The Maxwell Transfer and the Questions Around Todd Blanche (6/23/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. The Glene Maxwell transfer has still largely been
• 0:11
left unexplained. Now we have heard from some sources that
• 0:15
it has to do with security in Tallahassee, but they
• 0:19
didn't provide any evidence to back up those assertions. Now,
• 0:23
of course they'll say they don't have to write. The
• 0:26
BOP evaluated and in their opinion, Glene Maxwell needed to
• 0:31
be moved and that's the end of it. Nothing that
• 0:35
you or I or anyone else can do about it,
• 0:38
at least in their opinion. Right, we make these decisions.
• 0:41
The BOP's in charge of where these inmates are going
• 0:44
to go, and for the most part that's true. But
• 0:47
when we have somebody that says high profile as Gleane Maxwell,
• 0:51
who just got done having an interview with the second
• 0:54
most powerful lawman in the country, and then they get
• 0:57
moved without providing any actionable intelligen that leads to other arrests,
• 1:02
people are gonna have some questions and the fact that
• 1:06
they refuse to answer these questions with any kind of
• 1:09
real answer is pretty telling. And not only that, but
• 1:15
according to this new report from Liz Oyer, she says
• 1:20
that the whole entire policy at the BOP was changed
• 1:25
to fit this move. And if that's the case, then
• 1:29
it's certainly more proof of a cover up. So let's
• 1:33
dive into this article from Raw Story and let's see
• 1:36
exactly what the hell is going on. Headline clear admission
• 1:40
Trump DOJ broke rules to help Glenn Maxwell uncovered by expert.
• 1:46
This article was authored by Robert Davis, a legal expert,
• 1:50
claim to have uncovered a clear admission by President Donald
• 1:53
Trump's Department of Justice that broke the rules to help
• 1:56
convicted sex criminal Glenn Maxwell get into a minimum security prison. Well,
• 2:01
I don't think anybody has any doubt about that, But
• 2:06
is it to the level where any action can be taken?
• 2:09
And even if it was, it's not like Congress is
• 2:13
going to do anything about it. They're allergic to any
• 2:15
kind of accountability when it comes to anything related to
• 2:18
Jeffrey Epstein, and they continue to prove that to us
• 2:21
time and time again. Liz Oyer, a former Obama administration
• 2:26
pardon attorney, argued in a new Substack essay that Trump's
• 2:30
DOJ deliberately changed longstanding Bureau of Prisons policies on inmate
• 2:35
classifications thereby allowing Maxwell to communicate directly with Attorney General's office.
• 2:42
She described the change as highly sus given how closely
• 2:45
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and Maxwell seemed to work
• 2:49
together to facilitate the transfer. There is no doubt it
• 2:53
was paid a play, and the price of admission was
• 2:57
Glenn Maxwell Bablin about how this won one's innocent and
• 3:00
that one's innocent well at the same time never giving
• 3:04
up any actionable intelligence. So, in other words, Todd Blanche
• 3:09
was either dog walked or he was in on it,
• 3:12
and neither of them look good. And anybody who votes
• 3:15
to confirm this dude as the Attorney General, is giving
• 3:18
their stamp of approval to the cover up. And I
• 3:22
think that if you're going to politicize this story, that's
• 3:25
where you should be doing it, because it's an obvious
• 3:27
cover up with tangible evidence that's happening right now, in
• 3:31
real time, in front of all of our faces. And
• 3:33
what's easier to approve the cover up that's happening right
• 3:36
now or crimes that were committed ten, twelve, fifteen years ago.
• 3:43
The problem is that the cover up is not salacious enough,
• 3:46
And of course that's what sells newspapers, right, that's what
• 3:49
drives engagement. The more salacious the better. Who wants to
• 3:53
deal with a mundane cover up where you have to
• 3:56
actually do some work. In doing my research for this post,
• 4:01
I came across what your looks like a clear admission
• 4:03
that rules were broken, Ouer wrote, adding that the change
• 4:07
and notice associated with the new Bureau of Prison's policy
• 4:10
is pretty incredible to read. Look, they're gonna do whatever
• 4:14
they can do to cover their tracks, and they know
• 4:17
with Comer running things and with their buddies in Congress
• 4:21
in the Senate, they're never gonna be held accountable. So
• 4:24
if you know you're not gonna be held accountable, and
• 4:26
you know you're not gonna be punished, you're gonna do
• 4:28
whatever you want to do. We all have those friends
• 4:31
growing up, right, kids with no supervision, And if they
• 4:34
don't have any supervision, they're gonna do whatever they want.
• 4:37
And the same goes for these politicians and these bureaucracies.
• 4:42
If there's no oversight, if there's nobody threatening to punish them,
• 4:46
they're gonna do whatever they want. And I think it's
• 4:49
rather obvious that whatever they do, for the most part,
• 4:52
is not beneficial to you or I. It empowers the
• 4:55
Attorney General to designate or redesignate the place of a
• 4:59
prisoners in prison at his discretion. In other words, the
• 5:02
ag can simply direct BOP staff to place a specific
• 5:06
prisoner in a specific facility without regard for any of
• 5:10
the established rules. Oyer surmised that means that Blanche now
• 5:15
has the authority to send Maxwell to any prison in
• 5:17
the country. If this holds up against legal challenges, he
• 5:20
could potentially even transfer her to home confinement or a
• 5:24
halfway house in the community. Would you be shocked, I
• 5:28
certainly would not be shocked. Everything we know, everything we've heard,
• 5:32
everything we've seen, does it inspire confidence when it comes
• 5:37
to this doj or Todd Blanche And for the Republicans
• 5:42
out there, the mag is out there, What exactly have
• 5:44
they done to take down the people that caused so
• 5:47
much chaos? According to Trump? How many arrests have been made?
• 5:52
I thought there was a fake election or something like that.
• 5:54
What happened to that is Fauci going to prison. Literally
• 5:58
none of that's occurring, and none of it's going to occur.
• 6:02
Just red meat for the base. And when none of
• 6:04
it happens, they'll just move the goalposts. They'll blame this
• 6:07
federal judge that was appointed by Obama or Clinton or whoever,
• 6:12
and it'll be somebody else's fault, like it always is,
• 6:15
never any kind of accountability for oneself, always passing the
• 6:19
book the Donald Trump way. The change in notice adds
• 6:22
oddly that BOP may also facilitate communication or a correspondence
• 6:27
between the inmate and the Office of the Attorney General.
• 6:31
The idea that a federal inmate would need to communicate
• 6:34
directly with the Office of the Attorney General is what
• 6:37
my teen would call sus highly sus She added, Well, yeah,
• 6:42
why would an inmate need to have a conversation with
• 6:46
Todd Baby Billy Blanche? Is that line open for everybody,
• 6:50
everybody who's in prison. Ah well, let me give my
• 6:53
buddy Todd Baby Billy Blanche a call and maybe I'll
• 6:56
get some French bread pizza tonight. Well, I don't like
• 6:59
green jello. Maybe Todd Baby Billy Blanche will get me
• 7:02
some red Like what are we doing here, Well, I'll
• 7:06
tell you we're letting Glenn Maxwell write the rules. Oyer
• 7:11
also argue that these policy changes may raise the stakes
• 7:14
for a Blanche upcoming confirmation hearing in the Senate, they should,
• 7:18
Like I just said, anybody who votes to confirm this
• 7:21
dude is giving their stamp of approval to Jeffrey Epstein
• 7:26
and that's it. So I hope they're willing to live
• 7:30
with that, because that's going to be a shade that
• 7:33
follows them forever. Just take a look at how Epstein's
• 7:36
ghost is haunting people from the grave right now as
• 7:38
we speak. So if that's a game they want to play, cool,
• 7:41
go for it. But just like the North, we're gonna
• 7:45
remember senators of both parties should want to know the
• 7:48
truth about what has happened here before voting on Blanche's nomination.
• 7:52
Oier wrote, what it looks like is Todd Blanche cut
• 7:55
a corrupt deal with Glenn Maxwell to protect Donald Trump.
• 7:58
It looks like Blanche abused his position as Deputy Attorney
• 8:02
General to give preferential treatment to a convicted child sex trafficker.
• 8:07
It looks like he plans to keep doing that, and
• 8:09
it looks like he is furiously weaving a web of
• 8:12
lies to cover it up. Well, is that why Pam
• 8:15
Bondy tossed him under the bus, Because she most certainly
• 8:18
threw him directly under the bus during her deposition, and
• 8:22
that's not even a debate. We read it word for word.
• 8:26
She said that Blanche was basically in charge of the
• 8:28
whole damn thing and that she was just, you know,
• 8:31
the boss put some signatures to paper and shit. But
• 8:34
besides that, it was a Todd Blanche creation, Todd Blanche's baby,
• 8:38
and now it should be Todd Blanche's problem. And the
• 8:42
fact that anybody wants to confirm this guy is just
• 8:44
bananas to me. You mean, in a country with all
• 8:48
these lawyers, all these supposedly smart people, Todd Blanche is
• 8:53
the best we can do. What is this pond stars?
• 8:59
HI know best we can do? It's unreal And I
• 9:04
refuse to believe that Todd Blanche is the best and
• 9:06
brightest amongst us when it comes to the people that
• 9:09
know the law. Now, if you're talking about somebody to
• 9:14
run the DOJ that's gonna protect Trump and do whatever
• 9:16
Trump says, then Todd Blanche is that guy, perfect guy
• 9:19
for the job, no backbone, no morals, and the guy
• 9:22
that is absolutely terrified of his boss. I mean, there's
• 9:26
nothing Todd Blanche wouldn't do to try and protect Donald Trump.
• 9:30
If you're going to get into bed with Glaine Maxwell,
• 9:34
then in my opinion, all bets are off as far
• 9:36
as what you're willing to do and who you're willing
• 9:39
to deal with. Can you imagine what kind of deals
• 9:42
the DOJ is going to be cutting with criminals when
• 9:45
it comes to Todd Blanche, especially if that means they
• 9:49
feel like they can get some political purchase or maybe
• 9:52
kill a story or kill a scandal. Do you put
• 9:56
it above Todd Blanche to protect Donald Trump's friends on
• 9:59
Wall Street? I don't, especially now, because Todd Blanche has
• 10:04
proven himself to be what we all thought he was,
• 10:07
and when all is said and done, in my opinion,
• 10:10
Todd Blanche is going to be the fall guy for
• 10:12
Donald Trump. Because if you think that Donald Trump is
• 10:15
going to take responsibility for this or anything else, you
• 10:19
have a whole less other thing coming. So we'll see
• 10:22
what Congress has to say or what they do when
• 10:25
it comes to Todd Blanche. But if the Senate confirms them,
• 10:29
then I think that's going to tell you everything you
• 10:31
need to know about where things are at when it
• 10:34
comes to Jeffrey Epstein. So until then, that's going to
• 10:37
do it for this one. All the information that goes
