- 0:02Welcome into a special edition of the Patriot Broadcasting Project.
- 0:05I'm your host, Bubba Starts.
- 0:07With me today, Tyler Culkin Stoser and Aaron Prince.
- 0:10Tyler is a longtime multigenerational South Dakota rancher, and he's got a hell of a story
- 0:17to tell.
- 0:17So, Tyler, Aaron, welcome to the show.
- 0:20How's it going, bud?
- 0:22Thanks for having us, Don.
- 0:23Yeah.
- 0:23Thank you.
- 0:25Yeah.
- 0:25Well, I appreciate you guys coming on, taking a little bit of time for me today.
- 0:30We had Chad Sullivan on recently, and it's taken me down the the road of property rights,
- 0:36especially in South Dakota.
- 0:38Our our friends, the Maude family, have been recently vindicated.
- 0:42But it it drew us closer together again, Tyler, to kinda talk about your situation and
- 0:48something that has plagued your family for several years now.
- 0:52So I want you to go ahead, introduce yourself, and talk about the history of the land first,
- 0:58and then we'll kinda pick up where the troubles began and where it is now.
- 1:02So, yeah, Tyler Soser slash Cockins.
- 1:06I'm the last Cockins of my family.
- 1:11You know, our our family, goes back all the way to the homesteading days.
- 1:15You know?
- 1:16They helped, homestead that location and area of San Antonio County and Been there ever
- 1:24since.
- 1:25You know?
- 1:27I guess my, my grandfather, he got sick on us in 2022 in the mid well, mid August.
- 1:37He passed away September 8.
- 1:40Congestive heart failure, kidney, liver failure.
- 1:44Just so happened to be it was probably about a month after he got the damn COVID shot.
- 1:48So it makes you gotta wonder about that.
- 1:51But, yeah, he when he passed on as a well, the first one I got to the I guess at the hospital,
- 2:01you know, the first time I ever met my grandfather's banker was at the hospital.
- 2:07Like, I'll never forget.
- 2:08It's the last time I was ever scolded by my grandfather.
- 2:10The banker, I inadvertently let him know that my grandfather's dying talking to him as my
- 2:16grandfather's land broker, and I I didn't didn't think it was nothing serious.
- 2:20You know?
- 2:21It kinda obvious he was passing gonna pass on us.
- 2:24You know?
- 2:26And that banker, he walked back in the ICU room, and, I walked in there after that.
- 2:32And come out.
- 2:33He's like, oh, we'll be seeing you around, I'm sure.
- 2:35And they're, well, nice to meet you.
- 2:37And, yeah, I'm sure we'll see you around.
- 2:39And I walked back in the ICU room, and my grandfather's first words, don't be telling
- 2:45that man my personal business.
- 2:47Well, I scolded.
- 2:48You know?
- 2:48I was, oh, jeez.
- 2:49What did I do?
- 2:50One of them, you don't say no more.
- 2:53You know?
- 2:53You did something wrong.
- 2:55You just don't talk about it.
- 2:56You know?
- 2:57It was like, oh, jeez.
- 2:58And, later that same banker ended up becoming the executor of my grandfather's estate, and it
- 3:04didn't make no goddamn sense to us because, that would be the person you'd want to know
- 3:10you're dying, especially if he's gonna be handling your affairs.
- 3:15Well, that banker, he was called to the family, and they didn't bother looking at the
- 3:20partnership agreement.
- 3:22And there's a lot of favoritisms to the one hired man.
- 3:28And, you know, just the way the hired men were told to the family, they didn't it was like we
- 3:33were nothing and a nobody.
- 3:35You know?
- 3:36My grandfather, he was a very, very private man.
- 3:40He didn't he didn't talk to other people about his family because it wasn't none of their
- 3:43business.
- 3:44You know?
- 3:49Might be part of the reason why they didn't have my sister involved in anything because
- 3:52they didn't even know she was my sister.
- 3:55You know?
- 3:57Well, they broke the ranch up through court proceedings, and they threatened the charges on
- 4:04the family, me and my mom, for taking the family bible with us and rodeo buckle and
- 4:15partnership agreements.
- 4:17Oh, they they sold the partnership agreement to the ranch house.
- 4:21And it's like, well, that partnership agreement was set up to protect and preserve the family
- 4:27land for future generations at a minimum of a hundred years.
- 4:31We don't put something together like that just to have it destroyed within two years of you
- 4:36making it.
- 4:37You know?
- 4:38You just wouldn't do that.
- 4:41You know?
- 4:41I I had a bedroom in my at my grandpa's.
- 4:44You know?
- 4:44That was my mom's childhood home.
- 4:46She she grew up there, and I spent all my free time there growing up.
- 4:51And, you know, my grandfather showed me the ways on the place.
- 4:54And just to be treated like that is it's something else.
- 5:02You know?
- 5:02My aunts, he never said to me, not once, kid, you better pack up your bedroom.
- 5:06You know?
- 5:06You're not gonna be able to come back after I die.
- 5:10You know?
- 5:10Even in his fraudulent will that was proven altered by that banker, he quit making the
- 5:18family question what was in it at all because pages one and two, the ranch's entirety didn't
- 5:24even have my grandfather's signature initial on it.
- 5:28Just blank computer paper.
- 5:29They held it for five weeks after burial, so seven weeks in total.
- 5:34The only reason why they even let it go is because my mom got an attorney and had an
- 5:41attorney get ahold of him.
- 5:44Well, the hell of a deal that happened after that.
- 5:52You know?
- 5:53Wills were planted in the ranch house after we searched the place top to bottom.
- 5:58We were threatened with charges.
- 6:00You know, my grandfather would have been so dang mad to know that his attorney well, I
- 6:05don't even know if it was his active attorney or not.
- 6:09Just the guy that put these things together would treat his family like that.
- 6:13You know?
- 6:14Tyler, just for the record and to kinda get it out there, how much land are we talking about
- 6:20on this branch?
- 6:23Well, depends on if you're talking government gown with it or just the
- 6:31Personal personal property.
- 6:34Close to 10,000 acres.
- 6:36So a good chunk of land.
- 6:38Something
- 6:38That's massive.
- 6:40Yeah.
- 6:41Chunk of land, a lot of money.
- 6:43And and that's ultimately what it comes down to here.
- 6:46And, Aaron, I kinda want
- 6:47And that's the saddest thing too.
- 6:49It's it's not money for us.
- 6:52No.
- 6:53No.
- 6:53Obviously.
- 6:54Generations have been spent, not just working this land, but getting worked by the land, I'm
- 7:01sure as well.
- 7:03We all know, especially as South Dakotans, how, how hot the summers can be and how cold the
- 7:09winters can be and getting all of it in between that.
- 7:12To have that chunk of land in your family since the homesteading days well over a hundred years
- 7:18and to have the sweat and blood, and I'm sure family members are definitely family pets
- 7:24buried on on that land, that all means something.
- 7:27It may not mean something to some banker.
- 7:30It may not mean something to an attorney in his office behind his desk, but it means something
- 7:35to the man with his feet firmly planted in the dirt.
- 7:38And, Aaron, I kinda want you to jump in here.
- 7:42And now we're starting to get into the the legal, you know, proceedings that had happened.
- 7:47And, Tyler, we're gonna come back to you as this progresses.
- 7:50But, Aaron, can you kinda describe from the time that, you know, grandpa passes to this,
- 7:56you know, seven weeks after, what is it that happened in this time frame?
- 8:01Well, basically, you have confused public servants that don't know the jurisdictions.
- 8:08You you segued with on the land.
- 8:11Well, law stands for land, air, and water.
- 8:14Okay?
- 8:15They've Shanghai'd most Americans into the water.
- 8:19Right?
- 8:19Law of the land, the supreme law of the land, six three of the constitute or six two of this
- 8:24constitution.
- 8:25So most people don't know they haven't been educated.
- 8:29It's been, you know, subversion within.
- 8:31They haven't really understood how that actually necessarily goes.
- 8:34So when you're saying you're going into the courts, they're operating on a commercial
- 8:39capacity.
- 8:40So if you go back into the laws, you they don't even they don't even realize what they're
- 8:45doing.
- 8:45So it's all incentivized.
- 8:48So CUSIP, CAFR codes, whatever different securities that are issued.
- 8:53So they're most of these probate court does any court case.
- 8:56Doesn't matter where it is.
- 8:57All across The United States.
- 8:59What they're doing is is profiting.
- 9:01They're privateers behind your back and it's undisclosed securities that are being issued.
- 9:06Now legal is not lawful.
- 9:08Right?
- 9:08Legal is a condition of contract.
- 9:11So you have to question, well, what contract did I legally sign that made me the surety or
- 9:18obligated to these responsibilities?
- 9:20So when you're looking at decedent estate, these these different estates, like the Calkins
- 9:26or, you know, the the Stoser estates, you're you're the decedent.
- 9:31Right?
- 9:31So then they're looking at the next party, the the power attorney or the executor, and they're
- 9:36looking at the capacity and roles that they're operating.
- 9:39But because you have been converted into a franchise, an entity yourself to the fourteenth
- 9:46amendment, and if, you know, under Canon Law, there's a law of presumptions.
- 9:52There's 12 presumptions of law, and these guys assume everything, and they're not really very
- 9:56bright.
- 9:56And, I mean, I I feel sorry for anybody who's paid for law school in the last twenty years
- 10:00because they really weren't taught the law.
- 10:03They were taught how to get a few bag of tricks to manipulate, steal, and twist things.
- 10:10And it just becomes you know, when when you when you have a first class citizen, right,
- 10:16which basically a bar attorney or a bar has become a first class citizen, and they've
- 10:21infiltrated all segments of of government, the judicial, the executive, and the legislative.
- 10:28So where is the separations of power?
- 10:30You can go back on.
- 10:31We can talk about the history and all this stuff, but, literally, people are not operating
- 10:36in in the powers that were meant to be.
- 10:39So when the creation of the or gets out of line from the creator, it's time to put that back in
- 10:45the line, and they're not servicing.
- 10:47They have two responsibilities as as an organization, and that's to protect your
- 10:51property and protect your rights.
- 10:53And they have miserably failed.
- 10:55It's disgusting what's going on in this case.
- 10:58I'm appalled.
- 11:00But it is a perfect case to prove what's going on throughout The United States.
- 11:05And, I mean, sure, these people, these attorneys are what they've done, these legal
- 11:08liars.
- 11:08I don't even know what else to call them because they all most of them have, dishonesty
- 11:15insurance too as well.
- 11:16Right?
- 11:17And as soon as you remember, corpus jurisic condom, volume seven, section four, attorneys
- 11:23have loyalty to the court before they have to the client.
- 11:26So if most people knew that, and as soon as you have a representation, well, what's the you're
- 11:32a man.
- 11:32You're here.
- 11:33You're physically there.
- 11:34What are you representing?
- 11:35Well, representing is an entity.
- 11:37It's a dead thing.
- 11:38So when they say they're representing the man, you've already been converted under
- 11:42presumption, and you don't have your unenalable standing rights as a man or woman.
- 11:48So everybody's lost in in how they're operating capacity.
- 11:52It's ignorance or or sheer just evil on it.
- 11:57Corruption.
- 11:58You know?
- 11:58Like, my mom's first attorney discovered the altering of the will.
- 12:06After that first hearing, she got pulled out to the side by the guy that made these programs.
- 12:11He put the partnership together, my grandfather's supposed will.
- 12:16And the very next thing, my mom's attorney quit fighting for it.
- 12:21Went from discovering and altering of a will on a multimillion dollar cattle ranch to, oh,
- 12:27well, you're getting your money borrowed.
- 12:29I don't know what else you want me to do for you.
- 12:31And you could see it in the transcripts.
- 12:34You know?
- 12:34And then this nobody attorney then goes from being a nobody attorney to a state's attorney
- 12:43in that same county that my mom died.
- 12:46You know, there's a conflict of interest even between Cassidy White seventy to ask Doug
- 12:52Abrams, all being in the same rooms.
- 12:55Doug Abrams, my grandfather's attorney, then in my and this thing just keeps following me.
- 13:02When my mom died, Stephanie Trash, she she pointed me to another law firm, and that that
- 13:08other law firm, right after I gave him $20,000 to defend me against my mom's ex suing me
- 13:15because he decided to sue me while I was already got two legal battles going on trying
- 13:20to defend the ranch, Doug Abrams is in his law firm, if I know, just a couple days before I
- 13:28give him $20,000.
- 13:29And then this guy, he doesn't fight for me for nothing and, ends up even letting my mom's
- 13:35cattle getting stolen and didn't do nothing.
- 13:38You know?
- 13:39It's like, then they find and put these puzzle pieces together, and it's like every step I
- 13:46take, I'm in their circle.
- 13:49Same people.
- 13:51You know?
- 13:52There's wills planted in the house.
- 13:54My mom had, and this is after me, my mom, and my sister top to bottom.
- 13:59No stone unturned.
- 14:01That's how I found the partnership agreement.
- 14:03You know?
- 14:04The partnership agreements were in a spot that only a family member would find them.
- 14:08They weren't even in his safe.
- 14:09His safe was open after we come back from Sioux Falls.
- 14:12There's people at the ranch house that we don't even know who who or what they were doing.
- 14:17You know?
- 14:18But when we come back from Sioux Falls, his safe's open.
- 14:22You know?
- 14:24They didn't even expect him to be coming back from Sioux Falls.
- 14:29But I would be damned if I let my grandfather die in some hospital in a strange place not
- 14:34knowing where he was when he could go at peace at home, you know, on the ranch.
- 14:39You know?
- 14:40So before your grandfather was even officially deceased, there was people that were making
- 14:46plays for this Absolutely.
- 14:48Doing absolutely illegal things.
- 14:51I mean, we're not talking about, like, a behind closed doors corruption, although there is
- 14:56plenty of that going on.
- 14:57It would definitely seem relationships and deals happening.
- 15:02All of a sudden, a guy getting a state's attorney job.
- 15:06Well, the the will one of the will the first will that was planned at the house, mama had
- 15:13the Stanley County Sheriff's Department come out and get it.
- 15:17And my mom said, you run that thing for prints, and it'll tell you exactly who put that there
- 15:22because my dad never touched that damn thing.
- 15:25You know?
- 15:26It was put in the nightstand.
- 15:28It was right beside his bed.
- 15:29That that was the first place it looked.
- 15:32You know?
- 15:32And it was sitting on the top, brand new vanilla envelope.
- 15:35If you know a rancher, you touch it you touch a damn envelope, and it's smudged.
- 15:42And it's got bent corners, and it gets thrown in the pickup for a little while.
- 15:46You know?
- 15:46This thing had a United States postal stamp on it, but it was never stamped to go through the
- 15:53postal service.
- 15:55So they tried to make it look like it was mailed, but it wasn't even ever mailed.
- 15:58Well, then that sheriff's department, Stanley County, I ain't scared to say their name.
- 16:03They turned around instead of running that thing for prints and doing their job.
- 16:07They turned around and gave it back to Lenny Stark, that banker with Farm Credit Services.
- 16:11So they were evidence to a potential perpetrator Yeah.
- 16:17Activity.
- 16:18I mean, that sounds insane.
- 16:20That sounds Yeah.
- 16:21It goes, Steve.
- 16:21There's a lot of circumstances like that.
- 16:23Even you can't even make this shit up if you tried.
- 16:26Yeah.
- 16:26It's bad.
- 16:27It's it's so disgusting.
- 16:30Well and and it sounds like you have no choice.
- 16:32I mean, obviously, trying to fight it in the county
- 16:3670 different law firms called.
- 16:38Small.
- 16:39And nobody would touch it because the May Adams law firm.
- 16:43Well, May Adams also most people don't realize, May Adams law firm is is involved with the
- 16:49capital with helping write all the legislative.
- 16:53They scare
- 16:53every attorney that fucking So They'd hear our story.
- 16:57Oh, yeah.
- 16:58That's illegal.
- 16:58This is illegal.
- 16:59This is illegal.
- 17:00We learned how to even approach talking to them because as soon as you tell them who the
- 17:05players are, oh, we're not a big enough law firm, or if it's conflict of interest or out of
- 17:11state people, Oh, they're lobbyists.
- 17:14That's a really old law firm, and, yeah, we're gonna need at least a hundred thousand to even
- 17:20think about representing you.
- 17:22And it's like, that's out of staters.
- 17:25Nobody in the state would even touch it.
- 17:27Because they have they have some
- 17:30sort They have a monopoly.
- 17:32There's only so many biggest state attorneys in the state of South Dakota, and they have them
- 17:37all in their pocket.
- 17:38Right.
- 17:39So what we're uncovering here is a deeply seated corruption that has been going on for
- 17:45probably
- 17:46a And the more you look, the worse it gets.
- 17:48Yeah.
- 17:48Oh, yeah.
- 17:49Well, actually, we actually have, what's one part of our case is the antitrust Sherman Act
- 17:56because of what how they've operated towards them.
- 17:59It's been it's basically been legal warfare and and and monopoly control.
- 18:04There's no honor.
- 18:05There's no justice.
- 18:06It's it's a facade, the whole thing.
- 18:08And and we're talking about trust law.
- 18:10He has an FLP, which essentially is a clear declaration to the state that you operate under
- 18:18common law and you have your private law.
- 18:21So the courts, which is superior law and it's the highest precedence, the courts completely
- 18:27ignored all that because the the the business partnership agreement completely conflicts with
- 18:32the will, and you can tell based on the stories and everything else.
- 18:36But, ideally, or institutionally or structurally or lawfully, however you wanna say
- 18:41it, the highest part was his registered, business agreement.
- 18:46Cockets legacy land.
- 18:47The Cockets legacy land.
- 18:49It was basically ignored by the courts, which is
- 18:52They were supposed to be defending it and upholding it.
- 18:55That's the whole reason for certifying your your your partnership agreements with the
- 19:00state.
- 19:02You know?
- 19:02And I've even reached out to Marty Jackley.
- 19:06That's the attorney general.
- 19:08I reached out to the Mulhart families.
- 19:10That's too Tom Mulhart senior junior and now Anna Mulhart, all state's attorneys.
- 19:15Imagine that.
- 19:16Too many families if I can control the power.
- 19:20There's a reason for it.
- 19:22You know?
- 19:23It yeah.
- 19:25It's it's sick.
- 19:26It's just sick.
- 19:27What is the what is the end goal, I guess, for the for the courts and the defending of this?
- 19:35I mean, who who stands to benefit from this ultimate
- 19:39So farm credit services, there's a my dad got divorced from his second wife, basically,
- 19:47because my grandmother is is a love story high school sweethearts, you know, that never quit
- 19:52seeing each other.
- 19:54He had a $900,000, loan left on that $2,000,000 divorce.
- 19:59You know?
- 20:00Farm Credit Services, the banker, he retired just to become the executor.
- 20:06Slap in the face conflict of interest.
- 20:09Well, the partnership agreement, he went completely against it.
- 20:14Instead of protecting it, preserving it, and maintaining it for future generations like it's
- 20:18supposed to be, he affiliated the the the the disruption of it in breaking it up,
- 20:25prioritizing the bank.
- 20:27He paid back Farm Credit Services nine hundred thousand dollars, right, through the sale of
- 20:32cattle and whatnot, and then turned around and financed a big chunk of the land to one of the
- 20:42hired ants, putting the land that's been paid for for years and years and years back in the
- 20:48bank's pocket for 3,000,000 at a high interest rate loan over the next thirty, forty years.
- 20:54You know, that they they just wrapped him in a in a really dangerous spot by giving the bank
- 21:00control over their ranch.
- 21:02It changed
- 21:03Yeah.
- 21:04The the I gotta so how does the because there was no executor named in your grandpa's will
- 21:10that just
- 21:11No.
- 21:11No.
- 21:11No.
- 21:11That's what they're trying to say.
- 21:12This fraudulent will named the banker.
- 21:18Okay.
- 21:18Now things
- 21:19are The same guy my grandpa said, don't be telling that man my personal business.
- 21:23This is the last time I was ever scolded.
- 21:25He's like, wait.
- 21:26And now this guy's controlling everything.
- 21:29He's being called to the family.
- 21:32It's threatening us with legal charges for stealing our how do you steal your family's own
- 21:37bible?
- 21:38Our family bible goes back to '17 or 1873.
- 21:44It's a beautiful piece of art.
- 21:46Yeah.
- 21:46Aaron, in your in, you know, in your opinion, is it is is levying these, you know, I mean,
- 21:55misdemeanor charges for the stealing of property for the bible and things like that
- 22:00It's a felony charges.
- 22:01Analectic
- 22:02charges.
- 22:03Yeah.
- 22:03These are these are looking at, like, the list that we put together.
- 22:07We're we're parallel doing civil and criminal.
- 22:11Is that altering of a will in any way, shape, or form is a is a classified felony, I do
- 22:16believe?
- 22:17That's a legal document.
- 22:18But I guess I was saying in them, like, they're trying to levy these felony charges against
- 22:24you.
- 22:25Oh, those are just misdemeanor charges, I believe.
- 22:28I don't know.
- 22:28They it was just a it was a scare tactic.
- 22:31Right.
- 22:32Okay.
- 22:34Get you
- 22:34extortion.
- 22:36Like, it's typical it's typical pir piracy.
- 22:39You would've known my grands, if he would've got when the the people that were supposed to
- 22:45be taking care of him and his family or his family legal charges, they then they've been
- 22:51gone quicker than you could blink.
- 22:54Well, your grandpa was from a different generation they
- 22:57Yeah.
- 22:57He had a lot of land.
- 22:58He could bury them pretty quick.
- 22:59He wouldn't put up with it.
- 23:03No one should.
- 23:04See, there's been criminal activity attached to this on the part of the exec I mean, I like, it
- 23:11would appear to me, I guess.
- 23:13But without the cooperation of the the law
- 23:18The the women's screaming.
- 23:19Mom's trying to get them to look at the partnership.
- 23:21Hey.
- 23:21Look at the partnership.
- 23:22They said they're gonna read it.
- 23:23You could see it in the court transcripts.
- 23:25They acknowledge it, but then they dance around it.
- 23:28They never want it to be focused on.
- 23:32The judge looked at it outside of the court, didn't even bother getting back to me or my mom
- 23:37with her decision.
- 23:41And then here, my cousin, second cousin, met her once in my life.
- 23:44She lived down in Florida.
- 23:46My grandfather damn near went bankrupt keeping that ranch together when his dad died.
- 23:50My great grandfather buying his sisters out.
- 23:53He even had to pay the back taxes.
- 23:54Jeez.
- 23:54He was mad at his sisters.
- 23:57Somehow, this second cousin got put back onto it, and it's like, well History lineal
- 24:04descendants only.
- 24:08Well, you're not a lineal descendant.
- 24:10You're a cousin.
- 24:10Yeah.
- 24:11We're in the same tree, but you're not lineal.
- 24:14Very first thing she does is go to partake of the land.
- 24:18Never even once wanted to see talk about trying to preserve and move forward and keep it safe.
- 24:26No.
- 24:26First conversation is she wanted to break it up.
- 24:30Oh, I don't think we'll ever be able to come to decisions together on things.
- 24:33It's like, decision?
- 24:34Do you wanna you wanna pick the color of the fence post?
- 24:37By all means, go ahead.
- 24:38Like, this is you you're just picking up the football and continuing the run there.
- 24:44Already did the the blueprints and the and and the plans and and how you operate because they
- 24:49did it for over a hundred years.
- 24:50They know what they're doing.
- 24:52She didn't have any legal standing to do this anyway.
- 24:56Right?
- 24:56So she got a call from a lawyer that's like, hey.
- 24:58You stand to make a bunch of money.
- 25:00Come do this and this.
- 25:01And No.
- 25:02No.
- 25:02No.
- 25:03She got supposedly named in this bullshit fraudulent will.
- 25:08Right.
- 25:08Her her name comes before mine, which doesn't make any sense because that's just Comes
- 25:14before his own daughter too.
- 25:15You you wouldn't you wouldn't put a grand niece before a grandson.
- 25:20It's just etiquette.
- 25:21The name doesn't fit there.
- 25:23Or the daughter.
- 25:24Like And
- 25:25and and but that cousin, not only does her name shouldn't fit there, but the partnership
- 25:32agreement says she shouldn't be there because she's not a lineal descendant or rightful heir
- 25:38of the land.
- 25:39So in their attempt and I just we don't have forever to to talk about this, although we
- 25:44could
- 25:45I I so so with that cousin, when she's trying to break that land up, I try to give them the
- 25:51partnership agreement again, and they just said they rejected it.
- 25:56Well, they missed.
- 25:57They missed the partnership agreement.
- 25:59From from what I
- 26:00Oh, no.
- 26:00They avoided it like the plague.
- 26:03Well, can I give it
- 26:04to you on why?
- 26:05It's because it's it's common law.
- 26:07It's not their jurisdiction.
- 26:08The courts are operating on our article one courts, whatever entities and corporations.
- 26:12They're not act they're acting in administrative capacity, not judicial capacity,
- 26:17and that's why they circumvent that thing like the plague because they're representing.
- 26:22They're not presenting.
- 26:23They're not operating in the right capacities.
- 26:25And most people don't understand that, and they don't even understand that.
- 26:29But the some of the judges do.
- 26:31Some of the judges don't.
- 26:32The the that that history and knowledge is being lost.
- 26:36And that's why I say the last twenty years of law school, not to me people catch on to what's
- 26:41actually going on, and it's really bad.
- 26:43Crooks teaching other crooks how to be crooks is what law has become.
- 26:48Exactly.
- 26:49And they run
- 26:50into somebody like me that I mean, that that ranch is everything to my family.
- 26:57It's something that's just it's bred India.
- 27:01You know?
- 27:03I'll fight tooth and nail for that place.
- 27:06And, it's sad that nobody else is trying to preserve what my grandfather's true intentions
- 27:12were is to protect the Cawkins legacy for the next hundred years or better.
- 27:16You know, in the partnership agreement, he says a hundred years in there, twenty one nineteen.
- 27:23But on what he filed with this with the state, he crossed out the date and wrote perpetual.
- 27:30Well, you know, perpetual means ongoing forever.
- 27:34He was trying to do what he could to protect and preserve the family's ranch for well past
- 27:41my own lifetime.
- 27:45So for it to end within three years of its creation, it's kinda questionable at best.
- 27:53At best.
- 27:53But that's not going to happen because of the grit and determination that you are showing.
- 27:58And thanks to Aaron with his knowledge, obviously, coming into
- 28:02the They got got me staying in the cabin shack out there.
- 28:06I don't got running water to it.
- 28:08Thankfully, I got power, so I got heat, and I got a fridge out there.
- 28:12So not the end of the world.
- 28:14Most people wouldn't do it.
- 28:15But when you love something, you love something.
- 28:17It don't matter.
- 28:18You know?
- 28:18They stripped all the equipment, set us up for failure over there.
- 28:22They didn't they didn't want us to succeed.
- 28:25But, you know, me and mom, our determination, we put our resources together and scrounged up
- 28:30every little piece of equipment we could do and get by with.
- 28:34And good thing I had some good horses because I didn't even have a four wheeler out there.
- 28:40You know?
- 28:40They took every damn thing.
- 28:42And and just cold.
- 28:44Just cold.
- 28:44I I even I even was so generous to offer the hired hand.
- 28:48I said, you know, I'd be your your hired hand like you were for my grands.
- 28:53You know?
- 28:53And who better to be your hired hand?
- 28:55I know you need another person out here because grands is gone.
- 28:58You know?
- 28:58know? I already got a bedroom.
- 28:59I know the land.
- 29:00I know the operation.
- 29:02He just turned his back.
- 29:04You know?
- 29:04And it's like, that's something else to be so cold.
- 29:07And leave me and mom over at great grands with no no no equipment.
- 29:12No.
- 29:12You know, mom is staying in the camp, or I was staying in the little camp cabin.
- 29:17And thank god there was some good neighbors.
- 29:20You know?
- 29:23Well and that's all all you really have are are your neighbors at this point, and you're lucky
- 29:28that most of them aren't trying to switch
- 29:30these people.
- 29:31Of them are scared too because there's a lot of them that ain't saying too much.
- 29:35But
- 29:36Oh, I bet they're taking care of their own legal documentation right now, seeing what's
- 29:41If if you haven't, you probably should and make sure you do a good job because there's a lot of
- 29:45crooked people out there.
- 29:47You take advantage of your family when you're gone.
- 29:49Aaron, I I'd love for you to touch on before I let you guys go.
- 29:54I mean, because so much has been done since this
- 29:59Oh, there's so much.
- 30:00Happens to the bank?
- 30:01I mean, the bank lent this hired hand $3,000,000 and financed this land.
- 30:07What happened in that regard?
- 30:10Should all of this come to be built off of a fraudulent document?
- 30:14I mean
- 30:14It goes it goes worse than that.
- 30:16It goes a lot deeper that people don't really understand.
- 30:21There hasn't been any money for a long time.
- 30:24Everything's debit and credit.
- 30:26Okay?
- 30:28The Farm Credit Services is a government agency.
- 30:32So how does a government agency have this much authority and what?
- 30:38When did the government get involved in banking?
- 30:42Okay?
- 30:43So there's a there's a very deep story there.
- 30:45We don't have time to get involved with all that.
- 30:48But, basically, you have to understand all the the physical assets.
- 30:55Right?
- 30:55There's substance, and then there's non substance.
- 30:58There's fiction.
- 30:59Right?
- 30:59There's substance physically there, gold, silver, coin.
- 31:02You know what I mean?
- 31:03Something with physical asset, and then there's there's nothing.
- 31:06And it goes really deep, and it's a long story.
- 31:08And I don't that's a that's that's a whole rabbit trail that that could be a big
- 31:12conversation in itself.
- 31:14You know, it's it's very interesting.
- 31:16We started talking about history.
- 31:18Right?
- 31:20My great grandfather had a big influence in that community.
- 31:25He was a banker.
- 31:27And him and his banking buddies back in '19 was it '74, '70 '3?
- 31:31They had a letter in '30 that was a good one or '19.
- 31:34But I don't know.
- 31:34I don't exactly.
- 31:35Long long time ago, they're writing back and forth to their board members.
- 31:40They were concerned about the bankers not being active in the ranching farming community and
- 31:51just Controlling.
- 31:53College students.
- 31:54You know?
- 31:54They were worried that they would end up getting too much power in the banks long before
- 32:00this ended up happening.
- 32:02And then to come across them letters that my family saved and hanged on to, and I'm reading
- 32:07through this shit, and I was like, hell.
- 32:09They're worried about this forty, fifty years ago, sixty years ago.
- 32:14You know?
- 32:15And here, to see it unfolding right in front of your eyes, you're like, this is the very thing
- 32:20that they are worried about happening, the banks losing connection to the actual farmer
- 32:26rancher.
- 32:28And losing their heart.
- 32:30Does this feel like your destiny?
- 32:33Does it feel like your whole family's history has been building to this moment?
- 32:39Be I mean, being able to go back and trace that history, do you feel that it has to be you?
- 32:45And because of the time that we're in where, you know, there's a lot more information
- 32:50available to these farmers and ranchers now than there ever has been with the Internet,
- 32:56with, you know, resources like changing
- 32:58god too because they're they're I would've we wouldn't have had a chance.
- 33:07Yeah.
- 33:07Well, another thing I wanna let South South Dakota people know is that your titles okay.
- 33:13There's they've converted everything to digital.
- 33:15So your physical title, there's a chain of title in in your in your in your, you know,
- 33:20deeds and titles.
- 33:21What they've done is they digitize them, and people can can can do these quick deeds or
- 33:26quiet titles, and these guys are doing it behind people's back.
- 33:31And because it has everything has to be in wet ink wet ink signature, what they're actually
- 33:36doing to people is converting them digitally, and someone's doing a quick dame, a quick deed,
- 33:41and not even notifying the owners, and people are taking control of property behind their
- 33:45back.
- 33:45That's another part of this aspect that we didn't get into.
- 33:48But to protect people in South Dakota to be aware that the courts, these registries are
- 33:55conducting this.
- 33:56We just noticed it within a dollar just checking his his thing.
- 34:00But because it's digital, it loses the chain of title of the actual physical item.
- 34:05So it's become a substance thing to a virtual thing because, you know, there's a lot of
- 34:11that's a whole rabbit hole too that I could explain, but it's
- 34:14That sounds like with the fell swoop of a few keyboard strokes, they could steal all the land
- 34:20and all the property.
- 34:22And Absolutely.
- 34:24And who doesn't say anything otherwise because it's all digital?
- 34:28And they're and they're supposedly the ones with the authority.
- 34:31Meanwhile, you have the physical deed and title in your hand, and you were sleeping in your
- 34:35bed, and you had no idea that they're physically take or they were taking the
- 34:38property around you.
- 34:39And I I'm sure that's rampant throughout you know?
- 34:44So the the answer on that question you asked me if I thought that this was my destiny, I never
- 34:49thought in a million years that I would be in this spot, in this predicament.
- 34:54And, you know, it's not my destiny, but it is my duty.
- 34:58I'm the last cockens.
- 35:00And if I don't do nothing now, there ain't nobody else to do anything.
- 35:07You know?
- 35:08Mom was the other fighter of the family.
- 35:11You know?
- 35:12It's even questionable how is she read.
- 35:16She
- 35:18didn't she didn't she didn't she wasn't set up.
- 35:20She was basically she went in and she thought people were honorable because she had a a
- 35:24service and a history and had no expect did she not expect her to be sideswiped in the courts
- 35:30and these people to act the way they did?
- 35:32So it kinda threw her.
- 35:33You can see her history of notes and her thought process, and it's inexcusable to treat
- 35:40anybody in that nature.
- 35:41And If it wasn't for my mom's no.
- 35:45Count too.
- 35:47She wouldn't normal person wouldn't have questioned or caught on.
- 35:51My mom was a sergeant sixth class special forces classified unit, highly decorated.
- 35:57And then on top of that, she Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, elks, the doves, you know, boy
- 36:05everything you could think of.
- 36:07My mom was very active.
- 36:08But then she, on top of that, she got her master's in accounting.
- 36:12You know?
- 36:13So she was able to see things that a normal person probably wouldn't even notice.
- 36:19Or she was sharp enough to the books in the cattle count and and she's like, no.
- 36:24Things are off.
- 36:25Everything's off.
- 36:26You know?
- 36:27And then she's able to thank god she was too because she left great notes notes and evidence
- 36:34and work.
- 36:35And, thankfully, she, took a lot of notes.
- 36:40Where are we at in the process of the legal proceedings at this moment?
- 36:46Well, we just got the summons out in federal court.
- 36:52The Hawken County court, they're still dicking around with trying to facilitate, basically,
- 37:00the reason why my mom's dead because she was going to go pick up a protection restraining
- 37:05order against her ex.
- 37:10It's systematic.
- 37:12It it really feels systematic.
- 37:14Like, I'm purposely getting attacked.
- 37:19We're in a good position.
- 37:20We're just getting organized.
- 37:22A lot of information to get organized because you remember, we we've got we've got, you know,
- 37:28claims against the the unified judiciary.
- 37:31We have the state bar.
- 37:33The the, the attorney general's office.
- 37:38So we're we're we're attacking those specific ones as entities and holding the principles
- 37:43accountable for their organization's operations, you know, given that their guilds
- 37:48like, for instance, the bard, it's it's private.
- 37:51It's not public.
- 37:53And how they have this influence on the American people is good.
- 37:56I don't know where you guys took off for lunch somewhere a long long time ago and never came
- 38:01back.
- 38:01So, basically, what what we're doing is is is, you know, we've got a bunch of these cases.
- 38:09I've got a a commercial lien against them.
- 38:13And, basically, we're taking everybody, the principals, keep holding them accountable.
- 38:18I don't wanna be doing this, but they need to realize what they're doing, and enough stops.
- 38:22People are being affected.
- 38:24People are being harmed.
- 38:24Look at the whole COVID thing.
- 38:26Nothing.
- 38:26No repercussions.
- 38:27That's because we have people that are ignorant and and, manipulative and nonconcerned.
- 38:34They have no morals.
- 38:35They're ethnically broke.
- 38:37And these are the people that are conducting our courts just for their own profit, and and
- 38:41it they're they're harming everybody.
- 38:43There should have been some outfall from a lot of things that have happened in the last ten
- 38:47years, and it's all quiet because not my jurisdiction.
- 38:51No one wants to hold responsibility.
- 38:53Everybody's acting in a fiction and not actually being grounded and starting with the
- 38:59the basics, with the fundamentals.
- 39:01You cannot build any foundational on quicksand, and they've they're so far down that rabbit
- 39:07hole of of there's no way out because you can prove it with congressional records.
- 39:12You can prove it with contracts.
- 39:15I mean, they're they're literally it's like a wake up call for a lot of them, and we're gonna
- 39:19put a stop to it.
- 39:20You know?
- 39:21And I'm I'm so very thankful for my other, line of work, how me and you got to know each other.
- 39:31Because if it if it wasn't for that, you know, I have a big outreach, and you know that.
- 39:36You have a big outreach too.
- 39:37If it and if it wasn't for that, there would have been no hope, you know, reaching out,
- 39:45reaching out, reaching out.
- 39:46And I'm so thankful that Aaron come to our aid because it it was looking it was looking really
- 39:55bad.
- 39:56Well and it can be extremely isolating, which is exactly what they want to do.
- 40:00They wanna make you feel like everyone is against you and to, levy charges and to
- 40:06threaten you and coerce you.
- 40:08Financially and divide and conquer.
- 40:11In every way.
- 40:13Exactly.
- 40:13And I I commend you for continuing to fight, for continuing to stand up to this corrupt
- 40:21system that has been on
- 40:23got to.
- 40:24For so long.
- 40:26And now that we have entered this age of accountability, the light getting shine on
- 40:31shown on it, right, is, is causing it to act like a scared cornered animal.
- 40:37And I think they overplayed their hand in this case.
- 40:41It sure seems like they tried to pull some moves that maybe would have worked and did work
- 40:47in the seventies and eighties, but no longer in this, in this time where guys like me and you,
- 40:54Tyler, have that outreach, and we reach a massive audience with what we do.
- 40:59It's exactly why we got together today.
- 41:02It's exactly why we'll be catching up with you again in the near future as things continue to
- 41:07unfold to keep a light on this and to keep some public pressure on these entities as they
- 41:13continue to operate in this way across the state of South Dakota, and and around the
- 41:19country, I'm sure.
- 41:21This is not the end of the story, but merely an introduction.
- 41:25So, Tyler, Aaron, I appreciate you being on the program today.
- 41:29We're gonna keep in touch.
- 41:31What can we, do as a as the public to continue to help you all?
- 41:38Man, that's sad.
- 41:41Start looking into things.
- 41:42Start start understanding what's going on.
- 41:44Start, you know, making a voice.
- 41:46Start having discussions.
- 41:47Don't be afraid of discussions.
- 41:49People need to start talking about many different subjects, and and and you've been
- 41:54indoctrinated to to, you know, to to avoid conversations.
- 42:00And so have them conversations shared if you want.
- 42:03Don't share it if you don't want to.
- 42:05But the more people that this reaches and and it'll help other people.
- 42:11You know?
- 42:12This isn't just something that's gonna that this pertains to all South Dakotans.
- 42:17You know?
- 42:18You let them take away stuff here.
- 42:20They keep growing, and nobody ever does anything.
- 42:23And it's gonna be worse for the next generations if we don't do something now.
- 42:27It's already been out of hand.
- 42:30Indeed.
- 42:31Well, guys, I really appreciate you jumping on with me today, sharing a little bit of this
- 42:36story.
- 42:37I know it's a really it's a massive thing to try and tackle.
- 42:41And especially squeeze it into a forty five minute conversation is is pretty difficult, but
- 42:47that's exactly why we're gonna get back together.
- 42:49We're gonna keep having conversations here that, can be shared out with our, you know, fan
- 42:55bases out there and into the general public.
- 42:57People need to know.
- 42:59And if it's our job to educate them, then so be it.
- 43:02That's exactly what we're gonna do.
- 43:04Tyler, Aaron, thanks for being on the Patriot Broadcasting Project today, and, we look
- 43:09forward to speaking with you again real soon.
- 43:12Thank you, brother.
- 43:12Yeah.
- 43:13Thank you so much.
