like a five hour long thing.
- 43:43And anyhow, that's my tangent of how much I miss
- 43:46David Wilcock because I miss tuning into his
- 43:48lives on Sunday. It's like they just come up
- 43:51with this stuff and then you can just see them
- 43:54looking at Google Maps like what mate? And they
- 43:56find this and so. No, they didn't look. They
- 43:59rely on the people that are like invested to
- 44:02go do it for them. and then they're just like
- 44:05oh yeah my sources say that you guys are actually
- 44:08right yeah look at that they get this and they're
- 44:10like oh it's a circle yeah like yeah that is
- 44:13it no that's not it but it's hilarious 1980 yeah
- 44:17nothing specific could be not 2023 anything if
- 44:21anything Could be in the ocean. Could be anywhere.
- 44:24Steven Greer sees people looking for it and he's
- 44:26like, oh, that one seems good enough. We'll go
- 44:28with that. You know what? You had me in the beginning.
- 44:30OK, you're going to hear me clearly than you
- 44:32did before because I was leaning back. But in
- 44:36the beginning, like this is things that I've
- 44:38heard of before. Large football size UFOs. And
- 44:44you know what is so funny because I've heard
- 44:46them in conjunction with mountain beings. Football
- 44:50size. UFOs that have manta beings on them or
- 44:54what have you but people see them floating in
- 44:56the sky They've been up on them and it's not
- 45:00out of the realm of possibility that they're
- 45:03out there I've never heard of them crashing.
- 45:05They could have crashed, but I don't know that
- 45:08they're circular. I don't know I just don't know
- 45:10what to make of this. I don't know. I call it
- 45:12BS I call it people who well and especially when
- 45:16the first person you get tied to is John Lear
- 45:19who has been on a record of saying like hey Stop
- 45:22repeating that I made that up. So sure you look
- 45:25like an idiot right now I would love to do an
- 45:27episode on John. No, we did do an episode on
- 45:29John Lear. We figured that out I did several
- 45:32episodes on John Lear I don't know. There's all
- 45:37this stuff about people doing all this made -up
- 45:40bullshit and that's not saying that people haven't
- 45:44had sightings of stuff like this, but you get
- 45:47these people in the UFO community who are doing
- 45:51shit like this. This I don't believe. I don't
- 45:54believe this. I don't believe it. And I can just
- 45:57say they're looking at Google Maps being like,
- 45:59oh, this fits a description of, you know, a circular
- 46:02thing. Though, like I said, there have been people
- 46:06who have cited things that are huge. That doesn't
- 46:09mean that they've crashed. The odds of something
- 46:12this huge crashing are probably pretty slim.
- 46:16The fact that they probably make up this reality,
- 46:20I think are probably pretty slim. The fact that
- 46:23they would crash I should also add though that
- 46:26one of the things John Lear mentioned I didn't
- 46:29get into in this episode is that deep underground
- 46:32military bases such as Dulce or actually put
- 46:36where they were because there was a massive UFO
- 46:39that crashed there they couldn't move so they
- 46:41built a deep underground military base there
- 46:44you should have probably put that there but like
- 46:46i there's nothing to look into with that i don't
- 46:49i don't buy it i really think that i still don't
- 46:52buy it well that and we know that like the whole
- 46:55idea of dulcet made up based on Yeah, it's Richard
- 46:59Doty adjacent. But plus, I don't think that these
- 47:05things are in a reality. I really don't. And
- 47:09I think that Jacques Vallee, who did we just
- 47:11do an episode on? Stephen Greer. No. And you
- 47:15told me that that's not how you say Jacques Vallee's
- 47:18name. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. You said it. The
- 47:23Las Vegas alien because of the way that people
- 47:27experience UFOs because they're all different
- 47:30and they could be interpreted in different realities,
- 47:33not only different realities, but different cultural
- 47:36aspects and different perspectives. It's almost
- 47:41like our sociological mass, psychological mass
- 47:46in which you have a different mask in which you
- 47:49have different interactions in different social
- 47:52situations to the human that you are is almost
- 47:55what it seems like with bees. Yeah, but to be
- 48:00fair too, Jacques Vallée is also somebody who
- 48:02I think he's one of the first proponents to say
- 48:04that like the UFO phenomenon is just an extension
- 48:07of folklore. Yeah, and that's exactly it. And
- 48:10John Keel actually felt with them the same way.
- 48:14A lot of people felt the same way with them.
- 48:16And I think that's the way that I tend to move
- 48:20as well. But where was I moving with this? I
- 48:24don't know where I was going in the direction.
- 48:27of this episode, but I think there's so many
- 48:31different ways that you can interpret these type
- 48:34of things. But I've been confused what you're
- 48:37going with that because like tangible crashed
- 48:40UFO is something that shouldn't be hard to interpret.
- 48:43No it shouldn't be and I lost the way that I
- 48:45was going with it in this interpretation of it.
- 48:48But it is very straightforward. The way that
- 48:52you can interpret a very real crashed UFO. I
- 48:55did lose the plot in that and I apologize and
- 48:58I'm afraid that I cannot bring the plot back.
- 49:01Very real and tangible UFO is something that
- 49:05is very easily able to interpret. And this is
- 49:08not it in the term of Stephen Greer and his friends.
- 49:13We've learned if you want to hide something from
- 49:16people, you make them all think they're going
- 49:18insane and like mentally abuse them for years
- 49:23on end until they try to commit suicide. That
- 49:24is exactly the way you do. But I think you don't
- 49:27just put a star observation facility. I think
- 49:31that's more the way it is, though, is more of
- 49:33a cultural interpretation of it. And I don't
- 49:36know exactly where I was going with that because
- 49:38I definitely lost it. But it's definitely not
- 49:41this in this episode. Wow. It has been reported
- 49:45that there are very large UFOs. that have been
- 49:50cited this is not it it's not circular in south
- 49:54korea it could be in the sky hopefully not above
- 49:58where you're listening to this episode and seeing
- 50:02it currently i think this is the best way to
- 50:05put it I think we can all agree, and I think
- 50:08this might just be one of those things where
- 50:10Journey to the Fringe is giving you advice, having
- 50:13just you being the ruler of a more or less prominent
- 50:17country in the world and having a massive UFO
- 50:20just crash in your territory. Don't build an
- 50:24exactly shaped facility right above us. We give
- 50:27good advice, probably listen to us, and also
- 50:30probably don't copyright it. We give pretty basic
- 50:32advice that apparently sometimes people just
- 50:35need. Probably. But I think this is a good spot
- 50:38to end then, I guess. We leave on a high with
- 50:40these. I have been Taylor, here with Chelsea.
