New Lawsuit Targets Epstein Estate Over Photos of Underage Girls (9/17/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. It seems like every time we turn around,
• 0:07
Speaker 1: there's another lawsuit being filed against the Epstein estate. And
• 0:12
Speaker 1: now we have a new lawsuit making its way through
• 0:15
Speaker 1: the system that's claiming that Jeffrey Epstein had a bunch
• 0:20
Speaker 1: of photos of these accusers when they were underage in
• 0:25
Speaker 1: his vast collection of pornography. And due to that, They're
• 0:30
Speaker 1: now suing the estate. And as you know, the estate
• 0:33
Speaker 1: has battled through a lot of lawsuits. There have been
• 0:38
Speaker 1: many people to come forward and file suit against the
• 0:42
Speaker 1: estate of Jeffrey Epstein. And not all of them have
• 0:46
Speaker 1: been on the up and up. If we're being honest,
• 0:48
Speaker 1: we just had some woman down in Florida who pled
• 0:51
Speaker 1: guilty to defrauding the Epstein estate. So we always have
• 0:55
Speaker 1: to use discernment. And not everybody who comes forward is
• 0:58
Speaker 1: going to be somebody that has a legitimate claim. And
• 1:02
Speaker 1: whenever you're dealing with this amount of money, there's always
• 1:04
Speaker 1: going to be fraudulent claims. And that's something we've talked
• 1:08
Speaker 1: about a lot in the past. Like when the compensation
• 1:11
Speaker 1: fund was first put into effect, that was one of
• 1:14
Speaker 1: the biggest fears I had. People coming out of the
• 1:16
Speaker 1: woodwork and claiming that they were abused when they never were.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: Because what happens then is that it makes everybody look
• 1:25
Speaker 1: like they're making things up. Even though we know that's
• 1:28
Speaker 1: not the case. It's the optics. And you have to
• 1:31
Speaker 1: win the public affairs battle as well as the battle
• 1:33
Speaker 1: in the courtroom. You have to win both. So I
• 1:37
Speaker 1: have a lot of disdain for people that make things up,
• 1:39
Speaker 1: especially when we're talking about, you know, something as serious
• 1:43
Speaker 1: as being abused, whether by Epstein or anybody else. And
• 1:47
Speaker 1: I think that the penalties for people that make shit
• 1:49
Speaker 1: up should be very severe. Like if you accuse somebody
• 1:53
Speaker 1: of raping you and that never happened, well, there should
• 1:57
Speaker 1: be big penalties for it. because you're ruining somebody's life,
• 2:01
Speaker 1: just that allegation alone. So, I find it to be
• 2:05
Speaker 1: very serious business, and that's why I'm so targeted about
• 2:09
Speaker 1: who we talk about here on the podcast. I'm not
• 2:11
Speaker 1: just going to, you know, throw people's names out there.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: Credibly accused. I think that should be the standard. And
• 2:20
Speaker 1: when it comes to these women suing Epstein's estate, I
• 2:23
Speaker 1: don't think there's any doubt about the credibility behind stating
• 2:26
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein had a vast collection of of pictures
• 2:29
Speaker 1: and videos of God knows what. So today we have
• 2:33
Speaker 1: an article from NBC News and the headline, Women Sue
• 2:37
Speaker 1: Epstein's Estate Saying Their Photos Were Found in His Vast
• 2:40
Speaker 1: Child Pornography Collection. This article was authored by Corky Samasko.
• 2:48
Speaker 1: Two women filed a federal lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's estate
• 2:51
Speaker 1: claiming their photographs were found in his vast collection of
• 2:54
Speaker 1: child pornography. identified in court papers only as Jane Doe
• 2:58
Speaker 1: and Amy, the women allege that few, if any of
• 3:02
Speaker 1: those photos, were in Epstein's collection were informed that these
• 3:06
Speaker 1: photographs are in the hands of federal investigators. So, look,
• 3:11
Speaker 1: I know to most people out there it's not that
• 3:13
Speaker 1: big of a deal. Oh, well, there's some pictures, big deal. Well,
• 3:17
Speaker 1: what if it was you? What if it was your kid?
• 3:21
Speaker 1: And then God knows who has access to these pictures.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: What's the estate doing with them? Do you trust Darren
• 3:26
Speaker 1: Indyke and Richard Kahn to have access to your kid's picture?
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Or if you're now an adult and you were a
• 3:33
Speaker 1: kid and this was happening to you, don't you think
• 3:36
Speaker 1: you'd be pretty pissed off and you'd want some compensation?
• 3:40
Speaker 1: I know I would. And look, you can complain all
• 3:43
Speaker 1: you want, but the truth is, the way our system's
• 3:46
Speaker 1: set up, the only compensation you can get is suing somebody.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: That's it. Because we all know that nobody's going to prison.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: The DOJ has been very clear about that. Whatever happened
• 3:58
Speaker 1: with Frederick Fakai? Whatever happened with Mr. Levine? Both referred
• 4:02
Speaker 1: to the DOJ for prosecution. We haven't heard shit about that.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: The lawsuit filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New
• 4:10
Speaker 1: York seeks class action status and is asking for unspecified
• 4:14
Speaker 1: damages and requesting the court to design and supervise a single,
• 4:18
Speaker 1: coordinated program for identifying and notifying the other women whose
• 4:23
Speaker 1: unlawful sexualized images were a part of Epstein's collection. And
• 4:27
Speaker 1: in my opinion, this is the kind of lawsuit that
• 4:29
Speaker 1: has legs. Whereas the one against Frederick Fakai might be
• 4:32
Speaker 1: a little bit more difficult to get over the finish line.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: Considering that the allegations there are that he was, you know,
• 4:40
Speaker 1: having them look a certain way. And Frederick Fakai was
• 4:43
Speaker 1: the one facilitating that. I think that's going to be
• 4:47
Speaker 1: an uphill battle. Here, I think that this is a
• 4:50
Speaker 1: little bit different. The pictures are there. Epstein was in
• 4:52
Speaker 1: possession of them. So what was he doing with them?
• 4:56
Speaker 1: And more importantly, where are they now? One of Epstein's
• 5:00
Speaker 1: most horrific but often overlooked crimes was his possession, transportation, production,
• 5:04
Speaker 1: and distribution of child pornography or child sexual abuse material.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: Of countless children, the lawsuit said, and that's a fact.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: 100% a fact. This man had a vast collection of
• 5:16
Speaker 1: pictures of people he abused. What do you think all
• 5:21
Speaker 1: those CDs were? And it's something that you see a
• 5:24
Speaker 1: lot of these serial abusers do. They have a collection.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: It's almost like a serial killer. Oh, let me take
• 5:31
Speaker 1: a shoe. Let me take somebody's necklace. But for Jeffrey Epstein,
• 5:35
Speaker 1: he wanted to memorialize the situation by taking a picture.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: That way he could relive the experience later on down
• 5:42
Speaker 1: the road. That's the kind of sick degenerate we're dealing
• 5:45
Speaker 1: with here. Beginning in the early 1990s until his death
• 5:50
Speaker 1: in 2019, Epstein, along with his co-conspirators, created and participated
• 5:55
Speaker 1: in a multi-decade vast CSAM conspiracy, it says. And I
• 6:00
Speaker 1: don't doubt that either, honestly. As far as trading videos
• 6:03
Speaker 1: back and forth, that's something that we haven't really talked about.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: Did Jeffrey Epstein send these videos to anybody in these emails?
• 6:11
Speaker 1: Did he give anybody access to these troves of pictures?
• 6:16
Speaker 1: And if he did, who are the people that had access?
• 6:21
Speaker 1: The lawsuit alleges that Epstein kept a modeling book containing
• 6:23
Speaker 1: sexualized images of children in a lock safe. No CSAM
• 6:27
Speaker 1: charges were filed against Epstein, and according to the lawsuit,
• 6:31
Speaker 1: Epstein and unnamed co-conspirators alleged the images were for the
• 6:35
Speaker 1: purposes of developing child models for Victoria's Secret. Once again,
• 6:40
Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret. Can somebody please explain to me why the
• 6:43
Speaker 1: Republicans didn't want to go and talk to Les Wexner?
• 6:46
Speaker 1: Is there any legitimate answer for that? because I certainly
• 6:50
Speaker 1: haven't found one. You would think people would want to
• 6:53
Speaker 1: talk to a guy that was so important to the
• 6:56
Speaker 1: rise of Epstein, but I guess not. I guess everything's cool,
• 7:01
Speaker 1: and we don't need to hear from him. Like, what
• 7:03
Speaker 1: are we doing? Because in my opinion, Les Wexner certainly
• 7:07
Speaker 1: holds some keys. He's right up there with Leon Black
• 7:11
Speaker 1: as far as financials go, and somebody that certainly should
• 7:14
Speaker 1: be part of the great conversation. The lawsuit holds that
• 7:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate accountable for a crime that has never
• 7:24
Speaker 1: been fully addressed on its own terms. One of the
• 7:26
Speaker 1: accuser's lawyers, Hillary Knappi of AWK Survivor Advocate Attorneys, sent
• 7:32
Speaker 1: an emailed response to questions. Named as defendants in their
• 7:36
Speaker 1: capacities as co-executors of Epstein's estate are his longtime lawyer
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn. Their lawyer, Daniel Wiener,
• 7:44
Speaker 1: declined to comment. Probably a good idea. And is there
• 7:48
Speaker 1: a more fitting name for that dude? Daniel Weiner? How
• 7:51
Speaker 1: about we just call him Daniel Dickhead? I think that's
• 7:54
Speaker 1: a better way to address him. Epstein died by suicide, allegedly,
• 7:58
Speaker 1: in 2019 at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: where he was jailed while he was waiting trial on
• 8:04
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Allegations that Epstein and co-conspirators created what
• 8:09
Speaker 1: they referred to as a modeling book were previously mentioned
• 8:13
Speaker 1: in a lawsuit Epstein's survivor, Maria Farmer, filed against the government.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: Her case alleges that the government failed to protect her
• 8:21
Speaker 1: and others from Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Well, when she
• 8:24
Speaker 1: tells the police in 96 what's going on with Epstein
• 8:28
Speaker 1: and nobody does shit about it, what else should she think?
• 8:32
Speaker 1: Seems to me that Maria blew the lid off this shit.
• 8:37
Speaker 1: And instead of pursuing it, they just swept it under
• 8:40
Speaker 1: the rug. And I'm sure that was just, you know,
• 8:42
Speaker 1: a coincidence. It just kind of, you know, happened. No
• 8:46
Speaker 1: big deal. It wasn't coordinated or anything. Epstein wasn't being protected, right?
• 8:51
Speaker 1: Just your run-of-the-mill predator. Although they claim that the book
• 8:56
Speaker 1: was for the purpose of developing child models for Victoria's Secret,
• 9:00
Speaker 1: the book contained nude or partially nude sexualized images of children.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: The lawsuit filed Tuesday says, Jane Doe says in the
• 9:08
Speaker 1: lawsuit that she was around 12 years old when Epstein
• 9:11
Speaker 1: stole partially nude photographs of her Yeah, well, that's a fact,
• 9:18
Speaker 1: and we know that those pictures exist, and Trump's own
• 9:21
Speaker 1: Justice Department confirmed it. So, how much of that stuff
• 9:26
Speaker 1: did Jeffrey Epstein truly possess? My guess is, a whole
• 9:29
Speaker 1: hell of a lot. In Epstein's possession, and given the
• 9:34
Speaker 1: manner in which he obtained, cataloged, and retained them alongside
• 9:38
Speaker 1: a collection of sexualized images of children, the Jane Doe
• 9:42
Speaker 1: images constituted a lascivious exhibition that Epstein took with him
• 9:47
Speaker 1: across state lines, the lawsuit says. And that's another problem
• 9:51
Speaker 1: unto itself. And that certainly makes it federal. The second
• 9:55
Speaker 1: you cross state lines with your bullshit, welcome to a
• 9:58
Speaker 1: federal case. Despite contemporaneous reports made to law enforcement specifically
• 10:04
Speaker 1: alerting law enforcement that Epstein had obtained these photos of
• 10:07
Speaker 1: Jane Doe and similar photos of another minor, no one
• 10:11
Speaker 1: in law enforcement took action to prosecute anyone or even
• 10:14
Speaker 1: investigate these reports, it says. Meanwhile, Pornographic photographs of Amy
• 10:20
Speaker 1: have been in circulation since the 90s, the lawsuit says.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: Dubbed the Misty series, those images consistently appear in a
• 10:28
Speaker 1: collection maintained by individuals who possess child pornography, the lawsuit says.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: And photos from that collection were seized from Epstein's properties. Yo,
• 10:39
Speaker 1: the whole entire sick and disgusting world surrounding this shit
• 10:44
Speaker 1: needs to get a nuclear bomb dropped directly on it. Like,
• 10:47
Speaker 1: I have no desire or patience to even talk about
• 10:49
Speaker 1: this shit. It's disgusting, it's gross, and anybody engaging in
• 10:53
Speaker 1: it is literally one of the worst people in the
• 10:56
Speaker 1: whole entire world. And I have no qualms with executing
• 11:00
Speaker 1: people that are in possession of this shit. There's no
• 11:05
Speaker 1: fixing you. You're a sick, degenerate fuck, and you deserve
• 11:08
Speaker 1: a trip to the volcano. But Amy was never identified,
• 11:14
Speaker 1: according to the lawsuit, and her lawyers contend that the
• 11:16
Speaker 1: only C.P. Epstein victims who were contacted by the National
• 11:20
Speaker 1: Center for Missing and Exploited Children were limited to a
• 11:23
Speaker 1: small number that were addressed in the Glenn Maxwell trial. Well,
• 11:27
Speaker 1: of course. Control that blast radius, baby. That's what it's
• 11:31
Speaker 1: always been about. How many more examples do you need?
• 11:35
Speaker 1: Nappy said, We want the estate to preserve and account
• 11:38
Speaker 1: for everything seized from Epstein's properties. We want a real...
• 11:41
Speaker 1: Court supervised process to identify and notify every survivor depicted
• 11:46
Speaker 1: in that collection. Many of them have no idea their
• 11:49
Speaker 1: images exist in this file, and they deserve to know,
• 11:52
Speaker 1: and they deserve a chance to seek justice. NCMEC had
• 11:57
Speaker 1: no comment when it was asked whether it has identified
• 12:00
Speaker 1: and contacted any of the other women whose images were
• 12:03
Speaker 1: in Epstein's possession. The private non-profit organization's mission is to
• 12:08
Speaker 1: help find missing children and combat child sexual exploitation. Yo,
• 12:12
Speaker 1: this is getting darker and darker by the day. It's
• 12:15
Speaker 1: like being in that movie 8mm. You ever see that
• 12:18
Speaker 1: one with Nicolas Cage and James Gandolfini? He's a private
• 12:22
Speaker 1: investigator tasked with finding a girl, and then finds out
• 12:25
Speaker 1: she was in a snuff film. That's the kind of
• 12:27
Speaker 1: feeling you get here. I mean, obviously not to that level,
• 12:31
Speaker 1: at least that we know of, but the same kind
• 12:33
Speaker 1: of degeneracy. Maxwell was convicted in December of 2021 of
• 12:40
Speaker 1: recruiting and grooming teenage girls to be sexually abused by Epstein.
• 12:44
Speaker 1: She's serving a 20-year prison sentence for conspiring to sex
• 12:47
Speaker 1: traffic minors. And according to a whistleblower report to Congress
• 12:51
Speaker 1: last year, she sought to get her sentence commuted by
• 12:54
Speaker 1: President Donald Trump. Trump, a once close friend of Epstein,
• 12:59
Speaker 1: who adamantly maintains he didn't know Epstein was preying on
• 13:02
Speaker 1: young girls, has not granted Maxwell's request. And... If he does,
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: it won't be until he's leaving office. I don't think
• 13:10
Speaker 1: he'll do it while he's still seated. But then again,
• 13:13
Speaker 1: who the fuck knows? So this lawsuit is brand new.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: So we're following along with the docket. And when we
• 13:21
Speaker 1: have some new information, we'll get that added to the catalog.
• 13:25
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
• 13:27
Speaker 1: found in the description box below.
