Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: How Does Lesley Groff's Narrative Hold Up Against Known Evidence? (6/12/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna move on to
- 0:07the next member of the Corps of four that we're
- 0:09going to discuss, and that's Leslie Groff. And Leslie Groff
- 0:14was Jeffrey Epstein's second brain. According to Jeffrey Epstein himself,
- 0:20This was somebody that was in charge of setting up
- 0:23the massage appointments, flights, and anything else that Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:27might need. In fact, she was so important to him that,
- 0:30even though she was pregnant, she was indispensable to Jeffrey
- 0:34Epstein in his operation, so much so that he gave
- 0:37her two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. But according to
- 0:40the DOJ, no matter how much eyewitness testimony there was,
- 0:44no matter how many of these girls said that they
- 0:46were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and that Leslie Groff helped
- 0:50facilitate it, there's nothing to see here. There's no case
- 0:53to be made, and nobody else should be held accountable,
- 0:57and that all of the actionable intelligence that they ever
- 0:59had on Jeffrey Epstein was acted upon, and that there's
- 1:03nothing left to see here. And that's the narrative that
- 1:05everybody should just shut up and keep it moving. Well,
- 1:09the truth is that there's still a lot to be
- 1:11uncovered here, and a lot that people have no idea about.
- 1:16In this episode, we're going to continue talking about Epstein's
- 1:18Corps four and this time we're going to turn our
- 1:22attention to Leslie Groff, and to do that, we have
- 1:24an article from Business Insider. Prosecutors won't charge Jeffrey epstein
- 1:29former assistant Leslie Groff, who accusers say book massage appointments
- 1:34and flights, according to Groff's lawyers, and that's not a
- 1:37shock to anybody that's been following along. They wouldn't be
- 1:40able to control the narrative. If they would have charged
- 1:42all these people, somebody would have spilt the beans. But instead,
- 1:46what did they do. They just decided not to pursue
- 1:49charges against people that obviously should have been charged. And
- 1:53the whole idea here has always been to manage the narrative.
- 1:57So the Feds let the other co conspirators and they
- 2:00only go after Maxwell. That way, they give the public
- 2:03the red meat that the public's obviously after. Well, at
- 2:06the same time, they don't open themselves up to more
- 2:10exposure by bringing more people into the criminal charge. That way,
- 2:15they kill two birds with one stone, right, They control
- 2:17the narrative, and they also throw some red meat to
- 2:20the people who expect people to go to prison for
- 2:23their role in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Here's the biggest
- 2:27problem for them. They thought that all of this would
- 2:30blow over by now. They figured that this would all
- 2:32go away, that nobody would still care. The problem is
- 2:36when you're not truthful with us, we still care, and
- 2:40people aren't just gonna let something like this go. And remember,
- 2:43even if you don't believe all the crazy stuff about blackmail,
- 2:46if you don't believe all the stuff about Jeffrey Epstein
- 2:49and all the high level contacts he had, this man
- 2:53was still abusing little girls for decades and there were
- 2:58people that were helping him do that. And none of
- 3:00those people should ever be let off because it's politically
- 3:03expedient to do so. No matter who's engaging in that
- 3:06kind of behavior, they need to be held accountable and
- 3:09there shouldn't be any kind of conversation surrounding it, like
- 3:13how is this even an issue where people are arguing
- 3:16shouldn't we all want to see people like this held accountable,
- 3:19but I guess politics are more important, huh. Federal prosecutors
- 3:24have no plans to bring charges against Leslie Groff, an
- 3:27associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who was reportedly
- 3:31under a criminal investigation for sex trafficking. According to her attorneys.
- 3:36Goff's lawyer Michael Backner and John Whitcombe said Thursday in
- 3:40a statement provided to Insider that prosecutors in Manhattan would
- 3:44not file an indictment against their client. After more than
- 3:48a two year investigation by the Department of Justice into
- 3:52Jeffrey Epstein's conduct, which included lengthy interviews of witnesses and
- 3:56a thorough review of relevant communication, have been informed that
- 4:01no criminal charges will be brought against Leslie Groff, Backner
- 4:05and Witcom said, And just so we're clear, this was
- 4:09in twenty twenty one, So it was Biden's Justice Department
- 4:13that decided not to pursue these charges or go after
- 4:16Leslie Groff. Just keep that in mind, because when I
- 4:19tell you that this is something that's been going on
- 4:21for decades and that both parties have been smack dab
- 4:24in the middle of it, this is what I'm talking about.
- 4:27There has been ample opportunity for both sides to stop
- 4:31Jeffrey Epstein and to bring his people to account, and
- 4:35they refuse to do it time and time again, year
- 4:37after year, presidency after presidency. The attorneys added that Groff
- 4:42never witnessed anything improper or illegal. The New York Times
- 4:47first reported in twenty nineteen that federal prosecutors were considering
- 4:51sex trafficking charges against Groff, who worked as an executive
- 4:55assistant for Epstein for nearly twenty years. Person for Groff
- 5:01told Insider that she was cooperating in the investigation. Oh,
- 5:04I'm sure she is, and I'm sure she was. Now,
- 5:07let me ask you a question. Do you think that
- 5:09if Leslie Groff was running her own cat house and
- 5:12her own brothel and she was setting up all of
- 5:16these different appointments for people, do you think she would
- 5:18have been given leniency or do you think they would
- 5:20have threw the book at her. We all know the truth.
- 5:23If Jeffrey Epstein wasn't connected and protected, all of these
- 5:27people would have been hemmed up because under normal circumstances,
- 5:31this is the kind of operation that the Feds live
- 5:34to disrupt. They love to drop people out who are
- 5:37hurting children. Right, Look, we're doing our job. Give us
- 5:40more money for funding, whatever it might be. But all
- 5:44of a sudden, when it comes to Epstein, everybody wants
- 5:46to clamb up. Nobody wants to do their job. Nobody
- 5:49wants to step up to the plate and do the
- 5:51right thing. Ask yourself why Groff was one of Epstein's
- 5:55employees named in a non prosecution agreement the Financier Pedophile
- 6:00sign with federal prosecutors in Florida in two thousand and seven.
- 6:04The agreement, which has been widely criticized, allowed Epstein to
- 6:07serve a lenient sentence in Palm Beach County Jail in
- 6:10Florida on prostitution solicitation charges rather than face a federal
- 6:15sex trafficking indictment. The document also said that federal prosecutors
- 6:20would not bring criminal charges against Groff and the other
- 6:24women who had described as potential co conspirators. Now, why
- 6:29would the Justice Department ever allow this? Why would Mukasey
- 6:33and Philippe ever direct Acosta to do this? And for
- 6:37all the people out there that act like nothing is
- 6:39amiss here, can you point me in the direction of
- 6:42another NPA that looks anything like this one. Let me
- 6:45help you out. The answer is no, you cannot, because
- 6:48one doesn't exist. Nobody should ever have an MPa like this.
- 6:53Never mind somebody who's been busted for the crimes that
- 6:57Jeffrey Epstein was charged with. We're gonna protect the co
- 7:00conspirators of a child molester. On what fucking planet? Does
- 7:04that sound like a good idea? Like everybody should be
- 7:07outraged by this. Everybody should be demanding a new investigation
- 7:13into the NPA and the NPA being turned over. That
- 7:17NPA is an abomination and it should be done away with.
- 7:21Federal agents arrested Epstein in August of twenty nineteen, following
- 7:26an investigation from Miami Herald A reporter Julie K. Brown
- 7:30that exposed the scope of the agreement. He died in
- 7:33his jail cell while awaiting trial. In twenty twenty, the
- 7:36FBI arrested Glaine Maxwell on suspicion of sex trafficking girls
- 7:40to Epstein and sexually abusing them herself. And that's the
- 7:44point that needs to be slammed home, because there seems
- 7:47to be a lot of people that don't understand why
- 7:48Glaine Maxwell is in prison, And like I always say,
- 7:52she's exactly where she belongs, and that's because she was
- 7:55abusing girls herself, right along with Jeffrey Epstein's disgusting ass. So, yeah,
- 8:00the bipugal serpent exactly where she belongs. Prior to the conviction,
- 8:06Maxwell argued that the same non prosecution agreement protected her
- 8:10from all federal prosecution. US District Judge Alison Nathan, who
- 8:14oversaw her case, rejected that argument, and thank god she did.
- 8:19Can you imagine? And the crazy part is we'd be
- 8:23getting gasolt anyway. People would be like, oh, you know what,
- 8:26the NPA is a good thing. It's good for justice.
- 8:29We can't have people's reputations getting solid. You have to
- 8:33be quite the boot liquor to have that outlook on life,
- 8:37because if you think you're being told the truth, I
- 8:39have some really bad news for you. Bagner had previously
- 8:43indicated that Groff would avoid prosecution, telling Brown for her
- 8:46book Perversion of Justice, that federal prosecutors do not intend
- 8:51to bring criminal charges against Leslie Groff. Yeah, because they'd
- 8:54have to open a RICO investigation and it would ruin
- 8:57the whole thing. You can't have a Rico invent instigation
- 9:00on your own agent. Can you. A representative for the
- 9:04US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York,
- 9:07which is conducting the investigation into the conduct of Epstein
- 9:10and his associates, declined to comment to Insider on the
- 9:14decision of whether to charge Groff. Yeah, of course not.
- 9:18They don't want any accountability. And you have all these
- 9:20FBI agents that were working at this time who are
- 9:24now pundits who run around talking all this shit when
- 9:27they could have done something when they were in the agency.
- 9:30But now you're going to blow the doors off this.
- 9:32You're going to tell everybody who Jeffrey Epstein was and
- 9:34what he was doing, and how he was in the CIA,
- 9:37or this that the other thing. Please stop it, stop
- 9:40the bullshit. You had your shot to stop this, dude,
- 9:43or at the very least, to blow the whistle, and
- 9:45you chose not to. Jerry convicted Maxwell at trial on Wednesday.
- 9:50Maria Farmer, whose sister Annie Farmer, testified against Maxwell at
- 9:54the trial, told Insider that while her family was elated
- 9:57by the verdict, the case was only the tip of
- 10:00the iceberg. As thrilled as I am by the arrest,
- 10:03It's only the tip of the Iceberg. She said, there
- 10:06should be many to follow, and Maria is not wrong.
- 10:09And let's remember that Maria blew the doors off this
- 10:11bitch in nineteen ninety six, telling the FBI about Jeffrey
- 10:16Epstein what he was up to and that the dude
- 10:18was an absolute creep. But of course they ignored her right.
- 10:22Can't go after your own agent, can't go after a
- 10:24guy that's been flipped, and you certainly can't go after
- 10:26somebody that's being protected by intelligence. Ken you, that usually
- 10:31doesn't work out so well. Ask Keky Kamarena how that
- 10:35worked out for him. Virginia Roberts, who also accused Epstein,
- 10:40Maxwell and other associates of sexual misconduct, also said on
- 10:44Wednesday that other people in their orbit must face justice.
- 10:48I hope that today is not the end, but rather
- 10:51another step injustice being served. She said. Maxwell did not
- 10:55act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith
- 10:59that they will be, and I can already tell you
- 11:01that if Virginia was still with us, she'd be raising
- 11:04holy hell right now. And that's because she knows, just
- 11:07like the other survivors, like Maria, like Annie, like everybody else,
- 11:12that Epstein wasn't acting alone. That he wasn't some lone
- 11:15wolf who did this all on his own with no help.
- 11:19He had a whole ass infrastructure built around him. And
- 11:22anybody that's trying to tell you that that's a hoax
- 11:25or a lie, they're the ones that are lying to you.
- 11:28They're the ones that are trying to manipulate you. The
- 11:31truth is Jeffrey Epstein didn't act alone. Groff's name came
- 11:35up several times in Maxwell's trial. One woman, who testified
- 11:38under the pseudonym of Kate, said Epstein's actually abused her
- 11:42for years, said that Graff was one of Epstein's office
- 11:45assistants who booked flights for her to travel to his
- 11:49residences in New York, Palm Beach, and the US Virgin Islands.
- 11:54Larry Vasoski and David Rodgers, two of Epstein's longtime private
- 11:58jet pilots, both said that Groff was the secretary who
- 12:01worked for Epstein in the nineties and two thousands and
- 12:05two schedule flights for Epstein. And this has a Rico
- 12:08operation written all over it. You don't have to be
- 12:11some kind of expert in Rico to understand that Epstein's
- 12:14whole entire operation was built to protect and to cloak
- 12:18what he was doing. And how do you justify having
- 12:21RICO charges against Ditty but not having RICO charges against
- 12:25Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. There is no justification for it,
- 12:29especially in hindsight considering the absolute failure that was the
- 12:34RICO case that was brought against Ditty by the federal government,
- 12:38because that was a complete failure. So how can you
- 12:40look at what Diddy was doing and then look at
- 12:43Epstein and Maxwell and only charge Ditty with RICO? Make
- 12:47that make sense? According to our attorney, Groff's job included
- 12:51making appointments for Epstein as directed by him, taking his messages,
- 12:56and setting up high level meetings with CEOs, business executives, scientists, politicians, celebrities,
- 13:03charitable organizations and universities. In a two thousand and five
- 13:08interview with The New York Times, Groff described herself as
- 13:11an extension of Epstein's brain. That statement, age, well, huh
- 13:16what section of his brain? The section that made him
- 13:18want to diddle little girls? It comes down to the bond,
- 13:24she told the Times. I know what he is thinking,
- 13:26and I know when I need to be fast. It's
- 13:30a nice role that we're on. Oh, I bet it
- 13:32is not a nice role for the girls, though not
- 13:35a nice role for the survivors. In the same article,
- 13:38Epstein described Groff as so valuable that when she became
- 13:42pregnant in two thousand and four, he paid for a
- 13:45full time nanny and brought her a Mercedes Benz so
- 13:48that she could keep working for him. But I'm sure
- 13:50that Leslie Groff had no idea what was going on,
- 13:53not a single clue. There is no way that I
- 13:57could lose Leslie to motherhood, Epstein told The Times. Civil
- 14:02lawsuits filed against Groff, all of which have since been dropped,
- 14:06depict her as one of Epstein's enablers. One lawsuit, filed
- 14:10in October by an anonymous Jane Doe, alleged that Graff
- 14:13facilitated Epstein's trafficking and sexual abuse of Jane, including by
- 14:18purchasing plane tickets, sending money, making appointments, and sending various communications.
- 14:24The suit, also filed against the executors of Epstein's estate,
- 14:28says Epstein sexually abused Jane in New York, France, the US,
- 14:33Virgin Islands, and Florida between twenty seventeen and twenty nineteen
- 14:39up until Epstein was arrested. Groff also paid Jane cash
- 14:43after sexual encounters. The lawsuit alleges, how is that not
- 14:47an associate? How is that not somebody that's engaging in
- 14:50a criminal conspiracy She spent out the money right Sure
- 14:54sounds like a criminal conspiracy to me. Jane and Groff
- 14:58jointly agreed to volunteer. Barely dismissed the lawsuit with respect
- 15:02to Groff on Wednesday night, shortly after the verdict against Maxwell.
- 15:06The lawsuit is still pending with respect to the executors
- 15:10of Epstein's estate over the late financier pedophiles allegedmist conduct.
- 15:15An attorney for Jane didn't immediately respond Thursday to Insider's
- 15:19requests for a comment. Backner and Whitcomb said they were
- 15:23not surprised the case was dropped. Our hearts truly break
- 15:26for any person victimized by Epstein, But the truth is
- 15:30Leslie had no knowledge of, a no participation in any
- 15:34of the illegal conduct alleged in that lawsuit, the attorney
- 15:37said in a statement. Meanwhile, back in reality, at least
- 15:41two other accusers, Sarah Ransom and Jennifer Aureos, previously brought
- 15:46civil lawsuits against Groff. Both women dropped their litigation once
- 15:50they accepted money from the Epstein Survivor's Compensation Program, which
- 15:54was established by Epstein's estate after his death to pay
- 15:58compensation to his victims. But as Insider previously reported, the
- 16:03program required claimants to abandon civil claims against the estate
- 16:07and Epstein's former employees, including Graff and Maxwell. Graff denied
- 16:12wrongdoing in Ransom and Arraos lawsuits as well. A Raos
- 16:16lawsuit had accused Groff of scheduling massages with Epstein, who
- 16:20sexually abused ARREOs on those occasions. Participation in the victims
- 16:25Compensation Program requires permanent discontinuance of all legal action against
- 16:31former employees of Jeffrey Epstein, including Ms Groff. ARREOs attorney
- 16:36Eric Lerner told The Daily News at the time, my
- 16:40client maintains the truth and veracity of all the allegations
- 16:43and her pleatings. So not only was the NPA in
- 16:46place to protect people like Leslie Groff, the whole compensation
- 16:50fund was set up so people couldn't go after people
- 16:53like Leslie Groff if they took compensation. And that was
- 16:57all by design, And now all these years later, even
- 17:00though we still don't have any answers about any of this,
- 17:03the DOJ just decides out of the blue that there's
- 17:07nothing left to see here and that it's time for
- 17:09everybody just to move on because the case is closed,
- 17:12and according to them, that's the end of it. And
- 17:15my response to that is we've only just begun. All
- 17:20of the information that goes with this episode can be
- 17:22found in the description box. Hello everyone, and welcome to
- 17:27The Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host, Bobby Capucci, and
- 17:31this is a morning update. Before we jump into our
- 17:35article today about Leslie Groff, I just like to let
- 17:38you know that doctor Stephen Delay, who is a friend
- 17:41to the program, a very very very intelligent man and
- 17:47an incredible philosopher, has a new book out and the
- 17:51name of the book is Before God Exercises in Subjectivity
- 17:57and doctor Delay and I have been speaking in emails
- 18:00and he graciously offered to send me a copy of
- 18:02the book, so I am pumped about receiving it. When
- 18:05it comes, I'm going to dive into it, devour it,
- 18:09and afterwards I'm going to see if doctor Delay has
- 18:12some time in his schedule to pop back onto the
- 18:15podcast and speak with us once again, because for my money,
- 18:20doctor Stephen Delay was one of the most fascinating hours
- 18:23we have ever spent here on the podcast and what
- 18:26he added to the catalog was incredible. So if you're
- 18:32looking for some real brain work and you really want
- 18:35to work out that old brain of yours, I highly
- 18:37suggest you pick up the book Before God Exercises and
- 18:41Subjectivity by doctor Stephen Delay. And here's a little blurb
- 18:46from Google Books about what you can expect within the pages.
- 18:51Since Heidegger, it has become something of an unquestioned presupposition
- 18:55to analyze the structure and essence of selfhood from the
- 18:59perspective of being in the world. However, in this original work,
- 19:03doctor Stephen Delay, using a wide breadth of philosophical sources,
- 19:08articulates a view of selfhood which emphasizes humanity's experience before God.
- 19:14The work presents an original view of the relationship between
- 19:17philosophy and theology, namely that there is no distinction between
- 19:22the two. And I don't know about you, folks, but
- 19:25that kind of stuff right there gets your boy fired up.
- 19:28I love reading stuff like that, especially when I know
- 19:33that the source means business and if anything, Doctor Delay
- 19:37is not only credible, but the man knows what he's
- 19:40talking about. So if you're interested in this sort of thing,
- 19:43you're interested in philosophy, I seriously suggest you grab this
- 19:47book now. I think the ebook is coming out soon
- 19:51as well. I know that the hard copy is a
- 19:53little pricey, but either way, make sure if you're looking
- 19:57for something to read and you're looking for a real
- 20:01workout of the brain, because remember it's a muscle, it
- 20:03needs to be worked out as well, I really suggest
- 20:07you take a look and you grab this book. So
- 20:10I'm going to try and get doctor Delay back on
- 20:13after I read the book. I want to read it
- 20:16first before I ask questions about it, obviously, And yeah,
- 20:20so I'm going to talk with doctor Delay try and
- 20:22get it set up. After I read the book. I'll
- 20:24have him come on and then we'll be able to
- 20:27speak with him about it. And also, if you decide
- 20:31to pick the book up and you have some questions,
- 20:34make sure you shoot me some emails and I will
- 20:36read those emails on air with Doctor Delay if and
- 20:40when we can get them to come back on. So
- 20:43that's something that we can be looking forward to going forward.
- 20:46And also if you're looking to read something and you
- 20:49want to get that brain worked out, and you're bored,
- 20:51you're still quarantined, whatever it may be, this is the
- 20:54perfect time to pick up the book before God exercises
- 20:58and subjectivity. All right, So on to our article for
- 21:04the day, the morning, I should say, today, we're going
- 21:07to talk about one of Jeffrey Epstein's core four who
- 21:11feels like she is being besmirched. Oh well, why is
- 21:15everybody talking about me in your news? I'm speaking about
- 21:20Leslie Groff. There's an article out in the New Canaan
- 21:24Advertiser and the headline is assistant to Jeffrey Epstein says
- 21:29she was falsely besmirched, really falsely besmirched. Huh. You've had
- 21:35all these years to come forward, provide information, tell people
- 21:39what you know about Jeffrey Epstein, considering you were so close,
- 21:43considering he called you his brain, and now you have
- 21:49the audacity to act like you're being besmirched. Give me
- 21:53a break. The author of this article is Robert Marshaant.
- 22:00Recently filed court papers say that a New Canaan woman
- 22:03who worked for Jeffrey Epstein when he was allegedly sexually
- 22:06abusing miners, has been unfairly tarnished by litigation against her,
- 22:11and is innocent of wrongdoing. You notice she doesn't say
- 22:14that she's being defamed or there's been libel spoken about
- 22:18her in the news. None of that right. No, she's
- 22:22going after the litigation because they know that that's our
- 22:25best bet. Go into the courtroom. And well, the courts
- 22:28have been so favorable with Jeffrey Epstein and his friends.
- 22:31Why not one mo Again, that's how Leslie groff is thinking.
- 22:35She doesn't think that she's going to be in trouble
- 22:37for this. Well, she was just an assistant, she had
- 22:39nothing to do with it. Meanwhile, we know that's not
- 22:41the case. Meanwhile, we know that Epstein bought her a Benzito. Meanwhile,
- 22:45we know that Epstein said he couldn't function without her. Meanwhile,
- 22:48we know that she's been in Epstein's atmosphere for decades.
- 22:53Leslie Groff, you are one of the core four and
- 22:56nobody believes you. Leslie Groffs was cited in a lawsuit
- 23:02last year by a survivor of Epstein, a longtime sexual predator.
- 23:07Jennifer arah Is a teenager when she was sexually assaulted
- 23:10at Epstein's Manhattan home suit as a state in New
- 23:13York State Supreme Court last year. Well, yeah, for Leslie
- 23:18Groff to act like she had nothing to do with it,
- 23:21to act like she was never there, she was never around,
- 23:23she was never involved, she didn't know anything. We're all crazy.
- 23:27Blah blah blah blah blah. It's ludicrous, it's an embarrassment,
- 23:33and anybody who was buying this BS is naive at best.
- 23:40Leslie Groff and Jeffrey Epstein were as tight as tight
- 23:43could be. All you have to do is listen to
- 23:48the survivors and they will tell you this story, because folks,
- 23:51that's what it comes down to. When you break this
- 23:53down to it's very visceral core. What this comes down
- 24:00to is who do you believe at this point? Do
- 24:02you believe these survivors or do you believe these scumbags
- 24:05that were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein who have had
- 24:08all the time in the world to come forward and
- 24:10speak out against what was occurring, but have yet chosen
- 24:13to do chosen not to do so. But we're supposed
- 24:18to believe that Leslie Groff is being besmirched. Please, Okay,
- 24:23nobody's buying it. Groff was the secretary working for Epstein
- 24:29who was found dead in a federal lock up in August,
- 24:32presumably by suicide. Let's drop out presumably and go with
- 24:36allegedly huh, and she was more than a secretary. What
- 24:39kind of secretary do you know that has a brand
- 24:41new Benz? What kind of secretary do you know that's
- 24:44making six figures? What kind of secretary do you know
- 24:47that's called Jeffrey Epstein's brain. That's not a secretary, folks,
- 24:51That's a confidant. That's somebody in his inner circle. That's
- 24:54somebody that has knowledge of what is going on and
- 24:57has knowledge of how this criminal enterprise is run. That
- 25:03suit filed by Araz's attorneys contended that miss Groff directly facilitated,
- 25:08as well as conspired with Epstein and the other co
- 25:11conspirators to make possible and otherwise facilitate, the sexual offenses
- 25:16committed against minor plaintiff, Miss Araz. It is seeking damages
- 25:20from the Epstein estate. Yeah, as it should. The audacity
- 25:27of Leslie of Groff here, Leslie Groff here to act
- 25:30like she was not a part of this, to act
- 25:32like she is a victim in all of this and
- 25:35all of the evidence that has been compiled against her
- 25:37as a bunch of bs. These people truly think that
- 25:42all of their old tactics are going to work in
- 25:44the new world. Well, they're about to find out that
- 25:48they are wrong. They are about to find out that
- 25:50they are in for a very, very big surprise this
- 25:54time around, because people like Leslie Groff and the Core Four,
- 25:58your days of running are over, your days of hiding
- 26:01are over. Your days of not being put on blast
- 26:04in the media will at least in the independent media
- 26:08are over, and you have nobody but yourself to blame.
- 26:17Groff had denied allegations previously through a New York lawyer,
- 26:20Michael Bockner, and now a more robust defense has been
- 26:24put forward and a motion filed last week on her behalf.
- 26:28Groff played no part in facilitating Epstein's crimes, according to
- 26:32a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in which she was named.
- 26:35And again, folks, this stuff doesn't all happen in a vacuum.
- 26:39You notice how all of this stuff is happening at
- 26:41the same time. You notice how the MLA was released,
- 26:44and now we have one of the Core Four coming
- 26:46out with this suit here filing paperwork in the case
- 26:53of her being a facilitator. You think this is all
- 26:56just happening coincidentally, of course not. There is much more
- 27:00going on behind the scenes. Now. I'm trying to figure
- 27:05out what exactly is going on behind the scenes. You know,
- 27:08I have a couple of questions out there to reliable sources,
- 27:11but so far we've got nothing concrete back. And that's
- 27:15what happens a lot of times in these sort of
- 27:17cases when the FBI is on their game, when the
- 27:20FBI isn't playing games, and when the FBI isn't being corrupt.
- 27:24I know, very very rarely does that happen. But when
- 27:27they're actually pursuing crimes, they know what they're doing, right.
- 27:30The field agents are good at compiling evidence and getting
- 27:34things going. The problem is the bureaucrats. But Leslie Groff,
- 27:40she really thinks people are gonna believe that she had
- 27:43no part in facilitating Epstein's crimes. Huh wow, the audacity
- 27:48of it all. But when you look at the big
- 27:50picture here, folks, there is something else brewing behind the scenes.
- 27:54Without a shadow of a doubt in my mind, the
- 27:57court paper state it is not our intent to besmirch plaintiff. Rather,
- 28:02given the passage of almost twenty years the allege events,
- 28:05it is likely that the plaintiff is simply mistaken. Regardless
- 28:09her conclusion, Her conclusionary allegations against miss Groff are egregiously
- 28:15false and do not remotely satisfy applicable pleading standards. So
- 28:21GRAF defense here is, well, this was a long time
- 28:24ago and you just don't remember. So we're not trying
- 28:27to besmirch you or anything like that, but you don't
- 28:29know what you're talking about. You don't remember what happened.
- 28:31And Leslie Groff was not involved. It's like they tried
- 28:34to do they're trying to do a Jedi mind trick here.
- 28:38This is not the Grof you're looking for. I mean, really,
- 28:42what sort of lawyers are these people finding and where
- 28:45are they coming up with these ideas? Because if they
- 28:48think that this is going to work, they're wrong. A
- 28:51guy like Bradley Edwards is going to chew this kind
- 28:54of shit up and spit it out. The latest court
- 28:58filing emphasized that at Grof now fifty three did not work.
- 29:02At the Upper East Side residence where Epstein sexually abused teenagers,
- 29:06such as Araz, who was fourteen years old at the
- 29:09time in two thousand and one when the criminal activity began.
- 29:12According to court records, her office was located elsewhere. Yeah,
- 29:16you know where. Her office was located in the other
- 29:18building Epstein owned, the one where his brother supposedly owned it, right, Yeah,
- 29:23where they kept all of the girls. Yeah. Oh, no, Grove.
- 29:26It's okay because Grof worked at another building owned by Epstein.
- 29:29She wasn't just at the townhouse or anything like that,
- 29:32so she had nothing to do with it. These people
- 29:36truly believe that their nonsense is gonna win them the
- 29:40day again. They think that all of their nonsense is
- 29:44really just going to be accepted. Well, they're in for
- 29:49a big surprise, like I said earlier, because nobody's believing
- 29:51in anymore. Grof isn't going to be able to get
- 29:54out of this nonsense with these BS alibis and these
- 29:57BS excuses, and nobody's gonna let them all the hook.
- 30:02Not independent journalists and certainly not the survivor's lawyers. The
- 30:08new motion by Groff's legal team states Miss Groff never
- 30:11engaged in any criminal or civil misconduct. She did not
- 30:15conspire with anyone to sexually abuse plaintiff or any other
- 30:19survivor of Epstein, an innocent party. Miss Groff has been
- 30:23subjected to widespread defamatory and silicious allegations against her in
- 30:27the media. Well why don't you go ahead and sue
- 30:31some people? Then? If that's the case and miss Groff
- 30:34is being so terribly besmirched in the media, start throwing
- 30:38out some lawsuits, start suing the newspapers who are supposedly
- 30:42besmirching her, and let's get to the discovery phase. Are
- 30:45any of the core four ever going to have the
- 30:47courage to get the discovery phase or are they just
- 30:50going to try and litigate to waste more time. We
- 30:54all know the answer. They don't want their day in court.
- 30:57They're doing everything to out themselves from having their day
- 31:01in court. And frankly, folks, that's all I'm asking for
- 31:05here is a trial, a day in court. Let's let
- 31:08the light of the sun purify the madness. The court
- 31:15papers filed on Groff's behalf set her activities centered on
- 31:18scheduling and meetings on business matters. Okay, well, let's just
- 31:22say for a minute, okay, she didn't have anything to
- 31:25do with the trafficking portion of it, which I do
- 31:27not believe. But let's say for a minute she didn't.
- 31:30She was only involved in the business matters. Huh. Well,
- 31:33how much money laundering did you facilitate? How many deals
- 31:37did you set up where the money was washed? Miss Groff? Oh,
- 31:41don't think there's just one angle to this case, because
- 31:43there are many fronts and many battles still to be fought.
- 31:47So anything that you try and do here, miss Groff,
- 31:50well you're caught in a spider web. And again you
- 31:53have nobody to blame but yourself. The era's lawsuit also
- 32:00cited Elaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime companion, well as Groff two
- 32:06others excuse me, as well as Groff and two other
- 32:09of Epstein's associates. Every penny of Epstein's estate should go
- 32:13to the survivors. Eros's lawyer Dan Kaiser told the media
- 32:17when the suit was filed last year, one hundred percent.
- 32:21I've been saying that from the beginning back the Brinks
- 32:24truck up, each one of these girls should get pieced
- 32:26off with a fat chunk of change. I'm talking windfall
- 32:30status because what they went through with Jeffrey Epstein and
- 32:35then what the media did to them, and to pile
- 32:38it on top what the prosecution has done to them.
- 32:42If anybody has ever deserved a fat payout, a huge payday,
- 32:46it is these survivors. Maxwell's whereabouts are not currently known.
- 32:52The motion to dismiss notes that there have been specific
- 32:56and well detailed accusations about other Epstein employees, yet there
- 33:00were no specific allegations that she personally participated in Epstein's
- 33:06sexual misconduct. Well, that's true. I haven't heard that Leslie
- 33:10Groff was actually doing the abusing, but that doesn't make
- 33:13her any better, really, right, she was enabling this, procuring
- 33:17these girls, helping Jeffrey Epstein facilitate this, manage the fallout,
- 33:21make sure Epstein knew where he was going. Again, she
- 33:23was Jeffrey Epstein's brain, That's what Epstein said. A court
- 33:28data scheduled for August fourteenth on the latest motion in
- 33:31the case. A call left with Roses lawyer Dan Kaiser
- 33:35was not returned. Groff's legal team had no comment. A
- 33:39number of lawsuits have been filed by alleged victims of Epstein.
- 33:44Groff was named as a potential co conspirator in another
- 33:47court document. A secret non prosecution agreement that Epstein managed
- 33:51to secure in two thousand and eight. Imagine that, if
- 33:55Groff had nothing to worry about, if she wasn't involved
- 33:57in any of the crimes, why was it so important
- 34:01that she was cut in on that immunity deal? Answer
- 34:05me that, mister lawyer for Leslie Groff. The agreement related
- 34:10to Epstein's misconduct came to light last year, triggering new
- 34:14investigations into his activities and his eventual arrest. That pretty
- 34:20much sums it up right. Why did Leslie Groff need
- 34:23to be part of that immunity deal if she had
- 34:25nothing to offer, if she didn't have the goods on
- 34:28Jeffrey Epstein and the organization. Folks, they are not going
- 34:34to be able to muddy the waters this time. They
- 34:36can file all the lawsuits they want, they can go
- 34:39crazy with their lawsuits, and they can try and litigate
- 34:42this till the cows come home. But the survivors, lawyers,
- 34:47these folks have taken the center of the ring. They've
- 34:52taken the initiative and they are on the offense. Now,
- 34:56you see the difference when you go on offense and
- 34:58then playing defense all the time. Time you have to
- 35:04take the initiative. You have to force the issue, and
- 35:09that's the point we're at now, folks. The issue is
- 35:12being forced, and you see all of the scum that
- 35:16remains in the shadow of Jeffrey Epstein's death begin to
- 35:22scurry like the rats that they are. If you'd like
