- 0:00Speaker 1: And Ron Howard, a very famous actor and probably more
- 0:03Speaker 1: famous direct director.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Yeah, is getting a little bit.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Older in life, and he has decided a rule that
- 0:10Speaker 1: a lot of grandparents follow.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Not all, but some.
- 0:14Speaker 1: All Right, Ron Howard says, you know what, rules don't
- 0:17Speaker 1: apply at his house for his six grandkids. He's spoiling them,
- 0:20Speaker 1: absolutely rotten. And you know what, he's got the money
- 0:23Speaker 1: to do just that.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Yeah, that's actually almost terrifying.
- 0:26Speaker 2: He's got like bookoo.
- 0:27Speaker 1: But so I was wondering, if you are a mom
- 0:31Speaker 1: or a dad, and you know, little Timmy or little
- 0:34Speaker 1: Sarah go off to grandparents for the afternoon or for
- 0:38Speaker 1: the day, are they coming back just the most spoiled,
- 0:41Speaker 1: worst behaviored kids of all time because mom and dad,
- 0:44Speaker 1: your mom and dad aren't really laying the hammer down.
- 0:48Speaker 4: One hundred percent my kids. I just there was always
- 0:52Speaker 4: an awareness like if my kids are going to my
- 0:54Speaker 4: mom's house or to my baby daddy's parents' house, it's like, well,
- 0:59Speaker 4: just no, they ate five pounds of chocolate chip cookies.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Yeah, a vegetable where not in any of those?
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah, and then just massive amounts of TV whatever they
- 1:13Speaker 4: want to do, like there are no rules and yeah,
- 1:16Speaker 4: the version of my kids that I would get back
- 1:19Speaker 4: absolute terrors. But I always just thought, that's the price
- 1:23Speaker 4: I have to pay, because why are they at grandma
- 1:25Speaker 4: and Grandpa's Usually because a.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Girl needed a break, That's right. I wanted to have
- 1:30Speaker 3: a girl'sn't.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I want to, like, you know, Grandma and Grandpa babysit,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and that's for free. And so the price that I
- 1:37Speaker 4: have to pay for some freedom is that my kids
- 1:40Speaker 4: will come back absolute monster.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Yeah seven one two eight zero one nine eight seven.
- 1:46Speaker 1: How do your parents spoil your kids? And we're yeah,
- 1:49Speaker 1: we're talking ate a bunch of candy. They had all
- 1:52Speaker 1: the cookies and a bedtime where I was gonna say
- 1:56Speaker 1: the midnight, yeah, that would be early.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Hey, yeah, Eva, what about you?
- 2:02Speaker 1: My mom keeps a literal candy drawer at her house
- 2:05Speaker 1: and my kids don't even bother to say hi.
- 2:08Speaker 3: When we did, and they just run straight to it.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And then she wonders why bedtime at my house is chaos?
- 2:13Speaker 2: It is so relatable.
- 2:15Speaker 1: We go to my grandmother's house and in this blue
- 2:18Speaker 1: I don't know if it's ceramic or whatever, this blue
- 2:21Speaker 1: jar chocolate chip cookies, and nine times out of ten
- 2:26Speaker 1: they were homemade.
- 2:27Speaker 2: It wasn't even your chip. Oh nice and straight to
- 2:31Speaker 2: the kitchen, Grandma, do you have any cookies? Also?
- 2:34Speaker 3: High?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Yeah, when I was like seven years old.
- 2:37Speaker 4: But that's what grandparents do. They're supposed to do that.
- 2:40Speaker 4: They had to be strict and raise you to be
- 2:43Speaker 4: like good people. But it's not their responsibility to make
- 2:46Speaker 4: your kids good people.
- 2:47Speaker 3: So who cares?
- 2:49Speaker 2: Kleb. How do your parents spoil your kids ice creams?
- 2:53Speaker 2: My parents are the ice cream grandparents.
- 2:55Speaker 1: We had ice cream at our house.
- 2:56Speaker 2: But it's an event at my mom's house.
- 2:58Speaker 3: They break out the sprinkle sauces, marshmallows, cherries, you know,
- 3:02Speaker 3: to work.
- 3:03Speaker 2: So did we all just have the same grandparents? I'm learning, Yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 2: grandparents are the same.
- 3:08Speaker 4: I fully expect that I'm gonna be that kind of grandparent.
- 3:11Speaker 3: My kids think.
- 3:12Speaker 4: I'm the strictest, worst whatever, and it's like, just wait
- 3:16Speaker 4: till you give me little grand babies. You're gonna see
- 3:18Speaker 4: a whole different Angie.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Do you have a little victory from over the weekend? Angie?
- 3:26Speaker 4: My entire weekend was victorious. I will say that. On Saturday,
- 3:31Speaker 4: the kids and I and Mikey we all went to
- 3:34Speaker 4: Bean Days.
- 3:35Speaker 3: In Horace and it was so fun. I really live
- 3:41Speaker 3: for games to go.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Had all the inflatables out there, and I live for
- 3:45Speaker 4: uninflatable I think they're so fun. I love seeing all
- 3:48Speaker 4: the kids like race through and bounce in the bouncy
- 3:52Speaker 4: houses and go down the big slide, like my kids
- 3:55Speaker 4: were having a time, and so that was dope.
- 3:57Speaker 3: And then this was my favorite.
- 4:00Speaker 4: So we have the great fortune of being colleagues with
- 4:05Speaker 4: the guys over at the Fox.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they're super nice.
- 4:11Speaker 4: And Dave he has uh this haunt that he does
- 4:15Speaker 4: every year and it benefits charity and it's called the
- 4:18Speaker 4: Crypt at Jacob's Manor.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Yeah, had write up about it.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Yes, And so we got to have a sneak peek
- 4:26Speaker 4: like behind the scenes tour of the haunt on Saturday.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Let me tell you, it was daytime and like not
- 4:35Speaker 4: even everything was fully set up yet.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Bruh. I was scared, the kids were scared, Mike was scared.
- 4:42Speaker 4: So I'm really excited to go back once it opens
- 4:46Speaker 4: in October.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Like what a vibe. I can't wait for you to go.
- 4:49Speaker 3: You obviously are going right game.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, I would have went last year, but
- 4:53Speaker 2: I just didn't. I wasn't here in time.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Oh gotcha. So yeah, so that was really exciting.
- 4:57Speaker 4: It was just a really fun weekend where we like
- 5:01Speaker 4: went out and we touched grass and that was magical.
- 5:03Speaker 2: That is magical.
- 5:05Speaker 1: I also touched some grass this weekend anngie the Glitten
- 5:08Speaker 1: fishing trip and reunion. So my dad's dad, right, my
- 5:11Speaker 1: grandpa was the oldest out of thirteen kids.
- 5:15Speaker 2: What.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yes, So my dad has this family that is just ginormous. Right,
- 5:21Speaker 1: he has like uncles and aunts he's older than he
- 5:24Speaker 1: has cousins who are like my age and or his age.
- 5:28Speaker 1: It really is a massive, massive, yeah Gliddin family.
- 5:32Speaker 2: And it was great.
- 5:33Speaker 1: There were some of these these people that I've you know,
- 5:35Speaker 1: met like twice in my entire life, and then some
- 5:38Speaker 1: that I know pretty well and whatever, and it was
- 5:40Speaker 1: just really cool. I always tell Corey, you know, she
- 5:42Speaker 1: switched her last name to Glidin when we got married,
- 5:45Speaker 1: and I always told her, Hey, there are some parts
- 5:47Speaker 1: of the state where you walk into a room and
- 5:48Speaker 1: you're glitten and it's pretty darn cool. And there are
- 5:52Speaker 1: sometimes you walk into a different part of the state
- 5:55Speaker 1: and you go, don't tell anyone your last name, right, just.
- 5:59Speaker 3: That sounds on for who you.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Are, but it was just it was a great time.
- 6:03Speaker 1: And then obviously football being back is wonderful. I'm a
- 6:06Speaker 1: huge Vikes fan, so I'm looking forward to the game today.
- 6:08Speaker 1: So basically a massive victory for three days. And now
- 6:12Speaker 1: I got a wedding coming up this weekend. So I've
- 6:13Speaker 1: been a busy boys September so far.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Okay, but the best victory of all is that you've
- 6:18Speaker 4: reunited with your co host and we're doing the show today.
- 6:21Speaker 2: That's right, I'm back in the building.
- 6:29Speaker 1: College and high schools are back in session all across
- 6:32Speaker 1: the country, and while you might not be in school,
- 6:36Speaker 1: I was wondering if there was a hobby you had
- 6:39Speaker 1: that you wish you could take classes on, just to
- 6:42Speaker 1: maybe even get better at it, to just learn more
- 6:46Speaker 1: about it. Because it turns out that art classes they
- 6:50Speaker 1: don't just spark creativity. You know, you think art, Okay,
- 6:54Speaker 1: I got to use this creative part of my brain
- 6:56Speaker 1: or whatever. Yeah, it turns out that they can actually
- 6:58Speaker 1: help boost your memory and your focus as well.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Oh, then I should take a class because I can draw.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Yeah, you're a very good drawer.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you say it one more time. No, I'm
- 7:09Speaker 3: just kidding.
- 7:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I can draw, and I have often thought like,
- 7:14Speaker 4: maybe I should take a class to expand the kind
- 7:18Speaker 4: of drawing that I can do. Mine's very like cartoony
- 7:22Speaker 4: and so.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very and I mean this is a compliment.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You know when you go to like an amusement park
- 7:26Speaker 1: and they do the caricatures.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you could do that. Oh my gosh,
- 7:30Speaker 4: that's actually too kind. I'm not good enough to do that,
- 7:33Speaker 4: but I think you could. I appreciate the mote of confidence.
- 7:36Speaker 4: But maybe if I did take a class, I could
- 7:39Speaker 4: get better at it and then improve my focus and memory,
- 7:41Speaker 4: because you're Girla's only getting older.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I do like that.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I've always wanted to take like an auto shop class.
- 7:51Speaker 4: You would be so good at that because I remember
- 7:53Speaker 4: you told me that you built a motorcycle before, didn't you.
- 7:57Speaker 2: How did you do that?
- 7:57Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I built this old motorcycle. I'm really built. It's
- 8:01Speaker 1: I more kind of put it back together. But I YouTube.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I just tried and failed at little sections and tried
- 8:07Speaker 1: and failed and tried and failed until I would get
- 8:09Speaker 1: it right, and then I'd move on to the next
- 8:11Speaker 1: little section. And I really enjoyed it because at our job, right,
- 8:15Speaker 1: we don't really use our hands too much.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Our job is so based on our brain.
- 8:20Speaker 4: And cerebral I mean, I just use my hands when
- 8:22Speaker 4: I talk because I can't help myself.
- 8:24Speaker 3: But like I'm not doing anything.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was just fun.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It was during COVID and I've sat in this garage
- 8:29Speaker 1: and built a motorcycle just for something to kind of do.
- 8:32Speaker 3: And you but you don't ride. You gave this to
- 8:34Speaker 3: your friends.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, my friend has it. No, No, I do not,
- 8:37Speaker 1: but it's still It was a lot of fun. And
- 8:38Speaker 1: I like the challenge and I really like puzzles, so
- 8:41Speaker 1: I kind of think that would be fun. Even just
- 8:43Speaker 1: like super basic auto stuff like auto mechanics stuff I
- 8:47Speaker 1: think would be really cool to learn and just have
- 8:50Speaker 1: in the back pocket.
- 8:51Speaker 4: You know that at Aiden's high school and he can't.
- 8:53Speaker 4: He wanted to take the class now, but he can't
- 8:55Speaker 4: because he's a freshman. No, but they have like lots
- 8:59Speaker 4: of auto classes, like autoshop classes, and that's fascinating to
- 9:04Speaker 4: me and cool, So he's hoping to get into that.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Yeah. Seven oh one two eight zero one nine eight seven.
- 9:10Speaker 1: If there's a hobby, you could take a class on
- 9:12Speaker 1: either just to get better at or learn more about
- 9:14Speaker 1: it or whatever. Now I know there's probably twelve or
- 9:17Speaker 1: thirteen year old out there who would go. You know,
- 9:19Speaker 1: I'd love to take a class on call of Duty.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Oh, just be the professor.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Just get real good at God. Yeah, I can help
- 9:27Speaker 1: you out. Jeane, what about you?
- 9:30Speaker 3: I've always wanted to learn how to crochet or knit.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I think making my own clothes would be amazing. Imagine
- 9:35Speaker 3: having a bag of yarn and then turning that into
- 9:38Speaker 3: a shirt or something.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Do you know who can do this?
- 9:42Speaker 3: Your wife?
- 9:42Speaker 1: And I don't know if she would say she's great
- 9:44Speaker 1: or not, but she knows how to do it as
- 9:46Speaker 1: my wife, Corey. Yeah, I love that be crochets, knitch,
- 9:49Speaker 1: she can like sew, which is a completely lost art.
- 9:53Speaker 3: This is fascinating to me. I'm going to take a
- 9:55Speaker 3: class from her. I'm not domestic at all.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Well, Lisa, what about you Pottery? I've been obsessed since
- 10:02Speaker 2: watching that scene in Ghost.
- 10:04Speaker 3: I want to be able to make something that isn't
- 10:06Speaker 3: just a lopsided ashtray.
- 10:08Speaker 2: They gotta have pottery classes out there, Oh.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Of course they do.
- 10:12Speaker 4: There's pottery classes, and then you can paint the pottery
- 10:15Speaker 4: and then also drink.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Did I make up that class in my brain? I
- 10:18Speaker 3: think it's a real thing.
- 10:26Speaker 4: If there's ever going to be horrible behavior from an adult.
- 10:30Speaker 4: I said this last week when we were discussing the
- 10:33Speaker 4: CEO that snatched the hat from the kid at the
- 10:36Speaker 4: tennis match. It's at sporting events. They can't help themselves.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Adults at sporting events. If there's evil in their heart,
- 10:44Speaker 4: that's where it comes out.
- 10:46Speaker 1: It's like it is truly like this thing comes to
- 10:49Speaker 1: the surface and you think that you have the right
- 10:54Speaker 1: or that you there's nobody watching you.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Exactly saying to me, So we've all seen this now,
- 11:01Speaker 4: the viral video of the lady who was so mad
- 11:06Speaker 4: at the Phillies game. And she's a Phillies fan, and
- 11:08Speaker 4: I'm ashamed because I'm also a Phillies fan, and how
- 11:11Speaker 4: dare this woman?
- 11:13Speaker 2: Yes?
- 11:13Speaker 4: And so it's this Karen who there was a home
- 11:17Speaker 4: run that was hit and everyone was scrambling for this ball.
- 11:21Speaker 4: A father picked up the ball it landed near this
- 11:24Speaker 4: woman and then gave it to his son. And then
- 11:27Speaker 4: you would think, oh, man, I guess I didn't get
- 11:29Speaker 4: that one.
- 11:30Speaker 3: No.
- 11:30Speaker 4: No, She marches over to this dad and this son,
- 11:35Speaker 4: and this is what she had to say, you took.
- 11:42Speaker 3: It from me. Oh my gosh, you nightmare.
- 11:45Speaker 4: And the poor kid is standing there like, uh okay,
- 11:48Speaker 4: like my dad is just giving me this home run ball,
- 11:50Speaker 4: like this is a special moment for the father and son.
- 11:54Speaker 4: And then this woman with her Karen haircut. I mean,
- 11:57Speaker 4: she couldn't have fit the description. It's on the nose, Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 4: comes over and it's taking the ball like it was
- 12:04Speaker 4: abhorrent behavior.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:06Speaker 4: But then, of course, because the internet be interneting this kid,
- 12:12Speaker 4: the he got to meet the team afterwards. He was
- 12:15Speaker 4: given a signed bat by Harrison Bader, and then Marcus Lamonis,
- 12:20Speaker 4: who's this like billionaire, tweeted and he's promised the kid
- 12:25Speaker 4: and his family a trip to the World Series and
- 12:28Speaker 4: gifted them an RV.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Yeah it, I mean, it turns out that if you're
- 12:32Speaker 1: a kid, the greatest thing that could happen to you ever, Yeah,
- 12:35Speaker 1: is like an adult not knowing how to behave like
- 12:38Speaker 1: an adult at a sporting event.
- 12:40Speaker 2: It is the greatest thing that could ever happen to you.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Okay.
- 12:43Speaker 4: So that being said, Gabe, is this like we need
- 12:47Speaker 4: like a Batman figure to be a horrible person.
- 12:53Speaker 3: To get kids things that they deserve.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Right.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not the hero that we deserve, but it's
- 12:58Speaker 1: the hero we need right now. Yes, some adult to
- 13:01Speaker 1: be the world's most hated human. Yes, and just you know,
- 13:04Speaker 1: go try to take baseballs or footballs or hats from
- 13:07Speaker 1: kids at sporting sorting events.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, Gabe, did we just come up with
- 13:10Speaker 3: a movie we didn't write the screen?
- 13:15Speaker 2: Please?
- 13:15Speaker 1: That would be fabulous. You know what made this story
- 13:17Speaker 1: even better? It was that kid's birthday that day? What
- 13:22Speaker 1: wow from that?
- 13:24Speaker 2: For this lady?
- 13:25Speaker 4: What is this woman gonna be facing at work here today?
- 13:36Speaker 2: This is sorry, not sorry.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Where we say the thing you're thinking, but are too
- 13:40Speaker 1: polite to say, We're gonna die on the hill of
- 13:42Speaker 1: controversial opinion. So you don't have to, Angie, what has
- 13:47Speaker 1: you so upset on this Monday?
- 13:49Speaker 4: I'm gonna say the thing you're thinking, and I'm not
- 13:52Speaker 4: too polite to say it. Call me Ludicris, cuz move
- 13:56Speaker 4: be get out the way. When you are grocery shopping
- 14:02Speaker 4: and you have a cart with you, it is crazy
- 14:05Speaker 4: work to think you should place the car in the
- 14:08Speaker 4: middle of the aisle, as though there aren't several other
- 14:12Speaker 4: people who need to purchase items in the same aisle.
- 14:15Speaker 4: That etiquette is to place your cart close to the
- 14:19Speaker 4: shelf on which you're looking for items. But apparently everybody
- 14:23Speaker 4: has main character syndrome and thinks they're the only ones shopping.
- 14:28Speaker 4: It's actually almost an impressive lack of self awareness, especially
- 14:33Speaker 4: when you see someone coming and you don't move your cart.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Now.
- 14:38Speaker 4: I experience this just yesterday at Target and Walmart. Wow,
- 14:44Speaker 4: there's a spatial awareness of self awareness, Like, what.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Are you doing now?
- 14:49Speaker 4: You are not the only one who needs to grab
- 14:51Speaker 4: a pack of tortillas. Ma'am, You're not the only one
- 14:55Speaker 4: looking for a false scented candle. Please, for the love
- 14:59Speaker 4: of all that's good and just move your cart.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you know some of us need that. Orville Redenbacker's popcorn,
- 15:05Speaker 1: that's right.
- 15:06Speaker 3: I'm an act to Butterlover's kind of gal.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Sure, But either way, I would never just block an
- 15:12Speaker 4: entire aisle with my cart, as though I'm just here
- 15:16Speaker 4: shopping by myself and it's a movie and.
- 15:19Speaker 3: There are no other patrons.
- 15:21Speaker 4: We are not all NPCs, Okay, We are all main
- 15:25Speaker 4: characters in our own lives, and we need to respect
- 15:28Speaker 4: each other, move out of my weight.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I've learned a lot from sorry not sorry, Angie, and
- 15:33Speaker 1: you and I both really seem to deal with people
- 15:36Speaker 1: who can't move three feet.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Yeah, just move three feet, Just move use your body.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Says Variety. Big ninety eight point sevens gave an Angie.
- 15:45Speaker 1: We will see some sun to start today. It does
- 15:47Speaker 1: get cloudy with a high of seventy nine. And when
- 15:51Speaker 1: you're out at a restaurant or at a bar, what
- 15:54Speaker 1: do you order to drink? Supposedly your drink order can
- 16:00Speaker 1: reveal a lot about you. Uh servers can judge you
- 16:05Speaker 1: off your first drink order. That's before you even get
- 16:08Speaker 1: to the Uh we're gonna split one meal, before you
- 16:13Speaker 1: even get to.
- 16:14Speaker 4: That, and they judge you by your drinks. My worst
- 16:17Speaker 4: fear is letting down my server.
- 16:20Speaker 3: I know that that sounds.
- 16:21Speaker 4: So stupid, but I'm such a like people pleaser, and
- 16:24Speaker 4: I always want my server to think I was the
- 16:26Speaker 4: best customer they ever had.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Now, there's also, you know, time and a place.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Obviously, there's sometimes you're gonna go to a bar and
- 16:33Speaker 1: you're just, hey, I'm not I'm just gonna have a water,
- 16:35Speaker 1: right that is gonna happen. Yeah, what would you say
- 16:38Speaker 1: you'd order when you go to a bar or restaurant, Angie,
- 16:42Speaker 1: I'll tell you what it says about you.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Oh, if I'm if I am drinking alcohol that day,
- 16:46Speaker 4: I'm a gosa egos on the rocks with an orange,
- 16:51Speaker 4: that's my Oh, gosa egos and applesa though, I'm a
- 16:53Speaker 4: tequila girl.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, all right, well that would kind of fit
- 16:57Speaker 1: in this category. Okay, your bartender might really actually enjoy
- 17:04Speaker 1: that because it's something different.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Oh, it's a name. It's a name.
- 17:08Speaker 1: They don't hear a ton, especially pronounce the way that
- 17:10Speaker 1: you pronounce it.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Oh, so it might be kind of fun. They would
- 17:13Speaker 2: think you're up for adventure and you're adventurous.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, this is not true. I'm so boring. No, yeah,
- 17:19Speaker 3: I'm adventurous when I drink.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Well, let's say you go and you order a water.
- 17:24Speaker 1: All right, your waiter's gonna either assume that you're really
- 17:27Speaker 1: focused on hydration.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right, or you're wanting to save some money.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Totally fair.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I can't.
- 17:33Speaker 2: I just want to get some water.
- 17:35Speaker 4: No, I would be like, I just love being a
- 17:37Speaker 4: hydrated hottie.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I don't want them to think I'm cheap.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Yeah, well, what about if you order a coffee right now?
- 17:43Speaker 1: I've never ordered a coffee at necessarily a bar, but
- 17:45Speaker 1: maybe like a diner.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I just always do.
- 17:49Speaker 4: The annoying thing about me is that I'm vegan, so
- 17:51Speaker 4: there's like never a creamer for me most of the time.
- 17:55Speaker 4: So I just drink my coffee black. And then I
- 17:58Speaker 4: worry that people think like, oh, she thinks she's so
- 18:01Speaker 4: cool because she doesn't need any creamer, and it's.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Like, no, no, no, I just don't have the option. I
- 18:06Speaker 3: would prefer lots of sweet cream.
- 18:08Speaker 2: That's yeah, weird. Well coffee.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Coffee can tell a lot about a person, but it
- 18:14Speaker 1: depends on how you take it.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Right.
- 18:16Speaker 1: If you take it black, it gives you the impression
- 18:18Speaker 1: that you're pretty straightforward.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Yeah, and I'm not.
- 18:21Speaker 1: But if you're drinking it with oat milk, nutmeg and
- 18:23Speaker 1: whipped cream, you're probably high maintenance.
- 18:26Speaker 3: I'm somewhere in the middle.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree with that.
- 18:28Speaker 1: And then finally, if you, let's say you get like
- 18:31Speaker 1: a cosmopolitan all right.
- 18:33Speaker 4: If it means you watched sex in the city throughout
- 18:35Speaker 4: your formative.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Years, it's very funny. That's exactly what it says down here.
- 18:39Speaker 1: It says if you if you order this, there's a
- 18:42Speaker 1: chance you're extra fancy and or a huge fan of
- 18:46Speaker 1: sex in the city.
- 18:47Speaker 3: That's right.
- 18:48Speaker 2: If there is.
- 18:49Speaker 1: If you have a drink order and you would like
- 18:50Speaker 1: to know what it could say about you, text me
- 18:53Speaker 1: your drink order and I'll let you know what it
- 18:55Speaker 1: says here at seven oh one two eight zero one
- 18:58Speaker 1: eight seven.
- 18:58Speaker 2: There's a couple more on lists.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So you want to know what yours might be, I
- 19:02Speaker 1: will tell you if you send me a message. So
- 19:10Speaker 1: this past weekend I went on just a little long weekend,
- 19:14Speaker 1: a glitten fishing trip, which is really like a glitten
- 19:17Speaker 1: golf flash fishing flash kind of hanging out and drinking trip,
- 19:22Speaker 1: right and so on Sunday, everyone kind of gets up
- 19:24Speaker 1: and gets moving because a lot of the people go
- 19:26Speaker 1: are from like southern Minnesota, so they have kind of
- 19:28Speaker 1: a long car ride. So I left kind of early
- 19:31Speaker 1: on Sunday to head home as well, and Cory and
- 19:33Speaker 1: I get home or I get home Corey's home. Were
- 19:36Speaker 1: just enjoying our normal Sunday watching football like everyone else.
- 19:39Speaker 1: It was nice to have the long afternoon but at
- 19:41Speaker 1: one point in the middle of the afternoon yesterday, we
- 19:44Speaker 1: got like a doorbell on our door, and I'm sitting, well,
- 19:48Speaker 1: I don't have many packages from Amazon coming. That must
- 19:51Speaker 1: be for you, you know. Yeah, And so we look
- 19:53Speaker 1: and we see these two kids on the door on
- 19:55Speaker 1: the screen on our you know, on our camera thing. Yeah,
- 19:59Speaker 1: and I will to the door and Wenona is all
- 20:01Speaker 1: excited the dog and it's these two kids, these two
- 20:04Speaker 1: sweet girls, and they were like, Hi, we were just
- 20:07Speaker 1: wondering do you have any like seven, eight or nine
- 20:10Speaker 1: year old kids? And I was like, oh, I'm sorry,
- 20:13Speaker 1: I don't. I got a dog and some cats. I
- 20:16Speaker 1: was like, are you just looking for someone to play with?
- 20:18Speaker 1: They were like, yeah, we're just looking for someone to
- 20:20Speaker 1: play with. You know, people in our community. They are
- 20:22Speaker 1: going to bed way too early. School school obviously started again,
- 20:27Speaker 1: and it was just the most adorable thing ever. You know,
- 20:30Speaker 1: you get a ring on your doorbell, you're not expecting.
- 20:32Speaker 1: You're like, who's at my door? Yeah, And it was
- 20:34Speaker 1: just these two kids who were just looking for some friends.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Oh, it was.
- 20:37Speaker 2: It was actually a really really cute thing to see.
- 20:40Speaker 1: And then they're on their bikes and like you know,
- 20:42Speaker 1: as they're leaving, I'm like, I'm really sorry, we don't
- 20:44Speaker 1: have any kids. And then I was like, we have
- 20:46Speaker 1: the dog and the cat, and they were like, well
- 20:47Speaker 1: can we see the dog?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Get to see they didn't get to see.
- 20:54Speaker 3: A total lots so cute.
- 20:56Speaker 1: And then as they were leaving, you know, I shut
- 20:58Speaker 1: the door, but the camera's still on and they were
- 21:01Speaker 1: like it was just cute because they were like, oh,
- 21:03Speaker 1: well he was really nice. Maybe you have kids one day, Hey,
- 21:06Speaker 1: we gotta go to this house. I know they got
- 21:08Speaker 1: kids over there and they're like bike into the neighbors
- 21:11Speaker 1: or something. That it was adorable. Knowing that kids today
- 21:15Speaker 1: still are brave enough to go door to door looking
- 21:17Speaker 1: for friends.
- 21:18Speaker 2: That's very cute.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Cute.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Yea, the world's full of nice people. If you can't
- 21:21Speaker 1: find one, you gotta be one.
