- 0:21grew up on static and midnight shows.
- 0:25MTV raised us. You already know latch key
- 0:32hearts and wild eye dreams. Feral mind staring at the scene.
- 0:41If you say it's too much to unpack but I'll see you wait and
- 0:48I've got your back. Talk to me.
- 1:01world. No one replied, but we danced
- 1:05through it. Good morning.
- 1:12Welcome or welcome back to that Gen.
- 1:14X trend podcast. Before I begin, as usual, I want
- 1:17to give a shout out to MB Radio. Thank you.
- 1:21I see all the teen is it's pretty neat.
- 1:25I see them all the time. So I wanted to I do notice.
- 1:29Thanks anyways, let's get started.
- 1:34I hope everybody had a great time during the 4th of July
- 1:39celebrating our nation's 250th birthday.
- 1:43And for those who do not like loud noises, I hope you were you
- 1:51did well too. So I scrolling through social
- 2:03media, you know, I I've been talking a lot, a lot of about
- 2:08watching our current state of affairs.
- 2:12Like I saw people who are against celebrations.
- 2:16I saw people who were for it and you know it.
- 2:24Regardless of how you feel, there's a level of dis ease that
- 2:32I felt watching this divide and it let me to ask as usual,
- 2:44'cause you know, I never stopped thinking.
- 2:48I'm sure most of you guys can relate.
- 2:51So it let me to ask some really uncomfortable questions which
- 2:57then made me feel like man, I I need to stop thinking.
- 3:01I really need to stop thinking. So what do I do?
- 3:05I never skip a chance to watch some good movies, free movies,
- 3:09right 'cause I'm unwilling to pay for these now that I don't
- 3:13have I I think I have these on DVD anyways.
- 3:16It doesn't matter. Scrolling through YouTube, you
- 3:21know the Matrix, the trilogy was on 'cause I think there's a new
- 3:25movie coming out. So the fifth one, so there was a
- 3:32fourth one I missed because it came out during COVID, I'm not
- 3:35quite sure about it, yada yada, yada.
- 3:37So because it's free, I'm like, I'll sit down and watch it,
- 3:40distract myself and you know, 'cause it The Matrix came out
- 3:48when I was like, you know, the peak youth stupid times.
- 3:53We were doing all kinds of crazy stuff before all the the social
- 3:58media cameras and everything. So I'm like, yeah, no, I love
- 4:02that movie. Of course.
- 4:05I think a lot of people was all because the way they, the
- 4:09characters look were so sleek. The sunglasses, the black trench
- 4:13coats and, you know, Trinity kicking butt all over the place.
- 4:17Not saying Neo wasn't cool, but anyways, I'm like, I, I'm down,
- 4:21I'm down for it. Let me distract myself so I
- 4:24don't go down this rabbit hole, which I often fall into because
- 4:32this is who I am. So, you know, I watch, I binge
- 4:38watch all three and wow, that movie, it has staying power.
- 4:44It I think it's so true. It couldn't be truer now.
- 4:49It almost seems like a documentary in my mind, in my
- 4:52opinion, in a way of how society has sort of become and that sort
- 5:01of like dystopian world that we live in.
- 5:09Beyond that, I'm like, yo, I'm down.
- 5:12So I watch it. And of course, it the one even
- 5:17for people who do not have not seen it, who have heard of the
- 5:23movies, the trilogy, right? Basically, it opens up with Neo
- 5:29having to make a choice to take the pill to like make a choice
- 5:33which pill you want to take. Either you can stay in the
- 5:36current world or you can because it's not real, or you can take
- 5:42the pill that brings you to reality.
- 5:48But this reality obviously was shown to be much less pleasant
- 5:55because it's not a simulation, it is not an illusion.
- 5:59It is not whatever that he was living in this digitized world
- 6:07because he was, he was the energy feeding this whatever,
- 6:13right? I don't want to ruin anything
- 6:17for people who have not watched it.
- 6:18I I do suggest watching it. It's not for the art.
- 6:22Man, that movie was fantastic like this.
- 6:25The first time they used like this, the way they did it, like
- 6:29opening scene with Trinity kicking butt and how she kind of
- 6:32froze in midair, that was like groundbreaking just for stuff
- 6:37like that. You can watch it.
- 6:38It's a very enjoyable movie, regardless of whether you you
- 6:41take it deeper or not, you know, and there's always characters in
- 6:47there that did not want to actually take the pill, that
- 6:51regretted taking the pill to come into reality.
- 6:56And as we get deeper and deeper into the movie, it was revealed
- 7:03that this has happened multiple times before this version,
- 7:10right? This version of Neo, you know,
- 7:15I'm watching it. I, I, I didn't think about this
- 7:18while I was watching the movie, but I did think about it
- 7:21afterwards. And This is why I came up with
- 7:28this topic for the podcast. It's like, so after finding out
- 7:38there was numerous versions, and I'm not saying let's move past
- 7:47the the sort of storyline of the Matrix, right?
- 7:54In the same way we have gone through maybe not the same
- 7:59things, but similar events like turbulence, war, this chaos.
- 8:07We've also as humanity, like the collective humanity, have gone
- 8:12through iterations just like the characters in the Matrix,
- 8:17although they did not know that this was another version.
- 8:23I get a few people did know, but we as a collective know this is
- 8:31not the first time humanity has experienced war, famine, all
- 8:40kinds of. You can name all kinds of things
- 8:42that's going on right now. So there are still people who
- 8:55continue to choose to fight, right?
- 9:02I'm not saying war is good, but to fight for the right things
- 9:06based on morality and benefit to humanity, right, regardless of
- 9:15what side you're on. But there are people that were,
- 9:27that is and that will be that will continue to choose to take
- 9:31the pill to fight against that sort of controlled.
- 9:42To being controlled by this whatever right, this illusion of
- 9:48the world that we live in because we would rather live in
- 9:52an illusion than to live reality and fight to make it better,
- 9:57right? And yes, there is a right and
- 10:02wrong if you if people, I don't put sides.
- 10:06However, there is a right and wrong side and that demands
- 10:13logic, right? You can see it, you can follow
- 10:16the past, like history is doomed to repeat itself.
- 10:21And that's why we are doomed to repeat ourselves, which we have
- 10:26done through many iterations to do the same thing, the war, all
- 10:30this stuff, because we failed to learn the lessons.
- 10:37So why I'm I'm not focusing on the failure.
- 10:46I want to focus on those who will bravely choose to take the
- 10:55pill to, to live in reality, to see the world for what it is and
- 11:05then take on the burden while living in hardship.
- 11:11Because reality is much harder than an illusion that we could.
- 11:14We can imagine all sorts of things.
- 11:17Like I said, watch the movie. The illusion is to sort of
- 11:24pacify our need or our ability to see there's something wrong
- 11:30that needs to be fixed. But those who continue to choose
- 11:36to take that pill, right, to then shoulder this burden, this
- 11:50hardship of in reality make the world better, however it is
- 11:58better, right? Why does it do this?
- 12:03Why did they do it? Because, you know, there's so
- 12:05many dystopian movies out there. There's 12 Monkeys, which also
- 12:09came around the like, you know, I'm not saying the same years,
- 12:12but at the same time, like it's so easy to fall into the oh, you
- 12:20know, this, this, this is horrible.
- 12:22Let's just end it all sort of thing.
- 12:26And there are people out there like that too.
- 12:31But why? Why do people continue to and
- 12:39fight for a better day even though they may not live it
- 12:42today, they may not have lived it today, or they will never
- 12:47live it today? Why?
- 12:49Why do people continue to be, I don't know what other word for
- 12:55it to be patriotic in a way. I'm not talking about country.
- 12:59Sort of let's take it beyond a country, right?
- 13:03Patriotic as in patriotic towards like bettering humanity,
- 13:08bettering the world, right, As a collective, Sure, we can take it
- 13:12to each country too. And we can do that.
- 13:14And obviously I live in America and I, I, I believe myself to be
- 13:20a patriot 'cause I would still fight for her today.
- 13:24If my body wasn't falling apart anyways I I would still do it
- 13:30today. But but why do people keep doing
- 13:36it if in the moment, in their lifetime they have not seen
- 13:43changes right for the better? Because if we look back through
- 13:47history, there has been times where chaos lasted for multiple
- 13:55generations and one generation may be born into chaos and die
- 14:00in chaos. But yet we can always find
- 14:04people who are willing to do the right thing and why?
- 14:13And that's why I came up with the, that's how I came up with
- 14:16the title beyond the I'm not trying to be like clever or
- 14:28remember back in the 80s or 90s, there were deep thoughts or it
- 14:31it not trying to give you any like deep thoughts.
- 14:34But I did come up with this. Why do people continue to choose
- 14:38to do the right thing despite of potentially never having to
- 14:41realize what they're fighting for?
- 14:44It's for those we will never meet.
- 14:49And it's not exclusive to those who will never meet in the
- 14:52future because we only have one lifetime to live.
- 14:56And what we do in this lifetime matters, right?
- 15:02But it's also for those in the past.
- 15:06This is my opinion now. I believe those people continue
- 15:10to choose to fight for the betterment of humanity, for the
- 15:13country or and so on, and to honor those in the past, to
- 15:20honor those who are presently fighting for, to do what's
- 15:26right. And also for those who are yet
- 15:31to come in the future, to honor them because, well, they will
- 15:41inherit what we leave. And as hard it is to see,
- 15:56perhaps because I, I fight about like in my mind about it, like,
- 16:01what's the point? It, it just like I'm only one
- 16:05person. There's nothing I can do
- 16:10realistically. Like, what can I do by myself,
- 16:16right? And, and I think about it and
- 16:20sometimes I go into a very, very, like I said, those rabbit
- 16:24holes. You do not want to, you do not
- 16:27want to end up in being black pilled.
- 16:32I guess that's what people say because you're just like,
- 16:34everything is horrible. I give up.
- 16:37I fall into those sort of states of mind before.
- 16:47But then I don't know, maybe it's because I am a veteran.
- 16:54I was in the military and as much as I have my opinions about
- 16:59the military, 'cause we all do now 'cause it's it's a crazy
- 17:04world that only those who have served will understand.
- 17:08A man, the values that I was taught, right?
- 17:15I I swear they were, I was in two branches, but it it was it
- 17:23was the Marine Corps that they say we're brainwashed.
- 17:27Truly, truly I do. It is the Marine Corps has a way
- 17:31of doing things that I it's incomparable.
- 17:35Anyways, it was the Marine Corps that solidly sort of imprinted
- 17:42this, the like honor, courage and commitment right into my
- 17:49mind in a way that it sort of permeates, permeates so many
- 17:55things that I do without even me having to think about it, right?
- 18:01I'm not saying I'm great, I'm not.
- 18:04But quite often those 3 words sort of just, they pop into my
- 18:09mind. I'm like, am I doing the
- 18:12courageous thing? Am I honoring this God-given
- 18:18life and doing what's right, right and commitment?
- 18:21Am I able to commit myself to doing what's right through
- 18:28hardship, even if I'm just one person right, even if I, and
- 18:38this is where I sort of had to I, I had to walk myself step by
- 18:42step through this. And I share this because I know
- 18:48most of us have a lot of opinions about what's going on
- 18:51and some of us like, hands off, I'm, I'm done, I'm going to step
- 18:55away. And I'd rather remove myself
- 18:59from the situation and then to engage because first of all, I,
- 19:04what does engagement mean? How do I engage meaningfully,
- 19:09right, in an effective way without worsening the situation,
- 19:14regardless what side you're on or whatever?
- 19:18And, and then am I committing to the right thing?
- 19:20Like first we have to work it out in our minds using facts,
- 19:25not emotions. And to be able to say, yeah, no,
- 19:31I, I believe that. I truly believe that I am living
- 19:35by God's will, God's command and, and all, the, all the 10
- 19:42commandments. Sorry, had the cost.
- 19:49So am I living by those things? Can I can I honour that?
- 19:54Can I commit to it and do I have the courage to actually live it?
- 19:57IA lot of us wonder about what is really right because only
- 20:04history hindsight is 2020. When we look back, we can say,
- 20:08Oh yeah, no, I was on the right side.
- 20:10But I think we have the sort of. Not sort of we have the
- 20:20directions to do what is right. Can we do it for those who are
- 20:28Christian, right? And even for those who are not,
- 20:33because the 10 commandments were kind of sort of been sort of
- 20:43been, I guess put into a lot of the things, whether you you are
- 20:48into Stoicism or you can find the sort of same ideas in a lot
- 20:53of different places, let's say other than Christianity.
- 21:00So can we do that? And and then I look back, am I
- 21:12willing to do that just as one person, even if the world
- 21:16thought I was the entire world, I'm talking about billions of
- 21:19people, am I willing to stand here to do this?
- 21:23And why would I even, why would I even bring that pawn myself to
- 21:27do this? And that's, that's a question
- 21:39that I had to think about deeply.
- 21:46Why don't I just give up? And it sort of led me to this
- 21:52answer, which led me to more or well, not an answer well, to
- 21:57what I came up with. Sure, I can be like, well, the
- 22:02whole world is against me. What's the point?
- 22:06I'll just join in, right? There's, there's nothing I can
- 22:10do. I'm just one person.
- 22:12But if I stand in my if I stand to do what God says is right to
- 22:22do, I might get life will not be pleasant.
- 22:32Not that life was pleasant if I joined in right, because joining
- 22:36in chaos is just add to chaos. So I'm like, oh, well, there's
- 22:41something I can't do. I, I don't have to join it even
- 22:45just by taking a stand and not joining in the chaos, That's it.
- 22:50Like, like consciously I'm just not going to join it.
- 22:53I'm not going to add to it. I, I couldn't do that, but why
- 23:00would I want to? And being military, I do.
- 23:09I love watching sort of documentaries and war
- 23:13documentaries and stuff like that because I make it sort of
- 23:19like, oh, the world is against me.
- 23:21It's not true. I'm not the only one.
- 23:23I'm not the only one that feels this way or thinks this way.
- 23:26And throughout history, even in our immediate past, like, well,
- 23:34not immediate, I guess like within the last 100 years or so,
- 23:39we can see that people's people could have just said, you know
- 23:45what, no, let's not do this. Let's step away from the current
- 23:48chaos. Just let let them deal with it
- 23:51because we don't want to contribute.
- 23:53But people stepped up, did what they needed to and and gave all
- 24:05to fight for what's right. To give me today the freedoms
- 24:17that I live surrounded by, right to live in this country, to
- 24:26benefit from it, to benefit from a world that, well, obviously,
- 24:35if you just think about World War 2, to benefit from the
- 24:38freedom of the consequences of that World War 2.
- 24:43If let's just talk about Americans, right?
- 24:46If America did not join in, there's actually a, a show on I
- 24:51think it was Hulu, like man in the high tower is an alternate
- 24:56sort of storyline where Germany did win.
- 25:01I think there's other countries anyways, you can watch that.
- 25:05So it, it could have ended much differently, but people stepped
- 25:09up and I'm benefiting from that, from those who gave their lives
- 25:18for it, even though they knew they may not live long enough to
- 25:26see any of it. So being being military, when I
- 25:32look at things like that, when I see the suffering people went
- 25:36through and the suffering people endured it it like I, I feel
- 25:45guilty. I'm like, oh man, if I just
- 25:47didn't do anything, didn't say anything, didn't stand up for
- 25:51what is right, man. And I I don't deserve I don't
- 25:56deserve to benefit from the freedoms and we which in which
- 26:02we in which I live in in America, right?
- 26:07And, and I'm a 1st generation immigrant and I'm so thankful to
- 26:15be here. So there's the past, right?
- 26:20For those we will never meet, I will never meet those people,
- 26:25but man, I'm benefited from it. And for me to sit here to
- 26:31potentially disengage and not just disengage, but withdraw to
- 26:36a point where I'm like, that's, that has nothing to do with me.
- 26:42I'm I'm not going to do anything.
- 26:44I'm not going to take a stand, right?
- 26:47And for each one of us, for me taking a stand might be
- 26:51different from how you take a stand.
- 26:54And for each of us, we have to find our own way to take a
- 26:57stand. But none the less, if I just
- 26:59threw my hands up like there's nothing I can do, the world's
- 27:02going crazy. So I'm just going to sit here
- 27:04and, you know, fill my mind with distractions, not just with a
- 27:08Matrix movie, but my God, there's an endless amount of
- 27:13content out there in the world that I will never have to even
- 27:17look up from my phone to even know what's going on.
- 27:23I I can I have plenty of time to to Yeah, I I would never have to
- 27:28worry about being bored or feeling uncomfortable thinking
- 27:32about what's going on and how it doesn't really align with my
- 27:36beliefs with with God. And then I'm thinking, oh, well,
- 27:47it's kind of weird for those we will.
- 27:49I will never meet even present day thinking, OK, I think like,
- 27:58well, everybody, everybody has a choice today.
- 28:01If they're alive, they can do their own thing.
- 28:04Obviously I'm never going to meet everybody today.
- 28:11But if I don't, if I sit, stand to the side and let things
- 28:16happen, am I letting people down today?
- 28:20Because there have been times in my life where people have
- 28:24watched me suffer greatly, didn't stand up, didn't say what
- 28:31should have been said, didn't do the right thing, right, even
- 28:40though they knew me. But there are people who along
- 28:42the way who have encountered the same things and didn't say
- 28:46anything. I was impacted by that, right?
- 28:54So if one little wrong, not corrected, not voiced, not
- 29:00opposed, just one little one, but think about the piles of
- 29:06wrong things. If we just let it slide, what's
- 29:08the big deal? It's just one little thing.
- 29:10It's just one person. No, there's countless people
- 29:14that we will never meet, I will never meet that may not be
- 29:19impacted by the choice that I'm making today to stand up for
- 29:22what's right. But if we, if I let it become
- 29:26the standard, right, the oh, that's just what it is.
- 29:30Everybody throws their hands up and I become, I contribute to
- 29:34the same sort of behavior. Then I am in a sense standing
- 29:41there watching, watching people suffer.
- 29:45I might even know these people and not doing what I can,
- 29:52whatever that means within the situation, right?
- 29:54It has to be appropriate because you can, there's a fine line
- 29:58between stupidity and bravery, right?
- 30:03So you got to be cognizant of a, is this proper?
- 30:07Can I do this? Is this going to benefit
- 30:09anybody? Right?
- 30:11Because a lot of us, well, sometimes stupidity is rewarded
- 30:14because, well, it became bravery because you know, you're still
- 30:18here and you did the right thing, but you know, that's
- 30:23today. And it also weighs heavy on my
- 30:27mind. But is the future that I, that I
- 30:32worry about the most, not that I will ever get to experience it,
- 30:38because obviously we only have one lifetime to experience.
- 30:41And whatever we do will be inherited, will be visited upon
- 30:47our descendants, everybody's descendants, right?
- 30:53It is the future that I worry about the most because
- 30:56tomorrow's the future for me, for everybody, right?
- 30:59So just say I, I died today that I leave.
- 31:10Is whoever coming in the future for those what I've never I will
- 31:15never meet. Do they inherit a better world a
- 31:21a better place? I mean, we are living in an era
- 31:26where resources are rather plentiful, right?
- 31:32Obviously you can argue otherwise, like different
- 31:34countries, famine and so on, but there are countries that are the
- 31:42globe. If we everybody was just, if I
- 31:52don't want to go down that route, like, oh, greed, yes,
- 31:54there is greed and so on. But there is enough resources
- 31:58for everybody in a sense, if we don't need to fight, obviously
- 32:02there's global tensions, there's Paula geopolitics and so on and
- 32:05so forth. That's not my that's not the
- 32:08point of this podcast, nor do I want to drag in that bucket of
- 32:11dirty water. And it's pretty dirty and it's,
- 32:15it's worthy to talk about, but it, it, it's just going to muddy
- 32:18up this conversation here. So it's sure, sure, there's
- 32:27enough resources for everybody. But man, when I stand by and
- 32:38watch groups, populations, twistings, what is wrong is
- 32:47right. What is right is wrong,
- 32:50regardless of whatever, because resources could be mental
- 32:53resources, physical resources, all kinds of things.
- 32:59Am I doing future generations, those who I will never meet, am
- 33:06I doing what's beneficial for them?
- 33:09Because history will come back to condemn if taken in totality
- 33:18and we judge, right? Like when we look at World War
- 33:212, obviously there's a population that was condemned
- 33:24for the right reasons if we continue to sort of allow
- 33:33illusions, allow the twisting of right and wrong.
- 33:43To be, to become established, it doesn't have to be written in
- 33:48the history books. All right?
- 33:50History will condemn us because we're alive now.
- 33:56I'm only talking to people who are alive now, right?
- 33:59Each generation has to find that space.
- 34:02Like do I want history to contend this generation to
- 34:06condemn us to the the destruction of the future, that
- 34:17the future that we allow our descendants to inherit?
- 34:25I don't want that. I'm not I'm not saying I'm like
- 34:28this, you know, like I want to fight with roads, right, you
- 34:31know, and go make a better world.
- 34:33First of all, I don't think I have the capabilities, and I'm
- 34:38not so arrogant to think that what I do will make even a bit
- 34:44of a difference that's actualizable in the global
- 34:48scale, right? But I do know that if I stood by
- 34:58and did nothing, I will be contributing to whatever I think
- 35:06is going badly today. And however I take a stand
- 35:11because I do, obviously I'm a mother and I think about the
- 35:18future, just the immediate future for my child if I sit by.
- 35:27And I didn't say anything, I just totally disengaged and went
- 35:30into that illusional world, right?
- 35:33Like the Matrix, because you can basically in we can create
- 35:38whatever world we want to living to live in to am I, and this is
- 35:53somebody obviously I have met my child.
- 35:58So you know, am I leaving him a better world because he's going
- 36:02to go on to impact people that I will never meet for those who
- 36:06I've never met. If I sat by and just whatever,
- 36:14I'm just going to make myself happy and live in this delusion.
- 36:21It it's, it doesn't end with me and ends with the people that I
- 36:27will never meet because how I am impacts the people I know,
- 36:32whether big or small, subtle or not subtle.
- 36:40I'm impacting people just by being, just by behaving, just by
- 36:44doing or not doing. And man, that rests heavy in my
- 36:49mind because I don't want to think about my child and his
- 36:57future family living in a sort of dystopian world like The
- 37:06Matrix or anything like 12 Monkeys.
- 37:10You can, God, there's so many, so many different movies we can
- 37:14bring about and books. I don't want that.
- 37:22So bring it back all the way around, I guess.
- 37:27You know, I'm not saying that taking the pill that wakes you
- 37:31up from this illusion that a lot of people choose to live in is
- 37:37easy. How I I don't even know what to
- 37:43do at this point. I'm not saying that I see
- 37:46things, I see the reality. Obviously, I can only logically
- 37:50try to reason things out in real time as much as I can, but I do
- 37:57know that I do understand now why going back to the movie,
- 38:03why, right, the iterations of Neo continued trying to change
- 38:15things. It could have ended, right?
- 38:18Obviously, this is a program. You can take it.
- 38:21Think about it in the real world way from the wars that's been
- 38:27historically fought, that were thought to end wars, all wars.
- 38:32Obviously it didn't, the First World War.
- 38:35So why do people keep doing it? It is for those we will never
- 38:39meet. It's to honor those who gave all
- 38:43they could to do the right things in the past.
- 38:47It's to honor those we will never meet today because
- 38:50somewhere if we let one thing slide, more things will slide.
- 38:55And it may, you may never meet these people who are living
- 39:01today, but once the behavior becomes a pattern, becomes an
- 39:06established way of life, well, the little things we choose to
- 39:11do or not do today will, will impact people, whether to
- 39:19benefit them or not. So it's honor those who we are
- 39:24living amongst because, well, if I'm nice to you, hopefully
- 39:28you're nice to me, right? It's to make today's environment
- 39:31better. And also it's for those in the
- 39:34future. Man, I do not want that
- 39:36indictment that to be determined from history.
- 39:45These people could have done something, but they didn't.
- 39:49They chose to do nothing. They chose to stay in that
- 39:52simulated world rather than to stand up for what's right and
- 39:59how we go about it. How I go about it, I'm going to
- 40:03have to determine the heck I like I said, I I don't have
- 40:06answer. How do I even go about doing
- 40:08anything? Do I just speak up?
- 40:10Do I? Obviously I feel like I've been
- 40:14convicted to not stand it or to not.
- 40:17Remove myself from this and to do something.
- 40:21But what is it? That's not going to be an easy
- 40:24answer and we I have to be cognizant of making the right
- 40:36choices each time I'm confronted with something that I believe I
- 40:41should take a stand on. Obviously there are all kinds of
- 40:44things that they're you don't fight.
- 40:46We don't need to fight every single battle because some of
- 40:50them just like whatever, right, truly like like, I don't know,
- 40:56somebody likes the color red and you like the color blue.
- 41:00Does it matter, right, that pick and choose?
- 41:06Pick your battles, right, as they say so.
- 41:12But I do believe that we have to do the right things for those we
- 41:21will never meet because we do each have an impact.
- 41:26We do influence. We have a circle of influence,
- 41:29and that circle continues because then that person,
- 41:33whoever you just immediately influence, they have a circle
- 41:36and they have a circle and it just goes on forever.
- 41:42And whether we believe we're just one person, I believe that.
- 41:48I believe that I must make the right choices for those I've
- 41:56never met. And as a Christian, I want to do
- 42:02what I want to do. God's will, I want to follow
- 42:06that and it's up to the each one of us to decide what to do, how
- 42:17to do it, and hopefully it's based on morals and values.
- 42:25That truly is beneficial to everyone involved.
- 42:32Man, that was heavy. It is 4th of July and you know
- 42:35we can celebrate it, but there was a price that was paid by
- 42:40somebody we never knew, that I never knew, by a whole bunch of
- 42:44people I will never know and I will be.
- 42:51We miss being a veteran to stand aside, not to honor that.
- 43:06Happy 4th of July belated. I'm recording this on the 5th so
- 43:14I hope everybody enjoyed it and it is an immense time to
- 43:18celebrate 250. You look pretty good overall, so
- 43:27thank you for joining me. I'm sharing my thoughts in real
- 43:30time, living in this world, trying to make sense of it from
- 43:35the Gen. X perspective.
- 43:40So I hope you enjoy your day and thank you, like I said for
- 43:47joining me again. And two weeks from now, I will
- 43:50see you guys later. And as I as always, I I think
- 43:54about you guys all the time and I pray for you guys all the
- 43:56time. Hope you guys have a good day.
