- 0:28Speaker 4: And it's January fifteenth, mixed one or two point nine
- 0:31Speaker 4: minum is Bailly the Kid. Candice Lopez is here, Producer
- 0:34Speaker 4: Poo is here, and Kansas has just been oh, tickled,
- 0:37Speaker 4: as my grandmother would have said, tickled to death at
- 0:41Speaker 4: my story that she came in this morning and it's like, oh, yeah,
- 0:43Speaker 4: Enzo got his basketball jersey and I was telling him
- 0:46Speaker 4: about your basketball jersey story and I'm like, wow.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Really, Candas, Yeah, you gonna tell it again?
- 0:51Speaker 1: No, I don't want to tell it again.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I almost called you. I enjoyed the story so much yesterday.
- 0:55Speaker 2: It was also, by the way, one of the saddest
- 0:57Speaker 2: stories I've ever heard.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Oh oh is it.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Not to laugh at at the same time? Moments where
- 1:04Speaker 2: you laugh and cry, Well, that's what this story was
- 1:07Speaker 2: to me. And you know, I just feel like you
- 1:09Speaker 2: should share it again this morning.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Well, The story I'll tell real quick is when I
- 1:12Speaker 4: was a kid, you know, i'd say about ten or eleven,
- 1:15Speaker 4: I was husky, okay husky, and I say husky, I
- 1:19Speaker 4: was chunky. My grandma used to say I was big boned,
- 1:22Speaker 4: and I was like, what am I a dinosaur?
- 1:24Speaker 1: You know what is big boned?
- 1:26Speaker 3: Me?
- 1:26Speaker 4: That's just a kind way of saying you're chubby. Well, basketball,
- 1:32Speaker 4: I was on a team called the Clippers, and I
- 1:35Speaker 4: was all excited to get my jersey and then they
- 1:37Speaker 4: were giving away the jerseys and I was like, okay,
- 1:39Speaker 4: all right, and the coach was like, well you know what, Bill,
- 1:42Speaker 4: little Billy, we only have a large. We don't have
- 1:44Speaker 4: any more largest, we have mediums. He was like, I
- 1:46Speaker 4: really need it.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I need it.
- 1:48Speaker 4: I really need a large. We don't have a Try
- 1:50Speaker 4: on this medium. And I tried it on and it
- 1:52Speaker 4: was I looked like a half open Canna biscuits.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Oh oh yeah.
- 1:59Speaker 4: So I went home and I showed my mom and
- 2:01Speaker 4: I was like, I know, I was all upset. I
- 2:02Speaker 4: was crying and her and my grandma thought it was
- 2:05Speaker 4: a brilliant idea to a Frankenstein a jersey and basically
- 2:10Speaker 4: cut it on the sides and add more materials, so bigger.
- 2:15Speaker 4: The problem is, you know, the jersey is mesh and
- 2:19Speaker 4: that what they added was like T shirt quality, and
- 2:24Speaker 4: it was not even the same color. It was white,
- 2:28Speaker 4: but it wasn't white. And my grandma I remember, and
- 2:32Speaker 4: my grandma no, rest in peace. She wasn't the best sewer.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And I got done and she looked at it and
- 2:39Speaker 1: she said, oh, you can't even tell. My Mom's like, look,
- 2:41Speaker 1: you can't even tell.
- 2:43Speaker 4: And I went to practice the next day and they
- 2:45Speaker 4: were like, what's wrong with your jersey? And I was like, nothing,
- 2:53Speaker 4: it needed an alteration and they were like why because
- 2:56Speaker 4: you're too fat. And I was like, and it was
- 2:59Speaker 4: a very tough moment for me. But Cannic's best story
- 3:03Speaker 4: of her life.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Well, no, I think it was the best story of
- 3:05Speaker 2: Pooh's life.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, who loved it yesterday?
- 3:09Speaker 2: Today?
- 3:09Speaker 1: Maybe? Who couldn't stop laughing? Man, you were that fat,
- 3:17Speaker 1: was a little chubby kid.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I mean it happens. These jerseys come and then they
- 3:21Speaker 2: you know, don't order them proper sizes, Like now we
- 3:23Speaker 2: get to pick our sizes or whatever.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Well now I look back and I go, how in
- 3:27Speaker 4: the world do we not just have an extra large.
- 3:28Speaker 4: But there was another kid on the team who needed
- 3:30Speaker 4: the large and he was way bigger than me and.
- 3:32Speaker 1: He needed it. And how did we not like just
- 3:35Speaker 1: have another jersey. Why could we get a lot?
- 3:37Speaker 4: We had to make a homemade jersey.
- 3:41Speaker 2: It's kind of weird, and.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I couldn't play in that. It was it's.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Constricting and you're good at basketball, so like, we can't
- 3:48Speaker 2: have stuff impeding on your game.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Oh, I could even raise my arms in the air.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Oh, I was like just sitting there like a little sausage.
- 3:57Speaker 5: Oh.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Just passed the ball to me and I just had
- 4:00Speaker 4: to pass it back because right couldn't even shoot kick it.
- 4:03Speaker 4: At one point, could barely breathe. No, it was bad jersey.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Well, he came home for school yesterday and he wasn't
- 4:11Speaker 2: feeling well, so we didn't make it to practice. But
- 4:14Speaker 2: luckily one of my friends, Emily, another mom, grabbed his
- 4:16Speaker 2: jersey and I was like texting her, can you just
- 4:18Speaker 2: take a peek and tell me what number he got
- 4:20Speaker 2: because he couldn't pick his number for basketball like he
- 4:22Speaker 2: does baseball, And he got number thirteen, which was Eric's number.
- 4:26Speaker 2: So yeah, that was cute. So I'm excited to see him. Yeah,
- 4:29Speaker 2: this weekend playing for his first time with the new team.
- 4:31Speaker 4: O good, Yeah, that'll be fun. I'm glad he doesn't
- 4:34Speaker 4: have to worry about you sewing more material.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Under his jersey. No, so he can fit into it.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I always envy the skinny kids. Oh, yes, same, you
- 4:43Speaker 1: know I was a chunky it was you weren't a
- 4:46Speaker 1: chunky kid.
- 4:48Speaker 2: No, you weren't the kids that could do sit ups or.
- 4:52Speaker 1: The ones that could climb the road story. Yeah, in
- 4:55Speaker 1: gym class would do a pull up.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Yeah, every time we had the physical fitness test. Oh,
- 4:59Speaker 2: I dreaded that day.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Yeah, or go to the go to the pool and
- 5:02Speaker 4: not have a shirt on. Oh, I would have my
- 5:04Speaker 4: shirt on. I'd have a whole suit on if I could.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Back in the day. Oh was the worst. I'd go
- 5:11Speaker 4: in the locker room change before everybody else.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Yeah, it's tough out there.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Look at this guy. He thinks it's so funny.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I know that's that's that's rough. When you're a kid.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I wants up with you. Besides thinking my traumatic childhood
- 5:25Speaker 1: is hysterical.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I ran into this girl yesterday. Sorry, go ahead, and for.
- 5:35Speaker 6: The life of me, I couldn't remember who she was.
- 5:37Speaker 3: I was like, sit up there. She was like, oh
- 5:38Speaker 3: my god, Pooh, how you being? How's Billy YadA? And
- 5:42Speaker 3: I was like, oh, yeah, he's good or whatever. You know,
- 5:44Speaker 3: I'm keeping him out of trouble. And I could not
- 5:47Speaker 3: at all remember who she was. And then finally after
- 5:49Speaker 3: we got done talk, I was like Candice, No, I
- 5:52Speaker 3: was like, give give me a call or whatever and we'll,
- 5:55Speaker 3: you know, keep in touch.
- 5:57Speaker 6: Or when she called me came up, I still had
- 6:01Speaker 6: her number.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Oh, came up Jack's pub Tina.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Maybe she was a martender.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Wow, that's amazing. Was that the volleyball club? Yes, that
- 6:13Speaker 2: place was awesome.
- 6:15Speaker 1: You want to take it back. I was somewhere I
- 6:19Speaker 1: can't believe.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Yeah, they tore it down now, but I still can't
- 6:21Speaker 4: believe you have numbers from that long ago on your phone,
- 6:24Speaker 4: I guess.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So, wow, are you sure my number? Like eighteen times?
- 6:28Speaker 1: I'm sure she'll love hearing this story too.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Yeah, totally.
- 6:31Speaker 4: If I thought, who knew who I was? Who's got
- 6:34Speaker 4: the memory of a flee? Yeah, So just letting you know.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I thought about that the other day. Should I should
- 6:39Speaker 2: I ask people what they have me as in their phone?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Because everyone in my phone is like Emily Lincoln's mom.
- 6:45Speaker 2: You know, Jessica knocks his mom. You know, it's always
- 6:48Speaker 2: somebody's mom.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Yeah, what do I have you in my phone? As
- 6:50Speaker 4: I think I have you as Lopez?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Just lopezz?
- 6:54Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Who in there is Poo's l Washington?
- 6:59Speaker 2: Who knew new number?
- 7:01Speaker 1: Yeah? Because Pooh's always You're right, He's always changing his number.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I don't know why I do that. I should just
- 7:07Speaker 2: change the number and not.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Changed his name. You know what, since you were laughing
- 7:10Speaker 1: at me, you know what I'm gonna do.
- 7:12Speaker 5: What.
- 7:13Speaker 4: I'm gonna start off the show by posting a picture
- 7:15Speaker 4: I found you back.
- 7:15Speaker 1: In the day.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Oh, can I see it first?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Oh? No approval.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Give me a couple of minutes, and I'm gonna post
- 7:23Speaker 4: it at Billy on the Radio on my Instagram. At
- 7:27Speaker 4: Billy on the Radio. Let me just tell you this,
- 7:29Speaker 4: Pooh looks like I don't know man, who is the
- 7:33Speaker 4: I'll be honest, he looks like Diddy.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Oh, it's Top Stories on the Tents with Billy's the
- 7:39Speaker 3: Kid in.
- 7:39Speaker 2: The morning only on the New Mixed one or two
- 7:42Speaker 2: point nine.
- 7:43Speaker 4: My Instagram is not upload I'm trying to post his
- 7:44Speaker 4: picture poo and I think he's sabotageding the Wi Fi.
- 7:47Speaker 1: There's something. Won't let me post it?
- 7:48Speaker 4: Give me a minute. At Billy on the Radio on Instagram.
- 7:51Speaker 4: At Billy on the Radio. Okay, canna slow, Paz, what
- 7:53Speaker 4: is going on?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Well, it is cold outside, guys, thirty four degrees right now.
- 7:57Speaker 2: That cold front came through. Suddenly winter is here. We
- 8:00Speaker 2: are going to have sunny skies today though, high of
- 8:02Speaker 2: fifty eight. I just saw too that today is actually
- 8:05Speaker 2: the day we have our average at first snow. So
- 8:09Speaker 2: it's cold. It's right on time.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's not happening no snow. But I will say,
- 8:12Speaker 4: you think it's cold now? Did you see Saturday? What
- 8:14Speaker 4: it looks like Saturday?
- 8:15Speaker 2: Oh yeah, forty eight for the high and cloudy for
- 8:17Speaker 2: the high.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Yes.
- 8:19Speaker 2: No, no, I'm ready for just like a little hint
- 8:21Speaker 2: of winter.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I don't want it. I'm ready for spring.
- 8:24Speaker 2: That's what makes spring so exciting, because we've been through winter.
- 8:26Speaker 2: When it's just like spring all the time, it just
- 8:28Speaker 2: gets old to me.
- 8:29Speaker 4: I think it's just the older I get, and I'm
- 8:31Speaker 4: by far not the oldest on the show. No, but
- 8:34Speaker 4: I just want it warmer. Okay, you know that's why
- 8:37Speaker 4: old people just moved to Florida. Yeah, to die?
- 8:40Speaker 1: Oh no, I mean I'm saying eventually it would be
- 8:42Speaker 1: warm until they die.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Okay, guys. Verizon customers across the US experienced a widespread
- 8:49Speaker 2: wireless outage yesterday. It disrupted voice and data services for
- 8:54Speaker 2: a good part of the day before being restored late
- 8:56Speaker 2: last night. But a lot of users had that SOS
- 8:59Speaker 2: on their which is like the worst, literally no signal.
- 9:02Speaker 1: No.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Verizon did apologize on social media and say they will
- 9:07Speaker 2: give customers account credits. They didn't say what caused the outage,
- 9:10Speaker 2: but Verizon has more than one hundred and forty six
- 9:13Speaker 2: million customers. I know. I was trying to get in
- 9:15Speaker 2: touch with one of my friends, the basketball mom. I
- 9:17Speaker 2: was telling you about about Inzos Jersey, and she'd never responded.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I was like, that's not like her, and then like
- 9:21Speaker 2: five hours later she's like, sorry Verizon, Yeah.
- 9:24Speaker 4: No, and that's why, Like if you couldn't get hold
- 9:25Speaker 4: of yesterday or people I didn't want to talk to,
- 9:27Speaker 4: I was like, man, there was an outage, you know,
- 9:29Speaker 4: like I thought you were with AT and T. I'm like, no, Verizon, sorry, yeah, no,
- 9:35Speaker 4: but it also affected other people too, because sometimes they
- 9:37Speaker 4: share the same towers or whatever in certain areas, so
- 9:40Speaker 4: some AIGHT and T customers were experiencing outages too. It's
- 9:43Speaker 4: just like, you know, and it's scary too because you're like,
- 9:45Speaker 4: why did it happen? Yeah, why did it happen? Some
- 9:47Speaker 4: people are like was it you know? The conspiracy theorists
- 9:50Speaker 4: are like, wait, was this like a dry run for
- 9:53Speaker 4: you know, like some kind of cyber attack. So, and
- 9:55Speaker 4: I don't know if that's the case. I'm trying to
- 9:58Speaker 4: longer fear or anything.
- 9:59Speaker 2: But yeah, think about Yeah, we have a lot of
- 10:02Speaker 2: these lately, so you need to have a plan B,
- 10:04Speaker 2: you know, just in case. Let me give you this
- 10:06Speaker 2: update from Solana ID. Yesterday they announced the resignation of
- 10:10Speaker 2: athletic director and head coach Bill Elliott, of course, the
- 10:13Speaker 2: father of Caleb Elliott, the former coach in the middle
- 10:16Speaker 2: of that ongoing investigation there. Bill Elliott spent more than
- 10:20Speaker 2: three decades with the district. A letter to parents was
- 10:23Speaker 2: also sent out yesterday announcing the resignation of the principal
- 10:27Speaker 2: at More Middle School. That's the school where you know,
- 10:29Speaker 2: he was a teacher at. She had some support from
- 10:32Speaker 2: that special school board meeting that happened late Monday night.
- 10:36Speaker 2: But pretty big development there yesterday, even after they released
- 10:40Speaker 2: more information from those third party investigation findings which seemed
- 10:44Speaker 2: to clear you know, anyone in the district from knowing
- 10:48Speaker 2: about this happening. So interesting turn of events yesterday. I'll
- 10:52Speaker 2: definitely keep you posting it for principal.
- 10:54Speaker 1: She did, Yeah, resigned.
- 10:56Speaker 2: She resigned. Bill Elliott retire announced retirement.
- 11:00Speaker 1: But I'm gonna go ahead and say it. Don't give
- 11:03Speaker 1: them the honor of retiring or resigning if they hid something.
- 11:08Speaker 1: If that's the case, I want them terminated. Yeah, and
- 11:11Speaker 1: that needs to be on their resume. And I don't
- 11:13Speaker 1: know if that's what happened, but I don't. You know,
- 11:14Speaker 1: sometimes they'll give people executives and big companies and out
- 11:18Speaker 1: by just retiring, you know. That way you can go
- 11:21Speaker 1: on your own.
- 11:21Speaker 2: They can close this chapter in the conversation.
- 11:24Speaker 4: But you need something that was bad. I want you
- 11:27Speaker 4: to be publicly terminated.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe maybe be held accountable.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I agree, so well.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Obviously have to have proof, you know, which we.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Don't have yet all the details. Yeah, but I'm just saying,
- 11:39Speaker 1: if that's the case, they need to be terminated and
- 11:41Speaker 1: parents agree with you.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, And guys, Matt McConaughey just secured eight trademarks
- 11:46Speaker 2: to protect his voice and like this from being used
- 11:48Speaker 2: inappropriately by AI. His famous catchphrase all right, all right,
- 11:53Speaker 2: all right was one of the eight.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Uh.
- 11:55Speaker 2: The trademark registration, though, says the mark consists of a
- 11:58Speaker 2: man saying the this is how they have to describe
- 12:01Speaker 2: it so that you can own it. The first syllable
- 12:04Speaker 2: of the first two words is at a lower pitch
- 12:06Speaker 2: than the second syllable. Really, yeah, and then they have
- 12:09Speaker 2: to describe the first syllable of the last word is
- 12:12Speaker 2: a higher pitch than the second syllable. So it's interesting.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I'm surprised you can actually even trademark something like that.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, it's really really interesting. I guess he
- 12:20Speaker 2: applied for this back in December of twenty twenty three
- 12:23Speaker 2: and it was just approved last month, you know. But
- 12:26Speaker 2: then there's seven other ones that he's trademarked. But it's
- 12:29Speaker 2: like good for him, But is every you know, actor
- 12:31Speaker 2: going to have to do this?
- 12:33Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, to protect what's gonna happen.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Things like that, which there's a lot of you know,
- 12:37Speaker 2: movie quotes quote unquote movie quotes that we all say,
- 12:41Speaker 2: but they can't, you know, are gonna we can't be AI.
- 12:44Speaker 1: We're not say it anymore. We can't say anymore without
- 12:46Speaker 1: saying it. Oh we can.
- 12:47Speaker 2: We just can't have AI.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Who thinks he's.
- 12:49Speaker 4: By the way, who thinks he has a good Matthew
- 12:51Speaker 4: mcconnay impression.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I'm ready for this, all right?
- 12:55Speaker 1: All right?
- 12:56Speaker 6: All right?
- 12:57Speaker 1: Is that Jerry Jones? Oh?
- 13:01Speaker 4: Here he goes now he says, how come every impression
- 13:04Speaker 4: is the same Matthew McConaughey, Jerry Jones, all the same person.
- 13:09Speaker 1: They're coming for me.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Okay, thank you, all right, I'm kanna slow pas, all right, alright, alright,
- 13:14Speaker 2: those are Texas stories.
- 13:16Speaker 1: All right.
- 13:16Speaker 4: Well, let's do real or fake news. We give you
- 13:18Speaker 4: three headlines. You gotta tell me which one is fake.
- 13:20Speaker 4: And it's just a fun way to talk about some
- 13:22Speaker 4: ridiculous stories that are going on.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And uh there's some weird ones. Are you ready?
- 13:26Speaker 3: Yep?
- 13:26Speaker 1: Who you ready? I'm ready? All right?
- 13:29Speaker 4: Headline number one elderly Man arrested after he tries to
- 13:32Speaker 4: board plane with his deceased wife.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Oh.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Elderly man arrested after he tries to board the plane
- 13:42Speaker 4: with his deceased wife.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Headline number one.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Headline number two, Texas man arrested for flashing passing cars
- 13:49Speaker 4: on seventy five because he was quote bored. Okay, Texas
- 13:56Speaker 4: man arrested for flashing passing cars on seventy five because
- 13:59Speaker 4: he will was bored all right. Headline number three teach
- 14:03Speaker 4: your charge with assault and battery after she threw her
- 14:06Speaker 4: shoe at an eleven year old student. And teach your
- 14:11Speaker 4: charge with a sault and battery after she threw her
- 14:14Speaker 4: shoe at an.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Eleven year old student. Three headlines right there.
- 14:19Speaker 4: You gotta tell me which one is the fake story,
- 14:21Speaker 4: Which one is fake?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Which one did I make up on the way to
- 14:24Speaker 1: work on the toll way? Yeah, slow pez. You want
- 14:27Speaker 1: to go first? You want to pass it to poo Diddy.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I think I'll go first today.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Okay.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Lock me in for that second story, the flasher on
- 14:34Speaker 2: seventy five.
- 14:35Speaker 1: You don't think that happened.
- 14:37Speaker 2: No, I think he made that up.
- 14:38Speaker 4: It's more of a six thirty five in Mesquit, Yeah
- 14:40Speaker 4: kind of story. Yeah, you don't think seventy five is
- 14:43Speaker 4: the real part.
- 14:44Speaker 2: No, people go too fast on seventy five.
- 14:46Speaker 1: To notice those are six thirty five activities.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Right, because you're sitting in all the construction.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, nobody's gonna see you on seventy five, right,
- 14:53Speaker 4: no flash, Okay, all right, let's lock that in.
- 14:56Speaker 3: All right, producer pooh, which one do you think is
- 14:59Speaker 3: the fakes? I'm gonna go with that last story. I
- 15:03Speaker 3: know these kids are bad, but I don't think a teacher. Okay,
- 15:07Speaker 3: all right, you sure lock me.
- 15:09Speaker 1: You're gonna lock that in?
- 15:10Speaker 4: Yeah, it is locked in. And the winner today is
- 15:16Speaker 4: Candice Lopez. Yes, congratulations Candice. I made that story up.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Nobody was flashing on seventy five. I'm sure it happened,
- 15:24Speaker 4: for sure. Sure it's happened at some point. Have you
- 15:26Speaker 4: ever been flashed?
- 15:27Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I'm just curious.
- 15:29Speaker 2: I don't recall being flashed.
- 15:31Speaker 1: If you've been flashed eight three three seven, eight seven
- 15:35Speaker 1: one or two.
- 15:35Speaker 2: In the last twenty years, I don't.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 15:38Speaker 4: I just hear stories like this happening sometimes, and I'm
- 15:41Speaker 4: always like, who's out here flashing?
- 15:43Speaker 5: Right?
- 15:43Speaker 4: Like it's and it's always a man, oh yeah, always.
- 15:46Speaker 4: You've never heard a woman flashes?
- 15:48Speaker 1: Man? No, it's always us flashing someone. No, that ain't crazy.
- 15:54Speaker 4: It's always some ridiculous story like that. All right, weird news.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Here's the other stuff that is real. Elderly man are
- 16:00Speaker 4: arrested after he tries to board a plane with.
- 16:02Speaker 1: His deceased wife. This is weird.
- 16:06Speaker 4: An eighty year old man was arrested at an airport
- 16:09Speaker 4: in Spain after allegedly trying to board a flight with
- 16:11Speaker 4: his dead wife in a wheelchair. Staff became suspicious when
- 16:17Speaker 4: the woman did not respond during security checks. When an
- 16:21Speaker 4: employee took her hand, she noticed the woman was not
- 16:24Speaker 4: breathing and had an abnormally low body temperature, and the
- 16:26Speaker 4: man reportedly told authories his wife had died several hours
- 16:30Speaker 4: earlier inside the airport, but he.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Was just going to take her home anyway. Oh pooh,
- 16:37Speaker 1: don't do it. Don't do it.
- 16:39Speaker 4: Woo stop at the investigation is underway that he was arrested.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And I mean, right, it's expensive to ship.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Candas if I was in the airport and we're at
- 16:51Speaker 4: DFW and we're going somewhere and I'm in a wheelchair
- 16:55Speaker 4: and things happened, wouldn't you just be like, let me
- 16:57Speaker 4: just get him on the plane and get him back. Oh,
- 17:00Speaker 4: you wouldn't weaken at Bernie's me. No why, I'd be
- 17:05Speaker 4: fine with it. I wouldn't haunt you, I believe. Just
- 17:08Speaker 4: give me home, that's fine. I don't want to go
- 17:09Speaker 4: under the plane. Let me sit in the seat. At
- 17:12Speaker 4: least give me an exit, bro.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I don't want to be in the bag. All right, Fine,
- 17:20Speaker 1: that's an interesting story. I can't believe you. I believe
- 17:24Speaker 1: you laughed at that.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Next story, teacher throws her shoe at a student or authority.
- 17:30Speaker 4: See a teacher at Ripping Middle School. I don't know
- 17:33Speaker 4: where it's at. I think it's in Washington either way,
- 17:37Speaker 4: got upset with an eleven year old student and threw
- 17:39Speaker 4: her shoe at him. Wow. Witnesses say she was speaking
- 17:42Speaker 4: with the boy when she suddenly reached down, took off
- 17:45Speaker 4: her shoe.
- 17:45Speaker 1: And chucked it at him.
- 17:49Speaker 4: The flying shoes struck him in the hand, causing a
- 17:52Speaker 4: minor injury. She was arrested and charged with the salt
- 17:56Speaker 4: and battery. And I'm gonna go ahead and say I
- 17:59Speaker 4: side with the teacher this way, saying you know what
- 18:01Speaker 4: these kids are bad? I know as an eleven year
- 18:03Speaker 4: old eleven twelve oh, in middle school, I absolutely deserve
- 18:08Speaker 4: to be hit by shoe.
- 18:10Speaker 1: It was times I probably deserve that. I was a
- 18:12Speaker 1: bad kid.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm still deserve a shoe.
- 18:15Speaker 1: In middle school. Yeah, I got paddled back then. So
- 18:19Speaker 1: that's what I was gonna say. So wait a minute.
- 18:20Speaker 4: You can paddle a kid beat him with a wooden
- 18:23Speaker 4: plank in some schools, but you can't throw.
- 18:25Speaker 1: A shoe at it, right, Why not? No, you'd be
- 18:29Speaker 1: mad if a kid, if Enzo was acted up and
- 18:31Speaker 1: a teacher threw a shoe at Yeah, that would come on. Now,
- 18:37Speaker 1: what a ridiculous statement. Of course you'd be upset.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Yeah, get off your chests, you'll feel better.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret Mix one on two
- 18:48Speaker 1: point nine.
- 18:49Speaker 4: Hopefully you're having a good morning. My name is Billy
- 18:51Speaker 4: the Kid. Candice Lopez is here, producer who is here?
- 18:54Speaker 3: Or?
- 18:54Speaker 1: Some people are calling him online pirate poo.
- 18:57Speaker 4: People are saying in this picture I posted to him
- 18:59Speaker 4: back in the day that he looks like a pirate.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Yeah, party pirate and it looks like a party pirate.
- 19:05Speaker 2: That's what it is.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Somebody said on my Instagram if p did he was
- 19:10Speaker 1: a pirate?
- 19:12Speaker 4: Oh?
- 19:13Speaker 7: Did he was?
- 19:14Speaker 4: A pirate. So yeah, go look at Billy on the radio.
- 19:17Speaker 4: It's not my story right now, at Billy on the radio. Okay,
- 19:19Speaker 4: you get a secret, you let me know anything. It
- 19:22Speaker 4: could be a big secret, a little secret, whatever the
- 19:24Speaker 4: secret may be. Eight three three seven, eight seven, one
- 19:26Speaker 4: oh two nine, and you have one. So what is
- 19:29Speaker 4: going on?
- 19:30Speaker 7: So I decided I'm not going to one of my
- 19:33Speaker 7: best friend's weddings. And she doesn't know yet.
- 19:37Speaker 1: What You're not going to her wedding at all?
- 19:39Speaker 7: I I just can't wow. So a couple of months ago,
- 19:44Speaker 7: my boyfriend came home quietly in that way that means he's, like,
- 19:49Speaker 7: you know, carrying something that he shouldn't be, and we
- 19:52Speaker 7: were getting ready for bed when he finally just told
- 19:55Speaker 7: me that he'd been out with my friend fiance, you know,
- 19:58Speaker 7: just like a guy's night, and he saw him kiss
- 20:01Speaker 7: another woman at the bar.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so you're and your boyfriend saw this girl's
- 20:09Speaker 1: fiance kiss another woman.
- 20:10Speaker 7: Yeah yeah. And he said it was just a drunk,
- 20:14Speaker 7: quick kiss, like it made it any different, Like you know,
- 20:18Speaker 7: it mattered, and it matters to me. And I know
- 20:21Speaker 7: how excited she is, how safe she thinks she is
- 20:23Speaker 7: in this relationship, and I know if I tell her
- 20:27Speaker 7: everything will explode, like the wedding, the friendships, this life
- 20:31Speaker 7: she's building, and I just don't want to be the
- 20:34Speaker 7: one who lights it on fire. Yeah, and I promised
- 20:38Speaker 7: my boyfriend that after he told me, I wouldn't say anything.
- 20:41Speaker 7: But I just can't stand there like watching her promise
- 20:44Speaker 7: forever to this guy who's already crossed a firm boundary,
- 20:49Speaker 7: right even if it was just once.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I agree, that's I'm not saying I wouldn't.
- 20:53Speaker 4: I guess the tough part is is how do you not?
- 20:56Speaker 4: Because now it's going to be you're the bad guy
- 20:58Speaker 4: if you don't show up with the wedding, Like what
- 20:59Speaker 4: you going to say? The whole thing is like you
- 21:01Speaker 4: you know, and I would. The other question is I
- 21:04Speaker 4: can't believe you're not going to tell your friend. But
- 21:06Speaker 4: I do understand how you don't want to be the
- 21:07Speaker 4: person to blow everything up.
- 21:10Speaker 7: No, So I'm just gonna stay away. I'll make an excuse,
- 21:14Speaker 7: I'll send her a gift. I just know I can't
- 21:16Speaker 7: be there and watch the scumbag marry my friend. You know,
- 21:19Speaker 7: even if I did say something, I don't even know
- 21:21Speaker 7: if she believed me at this point and her fiance
- 21:23Speaker 7: is obviously definitely gonna lie. So I don't know if
- 21:26Speaker 7: that makes me a coward, maybe it makes me loyal.
- 21:29Speaker 7: But all I know is I cannot pretend that I
- 21:32Speaker 7: don't know what I know, right, And I just like
- 21:35Speaker 7: can't live with being a part of this lie.
- 21:38Speaker 4: I guess you just make up an excuse that you
- 21:40Speaker 4: can't come for some odd reason. I mean, it's got
- 21:42Speaker 4: to be the crazy, big excuse though, right.
- 21:44Speaker 2: But what if, like soon or in a couple of years,
- 21:47Speaker 2: all this comes out, and then you could have prevented
- 21:49Speaker 2: her from marrying this guy and being you know, living.
- 21:53Speaker 2: You've lived with this secret for years or whoever knows
- 21:56Speaker 2: how long.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, Candace.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Let me ask Cannas because from a woman's person active,
- 22:01Speaker 4: because I know it's different for men.
- 22:02Speaker 1: To me, it's not though, cheating, it's cheating. Whether it's
- 22:05Speaker 1: a let me say it was a quick drunk kiss,
- 22:08Speaker 1: it's cheating.
- 22:09Speaker 2: It's still something she deserves to know about. She can
- 22:12Speaker 2: decide whether it's quick or whether it's you.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Know, if you kiss another person that is cheating, it's
- 22:19Speaker 4: there's no blurred lines.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think so. I know, but it's not like, Okay,
- 22:25Speaker 1: he liked a girl in a bikini pick on Instagram.
- 22:29Speaker 1: He kissed a girl he didn't know he was. You're
- 22:34Speaker 1: being in it.
- 22:34Speaker 3: I'm just saying, really, you true because girls do it too,
- 22:39Speaker 3: Girls slip up, and it's they're the same.
- 22:42Speaker 4: They should face the same consequences. And that's still cheating.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Doesn't matter if who's doing it, what gender they are.
- 22:48Speaker 4: To me, it's cheating. Is it forgivable? Okay, maybe that's different. Yeah,
- 22:52Speaker 4: you didn't go all the way with a woman.
- 22:54Speaker 2: That's up for her to decide.
- 22:55Speaker 4: That is up for her to decide. It still doesn't
- 22:57Speaker 4: make it any better, though. You would, let me ask
- 23:00Speaker 4: you this, pooh, Yeah, you would forgive a woman who's
- 23:03Speaker 4: your fiance if you found out that she kissed another
- 23:06Speaker 4: woman at Applebee another man?
- 23:11Speaker 1: I don't know. My first place does go down with
- 23:13Speaker 1: those president? Yeah, I'm out and I see your your fiance? Yeah,
- 23:22Speaker 1: kiss another man? Yeah? I come home, I call you,
- 23:26Speaker 1: I text you. You don't tell me me and you
- 23:28Speaker 1: ain't talking right? But why you don't think it's cheating? Yeah?
- 23:31Speaker 1: But I'm would you make an excuse not to go
- 23:33Speaker 1: to my wedding. I'm not going to your wedding either way. Yes,
- 23:36Speaker 1: you are happening.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Yeah, there's no way to marry him.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Neither of us are ever getting married again. We're not.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Why are you gonna condemn me?
- 23:45Speaker 2: I've never been married.
- 23:46Speaker 1: As far as we know anyway. You think you're gonna
- 23:52Speaker 1: stick to this or do you think you might change
- 23:54Speaker 1: your mind?
- 23:55Speaker 7: No, I'm sticking to this like I can't. I know,
- 23:58Speaker 7: I can't fake it, so I'm to you know, I'm
- 24:01Speaker 7: scared to show up and I don't want to ruin it.
- 24:04Speaker 4: So okay, I mean, yeah, I'm sorry that you got
- 24:08Speaker 4: to go through that. And you know, if you do
- 24:11Speaker 4: change your mind, you end up telling her. Let us know,
- 24:13Speaker 4: because now let me ask you this. If you if
- 24:15Speaker 4: you found out that it was more than a drunk
- 24:18Speaker 4: quick kiss and it was him hooking up with another woman,
- 24:21Speaker 4: would you tell her then?
- 24:23Speaker 7: Gosh, I don't know. I mean, on one hand, I
- 24:26Speaker 7: would like to think that I would, but at the
- 24:27Speaker 7: same time, like I'm not trying to blow everything up,
- 24:30Speaker 7: like I don't know.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Well, all right, something to think about. Thank you so much.
- 24:34Speaker 4: We appreciate you, and thank you for confessing thank you.
- 24:38Speaker 1: It's a non judgment zone. But I'm saying this. If
- 24:40Speaker 1: my friend knows something like that, doesn't tell me we're
- 24:44Speaker 1: no longer friends. Yeah, that's just my opinion.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Right, there's tough stories on the tents with Billy the
- 24:51Speaker 3: Kid in the.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Morning only on the new mixed one or two.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Point nine chant of slow Pants. What's up?
- 24:56Speaker 2: Well, if you use I thirty through downtown Dallas, heads up,
- 24:59Speaker 2: there a major shutdown plan this weekend. This is because
- 25:03Speaker 2: of an ongoing construction project, the I thirty Canyon Project,
- 25:07Speaker 2: So all lanes east and westbound will be completely closed.
- 25:10Speaker 2: That's between thirty five E and you know, forty five
- 25:13Speaker 2: to seventy five.
- 25:15Speaker 4: How yeah, why and how this is the worst idea ever.
- 25:20Speaker 1: What is the Canyon Project?
- 25:22Speaker 2: Well, the Cannon Project is basically you know, this project
- 25:25Speaker 2: eighty eight hundred and eighty eight million dollars that's going
- 25:28Speaker 2: into modernizing the area and proving safety and getting it
- 25:32Speaker 2: basically ready to handle more traffic in the future.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Yeah, The project isn't supposed to be done until twenty thirty.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Textat says you know, expect significant delays if you can
- 25:43Speaker 2: avoid this area through downtown. That's going to be the
- 25:45Speaker 2: best idea because traffic's basically going to be detoured off
- 25:48Speaker 2: I thirty over to Woodall Rogers, which will be the
- 25:51Speaker 2: main connection east to west.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Like, traffic's not bad as it is, right, Remember back
- 25:56Speaker 4: in the day when you know, like I first moved
- 25:58Speaker 4: here in two thousand, traffic it was bad, right, but
- 26:02Speaker 4: it was like an actual rush hour, Like okay, it's RUSSI.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Now it's just like there's traffic all the time. Yeah.
- 26:07Speaker 2: I used to be a traffic reporter and my shift
- 26:09Speaker 2: was like from four to seven pm, and that's now
- 26:12Speaker 2: all day.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I blame all the California people moving here, exactly.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah. It's also going to affect the streets that cross
- 26:19Speaker 2: over I thirty as well, So like Caesar Javas accored,
- 26:22Speaker 2: you know, two pedestrians also, So just stay out of
- 26:25Speaker 2: the area if you can. This weekend, listen to this
- 26:28Speaker 2: guy's a new poll looked at americans top areas of expertise.
- 26:32Speaker 2: They talked to about two thousand people who rated different
- 26:35Speaker 2: things they know on a scale of one to ten.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Do you want a list here? Because this list is interesting,
- 26:42Speaker 2: I'll give you the top five.
- 26:43Speaker 1: So what they know the best, like what Americans are
- 26:45Speaker 1: experts on?
- 26:46Speaker 2: Yes, exactly. So Number five was interest rates.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Interest rates, I'm definitely not an expert on.
- 26:52Speaker 2: That, yeah, I mean I've been following it close for
- 26:54Speaker 2: the last year or two. Okay, just trying to refinance
- 26:57Speaker 2: my house because sure it's up there. Number four was
- 27:00Speaker 2: trending music.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Okay, music, Well, that would be one of mine.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I like that.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Number three are area of expertise home improvement or DIY projects.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Okay, that's not bad. Yeah Americans, I guess we know
- 27:12Speaker 1: how to do that.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah. Number two on the list was social media trends.
- 27:18Speaker 2: I guess, okay, what are we going to do one today?
- 27:20Speaker 1: Do we really want to be experts on that?
- 27:22Speaker 2: Well, that's a good point, but we are, Okay, I
- 27:24Speaker 2: guess we are.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Number one? What do we what are we the most?
- 27:28Speaker 4: What do we have the most expertise in?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Number one was reality TV show drama.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, America ingrats. We know.
- 27:38Speaker 2: I know nothing about that, really, I don't anymore.
- 27:41Speaker 4: I used to be a big trash TV guy. I
- 27:43Speaker 4: used to love all those shows, but I just stop
- 27:46Speaker 4: watching them.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Yeah, me too. I mean, we used to have Monday
- 27:48Speaker 2: nights over at our house to watch The Bachelor, like
- 27:50Speaker 2: our whole grew would come over and we'd watch it
- 27:53Speaker 2: and be so fun. That was obviously before kids and
- 27:56Speaker 2: you know, work schedules like this.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I want to get into a show like that, Like
- 28:00Speaker 1: I don't want to get I kind of want to
- 28:01Speaker 1: get back in like trashy TV like I used to
- 28:03Speaker 1: Let's do it teen mom.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the show I love forgot about that was
- 28:09Speaker 2: your jams.
- 28:10Speaker 1: So I get all into their stories and I was
- 28:12Speaker 1: all right, all into it.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Janelle or whatever her name was, Janel. Now let's pick
- 28:19Speaker 2: a show. Let's pick a trash TV show and just
- 28:21Speaker 2: dive in. Guys.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well, like what is love is blind? Maybe we
- 28:25Speaker 1: need to get that.
- 28:25Speaker 2: That's a great one. That's a great option. I need
- 28:27Speaker 2: to get Love Island.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I Love Island or some.
- 28:29Speaker 4: One of those stupid shows just depressed me because everyone's
- 28:32Speaker 4: like a hot they have their shirts off.
- 28:35Speaker 2: They're all their twenties now.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and then I'm like, I got to work out
- 28:38Speaker 1: different when we were in our twenties watching people in
- 28:40Speaker 1: their twenties. Yeah, now I just feel weird.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Man, real quick, guys, Jason and Travis Kelsey are working
- 28:47Speaker 2: on a book. They announced it on their New Heights
- 28:49Speaker 2: podcast yesterday. The book is called No Dumb Questions and
- 28:53Speaker 2: all of our dumbest answers.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Uh.
- 28:55Speaker 2: It's you know, a segment they do on their podcast,
- 28:57Speaker 2: so no topic is off limits. They say it'll be
- 29:00Speaker 2: about sports science relationships. Questions would range from what is
- 29:04Speaker 2: it down to if you could make one of your
- 29:06Speaker 2: body parts detachable, which would you choose. The book is
- 29:09Speaker 2: going to be in stores June second. It's up for
- 29:12Speaker 2: pre order right now for thirty bucks for the hardcover. Yeah.
- 29:16Speaker 2: So just those guys just doing everything interesting in the motion.
- 29:19Speaker 1: If you could attach one of your body parts, which
- 29:21Speaker 1: one would you detach? Yeah, like, didn't reattach.
- 29:25Speaker 2: That's a good question. Yeah, I guess so.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I'd probably just get rid of my pinky toe. I
- 29:28Speaker 1: barely have one anyway.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Yeah, isn't it? No, it is? Isn't that your thing
- 29:34Speaker 2: about your pinky toes?
- 29:36Speaker 1: Like?
- 29:36Speaker 2: Does it not have a tone?
- 29:37Speaker 4: I'm Canislopez and that's Texas Type Stores.
- 29:40Speaker 1: All right, it's for Candace Court.
- 29:44Speaker 5: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I would quit this job in mary Ellen Langley right now.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I'm sorry I'm sorry. Yes, there you go.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Mix one on two point nine bailing the kid Candaslopez
- 29:57Speaker 4: producer Poo. We were two stepping, sorry from sweating, but
- 29:59Speaker 4: I was too step in. Me and Poo are just
- 30:02Speaker 4: holding each other to step all right, Are you ready
- 30:06Speaker 4: for Candas Court? If you've got an issue, bring it
- 30:08Speaker 4: at canasan Air at Candas on Air on Instagram.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Let us know.
- 30:11Speaker 4: And it's a really good one. This parent wrote and
- 30:14Speaker 4: she said, I need some parenting help with this one.
- 30:16Speaker 4: My son is about to celebrate his tenth birthday and
- 30:20Speaker 4: we're planning a party for him with his friends and
- 30:23Speaker 4: his classmates. We're post to invite all the kids in
- 30:26Speaker 4: the class, and normally I'm happy to do that, but
- 30:29Speaker 4: the problem is there's a boy in his class that
- 30:32Speaker 4: has been bullying him all year. I want my son
- 30:36Speaker 4: to have fun at the party, of course with his friends,
- 30:38Speaker 4: but I would rather not invite this one kid.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Is it okay? This is such a good one. Is
- 30:45Speaker 1: it okay to exclude the bully? Or should we invite
- 30:49Speaker 1: him and hope he doesn't show? Oh? Interesting, So this
- 30:55Speaker 1: kid has been bullying her son and now she is
- 31:00Speaker 1: wondering if hey, I know I'm gonna invite pretty much
- 31:02Speaker 1: everyone in the class. But should I.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Exclude this one kid, right? Or should I go ahead
- 31:07Speaker 4: and invite him and hope that he just doesn't come?
- 31:10Speaker 1: Right, Cannice, what do you think your parent were all
- 31:12Speaker 1: parents too?
- 31:12Speaker 2: Yeah? This is so hard. First of all, I would
- 31:15Speaker 2: talk to my kid about it, but I feel like,
- 31:17Speaker 2: by the time they're ten, we don't have to invite
- 31:19Speaker 2: the whole class anymore. Is that a thing that's not
- 31:21Speaker 2: a thing like forever?
- 31:22Speaker 7: Like?
- 31:22Speaker 2: At what age?
- 31:23Speaker 7: Is it like?
- 31:23Speaker 1: Oh?
- 31:24Speaker 2: No, cool to just be like, hey, pick and choose
- 31:26Speaker 2: who you want to invite.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Never invited the whole class?
- 31:29Speaker 2: No, I didn't either. I mean it's always just kids
- 31:31Speaker 2: from my neighborhood.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Right, Yeah, and you have your close group of friends
- 31:34Speaker 4: and whatever the case. Maybe, but in some situations this
- 31:37Speaker 4: is the case. Yeah, so do you you know?
- 31:41Speaker 2: I mean, what level of bullying are we talking here too?
- 31:44Speaker 7: Like?
- 31:44Speaker 2: Is he just like cracking jokes a few times? Is
- 31:46Speaker 2: this physical?
- 31:47Speaker 3: Like?
- 31:48Speaker 2: I don't know. To me, it's a tough call. Talk
- 31:51Speaker 2: to your kid and see what happens, because you could
- 31:54Speaker 2: invite him, and you know, if he doesn't really like
- 31:57Speaker 2: my kid, he won't come or maybe real guys outside
- 32:00Speaker 2: of school. Hey, my kid's cool.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Bullying's not acceptable, It's not okay. It starts at a
- 32:05Speaker 4: young age and if it's accepted, it just goes on forever.
- 32:08Speaker 4: So to me, I feel like, if you want to
- 32:09Speaker 4: be the bigger person, you invite this kid, but you
- 32:13Speaker 4: also frame it, and before you invite him, you talk
- 32:17Speaker 4: to the parent, because to me, you should already be
- 32:18Speaker 4: talking to the parent. Forget the kid, it's not about
- 32:22Speaker 4: the kid.
- 32:23Speaker 1: It's not about the kid because the kids ten and
- 32:24Speaker 1: usually kids who are bullying are insecure.
- 32:27Speaker 2: Yeah, they have an issue at home that they're taking
- 32:30Speaker 2: out at school unfortunately.
- 32:31Speaker 4: Right, and if he's bullying somebody and your kid, you
- 32:34Speaker 4: should already be talking to the parents. I mean at
- 32:36Speaker 4: that age definitely. So I might say, hey, I don't
- 32:39Speaker 4: want to.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Be rude, but I'm not going to invite your son
- 32:43Speaker 1: to the party, and I just want to be one
- 32:44Speaker 1: hundred percent transparent on why. It's because my son doesn't
- 32:47Speaker 1: feel comfortable around him, and I'm not going to make
- 32:49Speaker 1: my son feel uncomfortable at his own party. So maybe
- 32:52Speaker 1: we can do something about this and you can have
- 32:54Speaker 1: a talk with your son in the future, this doesn't
- 32:56Speaker 1: happen and the relationship gets better, But until then, I
- 32:59Speaker 1: just want to be hones with you.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's fair.
- 33:02Speaker 3: I don't know about it all because why not I
- 33:04Speaker 3: would invite him, This is me personally. I would invite
- 33:07Speaker 3: him just for the simple fact if my son didn't
- 33:10Speaker 3: invite him, that could lead the further issues at school. No,
- 33:14Speaker 3: it's possible if the whole if there's like sixteen kids
- 33:18Speaker 3: in the class at all, fifteen go and.
- 33:20Speaker 1: He doesn't get an invite, well, he's gonna bully me.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Don't be a jerk. That's the part that's you're gonna
- 33:26Speaker 1: learn at a young age.
- 33:27Speaker 4: When you're a jerk, there's a there's there's things that
- 33:30Speaker 4: come along with that. You don't get to do fun things.
- 33:33Speaker 4: When you're mean to someone and you don't treat people right,
- 33:36Speaker 4: you're gonna be left out. So that's why you shouldn't
- 33:38Speaker 4: do that. So the consequences are going to start early.
- 33:41Speaker 1: And I'm not going to make my son feel uncomfortable
- 33:43Speaker 1: at his own party that he should enjoy because I
- 33:46Speaker 1: want to what cater to some bullies feelings. Yeah, nope,
- 33:50Speaker 1: not going to do it.
- 33:51Speaker 2: But also if he does come, then you're there to
- 33:54Speaker 2: see how he actually acts, and you know, maybe you
- 33:57Speaker 2: can have a conversation. I don't want to with that parent.
- 33:59Speaker 1: No, yeah, I don't want him there.
- 34:01Speaker 4: It's tough because even his presence at this point, it's
- 34:03Speaker 4: too late. If you fix the problem beforehand, and you
- 34:07Speaker 4: got a few weeks or whatever until the party happens
- 34:10Speaker 4: and all of a sudden, that relationship is better because
- 34:12Speaker 4: kids can turn things around quick, and you know what,
- 34:14Speaker 4: then you might invite him and go, look, you know,
- 34:16Speaker 4: I think things have changed. Let's give this kid a shot.
- 34:19Speaker 4: My son doesn't feel uncomfortable around him. But until then, no,
- 34:21Speaker 4: I'm sorry, you could stay home, little Tommy.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I mean, bullying is just out of control.
- 34:28Speaker 2: It has to stop. Like I had a conversation with
- 34:30Speaker 2: a mom yesterday about her daughter who was kind of
- 34:34Speaker 2: dealing with the first time bully situation. I don't know
- 34:36Speaker 2: what grade she's in, like maybe fourth grade, and it
- 34:39Speaker 2: just broke my heart and we both like teared up
- 34:42Speaker 2: talking about it, you know, and I just had to
- 34:44Speaker 2: like let her know, like I'm here, I haven't experienced
- 34:46Speaker 2: this yet. I dread that day and we cried a
- 34:49Speaker 2: little bit together, and I was just like, I'm here
- 34:51Speaker 2: for you mom to mom outside of like whatever you
- 34:53Speaker 2: got going on, right, I got your back.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Good. That sucks.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Please talk to your kids, like, regardless of Kanna's what
- 35:00Speaker 2: we decide, this verdict is, in this situation happens, please
- 35:03Speaker 2: talk to your kids.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Absolutely. And it's like it's it's triggering because yeah, I
- 35:08Speaker 1: mean there's a lot of kids who get bullied and
- 35:10Speaker 1: it leads into a very sometimes awful and tragic situations. Yeah,
- 35:14Speaker 1: and they carry it for life.
- 35:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:16Speaker 1: And when I was a kid, I would I would
- 35:18Speaker 1: absolutely stick up for.
- 35:21Speaker 4: The kids who got bullied. If I got into fights
- 35:22Speaker 4: when I was a kid, it was usually because I
- 35:24Speaker 4: was sticking up for.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Some kid it was getting bullied.
- 35:26Speaker 4: And I tell my son the same thing. I'm like,
- 35:28Speaker 4: don't watch and stand around and be okay with that.
- 35:30Speaker 4: I'm not saying you got to go to physical confrontations. Yeah,
- 35:33Speaker 4: but don't ever let some kid get pushed around and bullied.
- 35:36Speaker 1: It's not cool.
- 35:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:37Speaker 1: And if you're one, if you're the one getting bullied,
- 35:39Speaker 1: I will say this, it does get better. Yeah, And
- 35:43Speaker 1: one day you're gonna look, it's not you and it's
- 35:45Speaker 1: not you and it's not something you're doing or not doing.
- 35:48Speaker 1: And it's tough, but it will it will get better eventually.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Yeah, hurt people, hurt people.
- 35:55Speaker 3: Year old my twelve year old, Paul, he got in trouble,
- 35:58Speaker 3: that's cool because he was standing up for one of
- 36:00Speaker 3: his friends, and I told the principal.
- 36:01Speaker 1: I was like, that's what I've always toddled, you know
- 36:04Speaker 1: what I'm saying.
- 36:04Speaker 3: So if he gets in trouble, yeah, I'm gonna be
- 36:07Speaker 3: on his side about it, because sure he's stuck up.
- 36:09Speaker 4: For it's a situation that's out of control. So in
- 36:12Speaker 4: this situation, my vote would be the kid doesn't come.
- 36:16Speaker 4: If my son feels uncomfortable, he's not there, But I
- 36:19Speaker 4: would be honest with the parents and tell him exactly
- 36:21Speaker 4: why I'm not inviting him so they know. So hopefully
- 36:24Speaker 4: in the next birthday party he can be there and
- 36:26Speaker 4: things are better. But until then, no, But it doesn't
- 36:29Speaker 4: matter what I think. It doesn't matter what PLU thinksn't
- 36:30Speaker 4: matter what Candas thinks. Yeah, you're the judge, Candace Candis court.
- 36:34Speaker 4: The verdict is in.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Yeah, she's got to decide. I mean, either way, she's
- 36:38Speaker 2: guilty of being an RSVP Rachel. You can maybe call
- 36:41Speaker 2: her innocent if you want. But like my hope is
- 36:44Speaker 2: that in a fairy tale world, this kid gets invited
- 36:47Speaker 2: and he realizes like, hey, I am I am love.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Maybe he's not loved at home, but he can come
- 36:52Speaker 2: to the party and realize, hey, we can have a
- 36:54Speaker 2: good time. We can all get along. There's nothing to
- 36:56Speaker 2: bully each other for. We're celebrating a birthday, which is
- 36:59Speaker 2: fun for every so let's have a good time and
- 37:02Speaker 2: turn the page.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I think this would be the catalyst to a good relationship.
- 37:05Speaker 2: I do.
- 37:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 37:06Speaker 4: I like your positive thinking. You're a better person than I.
- 37:09Speaker 4: I'm hopeful she is guilty of being an RSVP.
- 37:12Speaker 2: What Rachel?
- 37:14Speaker 1: She VP Rachel. There you go, don't bully anyone.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Mixed one or two point nine Bailly the Kid, Candicelow
- 37:22Speaker 4: Pas producer pho I saw this list and we were
- 37:24Speaker 4: just talking about micro cheating and what's micro cheating, what's
- 37:28Speaker 4: not micro cheating, and this list came out with this
- 37:31Speaker 4: Lorne LaRusso is her name, and it went viral talking
- 37:34Speaker 4: about what micro cheating is and some of the things
- 37:37Speaker 4: that you do if you're a micro cheater. And she's
- 37:39Speaker 4: a psychotherapist, so she's a professional. Obviously we're not. But
- 37:43Speaker 4: there's one thing on this list that I think every
- 37:44Speaker 4: one of us in this room is done before, and
- 37:47Speaker 4: I think it is absolutely becoming a micro cheat scenario.
- 37:52Speaker 4: What is it like, I'm not in a relationship. Who's
- 37:54Speaker 4: not a relationship as far as we know, we think
- 37:55Speaker 4: he might be.
- 37:56Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm single as a pringle bro. Not one
- 37:59Speaker 1: hundred percent sure you know the situation is there? Yeah? Whatever?
- 38:05Speaker 1: Either way, if you're not, you're definitely micro cheating.
- 38:10Speaker 4: But this one right here, exchanging phone numbers or social media.
- 38:18Speaker 2: So okay, okay, so following a random or like not
- 38:22Speaker 2: a random, just someone following them on social media is
- 38:25Speaker 2: a micro that's not.
- 38:26Speaker 1: What that is. What it says is exchanging. That's the keyword.
- 38:30Speaker 4: This psychotherapist says, Like, Okay, let's say you're out, you're
- 38:33Speaker 4: doing your thing whatever, you're in a relationship, because let's
- 38:36Speaker 4: be real, social.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Media is the new phone number.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Oh yeah, so if you exchange social media handles with someone,
- 38:44Speaker 4: that is a micro cheat.
- 38:45Speaker 2: No, it's networking. You're married people, that's networking. Plus what
- 38:50Speaker 2: I do is a radio show, as you know, and
- 38:53Speaker 2: so It's like when I exchange social media with someone,
- 38:56Speaker 2: it's because they want to see what's happening on the
- 38:59Speaker 2: show or get info on the show. Yeah, it's networking.
- 39:04Speaker 1: I think.
- 39:05Speaker 4: I don't think by any means do I think you're
- 39:07Speaker 4: a micro cheater. Yeah, but I will say that this
- 39:10Speaker 4: is one of the micro cheating things that you do.
- 39:12Speaker 2: I'm trying to even think of the last person I
- 39:14Speaker 2: exchanged social media with.
- 39:16Speaker 4: But I do think it's the new way of asking
- 39:20Speaker 4: for somebody's information. Like I would say, most people, if
- 39:23Speaker 4: you're single, you're like, oh, well, you know, we should
- 39:25Speaker 4: hang out sometime. What's your social media? I DM you.
- 39:27Speaker 4: It's much more casual and less intimidating than asking for
- 39:30Speaker 4: a phone number, right right, And.
- 39:32Speaker 2: You get to learn a lot about a person you
- 39:34Speaker 2: know in a short amount of time, exactly at least
- 39:37Speaker 2: social media life.
- 39:38Speaker 4: It says, exchanging phone numbers or social media and sending
- 39:42Speaker 4: overly interested or flirty dms or texte cheating. That's two
- 39:47Speaker 4: different things. Though of course you're micro cheating if you're
- 39:49Speaker 4: sending flirty text and you're with someone, but they're saying
- 39:52Speaker 4: just exchanging. Just exchanging is also like that's a micro
- 39:56Speaker 4: micro cheat not.
- 39:58Speaker 2: It can be for such people. I think it definitely
- 40:01Speaker 2: can be absolutely not.
- 40:03Speaker 4: Yeah, if you're like, you're okay, yeah, you're on the radio,
- 40:05Speaker 4: you're in the public eye, whatever, right, But if you're
- 40:07Speaker 4: just whatever and you're doing your thing and you're out
- 40:10Speaker 4: and you meet a guy or you meet a woman,
- 40:12Speaker 4: and then you're like, oh, yeah, well here's my social
- 40:15Speaker 4: media that's saying keep in touch.
- 40:17Speaker 2: No, it is. In that case, you're not.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Wrong, But what's wrong with that? I'd be like, hey,
- 40:21Speaker 1: what's what's your IG?
- 40:22Speaker 3: That's you?
- 40:23Speaker 4: If you have I would never ask another if I
- 40:26Speaker 4: was in a relationship, I don't care what another woman's
- 40:30Speaker 4: IG is unless it's for business.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Unless it's for business, why would I care?
- 40:35Speaker 7: What?
- 40:35Speaker 4: So I meet a random girl and I'm like, what's
- 40:37Speaker 4: your what's your IG? Okay, okay, when you put it down?
- 40:41Speaker 1: Way, come on, okay, you're okay with that? Maybe that's man?
- 40:45Speaker 4: Why would I want to stay in touch? And if
- 40:49Speaker 4: you're that person's significant other? Why do you care to
- 40:51Speaker 4: stay in touch with this random person you just met
- 40:54Speaker 4: with no background, no ties, no reason.
- 40:59Speaker 2: It's you're to keep in touch with this stranger?
- 41:01Speaker 1: All right? Here's another micro cheating. This psychotherapist says, not
- 41:06Speaker 1: mentioning your relationship status when you meet someone new.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, not mentioning just withholding that big piece of information.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Omi is a micro cheat. I would absolutely agree with
- 41:19Speaker 4: this one too. You're not saying you're not You're not
- 41:21Speaker 4: saying you.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Are, right, You're just not saying you're just not saying just.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Talking, conversating, that's it. You just conversating, that's it.
- 41:29Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know there's a motive or there's an
- 41:31Speaker 2: intention there with that conversation.
- 41:34Speaker 1: And when you know somebody and you meet somebody, you
- 41:36Speaker 1: kind of know right off the bat what the vibe is.
- 41:38Speaker 1: You know, you do you do you know a woman,
- 41:41Speaker 1: especially because your intuition is much better than men's. Yeah,
- 41:44Speaker 1: you know when a guy's coming up to you, when
- 41:45Speaker 1: he's coming up to you, like being flirty, flirtatious and
- 41:48Speaker 1: thinking something might go the next step right, or he's
- 41:51Speaker 1: just being like a genuinely nice guy and whatever.
- 41:54Speaker 2: That's like. Now we're not strangers. We have social media.
- 41:56Speaker 2: We're social media friends, which is the next step. So
- 41:59Speaker 2: social your friends, then we're really friends.
- 42:02Speaker 7: You know.
- 42:03Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right, here's a micro cheat that poo would
- 42:06Speaker 4: absolutely fail following models on social media and consistently liking
- 42:12Speaker 4: or commenting on their content.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Dude, I busted so many of my friends back in
- 42:17Speaker 2: the day on Internet. Remember when you could get the
- 42:19Speaker 2: thing or whatever and it would show you who you
- 42:21Speaker 2: whose pictures, what pictures your friends liked. I busted so
- 42:24Speaker 2: many of my guy friends. I'm like, seriously, you know,
- 42:27Speaker 2: it was like ten bikini picks.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I'll say this.
- 42:30Speaker 4: When they took away the feature where you could see
- 42:32Speaker 4: what other people were liking.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Who was like? He was celebrating, He was celebrating a time.
- 42:43Speaker 2: What a weird time that we could see what you
- 42:45Speaker 2: were liking.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And I'm telling you right now I agree.
- 42:48Speaker 4: If I'm in a relationship, I would never like a
- 42:51Speaker 4: flirtatious or risk a pick of another woman. Yeah ever, no, yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 4: you know what the you know what the guideline should be.
- 42:56Speaker 4: If you're in a relationship. Would I like this? Would
- 42:59Speaker 4: I like this picture or this content? If my significant
- 43:02Speaker 4: other was looking at my phone over my shoulder, would
- 43:06Speaker 4: I like it?
- 43:06Speaker 1: Would I like it?
- 43:07Speaker 2: In front of her.
- 43:09Speaker 3: Time?
- 43:09Speaker 1: The answer is no or a hundred yes, ninety nine?
- 43:12Speaker 1: Would I like it? Would I like it? Would she
- 43:15Speaker 1: be okay with me liking this, And if the answer
- 43:18Speaker 1: is no, then you don't double tap keep scrolling.
- 43:22Speaker 3: I don't.
- 43:23Speaker 1: I just hit it with the fire. Hey, that's fire,
- 43:26Speaker 1: that's it. Micro always say that.
- 43:29Speaker 4: I'm just I just appreciate if you hit someone that's
- 43:32Speaker 4: a twenty twenty six flirt.
- 43:34Speaker 1: You hit somebody with the fire emoji. Yeah, there's been
- 43:36Speaker 1: somebody who's who's done that to me? Who a girl
- 43:40Speaker 1: likes it? Fire? When I was doing it, I was
- 43:42Speaker 1: dancing and being goofy that she's flirting with you. She is.
- 43:46Speaker 2: No, it can be.
- 43:47Speaker 1: It's case, it can be, but that's no. She don't
- 43:50Speaker 1: want me. Well, I don't know she's flirting with you.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Otherwise what would she send. She wouldn't send anything, or
- 43:57Speaker 1: she'd send you the thumbs up or the crap. Let's
- 44:02Speaker 1: do age yourself with blank.
- 44:04Speaker 4: We do this every once in a while, age yourself
- 44:06Speaker 4: with blank, and today it's age yourself with a trend
- 44:09Speaker 4: you never want to see return. Maybe it's something from
- 44:13Speaker 4: the nineties, maybe the early two thousands, whatever the case
- 44:15Speaker 4: may be. And I have one that was inspired by
- 44:18Speaker 4: producer Pooh. When I saw the picture today, I thought, wow,
- 44:21Speaker 4: you know what, I hope that overalls never come.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Back and stop it. I hope overalls never come back
- 44:30Speaker 1: and stop because I posted a picture of Poo from
- 44:33Speaker 1: back in the day because he was making fun of
- 44:35Speaker 1: me when I was a kid, calling me chubby yea which.
- 44:38Speaker 4: Whatever, Yeah, I was big bone. That was husky. Nothing's
- 44:42Speaker 4: more defeating than as a kid walking into the husky
- 44:45Speaker 4: section to shot labeled Yeah, they used to at Kmart.
- 44:50Speaker 4: I remember walking with my grandma and it said husky
- 44:54Speaker 4: boys husky, and I had to go into that section.
- 44:58Speaker 1: It might as well have just said fat.
- 45:00Speaker 2: What can we call it instead of husky?
- 45:02Speaker 1: Just call it anything. Just have bigger sizes in the.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Boys exercizes the boys, Yeah, don't call us husky yeah
- 45:10Speaker 2: bs sizes bs.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Anyway, I thought to myself when I saw the picture
- 45:16Speaker 4: you can see the picture of my story at Billy
- 45:17Speaker 4: on the radio, I thought, I hope overalls never come
- 45:20Speaker 4: back in style, because remember, for a while, I think
- 45:22Speaker 4: it was in the nineties, early two thousands, whatever, people
- 45:25Speaker 4: would wear overalls and they'd leave one undone yep, so
- 45:28Speaker 4: it was like kind of flapped over.
- 45:29Speaker 2: I thought that was fun. You thought it was fun,
- 45:32Speaker 2: did it's like when you wore your backpack with one strap,
- 45:34Speaker 2: you know.
- 45:34Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but I guess that was just a lazy
- 45:37Speaker 1: thing to me. It wasn't a fashion trend.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Like I'm picturing like TLC back in the day with
- 45:40Speaker 2: their overalls.
- 45:41Speaker 4: Are like so yeah, I guess it was different when
- 45:44Speaker 4: when girls did it. To me, it was a little
- 45:46Speaker 4: bit different. But that's the trend that I hope never
- 45:48Speaker 4: comes back. I know, Cannice, you have one to a
- 45:51Speaker 4: trend you never want to see return.
- 45:53Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think it actually made its return last
- 45:55Speaker 2: weekend because it was a big deal with the Golden Globes.
- 45:58Speaker 2: The whale tail.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Whale tail is that thing are you talking about when
- 46:05Speaker 1: girls would see their you'd see their.
- 46:07Speaker 2: Underwear, Yeah, like a little pekaboo thong situation in the back. Yeah.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Teanna Taylor, I guess she had this beautiful dress and
- 46:15Speaker 2: then it was kind of like she did the classic,
- 46:17Speaker 2: the classiest whale tail you've ever deserved.
- 46:19Speaker 1: A classy way to do a whale tail.
- 46:21Speaker 2: Well, it's more of like a design element.
- 46:24Speaker 1: That it was the classiest mullet I've ever seen.
- 46:27Speaker 2: But you know what I mean. But I'm thinking back
- 46:29Speaker 2: Britney spears used to do, like the low rise jeans
- 46:31Speaker 2: and then just a little whale tail back there.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Pekaboo.
- 46:36Speaker 4: I do remember this and that you know that's that's
- 46:38Speaker 4: one of those things, is like now we're parents and
- 46:40Speaker 4: you look back and you're like, now we say these
- 46:42Speaker 4: girls are so they just wear nothing. The girls back
- 46:46Speaker 4: then were running around with their underwear showing, right, and
- 46:48Speaker 4: it was a whole trend. It's so weird to think
- 46:50Speaker 4: about now we would call it a whale tail, right,
- 46:54Speaker 4: Oh weird.
- 46:55Speaker 2: I know.
- 46:55Speaker 4: I love that TRENDE did. Yeah, I'm fine with the
- 47:01Speaker 4: whale tail never returning. Yeah, okay, all right, producer pro
- 47:04Speaker 4: he has a trend that you never want to see
- 47:07Speaker 4: Agrians have with the trend you never want to see return.
- 47:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that peppery style and you peg your jeans at
- 47:12Speaker 3: the bottom so they're tight. Well, my son Brendan has
- 47:15Speaker 3: been doing it lately and it's back.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Yeah, it's back.
- 47:19Speaker 3: But also his one, like his right leg the other
- 47:22Speaker 3: day it was higher than the other one and he.
- 47:24Speaker 6: Just left it like he was ll cool j or something. Yeah,
- 47:27Speaker 6: like a rapper from New York.
- 47:28Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 47:30Speaker 4: One pant leg up, so one down. It's so weird
- 47:33Speaker 4: to see these trends return. But that was one I
- 47:35Speaker 4: used to do back in the day of middle school.
- 47:37Speaker 4: Did we call it pin or peg? It was peg
- 47:39Speaker 4: because we called it peg peg or pants You roll
- 47:41Speaker 4: your pants up at the bottom. You roll your jeans
- 47:43Speaker 4: up real tight.
- 47:44Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I remember that pant rolls, but I don't
- 47:46Speaker 2: think we called them pegs.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Called it whatever.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Pant rolls had to rock them with tim timberlands or
- 47:52Speaker 3: polo boots.
- 47:53Speaker 4: Really yeah, no, that's that's back. Another thing that's back
- 47:55Speaker 4: right now that my son wears is the quarter zips.
- 47:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah, quarter zips everywhere. I mean, that's the new
- 48:02Speaker 2: like puffy vest you.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Know, puffy vester back.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Eric and I went to lunch last week at a
- 48:06Speaker 2: sushi restaurant and I'll show you the video I took,
- 48:09Speaker 2: like a low key video in there. The I could
- 48:11Speaker 2: count the amount of like finance ro vests. Yeah, like
- 48:16Speaker 2: up to ten at least hands. Yeah, puffy vest, zips.
- 48:21Speaker 3: And quarter zips and well what about butting you polos
- 48:26Speaker 3: all the way up to the top.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Muscle likes to do that too. Yeah, kids do that too.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, that's back. Another thing that's back that. I'm
- 48:32Speaker 1: just like, why are Jinko jeans? Oh you are back?
- 48:37Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 48:37Speaker 4: Oh the kids wear the Baggyes jeans. Ever, yeah, Baggy's
- 48:41Speaker 4: so in and I just I cannot stand it. Back
- 48:43Speaker 4: in the day, I didn't wear Jinko jeans. You couldn't
- 48:46Speaker 4: even see the people's feet. It looked they were just
- 48:48Speaker 4: sliding across the floor like cartoon cares.
- 48:51Speaker 1: You know, Jinko jeans are going for like one hundred
- 48:54Speaker 1: and sixty bucks online. Wow, if you could.
- 48:56Speaker 4: Find a pair of back of the day, they go
- 48:57Speaker 4: for hundreds of dollars because people want them so bad
- 49:00Speaker 4: right now, the bag you're the better. Hit me up
- 49:03Speaker 4: if you got one. A trend that you never want
- 49:04Speaker 4: to see return. People are hitting me up online right
- 49:07Speaker 4: now on my Instagram at Billy on the Radio, Oh okay,
- 49:10Speaker 4: Alyssa says, chokers.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Oh.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Some of them were okay. It's those ones that look
- 49:16Speaker 2: like you stretched them out, the plastic ones that I
- 49:19Speaker 2: just didn't like. Yeah, I know what you're talking about,
- 49:21Speaker 2: Christina Applegate or I don't know, one of the Emo
- 49:24Speaker 2: actresses or.
- 49:25Speaker 4: The what was the the puka shells?
- 49:28Speaker 1: O was it puka shells?
- 49:30Speaker 2: Justin didn't really have one for a.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Second, everybody.
- 49:35Speaker 4: That's why I call him Puka Puka shells. I never
- 49:38Speaker 4: really got into it, but those were huge, yeah back
- 49:41Speaker 4: in the day.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Okay. Somebody else said, I hope I prayed that hammer
- 49:45Speaker 1: pants never come back in style.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Balloon pants are back, come on? Yeah? Or the new
- 49:50Speaker 2: barrel Jane?
- 49:51Speaker 1: What is a barrel? Jean?
- 49:52Speaker 2: Barrel? Jeane was like the why that was kind of
- 49:54Speaker 2: like a horseshoe looking like style pants. Now it's like
- 49:57Speaker 2: the balloon pants, I think, which I'm all for balloon pants.
- 50:00Speaker 1: You're four balloon pants. Okay, now I agree with this one.
- 50:04Speaker 4: Chad said, I hope shoulder pads for women never come
- 50:07Speaker 4: back in style.
- 50:10Speaker 2: A few times shoulder yeah, it looked.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Like you were dating a linebacker. Like what remember how
- 50:17Speaker 1: back in the nineties when the Cowboys were amazing. Yeah,
- 50:20Speaker 1: Emitt Smith had those massive.
- 50:22Speaker 4: Shoulder pads, and then women were wearing shoulder pads and
- 50:25Speaker 4: I just never understood it.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Well, it makes your purse feel so much better when
- 50:28Speaker 2: you carry their big tote bag.
- 50:30Speaker 4: My dating Troy Aikman, What is going on? Someone else said,
- 50:35Speaker 4: thin eyebrows, Oh.
- 50:37Speaker 2: Never, please, never ever come back.
- 50:38Speaker 1: I hope thin eyebrows never returned. What do you mean
- 50:40Speaker 1: by thin?
- 50:41Speaker 2: Well, there was a phase where they were just looked
- 50:43Speaker 2: like just the word drawn on. So then then they
- 50:46Speaker 2: went really bushy and messy and all over the place,
- 50:48Speaker 2: and now they're just well, bushy eyebrows was a thing.
- 50:52Speaker 2: You have a little brush.
- 50:54Speaker 1: I hate that word like most people hate the word moist. Yeah,
- 50:57Speaker 1: I hate the word bushy. Why bushy? And louge.
- 51:02Speaker 2: Weird.
- 51:03Speaker 4: Somebody said splooge the other day, and I said, you
- 51:05Speaker 4: know what, I'd be fine with never hearing the word.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Spoo in what context is that?
- 51:09Speaker 4: Okay, I can't remember, but I'm sure it wasn't good,
- 51:12Speaker 4: That's all I know. Somebody else said, I hope and
- 51:16Speaker 4: pray that flannel shirts tied around the waist never returned.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Oh I kind of love that.
- 51:23Speaker 2: You're cute. Yeah with your docs?
- 51:26Speaker 1: Yeah, Doc Martin, well, Doc Martins are back. They never
- 51:28Speaker 1: went on it, never did. They never went on a style.

- 52:17Speaker 5: just a bad time in my life either way. I
- 52:20Speaker 5: took a plea deal and I have to do thirty

- 52:25Speaker 1: Oh and no one knows.
- 52:29Speaker 5: No, my best friend knows. And that's about it.
- 52:32Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 52:34Speaker 1: So okay, you've got to go to jail for thirty
- 52:37Speaker 1: days and nobody. How are you going to get around this?
- 52:40Speaker 5: Well? Yeah, I took the time off work and I
- 52:42Speaker 5: told my family I'm going on a vacation with my
- 52:45Speaker 5: best friend and I'm going to serve my time.

- 52:51Speaker 1: took some time off work.
- 52:53Speaker 2: At yeah, Oh, what what are we going to do

- 54:11Speaker 1: about something.
- 54:12Speaker 4: I know he's been in jail because when I first
- 54:13Speaker 4: started working with Poo years ago and he became my producer,
- 54:17Speaker 4: he was in a work release program where I would
- 54:19Speaker 4: pick him up and then after the show, after our
- 54:23Speaker 4: radio show, I would have to drop him back off
- 54:25Speaker 4: in jail.
- 54:26Speaker 3: I mean also I got free commissary because i'd make
- 54:29Speaker 3: Billy do shout out.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah. He'd be like, hey, man, say what's
- 54:33Speaker 1: up to this guard because they're hooking me up? Oh yeah,
- 54:36Speaker 1: real life, what would you tell somebody going to jail,
- 54:40Speaker 1: because it's not jail and prisoner different. You can't take anything.
- 54:46Speaker 6: You can't take anything. Just sleep as much as possible.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Okay, sleep, sleep and dress warmly. But you can't. They're
- 54:54Speaker 1: gonna they're gonna put you in their own clothes. I'll
- 54:57Speaker 1: put you in that track suit.
- 54:58Speaker 3: But you know, if you hey, if you get the
- 55:00Speaker 3: orange suit, that means you're a trustee.
- 55:02Speaker 1: That means you can move around a lot.
- 55:04Speaker 4: Oh.
- 55:04Speaker 1: I mean I've heard, I've heard, yeah trusted you, Yeah,
- 55:08Speaker 1: they trusted me. I wouldn't even trust you. In jail.
- 55:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I got to I got to pick up trash.
- 55:13Speaker 1: I got the mop. I got the mop. Now would
- 55:17Speaker 1: you tell her?
- 55:18Speaker 4: Because I've seen my shows at least that I watch
- 55:20Speaker 4: stack up on some Ramen noodles so that we can
- 55:22Speaker 4: trade people if you need.
- 55:23Speaker 1: A guy something. I feel like girl noodles and chips
- 55:26Speaker 1: are like cash in prison for jail. Yeah.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Yes, it was like the elementary school with lunchtime. You
- 55:32Speaker 2: go through your tray and go back to your room.
- 55:35Speaker 2: What the heck?
- 55:37Speaker 1: This is not an elementary school. Yeah, elementary school where
- 55:41Speaker 1: you get stabbed, where you get shamed. You're not gonna
- 55:45Speaker 1: get shaked.
- 55:45Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, don't worry about that crossed.
- 55:49Speaker 3: Wow.
- 55:50Speaker 4: Okay, well, good luck, you gotta stuff. If you need
- 55:55Speaker 4: to call us from jail, feel free. I mean you can, you.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Can the charges. Yeah, well accept the charge of one
- 56:00Speaker 1: hundred percent. I'm right there. We'll give you the direct line.
- 56:03Speaker 1: Just what I would not do. Well. I love the
- 56:06Speaker 1: Cannas things. It's like, you know, we we just eat
- 56:08Speaker 1: our lunch, then we go back to class. Is day camp,
- 56:12Speaker 1: do a little show and tell it's gonna be things,
- 56:14Speaker 1: It's gonna be funies. Maybe I'm a Jailly girl friends
- 56:17Speaker 1: and if you get the crowd,
