- 3:43Speaker 4: Not rain.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Two point seven kids. Now you were talking about your husband, Michael.
- 4:06Speaker 3: He's in a band, a couple of tours over the summer.
- 4:10Speaker 8: Yes.
- 4:10Speaker 2: They actually just did the Whiskey a go go last Friday,
- 4:14Speaker 2: which happened to be the day after Justin Bieber.
- 4:17Speaker 9: Did a surprise show there at the Whiskey.
- 4:20Speaker 3: He used the same dressing Justine, literally the.
- 4:23Speaker 9: Same stage, all that which I thought was the kind of.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Like following in the footsteps of Justin Bieber. Michael, Yeah,
- 4:28Speaker 3: how cool is that? Always got another hobby.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Well, yeah, here's the thing. So I'm being very supportive
- 4:33Speaker 2: right with this band. I think I'm being a really
- 4:34Speaker 2: good wife.
- 4:35Speaker 3: And and we're mentioning them on the radio. Bird look
- 4:39Speaker 3: them up, echo bird. Yeah.
- 4:41Speaker 2: So Michael has recently started to golf and this is
- 4:46Speaker 2: and it's funny. It almost like I took pride, you know,
- 4:49Speaker 2: when I talked to like my friends and like, oh,
- 4:50Speaker 2: my husband golf's all time. He's always gone. I'm always
- 4:53Speaker 2: like so prideful that like Michael doesn't golf. And I
- 4:55Speaker 2: was like, oh, Michael's home every weekend, Like when are
- 4:57Speaker 2: you talking with me?
- 4:58Speaker 4: All of that.
- 4:59Speaker 2: So he went golfing on Sunday with some of the
- 5:02Speaker 2: other dads in the second grade, like the second grade dads,
- 5:05Speaker 2: and uh, I didn't realize how long he would be gone.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why people play golf.
- 5:11Speaker 9: I thought maybe four hours maybe, but it wasn't even that.
- 5:15Speaker 3: It was like the prep.
- 5:16Speaker 2: He got picked up at eleven thirty by one of
- 5:18Speaker 2: the dads and he was already mentally gone since like
- 5:22Speaker 2: nine am.
- 5:23Speaker 9: Like because he was like looking for his golf things
- 5:25Speaker 9: and like looking for it's like I have to work out.
- 5:27Speaker 3: He was like like lifting weights.
- 5:29Speaker 4: He was lifting weights.
- 5:30Speaker 2: He was like lifting weights in the garage like stretch
- 5:33Speaker 2: him because he doesn't play golfing. He wanted to warm up,
- 5:35Speaker 2: you know, like I didn't want to pull a muscle.
- 5:37Speaker 2: So he was literally gone from ten in the morning
- 5:40Speaker 2: until seven o'clock at night the whole Sunday.
- 5:44Speaker 3: So it's going to start like this, It's going to
- 5:46Speaker 3: turn into weekend buddy golf getaway trips. I'm just warning.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I know it is because I have girlfriends that they
- 5:52Speaker 2: have husbands who do these weekend trips.
- 5:54Speaker 3: And I have friends that play golf. They get out
- 5:59Speaker 3: of the house for four five hours, yes, and they
- 6:01Speaker 3: play golf with strangers that's show up at the golf
- 6:05Speaker 3: course and they get paired up with somebody and they
- 6:07Speaker 3: play because they want to escape life. They don't want
- 6:10Speaker 3: to be doing chores over the weekend.
- 6:11Speaker 9: You have to have like at least four I think,
- 6:14Speaker 9: and so they only have three. So they had a
- 6:16Speaker 9: random person.
- 6:18Speaker 3: You don't have to have four. Maybe sometimes t times,
- 6:20Speaker 3: but whatever, the point is, I see golf respect it,
- 6:24Speaker 3: not good at it. It can't be an excuse to
- 6:27Speaker 3: get out of the house. I know some friends that
- 6:31Speaker 3: golf to get away from having to be home.
- 6:33Speaker 9: But I also want him to make friends with these guys.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Because here, I mean six hours. I know exactly, go
- 6:41Speaker 3: to the gym, lift weights to a fifty minute pilates class.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Six hours.
- 6:44Speaker 9: He basically did that before the golf.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Mark you played golf never ever, ever. But my dad
- 6:50Speaker 3: is one of those guys that plays with strangers just
- 6:52Speaker 3: to get out of the house.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Is it just to get out of the house, or
- 6:56Speaker 2: do you like enjoy the sport? I mean they're in
- 6:59Speaker 2: a car hurt, you're walking, he said, he walked three miles.
- 7:03Speaker 3: People they enjoy it and they're good at it, and
- 7:06Speaker 3: it's a it's a it's a sport and it's a
- 7:07Speaker 3: fast time. But a lot of people know that it's
- 7:10Speaker 3: a five hour excuse to be away.
- 7:12Speaker 9: I played it. I played a nine hole, which is
- 7:14Speaker 9: not a full. I think eighteen is like.
- 7:17Speaker 3: The eighteen is full. I get bored. You can play nine.
- 7:20Speaker 3: I get bored after two. After two, I want to stop.
- 7:22Speaker 9: And okay, you didn't enjoy it. I enjoy the like
- 7:24Speaker 9: it's almost like you're trying to beat your best score.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Every time three. I'm a three hole golfer and out.
- 7:31Speaker 3: If I ever do it three hole or mini golf,
- 7:33Speaker 3: like three mini and them out. Yeah, so we'll see. Yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 3: we're dealing with that. But you know what, I'm looking
- 7:38Speaker 3: at this as like like I'm gonna like.
- 7:41Speaker 9: Get to exactly. I'll cash in on this later.
- 7:43Speaker 3: What are you going to do for four hours?
- 7:44Speaker 9: I don't know, but I'll do my girls weekend trips
- 7:47Speaker 9: and all that.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Perfect. I'm in uh coming up next. I got five
- 7:51Speaker 3: hundred bucks and back to school cash.
- 7:52Speaker 9: Hang on, you're on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 7:57Speaker 10: It's Gabby.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Do you a picture of this, and I'll tell you
- 8:00Speaker 3: this is if you met at six fifty five.
- 8:02Speaker 11: Yes, I you you through the days of the plates
- 8:07Speaker 11: of the cross in summer pet shoes, for the free
- 8:11Speaker 11: fall of being younger, ma'amah, the sound of your bare
- 8:17Speaker 11: footsteps running.
- 8:21Speaker 9: It's been a long time.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Life has ways of breathing those days being high, but
- 8:29Speaker 1: seeing you too much.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I remember I loved you.
- 8:34Speaker 12: Came back when it meadow that I saw you sitting
- 8:37Speaker 12: there in the light of the window where and that
- 8:39Speaker 12: seemed smile.
- 8:40Speaker 1: And it's been a while, but I knew it.
- 8:43Speaker 4: I knew you, I knew it.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I knew you.
- 8:49Speaker 7: I knew you.
- 8:51Speaker 11: Oh you blues like a mood ring change in colors
- 8:54Speaker 11: you did do. There were times we could fight like brothers.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I gos do job around the bendfloor.
- 9:04Speaker 4: What I thought it would be the last time I
- 9:07Speaker 4: saw my friend.
- 9:10Speaker 1: But love has ways of playing things back to.
- 9:15Speaker 4: All you said was high.
- 9:18Speaker 3: And I remember I loved you.
- 9:20Speaker 4: Came back when a bout that.
- 9:21Speaker 12: I saw you sitting there in the side of the window,
- 9:24Speaker 12: wearing that sea spot.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Man, it's been a while, but I knew it.
- 9:29Speaker 9: I knew you, I knew it.
- 9:34Speaker 7: I knew you.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I knew you.
- 9:51Speaker 12: You was crying out when he said he was fine,
- 9:56Speaker 12: wondering if i'd lead it up.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Your family, and you told me, I love you came
- 10:06Speaker 1: back when it mattered.
- 10:07Speaker 11: I saw you standing there in the light of the
- 10:10Speaker 11: window where and that's smile.
- 10:12Speaker 1: It's been a why oh where that's smile? Then it's
- 10:17Speaker 1: been a white man that's smile. There's been a wild
- 10:24Speaker 1: But I knew it, I knew you, I knew it.
- 10:30Speaker 9: Aknewyr Well, that seems fine.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I knew it.
- 10:42Speaker 13: I knew you, I knew it.
- 10:46Speaker 3: What a two point seven kids up? Ben, Let's go
- 10:49Speaker 3: to Witty or Sarah. How are you Sarah and Whittier
- 10:51Speaker 3: this morning?
- 10:52Speaker 14: Hi?
- 10:53Speaker 15: Good? Thank you?
- 10:54Speaker 7: Good to.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Your cousin wants to buy your car, but you're not
- 10:58Speaker 3: sure you should sell it to your cousin. What's the issue?
- 11:02Speaker 15: Well, it's a cheap. The problem is it's old, so
- 11:06Speaker 15: things tend to go wrong in old cars. And if
- 11:09Speaker 15: she gives me sixteen thousand for it, which is what
- 11:12Speaker 15: it's worth, and then something goes wrong, it's going to
- 11:15Speaker 15: be awkward and she might ask for her money back. Yes,
- 11:19Speaker 15: I mean it could really ruin a relationship, be like
- 11:21Speaker 15: a whole family thing.
- 11:22Speaker 3: So I think you're right. How do you tell her this?
- 11:26Speaker 15: I don't know, Like I kind of wanted to sell
- 11:28Speaker 15: out the car Masks or Carvana and then I don't
- 11:30Speaker 15: have to deal with anything like that.
- 11:31Speaker 3: You know, well, I think it's can't you just say
- 11:34Speaker 3: you have a house rule that you don't do business
- 11:38Speaker 3: with family so that it doesn't ever get awkward?
- 11:40Speaker 9: I mean that right there is going to make it awkward.
- 11:43Speaker 8: No, because it's not just that she really wanted to
- 11:47Speaker 8: buy it, but.
- 11:49Speaker 3: You have a choice. What's worse just saying you've got
- 11:51Speaker 3: this rule that you you know that you always stand by,
- 11:54Speaker 3: or taking the risk and having it get awkward if
- 11:56Speaker 3: the car breaks down after you make the deal. I
- 11:58Speaker 3: think it's better just to be straightforward and say, look,
- 12:00Speaker 3: you don't want it to ever get uncomfortable out of
- 12:02Speaker 3: respect for your relationship as family, and you don't want
- 12:04Speaker 3: to make the deal. Okay, Yeah, it's it's easier that way.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Other way, It's definitely easier that way than the other way.
- 12:16Speaker 2: What can't you sign a contract or something like, hey,
- 12:18Speaker 2: else say the car, but if anything happens, you can't
- 12:21Speaker 2: blame me or be very transparent.
- 12:24Speaker 9: Like if there's anything ever been issues with the car.
- 12:26Speaker 3: This is all the stuff you want to avoid with
- 12:28Speaker 3: family members, all of everything you just said. Yeah, I know,
- 12:33Speaker 3: all right, Sarah, Well anything else we can do, good
- 12:37Speaker 3: luck with the sale, I think yourself, thank you so much.
- 12:41Speaker 3: If anything else, it shows it it's a hot commodity, right,
- 12:44Speaker 3: cousin wants a car, somebody else gonna want the car
- 12:48Speaker 3: free gases.
- 12:49Speaker 9: Next, you're on air with Bryan Seacrest.
- 12:53Speaker 12: Explore what side I look that by you.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Bye.
- 13:03Speaker 14: Oh, when you're in tonight, tell me when is the
- 13:06Speaker 14: next time I've went into you?
- 13:09Speaker 1: It's insane.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Bye, I'll wait the same.
- 13:12Speaker 14: Bye, wait at your bedside.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna right next to you. I'm going Wednesday inside.
- 13:19Speaker 9: Well, I'll see you tonight.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Tell me how did the gun like you get into you?
- 13:33Speaker 4: You will be my nas.
- 13:41Speaker 14: I don't know you'll take in life control. Never been
- 13:44Speaker 14: out road before, but I'm not going to your door.
- 13:48Speaker 7: Your nice.
- 13:49Speaker 14: So say the bridge gul you say you will treat
- 13:52Speaker 14: me this way. A little voice out here the same
- 13:55Speaker 14: say I'm going.
- 13:59Speaker 4: I'm true. He's a like you're.
- 14:01Speaker 5: Talking to you.
- 14:03Speaker 14: She's my baby.
- 14:07Speaker 5: You can be my baby. Clem to come to talk.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Upgain me am very gedling.
- 14:30Speaker 16: So I thought, whatever you can't be here with me,
- 14:34Speaker 16: I stop on to my sail is on the plane
- 14:37Speaker 16: first wait away like to stay happens, trying.
- 14:42Speaker 1: To space like it's some mo sweetish going.
- 14:44Speaker 14: Over space time prompending up making a head like boats.
- 14:50Speaker 12: That's my ego, boats to schedule and men are manless.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I'm like, ben l ha ha ha, you're talking to your.
- 15:18Speaker 17: Ches.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'm saying continual che I don't say again that comes
- 15:40Speaker 1: off a big bar.
- 15:43Speaker 14: Now, I'm not getting your stars say never made.
- 15:47Speaker 12: A sway girl, you say no one treats made his
- 15:50Speaker 12: way or.
- 15:50Speaker 3: All both I hear the same two point seven kids.
- 15:54Speaker 3: So it's just I don't think it's embarrassing, and I
- 15:58Speaker 3: don't think you should feel bad about being a person
- 16:01Speaker 3: that doesn't like small talk. I'm with you. Small talk
- 16:04Speaker 3: is no, I'm not good at it. I'm good at
- 16:06Speaker 3: I'm good. I'm fine with this, right, I'm fine talking
- 16:09Speaker 3: to you, right, fine talking to strangers one on one.
- 16:12Speaker 3: I'm fine asking questions of you know, uber drivers. I'm
- 16:16Speaker 3: fine talking in front of a million or two million people.
- 16:18Speaker 3: But small talk is not my best strength.
- 16:22Speaker 2: And also I need to be prepared for the small talk.
- 16:25Speaker 2: If I know I'm going to a party where I'm
- 16:26Speaker 2: going to see people, meet new people, whatever, I'm prepared
- 16:29Speaker 2: for that, and I'm fine with that. But it's when
- 16:31Speaker 2: like I have twenty minutes at the grocery store to
- 16:33Speaker 2: get what I need to get out and then I
- 16:35Speaker 2: bump into somebody that I don't really know that well,
- 16:38Speaker 2: and then it's just awkward. And that happened to me
- 16:39Speaker 2: the other day at Ralph's. I was there with Michael actually,
- 16:42Speaker 2: and he goes, oh, that's so and So's dad, and
- 16:43Speaker 2: I was like, oh, and I kind of know, and
- 16:46Speaker 2: then like and then we kind of make eye contact.
- 16:47Speaker 2: But then I just belined it down a different aisle
- 16:49Speaker 2: and I left Michael chatting with this guy for like
- 16:51Speaker 2: fifteen minutes because I didn't want to talk.
- 16:54Speaker 3: What would you have talked about? What he talking exactly?
- 16:57Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 16:57Speaker 9: Michael can talk to anybody about anything for hours.
- 17:01Speaker 3: But I just was like on a mission.
- 17:02Speaker 9: I needed to get what I needed to get, and
- 17:04Speaker 9: we needed to go.
- 17:05Speaker 3: I like to I do like to talk sometimes, but
- 17:07Speaker 3: when I don't, I do this whole thing about like
- 17:11Speaker 3: you know, oh my, I just thought I had like
- 17:13Speaker 3: three minutes to get everything done. I stopped. I was
- 17:15Speaker 3: supposed to stop here, but I've got to get everything
- 17:17Speaker 3: in in like three four minutes. I have a call,
- 17:19Speaker 3: I have a call in the car.
- 17:21Speaker 9: So and so you yeah, you give your out already
- 17:24Speaker 9: right when you see them.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:25Speaker 3: No, I mean generally, I think even with us when
- 17:28Speaker 3: we're on a phone call, like hey guys, I got
- 17:29Speaker 3: two minutes. Yeah, if you have an out, it does help.
- 17:33Speaker 3: But I'm with you, when I go to like a
- 17:36Speaker 3: thing and they say, oh, come over at five thirty,
- 17:39Speaker 3: dinner at six thirty. I don't want to go to
- 17:41Speaker 3: the thing before. I don't like the thing.
- 17:44Speaker 4: I don't mind that.
- 17:45Speaker 3: I do love that.
- 17:46Speaker 9: I love a social setting and like socializing. That's fine
- 17:50Speaker 9: with me. But it's just like when I'm in the
- 17:52Speaker 9: zone in my mission to accomplish stuff no time.
- 17:55Speaker 3: But even socially, like I feel like people think I'm
- 17:58Speaker 3: going to be good at small talk, and when I
- 18:00Speaker 3: let myself and them down, I feel like they're really
- 18:03Speaker 3: surprised by Now you are.
- 18:05Speaker 9: Good at small talk and you're in denial at it.
- 18:07Speaker 9: I know what you're thinking.
- 18:09Speaker 3: It's difficult. I really have to pull anyway. Send Michael
- 18:14Speaker 3: to the store next time I have send him alone.
- 18:18Speaker 1: On Air with Ryan Seacrest one of two point seven.
- 18:23Speaker 3: It is kiss. A quote of the day coming in
- 18:28Speaker 3: a moment, just to frame up your Friday as we
- 18:31Speaker 3: get into a warm southern California weekend. Uh, Mikayla, check
- 18:35Speaker 3: this out. When's your mom come in to town? What
- 18:36Speaker 3: am I going to meet your mom again?
- 18:38Speaker 9: Around Easter?
- 18:39Speaker 3: So April can't wait?
- 18:41Speaker 18: She can't wait either, She excited she's so excited.
- 18:45Speaker 3: What she most excited about.
- 18:47Speaker 18: Meeting you and going to the set of Will of Fortune.
- 18:50Speaker 18: That's all she talks about.
- 18:52Speaker 3: That's right, We're gon We're gonna Vana White's gonna meet her.
- 18:55Speaker 3: It's gonna be a whole thing. I bring up your
- 18:57Speaker 3: mom because dating apps, you're on these things and they
- 19:05Speaker 3: say that if you put a picture of this person up,
- 19:08Speaker 3: you get a kick in traction, and that's your mom.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 19:12Speaker 9: You know when a guy has a picture with his mom,
- 19:15Speaker 9: it always just kind of like gets me.
- 19:17Speaker 18: I'm like, oh, wow, he must be a really nice guy,
- 19:19Speaker 18: and it likes his family.
- 19:21Speaker 9: That's not where my head went.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Well, and it gives you an inside look, you know,
- 19:24Speaker 2: because usually don't meet the parents until weeks, maybe even months,
- 19:27Speaker 2: and so now you get to see like a little
- 19:29Speaker 2: bit of his past.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Tanya, I used to not part a word there, and
- 19:33Speaker 3: I don't want to talk about it, Okay, Like was
- 19:37Speaker 3: not anatomy that we were Is that what you were
- 19:39Speaker 3: thinking about? Oh yeah, I.
- 19:41Speaker 9: Thought it was a tongue. Yeah, like you know, like
- 19:46Speaker 9: a picture like like their tongue.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Okay, Well, if I had my tongue out on a
- 19:52Speaker 3: dating app, that would be creepy. So immediately I guarantee.
- 19:58Speaker 9: You did Robbie have his tongue out on his picture.
- 20:02Speaker 4: He did not.
- 20:03Speaker 3: He did not, but I did exactly Well, you got lucky.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Here's today's quote. Starve distractions and feed focus. That is
- 20:16Speaker 3: the best. Like distractions, get forget about. They don't get you,
- 20:20Speaker 3: they can't get your way. But feed the focus. Feed
- 20:23Speaker 3: the things that are important, feed them. Highlight's number one
- 20:26Speaker 3: at music station is Kiss FM. All right, we're going
- 20:29Speaker 3: to pay another bill and it is a step closer
- 20:32Speaker 3: to bills being paid for a year for that person
- 20:33Speaker 3: might be you. Let's get the headlines first, Kiss FM headlines.
- 20:38Speaker 9: Yes so.
- 20:38Speaker 2: A massive warehouse fire broke out in Vernon yesterday afternoon
- 20:42Speaker 2: near East forty ninth Street and Hampton Street, destroying the building,
- 20:46Speaker 2: and no injuries have been reported. A flattened truck driver
- 20:51Speaker 2: a flat bed truck driver was rescued after crashing into
- 20:55Speaker 2: a building near Pacific Coast Highway in a Pacific Pacific palisades,
- 21:01Speaker 2: leaving the driver trapped for nearly two hours. Orange County
- 21:04Speaker 2: lifeguards are on high alert as dangerous waves and strong
- 21:09Speaker 2: rip currents continue to create hazardous beach conditions this weekend,
- 21:13Speaker 2: and Netflix is being sued for one hundred and five
- 21:17Speaker 2: million dollars after a hard drive containing an unreleased Nicholas
- 21:22Speaker 2: Cage movie was allegedly lost and then later stolen from
- 21:25Speaker 2: its Los Angeles offices.
- 21:28Speaker 3: So, you know, there are things in life that I
- 21:31Speaker 3: call thinking the dudes, or thinking with gadgets or making thingies.
- 21:36Speaker 3: I didn't know they had names. I just give them
- 21:39Speaker 3: that kind of a description. And these are almost like
- 21:41Speaker 3: every day life things or every life thing's for sure.
- 21:46Speaker 3: And I saw this on social media. I no, I
- 21:48Speaker 3: don't know if it's because I dropped out of college. Like, Sophia,
- 21:51Speaker 3: do you know this stuff? You're in college?
- 21:54Speaker 1: No?
- 21:55Speaker 3: Do you know the smell after rain, when it rains
- 21:59Speaker 3: for the first time in a long time. That smell
- 22:01Speaker 3: has a smell name, it does, Oh, Tony, you know that.
- 22:04Speaker 9: I don't know the name, but I know that smell
- 22:06Speaker 9: very vividly.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Would you're a student, Sophia, do you know?
- 22:09Speaker 18: No, I've never I didn't even know there was a name.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't either, all these years on this planet.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I just said it smells nice. It's called petrocore.
- 22:17Speaker 9: Petro core because that rolls off the tongue.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm never going to use that. I'm never I
- 22:22Speaker 3: was gonna say, yeah, it seems clean.
- 22:24Speaker 9: What lovely petricore we have this morning?
- 22:26Speaker 3: Is that the petri core? Like everyone walk away from
- 22:29Speaker 3: me and quit being friends with me. So you know
- 22:30Speaker 3: when you order a pizza and there's a little plastic table, oh,
- 22:33Speaker 3: a little Barbie table.
- 22:34Speaker 9: Yes, use it for barbiees.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So do we?
- 22:37Speaker 2: We?
- 22:38Speaker 3: I mean, I mean I would, but I don't. But
- 22:40Speaker 3: your it's exactly in the middle of your pizza box.
- 22:43Speaker 3: It is called it has a name. It is not
- 22:46Speaker 3: a Barbie patio table. It's a box tint.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:50Speaker 9: Do you do you know why they use that?
- 22:52Speaker 7: Well?
- 22:53Speaker 3: Yeah, to keep the cardboard from smash in the cheek,
- 22:55Speaker 3: to keep the pizza from yea, all right, next, so listen,
- 23:01Speaker 3: these are words that are very very could be used
- 23:04Speaker 3: almost every day. I had no idea they existed. The
- 23:09Speaker 3: day after tomorrow is called overmorrow. I've never said that.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I've never said that overmorrow. What are you guys doing overmorrow?
- 23:18Speaker 9: What I'm going to start using that?
- 23:20Speaker 3: Do you make some plans for Overmorrowbody? Somebody to see
- 23:23Speaker 3: what they say. I can't send that out to somebody
- 23:26Speaker 3: and see if they go, huh, what overmorrow? Now, wine drinkers,
- 23:31Speaker 3: how about the little wired cage over the cork on
- 23:34Speaker 3: your bottle of wine. It has a name. It's called
- 23:39Speaker 3: a graph. I can't even remember these.
- 23:41Speaker 9: Names, like a champagne bottle, like that little.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Cage exactly, the little cage, the thing you twist, the
- 23:47Speaker 3: twist and then you poke your eye out. And this
- 23:51Speaker 3: one I had no idea. I experienced this every day,
- 23:56Speaker 3: even Overmorrow. And the feeling, it's that feeling that it's
- 24:02Speaker 3: really hard to get out of bed, like that feeling
- 24:05Speaker 3: that you go, oh, you just think it's it's just
- 24:07Speaker 3: too early or too tired or too sore. It's called dysnia.
- 24:11Speaker 3: That has a name, dysania. It sounds dangerous. I don't
- 24:15Speaker 3: want to say, you know, it sounds like you need
- 24:18Speaker 3: medication for dysania. Does so these are words you will
- 24:22Speaker 3: never hear me use. But I had no idea some
- 24:25Speaker 3: of these routine things had real specific words. Maybe maybe
- 24:30Speaker 3: pick one and see, like if anybody in your circle
- 24:33Speaker 3: it looks at you crazy. Over Marrow might be the
- 24:35Speaker 3: easiest to remember, right because you can get ready for
- 24:37Speaker 3: over mar for the weekend se Crest here, second date,
- 24:41Speaker 3: up date, Dear all of us. We met on hinge
- 24:43Speaker 3: and realized we had actually met before to party years ago.
- 24:47Speaker 3: That seems like a good start, right, You already kind
- 24:50Speaker 3: of know there was something there. They go on three
- 24:53Speaker 3: dates and the last one ended with a sleepover, and
- 24:57Speaker 3: now she's not responding, wants this one like it doesn't.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I don't know. It doesn't take a magician to get
- 25:05Speaker 3: to the solution. No, it might not be. Well, well,
- 25:08Speaker 3: come on, if you're doing stats, odds are Kevin, good morning,
- 25:13Speaker 3: and thanks for coming on with us.
- 25:15Speaker 7: Good morning, Thank you guys for having me.
- 25:17Speaker 3: So Sisney thinks it's because there was a failure on
- 25:19Speaker 3: the night. I do actually there might have been a
- 25:22Speaker 3: failure on the.
- 25:23Speaker 9: Night performance or the performance in general.
- 25:27Speaker 7: I would hope not.
- 25:28Speaker 3: I speaking of that story of admitting your failures, this
- 25:30Speaker 3: would be a tough one to admit, right Kevin, for anybody, Yeah,
- 25:36Speaker 3: and I would.
- 25:37Speaker 7: That's I'm like ninety nine point nine percent sure, there's
- 25:40Speaker 7: no way it was like a performance.
- 25:41Speaker 3: But it could be, like it happens. It's fine, it
- 25:44Speaker 3: could be.
- 25:45Speaker 7: You're right, and I just will until that's like said
- 25:48Speaker 7: to me, that. No, I don't want to think about.
- 25:52Speaker 3: All right, So in your mind, what could have gone wrong?
- 25:55Speaker 3: You guys knew each other, you had to pass you
- 25:56Speaker 3: met on hinge, that's a good sign. You go on
- 25:58Speaker 3: three dates, that's a great sign. We have this sleepover
- 26:00Speaker 3: and it's over. What happened in your mind?
- 26:03Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 26:04Speaker 7: No's I'm trying to figure it out. I have everything
- 26:07Speaker 7: that I can imagine about. It was perfect a night
- 26:10Speaker 7: of honestly on schedule. It's like three days. It didn't
- 26:13Speaker 7: feel too soon. Didn't feel like it was perfect, I
- 26:16Speaker 7: will say immediately the next morning, her demeanor was just different.
- 26:19Speaker 7: So I'm trying to figure out, like what does she like?
- 26:21Speaker 7: Didn't X call her when I was asleep? Did I
- 26:24Speaker 7: pass gas? Did I just snored? It like she didn't
- 26:26Speaker 7: sleep at all? Like what happened when I went to
- 26:29Speaker 7: sleep and woke up? That changed her demeanor because from
- 26:32Speaker 7: what I remember, it was great, like I expected a
- 26:34Speaker 7: fourth Okay, all right, well I'm.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Clear on this and she's agreed. I believe. Here the
- 26:38Speaker 3: back room is telling me she's agreed to come on
- 26:40Speaker 3: with us, So stand by, will get Liz is her
- 26:43Speaker 3: name on the phone next to kiss you know when
- 26:46Speaker 3: something is a little off, like you get rejected or
- 26:49Speaker 3: someone blows you off. I talk to myself. Do you
- 26:51Speaker 3: talk to yourself to try and figure out, like why
- 26:54Speaker 3: why did this happen? What does she not like about me?
- 26:57Speaker 3: Like I have an inner dialogue about it?
- 26:58Speaker 9: Yeah, I think we all do InterVoice.
- 27:01Speaker 3: So Kevin has that and he wants us to actually
- 27:04Speaker 3: find out for him. He knew this woman named Liz
- 27:07Speaker 3: from back in the day. They had actually met at
- 27:11Speaker 3: a party. Now cut to today these you know currently
- 27:15Speaker 3: they met on Hinge, They went out for three dates,
- 27:18Speaker 3: they had a sleepover, and after that sleepover, sheet cut
- 27:21Speaker 3: it off. He doesn't know why. He thinks maybe he
- 27:24Speaker 3: did something, he snored or something else. We're not quite
- 27:26Speaker 3: sure either, but Kevin, Liz has agreed to come on
- 27:29Speaker 3: and tell us. So hold tight, don't say anything. We're
- 27:31Speaker 3: just gonna ask her next.
- 27:32Speaker 10: All right, tells you that.
- 27:34Speaker 3: Okay, here we go. Hey, Liz, it's Ryan Seacrest, Sisannitanya, everybody.
- 27:39Speaker 3: How are you good? How are you good? You're on
- 27:42Speaker 3: the air with us. Okay, so we know you went
- 27:47Speaker 3: out with a guy named Kevin. You you knew him
- 27:48Speaker 3: from the past, and you met on Hinge and went
- 27:50Speaker 3: out three dates. Why did you decide not to go
- 27:53Speaker 3: on a fourth date with Kevin?
- 27:56Speaker 4: Oh?
- 27:56Speaker 10: Oh good, okay, well, you know dating is not easy,
- 27:59Speaker 10: but that's a run for another day. What about him?
- 28:03Speaker 3: Actually, what about him? No, that's what I'm saying. Why
- 28:06Speaker 3: why three dates and not a fourth?
- 28:08Speaker 9: Yeah, something happened.
- 28:09Speaker 10: Oh, I mean it's I feel like he's not a
- 28:13Speaker 10: bad guy. But you know what, I feel like parents
- 28:16Speaker 10: are not raising young man probably.
- 28:18Speaker 9: Actually, Oh, tell me more.
- 28:20Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean he was a nice guy. We had
- 28:23Speaker 10: some dates, we stayed he stayed over. So the next
- 28:26Speaker 10: morning I get up to make us breakfast and he
- 28:30Speaker 10: lays in bed. He comes to breakfast, he eats everything
- 28:33Speaker 10: in like thirty seconds, and then he sits on the
- 28:36Speaker 10: couch scrolls while I'm doing everything cleaning up. And he
- 28:41Speaker 10: didn't offer any help, you know, And he.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Saw a different kind of guy after the night. Yeah, yeah, okay, So.
- 28:48Speaker 10: I was thinking we could now go for a walk
- 28:51Speaker 10: or something, But after seeing all of that, I was done.
- 28:53Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, list Kevin is on the line hearing this. Kevin,
- 28:58Speaker 3: you were you had all of this charisma going in
- 29:02Speaker 3: and then after the night, you didn't things change. Do
- 29:05Speaker 3: you understand what she's telling you?
- 29:08Speaker 7: I ashamed. I'm ashamed.
- 29:11Speaker 3: I do.
- 29:13Speaker 7: Now. You're right about that. Honestly, She's on thousand percent right,
- 29:16Speaker 7: and I really feel embarrassing it. That was really rude.
- 29:20Speaker 7: I didn't think about all of those actions kind of
- 29:24Speaker 7: what it came across.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Like, So, Lizen, now that you hear him say that,
- 29:27Speaker 3: is there a shot that you'd want to see him again?
- 29:31Speaker 14: No?
- 29:31Speaker 8: No, I don't think so.
- 29:33Speaker 7: Wow.
- 29:34Speaker 3: All right, Well, well, thank you very much everyone.
- 29:37Speaker 7: Sorry for that. I didn't I didn't realize that. I'm sorry.
- 29:41Speaker 10: It's okay, but you know what, like, all I can
- 29:44Speaker 10: think about a relationship with you will be sleeping in
- 29:49Speaker 10: playing video games on the couch while I'm doing everything
- 29:52Speaker 10: now I mean, and also, you left the total seat up.
- 29:54Speaker 3: So this is a good lesson for all of us, aful,
- 29:58Speaker 3: but good lesson for everybody listening right now. Thank you both.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Wait hold, hold, has anyone ever made you breakfast the
- 30:08Speaker 3: night off or the morning after? Yeah? Yeah, yeah? On
- 30:16Speaker 3: air with Ryan Seacrest. Now, Tani, can we just go
- 30:21Speaker 3: here for a second, Let's stop what we're gonna do.
- 30:23Speaker 3: But you do it, I think in a good way.
- 30:27Speaker 3: You do try and match make like you look for
- 30:31Speaker 3: people in your life, and you run across a lot
- 30:33Speaker 3: of people and you chat with everybody, so you get
- 30:36Speaker 3: to know everyone, even strangers, And every once in a
- 30:39Speaker 3: while you say to yourself, Oh, eureka, I think I've
- 30:42Speaker 3: found the match for you. I think I know someone
- 30:45Speaker 3: who's good for you. In this case, it's your doctor.
- 30:49Speaker 9: Yes, it is my doctor.
- 30:52Speaker 17: And it is not a best friend of mine. I'd
- 30:55Speaker 17: say she's a good friend of mine, But I just
- 31:00Speaker 17: don't know if it's a bad thing because it's my doctor.
- 31:03Speaker 17: Like I don't hang out with him, like you know
- 31:06Speaker 17: what I mean, Like I don't. I'm not hanging with him.
- 31:09Speaker 17: I don't know how to if I suggest it, What
- 31:12Speaker 17: if it goes bad and then he's my doctor?
- 31:16Speaker 18: I just I'm not sure.
- 31:19Speaker 3: What kind of doctor is it?
- 31:21Speaker 9: He is a spine doctor.
- 31:25Speaker 3: Spine doctor? Friend?
- 31:27Speaker 1: Is it?
- 31:29Speaker 9: She's a good friend of mine? What do you mean
- 31:32Speaker 9: what kind of friend?
- 31:33Speaker 3: I'm just wondering how close she is.
- 31:34Speaker 17: She's not in my like my my my inner circle
- 31:37Speaker 17: of best friends, but she's on the circle right outside
- 31:40Speaker 17: of it, Okay.
- 31:41Speaker 3: And is our spine doctor's fun.
- 31:46Speaker 2: He's so cool like he is just a cool guy,
- 31:50Speaker 2: So it could be a good match. I feel like
- 31:52Speaker 2: you could have a good personality and he could vibes.
- 31:55Speaker 2: He's literally just like so cool.
- 31:58Speaker 3: What's the downside if it's like weird?
- 32:01Speaker 4: I just don't want.
- 32:02Speaker 17: I don't want any sort of weirdness when I'm going
- 32:05Speaker 17: to any sort of doctor or somebody in adults.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I think they are adults. Is a doctor
- 32:11Speaker 3: and he shouldn't be talking about it anyway. Look, it
- 32:14Speaker 3: is a very very cool thing to be somebody that
- 32:18Speaker 3: wants to connect other people because you just it's a
- 32:20Speaker 3: good trait. But there's more downside for you than there
- 32:24Speaker 3: is upside for them, because if and when it does
- 32:26Speaker 3: go wrong, you're gonna feel bad. You're going to be
- 32:29Speaker 3: in the middle of it. Odds are won't work out.
- 32:31Speaker 4: So odds are I could, though.
- 32:35Speaker 9: They're both really.
- 32:38Speaker 3: I would just if it were me and a doctor
- 32:41Speaker 3: of mine, I would stay out of it.
- 32:43Speaker 9: Did they ask you to set them up? No, then
- 32:45Speaker 9: I'd stay out of it. Well, then that's out of it.
- 32:49Speaker 4: Out of it.
- 32:50Speaker 18: It's so cool.
- 32:51Speaker 9: I'm like, I have to I have he has a girlfriend.
- 32:55Speaker 12: I don't.
- 32:56Speaker 18: I don't know.
- 32:57Speaker 9: Actually I haven't asked.
- 32:58Speaker 3: This is you know in life. I've learned this in life,
- 33:04Speaker 3: stay out of Most people like the more you go
- 33:08Speaker 3: through life. But she got to start. The more you
- 33:11Speaker 3: go through life, the more you should stop getting involved
- 33:14Speaker 3: with other people's business. It's just gonna be better off
- 33:17Speaker 3: for you. I like the idea and spirit, I would
- 33:19Speaker 3: not go for it. Keep us posted. How's your back?
- 33:23Speaker 18: Great?
- 33:26Speaker 3: Come the next back to school? Cash Kiss FM. It's
- 33:29Speaker 3: always interesting to check in with everybody here because everybody's
- 33:32Speaker 3: got a different life, different moving parts, different lifestyle, different lives.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Sophia is an intern. She's been interning here for it
- 33:39Speaker 3: feels like years. Now. Did your hair blue it is?
- 33:46Speaker 3: Did you smurf? What would you smurf it up for?
- 33:48Speaker 1: I did?
- 33:48Speaker 18: I'm in my smurfet era right now.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Attention for skeletor wow is just to get his attention.
- 33:58Speaker 18: The blue will make a mask, but I don't know.
- 34:00Speaker 18: I just want to switch it up. I'm twenty one now,
- 34:02Speaker 18: so I'm like, I might as well do something fun.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good step, all right, So tell me
- 34:09Speaker 3: about your roommate. I lived with three people, five people.
- 34:13Speaker 3: I mean, I did this half my life. So what's
- 34:15Speaker 3: the problem now, what's the problem with your roommate.
- 34:18Speaker 13: Well, I'm here every morning with you guys on the show,
- 34:21Speaker 13: and by the time I get home, it's like eleven
- 34:23Speaker 13: or twelve. All I want to do is just make
- 34:26Speaker 13: myself some lunch by myself, have my headphones in, have
- 34:30Speaker 13: the kitchen space to myself right before I go to class,
- 34:33Speaker 13: like clockwork. When I get home, my roommate comes out
- 34:37Speaker 13: of her room with her little snugly robe and her
- 34:39Speaker 13: pjs and her slippers and starts taking out all the
- 34:42Speaker 13: pots and pants, cooking herself lunch, like making a drink
- 34:46Speaker 13: or something I don't.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Even know, a drink, like a like a juice drink.
- 34:52Speaker 13: Okay, yeah, this is a little early, but I'm just
- 34:55Speaker 13: and I don't know how to tell her, like get
- 34:57Speaker 13: out of my way, like just one day.
- 34:59Speaker 18: I want to have this kitchen to myself to relax.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Okay, well, let me tell you how you do that,
- 35:06Speaker 3: because I wanted that too. I had to take on
- 35:09Speaker 3: four jobs at once. And once you do, you can
- 35:13Speaker 3: then say to yourself and your roommate, I need to
- 35:15Speaker 3: move out to have my own space and my own
- 35:17Speaker 3: kitchen and my own apartment at this moment, at this
- 35:20Speaker 3: stage in your life. These are things you have to
- 35:22Speaker 3: deal with. It's just what roommates do. I mean, roommates
- 35:26Speaker 3: do weird gross things.
- 35:30Speaker 9: You got to create a schedule.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just part of be like it is what
- 35:35Speaker 3: it is. At this point, you're sharing and that's what
- 35:38Speaker 3: you deal with. You know, you're going to have to
- 35:41Speaker 3: deal with her clanking in the morning with their little
- 35:44Speaker 3: my little kitty robe or whatever she wears. It happens,
- 35:50Speaker 3: it happens, I know.
- 35:52Speaker 7: You know.
- 35:52Speaker 2: This reminds me when I was first starting to date Michael.
- 35:54Speaker 2: He would have to come up from San Diego. We
- 35:56Speaker 2: did long distance for two years. And on the days
- 35:59Speaker 2: where he would come, for whatever reason, Taja would want
- 36:01Speaker 2: to cook like shrimp in the kitchen and the whole
- 36:04Speaker 2: like hallway of the apartment would stink up and pative.
- 36:08Speaker 9: But that's the thing, and it was just like shrimp,
- 36:10Speaker 9: shrimps got to be exactly.
- 36:14Speaker 3: You got to get approve of first stuff.
- 36:15Speaker 9: But I told her I did. I had a conversation
- 36:17Speaker 9: with her. I was like, hey, Michael's coming over her,
- 36:19Speaker 9: can you just not like cook fish? Like the house
- 36:21Speaker 9: doesn't smell like fish.
- 36:23Speaker 3: I mean named Louis and Louie. He didn't work.
- 36:29Speaker 7: I worked.
- 36:29Speaker 3: I come on from work. That guy was sitting there
- 36:31Speaker 3: in basketball shorts, no shirt. This is not a Louie.
- 36:35Speaker 3: You wanted to see a no shirt on the black
- 36:37Speaker 3: leather couch. And he would just sit there and he
- 36:40Speaker 3: would eat cold canned Campbell's soup, not even heated, wow
- 36:46Speaker 3: out of the can, and he would leave the cans
- 36:50Speaker 3: on the coffee table, and then he would burp and
- 36:54Speaker 3: he would do things that like it made me for sure,
- 36:58Speaker 3: not like guys for by a year because he But
- 37:03Speaker 3: this is part of rooming. It's actually it actually motivates
- 37:06Speaker 3: you to do to get a job.
- 37:09Speaker 9: Yeah, no, wonder you had four jobs. You're like, I
- 37:11Speaker 9: gotta get out of here.
- 37:12Speaker 3: I gotta get out of this guy eating creama mushroom
- 37:15Speaker 3: and leaving it on the table cold. So we have
- 37:19Speaker 3: no solution. But if you want to get to two
- 37:22Speaker 3: or three jobs, I advocate. She was going on a
- 37:25Speaker 3: first date and the guy changed it at the last
- 37:28Speaker 3: minute because his ex was at the restaurant they're supposed
- 37:31Speaker 3: to go to, And she's wondering, is that a red flag? Anna?
- 37:35Speaker 4: Good morning?
- 37:35Speaker 3: Why why do you think this could be a red flag. Yeah.
- 37:41Speaker 8: So basically, I just I was on my way to
- 37:45Speaker 8: a date and he let me know, like as I'm
- 37:48Speaker 8: walking into the restaurant that we had to change locations
- 37:52Speaker 8: and because there, Yeah, exactly exactly.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Why is that a bat on him?
- 38:00Speaker 10: Well?
- 38:00Speaker 8: I don't know, Like maybe I'm overthinking it, but is
- 38:03Speaker 8: it a red flag? Like does he why can't he
- 38:05Speaker 8: get along with his X or like why can't he
- 38:07Speaker 8: be in the same room with her?
- 38:09Speaker 10: Is he not over her?
- 38:10Speaker 4: Oh?
- 38:11Speaker 3: I think it's distracting. I mean, look, I I have fun,
- 38:14Speaker 3: very fun feeling what's the word not feeling anything?
- 38:19Speaker 9: What feelings anything?
- 38:20Speaker 3: But a great, good relationship with my ex and I
- 38:23Speaker 3: still wouldn't want to like be in the same room
- 38:25Speaker 3: when they were with somebody else.
- 38:26Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just distracting. It's distracting. It's actually not fair
- 38:33Speaker 3: to you or to the ex and it's distracting. Okay,
- 38:39Speaker 3: So I don't think it's a red flag. I really don't.
- 38:41Speaker 3: You got to give this guy a shot. He's probably
- 38:43Speaker 3: just trying to make it comfortable for you. Wouldn't you
- 38:45Speaker 3: find it uncomfortable his exes in the restaurant?
- 38:49Speaker 8: I mean yeah, but like I don't if it was me, like,
- 38:51Speaker 8: I would want people to see me like happy, like
- 38:55Speaker 8: starting with somebody else maybe.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Means that's a game. Yeah, okay, I'm gonna agree.
- 39:03Speaker 4: With me on this.
- 39:04Speaker 1: How did you.
- 39:06Speaker 3: How easy is that?
- 39:08Speaker 9: How did you find out it was his exit? He
- 39:10Speaker 9: tell you specifically?
- 39:12Speaker 8: Yeah he did.
- 39:12Speaker 9: Then that's a green flag too, because then he could
- 39:14Speaker 9: have lied about it. He could have just not even
- 39:16Speaker 9: told you.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Get this guy in the calendar. Yeah, get him in
- 39:19Speaker 3: the calendar again.
- 39:23Speaker 8: Okay, okay, I will makes sense right, No.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Red, no red, green, green green green green grass ahead
- 39:32Speaker 3: one two seven. Kiss. Thank you guys so much for
