- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to We Talk Back Podcast, the production of iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and the Black Effect Network.
- 0:08Speaker 2: So we're just two unapologetically black women with an opinion
- 0:12Speaker 2: who talks.
- 0:15Speaker 1: What's up y'all as a girl aj holiday, What's up? Tampam,
- 0:18Speaker 1: y'all is tam bam.
- 0:19Speaker 2: I love y'all so much, y'all came back. I'm so
- 0:22Speaker 2: happy y'all came back to see us and to sit
- 0:24Speaker 2: and chat with your girls.
- 0:26Speaker 3: How was your weekend?
- 0:28Speaker 1: My weekend was extravagant? Is that a word? Extraordinary?
- 0:32Speaker 3: Extraordinary? What you do?
- 0:34Speaker 1: I had a good weekend? So uh the local Charstonians, Uh,
- 0:39Speaker 1: the Princess Diaries. Chris Kalen had a live show this
- 0:42Speaker 1: weekend and she did a very very good job. I
- 0:45Speaker 1: was highly impressed. Exactly her second live show on Drawston.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I bought a ticket to the other one and didn't go.
- 0:52Speaker 1: This morn she actually had me do a segment on
- 0:55Speaker 1: the show and then we got like a proclamation, a
- 1:01Speaker 1: proclamation from the city of Charleston. Oh wow, I want
- 1:04Speaker 1: to I want to read all this right up and
- 1:06Speaker 1: y'all let me know. Okay, go ahead, because the whole
- 1:09Speaker 1: time I'm like, what the fuck they gonna write about
- 1:12Speaker 1: me like, so now I feel like I gotta do
- 1:16Speaker 1: for real some community work. Yeah, let me so it's
- 1:21Speaker 1: the up. It was me and Charlemagne and Cardia Brown.
- 1:27Speaker 1: She she's a chef. Yeah, she's a chef, and she
- 1:30Speaker 1: has a restaurant here in the airport. I haven't ate
- 1:32Speaker 1: it yet. I heard it was fire shit. Every time
- 1:35Speaker 1: I'm going to the airport, child, I'm going fifteen minutes
- 1:38Speaker 1: before I'm sped to be in the line trying to
- 1:40Speaker 1: get on the flight, So I never have time to
- 1:41Speaker 1: sit down and eat. But I have to make time
- 1:43Speaker 1: one day because I don't think she's planning on doing
- 1:46Speaker 1: like a restaurant outside airport anytime soon.
- 1:50Speaker 2: So you and you gotta be traveling from Charleston to
- 1:53Speaker 2: get food from her.
- 1:56Speaker 1: And it be back now because I've seen it. It
- 1:58Speaker 1: be packs and initially I didn't it was black owned. Yeah.
- 2:02Speaker 1: So she was one of the guests for the live
- 2:06Speaker 1: show in Charlemagne also, and then we had a proclamation
- 2:10Speaker 1: from our hometown.
- 2:12Speaker 3: They're so dope, yeah.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Man, So check it out. It says the City of
- 2:19Speaker 1: Charleston recognizes individuals whose contributions strengthen our communities through service
- 2:25Speaker 1: advocacy and cultural education, and so they you know, they
- 2:32Speaker 1: they low read up Charlemagne read up and hers is like,
- 2:35Speaker 1: you know, kind of thick heick on mind though it
- 2:38Speaker 1: ain't thick, but it's good. I was so fucking geeky okay,
- 2:41Speaker 1: says it, says Ashley AJ James, co host of the
- 2:46Speaker 1: nationally recognized We Tak Back podcasts. As a media leader, okay,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you're the media leader whose work amplifies the voices of
- 2:55Speaker 1: African American women and promotes authentic dialogue about mental health, empowerment,
- 3:04Speaker 1: and social awareness. Her advocacy encourages women to embrace self knowledge, okay,
- 3:11Speaker 1: confidence and connection across communities in the Carolinas and beyond
- 3:17Speaker 1: clock that is more so, November twenty five is now
- 3:24Speaker 1: hereby the Community Service and Cultural Awareness Recognition Day.
- 3:30Speaker 2: So you got a day for us in Charleston, yes,
- 3:33Speaker 2: hear me, and as the fucking clap y'all day.
- 3:39Speaker 1: So now I gotta really do my nonprofit work right,
- 3:41Speaker 1: so I can have like a longer because charing lists,
- 3:44Speaker 1: of course, as long as shit right right and.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Not just they gave you the push to do what
- 3:51Speaker 2: you were already planning to do.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Absolutely so not to uh to not to not to
- 3:57Speaker 1: try to compete, but so I did establish my five
- 4:04Speaker 1: oh one c three for Mummy's House. Mummy's House, Yes,
- 4:09Speaker 1: it is going to be an alternative to abortion. And
- 4:13Speaker 1: Charleston they used to have places where young girls who
- 4:16Speaker 1: get pregnant can go mm hmm and instead of having
- 4:20Speaker 1: an abortion right, they can still go, have their children,
- 4:23Speaker 1: have their have their kids go to school, still finish
- 4:25Speaker 1: high school. And she's like that those type of places
- 4:28Speaker 1: aren't around anymore. They only push abortion to black women,
- 4:31Speaker 1: and it's not just black women. So what if there
- 4:33Speaker 1: was a place Because there's a there's another place here
- 4:37Speaker 1: called my Sister's House. So it's kind of kind of similar.
- 4:41Speaker 1: But Charleston does not fuck with the homeless in any way.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Everything is going to be like nonprofit like individual companies
- 4:50Speaker 1: and people actually trying to do things. The city does
- 4:52Speaker 1: nothing mm hmm for people in need as far as
- 4:56Speaker 1: I'm concerned. So it's up to is that to the
- 5:00Speaker 1: people man, So yeah, Mummy's House.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I think that's great. Congratulations on that too. I think
- 5:05Speaker 2: that's a great idea. They have a place to go
- 5:09Speaker 2: and like, so this is while they're pregnant and then
- 5:12Speaker 2: right after they're pregnant.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Yeah, because I was fourteen and pregnant. Well, my mama
- 5:17Speaker 1: put me out of jail. I'm putting me out of jail,
- 5:19Speaker 1: putting me out the house, like unless I had an
- 5:21Speaker 1: abortion that happened to me in real life. So imagine
- 5:24Speaker 1: like you don't have to be faced with those circumstances.
- 5:28Speaker 1: You know, it might be tough, but you have other
- 5:30Speaker 1: options other than not having a kid.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Right, Okay, well I think that's you said.
- 5:37Speaker 1: How does it work? Yeah?
- 5:39Speaker 3: The only thing I'm concerned with is like.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Parents saying that their kid like, let's say they want
- 5:46Speaker 2: to their parents not putting them out. They want to leave.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Can they come and stay there under law as a minor?
- 5:55Speaker 1: I don't know. And those are the things I got
- 5:56Speaker 1: out of the kings. I guess I gotta work out.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Are you still a minor once you have a child
- 6:04Speaker 1: of your own at fifteen? You know, like kinda yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 1: you know, are you still your mom's responsibility while also
- 6:12Speaker 1: being having like a little person that you were also
- 6:15Speaker 1: responsible for? I don't know, but I know I have
- 6:19Speaker 1: no fucking choice, And you know, listen, I want to
- 6:23Speaker 1: thank my mama from the bottom of my heart. Okay,
- 6:26Speaker 1: because the nigga that I was pregnant for, Yeah, you
- 6:30Speaker 1: don't change. Ooh no either not. You're still a fucking
- 6:37Speaker 1: stupid You gotta asked me for change. Like he drove
- 6:41Speaker 1: past my mama's house and then somebody's yelling down the street, Ashley,
- 6:47Speaker 1: come here. Mind, y'all. This is like seventeen years later
- 6:52Speaker 1: plus probably because I was fifteen. I was fifty actually
- 6:56Speaker 1: fifteen at the time, so now I'm like thirty five,
- 7:02Speaker 1: thirty three. I was thirty three actually, never seen him
- 7:06Speaker 1: kind of since that time in my life. So I'm
- 7:09Speaker 1: talking like I'm a child, right right, So I'm like,
- 7:12Speaker 1: I'm yelling back down the street like you in a car,
- 7:14Speaker 1: you come back, So the car pulls up in front
- 7:17Speaker 1: of my bitch. I almost threw up in my mouth
- 7:21Speaker 1: when I tell y'all, my mama saved my fucking life.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Listen to your mama, Okay, But I tell y'all, my
- 7:28Speaker 1: mama saved my life because guess what if I was
- 7:31Speaker 1: if I had a kid by that Doude today, like
- 7:33Speaker 1: nobody would know who my kid's dad is. I promise
- 7:36Speaker 1: his dad would be dead, Like you know, figuratively speaking, right,
- 7:41Speaker 1: Like she told y'all to tell the nigga yeah, because
- 7:43Speaker 1: when he got out that car. I was so disgusted
- 7:46Speaker 1: with myself. Y'all, he was so fine when I was
- 7:49Speaker 1: a kid, because you don't know no fucking better. This
- 7:51Speaker 1: grown ass man still looking like how he looked back
- 7:55Speaker 1: then as a teenage boy is disgusting. He got paying
- 8:00Speaker 1: stuck let's side, baby mama girl. I like, the fucking
- 8:06Speaker 1: you'll stop, baby mama. He was like, I can't get
- 8:10Speaker 1: your number. I said, no, I have a family plan,
- 8:12Speaker 1: mind you. My nigga just got arrested, him in jail,
- 8:15Speaker 1: Like this is why I'm at my mama house putting
- 8:18Speaker 1: a fucking suitcase at the back of my trunk.
- 8:20Speaker 3: I still got a family, playing.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Got a family, playing nigga no yeah, and trying to
- 8:26Speaker 1: tell me he don't got no kids. I'm like, my
- 8:28Speaker 1: sister saw you, like at the gorehouse for child support. Shit,
- 8:31Speaker 1: what are you talking about? Has plenty kids and you
- 8:34Speaker 1: know this guy was retarded. I don't want to get
- 8:37Speaker 1: on my soapbox about this, but I mean, like actually retarded,
- 8:39Speaker 1: Like I think he come from like a long line
- 8:41Speaker 1: of retarded people and maybe it's not retarded now, it's
- 8:44Speaker 1: more like, you know, maybe he had like some some
- 8:47Speaker 1: zelshal de lais or just bad. Just the full fucking
- 8:52Speaker 1: family was just bad behavioral issues, yes, just bad, just
- 8:57Speaker 1: doing shit and him I stupid, smart as pregnant for
- 9:01Speaker 1: is dumb. We're tired of nigga and in love and
- 9:07Speaker 1: thank you mama.
- 9:09Speaker 3: So let me ask you this.
- 9:11Speaker 2: If you had your business, if a business existed like
- 9:14Speaker 2: the one that you wanted to create, and you went there,
- 9:18Speaker 2: then you.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Know you wouldn't have taken your mama's advice.
- 9:21Speaker 1: No, I would not, right, But as now, as a
- 9:25Speaker 1: woman forty one years old with no children, that decision
- 9:29Speaker 1: wasn't my mom's. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. So
- 9:33Speaker 1: that's the one part that people don't talk about during
- 9:36Speaker 1: you know, when it's election season, like all the people
- 9:40Speaker 1: come out, the world works, they pushing all these different
- 9:42Speaker 1: agendas and all this stuff. It's a lot of single
- 9:45Speaker 1: women that are always pushing. Single women with no children
- 9:48Speaker 1: or you know, married and got some step kids, but
- 9:51Speaker 1: they have never had kids themselves. Examples Kamala Harris, Mary J. Blige,
- 9:56Speaker 1: all these people like you see pushing these agendas they
- 9:59Speaker 1: don't have kids her own. I can see it from
- 10:01Speaker 1: both spectrums. I see it from both sides, right, So
- 10:05Speaker 1: nobody tells those young girls, this might be your only
- 10:09Speaker 1: chance to have a kid. I remember some years ago
- 10:11Speaker 1: I was walking in a flea market and this Hispanic
- 10:15Speaker 1: girl walked up on me. She was like, where's your kid?
- 10:17Speaker 1: You were supposed to have your baby. I started crying, like, imagine,
- 10:21Speaker 1: like this is not somebody who wanted money for me,
- 10:23Speaker 1: Like this is just a real profit pulling up on me,
- 10:26Speaker 1: telling me I was supposed to have my baby. Damn,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and what if that's the only kid I might get.
- 10:32Speaker 1: So those are the conversations that older women should be
- 10:36Speaker 1: having with young girls. Because your body is telling you
- 10:38Speaker 1: to reproduce. Ain't nothing you're gonna be able to do
- 10:40Speaker 1: about that. You know, it's gonna be millions of years
- 10:43Speaker 1: until the body says, hey, this is what we're doing.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Now start having a cycle. Like it's really like a
- 10:49Speaker 1: cat dog. Keep them at keep them kids' asses in
- 10:52Speaker 1: the house because they're going to be on the run.
- 10:54Speaker 1: It's nothing you could do but God give guidance. And
- 10:57Speaker 1: my mom was at work all day long. Yeah, you know,
- 11:01Speaker 1: so I hope that helps somebody. If you're pregnant right now,
- 11:04Speaker 1: have your baby, girl'll be all right. I got five
- 11:07Speaker 1: dollars for you, see, and I might hold on, I
- 11:11Speaker 1: might get more. Don't listen, this is nonprofits. Were gonna
- 11:13Speaker 1: get donations, right, so there are organizations out there that
- 11:18Speaker 1: can help you. Like, having an abortion is a sacrifice,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and people may.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Not it's a huge it's a huge sacrifice. And I
- 11:26Speaker 2: think you know people we made light of it. We've
- 11:29Speaker 2: made joke we on this show, We've made jokes about it.
- 11:32Speaker 1: They don't wait it on walk that type of shit.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Yeah, But essentially, it is a huge sacrifice you make
- 11:37Speaker 2: when you do that.
- 11:39Speaker 1: It's literally a sacrifice though, right A lot of women
- 11:42Speaker 1: have abortions because they sacrifice the baby for their future.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's an actual sacrifice. And this is why people really
- 11:50Speaker 1: be pushing for the abortion laws, right, because what are
- 11:54Speaker 1: y'all doing with these fetuses? Neil, y'all sacrificed and these
- 11:59Speaker 1: fetuses too, because it may just be like a little
- 12:02Speaker 1: regular little thing. You got black girls working outside the
- 12:05Speaker 1: abortion clinic. That shit ain't cute. You sacrificed something.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Black girls tworking outside the abortion clinic.
- 12:13Speaker 1: It was this girl I was following on Instagram until
- 12:16Speaker 1: I saw her tworking outside of the abortion clinic. She
- 12:19Speaker 1: literally like had cameras and stuff in there. She had
- 12:21Speaker 1: the procedure and then she was working outside. She's big
- 12:24Speaker 1: on social media too, and I thought she was funny,
- 12:27Speaker 1: super raunchy, nasty, but you know, I can stomach all
- 12:29Speaker 1: that shit. But when she did a girl.
- 12:32Speaker 3: That's too much. What did I do this weekend?
- 12:36Speaker 1: I'm oh, sorry, y'all?
- 12:39Speaker 3: What did I do this weekend?
- 12:40Speaker 2: I won? I engorged myself with food from Thanksgiving Thursday
- 12:47Speaker 2: Friday Saturday.
- 12:49Speaker 3: I quit after Saturday.
- 12:51Speaker 2: I could not eat no more of that shit and
- 12:54Speaker 2: then and just kicked it with family.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Then on Sunday, I made soup.
- 13:00Speaker 2: I mean, my weekend was like just very I don't
- 13:03Speaker 2: think I did my hair all weekend.
- 13:05Speaker 3: I showered and brushed my weekend and that was about it.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Yep. That's most of my weekends, yep.
- 13:11Speaker 3: But it was nice. I needed that.
- 13:13Speaker 2: And then last night, I it was like raining, it
- 13:19Speaker 2: was icy, and I went to my little yeah yeah
- 13:22Speaker 2: house to cut off, and he convinced me to watch
- 13:27Speaker 2: The Conjuring four with him, and we were watching that shit,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and at one of the scariest moments, like this thing
- 13:37Speaker 2: came through a mirror and I jumped right in horror
- 13:43Speaker 2: because it was scary. And then all the power went
- 13:46Speaker 2: out in the house. Baby, you tall watching the Conjuring four?
- 13:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I watched that recon you know, that spaced
- 13:54Speaker 1: off true story that goes that husband and wife are real.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Yes, and that's why I was. I almost do doo
- 14:00Speaker 2: doo on that man couch, y'all. I was so scared,
- 14:04Speaker 2: shit my pants. The power went out and all you
- 14:07Speaker 2: hear is rain and wind and pitch black. I can't
- 14:11Speaker 2: even I don't even know what happens at the end.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I don't care what happens at the end. That was
- 14:16Speaker 2: enough for me. I ain't never had that happen. It
- 14:19Speaker 2: was like the power went out right at the exact
- 14:22Speaker 2: moment after the huge scare, Like it was like almost
- 14:25Speaker 2: on cue.
- 14:26Speaker 1: That's not about to say that it's not that scary,
- 14:28Speaker 1: but they have some scary parts like shit jumping out
- 14:31Speaker 1: and stuff like that.
- 14:31Speaker 3: It'n't imagine like the shock factor.
- 14:34Speaker 2: The something is so quiet and then something you know,
- 14:37Speaker 2: you know how they're doing scary movies.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Yeah, that took me out of the game, and he
- 14:41Speaker 3: was talking about just go to sleep. How I'm sitting
- 14:44Speaker 3: here with my phone to do that. That's here with my.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Lad You look the flashlight on my phone. Fun are
- 14:52Speaker 1: you talking about, y'all? I used to be so scared
- 14:54Speaker 1: of the dark, y'all. And it wasn't until I conquered,
- 14:57Speaker 1: like the fear of dying. I sleep so like I
- 15:01Speaker 1: be sleeping on my back. I used to be scared
- 15:02Speaker 1: to sleep my back because they felt like laying in
- 15:04Speaker 1: the coffin stupid shit like that. Now I realized that
- 15:07Speaker 1: sleeping in your back is actually the best position.
- 15:10Speaker 3: It is.
- 15:11Speaker 2: I start on my back, but I always end up
- 15:13Speaker 2: on my stomach with my arms up like this.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Oh, I'd be on my back like this, my arm
- 15:17Speaker 1: be like this is like that, especially when you got
- 15:22Speaker 1: a dip in your back.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Let me tell you what I don't like when, like
- 15:25Speaker 2: when you're getting your lashes done or anything done where
- 15:27Speaker 2: you have to lay like you're laid back. I always
- 15:30Speaker 2: put my hands in my lap, you know, across each other,
- 15:34Speaker 2: and then I snatch them back because it just looks
- 15:37Speaker 2: like how they have you in the casket. But that's
- 15:41Speaker 2: like the most comfortable place to rest your hands.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I'd be right there, child, because I'm not afraid to die.
- 15:50Speaker 1: But boy, I used to be scared of the dark. Now,
- 15:52Speaker 1: if I see some shit, I'd be like, hey, tomorrow,
- 15:55Speaker 1: not tonight, my nigga, you get out my room, don't
- 16:00Speaker 1: touch me. Can shit be around?
- 16:02Speaker 3: Man, Let's get in the sands.
- 16:05Speaker 1: We got going on. I updated Instagram recently. Now is
- 16:09Speaker 1: like different, My shit is someplace else.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Oh yeah. I try to stay away from the updates
- 16:16Speaker 3: as long as possible.
- 16:18Speaker 1: So y'all remember a couple of months ago, shit, damn it.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Nine months ago at this point, Nikki baby, right, she
- 16:25Speaker 1: was pregnant, and she was having a back and forth
- 16:29Speaker 1: with another woman that her baby daddy, Jamal Ball is
- 16:34Speaker 1: that his name? One of them balls, one of them
- 16:38Speaker 1: balls left her for this other woman right while she
- 16:45Speaker 1: was pregnant. Now, this woman has pinned a heartfelt message online,
- 16:51Speaker 1: a lengthy transparency post, they're calling it, depicting what she's
- 16:56Speaker 1: going through right now, right, So this is that me
- 16:59Speaker 1: through essentially. Yeah, And you know, when I did Chris's
- 17:03Speaker 1: show this weekend, one of the questions she asked me
- 17:07Speaker 1: is what is one of the biggest lie, women tell
- 17:10Speaker 1: themselves in relationships. And I literally said, women lie and
- 17:16Speaker 1: tell themselves that they're better than the next woman.
- 17:19Speaker 3: They're bigger than the program.
- 17:20Speaker 1: You're not never bigger in the program. And that man
- 17:24Speaker 1: choices have nothing to do with you. So if you
- 17:27Speaker 1: think you're better than him, and you think you're better
- 17:29Speaker 1: than her, let that man go be with his type
- 17:32Speaker 1: while you're comparing yourself to them. I got a homegirl
- 17:34Speaker 1: who do that. She's always saying how her ass fatten
- 17:37Speaker 1: and she cuted it, and not like none of that
- 17:39Speaker 1: shit fucking matters because he's still playing in your face
- 17:41Speaker 1: with a bird. Obviously that's his type and he's happy
- 17:46Speaker 1: to have access to you. So really, what you're saying
- 17:49Speaker 1: is you're also a bird, right, get out that coop?
- 17:54Speaker 1: Okay if it ain't for you, Okay. So her name
- 17:57Speaker 1: is Rashida Nicole. So she apologies a nikki baby after
- 18:02Speaker 1: admitting she's now dealing with the same issues she once
- 18:06Speaker 1: mocked her for. So, I don't know why we always
- 18:08Speaker 1: think we're gonna get a better treatment from these dudes.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I'm not even fucking with you. If I see you
- 18:12Speaker 1: just straight straight up blatantly disrespected another woman.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Because doing pregnant when she got with his pregnant.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, she was pregnant. So this girl is not married
- 18:23Speaker 1: to him, right? Do we want to read the whole post? No? Okay, anyway,
- 18:30Speaker 1: so I'll read it in my own time. You realize,
- 18:37Speaker 1: but I wanted to. You want to read it if
- 18:39Speaker 1: you want to read for practice? No this this this
- 18:42Speaker 1: just a caption, but it says she posted a transient
- 18:46Speaker 1: transparency post revealing she's going through a divorce and has
- 18:49Speaker 1: spent most of her pregnancy alone. She says her child's
- 18:52Speaker 1: father missed every milestone, pressured her into changing her daughter's
- 18:57Speaker 1: name at five and a half months because it was
- 18:59Speaker 1: too close to another woman's name eight and a half
- 19:02Speaker 1: eight and a half months. See, I might be a
- 19:04Speaker 1: little dyslexic, because how the fuck did I just read
- 19:06Speaker 1: that five point eight? Anyway, my brain be moving faster
- 19:11Speaker 1: than my damn smiled something something happening anyway and continue
- 19:15Speaker 1: lying throughout their relationship. Read it. Rashida says she she
- 19:19Speaker 1: chose not to have him in a delivery room after
- 19:22Speaker 1: months of emotional pain and absence. She also publicly apologized
- 19:28Speaker 1: to Nikki Miss Nikki Baby, admitting she's now experiencing the
- 19:32Speaker 1: same issues and once that she once mocked her for,
- 19:34Speaker 1: where she just says she's not angry, just exhausted and
- 19:37Speaker 1: is stepping into this new chapter stronger, healing and focused
- 19:42Speaker 1: on creating a positive future for her child. That's unfortunate.
- 19:47Speaker 2: I mean, this is a whole book with the same story,
- 19:52Speaker 2: very old. Yeah, so there, I'm you know, I hate
- 19:58Speaker 2: that she's experiencing that. I hate when any woman becomes
- 20:03Speaker 2: a single mother, you know, especially when she wants to
- 20:06Speaker 2: have the partner there.
- 20:08Speaker 3: You know, that's sad, But I mean kind of had
- 20:13Speaker 3: it coming.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and she I guess he took it a step
- 20:16Speaker 1: for further at least married her, So that probably made
- 20:19Speaker 1: her feel even more like she had grown up on
- 20:22Speaker 1: the next woman child. Please, that just don't mean nothing.
- 20:25Speaker 1: It don't mean nothing. It's just so many single women
- 20:28Speaker 1: out here with children, right, a lot of them. So
- 20:32Speaker 1: just because he gave you a little promise, ring a lie, ring,
- 20:36Speaker 1: don't mean nothing. Yeah, got a damn thing. Y'all choose
- 20:39Speaker 1: different self awareness. That's where it starts, because niggas cannot
- 20:43Speaker 1: play with you when you know who you are.
- 20:45Speaker 2: So I saw him the Jasmine brand Funky don Neva
- 20:49Speaker 2: claims Tamar b Braxton and Inn DC's Harris have been
- 20:54Speaker 2: sneaking around a legend witnessing them making out, and he
- 20:58Speaker 2: I'm not gonna read all this shit, but he definitely
- 21:02Speaker 2: read Tamar down and was like, and I was uncomfortable
- 21:05Speaker 2: and I didn't want to come in that house because
- 21:08Speaker 2: you in Men DC's was kissing before y'all went in,
- 21:12Speaker 2: and I thought y'all wanted some privacy, So that's why
- 21:15Speaker 2: I didn't come. And he was just like really laying
- 21:17Speaker 2: all the tea down, and I kind of don't like that,
- 21:24Speaker 2: just because now what Tamar and Men DC's were doing allegedly,
- 21:29Speaker 2: that's not okay because he's married, and I'm sure she
- 21:32Speaker 2: knows Yan you know, maybe not well, but she knows
- 21:34Speaker 2: exactly who Yandy is.
- 21:36Speaker 1: But if he was just in her video here he
- 21:38Speaker 1: was he was speatured in her music.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Video video or and we don't know what relationship Men
- 21:44Speaker 2: DC's and Yandy have. Maybe they have like an open
- 21:47Speaker 2: shit I don't know. But what I don't like is
- 21:50Speaker 2: it seems like Funky Dineva. It's someone Tamar trust or
- 21:55Speaker 2: they were at least friends at some point and I
- 21:58Speaker 2: just don't like, if we fall out, that's fine, But
- 22:01Speaker 2: hearing all my dirty laundry out for the public, that's
- 22:05Speaker 2: fucked up.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I just feel like that's nasty. I was just saying
- 22:09Speaker 1: that shit this weekend. I have a hard time losing friends.
- 22:15Speaker 1: You know. Part of it is is because like you know,
- 22:19Speaker 1: it's like a death kind of right, even the loss
- 22:21Speaker 1: of this person, especially when the shit like I'm talking
- 22:23Speaker 1: about like homegirls, like when shit is like over over, right.
- 22:27Speaker 1: But the part that fucks me at the most I
- 22:29Speaker 1: really want a bitch to disappear is that you know
- 22:32Speaker 1: all my secrets and you're just out here in the
- 22:34Speaker 1: world with my shit to do this type of shit.
- 22:37Speaker 1: When a bitch really get on you know what I'm saying, Like,
- 22:39Speaker 1: I don't like friends because you're not a friend. You
- 22:43Speaker 1: don't need enemies if you got friends like this.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Right ready, you know, really need to air your dirty
- 22:48Speaker 3: laundry and not.
- 22:49Speaker 1: No, I definitely talk shit to mutual friends about a
- 22:52Speaker 1: friend I'm no longer friends with, but like to I
- 22:54Speaker 1: would never like go to the public.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Right and how we talk back and be like and
- 22:59Speaker 3: so and so you.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Did this if exactly, if anything were gonna be on
- 23:05Speaker 1: here doing it to each other in front of y'all. Right,
- 23:08Speaker 1: ain't no motherfucking behind the back, wouldn't.
- 23:12Speaker 2: But you still wouldn't even know that we talk about
- 23:14Speaker 2: each other though. That's the thing, y'all would never know,
- 23:17Speaker 2: just being hurt.
- 23:20Speaker 1: E never no video. Look, y'all know we doing right now.
- 23:25Speaker 1: If ain't no video, we'd be doing like this.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Like y'all should give it me like I like we
- 23:31Speaker 2: a bitch, Like I know what you did last summer
- 23:34Speaker 2: face right.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Yeah, he's not a good friend, and I'll be honest, man,
- 23:38Speaker 1: I have a few guys guy friends who are gay
- 23:41Speaker 1: two okay, and we don't hang out that often or whatever,
- 23:44Speaker 1: but these I consider them good friends. I love them.
- 23:49Speaker 1: But this is why I don't just hang out with
- 23:51Speaker 1: a bunch of punks, Okay. I feel like they're an
- 23:53Speaker 1: extra caddy like this. This is not the first time
- 23:57Speaker 1: this dude and somebody else's best friend gay best friend
- 24:02Speaker 1: was just out in the ass on the internet recently,
- 24:04Speaker 1: like they do this, they me having all the tea, right,
- 24:08Speaker 1: That is not man, Listen, you gotta be careful with
- 24:11Speaker 1: the women and the men. I don't know why, y'all
- 24:13Speaker 1: thought it's gonna be different. Men actually talk more shit
- 24:15Speaker 1: than women, and now you got a man with more
- 24:18Speaker 1: feminine energy than an actual man. Oh honey, it's about
- 24:23Speaker 1: to be a whole ship show. I don't know what
- 24:25Speaker 1: you thought.
- 24:27Speaker 2: But Tamar I have you know, I like Tamar sometimes,
- 24:33Speaker 2: but oftentimes she'd be giving mean girl energy too, so
- 24:36Speaker 2: it seems like they would be friends.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Yeah, when she was all.
- 24:42Speaker 2: On there like big bad Cadillac, big bad Cadillac, I
- 24:44Speaker 2: just thought that was Cadillac.
- 24:48Speaker 3: One of her co hosts, friend of view, the black
- 24:50Speaker 3: what's her name.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Ronnie Love, Lonnie Love, she was kind of her big back,
- 24:55Speaker 1: big big black Cadillac.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Big bat or big bat cadillact.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that's mean. That was so mean, So I just
- 25:04Speaker 1: he jokes for her.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Yeah, she's not my favorite when they come to ship
- 25:09Speaker 2: like that. So I can see how they could be friends,
- 25:13Speaker 2: you know. But I mean, I can't wait to hear
- 25:15Speaker 2: her response to this or what you got?
- 25:18Speaker 1: She don't say shit?
- 25:19Speaker 3: Yeah, and it just blow over.
- 25:22Speaker 1: We're in a sleepy to just stop addressing ship.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Do we really care?
- 25:26Speaker 1: No, not really, I don't.
- 25:29Speaker 2: We just gotta talk about shit, Yeah, we gotta five
- 25:31Speaker 2: three things to talk about with y'all.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Every Now I care about this one a little bit,
- 25:37Speaker 1: all right. So Megan's Stallion, her defamation case against Milargo,
- 25:42Speaker 1: was tossed out at the judge rules Malago is a
- 25:45Speaker 1: media defendant and says Megan's team failed to properly notify her.
- 25:51Speaker 1: So apparently, in the state of Florida, if somebody is
- 25:54Speaker 1: a media defendant, there's like some special per se way
- 25:59Speaker 1: in which you're supposed to notify that person if they
- 26:02Speaker 1: are in the media. You know what I'm saying, because
- 26:04Speaker 1: people get ship fucked up all the time in the media,
- 26:07Speaker 1: right right, And we definitely lived in a world where
- 26:09Speaker 1: should believe of believe nothing a year and have what
- 26:12Speaker 1: the fuck you see, so you just never know what's what.
- 26:15Speaker 1: But it says the federal judge. Federal jury found Milargo
- 26:19Speaker 1: Elizabeth Cooper libel to Megan P. MEGANE. Stallion for intentional
- 26:25Speaker 1: infliction of emotional distress and for promoting an unaltered excuse
- 26:31Speaker 1: me promoting an altered sexual image of Megan in violation
- 26:35Speaker 1: of Florida law. The jury also originally found Cooper libel
- 26:39Speaker 1: for defamation per se, but the judge could not enter
- 26:42Speaker 1: judgment on that claim because Florid law requires special pre
- 26:46Speaker 1: suit notice to media defendants, and Megan is Stallion did
- 26:50Speaker 1: not notify did not provide this notice. Since the jury
- 26:54Speaker 1: ruled Cooper is considered a media defendant, the defamation per
- 26:57Speaker 1: se claim could not move four. So all in all,
- 27:01Speaker 1: she's gonna be having to pay fifty nine thousand dollars
- 27:04Speaker 1: in compensatory and punitive damages. The court would decide any
- 27:10Speaker 1: requests for legal fees after appeals or post trial motions
- 27:13Speaker 1: a lot. But did you'll see on megazallion she had
- 27:16Speaker 1: like a twenty carousel post on her page showing all
- 27:20Speaker 1: her cork outfits. It was like suits fly ship bags.
- 27:26Speaker 3: That many times.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I guess she was preparing for it. But I guess
- 27:30Speaker 1: it just I think it only took a day.
- 27:34Speaker 3: Oh, it happened fast.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Yeah, so it wasn't like drawing out like CARDI B
- 27:38Speaker 1: had like what two weeks to put clothes on every
- 27:41Speaker 1: day bitches and looking. Yes, so I guess Mega Sallion
- 27:47Speaker 1: was trying to get in her CARDI B bag and
- 27:49Speaker 1: put that shit on for us. We appreciate it. Yeah, close,
- 27:54Speaker 1: close case. I think this case is important, right because
- 27:58Speaker 1: it's just like Tasha K and Cardi B. And we
- 28:00Speaker 1: are in media, right you just I don't feel like
- 28:04Speaker 1: talking shit and lying on a person should come with celebrity,
- 28:08Speaker 1: like just because this person is a celebrity, like they
- 28:10Speaker 1: should not they should not be like you shouldn't expect
- 28:13Speaker 1: them to be like okay with you just lying on them,
- 28:17Speaker 1: just making out stories and then posting you know, nuds. Yeah,
- 28:24Speaker 1: like I think the shit with Tasha K car it
- 28:27Speaker 1: got Cardi B. When Tasha K was saying Cardi B
- 28:29Speaker 1: had her and was kissing her kid, that could easily yeah, like,
- 28:35Speaker 1: what the fuck is that?
- 28:36Speaker 3: Man?
- 28:36Speaker 1: That could easily be you know, proven true or false?
- 28:41Speaker 1: Ugly it's just ugly and a lot of people have
- 28:44Speaker 1: that shit both kinds. Okay, let's be very clear. If
- 28:48Speaker 1: you have never been tested for you don't know if
- 28:49Speaker 1: you got it or not until you get a low
- 28:52Speaker 1: outbreaking break.
- 28:53Speaker 3: I thought you was talking about ugly. How about to
- 28:55Speaker 3: say how many kinds or ugly?
- 28:56Speaker 2: Is there?
- 28:58Speaker 1: Shit? About four to eleven times? Because I want to
- 29:01Speaker 1: know what picture she posted a Cardi B. What's the
- 29:03Speaker 1: altered image because of my big gass foot. That's what
- 29:07Speaker 1: I meant, Mega Stallion if somebody post a picture on
- 29:10Speaker 1: my big long foot and made it longer in the
- 29:13Speaker 1: image of me sucking dick, I'm mad.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Because your foot long? Are you sucking dick?
- 29:19Speaker 1: Foot long?
- 29:21Speaker 3: Like damn biggest foot?
- 29:24Speaker 1: I'm mad because why a y'all playing with me?
- 29:27Speaker 3: Okay, that's fair. Like what are we doing today?
- 29:32Speaker 1: Man? We're gonna do a whole episode of would you Rather?
- 29:36Speaker 1: Why Not? It's our favorite segment. I like it. I
- 29:39Speaker 1: like it. You have guess what deal? Would you rather?
- 29:41Speaker 1: So we're gonna do what You're rather? Between us?
- 29:44Speaker 3: Okay, okay, we'll be right back.
- 29:52Speaker 1: All right, y'all, So we are back in today's episode
- 29:58Speaker 1: Would you Rather a Thorn? With little commentary conversation in between?
- 30:02Speaker 3: Okay?
- 30:04Speaker 1: So I want to start with some like toxic relationship
- 30:06Speaker 1: type shit, all right, See, I can get to get
- 30:08Speaker 1: to know us. We lie though we do be lying,
- 30:11Speaker 1: m okay a little bit.
- 30:13Speaker 3: But I'm not just lying when I lie.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Just know I'm not just lying to you. I'm also
- 30:17Speaker 2: lying to myself. Okay, I be believing in my own
- 30:20Speaker 2: lies sometimes.
- 30:21Speaker 3: So there's say it right, all right?
- 30:24Speaker 1: So this is the would you Rather? Toxicity? Edition? Okay?
- 30:28Speaker 1: For grown women? Let's see, would you rather date a
- 30:34Speaker 1: man who post you, who won't post you sorry, who
- 30:40Speaker 1: won't post you, or a man who posts everything, including
- 30:45Speaker 1: y'all arguments.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I won't.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I don't want to be posted, Honestly, I don't want
- 30:51Speaker 2: people in my relationship like that. I don't think I
- 30:54Speaker 2: want to post each other until our wedding day or
- 30:58Speaker 2: something like that. Like we didn't know she had a
- 31:02Speaker 2: man till she had done.
- 31:03Speaker 1: Me exactly pop out. Yeah, that's really how it's supposed
- 31:08Speaker 1: to be. I think social media we put too much
- 31:12Speaker 1: shit on there, And right now I'm trying to figure
- 31:15Speaker 1: out what type of niche page I can create because
- 31:19Speaker 1: it's still not going to be based off my personal life.
- 31:23Speaker 1: And I don't let that much shit going on, you
- 31:24Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I just people could find out
- 31:27Speaker 1: too much about you just by going on to your
- 31:30Speaker 1: Instagram page. And I'm not one of the people who
- 31:31Speaker 1: believe in Like even before we talked back, I never
- 31:35Speaker 1: had a private page before. Like people be weird in
- 31:38Speaker 1: me out who got like two hundred people following them
- 31:40Speaker 1: and they got a private page, Like, bitch, what I
- 31:43Speaker 1: think your CIA following me? I'm not following you back.
- 31:46Speaker 2: You know what, I think a good niche for you
- 31:49Speaker 2: is like conspiracy theories and like the bunk and stuff.
- 31:55Speaker 1: I want to do fun shit. Okay, I wanted to
- 31:59Speaker 1: make it he shit, it's going that might be a
- 32:02Speaker 1: second page, but like I know, i'd be like I
- 32:05Speaker 1: could post some really really good ass fucking means bitch
- 32:08Speaker 1: and create them, so I might do me like a
- 32:11Speaker 1: little fucking mean page. Okay, I got this other page,
- 32:15Speaker 1: y'all follow this other page. It's called Corporate Job Stripper Bod. Okay,
- 32:20Speaker 1: and if you listen to this episode, then this is
- 32:23Speaker 1: gonna be the only day you know it's me behind
- 32:25Speaker 1: that page. Corporate Job Stripper Bod. I've had that page
- 32:29Speaker 1: for ten years or some shit.
- 32:31Speaker 3: It's an IG page. Yep, Corporate Job Stripper Bod. It's crazy,
- 32:37Speaker 3: all right.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Would you rather have unlimited money for bills or unlimited
- 32:42Speaker 2: money for vacations?
- 32:45Speaker 1: I got unlimited money for vacation right now and my
- 32:48Speaker 1: doses due, so it's always going to be we live
- 32:51Speaker 1: in fucking shit, so wait, unlimited money for well, so
- 32:55Speaker 1: which one are you saying? Bills are vacation unlimited money
- 32:57Speaker 1: for a vacation?
- 32:59Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm gonna pick that one, I
- 33:01Speaker 2: feel like I would pick the unlimited bill money.
- 33:04Speaker 3: That way, I can use my money for vacations.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Now my bills, I don't have nothing to worry about. Ever,
- 33:11Speaker 2: My bills are always paid.
- 33:14Speaker 1: But imagine if you had unlimited vacation money, how luxurious
- 33:18Speaker 1: those trips are going to be. Like you got that
- 33:21Speaker 1: basic ass rent and shit at the house, but I
- 33:25Speaker 1: wouldn't have.
- 33:25Speaker 2: If I had unlimited money for bills, the bills would
- 33:29Speaker 2: be different.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Okay, so the house will probably be looking like a
- 33:32Speaker 1: vacation spot. Yes, everything, I get it. I agree.
- 33:37Speaker 3: Every day is now a vacation.
- 33:40Speaker 1: I agree. Uh okay, So I guess you're gonna do
- 33:46Speaker 1: the regular life shit. I'll do the toxic shit all right.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Would you rather a man who texts bag fast but lies,
- 33:52Speaker 1: or text slow and tells the truth.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Take me slow. I guess I don't need like I'm not.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I don't need no urgent texts unless it's like an emergency.
- 34:03Speaker 2: You ain't got to because listen, loose.
- 34:06Speaker 1: The time limit.
- 34:08Speaker 2: It depends because with me, like we're doing hair, I
- 34:11Speaker 2: can't just stop and text you. I can't be checking
- 34:14Speaker 2: my phone every five minutes. So sometimes you might not
- 34:17Speaker 2: hear back from me for hours.
- 34:20Speaker 1: So what is for hours? Right? So what if you
- 34:22Speaker 1: text somebody and then hours I'm passed by? You just
- 34:25Speaker 1: know he done text you back, and you look at
- 34:27Speaker 1: your phone and he ain't respond to this long text?
- 34:29Speaker 2: Yet?
- 34:31Speaker 3: Who died? What happened? Nothing happened, right, Something had to
- 34:35Speaker 3: have happened.
- 34:36Speaker 2: But I'm open to hear what happened before I spass,
- 34:40Speaker 2: you know, but it just depends on what kind of
- 34:42Speaker 2: work they did, right. You know, you can't assume that
- 34:45Speaker 2: someone can just be available because you want to talk
- 34:47Speaker 2: in that moment.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Right. I got a homegirl who I'd be like, she'd
- 34:51Speaker 1: be telling me should I'd be like, girl relaxed, like
- 34:54Speaker 1: because I really don't be putting pressure on people. If
- 34:57Speaker 1: a motherfucking never is fond you that that day did? Right?
- 35:02Speaker 1: So I'm never like sitting around anticipating a response from somebody,
- 35:08Speaker 1: even in relationships. You know what I'm saying, Like, set
- 35:11Speaker 1: it and forget it. If you don't text back, we
- 35:14Speaker 1: really that broke up essentially, Like because what the fuck
- 35:18Speaker 1: was you doing? I don't want to hear nothing else? Really,
- 35:20Speaker 1: you obviously died okay, but she'd be like really, like,
- 35:27Speaker 1: do you think that you're called?
- 35:31Speaker 2: And now your mind is taking control. Now you've come
- 35:33Speaker 2: up with all these different scenarios in your head and you're.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Trying to control. Right, You cannot control another grown person.
- 35:39Speaker 1: So what if the person is dead, they can't answer anyway.
- 35:43Speaker 1: If he's alive and fucking on another bitch, he can't
- 35:46Speaker 1: answer anyway. How can you control any of these outcomes?
- 35:49Speaker 1: You can't, so relax, so fuck it?
- 35:53Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I agree. Would you rather wash a sink
- 35:56Speaker 3: full of dishes or full five lows of laundry?
- 36:01Speaker 1: A sink full of dishes? They hate both?
- 36:04Speaker 3: Give me the laundry.
- 36:05Speaker 2: I fucking this, listen. I spent all my childhood I
- 36:11Speaker 2: just was washed, washing dishes, washing like rotate.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Yes, we did, but it just felt like it was
- 36:19Speaker 3: always my parent.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I felt like that my sister fucked around and had
- 36:23Speaker 1: a baby when she was twenty and so living in
- 36:25Speaker 1: the house, and my mom told her she don't have
- 36:28Speaker 1: to wash dishes no more because she excuse me, how
- 36:30Speaker 1: the fuck you get out of the rotation because you
- 36:33Speaker 1: got a kid now, so now here I am. And
- 36:35Speaker 1: you're also adding bottles and ship to the rotation exactly.
- 36:40Speaker 1: I'm fourteen, so now and then I'm at the end,
- 36:43Speaker 1: at the very end, I'm still in the rotation between
- 36:46Speaker 1: me and my other sister. Now you're big, guys, You're
- 36:48Speaker 1: gonna get the d shit because you you you was
- 36:51Speaker 1: fucking and got pregnant. What if I do that? Guess
- 36:54Speaker 1: what happened when I did it and ab at the
- 36:56Speaker 1: motherfuckering clinic.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Damn, it's still washing dish.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Why is she already get out the rotation?
- 37:03Speaker 3: Wash your dish?
- 37:05Speaker 2: Listen washing This a lot of spies and just because
- 37:08Speaker 2: of childhood. Well there's more than two, but two specifically
- 37:11Speaker 2: that pertains to this. And there's washing dishes and a
- 37:14Speaker 2: pack of Ramen noodles.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Fuck books for them. I ain't so much.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Ramen noodles as a teen, like a teenager or young
- 37:22Speaker 2: college too.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Oh god, you gotta get the good ones from an
- 37:27Speaker 1: Asian grocery store with all them get an egg and
- 37:31Speaker 1: they're on a dry freeze egg.
- 37:35Speaker 3: I don't want no more that.
- 37:36Speaker 2: I like real ramen though, like from a Roman restaurant.
- 37:39Speaker 2: But in that pack for twenty seven cent or how
- 37:41Speaker 2: much of it that shit costs, don't get me a.
- 37:44Speaker 1: You gotta dress it up the noodles.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Fuck that.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Would you rather a man who this is kind of
- 37:56Speaker 1: Would you rather a man who buys gifts instead of apologizing,
- 37:59Speaker 1: or one who apologizes but keeps doing the same shit.
- 38:03Speaker 1: It's like it's a gift missing somewhere, right.
- 38:06Speaker 2: So he buys me gifts, but he don't change the behavior, right,
- 38:12Speaker 2: or he and his other one it still don't change
- 38:14Speaker 2: the behavior.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Yes, exactly. I sound like it's still a gift missing, right.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Just give me the gifts. I out you sorry nigger
- 38:22Speaker 3: every time. Then I just take stuff if I have
- 38:25Speaker 3: to choose, if I have.
- 38:27Speaker 1: To choose, right right, crying in at maybox.
- 38:33Speaker 3: All right, huh?
- 38:34Speaker 2: Would you rather have your knees back from your age
- 38:36Speaker 2: twenty or your metabolism from eighteen?
- 38:40Speaker 1: I should have been fucked out my whole life going on.
- 38:43Speaker 1: I never had no good knees, metabolism, Ben Sloan's fuck,
- 38:45Speaker 1: never could do a pull up on the monkey balls
- 38:47Speaker 1: and elementary like these are stole my goals in life
- 38:50Speaker 1: to twerk, like really twork. How people be on they
- 38:53Speaker 1: fucking the ball at their feet. I want to do that,
- 38:57Speaker 1: don't look like how y'all's be looking.
- 39:00Speaker 2: I can't dance no more either. I used to be
- 39:02Speaker 2: a dancer, but just somewhere along the line I lost.
- 39:05Speaker 1: It's the fucking for a long time now. I can
- 39:07Speaker 1: help with a dick, but dancing like by myself, No,
- 39:11Speaker 1: I can't dance like that.
- 39:13Speaker 3: But even on the dick, you ain't gotta do all
- 39:14Speaker 3: of that. They do too much on the dance floor.
- 39:18Speaker 1: The girls who be dance like I can't do it
- 39:21Speaker 1: on a dick.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Yep, exactly, That's what I think.
- 39:24Speaker 2: All that's working, be right, Give me back my metabolism.
- 39:28Speaker 3: Fucking these I don't need them.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I'm trying to when was my metabolism. I'm literally like
- 39:35Speaker 1: right now, y'all, I am doing it every other day fast,
- 39:38Speaker 1: trying to reset my metabolism at forty one. Yeah, my
- 39:42Speaker 1: metabolism has been slow my whole fucking life, as far
- 39:44Speaker 1: as it concerned. I don't even eat that much. I
- 39:47Speaker 1: don't eat that much meat. I don't. I mean, I
- 39:49Speaker 1: don't eat meat. I think it's sugar, right, I don't, though,
- 39:55Speaker 1: that's it's just so weird, you know what I'm saying.
- 39:57Speaker 1: But then I recognize the other day eating now that
- 40:02Speaker 1: my partner he had protein, like he had an egg
- 40:05Speaker 1: benedict salmon, the salmon egg benedict. And here here I
- 40:09Speaker 1: am with a sweet potato pancakes and a biscuit, you
- 40:15Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, the egg on the side and
- 40:17Speaker 1: a piece of his salmon. No, I didn't have a biscuit.
- 40:19Speaker 1: I have Beignet's, That's what it was. So just straight carbs.
- 40:23Speaker 1: That's my problem. So it is the food selection.
- 40:26Speaker 3: Mm hm. Would you already know the answer for this one?
- 40:29Speaker 1: For you?
- 40:30Speaker 2: Would you rather have permanent flawless skin or permanent thick,
- 40:35Speaker 2: long healthy hair.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I already got a good skin, bitch, so yes, let
- 40:39Speaker 1: me get the permanent long healthy hair right to the tudor. Okay, yeah,
- 40:45Speaker 1: I always be feeling like if all black women had
- 40:47Speaker 1: like long curly hair, niggas win date outside. They race
- 40:52Speaker 1: men are so obsessed with hair. Yeah, and they want
- 40:56Speaker 1: to be able to rub their fingers through our shit.
- 40:58Speaker 1: And oftentimes when they cuff the back of our necks
- 41:01Speaker 1: to kiss us, there's something back there. Okay, there's something
- 41:05Speaker 1: back there stopping them. Maybe a little ripple of some
- 41:09Speaker 1: naps or a lace closure stop. Yeah, they just want
- 41:18Speaker 1: to be able to fingers to your eeah and they
- 41:23Speaker 1: can't let me see would you rather a man who
- 41:28Speaker 1: has three baby mamas or a man with no baby mamas?
- 41:33Speaker 1: At forty seven and questionable and questionable reasons?
- 41:37Speaker 3: Why no baby mamas? Easy? What do you mean? Questionable?
- 41:43Speaker 3: He might be gay?
- 41:46Speaker 1: Well, questionable reasons why. I don't know what those questionable
- 41:50Speaker 1: reasons could be, but forty seven, I feel like a
- 41:53Speaker 1: forty seven year old man with no kids is just
- 41:55Speaker 1: more sketchy than a forty seven forty seven year old
- 41:58Speaker 1: woman with no kids. It just got at you.
- 42:01Speaker 2: Why I want three baby mamas when I could have
- 42:04Speaker 2: no baby mamas?
- 42:05Speaker 1: Right? I agree? This dude I used to date and
- 42:09Speaker 1: he was older now. The other day I was like
- 42:11Speaker 1: trying to calculate because he sent me some shit on Instagram,
- 42:14Speaker 1: like the nigga be talking to himself really, but I
- 42:18Speaker 1: was calculating, like this nigga, he gotta be like fifty
- 42:20Speaker 1: years old now, and I was talking to him like
- 42:24Speaker 1: when I lived in Saint Louis. I was twenty eight
- 42:26Speaker 1: at the time when I moved to Saint Louis, and
- 42:29Speaker 1: he was like in his late thirties, and I remember
- 42:33Speaker 1: I stopped talking to him because he ain't had no kids.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Find as hell. I used to be like, boy, you
- 42:37Speaker 1: oh God, like the way his body was just naturally.
- 42:43Speaker 1: He ain't have no kids, but he ain't had no headboard.
- 42:47Speaker 1: He had a blow up mattress. He was trying to
- 42:49Speaker 1: smash me on the first time. When the nigga got
- 42:52Speaker 1: a head boy, he couldn't wait to show me. Girl.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I said, the standard for these niggas. I did not
- 42:58Speaker 1: give him no pussy and that blow up mattress. So
- 43:00Speaker 1: the money he got a fucking bed. I was the
- 43:02Speaker 1: first to know, Yeah, somebody was allowing that shit. So
- 43:06Speaker 1: he wanted to know that. Hey, baby, I got me
- 43:09Speaker 1: a shellac, a black shalac cilling size, then some bunks
- 43:16Speaker 1: on this.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Lay your head up against this.
- 43:18Speaker 1: But I stopped talking to him because the nigga had
- 43:20Speaker 1: He was like hanging out at my house like a
- 43:22Speaker 1: couple of days. And I always worked from home. So
- 43:27Speaker 1: one day I I think I might have went to
- 43:30Speaker 1: the gym. I left somehow. I left the house and
- 43:32Speaker 1: left him near and he went and got food without me.
- 43:36Speaker 1: He had recently got laid off from his job, so
- 43:39Speaker 1: I think his money was funny. I could have paid
- 43:41Speaker 1: for both of our food. Why the fuck would you
- 43:44Speaker 1: wait till leave the house to go get food without me,
- 43:48Speaker 1: so you would have to buy me nothing eat.
- 43:50Speaker 3: You don't have to pay for my food.
- 43:51Speaker 1: And I went and tell him why I coles exactly,
- 43:55Speaker 1: come back to my house and I haven't ate and
- 43:59Speaker 1: I've been feeding you in here.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Yeah, you selfish, get out.
- 44:02Speaker 1: Yeah, he was laid off at the time. Just have
- 44:04Speaker 1: the conversation, grown ass man, this is somebody ten years
- 44:08Speaker 1: my senior. Have a conversation. I would have paid for
- 44:10Speaker 1: both of our fools. And that's that's not even pride.
- 44:13Speaker 1: What is that? That's just whack.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:17Speaker 1: I I cold turkey him and stop talking to him.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Yeah he was. He sounded like a loser from the beginning.
- 44:22Speaker 1: These are mechanics now, like he gotta let me stop
- 44:25Speaker 1: talking about people in here. Jesus Christ, he got his
- 44:27Speaker 1: life together now, but he still doesn't have any kids
- 44:29Speaker 1: and he's still not married. Would you one other thing,
- 44:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna add this in there, that Dick was kind
- 44:36Speaker 1: of weak for a late thirty year old, late thirties
- 44:40Speaker 1: in the forties. So I'm thinking I wonder if maybe
- 44:43Speaker 1: he had like some eaty shit happening around that time,
- 44:45Speaker 1: so he probably couldn't have kids, not that I'm thinking
- 44:48Speaker 1: about it.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Oh that's very possible.
- 44:50Speaker 1: I just liked him because he was cool, you know
- 44:52Speaker 1: what I'm saying, But probably was a loser. Let's go
- 44:56Speaker 1: and carry on.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Would you rather have have a job you love that
- 45:01Speaker 2: pays average money or a job you tolerate that pays
- 45:05Speaker 2: crazy money?
- 45:07Speaker 1: Story in my life. I mean, you know, I've always
- 45:11Speaker 1: uh wanted to be able to make a big living
- 45:14Speaker 1: being myself. So that's thus we talk back, right m hm,
- 45:19Speaker 1: But bitch, sometimes you still got to do all of
- 45:21Speaker 1: the other things. Yeah, I would prefer to make crazy money,
- 45:29Speaker 1: hating it, but that's not really how I want to live.
- 45:31Speaker 1: My money is not everything, not me, hear me? Enough
- 45:35Speaker 1: money to be miserable.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why I say I take a job that
- 45:38Speaker 2: I love to pay average versus a job that I
- 45:42Speaker 2: tolerate that pays crazy money, because then you all you
- 45:45Speaker 2: have is money, but no peace of mind and no time.
- 45:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Would you rather a man who keeps his phone face
- 45:53Speaker 1: down or a man who answers every call even during sex? What?
- 45:58Speaker 1: What's that?
- 46:00Speaker 2: Put your phone face down? I don't give a fuck,
- 46:02Speaker 2: don't answer with me, weird.
- 46:05Speaker 1: My phone stay faced down for no reason because I
- 46:07Speaker 1: got shit. I guess what, My notifications ain't coming up.
- 46:11Speaker 3: Yeah, so listen to this one. This is dumb.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Would you rather work for ten hour days or five
- 46:19Speaker 2: six hour days? I would not rather work, bitch, don't
- 46:23Speaker 2: ask me no questioning your pets.
- 46:26Speaker 1: I do not aspire to a life of goddamn labor labor.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Would you rather date a man who never lies but
- 46:36Speaker 1: omits the truth? Yes, I think that's most men, a
- 46:40Speaker 1: lot of men. Or a man who lies that's actually
- 46:43Speaker 1: me the fuck. Or a man who lies but tells
- 46:47Speaker 1: the truth when I caught. Mmm, that's a good one.
- 46:52Speaker 2: I think I'd rather a person who never lies would
- 46:55Speaker 2: amiss the truth to me.
- 46:57Speaker 1: Omitting the truth is lying.
- 46:59Speaker 2: It's still But I don't want no nigga whoo just
- 47:02Speaker 2: always lying to me, and I got to be an
- 47:04Speaker 2: investigator all the time. And then once I find out
- 47:08Speaker 2: the truth, now he's honest. No, just yes, that's too much.
- 47:12Speaker 1: I was having a conversation with somebody about accountability and this.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I told him we would probably do an episode on
- 47:18Speaker 1: it at some point, Right, So I think that I
- 47:24Speaker 1: don't have a problem with accountability. The problem I do
- 47:27Speaker 1: have with people is them trying to hold other people
- 47:30Speaker 1: accountable for shit, right, and you can only hold yourself accountable.
- 47:36Speaker 1: First of all, I think we talked about this, did
- 47:38Speaker 1: we not? M I was saying, how I think that
- 47:44Speaker 1: when people don't have the same story, or they don't think,
- 47:49Speaker 1: they don't have the same perspective, the other person or
- 47:51Speaker 1: somebody automatically thinks that person isn't taking accountability because their
- 47:55Speaker 1: perspective is different on what transpired. You see what I'm saying,
- 48:00Speaker 1: why would I take accountability? Like when I don't agree
- 48:05Speaker 1: with what you're saying, how could I take accountabit? And
- 48:08Speaker 1: you have some people who know what the fuck the
- 48:10Speaker 1: person is saying they are intentionally because I like.
- 48:13Speaker 3: They don't know what the fuck going on, but misunderstanding yes.
- 48:17Speaker 1: To gaslight you essentially right, that's two different things. So
- 48:20Speaker 1: how do you take accountability because either is this person
- 48:23Speaker 1: doing this intentionally or they just I don't know, you
- 48:27Speaker 1: just don't know.
- 48:28Speaker 3: You can take accountability for something you don't agree.
- 48:30Speaker 1: With, right. I think that's when people be like, oh,
- 48:34Speaker 1: women don't take accountability. We don't agree with how the
- 48:36Speaker 1: ship y'all saying the fuck you being we do take
- 48:39Speaker 1: accountability for the things that make sense, but the things
- 48:42Speaker 1: we don't agree with? How is and the same thing
- 48:45Speaker 1: go for men, like, how are they supposed to take
- 48:47Speaker 1: accountability for some shit they don't agree with? Now? Some
- 48:49Speaker 1: things that they know they lying about because our accident
- 48:51Speaker 1: all the time. So you don't know no homeboys like this.
- 48:54Speaker 1: You experienced the same shit with your homeboys because you
- 48:57Speaker 1: don't think that women are growing through this in a
- 48:59Speaker 1: relationship with them. And y'all don't date men, So believe
- 49:02Speaker 1: us when we say they're different, because they're different, they're
- 49:08Speaker 1: not your It's a different relationship. Would you you there's
- 49:12Speaker 1: always signs that you're homeboying and shit and you be
- 49:14Speaker 1: acting like it ain't happen. Ahead.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Would you rather fight one horse sized duck or fifty
- 49:21Speaker 3: duck sized horses?
- 49:24Speaker 1: One horse sized duck or fifty duck sized horse?
- 49:29Speaker 3: Wait, fifty little horses or one dance duck.
- 49:36Speaker 1: I want to fight the big duck.
- 49:37Speaker 3: I'm fighting in fifty horses.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Fifty little horses, fifty little horses. Man, you have better
- 49:45Speaker 1: think about the walking day. You be good when it's
- 49:47Speaker 1: just one or two of them. But when they start
- 49:49Speaker 1: like getting a herd.
- 49:50Speaker 2: But you think about how ducks act and their wingspin
- 49:53Speaker 2: gonna be crazy on the horse sized duck.
- 49:57Speaker 1: Would be shitting on you better, big load.
- 50:01Speaker 2: But I feel like I kick over them. They're gonna
- 50:04Speaker 2: be fast too, though I don't know.
- 50:06Speaker 1: All right, would you rather date mama's boy or a
- 50:09Speaker 1: man who doesn't talk to his mama at all?
- 50:12Speaker 3: A mama's boy?
- 50:14Speaker 1: Yeah, why are you gonna talk to your mama?
- 50:16Speaker 2: Yeah, there's gonna be some trauma associated with that. Typically,
- 50:22Speaker 2: men who don't like their mamas don't like you. The
- 50:24Speaker 2: man love his mama, they'd be nicer to you. I
- 50:28Speaker 2: feel like they treat you better.
- 50:30Speaker 1: I gotta sing you this post that I saw today
- 50:33Speaker 1: and my boyfriend said he sent it. He said he
- 50:36Speaker 1: didn't agree with it, and I told her we're gonna
- 50:37Speaker 1: discuss it later because it was so profound to me.
- 50:42Speaker 1: I posted on my story. But I forgot this guy's name.
- 50:46Speaker 1: He's probably not even alive now, but he was like
- 50:48Speaker 1: a speaker from the Seventh from the eighties, nineties or whatever.
- 50:53Speaker 1: But he basically was alluding to the fact that some
- 50:56Speaker 1: men hate their moms because their mom was a constant. Right,
- 50:59Speaker 1: You don't have a reason to hate your daddy because
- 51:01Speaker 1: he wasn't around, you hate your mama because she was around.
- 51:06Speaker 1: You know. It was basically talking about how if men
- 51:10Speaker 1: had less sex with women that there would be stronger love.
- 51:16Speaker 1: You're having sex for women for sport. Yeah, And it's like,
- 51:22Speaker 1: and I just had this conversation with somebody last night.
- 51:24Speaker 1: When somebody doesn't need anything from you, you like them
- 51:27Speaker 1: more versus somebody who's always asking you for some shit. Right,
- 51:32Speaker 1: And that is the relationship between men and women. Like
- 51:36Speaker 1: men require a lot from us, and when we get
- 51:39Speaker 1: burnt out, we get real nasty. So now you experience
- 51:42Speaker 1: in this nasty ass spirit after a while, Right, the
- 51:46Speaker 1: kid's gonna go through it. This is all the things
- 51:48Speaker 1: he was saying. I was like, man, that is so profound. Yeah,
- 51:52Speaker 1: of course I'm not saying exactly how he was, but
- 51:54Speaker 1: that is that's the gist of it.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Oh that's a big topic.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Mm hm. Would you rather have a pause button for
- 52:02Speaker 2: life or a rewind button?
- 52:05Speaker 1: Oh? Rewind? I don't be regretted, ship, but I do
- 52:09Speaker 1: want to go back and like alter some shit, make
- 52:13Speaker 1: make a different decision because I do feel like all
- 52:16Speaker 1: the decisions you have, all these different decisions you could make, right.
- 52:20Speaker 1: So this is what quantum jumping is. Quantum jumping is
- 52:23Speaker 1: deciding in this reality what you want because that other
- 52:28Speaker 1: version of you already exists in another reality.
- 52:32Speaker 2: I feel like I'm jumping Atlanta. When we went to
- 52:34Speaker 2: that restaurant, Remember, it felt like we went through like
- 52:41Speaker 2: a time war for something. Like we were trying to
- 52:43Speaker 2: stop at that restaurant, and it seemed like we passed
- 52:47Speaker 2: the same exit twice or three.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yesh, it was weird. That would That was fucking weird.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Did we not talk about it while it was happening?
- 53:00Speaker 3: Yeah? We did.
- 53:01Speaker 1: We did, Like, how did we get here from there?
- 53:04Speaker 1: When it's the same highway?
- 53:06Speaker 3: Right?
- 53:08Speaker 1: Why did it take us longer from this way? It
- 53:11Speaker 1: was some weird shit. And I feel like that about Atlanta,
- 53:14Speaker 1: Like Atlanta is a major energy source as far as
- 53:16Speaker 1: we're concerned. I do feel like they be doing some
- 53:20Speaker 1: some shit to black people in Atlanta. That's really not
- 53:23Speaker 1: a black city. And she really don't run shit, right,
- 53:29Speaker 1: you might have jumped in some ship. Let me see.
- 53:33Speaker 1: Damn did I run through you dumb?
- 53:37Speaker 3: I think so?
- 53:38Speaker 1: Oh wait, God, damn would you rather a man whose
- 53:43Speaker 1: ex still wants him or a man nobody has ever wanted? Ever?
- 53:49Speaker 3: I don't care about the eggs. She can still want you.
