- 0:45at a pivotal moment and he is leading one of the most talked
- 0:48about companies in the industry. Please welcome Nadine Moiz.
- 0:52Such a pleasure to be here, Doctor Randy.
- 0:54It's just a absolute honor. So I'm very happy to be here.
- 0:58Absolutely. Well, we're excited to have you
- 1:00here today. I saw the announcement yesterday
- 1:02or the day before on LinkedIn, so we feel like we got you just
- 1:06at the right time. So I'm going to jump right in.
- 1:09You have just stepped into what I would call one of the most
- 1:12exciting roles in aesthetics. How does it feel stepping into
- 1:15the CEO seat at Revance? Yeah.
- 1:18Look, it's super exciting. And you know, we call Revance
- 1:22today Revance 2 Point O and as you know, Revance was a publicly
- 1:26traded company and in February of this year, Crown Labs, which
- 1:32is where I started acquired Revance.
- 1:34So today we call it Revance 2 Point O.
- 1:36It is super exciting. The team is supercharged, we've
- 1:39got just excellent brands and and you know I've been part of
- 1:43the Crown story for the last almost five years.
- 1:46So it's good to see the story build and again, we are
- 1:50absolutely ready to go and just doing great things in the
- 1:53market. Well, that's very exciting.
- 1:56And for listeners and viewers who may not know the full story,
- 2:00how would you describe what revamp stands for right now?
- 2:04Well, REVAMP stands for Science based innovation.
- 2:09RE event stands for customer centricity.
- 2:11Re event stands for bringing excellent top of the line
- 2:16products to get patient outcomes, client outcomes and
- 2:21our customer outcomes in a way that is just absolutely
- 2:25positive. And RE Event stands for hugely
- 2:29supporting all the physicians and the providers that are
- 2:34helping us in our journey and really supporting our product.
- 2:38And so we're absolutely behind all of that and it all really
- 2:41starts with science based innovation and really creating
- 2:45products and services that are differentiated.
- 2:50Sure. And what I've seen is so many
- 2:52new innovations coming out of the market over the last, I
- 2:56guess 12 months, so many new things that I've seen.
- 2:59And let's start talking about that, if that's OK with you.
- 3:03The first on the top of our list is probably Daxify.
- 3:06There's probably no one who hasn't seen that name come out.
- 3:09It's exciting for those of us that have been using these type
- 3:15of injectables and knowing that now we can have a longer lasting
- 3:21option that's amazing for us, right, Like the running back and
- 3:25forth to our clinicians, this is now we can fix that time frame.
- 3:29So excited to talk about that a little bit with you.
- 3:33So patients are used to going in quarterly and this is a longer
- 3:38lasting story. So let's talk about that a
- 3:40little bit. Yeah, absolutely.
- 3:42Look, it's just a great product. Certainly the duration is 1
- 3:46aspect of it. As you know, it also has a
- 3:48peptide in it, which is incredible.
- 3:50And to us it really differentiates the product and
- 3:54what we're hearing from our providers that you know with the
- 3:57peptide and the longer duration the patients are feeling
- 4:01absolutely elated and it just really gives you this really
- 4:06nice glow post the treatment as well.
- 4:10This is what we're hearing from our physicians, from our
- 4:12providers. So it it really has just a huge
- 4:15following. Now what I will share with you
- 4:18that awareness for Daxy's relatively low today and we're
- 4:22still in the early innings of getting the brand out there and
- 4:27getting at people's hands and letting customers and clients
- 4:31and patients experience the impact of Daxy, But the results
- 4:36are just extremely well received.
- 4:38Yeah, I think it's phenomenal just to have options.
- 4:42Obviously, you know what our options have been up until now,
- 4:44but to have something potentially last, are we talking
- 4:48maybe around twice as long, then that's amazing for us, right?
- 4:51Amazing for the consumer and probably amazing for the
- 4:54injectors as well, right. I also heard that you just
- 4:58recently passed one million US vials, Is that correct?
- 5:02Yes, like such a huge, huge accomplishments, right, Huge
- 5:06accomplishment. So look, it's a massive
- 5:08milestone for us. We had a big celebration in our
- 5:10office and balloons and all this kind of stuff and the team was
- 5:13super excited about that. And again, this is early
- 5:16innings. And what I would tell you is
- 5:19it's taken us a fewer to get to the million vial mark.
- 5:22I think the next million vial is going to be much faster.
- 5:26It's definitely at a higher speed and a higher acceleration
- 5:29and is definitely getting traction in the market.
- 5:32People are talking about it, injectors are talking about it,
- 5:36the patients are talking about it that well, this is just
- 5:38really true, totally differentiated.
- 5:40So a lot of energy, a lot of excitement, and you know, we'd
- 5:44love to start expanding the DAC supply franchise outside the USI
- 5:49mean, we just think that's a huge, huge opportunity for us as
- 5:53well. We're approved in China, we're
- 5:54approving in Australia and New Zealand, but we're also looking
- 5:58at all these other geographies which we think could hugely
- 6:01benefit from the product. Well, I have not had the chance
- 6:04to try it yet, but I am looking forward to it.
- 6:06And congratulations on the 1,000,000 vials.
- 6:09It sounds like you're ready to knock it out of the park right
- 6:13now. So it's positioned very well.
- 6:15The next thing I would like to talk about is a couple of weeks
- 6:19ago I read the article about your new RHA collection with my
- 6:23Pivacaine, which is very interesting personally to me and
- 6:29I'll tell you why. I am allergic to lidocaine so I
- 6:32have had a heck of a time with filler.
- 6:35So when I saw this launch, I was screenshotting it and sending
- 6:38it, send it to the facial plastic surgeon that does my
- 6:41filler and you know, sending it around and I was like finally
- 6:44somebody changed it. But obviously you didn't create
- 6:48it for me. So what made you do that pivot
- 6:51and why and where you looking to go with that?
- 6:53Yeah. Well, look, as you know, RHA
- 6:56collection is produced by Tioxin and it's just an unbelievable
- 7:03filler. And all the studies, all the
- 7:06research, all the work that was done by Tioxin leading up to the
- 7:11switch from lidocaine to mepivacaine were just extremely,
- 7:14extremely well received. And it was just clear that this
- 7:19is the right direction to go from an R&D perspective.
- 7:22Look, we launched it in August, late August.
- 7:26It's been very early days on that.
- 7:28But the receptivity is huge. And as you know, RHA collection,
- 7:32I would say the best filler in the market and having the
- 7:36mepinbicaine in there and just seeing patients just super
- 7:40excited just to your story to hear your joy in using that
- 7:43product is amazing. So that's the sort of reaction
- 7:46we're getting. So, so there's more coming on
- 7:48that line up as we get into 2026.
- 7:50There's more innovation coming and I think the patients are
- 7:53going to be extremely happy when they actually get their hands on
- 7:56it. Well thank you for launching
- 7:59that product because this will change things for me.
- 8:02I've been doing filler with no numbing for a very long time.
- 8:05So excited to step into your product next, if you're OK with
- 8:09it, let's pivot and talk about skin pen a little bit.
- 8:12This has become a go to treatment and I'm curious where
- 8:17you see the role of skin pen as well as micro needlings roll
- 8:22alongside injectables. That's been a very popular hot
- 8:25conversation, so curious what your thoughts are.
- 8:28Yeah, look, Skin pen is just doing fantastic and surf it
- 8:34comes under the regenerative vertical, right.
- 8:37And as you know in this space it just makes a lot of sense to get
- 8:43regenerative treatment. Skin pen is like the go to
- 8:47device out there. We have skin pen, we also have
- 8:49EVO and then we have the third one Elite.
- 8:52We have three pens in the market and micro needling is just
- 8:57unbelievable and we think that will continue to grow.
- 9:00It's doing really well. The stackable treatments, I
- 9:03think we're seeing that more than ever, right?
- 9:06I think these different combinations and the delivery of
- 9:08the results, I think that what I'm noticing is that patients
- 9:12today are more educated than ever, right?
- 9:15And it sounds like Revance is really adapting to this new
- 9:19informed customer by partnering treatments, doing stackable
- 9:23treatments. I think that's the way to stay
- 9:26on top of things. Absolutely right.
- 9:27The patients, they're extremely educated.
- 9:29There's so much research they do.
- 9:32I see that in my own household. My daughter's 23 does so much.
- 9:37She knows so much. I actually take some lessons
- 9:39from her at times. But yes, absolutely right.
- 9:42And the stacking of procedures, pairing of procedures, I think
- 9:45that is the way to go on a lot of these procedures and it just
- 9:49makes a lot of sense. Yes, I agree.
- 9:51And I think the education comes, I have to be honest, from social
- 9:55media, I think that we have a very large group of what I call
- 10:00skin fluencers. And not that all of the
- 10:03information is truthful, but what it leads consumers to do is
- 10:07go do some research on their own.
- 10:09They hear something and then they go and do some research and
- 10:12start looking into it. So while not all the information
- 10:14is accurate, it does kind of prompt people to go do some
- 10:19research on those topics and then but we all become a little
- 10:22bit more informed. So I think in the end it's a
- 10:24good thing. Yeah, absolutely.
- 10:25You nailed it. That's exactly right.
- 10:27So let's talk about the trends right now in the industry and
- 10:32where Revance is going with that.
- 10:34So as we all know, aesthetics is a crowded field, it's a
- 10:38competitive field. What makes Revance stand apart
- 10:42in in such a competitive market? Yeah, look, it's a great
- 10:45question. And as you you may know, Revamps
- 10:49really has two business segments.
- 10:52We obviously have the aesthetics piece, which is a number of
- 10:55brands including DAX, Daxify, RHFIT, Oxy and Skin Pen by Juve.
- 11:00I mentioned EVO. We also have a very nice
- 11:03portfolio of brands on the skin care side which includes Penoxyl
- 11:07which is acne treatment, Blue Lizard which is #1 mineral
- 11:10sunscreen in the US, Strivecton which is our anti aging and then
- 11:14a number of body brands for eczema powders and things like
- 11:17that. So it's a very nice portfolio of
- 11:21products. And as we think about revamps,
- 11:25our goal or aspiration, our true north is to grow both sides of
- 11:29the business, which makes sense. And the epicenter of all of this
- 11:35will always come back to what I stated earlier.
- 11:38These are all products that are science based, innovative
- 11:43products. We want to make sure, whether
- 11:45it's aesthetics or skin care, we are investing a lot of time,
- 11:52resources and capital in research and development and
- 11:56formulation and testing. And we want to make sure
- 11:59absolutely make sure that the product is differentiated.
- 12:02It really has really positive outcomes.
- 12:05And the patients or the consumer on the skin care side that's
- 12:09buying our product is extremely happy, it's safe, it's efficacy
- 12:13and it really, really works. So that's the idea.
- 12:17So then you say, OK, well what are the trends?
- 12:20So on the aesthetic side, as you know, the regenerative vertical
- 12:23is getting a lot of buzz, right, a lot of buzz.
- 12:26So we're continuing to do more research and development in that
- 12:31space and we can talk about innovation a little bit, but we
- 12:35are continuing to expand our portfolio there.
- 12:37And I think that's going to be a massive trend.
- 12:40The other part of this is GLP ones.
- 12:42As you know, that's a huge trend in the world of aesthetics.
- 12:45And then that's when you start talking about fillers and we've
- 12:48got premier line of filler with RHA filler by Tioxane that we
- 12:54think fits extremely nicely in there.
- 12:56So that trend will continue with you.
- 12:58We've got the right product for that.
- 13:00And we also see trends going towards bio simulators.
- 13:04And so we're continuing to do research on that piece.
- 13:07And then on the skin care side, since this is a broad
- 13:09conversation, I'll talk about that as well.
- 13:11Skin health for life, anti aging, longevity, these are all
- 13:15the trends that we're seeing. As you know, the demographics
- 13:19are is aging demographics in the United States.
- 13:22People are living longer and people want to be harmonized,
- 13:26not transformed. So both on the static side and
- 13:30on the skin care side, we're looking at ways to bring
- 13:34products that will gently give you harmonization as opposed to
- 13:37transformation. So we're obviously watching
- 13:39trends on the skin health side, the longevity side of skin
- 13:43health and topicals and things like that as we think about the
- 13:47skin care side. I'm so glad you brought that up
- 13:50because that is usually a topic that I like to hit upon is that
- 13:54a lot of patients want now more than ever, a look that's not
- 14:00done right. They want a natural result.
- 14:03How does revamps kind of shift to that change in demand?
- 14:08So what I would say is it's not necessarily a shift for us.
- 14:12I would submit to you that we're actually there with this is sort
- 14:15of what we're doing today. So when you think about our
- 14:20products like we could start, we've got the range of fillers
- 14:24right from low, medium, high density, which are straddle the
- 14:28world there. And it really is going to come
- 14:30down to which practitioner, which physician you're going to
- 14:32get your filler treatment. But ultimately, the offering is
- 14:36designed to give you a very sort of gentle natural look and give
- 14:42you a very nice harmonization look, right.
- 14:45So I would say today, we sort of sit there and our goal and our
- 14:51aspiration is to stay squarely in the middle of the fairway
- 14:54there and continue with the trend there.
- 14:56And it sounds like you, you are positioned right in the middle.
- 14:59They're not with aggressive treatments that maybe you have
- 15:02to dial it back. And you are looking at
- 15:04longevity, which is I think the buzzword right now.
- 15:07I know I'm doing a webinar coming up on longevity because
- 15:10everybody's bringing up the topic of longevity.
- 15:12I think we not only want to live longer, but we want to
- 15:17capitalize on those years that we're alive on how we look and
- 15:20how we feel, right? So I think that has definitely
- 15:22become a hot topic. So keeping in mind all of the
- 15:26trends and everything that you're doing at Revance, if you
- 15:30could say Fast forward five years from now, what do you hope
- 15:35that providers and patients are saying about Revance?
- 15:39Well, I hope they're saying great things, better events.
- 15:42I hope they're saying, boy, these guys are bringing
- 15:45excellent science based products that are safe and efficacy.
- 15:49And the company Revance stands behind its products.
- 15:53They're staying behind the commitment, the very strong
- 15:57commitment to investment in research and development and
- 16:01science and technology. And they're bringing products
- 16:05that are well researched. The clinicals are solid.
- 16:08And so those are all the things that we want to be able to hear.
- 16:12And it's really a continuation of what's happening today.
- 16:15And so again, that's our aspiration on as we think about
- 16:18R&D, as we think about research, as we think about how do we
- 16:21align our R&D and our scientists that we have, they're brilliant
- 16:24by the way, our team, how do we align it so that we're bringing
- 16:28in products that ultimately are meeting the needs of the
- 16:32patients, right. People want products that will
- 16:36help them sculpt themselves in a way that isn't overnight
- 16:40transformations right there, safe and efficacy.
- 16:42So we're spending a lot of time and dollars there and we're
- 16:46doing it with a lot of cognition on that part.
- 16:48So I certainly hope in five years from now people will
- 16:51continue to say Revance made a commitment to a product thought
- 16:55process that delivered on it and we're extremely happy to
- 16:59continuing to promote and support us.
- 17:02OK, OK, great. And I guess on that topic of
- 17:07competition, it is a fierce market, but how do you keep or
- 17:11how are you planning I guess to keep Revance focused in its own
- 17:15lane instead of reacting to rivals?
- 17:18Yeah. Well, it's a great question.
- 17:20It is a competitive market, but you know it sort of comes back
- 17:24to the genesis of the company. How do we think about the
- 17:27portfolio? How do we think about what is
- 17:29the place to differentiate ourself?
- 17:33Certain aspects that I will point out that differentiates us
- 17:37vis A vis the competitive set #1 we've got 2 segments.
- 17:40We've got skin care and statics #1 #2 we're vertically
- 17:44integrated. So we're not just a pure
- 17:47distribution companies. Often times you see in the
- 17:48space, in the static space, they're just distributors of
- 17:52products that are designed, developed, manufactured outside
- 17:56the United States. We are a vertically integrated
- 17:58company and significant portion of our portfolio is designed,
- 18:05developed, manufactured in the United States.
- 18:08DAXIFY is the only, only US manufactured toxin and that's
- 18:14being sold in the United States. Everything is imported from
- 18:17Europe or Far East. And so we think look, that's a
- 18:21differentiator and we'll continue going down that path.
- 18:24This is sort of goes back to the inception of the company.
- 18:28Jeff Bedard who is the visionary, the founder of Crown
- 18:31Labs was adamant about keeping us vertically integrated and I'm
- 18:35just grateful for his vision and the platform that he built.
- 18:39So we've continued building on that platform and as we think
- 18:43about the competitive side, we think that's a competitive
- 18:44advantage. We're building a platform and
- 18:47building on a platform that is vertically integrated.
- 18:49It's got nice two segments. We're investing a lot of money
- 18:53on science and technology to bring products in and we have
- 18:57the capabilities. These are all in house
- 18:58capabilities and so we can come to market faster, we can really
- 19:04control our destiny and we can then further to augment all of
- 19:10that differentiate on customer centricity, right, Like that's a
- 19:13huge aspect of our differentiator Visa, visa
- 19:16competitive set. We want to be and we continue to
- 19:20be one of the easiest companies to do business with.
- 19:22That is absolutely very, very important.
- 19:24So when if your question is how do you compete, you really
- 19:27compete on product or service or and if you can on both and our
- 19:32goal is to continue competing on both.
- 19:34OK, well, I think that's a fantastic plan.
- 19:37So that works. Let's pivot for just a minute to
- 19:41AII have heard that that's a topic that's exciting to you.
- 19:45It's always been very exciting to me as well.
- 19:47I think I was in the 1st 1000 users of ChatGPT and we see
- 19:51where that went, right? So I'm just curious what you
- 19:55think and what you see is the role of AI and aesthetics coming
- 19:59for us? Yeah, Look, I think Doctor
- 20:01Randy, we probably have to do like 2 episodes of another
- 20:03podcast just to cover AI. It's just a.
- 20:08Broad topic now that we can spend a lot of time talking
- 20:13about it and getting excited about it, right?
- 20:15But if you had to force me to say, hey, in a very short period
- 20:18of time, let's get the narrative.
- 20:21I think the way you think about this, at least the way I think
- 20:25about this is really two pieces. AI technology, regenerative AI
- 20:31in particular I think is getting availed and will continue to get
- 20:35availed really in two pieces. One is sort of the back end of
- 20:39any company. What do I mean by that?
- 20:42That means things like customer service, order fulfillment,
- 20:46procurement to pay order to cash, all these sub processes
- 20:50that a company needs to avail and perform a ton of technology
- 20:58that is based on regenerative AI that companies are availing.
- 21:03OK. And it's in the early innings
- 21:05there. Some technologies are working,
- 21:08some are still to be tested, but there's just a massive
- 21:11proliferation of options set there.
- 21:14And that includes, by the way, leveraging AI for R&D, for
- 21:18formulations, right? Remember, I talked about we've
- 21:20got this whole skin care line, multiple brands there.
- 21:23Well, what's the next aspect of the skin care, right?
- 21:26Like how do you formulate and how can you make it right So you
- 21:29can use technology to all the back end, let's say heavy AI.
- 21:33The other part that I see they'll continue to grow is on
- 21:37the front facing right. So this is using AI simulators
- 21:43to look and check your treatment plant.
- 21:47So before we even go into a Med spa or a dermatology office, you
- 21:53kind of go in the app and there's a bunch of them out
- 21:55there, but it's really good level that technology getting
- 21:58extremely sophisticated. It is getting really, really
- 22:02interesting. I think you'll continue seeing
- 22:04that and then you sort of tying that up into how do you actually
- 22:08bring customers to your product? How do you bring to the funnel?
- 22:12How do you take them through a consumer journey?
- 22:14How do you take them from a sales lead to ultimately into an
- 22:18actual transaction at a derm or Metspot, all that heavy, heavy
- 22:24usage of AI coming to go. So that's sort of the front end.
- 22:28But I would say the proliferation and AI is just,
- 22:31it's compounding so fast, so fast that it's actually hard to
- 22:35keep up. But you'll continue to see
- 22:37innovation and deployment of AI on both sides of the fence
- 22:42there. I can't wait to see what happens
- 22:45with AII, think it's phenomenal what's happening.
- 22:48And then putting it into our industry, putting it into play
- 22:51will be very exciting to see. I think it's going to change for
- 22:54the provider, it's going to change for the patient, it's
- 22:57going to change everything. So we'll see where that takes us
- 23:00in the next few years. So speaking about the next few
- 23:03years, a couple of things. Without getting into specifics,
- 23:07how do you decide which innovations are worth pursuing
- 23:12in aesthetics and which are not? Yeah.
- 23:15Look, we, we have this great opportunity to revance that.
- 23:18We've got excellent brands that are doing extremely well.
- 23:22And we sit at this sort of point where we have two businesses
- 23:26like I explained, aesthetics and skin care.
- 23:29And our goal is to continue investing in both sides.
- 23:32We think there's upside and opportunity on both on
- 23:36aesthetics and skin care and certainly a key part of the
- 23:41framework of decision making, which is what you're pointing
- 23:44to. How do you decide is around
- 23:47making sure that we're investing enough R&D and time on the
- 23:55scientific and aspect of the product #1 and #2 we're making
- 24:00sure that we are bringing products to the market that are
- 24:05safe and efficacy. And you sort of double click
- 24:07from there and you say, okay, well on the static side, you can
- 24:09clearly see us bringing more things on their regenerative
- 24:12side like that's a must have. We're doing a lot of research
- 24:15there. We've got some very interesting
- 24:17innovation coming in the next couple of years that I think
- 24:20will be extremely well received. And I think it's going to fit in
- 24:24with some of the discussion we had around transformation versus
- 24:28harmonization. I think it's going to fit really
- 24:31well and we play in that field today.
- 24:33And so we have a great opportunity to go and continue
- 24:36developing that. We will continue to support new
- 24:40innovation coming on the filler side with Tioxane.
- 24:43So there's more coming there over the next five years.
- 24:46I think that's going to be very, very exciting to see.
- 24:49I think you'll continue to see evolution on the skin pen.
- 24:52We're on in our 4th generation of skin pen.
- 24:56So there's a lot more we can do there that's coming.
- 24:59And you'll continue to see on the skin care side, a nice
- 25:04expansion of our line up. So put a plug on some of our
- 25:08other brands. So for instance, Penoxil, which
- 25:10is our acne brand, you know, we few years ago we just had
- 25:14benzoyl peroxide. Now we have salicylic acid.
- 25:16Now we have adapting gel, we have all the formats, and we're
- 25:20changing the application formats as well.
- 25:23So I think there's a lot more there that we can do that the
- 25:26ultimate then consumer really likes wants.
- 25:28They want to be able to transport their product.
- 25:30They want to quick and clean efficacy, serve results.
- 25:34So there's a lot more that we can do there.
- 25:35So we'll continue investing their sunscreen or Blues or
- 25:38sunscreens, the number one mineral sunscreen in the US
- 25:41right now #1 which is great, which is super proud of that
- 25:44brand. And then you can do a lot more
- 25:45there. So you'll see more than describe
- 25:47directing brand, which is our anti aging brand that does well
- 25:51at Ulta and other retailers. We're bringing some extremely
- 25:55nice innovation there that is going to play into the
- 25:58longevity, the sort of the skin health and sort of enhancements
- 26:03on fine lines and wrinkles that I think will really please
- 26:07people. And again, we're doing a lot of
- 26:08research, we're doing a lot of clinicals on this stuff.
- 26:11So we want to make sure that what we're bringing to the
- 26:13market is extremely well received.
- 26:15And then we've got this huge opportunity to do additional
- 26:19products on eczema. We have a great brand, Saarna
- 26:22that we have. It's really awesome.
- 26:25It's over the counter treatment for eczema, but I think we can
- 26:28do a lot more there. And so we'll continue to see
- 26:31more innovation coming from that side.
- 26:33OK, Well, sounds like you have big plans for 2026.
- 26:39Any thoughts on where you might land in regenerative in exosomes
- 26:44or stem cells or anything in the regenerative arena?
- 26:47Absolutely. So look, you take the words out
- 26:49of my mouth. Of course, exosomes is huge.
- 26:51This is all sort of coming in 2026.
- 26:53So we've got some really nice technology coming and it's all
- 26:56playing around regenerative exosomes, autologous exosomes,
- 27:02those kinds of things. And I usually leave a lot of
- 27:05this discussion for the scientists on our team because
- 27:07they're really good at this. But yes, absolutely on the
- 27:10regenerative side. And that's sort of the idea
- 27:12where we're spying towards procedures that really have
- 27:16awesome outcomes for the patients.
- 27:18And so you can definitely see us bringing more on the front in
- 27:222026. OK.
- 27:24Well, we can't wait to see it. Couple of final questions that I
- 27:28have for you, Nadine, is that you've worked across multiple
- 27:32sectors when I was doing some research on you.
- 27:35What about aesthetics feels most unique to you?
- 27:38Just to really dive in fully as the CEO of one of the largest
- 27:42aesthetics companies. Here's what gets me really
- 27:44excited and a big reason why I'm here is I am super excited about
- 27:51being able to bring products to the market that really have a
- 27:57massive impact on people's lives.
- 27:59It's it's really going to change your lifestyle.
- 28:02Like it's really going to have an impact on how you feel about
- 28:06yourself, how you feel about your skin, how you feel overall
- 28:10as you take our products, right. So that part is what keeps me
- 28:13going. And then you sort of go from
- 28:16there. It's OK.
- 28:16Well, then if that's what we're about, let's make sure that
- 28:20we're doing all the research, we're investing in the science
- 28:24to really bring products that are safe and efficacy and really
- 28:27have an extreme positive outcome in a person's life.
- 28:32So that ability to impact someone's life in an extremely
- 28:37positive way is really, to me, it's an honor and and it really
- 28:41keeps me very energized and working hard vis a vis other
- 28:46businesses that I've fled and spent a lot of time on.
- 28:49This is one of those rare opportunities where you can
- 28:52actually make a huge impact, and I'm grateful for having that
- 28:55opportunity. And I'm sure you will.
- 28:57And I think that aesthetic companies have to take more bold
- 29:02risks than most companies. What would you say the boldest
- 29:06risk that aesthetic companies will need to take over the next
- 29:09few years? Yeah.
- 29:12Look, that's a great question. I think it's one of those things
- 29:16where you have to think about how much you can push on
- 29:21envelope, right, because it's around transformation versus
- 29:25harmonization and statics. Companies can certainly have the
- 29:31resources and the capital allocation to go come up with a
- 29:34lot of things. However, what you have to
- 29:37balance is are you putting products out in the market at
- 29:42the expense of some long term issues to a patient, right?
- 29:45So that's where the balance is. You want to be thoughtful around
- 29:48that. You want to bring change in
- 29:50people's lives, but not at a detriment, right?
- 29:53So again, it's a big broad question you're asking.
- 29:55So I'm giving a big broad answer to that, but that's the sort of
- 29:59internal plug off war that you have, right?
- 30:03What is too much And we all have to struggle with that and have
- 30:05to have an answer in our own respective companies.
- 30:09And look where we sit today. I can speak for ourself.
- 30:11For us, it's really important that we're continuing down the
- 30:15regenerative path. I think that's a very solid
- 30:17path. And by definition, it's sort of
- 30:21gives you certain guardrails, right?
- 30:22It's whatever you put out there, it's going to be nice gentle,
- 30:26steady enhancements, which we think bodes well for what the
- 30:30trends and what the consumers want.
- 30:31So I think we're feeling really good about that.
- 30:33OK. And so let's wrap up with one
- 30:37final question. Imagine the headline that you
- 30:41would love to see written about revamped one year from now.
- 30:44What would it say? I would love to be able to see a
- 30:49massive accolade from our customers and our physicians
- 30:53that revamped 2 point O is really the company that delivers
- 31:01on their promise and their commitment and bringing
- 31:06excellent science based products at at a customer service level
- 31:11that is best in class. So if we could get that
- 31:15accolade, you can social media front page, whatever prank your
- 31:21choice, that is a huge acknowledgement of what we're
- 31:25aspiring to continue to do. So I would love to see that.
- 31:29I love that. That's a great way to sum things
- 31:32up. And great episode, you know,
- 31:34Thank you so much for joining us, Nadine.
- 31:36Is there anything else that you'd like to share with the
- 31:38listeners and viewers before we sign off?
- 31:41Yeah, look, thank you for your time.
- 31:42You've got an excellent show. It's an honor to be here.
- 31:46I thank you for your time. Thank you for inviting me.
- 31:48I hope we can do this again and I look forward to definitely
- 31:53keeping up and listening to your other shows.
- 31:55Absolutely. And, you know, we'd love to have
- 31:57you back next year and hear about how the plans are coming
- 32:00along and how things are going. And I look forward to meeting
- 32:03you in Nashville next year. So thank you so much for your

- 32:08the busier weeks of your life. So thank you for taking some
- 32:11time with us. We appreciate it.
- 32:13And that's it for today's episode of the Doctor Randy
