- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and beb.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We're back. I'm a story. So the other night home
- 0:16Speaker 1: by myself. My husband's in visiting our son Tennessee. And
- 0:23Speaker 1: so when I go to bed, I've made it a
- 0:27Speaker 1: practice every night that as I'm settling into the bed
- 0:32Speaker 1: and getting all cozy, that I'll lay there for a
- 0:35Speaker 1: moment and calling archangel Michael to put a blue bubble
- 0:41Speaker 1: over the home and just watch over us as our
- 0:45Speaker 1: bodies rest. And I asked that there's angels at the
- 0:49Speaker 1: all the doors and windows and near our vehicles, and
- 0:52Speaker 1: that only the higher vibrational beings can come near our
- 1:02Speaker 1: home with the highest invest intentions. So something along those lines,
- 1:07Speaker 1: and then I visualize that the archangel's blue bubble just
- 1:14Speaker 1: spreads out over our city and then of course around
- 1:18Speaker 1: the world. So so I've gotten quite comfortable being at
- 1:23Speaker 1: home by myself and especially having this practice. And I
- 1:30Speaker 1: noticed it anytime, even when I'm walking around, like I've
- 1:33Speaker 1: been home by myself a few nights, that if I
- 1:38Speaker 1: start to feel any sense of fear for whatever reason,
- 1:44Speaker 1: maybe I hear a noise outside or something, I just
- 1:47Speaker 1: call him in. I'm like, well, nope. Archangel Michael's with me.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'm good, We're good, All is good, and I just
- 1:54Speaker 1: see that blue bubble. And so anyway, it's been my
- 1:56Speaker 1: practice for a while. And the other night, I'm when
- 2:01Speaker 1: I went to bed. I've shared before that I typically
- 2:05Speaker 1: listened to subliminals. So I have a little earbuds in
- 2:08Speaker 1: my head and it's on a lower volume where I
- 2:12Speaker 1: can still hear it, but it's not overpowering. And so
- 2:17Speaker 1: I settle in, and I know I fell asleep and
- 2:20Speaker 1: the volume went high, and of course it jolted me
- 2:25Speaker 1: out of my sleep. I was like, what in the heck?
- 2:29Speaker 1: So I reached over and I now I'm awake, right,
- 2:32Speaker 1: So now I got to settle back in. So I
- 2:34Speaker 1: just went ahead and left him in, turned the volume
- 2:37Speaker 1: way down, and I'm laying there and again all cozy,
- 2:41Speaker 1: probably about rady to doze off, and the volume goes
- 2:44Speaker 1: straight up again, and I was like, okay, guys, I
- 2:48Speaker 1: got to work tomorrow. I can't play this game tonight.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I need to go to sleep. So I took the
- 2:54Speaker 1: things out, set them on, set them next to me,
- 2:58Speaker 1: and went to sleep. And then it would be it
- 3:02Speaker 1: was before my alarm went off. I had at some
- 3:07Speaker 1: point before my alarm went off, I had rolled over
- 3:10Speaker 1: on my other side. So I'm facing the edge of
- 3:12Speaker 1: the bed and I'm laying there and I could feel
- 3:19Speaker 1: as if somebody sat on the edge of the bed,
- 3:21Speaker 1: like you just feel that sinking of the mattress, Like, oh, well,
- 3:26Speaker 1: that's interesting. And so I was laying there and just
- 3:31Speaker 1: thinking about it. And so this was around October twelve, fourteen,
- 3:39Speaker 1: somewhere in there, and I'm like, I wonder who that
- 3:43Speaker 1: could be. And I just let it go and I thought, well,
- 3:49Speaker 1: it'll come to me if it's meant to be. And
- 3:52Speaker 1: then as I woke up and everything, I was thinking, well,
- 3:55Speaker 1: my grandmother's transition date is coming up, but that didn't
- 3:59Speaker 1: feel right. I didn't think it was her, even though
- 4:03Speaker 1: her transition date was coming up, so like, yeah, it
- 4:07Speaker 1: could be, but I don't feel like that's it. So
- 4:10Speaker 1: then later on in the day, a friend of mine
- 4:13Speaker 1: was telling me this big, huge, long story and different
- 4:18Speaker 1: components of it, and it was like there was a correlation.
- 4:22Speaker 1: There was something that was happening with her early in
- 4:25Speaker 1: the morning, which would have been around the same time
- 4:30Speaker 1: I was having my experience, and it was just like
- 4:33Speaker 1: that felt like that felt right, and I just was like, wow,
- 4:38Speaker 1: this is so cool. So it was just a fun
- 4:41Speaker 1: story I wanted to share that. You know, spirit will
- 4:45Speaker 1: get their message across in some way to somebody and
- 4:49Speaker 1: who knows how or when so and who's paying attention
- 4:52Speaker 1: right So anyway.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's interesting. My my daughter went to one
- 4:57Speaker 2: of my daughters went to California to watch one of
- 5:01Speaker 2: her friends sus marine and he was a he was
- 5:03Speaker 2: having a in a fight. So she watched that, but
- 5:07Speaker 2: she walked up to a met one of the persons
- 5:09Speaker 2: afterwards and she you know how you shake a hand,
- 5:12Speaker 2: but she put her hand around the outside of it
- 5:14Speaker 2: and she says, I have never done that. Don't know
- 5:16Speaker 2: why I did it, And it's like we can't. You
- 5:19Speaker 2: can question it and you can ask yourself. But I
- 5:21Speaker 2: felt like it was because the other person needed it
- 5:24Speaker 2: had nothing to do with her. It was the way
- 5:26Speaker 2: that spirit can move through because that made the other
- 5:30Speaker 2: person comfort from somebody that has done the same thing
- 5:32Speaker 2: to them that's not in their life right now. So
- 5:34Speaker 2: it's like we don't understand why we do the things
- 5:36Speaker 2: that we do, but it's just follow through on it. Yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 2: because when you follow through, you don't know and you
- 5:43Speaker 2: may never know how you had an effect on somebody else.
- 5:46Speaker 2: And that I got goosebumps. So it's like when you
- 5:48Speaker 2: were talking about that it was for the other person.
- 5:51Speaker 2: It wasn't even that this person or this spirit wanted
- 5:54Speaker 2: to reach out and and it was was not going
- 5:58Speaker 2: to be quieted and knew how to affect digital devices
- 6:01Speaker 2: because some of them do. They learn how to do that.
- 6:04Speaker 1: So that's why it was just like, Okay, you guys,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I don't know right now, but I just can't do
- 6:09Speaker 1: this right now.
- 6:11Speaker 2: And it's still cool. It's communication. So it kind of
- 6:13Speaker 2: goes along with what I was saying, Like on the
- 6:15Speaker 2: last video, when we go to the next video, we're
- 6:17Speaker 2: going to talk about this. So I was talking about
- 6:20Speaker 2: my grandson and I told him some of the ways
- 6:23Speaker 2: that I've learned how to communicate with bugs and insects
- 6:27Speaker 2: and things that are around me. I do it with
- 6:29Speaker 2: the cows, I do it with everything. But I'll see
- 6:32Speaker 2: him in my mind's eye. So like yesterday, we had
- 6:34Speaker 2: a big yellow jacket that was flying around, and so
- 6:37Speaker 2: I would see it in my mind's eye and it's
- 6:39Speaker 2: like I showed it. I was going to bring it
- 6:41Speaker 2: banana because I thought they like bananas, and I looked
- 6:44Speaker 2: it up and it says they do like but they
- 6:45Speaker 2: like ripe and bananas. And I like to give things food,
- 6:48Speaker 2: but put it the food in the areas that it's
- 6:50Speaker 2: you know, it's away from us. And so that's what
- 6:53Speaker 2: we did. So I just showed him that to do that,
- 6:56Speaker 2: so now he can do the same thing. But I
- 6:57Speaker 2: do it all the time because I well, a couple
- 7:00Speaker 2: videos back, I had a transula that kind of kind
- 7:03Speaker 2: of kind of gave me some messages or whatever, and
- 7:06Speaker 2: then I had a few days later, I had some
- 7:08Speaker 2: ASTs coming to me, and I would see them the
- 7:10Speaker 2: same way that I'm sending them the message, and I'm
- 7:14Speaker 2: just sharing because this is how I'm experiencing it. But
- 7:17Speaker 2: I'll they'll pop into my mind's eye. So if it's
- 7:19Speaker 2: if I'm receiving a communication from the translor or whatever,
- 7:23Speaker 2: or from the cow, or from my dog from another dog,
- 7:26Speaker 2: they'll pop into my mind's eye. I don't see them
- 7:28Speaker 2: with my physical eyes, but I'll see them inside my head,
- 7:31Speaker 2: and then I know that there's something coming on, and
- 7:33Speaker 2: then I'll hear like something subtle. It might be my
- 7:35Speaker 2: own voice, it might be it's not even my own voice.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Sometimes it's like it's like this information just comes in,
- 7:42Speaker 2: like it's like a knowing. It's like this information just
- 7:44Speaker 2: is there, and then I'm kind of putting the pieces together,
- 7:47Speaker 2: kind of like you or you put the pieces together
- 7:49Speaker 2: from the sound. You know, your volume going up two
- 7:52Speaker 2: times weird, you know, feeling something sitting on the end
- 7:55Speaker 2: of the bed before your alarm goes off, So knowing
- 7:58Speaker 2: that you know it's not going to disrupt you because
- 8:01Speaker 2: you said I need to get some sleep, so I'm
- 8:03Speaker 2: going to sleep now. And it waited till just almost
- 8:06Speaker 2: before your alarm's going off, because it's like, well, well,
- 8:09Speaker 2: your signs up, and I don't even know you're gonna
- 8:10Speaker 2: get up anyways, because they know everything. But this communication
- 8:14Speaker 2: comes in so easily and so subtly. It's just exactly
- 8:16Speaker 2: like what you're describing, and it's so and it's just
- 8:20Speaker 2: like sending the same message. So if I see the
- 8:24Speaker 2: wasp in my mind's eye, then I see in my
- 8:26Speaker 2: mind's eye like the food that I'm gonna bring it,
- 8:28Speaker 2: and then I'll show in my mind's eye where I'm
- 8:30Speaker 2: going to place it to the wasp or whatever, and
- 8:34Speaker 2: it's just a fun thing. It's just a way of
- 8:36Speaker 2: practicing communication. Whether it works or not, it doesn't matter.
- 8:40Speaker 2: You're practicing, you're being in an awareness, you're being quite,
- 8:43Speaker 2: you're feeling your feels. Right, because we talked about in
- 8:46Speaker 2: the last video about being feelers, we're feelers. We are
- 8:50Speaker 2: not everybody is, but everybody can be. They can tune
- 8:53Speaker 2: into that stuff. It's just it's just subtle stuff. And
- 8:56Speaker 2: then once you start getting once it starts getting your attention,
- 8:59Speaker 2: it changes everything. Because I've talked about the Celenite tower,
- 9:04Speaker 2: which is so funny. I didn't even think about but
- 9:06Speaker 2: I stuck in this in my pocket. It's a pretty
- 9:08Speaker 2: big stone. But I'm wore you sweats, but so come on.
- 9:11Speaker 2: But anyways, just picking up a Celenite tower, that was
- 9:13Speaker 2: when I found out I was a feeler. I didn't
- 9:15Speaker 2: know I was a feeler until then. It's probably about
- 9:17Speaker 2: fifteen years ago.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yeah, cool, I A. I have a friend who went
- 9:22Speaker 1: to Korea and she's very a person who's very busy
- 9:28Speaker 1: in her head, and she was like beside herself when
- 9:35Speaker 1: she was telling us about create her experience in Korea
- 9:38Speaker 1: that she's like, it is so quiet there. It is
- 9:43Speaker 1: so quiet. You can hear your thoughts. It is just
- 9:47Speaker 1: so quiet. But she's like that in public places. Yeah,
- 9:53Speaker 1: in public places here, we're having conversations. Even if we're
- 9:57Speaker 1: on our cell phone. We're all into the conversation. And
- 10:00Speaker 1: even in the gym, people are on there with that. Anyway,
- 10:03Speaker 1: I won't go there, but that kind of is irritating.
- 10:05Speaker 1: But anyway, but we're just we just are loud, so
- 10:13Speaker 1: to speak. She goes there, when they're in a public
- 10:16Speaker 1: place and they're on the phone, they will be like
- 10:21Speaker 1: like cover their mouth and talk real soft into the phone.
- 10:25Speaker 1: She's like on the subway and all that, it's silence.
- 10:32Speaker 1: She's like, everywhere you go, it is so quiet. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: she was just amazed. And you know, it's like things
- 10:41Speaker 1: like that for some people like you and I, we've
- 10:45Speaker 1: practiced meditation. We've been in spaces where where we recognize
- 10:50Speaker 1: what the quietness does for us and the benefits of
- 10:54Speaker 1: it for somebody who is on a still all wrapped
- 10:59Speaker 1: up in their heads, space and their thoughts and the
- 11:02Speaker 1: to do lists and the family and all the things
- 11:06Speaker 1: to go from one extreme to the other and notice
- 11:10Speaker 1: that difference. We're all gonna we all get our lesson
- 11:15Speaker 1: in some way. And so this was her way of
- 11:20Speaker 1: seeing the difference, like busyness compared to quiet. Well, she really,
- 11:27Speaker 1: she really enjoyed the quiet. Now it's up to her
- 11:34Speaker 1: to figure out how is she going to bring that
- 11:37Speaker 1: experience into her life here, right, And one of the
- 11:43Speaker 1: things she did, she was telling us, she didn't correlate
- 11:47Speaker 1: it to this story, but one of the things she did,
- 11:50Speaker 1: she's got a grand baby, and that grand baby is
- 11:52Speaker 1: now mobile, and she's just like this for me to
- 11:58Speaker 1: do this on a regular basis too much, Like I
- 12:01Speaker 1: just can't. And so she had the conversation with her daughter,
- 12:06Speaker 1: so that there's one, right, there's one thing that she
- 12:09Speaker 1: did for herself to be like, I just can't do
- 12:14Speaker 1: this all the time, Like I need some space, I
- 12:17Speaker 1: need some quiet, I need some So she again she
- 12:21Speaker 1: didn't correlate the two with her experience in Korea, but
- 12:25Speaker 1: she is recognizing that there are things that would be
- 12:29Speaker 1: important for her to change or implement so that she
- 12:33Speaker 1: can have that experience more often.
- 12:37Speaker 2: And something that flashed in my mind when you said that,
- 12:39Speaker 2: because coming back here, I've gone to places Mexico where
- 12:44Speaker 2: it's peaceful, it's a different flow. And then you come
- 12:47Speaker 2: back into the United States and I'm thinking, to the
- 12:49Speaker 2: United States is almost like the land of all these
- 12:52Speaker 2: children that need to be seen in her. You go
- 12:54Speaker 2: to the grocery store and the conversations are, well, you're going,
- 12:56Speaker 2: she just went to a place. These people don't need
- 12:58Speaker 2: to be seen in her by heverybody else, right, they don't.
- 13:01Speaker 2: But we in here in the US, we have a
- 13:04Speaker 2: lot of people that need to be seen and heard,
- 13:06Speaker 2: a lot of kids that were not seen and heard
- 13:08Speaker 2: growing up, and so now we're all authors for these competitions.
- 13:10Speaker 2: You go to the grocery store and the freaking music's loud.
- 13:13Speaker 2: You go to the pharmacies, everything's got noise going on,
- 13:16Speaker 2: so you're getting louder to be over it. There's like
- 13:19Speaker 2: some everybody wants to be seen and heard. Everybody wants
- 13:22Speaker 2: to be seen and heard, and it's and we don't
- 13:24Speaker 2: realize that we're all a bunch of kids here and
- 13:27Speaker 2: the ones that need to see us and here is
- 13:28Speaker 2: are us. Yeah, we need to see and hear ourselves.
- 13:31Speaker 2: We need to see here. How do we respond? Why
- 13:33Speaker 2: do we show up that way? Because this is the
- 13:34Speaker 2: stuff I've been doing. Why am I responding that way?
- 13:37Speaker 2: Oh that's an whole pattern. Oh well, now I just
- 13:39Speaker 2: saw my four year old self. I don't we don't
- 13:41Speaker 2: need to continue this anymore. How could it be different?
- 13:43Speaker 2: So it's like all these things that happened, but we're
- 13:46Speaker 2: in that That's what came to my head. We're in
- 13:48Speaker 2: the land of children that need to be seen and heard.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Yeah, crazy, all kicking and screaming, wanted to be seen
- 13:54Speaker 1: and heard. And then there's there's the introverts that they
- 13:57Speaker 1: want to be seen and heard but don't want the attention.
- 13:59Speaker 1: So we're very confused.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It is, well, it is because that's how I grew
- 14:04Speaker 2: up and that's how you grew up. We were familiar
- 14:06Speaker 2: with that zone. So yeah, and for me, the only
- 14:09Speaker 2: way to step out of that zone at that time
- 14:11Speaker 2: was with alcohol, So that was how I could express myself.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Yeah, but yeah, every and then with the people that
- 14:18Speaker 1: were in the group having a conversation, I was like,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I traveled from from where I lived to San Diego,
- 14:26Speaker 1: about four four and a half hour drive with nothing on,
- 14:30Speaker 1: no music, no podcasts, no, it was just quiet and
- 14:34Speaker 1: it was me with my thoughts and my thoughts being
- 14:40Speaker 1: just going over not a should it could, it would
- 14:45Speaker 1: a type of conversation, just a reflection time like reflection
- 14:51Speaker 1: or seeing what information would come to me for things
- 14:55Speaker 1: to do as far as my business or anything else. Like.
- 14:58Speaker 1: It was just very enjoyable just to be in silence
- 15:03Speaker 1: and be with me. Now twenty years ago, I didn't
- 15:09Speaker 1: like to be with me, So for me to be
- 15:11Speaker 1: on to be with me in silence and have positive
- 15:18Speaker 1: or enjoyable conversation with myself was it was a great.
- 15:28Speaker 1: It was great. I loved it. And then you know,
- 15:31Speaker 1: like this the organization, I mean, we traveled to go
- 15:34Speaker 1: to different areas for meetings and stuff, and people are like, oh,
- 15:37Speaker 1: you want a carpool Like no, no, I do not
- 15:46Speaker 1: very selfish in that way, but then there's times that
- 15:48Speaker 1: I will. I did carpool with some people. But this time,
- 15:51Speaker 1: this last meeting I went to in Flagstaff two and
- 15:55Speaker 1: a half hour drive, I loved it. It's just me
- 15:59Speaker 1: and just I don't have to worry or you know,
- 16:03Speaker 1: think about having a conversation with somebody and just like
- 16:09Speaker 1: just me and I enjoy that.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I do too. When I was going through massage school,
- 16:15Speaker 2: I would drive back and forth from Phoenix to Kingman
- 16:19Speaker 2: and so not every weekend, but a lot of weekends,
- 16:24Speaker 2: and it's like I enjoyed it. I didn't listen to music.
- 16:27Speaker 2: That was the time. That was when I started traveling
- 16:30Speaker 2: without listening to anything at all, which was interesting. It's
- 16:33Speaker 2: nice to listen to music at home and stuff like that,
- 16:35Speaker 2: but when I get into the vehicle, I'll turn off
- 16:37Speaker 2: the music on my phone and just go back to
- 16:39Speaker 2: silence again. Sometimes I'll listen to podcasts.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I listened to podcasts to a lot, especially when
- 16:47Speaker 1: I'm getting.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Ready for more times and we're not multitasking. Because if
- 16:49Speaker 2: my attentions on my music, then my attentions on my music,
- 16:53Speaker 2: how much am I giving my attention to the road
- 16:55Speaker 2: or to the environment that's around me? I don't you know?
- 16:58Speaker 2: Am I missing out on the bird that's flying over
- 17:00Speaker 2: on the side or the elk or whatever. There's always
- 17:03Speaker 2: so much going on, but it's really being in that
- 17:05Speaker 2: space of awareness, and for me, it's not having any
- 17:09Speaker 2: music on. It's just being able to look at everything.
- 17:11Speaker 2: It's allowing the thoughts to come in. Now I might
- 17:13Speaker 2: sing in my head because that's when the for me.
- 17:17Speaker 2: That's when the songs would come in, and that's when
- 17:19Speaker 2: the messages would come in, because that's how I would
- 17:21Speaker 2: hear the messages. A lot of times it would be
- 17:23Speaker 2: in through a verse from a song, not not a
- 17:25Speaker 2: complete song, but just a verse.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Yeah, you do that too, And then I'm like, and
- 17:31Speaker 1: what was that? Me? Why am I hearing this? Why
- 17:34Speaker 1: am I seeing? Like you go in that question mood
- 17:37Speaker 1: like wait, what is the relevance?
- 17:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's us being inquisitive like children honestly, to
- 17:45Speaker 2: be in that presence of being an awareness that that
- 17:48Speaker 2: popped up and not ignoring it and pushing it aside.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Not you have knowledge of the four four four, so
- 17:53Speaker 2: when you see it, you you've kind of got the
- 17:55Speaker 2: You generally know what's going on. It gives you an
- 17:58Speaker 2: idea what's what this is all about? So it's just
- 18:02Speaker 2: a familiarity with it.
- 18:03Speaker 1: So and in the moment, in the silence, the quiet
- 18:10Speaker 1: is when the messages come. That's when the easiest to
- 18:14Speaker 1: interact with spirit. That's when we can feel or sense them.
- 18:19Speaker 1: That's when the information drops in. That's when we can
- 18:23Speaker 1: feel those sensations like you can smell the sense of
- 18:27Speaker 1: your grandma's cookies even though she's not in the room,
- 18:30Speaker 1: or your grandpa's cologne or your dad's cigarette smoke, like
- 18:35Speaker 1: those are the moments and it happens in silence. For
- 18:41Speaker 1: to me, that's where it's at and that and I
- 18:47Speaker 1: would think just my perception is people of Asian descent
- 18:55Speaker 1: are in tune with all of that. It's no different
- 18:57Speaker 1: like the Aborigines, there are tribes that still communicate telepathically.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Well that means they're silence within themselves.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Which I've been practicing a lot more, or I'm in
- 19:13Speaker 2: that space a lot more. And I would say, because
- 19:16Speaker 2: I just asked one of the kids recently, do you
- 19:18Speaker 2: notice that you're receiving more and more information telepathically? So
- 19:22Speaker 2: at home here I'm constantly noticing things. And then I'll
- 19:26Speaker 2: give confirmations to Freeman if he says something that I'll say, hey,
- 19:30Speaker 2: just so you know, I was just this popped into
- 19:32Speaker 2: my head a second ago. So I don't know if
- 19:34Speaker 2: that was if it came from you first, But like
- 19:36Speaker 2: we're having all this stuff that's happening around us all
- 19:39Speaker 2: the time, and then the only way that I can
- 19:41Speaker 2: be with it is to be in awareness with it.
- 19:43Speaker 2: To kind of go with it, to kind of grow
- 19:46Speaker 2: with it. And yeah, but it's all the time. It's
- 19:49Speaker 2: all the time, and it's not just with him. That
- 19:52Speaker 2: quietness here at home has helped me to be able
- 19:54Speaker 2: to do it everywhere else too.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree. I do that a lot with the
- 20:02Speaker 1: couple of people at work where there's a wall between
- 20:08Speaker 1: me and my boss and I'll be like, oh, I
- 20:10Speaker 1: go share this with it, and I'll go show share
- 20:12Speaker 1: something with her and she's like, oh my god, I
- 20:13Speaker 1: was just thinking the same thing. Like that happens a lot.
- 20:18Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about, and I and I just
- 20:20Speaker 2: I think it's good to mention it because I feel
- 20:22Speaker 2: like a lot of people are going through it right
- 20:23Speaker 2: now and now they can actually put more attention to
- 20:26Speaker 2: it and notice it even more, like and notice how
- 20:28Speaker 2: your life just gets better with all this information that's
- 20:31Speaker 2: coming forward. It just kind of it's kind of like
- 20:33Speaker 2: a little bit of hindsights, it really is, because then
- 20:36Speaker 2: when you go back, when you go in there and
- 20:37Speaker 2: you're like, oh, just it's just wonderful. It's wonderful to
- 20:40Speaker 2: be able to share from that capacity. Yeah, yep, there's
- 20:47Speaker 2: no words. It's neutral there's no attachments, there's it's just
- 20:52Speaker 2: it's it's a good space. It's a good space. And
- 20:56Speaker 2: I mentioned that only because some people will say, well, well,
- 20:58Speaker 2: how do I know what if? What if some thing
- 21:00Speaker 2: is is trying to contact me and it doesn't feel good? Right,
- 21:04Speaker 2: there is your answer. If it doesn't feel good, that's
- 21:06Speaker 2: not what you want to have a communication with. Because
- 21:09Speaker 2: I will tell you every time I get information, it's neutral.
- 21:12Speaker 2: It's not from a scary space or anything. My mind,
- 21:15Speaker 2: my mind can get kind of crazy sometimes and it
- 21:19Speaker 2: can it can be like what about this, and it's
- 21:22Speaker 2: like what the hell? Like here, here's your Ruby's cube,
- 21:26Speaker 2: go play. No, it's not right to me. That's just
- 21:30Speaker 2: another way of distracting us from why I'm here. That's
- 21:34Speaker 2: just my mind trying to overthink things or find ways
- 21:37Speaker 2: of navigating the world. It's not even real anymore. I'm
- 21:42Speaker 2: not real in the space of I'm not three years old,
- 21:45Speaker 2: I'm not five years old, not even eight years old.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Yeah, we're a little waste from that, aren't we, Just.
- 21:55Speaker 2: A little bit, just a couple of minutes from it.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Yep. And so finding the tools that will help quiet
- 22:07Speaker 1: the headspace, quiet the thought there's so much information on available,

- 22:41Speaker 1: giving you guidance, who's coaching you. Make sure their voice,
- 22:45Speaker 1: their tone, their words, that type of thing resonates with you.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Don't force yourself to be with somebody that is uncomfortable,
- 22:52Speaker 1: and you will know that through how you feel about it,
- 22:55Speaker 1: how they're how their behavior and word and feel to you.
- 23:02Speaker 1: So just keep those in mind as you're seeking somebody

- 23:15Speaker 2: not be feeling it right now, but it's just a
- 23:17Speaker 2: training ground. We can all do it. A lot of
- 23:19Speaker 2: us have been ignoring ourselves. We've been ignoring the feels,
- 23:23Speaker 2: we've been ignoring our emotions. So it's part of a process.
