Your homegrown and office-developed behaviours are your keys to passing the CES process. In CES-WE, your behaviours manifest in how you respond to the 7 subtests, especially in the essay-writing area. In the AC, you must demonstrate the behaviours of a complete manager. The validators will assess if your CES behaviours were discoverable in your job and your relationships.
